incident involving Trent and Broskie me or may not have been there we don't know.
We're not sure. He doesn't quite remember. He says he was there,
but Brian says he wasn't. I don't know. And then we have
a bit of an unboxing bonanza. There was a special challenge made by Brian
about getting some bad purchases overseas and they get into a little bit of boxing
there, some classic items, a fun segment overall, and then Lecu de
Gras, the man himself, the Diamond Fiend Baler is on the podcast with
a very fun interview, and then we get into some incarnation of domination for
the monster known as Abyss, a classic WTF all about the legends FCC,
lou Albino Albano, and then we end it with a Q and Day which
includes a classic That's Abroski story. That's it. Enjoy the show. This

am your host, Brian Myers. Ay ka WW superstar Kurt Hawkins. Let
me just say that my phone, Man, my phone is being held up
right now by a Zoro Mendez pop socket. Yeah, baby, I can't
believe. That's the week, the test of time. I love this.
What do we have an update on Major Wrestling Figure podcast? You were supposed
to order them, didn't get it done. You didn't order them, but
I did. Yep, So we have them coming. I'm not quite sure
what we're gonna do with them. I know we design them or we uh
we said that we're gonna be for giveaways only, but I know there's gonna
be some major marks out there that want them right away. So maybe we'll
put like limited edition for sales, like maybe like twenty five for sale.
The rest of these for giveaways, because I know there's like the job in
and out there, and there's a lot of guys out there who collect all
of left out. I got everything finally understand that that's we'll figure it out.
Hey, we're in Kansas City, home of the Donut King. The
Donut King shout. I still have the Donut King T shirt. I didn't
indulge today the donuts I had one. I think a picture with the actual
Donut King himself. Nice. Now I'm trying to think of more memories.
Man, I've been here so many times. It is one of those buildings
that I remember always being here because of the catering, because there's like a
weird like video game area in there. Is that still there? Still there?
Still here? Baby? Oh, I didn't even I know that's that
building bils. Is that something of yesterdyre Um so what I always think of.
And this has nothing to do with you. I don't think you even
know this story. There's some weird like prank war that was going on for
a while when I was riding like me Swaggle Kofi a long time was me
Swaggo and Kofe and something two and a half men right? I honestly I
asked Heath yea the two and a half men right? And honestly, I
can't remember what started. I asked Heath tig because I remember he had something
to do with it, like one time we got in the car after a
live event or pulling up to a live event and he threw like a burrito
at our car and like exploded in the side that something happened and then which
really doesn't I can't tell you the details because I don't remember what happened exactly,
but somehow like Zeke and JTG got involved in this. And then like
we came out of a show and we went to put our bags in the
trunk and it looked like someone had taken a garbage kid and dumped it out
in our truck. Just disgusting. It's all garbage all on our We're like
in our trunk and we're like, oh, what the heck? And somehow
we got we figured out that was Zeke and JTG. So then we're plodding
plotting. It was like Sunday into Monday day off and then we we're going
to SmackDown here in Kansas City. And just by chance, we were like,
if we can figure out what what Jtgen and Zeke or riding in,
we're gonna get him back. And we saw them like we crossed past them
at this random gym, oh boy, and we like ran to the window.
We played it cools at the gym. He would go, this is
going to the gym with hornsboggle, we check in. He maybe walks on
a treadmill for like two minutes, tells me us to take it, and
then I don't see him until until I'm showering. But anyway, we played
it cool with him when we see him, pretending like there was no heat,
nothing. And then we ran to the window of the gym and saw
them drive away in their car and were like whatever it was, and we
were like, oh, that's it, blah blah blah. So when we
were done at the gym, we go to this grocery store and we buy
all these cans of soup and we made sure they were the ones with like
the poll top like Anesota can. Yeah. And then like a psycho,
we like drove around to different airport hotels and we finally found that car.
Yeah. And then this at like midnight, one in the morning, and
then we got out and just unleashed, just open up these soup cans,
like like absolutely covered this car and Kansas soup and disgusting. And then the
next day was Kansas City and I remember being in that locker room and the
three of us are sitting there, two and a half of us just sitting
there waiting and like no sound. They came and they know sold it like
completely. They couldn't believe. But then someone stood off that they saw them
like come out in the morning and like and like go crazy and they I
guess they went straight to a car wash. This story is kind of unrelated
but kind of not. It made me remember this story. I don't know
if you were there, but uh, but I believe Plasma was there trem
Baretta and we were driving this is our indie days and driving to a Jersey
show. I think a Jersey show. I just said, day, Barry,
this weekend, we were telling a story to people. You know,
you were not in the car. I was there. No, you stood
us up and didn't come. So like I remember the story about it wasn't
there? Not there? That's even better. So then you tell the story.
I could have swear I was there. I got it. I got
all the details. I literally just talked about this at Alex Reynolds bachelor party
over we came with Dan Barry showed up. I had no idea it was
covid. Uh. What happened was we were all everybody's stavorite wrestling. Everybody
stayed wrestling. Dan Barry me you, Dan Barry and trump Bread were supposed
to go to an R eight show like as fans and buy tickets and check
it out. Yeah, in the summer of oh five. That happened to
be the show where it was supposed to be Punk's last show. But he
does the big swerve and he like beats Aris for the belt and like it
was a pretty big deal at the time. That's why exactly, and that's
why I remember it. You bailed the last second for no reason. I
think Lindsay Sankey wanted to hang outy or something and he flaked that. I
was pissed. Yeah, where the Chuck Balumbo hair? And I was pissed.
And then we went to the Taco Bell, which literally is a taco
bell that's around the block for my house right now. And uh, we
ate there and went on the road to Jersey, which is like at least
ninety minutes you know New York traffic. Yeah, yeah, this is exactly
what happened. We saw a homeless guy on the GW Bridge, Like I
was there, You're not there, and there's out there. We're on the
bridge. See a homeless guy like sayings like he had a sign that said
hungry or something like that, and it's hard to see that kind of stuff,
you know, and we're going We drove past him, and Trent was
driving and he said something like, man, I hate seeing stuff like that.
God, you know, it breaks my heart. And then he looks
at his dashboard and he had a couple of tacos left over from taco.
He goes, oh, man, I could have gave this guy this taco.
God, I'm an idiot. Blah blah blah. We're driving. Five
minutes later's another homeless guy, right, but this time we're not really in
traffic. We're going like thirty miles per hour, like way faster than we
were going. So Trent sees him. It was like super hot summer days,
junk old car, no ac the way, the windows down. He
goes, oh god, another guy. He grabs the taco, whips it
out the window, like with the intentions of giving it the kind of give
the guy, but he guy hummed it at this homeless guy hit him in
the chest. And we're driving. So vest I just saw like cheese and
lettuce explosion like go in the air, and I'm just like that was the
complete oppos said of the moment you were trying to have you know this,
this good? Wasn't there for that. I literally just talked to Dan Barry
about this. I feel like, Okay, I definitely wasn't at that Ring
of Honor show, but I remember this story. Where where will we be
going like Jersey All Pro? Yeah, no, no, Well we'll follow
up with Ann Barry. Uh, we'll be in housekeeping Mark anyway, guys,
Pro Wrestling TS dot Com, Slash Major five. We had a huge
sale this past week, so many Major Marks Boston shirts. We really really
appreciate that. But guys always by a shirt. There's so many. There's
a stop in Paradise, there's a let him Breathe, there's our logo shirts.
