BIGFOOT ENCOUNTER AT MEDOC MOUNTAIN IN NORTH CAROLINA | THE CREATURE WALKED ACROSS THE ROAD!!!

<v Speaker 1>had a bigfoot encounter at me Doc Mountain. This is
<v Speaker 1>the second encounter that's been reported on Sasquatch Theory from
<v Speaker 1>me Doc Mountain in North Carolina, and it's very interesting
<v Speaker 1>to know that these creatures are roaming the area. Johnny
<v Speaker 1>seems very level headed and sincere about this encounter. Have

<v Speaker 1>into Johnny's bigfoot encounter from the state of North Carolina. Johnny,
<v Speaker 1>Welcome Sasquatch Theory. How are you doing today, Hey.
<v Speaker 2>Miguel, I'm doing very good. Hope everything's good your way,
<v Speaker 2>and it's a pleasure to be able to talk with you.
<v Speaker 1>Finally, Yeah, absolutely, it's a pleasure to have you on
<v Speaker 1>the show, Johnny. If you would tell me a little
<v Speaker 1>bit about yourself, where you're from, and your big Foot
<v Speaker 1>encounters and experiences from the very beginning, please.
<v Speaker 2>Well, I'm originally from western New York, up around Buffalo,
<v Speaker 2>so I'm pretty much born and raised a city slicker,
<v Speaker 2>and moved down to North Carolina about twenty two years
<v Speaker 2>ago and I live over toward the eastern part of
<v Speaker 2>North Carolina. I'm roughly about two and a half hours
<v Speaker 2>from the coast, in about four hours from the mountains.
<v Speaker 2>And what really got me into the Bigfoot stuff is
<v Speaker 2>back growing up in New York, my parents took us
<v Speaker 2>to a couple of movies back in back in the seventies.
<v Speaker 2>I think one was called uh uh Sasquatching. I think
<v Speaker 2>the other one was called Creature from Black Lake and
<v Speaker 2>from From right there at the very beginning, just the
<v Speaker 2>mystery if Bigfoot really exists just pretty much just stuck
<v Speaker 2>in my mind and really stuck in my heart. So
<v Speaker 2>after that, anything that came on tv U, Creature, Boggy Creek,
<v Speaker 2>in Search of Monster Quest, I was pretty much just
<v Speaker 2>like hooked right to the TV watching it, just trying
<v Speaker 2>to learn some more stuff, and then when YouTube came out,
<v Speaker 2>I mean it pretty much just blew the doors wide
<v Speaker 2>open with people's experiences and encounters and stories and stuff
<v Speaker 2>like that. So I pretty much just hooked. So after
<v Speaker 2>moving down to NC, I pretty much thought Bigfoot was
<v Speaker 2>more toward the mountain you know, Smoky Mountains, the Blue
<v Speaker 2>Ridge over in the western part of the state. But
<v Speaker 2>after watching an episode of by Finding Bigfoot, they did
<v Speaker 2>one in the Uori National Force, which is in the
<v Speaker 2>central part of the state, and that's about three hours
<v Speaker 2>from me. I don't don't get down that way too much,
<v Speaker 2>but it kind of brings the stories and the experiences
<v Speaker 2>closer my way. And then I work with a guy
<v Speaker 2>who shared experience he had I believe this has had
<v Speaker 2>been about like eight years ago, but he has some
<v Speaker 2>family land and it's about forty minutes from me. It's
<v Speaker 2>about right down the outskirts of Raleigh Ralegh, North Carolina,
<v Speaker 2>and Leeby said he had one hundred acres which backed
<v Speaker 2>up to four hundred acres of a rockberry. So it
<v Speaker 2>was either the pipeline that was coming through the area
<v Speaker 2>or some other company was was making an easement between
<v Speaker 2>the two properties, and they were back there just cutting
<v Speaker 2>down trees, making a bunch of noise. He went back
<v Speaker 2>there one morning on his golf cart just to check
<v Speaker 2>out the progress, and he could he could hear him
<v Speaker 2>cutting down the trees, and he's seeing a seven foot
<v Speaker 2>white bigfoot walking through the He said, it was not
<v Speaker 2>the thick woods. It was not done so, but he
<v Speaker 2>see and he said he was about two hundred feet
<v Speaker 2>from it and just walked right across. He believed that
<v Speaker 2>it did not hear him because of all the chainsaws
<v Speaker 2>and and and and the timber being logged. So that
<v Speaker 2>was that was really interesting. So from there on I
<v Speaker 2>looked into the BFR website, the Bigfoot Mapping Project, just
<v Speaker 2>as safe there as any other activity or any other
<v Speaker 2>sightings closer to me and U. In the fall of
<v Speaker 2>twenty nineteen, I came across on Google they were having
<v Speaker 2>a big Foot festival and it was up in up
<v Speaker 2>in a state park, Meetock Mountain State Park, which is
<v Speaker 2>about forty five minutes from any of the big cities.
<v Speaker 2>It's in a pretty rural area. The park itself is
<v Speaker 2>about thirty nine one hundred acres. There's a creek, that
<v Speaker 2>runs through the majority of the park. And ever though
<v Speaker 2>it's thirty nine hundred acres, they only have I would say,
<v Speaker 2>between your bike trails and your hiking and your your
<v Speaker 2>horse trails, about a dozen trails. So a lot of
<v Speaker 2>it's all just natural woods and just natural surroundings. And
<v Speaker 2>generally in that part of the States, it's heavy wooded.
<v Speaker 2>There's a lot of state game lands, there's a lot
<v Speaker 2>of private property that has hunting clubs. There's there's a
<v Speaker 2>there's a good mixture of swamps, farmlands, hills, bluffs, and
<v Speaker 2>they actually had some abandoned gold mines up there, probably
<v Speaker 2>about ten miles from the park itself. A couple of
<v Speaker 2>years ago, I talked to one of the guys that
<v Speaker 2>bought one of the gold mines and they they will
<v Speaker 2>let you come in and just do like surface digging.
<v Speaker 2>And he told me that back in the day after
<v Speaker 2>the mining ended, that the chefs were blown up. But
<v Speaker 2>there's about five miles of tunnel that runs through the
<v Speaker 2>area if you could find it. So after talking to
<v Speaker 2>a lot of the people at this festival, there was
<v Speaker 2>a good mixture. There's a lot of hikers, a lot
<v Speaker 2>of folks that live up in the area and they
<v Speaker 2>were sharing their encounters in and out of the park
<v Speaker 2>and so I and their encounters included sighting, finding footprints,
<v Speaker 2>a lot of tree knocks, heavy tree knocks, trees getting
<v Speaker 2>pushed over, finding tree structures. So I was, you know this,
<v Speaker 2>this is right up my alley. So I decided to
<v Speaker 2>do some hiking and exploring in the area. And turns
<v Speaker 2>out that their stories have a lot of merit. And
<v Speaker 2>after the first couple of months of me going out
<v Speaker 2>there by myself, I experienced firsthand tree knocks, a short
<v Speaker 2>distance howl, a very deep guttural yell back in the woods.
<v Speaker 2>And so I went further down the rabbit hole and
<v Speaker 2>decided to leave some audio recorders out overnight, and I
<v Speaker 2>would say probably about a three to five mile diameter
<v Speaker 2>area came across footprints, tree structures.
<v Speaker 3>And it all trying to connect the dots, and all
<v Speaker 3>led up to April of twenty twenty three, where I
<v Speaker 3>seen one of these creatures walk across the road two
<v Speaker 3>thirty in the afternoon, had a good.
<v Speaker 2>View of it. And Bigfoot exists and it's here in
<v Speaker 2>eastern NC.
<v Speaker 1>Yeah, that's incredible. Tell me about this encounter. What were
<v Speaker 1>you doing that day and what led up to it.
<v Speaker 2>The kinter Did I seen a walk across the road?
<v Speaker 1>Yeah, if you would kind of tell me what you
<v Speaker 1>were out doing that day and just try to describe
<v Speaker 1>everything in full detail, especially that's what the creature looked like.
<v Speaker 2>I actually stopped by the park and I did a
<v Speaker 2>little bit of a hike. It wasn't too too bad.
<v Speaker 2>I probably about a half an hour and I was
<v Speaker 2>leaving a park in coming home and I was on
<v Speaker 2>a two lane road. Describe the road too, Lakee Country Road.
<v Speaker 2>To the left hand side. There, the shoulders are road narrow,
<v Speaker 2>so you really cannot park on either side. You don't
<v Speaker 2>have enough room. So on the left hand side there's
<v Speaker 2>just like a short step up. It's probably about a
<v Speaker 2>two or three foot short step up and then you're
<v Speaker 2>back into the woods. On the right hand side, there's
<v Speaker 2>a tree line and the road. It's probably about twenty
<v Speaker 2>maybe about twenty five foot distance on the right hand side,
<v Speaker 2>so the road it kind of wraps around. You hit
<v Speaker 2>a straight part of the road and then you go
<v Speaker 2>up a slight incline. But like I said, it was
<v Speaker 2>two thirty in the afternoon. It was cloudy, overcast day
<v Speaker 2>so there was not any sunshine, kind of cast in
<v Speaker 2>weird shadows over the big pine trees. And I got
<v Speaker 2>into the straight part of the road and I had
<v Speaker 2>the hill the incline's straight ahead of me, and there
<v Speaker 2>was a truck coming down the hill and it was
<v Speaker 2>pulling it's kind of like an empty car haul or trailer.
<v Speaker 2>It was a dually truck. It had a fifth wheel
<v Speaker 2>hook up in the bed. So so the truck and
<v Speaker 2>the trailer was coming down the hill and it looked
<v Speaker 2>over on the right hand side and I seen something
<v Speaker 2>that looked like a broken off tree. It was between
<v Speaker 2>the road and the tree line. Uh. I just throw
<v Speaker 2>this out there, just just to clarify things. Uh. The creature,
<v Speaker 2>it walked from my right to the left, so I'm
<v Speaker 2>looking at its left profile the whole time. The head
<v Speaker 2>and the left arm was a much much darker color
<v Speaker 2>than the hair on its body. The hair on its
<v Speaker 2>body was it was like a light tan. So I
<v Speaker 2>noticed I noticed it on the right hand side. I
<v Speaker 2>thought it was a broken off tree. But what what
<v Speaker 2>I actually I was looking at was was its arm.
<v Speaker 2>Was its arm just hanging down. And from that distance
<v Speaker 2>I was about from where I where I was, and
<v Speaker 2>I was driving towards them at about fifty miles an hour,
<v Speaker 2>so that was about maybe two hundred and twenty yards
