Cattitude - Episode 292 Do Cats Mirror Their Humans? The Hidden Messages in Feline Behavior

Cattitude - The #1 Cat Podcast

On this episode of Cattitude, host Michelle Fern welcomes holistic animal healer Lisa Tully, joining from Ireland to explore a fascinating idea: how cats may mirror the emotional, mental, and physical states of the humans they live with. Drawing on animal communication, Chinese medicine, and botanical healing, Lisa explains how imbalances in our own lives can quietly show up in our cats—sometimes emotionally, sometimes physically. The conversation dives into anxiety, stress, chronic illness, feline intuition, and the powerful ways cats may guide us toward greater self-awareness and healing. Whether you’re deeply curious about holistic care or simply want a deeper connection with your cat, this episode offers a fresh perspective on the profound bond between cats and their people.

<v Speaker 3>Welcome back everyone. I'd like to welcome Lisa Tully. She is,
<v Speaker 3>as I said, based in Ireland. You'll hear her just
<v Speaker 3>gorgeous accent in a moment, and she does Holistic Knowledge
<v Speaker 3>in Ireland. Welcome Lisa. I'm so excited to have you
<v Speaker 3>on Kata Tune.
<v Speaker 5>Oh I'm really happy to be here. Thanks so much.
<v Speaker 3>So I did not do you just as in sharing
<v Speaker 3>your background, So can you please explain what you do
<v Speaker 3>to our listening audience.
<v Speaker 5>I work as a holistic healer for animals and I
<v Speaker 5>focus mainly on cats and dogs at the moment. So
<v Speaker 5>basically what that means is I have a variety of
<v Speaker 5>different skill sets that I bring to the table when
<v Speaker 5>an animal cat is out of balance mentally, emotionally or physically.
<v Speaker 5>And I work with the skills of animal communication, and
<v Speaker 5>I fuse that with five elements Chinese medicine for animals,
<v Speaker 5>and I'm trained in how to use herbs with them,
<v Speaker 5>flower essences, diluted down essential oils, hydrosols. I have a
<v Speaker 5>very varied background and all of it comes to the
<v Speaker 5>four when an animal is in front of me. A
<v Speaker 5>cat's in front of me, so I can then there's
<v Speaker 5>not many things I can't have a go at. Let's
<v Speaker 5>say that, Oh wonderful.
<v Speaker 3>Can you do this virtually?
<v Speaker 5>Yes, I do. I work remotely to photographs, so I
<v Speaker 5>have animal clients all over the world.
<v Speaker 3>Okay, wonderful. I mean that's one of the beauties of
<v Speaker 3>the Internet, even though you say you work off of photographs.
<v Speaker 5>Yeah, it's amazing, isn't that how we can connect now?
<v Speaker 5>And so when I work with animals, if I'm doing
<v Speaker 5>like an animal communication session, I can do that over
<v Speaker 5>zoom and we do it live between the person and
<v Speaker 5>the animals, the animals there or their photo if the
<v Speaker 5>animal can be physically there for whatever reason. And then
<v Speaker 5>when I'm working with them to heal physical stuff and
<v Speaker 5>heal deeper emotional balances because I use the botanicals, you
<v Speaker 5>just ship them off to whichever country and you do
<v Speaker 5>the calls over zoom and work through the photos. So
<v Speaker 5>it really is amazing because it gives me a real
<v Speaker 5>understanding of the different ways animals are living. Cats are living,
<v Speaker 5>and you know, the challenges that are presented for animals
<v Speaker 5>depending on what location they're in. It's all a bit
<v Speaker 5>different and what's available as well. So it's really interesting.
<v Speaker 3>You know that sounds like it would make a good book.
<v Speaker 5>Yes, yes, funny you say that, I mind. Yeah, well,
<v Speaker 5>I was just I was just speaking to a lady
<v Speaker 5>there last week. By getting my first book out there
<v Speaker 5>for sure, So it's definitely on the cards now.
<v Speaker 3>I think there's something to that. I have a deep
<v Speaker 3>affinity for culture, and I'm sure many of us do,
<v Speaker 3>and I've always believed. I mean, I'm in the US,
<v Speaker 3>I've never been. I traveled many years ago, and I
<v Speaker 3>travel whenever I can, which is not enough because I
<v Speaker 3>have cats. But I really appreciate and respect other cultures.