Swish. Did you see the uh the Toys r US Kids shirt that's
up there? I saw it is beautiful. Pro wrestling Teas dot Com Slash
I talked to TT this week. I put it a little order right now.
I saw that something I came up with. I don't know if it's
gonna be a huge hit or not, but I think it will be between
five people. Oh whatever. Either way, Yeah, a KDD Wrestling design
is coming to see. Thank you so much. Actual cooler did some work
for us, um everyone who's ever done Yes, thank you guys very much.
And speaking of shirts, our shirt, our WW shirt because we're actually
wrestlers, technically the first ever official Hawkins T shirt. After all these years,
no Major Brothers, Rough Run, no Hawking Through, no Lat Familiar
Ship, Lat Familiar Shaw. I think there should have been a lot of
familiar Yeah, but we finally have a Hawkins and Ryder's shirt. Win or
lose, never defeated. I'm proud of it. I'm proud of them,
I'm proud of the message it sends. I'm proud of like you said,
guys. And we're gonna do a little giveaway we've been talking about on social
media this week. So we weren't on RAW this past week. We were
on main event, which is before Raw. So we did wrestle and we
we saved those shirts. We didn't throw them to the crowd, and we're
gonna give those away to two lucky fans. I'm gonna wash mine, you're
gonna wash shirts. No, people don't want to like that. I don't
want to washed. Well, it's not it's not like I didn't work in
it, work to the ring, I get like I cut it baby oil
and stuff, probably and you don't want to watch. That makes them,
That makes it real. Are we gonna sign it? You'll sign yours,
I'll sign mind exactly. And you don't know who you're you don't know who
you're gonna get. So all you gotta do, guys, is proof just
that you bought the shirt. Sending a little screenshot or hashtag never defeated hashtag.
I would say hashtag major never defeated because it's probably some never defeated hashtags
out there, people using that sending motivational messages. Hashtag major never defeated sounds
good? And pick two. We'll pick two randomly. You will get a
shirt that was worn by you. Got a screenshot your proof of purchase?
Yes, and don't and don't try to like screen shot somebody else's screenshot.
We'll catch you. We'll catch you, guys. We cat We always catch
We always catch you dirty dogs out there, especially you, Bob Rude.
I challenged you last week to bring in your inebriated UK tour bad Idea purchases
in this and follow up not I think so I got enough in purchases that
we're totally good. I think we do it. Now there's we have another
unboxing. There's a lot of them boxing, That's what I'm saying. It's
a long po A lot of people love that's fine, the long podcast.
You know who doesn't love it? Burning them? SIT's a rib on Smart
Mark the long pocket for everyone else. You're ready, Smart Mark is there.
It's just like pulling out his silver balls, you know, pull these
little puba cares out. I was trying to figure out the time to edit
all this, just yanking outs pop socket. Yeah, all right, so
you're gonna show me am I gonna show you one the same mind first are
you? How are you? I'll show you minding you show me yours?
Oh boy, I was inspired by our fearless leader on that tour. You
know me, know, the true leader, the voice of inspiration and uh
you know who you look to for advice on that tour, Oh testify.
I have no idea why I bought this is a t and a brother divon
with breakaway title, Oh my god, you Robert rude On the Box of
Robert Rudski is in the set. You threw down this, uh this challenge
to me and I had already just randomly like, put in the best offer
to this guy and he accepted. Can I tell you something, guy,
I get best something to you? Yes. Me. So after I bought
that Abyss, I was thinking, like, I need to get some of
these TNA figures. Is Hena. I think it's one of the more underrated
lines in wrestling figure history. Literally. Then I'm like, okay, I'm
not gonna get everybody, but let me just get guys I've worked with.
Everybody can do that. The Dadley HND sing though, the three D look
at that. Okay, anyway, we gotta open. Theis are pretty pricey
to get, yo. I know that like all of them. There's nobody
who's just cheap, Like nobody I even want to get. So there was
like, okay, now I know soldiers. I want to get up.
Yeah, you know, I want to get lending himself. It's not easy.
Um um, you got more than one. Two best offers were accepted,
Raven, Do you know that? I kind of because is this series
one? This is three? Oh, I don't need this. Then I
like this one because he has the longer hair and he's got the trench coat.
Um, I'm getting at you for these tnas right now. Yeah,
they're not. They're on boxes right now. I think we should Yeah,
what do you do with them? I have no clue Miscellaneous might need these.
I have a bunch of loose Rave. I have like almost like a
weird loose Raven collection going on because I did all those unboxings. Right.
Um, I'm like, do I get ECWT and HAGA. I don't know
what I'm doing. I think you should say you should save these from boxings
for the YouTube channel. Okay, I can do that too, yeah,
sure, but these are very cool. So you have the TNA was a
Series three Raven and Jacket deep on this the last series seven. Then there's
no Bubba. There's no Bubba, but no brother, no brother, right
but actually I think series eight is the set with Angle and like they just
skip Bubba and then he just never gets made. So there's also one natural
h you know, exclusions. I want some of these, but I can't.
I can't do it quite yet. I think I'm should do with the
Robert Rude that you got at Wrestling Universe. I hit it in Robert Rude's
bag. Oh yeah, yeh damn yeah, because I get it to brother
Nick. Um. That's those are awesome, and I might need those eventually
because I want to get some of them. I wouldn't get that Raven,
but I would get that Divon. I'd get series one Raven. There's so
many taboo because I might have that might be next week. Oh boy?
What? Um? Why series one? I think I need that, Jeff.
I think I think I might cut it off and not get any of
the figures if you just get Jared because that symbolizes everything. It symbolizes TNA
symbolizes the toy line, which one the first first one with the n WA
title. Yeah, I think that's what I'm gonna do. And can I
keep by something what I already bought it. It hasn't come in the mail
yet, but I bought the series one. Uh TNA, Jeff Jarrett,
Um, and that's what I'm gonna use. Thinking I had all these guys,
had all the races everything. I love that. I said, it's
one of the more underrated series. So we'll say those on boxing History YouTube
dot com. Slash Madia of pod people love your your on boxings. Okay,
that's I'll do that. Well. So I showed you mine, you
have to show me yours. This went on late night. Oh brother,
this we bought these late on a tour bus. Were we drunk and I
think it was actually one night where we didn't Okay, we're just bored this
right here, you're so bored in these doings. My wife was like a
bunch of packages. Better not come. It was like it was like stacking.
It was it was stacked Dylan Postle hide mounting boxes. Why what about?
