FWF Season 2 PPV1! - FROM THE VAULT

What's up everyone? Hello, and welcome back to the FWF. I am
your impartial moderator for this season, Hall of Fame booker for the thrill Zone
brand, now retired fw employee, full time moderator, the most professional wrest
of Brian Myers. What's up, everybody? And I am the president of
the A show Turmoil. I got my notes on the back of eight by
ten and I'm ready to just mop the floor with smart Mark Sterling today.
Yeah, you're feeling confident, are you? I think I think he is
because he wrote his notes in the back of a Hawkins and Rider WrestleMania thirty
five victory eight by ten, So he needs some good luck. I feel
like he needed that lucky charm there. Well, I'm also here. There's
another name on the contract, and that name is Sterling, and now I
own thrill Zone. Smart Mark Sterling esquire the president, the EVP of thrill
Zone now and I'm very excited for this, slightly nervous, and also I
know that I'm gonna piss off Broski. Oh man, Well, that's a
guy to do when it comes to this. Okay, we're gonna have at
it. It's thirty second thirty minutes on the clock for each Marks asked to
go first, and Brosky has allowed him, so there will be no coin
to us, so he's deferred. Well, to be fair, Broskie said,
Mark, you can go first, and I said I would love saying
so it was a mutual agreement. So hey, guys, if you haven't
listened to all of season one, if this will make no sense, this
is season two. I mean, this is a clean landscape. We had
the draft, you can go back and listen to that. There's been some
shake up if you will, and the rosters, and we've added eligible roster
members by adding the new style bone crunchers. Well, I'm going to tell
you this. I'm my storytelling is going to be so great Brosky that I
don't necessarily think you need to listen to throws oone season one because I'm gonna
catch you up. Whoa and you have you have thirty minutes to do it.
Baby, let's geat just so everyone knows, this is the pay per
view, no TVs this year, just the pay per view, and it's
the you know, representing brands duty to catch you up to speed on everything.
Correct. Yeah, sure, if you want if you want mean,
you gotta have put some context of things. You can't just yeah, well
you could just be terrible, all right, that's true. This is the
debut of Mark Sterling's storytelling here in f WF Are we ready all ready?
Give me a countdown because I'm going to start my own clock, which is
something Broskie never did. I will do it actually too after this we will
do uh drops trades and two secret picks each in this episode. So don't
go anywhere. Yep, yeah, stay tuned, all right, thrill Zone,
Mark Sterling, You're on the clock and three two one, we're rolling
last season on thrill Zone as soon as we're rewritten. As mancho Man redefines
what it means to be a hardcore legend by beating the man with three faces
himself, Mick Foley. He beats him so so hard, in fact,
that his name changes from Love to Dudley. Has led to a long and
gritty rain by one savage champion. Indeed, however, we would learn that
the whole thing sucked as hardcore Holly snags the championship at Major Fest proven to
be short lived, going to be stripped of the championship, leaving the future
of our hardcore division. Unclear is what fans chanted all across the world,
whether holding any interstate championship or going through the ring post, it was clear
that people were always behind this marvel of a man. As he captured the
most important thing in the arena, the hearts of all the things. He
hopes to open a new chapter going forward, perhaps to capture a few prizes
on top of the cheers from the fans. Yoko Zuda has held the interstate
championship, but it was Ahmed Johnson and Like Awesome would wage war at Majorfest
for the workhorse title. Though both Lahemus gave it there all, it would
be an Awesome adversary that emerged from the Smoke victorious. Many great teams help
the tag team championships, but the ones who truly danced their ways to greatness
had to be Disco Inferno and Flash Funk. They boogied their way to the
top, and when it came to Majorfest, they beat the best of the
best, including the Legion of Doom. The Booge Knights have proved to be
the most charismatic and over champs yet. Moving into the new season, and
the sky is the limit, for the two young Bucks, and of course,
the Giant's reign of terror as MWF champion can't be denied as destruction and
squashes are left in the trail that he walked. That is until owen Hart,
an unlikely hero, utilizes a neck injury to shock the world, bringing
us into an entirely new rate of terror altogether. But the Giant, now
by is owen Hart, would defend the title against Sean Michaels and Brent Hart
at Major Fest, with Shawn Michaels realizing a boyhood dream in the end,
we must first go back, as we realized the Insiders formed on day one
of the brand, only to come full circle that would show Scott Hall pinning
Sewn Michaels from the closing moments of Major Fest as and new brings across the
arena. After the Macho Man had a turn of heart, the unstoppable force
meant the immovable object as he came face to face with the Rock at Major
Fest in an Icon versus Icon match with a Rock victorious and what some say
was the greatest match of all time. Where does he go from here?
