And a huge, huge thank you to our subscribers. You guys are awesome. They sure are. They're the best. Speaking of things that are awesome, we just got done rewatching Bumpy and the wise old Wolfhound. Dad send us a message. It's a video. Just play, Yeah, go on, Henry, could you tell us what was going on at the beginning of this episode. At the beginning of the episode, we can see Bingo and Chili at the hospital and it looks like Bingo's being checked by the doctor, and Bingo asked Chili if she can ask the doctor if they could leave that day, but the doctor said that they're going to have to keep her there for one more night, just to watch over her. After that, bandit sends a message to Chili on the iPad and it's a video. Henry, did they say why was Bingo at the hospital? They didn't really tell us why she was there. The only thing we know is that she's just sick. Bingo said it wasn't fair, and Chili agreed, but said, but here we are. Yeah, that's got to be a very tough situation. Bingo wants to hit play on the video Stella, what is happening? Louis is there and she says that her name is Barnicus. Also, she's wearing just purple underpants, and while she's standing there, she starts talking about how she wants a puppy more than anything in the world. More than anything. Can you relate to that, Stella, like me wanting. A puppy, wanted anything in the world, or just wanting some like anything a pet. Yeah, actually you can definitely relate to that. Maybe not a puppy, but still, but what I really want to kids. I know we have two cats, for like one more? Would it hurt it would hurt me? Okay. Barnicus heads to a shop and she buying something Stella, what was it? She was buying some carrots. She told the shopkeeper, who was played by Bandit, that she wanted a puppy and he had some advice for what was it? He told her that she should wish upon a star for a puppy. Barnicus heads home or to somewhere, and she wishes upon a star. Amanda what happens. The next morning? She wakes up after wishing upon a star, and there in her room was her very own puppy, which was played by her cousin Socks. And this is when Socks was little. Yes, Socks was very little. And still chewing on everything and everyone. Yes, but Barnicus was so so happy to wake up and her wish came true. She took the new puppy with her everywhere. They went to the grocery store together her and bought carrots. She told the storekeeper, who was played by Bandit, that karrots were Bumpy's favorite. Oh, Bumpy is the name of her puppy. By the way. Once Bluey finds Bumpy in the morning and she was getting kind of out of control, Stripe had to feed Socks just to keep her in the frame and from gnawing on blue anymore than she had to By now, a nurse is watching the video too. Every time we see somebody in the hospital room with Bingo, they're becoming very invested in this masterpiece of a movie that they've made. And they're also quite curious why they're wearing purple underpants. Yeah, because everybody's wearing them right right except for Bumpy. Yes, Bumpy, played by Socks, is biten bandit pretty badly too, and he is not super keen on that. Later we see Barnicus and Bumpy out running in the grass, Henry, what happens as they're running? We can see Bumpy stop running and starts to bend down, so then they can well, yeah, make some hershey kisses. Cross, Okay, all right, but yes, poor old Bumpy has to do her business outside, which is how it goes when Barncas wakes up the next day, Henry, what is happening with Bumpy? Bumpy was sick and had these little dots all over her. Yeah, little spots stuck all over and days and nights go by, and the way they did that was pretty cute. I thought with the drawings that they were putting them in front of the window, and people were taking turns putting theirs up in the window. But Bumpy just wasn't getting any better. Stella, what does blue do? She asked several people if they could help, but no one had an answer until she got to the Baker Lady, who was played by Muffin, and Muffin told her that she should go and visit the wise Old Wolf found and that she might have something that could help Bumpy. Whenever Barnicas rolled up to the Baker Lady. The Baker Lady was having trouble remembering her lines and staying in character. What was she doing, Stella? She kept calling Barnicus Bluie. Yeah, which I believe I have done so far in this podcast, but she couldn't remember. She was doing something with her baking, Amanda. That made Chili quite nervous. What was happening. Muffin was using Chili's nice vase as a string pot for her bakery whatever she was cooking up that day, and Chili was getting very nervous watching the video because she was afraid that Muffin would knock it over and break. It, which she then promptly did, which she did. Yes, they get to the wise old Wolfhound who is playing that character, Amanda aunt. Trixie is playing the wise old wolf Hound. The wise old Wolfhound lived in a tent, and Blue or Barnicas takes Bumpy into the tent and they see the wise old wolf Hound sitting there and she is wearing like a robe and she just looks, I don't know, kind of