Why? Then it's like the length of his button. This is a
Winston Toys nineteen eighty five whole Cogain's a Rock and Wrestling erasing. I'm so
happy you're doing this right now. I cannot wait. These these look like
Bendham's, but they're just erasers. Um. There is the J Y D.
Junkyard, Dog, Hulk Coogan, Wendy Richter, Iron Cheek Piper,
and Jimmy Snugger. This is based off the Rock and Wrestling cartoon. But
the Hogan looks pretty much like his Bendham doesn't look like how he looks in
the cartoon. As you can see how the box are, that's how he
looks in the cartoon. This is just a LJN. Bendy type thing.
Yes, and what's interesting about these box. Look at this, you just
slide off the back carting. I never knew that, and then you can
just take it out. So that's what I'm gonna do. And this is
the eraser. Oh my god, definitely look at this. There's definitely some
color damage to this. Oh my god, he's got two skin tones.
From the front. He's got like a greenish zombie Scott zombie sailor no zombie
sailor real zombie. And then you flip it over and he's got the meant
to be color like. Yeah, I think now that I've opened this up,
I realized you're gonna need another one. Yeah. And what's great about
this package is I could put it right back in. Yeah, I'm saying
that's what I'm going to do. Hey, have a it's been confirmed.
I guess a little follow up ski that the ultimate editions are meant to be
kept. Even though you actually announce the shoe box and the shoe, you
absolutely annihilated that round up package. Le bummed out that this is all sun
damaged out I got. I don't know, you're gonna have a hard time.
Well, man, I can't wait to get it to the next segment.
Is that. No, we have a lot and follow up at housekeeping.
That's all I purchased. How much does that cost you? Not a
lot? Right? Maybe like sixty seventy bucks. Even that sounds like more
than what I would thought. I really can't believe the sun damage on the
back. This is like useless to me. All right? Um, wow,
well that doesn't go as I had planned? Should we? We should
just transition to this this week. Friend of the pod Cpa one third works
for a toy store. He works for a guy that, like I don't
know, does like storage wars type stuff and finds collectibles. Um one third
of the Off the Hop podcast, the Hop Ropes podcast of you Know proud
sponsor the Mad Dress FIGR podcast. He hit me up and said he found
a very rare item. I said, yo, Brosi's gonna want to want
that. Yeah, and I said, get it. I'll surprise him on
the podcast. Little to know, you had already seen it on social media
and attacked to the seller choired about it. But while you doing that,
I'm kind of curious now that you just opened this one. This is solid
follow up for right now. Wow. This is the Wendy Richter of the
whole COVID's Rock and Wrestling, Winston Toys, Eracer, same kind of deal.
You can just slide off things. So CPA was mistaken. He's like,
I think it's already been open, but it's receivable. Really see like
this looks I think they're all gonna look like this. She looks like zombie
out too. Oh my god, literally looks like a Mattel. First of
all, it looks like Mulla, not Wendy Rictor. Look look at what
Randy Richter is supposed to look like. All the cool like details and this
is Detales, but there's nothing. It looks more like Mula. Um.
I think we'll look a foot. I think you have a hard time finding
anybody. I think I'm gonna keep this Hogan as well until I bet find
a better one. I think, Yeah, but I think these they look
like figures. But there are racers like pencil eracers. Yeah. So she's
super super super rare. Hogan's very common. Yes, Actually he does not
say, Okay, you know what I'm gonna do all this right now.
So my friend Joe, who I hung out with yesterday with the Royals D
List portstar possibly in another life, h he's friends in CPA and we're all
Mets fans, and we this came up in our group. Thank you very
much, EPA, Yeah, this came up in our group. I paid
for this either way, he was the connections right, but um so,
anyway, this came up and it came a topic of discussion. We came
back, we're hanging out, and then we just got down this deep like
Google hole of these erasers. You know, there's some prototypes, you know,
who asks them? Man, there's a guy as is that someone else
has any different ones on like two ups of them on eBay? Yes,
yes, yes, yes yes. Um. Then there's Marians of like Hogan
and snooking with their hands in different poses and that's too crazy for me,
okay. And then then we find this and I go, oh my god,
I don't think Broski knows about this, and he is going to want
it, so I put it in my watch list thing. Oh no,
can you please tell everyone what this is? Oh my god? A click
around on that Rocky and Ivan Drago, I knew about these. We yeah,
two pact offer, get the cat here nowhere else, dude, that's
probably what it's worth. I'm not buying these. But yes, I did
know. If I don't want that, no after five twenty five for five
need that in your collection? In your rocky detol action. Oh my god,
that's very very cool. Um this Hogan, This Hogan, I think
I'm gonna keep for now until I find a better green at all. By
the way, no, this this didn't look green until we opened them up
and saw the real back. Yeah. And the Wendy Look, I mean
look at the sun damage on these. The Wendy's got the sun damage way
worse than Hogan. I really Uh Joe pop this say when I showed him
for the Woolworths originally a Woolworths I know on that Wendy Rictor one ninety nine,
but thank you very much CPI, even though I paid for it.
Um, these are really cool. I'm gonna try. There's only six of
them. I'll try to track him down. I can't wait for next week
when you buy this Drago and Rod. Now, I won't do that.
I'm for our interview, our interview with the Demon. There's the moment we
all have been waiting for. Bill mckeena right now, he's got as his
tissues out, he's painting his face. It's hard to do because he's sweating
and it's going so hopefully get through it. If Bill paid himself as the
Demon, he like paints over the bald head and makes it like a giant
eyeball or something like that. Like he's got more, He's got more canvas.
He does like the eyeball sometimes on his back and he can build us
on the top of his head. Yeah, he's got more canvas than the
thing. Somebody please want more of Bill mckeena as the Demon and the eyeball
the top of his bald, sweaty head and the makeups coming down because he's
sweating. Thanks, let's get all right, Brian, can hear that?
What is it? That's our downloads going up this week because we got a
very special guests. Let me just say this is definitely gonna help a little
bit. He's gonna give us a little boost. So for that, I
thank you, um, because my good friend, Yes, I used my
friend too. I'm only doing this from one person. Let's be care.
Dustin Wall to Dustin Prince Fergal Damn aka Finnbaler, thanks for being on the
Major Wrestling Figure podcast. I gotta be honest. That it's been a long
time coming. I've been a big fan of the podcast since infancy. It's
infancy listen, listen to it in the car with Brian and I feel like
this is a very full circle moment for us now about six months later getting
to do this Yeah in Sheffield, have Yeah, we are in Sheffield,
England, which is a little tidbit um. You're you're the most toyetic character
probably say do you know that. It's the first day I've ever heard that.
Okay, So if you would look up the word toyetic in the dictionary,
it would be you. It's like someone that you just look at that
person, whether it's a wrestler or superhero or whatever, and like, wow,
that would make an incredible toy, Like that's toy. Yet, like
the guys in Mattel's see you and it builds like that's a different story,
but they see you in the Demon especially, and they go like the way
their minds very single. Wow, that would look great in packaging on the
shelves at a toy store, like that's a toy. That's that should be
a toy. Like someone walking down the aisle, little kid walking down the
aisle, offense still like Kevin owns. I don't think they when they see
him in jim shorts and a T shirt, they're like, Oh, that's
gonna really jump off the peg like fan or not. They see your figureing
like what is that? Like it just it's an eye popper? Is that?
