But like. <v Speaker 3>I have you know, Kristen or Castor signed one thing. <v Speaker 3>I'm already my money's made, and it's just you know <v Speaker 3>when we were in the thing, but that one dollars <v Speaker 3>spent sixteen brand new mint condition. <v Speaker 1>Professional wrestling Action figures. That's like absurd. <v Speaker 5>Someday people are going to be like, man, I really <v Speaker 5>need a Chris Statlander action figure. I remember the day <v Speaker 5>that it was one ninety nine, and they're going to <v Speaker 5>be like, wow, I was an idiot. <v Speaker 4>I mean even now she was just on a pay <v Speaker 4>per view. If someone's watching that becomes a fan of <v Speaker 4>hers wants a figure. Okay, it's one ninety nine now, <v Speaker 4>but once he's a gone. <v Speaker 5>That's it right, you know exactly exactly. <v Speaker 1>It's a crucial time. <v Speaker 5>What a match too. Anyway, Mark, you were in Orlando. <v Speaker 1>Didn't even hit me up. <v Speaker 5>I was literally there for less than twenty four hours <v Speaker 5>in Orlando. <v Speaker 1>Hit me up. We got lunch really, Carlos, Yeah, we <v Speaker 1>got to go to Disney for free, That's why. <v Speaker 5>And I landed, took a shower, put my suit on, <v Speaker 5>and went to the building. <v Speaker 1>That was a ill fitting suit. I'muk, no. <v Speaker 4>Shit, that looks like a Senah five styles. <v Speaker 1>Damn you rock to Steve Harvey on baby sleeve looks <v Speaker 1>so baggy. <v Speaker 5>I got a lot of compliments. It was just the <v Speaker 5>way I was sitting. <v Speaker 1>I got a lot of compliments. <v Speaker 4>Did anyone say this is a Steve Harvey? <v Speaker 3>No? <v Speaker 5>No, But I I feel okay saying this because it <v Speaker 5>was in the news. I just recently got into wrestling figure collecting. <v Speaker 5>With all the different companies in different series under Mattel alone, <v Speaker 5>it can be a bit overwhelming trying to figure out <v Speaker 5>which is which. Thanks to you, guys, I can now <v Speaker 5>understand it all. I really dig the stories from Matt, <v Speaker 5>Brian and Mark's past of their old fig feds. It <v Speaker 5>really brings me back to the days when me and <v Speaker 5>my brother used to each have our own wrestling figure <v Speaker 5>federations and would meet up in each other's rooms for <v Speaker 5>huge pay per views. We used all types of action <v Speaker 5>figures besides just wrestling figs, like turtles, Rambo Indiana Jones said, <v Speaker 5>very smart. We had a stage and ramp build out <v Speaker 5>of Encyclopedia Britannicas. Well finally somebody used those Encyclopedias Wow, <v Speaker 5>and had an old silver Panasonic boombox we used to <v Speaker 5>play tapes through for ring entrances. We would record the <v Speaker 5>audio from our matches with commentary and even wrote down <v Speaker 5>all of our match cards in a notebook. Thanks for <v Speaker 5>bringing back some of my fondness childhood memories. Keep on <v Speaker 5>the fantastic work, dong Man hammered dong I would love <v Speaker 5>if you could take a picture of that notebook. <v Speaker 1>I'd rather listen to the commentary. <v Speaker 5>That's true. That's true. Any follow up on that, I <v Speaker 5>would love to hear or see it. <v Speaker 1>That's a great review. Guys. <v Speaker 4>We're in another year. We just completed six years. <v Speaker 5>Brian Chris says is hammered site of team and I <v Speaker 5>think I think that's the knee injuries. It's hammerstone. <v Speaker 1>Is that an injury or a dog injury? <v Speaker 3>I don't know. <v Speaker 1>We don't know speedy recovery. <v Speaker 4>Well, guys, if you're listening for the first time here, <v Speaker 4>we do a lot of give you ways, especially the <v Speaker 4>ones every week from Ringside Collectibles. I was talking to niece about <v Speaker 5>this this week, about how Brian maybe didn't really love <v Speaker 5>his experience, and he said the exact same thing Broski said, <v Speaker 5>And he said, well, he probably did it terrible, Niece <v Speaker 5>and Orlando guy, I think you know he knows his <v Speaker 5>way around the parks. <v Speaker 1>So listen, it's very difficult. <v Speaker 3>It's more, I mean, I don't have to get this <v Speaker 3>now because we're gonna do a bonus spine, But it's more, <v Speaker 3>we didn't do it terrible. There's just things I'm curious <v Speaker 3>why they even exist it Disney, or why they are <v Speaker 3>the way they are. That's more of my right argument. <v Speaker 4>I'll try to answer those questions for you. We're also <v Speaker 4>bringing back the movie Club. I'm gonna watch a movie, <v Speaker 4>talk about the movie, talk about the figures from that movie. <v Speaker 4>You guys wanted it, We're gonna do it. Cone Heads, <v Speaker 4>you better watch it. Yeah, there's somebody who teeth. Who <v Speaker 1>else in it? <v Speaker 5>Farley the only person in the world who hates Chris. <v Speaker 1>It's like fart comedy. I'll watch it. You're insane. <v Speaker 4>Hey, who Hey, maybe I'll love it. I'll buy the figures. <v Speaker 1>You never know. <v Speaker 5>I'm gonna put together a super cut of all the <v Speaker 5>fart jokes you've made for the last seven years on <v Speaker 5>this podcast. <v Speaker 1>Yeah right, Yeah, I have a good three minute reel. <v Speaker 4>We got He's Happy Hour, we got silver Line, Smart <v Speaker 4>Starle Smart, Mark Sterling. <v Speaker 5>But I might be meeting up with Heat this week. Actually, <v Speaker 5>I'll be in. <v Speaker 1>A live Yeah, yeah, a live recording. <v Speaker 5>I don't know about that. Maybe I would like to <v Speaker 5>talk to him about doing that possibly, Yeah, okay. <v Speaker 4>I did to let them breeze every single week, the <v Speaker 4>figure dissecting with the Freedom the Captain's Log with Joe Shoes. <v Speaker 4>Who's on the log this month? We gotta get somebody <v Speaker 4>on that log. Wait, we haven't aired the Greg Jefferies <v Speaker 4>one yet. Right, I'm pretty positive June because December was done. <v Speaker 4>But he interviewed Greg Jefferies live at the QBC, and <v Speaker 4>that's going to be right. The January episode. Oh that's great, <v Speaker 4>positive and we have the audio of that, yes, professional <v Speaker 4>audio being sent to that's fantastictes Keith Black PBC. <v Speaker 1>Thank you very nice. That is great. Mark. What is uh? <v Speaker 4>What's going on with you and he? You guys gonna <v Speaker 4>talk about this month? <v Speaker 1>Well? I don't know. <v Speaker 5>I mean it depends on if we do something live. <v Speaker 5>We do something live, We'll do something. Maybe I'll go <v Speaker 5>to his house, maybe I'll get a little tour. <v Speaker 1>I don't know. <v Speaker 3>He definitely has a little like man cave. Yeah, like <v Speaker 3>horror movie stuff and rocky stuff, and he collects his <v Speaker 3>stuff through his career. <v Speaker 5>He always talks about just grill I would grilling out <v Speaker 5>and stuff. I just want to go to his house <v Speaker 5>and like have him. <v Speaker 1>Oh you have a little cookout. <v Speaker 5>Yeah, I have a little cookout man. <v Speaker 1>Great, have yourselfing the hot Dog Man. <v Speaker 4>If you're just signing up to major marks dot com, <v Speaker 4>not only do you get these two bonuses, but you <v Speaker 4>get years, literally years of bonuses. <v Speaker 3>You'll have material till till next year. Guys, some <v Speaker 4>follow up. First of all, my December was so crazy. <v Speaker 4>This is the first time in the month of December <v Speaker 4>that I'm record in my office in my studio that <v Speaker 4>I feel out of place. <v Speaker 5>You had a nice background last week, though, like a <v Speaker 5>rust that hotel room, Chelse, Yeah. <v Speaker 4>Renaissance Hotel. But guys, happy holidays, Merry Christmas. We dropped <v Speaker 4>that Glube episode. If you haven't listened, a lot of <v Speaker 4>wonderful feedback then, Oh my god. Even Sean ross Sap <v Speaker 4>was tweeting about it. Yeah, check it out. <v Speaker 5>I prefer the yes, yeah, thank you. <v Speaker 1>I prefer the YouTube version obviously, with the pictures. The <v Speaker 1>it's evergreen, it's up there forever to be enjoyed and <v Speaker 1>you know, educate yourself. Yeah, trip down memory lane, whatever <v Speaker 1>it does for. <v Speaker 4>You well at wrestle search. Notice a packaging, a packaging change, <v Speaker 4>a running change to copy on Glob's nineteen eighty one <v Speaker 4>Scott sign And we were talking about it in the episode. <v Speaker 4>We talk about Yeah, tilt the world. It was changed <v Speaker 4>to tilt the world. <v Speaker 3>It was changed which is unreal that they cared to <v Speaker 3>even do that in my opinion, you. <v Speaker 5>Know, yeah the world. I was blown away. Then there <v Speaker 5>was a comment on the video that somebody that said, <v