Speaker 1: That's my favorite opener, by the way, or after if you watch us online, we do a little pre show thang each day to get y'all pumped for the show.

00:00:13
Speaker 2: Little opener.

00:00:14
Speaker 3: Yeah, that was a good one. Yes, the air conditioner works. And you know, by the way, you know Scott that if the air conditioner here doesn't work, I'm on the phone with the hvac guy that second, like I'll stop.

00:00:24
Speaker 4: To show and me like, the air condition's not working. I need someone here.

00:00:26
Speaker 2: Now you have better HVAC support and your well.

00:00:29
Speaker 4: The Angels try to offer somebody to join today.

00:00:32
Speaker 1: Yes, I don't want to give too much away, but yes they did. They did put that out there, and that's real. Let's charge the man empowered by Arena Club. You gotta do the classic tail the tape, position by position, and we're going to do it right now. It has nothing to do with the final result of the World Series. That's not how it works. But it's still a fun exercise to go through the positions and see who's got the edge. It's funny we're doing this while I literally get fresh news from John Schneider and the Blue Jays about Boba sheet. Because I think that the Bobashett factor has to do with who is regularly playing where, and he essentially said that Bo still has to check some boxes and that all three routes are still in play for Bo, d H, shortstop, bench back.

00:01:25
Speaker 3: Yep, that's kind of what I'm taking there. Wait, but I'm not saying it because I'm getting killed on it.

00:01:30
Speaker 2: And he even mentioned second base.

00:01:32
Speaker 4: He did. I think he did play a little bit, a little bit.

00:01:35
Speaker 2: Yea, everything is in play.

00:01:38
Speaker 4: Everything that to me sounds like he's not really ready.

00:01:41
Speaker 3: We're going to give him every shot, but at the end of the day, we're going to use the you're not ready Bo trick again.

00:01:46
Speaker 4: I don't know.

00:01:49
Speaker 2: They've got tests to do, so that's one of the options.

00:01:52
Speaker 3: Wasn't him saying he's not going to be on the roster.

00:01:55
Speaker 2: He's going to be on the roster.

00:01:56
Speaker 4: Oh he's for sure.

00:01:57
Speaker 2: No, not for sure, He's got to check boxes to sure.

00:02:01
Speaker 4: Remember were watching run Did you watch that video?

00:02:05
Speaker 2: Yeah? That was last round?

00:02:06
Speaker 4: That was a week Yeah, that so.

00:02:09
Speaker 2: One week ago. There was a more recent one m.

00:02:14
Speaker 5: And maybe it was his first warm up run. Let's put it this way, didn't look didn't look shortstop ready? So maybe we can cross one of those.

00:02:23
Speaker 4: Off the list.

00:02:25
Speaker 2: Cue the comments. These guys don't know what they're talking about, right, blah blah blah.

00:02:30
Speaker 4: I've never played neither heads a j.

00:02:36
Speaker 2: All right, here we go, true catcher.

00:02:41
Speaker 3: See now, normally I would say Will Smith, but because he was a little banged up and he missed so much time at the end, I'm kind of lean and Alejandra Kirk a little bit here.

00:02:51
Speaker 2: I'm playing along, but you're a catcher to crat, so you go first.

00:02:55
Speaker 5: Now decide, I'll go Will Smith. I'll go Will Smith. I think I think Kirk. I think Kirk showed some signs of where can that change? Absolutely? Because you're like, you don't you don't feel tired, as AJ was quoted last week, you don't feel tired. But I'm gonna say Will Smith and him are both some type of banged up, so equal equal.

00:03:21
Speaker 4: I'm gonna go Will Smith.

00:03:23
Speaker 2: Okay, I think there's equal parts.

00:03:25
Speaker 1: But for me, I think Kirk has the framing advantage, and if you look at his framing numbers in this postseason, he's been insane, especially getting some low strikes. So I'm going Kirk. Yeah, yeah, yeah, allgily. I'll believe it when I see it.

00:03:40
Speaker 2: Next first base.