And does Macho Man have anything left to give? With a new wave of
talent and a new year upon us. The possibilities are endless here on the
thrill So welcome everyone to Thrill Zone. I am your host, Mark Sterling,
and we have new management here this year and we are thrilled. But
first, in the first segment, let's bring him out the champion. Here
he comes Scott Hall, ending Thrill Zone with a surprise victory over Sean Michaels
in the main event. He's looking great, he's wet, He's got that
beautiful yellow championship and he makes his way to the ring. He says,
hey, yo, Thrill Zone. I know I won the title last show
in a cheap way, casting it in on a tired old friend, but
it doesn't matter because I'm the champion. But I want to prove myself in
Thrill Zone and I'm defending the title against two people here tonight. And these
two people fought in one of the greatest matches of all time and they are
both number one contender. Let's bring them out first. Here comes the Rock.
Now the Rock versus Macho Man. A lot of people are saying is
the greatest match of all time, and The Rock is just very confident.
He's coming down to the ring and he've got something to say to Scott.
He says, if there's one thing he knows, it's that whoops, I
messed this up. He says. If there's one thing he knows, I
legit thought your computer frozen. I was like, oh, he's frozen.
That was real life. Yeah, he says. If there's one thing he
knows, he knows that the Macho Man still has a lot of people.
It's been six months since Major Fest. They thought maybe Macha Man was retiring.
Uh, And he wants to make sure he defeated Macha Man at Major
Fest. And he's not gonna accept I screwed this all up. Now we're
laughing. Now you got twenty four minutes left. By the way, it's
all live. Here he comes. It's gotta be your bowl. Here he
comes. Macha Man comes to the ring. Did the Rock lose the Gift
of the Gap? What happened there? Macha Man comes to the ring and
he says, guys, I appreciate this. I appreciate all the accolades,
but I don't deserve it. I lost to the Rock last year and I
don't think I have anything left. And the Rock says No, we took
everything that we had in that match at Major Fest, and I'm not going
to accept this title shot unless you're part of it. I want this three
way dance to happen. So Macho looks at the crowd and he agrees.
They all shake hands, The three men stare off, and Razors music plays
as they leave. Later on main event, Scott Hall versus The Rock versus
Macho Man for the Heavyweight Championship. All right, here we go, try
to make up some time here, yeah, all right, here he comes
Mark Henry folks new look, Mark Henry, new attitude. He looks focused,
he trained hard this year, might even be bigger, might be stronger,
and he's facing off in this opening contest here against former Thrill Zone champion
Triple Crown champion Sewn Michaels. Sean won the championship you know last year and
then had that basically stripped from him, so this is a match to get
him back on track. This is a great match between these two, but
Mark Henry is just sort of too much for Shawn and Michaels to handle,
and he's throwing them all over the place, putting on steam and then towards
the end, Henry has him up for a World's Strongest Slam, but Michael
gets out ducks a line from Henry super kick. Mark Henry is down one
big kickout out of the sweet chin music. I can't believe it, but
Michael's he knows what to do, so he tunes it up again. He's
tuning it, He's tuning it, nails him with another one. Mark Henry
goes down like a sack of bricks, one to another kickout. Mark Henry
was a tag Team of the Year, but this is this is insane.
And Henry is back up and Michaels doesn't really know what to do. He's
looking around, so he launches another superkick, but this time Henry just eats
it. He doesn't fall, shakes it off, picks up Sean Michaels and
slams him down for the World's Strongest Slam one two three, a decisive victory
statement for Mark Henry, and he just walks off to that awesome house,
that awesome music that I made, by the way, because I do cool
things like that, all right here. He next segment, McK foley,
He's wearing his plaid shirt, he's coming out, he's shaking hands. He's
kissing babies. What the baby face bone cruncher. Hey, well he's wearing
us. He's wearing a shirt I made it. We gotta see the picture
proof of this. And what's Marketery's new look? Yeah, he looks stronger.
