<v Speaker 1>three hundred and one pounds, and he wore saw sixteen shoe.
<v Speaker 1>I know what big looks like, and I'm telling you
<v Speaker 1>he was nothing compared to this thing. This thing is
<v Speaker 1>so scary even to talk about my head. This thing
<v Speaker 1>was so tall. I compared it to Don't go trying
<v Speaker 1>to think I'm over exaggerating by a big, tall, tall tree.
<v Speaker 1>I don't mean that I made a tree. We're not
<v Speaker 1>talking about no little rose bushes or nothing like that.
<v Speaker 1>I'm talking about a tree.
<v Speaker 2>This is Bigfoot Crossroads. My name is Matt, and join
<v Speaker 2>me is Selena. Selena sent me an email. It was
<v Speaker 2>very brief, but it really captured my attention, and so
<v Speaker 2>I just immediately asked her if she'd be willing to
<v Speaker 2>come on, and she said yes. So, Selena, thank you
<v Speaker 2>for joining me, and welcome to the show.
<v Speaker 1>Thank you for having me.
<v Speaker 3>Yeah. So let's just get right into it now.
<v Speaker 2>When did all this happen? And just kind of walk
<v Speaker 2>us through the story. I'm sure you've done this before.
<v Speaker 1>Will You're talking to a girl whose daddy was a
<v Speaker 1>preacher and you didn't believe anything unless you've seen it.
<v Speaker 1>And then when you're in law enforcement, you certainly don't
<v Speaker 1>believe anything unless you see it. And so for a
<v Speaker 1>large part of my life was in law enforcement. And
<v Speaker 1>so I had a knee replacement, and so I was
<v Speaker 1>moving around a little slow. You know how they give
<v Speaker 1>you the little walkers and all to walk on till
<v Speaker 1>you can build up your strength. And I had just
<v Speaker 1>took in a rescue her name is Ginger. She's now
<v Speaker 1>almost a year and a half. But I was trying
<v Speaker 1>to party trainer. And I lived right next to Gadsden
<v Speaker 1>State College, and the college in my backyard shared a fence.
<v Speaker 1>And it was three oh nine, I believe, in the morning,
<v Speaker 1>and I know when they start sniffing, that means they
<v Speaker 1>need to go out to the fence in the backyard.
<v Speaker 1>So I was like, oh lord, this is the codest
<v Speaker 1>night of the year. Gadsden, Alabama never gets unless it's
<v Speaker 1>in the twenties or maybe the teens. They never dropped
<v Speaker 1>down to nine. But that morning at three oh nine
<v Speaker 1>or whatever the time was. It happened January of this
<v Speaker 1>past year. It was nine degrees and I thought, Lord
<v Speaker 1>of mercy, I'm just gonna open the door, the back
<v Speaker 1>door I'm gonna let her out and then I'm gonna
<v Speaker 1>close it back because you know women, they wear their
<v Speaker 1>sleep shirts and no haw shoes. Just open the door
<v Speaker 1>for the puppies.
<v Speaker 3>Hey, I do the same thing with my puppy.
<v Speaker 1>And so you just don't want no message on the floor,
<v Speaker 1>so you're on top of it soon as they start sniffing. Anyway,
<v Speaker 1>so I opened the back door, I let Ginger go out,
<v Speaker 1>and she goes out, and I start to shut the
<v Speaker 1>door back, and I see something in the sky and
<v Speaker 1>my eyes at that time, because it's not time, it
<v Speaker 1>looked like it was ready, and I thought, what that
<v Speaker 1>looks like the fire in the sky. But you know
<v Speaker 1>that sounds like that movie or something. So I said,
<v Speaker 1>how silly do I to myself? Right now? Anyways, what
<v Speaker 1>I do, especially now that I'm getting older, I take
<v Speaker 1>my phone and zoom into things so I can see
<v Speaker 1>it better. So I went in there, limped in there
<v Speaker 1>and got my phone and then I come back and
<v Speaker 1>then I put it on the cord and I looked
<v Speaker 1>at it and I was talking. I said, what is that?
<v Speaker 1>You know? Anyways, And come to find out, when I
<v Speaker 1>zoomed in, it was not the color of fire. It
<v Speaker 1>was a pink mask. The outside of the mask was
<v Speaker 1>still as could be, but on the inside of the
<v Speaker 1>mask you could see something trying to bust out. The top,
<v Speaker 1>bust out, the sides of this thing, bust out each
<v Speaker 1>side of the bottom. It was the craziest thing I've
<v Speaker 1>ever seen. I thought, what in the world am I
<v Speaker 1>looking at? So I zoomed in closer. You know how
<v Speaker 1>you do is it's zooming closer. And I thought, Okay,
<v Speaker 1>this thing, whatever's inside this pink mass, is trying to
<v Speaker 1>bust through each part of this I guess you could
<v Speaker 1>call it a I'm not quite sure how a spear
<v Speaker 1>is shaped, but I do know this was a round shape,
<v Speaker 1>but not perfectly round. But there was a circle on
<v Speaker 1>the outside of it that kept anything from coming through.
<v Speaker 1>It's almost as if something was inside of it trying
<v Speaker 1>to bust out. And I said, well, I have no
<v Speaker 1>idea what this is I'm looking at. But anyways, I said,
<v Speaker 1>as to cod stand out here. I tried to stand
<v Speaker 1>up there long as I could in video, and I
<v Speaker 1>got ginger. She came back in the house. I shut
<v Speaker 1>the door, and I went to my kitchen. Now keep
<v Speaker 1>in mind that my kitchen, my back door, which is
<v Speaker 1>a den actually, and then my bedroom window all faces
<v Speaker 1>the college. So I should have been able to look
<v Speaker 1>out either one of those windows and see this thing,
<v Speaker 1>you know, to keep watching it. But I could not
<v Speaker 1>see it through my bedroom window, my kitchen window, or
<v Speaker 1>the den. I had to open that back door to
<v Speaker 1>take a look at it. Again. I don't know why
<v Speaker 1>I couldn't see it through glass. That didn't make a
<v Speaker 1>bit of sense to me. But anyways, the next day,
<v Speaker 1>well that day, because it was already three something in
<v Speaker 1>the morning, it was Sunday, so I was no sleep.
<v Speaker 1>Went to my Sunday school class. It was bothering me,
<v Speaker 1>so I had and I said, I said, does any
<v Speaker 1>of y'all know what this is? And they're like, lord, no, Selena.
<v Speaker 1>That thing it just keeps changing shapes and it's just
<v Speaker 1>the strangest thing I've ever seen. Well, I went ahead
<v Speaker 1>and I just you know, I could move on, and
<v Speaker 1>I said, there's something going on overhere, and it's right
<v Speaker 1>by the Polagy and right over my backyard, and y'all
<v Speaker 1>need to come and look and see if you can
<v Speaker 1>pull footage from the college. I mean, that's what I
<v Speaker 1>was telling them. You know, I said, but you can
<v Speaker 1>see my video too, because I have a video also. Anyway,
<v Speaker 1>so needless to say that, just you know, God down
<v Speaker 1>and I had forgot all about that, you know. Well,
<v Speaker 1>August the seventh, because of my naw replacement, I took
<v Speaker 1>a job that wasn't so dangerous, but yet it can
<v Speaker 1>be because it was still kind of law enforcement, and
<v Speaker 1>it is still dangerous because people don't like you approaching
<v Speaker 1>their homes with court documents. They get very defensive, very defensive.
<v Speaker 1>And I'm sorry I didn't ask what stature am. I'm
<v Speaker 1>in Oklahoma, I'm in Alabama, and as you know, we
<v Speaker 1>love shotguns. We do so down here. When you come
<v Speaker 1>around somebody's property and they don't know you, especially with
<v Speaker 1>some papers in your hand, they get real.
<v Speaker 3>Defenses and nobody wants to see the process. Server.