<v Speaker 2>from the bottom of the hill, and it was two
<v Speaker 2>hundred yards up the hill. It was right in the middle,
<v Speaker 2>so when it walked across, the background was still the
<v Speaker 2>hill and still the road. It wasn't as opposed to
<v Speaker 2>like being up on top of the road. On top
<v Speaker 2>of the hill, you might get some trees and in
<v Speaker 2>the sky kind of obstructing and not obstructing interview, but
<v Speaker 2>kind of like playing tricks on your view. So when
<v Speaker 2>I first seen it, it was right where the hitch
<v Speaker 2>was between the truck and the trailer, and truck had
<v Speaker 2>passed its location. And what it did it swayed backwards
<v Speaker 2>and it started walking into the road. So the first
<v Speaker 2>thing I thought was it had to have been a
<v Speaker 2>very tall hunter, because they hunt with dogs down this way,
<v Speaker 2>and a lot of times you'll find the guys parked
<v Speaker 2>up on side of the road and they're trying to
<v Speaker 2>track their dogs down, So that's what I thought. I thought,
<v Speaker 2>maybe it was trying to find its dog back up
<v Speaker 2>in the woods. So it got into the right hand
<v Speaker 2>lane and then I could start making out the shape
<v Speaker 2>of its head, and by the time it got into
<v Speaker 2>the middle part of the road, I pretty much had
<v Speaker 2>a clear view of it. It had a it had
<v Speaker 2>a big head. It was kind of like a football
<v Speaker 2>shaped head. Elongated its arm just a super long arm.
<v Speaker 2>It went out all the way the tan went all
<v Speaker 2>the way down to its knees. It did not swing
<v Speaker 2>its arm at all. It just gets kept its arm
<v Speaker 2>all the way down to its side the whole time,
<v Speaker 2>and walked across the road. I think the whole encounter
<v Speaker 2>from well from the time I seen it up on
<v Speaker 2>the road until it went into the woods. It had
<v Speaker 2>to be at least seven seconds, So if this thing
<v Speaker 2>would have ran across the road, it would have been
<v Speaker 2>there in two seconds. Cleared it. But it had a
<v Speaker 2>a muscular build. It wasn't a barrel chested. The head,
<v Speaker 2>like I said, it was a huge like a football
<v Speaker 2>shaped head. It was peaked up on top, and it
<v Speaker 2>was peaked at the bottom, and it was not sitting
<v Speaker 2>on its shoulders like a person would be. It was
<v Speaker 2>more it was more forward and then down a bit.
<v Speaker 2>And the way that I kind of described it before
<v Speaker 2>is if you go up online up on Google, and
<v Speaker 2>you looked at the beauty and the.
<v Speaker 4>Beast, if you if you looked at the side profile
<v Speaker 4>of the beast, how its head is about like compared
<v Speaker 4>to like a person's head or like the guys in
<v Speaker 4>a strong man competition.
<v Speaker 2>It got really bulky deltoid's and real bulky traps, So
<v Speaker 2>it may have been pushing its its head forward and
<v Speaker 2>down a little bit. It's very possible that it had
<v Speaker 2>a short knock. That's very possible too, but it's almost
<v Speaker 2>down to its side at all. It was not hunched
<v Speaker 2>over at all. Actually, one of the weird parts about
<v Speaker 2>it is that its back was like perfectly straight. And
<v Speaker 2>we went back there about three days later and tried
<v Speaker 2>to do like a sizing person with a friend of mine,
<v Speaker 2>and we figured it was about seven and a half
<v Speaker 2>to eight foot tall. And the way that it went
<v Speaker 2>across the road, it pretty much glided across. There was
<v Speaker 2>no up and down bouncing movement. It almost looked like
<v Speaker 2>it had a skateboard on it and just rode the
<v Speaker 2>skateboarder right across. It was very, very smooth going across
<v Speaker 2>the road. It got to the shoulder on the left
<v Speaker 2>hand side, it turned very slightly away from me, and
<v Speaker 2>it stepped up and went up into the woods, and
<v Speaker 2>that's where I could see the right shoulder blade and
<v Speaker 2>seeing the color of the hair on its back. And
<v Speaker 2>I know you had a guest on your show before, Philip,
<v Speaker 2>he had a sighting in that area also, and I
<v Speaker 2>ran in the Phillip in person and also talked to
<v Speaker 2>him on the phone. And where I seen this thing
<v Speaker 2>across the road and he's seen one on Memorial Day
<v Speaker 2>of twenty twenty two run across a valley and then
<v Speaker 2>up and over a ridge. I would say the distance
<v Speaker 2>would probably be less than a quarter of a mile.
<v Speaker 2>In the way that he described it on your show,
<v Speaker 2>it was a light hand color, super long arms, smooth motion,
<v Speaker 2>smooth moving. So I'm putting two and two together. It
<v Speaker 2>was you know, it was a year apart, but it
<v Speaker 2>may have been the same creature that we both have
<v Speaker 2>seen in the same area.
<v Speaker 1>Yeah, it does sound like the same creature. And whenever
<v Speaker 1>I interviewed Philip, he seemed extremely sincere and he was
<v Speaker 1>very serious about this encounter. And it does sound like
<v Speaker 1>the same creature. How tall was the bigfoot that you encountered?
<v Speaker 2>We when, like I said, we went back three days
<v Speaker 2>later and kind of did like a size comparison, and
<v Speaker 2>we kind of feared it was about seven and a
<v Speaker 2>half to eight foot tall. I went, I'm not sure
<v Speaker 2>if it came out of the woods on the right
<v Speaker 2>hand side of the road or if it was just
<v Speaker 2>squatting down in the grass, you know that section between
<v Speaker 2>the tree line and the road, because when I first
<v Speaker 2>seen it, it was standing there. But I went into
<v Speaker 2>the woods just just by chance, maybe it came out
<v Speaker 2>of the woods before I seen it, and there was
<v Speaker 2>a bunch of pine trees that were stacked up in
<v Speaker 2>kind of like a really weird, really weird pattern, and
<v Speaker 2>there was also a tree break back there. It was
<v Speaker 2>probably about the tree breaks we find here, they are
<v Speaker 2>about seven to between six and seven foot tall. This
<v Speaker 2>I think this had to be at least about six
<v Speaker 2>foot five. It's a tree break. And then I put
<v Speaker 2>an audio recorder in the area where it went into,
<v Speaker 2>left it there for a few days and got some
<v Speaker 2>tree knocks, not really too close. You can tell it
<v Speaker 2>was back down either up on one of the bluffs
<v Speaker 2>or down in the valley, and they were ranging just sporadically,
<v Speaker 2>arranging like eight o'clock at night, throughout the night, two
<v Speaker 2>o'clock in the morning.
<v Speaker 1>That's amazing. So would you camp in this area?
<v Speaker 2>We camp once in a while. There is a campground there,
<v Speaker 2>but it's probably as the crow flies, maybe a couple
<v Speaker 2>miles from that. From from the sighting site where where
<v Speaker 2>it went into, it's it's pretty much just all woods.
<v Speaker 2>The trail is is not close by there. There is
<v Speaker 2>a trail that runs upper ridge and then it cuts
<v Speaker 2>over to the right, and that's where Philip had his slighting.
<v Speaker 2>But where I seen the creature go into, it's pretty
<v Speaker 2>much open wood. It's pretty much just just dense woods.
<v Speaker 2>And if you follow it down, you're gonna go down
<v Speaker 2>up and over a bluff and then down a valley
<v Speaker 2>and then you're going to hit a creek. And that's
<v Speaker 2>that's the direction that it was going, and down by
<v Speaker 2>the creek from from there to the campground might be
<v Speaker 2>a half mile.
<v Speaker 1>So it was following the waterways, huh.
<v Speaker 2>It was. It was kind of down to the water
<v Speaker 2>or I mean there there's a distance between the creek
<v Speaker 2>and where I've seen across the road. So it it
<v Speaker 2>and there's like I said, there's no trails that go
<v Speaker 2>up and through there, so another good possibility that it
<v Speaker 2>might be just like hanging out up in this area.
<v Speaker 1>Yeah, it sounds like it, especially since people have found
<v Speaker 1>tree structures in the area. Have you documented any tree
<v Speaker 1>structures or have you seen anyone else's photos.
<v Speaker 2>Yeah, the true the tree structures I've come across obviously
<v Speaker 2>your typical x's and there they range from from different sizes.
<v Speaker 2>I found some that were about chest high on me
<v Speaker 2>and come across ones that were that US thirty foot
<v Speaker 2>pine trees. I found a couple of tepee structures, you know,
<v Speaker 2>a centerpool and then you have three trees that are
<v Speaker 2>leaning up against it. Found a couple that were almost
<v Speaker 2>looked like a like a saw horse. It was a
<v Speaker 2>vertical It's either a vertical branch or a vertical tree.
<v Speaker 2>It's it's either braced on one end. It's either braced.
<v Speaker 5>Up in a little va of a tree, and then
<v Speaker 5>the opposite end is braced up by two uh two
<v Speaker 5>branches or two pieces of broken wood.
<v Speaker 2>It pretty much looks like a saw horse. And then
<v Speaker 2>I got one up on my website which I found
<v Speaker 2>a few years ago. It's really cool looking. It almost
<v Speaker 2>looks like an asterisk. It's the the sticks that were
<v Speaker 2>used were arranging between like three and four foot. There
<v Speaker 2>had been about six, five or six of them, and
<v Speaker 2>they were just in a really really cool crisscross kind
<v Speaker 2>of pattern. And I actually found that same uh pattern
<v Speaker 2>for for for that particular tree structure back in a
<v Speaker 2>separate part of the woods. I'd say this distance wise
<v Speaker 2>and maybe about two miles, but it was like a
<v Speaker 2>really miniature size one that the sticks that were used
<v Speaker 2>were couldn't be more than like a foot tall, and
<v Speaker 2>it was arranged in the same, uh, the same configuration.
<v Speaker 2>Those are those are in tree breaks. I mean we
<v Speaker 2>find the I find the occasional tree breaks here, like
<v Speaker 2>I said, and they're usually between six foot between six
<v Speaker 2>and seven foot.
<v Speaker 1>Yeah, that's incredible and for the sake of spreading awareness
<v Speaker 1>and finding more people that have seen these creatures. What