Speaker 5>you guys are all wrestlers and you didn't know that <v Speaker 5>it was Tilt the World. And then I'm like, wow, <v Speaker 5>this guy's trying to call us out and he's wrong. <v Speaker 1>He's wrong. So each shit troll. <v Speaker 5>And then we found out during the pod that Tilt <v Speaker 5>the World is the name of like a famous ride <v Speaker 5>that we all didn't know about. <v Speaker 3>Right, So in my mind, I was like, maybe there <v Speaker 3>are things that like, you know, the boys just have <v Speaker 3>like wrestlers speak, so to me, they could it could <v Speaker 3>have like originally been Tilt the World and turned into <v Speaker 3>Tilt the World, you know, But I think this is <v Speaker 3>truly Tilt the World, not Tilt the World. It's a <v Speaker 3>honest mistake, right, I mean, also, at the end of <v Speaker 3>the day, who gets a yea yeah true major Mark <v Speaker 3>Bob Paul shares his l jan collection. Check this out. <v Speaker 1>Look at that backdrop from the backdrop Gusic drop Guy. <v Speaker 1>Just a perfect way to do that, right, It's so cool. <v Speaker 4>I Mean I hate to nitpick, but it's such a <v Speaker 4>great backdrop, but then you can't see it at all <v Speaker 4>with the figures. <v Speaker 3>Right, but it's still it's still there, so much cooler <v Speaker 3>than a white wall and those lights that I have <v Speaker 3>to like hanging there, so you know, you get that <v Speaker 3>aspect of it. <v Speaker 4>I was more concerned with, or curious, how do you <v Speaker 4>get those fucking l J and figures to stand? <v Speaker 3>They don't have like little doll things around the waist. <v Speaker 3>I can't tell some of them, it looks like they do. <v Speaker 3>I mean, Hogan definitely has something there. <v Speaker 1>J White does. <v Speaker 5>Maybe the ones that stands, yeah, some of them have stands. <v Speaker 1>What a great setup. I think. Concern is, where's this <v Speaker 1>big rubber guy detailed set up like this? Very true? <v Speaker 3>Also, why does he have haswell rings on top of <v Speaker 3>the LGN. <v Speaker 5>Display has more rings? Really kind of messing me up? <v Speaker 4>Well, maybe the wouldn't fit on top. It looks like <v Speaker 4>it looks like that's the ceiling there. <v Speaker 1>My l jan's up. <v Speaker 3>Back to the original point though, are leaning up against <v Speaker 3>each other like oh mine too? They would go down <v Speaker 3>like dominoes if if you know, someone were to give. <v Speaker 4>But this is I think the best way I've ever <v Speaker 4>seen someone display a set of l jamds. <v Speaker 1>This is classy thought put into this. Really, everyone gets <v Speaker 1>a good Uh what am I? <v Speaker 3>What's what I'm looking for? They get to get the <v Speaker 3>attention they deserve. Yes, he also is clearly a diehard. <v Speaker 3>Like here's three versions of Jesse. They're like, well there are. <v Speaker 4>Different versions if you want to be a psycho there <v Speaker 4>there are mustaches, different hair colors. <v Speaker 5>It's what number one line. <v Speaker 1>I think you gotta keep going. Yeah, I love it. <v Speaker 1>I think it's really cool. <v Speaker 4>But like Brian said, I think he needs a little <v Speaker 4>big rubber guy de tall. You think detalls now that <v Speaker 4>they're extinct, do you think they're gonna go for like <v Speaker 4>more money on the secondary market. <v Speaker 3>Definitely, especially if you have a display and then like <v Speaker 3>you need to add another one and you exper like <v Speaker 3>what are you going to do? <v Speaker 4>I mean the detail for a figure collector. I think <v Speaker 4>it's as much as we talk about. I think it <v Speaker 4>is so underrated because you put some stands in there <v Speaker 4>like that maybe some lights turns into a top quality <v Speaker 4>display piece, especially at the price point. <v Speaker 5>Well, the original price bus wasn'ten We first. <v Speaker 1>Started talking about this years ago. It was nuts. <v Speaker 5>It was sixty or eighty sixty two bucks or something. <v Speaker 1>Even what it went up to was still very fair. <v Speaker 5>One was still like a deal. <v Speaker 1>Yeah. <v Speaker 4>Well, one of the best setups I've ever seen, so <v Speaker 4>I wanted to shout that out. This is interesting one. <v Speaker 4>Does Eddie Kingston fixed up? <v Speaker 1>Have you seen this? <v Speaker 5>Yes? <v Speaker 4>Astrid He repainted the head, basically showing that it's not <v Speaker 4>the sculpts that are the issue, it's the paint. App right, <v Speaker 4>it really makes us Eddie Kinson come to life. Looks incredible. Uh, <v Speaker 4>look at his previous work here. I haven't even seen <v Speaker 4>these my first time looking at it. <v Speaker 5>Holy crap. <v Speaker 4>Yeah, the Darby looks fantastic. I mean the Kenny they <v Speaker 4>all proved. <v Speaker 5>Yeah, wow, really really cool. <v Speaker 4>But our good friend Jeremy Jeremy Dower, I commented, Jeremy's. <v Speaker 5>Really got some balls that he like just says stuff <v Speaker 5>like all this out right, Like, I. <v Speaker 3>Don't know if this was my product, I'd like to <v Speaker 3>be homering into a bush about this, not boasting about it. <v Speaker 1>So for the listeners, Jeremy B. <v Speaker 4>Dawer says, amazing hand painted Eddie Kingston adding a few <v Speaker 4>ultra hand painted chases in future waves hasn't been done before, <v Speaker 4>and it could be a lot of fun. This got <v Speaker 4>surprisingly some backlash from fans. Joey Janelle included saying, why <v Speaker 4>don't you just make him look good? <v Speaker 3>Love Jeremy. I couldn't agree more though. <v Speaker 5>Like, yeah, but wouldn't that just make the price of <v Speaker 5>the figure higher? <v Speaker 4>Well, well, I think there's a big in between. I <v Speaker 4>hate painted prototype and that for whatever reason. <v Speaker 3>This this, this is such a crazy example, right, Like, <v Speaker 3>I don't know if it's really this extreme in real life. <v Speaker 1>How bad this looks. <v Speaker 5>But I never had the Eddy and thought that it <v Speaker 5>looked horrible. <v Speaker 3>But then when you see something like that, like that <v Speaker 3>one looks like a video game, the other one looks <v Speaker 3>you know, the guys like it looks Let's look at Brian. <v Speaker 3>Here's the thing. It looks like. <v Speaker 1>What it is? <v Speaker 5>A fucking toy, right, It's a twenty four dollars toy. <v Speaker 5>You get no problem with a toy looking like a <v Speaker 5>toy mass produced? <v Speaker 1>Yeah? <v Speaker 5>I thousand percent agree. <v Speaker 4>They do agree, they but there's some happy I do <v Speaker 4>think a happy medium could be made. Yes, But at <v Speaker 4>the end of the day, these are toys, folks. <v Speaker 1>Let's not forget that too. <v Speaker 3>Now. <v Speaker 4>I hate to give this guy a shout out, but <v Speaker 4>kwk he does something similar but some prototypes as chases, <v Speaker 4>and he does right. Yeah, I I personally wouldn't be <v Speaker 4>opposed to the big rubber guys doing that. But so <v Speaker 4>don't you think some people just want the figure? I mean, <v Speaker 4>it depends how rare. <v Speaker 1>These really are. There's fantasy. <v Speaker 3>I'm not really thrilled about the whole execution of this <v Speaker 3>being real. <v Speaker 4>I'm not against it. I think it's anything that's cool <v Speaker 4>and special and innovative. <v Speaker 1>I'm all for yeah, but I don't know if this <v Speaker 1>is in the right way. <v Speaker 4>Jeremy, especially I love him, also says a lot of <v Speaker 4>stuff and it doesn't get backed up. <v Speaker 1>But I just think. <v Speaker 3>It's a fun discussion thing to post about, I guess. <v Speaker 3>But just make the scans a little the paint apps <v Speaker 3>a little better. <v Speaker 1>We'll move on. <v Speaker 4>If anyone can make it happen. It's Jeremy one of <v Speaker 4>the smartest guys I know, not only in the figure <v Speaker 4>business but in the wrestling business in life. <v Speaker 3>But I mean, we saw this with our Super sevens, <v Speaker 3>like especially Wave one, when we were so hands on <v Speaker 3>with everything. We got hand painted stuff and we were like, oh, <v Speaker 3>this is awesome, and then the production stuff didn't have <v Speaker 3>the same detail and quality rights, and that happens to <v Speaker 3>ours of all time too, you know, and painted sample <v Speaker 3>is just gonna be a little bit more. <v Speaker 1>You know. <v Speaker 3>I've seen him with his zombie stuff when he shows it, <v Speaker 3>you know. Ye, yes, have you guys. <v Speaker 1>Seen the movie? Y two? <v Speaker 5>K No, But Chuck Taylor brought this up to me. <v Speaker 4>Chuck Taylor brought it up to me too, Okay, and <v Speaker 4>he's actually correct. We have a picture proof in the <v Speaker 4>movie they're