[SPEAKER_01]: Welcome to Bergen with Brad.
[SPEAKER_01]: If you advise clients on AI, data, privacy or cyber security, you cannot afford to miss a development.
[SPEAKER_01]: And right now, developments are happening ever so quickly.
[SPEAKER_01]: Docket Daily tracks every AI data, privacy, and cyber security legal development across all 50 states and the federal government and delivers it to you every morning.
[SPEAKER_01]: As a curated attorney-reviewed digest, proposed bills enacted laws, regulations,
[SPEAKER_01]: as well as the news headlines.

[SPEAKER_00]: The views and opinions shared on the bourbon with Brad podcast are our own, and those of our guests.
[SPEAKER_00]: Nothing we discussed should be taken as financial, legal, business, or gambling advice.

[SPEAKER_00]: Always drink responsibly, never drink and drive, and only consume alcohol if you are of legal drinking age.
[SPEAKER_02]: good morning yeah day I had lines are rolling again midweek and we aren't stopping I don't like how to stay in stock for a long time
[SPEAKER_02]: Well, and I am field up on my death wish coffee and some bourbon fumes, you know, so we are we are moving along.
[SPEAKER_02]: I did not get any bourbon last night.
[SPEAKER_03]: I'm a little I'm feeling a little neglected, but uh, had a whisper.
[SPEAKER_03]: Did you just a whisper?
[SPEAKER_03]: I'd like to we didn't get home toll.
[SPEAKER_03]: That's it was from me.
[SPEAKER_03]: 10 30 last night first win in the playoff the game.
[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, they're going on to the next round Is a great team effort.
[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, that sounds like if that shot Garrett made though bumps in ricochet and off the goal And then and then just before the goal even knew what hit them literally No, the funny thing is that team we played them This happened the same thing happened to us last year the last game of the last year was the last game of the year we played
[SPEAKER_03]: Franklin Regional, I think it was, and we lost, and when we lost to them, we flipped flop positions with them, and ended up having to play them into first game of the playoffs, and we won.
[SPEAKER_03]: But this year, we played, it was Schaler, and we played them maybe two or three games ago, and we blew, like we were winning the game, I mean, we're far better team than they are.
[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah.
[SPEAKER_03]: No offense to the Schaler, but we're the better team.
[SPEAKER_03]: We controlled the game, the entire game, and we had this defensive collapse at the end of the game and we ended up losing.
[SPEAKER_03]: Oh, I was so pissed, but you know, it happened.
[SPEAKER_03]: So anyway, so,
[SPEAKER_03]: We ended up in then then now, right?
[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah.
[SPEAKER_03]: And we ended up one higher position.
[SPEAKER_03]: Like I was like if we don't want this game, when we should have won it, we'd have been in home last night.
[SPEAKER_02]: That's right.
[SPEAKER_03]: I have the job of the whole way down there.
[SPEAKER_03]: But anyway, we pretty much dominated the game.
[SPEAKER_03]: First of your first.
[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, it was a great team effort.
[SPEAKER_03]: Our defense to their credit played a totally different game last night.
[SPEAKER_03]: They played more of a zone.
[SPEAKER_03]: hats off to the coaches.
[SPEAKER_03]: They did a good job of making out a adjustment and not as they look good.
[SPEAKER_03]: Good.
[SPEAKER_02]: Good.
[SPEAKER_03]: Good to hear.
[SPEAKER_03]: Our next game is in Peter's township and tomorrow unfortunately I'm going to miss it coming to be traveling.
[SPEAKER_03]: But yeah, we got to go to graduation.
[SPEAKER_03]: Nice, right?
[SPEAKER_03]: Yep.
[SPEAKER_03]: My brother's youngest.
[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah.
[SPEAKER_03]: It's hard to believe we're definitely getting old.
[SPEAKER_03]: I know.
[SPEAKER_02]: It's for sure.
[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
[SPEAKER_02]: Time keeps rolling on.
[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
[SPEAKER_02]: What seems like, you know, years is now minutes, but
[SPEAKER_02]: But that's the same thing that's happening in the AI headlines up here.
[SPEAKER_02]: You know, we're getting into it today.
[SPEAKER_02]: Well, open AI, Sam Altman took the stand yesterday.
