<v Speaker 1>How from.
<v Speaker 2>He's a Daniel Podcast show, Fucking Day.
<v Speaker 3>March Job.
<v Speaker 4>What's up everybody? Hello, and welcome to another edition of
<v Speaker 4>the Major Wrestling Figure Podcast. I am your host, your

<v Speaker 4>of the Major Figure Podcast, the most professional Wrestler, Brian Myers,
<v Speaker 4>t NA Star PROD, Member of the System, Scottie Pippen
<v Speaker 4>and Wrestling for your.
<v Speaker 5>Collecting, Well, what's up? Brian imls here, Prouce the show, Smart,
<v Speaker 5>Mark Sterling Square, the most famous professional wrestling and before
<v Speaker 5>we addressed the elephant in the room. This show is
<v Speaker 5>brought to you by our good friends Ringside Collectibles. Use
<v Speaker 5>code major to save ten percent.
<v Speaker 1>We'll talk about it later this show.
<v Speaker 5>Oh yeah, because you didn't last week at the toy
<v Speaker 5>Drive sponsored by Ringside Collectibles. Guys. So, Matt Cardona is
<v Speaker 5>not here for the regular portion of the podcast. However,
<v Speaker 5>he will be here with us later for a long elongated,
<v Speaker 5>one hour long Q and A that we recorded with
<v Speaker 5>him at a previous date. So you'll see Matt a
<v Speaker 5>little later. But he is not here right now because
<v Speaker 5>I don't even know what what's the deal.
<v Speaker 4>He's at Disney he's at Disneyland celebrating. Uh what a
<v Speaker 4>weekend for the Cardona family.
<v Speaker 1>Huh.
<v Speaker 4>Chelsea Green, your first ever women's United States champion. Unbelievable,
<v Speaker 4>so cool, very proud of her. We all love Chelsea.
<v Speaker 4>I think wrestling fans for sure, for sure have fallen
<v Speaker 4>in love with Chelsea, like we all have. My wife
<v Speaker 4>and kids are there, you know, to see her live.
<v Speaker 4>So it's just very very cool for obviously everybody behind
<v Speaker 4>the scenes here at the Major Wrestling Figure podcast.
<v Speaker 5>I have not watched it yet. I'm looking forward to
<v Speaker 5>watching the event. But the winged Eagle comes out, it's
<v Speaker 5>a historic event. It's so cool.
<v Speaker 4>Yeah, the wrestling world was a buzzing and I didn't
<v Speaker 4>even think that that's the route they were going, right,
<v Speaker 4>the whole flashback thing, until it was all coming together.
<v Speaker 1>So Jesse the body Ventura I love.
<v Speaker 5>I love the idea of this whole thing. So I'm
<v Speaker 5>looking forward to I probably watch it today while I
<v Speaker 5>work out. But yeah, congrats to Chelsea and your daughters.
<v Speaker 5>Were they thrilled with this situation.
<v Speaker 4>Because he's one of their favorite you know, Madison's for
<v Speaker 4>she was pretty fired up. McKenzie's like seven and a
<v Speaker 4>half and kind of in like too cool for school
<v Speaker 4>phase sometimes, so like doesn't always show her cards. But
<v Speaker 4>they told me their favorite part of the whole show
<v Speaker 4>was Kevin Owen's breaking Cody's neck and they were very
<v Speaker 4>concerned because he got ambulance out of there, so.
<v Speaker 5>Well, probably the first time she ever they ever saw
<v Speaker 5>somebody get ambulanced out live, right, Oh for sure.
<v Speaker 4>Yeah.
<v Speaker 5>And when you watch it live as a kid, you see,
<v Speaker 5>that's when you see all this. This guy's running from here,
<v Speaker 5>and it's like, oh, this guy's calling. This guy looks
<v Speaker 5>a little more real.
<v Speaker 4>Right, they're seven and four. It's pretty enchanting.
<v Speaker 5>But I'm also realizing she did the one legged tights.
<v Speaker 4>She did the one legged tights. And then it's funny.
<v Speaker 4>A lot of people right away and I wasn't even
<v Speaker 4>thinking of this, are posting, Wow, they're the first couple
<v Speaker 4>to ever win the United States Championships.
<v Speaker 5>Right, forgot that? Didn't you grat that?
<v Speaker 4>But I think what's even a little bit cooler is
<v Speaker 4>they've both won championships in the Nasau Coliseum because that's
<v Speaker 4>where broskin I won our first tact team times and
<v Speaker 4>now Chelsea winning the women's United States titles.
<v Speaker 1>So very cool.
<v Speaker 5>Overall, I thought this was cool come out with the
<v Speaker 5>United States championship shirt. Now I'm not sure. I'm out
<v Speaker 5>of the loop a little bit. Do they do this often?
<v Speaker 5>Because I think it's as good as like a sports thing.
<v Speaker 4>I'm out of the loop too. I thought that was
<v Speaker 4>crazy fast. But also, guess who designed that shirt? One
<v Speaker 4>Ryan win Chomby.
<v Speaker 5>Wow, that's awesome.
<v Speaker 4>So pretty badass.
<v Speaker 5>So I think it's awesome that they they did this.
<v Speaker 5>I mean then I'm thinking every company should have championship shirts.
<v Speaker 5>Why not?
<v Speaker 1>Yeah, I agree, Like.
<v Speaker 5>When you know, when the Patriots win the Super Bowl
<v Speaker 5>and then they have the hat.
<v Speaker 1>And the shirt.
<v Speaker 4>Companies try, right, but you get there. You got to
<v Speaker 4>have your shi t together because that's spoiler alert stuff.
<v Speaker 4>You know, you have to have a very trustworthy, efficient
<v Speaker 4>team behind the scenes.
<v Speaker 1>Right.
<v Speaker 5>But now I'm thinking it's it'd be really funny if
<v Speaker 5>I had the shirts made for my guys every time
<v Speaker 5>they lose a championship shot, like you know the ones
<v Speaker 5>that are sent to World Country. You know, they always
<v Speaker 5>say that the team.
<v Speaker 4>Loses, they said, offload Bill's super Bowl Championship shirts.
<v Speaker 5>That's what I'm saying it's all the Tony Nice TNT
<v Speaker 5>champion shirts are going to with their world country.
<v Speaker 4>Yeah, we should just recreate the Hawkins losing streak shirt
<v Speaker 4>for them.
<v Speaker 5>That's true. Hey, hey, we're getting close. To be honest,
<v Speaker 5>we might I think we're at twenty one in a row.
<v Speaker 5>Pal Wow that somebody just told me the other day
<v Speaker 5>that it was eighteen, and we've lost a few cents,
<v Speaker 5>so I'm guessing twenty one. I'm not sure. But anyway, Yeah,
<v Speaker 5>Saturday Night's fan an awesome and they are in Disney
<v Speaker 5>World with the belts. Did Matta make her take that out?
<v Speaker 4>I mean think without knowing? I know, yeah, I'm sure.
<v Speaker 5>But but do you think that she was like oh?
<v Speaker 4>Or was she like Okay, that's a tough call, but
<v Speaker 4>I could see either one. She is smiling there though.
<v Speaker 4>But then there's also a picture of Matt holding it too.
<v Speaker 4>I saw so. Yeah.
<v Speaker 5>So he's one half of the United States Women's Champion.
<v Speaker 4>If that helps him sleep at night.
<v Speaker 1>Sure.
<v Speaker 5>Now, the part of the reason that Matt is not
<v Speaker 5>here for the main part of the podcast is because
<v Speaker 5>he is. He had planned this trip and was with
<v Speaker 5>aw all week, right, so he had with the toy drive.
<v Speaker 5>He went home, he changed his bag, he went straight
<v Speaker 5>to aw Then he had indie shows.
<v Speaker 4>We were both at Fourth Rope for a West Side
<v Speaker 4>Gun Thursday night in Atlanta.
<v Speaker 5>Oh yeah, that's right. How did that go?
<v Speaker 4>It was awesome?
<v Speaker 1>And then.
<v Speaker 4>He went I don't know where he went Friday another Chicago, India,
<v Speaker 4>I believe.
<v Speaker 5>And then but he had GCW.
<v Speaker 4>In GCW Saturday where he was violently attacked. There we're
<v Speaker 4>going to my weekend, just a stellar teena weekend, another
<v Speaker 4>show stealing event as System versus the Hardys. I think
<v Speaker 4>the culmination of our of our feud that's been going
<v Speaker 4>on for quite some time. And I'll tell you what
<v Speaker 4>I'm I think all four of us are very very
<v Speaker 4>very proud of, you know, the story that we've told
<v Speaker 4>the past couple of months and some really exciting matches
<v Speaker 4>and moments and unforgettable stuff.
<v Speaker 5>Absolutely. Uh, but this this, I was very surprised to
<v Speaker 5>see Saturday night, Uh, Jericho attacking Brosky in a g
<v Speaker 5>c W ring. Yeah, which let the internet was taken
<v Speaker 5>by storm.
<v Speaker 4>Oh my god, Jimmy Lloyd and Chelsea were the same gear.
<v Speaker 5>I certainly did not see this coming.
<v Speaker 4>Well, here it is GCW in La, you know, all
<v Speaker 4>the way across the country. While Chelsea Green's winning the
<v Speaker 4>United States Women's Championship, Brosky is viciously attacked by a
<v Speaker 4>man wearing Yankees and New York Giants attire.
<v Speaker 5>And sparkly healed.
<v Speaker 4>Beautiful, sparkly high heeled shoes apparently.
<v Speaker 5>And look what I just realized. Look right there on
<v Speaker 5>the ringside.
<v Speaker 4>On the right, Oh, John Space, Carlos, carl what's he
<v Speaker 4>doing there?
<v Speaker 1>Is he not at work?
<v Speaker 5>What's he? He must be with Jericho?
<v Speaker 4>We're oh, what a little stooge?
<v Speaker 5>Yeah, I mean it actually makes sense. You get some
<v Speaker 5>footage of this attack, right, Okay, that's pretty good.
<v Speaker 4>Hi guys, Well, I saw Chris pulled up at a car,
<v Speaker 4>which is definitely the right move, considering there's no locker
<v Speaker 4>room at this building, as we love to talk about
<v Speaker 4>every time it comes up. It's an alleyway, right technically, yes, yeah,
<v Speaker 4>So that feud intensifies and uh here it is well
<v Speaker 4>final battle.
<v Speaker 5>Yes, uh yeah, gonna be great.
<v Speaker 4>Are you rooting against Brosky? He's gonna be like your boss,
<v Speaker 4>He's gonna be like on your brand if he becomes
<v Speaker 4>the champ.
<v Speaker 5>No, I'm going to make your life miserable publicly smart
<v Speaker 5>Mark Sterling is rooting for Brosky, but also behind the scenes,
<v Speaker 5>I am also rooting for Brosky.
<v Speaker 4>Oh wow, Okay, I feel like, uh, I feel like
<v Speaker 4>you'd want him to, Like he already controls your life
<v Speaker 4>and all things Pod related, and then now he's going
<v Speaker 4>to control your life at your other job because he's
<v Speaker 4>going to be like the head of our age.
<v Speaker 5>Like there might be a lot but we joke about
<v Speaker 5>Brett Brosky being controlling in the boss and stuff. But
<v Speaker 5>he does have my back. He has our back, right,
<v Speaker 5>you wouldn't see I would say that he has me
<v Speaker 5>and you and you and Kinic and Joe you choose,
<v Speaker 5>even he has our back. So I would assume that
<v Speaker 5>if Broski was the ring of our champion, maybe good
<v Speaker 5>things are ahead. Who knows, maybe not, Maybe he starts
<v Speaker 5>beating us too. I don't know.
<v Speaker 4>If okay, if some kind of tragedy to you, yes,
<v Speaker 4>was in the way of Brosky getting a good workout
<v Speaker 4>and a good meal, which one do you think he
<v Speaker 4>would take?
<v Speaker 5>Well, that's true, that's true.
<v Speaker 4>I mean, be honest, So how much of your back
<v Speaker 4>does he have.
<v Speaker 5>Yeah, you're right as well, as long as he's fed.
<v Speaker 5>I already worked out and maybe had a tug right.
<v Speaker 5>Speaking of Broske, did you watch the Hey? This whole
<v Speaker 5>whole beginning of the segment is did you watch the aw.
<v Speaker 4>Episode instant click Sunday morning? Flying home from just a
<v Speaker 4>wonderful ten a weekend in the atl This pops up
<v Speaker 4>it like I think, I want to say, six of
<v Speaker 4>the morning. I went, yep, yep, let's see.
<v Speaker 5>So I told, did you I watched it Thursday night?
<v Speaker 5>So RJ had like the the Brother link and he
<v Speaker 5>just wanted to show me the roast segment, right, So
<v Speaker 5>he pulled it up and showed it to me on
<v Speaker 5>his phone, and then I said, can I just watch
<v Speaker 5>the whole thing? So I watched the whole thing and
<v Speaker 5>I said to you guys, I said, boys, saw the
<v Speaker 5>Matt Cardona hey w and it needs to be seen.
<v Speaker 4>Well, I'll say this about if you haven't seen it yet,
<v Speaker 4>it reminded me of Gronk on the Brady Roast. It's
<v Speaker 4>just like an RJ is so good, it's just like unfair,
<v Speaker 4>and that's just that's just taking it.
<v Speaker 5>Well, that's the thing about Hey, w nobody has to
<v Speaker 5>come and the people think they need to be funny whatever,
<v Speaker 5>they just need to be straight. They play straight to RJ.
<v Speaker 4>He's too funny. You it's at a losing battle.
<v Speaker 1>How are you gonna you know exactly, you're not gonna
<v Speaker 1>have in all all.
<v Speaker 4>Fairness, I think Matt played it like what he like.
<v Speaker 4>He just kind of says nothing.
<v Speaker 5>I thought it was great and he had a couple
<v Speaker 5>of good quips. But the but the Rows segment, both
<v Speaker 5>of us took some strays.
<v Speaker 4>Oh totally expected. That's fine, that's fine.
<v Speaker 5>Oh man. I like when he asked that he was
<v Speaker 5>he was amazed that you let him get married. It
<v Speaker 5>was great. So I'm thrilled. I know that r J
<v Speaker 5>has wanted to RJ's known Matt for a whiles and
<v Speaker 5>he's sort of had this planned for a while. Matt
<v Speaker 5>comes in and out of.
<v Speaker 4>Aw gotta get him while you can get him.
<v Speaker 5>Yeah, exactly right. Okay, so we've got oh and then
<v Speaker 5>in the feud that will never end, just Orange Cassidy
<v Speaker 5>just he can't let me just be me, you know
<v Speaker 5>what I'm saying. I just I'm trying to exist as
<v Speaker 5>a human being there on the ringside and I gotta
<v Speaker 5>get punched in the face for it.
<v Speaker 1>So one of the biggest stars in and Mark.
<v Speaker 2>And Mark.
<v Speaker 5>Well guys collision. This week we had a fantastic match
<v Speaker 5>my Guy's inn MXM versus Orange Cassidy and his boys,
<v Speaker 5>his group of boys, the Outrunners were there. It's a
<v Speaker 5>great match.
<v Speaker 1>Check it out.
<v Speaker 4>Super Funds are big merch movers official.
<v Speaker 5>Yeah, this month top merch ollers for the month. But
<v Speaker 5>they have great ship. They have a fanny pack, they
<v Speaker 5>have colorful shirts that aren't just black. The shirts are
<v Speaker 5>wearable whoever they're designed. People are are great and that's
<v Speaker 5>the last good thing I'll say about the Outrunners. O.
<v Speaker 5>All right, so I'm looking at the notes here. Yeah,
<v Speaker 5>so Matt Matt was at Chicago Style Wrestling at GCW
<v Speaker 5>Chess Green and then I guess that's it for follow
<v Speaker 5>up other than the normal stuff that we wanted to
<v Speaker 5>talk about. So we have a giveaway each week. All
<v Speaker 5>you have to do is retweet the pin tweet on
<v Speaker 5>our Twitter to win that giveaway. I'm not sure what
<v Speaker 5>the giveaway was last week, but the winner of it
<v Speaker 5>was Lance Bellco at Belco. That is that is Tony. Also,
<v Speaker 5>you can leave a review on our iTunes or wherever
<v Speaker 5>you listen to your podcasts and little screenshot of it,
<v Speaker 5>put it on Twitter and use the hashtag major review
<v Speaker 5>and you will get a little prize. The winner this
<v Speaker 5>week is our good friend might be in the chat
<v Speaker 5>Big Papa Pump will Botello.
<v Speaker 1>Oh buddy, He says, I'm.
<v Speaker 5>Pretty sure sending an email to the Good Brothers and
<v Speaker 5>having Carl read live on their podcast that the Major
<v Speaker 5>Wrestling Figure Pod is a five star podcast deserves to
<v Speaker 5>be the major review of the week. Big Papa Pump.
<v Speaker 5>So apparently he sent some message to the Good Brothers.
<v Speaker 4>I gotta get on the Good brother podcast train. I
<v Speaker 4>keep hearing that they keep bame dropping me and talking
<v Speaker 4>shiz it.
<v Speaker 1>I gotta see got it.
<v Speaker 5>But he says, uh, Good Brother Hoots today now here.
<v Speaker 5>I'm gonna run, man, what the hell? Big fan of
<v Speaker 5>the pod. The cryptid segs on the pod are gold.
<v Speaker 5>The new repented version of the pod is great. I'll
<v Speaker 5>never forget the days with the Hoots just having a
<v Speaker 5>good time with some blood Tama and Rocky or any
<v Speaker 5>other guests that stumble into the room. Hell even later
<v Speaker 5>with Brian. Yeah, Bra, come on, bra or Boys on.
<v Speaker 4>The Road, like an exaggerated way of how I talk.
<v Speaker 5>Which I've never heard you say. Bra Ever, Brah, come on.
<v Speaker 1>Like I mean, I don't say that.
<v Speaker 4>Sure, if I'm intoxicated and one of them says something stupid,
<v Speaker 4>it's similar to that.
<v Speaker 5>But maybe you're a bro guy. You're not a brother.
<v Speaker 4>You know, you can't change their minds.
<v Speaker 5>And even in TNA with some good sisters anyways, love
<v Speaker 5>the content that you guys put out. Two of my
<v Speaker 5>absolute favorite podcasts that I have to listen to every
<v Speaker 5>single week, especially when I need a good laugh, and
<v Speaker 5>no matter what it turns my day around is you guys.
<v Speaker 5>And a few friends of mine Matt Brian and Mark
<v Speaker 5>of the Major at Wrestling Figure podcast, both five star
<v Speaker 5>caliber podcasts by the way, talking shopping mania blah blah. Okay,
<v Speaker 5>So he did a review to The Good Brothers that
<v Speaker 5>was read on their podcast, and they were reviewing our
<v Speaker 5>podcast in that review, So we appreciate that.
<v Speaker 4>All right, Yeah, yeah, the Good Brothers. You know, Carl
<v Speaker 4>chinout with an injury, so they I think they're a
<v Speaker 4>little dialed into their podcasting for once, so you know,
<v Speaker 4>take advantage of that while you can't because they're eventually
<v Speaker 4>gonna quit again.
<v Speaker 1>Guys.
<v Speaker 4>So right, this is the I think the ninth resurrection
<v Speaker 4>of their podcast.
<v Speaker 5>Well, maybe we shouldn't think of it as resurrections and
<v Speaker 5>more like seasons. Maybe, so this is like season five
<v Speaker 5>of the podcast, which I think is totally fine.