What are you talking about? You're looking at the figure and he looks
he looks jacked. What are you talking about? I don't I don't understand
what's happening. You're you're interrupting me. Uh. He walks to the ring
announces that he's been appointed to the new GM. He announces that in addition
to the main event tonight, we will see the Interstate title defended as Mike
Austin defends against Owen Hart, former champion, the tag team champions Boogie Night
will defend against l O D, and the vacant Hardcore title will be decided
in a huge multi person thrill Zone street fight. And the new rule and
thrills own is that the champion decides the stipulation of the hardcore title matches,
and that's coming up next. So we get the participants of this hardcore match.
Ken Shamrock is in it. Dennis Rodman is out there with Marlena and
we get this man, Harry comes Rick Flair. But I'm gonna be totally
honest. He's he kind of looks a mess. His hair is out of
place, he's wearing a T shirt. He just kind of looks lost.
He's not really shaking hands with everybody. He just doesn't look Ricks looked better.
Bam Bam Bigelow is also in this match, and you can't have a
hardcore match without this man. Harry comes knew Jack. Every he erupts,
people are thrilled. The crowd's going wild, but that music is abruptly interrupted
by the newest member of the FWF, Kurt Angle. Kurt Angle is here,
finally in the FWF. Was not available in season one, but here
he is, and he looks great. He's bald, by the way.
He's bald, so he's a little more serious. The match gets underweight.
It's insane, plunders everywhere, every man for himself, pinfalls all over the
place. A few highlights. Rick Flair has really taken a lot of punishment
in this Bam Bam Bigelow and Rodman seem to be staying away from each other,
which is odd, but Kurt Angle is playing it safe. He's staying
away from the plunder, keeping himself fresh, and whenever anyone gets near him,
he just throws him gives him a big suplex. But Ken Shamrock is
really showing a lot of fire in the match as well. And at the
very end, everyone is down and it's just Bam Bam and Shamrock in the
ring. Bambam goes for a top rope moon salt onto Shamrock with a chair
on him, but he throws the chair up, catches him on his way
down and grabs the ankle lock right there, and Bambam is about to give
up. Went out of nowhere, Angle slides in, grabs SHAMROCK's ankle and
puts him in an angle lock, and he's wrenching Shamrock and Shamrock let's go
of Bam Bam, and finally, after a lot of struggle, Shamrock taps
out for the new FWF Hardcore Champion, Kurt Angle. All right, he's
a celebrating in the ring. And then it goes to the next segment.
Here we go, where is it? Gotta find a better way? Here
we go? Better way to play this music? Next time? You'll hear
it better? All right, Owen Heart's coming out. He's got something to
proved. He feels like, you know, he got that title stolen away
from him. And here comes the interstate champion, Mike Awesome. Mike Awesome
just really showing the world how awesome he is. Last season he got over
in a big way, and you wonder what he's gonna do this year.
So now Owen, like I said, own a former champion, but this
year he does not have the giant, the big heater by his side,
so he's by himself. But let me tell you this match is really one
sided. Awesome is destroying him and he looks like he's having a blast.
He's smiling, he's throwing them all over the place. And after a little
while, Marline comes through the crowd and sits ringside. She's flashing her ticket.
People are like, well, you know, what are you doing here?
She's got a ticket? Okay, that's fine. Mike Assam sees her
and now he's acting a little distraught, like, you know, I don't
know, he's not that happy anymore. He's sort of going through the motions.
Suddenly he takes too long to do something and whips Owen into the ropes
and owen catches him with a spinning heel kick, but it sort of doesn't
look like it landed, you know. It's like kind of like barely grays
them and Awesome goes down like a sack of bricks. Owen Hart pins him
one, two three. This is very confusing. Mike Awesome is back up,
he looks like he barely got hit and he just walks to the back.
But Owen Hart is your new interstate champion. I don't know what happened
to looked like Mike Ausam had that match sort of in the bag. It
was very very weird. All right, we go backage. We got a
segment with a new Hardcore Champion, Kurd Angle. Kurt says he hates the
hardcore title. He hates plunder and death matches and tables and blood. So
going forward, he wants it to no longer be known as the hardcore title,
but it is the pro wrestling title, and every match for this Hardcore
title will be wrestled under classic wrestling rules, may the best athlete win.