[SPEAKER_02]: So, you know, it was a two-bedded old cameras for that.
[SPEAKER_02]: Right.
[SPEAKER_02]: So, it was showtime.
[SPEAKER_02]: And he basically got up there and said that it was actually Musk that was pushing to take majority control of open AI.
[SPEAKER_02]: Demanding up to 90% ownership, he wanted to actually fold open AI into Tesla.
[SPEAKER_02]: So he said the nonprofit veil would have immediately collapsed, so this IDocracy of thinking that this is a holistic and that he had pure intentions and that opening I had pure intentions from the beginning is basically bogus is what he's saying.
[SPEAKER_02]: And so it was definitely a job directly back at Elon.
[SPEAKER_02]: And it's on the tail end of we mentioned this
[SPEAKER_02]: You know, also kind of saying the same thing that they feared, you know, becoming the next IBM personally, but they also said that it was always, you know, that they weren't investing in this to be altruistic.
[SPEAKER_02]: This was, you know, their investment into open AI was always meant to have.
[SPEAKER_02]: It was for a return.
[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, I mean, I'm, like I said yesterday, why else would you do it?
[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah.
[SPEAKER_03]: I mean, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I
[SPEAKER_03]: I'm not saying that these people are all threatens and that they don't care at all about society, but but I mean, you're not going to invest that kind of money.
[SPEAKER_03]: I'm probably good of mankind, I just don't see it.
[SPEAKER_02]: But let's be honest, you know, and this is my two personal sense.
[SPEAKER_02]: I know that I've kind of watched the both sides and heard both sides.
[SPEAKER_02]: And then just kind of stepping back and looking at what open AI has done for the AI world.
[SPEAKER_02]: It really has better humanity just by being what it is.
[SPEAKER_02]: Great.
[SPEAKER_02]: I mean, it has become a very powerful and instrumental figure in the space, and the advancements that are moving are causing a great competitive landscape here in America, which is great for us, you know, in the AI race wars across the globe.
[SPEAKER_02]: I don't think they envisioned when they first formed IC Open AI that it would ever be this.
[SPEAKER_02]: 10 years ago.
[SPEAKER_02]: So we are in a new whole atmospheric space, literally, as they're talking about putting AI data centers up into orbit, that this is a different vision that they probably had.
[SPEAKER_02]: Certainly, there's going to be a great nonprofit component.
[SPEAKER_02]: I'm sure, you know, if nothing else comes out of this, it refocuses them on that, that they need to continue to do altruistic things with their, you know, with their windfalls.
[SPEAKER_02]: But that's my two sense.
[SPEAKER_02]: And I hope the jury and the judges come down to that, too.
[SPEAKER_03]: I think it's pretty spot on, I mean, like you said, they, I don't, they, they, well, they, the first, come, I don't know, say, commercially or the first ones to produce a product that was available to you or me or anybody else that wanted to try it was it was it was chat GPT.
[SPEAKER_02]: Chat GPT was the very first that really changed things about 24 years ago.
[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, when,
[SPEAKER_02]: and their developer, a very smart Italian lady, you know, came out with it and she revolutionized what we are experiencing right now.
[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, there's no question she definitely did.
[SPEAKER_03]: It really set the set a lot of expectations because I remember playing with it.
[SPEAKER_03]: my steps on showed me because he's like, look at this and you can just type in and of course the first thing he's taking is I can do, I can do my homework this way and that's great all the way to the whole other industry between Grammarly and a couple other tools out there when the education setting for sure.
[SPEAKER_03]: But I sat down, I'll never forget, I sat down and I just typed, I wasn't sure what to type in so I must have been watching a movie about Nazis or something and I was like,
[SPEAKER_03]: write me a ten-page paper on the influence of Nazi Germany and modern-day Europe.
[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, and it just starts rattling, I was like, this is, and I started reading it out, and I couldn't even read as fast as it was writing, and I was like, this is such a crazy game-changing when it comes to crazy, and that was a million years ago, and this feels like it.
[SPEAKER_03]: It was four years ago.
[SPEAKER_02]: It was like, yeah, yeah, yeah.
[SPEAKER_02]: So you had asked, you'd posed the question me too, but the judge, because we had, I,
[SPEAKER_02]: hinted upon that the judge came out and said that she ultimately has the final say in this case.