<v Speaker 2>four and a half years ago, and it's just to
<v Speaker 2>document the stuff that I've come across and encountered and
<v Speaker 2>got on audio recordings and I started putting all my
<v Speaker 2>stuff up on my just saving it up on my
<v Speaker 2>home computer when I first started this, but it was
<v Speaker 2>just getting too much. So yeah, medoc bigfoot dot com

<v Speaker 1>Website, all right, Johnny. I appreciate you for sharing that.
<v Speaker 1>And I remember Philip tell me about that whenever we
<v Speaker 1>discussed his bigfoot encounter. It's just amazing and that this
<v Speaker 1>area is so hot with bigfoot activity. And for some reason,
<v Speaker 1>North Carolina is just an active state. And I mean
<v Speaker 1>I hear more from North Carolina than I do from
<v Speaker 1>Canada and Alaska. I mean not saying that they're not
<v Speaker 1>in those areas, but for some reason, there's a lot
<v Speaker 1>of activity around there. And I'm not sure if it's
<v Speaker 1>because there's so many people on the East coast or
<v Speaker 1>just because this is like a preferred area where they
<v Speaker 1>like to live at. And I mean, I feel like
<v Speaker 1>it's just the perfect place for sasquatch. A lot of
<v Speaker 1>times people think of North Carolina and they think, oh,
<v Speaker 1>there's too many people there on the east coast. But
<v Speaker 1>if you look on a map, there's just a ton
<v Speaker 1>of woods there. There's so much and you could easily
<v Speaker 1>get lost in those woods.
<v Speaker 2>Yeah, the state is pretty good, especially the central part
<v Speaker 2>of the state, obviously the western part of the state
<v Speaker 2>and where I'm located in up toward well all the
<v Speaker 2>way to the coast and upward Virginia. It's just like
<v Speaker 2>I said, heavy wooded area, a lot of game land.
<v Speaker 2>Where I am here, it were pretty much considered the
<v Speaker 2>upper coastal plains. If you go east of my location,
<v Speaker 2>the land pretty much flattens out and there's a lot
<v Speaker 2>of swamp land there. But as more west you go,
<v Speaker 2>that's when you run into the foothills and then eventually
<v Speaker 2>up in the mountains. But yeah, I mean I ran
<v Speaker 2>into a guy and got got to know him really well.
<v Speaker 2>He had a sighting back in August of twenty seventeen,
<v Speaker 2>and he described and it was a road crossing sighting.
<v Speaker 2>He was on his way to work one morning and
<v Speaker 2>as the crow flies from the area that I'm talking
<v Speaker 2>about and where he was, it was it's probably about
<v Speaker 2>fifteen miles and he described the color of the creature
<v Speaker 2>that he's seen as being a light brown blonde color
<v Speaker 2>head and shoulders. I agree with you. I mean, there's
<v Speaker 2>there's the terrain here, there's a ton of food supply,
<v Speaker 2>there's you know, beer, there's wild pigs, wild turkey all
<v Speaker 2>over the place. Not to mention you have your your
<v Speaker 2>farmlands and your crops. But I think this part of
<v Speaker 2>NC here, it's not really really heavily populated. Really. You
<v Speaker 2>have to go into like the like the more toward
<v Speaker 2>the major cities like Raley Aroinal Rapids area. But there,
<v Speaker 2>you know, there's there's small communities that live out there.
<v Speaker 2>But I agree, I mean, I think there's more people
<v Speaker 2>here and they're kind of obviously you're gonna get more