Just then, the camera pans over and Ball's Mahoney is sitting there. He's
eating a giant pizza. It looks great. This pizza's got everything on it.
It's like, you know, all meat burger. It's got chicken,
it's got pepperoni, onions, peppers. He hasn't even taken a bite of
this thing yet, but he looks like he's going to. He's just gonna
love it. It looks delicious. Uh. And then Kurt Angle comes over
and slams the pizza out of his hand. It goes everywhere. Balls is
in shock, Pizza's on the floor. He takes the box, he throws
it away. I don't know. Angle's just being a complete jerk. So
he turns to go the other way, and right there in his face is
Doctor Death. Doctor Death. Steve Williams is there. He's looking classic though
it's classic Doctor Death kind of like a fighter. He says, you want
a pure wrestling title, you want real fights, you want classic wrestling.
Fine, I'll fight you. I've been stuck on Turmoil for the last year
with a stupid gimmick, working under a tyrant owner with stupid ideas, so
I could use a fight. Let's do it next month at Adrenaline Rush,
and I'll fight you in this classic wrestling rules match. Just for the record.
What's the name of this actual pay per view, I said, I
started Damnation Damnation two. To be honest, I must have missed that.
I missed that too. I said, welcome the Damnation, you assholes.
All right, before the camera cuts the ring side, uh, you can
see far down the hall Bam bam Bigelow and he's handing Mike Awesome, which
seems to be a heavily padded envelope. Pope, hmmm, I don't know
what that's about. All Right, l O. D comes to the ring
for this next segment, and they're they're not wearing spikes. They look very
serious. They were in the tag team title mixed last season, lost the
four way for the Belts at Major Fest. You know, obviously that's when
the Boogie Knights sort of took over. But they're the number one contenders to
this team, the champions. Here they come, the FWF Tag Team Champions,
Everyone's favorite team, the Boogie Knights, Flash Funk Disco Inferno. They're
thrilled. They're dancing, the crowds dancing, they're doing some disco moves,
having an awesome thing. All right, this was a great match back and
forth, but the LED's just you know, they're being heavy aggressors in this,
but Boogie Knights manages to grab an advantage towards the end and set up
Hawk for their finishing move. When just an animal distracts the refs lately,
Hawk grabs a handful of tights and rolls disco up feet on the ropes one
two three New Tag Team champions LD, but underhanded tactics is really weird.
Boogie Knights are in the ring. What was that LD? They take their
belts, they walk straight to the back. They don't even stay to celebrate
with the fans. This is a very weird segment here. Nobody sort of
understands what happens. But hey, it's been six months, so these people
have been out of work. Who knows they could be starving? All right,
next segment, everyone sees it on the tron. We see a nice
package of Sting highlights. The zoom means on stingspace and then it ends Sting
coming soon to the FWF. All right, now it's time for the main
event. Scott All comes out, He's got the championship. The Rock comes
out, Macho man. The crowd is absolutely electric for this. Nine minutes
thirty seconds to go. We got it. Crowd is electric. The bell
rings. They're all staring at each other, the three of these guys.
Rock has sort of developed a friendship with Macho Man. The bell the bell
has rung, and then all of a sudden, wait, this is this
is Mark Henry? Do anyway? Mark Henry makes his way to the ring
that people in the ring are really confused. All of a sudden log comes
through the crowd. They don't have the titles, they don't have the spikes
are just very serious. Dennis Rodman jumps the guardrail by the commentary table and
bam BAM's on the other side of the ring, and Marlena comes down.
She's laughing. The five men surround the ring, the Rock and Macho have
have no idea what's going on. And just then the group attacks. They
beat down the Rock, they beat down Scott Hall, and they're just they're
just destroying the set. They're ripping up the ring, the commentary table.
They take Macho Man, they throw him, they throw him elbow first right
into the into the turnbuckle. They're throwing down cameramen. I mean, this
is this is just there's no main event right now. Who knows what's happening?
All these men are standing tall in the ring. All of a sudden,
here he comes, Diesels coming down to the ring. He can't take
it anymore. Scott Ow's his friend. He's got to make the save,
but he's stopped by led right away. He doesn't even get in the ring.
He's held back and eventually they throw him neck first onto the guardrail.
So he's down. It's still the same thing. Everyone's getting beat up.
They're really taking it to the Rock, beating up Scott Hall some more.
