Ep 15 - Carnivore Diet With Carnivore Yogi | Sleep Hacks On Carnivore

The Primal Podcast

The quality of your sleep is one of the most critical factors in overall health and well-being. It's also one of the easiest things to improve if you know what to do. Sleep hygiene refers to the habits and behaviours that help promote better sleep.

Use these hacks to improve your sleep

While there are many ways to improve the quality of your sleep, they all boil down to three main things:

  1. Don't eat sugar or carbs. Try a carnivore or zero-carb diet for optimal digestion and sleep.
  2. Sleep in complete darkness. Unlike food that contains carbohydrates, light doesn't make it harder for people who want to fall asleep; instead, it makes them more alert by telling their bodies that it's daytime outside and time for wakefulness! The best way to ensure you'll get enough sleep every night is by making sure that there isn't any light coming into your bedroom at all hours of the night (or morning). This can be difficult if you live near city lights or have curtains over your windows; however, most modern homes have blackout curtains available as an option when purchasing new window treatments.
  3. Get some sunlight as soon as you wake up. The sun tells our bodies that it's morning again and time for us humans (and other animals) alike not only to wake up but also to start moving around more energetically than usual so we may continue growing stronger throughout each day until eventually falling asleep again at night when darkness comes upon us once more thus starting another cycle all over again.