making a Kelso actional figure using a Paul <v Speaker 4>London w w F figure's head. However, Paul London did <v Speaker 4>a debut in the w until two thousand and three <v Speaker 4>red during the entire film completely unwatchable. <v Speaker 1>Because it's wait, did he notice that was Paul London? Yes, <v Speaker 1>he did. <v Speaker 4>He brought it up to me when I saw him <v Speaker 4>at AW I'm like, I've never seen this movie, but <v Speaker 4>you can tell also that's Mattel wrestling for your parts too. <v Speaker 1>On the body there they're painting up or three or <v Speaker 1>something that looks like a man. <v Speaker 4>Tell to me, D says yes, D yeah, okay, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah. <v Speaker 1>All right. So what we're saying is this movie is <v Speaker 1>terrible because it's inaccurate, all right. <v Speaker 4>So so so last week we UH we finally talked <v Speaker 4>about Vietnam, the new factory, our thoughts on this, and <v Speaker 4>I promise i'd get some word from Mattel. But first <v Speaker 4>Kyle Peterson reached out to me and he said this, <v Speaker 4>He said, uh, Mattel has sorry. Mattel had some major <v Speaker 4>issues for about three series with the factory change. It <v Speaker 4>has seemingly gotten better with the last Elite series, back <v Speaker 4>to normal mass produced issues, but the factory change over <v Speaker 4>it was pretty much every single figure with the right <v Speaker 4>leg where it meets the hip being the biggest issue. <v Speaker 4>And I've heard about this on the the Restlings message boards. <v Speaker 4>I've heard about it in our UH Facebook groups about <v Speaker 4>like the leg issue, the leg issue, But me personally, <v Speaker 4>I haven't. I never had that issue, so I didn't <v Speaker 4>know what people were talking about. Not that I didn't <v Speaker 4>take them seriously, it's just like I didn't and not <v Speaker 4>that I didn't believe it, but I didn't see it <v Speaker 4>to believe it, if that makes sense, right. And over <v Speaker 4>the holidays, I went to my you know, my my <v Speaker 4>brother's house, and I played with my nephew's new Mattel figures. Indeed, <v Speaker 4>do we have the photo I opened? You know, I <v Speaker 4>played with a bunch of these figures, and a lot <v Speaker 4>of them would not be their Their legs could not sit, <v Speaker 4>so they couldn't kick, they couldn't do anything. It would <v Speaker 4>go up and then go right back down. <v Speaker 3>Yeah, and I guess I kind of noticed with some <v Speaker 3>of my stuff, but I just thought maybe it was <v Speaker 3>just stiff and new or you know, I didn't realize <v Speaker 3>it was like an issue, you know. <v Speaker 4>Yeah, So I mean, listen, how many metels have I <v Speaker 4>gotten in the past couple of months. <v Speaker 1>Like many. <v Speaker 4>I guess maybe they weren't from these particular lines because <v Speaker 4>I only do flashback guys, I'm not quite sure. <v Speaker 1>But uh, you know, the. <v Speaker 4>Particular figures that had the leg issues that I noticed <v Speaker 4>were Tomaso the Dragon Off, So I'm not sure if <v Speaker 4>those were from the same sets. But literally, like you <v Speaker 4>put the leg up and it would come right back down. <v Speaker 4>So that's that's definitely an issue. Oh yeah, but you know, <v Speaker 4>again though I don't know how big this issue is was. <v Speaker 4>I did reach out to Mattel about this Vietnam situation, <v Speaker 4>and they they said, plain and simple, guys, if you <v Speaker 4>have a complaint. You need to reach out to Mattel <v Speaker 4>and not like tag Steve or ravishing Robert or Bill <v Speaker 4>or talk about it on wrestling figs or the major <v Speaker 4>pot Facebook group. You need to go on the back <v Speaker 4>of that box, get the information from Mattel, whether it <v Speaker 4>be email, phone number, website, I don't know exactly what's <v Speaker 4>on there, and complain that like actual customer service, Like <v Speaker 4>actual customer service. I was so mad about that till <v Speaker 4>the world thing. I tagged Robert and a bunch of <v Speaker 4>posts about it. Well, he should fix that. Copy Listen <v Speaker 4>the MATEL team corporate Sea raging Robert, you know, like <v Speaker 4>they want everything to be as good as possible, but <v Speaker 4>they stress that if you want things change, if you're <v Speaker 4>having issues, if you feel there are bigger problems out there, <v Speaker 4>you need to directly complain to Mattel and not not <v Speaker 4>tweeting them. You know, we know Mattel social media, they <v Speaker 4>basically don't even have one, basically non existent. <v Speaker 1>So so going on. You know, it's great to voice. <v Speaker 4>Your concerns in these message boards and our basebook group, <v Speaker 4>but it's not going to do anything. <v Speaker 1>You know, like you're you're just you're just wasting your time. <v Speaker 3>It's not the proper way to complain about it. Not <v Speaker 3>the proper way to complain. Hey, do both, right. <v Speaker 4>I'm not saying don't complain on message boards, but if <v Speaker 4>you want something to change, if you want action, if <v Speaker 4>you want action, right to do it the proper way exactly. <v Speaker 3>So that's kind of the moral of the story here <v Speaker 3>is like, you know, and I guess we should say <v Speaker 3>that we were told that changes are in place to <v Speaker 3>this going forward, this like thing is done ze. <v Speaker 4>Right, So obviously Mattel realized it was a big enough <v Speaker 4>issue to uh correct it. Now we'll see if it <v Speaker 4>does get changed. But yeah, that's the thing, you know, <v Speaker 4>like complained to Mattel directly, not just on message boards, <v Speaker 4>not just tagging Steven Robert, because there's really nothing they <v Speaker 4>can do. You got to go to the top and <v Speaker 4>if enough people complain, that's how things are gonna get done. <v Speaker 4>So I thought that was, uh, you know, pretty important <v Speaker 4>information to spend to the fans out there. Last thing, guys, <v Speaker 4>a lot of updates from Major. This just came out <v Speaker 4>of nowhere. I don't know about you, Brian, I had <v Speaker 4>no idea this was coming the major Bendy's what no <v Speaker 4>exclusive Connect figure, bro, such bullshit? Did you like listen? <v Speaker 4>He he funded this? He fund this on his own. <v Speaker 4>That's probably fine. But like when I fund like my <v Speaker 4>major Bendy, you know the group know about it. I <v Speaker 4>share the images. Did you know anything about this? <v Speaker 3>Brian stand with his tattoo that little ship. <v Speaker 1>I think it's great. I think it's great. I just <v Speaker 1>had no idea about it. That will be a sign <v Speaker 1>one for me, the scumbag. <v Speaker 5>I'll just have Madison or Mackenzie. <v Speaker 3>They have the same yes, handwriting, so I might as well. <v Speaker 5>I imagine he writes like holding the pen like this. Yeah, guys, <v Speaker 5>we live in. <v Speaker 4>A world where there are three connect action figures out there. <v Speaker 4>That's a that's a reality. But you know he works <v Speaker 4>as as for glube Esque, he's the whole company shut down. <v Speaker 5>Yeah, he's gonna screw you guys over. <v Speaker 4>You knowle company. So if he wants to fund ay <v Speaker 4>uh major Bendi every once in a while, I don't <v Speaker 4>mind it. But sure there it is also guys, a <v Speaker 4>surprise drop buddy christ Mary Christmas. <v Speaker 1>It might be. <v Speaker 4>Like one of our greatest products of all time from <v Speaker 4>the Jay and Samon Bob universe. Perfect buddy, Christ, Dogma <v Speaker 4>Star Buddy Christ and look at this packaging. The legendary <v Speaker 4>TTD knocks it out of the park again and maybe <v Speaker 4>our deepest bubble. <v Speaker 1>Of all time. <v Speaker 5>Wow, well he's got a point, you know. <v Speaker 1>Yeah, he's got the point. So this thing is beautiful. <v Speaker 3>And by the way, Kannick and Buddy Christ are the <v Speaker 3>debut of the complete rebranding to Major oh in packaging form. <v Speaker 5>So you definitely need that Kannic. <v Speaker 4>I guess technically Connick was Kinnick came in first, so <v Speaker 4>technically Kannick is the first one. <v Speaker 5>I guess, yeah, Cannick in Christ. Way to watch a <v Speaker 5>new brand. <v Speaker 1>Name to two holy mofos. So the Kinic is available <v Speaker 1>exclusively on his whatnot the Buddy Christ. Uh, this is <v Speaker 1>in stain my right now, Buddy Christ, what dear for Halloween? <v Speaker 1>That'd be really easy cost him for me. <v Speaker 4>Yeah, he's a stock right now on Collectmajor dot com. <v Speaker 5>Guys, you have you can have a match like in <v Speaker 5>the in the in the match, start doing some Jesus <v Speaker 5>Christ moves. <v Speaker 