<v Speaker 1>That's exactly what I'm saying. So anyway, I thought, okay,
<v Speaker 1>I'm a de escalator. I've got to make this. You know,
<v Speaker 1>when I approach people's home, I smile from the time
<v Speaker 1>I get out of that car, I do. I smile
<v Speaker 1>so big because I want them to know that whatever's
<v Speaker 1>coming at or maybe paperwork and it may be court documents,
<v Speaker 1>But that don't mean that I'm going to be a
<v Speaker 1>very you know, unapproachable person. So I tried to use
<v Speaker 1>professionalism and smile and just go and approach them and
<v Speaker 1>knock on the door with a smile. And you wouldn't
<v Speaker 1>believe how much that helps. There's only been a couple
<v Speaker 1>of times that it happened. But if one person touches
<v Speaker 1>you with a new knee, You're going to fall and
<v Speaker 1>lose your violence, I'm telling you. So I had to
<v Speaker 1>be careful, but I could not go out there and
<v Speaker 1>go to work and make money, you know. So Anyways,
<v Speaker 1>August the seventh of this past year, twenty four I
<v Speaker 1>get an assignment to go to a CA rod in Piedmont, Alabama,
<v Speaker 1>and I am just enjoying the drive. It's a beautiful
<v Speaker 1>drive down a bunch of country roads. I get to
<v Speaker 1>the dress and it's I want to say, five or
<v Speaker 1>six miles before you make it to the only two
<v Speaker 1>houses on the road. And so I was like, this
<v Speaker 1>whole road was just forestry. I mean, it was so pretty,
<v Speaker 1>and so I was really enjoying the drive, but I
<v Speaker 1>had already been there now three days prior. I went
<v Speaker 1>one day at twelve one day at three one day
<v Speaker 1>at five pm, and I never could catch the one
<v Speaker 1>I was supposed to serve. Well, they I would have
<v Speaker 1>to show you on my hands, but they live across
<v Speaker 1>the RoAF. Mitid to put on the same piece of property.
<v Speaker 1>The son lives here, which was the one I was serving,
<v Speaker 1>and his parents lived right across his driveway, basically the
<v Speaker 1>same piece of property. Well, if you know anything about
<v Speaker 1>court documents are serving if that person is not home
<v Speaker 1>or never available, you can serve the one that lives
<v Speaker 1>on the property with them. It's called a subserve. And
<v Speaker 1>so I thought, I'll just go to the parents' house,
<v Speaker 1>which is right there across the driveway. So I pulled
<v Speaker 1>in with my flashers on, you know, doors locked, just
<v Speaker 1>something that I do just to make sure before I
<v Speaker 1>get out of the car that things are safe. I
<v Speaker 1>survey the scene, you know. Anyways, And so I just
<v Speaker 1>pulled to the end of the driveway and I sat
<v Speaker 1>there for a few minutes, and I thought, I'll pull
<v Speaker 1>a little closer. But there's a great, big, large black
<v Speaker 1>dog and I just did not feel safe getting eye out.
<v Speaker 1>So I pulled up closer to the car port, which
<v Speaker 1>was connected to the house it sale, and I thought,
<v Speaker 1>I'll just sit here with my flashers on. And this
<v Speaker 1>time I thought, if I went early enough, I could
<v Speaker 1>catch them as they're leaving for work. So I got
<v Speaker 1>there a little after seven I think it was not
<v Speaker 1>quite seven fifteen. It was foggy outside, but the sun
<v Speaker 1>was fished to be totally out, in other words, right
<v Speaker 1>before the sun totally pops out, so I could see
<v Speaker 1>real good. And I pulled up a little closer. I
<v Speaker 1>said to the carport. They had some very nice things.
<v Speaker 1>They had a brand new Now I have told this
<v Speaker 1>story already here, I'm forgetting it's one of those brand
<v Speaker 1>new broncos. I loved those things anyways, and they had
<v Speaker 1>a brand new Harley. And I just thought how pretty
<v Speaker 1>everything was. And the grass was absolutely beautiful. I'm sitting
<v Speaker 1>there and I'm looking at this amazing green grass, like
<v Speaker 1>you know, it wasn't dying yet or anything, because you know,
<v Speaker 1>it's in augustin. I thought, gosh, that's the prettiest green
<v Speaker 1>grass and it's real, you know, And I thought, what
<v Speaker 1>a pretty home place, you know, because you're looking around,
<v Speaker 1>you're looking around and you're observing, you know, And I
<v Speaker 1>wanted to make sure I observe well, and so I thought, okay,
<v Speaker 1>I kept my eye to the right on that house,
<v Speaker 1>just in case maybe I seen a lamp come on,
<v Speaker 1>a light come on, that's getting up fixing their coffee,
<v Speaker 1>or maybe coming out the door with a shotgun. I
<v Speaker 1>didn't know, you know, you never know. So I just
<v Speaker 1>kept my own that house. And then if I didn't
<v Speaker 1>see any moving or anything, I glanced back up, you know,
<v Speaker 1>to look towards the car port, which I was sitting
<v Speaker 1>right behind the vehicles, and just thinking how pretty everything was, honestly,
<v Speaker 1>and so I just all of a sudden, just something
<v Speaker 1>told me. I just looked to the right at the
<v Speaker 1>house again, no movement, glass back up to the front
<v Speaker 1>where that beautiful green grass was. I call it a
<v Speaker 1>green meadow because it was so pretty. And about that
<v Speaker 1>time something humongous. And when I say humongous, that is
<v Speaker 1>such an understatement. I'm sitting here with you. This was
<v Speaker 1>something that I said only Hollywood could make up. This
<v Speaker 1>is how big this thing was. The mass, the deepness,
<v Speaker 1>the muscle, the higher the amount of higher it had.
<v Speaker 1>I was looking for it, Lord, I got chilled something much.
<v Speaker 1>I was looking for anything as far as a facial expression,
<v Speaker 1>any kind of facial expression on this thing. And that's
<v Speaker 1>when you start doubting, because you know something is not
<v Speaker 1>supposed to be that large, you know what I mean.
<v Speaker 1>That's when you start saying, okay, Selena, did you pull
<v Speaker 1>into the yard and you thought you observed well, but
<v Speaker 1>you didn't You maybe you missed a big, lad, large
<v Speaker 1>piece of plywood that was painted black, or I mean,
<v Speaker 1>you start running all kinds of things through your head,
<v Speaker 1>you know, and I thought, okay, this this thing is
<v Speaker 1>not a piece of plywood because it has legs, and
<v Speaker 1>so you're trying to talk yourself into maybe, you know,
<v Speaker 1>maybe this thing, you know, just it's something like a sign,
<v Speaker 1>but it's cut out like a human. It's just a large, large,
<v Speaker 1>much larger than a human. You're just going through all
<v Speaker 1>kinds of scenarios, and so I thought, okay, let me
<v Speaker 1>grab my trusty phone, you know, so I can zoom
<v Speaker 1>in and make my mind at ease, because if I
<v Speaker 1>zoom in, I'll know exactly what it is, and then
<v Speaker 1>this will I'll be, you know, Okay, So I grabbed
<v Speaker 1>reach and grabbed my phone off the windshield. Glance back
<v Speaker 1>to that right now, although that thing's standing in front
<v Speaker 1>of me, that's scaring me to death. Glance to the right,
<v Speaker 1>make sure no shotgun is heading my way. And then
<v Speaker 1>I glanced back up, and when I did, there was
<v Speaker 1>a gray tee, tiny, little skinny bony's I use the
<v Speaker 1>word scrony because Alabama, if you are malnourished or your
<v Speaker 1>ribs are showing and your cheek bones are showing, we
<v Speaker 1>use the words groaning. But anyways, this thing was cheap
<v Speaker 1>bones protruding. Uh you know, you've seen its face. It's
<v Speaker 1>even lines on its head. It was crazy, didn't have
<v Speaker 1>much hair. It was silver and gray in color, but
<v Speaker 1>so small and skinny and just looked so malnourished standing
<v Speaker 1>next to this giant of a thing. And I mean
<v Speaker 1>they were right next to each other, and they were
<v Speaker 1>being so steel and excuse me, I said, in my mind,
<v Speaker 1>I am sitting here with chills. I said, in my mind,
<v Speaker 1>I was thinking, I know I'm not crazy, because now
<v Speaker 1>there's no longer just a black thing there. You know,
<v Speaker 1>it's also got a gray small thing standing beside it.