<v Speaker 3>I don't think the American way is the only way.
<v Speaker 3>I've never thought that. I think that there's a lot
<v Speaker 3>of little nuances and other cultures that makes it so interesting.
<v Speaker 3>And the way that we relate to our cats is
<v Speaker 3>even more interesting because you had another element to it.
<v Speaker 3>But let's talk more about what you do. Let's talk
<v Speaker 3>about cat mirroring their humans. What does that actually mean.
<v Speaker 5>It's a concept that I've been working with now for
<v Speaker 5>quite some time, where if we're out of balance in
<v Speaker 5>our lives, in ourselves, the animals that are sharing our
<v Speaker 5>space with us, that are sharing our lives with us,
<v Speaker 5>the cats will effortlessly pick up what's going on for
<v Speaker 5>us mentally, emotionally, and physically. They're so good at it
<v Speaker 5>that they'll even pick up imbalances within ourselves. That we're
<v Speaker 5>not fully aware of. We all have our blind spots,
<v Speaker 5>and so what will happen is, say, for example, you
<v Speaker 5>suffer from anxiety, and what will happen then is the
<v Speaker 5>cat will be quite anxious. And if we then don't
<v Speaker 5>recognize this or don't address it, the emotional imbalances eventually
<v Speaker 5>become more chronic and then go deeper down and actually
<v Speaker 5>start to ManaFest as physical imbalances. So if you have
<v Speaker 5>a cat, an anxious cat, what can happen then is
<v Speaker 5>they can start to have digestive issues. They might throw up,
<v Speaker 5>you know, every so often, but then every so often
<v Speaker 5>becomes much more often. Okay, over time they vomit, yeah,
<v Speaker 5>about once every three months. Oh, actually they've vomited about
<v Speaker 5>once a month. Oh, they're vomiting once a week. They're
<v Speaker 5>vomiting every day, right, So it just becomes more and
<v Speaker 5>more chronic. And the reason that happens, what I have
<v Speaker 5>seen over the years and what I've been taught by
<v Speaker 5>the animal nation, is that on a human level, when
<v Speaker 5>we don't address our stuff, the animals will shout it
<v Speaker 5>at us, you know, if they they'll start to whisper
<v Speaker 5>it at us as showing us their imbalances, but then
<v Speaker 5>as they become more chronic, they'll shout it at us.
<v Speaker 5>So that's where they get really serious physical stuff or
<v Speaker 5>really serious emotional balances. And for us, we don't always
<v Speaker 5>join the dots. It's not a thing that's spoken about
<v Speaker 5>a lot, but I'm sure if you ask any vets,
<v Speaker 5>they'll tell you they see it all the time in
<v Speaker 5>their practice. A stress person usually has a stressed animal,
<v Speaker 5>a stress cat. And I feel that the animals, the cats,
<v Speaker 5>are really really compassionate. They really want the best for us.
<v Speaker 5>They want us to be living our best lives, and
<v Speaker 5>they want to be living their best lives beside us
<v Speaker 5>as well. Because they have that unconditional love though, that
<v Speaker 5>real genuine wish for us to be our best selves.
<v Speaker 5>That's when they'll take it that far. They'll allow themselves
<v Speaker 5>to get sicker and sicker and sicker until we recognize it.