1>There you go. That's right, some added value with a <v Speaker 4>brand new championship. Looks beautiful. I cannot wait to add <v Speaker 4>this to our collection. <v Speaker 5>Uncle be believable. <v Speaker 4>Now what I like about these? You can make him <v Speaker 4>that's right. You can make him either the Four Horsemen, <v Speaker 4>you can make him the Brainbusters. But with his tag <v Speaker 4>team partner, he has Tully Blanchard by him side with <v Speaker 4>the National Heavyweight Wrestling Championship, another brand new title to <v Speaker 4>the major brand. <v Speaker 1>So cool. <v Speaker 4>Check that out. So we got Missy hyatt On and <v Speaker 4>Tully Blanchard. But Kinnick said, uh uh, Knnick was shaken. <v Speaker 4>He was shaken on Christmas. The ink was barely dry. <v Speaker 4>The ink was barely dry, so much so that we <v Speaker 4>don't even have a render. It's just artwork right now. <v Speaker 4>We will get the render in a couple of days. <v Speaker 1>In fact, this move was very arrogant. Of It was <v Speaker 1>very arrogant. <v Speaker 4>It wreaked of arrogance, just like the newest wrestler and <v Speaker 4>Big Rubber Guys. The model Rick Martel with removable sweater <v Speaker 4>any arrogant spray one believable. This might be my favorite <v Speaker 4>big Rubber Guy design ever. <v Speaker 1>I just love it. <v Speaker 4>I cannot wait to have that removable sweater. <v Speaker 3>First memories of wrestling is this version of Rick Martell <v Speaker 3>being all over WFTV. <v Speaker 4>So this is the first Rick Martel for sales since <v Speaker 4>with that legends Rick Martel from Mattel. <v Speaker 3>Yeah, and that was like seven o eight. <v Speaker 4>And when it's so, Rick Martel is signed January first. <v Speaker 4>Get your orders in collect Major dot com. Obviously of course punches, <v Speaker 5>but also celebrating he's got Yeah, he's got that like <v Speaker 5>shuffle Wakie does. Yeah, you can kind of do that. <v Speaker 4>I like it so good and I love that they <v Speaker 4>have the added value with the titles. Very great, fig <v Speaker 4>ped prettymn cool man is. <v Speaker 1>He would say, all right, guys, and up next. <v Speaker 5>Before before we move on, I loaded these in because <v Speaker 5>I'm a little upset. <v Speaker 3>Here. <v Speaker 1>Here we go. <v Speaker 5>My suit looks great. Look look look at the size <v Speaker 5>of that fits perfectly. <v Speaker 1>I mean, wimp wristed. <v Speaker 4>It's a little bag in the elbow. A little bag <v Speaker 4>in the elbow in the elbow shot. Yeah, this isn't <v Speaker 4>the shot. Where's the shot that I texted you? Didn't <v Speaker 4>I text you a picture? I texted that Daddy magic <v Speaker 4>wearing like the Thriller jacket. <v Speaker 5>By the way, that's that's Daddy Magic. <v Speaker 3>I like Daddy Magic. Did say I didn't like him? <v Speaker 3>I just said, is he wearing the Thriller? <v Speaker 5>Is the man? <v Speaker 1>When I took I took one of the down right <v Speaker 1>there by the way, that's some great pines. <v Speaker 5>Yeah, you want some wrestling knowledge, you know. <v Speaker 1>Where where's did you take double j spot, you scoundrel? <v Speaker 5>Well he had a match on the pre show. <v Speaker 4>Mark tell me what you do in this situation. So <v Speaker 4>a couple of weeks ago, when I was on Rampage, <v Speaker 4>R I P Rampage. It was the last match of <v Speaker 4>the night, literally the last match of the night. Yes, <v Speaker 4>and they're waiting on me and Brian Keith for the <v Speaker 4>bus to leave, you know, the bus station back to <v Speaker 4>the hotel. Yes, And I got on and like everyone <v Speaker 4>has a seat. There's no emptcs and no one like <v Speaker 4>will even like make eye contact me to see if <v Speaker 4>I could say, hey, can I sit with you? <v Speaker 5>You know wait, They're like there was literally not an emptyc. <v Speaker 5>You couldn't even sit with somebody. <v Speaker 4>Everyone had their own seat, but no one would like <v Speaker 4>make eye conduct bea so I could even ask them <v Speaker 4>can I sit with you? <v Speaker 1>There's no emptc And I don't really know anybody that well. <v Speaker 4>But I just saw Daddy Magic, and I'm like, hey, bro, <v Speaker 4>you mind if I sit next to you that Daddy Magic. <v Speaker 1>He was a great guy and. <v Speaker 5>The guy that you have a rapport with or something, <v Speaker 5>and then you sit next to them, they're not mad. <v Speaker 5>So I would go right to a Johnny Silver and <v Speaker 5>Alice Reynolds, you know, a niece whatever, the people that <v Speaker 5>I'm friends with, and you sit down. But I can <v Speaker 5>see it because you probably. <v Speaker 1>I can not believe mat Grdoda took the bus with <v Speaker 1>the peasants. <v Speaker 5>I actually blown away because not an uber. <v Speaker 1>XL or something I did Uber there. I did Uber there. <v Speaker 5>No, you did the right thing. But the other thing <v Speaker 5>is if they were waiting, they could be waiting a <v Speaker 5>long time and then they're just not even they didn't <v Speaker 5>even notice you come on. It's no personal thing. <v Speaker 3>They're just like at the it's like a thirteen dollars <v Speaker 3>uber to get out of there. <v Speaker 5>Well, you don't know how long it's going to take. <v Speaker 5>You're just on the bus. You think it's gonna leave <v Speaker 5>any minute. <v Speaker 1>Time is money, but anyway, time is money all right. Well, anyway, Mark, <v Speaker 1>I'm glad you you know it didn't show the pictures <v Speaker 1>that show your ill I. <v Speaker 5>Was leaning for Anyways, it was a great thing. I <v Speaker 5>love doing it. It was like a kind of a <v Speaker 5>bucket list thing. I would love to do more of <v Speaker 5>that stuff. Mary Kate was just yelling, heckling me the <v Speaker 5>entire time. She was like five people away. But I <v Speaker 5>was happy to do it and thank everybody for let. <v Speaker 3>Me do that. <v Speaker 1>Awesome all right, guys, Well up next is the news, <v Speaker 1>and it's not brought to you by BBR. That's <v Speaker 5>that's sort of my favorite. <v Speaker 1>Oh bro. <v Speaker 3>It reminds me of z tru long out story. Yes, <v Speaker 3>there's the classic and the line. We hear sales are <v Speaker 3>about fifty to fifty. Maybe you make the choice for yourself. <v Speaker 1>I enjoy them. Both depends on what you know. <v Speaker 5>So the weird thing is right now. It is December <v Speaker 5>twenty ninth, so if you're listening early You maybe didn't <v Speaker 5>see this, but on January first little commercial released. That <v Speaker 5>was the super secret project that we were working on <v Speaker 5>that day that we had mentioned a bunch of times <v Speaker 5>during the toy drive. You did, if you are watching <v Speaker 5>this podcast or listening to it, you did see footage <v Speaker 5>from that commercial. Just now. Yes, But so we are <v Speaker 5>off to the races. Yeah, we've got some mark We've <v Speaker 5>got some giveaways stuff. <v Speaker 3>I do want to say this, magnets, oh god, t shirts, <v Speaker 3>signed turn buckles, giveaways going on. Let me just say <v Speaker 3>this so again, PBR incredible. <v Speaker 1>We loved them. <v Speaker 4>But really, how PBR started was our man, Corey. Corey <v Speaker 4>was a major mark, happened to work for PBR. <v Speaker 5>I love your telling the story, by the way. <v Speaker 1>You gotta tell the story. <v Speaker 5>H it's a great story. <v Speaker 4>It's a great He was, you know, just a major <v Speaker 4>mark in the Facebook group, happened to work for PBR, <v Speaker 4>happened to love us, and basically all the cool things, <v Speaker 4>all the really cool things that we did with PBR, <v Speaker 4>whether it be the driving early on with the title belt, <v Speaker 4>the the PBR commercial in my backyard Hammerstein ballroom entrance. <v Speaker 5>You know there, our gear, our wrestling gear. <v Speaker 1>Yeah, the sanitary wipes, the sanitary wipes, all stuff. <v Speaker 4>You know, Corey was behind one hundred percent. You know, <v Speaker 4>Corey left PBR and PBR they didn't have to to <v Speaker 4>keep us, but they did, so we thanked PBR for <v Speaker 4>doing that. It just wasn't the same without Corey, you know, <v Speaker 4>because Corey and us like we we he gets us, <v Speaker 4>he gets us and we get him. Yeah, Corey now <v Speaker 4>works for Garage Beer, so I kind of feel like <v Speaker 4>it's like Scott Hall bringing over Kevin Nash and the <v Speaker 4>rest of his crew, you. <v Speaker 1>Know what I'm saying. <v Speaker 3>It's the fastest growing beer in America right yes, certainly <v Speaker 3>on social media, so be sure to follow Garage Beer <v Speaker 3>on Instagram. <v Speaker 4>And X and guys of course follow garage Beer and <v Speaker 4>now use the hashtag major garage Beer in Every single week, <v Speaker 