Speaker 3: Well, I watched the games during the week. I try to Oh yeah, I mean the dang. I got Royals padres this week, so it's hard to stay up for the padres. What we talked about this series, I just did and cowhard and he talked about that, and now I just because you know, there's been a beanball war and guy's throwing at dudes and all this stuff, so which has been great. It's been great for baseball because people are paying attention to West Coast baseball so and then the Royals just haven't been playing very well. So, but I try to watch the games going into it. I try to figure out who's going to be the starting pitcher, watch their start the five days before, and then carry it over into it. Usually watch the home broadcast.

I do foul Territory every day, so I also have a pretty good head start on what's going on, not only with every team but also in the league. So if a game gets out of hand, we have that. And then every every before every game, I'm sent a packet from a guy that I have and it's basically a page on every player on both teams. Yeah, you got it through research, and you read through it and you do your lineup card and you do your whole thing, and then you sit down and you pick a couple of things out of that. You concentrate obviously heavy on the starting pitchers because they have to talk about that. But you sit there and you go through and you pick a couple of things like Oh, they're this guy's going getting thrown seventy sliders in this game today because he's hitting twenty seven on sliders. So guess what, They're gonna throw him a lot of sliders today. And then you have stats to back it up. But I'm not a stat heavy guy at all. I'm a I'm more of a what's happened in the game, and let's talk about situations. But there's a lot more that goes into it. Yeah, manager's meetings, as you know, Skuy, you sit down with both managers, talk to him. You get to go in the locker room, you get to go on the field for BP, talk to guys, try to get a little tidbits. But there's a lot more that goes into it. I think the people think you just sit down.

And then when we do other games like the Saturday have Orsilo as my partner don or Solo. I don't know who he's using for stats, probably Mitch Smith I think his name is, but that's his normal guy. Right. So if I do a game with Benetti or Adam and me, and we have a guy named Ed s Fieda who is a bigger Phillies fan than you, Kratz. He is the biggest Phillies fan in the world. He's a great guy, right, huge Phillies fan went to Nova huge Phillies guy. Oh like the Pope. Oh like the Pope.

He's now and I had already been in the big leagues, up and down, going through it as an older player. He's now learning in the big leagues to be a bench player. That is where I think they're stunting what he could be. I've watched him. I watched his minor league at bats. In my opinion, his swing, his plate, discipline, everything that he brings with power and plate discipline. He could be a starting catcher in the big leagues. I don't think you do that to a starting catcher and make him a backup in the big leagues. That's all we're saying. He's doing awesome. Seventy three ops plus coming off the bench, not getting your third and fourth at bats in games, I think it is. It's tough on him, and I hope it doesn't stunt his growth.