<v Speaker 5>And if we see the mirroring on a human level,
<v Speaker 5>and we are open to it, and we listen and
<v Speaker 5>we pay attention, we turn our full attention towards the
<v Speaker 5>way the cat is communicating this to us. We open
<v Speaker 5>up an opportunity to really really not only heal ourselves,
<v Speaker 5>but really step into our lives purpose. That's how powerful
<v Speaker 5>this work is. I feel that cats are are deeply,
<v Speaker 5>deeply conscious beings and deeply deeply aware and far more
<v Speaker 5>aware I think than society as a whole will give
<v Speaker 5>them credit for. They then, because they are highly telepathic,
<v Speaker 5>they can read our thoughts, feel our feelings, They know
<v Speaker 5>what our thought processes are, they know what loops we
<v Speaker 5>have going on in our minds. But then they also
<v Speaker 5>know our talents, our gifts, and their potentiality, and they
<v Speaker 5>can figure out and help us show us what it
<v Speaker 5>is we need to adjust within ourselves, within our lives,
<v Speaker 5>within our bodies, within our hearts and our minds in
<v Speaker 5>order to step forward into a stronger way of being
<v Speaker 5>in this particular lifetime. So the mirroring is really it's
<v Speaker 5>really an opportunity. It's really a gateway. It's a doorway
<v Speaker 5>into a whole level of possibility. And the other way
<v Speaker 5>that they'll mirror us, for example, is say your cat
<v Speaker 5>has kidney issues, or when I'm speaking to a client
<v Speaker 5>that we'll talk about the cat and maybe they've got
<v Speaker 5>a lot of status and they're always having bladderstones and
<v Speaker 5>they're always peeing outside. The cat box, and that looks
<v Speaker 5>like it's a bladder issue, but really it'll stem back
<v Speaker 5>to the kidneys because in Chinese medicine, the kidneys and
<v Speaker 5>the bladder are really in partnership, and the kidneys are
<v Speaker 5>the organ of fear. And if you dig a bit
<v Speaker 5>below the surface, when I speak to the say the
<v Speaker 5>guardian of that particular cat that has kidney issues, I say, well,
<v Speaker 5>have you got a bit of fear going on?
<v Speaker 6>You know?
<v Speaker 5>Do you notice have you got any any kidney imbalances
<v Speaker 5>going on? And a lot of the time people go yeah,
<v Speaker 5>or when you know, when you list out all the
<v Speaker 5>things that are going on for the animal, they say,
<v Speaker 5>that's me. You've just described me, and I'm never surprised
<v Speaker 5>by it.
<v Speaker 3>That is so so interesting. Here's something that came to
<v Speaker 3>mind as you were talking about this. You know, cats
<v Speaker 3>are stoic creatures, so you can't always tell what's going
<v Speaker 3>on with them by just visually looking at them. And
<v Speaker 3>what when you were talking about this in the beginning,
<v Speaker 3>what came to me mind, as far as you know,
<v Speaker 3>picking up on emotions and mirror ring is children, because
<v Speaker 3>as adults we carry a lot of baggage, right, They're
<v Speaker 3>always worrying about fifty million things. Children are more pure,
<v Speaker 3>they're more innocent, they have, you know, their needs. They're hungry,
<v Speaker 3>they're happy, they're sleepy. You know, they don't worry about
<v Speaker 3>they have to pay the mortgage, or they have to
<v Speaker 3>pay rent, or they have to do this, or they
<v Speaker 3>have to get that done, or they have this project.
<v Speaker 3>And our cats are the same way. They want to
<v Speaker 3>be fed, they want to be cuddled, they make sure
<v Speaker 3>they feel good and eat. So I wonder if it's
<v Speaker 3>the fact that they can mirror us as having to
<v Speaker 3>do with the fact that they're just they don't have
<v Speaker 3>all this extra stuff. Does that have anything to do
<v Speaker 3>with it? Or is this just a wacko idea?
<v Speaker 5>And I think they mirror us. You're right in the
<v Speaker 5>sense that they don't have to worry about the future,
<v Speaker 5>they don't have to worry about paying the mortgage and
<v Speaker 5>that kind of stuff. But I would would also say
<v Speaker 5>though that that cats in particular, how I see them,
<v Speaker 5>on how I experience them, is that I like to
<v Speaker 5>say they're quite galactic, you know, they're they're really they're
<v Speaker 5>really able to tap into our into our inner world.
<v Speaker 5>And so I doubt it's because there's an innocence there.
<v Speaker 5>I think cats are particularly intelligent and particularly wise. They're
<v Speaker 5>very wise beings. As always. I'd say there's a reason
<v Speaker 5>which has always had cats, you know, So say, for example,
<v Speaker 5>if there's trouble going on in the home or imbalances
<v Speaker 5>going on in the home. If you ever notice the
<v Speaker 5>way cats will sleep in different parts of the house,
<v Speaker 5>they'll move around and they'll they'll move their sleeping part around,
<v Speaker 5>and it just kind of think, is that just them
<v Speaker 5>looking for a more comfortable place, But actually I feel
<v Speaker 5>I believe it's them rebalancing the energy in the home.
<v Speaker 5>They're very, very grounding for us. Even the vibration of
<v Speaker 5>their perr is a form of sound healing, which is
<v Speaker 5>why their bones will knit back together after a fracture,
<v Speaker 5>for example, much quicker than say a dog, because a
<v Speaker 5>dog doesn't purr right, So the vibration of the per
<v Speaker 5>literally knits it back together. So there's a whole other
<v Speaker 5>dimension to cats that I feel we're not fully aware of.