<v Speaker 1>So let me you know, and I did click, you know,
<v Speaker 1>with my picture. I took a picture. It was hanging
<v Speaker 1>on my windshirt on one of those rubber holders that
<v Speaker 1>you right down the road that hunt to touch your phone,
<v Speaker 1>and I grabbed it off the windshield and I said click,
<v Speaker 1>and when I did, I took my phone put it
<v Speaker 1>back down because see, I've been shot at, and if
<v Speaker 1>you've ever been shot at, you do not want to
<v Speaker 1>have that happen. So I had that on my mind
<v Speaker 1>plus them okay, And so I was still glancing back
<v Speaker 1>to the right. If you could just picture my head
<v Speaker 1>turning to the right, looking towards the house, because I
<v Speaker 1>was sitting behind the you know, the cars at the
<v Speaker 1>car port, and so I said, okay, I can't stop
<v Speaker 1>and look at this now. And they're very still. They're
<v Speaker 1>not moving a muscle. I mean, if you did not
<v Speaker 1>know that that thing was not there to begin with,
<v Speaker 1>that big black thing, and then you did not know
<v Speaker 1>that little gray one was standing beside it, and you
<v Speaker 1>you know, when you pulled up that wasn't there. So
<v Speaker 1>I just was in my mind doubting everything about what
<v Speaker 1>I was seeing, what I was thinking, and so I thought, okay,
<v Speaker 1>back up, okay. I was so in shock that I
<v Speaker 1>absolutely am fifty four years old and I have drove
<v Speaker 1>four years and never had a problem putting my car
<v Speaker 1>in reverse. You should have seen me. That's how I
<v Speaker 1>knew I was in shock. I was trying to control,
<v Speaker 1>but I felt like I was pulling my gear the
<v Speaker 1>bottle of the gear shift. I felt like I was
<v Speaker 1>trying to break it. That's how much pressure I was
<v Speaker 1>squeezing my gearshift that tight. And I finally said, okay, Selena,
<v Speaker 1>get it together, you know, put it in reverse. Back
<v Speaker 1>out of here. Will come time that I finally did
<v Speaker 1>get the car in reverse. I put it in reverse
<v Speaker 1>and poked, and my mind was saying, hurry, hurry, Selena,
<v Speaker 1>back out of hurry, you know, But my body was
<v Speaker 1>not moving like that. My body was like poke, poke, pope,
<v Speaker 1>back and out of this, you know. And while I
<v Speaker 1>was doing that, I have no idea because my mind
<v Speaker 1>was screaming, Selena, get out of there. You know. Anyways,
<v Speaker 1>but I still at that time I felt like something
<v Speaker 1>was behind me. So I took my camera one more
<v Speaker 1>time off that rubber holder, out of the windshield, and
<v Speaker 1>from my left if you can picture what I'm doing
<v Speaker 1>from my left shoulder to my right, I just started
<v Speaker 1>going click click, click clicked. I took pictures off from
<v Speaker 1>the left to the right, left shoulders to the right.
<v Speaker 1>I wear ram. I just felt like if there was
<v Speaker 1>two in front of me, what if one of was
<v Speaker 1>behind me? What if? You know? I mean, I just
<v Speaker 1>had that feeling. Well, I'm glad I did, Matt. I
<v Speaker 1>am so glad that I did that because I had
<v Speaker 1>no idea that these things were all around me. But
<v Speaker 1>I didn't know that still because I didn't take the
<v Speaker 1>time to look at my phone till I got home. Okay,
<v Speaker 1>So anyways, I finally got it reverse and I poked,
<v Speaker 1>even though I was screaming, like I said in my mind,
<v Speaker 1>herby herryhurry sling. Anyways, I got it bocked up. I
<v Speaker 1>put my car in drive, and I is like like
<v Speaker 1>I was gonna break my tires. It was crazy. It's
<v Speaker 1>like I reenacted now and I'm like, whine, no, world,
<v Speaker 1>did you not put the pedal to the metal. You know,
<v Speaker 1>but you don't. You just don't think of things like
<v Speaker 1>that until you get home, and then you think about
<v Speaker 1>this for days and you can't get it off your mine. Well, anyways,
<v Speaker 1>so they had a dirt driveway and then right there
<v Speaker 1>after the dirt driveway is the road, because you remember,
<v Speaker 1>they live at that dead end of the road and
<v Speaker 1>they're the only two houses on that road. So when
<v Speaker 1>I crossed over that dirt and I hit that asphalt, Matt,
<v Speaker 1>my leg had a mind of it. Song my leg
<v Speaker 1>hit that gas, and I flew down that road like
<v Speaker 1>I thought, Lord, the speed limit couldn't have been but
<v Speaker 1>twenty five thirty or something. I know I was flying. Anyways,
<v Speaker 1>I got to the stop sign, and I looked to
<v Speaker 1>the right and left didn't They won't stop at the
<v Speaker 1>stop signed, to tell the truth, but I was scared
<v Speaker 1>of kill me or somebody. Anyways, I looked to the right,
<v Speaker 1>and I looked to the left, and when I glanced
<v Speaker 1>to the left, there was the largest explormation. I said, Okay,
<v Speaker 1>let me get this straight. Now. I'm sitting here to
<v Speaker 1>stop signing, and I'm so mad at myself. I can't
<v Speaker 1>stand it. I said, I have been here, this is
<v Speaker 1>the fourth day in a row, trying to do a serve,
<v Speaker 1>make some money, you know, And why have I passed
<v Speaker 1>that big ox formation and never seen it out of
<v Speaker 1>being there four days to and from And so Lord,
<v Speaker 1>that bothered me because I thought that wasn't observant, you know,
<v Speaker 1>you know, so if you're like me and I'm meticulous
<v Speaker 1>about a lot of stuff I have, what do you
<v Speaker 1>call it? Oh ce? Anyways, So I thought that bothered
<v Speaker 1>me that I had drove past, to and from, you know,
<v Speaker 1>past that thing four times, never seen it anyway. So
<v Speaker 1>I go on to the next stop sign, take a ride.
<v Speaker 1>It had to be straight back to two seventy eight.
<v Speaker 1>I didn't need GPS after that, and I had already
<v Speaker 1>been four days. But you're talking about a lot of
<v Speaker 1>back roads. So I kept watching piss On until I
<v Speaker 1>hit a road or highway I was familiar with. So
<v Speaker 1>I hit to seventy eight and I absolutely cut that
<v Speaker 1>gpis off anyways, and I thought, Lord, get home, get home,
<v Speaker 1>and you can hear my bull shaking. I know you can't.
<v Speaker 1>And I said, get home and show somebody. So the
<v Speaker 1>first thing I did was I got home and I
<v Speaker 1>sent all my pictures to my friend Sandra and her husband,
<v Speaker 1>and I said, please look at this and tell me
<v Speaker 1>what you see. And Lord of Mercy, they said, Lord Selaina,
<v Speaker 1>all right, what did you capture? What did you take
<v Speaker 1>pictures of? What? In the world? And I said, okay,
<v Speaker 1>that's my friends, and I'm scared of they're partial. What
<v Speaker 1>if they're just being sweet, you know what I mean?
<v Speaker 1>That's my friend. So I need a stranger to look
<v Speaker 1>at this. But I also wanted to call the owner
<v Speaker 1>of that property, the one that I was supposed to
<v Speaker 1>be serving, So of course I called him, and he
<v Speaker 1>didn't answer. So the next day I said, I'm going back.
<v Speaker 1>I'm going back. I'm going back to see if there's
<v Speaker 1>anything else in that yard. I'm going back to not
<v Speaker 1>only first of all, to try to make a few dollars,
<v Speaker 1>but most of all, it wasn't even about the few
<v Speaker 1>dollars after that, you know, it was about making sure
<v Speaker 1>I wouldn't send things. If I go back and that
<v Speaker 1>same thing is still there, I don't know that I
<v Speaker 1>wouldn't seething, you know, something harry and humongous and something
<v Speaker 1>that shouldn't have never existed in the little great thing
<v Speaker 1>beside it. But now I'm telling you, I got to
<v Speaker 1>tell you something about the great thing that don't let
<v Speaker 1>me forget. Okay, So I go back the next day
<v Speaker 1>and I'm not nervous. I'm in a locked car, you
<v Speaker 1>know what I'm saying. But yet I'm still kindly uneasy
<v Speaker 1>because I wanting to to myself. I wasn't crazy. So anyways,
<v Speaker 1>I do that same thing, you know, turn my flashers on,
<v Speaker 1>turn into the driveway. And when I did, a little
<v Speaker 1>sweet lady come out, sweet as can be. I caught
<v Speaker 1>her a Southern bial. She's so sweet. She come out
<v Speaker 1>with a towel on her head, and she said, can
<v Speaker 1>I hippie? And I said yes, ma'am. I said, I
<v Speaker 1>went to your son's house the last few days. And
<v Speaker 1>I said he wasn't home. And I said, so I
<v Speaker 1>come across the street because I know you're the parents.