<v Speaker 1>It's gotta be more than that.
<v Speaker 5>But all right, okay, follow us everywhere at major WF
<v Speaker 5>pod And of course we've our big deal Brian Majormars
<v Speaker 5>dot com, our patriot service. We've got everything over their
<v Speaker 5>bonus pods every week, six years of bonus material that
<v Speaker 5>you could at your fingertips for nine to ninety nine.
<v Speaker 5>This month, Rave reviews for our favorite top five Christmas Presents.
<v Speaker 4>The Christmas Countdown episode. Everyone's going wild about it, and
<v Speaker 4>I think good reason for it. Right, it's at the
<v Speaker 4>root of what this whole show is.
<v Speaker 1>Right.
<v Speaker 5>We had a lot of energy when we did it too.
<v Speaker 5>We were all really excited to do that bonus. It
<v Speaker 5>was one of those where we just felt good and
<v Speaker 5>excited to talk about this stuff. It really started to
<v Speaker 5>get me in the Christmas spirit. I've had a hard
<v Speaker 5>time this year getting in the Christmas spirit, and that
<v Speaker 5>was something that sort of jump started a little bit right,
<v Speaker 5>and then the other one we just put up this
<v Speaker 5>week is a watch along of December to Dismember, the
<v Speaker 5>only ecwwwe pay per view, and that featured a main
<v Speaker 5>event with the Elimination Chamber.
<v Speaker 4>The Extreme Elimination Chamber.
<v Speaker 5>We were all in the same room, tired as hell,
<v Speaker 5>kind of hungover from day drinking and just sort of
<v Speaker 5>watched the match on the couch.
<v Speaker 4>And I still didn't hate it, So check it out
<v Speaker 4>for yourself.
<v Speaker 5>Yeah, both Heath's Happy Hour from last month and this
<v Speaker 5>month is up. Have you gotten a chance to listen
<v Speaker 5>to him realize that he's been in multiple Christmas segments yet?
<v Speaker 1>No, I haven't, but.
<v Speaker 5>Maybe on your way.
<v Speaker 4>Out, Heath was sending some mushy, sentimental, sad boy Heath
<v Speaker 4>text and a group chat we're all and everyone at
<v Speaker 4>ten was like, is he's okay? And I explained to me,
<v Speaker 4>I said, man, Heath does a show on our Patreon
<v Speaker 4>called he'th Happy Hour and it's a nine out of
<v Speaker 4>ten times he cries. Yes, he said, he's a very
<v Speaker 4>emotional man and we love him for it. But I said,
<v Speaker 4>I was not surprised by any of those texts guys.
<v Speaker 5>Yeah, that's true. But every week we give away a
<v Speaker 5>prize to a new and old subscriber. This week the
<v Speaker 5>first time in the line winner Matt Jenks and the
<v Speaker 5>classic superstar Frank Manly. Frank Manly sounds like a guy
<v Speaker 5>who sells refrigerators.
<v Speaker 4>What a badass name, right, exactly?
<v Speaker 5>Tough Tom All right now, Brian, to end out this
<v Speaker 5>sort of follow up segment, there's some big Rubber Guy news,
<v Speaker 5>right there's a.
<v Speaker 4>Big Rubber Guys on sale right now Collectmajor dot Com.
<v Speaker 4>We have the limited to one thousand Brian Myers first
<v Speaker 4>time sculpted by Brian Batty in my signature post two
<v Speaker 4>officially licensed TNA Tag Team Championships. Also, this is a
<v Speaker 4>mock up. It's missing. It's going to have a sticker
<v Speaker 4>in the top corner that says, you know, officially licensed,
<v Speaker 4>you know includes two TNA tag tiles. So that's gonna
<v Speaker 4>be a nice little add attuched to that. Very excited
<v Speaker 4>as well as the completely overdone with deco Hits Deathmatch
<v Speaker 4>King Matt Cardona, entrance jacket, Tassels Crown Championship, tongue sticking
<v Speaker 4>out going down on Miss Elizabeth l La la la
<v Speaker 4>face scan and uh yeah, that's a Brosky line. Yeah right,
<v Speaker 4>he'd appreciate it. Uh yeah, I mean, guys, look at
<v Speaker 4>this thing. It's all over the place, a lot going
<v Speaker 4>on here. Only limited to a thousand though, and I
<v Speaker 4>don't I mean, Broski literally can't be repainted. I possibly can,
<v Speaker 4>but there's no plans. So I hop on.
<v Speaker 5>It cool and then I guess we you know, last
<v Speaker 5>week we had a live podcast. We recorded the podcast
<v Speaker 5>in front of the Toy Drive people. We talked about
<v Speaker 5>it a little bit last week. But successful week.
<v Speaker 4>For a thousand wrestling figures, thanks to everybody donated this
<v Speaker 4>year to Toys for Tots.
<v Speaker 5>So we appreciate everybody that.
<v Speaker 4>Well this is like not somebody needs to be said,
<v Speaker 4>but uh, every year we donate the figures to Toys
<v Speaker 4>for Tots and we drop them off and the guys
<v Speaker 4>kind of like, oh you guys again. And then this
<v Speaker 4>year they changed locations so that guy wasn't there, and
<v Speaker 4>it was nice to like like, oh, wow, you did this.
<v Speaker 4>Yeah you know, it was becoming old hat, I guess,
<v Speaker 4>so it was nice to be I don't know, appreciate it,
<v Speaker 4>I guess.
<v Speaker 5>But well I think these guys sign up to be
<v Speaker 5>the drop off centers, and they think that like once
<v Speaker 5>a year, the Ruby Tuesdays will drop off a half
<v Speaker 5>a box, right, and then they put it to the side. Yeah,
<v Speaker 5>they're not expecting two truckloads of wrestling figures that they
<v Speaker 5>have to then take off the box, so they get
<v Speaker 5>a little annoyed. But this year the guy was very nice.
<v Speaker 5>John was his name, but he was super nice and
<v Speaker 5>helpful and very excited, and they sent a bunch of
<v Speaker 5>pictures after.
<v Speaker 4>And they even came to get all the stuff that
<v Speaker 4>was donated for our live recording and you know, the
<v Speaker 4>meet and greet and stuff. So that was six boxes
<v Speaker 4>to the.

<v Speaker 6>Of the Major PBRDB How much paps.
<v Speaker 4>Does you drink at the Creative Pro Christmas Party?
<v Speaker 1>Mark?
<v Speaker 5>I did not go to the Creator Pro Christmas Party,
<v Speaker 5>but was there, paps h.
<v Speaker 4>Past someone did bring a giant case with Ye're flowing nice?
<v Speaker 4>That's a shoot hoot?
<v Speaker 5>Did you guys? You guys had a good time this year.
<v Speaker 5>It's one of my favorite things.
<v Speaker 4>We lost power, but uh we forged ahead. We said
<v Speaker 4>blackout at the Blackout. Guys just keep going karaoke. Uh yeah, yeah.
<v Speaker 5>Karaoke was something that I forced to happen that that
<v Speaker 5>first year or second year, and people were pretty upset
<v Speaker 5>about it. But then I think everyone, uh, you come
<v Speaker 5>around on the karaoke, especially with a bunch of wrestlers
<v Speaker 5>who know how to perform right, you know what I mean.
<v Speaker 4>I've had some pretty wild karaoke moments there the show.
<v Speaker 5>I remember the year you did Mawana.
<v Speaker 1>You're welcome?
<v Speaker 4>I did?
<v Speaker 5>Yeah, you did?
<v Speaker 4>A good friend Dwayne sings that all right.
<v Speaker 5>Well, every week if you use the hashtag major PBR
<v Speaker 5>you could also win a prize, and this week that
<v Speaker 5>prize goes to Jeff Managlia at the Jam and Jeff says,
<v Speaker 5>taking advantage of my major marks dot Com perks on
<v Speaker 5>this lazy Friday evening by watching the video version of
<v Speaker 5>the latest pod while enjoying a hashtag major pbr. There
<v Speaker 5>he is, look at us at the toy drive. Joe
<v Speaker 5>Shues was there too.
<v Speaker 4>What a toyatic beautiful man that Joe Shoes is?
<v Speaker 5>All right for the news. On the podcast this week,
<v Speaker 5>our friend there Latuny showed off Wrestling Giant Series Wave
<v Speaker 5>three okay with he showed Antonio and Noki Oh I
<v Speaker 5>did see this and Demolition Acts.
<v Speaker 4>Which is the exact replica of the LG, which I
<v Speaker 4>guess that I mean, I'm I'm assuming that's his business model.
<v Speaker 4>Then to do more to do LJN's accurate to what
<v Speaker 4>they were.
<v Speaker 5>As opposed to like a little bit better like the
<v Speaker 5>like the brg's Yeah.
<v Speaker 4>Actually, and you know what, I give him full credit.
<v Speaker 4>This is a Broski thing. Like very very early on
<v Speaker 4>in the Big Rubber Guy era, he said, we can't
<v Speaker 4>like just do exact poses of other ones, because there's
<v Speaker 4>gonna look like the customs people have made for decades.
<v Speaker 4>You know, they have to be unique. And I was like,
<v Speaker 4>that's a great point. So we've purposely stayed away from
<v Speaker 4>these poses aside from you can see in series one,
<v Speaker 4>Matt and I like, my pose is exactly mister Wonderful
<v Speaker 4>and his is exactly Machraman. Pretty much right after that
<v Speaker 4>we realized, ah, this isn't like, this isn't going to
<v Speaker 4>separate us from the pack kind of thing. So but
<v Speaker 4>if that's what this guy's doing, then whatever. I mean,
<v Speaker 4>that figure of acts is not you know, readily available,
<v Speaker 4>and for sure if not for a affordable price, you know,
<v Speaker 4>so maybe there is something to it.
<v Speaker 5>Right Title Run Toys they showed three D rendering for
<v Speaker 5>Danny Davis.
<v Speaker 4>That's pretty cool, actually, nice little has Bro style.
<v Speaker 5>I like it, the ridiculous hair, the very Danny Davis.
<v Speaker 4>Yeah, I wonder do you think John Cone needs that?
<v Speaker 4>Because he's not in a referee outfit, but he's in
<v Speaker 4>like a referee wrestling gear.
<v Speaker 5>His character is that he's an evil ref.
<v Speaker 1>Of course, very borderline.
<v Speaker 4>Speaking of John Cone's referee collection, and I'm sure we'll
<v Speaker 4>probably look at it later, but did you see his
<v Speaker 4>copy on his single release figure at ringside? Says John
<v Speaker 4>Cone collects wrestling referee action figures?
<v Speaker 5>I did not.
<v Speaker 1>Yeah, that is awesome, I know.
<v Speaker 4>And I'm sure someone named ravishing. Robert slipped that in there,
<v Speaker 4>but I thought that was very.
<v Speaker 5>Cool hasseltoy he showed uh grapplers and gimmicks. Santa Claus, what.
<v Speaker 4>Is your opinion on this mark?
<v Speaker 5>I actually love it.
<v Speaker 4>I I don't want it like in my collection, but
<v Speaker 4>I think I want it for like a Christmas decoration.
<v Speaker 4>So I feel more like like I'll get it and
<v Speaker 4>like have it it. Like literally, I'll put it away
<v Speaker 4>every year with my Christmas stuff.
<v Speaker 1>You know.
<v Speaker 5>I love it. I think it's awesome. Look we talked
<v Speaker 5>about I'm gonna put it. I'm gonna put it in
<v Speaker 5>the front in my Hasbro ring during the season, and
<v Speaker 5>then I'll put it in the back of the of
<v Speaker 5>the cabinet. I'm keeping it.
<v Speaker 4>I'm not even like an account this as like part
<v Speaker 4>of my collection. But I do think it's I dig
<v Speaker 4>that it's a if Santa was a Hasbro.
<v Speaker 1>That's kind of a cool vibe.
<v Speaker 5>I am. Because Santa Claus, as we've talked about, he's
<v Speaker 5>happy hour. As we talked about on this podcast, Santa
<v Speaker 5>Claus is a character in pro wrestling almost every year.
<v Speaker 4>Christy Digivanni making a great point in the chat here
<v Speaker 4>Live Major Marx dot Com, Patreon. Remember I think Mitch, Mitch,
<v Speaker 4>Mitch miss the mark here a little bit, Like he's
<v Speaker 4>showing this render of this, he might as well just
<v Speaker 4>hold it off until next year, next year, Like what
<v Speaker 4>is the point of this coming in the springtime for.
<v Speaker 5>People that didn't think of that?
<v Speaker 1>Yeah?
<v Speaker 4>That one. I actually that was like one of my
<v Speaker 4>first thoughts when this popped up. I went, well, that's
<v Speaker 4>not going to be like delivered next week, so what's
<v Speaker 4>the point.
<v Speaker 5>But well, I love me some Santa Claus segments on
<v Speaker 5>wrestling shows. It gives me the warm and fuzzies. So
<v Speaker 5>I love the idea of a Hasbro Santa Claus and
<v Speaker 5>also props to him includes an accessory hat. There is
<v Speaker 5>a company that we know that probably would have sold
<v Speaker 5>this hat on its own for fourteen ninety nine with
<v Speaker 5>a within a twenty dollars ship. Right, yeah, so this
<v Speaker 5>is the way that you sell something that has not
<v Speaker 5>much value. You can put that it becomes at.
<v Speaker 1>It yourn elite. Heth Slater figure exactly for.
<v Speaker 5>His multiple segments all Right Zombie, talking about heels and faces,
<v Speaker 5>he says that the CM punk and Larry have left
<v Speaker 5>the factory.
<v Speaker 1>Look at that pretty graphic.
<v Speaker 4>Add I can only assume John Lucas Rayes did that
<v Speaker 4>for him.
<v Speaker 1>Very cool way to you know.
<v Speaker 4>I also funny how like toy collecting is in the
<v Speaker 4>monitor like when it When has a company ever announced
<v Speaker 4>that the figures are on the water from China like this?
<v Speaker 4>Like just I think we all know so much now
<v Speaker 4>about with a graphic?
<v Speaker 5>Yeah, do you think every one of those containers are
<v Speaker 5>Larry and ceanabuks?
<v Speaker 1>Definitely? Yea.
<v Speaker 4>By the way, I missed this a photo of the
<v Speaker 4>actual boat that's carrying him for sure.
<v Speaker 5>Right with that with did you notice the water World
<v Speaker 5>tramaran tim ran in the water right there? I missed
<v Speaker 5>this comment earlier from marky k Baby says I want
<v Speaker 5>a major karaoke party. I think that would be a
<v Speaker 5>great idea.
<v Speaker 7>Right when Puma singing when it comes crashings inside.
<v Speaker 5>It's true, it'd be great all right now WW two
<v Speaker 5>k uh there's new Mattel Persona cards available in w
<v Speaker 5>W two K twenty four my faction.
<v Speaker 1>Okay, so you know, you know, I mean not a
<v Speaker 1>video game guy.
<v Speaker 4>If people get excited about this kind of stuff, like,
<v Speaker 4>I don't know why you would want to be a
<v Speaker 4>be a wrestling figure.
<v Speaker 5>I think it's just one of those things video game.
<v Speaker 5>It just adds different skins and different looks in the videos.
<v Speaker 5>So they got Roman Reigns, Rhea Ripley, and Tristratus who
<v Speaker 5>as figures. Holy randomness, but all right cool in a
<v Speaker 5>world of video games, the skins and the looks of
<v Speaker 5>pro wrestlers has or not pro wrestlers, but just in general,
<v Speaker 5>it is pretty wacky if you ever saw like a
<v Speaker 5>Fortnite situation where you can, you know, be Mandalorian and
<v Speaker 5>Christmas colors or something crazy like that. So yeah, I
<v Speaker 5>think it's probably just you know, as we'd say, added value,
<v Speaker 5>right big shots WWE commemorative pillows showing a Pat McAfee,
<v Speaker 5>very cool, look at that wrestling gear. I don't know
<v Speaker 5>if I want, you know, a giant Pat McAfee for
<v Speaker 5>ninety dollars if I can barely buy a stone.
<v Speaker 4>Call is beloved by the universe, So that's cool.
<v Speaker 5>Right, But if you think about somebody's collection, right, like,
<v Speaker 5>do they either have big hitters or all of them?
<v Speaker 5>I don't think many people have all of them.
<v Speaker 4>Dude, No way, twenty two inch ninety dollars a pop Buddies.
<v Speaker 4>I don't know if there's too many complete its. So
<v Speaker 4>these big shots.
<v Speaker 5>Right, all right, so the Mattel News new WW raw
<v Speaker 5>on Netflix en cap display at Walmart? Did you see that?
<v Speaker 1>Okay?
<v Speaker 4>So that's the payoff to these the two packs that
<v Speaker 4>were not allowed. And now you know, you know, the
<v Speaker 4>debut on Netflix is rapidly approaching, so it makes more sense.
<v Speaker 5>Right, some Main Event series one fifty one, Elite Collection
<v Speaker 5>Series one eleven, Elite Collection Series Won, twelve Eleak Collection,
<v Speaker 5>Royal Rumble, Raw Main Event and Raw Main Events Showdown.
<v Speaker 5>That's it's going to be in those end caps.
<v Speaker 1>And that's loaded.
<v Speaker 5>Yeah, WB Champions Wave four, the American Nightmare, Cody Roads, Okay,
<v Speaker 5>see him? Punk and uh Roman Rates?
<v Speaker 4>Man, did they pump out so much sampunk product in
<v Speaker 4>a year's time?
<v Speaker 5>Right? And hey, if you're talking about a set of
<v Speaker 5>dudes that are important to the WW, Cody Punk and
<v Speaker 5>Roman Rates all of a set, hell of a set, well.
<v Speaker 4>Are you gonna complain about that? Especially when this is
<v Speaker 4>meant to be you know, anchors and you know Greatest
<v Speaker 4>Hits Style almost you know.
<v Speaker 5>Right, WW Retro Tech Team two pac Bloodline, Jimmy and
<v Speaker 5>Jay Roman.
<v Speaker 1>And Solo Ringside Exclusive.
<v Speaker 5>Ringside Exclusive, So some new images there. I'm not sure
<v Speaker 5>if I knew that there was a soft goods we've
<v Speaker 5>talked about that. We did talk about it on the Jumpers.
<v Speaker 1>Yeah. I like that.
<v Speaker 4>It's cool. I don't not necessary, but added value.
<v Speaker 5>Right, I'm very excited about this. Like I said, if
<v Speaker 5>they were going to do modern wrestlers in the retro line,
<v Speaker 5>I would want the tippity top, the best of the best.
<v Speaker 5>And there is nothing better in pro wrestling than the
<v Speaker 5>Bloodline angle over the last three years, right, So I
<v Speaker 5>think this is a perfect added thing. And certainly like
<v Speaker 5>in ten years, when you're holding that blood Line pack,
<v Speaker 5>you can't say like, well that was a flash in
<v Speaker 5>the pan.
<v Speaker 4>Yeah, yeah, it's I can't see it not aging.
<v Speaker 5>Well, you're right, yeah, all right, uh ww knuckle crunchers
<v Speaker 5>wave five? Wait five? We got Roman rings Cody wrote,
<v Speaker 5>all right, and are these repaints?
<v Speaker 1>M Yes, the.
<v Speaker 4>First time they've executed Romans tats because he usually has
<v Speaker 4>like a shirt or something.
<v Speaker 1>Yep, okay, a little stretcher with him.
<v Speaker 4>I feel like they need to expanded a little bit
<v Speaker 4>more with the characters here. But it's all good. Kids
<v Speaker 4>Product Top Guys.