<v Speaker 5>And I'd say for them, when they're doing this mirroring,
<v Speaker 5>they do bring in that level of wisdom as well.
<v Speaker 5>They are very pure beings, but they're very, very wise
<v Speaker 5>beings as well. That's how I like to see them anyway.
<v Speaker 3>Do you think this is definitely you would say instinctual
<v Speaker 3>versus an effect of the environment for cats.
<v Speaker 5>Yes, one hundred percent. I definitely think it's instinctual. And
<v Speaker 5>it's instinctual in the sense that they will tailor to
<v Speaker 5>the environment they're in. Right, So if you have one cat, right,
<v Speaker 5>and your cat is mirroring your imbalances back to you
<v Speaker 5>and you don't recognize it, and that cat falls sick,
<v Speaker 5>and say that cat passes away. So let's say a
<v Speaker 5>cat passes away of some serious condition like maybe having
<v Speaker 5>seizure or cancer or something like that. Right, and then
<v Speaker 5>the next cat you bring into your life because you
<v Speaker 5>haven't recognized the mirroring or healed your imbalances that need
<v Speaker 5>to be mirrored. That's a better way of putting it.
<v Speaker 5>The next cat, your second cat may develop the same
<v Speaker 5>condition as the previous one that passed away. I've seen this, right,
<v Speaker 5>And say the second cat then pass away the same condition.
<v Speaker 5>Third cat being brought into the house, and you'll see
<v Speaker 5>it again, Okay, So it's like they will, they'll adapt
<v Speaker 5>to the situation and mirror whatever situation needs to be mirrored,
<v Speaker 5>and it's fascinating when you see that.
<v Speaker 3>We have a couple of minutes before the break. Do
<v Speaker 3>cats ever mirror each other or stay near each other
<v Speaker 3>if you have, like I have a multi cat household.
<v Speaker 3>And before prior to the three cats, there was also
<v Speaker 3>two dogs. I noticed one of my cats, when the
<v Speaker 3>dogs were sick, would lay next to that sick dog, okay,
<v Speaker 3>before the dog passed. Is that something that is a
<v Speaker 3>mirroring between the cat and a dog or something instinctual
<v Speaker 3>that the cat's picking up on.
<v Speaker 5>Yeah, I think. I think animals instinctively know when each other,
<v Speaker 5>when one of the animals in their environment is coming
<v Speaker 5>close towards end of life. They instinctually know when the
<v Speaker 5>other animal is sick, and they will do things like that.
<v Speaker 5>They will either lie beside them to support them. Some
<v Speaker 5>animals will get really up in their face as well,
<v Speaker 5>which is a little bit too much, but that's the
<v Speaker 5>way they deal with it. Some animals will keep a distance,
<v Speaker 5>like I remember, I know we're steering a little bit
<v Speaker 5>off of cats for but there's a good example is
<v Speaker 5>where I live. I live on a horse farm. There's
<v Speaker 5>seven horses in the mountains here in Ireland, and they
<v Speaker 5>I remember one of the horses was sick and we
<v Speaker 5>didn't know about it. And on reflection, one of the
<v Speaker 5>girls remembers that when when she saw in the field
<v Speaker 5>that there was a bit of a you know, the
<v Speaker 5>horses were kind of getting a little bit agro and
<v Speaker 5>one of them was kind of kicking out at the
<v Speaker 5>sick one, and one of the other horses kind of
<v Speaker 5>stepped in between and protected her. And it wasn't until
<v Speaker 5>after she'd passed away we realized that she had been
<v Speaker 5>sick at that time, and that that the other horse
<v Speaker 5>knew and was stepping into protectors. So they're really I
<v Speaker 5>feel that it's not necessarily a mirroring thing. It's more
<v Speaker 5>of an intuitive thing. When they're working with each other
<v Speaker 5>like that, it's more us they need to mirror because
<v Speaker 5>the natural world, all of the natural world, all of nature,
<v Speaker 5>all of the animals, all of the plants and the
<v Speaker 5>plant medicine, the rocks, the rivers, all of the natural world,
<v Speaker 5>I believe is here to heal us humans, and it's
<v Speaker 5>much more channeled in that way. If we were healed,
<v Speaker 5>everything else would thrive.