Is that like a head turn the Yeah, toy aedic is the term
that it's kind of like photogenic. But it's just like meant to be an
action figure. All those incarnations of the demon. I would have loved if
we could have had a Prince Devitt light up jacket action figure. Well,
Bill is such a mark. He might go back and they get they'll figure
it out. He made uh an Akamorra in a jacket he never wore me.
It's definitely from du Japan. It's somehow he snuck it in. There's
a lot of finn bowlers out there and costumes that I've never worn. That's
well, that's very recent. Ones like that have came out, Like the
two most recent dolls that came out are like I never wore that cop Can
you just can you describe them to me? I think there was like a
white fin with like black backing on the on the knee pads that just came
out. I never wore that gear. I wore solid, very particular about
your stuff, so you would know. Yeah, I like I respect that,
you know, Yeah, for sure, he's very I like that.
You know. You know what one thing that annoys me about the toys is
the knee pads, right, because like it's just the one knee pad for
everyone, right, and it's like the kind of the the AMA kind of
style knee pad. I don't wear that. There's no there's two. There's
two styles, but they're both they're ones bigger than the other. None of
them are AMA. I mean, none of them are traits with the two
lines in the back with a bare back, you know. I think there
is though, No, that's like jack Stad like I tape my knees as
well, so that's never they've done that for a couple of toys. They've
done that for me for one. They take my knees and it. But
the knees and taping all your figures. Now you have been thinking, do
they make a style? I mean, I'm sorry, trace more times than
not, those big clunky ones they put on guys forever reason. I don't
know why. And that's also something I think, like since we're wrestlers and
like we need that stuff to like do what we do and stay healthy.
Right, I think we know what we're talking about. Whereas I think that's
one of the last all these fans listening tause I'm always wearing pro wrestling boots
also, like where I never wear I wear shooter shoes, right, so,
but he's always in like pro wrestling boots with like a kick. I'd
say the same thing as long as I just said along the lines as the
kneepads. That's something that we're seeing because we're like, you know, we're
in the business and it's important to I appreciate that you you look at those
those details. Geez, well, let's um, let's get back to the
start. What what are your first memories of wrestling action figures or merchandise in
general. And they were like eight inch like rubber like nonposable like King Kong
Bundy. Oh yeah, those are called the l killer bees. Oh yeah,
Like I remember like having a couple of those, like two or three
of those, and then my like junior school, there was like what do
you call that thing where like people just bring their garbage and er trashing,
and they sell it like it's basically like a yard sale. It's basically like
yeah, like a junior school flea market. And like I remember like picking
up like a couple like a Jake the Snake and a couple of other ones,
but like there was no snake with them obviously because no snakes jumble.
Yeah, that that was like my first memories of like wrestling figures because they
weren't easy to come by in Ireland, especially saying food it was hard to
come by in jadies Man live through the potato fan. Yeah. I don't
know if you noticed, but I'm actually eighty four. I used to two
on my l jans. Is that kind of food? I actually I remember
like what the lgms I have, is that what they're called? I had.
I had one in my backyard one time. I was so young,
and I just like started like smushing his head on the concrete and like just
like basically using it as a a racer. They were so holding his head
down. Like my brother, who was like your age, told me that
he remembers playing in the schoolyard and there was this thing the kids would take
them and like grab him by the two legs and just whip them down in
the pavement as hard they couldn't make them bounce and like try to climb to
each other and stuff and not break the play talking Bundy, you could kill
someone is so heavy? Yeah, Um, did your brothers and stuff collect?
Like did they have or no? Not? Especially no, no,
because like what we call football or you guys call soccer was like just the
only real thing on TV. You know. It wasn't until like maybe like
ninety three when like WWF came on like like TV like kind of maybe it's
just a my house because we didn't have cable up until then, right,
So like that's when like I really started getting into it and like started like
going out to seek like figures. And I live in a small town like
outside of the city, so I'd have to take like an hour train right
into Dublin City go to this one toy store and had occasion like I'd be
like fingers crossed on the on the train, like please have Shan Michaels,
Please please have raizermon and like you get there, you know, just na
have the repo man like an old school feeling like we actually had an interview
today with this guy from w W Kids Magazine. We're talking about like people
our age now, Like it's very sentimental to go back and get all these
guys. I think that's a big part of like this community that we've built,
you know with collectors, Like it's sentimental to go back and get these
guys you had when you're a kid. But the one thing you really can't
replace is that feeling of like going to the store because like with the Internet,
you know, like okay, like if you're a collector, you know
like Okay, this Finn Valley Demon figures come out in six months. You
know, I'll text you pictures, like I'll look you a new figure,
but it's like bro type month supports on the shelves, Like that surprise of
going there and being like it's so few few and far between. You also
also like how naive I was to like just think I can walk into the
store and pick up like Shan Michaels. You know what I'm saying, Like
with that age speak of the Devil, he's in that top talents. Like
I try to explain this to you for that very reason, right right,
So like when when fans going to a store let's say, like I keep
saying this all the time, Like little Jimmy just starts watching Raw and he
said, oh, I want to go get wrestling figures. You need to
go into a Walmart Target and be able to get like the Finn Balors,
the John Cena. So you're in a set called top town, which basically
is like you're always being made constantly. You're like you're always You're always on
the shelf. So just in case somebody starts at collection that day, your
chances of you Braun said aj being there right are like and there's a big
difference between that and like Apollo Cruise no offensive. We call a peg warmer
who's everywhere his figure just sitting there. There's a lot of people's feelings getting
hurt on this podcast. You should hear as some of things we've said about
Mojo. Oh my god, Oh yeah, it all slips through the cracks.
So when was like, how did you I'm sure you get out of
it much earlier than we did, which is never like, when was the
last time you remember really caring about wrestling figures? I remember, like vividly
when the Titan Tron came out and and they had like the little silver like
magnetic deals that like when you put the foot over the entrance that would play
their music, and like I remember it then, like I worked at it
might have been like I don't know what what year was that that was,
Yes, so I was maybe just starting like my first job at a supermarket,
and I was like you know, packing shelves and sweeping and stuff,
and like I'd steal like the boxes, like the cardboard boxes. And then
I like I was pretty good at art, so like I'd go to the
art store and i'd like buy like black paper and I'd blew it onto the
cardboard box and I'd make it like a giant actual Titan tron to go over
it with Raw's war like And what I used to do then was this was
at the time of like game Boy Photo came out. It was like game
Boy Color, but like I had like a cartage child had like a little
camera on it, remember that, and you could take photos on it,
and I would do like a little stop motion like entrance time. That's a
very big nowadays called the action figure photography. Like you can like hashtag.