<v Speaker 1>But yesterday I captured something on my phone and I
<v Speaker 1>took pictures and I was wondering if you would look
<v Speaker 1>at it. And she said, Lord Jia, honey, I just
<v Speaker 1>got out of share. I got a towel on my head,
<v Speaker 1>she said, but let me run in the house and
<v Speaker 1>get my eyeglasses. And so she read in the house,
<v Speaker 1>she took off her towel off for hand, and she'd
<v Speaker 1>come back out with her glasses on. Well. I handed
<v Speaker 1>her my phone mad and she just that sweet smile
<v Speaker 1>and her demeanor just totally went away. It was like, Lord,
<v Speaker 1>I have sat here and upset her because I told
<v Speaker 1>her how to work my phone and slide her finger
<v Speaker 1>to the left just to look at all the pictures,
<v Speaker 1>you know. And all she would say to me, ma'am.
<v Speaker 1>All she would say was I just don't know what
<v Speaker 1>to think about this. I mean, picture a woman that's saying, sure,
<v Speaker 1>let me get my glasses and smiling and all that
<v Speaker 1>to say, I just don't know what to think about
<v Speaker 1>all this, I mean, with a straight face and totally
<v Speaker 1>different disposition than what she had before. And I said, okay, well,
<v Speaker 1>I am so sorry for bothering you. Thank you for
<v Speaker 1>accepting your son's paperwork, and if you don't mind giving
<v Speaker 1>it to him, you know. And she said okay, and
<v Speaker 1>I said, thank you so much for your time, and
<v Speaker 1>have a good day, you know. And I just backed
<v Speaker 1>out and lay off. And of course nothing was in
<v Speaker 1>the yard, nothing nothing at all. And so I said, okay,
<v Speaker 1>so that shows me I'm not crazy. First of all,
<v Speaker 1>there was nothing in that green meadow. Second of all,
<v Speaker 1>I've got a woman thinking that I'm either crazy or
<v Speaker 1>maybe tasting her yard or something to see if I
<v Speaker 1>could come back steal something. She just her disposition changed
<v Speaker 1>so much. I thought I've upset her. I've upset her. Anyways,
<v Speaker 1>needless to say, days, I mean just like days went
<v Speaker 1>by and I was like studying them features, and I thought,
<v Speaker 1>I'm not crazy. I have captured something that is not
<v Speaker 1>does not exist, does not it is not supposed to exist,
<v Speaker 1>you know. So I'm studying these things daily, and the
<v Speaker 1>more I'm studying them, the more I'm saying and I'm saying,
<v Speaker 1>Lord help me, because it's bothered me that I seen
<v Speaker 1>something so scary. And so anyways, I get it's a Saturday,
<v Speaker 1>and on a Saturday, I'll never forget because it was
<v Speaker 1>the following Saturday that I met him. On a Saturday,
<v Speaker 1>I get a phone call from the original son that
<v Speaker 1>I was supposed to have Sirve remember, but I gave
<v Speaker 1>it to his mama. Okay, he calls me and he says, Selena,
<v Speaker 1>and I'll just call him Earl. And I said, hey, Earl,
<v Speaker 1>and he said, Selena, this is Earle. And he said,
<v Speaker 1>I heard you visited my mama and you served her
<v Speaker 1>the papers, my papers, and I said, yes I did,
<v Speaker 1>and he said, and I heard that you gave her
<v Speaker 1>and showed her something else, some pictures of some things
<v Speaker 1>you caught on the property. And see he was sounding firm,
<v Speaker 1>you know what I mean. Like I thought, oh my god,
<v Speaker 1>now i've got the mama up. Say it. Now, I've
<v Speaker 1>got the son that I was supposed to originally serve up.
<v Speaker 1>Say it. And I thought, he's this to cuss me out.
<v Speaker 1>That's the first thing I thought, you know, and for
<v Speaker 1>maybe bothering his mama or even going over there. I mean,
<v Speaker 1>I just knew he was this to give me down
<v Speaker 1>the road. And he said, Selena, he said, can you
<v Speaker 1>meet me now? Keep in mind it Saturday when he
<v Speaker 1>called me. He said, can you meet me here at
<v Speaker 1>my house next Saturday at twelve noon. He said, I
<v Speaker 1>want to see what you've caught on your phone, and
<v Speaker 1>I've got something to show you, and I'll show you
<v Speaker 1>what I got. You show me what you got, I'll
<v Speaker 1>show you what I got. And I did that what
<v Speaker 1>you got. I changed my disposition at that point, ma,
<v Speaker 1>because I thought, what in the world is he talking
<v Speaker 1>about he's got? Well, anyways, needless to say, of course,
<v Speaker 1>I'll wake driving myself crazy, you know about how that
<v Speaker 1>meeting is going to be Saturday. I got there and
<v Speaker 1>when he opened the door for me and told me
<v Speaker 1>to have a seat, when he had a little girl,
<v Speaker 1>she looked to be about eleven or twelve, and he
<v Speaker 1>told her, said so and so I'm not going to
<v Speaker 1>say that her name either. He said so and so
<v Speaker 1>he said, go on to your room. Now, me and
<v Speaker 1>miss Selena has some things to discuss. And it was
<v Speaker 1>actually very cute, and it shows you how children are
<v Speaker 1>very smart. She turned around and whipped her hair and said,
<v Speaker 1>is this about big foods? And I got tickled because
<v Speaker 1>it kindly broke the ice, you know what I mean.
<v Speaker 1>He thought that he was protected in her from this subject,
<v Speaker 1>and she undoubtedly had overheard him. And she whipped her
<v Speaker 1>hair run and said, is this about Bigfoot? And I
<v Speaker 1>just thought, you know, both of us just kind of grinned,
<v Speaker 1>and it broke the ice, you know what I mean.
<v Speaker 1>And the next thing I know, she goes to her
<v Speaker 1>room and he whips out, not a phone, he whips
<v Speaker 1>out these photos that you go get developed at Walgreens
<v Speaker 1>or you know, they're on the paper stuff. They're on paper,
<v Speaker 1>glossy stuff. And I said, Lord mercy, he's got the
<v Speaker 1>hard copies and Anyways, he whips out some pictures of
<v Speaker 1>sixt no excuse me, so fourteen inch footprints, seventeen inch footprints,
<v Speaker 1>twenty two inch footprints in the snow, and he tells
<v Speaker 1>me Selena, he said, this has been going on for years.
<v Speaker 1>He said, my grandparents had a house to the right
<v Speaker 1>of me out here, and he said, this hold down now,
<v Speaker 1>because they're passed away. He said, but she called me
<v Speaker 1>up her house so many times and said her grin
<v Speaker 1>slung it up here. They're outside in my garbage, he said.
<v Speaker 1>He said, she said, they're outside in my garbage again.
<v Speaker 1>I can hear them talking. I can't understand them, but
<v Speaker 1>I can hear them talking. They're going through my garbage again.
<v Speaker 1>And he said, you wouldn't believe the times I've had
<v Speaker 1>to run up there and I could see them running away.
<v Speaker 1>And he said, so finally I got to where i'd
<v Speaker 1>get me a big spot, like you know. And he
<v Speaker 1>said the next day we would go out there and
<v Speaker 1>measure in the snow the footprints, and we got pictures
<v Speaker 1>and all, well, do you know what bamboo is?
<v Speaker 3>I do?