<v Speaker 1>Absolutely. And the sasquatch that you encountered, you mentioned it
<v Speaker 1>had this football shaped head. How big was this conical
<v Speaker 1>shaped head above the eyebrows.
<v Speaker 2>Uh, I'm not sure, like like size wise, I know
<v Speaker 2>it was. I mean it was proportionate to its body.
<v Speaker 2>It had. It had a strong physique body it like
<v Speaker 2>I said it was, the head was was down and
<v Speaker 2>it was forward. It almost looked like that the chin
<v Speaker 2>was resting on the upper part of its chest from
<v Speaker 2>more the shoulder, like like the top shoulder line. The
<v Speaker 2>head probably came above the shoulder line, maybe about a
<v Speaker 2>third of its head total. And it was it was
<v Speaker 2>a dark covered It was a dark colored head. But
<v Speaker 2>another odd part about it. If you look at a
<v Speaker 2>football and you look at the outer part of the football,
<v Speaker 2>right in the center, was on the center outer part
<v Speaker 2>was a lighter color, which which could have been its face.
<v Speaker 2>I know, on a gorilla, you got that long gated head,
<v Speaker 2>but the face of a gorilla is down toward the bottom.
<v Speaker 2>So on this creature that I've seen, it was a
<v Speaker 2>lighter color on the outer part in the center, and
<v Speaker 2>I'm guessing maybe that could have been where its face was.
<v Speaker 1>Yeah, I know exactly what you mean. The sasquatch that
<v Speaker 1>I encountered here in Missouri, it almost seemed like its
<v Speaker 1>chin was connected to its chest. And I mean it
<v Speaker 1>didn't look like the Patterson that like Patty, like how
<v Speaker 1>it has that arm swing, like that exaggerated arm swing.
<v Speaker 1>This one was more just robust and pretty much like
<v Speaker 1>what you described like upright, and it was a little different,
<v Speaker 1>but I mean, very similar to Patty, but yet not
<v Speaker 1>the same.
<v Speaker 2>Yeah, this this one here, you know, you go out
<v Speaker 2>you go out there, and you kind of like mentally prepare,
<v Speaker 2>you know, just in case you run into one of
<v Speaker 2>these things, so you're not like totally in shock. Yeah,
<v Speaker 2>you know. I always thought in mind, I kept in mind,
<v Speaker 2>maybe it's gonna look like Patty or maybe like a
<v Speaker 2>Neanderthal looking thing. But the one that I've seen it
<v Speaker 2>looked more monsterish, more creatureish. I mean, it didn't look like,
<v Speaker 2>you know, the Patty, and it definitely did not look
<v Speaker 2>like a Neanderthal its. It's looked more like a like
<v Speaker 2>a monster.
<v Speaker 1>Yeah. How long was the hair?
<v Speaker 2>I couldn't tell. I did not I did not get
<v Speaker 2>close enough to tell the length of the hair or
<v Speaker 2>any of the like the like the really small features.
<v Speaker 2>When I was I was still on the flat part
<v Speaker 2>of the road below the the incline, and when it
<v Speaker 2>stopped into the woods when I lost it, I was
<v Speaker 2>just about to get to the bottom of that hill,
<v Speaker 2>so I was still I was looking up at it,
<v Speaker 2>but we were still I was still about two hundred
<v Speaker 2>yards from it, so I wasn't close enough to get
<v Speaker 2>like all the the really detailed detailed parts of it.
<v Speaker 1>Okay, what do you think the creature was up to.
<v Speaker 2>Well, I've encounter stuff out there in the past, usually
<v Speaker 2>late afternoon usually here. Yeah, I think it's it's it's
<v Speaker 2>all a bunch of you got to be in the
<v Speaker 2>right place at the right time, and a lot of
<v Speaker 2>it's timing. But I've been out there usually in the afternoon.
<v Speaker 2>You'll you'll hear tree knocks, gotten stuff on recorder late
<v Speaker 2>afternoon here. He yells and and and sometimes strange howls
<v Speaker 2>out there. So it may have been it may have
<v Speaker 2>been bedded down on the in the woods on the
<v Speaker 2>right hand side of the road, and it may have
<v Speaker 2>been coming across and getting back in the area where
<v Speaker 2>they usually kind of like hang out during you know,
<v Speaker 2>during the daytime, or goal there during the afternoon. I
<v Speaker 2>don't know if it was if it was hunting or not.
<v Speaker 2>It could it could be a possibility, but I think
<v Speaker 2>it was just basically just just going, you know, from
<v Speaker 2>point A to point B and getting more into a
<v Speaker 2>denser rural part of that area, you know, for for
<v Speaker 2>more of a of a hideout.
<v Speaker 1>Yeah. Absolutely, the adult sasquatch that I encountered, it was
<v Speaker 1>around eleven AM. And then three weeks later I encountered
<v Speaker 1>a juvenile and it was around I would say, two
<v Speaker 1>thirty pm, two three thirty pm. And you know, this
<v Speaker 1>was in the middle of the day with both creatures.
<v Speaker 1>And I just feel like they move around when people
<v Speaker 1>least expect that. I hear a lot of researchers say
<v Speaker 1>the best time go out there is nighttime. But you
<v Speaker 1>can't see at nighttime. Neither can your cameras. Even if
<v Speaker 1>you have night vision, you can only see so far.
<v Speaker 1>But these creatures are moving during the daytime, and I
<v Speaker 1>feel like that's the best time to look around because
<v Speaker 1>you can see and you just never know what you're
<v Speaker 1>what you're going to encounter. And I just feel like,
<v Speaker 1>I don't know, like these creatures don't like hide themselves
<v Speaker 1>in a closet during the day and then magically come
<v Speaker 1>out at night, Like they have to be somewhere, they
<v Speaker 1>have to move, they're seeking water, food sources, or if
<v Speaker 1>someone pushes them around, they're they're going to move.
<v Speaker 2>Yeah, exactly. I thought the same thing too when I
<v Speaker 2>first started. I thought maybe that they would just come
<v Speaker 2>out at nighttime. And some of some of the encounters,
<v Speaker 2>and most of the encounters, okay, was either like I said,
<v Speaker 2>late afternoon early mornings, especially with tree knocks. So and
<v Speaker 2>I mean this when when this thing crossed the road,
<v Speaker 2>it never looked over my way, So I'm not sure
<v Speaker 2>if it knew that I was coming toward it at all. So,
<v Speaker 2>you know, like I said, it took its time going
<v Speaker 2>across the road, so I'm not sure if it was
<v Speaker 2>aware of me heading toward it. But yeah, that's that's
<v Speaker 2>something you know. I kind of figured, Uh, if you're
<v Speaker 2>running into something out in the woods that has no
<v Speaker 2>problem crossing the road, a two lane punchry road two
<v Speaker 2>thirty in the afternoon, I mean, it's got some got
<v Speaker 2>some guts to it.
<v Speaker 1>Yeah. Absolutely. It sounds like it was trying to avoid people,
<v Speaker 1>and it was moving around during the daytime. I had
<v Speaker 1>a friend that told me she was driving around Sale, Missouri,
<v Speaker 1>and she said she looked in her rear view mirror
<v Speaker 1>and saw this black bipedal creature across the highway. And
<v Speaker 1>it seems like they wait for people to cross and
<v Speaker 1>then they make their move and sometimes they get caught.
<v Speaker 1>It sounds like this, this creature that you encountered, was distracted.
<v Speaker 1>And that's how I feel like with the sasquatch that
<v Speaker 1>I encountered like they were distracted, whether they were just
<v Speaker 1>like messing with something on the ground, sleeping or I
<v Speaker 1>don't know what it was, but sometimes, you know, I
<v Speaker 1>do mess up. I hear that a lot from people too,
<v Speaker 1>that you can't sneak up on a sasquatch, but it
<v Speaker 1>is possible. And a lot of the video footage that
<v Speaker 1>we've seen online is during the daytime. I've seen more
<v Speaker 1>daytime videos than nighttime.
<v Speaker 2>Yeah, there's been a couple of sightings actually from from
<v Speaker 2>the area that I've seen it and Philip's seen it.
<v Speaker 2>It's probably about two and a half miles as a
<v Speaker 2>crow flies. There was a two separate sightings. I think
<v Speaker 2>it's going back maybe two three years ago. There was
<v Speaker 2>a man and a lady camping up at the campground
<v Speaker 2>and they said it was late afternoon, it was in
<v Speaker 2>the summertime, and they were going through a different part
<v Speaker 2>of the park, a different different section of the woods.
<v Speaker 2>And it was either the man it was two different occasions,
<v Speaker 2>like the first time that they went through this area,
<v Speaker 2>I can't remember if he was a gentleman or the
<v Speaker 2>lady that looked over into the tree line and seen
<v Speaker 2>one and it was just right up in the tree
<v Speaker 2>line and when they made eye contact, when they when
<v Speaker 2>it found out that it was being seen, it ran
<v Speaker 2>off into the woods. And then I believe it was
<v Speaker 2>a week later, they were up in that same area,
<v Speaker 2>same time, a day, late afternoon, and it was the
<v Speaker 2>other person had looked off into the tree line right
<v Speaker 2>up in the same area and had seen one standing there,
<v Speaker 2>right up in the trees, and the same scenario. As
<v Speaker 2>soon as it noticed that it was being watched, it
<v Speaker 2>ran off into the woods. So up around here, I mean,
<v Speaker 2>I think you just have to be in the right
<v Speaker 2>place at the right time and doing some research and
<v Speaker 2>trying to figure out patterns, you know, a time of
<v Speaker 2>day locations up around here, you could probably have a
<v Speaker 2>chance of stuff seeing one or running into one pretty
<v Speaker 2>much at any time of the day.
<v Speaker 1>Yeah, absolutely, And sometimes they come out at night and
<v Speaker 1>terrorize campers. Most of the time they're trying to hide
<v Speaker 1>and you'll never see one or they'll get distracted. But
<v Speaker 1>sometimes they just don't care. Like I've heard encounters where
<v Speaker 1>people run into one and it doesn't run off, and
<v Speaker 1>it just continues doing whatever it's doing. And sometimes they
<v Speaker 1>just don't care. And I've seen that with wildlife as well.
<v Speaker 1>Like someone will see like a giant buck off the
<v Speaker 1>side of the road, and it doesn't run, It just
<v Speaker 1>continues doing whatever it's doing, and it seems like they're
<v Speaker 1>on a mission sometimes.
<v Speaker 2>Yeah, and also you got to keep any considering that.
<v Speaker 2>That's a good point, and I full heartily agree with that.
<v Speaker 2>But and also you also got to keep in mind
<v Speaker 2>too that the people that go to the state park,
<v Speaker 2>you know, it's pretty much a non aggressive crowd, pretty
<v Speaker 2>laid back. You know, they pretty much stick to the trails,
<v Speaker 2>they're in it at a certain time, they're out at
<v Speaker 2>a certain time. They don't oppose or they don't present
<v Speaker 2>themselves at any kind of a threat. Obviously there's no
<v Speaker 2>hunting up in this area, so it's it's very possible
<v Speaker 2>that they've seen people for years and years and years
<v Speaker 2>and have become more accustomed to them being around, and
<v Speaker 2>them being and them having more of a laid back attitude, you're, like,
<v Speaker 2>non threatening attitude. So that might be another reason why
<v Speaker 2>they feel that they could come out or stand their
<v Speaker 2>ground more so than being up in the area where
<v Speaker 2>there's a lot of hunting or more aggressive people.
<v Speaker 1>Yeah, absolutely, they've become accustomed to people, and perhaps they're
<v Speaker 1>protected in those areas. Like you said, everyone that goes
<v Speaker 1>there is peaceful and they have to respect the land.
<v Speaker 1>And I feel like these creatures have become they're used
<v Speaker 1>to people, and they kind of know their routines, where
<v Speaker 1>they come from, where they park at, and the trails
<v Speaker 1>people use. And yeah, that's pretty cool. I mean the
<v Speaker 1>fact that you laid eyes on one of these creatures,
<v Speaker 1>and prior to that, you were getting into it whenever
<v Speaker 1>you lived in New York. And that's how it was
<v Speaker 1>with me. I started watching like Finding Bigfoot, listening to
<v Speaker 1>Sasquatch chronicles, and I believed, but I was doubtful as well, like, eh,
<v Speaker 1>I don't know if these things actually exist, but those
<v Speaker 1>people really did sound sincere, and I never thought that
<v Speaker 1>I would lay eyes on these creatures, especially the area
<v Speaker 1>that I've lived at my entire life. And it was
<v Speaker 1>just like, man, all those people that I listened to,
<v Speaker 1>they were telling the truth. I can't believe it. These
<v Speaker 1>things actually do exist. And it was good that I
<v Speaker 1>listened to Sasquatch chronicles because whenever I laid eyes on one,
<v Speaker 1>I knew exactly what it was. I feel like if
<v Speaker 1>I didn't know anything about bigfoot and I seen one,
<v Speaker 1>I would have thought that I saw the devil or
<v Speaker 1>like a demon or something. Like a lot of people
<v Speaker 1>they don't know anything about bigfoot, and when they see
<v Speaker 1>one and it really turns their world upside down, and
<v Speaker 1>I mean serious PTSD like sets in and they never
<v Speaker 1>want to go into the woods again. So I feel
<v Speaker 1>like if you give it a chance and you're open
<v Speaker 1>to it and you're aware that these things are out there,
<v Speaker 1>you're much better off when you encounter one.
<v Speaker 2>Yeah, I wholeheartedly agree, and you know, get get the
<v Speaker 2>big Foot one on one basics down. That's that's pretty
<v Speaker 2>much what I did by watching, you know, growing up
<v Speaker 2>watching these TV shows and movies and then getting up
<v Speaker 2>on YouTube and recognizing what a tree knock sounds like,
<v Speaker 2>you know, you opposed to like a gunshot or a woodpecker,
<v Speaker 2>and what you know, what tree structures look like. So
<v Speaker 2>definitely I definitely had the big Foot one on one
<v Speaker 2>knowledge down. And yeah, like you said, I mean, I
<v Speaker 2>can really seriously see if if you run into one
<v Speaker 2>of these things and you're not prepared, and you'd probably
<v Speaker 2>it would probably death. Definitely be an emotional shock if
<v Speaker 2>you're not mentally prepared.
<v Speaker 1>Oh yeah, I mean even if you already know about
<v Speaker 1>them and you encounter one, it's still hard to wrap
<v Speaker 1>your mind around it, and it infest your thoughts and
<v Speaker 1>it's pretty much all you think about. But yeah, if
<v Speaker 1>you didn't know about it, like, they would definitely traumatize you.
<v Speaker 1>You mentioned gold mines in the area. I've noticed that
<v Speaker 1>in a certain research area here in Missouri there were
<v Speaker 1>gold mines and there's a lot of reports from that area.
<v Speaker 1>Do you feel like there's a connection with the mines
<v Speaker 1>and the Sasquatch activity.
<v Speaker 2>I mean, there could be the it's the mines that
<v Speaker 2>it's about a ten mile distance between were where I've
<v Speaker 2>seen it and where the mines are. I mean, there's
<v Speaker 2>a good possibility that, like you said, when I talked
<v Speaker 2>to the guy a couple of years ago, he said
<v Speaker 2>that they blew up the shafts, but there's still a
<v Speaker 2>tunnel system and there's a you know that that might
<v Speaker 2>make sense that they might be hunkering down inside the
<v Speaker 2>inside the tunnel system, you know, at at the dead
<v Speaker 2>of summer and the debt of winter. I mean, it
<v Speaker 2>makes sense that there you know, there there there were
<v Speaker 2>to be a shelter, a possible shelter there, and opposed
<v Speaker 2>to making the nest and just like hanging out in
<v Speaker 2>the woods.
<v Speaker 3>Yeah.
<v Speaker 1>Absolutely. And the reason I speculate in regards to the
<v Speaker 1>gold mines is the research area that I was going
<v Speaker 1>to in the past. One of the researchers told me
<v Speaker 1>there's a there's veins of gold in that conservation area.
<v Speaker 1>He's like, but don't tell anyone. Of course, I'm not
<v Speaker 1>going to say the name of the area, but I
<v Speaker 1>just thought, okay, cool, you know people have found gold
<v Speaker 1>around here, that's neat Well. Yeah, these sasquatch that were
<v Speaker 1>terrorizing the property owner and he lived right next to
<v Speaker 1>the state park. They left rocks on his porch about
<v Speaker 1>I don't know, I would say, like anywhere from six
<v Speaker 1>to eight different rocks, and there was a giant quartz rock,
<v Speaker 1>and there were like smooth stones kind of like I
<v Speaker 1>don't know, like Indian axes, that's what they look like,
<v Speaker 1>but real smooth stones, and they're all a little different.
<v Speaker 1>And the guy ended up passing away and I went
<v Speaker 1>to his house and couldn't find him, and it turned
<v Speaker 1>out he died of a heart attack. So I was like, oh, man, well,
<v Speaker 1>I'm gonna take these rocks because whoever buys this place
<v Speaker 1>is just going to throw them into the woods. And
<v Speaker 1>it was probably a couple months later I started like
<v Speaker 1>really inspecting those rocks and that big quartz rock I
<v Speaker 1>told you about. I started seeing these veins of gold
<v Speaker 1>in it, and I started closely inspecting it. You could
<v Speaker 1>see like copper veins, and yeah, it turned out there
<v Speaker 1>was a bunch of gold in it. So I got
<v Speaker 1>this I don't know, like twenty pound rock with gold
<v Speaker 1>veins in it. I tried cutting it with the sal
<v Speaker 1>but the saw wouldn't cut into it because there's like
<v Speaker 1>iron mixed into it, and it's just it's solid, but
<v Speaker 1>it definitely has gold. And I just thought that was
<v Speaker 1>really interesting, like these creatures gifted him gold. And I
<v Speaker 1>remember my buddy telling me that there's veins of gold
<v Speaker 1>in that area, and I don't know, I feel like
<v Speaker 1>there's some type of connection. And I thought about, like, man,
<v Speaker 1>I don't know what it's called, like the the Samarans
<v Speaker 1>or the Ananaki, like they came here to mine gold.
<v Speaker 1>It made me think of that.
<v Speaker 2>That's uh, yeah, that's really interesting. I'll have to I'll
<v Speaker 2>have to get up with this guy again that's that
<v Speaker 2>runs the gold mine area and pick his brain a
<v Speaker 2>little bit more. He he definitely invited me over to
<v Speaker 2>do some researching and then check out his property. I
<v Speaker 2>think he's got like forty acres, so I'm gonna take
<v Speaker 2>it up. I'm going to take him up on it