I didn't see like some people do some unbelievable stuf I'm sure you get tagged
and things with your faith. I've seen some I've seen your like little like
the little set you had at your head, Like I basically had a homemade
one of those, like when I was like nineteen, yeah, like sixteen
seventeen. Um, I have a couple more questions. You're very prepared to
go ahead, coming to go ahead? How about um? You know obviously
spent a lot of time in Japan and stuff. Yep, what were you
doing is did you catch anything like the Japanese merch or anything there like that?
There was always like T shirts. I was more into the Japanese T
shirts before I actually went to Japan, and like I was be on high
spots and like if there was like a cool lucha shirt or a cool like
like Japanese like just say you say, like Hashimoto or something like if I
could get one of those shirts, I'd be like super into that. But
like as soon as I kind of got to Japan, I kind of got
out of it, you know, right, Like it was more like I
was so deep into like I didn't want sure to represent that in my my
personal like so, but like it was obviously a lot of like merch stores
in Japan and like you get to go to them, and like, I
always felt like the Japanese figures were cooler than w W E or WWF And
even though they like they weren't like posable, I just felt like there were
more big difference and more accurate and less there's playability we'd call it right there,
more like display pieces and like the action figure. Yeah, for sure.
I just started getting into this. I actually when I was in Santa
Monica dojo in California when I was twenty four, they had like a Ricky
Choshoo figure and I stole it. And that was like before I went to
New Japan where I don't know. It could be in in Brave in my
parents' house, or it could be in the dojo in Japan. I don't
know, but like I was like, man, that figure is cool.
Do you think anyone I was like, hey, Chad, do you think
anyone noticed that I stole this? Why I was there? Yeah, well
it's New Japan. It was probably like just someone had brought it and left
it there on display. This is what you can achieve a few yeah.
Okay, So then all these years wrestling, you finally come to ww and
you get your very own action figure. Yeah, what was that whole moment
that experience like for you the first time you you know, you had maybe
have it in your hand. What was kind of more surreal was like right
before I came to w W, people startup making customs, right. I
think to me that was more of a big deal than when the figures,
the actual legit ones came out, because to me, I was thinking,
like, wow, someone like sat down and took the time to like create
a figure that doesn't exist off like a Cody Rhodes or something else, right,
and then went to went to you know, not to waste, but
you know, yeah, and I just thought that was cool that like someone
would put that effort in and that like amount of time into like creating something
that didn't exist. And then sometimes like they would send it to me.
And I remember someone sent me like one of a Tokyo Dome entrance I'd done
like an astronaut suit, but like a fabric astronaut suits that they had gotten
this off like a different like maybe astronaut doll and like put it on like
a custom fim batter. I'm like I had that helmet and everything. It
was badass. I still have it at home and it's great. That's great.
And then obviously, you know, you come to to NXT and they've
done to figures and honestly like no offense, but I felt like they weren't
as good as some of the customs. But you know, it was probably
the first, Yeah, the first. The first one was probably like a
basic I guess, right, or was it? You guys don't even you've
had so many hard to keep, but I remember when you've had in a
certain amount of years is like stagger. And what's so unique about you is
that you're really two different characters. You're like fim balor, like the normal
dude, and then the Demon. So it's like you've so many figures of
the demon, so many figures as yourself. And yeah, there's just so
many. And like I said, it's so toyatic that anytime you do the
Demon, I mean they're probably like sweat. That's a whole other story.
But the Mattel's wheels are spending that night probably to start, you know,
getting that, you know done. I remember having like a like a conference
call with Mattel, like when I got hurt and right before I came back.
We had like a conference call where I was like, Hey, we're
gonna try and like get the Demon figures out faster, so like we need
to know like what paint and what costume and what color are you gonna do,
like you know, four months ahead of time, so like we can
get the jump. I was like hang. I was like, hang on
a second. You guys are asking me what costume and what paint I'm gonna
do, but you can't even tell me where I'm working next weekend? Like
come on, man, is this is a little bit. It's a little
bit. I've ever heard of such a thing like that, to the point
where I'm thinking, Bill just wanted to talk to you. Was it from
my personal California number? So I guess, I mean when this thing?
But what's your favorite Mattel figure? Is there any that you think are especially
cool of me or you or anybody? You know? What? They never
made the Jack the Ripper, the London Takeover Demon. I don't think he
like had a top, hot and stiff. I don't know. There's so
many. There's one of the chainsaw, which one is that that was pretty
cool? And I gotta be honest. The Texas and I gotta be honest,
that's a cool figure. And I hated that gear, yeah, like
and when I put it on, as like, oh this sucks, and
like the way that the way the toy came out amazing. And then the
gear that I really loved was like me and Joe Don the cage match in
n XT and I just don't like black and silver and the toilet like garbage.
But like to me that in real life of the better. So like
is talking about like toy edic or whatever the word is, Like some sometimes
like the more outlandish in reality, the custom is the cooler it is as
adults, I guess with the way you the whole thing works. Like like
my WrestleMania gear came in the mail whatever three three weeks before Mania, I
tried out in my bedroom. I'm like, Okay, it's gonna be fine,
right, Like you really don't know what until like minutes before your match,
like with the final like of everything, that's great, right, Yeah,
No, like we didn't we didn't know what we were doing at wrestle
any like even as we'd started, we didn't really know exactly how it was
going to finish or how it's going to turn out or there's so many like
people don't take into consideration, Like if you know, you get to the
building, I just say ten o'clock in the morning for WrestleMania, right,
and then I got to find a room, get it all set up,
get the painters settled, get food. Then I probably get called away to
like you know, go over stuff or you know, do a promo or
something. And then all of a sudden, where we had budgeted five hours
to put paint on, now we've got two. So like all like these
detailed ideas and designs that I had on my brain are like gone, Okay,
we got to like budget this out. So like I don't know if
I've ever told this story before, but when we were like done the first
when we've done Summer Slam against Bray Wyatt, Yeah, I think I was
on like fourth match, and like someone I just considered that it was East
Coast, so it's eight pm start, So like I feel, okay,
I get there, like you know, work out everything, all the backstage
stuff, and then I'll get painted and I'll have enough time like I'll have
like four hours up until my match like to get it done, and then
like I remember, like it was like seven o'clock and I heard John Seen
his music playing, and I'm like, only like just started painting. I'm
like, oh, that's weird. John Seen is on the pre show.
What's gonna I'm like, someone goes, no, no, no, that's
that's the show started. I'm like, what I'm upen like forty five minutes.
So that was like that was a really rushed paint job, and like
I was one that I like, I wasn't super happy with. Can you
even like warm up when you're not really Oh my god, I would die.