00:03:42
Speaker 3: But I love Freddy Freeman, but Flad just if he stays as hot as he's been, I mean, it's blood.

00:03:47
Speaker 2: There's not many better than Freddy, but Glad, I would there'd be.

00:03:50
Speaker 3: It'd be very hard pressed for me not to pick Freddy, but I gotta go Blood.

00:03:53
Speaker 2: Freddy had a nice World Series last year.

00:03:55
Speaker 4: But Bladdie Clean sweet.

00:03:58
Speaker 2: Okay good.

00:03:59
Speaker 1: This is where things get interesting because it depends on who plays what Bo does. But second base, I mean Tommy Edmond on the Dodger side, he's got the ankle issue. He's playing in field only. Second base could be Bo, could be Ikf, could be Ernie Clement.

00:04:12
Speaker 3: I'm going I'm so going Tommy Edmund. He's done in the postseason. He switch it so he can run a little bit. So I'm going Tommy Edmond over honestly, any of those three, because we don't know if Bo Ikf is okay, obviously doesn't hit the way he does. And then Ernie Clement, we just don't know. He's not gonna be out there now. So I'm going Tommy Edmond.

00:04:28
Speaker 5: Okay, you can't say Ernie Clement, other than the fact that he hit four eighty in the playoffs so far. But Ernie clemt might get pinch hit for.

00:04:37
Speaker 4: I can't.

00:04:37
Speaker 5: I can't choose somebody's gonna get pinch hit for in the seventh, eighth or ninth inning, even though he's had an incredible postseason over Tommy Edvan.

00:04:46
Speaker 2: Why is he gonna get pinch hit four because.

00:04:49
Speaker 4: They could play the matchup. He has been pinch hit four.

00:04:54
Speaker 2: Yeah, but excuse me, not much.

00:04:57
Speaker 4: Right, nobody, but he had I mean he has been. I mean he's been.

00:05:02
Speaker 5: It's it's crazy to say Ernie Clement is hitting for whatever he did in the postseason and to still pick Tommy Edmond.

00:05:09
Speaker 4: I like Tommy.

00:05:10
Speaker 1: Yeah, I'm riding the hod hand. I'm actually gonna go Clement. Shortstop should be easy. Smookie yea third base.

00:05:18
Speaker 4: I mean our guy Munsi. Bro, I'm not picking against my guy Munsi. Crats Monsey left field, Addison Barger, No, he's in right field.

00:05:29
Speaker 2: Right, singers in right and less springers right. It's a tough exercise.

00:05:34
Speaker 4: Who plays who's playing left for the Dodgers.

00:05:36
Speaker 1: K K K in the World Series, Bro, Come on, Nathan Lucas left field, Jas.

00:05:42
Speaker 4: I'll still take KK just because he's Key K in the in the World Series. He's proving it.

00:05:47
Speaker 2: Okay, Seringer might be somewhere.

00:05:49
Speaker 4: Center field our show for me.

00:05:51
Speaker 2: Yeah, really a struggle.

00:05:53
Speaker 3: By the way, you Savage is starting game one fy yes, wow, no, Goffman.

00:05:57
Speaker 1: Interesting, we're almost done, okay field, I think that centerfield is show for me, and I'm with you guys on key.

00:06:04
Speaker 4: It would have been Poa's but probably struggled the second half so much.

00:06:06
Speaker 1: Let's say right field is ti Oscar Hernandez and Addison Barger matchup.

00:06:12
Speaker 3: I'm taking Tao for the bat. Yeah, I mean, Barger defensively takes and he can swing it. Just the history of Tao. It's hard because they have such a long postseason history as some of these guys. That's why Tao He's get big hits. He got big gets against Philly, got big gets in the LCS. Like he just gets big hits.

00:06:28
Speaker 4: Yeah. Sure, he'll drop a fly ball, but usually knocks in Morney. Letson.

00:06:31
Speaker 5: I think Barger is gonna be a huge key to this series besides the Snell game. You know he's gonna be facing a tough lefty there, but he's gonna be a huge key because a lot of the big pieces are gonna be right handed coming out of Dodgers Penn. So I think Bargar is gonna have a huge, a huge impact. But history says Tao is Tao.