<v Speaker 5>Cody, and the shirt will workout. He's going out Air
<v Speaker 5>Force one, All White, Air Force Ones Cody. He's got
<v Speaker 5>a weight belt for the when he goes to the gym.
<v Speaker 4>Oh my god.
<v Speaker 5>And then uh what else? We get Jimmy and Jay
<v Speaker 5>so yep, cool crutches, you gotta shirt, no yeat okay?
<v Speaker 5>And then uh, yeat no yeat and yeat, got some steps,
<v Speaker 5>a nice little mullet.
<v Speaker 4>Sweet all right, let's love los Man, keep them coming,
<v Speaker 4>all right?
<v Speaker 5>So ww Elite Collection Greatest Hits Wave seven.
<v Speaker 4>We got a hul Cogan, which super cool with that
<v Speaker 4>scan where he's biting the you know, the bandana.
<v Speaker 5>I love that.
<v Speaker 1>Very toyatic.
<v Speaker 5>But theoretically we have an ultimate of this.
<v Speaker 4>This is a jazzed up version of the Coliseum Collection Ultimate. Yes,
<v Speaker 4>but we do the Freedom did report that this is
<v Speaker 4>an actual depicture of something he wore in like eighty five.
<v Speaker 4>So God, just I like, there's so many Hogans. I
<v Speaker 4>can't justify this, Like if it doesn't mean anything to me,
<v Speaker 4>Like if I was at this show and I'm like,
<v Speaker 4>oh my god, the Tybee War, the All White, I
<v Speaker 4>just can't justify it.
<v Speaker 5>This I have this memory. We were in Chicago for
<v Speaker 5>aw so it must have been within the last three years,
<v Speaker 5>so probably three years ago, and I went to a
<v Speaker 5>toy store with Ethan Page and there was one Hogan
<v Speaker 5>Elite in this toy store. It was like the Legends
<v Speaker 5>or the Greatest. It was a Legends or Entrance great
<v Speaker 5>or something. So that that whole Hogan from the from
<v Speaker 5>the mid eighties.
<v Speaker 4>Yeah, the defining moments.
<v Speaker 5>Probably defining moments, yes. And I remember saying on the
<v Speaker 5>podcast like this is one of the only Hogan elites,
<v Speaker 5>Like if you want Hogan in your coquestion, like, this
<v Speaker 5>is it. And I was saying I would prefer like
<v Speaker 5>a ninety one or something like that, but this is it.
<v Speaker 5>There's not many Hogans. That's within the last three.
<v Speaker 1>Years, right, but now we've had other surgeons.
<v Speaker 5>There might be fifty. Oh my god, thirty.
<v Speaker 1>I mean I can only imagine.
<v Speaker 4>All right.
<v Speaker 5>We also have seth Rollins here on this little shield
<v Speaker 5>seth Rawlins.
<v Speaker 4>Field style Seth. We got Batista, which is Elite two,
<v Speaker 4>Elite two Holy redone where he came with a random
<v Speaker 4>rough shirt which is obviously redone because that that that
<v Speaker 4>was sold that was old scratch logo. So this is
<v Speaker 4>the you know, the the newer w W network style.
<v Speaker 5>That's crazy. Yeah, okay, we got rad Mysterio.
<v Speaker 4>A lot less tats than that Batista too. It's sold.
<v Speaker 4>It's crazy.
<v Speaker 5>Yep.
<v Speaker 4>I always liked this ray. I thought it was a
<v Speaker 4>very Toyota gray. It's great to make sure the redone
<v Speaker 4>figure maybe like Elite twenty three or something like that.
<v Speaker 5>The mask is back. That's funny. Yeah, that's it's crazy
<v Speaker 5>to think because the mask has been back for some.
<v Speaker 4>Of the rays. Weird like just getting those those hands
<v Speaker 4>on that ray doesn't advance it a lot, you know, absolutely,
<v Speaker 4>the posability.
<v Speaker 5>Yeah, okay, we got an undertaker. It's a very toy.
<v Speaker 4>Money shaved his head. I believe he's got the mohawk
<v Speaker 4>that the Jackets like. Unbelievable. So I'm glad they were
<v Speaker 4>able to get that back out again. I'm sure that
<v Speaker 4>was a big, big project.
<v Speaker 1>You know.
<v Speaker 5>Absolutely, Now, this Ron Simmons was really cool.
<v Speaker 4>Oh and we predicted this right, So I think I'm
<v Speaker 4>gonna have to upgrade because I believe he won the
<v Speaker 4>ww title in the purple, not the blue that we
<v Speaker 4>have from back in the day. In the target Hall
<v Speaker 4>of Fame. I see, so this is an exciting upgrade
<v Speaker 4>for me.
<v Speaker 5>Yeah, I think I didn't even think of this, but
<v Speaker 5>I think that that would be a perfect addition to
<v Speaker 5>my W CW shehelf, which is pretty small. It doesn't
<v Speaker 5>have much, so I guess beggars can't beat you. You
<v Speaker 5>just grabbed the WW characters and then Jimmy and Jay Uso.
<v Speaker 4>Which these were like when these came out originally, I
<v Speaker 4>was so hyped because you gotta remember that at this
<v Speaker 4>time and it's hard to think this way because USO's
<v Speaker 4>are such megastars, but at this time they were trucking
<v Speaker 4>along for years and like the undercard and then for
<v Speaker 4>them to finally get elites, I was like, oh wow,
<v Speaker 4>it's rules. Uh.
<v Speaker 5>I always say you know that. You know that game
<v Speaker 5>you play with your friends on the Royal Rumble, where
<v Speaker 5>like if you draw numbers and the number comes out
<v Speaker 5>and that's your guy and if he wins, you win.
<v Speaker 5>You ever played one of those things?
<v Speaker 1>Yeah?
<v Speaker 5>Yeah, there was like two years in a row that
<v Speaker 5>ever that I got one of the usos and back then,
<v Speaker 5>point short zusos. You know they're not winning the Royal Rump, right,
<v Speaker 5>it's not happening.
<v Speaker 4>You were almost struck there even in it.
<v Speaker 5>Yeah, so I just remember thinking, these motherfuckers are never
<v Speaker 5>gonna win a royal rumble. But here we are.
<v Speaker 4>Now. If you pulled jay Uso in that, you'd be like,
<v Speaker 4>let's go baby. Yeah yeah, it's pretty cool. All right.
<v Speaker 5>Winding down here w W Edition Greatest Hits Wave five.
<v Speaker 4>I mean, this is pretty This ultimate seth is an Alzheimer.
<v Speaker 4>It's such a beautiful figure, unbelievably well done.
<v Speaker 5>Pants very looks like the picture I took when I
<v Speaker 5>was in second.
<v Speaker 4>Maybe Torso swap or something. People complaining about the the
<v Speaker 4>new one that doesn't have the hair and tattoo on.
<v Speaker 1>His chest and back.
<v Speaker 5>And then h'll cokain.
<v Speaker 4>And this is the version of the Hope that you
<v Speaker 4>were just talking about. Right, I'm pretty sure this is
<v Speaker 4>the defining moments one redone as an ultimate, So a
<v Speaker 4>lot of upgrade skis coming. It looks sick. I mean,
<v Speaker 4>I'm probably gonna do the same. Yeah, look at those
<v Speaker 4>butterfly joints, that hot dog skin, tan.
<v Speaker 5>Crazy eyes dash, Yeah, the uh, the pendant, the cross
<v Speaker 5>pretty great. All right, So that's it for the news.
<v Speaker 5>But Brian, you got some ring side news there.

<v Speaker 5>He's got the pop He's got some Cody figures with
<v Speaker 5>pops there. Pretty dang cool.
<v Speaker 4>Announced over the weekend. We had some fun with that
<v Speaker 4>Cody finding the Winged Eagle title. Maybe photoshop, maybe not,
<v Speaker 4>But inside that box was the one of eight hundred
<v Speaker 4>Dusty Rhodes wrestled Khan exclusive coming coming next month or
<v Speaker 4>a rumble weekend.
<v Speaker 5>All right, sorry for cutting you off.
<v Speaker 4>What were you? Well, we unboxed it, but I finally
<v Speaker 4>got to unbox it and play with it, and just
<v Speaker 4>so fun, Just such a we talked about last week.
<v Speaker 4>You know how much this Warrior and Shongo segment really,
<v Speaker 4>you know, stood out to people our age growing up.
<v Speaker 4>You know, maybe the way that Mackenzie Madison we're concerned
<v Speaker 4>about Cody Roads breaking his neck, I was very concerned
<v Speaker 4>about Ultimate Warrior, uh sweating black and then puking violently
<v Speaker 4>upon being cast a spell by the Voodoo Man himself.
<v Speaker 4>So just wildly toyatic and fun to uh.
<v Speaker 1>To play with.
<v Speaker 4>So go get him at Ringside Collectibles Safe ten percent
<v Speaker 4>just kind of code Major.
<v Speaker 5>Do you think that someday Mackenzie is going to be
<v Speaker 5>doing her Action figure podcast and showing the Cody and
<v Speaker 5>uh Kevin Owens tupac where that you can put them
<v Speaker 5>in a pack package bow Driver.
<v Speaker 4>There you go in the articulation, they're they're in it
<v Speaker 4>in the box.
<v Speaker 5>And she's talking about that moment. What that meant?
<v Speaker 4>I was there she did someone someone said Kevin Owens
<v Speaker 4>wore tights. We confirmed that in the chat the chat,
<v Speaker 4>I mean that's going to be a I did not.
<v Speaker 4>I did not see a lot of new Action figures
<v Speaker 4>if that's the case. Uh to keep the collect Major
<v Speaker 4>train running in stock Big Rubber Guys Yeah by arch
<v Speaker 4>Fin Nemesis, Matt Hardy, so cool, so toyadic check all
<v Speaker 4>the deco hits on his pants, the Big Rubber Guy,
<v Speaker 4>Uh shipping like probably as I speak. Also in that
<v Speaker 4>same series all Ego Ethan page just so cool. So
<v Speaker 4>just seems like an lja N to me, you know,
<v Speaker 4>just the the way it is that that it was
<v Speaker 4>a great decision. I thought to keep the jacket on
<v Speaker 4>and stuff and make it a little more fun. So
<v Speaker 4>super excited and doesn't in there for me. Guys in
<v Speaker 4>between beating the living shit out of each other with tables.
<v Speaker 4>This weekend, I had mister Matt Hardy do this for me,
<v Speaker 4>the first ever autographed broken Matt Hardy, big rubber guy.
<v Speaker 4>So that's staying with me, my my PC. But very
<v Speaker 4>cool item.
<v Speaker 5>Was he excited to get the elgend lgends mean anything
<v Speaker 5>to him or.
<v Speaker 1>Oh he's super bummy.
<v Speaker 4>He was like, oh he gotta SENDHIMIM like a connect,
<v Speaker 4>send him as soon as he got at the Guardian
<v Speaker 4>the mail. So I'm not excited to see what when
<v Speaker 4>he does has got him. And you know Matt will
<v Speaker 4>post stuff with his kids and stuff and it's always
<v Speaker 4>cool to see. And then here's all ego in the
<v Speaker 4>package for those I want to see.
<v Speaker 5>So I like that box art there.
<v Speaker 4>Very exciting, yeah TTD and the art and they always
<v Speaker 4>just ridiculously good. And man that that back is filling
<v Speaker 4>up man with all the stuff we've made, so very
<v Speaker 4>exciting times.
<v Speaker 3>Uh.
<v Speaker 4>I would check out, uh, you know, other online retailers
<v Speaker 4>because they were sold out on collectmajor dot com.
<v Speaker 5>Pretty great. Uh. I was going to say about that
<v Speaker 5>Papa Shango Ultimate Warrior that that was a that was
<v Speaker 5>an awesome uh Mac Cardona moment where he wouldn't He
<v Speaker 5>almost didn't open it because he didn't want anybody to
<v Speaker 5>put their hands.
<v Speaker 4>A couple of people at the Crabbrocers party said they
<v Speaker 4>were listening to that like just kind of like in
<v Speaker 4>awe and ringing of how I said, dude, it was
<v Speaker 4>even more insane in person.
<v Speaker 5>I'm like, you're not going to open its?
<v Speaker 4>People watching us live, we all agreed to do in
<v Speaker 4>boxings as a segment, like what do you what are
<v Speaker 4>you doing? You literally have the item right in front.
<v Speaker 5>Of you, right. And that was the other thing too.
<v Speaker 5>I got one from Ringside in order to open it
<v Speaker 5>to show on the podcast and then give it away.
<v Speaker 5>So when I said that to Matt, he goes, why
<v Speaker 5>would you open it? Why don't you just keep it
<v Speaker 5>in the box? I have one, and I said, oh, okay,
<v Speaker 5>so that I'm thinking you're going to open it right
<v Speaker 5>that that's the whole reason you stopped me from opening.
<v Speaker 4>Mind it's insane.
<v Speaker 5>Yeah, anyway, what else you got?
<v Speaker 4>So I guess real quick? So DNA has relaunched their
<v Speaker 4>whatnot that I've pushed them to do. Yes, Less Edwards
<v Speaker 4>has taking the helms of doing that. It's been fun.
<v Speaker 4>It's been awesome. So h it's gonna you know, run
<v Speaker 4>at different times for sure when we do our you know,
<v Speaker 4>premium live events, like we did Final Resolution this past Friday.
<v Speaker 4>We went live right after they sold a bunch of things.
<v Speaker 4>So I'm on there live hosting, and this is a
<v Speaker 4>metal eight by ten by Kfabe cardboard right from Bound
<v Speaker 4>for Glory with a piece of the canvas autographed by me.
<v Speaker 4>You know the date and everything, and it's a one
<v Speaker 4>of one. So I'm live on screen and I'm going
<v Speaker 4>I want this. So I just kept bidding and bidden
<v Speaker 4>and bidden until I won my own item. No fucks given.
<v Speaker 4>I wanted it. I'm not often a mark for myself,
<v Speaker 4>as you can see on this show, but this was
<v Speaker 4>like one of the more outrageous career moments I've had,
<v Speaker 4>you know. So it's with Chris Bay. It means a
<v Speaker 4>lot to me. I was like, I want to have this.
<v Speaker 5>So why didn't they make ten? Why didn't they make five?
<v Speaker 4>I don't know, I mean eventually maybe more, but we'll see.
<v Speaker 4>And then Lisch actually gifted this to me. This is
<v Speaker 4>a one of two. There was one sold on that stream.
<v Speaker 4>And then she gave this to me and hear and
<v Speaker 4>Eddie signed it's again. It's a metal eight point ten
<v Speaker 4>by KFA Cardboard of us as the system.
<v Speaker 5>What do you think about this metal eight by ten situation?
<v Speaker 1>Would you think it's very cool?
<v Speaker 4>It's very cool concept. I love kVA Cardboard makes those
<v Speaker 4>metal cards as well, so I just think they're a
<v Speaker 4>unique item for sure, and a lot of fun. So yeah,
<v Speaker 4>those two are just staying in the PC. I'll definitely
<v Speaker 4>keep those for me and my last thing. You know,
<v Speaker 4>he couldn't be here, he's still here, He's always ready.
<v Speaker 4>Maybe he's always here Matt Cardona. Finally, I might have
<v Speaker 4>said this on the show. Super seven not not the
<v Speaker 4>fastest with pre orders and getting them in people's hands.
<v Speaker 4>So I purposely ordered this from Big Bad Toy Store
<v Speaker 4>because I was like, oh, they'll beat Super seven by
<v Speaker 4>a mile. And I couldn't have been more wrong. This
<v Speaker 4>is like what two months old now, and I finally
<v Speaker 4>got it over the weekend while I was gone, I'm
<v Speaker 4>gonna do a live a little on boxing here.
<v Speaker 5>Super Seven's hard to get out of the packaging substeps.
<v Speaker 4>Yeah, whoa loose hands. I don't want to lose that.
<v Speaker 4>The glass oh you know what I thought. People said
<v Speaker 4>their glasses were broken and falling out. This one has
<v Speaker 4>a piece of tape over it. Ahh, maybe that was
<v Speaker 4>the delay. Very very uh colorful, I will say that, right.
<v Speaker 4>Jurassic Park, Matt Cardona three heads. Oh man, these I
<v Speaker 4>might need a little slicer these. It's it's very uh
<v Speaker 4>very secure to the packaging.
<v Speaker 5>And that's what I'm talking about. Oh they spokes, Yeah,
<v Speaker 5>that's what I mean.
<v Speaker 4>Way thicker than the metel ones. It's like I don't
<v Speaker 4>want to oh, there's tape over the hand.
<v Speaker 5>It's like when I did I opened some necka turtle figures. Recently,
<v Speaker 5>there's four boxes of figures. It took me like almost
<v Speaker 5>two hours to get everything out and situated and cut
<v Speaker 5>all the pieces and make sure that there wasn't a
<v Speaker 5>little plastic things too much.
<v Speaker 4>It's it's insane when I get a bunch of Matel's
<v Speaker 4>and it's a bunch of on boxing, like those little
<v Speaker 4>things that connect your socks when you buy a new
<v Speaker 4>pair of socks. They're everywhere.
<v Speaker 5>Yeah, yeah, I know.
<v Speaker 4>And I always spend the next of the like the
<v Speaker 4>rest of the afternoon kind of be like, is that
<v Speaker 4>another little piece of it on the floor over there
<v Speaker 4>and just drives me drives the old OCD nuts.
<v Speaker 1>Yep.
<v Speaker 4>Okay, I'm trying to get this out now. But uh,
<v Speaker 4>very very nice item. This might be the uh major
<v Speaker 4>pod uh swan song from Super seven. Our contract is
<v Speaker 4>up there. We have not had discussions about doing anything else.
<v Speaker 4>I'm pretty sure this Matt was only made because the
<v Speaker 4>other one was so expensive. They were trying to recoup
<v Speaker 4>some money, so they kind of collab with Matt Unlike,
<v Speaker 4>you know, how can we do that?
<v Speaker 5>I mean, to be totally honest, he did this this summer, and.
<v Speaker 4>I do think whatever they were trying to do was
<v Speaker 4>they did it right, accomplished it, I think at the
<v Speaker 4>best they could.
<v Speaker 5>The pre order went up the second he was coming
<v Speaker 5>to the right, the second you saw.
<v Speaker 1>His right business wise, very impressive, right, and.
<v Speaker 5>Then obviously really cool at it's in hand so quickly.
<v Speaker 5>I mean obviously it's the same mold as the one
<v Speaker 5>that took years and years.
<v Speaker 4>Yeah, that's what I'm saying. That they were trying to
<v Speaker 4>recoup some costs for what went into this.
<v Speaker 5>For sure, absolutely, while you do that, we did get
<v Speaker 5>gifts at the at the toy Drive from our palhus
<v Speaker 5>far thanks.
<v Speaker 4>The ultimate good brother.
<v Speaker 1>He was a thanks very much Christas parbaty last night
<v Speaker 1>as well having a good time, so.
<v Speaker 4>Oh nice, sincere, thank you.
<v Speaker 5>Max Heron gifted us all cigars. I don't smoke, so
<v Speaker 5>I gave it a little art print, well our print.
<v Speaker 5>I love that it was a holiday card of us.
<v Speaker 5>He draws some really cool cartoon pictures of us sometimes,
<v Speaker 5>which I've used on my on my Twitch and all
<v Speaker 5>that stuff.
<v Speaker 4>This is very cool. Well, almost lost the shades there.