I would literally break. Yeah, I'm actually be wrestling without getting the
warm buzz. I mean I like to warm up, and I'm not as
grizzled as Zach, but oh my god, I'm like at on top of
I'd like to hear sitting in a chair for like for three to five hours,
just like sitting still. They gotta have like a banger like that one
with a like oh yeah, so actually, um. Recently, I've started
like getting there ahead of time, like ten o'clock in the morning even for
a regular pay per view due to paint first, right, and give myself
like five hours and then just sit in it all day. Which is an
idea like the giant Gonzales. Body see no, no way, no way,
good everybody. Well maybe your kids that way. Let me see those
like costumes for the kids like you Halloween costumes. Oh, the Halloween costumes
are amazing. They sold out that year. I couldn't even get them for
my niece. Yeah right cool, Yeah, all right, I appreciate you
doing this. I really I'm gonna miss you. You're my riding partner for
a couple of years now. I don't even know how it really happened.
Like it was like me and you gals and Anderson because I'm friends with Drew
and your friends with Chad and Drew. Yeah, and then we kind of
can them ourselves starting. Yeah we hit it off. Yeah, hit it
off. That man, those guys trying to jump back in with me.
I'm trying to brow you should you should feel lucky. Man, I'm missing
my favorite riding partner ever. But I had to say, I don't really
have complain I don't have complaints about you. You're you're nuts, but I'm
used to did you only you for fifteen so he was okay with you stopping
and like figure out stories about it. He put it. Yeah, I'm
your hunts because like I'd be on first a lot of nice opening the show,
and then he'd be on like you know, like right before intermission,
and we'd be bolted out the door yet intermation, but like into towns.
If it's like at ten o'clock, like Walmart, like we go, like
you know, we're at the door by nine pm. We'd go straight a
couple couple of Walmarts. As he's got like the inside scoop on maybe they're
gonna have these figures. I'll be like, yeah, I'll pull up outside.
I'll just put the blinkers on him. You go in and run in,
and I think, what you gotta remember this? So this baby,
like, uh, it's pretty funny. It was one that build a figure
Howard finkel set was dropping and I was checking all his Walmarts and he was
like, you know, tailing along like that, and I finally found it.
And then I'm like thinking I didn't really know him that well. Yeah,
I'm like, man, he probably thinks I'm the biggest losers. I've
been trying to find this Howard Finkels right all weekend and then like wherever we
put up the hotel. You were like, oh, if you build that,
hell Finkels, send me a picture someone always do. It looks like
Okay, it's like a total opposite me. Ride with Bobby Rude, who
don't have absolutely it's say, basically stopped riding because I made him stop.
So by times he's like a grown up with no like right, and I'm
looking for his figure. I would like go up to him like, Bob,
here's your figure, like your new figure. He wouldn't even can All
right, thank you so much, Thanks a lot. I've been using this
Gemmer to keep up with what Star Wars figures I'm missing. But it's not
just the figures. They have all like the play sets and vehicles, And
that's where I think I might just go crazy. I think I might just
have to go to the Millennium Falcon. But I love that it's all there
on Gemmer. It's all there for you, baby, And uh the giveaway
this week Mark tell him who won? All right, guys, this week's
winner is at Christian Blizzard. You won. Congratulations on that that fifty bucks
to ringside everybody. You're all eligible. Just sign up to Gemmer, which
we spell out every week for you guys, somebody that's like, hey,
listen to the petite sounded really cool. I want to get on it.
What is it? I'm like, we literally spell it out for you,
So come on, bro. Incarnation Domination weekly segment. We try to stump
each other and then we pick our favorite version of that superstar. It's your
turn to stomp me. It is my turn. I'm really ring ring ring.
Zach. You got a phone call. Oh, you have a phone
call from your friend, your new best friend. Let me show you stop
me your best friend? Do do do do right? I loved we can
get all into it. Tom who we're talking about? We were talking about
Chris Park aka the Monster abyss Roski's new best friend. I'm just just happened
Brosky. Apparently this week one an autograh wait, what's going on? An
autograph? Impact toy biz A bit serious one figure to be fair, I
bought this drug and I didn't know it was auto, don't drake and got
eBay folks, Yeah, definitely not um so truth be told. I guess
we uh, well, first off, you I know about from indies and
my my little tena running stuff. But you're just getting to know him.
So that's pretty exciting for me. But he is very toy atic, very
toytic. Y had a lot of cool figures. Um. First off,
I feel like we don't talk about enough. But when the Marvel or toy
Biz TENA line started, I was like all in, like really watched TNA
that much, but I still collected all the toys. And I remember that
one of bisses I just bought, remember squeezing the legs and he did a
pose and he came to the chain that Series one a number one off,
so it's not my number one. All four of those uh series one,
I don't know, man, I was so excited to get I had him
like pre ordered and I was so pumped to get him, and they were
they were just really different from the ruthless guys that are out of the time
too, so I was like, sorry to cut you off. There's an
Abyss Jack's Tupac Abyss and Hulk Hogan dud the Okay, so that's across the
line Jack's Abyss where he's a regular Biss. But then there's Abyss in the
Hogan like gear Hogan when he tagged with them, and he was like Hogan's
like super fan that was his character. See, I didn't watch Tenado in
the time way too much Tena like pretty much up until I was in it.
Then I probably stopped watching it after that. But how Jacks did this
like sleeveless shirt and it like bleeds over. That's something that they wouldn't have
done to And that's a deluxe figure um which you know, all those guys
are pretty much the same bodies and stuff. He had his own like unique
mold, which made it all his Deluxe Jack's figures pretty awesome. He's got
a Ruthless regular style Ruthless figure because Tina had that like weird uh dollar store
ish line, and that's in the white when he was like a crazy person
in Gimmick. My favorite one is the two pack with Jeff Hardy from toy
Biz slash Marvel. But there's a running change where he's got open shirt and
closed shirt. Yeah. See I remember I had the one that where it
was open. I'm like, I don't like this because he doesn't wear an
open one. It isn't an open one, and the no offence but like
literally it looks like Matt Sidell underneath they're not abyss. But then the closed
shirt one they made like a running change and fix it. I thought it
was perfect. Why is that one better than Series one in your opinion?
It's taller and bulkier and just kind of no chain, no chain, which
is one thing. You'renna need a James Mitchell to go with him. Uh
no, I will not. I'm just saying this. I that was that
a build a figure or he was a solo release lease solo release. But
he's had a lot of cool figures. Like I said, he's very toy
edding. I had this mask to Fury one too, with the mask.
Yeah, the same figure you just bought, but it comes with the mask
to play no chain. It comes to that mask, you play like happy.
I got this one, the Series one. He's got a microaggression.
I didn't know Jack's made those. Yeah, there's a bunch with with Bobby
Rude, Robert Rude. It said, oh mustache, no listening. I
might need to get a Robert Rude. Oh my god, from my little
from my my gearbag. Wow, even some of these these Jacks, like
I was so out of it so I but I do know that they didn't
make a lot of guys, right, It was like the same guys over
and over, guys like Robbie E. They've never made no right. Yeah,
to a degree, it got a little repetitive, but it's a really
really cool run. He's someone that even though his you know, run his
tena, if like Mattell made like a flashback of him, I'd be perfectly
worked for the company. That's what I'm saying. It's it's an imaginary possibility,
but it's also a possibility. Definitely, definitely Toyetta. And that's that's
a funny. It's funny that you picked him and that I can't believe that
that I bought the figure. That's unreal. I don't know. Wife hoped
to my head, but I feel like you're really overpaid, dude. No,
that's another thing. Really, that's why I don't even realize that was
why the cheapest one on there. That's crazy. Yeah, And I just
it just happened to be autograph and you're just gonna let it breathe and put
it let him breathe. That might be on the Let Him Breathe one of
the on one of the episodes Guys Got sign Up Autograph Figure Live Patreon.