00:06:51
Speaker 4: Is the guy.

00:06:52
Speaker 1: Okay, d h Otani obviously versus George Springer, I mean.

00:06:58
Speaker 4: Actually I know, but I mean I know, it's.

00:07:00
Speaker 2: Not like a big edge, George.

00:07:01
Speaker 4: It's a gigantic edge.

00:07:02
Speaker 2: It's a gigantic edge. I'm sorry at the plate, So you think it's.

00:07:05
Speaker 1: A gigantic edge based on their postseason pedigree.

00:07:08
Speaker 4: I'm just saying, look look at that pretty.

00:07:10
Speaker 1: I've got Otani, I got it, But I just I'm saying, I don't think like it's this massive edge for that.

00:07:16
Speaker 2: Then will Bringers the day?

00:07:19
Speaker 4: That's fine, that's fine.

00:07:20
Speaker 2: Starting pitching Dodgers. Thank you, bull Pen, Quinn Flip, I got Blue Jays.

00:07:29
Speaker 4: Okay, we'll go blue.

00:07:31
Speaker 2: There's more death.

00:07:32
Speaker 3: Well, no, the doesn't have to pitch, you know, little a little blue, hardy flower. Those are the guys. To me, we'll get the X factors. Those are the guys. To me, they're the X factors. How will they're lefties. Handle the Dodger lefties.

00:07:47
Speaker 2: Yep, Pratts are you going with?

00:07:48
Speaker 4: Which? Because it didn't work.

00:07:49
Speaker 5: It didn't work very much if Louis Viarland doesn't have to pitch all seven games. I think the Jays are more consistent now the pen, and I think the Dodgers have a higher ceiling out of the pen.

00:08:00
Speaker 4: Pintfoot see and guess what.

00:08:02
Speaker 1: Everything we just said doesn't matter because that's not how games are decided. Where you go Lynch team has disposition better than that. But it was a fun exercise. Boba Schett ruined it, but in a fun way because we'll see how he fits in for this World Series.

00:08:16
Speaker 2: Hey, right now, you can get.

00:08:17
Speaker 1: Twenty percent off your first card purchase or slab pack over at arenaclub dot com slash foul. They helped us out with a little wallpaper during this segment, as you saw some shiny cards from players that are going to be in the World Series. So use the code foul when you get there, or download the app and use it get twenty percent off your first card or slab pack purchase. Hey, we're back and I'll look to the chat as best as possible to see what other questions you have for Dombrowski and also questions for us about what we've talked about world series wise right now.

00:08:51
Speaker 2: Yeah, I'm looking through what everyone said.

00:08:53
Speaker 1: I you know, we could talk about this for two minutes because we don't have it scheduled somewhere else. Trey Savage over Kevin Boss and for game one, did they give context on.

00:09:02
Speaker 4: I don't know. I just saw who's going to pitch?

00:09:04
Speaker 2: How that lines out?

00:09:06
Speaker 4: How many days is that for Goswin?

00:09:11
Speaker 2: Oh? To give him an extra day?

00:09:13
Speaker 4: That's what I mean.

00:09:13
Speaker 5: Because he started he started game seven. I mean he started, that's plenty of time. Was say, how many is that? Is that?

00:09:24
Speaker 4: Just Forgular five Monday to Friday? That would be a raiser?

00:09:27
Speaker 2: And started game five? Now wasn't your Savage game six?

00:09:31
Speaker 3: Yes, he started game five, so he's plenty of arrest. But he did pitch an inning in the game seven, so maybe that's why it is.

00:09:37
Speaker 4: That's okay, A gotcha. Yeah, I thought he was out there in game seven, but I'm like, yeah, he pitched it in in game seven. It's like the seventh inning or something.

00:09:48
Speaker 5: Because he had a face rally and I was like, no way, they're gonna let.

00:09:51
Speaker 4: Him face rally.

00:09:51
Speaker 3: And then he walked, and then he got out of the first and second. Remember he walked the next guy too.