<v Speaker 3>Right, Oh boy, if we were herell that's the key, Okay,
<v Speaker 3>we have a short break for our sponsor and we'll
<v Speaker 3>be right back.
<v Speaker 5>Real people, real stories.
<v Speaker 7>Are dog developed this lymph problem at the chemotherapy lasted

<v Speaker 1>Live Radio dot com.
<v Speaker 3>Welcome back everyone. We're talking with Lisa Tully. She's a
<v Speaker 3>holistic healer and we're talking about how cats mirror our
<v Speaker 3>human emotions. So, Lisa, this has been a fascinating show
<v Speaker 3>so far. What can parents do to maintain a calm,
<v Speaker 3>balanced energy that befits them and also their cats.
<v Speaker 5>The best thing I feel we can do as humans
<v Speaker 5>to support our cuts and so they don't have to mirror,
<v Speaker 5>is really find what it is in your life that
<v Speaker 5>makes you joyful and happy and peaceful. I could say
<v Speaker 5>to people meditation, but I know meditation doesn't always suit everybody.
<v Speaker 5>If you find it hard to sit in stillness and
<v Speaker 5>sit in meditation, that's okay. Your mind has had free
<v Speaker 5>reign for how many many years You've never meditated, so
<v Speaker 5>it takes a while to train the mind in that way.
<v Speaker 5>So if that's challenging for people, Sometimes it could be
<v Speaker 5>something like doing the kind of a moving meditation like
<v Speaker 5>chigung taichi, some kind of deeper practice like that which
<v Speaker 5>enables you to reset the nervous system and also get
<v Speaker 5>the emotions out of the body, out of the organs,
<v Speaker 5>so is that the organs can function properly, so you
<v Speaker 5>can feel better in yourself, looking after your diet, making
<v Speaker 5>sure you've got high quality human beings around you in
<v Speaker 5>your life that are going to support you. So the
<v Speaker 5>more you can build yourself up in a way that
<v Speaker 5>suits you and what's available to you wherever you are
<v Speaker 5>living in the world, the happier you are, the happier
<v Speaker 5>they are. I guarantee it, you know. So it's really
<v Speaker 5>it's a journey about looking after yourself. And really, i'd say,
<v Speaker 5>especially now when things are going a bit crazy for
<v Speaker 5>me personally, I feel that I'm much better if I
<v Speaker 5>just don't watch the news, if I don't watch too
<v Speaker 5>much social media. I literally go in for work and
<v Speaker 5>I come back out again. And these are habits and practices.
<v Speaker 5>So it's not allowing yourself to check out, it's keeping
<v Speaker 5>yourself checked in because when we check out and when
<v Speaker 5>we go off on tangents, that's when the animals will
<v Speaker 5>start to try and pull us back again and start
<v Speaker 5>to try and get our attention and start to try
<v Speaker 5>mirroring us like in that way.
<v Speaker 3>First of all, yes, that's great advice because you're in Ireland.
<v Speaker 3>I'm in the US, and there's a lot of crazy
<v Speaker 3>going on everywhere, and I think that can definitely affect
<v Speaker 3>our cats because there's a lot of emotions there. I
<v Speaker 3>want to talk about a little about healing cats and
<v Speaker 3>as well as pet parents. But this comes in at
<v Speaker 3>a great time. I think this question, what do you
<v Speaker 3>say to people listening that say, well, you know, that
<v Speaker 3>sounds well and good, but I really don't believe in
<v Speaker 3>any of this. Now, I will say this, keep in mind,
<v Speaker 3>I have a master's degree. In one of my first
<v Speaker 3>classes in my master's degree, I wrote a book on crystals, okay,
<v Speaker 3>so it was very important. We talked about shamans, we
<v Speaker 3>talked about out of body experiences. So this is for
<v Speaker 3>an MBA. So personally, I am very open minded to
<v Speaker 3>a lot of different things. That's where I come from.
<v Speaker 3>But not everybody believes that. So for those that say
<v Speaker 3>this sounds like a lot of you know, I can't
<v Speaker 3>wrap my head around this. What would you say to
<v Speaker 3>them to say, this is why you're wrong? Or this
<v Speaker 3>is why you should think a little more open minded
<v Speaker 3>about this.