magical, and Blue Barnicus begins to explain that Bumpy is sick and she's there asking for help. Is there anything she can do to help Bumpy get better? She thinks that the wise old Wolfhound can just use magic and instantly fix Bumpy, but that's not exactly how going to work. The wise old Wolfhound tells Bluie Barnicus to bring her a pair of purple underpants, but they can't be just any purple underpants. The purple underpants have to come from someone that has never been sick. Barnicus grabs Bumpy and she tells the wise old Wolfhound, we'll find him. We'll be right back. I promise we'll be right back, and she takes off running back to town to see who she can get purple underpants from. I love that the wise old Wolfhound had to repeat it again, never been sick. And by now we see the medical professionals at the hospital totally totally involved in watching this story, and they were also glad to finally understand what the purple underpants were about. Barnicus couldn't use her purple underpants because she had had a running No was last year. Could you imagine asking these kids the last time they had been sick, and it was a year ago. That would be pretty wild, wouldn't Yes, I would be Blue heads off to find someone else to ask. Who does she talk to? Henry? He talks to the shopkeeper. The shopkeeper said that he would be happy to do anything to help Bumpy, and he started to give Blue, I mean Barnakiss his purple underpants. I thought the reaction was funny. They never wear clothes. But when he had the underpants on and took him off, Chili and the nurse were both. Like, whooh, yeah, I noticed that too. Blue forgot to ask him one thing though, Henry, what did she forget to ask him? He forgot to ask him? Has he ever been sick before? Sick? Oh? By, yes, I've got bumbworms. I remember the first time we saw this. I almost fell out of my seat. That is so funny. It's still so funny. Did everybody still find that funny? Of course? Yeah? Not really? Oh of course you didn't, But yeah, bumworms. I also really like Chili's and the nurse's reaction to that as well. Bingo is super invested in this story now, and she is talking back to the video like they can hear when Barnicus takes off, did you notice that after Stripe says, cut, you see Bandits scratching at himself, and you're like, well, maybe he wasn't. Joking, Maybe he wasn't Stella, who did Barnicus go see next? Barnicus went to go see Muffin the Baker Lady, And once she was there, she asked, a Muffin, she's ever been sick before? Yes, I was sick, yos Leah. I was sick, yos Leah. I was sick last week. Oh, I had wabies. I came no, I can't use your purple pats, Frank Spacu lady, fine, blow way. But I guess I thought that was so cute. Muffin having trouble with that. I mean, heck, even when we're recording this podcast, there are certain combinations of words. Whenever I try to put him together, I end up stumbling over him and I end up having to use this thing that Bandit said during this episode. We can edit that bit out right. I love the quick adjustment they made to the script, Stella, do you think that was Stripe's idea or Bandit's idea? Probably Stripes Honestly. Yeah, I think he's the director in this. It really seems like he's doing all the business there, and Muffin did a good job of recovering, and I all so really love Chilis and the nurse's reaction to Muffin's affliction as well. Barnicus can't find a person who's never been sick, Amanda. What happens? We find Barnica's sitting out on the backsteps and she's just bummed out and saying that it's just not fair that she can't find anyone that hasn't been sick. And then as she's thinking, she realizes that she knows what the wise old Wolfhound was trying to teach her, and that is being sick is just a part of life. Everybody has been sick at one time or another. Once Barnicus came to that realization, she said she quit thinking it wasn't fair and went to a more solution oriented issue to the problem. Where they read books and what else did they do, Henry? They colored and they watched cartoons. Man, remember when mom would do that stuff with you guys when you were sick when you were little? Yeah, I remember that, Amanda. Do you remember when you were little? And like when I was little and you stayed home sick. Yes, what did you do on the couch? Saltine crackers either a sprite or seven up to drink or sip on. Mom always put a straw in it, and on the TV the one and only The Price is Right. Heck, yeah, that seems like a pretty universal thing for people our age watching The Price Is Right when you're home. Well, Barnicus focusing on comforting Bumpy while she's sick instead of demanding that she get better really helps smooth things out. And one day she woke up and Bumpy was all better. Stella, what do we cut to next? Everyone is outside and they all take a big bow and they tell Bingo that they'll see her tomorrow. But before they can cut away what happens? Socks runs over and starts biting Bandon's leg, which causes him to fall over, and then she starts biting band Bum. And that was the episode. Henry, did we forget anything? Nope? I don't think