186. PART 1: The Science Behind Fat Loss

Hot, Healthy, Never Hungry

In this episode, I kick off a fun two-part series on losing body fat and building muscle! Today's part 1 episode is on the science behind fat loss where I dive into what it "takes" to lose body fat so you can understand from a more scientific perspective how to lose fat… and also keep your muscle mass when dieting.

By the end of today's episode, you will learn why fat loss and weight loss are not the same things, why muscle is important to keep when dieting, what consequences happen when you lose too much muscle when dieting and most importantly - what to take away from the research on how to structure your diet to make sure your metabolism is set up to keep this weight off long-term.

I hope you enjoy today's episode and get inspired to crush your journey, too!