00:09:56
Speaker 1: I think I'm pretty sure, and you can say this about a lot of guys that he's one of those where if you give him an extra day or two, his numbers just skyrocket.

00:10:03
Speaker 4: And yeah, but he's already had plenty of time.

00:10:05
Speaker 3: If he pitched, that would have been I would have been Friday pitched, that would have been a week.

00:10:10
Speaker 4: That would have been a week.

00:10:13
Speaker 1: Career high one hundred and ninety three innings in the regular season. He pitched on an extra day of rest for six straight starts to end the season and ended up with the best velocity of the year in September.

00:10:22
Speaker 2: So I'm such a nerd I do.

00:10:25
Speaker 1: I read articles late at night and put notes down, and it's really nice when one.

00:10:29
Speaker 4: The Savage will be on regular rail though.

00:10:30
Speaker 2: Yeah, that's why. So it makes sense.

00:10:33
Speaker 4: But listen, they know their team is better than we do.

00:10:35
Speaker 2: You have veterans.

00:10:35
Speaker 1: Also, the Matt Boyd situation, I think points out that you better make sure that your guy is one billion percent of what he is right now. Right if one day makes the difference, and he's gonna get two starts, presumably in this world series anyway, if it goes long, then you go Gossman Game two.

00:10:55
Speaker 3: Yeah, the Savage versus Noll though, that's a matchup that's sick, and then Gosman Yamamoto game two mm hm, and then Glass now.

00:11:05
Speaker 1: Bib Otani versus Shureser. These are really good.

00:11:11
Speaker 5: Fox.

00:11:11
Speaker 4: You can sell those, Fox one, you can sell those.

00:11:13
Speaker 1: Roll up your sleeves if you have them, Smoke them. If you got them, it's gonna get hot. The Angels have a.

00:11:22
Speaker 2: T i'm a mess going on right now.

00:11:26
Speaker 1: There's a crazy lawsuit that we'll get into at some point, which is very serious and of course, first off, very unfortunate, a story from long ago at this point that's going to keep dragging on for a long time if you know how courts work and quart of appeals and all that.

00:11:40
Speaker 2: But we will do a segment on that at some point. They also have multiple storylines going on involving the current team. Kurt Suzuki is the new manager for one season, basically unprecedented in modern times. We'll get to that. Let's start with the air conditioning.

00:11:57
Speaker 1: The real things that are important in life, are making sure your players are taken care of. And you say Kikuchi had to go out of his way to go on the record and say please fix the air conditioning because they didn't fix it for him in the weight room.

00:12:11
Speaker 2: Kevin Polar goes on our show confirms what's going on there.

00:12:14
Speaker 1: There's a back and forth during the Kurtsuzuki Intro press conference with Perimination and Sam Blum, who is really best in the biz or one of the.

00:12:26
Speaker 2: Offering teams. He's so good? So do you want me to read the back and forth?

00:12:30
Speaker 3: Like no, just basically perim gave him like no credit at all, Like he basically acted like he didn't hear the comments from.

00:12:38
Speaker 2: It was like Avid in Costello.

00:12:39
Speaker 4: It literally was like, wait, what first?

00:12:41
Speaker 2: No, what's on first?

00:12:43
Speaker 4: What does the AC work? We have good amenities? Well no, but what about the AC? Well did he say the AC didn't work?

00:12:49
Speaker 2: Well?

00:12:49
Speaker 3: Yeah, he did say are you sure he said that? I mean it was, it was. It could have been a comedy routine. I wish I would have heard of some persons.

00:12:55
Speaker 1: Like later and then back and forth like he tells him how Polar said that on Foul territory, and he's like, he said it didn't work.

00:13:01
Speaker 2: He's like, yeah, you did. And then he's like, so, what's your question? There was a question.

00:13:06
Speaker 1: He started it with a question, do you view this as an issue that you need to address in terms of amenities?

00:13:10
Speaker 2: But wait, there's more. Do we have the job posting? This is real?