so. Well, you know what it's time for? Did we learn anything today? Could anyone tell us? What did you learn today? What I learned today is that sometimes being sick it's just a far life. Boy, I've never seen two kids to want to go first on the did we learn? There's nothing else to say, though, so sorry, I want to go first, Becau, there's something else to say. You guys are both right, that's kind of the main point, that everybody gets sick. But Stella, I bet you could find another lesson. I don't think I can. What about you, Amanda. Sometimes in life we just have to be patient. Very good. Barnicus had to be patient with Bumpy getting better, and Bingo kinda has to do that also. She's in the hospital sick. We don't know why, and it's a bummer, but she just has to be patient with her healing process so she can go home. Yeah, very good, Very good. I think another thing he could say is that sometimes the best you can do for someone is just be there for them, the way Barnicas was with Bumpy. Bumpy didn't feel good and the best thing that Barnicus could do was just spend time with her. Yeah. That's really good too, absolutely. And that empathy probably really helped make being sick easier on Bumpy. Yeah, and I think that ties in with everybody wanting to help Bingo feel better. They did all this just so she would feel better emotionally, while she was sick with whatever was going on. Yes, because when you're sick, it means so much to know that people are in your corner and they're rooting for you, and they're doing their best to try to cheer you up, and having that positivity around you can really help you feel better if you're mentally happy. Right, because attitude really is everything in the moment. That's the only thing you get control at that point. Yes, the only thing Bingo can control is how she reacts to it, and she's doing a great job of it. Because when you're at the hospital and you don't have all the things that normally make you comfortable around and the people around that make you comfortable, it can be extra tough. So that probably really really did make her feel good. Yeah, I'm sure it did. Does anyone have any parting thoughts about the episode? I think Bandits should probably maybe, I don't know, think about seeing a doctor himself? Probably? Uh. I found the whole bumworms thing really funny. I knew you would. I did too, Who am I kidding? I thought it was funny how Muffin kind of kept messing up her lines but eventually changed it. And I also thought it was funny how she said she had rabies. Yeah, last week I enjoyed this one so much. I think this might be my favorite episode of Bluie if I had to pick one. I think the writing's cute, and I love the interaction between everybody, And as someone who has done like production and audio and video stuff, I can so relate to what it takes to make something like that go together. So you got to hand it to Stripe and band It for putting this all together. And Stripe is voiced by Dan Brum, who's the audio designer on here, so he really knows what it takes to make all this stuff happen. That's cool. Yeah. I did really like in the episode how it was the whole family came together to try to help. And the neighbors too, like you saw Pat for just a second, yeah, and some other people like maybe McKenzie's dad, but just to see all the people who are willing to take part in it. And you have to wonder though about the purple underpants. Why did they have underpants? They don't even wear clothes. What are you wearing them under? I just don't know. It did seem extra shocking though, when Bandit shucked them, and when Chile and the nurse reacted the way they did, it's like, yeah, I get it, I totally get it. But yeah, what a fun episode. Well, guys, we think Bluie is awesome. And speaking of things that we think are awesome, Henry, what should we do next? The how outs? Okay, listen up. Everyone has to clap and go whoa, Yeah, all right, that's awesome, got it? All right? We have the best fans ever. We're so appreciative of you, guys. The messages, the voice messages, comments, reviews, and emails. We read and listen to all of them. Thank you, thank you, thank. You, Yes, thank you guys so much. You all are so awesome. Thank you. Let's take a look at the comments on Spotify. We heard from vv Riley, Jesse, Odder, Julia, Jaden, and Jared whose favorite episode is Unicorse Era Ivy, Pia, Kimberly, Grace Mia, who is from Auckland, New Zealand. How cool is that? Our buddy Alex someone whose username is Supergirls Gaming, Sophie and Ellie. Ellie asked about how to send a voice message to the show. The easiest way is to record yourself on a phone tablet or computer and email that file to Estella. What's the email address. Loue Podcast at gmail dot com. You can also do it right from the messaging section of Instagram, which is pretty handy. Speaking of Instagram, we heard from Lorraina, We got some emails. We heard from Penelope. We got a voice message from Luciana. Hi, I'm Luciana. I love Bluie and I love your podcast. My birthday is next month in August, and I will be seven, and you guys are really great and I love