<v Speaker 4>I'm digging this, Matt. The colors are just so That's
<v Speaker 4>what really makes it right.
<v Speaker 5>It's unbelievable.
<v Speaker 4>Colors are so bright. I think I might even like
<v Speaker 4>it better than the other one.
<v Speaker 5>Oh, I definitely do.
<v Speaker 4>And the other one is I mean, we wrestled on
<v Speaker 4>pay per view for TNA in that outfit, so definitely cool.
<v Speaker 4>So I don't know if they're still well or not.
<v Speaker 4>I honestly don't.
<v Speaker 5>I'm sure you can find them somewhere, yeah, but I mean.
<v Speaker 4>Not Super seven. I don't know if that's on Super
<v Speaker 4>Seven's website.
<v Speaker 5>But no, no, no, And that was my week, all right, Well, uh,
<v Speaker 5>let's go. We missed them last week, so let's go
<v Speaker 5>this week to the major mark purchases of the week.
<v Speaker 5>All right, this one was super unique Major Mark purchas
<v Speaker 5>of the week. Check this out there. Brian Joseph James
<v Speaker 5>says this weekend, I had the pleasure of hosting actor
<v Speaker 5>John Lithgows only only private signing. Added two new sign
<v Speaker 5>figs to my man cave, Harry and the Henderson's Bendy
<v Speaker 5>and Lord Farquard far Quad from the Shrek figure set.
<v Speaker 5>Pretty cool. I have never seen a John Lithgow signature.
<v Speaker 4>That's nuts. Yeah.
<v Speaker 5>I also was deathly afraid of Harry and Henderson's m hmm.
<v Speaker 4>I wasn't afraid of it, but I'm definitely uncomfortable.
<v Speaker 5>I made my aunt turned it off. This is pretty crazy.
<v Speaker 5>Kyle Yates says, I am a huge sign Hasbro collector,
<v Speaker 5>but I think I have a new second favorite ben
<v Speaker 5>getting signed legends for a few weeks, but this may
<v Speaker 5>be my best haul yet. Signed Dusty signed Dusty Animal
<v Speaker 5>Iron Cheek, Animal Iron Cheek, and Arnest. So three people
<v Speaker 5>at a fast.
<v Speaker 4>On and man the like paint pen.
<v Speaker 5>S of that is so beautiful, unbelievable. Yeah, I'm all
<v Speaker 5>in on this line and plan to get as many
<v Speaker 5>signed as possible. Crazy because they keep coming, pal they
<v Speaker 5>keep coming. We talked about this earlier. I just I
<v Speaker 5>didn't know if we would mention it. Luke Bacon said,
<v Speaker 5>had to get the Chelsea who Say shirt? Pretty cool.
<v Speaker 5>I just thought it was unique, and I hope they
<v Speaker 5>keep doing this with other wrestlers.
<v Speaker 4>Everybody's We're gonna be wearing those Chelsea shirts the Fourth
<v Speaker 4>of July barbecues this year.
<v Speaker 5>I'm sure that's true. This is pretty cool. Jeff Noyes says,
<v Speaker 5>went to a car shop in Jersey I have never
<v Speaker 5>checked out before and snagged a factory sealed box of
<v Speaker 5>nineteen eighty eight Tops Football Cello packs. This is a
<v Speaker 5>great set with rookies of Bo Jackson, christian A Koyer,
<v Speaker 5>Vinnie Testa Verdi, and the Boss. That's cool, Pretty cool.
<v Speaker 4>That's just a fun like I would love to just
<v Speaker 4>open old packs like that, just you know, you don't
<v Speaker 4>need to even what's there, you know, you just kind
<v Speaker 4>of look at him and discuss.
<v Speaker 5>Yep, this was really neat. Justin Summer says, this is
<v Speaker 5>an autograph baseball from Cleveland legend Kenny lofton last week.
<v Speaker 5>Shoes inspired me. To find a way to meet my
<v Speaker 5>favorite player of all time. I've met a ton of
<v Speaker 5>wrestlers and stuff, but not many of my favorite athletes
<v Speaker 5>growing up. I needed to fix that. While listening to
<v Speaker 5>the pod, I googled Kenny lofton meeting Greats. A Facebook
<v Speaker 5>page with an event popped up. It was on Thursday
<v Speaker 5>and not too far from my work. It was a
<v Speaker 5>free too, you just had to be a paying customer
<v Speaker 5>of the bar. They ended up moving itto Friday, so
<v Speaker 5>I jumped at the opportunity. I stopped at a Walmart
<v Speaker 5>on my way there and grabbed a baseball. He was
<v Speaker 5>just as nice as I have heard, and I'm still
<v Speaker 5>a little bit in shock that I met him. If
<v Speaker 5>it wasn't for shoes meeting his favorite baseball player of
<v Speaker 5>all time and telling the story on the pot, I
<v Speaker 5>wouldn't have been inspired to try to meet mine. Thank you.
<v Speaker 4>This is absolutely incredible, the amount of fate and everything
<v Speaker 4>that went into that right, and also that makes me
<v Speaker 4>want to reiterate what a Dick Broski was for like
<v Speaker 4>not thinking that like.
<v Speaker 5>Well, nobody knows that part.
<v Speaker 4>I think it was heard through like oh, I mean
<v Speaker 4>through the pod.
<v Speaker 5>Like we're like shoes will come up and talk about.
<v Speaker 4>Talk Ghostbusters and Star Wars and whatever you want, you know,
<v Speaker 4>because I know I don't care, but I know other
<v Speaker 4>people out there. Yes, this guy literally got to meet
<v Speaker 4>his childhood idol, his favorite sports athlete and spend quality
<v Speaker 4>time with him where they embraced and hugged and he
<v Speaker 4>signed a but and Brosky couldn't have cared less.
<v Speaker 5>Yeah yeah, and then thought nobody else would care too.
<v Speaker 4>Yeah yeah no, And that was that was the more
<v Speaker 4>shitty thing. He was like, oh yeah, nobody, like, nobody's
<v Speaker 4>gonna care.
<v Speaker 1>Okay Ooh, I.
<v Speaker 5>Had to Lapuma was really excited about this last week,
<v Speaker 5>so I had to.
<v Speaker 1>I had to do it.
<v Speaker 5>It has been a busy couple of weeks between the
<v Speaker 5>Toy Drive, my favorite pod event of the year, and
<v Speaker 5>being able to go to a Saturday Night's main event
<v Speaker 5>with my son. But on the seventh, I flew down
<v Speaker 5>Orlando to meet Hogan once again, my third time this year,
<v Speaker 5>My third time this year.
<v Speaker 1>Wow, what a beast.
<v Speaker 5>Was able to get four things signed thanks to fellow
<v Speaker 5>major Marx, Jason Dunsel and Johnny jb for the assist.
<v Speaker 5>Got my minty mint inbox talking has Bro box of
<v Speaker 5>Hogan Vitamins, the Ringside Exclusive American Made Elite, and finally
<v Speaker 5>finished off my Bash at the Beach ninety six nWo
<v Speaker 5>Formation eight by ten. What a day it was, and
<v Speaker 5>we'll definitely be doing it again whenever the next signing
<v Speaker 5>is Meet Hulk Hogan. Meeting Holk Hogan is something I'll
<v Speaker 5>never take for granted, brother.
<v Speaker 7>When it comes crushing down at arch inside working over here,
<v Speaker 7>So walking by some autograph, you.
<v Speaker 5>Know what's crazy is I have.
<v Speaker 1>Up?
<v Speaker 5>I have an eight by ten hanging up of Hall
<v Speaker 5>Nation Hogan signed by Hall and Nash. I gotta get
<v Speaker 5>that signed by Hogan.
<v Speaker 1>Yeah, brother, brother, damn all.
<v Speaker 5>Right, last one because I sort of felt bad for
<v Speaker 5>ignoring everybody else and just picking a lot of people.
<v Speaker 5>By the way in our group went to that Hogan
<v Speaker 5>signing and a lot of people had cool things to report. Yeah,
<v Speaker 5>old pick.
<v Speaker 4>I mean, guys, there's a whole vlog where I did
<v Speaker 4>it two years ago. It was Yeah, couldn't have been
<v Speaker 4>a better experience.
<v Speaker 5>So well, I picked Lapuma a lot, so I felt bad.
<v Speaker 5>So I also picked real quick ty fish, says fellow
<v Speaker 5>major Mark Johnny JB. Talked me into going to my
<v Speaker 5>first signing, had the privilege of meeting Lapuma Jason Dunzel
<v Speaker 5>while they're getting to meet the Great Hulk Hogan and
<v Speaker 5>getting my first figure signed by him was an awesome experience.
<v Speaker 5>So there you go. You have Lapuma who's met him
<v Speaker 5>fifty five times, and then you've got Tie here who
<v Speaker 5>met him for the first time and got this great
<v Speaker 5>Hollywood Hogan signed. Wow, he's got the Protector and everything cool.
<v Speaker 5>All right, Brian, So we're we're going to go to
<v Speaker 5>the Q and a segment which is very different this week,
<v Speaker 5>and a segment it is. It is. It is certainly
<v Speaker 5>much longer. We took questions from people in in the
<v Speaker 5>in the group and sort of we went for about
<v Speaker 5>an hour, but the three of us are sitting on
<v Speaker 5>Brian's couch and we answer some questions. Here, here's the
<v Speaker 5>breaking news here from Amon. Here's the card for today's show. No, Brosky,
<v Speaker 5>you got to see the aw to get this joke.
<v Speaker 4>Yeah, you're not going to get that joke if you
<v Speaker 4>don't watch.
<v Speaker 5>Hey, w I don't have the polls in my hand.
<v Speaker 5>What am I doing with those hands?
<v Speaker 4>Why do the polls?
<v Speaker 5>I don't know? Uh, so before we're not going to
<v Speaker 5>come back for uh the the stuff we're doing. Where
<v Speaker 5>are you this weekend?
<v Speaker 4>I am off I have no more match. I'm in
<v Speaker 4>every year. I mean I look forward to that last
<v Speaker 4>match done so it will air on TEENA Television coming weeks.
<v Speaker 4>But physically I am done being a pro wrestler for
<v Speaker 4>the rest of the year, and I'm a static about that.
<v Speaker 4>My body needs a arrest I do have. On the
<v Speaker 4>twenty second, I am a K and S wrestle Fest
<v Speaker 4>Hall of Famer and I will be back a K
<v Speaker 4>and S wrestle Fest Live virtual signing on Facebook. And
<v Speaker 4>I'm actually we're offering like a little package ski for
<v Speaker 4>the first time ever where you can buy like a
<v Speaker 4>Happy Holidays kind of cameo from me that Ken will
<v Speaker 4>send you separately upon your order.
<v Speaker 5>So nice.
<v Speaker 4>That's a big get. And then this is also breaking news.
<v Speaker 4>I am also making an appearance the twenty third at
<v Speaker 4>the New York Islanders game at the Ubs Arena to
<v Speaker 4>start the big promotion of T and A Wrestling coming
<v Speaker 4>to Long Island Slammiversary in July. So it's gonna be
<v Speaker 4>six months of pumping that bad boy in selling tickets
<v Speaker 4>I'm very excited.
<v Speaker 1>I love that.
<v Speaker 5>That's really cool. Well, I am not done, and I
<v Speaker 5>actually have some of the busiest weeks of my life
<v Speaker 5>coming up. So Thursday, I will be at Wrestling Open.
<v Speaker 5>I will be explaining myself and my new.
<v Speaker 1>Mark.
<v Speaker 4>It's been me on this character for eight months.
<v Speaker 5>I feel like I've mentioned it to you before, but
<v Speaker 5>I appreciate you. It didn't really care much.
<v Speaker 1>Pure Pure worked me.
<v Speaker 5>I've been wrestling as a Polish luchador for eighteen months.
<v Speaker 4>You know, a Polish lucidor no big deal.
<v Speaker 5>My name was Stanley Dragowski. I wrestled at least once
<v Speaker 5>a month for almost two years. And I did it,
<v Speaker 5>uh number one. I did it for I did it
<v Speaker 5>for Debrice, I did it for Device, I did it
<v Speaker 5>for Debrice. I really I just kind of wanted to wrestle,
<v Speaker 5>but also, you know, we had we had an idea
<v Speaker 5>in mind. But I'm gonna be at Wrestling Open to
<v Speaker 5>explain my actions. And then on Friday, Guys Hammerstein Ballroom,
<v Speaker 5>Ring of Honor Final Battle Huge pay per view bros
<v Speaker 5>KEI Versus Jericho. I will be there. I am not
<v Speaker 5>sure what we will be doing, but I will certainly be.
<v Speaker 4>There's visit three nights in a row, correct.
<v Speaker 5>Three nights in a row. My family's coming in to
<v Speaker 5>spend New York, you know, to do the city. My
<v Speaker 5>daughter is very excited about this.
<v Speaker 4>She's going to be terrified of Hammerstein ball Room.
<v Speaker 5>Well, she's not going to go to the show, no way. No,
<v Speaker 5>They're just using my hotel room to go see the tree,
<v Speaker 5>you know what I'm saying, to go to Bryant Park shopping.
<v Speaker 5>That's what they're doing. The next night at Hammerstein, Collision
<v Speaker 5>and Ring of Honor tapings, and then the following day
<v Speaker 5>a taping for Dynamite that would be airing that Wednesday,
<v Speaker 5>which would be Christmas Eve, right, so they're you're they're
<v Speaker 5>handling all their whatever the hell. And then the following
<v Speaker 5>week Collision is back sort of a live taping, and
<v Speaker 5>then uh, and then I will be at it has
<v Speaker 5>not been announced yet, but I am wrestling or I
<v Speaker 5>will be at Beyond Wrestling Heavy Lights of the Crown.
<v Speaker 5>New Year's Eve.
<v Speaker 4>Oh my god, New Year's Eve.
<v Speaker 5>The show starts at.
<v Speaker 4>Eight o'clock New Year's Eve.
<v Speaker 5>Oh man, I'm missing I'm missing Brosky's party to do
<v Speaker 5>this booking right, I'll be there with Bryce Donovan. What
<v Speaker 5>we're doing has not been announced, but I have a
<v Speaker 5>lot of stuff coming up.
<v Speaker 4>ID Superstar with with the aw Superstar ww ID super
<v Speaker 4>interpromotional warfare.
<v Speaker 5>It's called the Forbidden Door. Brian, all right, thanks guys.
<v Speaker 4>We will be back the Ultimate.
<v Speaker 5>All right, well, but we'll be back on the We're
<v Speaker 5>recording another one, the twenty third guys, so we've got another.
<v Speaker 5>We got everybody back next week and then I'm not
<v Speaker 5>sure if that's our end of the year thing that
<v Speaker 5>might be. I'm not sure. We'll let you know in advance.
<v Speaker 5>Here's the Q and a thank you.
<v Speaker 1>Q and a time.
<v Speaker 5>Uh Broski, you were not You didn't make the beginning
<v Speaker 5>of the pod.
<v Speaker 4>What's up with that?
<v Speaker 1>I've been on the road for like twenty something days.
<v Speaker 1>Couldn't make it, but I said, there's no way. I'm
<v Speaker 1>just not gonna be on an episode for six years,
<v Speaker 1>we've always made it. Yeah, right, so by any means necessary.
<v Speaker 5>There was one you missed? No never, Yes, yeah, me
<v Speaker 5>and Brian did one where we had like, ye.
<v Speaker 4>Guess I'm the captain now you missed one, for sure.
<v Speaker 5>You missed one. I think you were like in Japan
<v Speaker 5>or something. It was like one of those situations, it's
<v Speaker 5>gonna overseas.
<v Speaker 1>Thing, dog got crabs or something.
<v Speaker 5>Brian missed one. Brian also let us left the pod.
<v Speaker 1>Once.
<v Speaker 4>Brian left the pod once the guys, you guys are
<v Speaker 4>being decks that night.
<v Speaker 1>I had to leave.
<v Speaker 4>When Madison was born, I missed, right.
<v Speaker 1>I don't recall.
<v Speaker 4>I think I did when I think when Madison was
<v Speaker 4>born in twenty twenty, you guys gave me.
<v Speaker 1>The week off. Maybe maybe we're here.
<v Speaker 4>We're out here to throw stones, We're here to answer questions.
<v Speaker 5>He's got a crazy month.
<v Speaker 4>Yeah, we all do. And honestly, this is we always
<v Speaker 4>kind of do something similar to this in the holiday
<v Speaker 4>season and change it up a little bit.
<v Speaker 1>Right right, We went to the Facebook group. If you're
<v Speaker 1>not in the Facebook group, joined today Major marks dot
<v Speaker 1>Com and we're gonna answer some good questions right here.
<v Speaker 1>I don't know the questions. Mark's gonna surprise us with
<v Speaker 1>these questions. We're gonna answer them live.
<v Speaker 5>Matt Kenny says, what's your favorite theme song you ever
<v Speaker 5>used in wrestling?
<v Speaker 1>I mean my current? Yeah, same, my current.
<v Speaker 4>Because we actually had we were able to you know, yeah,
<v Speaker 4>create them and have opinions and feedback, and you know,
<v Speaker 4>I mean, nothing's worse. Said the Hawks were last. So
<v Speaker 4>they told us that.
<v Speaker 1>Honestly, gun to my head right now, I don't think
<v Speaker 1>I could hummet for you.
<v Speaker 5>I just did.
<v Speaker 4>But there's a lot to that. Like we we we
<v Speaker 4>got back together, we said, can we just have the
<v Speaker 4>Disciples song we always had? And the Kevin Dunn and
<v Speaker 4>Triple Ah was too old and the sound quality wasn't
<v Speaker 4>good enough. But I don't understand it about collusion. There's like, okay,
<v Speaker 4>like maybe there's some truth to that, like because like
<v Speaker 4>Carlita doesn't have his old song, which I think is weird,
<v Speaker 4>and like Shelton didn't didn't have was on the same
<v Speaker 4>as Boris it has it. Uh, there's a couple of
<v Speaker 4>examples of them.
<v Speaker 1>Bro when millionellar Man comes out, they play a song.
<v Speaker 4>Come yeah, that's that's a real smoking guy.
<v Speaker 1>But downstate, you know, they came to me I just before,
<v Speaker 1>you know, so I had the old radio, which I
<v Speaker 1>actually loved that music. I loved it, which was not
<v Speaker 1>I had no I remember walking out of the current
<v Speaker 1>VCW and it played him like, oh this actually good,
<v Speaker 1>Like I didn't hear it before nothing, But then eventually
<v Speaker 1>Downstate I did like a rock version of it. It
<v Speaker 1>was just like on YouTube, which that was really cool,
<v Speaker 1>but I had to wait until like years, until I
<v Speaker 1>had like some ground to stand on, like won the
<v Speaker 1>Icy title and was getting taken more seriously and up
<v Speaker 1>to Kevin Dunn and asked if we could use that.
<v Speaker 1>Turned out Downstate wasn't a band anymore, so they'd find
<v Speaker 1>Downstate get it back together, and then that's why they
<v Speaker 1>were banned, because they got back together to re record
<v Speaker 1>the rock version of Radio More.
<v Speaker 4>Shocked at went through those lengths for you.
<v Speaker 5>But he was he was selling merchal No, no, this
<v Speaker 5>is this is after.
<v Speaker 4>This is like when you don't even have a theme
<v Speaker 4>song anymore before Mojo before Mojo.