[SPEAKER_02]: And yeah, I find that interesting.
[SPEAKER_02]: And it is.
[SPEAKER_02]: Under the Civil Rules of Procedure, Federal Civil Rules of Procedure, there's two key authoritative rules, rule 50, which allows the judge to disregard a jury's verdict.
[SPEAKER_02]: If no reasonable jury could have reached it based on the evidence.
[SPEAKER_02]: So that's pretty high standard.
[SPEAKER_02]: You know, that has to be met, but nevertheless,
[SPEAKER_02]: And then there's also rule 59, a motion for a new trial, where she can also consider a whole brand new trial.
[SPEAKER_02]: So if she, you know, I mean, I'm sure the opposing whoever loses is going to file a motion for new trial.
[SPEAKER_02]: It's usually homestandered.
[SPEAKER_02]: You know, of course, I did, you know, when ever we had a new, you know, we were in litigating, you know, and we saw it on the, when we were on the defense, and we saw it, we were on the plaintiff side.
[SPEAKER_02]: So, uh,
[SPEAKER_02]: I think she is hinting that she's got the ultimate, and she does, you know, and I also has the authority to adjust any kind of monetary verdict, too.
[SPEAKER_02]: She thinks it's unreasonable.
[SPEAKER_02]: So, yeah.
[SPEAKER_02]: I can understand that.
[SPEAKER_02]: But it's a different world when it comes to civil procedure versus, you know, criminal.
[SPEAKER_03]: So is that a standard, this is federal court, right?
[SPEAKER_02]: It is.
[SPEAKER_03]: So is that a standard federal rule for any civil trial?
[SPEAKER_03]: Mm-hmm.
[SPEAKER_03]: So, you know, going back to say, OJ, whenever there was a civil suit after there,
[SPEAKER_02]: the buckle or go remember civil yeah if it was in the it wasn't the federal courts then civil okay I don't remember if it may have been in the state court it may have been yeah okay interesting all right thanks man and then the state court you know silver rules in each state would control okay and they're similar I mean there's nothing there's no autism in every state that's a little
[SPEAKER_03]: It's a little concerning, when you consider the partisanship that's everywhere today, I mean, so let's say, you know, I'm not going to speak for this judge, I don't know if she is, but let's say she's got, you know, a real
[SPEAKER_03]: Thorne and her side about Elon Musk.
[SPEAKER_03]: So she decides if the jury finds in Musk's favor, and she's just like, I can't live with this.
[SPEAKER_03]: She could theoretically overturn it.
[SPEAKER_03]: Does she have to give, you said it's a pretty high bar, it's a pretty high statement.
[SPEAKER_02]: So she took the jury to do this, but yet 12 juries just did it.
[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, so it's almost kind of contradicting in and of itself.
[SPEAKER_02]: So unless it's just a runaway jury in a sense that it's just so far-fetched.
[SPEAKER_03]: She'd have the burden of proof of trying to prove that the person in issue with all 12 jurors and they just don't understand.
[SPEAKER_02]: Of course, that's appealable.
[SPEAKER_02]: So it starts the whole litigation trail.
[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, so that's probably not likely to happen.
[SPEAKER_02]: Oh, you never know.
[SPEAKER_02]: Nothing was surprised me anymore.
[SPEAKER_02]: That's for sure.
[SPEAKER_02]: The lawyers will keep that working, right?
[SPEAKER_02]: I'm sure.
[SPEAKER_02]: So the next headline we would talk about this a little bit yesterday's an Nvidia executive came out in the morning that AI now costs more than actual employees.
[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, that was a story that I stumbled on and we had talked about that.
[SPEAKER_03]: Well, I mean, everybody talks about that.
[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, that's a concern.
[SPEAKER_03]: Um, so yeah, I was talking to my nephew last time.
[SPEAKER_03]: He came with, he's the techie.
[SPEAKER_03]: I've talked to you about it.
[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, came to the game with us and we were talking about a friend of his who works where I work in early in guy.
[SPEAKER_03]: And, um,
[SPEAKER_03]: When Jay mentioned to him about using about what you were doing, using Claude to develop this platform you're working on, which we'll hit the airways next week.