00:13:16
Speaker 1: Stam Blum put it up. The Angels posted a job for an air conditioning technician today today. Hours after back and forth, we have finally gotten to the point. And I feel like FT is a part of this, right, good journalism. The Angels are going to attempt to fix their AC. And actually, David Samson, who's a friend of this show, I thought it wasn't broken exactly, it's not broken. We just want to make sure we have someone there and in the future. And they're saying and they're like sweating balls.

00:13:47
Speaker 3: And I mean, all this is going, I mean this, this is like just the whole thing because the Zuki one year, which I get, I mean I don't get, but I get, and then the whole I mean, the whole trial thing was gay.

00:13:58
Speaker 4: I mean, it's just it's a circus out there right now.

00:14:01
Speaker 1: The AC is just a new low for me. Nobody else does that in the big leagues at all. In fact, David Sanson, in Front of the Show, used to run the Marlins, said on his show that it was definitely a full time position. There is a lot going on when you're taking control of a big facility like that. So it sounds like they didn't have anybody and then they're trying to make it a part time.

00:14:22
Speaker 4: Well, there's a million people that work under these standards, crowds. You know that.

00:14:24
Speaker 3: There's engineers, there's electricians, there's plumbers. I remember one time a clubhouse guy in Chicago there was a leak and he's like, we need a plumber. Stat in is like full Chicago accent. I mean like, yeah, but you played. Because they have all these people.

00:14:39
Speaker 2: They fix things fast when this issue.

00:14:41
Speaker 3: Because they want players to be comfortable. If the player complained it had already gotten too far. If you walk in and they're like, man, it's not seventy degrees in here, the ac must be broken, they try to fix it before the players get there. They don't want a player to complain.

00:14:55
Speaker 5: Some organizations. This is the whole gist of everything we're saying about the Angels. I don't have any specific stories about the Angels, but I know the Marlins. Christian Yelich, who's still currently in the league, when he came up, him and JT. Real Muto. He has a picture of him and JT. Real Muto on a team plane that they didn't have air conditioning. And I'm talking to team plane where you plugged in your your airpot, I mean your your headphones to the handle and you had like seven music stations to choose between and the volume all in your handle. That's the plane that they were taking. So organizations cheap out. Organizations in general, not all of them, some of them cheap out. So this happens like for the and for the Angels to not have air conditioning working, that just seems like it's par for the course. Seems like an owner that doesn't want to set a standard from the top down that everything needs to be taken care for. Who for the players. The game is played by the players. You're paying players, So maybe set a standard. You're not having tents as your weight room in spring training, maybe have air conditioning that's working or when it's not working, don't wait till October twenty second, at a press conference, to hire an HVAC guy, and I hope there's an hvac guy there that's like, Oh crap, is that guy gonna take my job?

00:17:33
Speaker 4: Right.

00:17:34
Speaker 1: If you're in the workplace, and you show up to work and one day they're like, you know what, our computer's broke. We're not getting new computers. Everyone's doing everything by hand. Now you would not do your job very well in today's world. It would take a little bit longer. You'd be less effective. This is the comp This is a mess. I spent too much time looking at comments from Angels fans. We're on the same page, of course, and jokes NonStop. There's one I'll call it a couple tweets the replies of some of our stuff. Greg Flores said the conversation was like Titanic is sinking.

00:18:07
Speaker 2: No it's not.

00:18:08
Speaker 1: Everything is fine, you say, would agree, sir?

00:18:12
Speaker 2: You say, is in a lifeboat? No he's not. Who told you that? You say? Did see?

00:18:17
Speaker 1: He's waving at us from the lifeboat like people went next level with their replies because they I don't want to say they've given up.

00:18:25
Speaker 2: They just are like, uncle, what are we doing.

00:18:28
Speaker 1: There was one other fan, Brian, who said, I would say Angel Stadium as a whole is far behind everything. I went to a game in June. I swear it hasn't been updated since nineteen ninety nine. Bathrooms are horribly rusted in old field level seats were so sunbeat and you couldn't see the seat numbers.

00:18:43
Speaker 2: So I've been there. I really like it, but it does look.