<v Speaker 1>Yeah. So and then when I got released Downstate, you know,
<v Speaker 1>obviously they came to me and said, hey, we'll do
<v Speaker 1>whatever you want. And I gave him like all my backyards,
<v Speaker 1>so I said make something like this. Yeah, and the
<v Speaker 1>whole pandem I was like listening to it and getting
<v Speaker 1>pumped up. And then I've been using it ever since.
<v Speaker 1>I love it and minus it lives, it breathes the
<v Speaker 1>ride and Uh, Johnny.
<v Speaker 4>Clash hooked me up with those guys.
<v Speaker 1>Yeah, when I got released.
<v Speaker 4>I don't even know what the ties are there, and
<v Speaker 4>we had like a lot of talks and a lot
<v Speaker 4>of emails, and it was written for me.
<v Speaker 1>I mean, listen to it. It's cool.
<v Speaker 4>And I also told them when I was released the
<v Speaker 4>first time, I would use this Hinder song called Up
<v Speaker 4>All Night, which I just thought, like, Bro's gonna have
<v Speaker 4>a soft spot for Hinder.
<v Speaker 1>I know some people think Hinders cheesy, but.
<v Speaker 4>It just it just I think it like it's one
<v Speaker 4>of those songs that kind of changes the energy in
<v Speaker 4>the room and it was good. I just thought it
<v Speaker 4>was a good vibe, and I said, this is what
<v Speaker 4>I was using. Obviously, I don't want I want something
<v Speaker 4>that's mine, but I would love it if it was
<v Speaker 4>similar to this, and it is very similar to that song.
<v Speaker 5>Well, uh, I think I've really only had the one
<v Speaker 5>smart Mark Stowing has really only had Halls of the
<v Speaker 5>Mountain King.
<v Speaker 4>No, no, no, no, no no no, because it's.
<v Speaker 5>I wanted a song that people could hum.
<v Speaker 1>Right, I don't think anyone's huming along.
<v Speaker 5>Well I'm not a good guy, so they're not sing it.
<v Speaker 5>But anyway. But I did like when there was a
<v Speaker 5>period of time that the athletes came out to the
<v Speaker 5>Bulls the kind of like a version of the Bulls song,
<v Speaker 5>And I did like the entrance and that.
<v Speaker 1>Was sick.
<v Speaker 4>Aw. Guy makes some cool stuff that mikey Rucke.
<v Speaker 5>Yeah, yeah, yeah, for sure, I love the Ego's song
<v Speaker 5>was his own. No, no, no, no, Ego made his
<v Speaker 5>own ship, Ego Ego.
<v Speaker 4>No, you're wrong. I'm thinking of them like I can't.
<v Speaker 4>You're wrong.
<v Speaker 1>It's a mikey Ruckus ego.
<v Speaker 5>So it's not that that one that I'm humming is
<v Speaker 5>the one he made.
<v Speaker 1>Yeah, that's not what I'm talking about.
<v Speaker 5>But then I can only remember him coming out the
<v Speaker 5>scorpions my ego.
<v Speaker 4>You're wrong here, you're wrong marking, You're never pro He
<v Speaker 4>has never even heard it.
<v Speaker 1>It didn't happen in our wag. It didn't happen, right.
<v Speaker 5>Uh, Greg Heaney, First of all, Ego.
<v Speaker 4>I'm sandwiched between two Ring of superstars.
<v Speaker 5>Just first, first of all, Greg Heaney, what it's late?
<v Speaker 1>Uh you tell us?
<v Speaker 5>I don't even know what because EGO was on Ring
<v Speaker 5>of Honor.
<v Speaker 1>Stop talking about it, like two minutes.
<v Speaker 5>All right, greg He says, we talked about the last
<v Speaker 5>bonus episode that we did. The first bonus episode different
<v Speaker 5>December was about our best Christmas presents. A lot of
<v Speaker 5>people loved it. Greg He says, what's the best gift, uh,
<v Speaker 5>You've ever given to somebody else?
<v Speaker 1>Hummm hmmm. Well it's definitely not when I got my
<v Speaker 1>mom like Orange and oxy Clean.
<v Speaker 4>We were friends and that happened. I was like, no, no, no,
<v Speaker 4>we were it was right when we met. No, maybe
<v Speaker 4>you just told me this. Yeah, why don't you tell
<v Speaker 4>me this?
<v Speaker 1>I don't know, Like because the mall like that when
<v Speaker 1>the kids went to the mall like the nineties and
<v Speaker 1>there was an Orange Clean and Oxy Clean like set
<v Speaker 1>up a kiosk and like it was famous or popular team, Like,
<v Speaker 1>oh my mom, I love and it cleans everything.
<v Speaker 4>She did not love me yet oxy Clean for Christmas.
<v Speaker 4>It's rough.
<v Speaker 5>That's crazy. I don't know.
<v Speaker 1>I mean, when is this coming up.
<v Speaker 5>The sixteenth? No, no, it would be like the twentieth
<v Speaker 5>or something.
<v Speaker 4>Oh, okay, so I can say this. Liz and I
<v Speaker 4>are surprising the girls the week before Christmas, were taking
<v Speaker 4>them to Disney, like they're they're listening to the pod
<v Speaker 4>I just don't want anyone to just say something to them.
<v Speaker 4>I don't even want a chance it.
<v Speaker 1>You know what I mean.
<v Speaker 5>Wait, so you haven't told them yet.
<v Speaker 4>It's a complete surprise. Wow, they think they're going to school.
<v Speaker 4>And that's also there.
<v Speaker 1>Here we go. We got idiots like Mark, how.
<v Speaker 5>Would I know?
<v Speaker 1>I was only ever said it's a surprise. You never
<v Speaker 1>said this on the pod before.
<v Speaker 4>I don't think so how do I know this? We book,
<v Speaker 4>we book our dates and things were doing. It's a
<v Speaker 4>complete surprise. They have no idea we're gonna wake them up.
<v Speaker 4>They think they're going to school. We're going Lisney, let's
<v Speaker 4>go seven am.
<v Speaker 1>Awesome.
<v Speaker 5>I don't think you've ever talked about this to me,
<v Speaker 5>Because I did this with Irison, I would have no. No,
<v Speaker 5>I'm serious, I'm serious. You do this all the time.
<v Speaker 5>You'll talk, you do this all the time. You'll build
<v Speaker 5>say things that you said in other chats, like I'm
<v Speaker 5>supposed to know I'm not even.
<v Speaker 1>In the chat. Mark, it's very good at blocking out.
<v Speaker 5>No, no, no, Mark, I just didn't. You're just mad
<v Speaker 5>at me that I didn't start my my plan.
<v Speaker 4>You're in detailed talks about our calendars.
<v Speaker 1>Weekly.
<v Speaker 5>Yes, but you never meant you do. You remember him saying,
<v Speaker 5>this is a surprise.
<v Speaker 4>I think the pod and we've even asked your opinion
<v Speaker 4>on things, and we picked the week because you said
<v Speaker 4>you guys said to go that week instead.
<v Speaker 5>You're going to Disney. Whole heartedly. I know you're going
<v Speaker 5>to Disney. I just didn't know that it was a
<v Speaker 5>surprise for the for your daughters, for you. I knew
<v Speaker 5>you were going.
<v Speaker 1>Uh.
<v Speaker 5>Well, the best gift that I ever gave was I
<v Speaker 5>gave my brother an entire computer. Oh wow, but I
<v Speaker 5>gave it to him in pieces and then we built
<v Speaker 5>it together.
<v Speaker 1>Oh that's cute.
<v Speaker 4>Hand me down computer.
<v Speaker 1>No no, no, no, like Legos build the computer now.
<v Speaker 5>I bought all the pieces.
<v Speaker 4>It was like they sell computers and pieces.
<v Speaker 5>I think. I think every nerd. It's like should be
<v Speaker 5>a rite of passes that you have to, at some
<v Speaker 5>point in your life build to pass on that. It's great, man,
<v Speaker 5>it's so cool. You buy all the pieces, you be
<v Speaker 5>the first of all. If you buy them all separately,
<v Speaker 5>it's like way cheaper.
<v Speaker 1>And then you buy the we just bought the laptop.
<v Speaker 1>I came, what are you talking about?
<v Speaker 5>If you buy a piece. You buy the hard shell,
<v Speaker 5>you buy the GPU, you buy the power converter, you
<v Speaker 5>buy the graphics card, and you put it all together
<v Speaker 5>and you put it all together neatly and it works.
<v Speaker 5>It sounds like amazing. It's like making a Frankenstein and
<v Speaker 5>it just works, and it's fucking amazing. What was happening?
<v Speaker 5>Because you can you can get the top of the
<v Speaker 5>line stuff for thousands of dollars cheaper.
<v Speaker 1>Got it okay, And.
<v Speaker 5>Then and then you have this experience of building a thing.
<v Speaker 5>It's really fucking cool.
<v Speaker 4>I'm going to respect respectfully decline, but let's move.
<v Speaker 5>Well, it's actually it means a smidge hard, so you
<v Speaker 5>have to like kind of know what you're doing. Matt
<v Speaker 5>Kenny says, Matt. Will there be any new weekly segments
<v Speaker 5>added to the podcast in twenty five us?
<v Speaker 4>No, because it's it's too much the way it is.
<v Speaker 1>Yeah, we tried adding the was that one thing.
<v Speaker 4>We tried adding the Superstar Superstars, but we did. We
<v Speaker 4>do We still do it, and I think if it's
<v Speaker 4>a slow we will do it. But there's so there's
<v Speaker 4>there's so much, there's so much going on in the
<v Speaker 4>wrestling figure space, which is a great problem to have
<v Speaker 4>for us as hosts, like there's just too much to
<v Speaker 4>talk about in covers.
<v Speaker 5>Well, the big the big change for the podcast is
<v Speaker 5>that Brosky would say, did you see the the so
<v Speaker 5>and so it showed the pictures of whatever, and Brian
<v Speaker 5>will be like no, and they'd be like, yeah, he
<v Speaker 5>showed the picture of whatever, and then that would be
<v Speaker 5>it and then we'd move on. But now we have
<v Speaker 5>the fucking pictures, so we're looking at every Yeah, the
<v Speaker 5>news segments are sometimes an hour long.
<v Speaker 1>Yeah.
<v Speaker 4>It's also instead of like Brosky just seeing what he sees,
<v Speaker 4>it's d doing research.
<v Speaker 5>And right, so we've really been nailing the news segments
<v Speaker 5>and the follow up with detailed pictures and researches, whereas
<v Speaker 5>in the past it was just kind of more conversation.
<v Speaker 1>Yeah, Like I still make my follow up and my
<v Speaker 1>news notes and then I send them t D. But
<v Speaker 1>he's already been sent making better versions of it. Yes, right,
<v Speaker 1>and he says it to me in the order that
<v Speaker 1>he has the pictures loaded into the you know, the
<v Speaker 1>whatever program we use.
<v Speaker 5>He also makes sure that we don't miss any news.
<v Speaker 1>Right. There's sometimes things probably well I don't even know
<v Speaker 1>what this is yeah.
<v Speaker 8>Right.
<v Speaker 5>So the news, which is probably the most important part
<v Speaker 5>of the show anyway, is it has become way more
<v Speaker 5>detailed than longer. The weekly purchases has not gone down.
<v Speaker 5>Some weeks it's a little shorter, but some weeks it's
<v Speaker 5>really longst not we take our time with the Q
<v Speaker 5>and as and then uh, we're packed. That's a two
<v Speaker 5>hour episode.
<v Speaker 4>And then it's like, dude, if it's like a comic
<v Speaker 4>con ring side fast oh three brother three plus strap in.
<v Speaker 4>You know, we're doing our best to get through it,
<v Speaker 4>but it's a lot.
<v Speaker 5>A lot, you know. I've noticed a lot of bring
<v Speaker 5>back Incarnation of Domination comments on YouTube. Great, and I'm
<v Speaker 5>sure that we will and but the problem is we've
<v Speaker 5>done so many guys, hundreds hundreds. The people that are
<v Speaker 5>left are like, make yeah, the whole episode, which we've
<v Speaker 5>done as bonus episodes on the Patreon. So if you're
<v Speaker 5>if you'd like to listen to the Macho Man Incarnation
<v Speaker 5>of Domination, it's on our Patreon, which is crazy, but yeah, right.
<v Speaker 5>Joey Walker says, of your favorite wrestlers you guys had
<v Speaker 5>as kids or younger people who were you most stoked
<v Speaker 5>to gain as an actual friend once you were established
<v Speaker 5>in the business.
<v Speaker 1>Great question. I guess I never really thought, like when
<v Speaker 1>I was growing up, like, oh, I hope I'm friends
<v Speaker 1>with them one day. Yeah.
<v Speaker 5>I never thought that either.
<v Speaker 4>Yeah, I didn't think that was a possibility. I mean
<v Speaker 4>I think I guess looking back, it's like more like
<v Speaker 4>if they're just not an asshole, that's right, right, yeah, right,
<v Speaker 4>because you already thought the guy was large on life.
<v Speaker 4>It's so cool anyway, So if they're just like not
<v Speaker 4>an asshole.
<v Speaker 1>But you know, Edge was always one of my favorites
<v Speaker 1>Christian and the fact that you know, we were the edgeheads,
<v Speaker 1>which is pretty cool. Like I'm not saying I'm not
<v Speaker 1>friends with Edge, but like we're not like calling each
<v Speaker 1>other up every day.
<v Speaker 4>You know what I'm saying. Oh yeah, I mean we
<v Speaker 4>speak to him, but now, Yeah. The one I'm thinking
<v Speaker 4>of that's standing out to me is like how close
<v Speaker 4>we've forgotten with Tommy. Yes, where he's been Tommy Dreamer
<v Speaker 4>has been like our wrestling dad for sure. That's pretty
<v Speaker 4>like surreal, if you you know, it's cool.
<v Speaker 1>I think, yes, But like I wasn't growing up, I
<v Speaker 1>hope I'm one day friends with the innovator of Islands.
<v Speaker 4>You know one person I thought like, oh, I want
<v Speaker 4>to be their friend. Like literally, I'm just like, I
<v Speaker 4>hope they just don't think I suck that life or
<v Speaker 4>as a wrestler, that would be nice, you know, That's
<v Speaker 4>what That's all I'm hoping for. I think QT Marshall,
<v Speaker 4>you're gonna.
<v Speaker 5>Say, Marnes. One of the shows that I fell back
<v Speaker 5>in love with wrestling, QT was on I had a
<v Speaker 5>great match. Do I think Jerry Lynt? It's not a
<v Speaker 5>thing like I'm sitting there, I'm like, man, I really
<v Speaker 5>wish I was Jerry Lynn's friend. But it's really cool
<v Speaker 5>to be Jerry Lynd's friend because he's such a nice
<v Speaker 5>guy and it's such a kind hearted man, right, and
<v Speaker 5>I certainly never expected watching him right die on his
<v Speaker 5>stomach that someday I'd be eating a stake with him.
<v Speaker 1>Well, I mean, you can. You could go back and
<v Speaker 1>think of all these like, Okay, for instance, I'm a kid,
<v Speaker 1>and I get the Dusty Rhodes has bro his his
<v Speaker 1>son's gonna be my wedding party, and I wasn't thinking
<v Speaker 1>about it as a kid, But it's like thinking about
<v Speaker 1>now is kind of weird.
<v Speaker 5>You know, that's crazy.
<v Speaker 4>Even just thought like we can see Kevin Ashton convention,
<v Speaker 4>he lights up and once from us, like that's crazy.
<v Speaker 5>Oh my god. Yeah right, one of the coolest guys ever.
<v Speaker 1>Yeah. Uh.
<v Speaker 5>The only thing that sticks out in my mind is
<v Speaker 5>somebody that I and we're not friends, but I did
<v Speaker 5>just see him and had a nice little conversation with
<v Speaker 5>him and we talked about him. But Arnt Anderson. I
<v Speaker 5>remember reading his book as a really young guy and
<v Speaker 5>thinking like, I had this weird connection with this guy.
<v Speaker 5>His his wife's name is Aaron. I think we uh,
<v Speaker 5>my wife's name is Aaron. I just remember thinking like, man,
<v Speaker 5>I really love to meet this guy.
<v Speaker 1>Yeah, sweet guy counselor.
<v Speaker 5>Yeah exactly, Yeah, he's a good dude. Okay. Uh, Tyler
<v Speaker 5>ding Well this or that world championship run in any
<v Speaker 5>of the major companies or Hogan and Warriors signed for
<v Speaker 5>collect Major.
<v Speaker 4>I had to go with Matt with that because I
<v Speaker 4>think that's like our each of our only like bucket
<v Speaker 4>list things. That's not really right, like a Major Promotions
<v Speaker 4>world championship, right, Sure, Matt has no dream opponents.
<v Speaker 1>We found out today. I don't either really to be honest,
<v Speaker 1>that's true.
<v Speaker 5>I don't know.
<v Speaker 1>For a while it was edge, you know, I still
<v Speaker 1>say that, but I don't have like, listen, it'd be cool,
<v Speaker 1>I guess to wrestle Cody again or a Kenny Omega.
<v Speaker 1>But it's not like I really my career won't be
<v Speaker 1>finished unless I wrestle.
<v Speaker 4>I feel that like there's no one I can be like,
<v Speaker 4>oh man, and I wish you know what I like
<v Speaker 4>to wrestle edge and singles.
<v Speaker 1>Yes, that would be amazing.
<v Speaker 4>I would. I would jump at the opportun and do that.
<v Speaker 4>But do I feel like incomplete it didn't happen? No,
<v Speaker 4>got it?
<v Speaker 5>Josh Saint Hilaire says, what's one gift that you got
<v Speaker 5>that you had to pretend you liked but he really hated?
<v Speaker 5>That's the Jimmy Hart.
<v Speaker 1>No, I made it known.
<v Speaker 4>What Yeah, I'm sure was really cool about it. Man,
<v Speaker 4>that's a tough question. Definitely a tough question. My mom
<v Speaker 4>would always throw in the clothes, which like, when you're
<v Speaker 4>a kid, you just don't have time for him.
<v Speaker 1>You're not you're not caring at all.
<v Speaker 5>But that, but I also feel like those clothes we
<v Speaker 5>weren't even really clothes that you wanted. It's like a sweatshirt. Yeah,
<v Speaker 5>like half zip sweatshirt.
<v Speaker 1>It's like Christmas.
<v Speaker 4>Yeah, we sucks if it was a whole.
<v Speaker 1>So like you're just kind of like, oh, thanks, but.
<v Speaker 4>You're trying to get to the good stuff, right, you know,
<v Speaker 4>Like yeah, no doubt. I might. I told the story before,
<v Speaker 4>But when we got older, my parents would just be like,
<v Speaker 4>go get everything out of the attic. When we got
<v Speaker 4>home from like midnight mass or whatever. Me and my
<v Speaker 4>brother would just go get it all and leave it
<v Speaker 4>down there for the morning. And then at some point
<v Speaker 4>we bartered like, well then we get to open one
<v Speaker 4>tonight and then.
<v Speaker 5>The rest We had the one on Christmas Eve.
<v Speaker 4>So it got to be where like you're looking at
<v Speaker 4>your chops like yeah, trying to forget something cool at
<v Speaker 4>least before bad. And I remember one time I was
<v Speaker 4>certain it was this thing and it was like a
<v Speaker 4>thing of bed sheets or something. I was like, this
<v Speaker 4>up so bad.
<v Speaker 5>It would happened with us. Might would go to open
<v Speaker 5>with my mom be like maybe not that one, Yeah,
<v Speaker 5>don't do that one. It's the bed sheets.