Um, alright, it is now time, all right to our next phone
called Chris, they'll see you. It's now time for the WTF Figure of
the Week dot com. All right, WTF figure the Week's pretty obvious.
I think you. Uh you take one look at the of a figure.
One look up a figure. One look up, Oh my god, take
a shot. One look at a figure. Right. But it's a little
late here, not that late. It's twelve forty two. I'm jet lagged.
Yeah, i'd say we're jet legged. This is what's going on.
You still spray my back after this by the leading Oh yes, just Tanner,
Okay, um, all right and uh so you look at a figure
and you think what the peep? And h you said you had a good
one, so hit me with it. Yeah. Uh last week we discussed
the legends of the Ring FTC. I've due at the butcher that you said
you picked up and they can yes, and they can't Bunny and so I
don't think I said this. But on my miscellaneous shelf, I have hot
Stuff Eddie Gilbert, which is like is a is a must for me because
I'm a big hot stuff and that's his only action figure representation. I also
have a Bloody Original Chic which I just think is cool because he's you know,
Sabo's uncle and whatever and the legend. Uh. And then I have
a Duala but he's not bloody, So you put that in my stupid brain.
Yeah, and I've been like searching it and whatever scene. But then
I stumbled a bunch across all of them. At one point I had them
all and then I was like, this is not really I never had and
that came out like like right in the smack Dad. But the attitude er
or what they're like very compatible with bone crunchers. I never got them.
Yeah, I think maybe. Were they like so much more money, like
fifteen bucks, I think maybe, but then eventually discounted for years and years
and years, where now they're not that easy to come by. Um did
a little, a little roller coaster ride. So you just took me down
a trip down memory lane, if you will. Looking at all these things
that I remember it, Oh my god. The winner of this week's the
WTF Captain Lou Albano. So I mean, first off, he's got painted.
There's no pant mold on any of those figures. So they just painted
over trunks and boots and knee pads like skin tight pants skin tight pants with
essentially skinny jeans with knee pants and boots. Okay, so and that's all
black and you can maybe kind of look past that. But then, which
is kind of ironic because FTC is making these figures currently with some of the
most unbelievable cloth accessories maybe in the history of wrestling figures. This is not
the case. This is the clete opposite. Actually, so I don't want
to decipher between the two. I'm gonna bring up my reference pick here.
So the basic release of Captain Lew that's not bloody. He has a referee
shirt on. Let me see which came from their accessory pack. Do you
have a picture of him min on card with a REP shirt? I mean
the baggy the same Minium box. Oh so there's not They're not on cards
anymore. Okay, after halfway through the series they turn into boxes. It's
all in the same box with the same photos and stuff, and then it
says in the top who it is and what version regular bloody display those Mintum
box anymore? No, some people just get the box signed by the guy
and like, well they're on eBay, but it's it's not a very I
please incollectible. So that's the regular version. Then the bloody versions I think
might be even worse. He's in he's painted in white pants, okay,
but blood Yeah, but he's bloody, Which that's cool, I think.
I think that this whole line, that's the coolest part to me. Yeah,
like the uniqueness of that. Um so he's bloody. He's in white
pants, which means he's in tight white skinny jeans and neaps and boots and
however you want to imagine it. But again, no effort put into his
signature Captain lew uh you know, Hawaiian shirt or whatever he'd be wearing.
Instead, he's wearing a yellow event staff jackets, not even bloody, and
it's that blood I mean, yeah, that's too. Well. Maybe he
in this big brawl and then he beat up the event the event staff guy.
Maybe he got so much heat he was trying to sneak out of the
building an event staff jacket. Not I think, not be bothered by the
fact. I think what happened was that when when Steve Austin was wearing that
T shirt in his underwear and he got in a fight with Goldberg in the
locker room, there's a big bloody fight. Captain Lew was trying to break
it up, and he got blood all over his tropical shirts. You know
what he did, he uh, he took Austin's Gene shorts and wiped the
blood off. That's why Steve couldn't wear the Geene shorts for the Mattel release.
It's all coming. He knocked on the uh the events to have doors.
Hey can you let me in? You got an extra jackets? I
don't know. I can't believe we figured this out after all these years,
figure it out. Um wow, those both sucks a double double induction.
It's almost undisplayable garbage like you can't you know, almost like line ruining that
which also, when I was searching these images to confirm all this, uh
pictures of his um man, it's escaping me. The legends, um,
those are great, those legends series one figure Captain lewis awesome them. Yeah,
blast I didn't like because, like I think, what's her name?
Slot, No dig call legends. They just called legends legends, not like
ruth It's Andre Snuka and Ruthless. Legends just legends, two different sets,
but they're the same. Yes, figures, those are great figures. Yeah,
I really wish it was a series two and he has some prototypter Series
two out there. Also he's got no h no Mattel. That's that's crazy.
Need to fix that. Well is that for w t F. Yeah?
All right, Well let's go to the Q and A. The Q
and A is brought to you by the major resc of your podcast. All
right, every week we go to Twitter major pod, we say hashtag asked
major pod. Ask us some question. If we read your question on air,
we'll send you a best wishes A by ten. So I will go
first my question. I thought it was a very very interesting question, and
I think I've answered part of it before, but I figured just talking about
it all at once. This is from t VO sixty seven. Add Zach
Ryder. I've always been curious on how the Internet title was able to be
made in action figure form. There has to be a story there, and
I'm not sure it's ever been told. Maybe this can be discussed on major
w pod hashtag ask major pod. So this is all you, This is
all many kind of that's fine. I know this story. So I'll sit
back and let so long story short. I had a YouTube show called z
Truelong Island story where I created an Internet title, and at first it was
just my brother's kid size Attitude era ice title that I transformed into the Internet
title. But then I went to Wildcat Belts of all people. That's how
we started this little bond Wildcat and I got a real Internet championship created,
and I was not allowed to wear it on WWE television and ever, which
was fine, but I was using it on the YouTube show every week and
even on some wb Live events. I'd bring it out, but it was
kind of like not an official thing. And Mattel was making my Elite seventeen
figure. I was looking at some old emails like me and Billy's to email
back and forth. He sent me like I did too. Yeah, he
sent me a studio shot of the gears. Were like, hey, we're
gonna make this gear blah blah blah blah. It's this gray gear whatever,
and he said, if we're gonna include the Internet title, but they had
to get the rights from me to make the Internet title, so I had
to sign off on it, which was pretty damn cool to have the figure
with this title that was never on WWE television. But then like it ended
up being in the video game somehow and ended up being on a T shirt
somehow, and even we later found out that that figures inc. When they
were making the titles, they were gonna make an Internet title, but nobody
had contacted me about it. And there's some prototypes out there that I really
really want, but people are trying to charge me more than I paid for
the real Internet title, so there's no way that's going to happen. An
interesting thing about that figure with the Internet title, it was on display for
the first time. I believe it's twenty twelve San Dieo Comicon. I think
I've told the story of the pod and the headband, said Broski, and
they had to do a switch, so it's at www. Y Ki and
Bill gave me the prototype and I had it wrapped in like a little hotel
towel and I left it in a hotel. Story makes me sick. Can
you believe that? No? I can't believe it because you do stuff like
that, and I don't remember if it was a hand painted prototype. Maybe
it could have been just the test shot, like painted up like a sample.