4>we're goenna give you a prize, and it's not just <v Speaker 4>gonna be like you know, a typical magnet. So there's <v Speaker 4>so much cool stuff, but we're not just like you know, <v Speaker 4>the Major Pod. If we do something, we do it. <v Speaker 4>So we thought we need something to really celebrate that <v Speaker 4>we're live. The only way to do that is with <v Speaker 4>a wrestling figure. So right now on Collectmajor dot com <v Speaker 4>you can get the Captain Shoes, Major Garage Beer, Major Bendy. <v Speaker 1>It's real. <v Speaker 5>It is real, as in our commercial by the way, <v Speaker 5>which is again if you're watching this live a little <v Speaker 5>wonky because you haven't seen it yet. <v Speaker 4>But but yes, get it right now. Chris Risley says, the repaint of all repaints. <v Speaker 4>I would have to agree. <v Speaker 1>I would have to agree. <v Speaker 4>So the commercial, you know, we filmed it at Brian's school, <v Speaker 4>which is in a garage. <v Speaker 3>It was figure fate. It was our pure fate rights itself. <v Speaker 3>We didn't even have to like brainstorm about that. That <v Speaker 3>was like boom, let's go. Yeah, So we had a. <v Speaker 1>Hell of a day. <v Speaker 4>I don't think we filmed it behind the scenes or <v Speaker 4>anything like. <v Speaker 5>That, but you know what, we didn't really know. Unfortunately, no, but. <v Speaker 1>It was a real shoot with like director and cameras <v Speaker 1>and lights, and. <v Speaker 5>It was different from us just getting hammered. <v Speaker 3>And the downtime was like legitious downtime. It was just <v Speaker 3>like it wasn't really you know, nothing exciting was happening. <v Speaker 5>Logistically, though, if you are somebody like me before this, <v Speaker 5>this partnership, and you're wondering, well, how do I get <v Speaker 5>garage beer, you might have a hard time depending where <v Speaker 5>you are in America right now. But shortly, and without <v Speaker 5>saying some information I'm not supposed to say, shortly, in <v Speaker 5>the beginning of the year, it will be a national <v Speaker 5>league excess accessible beer. You could have it literally in <v Speaker 5>your store right now, but you can go to their <v Speaker 5>website and they have a beer finder and we'll let <v Speaker 5>you know if it's in your area in a Peck <v Speaker 5>store or whatever. And but very soon it will be national. <v Speaker 1>So yeah, guys, we're super excited for this partnership. A <v Speaker 1>lot of cool things. <v Speaker 4>Anything you remember from the early major PBR days, it's <v Speaker 4>gonna be like that times ten. We were very, very <v Speaker 4>excited for this, guys. So obviously the more you guys <v Speaker 4>support it, the bigger and longer we could make this partnership. <v Speaker 3>So please, and things are already getting out of hand. <v Speaker 3>I know we have a slide coming up here of <v Speaker 3>you know, a little sneak peak. Yeah, I mean, have <v Speaker 3>you seen this? <v Speaker 4>Even Taylor Swift she got an early prototype of the <v Speaker 4>Captain Joe shoes. <v Speaker 1>There's the hookup. You know. <v Speaker 4>We had to send her the early prototype. So thank <v Speaker 4>you t Swift for promoting that for us. <v Speaker 5>We didn't mention that the the the Kelsey brothers are <v Speaker 5>a huge part of this company. <v Speaker 1>Right, so. <v Speaker 4>Very cool to be associated with him. Please, it would <v Speaker 4>mean a lot to us. Help us out in so <v Speaker 4>many ways. You went, you got this, you took a picture, <v Speaker 4>your figure, photography whatever, hashtag major garage beer. <v Speaker 3>Let's go every single week and if there's you know, <v Speaker 3>one more week of NFL and then the playoffs, tailgate. Baby, <v Speaker 3>that's what this That's what to me as a sports fan, <v Speaker 3>that's what this stuff is perfect for. Maybe Mark will <v Speaker 3>likes sports again now that he's got a garage beer guy, <v Speaker 3>maybe I'll like sports for the first time. Oh man, <v Speaker 3>now we're really talking man. All right, guys, so we <v Speaker 3>got some news. We'll rapid fire through top rope collectibles <v Speaker 3>showed off some Uh I guess I don't know if <v Speaker 3>these are handpy. The prototypes are samples of the PM News. <v Speaker 1>Damn, it looks good. <v Speaker 4>Look I uh, I like the traditional glube you know, <v Speaker 4>re release if you will. I don't like the repaint, <v Speaker 4>but I understand why. You know they're trying to right, <v Speaker 4>you got to maximize your money. But yeah, that one <v Speaker 4>looks like something melted on his head in the other one, <v Speaker 4>but yeah, the hats don't look to go back. <v Speaker 3>Clare in a bad photo, but it could. That's what <v Speaker 3>I'm thinking might be a bad photo. And one that <v Speaker 3>looks like the one that was supposed to come looks cool. <v Speaker 1>Yeah. <v Speaker 4>I will be getting this, I will. You know, we <v Speaker 4>we just did that whole gloop episode. If you haven't listened, <v Speaker 4>go go check it out. But pian News was supposed <v Speaker 4>to come out. Obviously it did not come out, So <v Speaker 4>now is your chance to get it. So let's see <v Speaker 4>what happens. Not in hand yet. Title Run Toys showed <v Speaker 4>up the three D rendering for Whom Dude Guerrera. I uh, <v Speaker 4>I don't love it. <v Speaker 1>I don't I don't know what to say. <v Speaker 3>I suddenly if you don't have anything nice to say, <v Speaker 3>don't say anything at all. <v Speaker 5>Yeah, it's not the best three D render I've seen. <v Speaker 1>That looks like Dicky Rods. It's just not very toyota. Yeah, <v Speaker 1>I don't know what I get. I get to do <v Speaker 1>with like the juice, the Hoovey juice. <v Speaker 3>I got it. But if you just showed me that <v Speaker 3>head nobody, that's the test I always use, you wouldn't <v Speaker 3>have any clue that was nobody would fifty guesses. You <v Speaker 3>don't say hooviy, I'd say I would say a thousand guests. <v Speaker 3>Maybe looks more like Chelsea Green than Hoovey. <v Speaker 5>Oh my god. <v Speaker 4>All right, So here's the lineup so far, mister Wonderful Wrath, <v Speaker 4>Brian Clark, Danny Davis, Ernest cat Miller, and uh Hoovey. <v Speaker 4>I will be getting the mister wonderful, I will be <v Speaker 4>getting the Danny Davis the other three on the fence <v Speaker 4>about why you have retros, I do, but like I just, hey, <v Speaker 4>I don't know the quality of these. Yeah, I'm not <v Speaker 4>being a completist, and I I just don't. <v Speaker 1>I don't. <v Speaker 4>I wanted to Ernest the Cat Miller figure in my collection. <v Speaker 4>I just don't necessarily want him as a retro. I <v Speaker 4>would love him more like the bone crushing wrestlers. <v Speaker 1>Same actually, but whatever. <v Speaker 5>But if these are like really great, like like a Mitch, <v Speaker 5>I would love to have a cat. <v Speaker 1>Well. <v Speaker 4>I mean, time will tell. We haven't even seen a prototel. <v Speaker 1>Great. I don't think we've stressed enough. Never had a figure, <v Speaker 1>never had a figure, So I mean that is a <v Speaker 1>pretty incredible thing. <v Speaker 4>Yeah, that's a selling point for sure. I'm just worried <v Speaker 4>about the sales. Yes, I just I'm not Matches. I've <v Speaker 4>earnest of this whole line. I mean there's not really <v Speaker 4>any anchors. I mean, mister Wonderful. Maybe, I don't know, <v Speaker 4>but let's see what the price point is. Let's see <v Speaker 4>how they look. I'm root for everybody. We'll see hastle toys, <v Speaker 4>grapples and gimmicks showed off. You know, talked about the <v Speaker 4>Rick Martel, but he also has Tito and here is <v Speaker 4>the strike force. <v Speaker 1>That's cool. I think they look good. I don't have <v Speaker 1>anything bad to say about. <v Speaker 5>These, especially just knowing the quality that he's been doing. <v Speaker 3>Right now, because Mitch has kind of proven himself and <v Speaker 3>you can visualize and you're just immediately like same as <v Speaker 3>when we see this stuff from Mattel right, you know <v Speaker 3>the track record, you just go, Okay, it's going to be. <v Speaker 5>Like this man, he's come a long way. <v Speaker 1>Huh, Mitch has greatly improved, like the resurrection of a lifetime. <v Speaker 4>I will say that his advertisements look bush league, and <v Speaker 4>his packaging look bush League. <v Speaker 1>Will second that from Rosky. <v Speaker 5>This right, I'm looking at this, look at the strike <v Speaker 5>force right there, right. And I don't really have the <v Speaker 5>greatest design eye, but I know from marketing, like that's <v Speaker 5>a horrible font. <v Speaker 1>That is a. <v Speaker 4>Horrible rick like g where you can't read anything else, <v Speaker 4>Like the R from