<v Speaker 1>I remember one Christmas, like we opened the game for
<v Speaker 1>the system. We didn't get yet, but the system came
<v Speaker 1>later on in the gift opening, it's like, we don't
<v Speaker 1>have you know, dad, you idiot.
<v Speaker 5>That's so this is a sega. I guess. I guess
<v Speaker 5>lately my mom always gets me a bunch of little
<v Speaker 5>ship you know, just like fucking ship that the knickknacks.
<v Speaker 5>What are we doing with this ship?
<v Speaker 1>Random?
<v Speaker 4>I feel bad though it's probably hard to shop for
<v Speaker 4>going ask man.
<v Speaker 5>I guess actually now now I'll take the socks.
<v Speaker 1>Your sex. I don't think.
<v Speaker 4>I don't think about Christmas, about getting gifts, and I
<v Speaker 4>don't want the longest time, especially you have kids, you
<v Speaker 4>really have things.
<v Speaker 5>Please, I don't want to shit because not got to
<v Speaker 5>find a spot for it.
<v Speaker 1>I got to put away, especially for me because I
<v Speaker 1>live in Florence. When I fly home, like please, I don't.
<v Speaker 5>Have room in my back this yeah yeah, yeah, yeah yeah.
<v Speaker 5>I would rather not. I'd rather not donate it.
<v Speaker 1>Uh.
<v Speaker 5>Johnny Espinoza, is what's your favorite holiday wrestling segment? Oh?
<v Speaker 1>You know Turkey sutch bro if.
<v Speaker 5>It's probably out now, but we me and Heath did
<v Speaker 5>a segment. We watched a holiday segment of his and
<v Speaker 5>he's a and then you know, my first thing was like,
<v Speaker 5>what did what else have you done for the holidays.
<v Speaker 5>He's like, man, I don't think anything else. And then
<v Speaker 5>I googled like Heath Santa, and then like four segments
<v Speaker 5>came out sure, and we watched them all and he's like, yeah,
<v Speaker 5>I did do that.
<v Speaker 4>I mean that doesn't I surprised me at all.
<v Speaker 1>I think I wrestled David O'tunga on like a Christmas
<v Speaker 1>episode that was filmed like before Christmas, as Christmas or six. Yeah,
<v Speaker 1>but I like no memory of it besides like just
<v Speaker 1>that match.
<v Speaker 5>Well, Heath was dressed up as Sanna and he was
<v Speaker 5>upset that he all the little kids were jumping on
<v Speaker 5>his lap and annoying them all day. So Crime Time said, well,
<v Speaker 5>we'll help you out. And then they beat the ship
<v Speaker 5>out of them, oh my god, and stole his sack
<v Speaker 5>of toys and then uh and then came out to
<v Speaker 5>the ring with the with the jacket and the sacond
<v Speaker 5>toys and was giving him away the kids.
<v Speaker 1>This isn't necessarily Christmas. Oh wait, this is when he's
<v Speaker 1>like an extra. This was before he was signing Pat Buck.
<v Speaker 4>Really, yeah, it's Orlando. We're all in f c W.
<v Speaker 5>We cut that we cut it before Dave. I would
<v Speaker 5>have I would have literally lost my mind. That's wild.
<v Speaker 4>Remember I remember Billy Gunn was backstairs. I think that's
<v Speaker 4>the first time ever met Billy Gunn. He just finished
<v Speaker 4>up with ten and I think he was like fishing around.
<v Speaker 5>For I like to win that that year that like
<v Speaker 5>ran over Santa Claus and then they had runs over
<v Speaker 5>Quasi like there was some sort.
<v Speaker 4>Of done it kind of episode.
<v Speaker 5>Yeah.
<v Speaker 4>Honestly, let's like call Spata Spade here the holiday episodes,
<v Speaker 4>the ratings are down and watching it across the board,
<v Speaker 4>they know that. So they're kind of just like I
<v Speaker 4>love that, I know, but that's that's sad they do
<v Speaker 4>do something different or like you're not going to do this,
<v Speaker 4>like a huge storyline's going to push forward things because
<v Speaker 4>no one's gonna you know, no one's seeing and it's
<v Speaker 4>just yeah, my I guess my Chris is one.
<v Speaker 1>My funny story. So typically the twenty six there's always
<v Speaker 1>a Madison Square Garden show. Yeah, so I'm booked. This
<v Speaker 1>is I want to say, it's twenty ten and it's
<v Speaker 1>like an opening Battle Royal, but there's like this horrible
<v Speaker 1>snowstorm and I remember telling my dad because he was
<v Speaker 1>taking the train and like, don't blink. You know, that's
<v Speaker 1>how short I'm in this battle royal. But then like
<v Speaker 1>so and so can't make it. So okay, So now
<v Speaker 1>Soon's was winning, but then he can't make it, so
<v Speaker 1>Soon was running. Then it gets down to I'm winning,
<v Speaker 1>and whoever wins wrestles Daniel Brian later on the show
<v Speaker 1>for the US title. So I went from don't blink
<v Speaker 1>because I'm gonna I'm gonna get thrown out right away
<v Speaker 1>to winning the thing. First of all, it was so
<v Speaker 1>I remember Raff was the ring announcer for the show
<v Speaker 1>because like Justin Roberts like goodn't meg it? So Raff
<v Speaker 1>heavy the ring announcer for until Justin got there. And
<v Speaker 1>then like me and Daniel Brian put together a pretty
<v Speaker 1>like badass match. I was like pump Us title MSG
<v Speaker 1>and De Malanko was like get it done, especially kid.
<v Speaker 1>So it's like ding ding ding. He hooks me like
<v Speaker 1>the little little bell lock or whatever.
<v Speaker 5>I am really yeah?
<v Speaker 1>Yeah?
<v Speaker 5>Why what was it ten minutes? At one point?
<v Speaker 1>No, I think they like maybe more talent, what's coming there?
<v Speaker 1>Adding matches? Yeah, I don't know exactly what happened, but
<v Speaker 1>then they stopped all the trains and then my dad
<v Speaker 1>had to like take a taxi. This is before ubers,
<v Speaker 1>like find a taxi in the mid New York City
<v Speaker 1>and go back to Long Island. It was wild.
<v Speaker 5>That's terrible. It's like miserable. I love this question. I
<v Speaker 5>think about this all the time. Brian Delposa says, if
<v Speaker 5>you were a ten year old wrestling fan in twenty
<v Speaker 5>twenty four, what items, figures, et cetera do you think
<v Speaker 5>would be top of your respective Christmas list? Separately, I
<v Speaker 5>love this conversation that we were having the other day
<v Speaker 5>about watching wrestling through your was it in our chat
<v Speaker 5>watching wrestling through your kid's eyes? And like what she loves?
<v Speaker 1>Dude.
<v Speaker 4>I was confessing this to people the other day, Like,
<v Speaker 4>I think one of the worst things in recent wrestling
<v Speaker 4>history is that pandemic money in the bank at the Tower. Yeah,
<v Speaker 4>it's horrible, fighting Vince's office, it's not funny, it's not entertaining.
<v Speaker 4>We can go down the whole wrap of why it's
<v Speaker 4>so bad. It doesn't matter. I've watched it so many
<v Speaker 4>and I would have never even watched it once. But
<v Speaker 4>both of my kids think it's amazing, right, amazing.
<v Speaker 5>Which is crazy because it's like, what stuff did we
<v Speaker 5>really love that probably wasn't that great?
<v Speaker 4>I mean I hate it was the cooker I hated
<v Speaker 4>when I was five. I never liked the cooger, so
<v Speaker 4>that that doesn't fit man to answer the question though.
<v Speaker 1>But anyways, see, like I want to say, like these
<v Speaker 1>these big shots, but like the kids like wrestling buddies,
<v Speaker 1>like I don't know, like I'm getting my my nephew.
<v Speaker 4>Jay Usso I was just gonna say, j Uso stuff
<v Speaker 4>would be I would guess right away, Cody stuff, Cody
<v Speaker 4>stuff obviously.
<v Speaker 1>I think even like the CM Punk Ultimate is like
<v Speaker 1>the kids know that version that what that moment is
<v Speaker 1>significant of like right, but maybe they do with Peacock.
<v Speaker 5>In the network, you know, well, you know, we've talked
<v Speaker 5>about it a lot about how spoiled we think the
<v Speaker 5>kids are with all these awesome accessories. Definitely, so like
<v Speaker 5>I would probably be tearing up ringside with every possible
<v Speaker 5>thing that I could get to make an arena.
<v Speaker 4>Yeah, things like that, and just even the the the
<v Speaker 4>spectrum of guys who can get in the same scale,
<v Speaker 4>having the same universe would just like rock my socks.
<v Speaker 5>Yeah. One of the but part of this question is
<v Speaker 5>I often will watch AW or WW or whatever and
<v Speaker 5>think to myself, who's guy's shirt? Would I be leaving
<v Speaker 5>with it? If I went to this show?
<v Speaker 1>M yep?
<v Speaker 5>And there was a while that I was like, Man,
<v Speaker 5>I love Santana and Artis. I think like they're cool, right,
<v Speaker 5>you know the guys like that Penta and Phoenix.
<v Speaker 1>Yeah.
<v Speaker 4>I think Pentagon for sure is someone in like if
<v Speaker 4>I was a kid, I be, well, this guy's so cool.
<v Speaker 5>Right, and then he does like sometimes he does that
<v Speaker 5>real scary version. It's like all that fucking cool.
<v Speaker 4>Definitely, And I mean obviously Darby I think is a
<v Speaker 4>proven guy that like kids are connected with.
<v Speaker 1>Right, Yeah, we do all this at the ring Side.
<v Speaker 1>So I even know like what sets are like in
<v Speaker 1>retail right now, you know, because if you're you know,
<v Speaker 1>Ringside is months. You know, there's kids who are not
<v Speaker 1>gonna get stuff that they could get for Christmas because
<v Speaker 1>their parents maybe don't even know what Ringside is. They're
<v Speaker 1>just going to Walmart, Target, Like would my parents know
<v Speaker 1>to shop for their There are grandkids at Ringside if
<v Speaker 1>it wasn't for me, right, yeah, they'd just be you know,
<v Speaker 1>my dad's going to tomorrow, we're doing the toy drive.
<v Speaker 1>My dad's coming to shop for my nephew at Ringside. Yeah.
<v Speaker 1>Like if you're going to Walmart, good luck, what are
<v Speaker 1>you gonna find?
<v Speaker 4>Right?
<v Speaker 1>Damn?
<v Speaker 4>I will say that's when I go to Ringside, doubt
<v Speaker 4>a lot of times the outgoing orders are stacked up
<v Speaker 4>and it's like always just USO's and Cody, like yeah, always,
<v Speaker 4>no matter what, it makes total sense. Yeah, no matter
<v Speaker 4>what just came in or whatever. I mean, it's Usso's
<v Speaker 4>for days.
<v Speaker 5>Ten year old Mae, we definitely want some Cody, Yeah,
<v Speaker 5>for sure. Charles aka Silly, does any special food slash
<v Speaker 5>meals your family or yourselves make you look forward to
<v Speaker 5>every year on the holidays?
<v Speaker 1>Nope? Really nothing. There's no like tradition in my family
<v Speaker 1>like this.
<v Speaker 4>This thing just really just food.
<v Speaker 1>Yeah yeah, I mean for me, I was like Christmas time,
<v Speaker 1>go and see like the tree with Chelsea, get like
<v Speaker 1>some chicken palm nice Italian. Sure you know what I'm saying,
<v Speaker 1>But like that's like my family is just it's just food,
<v Speaker 1>you know.
<v Speaker 5>It's like really, it's like it's just I don't know, damn,
<v Speaker 5>myself on the shelf. My grandma passed in COVID, but
<v Speaker 5>she fucked man. Her lasagna she would make on Christmas
<v Speaker 5>was unbelievable, and that was like a thing that she
<v Speaker 5>always did lasagna every Christmas with Grandma, make anything like that,
<v Speaker 5>and then she would do Thanksgiving so and her turkey
<v Speaker 5>was awesome and she always had the best stuffing. One
<v Speaker 5>year she tried to make pineapple stuffing. Everybody almost fucking
<v Speaker 5>canceled the family pineapple stuff That sounds horrible, but no,
<v Speaker 5>amble stuff is not that bad. But you can't funk
<v Speaker 5>around with changing out your stuff.
<v Speaker 1>And hot pineapples. Not my thing. Which is that whole
<v Speaker 1>pizza conversation? Yeah, not my thing either. It's cool.
<v Speaker 5>John Harrelson says book a Christmas themed elite series like
<v Speaker 5>the Star Wars Christmas figures include four figures and what
<v Speaker 5>accessories they would have? Well, you gotta go top guys, right,
<v Speaker 5>so Cody and the usos.
<v Speaker 4>No, I was gonna go the other way like Hogan
<v Speaker 4>like Legends. Yeah, I do like Christmas like instead of
<v Speaker 4>red and yellow Hogan and get a red and green
<v Speaker 4>or like Machra Man and Warrior layups. Just change the
<v Speaker 4>colors or Austin Santa, like as ridiculous as you could do.
<v Speaker 4>That's that's where.
<v Speaker 1>But to Mark's point, you can do like the bloodline is,
<v Speaker 1>you know right, you know, maybe like Cody's Santa and
<v Speaker 1>like Roman's Rudolph with the USO's are like Reindeer.
<v Speaker 5>I don't know, yeah, yeah, all.
<v Speaker 4>Right, give me naked Goldberg Santa, that ornament, famous ornament.
<v Speaker 5>Aaron Control, I don't know if we can do this one,
<v Speaker 5>but but we can pick one at least. Aaron Control
<v Speaker 5>Junior says, give your top five Christmas songs. Favorite Christmas songs.
<v Speaker 1>We have a whole plate like every year I gets.
<v Speaker 4>I mean Maria Carrey, No, that one's now justin Bieber stuff,
<v Speaker 4>the Mariah carry one. It's just too like less Christmas,
<v Speaker 4>I gave you my I love that song, a Little Boobla.
<v Speaker 5>I think White Christmas is my favorite.
<v Speaker 4>In sync. I like a good Springsteen.
<v Speaker 5>It depends on what mood you're in.
<v Speaker 4>He I love Christmas music. I do love Christmas music.
<v Speaker 4>It just sets the mood so nicely.
<v Speaker 5>Are you chilling or you are you rocket?
<v Speaker 4>You know what I'm saying?
<v Speaker 5>You know, I like I like just chilling for a
<v Speaker 5>little bit.
<v Speaker 1>What about tie Valkyri's Christmas song? Great?
<v Speaker 5>Great, great?
<v Speaker 1>I didn't click it, idiot.
<v Speaker 4>I had to show support, so I had to watch it.
<v Speaker 4>Please Come Home for Christmas the Eagles.
<v Speaker 1>I like that. It's good. That's pretty good.
<v Speaker 5>You're a rocking Christmas guy.
<v Speaker 4>I guess I'm a little bit of both. You know,
<v Speaker 4>it's good you Pentatonics, that's good. Like they have a
<v Speaker 4>Christmas album that's very unique that I'm not sure look
<v Speaker 4>into that.
<v Speaker 1>There's so many Christmas songs that I've heard from my
<v Speaker 1>whole life, but I couldn't tell you the name of
<v Speaker 1>the song.
<v Speaker 4>Who was the same? And I made this list a
<v Speaker 4>couple of years ago, and I was like, oh, damn, Carol.
<v Speaker 5>The Bells is pretty great. You can put that on
<v Speaker 5>your workout list.
<v Speaker 3>You can't work out the Christmas Songsner, it's probably a
<v Speaker 3>workout suck mark, Wasn't that?
<v Speaker 1>What is with this?
<v Speaker 5>Fucking?
<v Speaker 1>What is with this? Q?
<v Speaker 2>And A?
<v Speaker 5>Why are you guys so mean? Why do my workouts suck.
<v Speaker 1>It? Here?
<v Speaker 5>Why do you think my workouts suck? Christmas? I listened
<v Speaker 5>to the Carol the Bells. I don't know what do
<v Speaker 5>you mean my workouts suck either one walking on a
<v Speaker 5>treadle with your flip flops. Never once I watched Fuck
<v Speaker 5>are you just making ship up shoes.
<v Speaker 1>With his fish flaps? Would be on a treadable maybe? No?
<v Speaker 8>No.
<v Speaker 5>Dan Gwaltney says, if Mattel were to release a box
<v Speaker 5>set of say four to six members of any stable
<v Speaker 5>from any era, who would you want and why would
<v Speaker 5>it be? The West Texas ritten next? No kidding about
<v Speaker 5>the second part, obviously, but okay, bo Mitel box set that.
<v Speaker 4>They could realistically? Are you talking here fantasy.
<v Speaker 5>Or like any stable from any era? He didn't say.
<v Speaker 5>He didn't saying.
<v Speaker 4>Realistic, I mean fantasy. I'm doing Shane Bam Bam, Candy
<v Speaker 4>the Triple Threat. I mean elite, elite style figures.
<v Speaker 1>I gotta go in what could be a real one.
<v Speaker 5>I on a redo. I would like a Horseman redo.
<v Speaker 5>The Horseman one is not the best, but but I
<v Speaker 5>just want a Horseman redo with like a flair, with
<v Speaker 5>a robe and a better body.
<v Speaker 4>But well, now you can't, right, you can't do flair,
<v Speaker 4>you can you know what I would love and this
<v Speaker 4>is not necessarily a stable, but it kind of is.
<v Speaker 1>I want the click curtain Call four pack in the
<v Speaker 1>gear they wore at the curtain Call with like the
<v Speaker 1>Blue Cave. Yeah, it'd be pretty cool, really cool, that's possible.
<v Speaker 5>It's a good answer, Billy London. You get to choose
<v Speaker 5>a concert set list of your favorite entrance themes. Oh boy,
<v Speaker 5>what band or artists would you pick to sing that? Okay,
<v Speaker 5>so it's like one band or artists down, they'll be
<v Speaker 5>the best to do it, right, But they're wrestling fans.
<v Speaker 4>Yeah, okay, and they would they would sync.
<v Speaker 5>They they must love that their cody song is just like.
<v Speaker 1>For sure, I mean.
<v Speaker 4>I wish downs they could cover Maven's thunk song.
<v Speaker 1>Cool.
<v Speaker 5>Now that he now that he's like doing well and
<v Speaker 5>having all this money, he should he should get somebody
<v Speaker 5>to read it.
<v Speaker 1>He should know he should buy the rights to it. No,
<v Speaker 1>but he hates it.
<v Speaker 4>What doesn't matter.
<v Speaker 1>He needs to We gotta tell man, doesn't matter what
<v Speaker 1>you like me. We all let me know?
<v Speaker 4>Is that though? Because he right, he literally will say
<v Speaker 4>like if you meet him, he said nine at ten
<v Speaker 4>times they asked about drop kicking the undertake out of
<v Speaker 4>the Rumble, or like how awesome his song and he's
<v Speaker 4>like one he really likes talking about the other he
<v Speaker 4>does it, you know, sure.
<v Speaker 5>Uh, Charlie philbrick one, you might have to think about
<v Speaker 5>this one, okay. Ever, get the gift you wished for
<v Speaker 5>and when you did, you were disappointed with it after
<v Speaker 5>you got it.
<v Speaker 4>Yeah, the Titan drawn, Oh it's easy. It was like
<v Speaker 4>such a build up and it was pretty bad.
<v Speaker 1>I mean it was.