<v Speaker 2>ticks and everything start popping out in the next few months.
<v Speaker 1>Yeah, I feel I could be worth looking through the
<v Speaker 1>tree knocks that you heard. Why do you think they
<v Speaker 1>were tree knocking? Do you think it was directed towards
<v Speaker 1>you guys? Or they were communicating with one another? What
<v Speaker 1>are your thoughts in regards to the tree knocks.
<v Speaker 2>From what I can understand or from just my opinion,
<v Speaker 2>from what I can get with the tree knock just
<v Speaker 2>listening to them in person and also getting them on
<v Speaker 2>audio recorder, I think first and foremost it might be
<v Speaker 2>it's probably a locator. Just say, if me and you
<v Speaker 2>were out there at nighttime when we were hunting or
<v Speaker 2>trying to be stealthy, instead of saying, hey, Miguel, where
<v Speaker 2>are you at, you know they'll lay down a knock
<v Speaker 2>and it's either to give out their location, or you're
<v Speaker 2>you're gonna hear a response a few seconds later out
<v Speaker 2>in the distance. And you know, I was, I was
<v Speaker 2>going to this one area first thing in the morning,
<v Speaker 2>and it's it's a little parking lot. Behind the parking
<v Speaker 2>lot that's there's just heavy trees, heavy woods, and it's
<v Speaker 2>about a ten minute walk down to the creek. And
<v Speaker 2>I've been going there in the morning a few years
<v Speaker 2>ago in the summertime, and just to go down and
<v Speaker 2>check out the creeks, see if there's anything any footprints
<v Speaker 2>or anything that's you know, strange, just just to see.
<v Speaker 2>And on a number of occasions, like I'll be the
<v Speaker 2>only one there to get out in my car and
<v Speaker 2>you'll you'll hear just a crisp tree knock back in
<v Speaker 2>the woods behind the parking lot. And I had thought,
<v Speaker 2>since I was going there so often, that maybe they
<v Speaker 2>recognized me and they were just like laying down a knock.
<v Speaker 2>But then I was thinking, you know, it really doesn't
<v Speaker 2>make too much sense, you know, why would they do
<v Speaker 2>that and give out their location. So after talking to somebody,
<v Speaker 2>another bigfoot researcher that's gotten way more knowledge than me,
<v Speaker 2>they were basically saying, you go in there and they're
<v Speaker 2>laying down a knock and they're letting another one know
<v Speaker 2>that that a human is up in the area. Well,
<v Speaker 2>that's that's pretty much I've heard, you know, I heard
<v Speaker 2>up on audio recorders. You know, onesumble walking through the area.
<v Speaker 2>They'll they'll lay down a knock on their travels. But
<v Speaker 2>I think it's just too give out their location to
<v Speaker 2>another one. Or in that situation in the morning, when
<v Speaker 2>I was hearing a knox back up in the woods,
<v Speaker 2>just as an alert to let another one know that
<v Speaker 2>there's a human up in the area.
<v Speaker 1>Yeah, absolutely, it's communication without a doubt, And I almost
<v Speaker 1>feel like they could be using echo location. I think
<v Speaker 1>that's what it's called, kind of like bats. And the
<v Speaker 1>reason I say that is at a research area international Forest,
<v Speaker 1>we heard solid wood knocks the night before and the
<v Speaker 1>sasquatch came up to the edge of the property and
<v Speaker 1>they were like breaking trees and limbs. But that next
<v Speaker 1>morning they were vocalizing. You could hear them deep in
<v Speaker 1>the valleys, communicating with one like with each other. And
<v Speaker 1>I was recording the video of us listening to it,
<v Speaker 1>and you could hear these solid wood knocks on audio.
<v Speaker 1>But we didn't hear it at the time, and I
<v Speaker 1>mean they were solid wood on wood, and it's just like, wow,
<v Speaker 1>that's weird. It's it was almost like someone like breaking
<v Speaker 1>the pool, like the pool table, like that's what it
<v Speaker 1>sounded like. Wood on wood. But I don't know. I
<v Speaker 1>feel like they're doing calls and wood knocks that we
<v Speaker 1>possibly can't hear. And I thought that yesterday I was
<v Speaker 1>walking around and there was a bat flying around because
<v Speaker 1>it's almost in the seventies here right now in the wintertime,
<v Speaker 1>and this bat was flying around, and I was thinking, Man,
<v Speaker 1>this thing is like making all kinds of noise and
<v Speaker 1>I can't even hear it, Like he can hear things
<v Speaker 1>that I can't hear. I wonder if the Sasquatch do
<v Speaker 1>the same thing. And I've heard people say that that
<v Speaker 1>they'll do wood knocks with their mouth and like mouth pops,
<v Speaker 1>and I believe they do. But I also think they
<v Speaker 1>do wood on wood. They slap trees with their hand
<v Speaker 1>and possibly like hit their chest.
<v Speaker 2>Yeah, hit their chest, and maybe even do like a clap,
<v Speaker 2>you know, the wood knocks I've heard and caught an
<v Speaker 2>audio recorder. You can tell it's wood on wood even
<v Speaker 2>to a point if you get like a you know,
<v Speaker 2>a stick or a club and you hit a tree
<v Speaker 2>so hard, like the top part of of of that
<v Speaker 2>club will fly off and then hit the ground. I've
<v Speaker 2>heard that on audio recorder too. But there's there's also
<v Speaker 2>a lot of times that I've heard you if you
<v Speaker 2>want to categorize them as knocks, they pretty much have
<v Speaker 2>like like the same tone to them, and I'm leaning
<v Speaker 2>more toward it's it's either you're hitting you're hitting the
<v Speaker 2>same tree with the same club to get the same tone,
<v Speaker 2>or it could be some kind of a mouth pop,
<v Speaker 2>which when when I hear these ones on that I
<v Speaker 2>caught on audio recorder that had the same tone, same
<v Speaker 2>different areas, different times of the night, different times of
<v Speaker 2>the year, I'm leaning more toward, uh, more toward like
<v Speaker 2>a mouth pop. But I mean I've also heard ones
<v Speaker 2>I've got them on one up on a good one
<v Speaker 2>on audio reporder, and I also heard it in person