<v Speaker 5>Well, I would answer that by saying, what I'm talking
<v Speaker 5>about is nothing new, Okay, It's a very very ancient
<v Speaker 5>thing for all of humanity to be able to commune
<v Speaker 5>and connect with the natural world deeper way. Humans were
<v Speaker 5>operating in that kind of space far longer than we
<v Speaker 5>haven't been. It's only in modern times, you know, where
<v Speaker 5>they've tried to redirect us down this kind of left
<v Speaker 5>brain route. Like I come from science background. I have
<v Speaker 5>a degree in biology and in chemistry. I used to
<v Speaker 5>work in the pharmaceutical industry and I sold in the
<v Speaker 5>major London hospitals, the pharmaceuticals into consultants and professors. So
<v Speaker 5>I come from that background, but I always had the
<v Speaker 5>intuitive side to me. I worked in the vets for
<v Speaker 5>two years as well, and I work with vets now.
<v Speaker 5>I share cases with holistic vets in the States and
<v Speaker 5>in Ireland. But having said that, you know, science is
<v Speaker 5>such a modern conception. What I work on and what
<v Speaker 5>I'm basing all this stuff on is like you touched
<v Speaker 5>on the shamanic right. You study shamanic stuff when you
<v Speaker 5>were doing your MBA. Like all cultures you know, can
<v Speaker 5>trace back to shamanic roots, and that is a time
<v Speaker 5>in our existence, I feel, where we were able to
<v Speaker 5>live in proper harmony and synchronicity and synergistically with the
<v Speaker 5>natural world. Right ever since we stepped out of that paradigm,
<v Speaker 5>we stepped into the left brain and that we can
<v Speaker 5>dominate nature and that nature serves humanity. That's when the
<v Speaker 5>real problems began with the planet. Okay, that's when we
<v Speaker 5>started to become more out of balance. That's when all
<v Speaker 5>the chronic illnesses started to explode across the world. When
<v Speaker 5>we took more chemicals into our body, when we put
<v Speaker 5>more chemicals into our food, and more chemicals into the earth.
<v Speaker 5>And we see, you know, how out of whack we
<v Speaker 5>are that we got ourselves here. But if we look
<v Speaker 5>back into the past when people lived, it wasn't like that,
<v Speaker 5>and we can even experience that today. Like I went
<v Speaker 5>over to Mongolia and I was working with the Mongolian
<v Speaker 5>shamans there and they were teaching me stuff about healing.
<v Speaker 5>I was doing ceremonies with them, they were healing me.
<v Speaker 5>And the shamanic culture is very very very powerful over
<v Speaker 5>there and very much alive. And what I experienced when
<v Speaker 5>I was with them, was how they commune with nature,
<v Speaker 5>and how they commune with the spirits of nature, the
<v Speaker 5>spirits of the late, the spirits of the animals. The
<v Speaker 5>way they work is they bring the spirits of their
<v Speaker 5>ancestors into their body and they can suddenly start speaking,
<v Speaker 5>you know, different tongues, ancient tongues and different languages. So
<v Speaker 5>how can you explain that kind of stuff. So you
<v Speaker 5>just have to jump in and really believe it. But
<v Speaker 5>to see how like when I was there, it was
<v Speaker 5>a special event where it happens about every nine years,
<v Speaker 5>where about forty shamans came together from all over Mongolia
<v Speaker 5>and they literally I watched them sit down and all
<v Speaker 5>the head shamans kind of sat around and they brought
<v Speaker 5>the ungots, the spirits into their bodies and they start
<v Speaker 5>to speak and talk about how we can heal the planet,
<v Speaker 5>how can we be ambassadors for the planet, and sort
<v Speaker 5>all of this out. So this is the stuff that's
<v Speaker 5>going on in the periphery of the world. If we
<v Speaker 5>get off social media or I get off Netflix and
<v Speaker 5>get out into the world, you'll see that our way
<v Speaker 5>of seeing the world and not really acknowledging the consciousness
<v Speaker 5>that exists in all of nature, and all of the
<v Speaker 5>natural world is actually a smaller part of our existence.
<v Speaker 5>And I think also of our world of who we are.
