On this week's episode of the Propulsion Swimming Podcast, reviewing the massively successful British Swimming Championships 2022 as well as review the 23 strong World Championships Squad named by British Swimming.

British Swimming once again put on a show last week in Sheffield with multiple world-leading times and British and English record performances! We take a look back at the best races day by day and give you a breakdown of who shone in the pool!

We also look at the new names in the World Championships Squad in Lewis Burras, Medi Harris and Freya Colbert, who was unlucky to miss out on selection, as well as pick out the standout junior performers at British Champs.