Macho Man's just holding his arm. It looks like it might be broken.
All of a sudden, d dudeo do doo, here he comes. It's
Yogo Zuni runs down. He's the Rock's cousin. Technically, of course he
wants to make the save. This they're ruining not only the main event,
but there are destroying these guys. You know, these are these are top
names on the brand, though, so they gotta protect the brand. But
Bam Bam takes him out from behind with a smack to the back as he's
trying to get to the ring with a chair and they're just they're beating him
up. Brodman has haul on the outside and choke slams them six minutes thirty
seconds choke slams them into the exposed ground, just concrete. But inside the
ring, Henry has the ring steps and he actually puts them on the side
the side of the ring steps, and he's up on the second rope and
the group puts the rocks in his arms. Wait, he can't be doing
this. Henry comes off the second rope onto the side of the steps with
the world's strongest slam, shattering the rock's back and he's just in so much
pain. It looks like he's writhing there. He can't move his legs,
and the group is just He's just they're just laughing. And Mark Henry grabs
the mic and he says, what you're looking at isn't just a pro wrestling
group. You're looking at much more than that. This is my house.

What Henry says but I spent the time off diversifying my portfolio. I've

Champion, and the music plays what he doesn't have the authority to make that
match. We're actually getting word right now the commissioner has signed the match.
So the main event Adrenaline Rush next week Mark Henry versus Scott Hall for the
FWF Champion. We're also going to see Doctor Death versus Kurd Angle for that
hardcore title. What a debut show here for drills on a little snaff who
in the beginning, But hey, we got a whole new crew, so
we're working out the kicks. What is this House of Pain? What is
this new hardcore title? What was that envelope to Mike Austin? Why is
Rick Flair so upset and disheveled? Find out next month fw Thrillzone three minutes

my music was, it was custom so like getting it on my phone and
how to play it off my phone was was difficult. So I like time.
I don't know if it's gonna air like this, but every time you
played a song, the first riff with it and then it would go pretty
yeah. No, that's that's just a zoom thing. Well, well,
Mark another thing, no editing can be. If you can't sweeten your sound,
you can't put the music like this is how it goes. Maybe also
genius idea to put that worthless backpack butt to work and make That was good.

very good. Yeah, you can't edit that in so it sounds nicer.
It has to be as is. You got you have to understand that what
you're hearing is the zoom audio and what they're hearing is my microphone audio.

like, yes, and that same thing happened last year when you did the
same stuff. Yes, but you're playing it on the microphone. So anyway,
well, Mark, great job. I'm proud of you. This is
gonna be. I can tell you're putting thought into it. I could tell
you're definitely reading off something, so you're you're still you're still wet behind the
ears though, you got yeah yeah da yah. It's like, yeah,
I call it the ring, kid, I don't have to call it in
the ring. I don't fucking have to do that. I'm going to do
it exactly the way that I want to do Monsterude, they don't have a
free they don't have like a curring in that room. Yeah, I mean,
put some icy hot in your balls or something next time, get you.
I think people are going to enjoy my nice, easy listening delivery of
a wrestling show so they can understand the nuance of the storyline instead of the
ridiculousness what you're about to do to this guys. I have six months of

A six pack Challenge and let's go to our opening contests. The opening contest
here is set for one fall and is a triple threat match for the FWF
Hardcore Championship. Making his debut Jeff Hardy. Jeff Hardy coming out. Even
though smart Mark tried to draft Matt Hardy illegally, here comes Jeff and he
could be a single star. Here. Twenty four minutes to go. Twenty
four minutes. Tommy Dreamer is also in this match. End Taz the Hardcore
Champion. All right, we're at the final minutes of the match. There
is a ladder opened up but laying on its side, a ladder closed on
top of it. Tommy Dreamer has Jeff Hardy on the top rope. He's
gonna give him that Spaccoli driver through those ladders, but Tat stops him.
Tat STAPs him, Tast stabs him, throws down Tommy Dreamer. Now Task
climbs up. He's gonna give Jeff a task plex through those ladders, but
Dreamer stops him, and now they're fighting on opposite sides of the ladder.
Opposite side of the ladder. Jeff Hardy jumps off the top rope and sits
on that ladder like he saw, shoving the ladder right into the face of
Tak Tommy Dreamer. All three men are on a cell. Jeff Hardy.