00:18:46
Speaker 4: Like it's a little fans of two thousand and four.

00:18:49
Speaker 1: Yeah, it's a cool vibe, but it's it's a little rusty.

00:18:53
Speaker 2: It could use a little freshening in this place. To the story.

00:18:56
Speaker 1: If the players are going through this, then of course there could be more updates there. All right, let's get to the manager portion of the conversation. So you're the Angels got a nice young corps. Kurtzuzuki steps in during spring training? Aren't you at least cracking some jokes with your teammate's like, this.

00:19:15
Speaker 2: Guy's not going to be here for nobody does that.

00:19:23
Speaker 1: But I mean, I would say this if we interviewed Kurt, like, you don't have to accept that you made money in your career. You're respected, you were a candidate for other teams. The answer was, well, I've taken many one year deals in my career. That's not how managerial jobs work. Tell me I'm wrong here, Tell me this is fine? And is this the new norm?

00:19:43
Speaker 2: Well?

00:19:43
Speaker 1: Will another team join the party here? And say, yeah, you know what Kurtsuzuki did it. So we'll handle one year contract out to our new manager. Tell me I'm wrong, tell me this is okay, and that this is right.

00:19:54
Speaker 5: No, I can't. I can't tell you. I can tell you you're wrong. Then I don't think other teams are going to do this because of the precedent sense the president that it sets like you're clearly not you know, they're not. The Braves aren't going to hire somebody for a one year job, like, hey, you don't win this year, you gotta you gotta you know you you're fired. That's why I'm only giving you one year job. So it's going to be the teams that are kind of rebuilding and they kind of have a young core and all that stuff. You don't want to show your young core that the organization doesn't back the person you're bringing in. Like, hey, guys, you know, I know you're new to the big leagues. We're gonna bring this one guy in for you to manage you and we'll see how it goes. But he may not be here. No, you want to build stability, You want to build toward the crescendo of where we are this week the World Series. That's how that's how you bring in a new manager and you get everybody behind it. This is just this is just flat wrong on so many sides. And honestly, the person that I think is doing the least wrong I might get flat for this is Suzuki. It's only one of thirty jobs. And I know he might be screwing over other people for well, you know what, screw that he wanted to be a manager.

00:21:06
Speaker 4: He was.

00:21:06
Speaker 5: He was coaching eleven U baseball a month ago. Now he's coaching an eleven U owner. And I think it's something that he got a managerial job. He has it under his belt. Might not look good or doesn't does look good on his resume. He's got it on his resume. See if he wants to.

00:21:21
Speaker 4: Do it or not.

00:21:24
Speaker 1: You don't think it hurts a reputation. It's like, oh, that's the guy that took the one year. Then if it doesn't go well right like he does a good job, no care. And if he doesn't, nobody will care either way. You don't think they'll You don't think that has anything to do with anything. No, really, So you think he'll do a year, they'll lose ninety five games, and he'll be just as big of a candidate the next year.

00:21:46
Speaker 5: He has on his resume that's so big because people just look past anybody without it on the resume.

00:21:54
Speaker 1: Okay, so do you think pedro gerfol will get hired again? He don't think doing a poor job as a manager or Yeah, but you're putting him in a bad position.

00:22:04
Speaker 3: He's ONCT I got a tea time, got it?

00:22:08
Speaker 2: Okay, Now, so you don't you don't feel strongly about this the worst thing?

00:22:13
Speaker 3: That's weird, But I mean, what am I gonna do. He wanted the job, he got it. He took a one year deal. That's his own decision. I wouldn't have done it. I would have taken a one year deal. Maybe that's Whylbert Pools didn't take the job. They wanted him to take a one year deal. I'm not taking a one year deal, no, because I'm like, you know what if I do a shitty job and they fire me after one year?

00:22:30
Speaker 4: Ilmis don't want to get paid for two or three more.

00:22:32
Speaker 5: I e.

00:22:33
Speaker 4: College football coaches.

00:22:35
Speaker 5: I was gonna say wall five year planed. You're the one that's five year plans now, now you're using it for your best interest, right.