<v Speaker 2>Yeah, exactly. I mean it's just like you said, it's
<v Speaker 2>like fishing. You know, you're you're in a pond. You
<v Speaker 2>got tons of fish, but you just got to catch it. Yeah,
<v Speaker 2>I mean, I agree totally. You know, ninety percent of
<v Speaker 2>the time I'm out there either hiking or exploring, you know,
<v Speaker 2>nothing happens to me. It's like quiet, you don't find
<v Speaker 2>any footprints. I mean, but just that you know that
<v Speaker 2>ten percent of the time that something happens, or you
<v Speaker 2>leave a reporter out and you're listening for hours and
<v Speaker 2>hours because I usually listen to I don't run through
<v Speaker 2>a computer or spectagram. I usually listen to everything. If
<v Speaker 2>I if I leave a reporter out overnight or for
<v Speaker 2>a few days, I'd like to listen to everything, just
<v Speaker 2>h I don't want to miss anything and it all
<v Speaker 2>so it gives me a feeling of the area, just
<v Speaker 2>a feeling of what nights should sound like. So if
<v Speaker 2>anything does pop up out of out of the blue,
<v Speaker 2>you know it might be something. But yeah, I agree
<v Speaker 2>with you. I mean, it's just it's like fishing. But
<v Speaker 2>once you get something or once you find a footprint
<v Speaker 2>you find like a new tree breakers, It's it's all
<v Speaker 2>worth it. Yeah.
<v Speaker 1>Absolutely. You slowly compile evidence and at the time you're
<v Speaker 1>just like, huh, that's weird. It could be anything. But
<v Speaker 1>then when you add everything up, you're like, Okay, there's
<v Speaker 1>something going on here.
<v Speaker 2>Yeah, and just try to establish patterns and connect the dots.
<v Speaker 2>And that's that's the main reason why I do the
<v Speaker 2>audio up in this Like just I'll just just for
<v Speaker 2>an example, like last year, there's an area for like
<v Speaker 2>from twenty twenty to twenty twenty two, this one area
<v Speaker 2>by the creek was real active. I mean, I'm pretty
<v Speaker 2>sure that there was a juvenile that was coming up
<v Speaker 2>and going through this area and kind of hanging out.
<v Speaker 2>The reason I say that is just listening to tree knocks.
<v Speaker 2>Compared to like twenty twenty, it almost sounds like if
<v Speaker 2>you raise your hand, if you have a stick in
<v Speaker 2>your hand and you just raise your hand and it
<v Speaker 2>just let it fall, just real casually. Compared to twenty
<v Speaker 2>twenty two, got a lot stronger tree knocks. I found
<v Speaker 2>like eight inch foot prints there a fun of nine
<v Speaker 2>inch foot prints slash last year there, but that whole
<v Speaker 2>area was pretty active. For like a couple of years,
<v Speaker 2>and then I noticed last year things have kind of
<v Speaker 2>slacked off. So I went out maybe about a mile
<v Speaker 2>and a half in opposite directions to try to see
<v Speaker 2>what's what's going on there, and found another good spot
<v Speaker 2>about a mile and a half. This one is more
<v Speaker 2>up toward the top of a bluff and just woods
<v Speaker 2>on both sides, and I've gotten some good stuff there.
<v Speaker 2>So just it's all, you know, connecting to dots and
<v Speaker 2>trying to establish patterns, you know, knowing what time of
<v Speaker 2>year it's it's more active, what time of year it's
<v Speaker 2>it's it's really less active, and just just trying to
<v Speaker 2>be at the right place at the right time.
<v Speaker 1>Yeah. Absolutely, you have to look at it from a
<v Speaker 1>physical point of view, and you know, if you look
<v Speaker 1>at it from a spiritual point of view, which I
<v Speaker 1>mean it could be, but if you think, oh, these
<v Speaker 1>things are interdimensional, you'll never be able to see them.
<v Speaker 1>If you have a camera, they won't present themselves. But
<v Speaker 1>you don't know if you don't try. You have to
<v Speaker 1>be out there, boots on the ground. You have to
<v Speaker 1>look for physical evidence, and I believe you can find
<v Speaker 1>some type of pattern. I feel like whenever they're active.
<v Speaker 1>And this is my personal theory from the Sasquat showing
<v Speaker 1>up here on the property. I feel like whenever they
<v Speaker 1>have juveniles, they become active. And it's the same way
<v Speaker 1>with like people whenever they have a newborn, like life
<v Speaker 1>becomes chaotic and all of a sudden, you're running around
<v Speaker 1>everywhere and you're trying to figure things out. And I
<v Speaker 1>feel like it's a same way with the Sasquatch. When
<v Speaker 1>they have these juveniles in an area, they start moving
<v Speaker 1>around more, they become daytime, they become active in the daytime,
<v Speaker 1>and they do things that they usually won't wouldn't do.
<v Speaker 1>And that's what I feel like because I encountered that
<v Speaker 1>juvenile here and it's like that's why they're so active,
<v Speaker 1>Like they got a they got a little one, and
<v Speaker 1>I don't know. That was just my conclusion. And also, yeah,
<v Speaker 1>also deep in the forest, whenever they were active here
<v Speaker 1>for about a year year and a half, somebody was
<v Speaker 1>chainsawing out there every single day, and I guess they
<v Speaker 1>were making like new fields or clearing clearing off deep woods,
<v Speaker 1>but I feel like they were pushed onto my land.
<v Speaker 1>And that's that's another theory too. In the beginning, you
<v Speaker 1>described this guy that's seen a white sasquatch and the
<v Speaker 1>Bigfoot didn't hear him because of the logging that was
<v Speaker 1>going on. Could you tell me more about that. Do
<v Speaker 1>you think it was the same sasquatch that you encountered
<v Speaker 1>or was this in a different area?
<v Speaker 2>No, I don't think it was the same one. This
<v Speaker 2>is probably about forty miles to my west. And yeah, well,
<v Speaker 2>he didn't even know that there was any activity, you know,
<v Speaker 2>up on his family land, and he just happened to
<v Speaker 2>be in the right place at the right time when
<v Speaker 2>he's seen it walking through the woods. And I talked
<v Speaker 2>to him the other day. He said it happened the
<v Speaker 2>summer of twenty seventeen, I'm sorry, about eight years ago,
<v Speaker 2>and he was two hundred feet from it. It was white.
<v Speaker 2>He said it was about seven feet tall. And I'm
<v Speaker 2>pretty sure that when they were clearing that easeman out
<v Speaker 2>to separate the two properties, it was either good, you know,
<v Speaker 2>tearing down trees in its little area, or it could
<v Speaker 2>have been just making the people just could have been
<v Speaker 2>making so much noise that I just had to get
<v Speaker 2>out of there. But no, I don't think it's the
<v Speaker 2>same one. The distance wise, you know, forty miles, but
<v Speaker 2>it being he said, it was totally white, So I
<v Speaker 2>think it may have been another family, I guess. But
<v Speaker 2>there's a lot of what you said about like clear cutting.
<v Speaker 2>There's a lot of clear cutting that happens up here too.
<v Speaker 2>I mean there's just man miles acres and acres of
<v Speaker 2>dense forest and then you'll go by there, you know,
<v Speaker 2>a few months later and it's all clear cutted down.
<v Speaker 2>So you got to think, I mean, if they're camping
<v Speaker 2>out in that area, I mean, it's it's definitely gonna
<v Speaker 2>drive them to a different area. And being a state
<v Speaker 2>park area, you know, that's pretty much like a safe
<v Speaker 2>zone for you know, hunting and for you know, clear cutting,
<v Speaker 2>So that there might be another reason why they're so
<v Speaker 2>active up in this area that I'm at.
<v Speaker 1>Yeah, I would agree with that. And the howls and
<v Speaker 1>the yells that you heard, what do they sound like?
<v Speaker 2>The let's see the deep yell that I heard that.
<v Speaker 2>This was pretty much the second time that I went
<v Speaker 2>out hiking by myself I had. I was on this
<v Speaker 2>one trailer. I think it was about a mile and
<v Speaker 2>a half, maybe two miles, but it ran across, it
<v Speaker 2>ran along the creek and then it did like a
<v Speaker 2>U turn and it came back up through a real
<v Speaker 2>heavily wooded area. And it was it was in October
<v Speaker 2>of twenty nineteen. It was in a late afternoon. I
<v Speaker 2>think I was out there. I started about two thirty
<v Speaker 2>and I got back almost closer to five, but coming
<v Speaker 2>back just about going through the woods. You know, I
<v Speaker 2>never felt this really as strong as I did, But
<v Speaker 2>it was like my sixth sense I kind of kicked
<v Speaker 2>in and you kind of knew that there was It
<v Speaker 2>was like anxiety. You kind of knew that there was
<v Speaker 2>something out there, but you can't put your finger on it.
<v Speaker 2>But it was it was like so strong, and it
<v Speaker 2>was getting laid in the day, so I pretty much
<v Speaker 2>had to push through it and keep on going on
<v Speaker 2>the trail. And I had a little club with me.
<v Speaker 2>I was doing just doing tree knocks, just sporadically, And
<v Speaker 2>when I started going through the wooded area, the path
<v Speaker 2>that goes through the wooded area, I laid down one
<v Speaker 2>more tree knock and then started hiking back toward where
<v Speaker 2>through the field and then there's the parking lot where
<v Speaker 2>I was parked. But I was I was probably about
<v Speaker 2>fifty feet from reaching the field and back where I
<v Speaker 2>was not it was it was not directly behind me,
<v Speaker 2>but it was back in the woods behind me.
<v Speaker 6>There was a real deep gutt roll, just a yell,
<v Speaker 6>and it just sounded off man, and it just like
<v Speaker 6>shook the whole woods back there.
<v Speaker 2>I mean there there was absolutely too powerful for a
<v Speaker 2>person to do that, and it did not sound like
<v Speaker 2>a bear, and kind of like on a side note,
<v Speaker 2>there was a straight dog that was back in the
<v Speaker 2>woods somewhere. So so there was a dog that was barking,
<v Speaker 2>And the closer I got to the open field where
<v Speaker 2>I was home free, the more the dog was barking.
<v Speaker 2>So I don't know if it yelled at the dog
<v Speaker 2>or if it yelled at me to get the hell
<v Speaker 2>out of there. That was a deep guttural yell I
<v Speaker 2>heard back in the woods. Another time. It was December,
<v Speaker 2>actually it was December of twenty nineteen. I had stopped
<v Speaker 2>and this little parking lot. There's a service road that
<v Speaker 2>runs along the creek and it's about it maybe a
<v Speaker 2>ten minute walk. You can access some of the back trails.
<v Speaker 2>So I just basically just it was twelve thirty in
<v Speaker 2>the afternoon, and I pretty much just stopped there and
<v Speaker 2>was just going to walk down to there. There's a
<v Speaker 2>bridge about ten minutes away and then to walk back
<v Speaker 2>and I pretty much sky at about fifty yards from
<v Speaker 2>my car, and I had stopped, uh and stepped off
<v Speaker 2>the one one put uh stepped one foot off of
<v Speaker 2>the service road, and I'm facing the woods and it's
<v Speaker 2>pretty much like uh, it was December, so everything was
<v Speaker 2>all dead, just dead brushes, uh, sporadic trees, and then
<v Speaker 2>there's probably about thirty yards you hit a tree line.
<v Speaker 2>You get some pine trees, so there's a tree line,
<v Speaker 2>and then it's a good uh goes into the woods
<v Speaker 2>deeper there. But I stopped there, facing the woods. I'm
<v Speaker 2>flowing off my phone, and here comes a super loud
<v Speaker 2>howl coming back where the pine tree line is. And
<v Speaker 2>I can describe it as if if you watch Finding Bigfoot,
<v Speaker 2>Matt Moneymaker, let's out, let's out his howl. It was
<v Speaker 2>probably about like the first three or four seconds of that.
<v Speaker 2>I mean, super super loud, and you can actually hear
<v Speaker 2>something walking back there, like stepping because of the leaf litter.
<v Speaker 2>And then so that that that was a short distance
<v Speaker 2>howl that was a pretty short distance yell I heard.
<v Speaker 2>I've also heard just long, higher pitch howls in the daytime,
<v Speaker 2>but more off toward the distance. Uh that and I
<v Speaker 2>got some woops on audio recorder last year. I got
<v Speaker 2>some pretty good woops for for the first time. So
<v Speaker 2>it's it's it's kind of kind of pretty good mixture.
<v Speaker 1>Yeah, that's amazing. And I feel like these creatures like
<v Speaker 1>to hang out in the pine trees, and I think
<v Speaker 1>that's why the Carolinas and Georgia is so hot with activity.
<v Speaker 1>Did you notice more activity in the pines. I mean,
<v Speaker 1>obviously these things can be anywhere, but do you feel
<v Speaker 1>like they like to hang out more in the pine trees.
<v Speaker 2>I think I think it's it's it's kind of like
<v Speaker 2>a general uh not, not really, I think it's up there.
<v Speaker 2>It's it's it's a real good mixture of pine trees.
<v Speaker 2>There's hardwoods, there's valleys and bluffs, and like I said,
<v Speaker 2>there's a creek that runs through the area there. I
<v Speaker 2>don't think that they're essential that they up in this
<v Speaker 2>one like like the pine tree area. I think it's
<v Speaker 2>pretty much the whole general area that that they're in.
<v Speaker 1>Yeah, they like diversity, yeah, exactly.
<v Speaker 2>Yeap.
<v Speaker 1>So what do you plan on doing in the future
<v Speaker 1>with your research and the activity that you've experienced, Like,
<v Speaker 1>what are your goals in the future.
<v Speaker 2>Well, you know, my first goal, in my primary goal
<v Speaker 2>when I first started this was it was pretty much
<v Speaker 2>a personal goal. I just wanted to know, just for myself,
<v Speaker 2>do they exist or don't they exist? And you know,
<v Speaker 2>the one that I seen it pretty much answered answered
<v Speaker 2>my question. And then after after seeing what this thing
<v Speaker 2>looked like, it took me like about six months, I
<v Speaker 2>kind of like took a step back and it took
<v Speaker 2>me like a good six months to reevaluate my my
<v Speaker 2>my goals because it I mean, I'm not going to
<v Speaker 2>lie to you, I mean I was. I was really
<v Speaker 2>cautious on going back into the deep woods and going
<v Speaker 2>off exploring by myself for about six months just the
<v Speaker 2>way this thing looked and you know, just the possibilities
<v Speaker 2>if this thing was pissed off and I ran up
<v Speaker 2>on it, you know what it could do. But after
<v Speaker 2>that I kind of evaluated, I, I really, I really
<v Speaker 2>need to see one of these things up close closer.
<v Speaker 2>I want to see what it looks like closer, and
<v Speaker 2>you know, just like everybody else. You know, I like
<v Speaker 2>to try to get some pictures. I got some good
<v Speaker 2>thermal equipment, so, uh, you know, a good thermal picture
<v Speaker 2>would be awesome. But uh yeah, that's that's you know,
<v Speaker 2>just experience what I can experience and encounter what I
<v Speaker 2>can counter in this area.
<v Speaker 1>Yeah, that'd be awesome. I hope that you get like
<v Speaker 1>the best video that there is today. And I think
<v Speaker 1>it's very possible with the activity that's going on around there.
<v Speaker 1>And I don't think it necessarily has to be at
<v Speaker 1>me Doc Mountain, but that's just where people have light
<v Speaker 1>eyes on them, and this can happen anywhere exactly. Are