<v Speaker 1>Okay, I didn't. I knew that in Alabama. I found
<v Speaker 1>out later because I asked questions about it. But people
<v Speaker 1>in Alabama they're too hard to break. And I even
<v Speaker 1>tried to break a small piece after learning this, because
<v Speaker 1>my car tore at one time and I was sitting
<v Speaker 1>near a shop that had a and I thought, how prutty,
<v Speaker 1>you know, because the rings around them and all, and
<v Speaker 1>I thought, I'm gonna break me a little piece of
<v Speaker 1>that off and take it home. See if I can
<v Speaker 1>plant it. Well, honey, I couldn't even break the tiniest
<v Speaker 1>little tea tiny twig off. They're so hard to break.
<v Speaker 1>But anyway, in Alabama, people make homemade fishing poles and
<v Speaker 1>they sow them because you can't break them. They saw
<v Speaker 1>them with a saw. Well, anyways, he showed new features
<v Speaker 1>of his yard, after his grandparent's yard. After these things
<v Speaker 1>they just stepped on them and just shoot broke them
<v Speaker 1>like they wasn't nothing mayat. I mean, if you could
<v Speaker 1>just it was like steffing on glades of grass. They
<v Speaker 1>had smooshed these things down. You could tell none of
<v Speaker 1>them had been sawed or nothing. It was just they
<v Speaker 1>were pushed over and stepped on. And he told me
<v Speaker 1>a mess they made, and showed me the mess they
<v Speaker 1>made in their yard. It was a sight to see
<v Speaker 1>the mess they made at these people's yard. He said,
<v Speaker 1>look over here, look at all these trees. How they
<v Speaker 1>tore them down? Anyway, he had pictures of everything. Well,
<v Speaker 1>like I said, call him, Earl. I said, okay, I said, Earl,
<v Speaker 1>you've told me you've looked at my stuff. I've seen
<v Speaker 1>your stuff. I said, can you tell me. When I
<v Speaker 1>was doing my round pictures, you know, clicking all these
<v Speaker 1>pictures that I caught pictures of? Oh shed? He said, Lord,
<v Speaker 1>that shed, nobody goes in it. The ceiling's falling in
<v Speaker 1>and he said it's dangerous, so nobody goes in that
<v Speaker 1>old shed. He said. I said, well, I captured some
<v Speaker 1>pictures of some things in the old shed that I
<v Speaker 1>didn't even know what they were, and still don't to
<v Speaker 1>this day. I don't. And I said, can you look
<v Speaker 1>at him and tell me you know what you think
<v Speaker 1>they are? And he said, well, I know it ain't humans,
<v Speaker 1>because ain't none of us been out there. We're scared
<v Speaker 1>to go in the building or the shed. And he
<v Speaker 1>looked at it and mayet it was three faces, one
<v Speaker 1>very clear face at the bottom of the ladder at
<v Speaker 1>the inside the shed, and then one face facing the
<v Speaker 1>right side with a large nose you can see either
<v Speaker 1>of them. And then the one way above those two,
<v Speaker 1>like way much much higher, with a white cowboy hat.
<v Speaker 1>And about that time he said, Selena, I don't know
<v Speaker 1>about these two, but that looks like my granddaddy.
<v Speaker 3>Wow.
<v Speaker 1>Well I knew his granddaddy had just told me his
<v Speaker 1>granddaddy died a few years ago. And I said, I
<v Speaker 1>just made the strange face. I did that thing again,
<v Speaker 1>and I said, I don't know nothing about all that.
<v Speaker 1>I'm just I'm glad you're telling me that you recognize
<v Speaker 1>and know that these creatures are what you call a
<v Speaker 1>big put But I have no idea about your granddaddy.
<v Speaker 1>Are those things standing beside your granddaddy? I have no idea. Anyways,
<v Speaker 1>it was one of the most unreal experiences. It's still well.
<v Speaker 1>This happened August the seventh, and you know that I
<v Speaker 1>met them, Like I said, a Saturday later, it just was.
<v Speaker 1>It was unreal. And that's my story and to this
<v Speaker 1>day I can't get it out of my mind. But
<v Speaker 1>what haunts me the most is not even the things
<v Speaker 1>in the shed that I don't know what they are.
<v Speaker 1>What haunts me the most is that big black thing
<v Speaker 1>that I know for a fact that no human on
<v Speaker 1>the face of this earth could possibly be that big.
<v Speaker 1>The mass, the deepness, the wideness of the shoulders, just
<v Speaker 1>everything about it just was so large. The gray one,
<v Speaker 1>I mean, I'm shocked that there was a gray a
<v Speaker 1>little older. I think it's an older bigfoot. I'm assuming
<v Speaker 1>it has gray hair. It had some silver in the hair.
<v Speaker 1>But what I wanted to tell you about the small one,
<v Speaker 1>and I want you to keep in mind I have
<v Speaker 1>some sense to me, Okay, so when I tell you this,
<v Speaker 1>please don't think that I am psychologically unstable.
<v Speaker 3>Okay, no judgment here, trust me.
<v Speaker 1>Okay. The large black one, like I said, still halts
<v Speaker 1>me everywhere I go. If I see even black out
<v Speaker 1>of the corner of my eye, eye immediately turned just
<v Speaker 1>because that the color of black. Excuse me, Now, this
<v Speaker 1>thing was so i've normally large. But the gray one,
<v Speaker 1>as sill is it sounds now, it had a little
<v Speaker 1>It had made it the only thing I can think of.
<v Speaker 1>It had deer antlers, and it had placed the antlers
<v Speaker 1>on its head as if we were the hat. Do
<v Speaker 1>you know what I mean by that? Like instead of
<v Speaker 1>a like a instead of a beauty patchet crown or
<v Speaker 1>a hat. It had looked like he had put deer
<v Speaker 1>antlers and somehow made a hat to go around the
<v Speaker 1>top of his head like a little he placed them on.
<v Speaker 1>I know, I know how sounds. So you're talking about
<v Speaker 1>having to struggle with some things that I have seen.
<v Speaker 1>That's the only two abnormal things that I've ever seen
<v Speaker 1>that I would call unexplainable to me, you know, I
<v Speaker 1>mean as far as something I could not explain. And
<v Speaker 1>I just for the off of me, I can't get
<v Speaker 1>over that not only did I see those two, but
<v Speaker 1>that I almost missed the opportunity to take and take
<v Speaker 1>pictures to go left shoulder to right, and I would
<v Speaker 1>have missed the others in the picture. You know, it
<v Speaker 1>appeared to be a and I say appeared because in
<v Speaker 1>law enforcement you use the word appeared to make sure
<v Speaker 1>you cover your rear anyway. So I'm just telling you that,
<v Speaker 1>you know, working for tunity, for sharfs, departments, community corrections,
<v Speaker 1>you learn to cover your rear. And I'm telling you
<v Speaker 1>I'm observant, and I am this thing through me for
<v Speaker 1>a loop, this whole thing through me for a loop.
<v Speaker 1>And it has to today, this very moment talking about
<v Speaker 1>it the only time and sweet Less Stroud. I love
<v Speaker 1>how he sowed to the point. I heard one of
<v Speaker 1>his podcasts and he said, and I quote these people
<v Speaker 1>that get on here and cry and tell their Bigfoot stories,
<v Speaker 1>let me tell you something. When you relieve it, you
<v Speaker 1>want to cry all the way through it. But the
<v Speaker 1>parts that bother me, and if I ever break down,
<v Speaker 1>it's describing the big black one, and it's describing how
<v Speaker 1>that I couldn't even get my own car into reverse
<v Speaker 1>because of the fear, and how I caught myself when
<v Speaker 1>I crossed the dirt onto the asphalt to leave, I
<v Speaker 1>actually made a noise and it made myself aware. I said,
<v Speaker 1>oh my lord, I've been hold my breath. I made
<v Speaker 1>a noise like, huh, you know what I mean, Like
<v Speaker 1>I had been holding my breath. I had literally been
<v Speaker 1>holding my breath. And I made myself a wire by
<v Speaker 1>making that noise. And I thought, Lenda, you've been holding
<v Speaker 1>your breath this hotel, you know. So it's just a
<v Speaker 1>scary thought to think that they were around me and
<v Speaker 1>I didn't even know except for the two that was
<v Speaker 1>in front of me, and that was scary enough, you know,
<v Speaker 1>so the fact that they stood so still, and like
<v Speaker 1>I said, I knew immediately that it had legs, so
<v Speaker 1>I knew I wasn't crazy there. I just thought, maybe,
<v Speaker 1>you know, you never know if there's hoaxers or something, right,
<v Speaker 1>But then when I got home and looked at the pictures,
<v Speaker 1>and you know, I knew, I said, there's no way,
<v Speaker 1>there's no way that these are hoaxers. And this many
<v Speaker 1>hoaxers and a mother carrying a baby, and it just
<v Speaker 1>so happened that the mother had the baby sort of
<v Speaker 1>setting on her heel and the baby was reaching up
<v Speaker 1>grabbing the mother's face. That amazed me, you know, because
<v Speaker 1>I almost missed that. If I wouldn't have did the
<v Speaker 1>left to the right shoulder thing, I wouldn't have got
<v Speaker 1>all that. I wouldn't have got the shed, I wouldn't
<v Speaker 1>have got the others. And there's one that's trying to
<v Speaker 1>hide in some kudzoo. And if you know anything about kudzuo,
<v Speaker 1>it's very thick and just all over the place. And
<v Speaker 1>this thing has the strangest haircut of anything I've ever seen.