00:22:44
Speaker 4: I want that five year contract and you.

00:22:46
Speaker 5: Want this conversation to go short as he can eat to your tea time too, So that's.

00:22:50
Speaker 4: Part true also, But Scott's never gonna let this go.

00:22:52
Speaker 2: He's trying to get fired from the show. You guys were off fired.

00:22:55
Speaker 3: I get overtime, so let's keep going. You guys were off, Mark said, I get overtime, so let's keep going.

00:22:59
Speaker 2: You were fire up about this before the show. I just wanted we've hit it like five times.

00:23:04
Speaker 5: Now.

00:23:04
Speaker 2: We didn't hit it five times.

00:23:06
Speaker 3: We hit it before Bob, we hit it with Bob, we hit it after Bob, and now we're hitting it like till three forty five.

00:23:13
Speaker 4: But I get overtime, so it doesn't matter. This counts as an extra show.

00:23:17
Speaker 2: That's what she said. All right, that's all I got.

00:23:19
Speaker 1: Ken rosenthaland Bridge Ararly with a story that's not getting any coverage yet because it's the World Series. But the Rockies have begun to pair down their list Amiel Sade assistant GM with the Diamondbacks and Cleveland assistant JM. Matt Foreman or two of the finalists. They don't know there could be more, but we do know that James Click is out. Scott Sharp, the assistant in the front office for Kansas City, is out. So they're still working on it. But it's going to be an external candidate, and really that should be our analysis. Good job, Colorado, because if you get an external candidate that knows what he's doing, Kratz, we will have a new number one in the Pirate rankings for biggest hot mess branch. Actually they're already number one probably, but the Angels are definitely.

00:23:59
Speaker 4: Angels are if they're one and the Angels are one A or one B.

00:24:02
Speaker 2: Depending Rockets don't have as many scandals either.

00:24:05
Speaker 3: Well, no, it's because they've had the same people in place there for thirty years.

00:24:08
Speaker 2: Yeah, I did hear that.

00:24:11
Speaker 1: When they talked about Bill Schmidt stepping down, they gave it to Zach Rosenthal, who then resigned soon after that. He found out he was taking over during the meeting. They even talked to him on the side. That's pretty amateur status. That's when you say, yeah, that's when you say, hey, I think it's time that someone else takes over and that they really do it and we stop mom and pop shopping. It I did hear that, so I think I can get somebody to talk about that on the record.

00:24:35
Speaker 2: But we'll deal with that in the off season.

00:24:37
Speaker 5: I'm not a fan of firings, but if that's the case, if they're definitely going outside of the organization, which the Rockets can still pivot, there might be a lot of firings. There might be a lot of people that, you know, the whole office space where they're.

00:24:50
Speaker 2: Like, so what is it that you do here?

00:24:54
Speaker 4: So what is it that you do here? And guys gonna be like, what's my swing lane? Staplers, this is my this is this is my pen, this is this is my pen.

00:25:03
Speaker 5: I actually write things down for the Rockies, and then the Rockies play games and I write stuff down exactly.

00:25:21
Speaker 4: By the way, Happy birthday to Kazmatsui.

00:25:23
Speaker 3: He was the original aner Fisser guy, anal Fisser guy. He actually went on the d L I L at the time with a real Anal Fisher. So, kazmatsu I played against you in Japan. Happy birthday because you gave you the idea and it didn't.

00:25:35
Speaker 4: Work, but it worked for you.

00:25:36
Speaker 2: Pell it was inspiration.

00:25:38
Speaker 3: He was my inspiration. Yes, yes, yes, true story. Happy Birthday, Cas. Poor guy, I mean poor guy.

00:25:49
Speaker 2: If you ever see him, you go, dude, your fissers were my inspiration.

00:25:52
Speaker 3: If I ever seen him, I have a Matsui jersey somewhere.

00:25:56
Speaker 5: If you ever see him, eyes up. Just keep your eyes up. Don't don't your eyes wandering.

00:26:01
Speaker 4: She's kind of short.