<v Speaker 2>serious about this. Yeah, I'm looking for new research areas.
<v Speaker 2>I got a couple of good leads up around here,
<v Speaker 2>a couple of leads out of state, and I would
<v Speaker 2>love to meet up and work with some other Bigfoot
<v Speaker 2>researchers that are serious about the subject. I've been going
<v Speaker 2>to a couple of different Bigfoot conferences and festivals over
<v Speaker 2>the last year, just just to get out there and
<v Speaker 2>meet different people, hear what they got to say, and
<v Speaker 2>just kind of like do some networking and to develop
<v Speaker 2>some friendships. But yeah, I'm definitely open to going out
<v Speaker 2>and exploring some different areas.

<v Speaker 1>at nighttime and then you look through the thermal and
<v Speaker 1>there's nothing there, so it's kind of strange. And I
<v Speaker 1>mean I've also had activity in the snow pretty close
<v Speaker 1>to me and I go out there look and there's
<v Speaker 1>no tracks and it's like I heard a solid wooden knock,
<v Speaker 1>like wood on wood and I didn't find any tracks,

<v Speaker 2>Yeah, you know, I have not really experienced too much
<v Speaker 2>of the of the WU side, you know, the supernatural side.

<v Speaker 1>seemed like they vanished into thin air or they can
<v Speaker 1>just move super fast, and I don't know, the best
<v Speaker 1>way I described it is like whenever you see a
<v Speaker 1>fish in the water and it spooks and it's just gone,
<v Speaker 1>like poof gone. That's kind of how it was. So
<v Speaker 1>that was my conclusion. They're physical creatures, but they're also spiritual.
<v Speaker 1>And later on, whenever I started doing more research, I
<v Speaker 1>came across a video and they were talking about the
<v Speaker 1>Native Americans and that's what they said, that they were
<v Speaker 1>physical creatures but also spiritual, and I was like, yes, exactly.
<v Speaker 1>And also like in the Bible they talk about the
<v Speaker 1>giants and that they had supernatural abilities, and I'm like, man,
<v Speaker 1>what does that mean? Like how can you be a physical,
<v Speaker 1>living creature with flesh and bones and yet be spiritual?
<v Speaker 1>And I don't know's it's hard to wrap your mind
<v Speaker 1>around that. But I don't know. Maybe the other dimensions
<v Speaker 1>are more real than our world, and maybe we're living
<v Speaker 1>in the matrix and on their side it's reality. I
<v Speaker 1>don't know. I mean, we can speculate all day long,
<v Speaker 1>but in the end, we're looking for physical evidence as researchers.

<v Speaker 2>those stories before or also and yeah, I mean I
<v Speaker 2>think the like I said, i've experienced anything supernatural. But
<v Speaker 2>I think the bottom line is that if you're a
<v Speaker 2>researcher or interested in the subject. You just need to
<v Speaker 2>get out there, be in the field, experience what's out
<v Speaker 2>there to be experienced. And I mean you might come
<v Speaker 2>across some supernatural stuff. I think it's just got to

<v Speaker 2>I mean, I'm open to it. I mean, I've talked
<v Speaker 2>to some people that have seen I've seen an order,
<v Speaker 2>but I think it was maybe more of a spirit

<v Speaker 2>I have seen either a bright white color or a
<v Speaker 2>bright blue color orb out in the woods so that
<v Speaker 2>it could play along with that.
<v Speaker 1>Yeah, I went to Brown Mountain and saw the Brown
<v Speaker 1>Mountain lights in North Carolina. That was pretty cool. And
<v Speaker 1>I mean science has an explanation for it or what
<v Speaker 1>they think it is. But if you go there, you'll
<v Speaker 1>definitely see some orbs. And there's been activity down in
<v Speaker 1>that gorge. I'm not sure what river's down there, but
<v Speaker 1>if you go to Wiseman's Peak, you'll definitely see some orbs,
<v Speaker 1>especially around September time. Gotcha, Yeah, you'll have to check
<v Speaker 1>it out. One thing I want to ask about, was
<v Speaker 1>you you mentioned this creature glided across the road. Was
<v Speaker 1>it kind of like Michael Jackson doing like the moon walk,
<v Speaker 1>or like, can you describe that a little bit. I'm

<v Speaker 2>Yeah, I mean it pretty much it went from from
<v Speaker 2>my right to my left, and when you went across
<v Speaker 2>the road, there was basically no motion, no bobbing or