the podcast. Bye. Thank you so much for your message, Luciana, and we're gonna wish you a happy birthday now. Happy birthday, Happy birthday, Happy birthday. And thank you so so much for sending us a message and for listening to the show. We heard from George who was asking about a specific episode for us to do a rewatch of. And I let George know we are watching them in the order that they came out, So if you guys are waiting on a certain episode, just know it will come whenever we get to it. They're just in. Order, that's right. If you haven't heard it yet, it'll be coming up to you. We also got a voice message from Kadambari Camoy. I'm six years old, elm and nor Heilina. I love those stories every night before I go to bed, and my factors are chilly by Vingo and MafA. Very persons are Amanda Stella and Henry and Eric and and how on Christopher. You guys kind of close story with day Healers. Yeah, at the podcast because I think that makes me know you're talking about through with the heroes. And until then. Bye. Thank you so much for your message. It was so great to hear from you. Yeah, thank you, kadam Bari. And you bring up a good point. We did name the podcast Dinner with the Healers instead of Story with the Healers. That's because the idea is that we are having dinner with the healers and they're telling us their experiences. But also it's a play on words of a title of a different thing, and we thought it would be cute for the podcast. It's been three years now, so we're sort of stuck. We're glad you liked the podcast. Yes, thank you so much for listening. We heard from our buddy Ozzy Oscar, speaking of podcast names, he is starting a podcast about weird Al Yankovic. That is cool. Yeah, I gotta tell you I am definitely gonna listen to that. I am stoked for it. Well, we wish you lots of luck with that. That's gonna be so. Cool for sure. And if you guys don't know who Weird Al is, do you guys know who Weird Al is? Yeah? I don't think so. I also don't. This is like random. But he voices cheesy sandwich in My Little Pony. That's right, he does. Then in Friendship is Magic, Yeah, in My Little Pony, My Little Little Pony G four. Yeah, like Generation four. Oh, sorry, geez, you really know your ponies? I guess. Weird Al is a singer and he got really popular when I was young, So everybody get out your slide rules and calculators to figure out how old I am. But when I was young, he released a song called eat It, which was a parody of the Michael Jackson song Beat It. And he has been making music ever since. He's a really good musician and he's a great performer, and he has had an amazing career. Yeah, he's very funny, very cool. We also got a voice message from our friend. Yafa Hi dinner with the Heeler. This is your friend Yaffa, and they has my blue stuffed animal that actually talks. Why. Yeah, I just wanted to say hi. My birthday was a while ago, as you know, and yeah, please give me a shout. Out, Yafa. It's so great to hear from you. I'm so glad you sent us a message. I hope you had a wonderful birthday, and thank you for sharing your blue stuffy with us. That was very cute to hear it. Yeah, I think it's cool having stuffies that make sound like that. When I was a kid, though, I would have a stuffy like that in my bed at night and I'd roll over on it and it would wake me up whenever he would talk. But that is so cool and happy Happy. Birthday, Happy birthday, Happy Birthday. We got some reviews on Apple podcasts. We heard from King Teddy, the Reformed Guy, I am a Lama, someone whose username starts with seo, LP Boosty seventeen, who said more Stella, someone whose username is bluey and Bingo fans. We heard from hashtag more seasons. Heck yeah, more seasons of Blue. Let's go Raina Coco the Kiddo someone whose user name looks like fire no tech. I bet it goes together in a different way, and I'm getting the syllables combined incorrectly. But they were letting people know where the howl outs were because some people in their reviews were like, why aren't you doing the howl anymore? And the tough thing about reviews is is there one direction we can't reply, so when you guys have questions for us, it is very difficult for us to answer them. We heard from Eleanor Maddix, someone whose username is Hello Kitty for Life, who said our email address didn't work, but it definitely works. We get email every day, so give it another try. Stella, what's that email address again? Louis podcast at gmail dot com. Yes, yes, we heard from Star Wars Fantastic Czar, the Star Lego, Queen six seven, Girly one two three, and their brother Swiftygal's cousin and Callier. Guys. Thank you so much for the five star reviews. We really really appreciate it. It helps other people find the podcast. You rate us five stars like that, and thank you to everyone for all of the messages, voice messages, comments and emails. Thank you, Thank you, We. Love hearing from you, guys, and we're so thankful for your positive words and reviews. We just couldn't do this podcast without you, so thank you so much. Well, guys, until next time, we are out of here. Bye guys, Bye bye. Once again,