the rick is like it's like <v Speaker 4>fading into the lights, the skylights, Like you can't even like. <v Speaker 5>The has the shadow behind it, but it's too far, <v Speaker 5>it's too ridiculous. <v Speaker 3>And I'm sure whoever made this is like sitting on <v Speaker 3>the dock like macho man right now, listen to us. <v Speaker 5>Well, I apologize. I just assume it's it's it's Mitch <v Speaker 5>sitting in his in. <v Speaker 1>His miss isn't doing this, but he's paying someone to <v Speaker 1>do it. <v Speaker 4>Uh, he's not paying anybody to do it. They're probably <v Speaker 4>gonna thank you in the back of the box. <v Speaker 5>If you ask like Johnny Clash to do this exact thing, <v Speaker 5>the the the equality would be in. <v Speaker 1>Shout out to Johnny Clash. <v Speaker 3>By the way, did you see like he put up <v Speaker 3>that end of the year, all the wrestling posters he's made, <v Speaker 3>and how classy and professional they all. He's so talented, <v Speaker 3>maybe one of the best in the miss You pay <v Speaker 3>for what you get, right when your buddy does shit <v Speaker 3>for free, that's what it is. <v Speaker 1>But if you fucking a professional knows what they're doing. <v Speaker 5>Chris Cirillo says it right there. He's using eight different <v Speaker 5>fonts on one image, huge cardinal sin. Yes, again, I <v Speaker 5>just know some of this stuff from my time in marketing. <v Speaker 5>But yeah, I could just tell that there's a lot <v Speaker 5>of incorrect thing is happening. <v Speaker 1>I'm looking at the ring right now, not now. <v Speaker 3>Also, painted prototype, that's a render, that's a digital there's <v Speaker 3>no paint involved. Microsoft paint maybe like where we what <v Speaker 3>are you talking about? Painted prototype showed. <v Speaker 4>Fuck But listen, his figures have been getting better and better, <v Speaker 4>so we cannot condemn that. <v Speaker 5>It almost doesn't matter because you know that these are <v Speaker 5>going to be We're gonna get it right, We're gonna <v Speaker 5>say the packaging was awesome. At least the quality out. <v Speaker 1>Mitch, get out of his own way or let people <v Speaker 1>know he has good stuff, all right. <v Speaker 4>Zombie Siala Toys showed off they're sad Man went on <v Speaker 4>of seventeen seventy six. <v Speaker 5>Oh, Brian, I can't. <v Speaker 1>I gotta get to the regular. <v Speaker 4>All right, guys. I held that figure in hand a <v Speaker 4>couple of months ago. <v Speaker 1>Oh really it was. <v Speaker 4>I dare I say, perfect out of the water I got. <v Speaker 3>I have to find it. Shipping notification from Zombie. I <v Speaker 3>got one too for Chris and Big Bully. Okay, yeah, <v Speaker 3>I'm just looking at us. It's Candido and it's a <v Speaker 3>Big Bully. Not this. <v Speaker 4>Yeah, this is not in stock yet. This is a sample. <v Speaker 4>He's showing them on cards. <v Speaker 1>Sample. <v Speaker 4>So I think it looks incredible. I absolutely love it. <v Speaker 4>Just in time for the holidays, even though Christmas is over. <v Speaker 4>The WWF sorry, WWE magazine collection one of one Bobblehead. <v Speaker 1>I think this is really cool. Oh wow, I guess <v Speaker 1>technically the only official WWE Santa Foley after all these years. <v Speaker 4>Yeah, sure, I feel like there were some other unofficial <v Speaker 4>Santa Foley things. Really Maybe I'm wrong, but this looks. <v Speaker 4>I really like their magazine collection. I I mean they're <v Speaker 4>hit or miss, but they do have some charm to <v Speaker 4>them for sure. <v Speaker 1>Yeah, I like it. Undeniable. <v Speaker 4>All right, we got the Mattel Elite collection Walmart Exclusive <v Speaker 4>Samoa Dynasty has been showing up. <v Speaker 1>I've seen this. Yeah, I think this is an incredible, incredible, <v Speaker 3>three party, classy, nice set for sure. <v Speaker 4>Yeah, I uh, you know, I don't click current guys, <v Speaker 4>and I prefer my other versions of the wild some <v Speaker 4>moments I won't be getting this. <v Speaker 1>Yeah, they just I like the ones with the weight <v Speaker 1>on them more than these. <v Speaker 3>Yeah. And I understand what Mente'll try to do, you know, <v Speaker 3>added value and give them a little switch a rube. <v Speaker 1>But yes, but very very cool. <v Speaker 4>All right, guys, that's it for news with some ringside <v Speaker 4>news rings that collectibles New Year sale going on now <v Speaker 4>for some insane figure deals come as soon. What would you call <v Speaker 4>us the year endo wards? Now too many garage beers. <v Speaker 1>This is some real garage beer shit going on the guys. <v Speaker 5>The thumbnail or whatever the hell would say best Figs <v Speaker 5>of the Year or something best Figs. <v Speaker 4>O the Year and why not brought to you by <v Speaker 4>Garage Beer. All right, guys, it's a brand new year. <v Speaker 3>We uh. <v Speaker 4>We did pretty much the same categories as last year, <v Speaker 4>where Brian picked a winner or loser. We'll talk about <v Speaker 4>that mark myself. But we also went to the fans, <v Speaker 4>the major marks in the Facebook group. We let them <v Speaker 4>literally create their own poll. Well, we gave a couple suggestions, <v Speaker 4>but we said you can add whoever you want. Go vote, <v Speaker 4>So we're gonna do the fan vote our vote. Do <v Speaker 4>you want to pop in here for a second, Yeah. <v Speaker 1>Come on in, It's time to play the game on <v Speaker 1>the plane the game. <v Speaker 5>Hello, d Hey, guys, what's up? <v Speaker 1>Happy New Year? <v Speaker 7>Dah, Happy new Year. <v Speaker 1>If you're old enough to drink, we'll send you some. <v Speaker 5>D's either seventeen or thirty three, We're not sure, all right, So. <v Speaker 4>D you got this all organized? And what order are <v Speaker 4>we going here? <v Speaker 7>All right? <v Speaker 8>So for categories, we'll start up with categories. First is <v Speaker 8>non wrestling figure. <v Speaker 1>Of the Year, okay? And what who's who's? <v Speaker 5>Uh? <v Speaker 1>When are we going with purse, I. <v Speaker 7>Mean, do you want me to stay on or do <v Speaker 7>you want me to just uh. <v Speaker 1>Like, I'm going a pick and then I don't. I'm not. <v Speaker 4>I'm not picking my choices right US three and then <v Speaker 4>with the fans in if we had a gun to <v Speaker 4>your head, d cad you pick your choices off the <v Speaker 4>top of your head. <v Speaker 1>Oh no, no, no, don't. I don't want him to. <v Speaker 1>D d didn't like some We had a little discrepacy <v Speaker 1>already observed. <v Speaker 5>But let me get this straight. So last year we <v Speaker 5>just did our top five wrestling figure that was. <v Speaker 7>That was twenty twenty two that you guys did that. <v Speaker 1>You guys we last year? <v Speaker 8>Yeah, we did it like this with the year underwards, <v Speaker 8>the non wrestling figure of the Year, Worst figure of <v Speaker 8>the Year, Micro Brawlers figure of the Year, Major figure <v Speaker 8>of the Year. Previously last year there was only one. <v Speaker 8>It was major Bendy's Figure of the Year for last year, <v Speaker 8>but known has been changed. <v Speaker 7>Packaging of the year. That's a new. <v Speaker 8>Category that has been added, Playset of the Year, Retro <v Speaker 8>Figure of the Year, and that doesn't just include the <v Speaker 8>four and a half inch scale Hasbro styles that also <v Speaker 8>includes superstars junk shop dog with the Safoobie style any <v Speaker 8>particular throwback style figure, and then multi pack of the Year, <v Speaker 8>exclusive Figure of the Year, figure, Line of the Year, <v Speaker 8>and Figure of the Year. And the order that I <v Speaker 8>have them labeled in is Matt goes first, Brian goes second, <v Speaker 8>Mark goes last. <v Speaker 7>That's how it was last year. <v Speaker 4>Great, all right, all right, so Dade, maybe she's just <v Speaker 4>sticking here, so I don't think keep asking you what <v Speaker 4>the next category is. <v Speaker 5>Yeah, yeah, okay, did you send it in the notes <v Speaker 5>are no, No, it's not the notes Okay, just hang <v Speaker 5>hang out and. <v Speaker 4>Then we could also see D's If you're watch on <v Speaker 4>YouTube D's reaction to roll, you can yell at Matt. <v Speaker 1>All right. So we're doing non figure of the Year first, Yes, <v Speaker 1>all right. <v Speaker 4>So my pick for non figure of the year whats <v Speaker 4>the NECKA teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Ultimate tatsu. <v Speaker 5>I almost picked this. <v Speaker 4>Now we're not talking about Yoshi tatsu I hope not. <v Speaker 4>We're talking about tatsu. I have this mist partner. I <v Speaker 4>haven't even opened it yet because I'm you know, I'm <v Speaker 4>moving blah blah blah. But the fact that we got <v Speaker 4>this figure after what thirty