<v Speaker 5>There's all these indigenous people and in the people who
<v Speaker 5>don't even need to be indigenous as well, like people
<v Speaker 5>that just believe that. Go out and experience it. So
<v Speaker 5>if you don't like what I'm saying, it's okay. I
<v Speaker 5>just ask people to try it out for themselves. Is
<v Speaker 5>not always the way is like, look to your animals
<v Speaker 5>and speak to your animals. When you speak to them,
<v Speaker 5>they understand every word you say. And if you've got
<v Speaker 5>a burning question that you want to know the answer
<v Speaker 5>to tode from your animal, say it to them and
<v Speaker 5>then just let it go, all right, and then see
<v Speaker 5>what happens. Oh, see how the animal responds, See what
<v Speaker 5>comes into your awareness, see what insights you get. And
<v Speaker 5>it can be a question about your life, or it
<v Speaker 5>could be a question about theirs, because they will find
<v Speaker 5>a way to communicate it to you, whether it comes
<v Speaker 5>in a dream, you know something.
<v Speaker 6>You know.
<v Speaker 5>They're unbelievably canny and creative and they are forever communicating
<v Speaker 5>with us. We're just not aware of it. So if
<v Speaker 5>we open up, just open the channels up a little
<v Speaker 5>bit by asking them something and seeing what comes back,
<v Speaker 5>what feeling you get, what image comes into your mind.
<v Speaker 5>So don't believe me. Turn to your cap beside you
<v Speaker 5>and ask them to show you.
<v Speaker 3>Thank you for that. Thank you for that insightful information.
<v Speaker 5>You're welcome.
<v Speaker 3>What would be a next step for our pet parents?
<v Speaker 3>So if they're you know, talking to their cats and
<v Speaker 3>they want to get more, how would they reach you
<v Speaker 3>or what would be the next logical step in opening
<v Speaker 3>up the mirroring and communication.
<v Speaker 5>So thank you for asking that question. The best way
<v Speaker 5>for people to reach me is to my website. My
<v Speaker 5>website is very easy to remember, it's Animal Healing dot
<v Speaker 5>Ie and on there. The easiest way in to access
<v Speaker 5>this work to try it out is I invite people
<v Speaker 5>to check out my animal communication sessions and that's where
<v Speaker 5>we deep dive with your animal friend, with your cat,
<v Speaker 5>and we can ask the cat what it is they
<v Speaker 5>want you to know for yourself, and after that then
<v Speaker 5>we'll also ask the cat what questions it is you
<v Speaker 5>have for the cat. And these sessions are real deep
<v Speaker 5>soul level communication sessions. It's not the type of animal
<v Speaker 5>communication where it's like this is their favorite toy or
<v Speaker 5>you know, why did you slam the door or you
<v Speaker 5>know whatever of those kind of things. It's much more purposeful.
<v Speaker 5>It's much more back into your life, purpose, your relationships,
<v Speaker 5>your health, your well being, whatever it is they really
<v Speaker 5>want you to know right now is what comes up.
<v Speaker 5>And again, I work through the photo, but we can
<v Speaker 5>do it live as well. So that's what I would
<v Speaker 5>encourage people to check out as their starting point with me,
<v Speaker 5>and then if they want to go deeper, if their
<v Speaker 5>cat has physical imbalances, emotional balances that would need deeper
<v Speaker 5>support and deeper botanical work. That's also available to six
<v Speaker 5>month programs that I do, but I think it's really
<v Speaker 5>nice to have the individual sessions first and we can
<v Speaker 5>get a feel for each other and you can get
<v Speaker 5>a first hand experience of how I work.
<v Speaker 3>Lisa, I want to thank you so much for coming
<v Speaker 3>on Ctitude and explaining how cats mirror their humans and
<v Speaker 3>just such a insightful information into your holistic hearing. The
<v Speaker 3>website again is animal healing do Ie.
<v Speaker 5>Yeah, that's it, see remembered.
<v Speaker 3>And just sort of animal healing dot Ie. Thank you
<v Speaker 3>so much. I appreciate it. I know it's a huge
<v Speaker 3>time difference there, So thank you so much again for
<v Speaker 3>coming on Catitude.

<v Speaker 3>do believe my cats mirror me and I want to
<v Speaker 3>definitely do more in this area. Very interesting. I want
<v Speaker 3>to thank my three cats, Dennis, Charlotte and Molly for
<v Speaker 3>I don't know, mirroring me and teaching me about themselves
<v Speaker 3>and myself. Thanks again to my guest Lisa Tully. Thank