[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, congrats.
[SPEAKER_03]: Thank you.
[SPEAKER_00]: Thank you.
[SPEAKER_03]: Thank you.
[SPEAKER_03]: He, his friend who works where I work kind of, he was like,
[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, that's terrible idea.
[SPEAKER_03]: You know, he was like poo pooed it and I was and and I just kind of started laughing He goes clearly he feels threatened by it And I was like, okay, well, I I couldn't understand that but it's like you still can't deny it's my ability I was like, here's a friend you who is not a coder Brilliant, but not a coder and I was like now he's spent
[SPEAKER_03]: Eudles and Eudles of hours in the last, and I was like, forget, hardly get safe.
[SPEAKER_03]: Now, it's been 16 to 18 hour a day.
[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, that's what I told him.
[SPEAKER_03]: So I said, he's pounding it.
[SPEAKER_03]: I mean, he is pounding it to the point where Claude's telling him to slow it down.
[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, he need to go take a break.
[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah.
[SPEAKER_03]: But I said, but I said, he's about to release a fully developed piece of software that would have caused him hundreds of thousands of people who had been sent to them.
[SPEAKER_02]: And it was two or three years ago.
[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah.
[SPEAKER_02]: So no doubt there's no doubt and you wouldn't even have to have a team I would have had to have a team of 50 engineers or at least that's Exactly, I would have to have a team of at least a handful of really good.
[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah Working specialty, you know, I'm talking it you know back in engineer AI specific You know, you talk about all these different the front end developers.
[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, I have to run in I mean you go design everything right so I could understand why
[SPEAKER_03]: Why a programmer and he's the other guy's not even really a programmer.
[SPEAKER_03]: He's more of our data Analysts got but the point is it's like you you can sit and and stick your head in the sand or you can embrace it and become probably one of the most valuable employees there
[SPEAKER_02]: Well, and that's what it gets back to.
[SPEAKER_02]: And certainly right now, we talked about the Uber story where they burned through the AI budget here in the first four or five months.
[SPEAKER_02]: There are prime example.
[SPEAKER_02]: You have Nvidia's cost or far exceeding what they anticipated.
[SPEAKER_02]: But again, we are in a crazy time.
[SPEAKER_02]: And we're also in the capital buildup time.
[SPEAKER_02]: So, once the capital and the infrastructure is in place, then things will kind of settle and that curve is going to come down.
[SPEAKER_02]: But again, I think those that are looking at as actual replacement have had all had regret doing that.
[SPEAKER_02]: So, you know, you look at even just Coinbase yesterday that laid off 700.
[SPEAKER_02]: Immediately after they laid off 700 they had a major outage and it was kind of scrambled time.
[SPEAKER_02]: I'm a firm believer and a lot of others are out there that are firm believer.
[SPEAKER_02]: It's a great employee and answer.
[SPEAKER_02]: And if you look at it as a tool that can allow you to be that much better, that more efficient and you know, streamline things and now you can focus on things that are truly meaningful and strategic within your organization.
[SPEAKER_02]: And it's doing exactly what it should be doing.
[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, and you have to worry too about, and I know some business owners who, when they see an opportunity, because, I mean, let's face a labor, especially in, well, and most businesses, is a huge source of overhead.
[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah.
[SPEAKER_03]: And if you can cut your labor force by even 20%, that's all going right to the bottom line.
[SPEAKER_03]: So the problem is, if a, if a business owner
[SPEAKER_03]: Wow, if I can use that to perform this function out, this function over here, I can eliminate this entire department and then they do.
[SPEAKER_03]: And then they, so they've knee jerked it and they're like, oh, I can get rid of it and then they find out why need seven of them back.
[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, it's on it.
[SPEAKER_02]: You know, he has great right now.
[SPEAKER_02]: It's cautious with us.
[SPEAKER_02]: It's not something I would as a governance, you know.
[SPEAKER_02]: You know, in my, in my, in my, my governance hat on now, you know, especially the operational AI government is he definitely don't want to turn a blind eye to it and and say, you know, and I'm not saying these companies are doing that, but, you know, if you're saying you're going to actually come to the race.
[SPEAKER_02]: Well, and, and, and, and, and they're getting burnt or, or they will and if they haven't, you know, they're, it's just a matter of time probably.