<v Speaker 4>We talked about this recently. It still was cool to
<v Speaker 4>have an answer story the first time ever, but it
<v Speaker 4>still just wasn't what it should have been.
<v Speaker 1>It was garbage.
<v Speaker 4>Man.
<v Speaker 1>I don't know if I haven't add to the aft
<v Speaker 1>top my head. Maybe like a video game that I
<v Speaker 1>thought was gonna be really awesome, but it sucked. It
<v Speaker 1>was too hard for me, too hard for me, so
<v Speaker 1>it sucked.
<v Speaker 5>H I can't think of a gift the top of
<v Speaker 5>my head.
<v Speaker 3>Uh.
<v Speaker 5>Michael Frees says, what are each of your most eggshell
<v Speaker 5>moments in most open door moments from interacting with Vince?
<v Speaker 1>What is eggshell moment me where you're nervous? I was
<v Speaker 1>nervous every time I talked to him. He's very intimidating,
<v Speaker 1>you know, It's like it was it of oz.
<v Speaker 4>He literally has like a press and where you feeling
<v Speaker 4>like in the room, what.
<v Speaker 1>Was the second part of it?
<v Speaker 5>Well, on the opposite, like when did you feel most comfortable?
<v Speaker 4>Honestly, it is probably that both could be true for
<v Speaker 4>the asking him to where the jet scared media?
<v Speaker 5>So you start out real nervous. By the end your
<v Speaker 5>leg slap in the back.
<v Speaker 4>I literally grabbed him, let's go like fow you know.
<v Speaker 4>But also if you rewind, I was it was like
<v Speaker 4>he made me do that be a producer for a
<v Speaker 4>little bit. So I had to talk to him so
<v Speaker 4>much so much so like it where like what Brosi's saying,
<v Speaker 4>he talked to him so infrequently that it was nerve wracking.
<v Speaker 4>I'm forced to speak to him like several times a day.
<v Speaker 4>Right that it went like went out the window.
<v Speaker 5>Did you feel like your relationship was better with than
<v Speaker 5>after that?
<v Speaker 1>Oh?
<v Speaker 4>I felt like I was. I almost feel like every
<v Speaker 4>ww Superstar. I don't know the way it is now
<v Speaker 4>or what the production means are like, but like if
<v Speaker 4>you sat in on that, you'd have a better understanding
<v Speaker 4>of what they want. Right, be less of a disconnect,
<v Speaker 4>right because you're literally getting the secrets to the test,
<v Speaker 4>Like right, be more open, but you know.
<v Speaker 5>Right right right, Uh paulton. When you were younger, did
<v Speaker 5>a parent convince you to throw out slash, donate slash
<v Speaker 5>give to a family member or a toy or toys
<v Speaker 5>that you agreed.
<v Speaker 4>To Never I don't Yeah, I don't. I know we
<v Speaker 4>like I didn't keep every toy ever, but I don't know.
<v Speaker 4>I don't remember their departures, Like I don't remember how
<v Speaker 4>that was negotiated.
<v Speaker 1>Yeah. Also weird asterisk to this.
<v Speaker 4>My mom ran a daycare out of our house growing up,
<v Speaker 4>So if toys my brother and I didn't want anymore
<v Speaker 4>would just end up down there like in the in
<v Speaker 4>the the playroom with the kids. You know, if it
<v Speaker 4>was like a child say thing, we just that's what
<v Speaker 4>That's where it went. Circle of life, I guess.
<v Speaker 5>I mean, I remember keeping I had all my action figures.
<v Speaker 4>Every people have the two sides, Like my mom threw
<v Speaker 4>out my l jans. It would have been worth to
<v Speaker 4>listen and some people like they're my parents off. Still
<v Speaker 4>I can go get them if I want. It's like
<v Speaker 4>I feel, I feel like it's like one of the
<v Speaker 4>other one people.
<v Speaker 1>Right. My wrestling stuff is well, my Allagians are still there.
<v Speaker 1>I sold my Hasbros and bone Crunchers to you know,
<v Speaker 1>when I beeme a more professional collector to get them
<v Speaker 1>in better condition. But I think like my mom, like
<v Speaker 1>she must have thrown out like my Turtles or Ghostbusters
<v Speaker 1>or donated them or whatever she did with them, because
<v Speaker 1>all the ones I have now are ones I rebought.
<v Speaker 4>Damn, I uh, I think the only thing in this room,
<v Speaker 4>from my child to the CW those are my loose
<v Speaker 4>you said, guys from when they came out, and those
<v Speaker 4>are is that the only everything else is repurchased, every
<v Speaker 4>single thing.
<v Speaker 1>But you.
<v Speaker 5>You're Jack's figures you have somewhere right.
<v Speaker 1>In My Jack figures are in storage and tope, but
<v Speaker 1>like he's a little small. I guess you do have
<v Speaker 1>some representation with those mental card.
<v Speaker 4>But I also couldn't imagine displaying those because they're like
<v Speaker 4>woody toy story.
<v Speaker 1>Yeah there's the point. You know, they'd almost have to
<v Speaker 1>be lined up where they couldn't move, Like yeah, I
<v Speaker 1>don't even know. It wouldn't be flattering. It's no point.
<v Speaker 1>You do have some representation, so I accept it.
<v Speaker 5>Thanks man, You're out of room.
<v Speaker 1>Pal. I do think you're triple a killing and taking
<v Speaker 1>way too much real estate. It's one of the most
<v Speaker 1>rare collections in the world I know.
<v Speaker 5>But mm hmm, such a prime spawn.
<v Speaker 1>I think, like, maybe keep the Ray up and ditch
<v Speaker 1>the rest.
<v Speaker 4>I think if I'm pressed, which I don't feel pressed
<v Speaker 4>right now, but I would, they would probably just go
<v Speaker 4>to storage because, honestly, besides Ray, like the other no
<v Speaker 4>offense to the performers.
<v Speaker 1>They don't mean to me right right.
<v Speaker 5>Victor Bravos has described some dos and don'ts for fans
<v Speaker 5>when greeting wrestlers.
<v Speaker 1>Don't come to an airport. Don't feel like you look
<v Speaker 1>like you know, like if you just I thought you'd
<v Speaker 1>be bigger. Don't tell that either. Jesus Christ, are you
<v Speaker 1>buddy Murphy? That one?
<v Speaker 5>I get that one a lot.
<v Speaker 1>Actually, I think if you're if you're respectful and polite,
<v Speaker 1>you're not gonna have a problem with me. Yeah, you know,
<v Speaker 1>I can't speak to every other wrestler. Have you seen
<v Speaker 1>me out in public and you're respectful and polite, You'll
<v Speaker 1>be fine. Now if it's at the airport. Even if
<v Speaker 1>it's at the airport and you're respectful and light, I'll
<v Speaker 1>probably break my rules for you. If you're shoving an
<v Speaker 1>eight x ten, a card, a funk, go box my face, get.
<v Speaker 5>The fuck out of here, even if they're respectful.
<v Speaker 1>I said, shoving, like literally shoving it in my face
<v Speaker 1>because I don't know about you. Mark, Like there are
<v Speaker 1>times I get a fight and people just bombarding me
<v Speaker 1>and just shoving over my face speaking.
<v Speaker 5>Yeah, so I had literally this morning, there was a
<v Speaker 5>guy nicely came up to me right before I walked
<v Speaker 5>into the clear line said hey, Mark, handed the thing,
<v Speaker 5>could you sign these? And it was eight x ten
<v Speaker 5>and two cards? And I just did it, but he
<v Speaker 5>was nice about it.
<v Speaker 1>I just don't think you should have done that.
<v Speaker 5>You don't think I should have done that?
<v Speaker 4>No, yeah, anyway, I don't think anyone should. I guess
<v Speaker 4>I just I just don't get more famous wrestlers a
<v Speaker 4>news stop and sign all this stuff.
<v Speaker 1>It's like it depends when you catch me, depends how
<v Speaker 1>many of the fans are there.
<v Speaker 4>You know, Like Jeff Hardy's like too nice, Like if
<v Speaker 4>the fan stops in it, you know he's going to sign.
<v Speaker 4>It's just like, please stop doing that.
<v Speaker 5>I was in I was in a good mood.
<v Speaker 4>I know. It's just it's just it's an invasion of privacy,
<v Speaker 4>Like Matt says, you catch me at them all, sure
<v Speaker 4>you got me. I'll be the nicest whatever. I don't
<v Speaker 4>take my time. Whatever would you bom bar me at
<v Speaker 4>my hotel or at the airport. That's like an invasion
<v Speaker 4>of privacy.
<v Speaker 1>And I just don't. I don't.
<v Speaker 5>What about like, I know we've talked about this a lot.
<v Speaker 5>What about like if it's like an innocent like a
<v Speaker 5>like a like a thirteen year old kid, he's at
<v Speaker 5>the hotel and.
<v Speaker 4>They just happen to go, oh my god, you know
<v Speaker 4>they're there because they know then that the kids always
<v Speaker 4>get to pass, so like that's different, but it's never that.
<v Speaker 4>It's always like fifty year old non In.
<v Speaker 5>Chicago, there was these two kids that were hanging out
<v Speaker 5>at the hotel and they were just really really happy
<v Speaker 5>to be seeing wrestlers and had stuff like pictures like
<v Speaker 5>one girl, this girl had a picture that she had
<v Speaker 5>taken of me and her the last time I was
<v Speaker 5>in that hotel, and then I signed it, and I'm like, well,
<v Speaker 5>this is like a thing fan.
<v Speaker 4>Clearly that's not a mistake that she's there again, you.
<v Speaker 5>Know, right right right, But she's but she's a little kid, right, okay,
<v Speaker 5>loaded question.
<v Speaker 1>Yeah, yeah, it's just like.
<v Speaker 5>Alejandro Contrera says, what was a toy you received that
<v Speaker 5>you weren't expecting but became an important part of your
<v Speaker 5>life or fig fed.
<v Speaker 1>We kind of talked about it on that that Christmas episode,
<v Speaker 1>like when I got that that monster ring, I didn't
<v Speaker 1>know it exists, and then I get this monster ring
<v Speaker 1>and it in it turned me just like playing with
<v Speaker 1>wrestling figures to having like a fig fed and being
<v Speaker 1>obsessed and keeping the title history and you know, you know,
<v Speaker 1>making the match cards and it wasn't just like a
<v Speaker 1>little kid playing with toys anymore. Like I was a
<v Speaker 1>professional toy players. Ridiculous sounds, but having that ring and
<v Speaker 1>that Christmas Morning ninety six, it you know, changed everything
<v Speaker 1>because I didn't you know, I think you might be
<v Speaker 1>looking for like a toy that's non wrestling, but I
<v Speaker 1>didn't really just if I got a non wrestling toy,
<v Speaker 1>it was like, oh I don't want this, it was
<v Speaker 1>just something you play with.
<v Speaker 4>Well, if I got a non wrestled toy, it was
<v Speaker 4>just it was a fleeting interest in my life, right,
<v Speaker 4>you know, it wasn't whatever and I don't really have
<v Speaker 4>a great answer for this, But my guess would be
<v Speaker 4>getting the rest of the Hasbros. Series one in the
<v Speaker 4>Ring Christmas ninety or whatever, because then that helpens the
<v Speaker 4>floodgates that my fandom for the rest of my goddam life.
<v Speaker 1>You know. I just my parents today. They found this VHS.
<v Speaker 1>It's Christmas eighty nine. I don't know how I can
<v Speaker 1>get this on the internet, but it says like that's
<v Speaker 1>when I got all the LGN Stretch wrestlers. So I'd
<v Speaker 1>like love to put that on YouTube somehow.
<v Speaker 5>Were you able to watch it right now?
<v Speaker 1>I don't have a BCR, I have the VHS.
<v Speaker 5>I have one in my There's places all over it
<v Speaker 5>signs like yeah, actually there's online things. You just put
<v Speaker 5>it in an envelope and send it, but you'd have
<v Speaker 5>to be.
<v Speaker 1>I'm trying to get up before Christmas.
<v Speaker 5>It's be tough, yeah, Cob me not. The only thing
<v Speaker 5>that I can think of is do you remember that
<v Speaker 5>Spider Man with the first time I had like an
<v Speaker 5>articulation in every area so good, and I remember getting
<v Speaker 5>it and thinking I don't need a Spider Man.
<v Speaker 4>I have one.
<v Speaker 5>This was the best ever. And then not only did
<v Speaker 5>it was it the best Spider Man, but it became
<v Speaker 5>like a ram Mysterio character in the.
<v Speaker 1>Miss of wreck Themand yeah, that's supposed to be like
<v Speaker 1>an action feature that it moves.
<v Speaker 5>Well right right, and it's at this point not even
<v Speaker 5>good as good as an elite no you no, but
<v Speaker 5>still ahead of it. We talked about this a lot
<v Speaker 5>on MC True True Longland Story. But Philip Chuess is
<v Speaker 5>what's Matt's feeling on his time on the show Swerved?
<v Speaker 5>Did wrestlers really hate being pranked?
<v Speaker 1>Fucking hated it?
<v Speaker 4>I'm fired, but I did enjoy watching Maggot.
<v Speaker 1>It's mania like the Cali Mania, and you Brian knows,
<v Speaker 1>like if it's Wrestlmania week, you got slam schedule, if
<v Speaker 1>you if you get the workout in, it's like, oh
<v Speaker 1>my god, I got the gym and so I'm at
<v Speaker 1>the gym and I get like a text from Ziggler
<v Speaker 1>that I'm.
<v Speaker 4>Needing a good workout or like a shitty Mark Sterling workout.
<v Speaker 1>Stop it stop. New theme of the show isn't ridiculous.
<v Speaker 5>I wasn't even planning on working out today. I got
<v Speaker 5>a great workout. Ryan walked up hill. I walked up
<v Speaker 5>hill and.
<v Speaker 4>Hour. It's basically doing the stairbas wrapp an hour.
<v Speaker 5>Okay, I could do that my sleep.
<v Speaker 1>I'm getting that workout. And I got a text himzig
<v Speaker 1>that I needed for something or maybe with someone else
<v Speaker 1>that I was needed for something. I go and it's
<v Speaker 1>the famous thing where I get electrocuted. Man. And I
<v Speaker 1>was just so fucking and then like when I finally
<v Speaker 1>figured out like it was a bit, I was like, guys,
<v Speaker 1>I need to fucking work out today and I'm wasting
<v Speaker 1>my time getting electrocuted hilarious. For that sucks, Like that sucks.
<v Speaker 1>I was so fucking mad. Then there's one time Titus
<v Speaker 1>like kicked the cameraman or did something, Yeah, what do
<v Speaker 1>you what do you mean? The startled him or something.
<v Speaker 1>I think I think they got him with the cattle proper.
<v Speaker 4>They startled him and then he pushed over the cameraman
<v Speaker 4>and broke like a fifty thousand dollars gameras And and
<v Speaker 4>that's like, when, yeah, ridiculous. It's not a fun concept, right.
<v Speaker 5>I feel like it doesn't even it doesn't even hold
<v Speaker 5>up today, Like I feel like you can't prank somebody.
<v Speaker 4>Like that, No, but I would if I watched it
<v Speaker 4>back just because man, our friends and our relationship.
<v Speaker 1>I would get a good laugh out of it. Like
<v Speaker 1>I remember, like I can't even convey how like not
<v Speaker 1>only it hurt, I was getting fucking lettercuted, right, it
<v Speaker 1>had multiple times.
<v Speaker 4>Honestly, things have really changed since that time. Like people
<v Speaker 4>would freak you know, it was pretty funny.
<v Speaker 5>You're like, I kind of got I got shot.
<v Speaker 4>At at my workplace. I got, you know, people would
<v Speaker 4>freak out.
<v Speaker 5>But Broski was like, not no selling it, but like, like,
<v Speaker 5>what's going on? I feel? And then and then Digglar
<v Speaker 5>whoever it was, was like, really, he's.
<v Speaker 1>Like dying right, And then I finally catch it. I
<v Speaker 1>finally realize I'm saying like the most shocking. I'm like,
<v Speaker 1>oh you motherfuckers h and I stole them out. Man's pissed.
<v Speaker 5>Okay, we kind of talked about this, but I'm going
<v Speaker 5>to read the response justin Moll says, what's a Christmas
<v Speaker 5>tradition that your family had growing up that you thought
<v Speaker 5>was completely normal part of the holidays until you grew
<v Speaker 5>up and realized that no one else did it. For example,
<v Speaker 5>we left out cheese for Santa Mouse.
<v Speaker 1>That's fucking weird.
<v Speaker 5>John Gravina says, I don't know any John Gravina says
<v Speaker 5>Big O' showing up uninvited to Christmas Eve with a
<v Speaker 5>dozen Dunkin Donuts and a Costco tub of potato salad
<v Speaker 5>one of my mom's favorite holidays.
<v Speaker 1>It happened, It did happen. Well, I don't have it.
<v Speaker 1>I don't have any weird traditions or anything like that. Yeah,
<v Speaker 1>not that I know of.
<v Speaker 4>And this is probably not nice to say, but man,
<v Speaker 4>going to Midnight Mass, I'm like, oh please, no, Like
<v Speaker 4>you know, you don't want to do that when you're
<v Speaker 4>a kid.
<v Speaker 1>I loved just I remember opening my gifts like my
<v Speaker 1>bedroom and watching like a Christmas Story no matter what
<v Speaker 1>part of the movie was on, put it on. Yep.
<v Speaker 5>Uh, this is very specific and random. Mike Baby says,
<v Speaker 5>who are the three most toyatic wrestlers in the Big
<v Speaker 5>Three promotions? Specifically in nineteen ninety nine?
<v Speaker 4>Wow?
<v Speaker 1>So rv D Yeah, rv D W for sure.
<v Speaker 4>I mean, gosh, it's still Hogan inw like with that
<v Speaker 4>red and black and black, like the multi color one,
<v Speaker 4>like that ring set exclusive Ogan.
<v Speaker 1>I don't know is it Raymister is Rays unmasked?
<v Speaker 4>Nine?
<v Speaker 5>I'm having a hard time with my w CW timeline here.
<v Speaker 4>Yeah, ws like, really it's bad. It's the hummer stuff.
<v Speaker 4>That's where it starts to get bad. Looking to hear
<v Speaker 4>your toy bis figs here, Karl alone sting sting, toya,
<v Speaker 4>I guess it is. It's the most like.
<v Speaker 1>He's not colorful, so I don't know, black and white.
<v Speaker 4>Yeah, but like if we look at the true definitionory,
<v Speaker 4>like you don't know what wrestling is, you see that?
<v Speaker 5>Okay, No, no, Kevin does not filthy animals, Ray no.
<v Speaker 1>W W F.
<v Speaker 7>Man.
<v Speaker 1>That's a tough one too, Dwayne.
<v Speaker 5>No Undertaker was just all black at that point. That's ministry.
<v Speaker 1>What about mankind? Is that corporate mankind?
<v Speaker 4>Maybe? Yeah, but that's like a what is this? Uh
<v Speaker 4>maybe triple H like chain mail like hilt and triple
<v Speaker 4>H looking like looking like a he man. If they
<v Speaker 4>would have made that figure gangrel Yeah, I mean but
<v Speaker 4>not really. He's not gonna a push or anything.
<v Speaker 5>Angle debuts in ninety nine.
<v Speaker 4>Yeah, there's no fig.
<v Speaker 5>Yeah, but just the wrestlers that are to his singlets
<v Speaker 5>are pretty pretty I think.
<v Speaker 1>Ministry ministry takers. Yeah, but yeah, uh.