Either way, either way, so damn. So you have that figure
without the headband or the whole thing. No, I threw the whole thing
out or left it behind. So and then when you hear something else.
So this week I was organizing my garage and I'm a psycho. When it
comes to figure, it's like, there's the you are, Yeah, there's
the figure I have on display of me inbox, mintle card, whatever.
Then like a Lucy that I have, and then I need like one for
safety, backup, backup. Yeah. So I was going through all these
like toads and I used to do that. I don't really do that anymore.
Okay backups. You don't have backups? Wow? Okay, well sorry,
Like right now, currently I have like twenty five of the most recent
elite zach Ryder backups and usup for a trade ski stuff like that. That's
not a backup, that's an army. Like that's a little different. I
don't have any of the elite uh seventeen backup and I want to go buy
them an eBay. They're super expensive. Oh yeah, yeah, that's not
gonna happen. So I have I have at least back one backup of everything.
But you know what else said in the backup of my most recent basic
We're not the hypers one, the one, whereas in the Russellmania gear he
didn't have backups? Did that backups wasn't I'm like Amazon for like so six
months, so I out, so I bought all of them Amazon. They
all came with the damn Slammy Award. What's wrong with that? I want
the real one not to want the Slammy All the awards? How much were
they? They were like ten bucks? Still, yeah, that was not
possible. I don't know. It's a bild question. It's a bild question.
They all came to the Slammy. We won't get a stray answer,
but that's a bild question question. So the answer question, UM, I
don't know how I it was. You know, the YouTube show was popular
Mattel Want to Capitalize, and they asked me if I would sign off,
and of course I would. Um that the YouTube Twitter those logos on on
it, it's just blank name plates. But it's really cool to have this
title in figure form, consider I never came out with on w wwe take
a Shot TV the most remarkable. That's the coolest part about it. I
don't use any video game and actually figure zero TV time that's nuts. I
think I think the actual is the craziest part. Yeah, and I'm very
I'm very very proud of that. And maybe maybe maybe our our our our
elites that hopefully they're making for us. Right now, we'll come to the
major They was odd the title the imaginary Elite sets that I'm not, you
know, I think we should get some elites battle pack True Moves. Just
give me true move please. All right, all right? My question is
from Nick c at eight Underscore Bit Underscore Killer at Major w Pod. Let's
say original San Francisco toymakers had one more wave of ECW figures that never got
released. Who's in your dream wave hashtag, asked Major Pod. So obviously
I'm a massive, massive massive they were doing eight. Let's let's do this.
Okay, Okay, let's exclude Doring and row Killed because we knew they
were. This is fantasy, so we don't know, but they never came
out, but we saw that. No, we didn't see it doing.
But I'm going to assume that he was being planned. Okay, I say
you gotta include in this list. We include him kill. Are going to
cut ourselves down a little bit because there were sets of eight, they didn't
come out, so we gotta put them in let's say six or new guys
two repaints, because that would be realistic. Okay, Okay, Dorian roll
Kill have to be there, Dorian roll Kill, Mikey wrote with red hair
and like crazy. Would that'd be great? Missado Tanaka okay, Spike,
Oh my god, I know there's First off, I've been thinking about this
for years and years and years. I would you better say. I was
thinking myself, there's not that many guys they miss but you just named a
bunch, and then I would if I was rounding out the list, I
think more guy, I would think I would do Simon Diamond, Yeah,
definitely, Simon Dimeon. What about Haymon and styles Kid Cash Cash yeah,
easy money or Julio de Niro. See, those guys were like so at
the tail end that it wouldn't be that realistic to me. But obviously if
he said kept same, if he said you kept going, maybe would have
been more deserving. But those, to me, those guys Mikey, uh
Tanaka Spike, like they were like in the trenches like that whole time they
had the toys and they didn't get one, you know, Tony mom Luke
for sure if they kept going. And then so let's say the six it
would be during roadkill Massado, Mikey Spike, Simon Diamond maybe could cash my
sweek out. Simon is a big, big um. Repaints were off the
bat. I could tell you I would want Samn with black jeans, not
those like Mom jeans, white jeans he has on. Okay, that's weird
to me. I always thought it was straight. Would he be at that
time? Yeah, so he's come back from hack already. Yeah, he's
out until the end. Okay, okay, and he's champ that's true,
black black jeans. Switch that up. So wait, so when he's the
salmonc figures after Hack, Sam Man, Yeah, he comes back to late
late ninety nine, he leaves comes back out pretty quick. That's that's up
there with the Karina where it's like how did they get that done so fast?
And it's like great, Yeah, likeness at least is great. I
hate that he's like this kind of fat and here's no I hate Kane though,
No Kane, but I would use that weird stick Yeah. Whatever,
Okay, so Sam and repaint, But then who else is really just worthy
of it. I would love a Jerry Lynn repaint because he only had the
one release. I would love a Karino repaint. I'm not against the Karino
repaint the Jerry Lynn like that's his gear though, but they could do the
flipped colors like yellow, that's actually the one more more. He wore more,
Yeah, and I was st just he could lighten his hair and be
more blonds. Repaint on that. Jerrylyn's one of my favorites. Man,
No, I love Jerry Lynn. Not a cooler RBD RBD liking that tiger
stuff like his ZCW. Jackson's in wears in the Last Baby, that'd be
fine. No. Uh, the rhino maybe another Scotty Anton, the clap
Um, maybe the r The red Rhino is a good one. That's a
good rhino. But so that's like to me, red rhinos like we need
debuts and the like over like menacing rhino. Wore the black singlet so and
that thrills someone is kind of it, but it's like a cheesy version of
it. It's not really accurate. I just wonder if those prototypes are out
there somewhere. I'm dying to talk to Paul about this whole thing. Yeah,
but I don't think he'll know about the prototypes. But I think he'll
know about how the deal was made of that kind of stuff. Yeah,
but he's I don't know how much like geeky information will have for us.
Maybe maybe it surprising Dreamer has not Dreamers of liars. He's not gonna tell,
doesn't know. I could believe Bubba didn't know about the no recollection about
prototyping trunks. Well, everyone's a figure nerd like us. Sometimes I think
we have to take a step back, yes, and realize that. But
yeah, well this is a great episode. It's a little eight Prosky's hurting.