[SPEAKER_02]: Well, because, you know, these, these models still hallucinate, they still drift.
[SPEAKER_02]: They still, as we've heard some of the horror stories, now at the agents, not even just following instructions.
[SPEAKER_02]: You have to give it very specific instructions.
[SPEAKER_02]: You've got to box it in, but the garden rills up.
[SPEAKER_02]: I want you to only change this.
[SPEAKER_02]: Only this, nothing else, don't touch anything else.
[SPEAKER_02]: You've got to be very specific with it.
[SPEAKER_02]: And that still doesn't always guarantee that they're just going to do just that.
[SPEAKER_02]: So it's an interesting time.
[SPEAKER_02]: I did want to follow up on something before we get into the next headline on anthropic.
[SPEAKER_02]: They're not in the headlines today.
[SPEAKER_02]: But when I,
[SPEAKER_02]: Talk to a couple of days ago about them releasing their new Claude and cursor kind of mixed it's a blend you know because they're they're both working in hand and hand their new image Imaging I thought it was going to be more on the PDF and imaging as far as an actual picture Perry I saw it first hand yesterday and I was like floored.
[SPEAKER_02]: I think I even texted you and you said whoa yeah, I mean it was
[SPEAKER_02]: Instead of each going back and forth in the chat box with the coding agent, saying this is the problem and trying to describe the problem in detail so that the coding agent can figure it out out of blind error.
[SPEAKER_02]: Now the coding agent can actually pull up your screen, starts going through it and visually looking at it.
[SPEAKER_02]: That's crazy.
[SPEAKER_02]: It's awesome.
[SPEAKER_02]: And it's taking that into context now and so this is going to save a lot of time going back and forth because a lot of that work going back and forth is just trying to pin down the issue and identify the issue properly for them to then properly diagnose it, fix it, and move on.
[SPEAKER_02]: It's amazing.
[SPEAKER_02]: if anybody's playing around that you you'll be amazed to it is I feel like we say wow every day every day and I'm sure the next release is going to be even that much more you know powerful
[SPEAKER_02]: Met is making headlines.
[SPEAKER_02]: I noticed it yesterday.
[SPEAKER_02]: I don't know if you did if you're run Facebook or Instagram, but their meta AI now says new and improved, you know, we just released our new and improved and we're going to get into that on the podcast.
[SPEAKER_02]: Probably not not this week, but because we're moving into co-pilot, but we are going to talk about it and sorry about that.
[SPEAKER_02]: Forget the silence, my phone.
[SPEAKER_02]: Point, Perry, you know, you put the stilettles on, but you forget the silenceer.
[SPEAKER_02]: No, no, it's a meta's new AI is is is is is supposed to now be what there's calling ecocompens so eco is that do you take Spanish?
[SPEAKER_03]: I did not that sounds like it's consolidating for yeah, equals being kind of story.
[SPEAKER_02]: That's their journalist model.
[SPEAKER_02]: So that's another headline.
[SPEAKER_02]: It's a company afterwards.
[SPEAKER_02]: But they're but they're supposedly they're
[SPEAKER_02]: There AI is now a little more voice friendly, a little more capable on the imaging side.
[SPEAKER_02]: I have played around with meta AI on the imaging and it has produced some pretty cool images.
[SPEAKER_02]: I've used it for my
[SPEAKER_02]: from my articles on the weekly articles for the headline image, and it's, it does nice work.
[SPEAKER_02]: And now if it's taking it to the next level, it can only be an improving because you know, much like Chatchee B2 coming out with their image, 2.0.
[SPEAKER_02]: I've been impressed with that.
[SPEAKER_02]: But the second part of the meta is, I wonder if this is coming on the tail into these lawsuits that we've been talking about on the copyright infringement.
[SPEAKER_02]: They're now calling an eco-compensal.
[SPEAKER_02]: Compensal.
[SPEAKER_02]: I never took Spanish.
[SPEAKER_02]: I'm pretty bad at that, but that should just keep it simple.
[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, keep it simple.
[SPEAKER_02]: But the model is now growing to pay journalists and publishers when their content trains or answers AI queries.
[SPEAKER_02]: So now they're now they're willing to pay.