years, thirty plus years, like <v Speaker 4>he should have had even you know, when they made <v Speaker 4>the movie Turtles a little too late, we should have <v Speaker 4>got them. <v Speaker 1>And and they've been making. <v Speaker 4>Neca movie turtle figures for years and I feel like <v Speaker 4>this was the last guy we. <v Speaker 1>Needed and they absolutely nailed it. <v Speaker 4>Interchangeable heads, he's got the foot soldier mastic can like, <v Speaker 4>you know, head over to Shredder or whatever. I'm not <v Speaker 4>even judging the packaging, but the actual figure is uh, <v Speaker 4>fantastic and it's a must needed character if you collect Turtles. <v Speaker 4>I know Turtles have you know, they've made some crazy, <v Speaker 4>some crazy guys in the cartoon series, even in the movies. <v Speaker 4>Didn't they make like Kevin Eastman movie figure and he's <v Speaker 4>in a deleted scene. <v Speaker 5>Yes, yeh, which I appreciate. Yeah, I didn't get that one. <v Speaker 4>Tatsu needed, Tatsu is needed, and uh, that is my <v Speaker 4>choice for non wrestling figure of the Year. <v Speaker 5>Almost picked that one. <v Speaker 3>So I omitted myself from this because I didn't buy <v Speaker 3>you did that that wasn't a wrestling figure year years past. <v Speaker 3>I you know, I was into the you know, the <v Speaker 3>NBA starting lineups. The lasted a hiccup. I mean I <v Speaker 3>guess I bought uh that Aaron Rodgers McFarlane, which I'm <v Speaker 3>excited about, and I wish, you know, there were future releases. <v Speaker 3>I'm hoping for like a Mets McFarland figure for me <v Speaker 3>to kind of sink my teeth into in twenty twenty five, <v Speaker 3>but this year just. <v Speaker 1>There was nothing. So I can't. I can't. I didn't <v Speaker 1>want to fake it, you know what I mean, got it? <v Speaker 5>I appreciate that, all right. So for mine, this was <v Speaker 5>very difficult, and I am I man, you know, like <v Speaker 5>I'm thinking about my room and and it's maybe a <v Speaker 5>quarter wrestling, you know. So I have a ton of <v Speaker 5>non wrestling figure, Star Wars, Marvel a huge marvel edgend section, <v Speaker 5>a lot of Star Wars stuff, Necka Turtles, and I <v Speaker 5>had a hard time with this thing because there wasn't <v Speaker 5>a lot of Necka Turtles. <v Speaker 3>You know. <v Speaker 5>I didn't get a lot of Star Wars, not that <v Speaker 5>they were released, but you know, this didn't get a <v Speaker 5>lot of Star Wars. Black Series wasn't really slowed down <v Speaker 5>on Legends because I'm really only getting X Men and stuff. <v Speaker 5>So I had a hard time with this because there <v Speaker 5>are like, look, there are great there are some hot <v Speaker 5>toys released this year that look like many human beings. Right, <v Speaker 5>So when you're talking about the best figures of the year, <v Speaker 5>I felt like I just kind of had to something <v Speaker 5>that that I loved, something that I thought was a <v Speaker 5>great execution, and I went with this fifty anniversary edition <v Speaker 5>Wolverine and Sabertooth Tuopac. If I only have to pick one, <v Speaker 5>I would say that saber Tooth. I think it might <v Speaker 5>be the best saber Tooth ever. But I just love <v Speaker 5>the the what come on? Everybody knows sort of logan <v Speaker 5>in the hat and the genes. <v Speaker 4>This this actually I don't I want to say, this <v Speaker 4>doesn't I'm not. I've never seen this before. I don't <v Speaker 4>know what this is from. <v Speaker 5>Oh, I mean this is a street clothes. <v Speaker 1>Okay, that's pretty iconic street. <v Speaker 5>Clothes Wolverine in the hat and the jeans. You know, <v Speaker 5>he's kind of walking in Canada, you know, that kind <v Speaker 5>of stuff. But the but the rivalry between him, him <v Speaker 5>and Sabretooth is is one of the best feuds in comics. <v Speaker 1>So this is. <v Speaker 5>Right exactly exactly. Uh, Wolverine has the cards. It's very if, <v Speaker 5>it's very posable. It's one of the only Marvel Legends <v Speaker 5>X men that I got this year. This just wasn't <v Speaker 5>a ton that I needed in my collection, so I <v Speaker 5>just thought this was great. I think a lot of <v Speaker 5>people thought this was one of the better Marvel Legends <v Speaker 5>of the year. So so that's what I picked, all. <v Speaker 1>Right, And the major mark the fan vote, this one <v Speaker 1>blew me away. <v Speaker 5>Guys. <v Speaker 1>They voted for the non figure of the year. What <v Speaker 1>Silence kiss as ship guys. Major Bendy's Silent Bob. <v Speaker 5>Where Heath Letterer Heath Ledger Hot Toys was released. <v Speaker 3>Joke, very very cute, very brown, nosy, but thanks. I <v Speaker 3>mean it is a great figure. <v Speaker 1>It's a great Bendy. <v Speaker 4>Honorable mention not only for me, but from the major <v Speaker 4>Marty Buddy christ I think bowls it out of the water. <v Speaker 4>So here's the yeah, Well, the mister Freeze that McFarland <v Speaker 4>build a figure, Mister Freeze. <v Speaker 1>I almost voted for that, but then to me, I thought, <v Speaker 1>it's a build a figure. I don't know if I <v Speaker 1>can count that. <v Speaker 3>I suppose that a very close runner up to this <v Speaker 3>it was to this one, but I don't think that <v Speaker 3>counts as a build a figure. It's tough because you <v Speaker 3>can't just out right by it, right, right, But guys, <v Speaker 3>Major Mark, so I appreciate this. <v Speaker 4>I don't agree, but hey, I'll take it silent Bob <v Speaker 4>Major Bendy's black and white. <v Speaker 5>Non wrestling figure, the non wrestling. <v Speaker 1>Figure of the year. <v Speaker 4>Hey, as voted by the fans. I love that that <v Speaker 4>D has that as voted by the Major marks, so <v Speaker 4>very very important. D. <v Speaker 7>What's next, least favorite figure? Your worst figure? <v Speaker 1>I didn't. <v Speaker 5>I didn't. <v Speaker 4>I hate that picking this because I just felt sometimes <v Speaker 4>that things need to be said. Sure, this is the <v Speaker 4>one that D disagreed with me. He said it's not <v Speaker 4>released yet. I said, if people own it before it's released, <v Speaker 4>I picked and let me let me, you know, explain <v Speaker 4>why the top picks CM punk interesting all black trunks, <v Speaker 4>black Kney pads, black kick pads, no decko. <v Speaker 1>I picked this. <v Speaker 4>Listen, I understand what it's accurate, Like he wore this <v Speaker 4>gear at a house show, right, does that. <v Speaker 1>Mean you need to make a figure of it? <v Speaker 3>I think when you return after ten years and being <v Speaker 3>this legendary performer, I disagree. Like I think they're trying to, <v Speaker 3>like if going to whether they're not gonna make you <v Speaker 3>know what I mean, they're just gonna pump these things out. <v Speaker 1>Bro. <v Speaker 4>They could put that Royal rumble that's a year. I <v Speaker 4>think they could have put that here. This I think <v Speaker 4>was just what they call the bay is a cash grab. <v Speaker 1>Okay. <v Speaker 3>Do I think somebody in Mattel was licking their chops <v Speaker 3>that there's no deco heads. <v Speaker 4>No decko and listen, I'm thinking, you know what I mean, <v Speaker 4>My nephew included kids got this for Christmas. They don't <v Speaker 4>know that he wore this an MSG right, you know <v Speaker 4>they're getting a CM punk black trucks, black knee beads, <v Speaker 4>black kickers. <v Speaker 1>You take that T shirt off? Bro? <v Speaker 3>What is this? <v Speaker 1>I understand it's historically twenty five? Can we kill this packaging? <v Speaker 1>This is the worst hotel packaging of all time? <v Speaker 5>Yeah, listen, I understand I would get it if. <v Speaker 3>If ringside from the Vault stuff and Legend's gonna have <v Speaker 3>a full window, Like, come on, this is ridiculous. <v Speaker 5>Yeah, what are the boots that's such are missing such <v Speaker 5>a huge. <v Speaker 4>Yeah, but I'm not even voting or voting based on <v Speaker 4>the package. I'm mosting figure, I know it's historically accurate. <v Speaker 4>I believe this is the first go to sleep or <v Speaker 4>is it not? <v Speaker 7>No, the ultimate edition? <v Speaker 5>So so what do you mean by people own this <v Speaker 5>but it's not released. <v Speaker 4>No, because it's a twenty twenty five product. Oh okay, <v Speaker 4>come on, yeah, come on. Not by our rules, rigs <v Speaker 4>that collectible spotsor podcasts these it counts what Rigsy gets them. Okay, <v Speaker 4>but yeah, I listen. If you're seeing a punk fan, <v Speaker 4>I understand you need this is Oh, it's cool, it's true. <v Speaker 4>As much a mis g I'm thinking, as a kid, <v Speaker 4>what these top picks are designed for. You're gonna parent's <v Speaker 4>gonna buy us for the kid and the kids me, <v Speaker 4>what the fuck is