<v Speaker 1>It's got a large nose. I don't know how to
<v Speaker 1>describe it except for you know, its body has fur,
<v Speaker 1>but its face is like got just skinned, and it's
<v Speaker 1>got a large nose and the most strange haircut that
<v Speaker 1>I have ever seen on our creature in my life,
<v Speaker 1>which I've never seen creatures until this moment, you know,
<v Speaker 1>when it's happened. But I've seen videos and stuff from
<v Speaker 1>TV because I can't think of nothing else now, you know.
<v Speaker 1>So that's all I watch is And well I told Texts,
<v Speaker 1>and I also told Brent from the show I did earlier.
<v Speaker 1>I said the closest thing that I can scribe, but
<v Speaker 1>from all the documentaries in the videos I've watched. And
<v Speaker 1>my mother was a seamstress, and that may sound silly
<v Speaker 1>to you, but if you have helped her soul for
<v Speaker 1>years and years and years, you know that when material
<v Speaker 1>moves and when it bunches up, that that's some kind
<v Speaker 1>of outfit, right, you know that that's not the skin itself. Okay,
<v Speaker 1>So when I tell you that, I notice when people
<v Speaker 1>are hoaxing, I catch it pretty quick, you know what
<v Speaker 1>I'm saying, Because material moves, you know, material moves where
<v Speaker 1>a skin sets steel, material moves and bunches and stuff
<v Speaker 1>like that. So I was watching a documentary one time,
<v Speaker 1>or or excuse me clips of documentaries and pictures and stuff.
<v Speaker 1>And it was in Canada, and it was a state
<v Speaker 1>park and it showed of a bigfoot had killed a deer,
<v Speaker 1>and the deer, of course, there was blood trails and
<v Speaker 1>bones hanging in trees, and it shows it trying not
<v Speaker 1>to move. And I want to say, come or maybe
<v Speaker 1>maybe I'm not spelling it right k A h N
<v Speaker 1>or something like that, some state park in Canada. Well,
<v Speaker 1>when I seen this thing, I lost my breath again.
<v Speaker 1>It was like seeing this thing all over again. And
<v Speaker 1>I said, that's the closest thing that I can maybe compare,
<v Speaker 1>you know, as far as the way it was standing
<v Speaker 1>there with its hair and its you couldn't see no
<v Speaker 1>facial features. But you've seen this thing standing they're not moving,
<v Speaker 1>and this little gray thing beside it and its hair
<v Speaker 1>was covering all its facial features. Well, I am an
<v Speaker 1>eye of eye person. I want people to look me
<v Speaker 1>out of eye and I want to look them out
<v Speaker 1>of eye when I speak to them or look at them.
<v Speaker 1>And so the fact that this big black creature had
<v Speaker 1>higher all in its face. There was no features showing,
<v Speaker 1>but you've seen the arms and the legs and the
<v Speaker 1>you know what I'm saying. You've seen all the fur
<v Speaker 1>or I say fur, but I mean higher. And then
<v Speaker 1>the little bitty scrony, skinny, fire furred, malnourished gray one
<v Speaker 1>was standing right beside it. And there was such a difference,
<v Speaker 1>you know what I mean, Just it was like not
<v Speaker 1>to day as they say. But I still can't believe
<v Speaker 1>that I ever seen a creature that large. I mean
<v Speaker 1>that they even exist, because even the ones that I've
<v Speaker 1>seen on YouTube and the documentaries, I can't imagine even
<v Speaker 1>their size. Even this thing was so large. Something this large,
<v Speaker 1>I said, could only be made in Hollywood. I mean,
<v Speaker 1>that's the only thing I can tell you, because there's
<v Speaker 1>no human could ever be that large, no matter what
<v Speaker 1>sport they play or how many pads or pillars they
<v Speaker 1>stuffed theirself with. This thing was pure miss. And the shoulders.
<v Speaker 1>When people tell you these thing shoulders are so long,
<v Speaker 1>and they're three and four foot long, I'm telling you
<v Speaker 1>that this thing shoulders. My ginger is when she stands
<v Speaker 1>up on her hind legs. I joke and say, she
<v Speaker 1>comes to my help. She comes to my help even
<v Speaker 1>though she's a year and a half old, or almost
<v Speaker 1>a year and a half fold, so I say she's
<v Speaker 1>two of ginger. That thing shoulders was two of ginger
<v Speaker 1>standing up, you know, on her hind legs. And that's
<v Speaker 1>pretty long, that's pretty wide. And then when people ask
<v Speaker 1>me how far away, I tell them that I'm not
<v Speaker 1>good at distances, but I can tell you this. My
<v Speaker 1>car was sitting behind the new Bronco and the new Harley. Okay,
<v Speaker 1>it was in the car pord. Okay, right in front
<v Speaker 1>of this carpord. I would start measuring. Well, I'm not
<v Speaker 1>good at measurements, but I will tell you that I
<v Speaker 1>did run a fifty yard dash. And to me, that's
<v Speaker 1>how far away they looked. So when people look at
<v Speaker 1>my pictures, I say, please understand, I was shaken. I
<v Speaker 1>was in shock, and everything around them was green, like
<v Speaker 1>green trees, green grass, green, you know. So you know,
<v Speaker 1>I'm trying to tell you where to look and what
<v Speaker 1>to look get, but they're self explanatory. And thank god
<v Speaker 1>M K. Davis. When I went on World Book with Central,
<v Speaker 1>he was my very first interview. And when I went
<v Speaker 1>on there, M K. Davis, God loved him. Took some
<v Speaker 1>of the blur out, and when he did, Lord, that
<v Speaker 1>big black creature, it stood out like no tomorrow, and
<v Speaker 1>it just it was like taking my breath again. I mean,
<v Speaker 1>it was crazy because people don't realize. I didn't. I
<v Speaker 1>didn't realize these things were even real. So you know,
<v Speaker 1>when I heard about it, I was like, yeah, yeah,
<v Speaker 1>you know, yeah, you dismiss it. You dismiss it because
<v Speaker 1>and you don't mean any disrespect to anybody, you just
<v Speaker 1>have never seen it yourself, so therefore it's not real.
<v Speaker 1>And so I'm finding that I out the more I
<v Speaker 1>tell my story that people are saying, yeah, yeah, Well
<v Speaker 1>what makes me so mad at myself, Maya is instead
<v Speaker 1>of having the sense to mash to go to look
<v Speaker 1>at the little bottom of the phone where it says
<v Speaker 1>picture or video, I'm mad at myself for not hitting videos.
<v Speaker 1>That's why mad. But I think I was so much
<v Speaker 1>in shock, I'm surprised or grab my phone, you.
<v Speaker 2>Know, I mean, you don't even think about those things
<v Speaker 2>at the time, right.
<v Speaker 1>So but that's if I could have a redo, if
<v Speaker 1>I could redo any of this at all. Well, first
<v Speaker 1>of all, I don't know if I don't even wanted
<v Speaker 1>to see this big black thing at all. First of all.