[SPEAKER_02]: Now that we got everything set up and we're we're one of the biggest platforms out there.
[SPEAKER_02]: We're willing to compensate everybody fairly.
[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
[SPEAKER_02]: And the volume is going to, you know, the compensation can be based on the volume used, the recency, the engagement signals, publisher size, it all gets back into my algorithmic state book.
[SPEAKER_02]: You're going to get rewarded when that site gets visible.
[SPEAKER_02]: It is visible and you make it more visible.
[SPEAKER_03]: Eco-compense, okay.
[SPEAKER_02]: Eco-compense.
[SPEAKER_02]: Search on that.
[SPEAKER_02]: For all the writers out there, check it up, maybe it's something you can take advantage of.
[SPEAKER_02]: Next headline, Bike Dance, UI, Tars, Desk Top is a new multi-modal agent stack.
[SPEAKER_02]: That's getting high praise early on.
[SPEAKER_02]: It's an open source agent stack for desktop automation and bridges in front of your models with your real world agent workflows.
[SPEAKER_02]: And the early testers are saying it's one of the most capable open AI frameworks yet.
[SPEAKER_02]: So another thing for folks to check out, I'm not sure if I'm going to be getting into all these other coding things.
[SPEAKER_02]: I'm pretty happy with cursor.
[SPEAKER_02]: I've gotten familiar with it.
[SPEAKER_02]: I don't know if I have time to get into all these other ones right now to be honest.
[SPEAKER_02]: But certainly we'll we'll we'll we'll check out bike dance.
[SPEAKER_02]: like that, so yeah, all these new names come up, right?
[SPEAKER_03]: I suspect there's going to be a just an avalanche of new companies that want to jump into this space now that a lot of the infrastructures in belt are being built, that makes it a little bit easier.
[SPEAKER_03]: Well, and that's the guys who don't have to build their own.
[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, and they're even talking on the podcast, even talking when I'm giving, uh, uh,
[SPEAKER_02]: Speaking engagements and people ask often, you know, well, are you concerned about the jobs are going to be lost?
[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, a little bit, initially, but again, those are going to be the mundane task or any jobs.
[SPEAKER_02]: And we just talked about, you know, my theory on that in earlier on about the NVIDIA exact, but it's also creating a lot of new business opportunities, you know, if you have an idea and you want to run with it.
[SPEAKER_02]: and code, something cool.
[SPEAKER_02]: I mean, our next project after the launch here and we get things kind of settled is going to be our bourbon, burnometer website, you know, that's going to be an interactive forum for all of our listeners to be able to chime in while we're alive on here.
[SPEAKER_02]: So I think it's going to be kind of cool, right?
[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, that'll be a lot of fun.
[SPEAKER_02]: another company by the name of data whale has come up with easy vibe coding curriculum.
[SPEAKER_02]: So if you're looking to learn, this sounds like it might be the way to do it.
[SPEAKER_02]: It's supposed to kind of fast track yeah for it's a beginner friendly course that's teaching vibe coding, which is exactly what I've been doing.
[SPEAKER_02]: So it's out there data whale easy vibe if you're looking for something to
[SPEAKER_02]: Um, get you caught up in a month.
[SPEAKER_02]: That's one I might use.
[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, right?
[SPEAKER_02]: Why ever get the time?
[SPEAKER_02]: I wonder if they have the vibe-coating for dummies book out yet.
[UNKNOWN]: That's one I need.
[SPEAKER_02]: So, you know, it's interesting because a lot of these, when you ask AI, because there's been a studies done on the AI job risk study chat, the chat bots that are out there on the AI world actually disagree on which jobs they're going to replace.
[SPEAKER_02]: So, a new study shows that chat GPT, Gemini and Claude give contradictory job risk predictions.
[SPEAKER_02]: Well, there's a shocker, right?
[SPEAKER_02]: Chatchy PT flaged clerical customer service as the highest risk, Gemini flaged marketing media, and Claude flaged legal compliance and almost, uh, with almost no overlap.
[SPEAKER_02]: So different areas, but also, in mind you, I think, these, uh, as we mentioned, risk for job replacement.
[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, job replacement, where I, I could replace you.
[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, yeah, legal.
[SPEAKER_02]: Well, I do think there's going to be, you know, we're seeing streamlined operations already.