<v Speaker 5>So Asie Pott says, who's who better than Canyon? Oh
<v Speaker 5>but everybody, Riga Herrera. When are you guys bringing back
<v Speaker 5>the live show to Chicago?
<v Speaker 1>I would love to.
<v Speaker 5>Colt was just talking about having a great ass place too, and.
<v Speaker 4>The place that we did at doesn't exist anymore, so
<v Speaker 4>it would have to be Cult's new great ass place.
<v Speaker 1>Well, here's the problem, based on our schedules. You know,
<v Speaker 1>we already said the Orlando shows not happen the major marks.
<v Speaker 1>Screw the major Marks. It's not happening, that's the fact.
<v Speaker 1>But it's not happening. Yeah they did, it's it's one
<v Speaker 1>hundred percent of fact. We're gonna do Mania in Vegas.
<v Speaker 1>We're gonna do Caloon in August. I think we might
<v Speaker 1>get a Jimmy's in May or ju. I can't foresee
<v Speaker 1>where our Chicago would fit in the fall.
<v Speaker 5>Maybe the fall, but what's that thing we usually do
<v Speaker 5>something in the fall, right, No, we haven't.
<v Speaker 4>We have it in a while, pretty much be like
<v Speaker 4>November or Bust for another place.
<v Speaker 5>November in Chicago, October.
<v Speaker 1>And also, like you got to figure, it's so much
<v Speaker 1>easier if they're When we did in Chicago, I believe
<v Speaker 1>it was Survivor series, Brian not already there. Talent was
<v Speaker 1>a plentiful right, Yeah, it's when you start getting into
<v Speaker 1>flying not only just us in but other talent. It's
<v Speaker 1>like and trust me, a lot of our live shows
<v Speaker 1>were not profitable at all, but it was like community builders.
<v Speaker 1>And I'm not saying we don't need to be building
<v Speaker 1>the community anymore, but we don't need to be losing
<v Speaker 1>money to be like.
<v Speaker 4>Not just I'm trying to say, it's a nice way
<v Speaker 4>like not knowing that that's what's happening, and we don't
<v Speaker 4>at least try to make it, of course scessful financially
<v Speaker 4>and entertainment while you know best for everybody.
<v Speaker 1>So even like Jimmy's, you know, to pull the current back,
<v Speaker 1>nobody lives in that Baltimore area, and if they do,
<v Speaker 1>we've already used them, like Gilberg, like Gilberg's.
<v Speaker 5>Like Soday, we have d Loo in the area.
<v Speaker 4>So luckily, like some promoter used them in New York
<v Speaker 4>or whatever, so we got the split stuff. He drove
<v Speaker 4>up the next day.
<v Speaker 1>So it's flights, hotels, So you add that up and
<v Speaker 1>for us to yes, it's tough.
<v Speaker 5>H Logan Seismore says, if Swaggle got a big rubber guy?
<v Speaker 5>Would it just be called rubber guy?
<v Speaker 4>Someone brought this up to me this weekend. Is missy
<v Speaker 4>Hi had a big rubber gal?
<v Speaker 1>No, because she's just and she's in the line.
<v Speaker 4>Big rubber guys. I see what you're saying. Would be
<v Speaker 4>cool if it was like cross down in her package
<v Speaker 4>is gal? And then if we ever do a girl
<v Speaker 4>they have that, like, I'm not against it. They haven't
<v Speaker 4>gotten that far yet. You already just well, no, you
<v Speaker 4>didn't st it off.
<v Speaker 1>She's coming.
<v Speaker 4>I mean something.
<v Speaker 1>Weren't talking about that? Hmmm, that's I think she's in
<v Speaker 1>big rubber I see what you're saying. Damn, I don't
<v Speaker 1>know interesting. Dylan Aposta is just a little piece of ship.
<v Speaker 4>Now.
<v Speaker 1>Damn the legends. We can't even make him.
<v Speaker 5>You guys are real stiff to your friends.
<v Speaker 4>I loved he's my best friends. He's a legend. Yeah,
<v Speaker 4>we can't make him. No, I think Swaggle is not
<v Speaker 4>off limits, horned swaggles off limits. I think there's yeah,
<v Speaker 4>oh really pretty positive. You know what, I don't know
<v Speaker 4>the answer to this. Jonathan Boone says, how did you
<v Speaker 4>guys meet d freedom us Major Marx would love to
<v Speaker 4>know the story.
<v Speaker 5>Was he just texting you?
<v Speaker 4>No? I think I'm correctly why. I think just Brosky.
<v Speaker 4>I kept seeing his social media and then he would
<v Speaker 4>like refer to it so much.
<v Speaker 1>On the stuff like that. And then also, I don't
<v Speaker 1>know if you guys remember this was years ago. We
<v Speaker 1>did like like a King of the Rings sort of
<v Speaker 1>it of it, and he liked did the graphics for
<v Speaker 1>like the brackets, and I just realized, like how great
<v Speaker 1>he was this like that.
<v Speaker 5>Fun It lasted so long too.
<v Speaker 1>It was something cool that we did, and I'm not
<v Speaker 1>opposed to doing something like that. I forgot, but you know,
<v Speaker 1>it's almost like like like TTD, I saw his socially
<v Speaker 1>did something like an artwork for a Bill mckina, and
<v Speaker 1>I asked him to do some of our shirts and
<v Speaker 1>then you know, the rest is history. Now he's on
<v Speaker 1>like legit like direct deposit.
<v Speaker 4>You never know who's watching guy.
<v Speaker 1>Yeah.
<v Speaker 5>Patrick McGrath says, if you win in Hammerstein, do we
<v Speaker 5>get a parade? I'm good for renting at least two peticabs.
<v Speaker 1>I don't think so, which which match, which one didn't?
<v Speaker 5>Michael Jericho says, do you wish it was WWF when
<v Speaker 5>you were there, since we all grew up as ww fans.
<v Speaker 4>I got over that a long time ago. I remember
<v Speaker 4>being pretty devastated, like, how can I ever refer to.
<v Speaker 1>This as w W.
<v Speaker 4>Yeah, I'm over it for sure. And now it's like
<v Speaker 4>if someone says WWF, it sounds weird. Yeah, yeah, it's
<v Speaker 4>just it's been so long you gotta move on.
<v Speaker 1>I mean, if you think about it, we've known it
<v Speaker 1>is WWE for longer than we do. It is WWF
<v Speaker 1>right at this point, which is wild.
<v Speaker 5>James Chester says, do you consider Diehard a Christmas movie?
<v Speaker 5>And if not, one of the reasons that also can't
<v Speaker 5>be applied to Home Alone?
<v Speaker 1>Great question, And I do consider because of the movie.
<v Speaker 1>I see why people say it's not. And I'm not gonna.
<v Speaker 1>I'm not gonna choose and swagg you and battle it out.
<v Speaker 4>You know they aren't either. They canceled that show. Oh yeah, sorry.
<v Speaker 1>But to say Home Alone on a Chris movie, how
<v Speaker 1>is homolone out on Christmas movie? It involves Christmas.
<v Speaker 5>Holans literally, it ends on Christmas?
<v Speaker 1>Is a Christmas we talk about? I don't know. That's
<v Speaker 1>debatable argument.
<v Speaker 3>Not all horror movies should be Halloween movies, but yet
<v Speaker 3>they still get considered spooky season.
<v Speaker 5>All horror movies are available now.
<v Speaker 1>And that's what sucks.
<v Speaker 4>I mean, guys, I don't know if I've seen diehar
<v Speaker 4>In it's entirety. It's incredible. Hold up, it's incredible. I mean,
<v Speaker 4>I probably have very young and it just.
<v Speaker 5>It's a Christmas movie all the all the all the
<v Speaker 5>background music has like jingle bells in it. What are
<v Speaker 5>we talking about? The Christmas party is the overriding?
<v Speaker 1>Yes?
<v Speaker 4>Right, so then that sounds like a Christmas.
<v Speaker 5>There's a terrorist at the Christmas party?
<v Speaker 1>It is?
<v Speaker 5>It is a Christmas movie.
<v Speaker 1>One more banger.
<v Speaker 5>Okay, uh, you guys talk about this and I'll find
<v Speaker 5>a good one to end with it. Josh Clinton says,
<v Speaker 5>what pieces of luggage slash, travel gear, sash gadgets do
<v Speaker 5>you guys use well on the road, any specific brands
<v Speaker 5>or items that you can't live without while traveling.
<v Speaker 1>I basically live out of my suitcases. Whether I'm on
<v Speaker 1>the road for one day or four days, I'm bringing
<v Speaker 1>all four of my bags. So it's like a big suitcase.
<v Speaker 1>It has like my clothes, my toiletries, blah blah, blah,
<v Speaker 1>my merch bag, my gear bag, and my backpack which
<v Speaker 1>has like my chargers, my you know, my vitamins, you know,
<v Speaker 1>my beef jerky, my mirror from my topicking, you know
<v Speaker 1>my calendars.
<v Speaker 4>Yeah, Like I'm constant. I'm ready to leave it, like
<v Speaker 4>I could leave like right now, you know, Like I'm
<v Speaker 4>always packed for the road, which I think is like
<v Speaker 4>the big disconnect with like my wife, who's like a civilian,
<v Speaker 4>Like when we go away, she's like, I have to
<v Speaker 4>pack this and that I'm packed, right, I have two
<v Speaker 4>of everything I could possibly need, Like I have a
<v Speaker 4>home version and I have packed ready to go road version.
<v Speaker 4>So that's been the key of like in your life,
<v Speaker 4>less nuts, right, Like you need scissors, I gotta eat oatmeal,
<v Speaker 4>I got fork, I got it. Like and brands wise,
<v Speaker 4>I don't like really believe in that, Like because the
<v Speaker 4>wear and tear of anything, it doesn't matter what brand
<v Speaker 4>you are, Like your rollerbag's.
<v Speaker 1>Gonna get My two means break all the time.
<v Speaker 4>What I'm saying to me is a very nice, expensive bag,
<v Speaker 4>but like it's gonna break, like what we do. I've
<v Speaker 4>you know, many times I've sat in a plane and
<v Speaker 4>just watched those dudes throw the bag so violently and
<v Speaker 4>no like no carrot, Like it's just part of the gig.
<v Speaker 4>So I almost like go out of my way to
<v Speaker 4>not invest like great money in my bags. Like I've
<v Speaker 4>been just getting the Amazon once for years now, which
<v Speaker 4>are pretty fine.
<v Speaker 5>They had all clicked for me when I when I
<v Speaker 5>got the second of everything.
<v Speaker 4>Because then you're not like, oh I forgot this, it's
<v Speaker 4>already passed.
<v Speaker 5>Literally, just change up my suit and underwear.
<v Speaker 1>Yeah, I forget stuff all the time.
<v Speaker 5>I haven't in a long time.
<v Speaker 1>Jinx.
<v Speaker 5>Okay, Uh, it's not like all encompassing, but it's pretty
<v Speaker 5>good question. Thomas Montalto says, how has watching wrestling changed
<v Speaker 5>after training and becoming a wrestler compared to when you
<v Speaker 5>were just a fan?
<v Speaker 1>Oh man, you can't.
<v Speaker 5>I feel like we're just kind of talking about this.
<v Speaker 5>Maybe maybe some people.
<v Speaker 4>It's it's like it's over, it's complete, You'll never it's
<v Speaker 4>never the same again.
<v Speaker 5>It's very similar to what we were talking about with
<v Speaker 5>your daughter. It's like what they what you like when
<v Speaker 5>you can almost appreciate different things. We just finished a
<v Speaker 5>bonus episode where we watched a match that you remembered
<v Speaker 5>being so bad. But now that you remember that that
<v Speaker 5>you're in the business, you think about things like, yeah,
<v Speaker 5>you can watch it totally differently it.
<v Speaker 4>You can't put the two paste back in the tube,
<v Speaker 4>you know, right, like like Warrior Hogan, like Rocked My World.
<v Speaker 1>If you watch it, is it technically the best? I
<v Speaker 1>mean some of them would say no, but I also say,
<v Speaker 1>like the moments and the drama. I think those matches
<v Speaker 1>whole and I could. I'd rather watch my matches from
<v Speaker 1>my childhood than like Raw. I'm not saying anything that's
<v Speaker 1>bad about Raw Ordy to be like, I can't tell
<v Speaker 1>you the last time I watched a full Raw aw
<v Speaker 1>Smack Dad any rest and a Sure, I mean maybe
<v Speaker 1>two thousand and seven. I don't know. I don't like
<v Speaker 1>a full EP like Sad Why.
<v Speaker 4>I will say that's like saying like Rest May of
<v Speaker 4>six is like what enchanted me to become a wrestling fan.
<v Speaker 4>If and I have a couple of years ago, I
<v Speaker 4>did watch Rest May six. No, if I sat down
<v Speaker 4>and watch that as Brian Myers, head trainer of Created
<v Speaker 4>Pro Wrestling Academy and like broke it down, there's not
<v Speaker 4>a good match on it, horrendous If people had some
<v Speaker 4>of those matches today on television, they'd be they'd walk
<v Speaker 4>through the curtain and be immediately fired. I think that's
<v Speaker 4>how like not good and different. The business has changed.
<v Speaker 4>But to what Brosky's saying, well, maybe is missing in
<v Speaker 4>some modern wrestling is the those moments like Hogan and
<v Speaker 4>Warrior a larger than life characters and it does not
<v Speaker 4>matter that like their work rate is kind of stinky.
<v Speaker 1>There's like the matter.
<v Speaker 5>There's like full on botches in those early wrestlmanias for
<v Speaker 5>somebody to watch the thing then pick them up and
<v Speaker 5>do it again.
<v Speaker 4>The opener's cocoa Martelle. I don't think they discussed one thing. Yeah,
<v Speaker 4>they're just making up as they go and it's like whatever, yeah, yeah,
<v Speaker 4>which is like just the businesses.
<v Speaker 1>Evolved, Like you can't do that anymore. You have to,
<v Speaker 1>you know. I tell people all the time, like if
<v Speaker 1>you took two guys in the ND's like two unknown
<v Speaker 1>guys and they did rock Hogan move from move from
<v Speaker 1>resume eighteen, people would say the match suck because it's
<v Speaker 1>not about That's my proof. It's not about moves. It's
<v Speaker 1>about the moments and the connection to the characters. And
<v Speaker 1>the environment and the situation and that. I mean, fuck,
<v Speaker 1>I don't know if there's a better match in wrestling
<v Speaker 1>history than that, Right, But yeah, you can't once you
<v Speaker 1>start learning about that side, you can't and you can't
<v Speaker 1>pretend like you don't know, So you can't watch it
<v Speaker 1>like that anymore unfortunately. Right.
<v Speaker 5>And there's also this thing where you know, he's like,
<v Speaker 5>there's not that many stories that you can really tell
<v Speaker 5>in wrestling, Like like, as far as the over I
<v Speaker 5>can think like the first time you saw an underdog
<v Speaker 5>match like Raymister Hero versus the Big Show or something
<v Speaker 5>like that, it's like, holy crap, this is amazing. But
<v Speaker 5>now that you've been watching it forty years, I've seen
<v Speaker 5>that a million times. It's not as good as the third, fourth, fifth, sixth, seventeen.
<v Speaker 4>Yeah, but what about something like I always love Jeff
<v Speaker 4>Hardy an undertaker on WRAW, and like, what is that O?
<v Speaker 1>Two?
<v Speaker 4>Yeah, it's a big man, little man thing and he
<v Speaker 4>keeps coming back, and it's like the emotion and the
<v Speaker 4>sure he's like, what, he's not dead yet? And he
<v Speaker 4>keeps coming you know, Yeah, yeah, that's telling that story,
<v Speaker 4>but emotionally you're connected to it.
<v Speaker 5>Like yeah, absolutely, but you're you're also you're you're younger.
<v Speaker 5>It's one of the first times you're watching this really
<v Speaker 5>cool thing. It's one of the first times you're seeing
<v Speaker 5>somebody come back on the Undertaker. Right years later you've
<v Speaker 5>seen that. I don't know, Well, it's tough.
<v Speaker 1>It is tough. But even like back in the day,
<v Speaker 1>like I used to get the vhs from like Blockbuster
<v Speaker 1>at the video store and like watch the same show
<v Speaker 1>over and over and over two or three days, Like,
<v Speaker 1>oh my god, if I watch it matchic Like I
<v Speaker 1>don't wan to see it for another twenty years.
<v Speaker 2>I know.
<v Speaker 4>Yeah, I mean I wore Colseeme videos out and I
<v Speaker 4>couldn't imagine doing that with anything. But I can't do
<v Speaker 4>that with movie. Like you know now I have some
<v Speaker 4>saying not one thing I enjoy it, Like even like
<v Speaker 4>I just watched Cristification, Like didn't I just watch this?
<v Speaker 1>Yeah? I did last year. You know how many you
<v Speaker 1>have kids? Like how many times do they watch the
<v Speaker 1>same movie over and over and over and over? Nothing?
<v Speaker 5>It's wild episodes of the show.
<v Speaker 4>Yeah, crazy dude, this is kind of a burialle Ill side.
<v Speaker 1>I don't care.
<v Speaker 4>I was in maybe in here the day. My kids
<v Speaker 4>are out there watching wrestling and they are laughing just
<v Speaker 4>the fun. They're watching a girl Women's roll rumble from
<v Speaker 4>a couple of years ago, and I remember this, like
<v Speaker 4>Maria Knelis and Fox have this like very long, not
<v Speaker 4>funny spot over a top hat. Yeah, and they're going
<v Speaker 4>back and I remember being backstage and we were all cringing, like, oh,
<v Speaker 4>this is just such a waste of time, like why
<v Speaker 4>are they doing this whatever. My kids were like, this
<v Speaker 4>is like Chris Farley's back to life, and I'm like, wow,
<v Speaker 4>this is really like just a different set of eyes.
<v Speaker 1>Wow. Like it's just you can't. You can't.
<v Speaker 4>When you don't have childlike wonder anymore, you really don't
<v Speaker 4>have it. You know.
<v Speaker 5>If Mackenzie goes on to be this gigantic wrestling fan
<v Speaker 5>like savant where she's doing podcasts about it, she could
<v Speaker 5>be talking about that moment when I saw that hat.
<v Speaker 4>Spot Maria and Fox or fight over the top pat.
<v Speaker 5>She's sitting in her toy room on the poster on
<v Speaker 5>the wall as Women's rumbled to twenty seventeen or whatever
<v Speaker 5>it was. Man, you just never know, Well, all right, well, hey,
<v Speaker 5>I guess me and Brian are gonna finish the rest
<v Speaker 5>of his spot. Brusy's got to fly to bah Saskatchewan.
<v Speaker 5>I think Saskatchewan.
<v Speaker 1>Yeah, I gotta fly to uh final battle for a
<v Speaker 1>Ring of Honor. Oh yeah city, Oh yeah, I guess
<v Speaker 1>the day the drops?
<v Speaker 5>No, yeah, no day, this drops. It's tonight. Hey, yeah, Brosky,
<v Speaker 5>good luck tonight.
<v Speaker 1>Than I appreciate it.
<v Speaker 4>Good thing. You're already here. You're pretty close, you know.
<v Speaker 7>You know what.
<v Speaker 5>Hey, I'll give you a ride over to the building.
<v Speaker 1>Are you gonna be there? Yeah?
<v Speaker 5>Yeah, I'll be there, all right?
<v Speaker 1>Cool?
<v Speaker 5>Thanks, d okay, I'll give you a right, I'll pull
<v Speaker 5>up to the front. You can get out.