<v Speaker 1>Second of all, I would have had the whereabout you know,
<v Speaker 1>psychologically to mash the video button, because if I would
<v Speaker 1>have mashed the video button, it would have been seff exclamatory.
<v Speaker 1>Nobody would have had to say, Okay, now show me
<v Speaker 1>the mom and the hoe and the baby. Show me
<v Speaker 1>the oh and there's a baby. This is so cute.
<v Speaker 1>There is a juvenile sasquatch holding It's got its little
<v Speaker 1>arm wrapped around the ladder and you can see it's
<v Speaker 1>little brown furred arm with its little hand. It's little
<v Speaker 1>hand is light, and it's got its little arm wrapped
<v Speaker 1>around the bottom of the ladder. I think that is
<v Speaker 1>so cute. So I'm glad that I caught things like that.
<v Speaker 1>I just wished it wouldn't have scared me to death
<v Speaker 1>in the process, you know what I mean. Sure, so

<v Speaker 2>the story, thinking about everything I wanted to ask you about.

<v Speaker 1>tiny size of a small built lady. Maybe do you
<v Speaker 1>know what I mean, buy like a five foot little
<v Speaker 1>small built lady. But I don't know if it was
<v Speaker 1>a lady because it didn't have much hair, and it
<v Speaker 1>had a self made had to be self made little
<v Speaker 1>antler thing on its head, like it had to place
<v Speaker 1>some antlers on his head or something. But anyways, I
<v Speaker 1>don't know if it was a trophy that they wore.
<v Speaker 1>I don't know what it means. I just know that
<v Speaker 1>the little gray one was so malnourished looking. And Brent
<v Speaker 1>the last interview said, Selena, it might have been an elderly,
<v Speaker 1>little small elderly sascort, And I thought, you're right, because
<v Speaker 1>I didn't think about that. So when I compared it,
<v Speaker 1>and he actually said that after I mentioned the convalescent
<v Speaker 1>or nursing home mal nursed patient, you know what I mean,
<v Speaker 1>Like if I was comparing the two, he come out
<v Speaker 1>and said, well, excuse me, He said, what if it
<v Speaker 1>was an elderly maybe you know, they're up in age
<v Speaker 1>and they've got maybe smile and skiny, and you know
<v Speaker 1>they're they're showing, you know, because they're cheeks and everything.
<v Speaker 1>I'm serious, everything was showing. I mean, cheap bones to
<v Speaker 1>a t A woman that is a size zero would
<v Speaker 1>dream of having those sheep bones. Uh, you know what
<v Speaker 1>I mean. Way they were protruding. It was amazing how
<v Speaker 1>skinny and slim and my nurse's thing look compared to
<v Speaker 1>this drive.
<v Speaker 2>What about hyphewives or the gray one? Where approximately does
<v Speaker 2>it come up to the black one?
<v Speaker 1>Well, that's what I tell you. It was appeared to
<v Speaker 1>be like a little five foot maybe a little five
<v Speaker 1>foot little something like my nurish, little early lady or something.
<v Speaker 1>But I don't know if it was a lady. All
<v Speaker 1>I know is I'm telling you that's you know, us
<v Speaker 1>comparing sizes and people to being seeking my nurse to
<v Speaker 1>nursing home that if he was comparing it to size
<v Speaker 1>and hot and everything, it would look like a little
<v Speaker 1>small built, skinny little my nearest person, whether it be
<v Speaker 1>a small male or female, the big black one, I
<v Speaker 1>couldn't even tell you. All I know is I can
<v Speaker 1>say this. I was married to a fellow that was
<v Speaker 1>six foot seven, three hundred and one pounds, and he
<v Speaker 1>will saw sixteen shoe. I know what big looks like,
<v Speaker 1>and I'm telling you he was nothing compared to this thing.
<v Speaker 1>This thing is so scary even to talk about my head.
<v Speaker 1>This thing was so tall I compared it to. Then,
<v Speaker 1>don't go trying to think I'm over exaggerating by a
<v Speaker 1>big talk cow tree. I don't mean that. I mean
<v Speaker 1>a tree. We're not talking about no little rose bushes
<v Speaker 1>or nothing like that. I'm talking about a tree. So
<v Speaker 1>I would say, and this is me trying not to overestimate,
<v Speaker 1>I would say, he was nowhere under eight, but nowhere
<v Speaker 1>near eleven or twelve. Do you know what I mean?
<v Speaker 1>Like he was nowhere under eight. He couldn't have been,
<v Speaker 1>There's no way. And so because I would recognize that
<v Speaker 1>immediately this thing was over eight foot easy and so
<v Speaker 1>if if I had to guess, I would say nine
<v Speaker 1>or ten. And that's me guessing because the little gray
<v Speaker 1>one was so tiny it almost looked like a kid
<v Speaker 1>compared to this big wall of a thing. And remember
<v Speaker 1>solid black hair all in his face. And if I
<v Speaker 1>did not see its hands and its legs and its arms,
<v Speaker 1>I would not have known for a moment there what
<v Speaker 1>I was looking at because everything hair was covering up
<v Speaker 1>his face. That's why compare it to the video. I
<v Speaker 1>just wish to goodness, I remembered it earlier on my
<v Speaker 1>earlier interview. It's a state park in Canada, and there's
<v Speaker 1>some videos on MVTV that has this creature on it
<v Speaker 1>and its hair and everything was just like this one.
<v Speaker 1>And even that was short compared to this. I don't
<v Speaker 1>know if it's the Alpha and it stepped out with
<v Speaker 1>an elderly member of the Klan, I have no idea.
<v Speaker 1>I don't know how that works, because remember, up into this,
<v Speaker 1>I didn't believe in nothing like this, right, so so
<v Speaker 1>for me to try to guess would be out of line.
<v Speaker 1>But this thing, I called it a while when I
<v Speaker 1>first did my interviews, I did, I said it looked
<v Speaker 1>like a big black wall shaped like a human future
<v Speaker 1>features with hire a big black wall, I mean, because
<v Speaker 1>that's the only thing I could think of, you know,
<v Speaker 1>to describe it. You know.
<v Speaker 2>So what have you been doing after that to try?
<v Speaker 2>Are you trying to like learn about these things orre you?
<v Speaker 1>I am studying these things like no tomorrow, because first
<v Speaker 1>of all, I'm that they really are real and that
<v Speaker 1>it took something like this, and that's what's so sad.
<v Speaker 1>And now I see that all the times that I
<v Speaker 1>rolled my eyes at people, and I did, I really did,
<v Speaker 1>And I'm embarrassed at me that Matt, I would be
<v Speaker 1>the worst that rolls in my eyes at something like this,
<v Speaker 1>because monsters aren't real, you know what I mean? Sure,
<v Speaker 1>so I absolutely you know. Now I feel horrible because
<v Speaker 1>of the people that I rode my eyes at. And
<v Speaker 1>now I feel like going and saying, oh my lord,
<v Speaker 1>please forgive me, because I just didn't think that, you know,
<v Speaker 1>I thought maybe you were hoaxing or something like that.
<v Speaker 1>And all these people that are credible and have you know,
<v Speaker 1>impressive resumes and all the you know, and I still
<v Speaker 1>rode my eyes, you know, But I can't go back
<v Speaker 1>and correct it. All I can tell them now is
<v Speaker 1>I'm sorry, and I hate that it took me having
<v Speaker 1>to go and be scared today to find this out after.
<v Speaker 2>You witness these things. Sure, there's an online community obviously
<v Speaker 2>exists now where you can talk to people that are
<v Speaker 2>believers and people that are witnesses. But if you don't
<v Speaker 2>exist in that world, I mean, I don't really blame
<v Speaker 2>the people for rolling their eyes or not believing that
<v Speaker 2>these things are out there because you can't explain to them.
<v Speaker 2>You can't get it across what it's really like, what
<v Speaker 2>these things really look like, how big they are like
<v Speaker 2>you're saying like, you can't expect people to believe that,
<v Speaker 2>because it does sound unbelievable until you see it standing
<v Speaker 2>there right there in front.