[SPEAKER_02]: What used to take hours and hours of having associate time go through due diligence documents can now be.
[SPEAKER_02]: Well, okay, analyzed and no time.
[SPEAKER_02]: But again, I, I'm a big, you still have to have that legal lens on there because there's no way.
[SPEAKER_02]: Trust of every situation is so unique.
[SPEAKER_02]: You guess, you such a unique fact pattern, such unique law.
[SPEAKER_02]: You, you need, you need a very well seasoned trained attorney to look at that, to give you the best possible chance.
[SPEAKER_02]: Now, if you're going to rely on AI solely, you're going to, you're going to
[SPEAKER_02]: Well, I don't know if it's in anybody's best interest right now to have that.
[SPEAKER_03]: I would suspect that much like the issue that you brought up a couple of shows go about that was going on here in Pennsylvania with the medical.
[SPEAKER_03]: the fraudsters are the ones that are going to use it to try to, I mean, let's, let's, let's face it.
[SPEAKER_03]: If you, if you put together a legal document, you know, my parents are in their 80s, they get this stuff all the time phone calls emails text messages, you know, this is such a such a law firm, you know, we're calling because you're social security is it risk and and.
[SPEAKER_03]: synthetic.
[SPEAKER_02]: Yes, the DNA.
[SPEAKER_02]: That's a very big concern right now.
[SPEAKER_02]: And the laws that are evolving in that space are rapid because the legislators have to be that as being a threat to consumer protection.
[SPEAKER_03]: And the product that AI is putting out there posing as a doctor or an attorney.
[SPEAKER_03]: It looks, it was incredibly legit.
[SPEAKER_03]: I said, you can create a legit look and sight in a minute.
[SPEAKER_03]: Right.
[SPEAKER_03]: So, you know, and I know you
[SPEAKER_03]: the platform you're bringing out is relative to the law, the legal field, a legal practice, but it's more of a research tool than an information gathering tool than a legal tool.
[SPEAKER_02]: It's a time saving tool, right?
[SPEAKER_02]: It's a time saving and comprehensive tool to have a very complex
[SPEAKER_02]: for areas that are very complex and ever so changing so quickly.
[SPEAKER_02]: You know, there's new bills coming out right now as we're speaking.
[SPEAKER_02]: And she'll be way to keep up with the fast pay.
[SPEAKER_00]: It is.
[SPEAKER_02]: And if you want to stay ahead of it and you want to be that thought leader in your industry and you want to be that go to person for your clients, you want to be on that you want to have that information.
[SPEAKER_02]: You don't want to have to be answering your client.
[SPEAKER_02]: I didn't know that that regulation existed.
[SPEAKER_02]: Now you're, now you're, there's threats of fines and reputational damages as impossible, you know, other repercussions that can come along with it.
[SPEAKER_02]: So,
[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, I do see it being more efficient early on as some of these attorneys that are utilizing AI are actually saying they're not having to work such long hours anymore They can actually go home and out 5.36.
[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, and they get a balance of life.
[SPEAKER_02]: So yeah, it's coming around.
[SPEAKER_02]: I really need a great Nvidia's a Nvidia has already invested 40 billion in AI equities deals this are so again the infrastructure world is and again they're
[SPEAKER_02]: Jensen has taken that approach where he's going to invest in all the folks that he feels are going to be his partners or the NVIDIA partners, I should say, and keep going strong.
[SPEAKER_02]: So the focus areas on robotics, no, agentic AI synthetic data and model training infrastructure.
[SPEAKER_02]: Well, they're the leader of the chip technologies, so they are.
[SPEAKER_02]: And then now, whisper flow, I never heard of this company until now, whisper flow AI expands rapidly into India.
[SPEAKER_02]: whisper flow AI as gain traction with English and and the hybrid the Indian market over there and It seems to be accelerating in the customer service and logistics area kind of with the one of the chatbush That's the sounds like the voices I get on the wall probably the voice you're getting when you get that AI voice customer service, right?
[SPEAKER_02]: At least it would be believable.
[SPEAKER_02]: In the last big AI headline that's today, DocketDaily.AI announces that they're launching next Wednesday, May 20th.
[SPEAKER_02]: I feel like I've heard of this.