<v Speaker 1>I've heard that, you know, the way it walked, it
<v Speaker 1>looked like it was gliding. And I think there was
<v Speaker 1>a lady, I don't know if she was from Europe
<v Speaker 1>and she happened to be like in Washington. She was
<v Speaker 1>on Sasquatch chronicles and she talks about that same movement
<v Speaker 1>from the Sasquatch that she encountered. And yeah, it blows
<v Speaker 1>my mind that people that live in these areas never
<v Speaker 1>have an encounter, and someone that goes out in the
<v Speaker 1>woods for the first time sees a sasquatch. And that's
<v Speaker 1>that's how it works, man. I tell people that all
<v Speaker 1>the time, Like some little kid that goes hunting for
<v Speaker 1>the first time kills like a two hundred inch dear,
<v Speaker 1>and then someone who's out there all the time never
<v Speaker 1>sees anything.
<v Speaker 2>Yeah, I mean, I mean even though even talking to
<v Speaker 2>Philip and listening to Philip on your show, I know
<v Speaker 2>the terrain where he's seen it, and it's it's very rocky,
<v Speaker 2>there's a lot of courts, there's and even even the
<v Speaker 2>time of year that he's seen it Memorial Day, like
<v Speaker 2>the brush and the briars and everything has grown in.
<v Speaker 2>And the way that he described it running across the
<v Speaker 2>valley and then up and over the hill, I mean
<v Speaker 2>he said it was very very smooth motion.
<v Speaker 1>Also, yeah, and do you and Philip ever go out
<v Speaker 1>looking for these things?
<v Speaker 2>I ran into him maybe once or twice out there.
<v Speaker 2>He's he's more of a power hiker. I think he's
<v Speaker 2>kind of training to do the Appalachian Trail and he's
<v Speaker 2>more or he's more of the hiker and if something happens,
<v Speaker 2>you know, kind of like document it. But he's not
<v Speaker 2>really gotten into too much looking for the bigfoots.
<v Speaker 1>Yeah, that makes sense. He just ran into one and
<v Speaker 1>felt the need to share it with the people, which
<v Speaker 1>is which is amazing. I would like to know more
<v Speaker 1>about what this creature looked like as far as the
<v Speaker 1>fur you mentioned, it was like this white color or
<v Speaker 1>it had like a tan color. Can you describe that more?
<v Speaker 2>Yeah, the Yeah, the hair, I'm assuming it was hair,
<v Speaker 2>like I said, the arm the left the left arm
<v Speaker 2>was and and the head was. It was a very
<v Speaker 2>dark color. It could have been either could have been
<v Speaker 2>either a black or very dark brown. And then I
<v Speaker 2>seen the color of its body when it had stepped
<v Speaker 2>up and turned away from me and went into the woods.
<v Speaker 2>Now I'm still at the bottom of the hill and
<v Speaker 2>it was still at the the halfway point, so we
<v Speaker 2>still had two hundred yards between us. But I'm looking
<v Speaker 2>right up at it, and it was it was like
<v Speaker 2>a light like a light brown light tan. Uh, lighter
<v Speaker 2>than the deer. You see a deer that the tan
<v Speaker 2>color on his back. It was lighter than that, and I,
<v Speaker 2>like I said, I was too far back to see
<v Speaker 2>hair length or if it was like really bushy or
<v Speaker 2>anything like that. Just the yeah, I mean just the
<v Speaker 2>the diarm in the head was it was a dark color,
<v Speaker 2>and the hair on his body was was that lighter?
<v Speaker 5>Tan?
<v Speaker 1>Okay, I appreciate you for sharing that with me. Another
<v Speaker 1>area that I get a lot of reports from is
<v Speaker 1>King's Mountain in North Carolina. Have you ever been there?
<v Speaker 2>Uh? No, No, King's mount I know where it's at.
<v Speaker 2>It's it's I think it's down central southern part of
<v Speaker 2>the state. I've never uh, other than just like passing
<v Speaker 2>through the area going down to South Carolina. I've never
<v Speaker 2>done any any kind of research or anything down around
<v Speaker 2>King's Mountain.
<v Speaker 1>Yeah, I think it'd be worth checking out.
<v Speaker 2>Yeah.
<v Speaker 1>Do you have any more encounters that you'd like to
<v Speaker 1>share that you've heard from the people, any other information,
<v Speaker 1>anything else that you've experienced that you can think of.
<v Speaker 2>The only other thing I can go offhand is the
<v Speaker 2>aha moment that really kind of convinced me that there
<v Speaker 2>was something going on there was the first time that
<v Speaker 2>I had laid an audio recorder out overnight. I used
<v Speaker 2>these little Sony's. I'm not too sure of the model number,
<v Speaker 2>but I just really pretty much wanted to test the
<v Speaker 2>parameters of it, to see how the battery life would be,
<v Speaker 2>and to see how the memory would be and how
<v Speaker 2>it would hold up to be outside at nighttime. So
<v Speaker 2>I had left it down in a remote part of
<v Speaker 2>the creek and I believe this was March of twenty
<v Speaker 2>twenty overnight one night and or everything was fine during
<v Speaker 2>the night. It was just like normal noises. I mean,
<v Speaker 2>the bullfrogs weren't out. It's too early in a year,
<v Speaker 2>so just just normal nighttime. You might hear a deer
<v Speaker 2>or dog walking through the area and you can tell
<v Speaker 2>because it's got like little peg legs walking through the
<v Speaker 2>leaf litter. But then about two thirty at night, you
<v Speaker 2>hear something off in the distance walking. It's as well.
<v Speaker 2>It's walking at at a at a quick pace. It
<v Speaker 2>wasn't a run. But it walks by the area that
<v Speaker 2>I had my recorder and you and you're listening to it,
<v Speaker 2>and you can is that two legs or is that
<v Speaker 2>four legs? But at the time there was a big
<v Speaker 2>down tree. It walks past the area that I had
<v Speaker 2>to recorder. Does a step over steps over the tree,
<v Speaker 2>and then as you're like, well that that's a two
<v Speaker 2>legged step over, and it goes a little further down
<v Speaker 2>and it settled down in a position down where down
<v Speaker 2>by the creek. And the whole time it's it took
<v Speaker 2>like fifty seconds. You can hear from when you first
<v Speaker 2>hear it walking to when it stops, it's like fifty seconds.
<v Speaker 2>So it's like, you know, it had it had a
<v Speaker 2>good way to it. So this is two thirty in
<v Speaker 2>the morning. It hangs out there for a couple hours,
<v Speaker 2>and I believe it was like four o'clock in the morning,
<v Speaker 2>it lays down a tree knock, and from what it
<v Speaker 2>sounded like, it sounded like it had a club. It
<v Speaker 2>wasn't like a real big power knock. It sounded like
<v Speaker 2>it had maybe a club and just like whacking a tree.
<v Speaker 2>And like like I said before, that's that's how I'm
<v Speaker 2>pretty assuming that the single tree knocks are just like locators.
<v Speaker 2>And then about four forty five in the morning, it
<v Speaker 2>does another tree knock. It just crystal clear, as clean
<v Speaker 2>as day, and then you can hear it kind of
<v Speaker 2>like shuffling off and going on its way. But that's
<v Speaker 2>that was pretty much a turning point for me, just
<v Speaker 2>listening to that and putting together footsteps, the step over,
<v Speaker 2>and then the two tree knocks. That's that's the point
<v Speaker 2>where I pretty much got hooked. But other than that,
<v Speaker 2>just just casual you know, knock your you're out there
<v Speaker 2>in the woods, that you might hear a tree knock
<v Speaker 2>close by, tree knock out out in the distance, and yeah,
<v Speaker 2>it's it's it's it's it's unbelievable.
<v Speaker 1>It really is. Whenever you hear these things on audio,
<v Speaker 1>it'll really change your perspective. It's like, Wow, they're out there.
<v Speaker 1>And I've never used a Sony audio recorder, but I
<v Speaker 1>hear that they're like voice activated. Like let's say, if
<v Speaker 1>one just screams out in the woods, it'll turn on automatically.
<v Speaker 1>I'm not sure if you have the same one. I
<v Speaker 1>use the Olympus seven twenty DM audio recorders and those
<v Speaker 1>are recommended by the bf ro O and it has
<v Speaker 1>like a timer on there, so you can set it
<v Speaker 1>to like turn on at like let's say, five PM,
<v Speaker 1>and then turn off at four am, and it'll automatically
<v Speaker 1>turn on whenever it's out there in the woods, which
<v Speaker 1>is pretty cool.
<v Speaker 2>Yeah, I'm gonna look into to that model, the one
<v Speaker 2>I use here. It does have the option of voice activated,
<v Speaker 2>but it's you know, you might miss something, so I
<v Speaker 2>leave it running all the time, you know, just set
<v Speaker 2>it up, turn it on, leave it recording. And even
<v Speaker 2>with an SD card and a good set of batteries,
<v Speaker 2>you know, it could record for two or three days.
<v Speaker 2>But downside of that, it doesn't have a timer, so
<v Speaker 2>you're your daytime recording. You know. It's it's pretty much
<v Speaker 2>wasted if there's something going on. So yeah, I'm going
<v Speaker 2>to look into that model number and definitely gonna try
<v Speaker 2>to try that one out. Yeah.
<v Speaker 1>Absolutely, And it's it's all trial and error. I mean
<v Speaker 1>I've set them up near waterways and it's like, oh man,
<v Speaker 1>all I hear is the sound of water all night.
<v Speaker 1>Where you'll go out there and set them up and
<v Speaker 1>then the night turns out to be extremely windy. It's
<v Speaker 1>like or in the summertime, the cicadas are out and
<v Speaker 1>it's just like, oh you hears bugs.
<v Speaker 2>Yep.
<v Speaker 1>Yeah, it's a battle. H What do you think these
<v Speaker 1>creatures are and where do you think they came from?
<v Speaker 1>What are your theories about that?
<v Speaker 2>Wow, that's a good question. You know, I really don't know.
<v Speaker 2>I don't think I got enough time. I don't want
<v Speaker 2>to do this for five years, But I really don't know.
<v Speaker 2>I've heard so many theories and so many stories at
<v Speaker 2>both ends of the spectrum. I just pretty much just
<v Speaker 2>keep an open mind in the level head about it all.
<v Speaker 2>Like I said before, you know, it could be a
<v Speaker 2>combination of stuff. It could be physical, it could be
<v Speaker 2>popping out of portals. But what I have experienced myself
<v Speaker 2>is just pretty much physical. So I'm kind of leaning
<v Speaker 2>toward that, allie. I mean, if I'm out there and
<v Speaker 2>I see something of the supernatural realm happened, then I'll
<v Speaker 2>definitely change my ideas about it. But to just to
<v Speaker 2>nail down exactly what they are or anything, I really
<v Speaker 2>can't tell. Yeah.
<v Speaker 1>Same here. I recently seen this video that's been floating
<v Speaker 1>around the internet, and it's of like all these chimps
<v Speaker 1>or primates that got out and I don't know if
<v Speaker 1>they got out from a zoo or what, but they're
<v Speaker 1>running around the forest in North Carolina. It's like, oh man,
<v Speaker 1>that's not gonna help Bigfoot research at all, because when
<v Speaker 1>people see one or get video, they're gonna say, oh,
<v Speaker 1>it's those primates that escape from.
<v Speaker 2>The zoo exactly. Yeah.
<v Speaker 1>Yeah, and what's even worse now is AI. I feel
<v Speaker 1>like that's really gonna mess things up for the bigfoot world.
<v Speaker 2>Yeah, definitely, I mean, I mean videos. I mean, you're
<v Speaker 2>gonna have somebody to come out with videos as either
<v Speaker 2>can be authentics, can be AI, and everything's gonna be
<v Speaker 2>scrutinized now. It's pretty much gonna have to go back
<v Speaker 2>on the credibility of the researcher, the credibility of the
<v Speaker 2>person filming it, because yeah, it's everything. My feeling is
<v Speaker 2>that all these videos now, like since like you mentioned
<v Speaker 2>AI is it's all going to be scrutinized now.
<v Speaker 6>Yeah.
<v Speaker 1>It's a tough world being a Bigfoot researcher. But the
<v Speaker 1>only thing that matters to me is getting out there
<v Speaker 1>in nature and enjoying its beauty and what I experience.
<v Speaker 1>I know that really happened, and I can only share
<v Speaker 1>it with other people, and if they don't believe, that's
<v Speaker 1>on them. But I know other people that are doubtful
<v Speaker 1>may run into these creatures one day. And yeah, it's
<v Speaker 1>pretty amazing hearing that a city person from New York
<v Speaker 1>ended up seeing one of these creatures and now you're
<v Speaker 1>you're in it.
<v Speaker 2>It's like a childhood dream.
<v Speaker 1>Yeah, absolutely, Well, hopefully doing this podcast will get you
<v Speaker 1>more people to speak up and send you evidence and
<v Speaker 1>possibly you can go and investigate these areas and talk
<v Speaker 1>with them and maybe find some more things to throw