<v Speaker 1>Of you, right, And that's why I say it. I
<v Speaker 1>don't understand how I was even in a position to
<v Speaker 1>even grab my phone to take even a picture. You
<v Speaker 1>wouldn't believe the state of mind I was in. I
<v Speaker 1>was in a I don't like to be like that.
<v Speaker 1>I mean, have you ever seen those people that likes
<v Speaker 1>to be at all times in control, Know what they're
<v Speaker 1>looking at, know what they're reading, know what they're you know,
<v Speaker 1>I have that kind of complex, you know what, and
<v Speaker 1>so so the fact that it went from that kind
<v Speaker 1>of Selena to the Selena that was confused and didn't
<v Speaker 1>know how to put her car in reverse. I'm embarrassed
<v Speaker 1>to tell people about that. Just do people think that
<v Speaker 1>this is fun? To tell people that I went slept
<v Speaker 1>out of my mind for a moment and forgot how
<v Speaker 1>to drive my car? You know what I mean? It's embarrassing.
<v Speaker 1>I mean, it's really embarrassing.
<v Speaker 2>I mean, there's a lot of key elements to your
<v Speaker 2>story that kind of makes sense based on things that
<v Speaker 2>I've heard over the years. I've been doing this for
<v Speaker 2>a really long time.
<v Speaker 1>See, and I've been in I've been doing this, not
<v Speaker 1>telling my story. Happened August the seventh, August, October, Nobeber, December, January.
<v Speaker 1>This is five months since that happened. Okay, yeah, and
<v Speaker 1>only three months, three months have I got on that
<v Speaker 1>computer and said, is there anybody that has seen anything
<v Speaker 1>similar to what I've seen? That's what It's only been
<v Speaker 1>three months. So you're talking about trying to learn and
<v Speaker 1>see anything I can see or listen to anybody's story
<v Speaker 1>that I can hear, so that I don't feel so inadequate,
<v Speaker 1>Do you know what I mean?
<v Speaker 2>Yeah, Yeah, A lot of people go through that very
<v Speaker 2>same thing, those same emotions. I was just going to say,
<v Speaker 2>I started this journey in the early two thousands. I
<v Speaker 2>had in my first sighting in two thousand and two,
<v Speaker 2>and it's still something I think about every day.
<v Speaker 1>I thought it was just me because if I see
<v Speaker 1>black out of the corner of my eyes, I immediately
<v Speaker 1>glanced to the lails, you know, or the ride or
<v Speaker 1>whatever I'm looking out of, you know. And it'll affect
<v Speaker 1>you that way when you're driving down the road now,
<v Speaker 1>or I do. When I'm driving down the road and
<v Speaker 1>I'll be in the prettiest little community and it'll have
<v Speaker 1>the prettiest little houses, and I'll say how sweet this
<v Speaker 1>neighborhood is, or that's a pretty high hose, you know,
<v Speaker 1>And then I'll keep driving and it hits the wooded
<v Speaker 1>areas with no houses. I immediately start looking on both
<v Speaker 1>sides of the road. It's a habit and it's just
<v Speaker 1>something I'm gonna have to deal with. It's psychological now,
<v Speaker 1>but it'll mess with you if you let it, and
<v Speaker 1>I try so hard to not let it. So that's
<v Speaker 1>why I had to go three months ago. It's only
<v Speaker 1>been three months that I went on there on YouTube
<v Speaker 1>and I say, said, has anybody seen anything that I've seen?
<v Speaker 1>Let me tell you what happened to me. You tell
<v Speaker 1>me if you've seen anything that is in comparison to
<v Speaker 1>what I've seen, please come and tell me your story.
<v Speaker 1>Tell me what you've seen in what area? Because this
<v Speaker 1>was in Piedmont, Alabama. Now, of course, due to it
<v Speaker 1>being a legal document delivery and I was on the job,
<v Speaker 1>I do not give names or house numbers because that's
<v Speaker 1>just professionalism. But the fact that it happened so close.
<v Speaker 1>I mean I wasn't even like twenty two minutes from
<v Speaker 1>my house when I happened. I mean, so of course
<v Speaker 1>in my mind now I'm thinking, of course, they would
<v Speaker 1>walk twenty two miles. Selinda, you never know where they're at. Well,
<v Speaker 1>according to what I'm hearing and seeing, they're just about
<v Speaker 1>every work.
<v Speaker 2>You know, if you think that they could be there,
<v Speaker 2>there's a good chance that they might be. There's definitely
<v Speaker 2>more of them than people realize. Sightings are a lot
<v Speaker 2>more common than people realize. I mean, there's yourself, you know,
<v Speaker 2>just look how your story got to the internet. And
<v Speaker 2>now it's being spread around and everything. But most people
<v Speaker 2>never go on the internet. Most people never tell anybody.
<v Speaker 1>And I can say, why am I it? Do you
<v Speaker 1>know how embarrassing it is right now to sit here
<v Speaker 1>and tell you this? I mean, I mean people you
<v Speaker 1>know in my past and my former officers I work
<v Speaker 1>with and stuff. Do you think that do you think
<v Speaker 1>that I want them here? And oh, Selnder's went crazy?
<v Speaker 1>She said, Bunsters, you know what I'm saying. And I
<v Speaker 1>work side by side with these officers and I need
<v Speaker 1>and want their respect and I want to keep their respect.
<v Speaker 1>But to how to tell something like this, it makes
<v Speaker 1>you feel embarrassed and that you're you know, I don't
<v Speaker 1>know less then you know what I mean?
<v Speaker 2>Yeah, But I mean, I commend you for coming forward
<v Speaker 2>and telling your story. I hope it helps you to
<v Speaker 2>talk about it and helps you to talk to people
<v Speaker 2>that don't think you're crazy and do believe you.
<v Speaker 1>It does, but people can't help it sometimes when they
<v Speaker 1>reach a part of the story that scared them the most.
<v Speaker 1>Two parts scares me out of my story. If I cry,
<v Speaker 1>it's during those two times, and that is describing how
<v Speaker 1>large this thing was, how black it was, and how
<v Speaker 1>still it stood there looking at me, and I couldn't
<v Speaker 1>see its eizes. I couldn't see it looking at me.
<v Speaker 1>I knew it was, but I couldn't see it. You
<v Speaker 1>know what I'm saying. I see its size. Yeah, that
<v Speaker 1>was scary. And then my car, because that embarrassed me.
<v Speaker 1>That embarrassed the mess out of me to not know
<v Speaker 1>how to work my own car. I drove for since
<v Speaker 1>I was fifteen, So it was embarrassing. So when I'm
<v Speaker 1>describing that and I'm literally telling you, I'm losing my
<v Speaker 1>own breath, and I caught myself holding it, holding my breath,
<v Speaker 1>And finally when I hit the asphalt, I heard my
<v Speaker 1>own voice say that let me know I had been
<v Speaker 1>holding my breath because I don't never make the noises,
<v Speaker 1>you know, so the whole thing. But I had to
<v Speaker 1>go back that next day, Matt. It was driving me crazy.
<v Speaker 1>I had to go back that next day, and I
<v Speaker 1>am so glad that I went and talked to that family.
<v Speaker 1>They reassured me. They reassured me. You know, Selena, this
<v Speaker 1>has been happening for years, and there's no telling how
<v Speaker 1>long before even the grandson even found out, you know,
<v Speaker 1>until the grandmother started calling him up there to help
<v Speaker 1>her get him out of the garbage. So, I mean,
<v Speaker 1>you know, you just never know how long this has
<v Speaker 1>been going on property.
<v Speaker 2>Well, is there someplace you have the photos where people

<v Speaker 1>Absolutely, thank you for asking. That's awesome that you asked,
<v Speaker 1>and I'm really proud of them because that was one
<v Speaker 1>of the scariest days of my life. Go to World

<v Speaker 1>mind was playing tricks Onbay. I forgot to tell you
<v Speaker 1>that I even took a cleanex and was trying to
<v Speaker 1>clean my windshield to make sure I wouldn't maybe had
<v Speaker 1>some respects of something on my But yeah, M K.

<v Speaker 1>And when you see this big black thing, you're gonna
<v Speaker 1>know as soon as you say it, because he has
<v Speaker 1>shoulders as white as my head born on my bend. Anyways,