this? I saw you you're saying, <v Speaker 4>But I respectfully disagreement. <v Speaker 5>That's fine, all right, Brian. <v Speaker 3>My pick is Rush Collectibles Chris van Vliet. First off, <v Speaker 3>that packaging in that picture like a distorted art, like <v Speaker 3>he's a bit more handsome than. <v Speaker 5>Yeah, he's a very handsome man. <v Speaker 1>That's pretty rough in the first place. <v Speaker 5>And then the now looks like a Simpsons character. <v Speaker 1>Yeah, it looks like the. <v Speaker 3>Tie is just automatic, unreal. And then just the aspect <v Speaker 3>of like how long did this take? People thought basically <v Speaker 3>this company shut down, they stole their money and they <v Speaker 3>were never going to get this figure. There's a lot <v Speaker 3>of and you know, Chris is doing great stuff. Man, <v Speaker 3>he's the number one wrestling podcast going today. Like this <v Speaker 3>is uh, he deserves better, I should say, I agree. <v Speaker 3>So that's why I'm picking this. If I have to <v Speaker 3>say something nice. I'm blown away that he did start <v Speaker 3>to ship it to people and people got it, so <v Speaker 3>I was I didn't think that was going to happen. <v Speaker 5>Well, I also I also picked Rush, but I picked <v Speaker 5>the other Rush. I don't know what, I mean, what <v Speaker 5>are we doing here this one? <v Speaker 3>And I look, I have no proof of this, I <v Speaker 3>don't you know, but is he really like did he <v Speaker 3>sign the French Angel or is like his family because I'm. <v Speaker 1>Curious about it? Or did he just make this? <v Speaker 3>You know? <v Speaker 1>Like where are these royalties going? <v Speaker 5>Yeah? Well anyways, yeah, come on, let's let's what what <v Speaker 5>did the Major Marks think? Because not even a wrestling company, the. <v Speaker 4>Major Marks they have voted worse Pig of the Year. <v Speaker 4>Rush Collectibles Chris van Vleet neck on top of a tie. Well, <v Speaker 4>the tie not going up to the top of the <v Speaker 4>shirt is weird. <v Speaker 1>I'll get that to him. <v Speaker 3>You can't see for this photo, but the tie just <v Speaker 3>floats on his chest. But yeah, then the neck is <v Speaker 3>on top of them. <v Speaker 1>Then the neck is on top of the collar and <v Speaker 1>the tie, which couldn't make less sense. <v Speaker 4>But yeah, I'm glad it's out, Chris, is there is better? <v Speaker 3>Like I said, I thought, I thought this guy folded him, <v Speaker 3>disparted into the abyss and was stealing his pack. Hey, <v Speaker 3>by the time this podcast drops, we'll know what him <v Speaker 3>and his uh his buddy Mitchell up to the video game. <v Speaker 1>Oh my god. <v Speaker 7>All right, next category, micro Brawlers Figure of the Year. <v Speaker 1>Micro Brawlers Figure the Year. <v Speaker 4>This one was tough for me because I don't actively <v Speaker 4>collect micro brawlers anymore. <v Speaker 1>I still love them. They're behind me as you can see. <v Speaker 1>Can you see? <v Speaker 4>So I really love them. I love it their bout, <v Speaker 4>I love what they represent. But this one is really <v Speaker 4>really cool. When I saw this, I chose the big <v Speaker 4>Van Vader as Darth Vader. <v Speaker 1>To me, this is a no brainer. Look at it. <v Speaker 5>I mean, we can also just say I picked that <v Speaker 5>as well. <v Speaker 4>Okay, all right, my two loves wrestling and Star Wars combined. Yes, <v Speaker 4>it's Vader Tide, but Darth Paer. <v Speaker 3>Deal right then, you're all in. But otherwise it's like <v Speaker 3>it's just coincidental they both have the same name. <v Speaker 1>That's it something? Yeah? <v Speaker 5>No, really, well, well let me tell you why I <v Speaker 5>love this. Right, in a world where micro bowlers used <v Speaker 5>to be super super hot, maybe they're not as hot <v Speaker 5>as they were. People aren't like completing the collection anymore. <v Speaker 5>I think it's really neat that you'll just get a <v Speaker 5>random aw character, or an indie character sometimes or a <v Speaker 5>random classic character. I think that's cool and I think <v Speaker 5>people collect that, right. But where I think micro brawlers <v Speaker 5>can really make some interesting things is this crate system. Right. <v Speaker 5>I don't know the legality of advertising this Vader one, <v Speaker 5>but they don't advertise it. You just get it in <v Speaker 5>the crate. And if anybody gets bad at all. <v Speaker 1>So you can't you can't season desist something. <v Speaker 5>Yes, oh sorry, it's we won't sell them anymore, right, So, <v Speaker 5>I you know, my favorite one, I think from the <v Speaker 5>previous year was the Kevin Nash Super Shredder for the <v Speaker 5>same reason. And yeah, it really hits me because I <v Speaker 5>love both of these things. But I would love selfishly <v Speaker 5>to see more stuff like this. <v Speaker 1>All right, d one second, sorry, Tom's wrestling collection. Can <v Speaker 1>we pull this up? Mark? <v Speaker 4>He says he wants to know D's worst pig. D. <v Speaker 4>Can you make Figure dissecting this week or next week? <v Speaker 4>Your your picks? <v Speaker 5>He might have filmed the next fifty episodes already. <v Speaker 1>Well, can we can? We can? We can we make four? No? <v Speaker 4>I just want to see D's picks. Can we do <v Speaker 4>an episode a bonus of. <v Speaker 1>Your your picks? <v Speaker 7>D for one week on wor Figure? <v Speaker 1>No? <v Speaker 4>No, no, no, the same category. It's just you your choice, <v Speaker 4>all right, Yeah, I would love to see that date <v Speaker 4>that would rule that rule? Yeah, all right, Brian, I'm sorry, <v Speaker 4>you go ahead, all right. <v Speaker 1>My pick for micropol the year is. <v Speaker 5>Come on. That's pretty great. <v Speaker 3>And a lot of this is just like my astonishment <v Speaker 3>that Prince Nana is as relevant as he is a <v Speaker 3>professional wrestling of twenty four. Hats off to this guy. <v Speaker 3>I saw him have a dark match at I'll see <v Speaker 3>him in like two thousand, So pretty unbelievable, like epic <v Speaker 3>that he's reached a popularity of this proportion, And I <v Speaker 3>guess I'm proud of him for that. <v Speaker 5>You know, Nail nails all the segments, nails his rule. <v Speaker 5>He look a lot of wrestlers sell that coffee. He's <v Speaker 5>like synonymous as the coffee guy. Now he's doing so <v Speaker 5>well at that. So yeah, I agree with you. I <v Speaker 5>can't wait to get a Jazzuars, not a figure, also <v Speaker 5>extremely toyatic person. <v Speaker 3>You know what, I believe in twenty twenty five we <v Speaker 3>do get a Jazzuars. <v Speaker 5>No, no, I think, no question yet. <v Speaker 4>Right, But that's what so great about micro brawlers. They <v Speaker 4>can get figures out before Jazzuars, like they got the <v Speaker 4>acclaimed out first, Mark sterle Jesus Christ got Marksters. That's <v Speaker 4>why I love micro brawls. That's why they still hold <v Speaker 4>a special place in my heart. And listen, you're gonna <v Speaker 4>have some more major micro brawlers get to your collection. <v Speaker 1>Don't worry. Yeah, I have a little brainstorm. Maybe another <v Speaker 1>major crate. There you go, what's next? D the Major <v Speaker 1>Mars The Major Marx voted for David r Quette. <v Speaker 5>I saw this, This is pretty, this is a cool one. <v Speaker 4>This is great holding the screen mask again, I'm not <v Speaker 4>sure how legal that is. <v Speaker 3>It is only like if you were to meet him <v Speaker 3>as a wrestling fan of David Raquet's like the only <v Speaker 3>thing you can sign for you, right, I believe there's <v Speaker 3>a bloody variant besides a DVD of a red rumble. <v Speaker 1>Yeah, this is really cool. I love this, very very cool. <v Speaker 1>I like that a lot. <v Speaker 4>David Arquette, I'm gonna text him and say, you want <v Speaker 4>pal now sign with fucking Major. Jesus Christ, what do <v Speaker 4>you got next? <v Speaker 7>D Speaking of Major, the next category is Major Figure <v Speaker 7>of the Year. <v Speaker 4>Now last last year was Major Bendy's. But now we <v Speaker 4>have expanded to Big Rubber Guys, which is our bread <v Speaker 4>and butter. Major Bendies aren't done by any means. They're <v Speaker 4>just kind of you know, they're in the back seat. <v Speaker 4>We're still making them, and Big Rubber Guys where our <v Speaker 4>focus is. However, my choice is a Major Bendy. Wow, <v Speaker 4>it's a San Diego Comic Con exclusive. Be a Man, <v Speaker 4>Macho Man, Randy Savage Major chows this for so many reasons, <v Speaker 4>A finally getting a be a man. This is all <v Speaker 4>officially licensed. Okay, This to me is what a comic <v Speaker 4>con exclusive should be. Something wacky, you know, the be <v Speaker 4>a man. He's at the chains wrapped around him. We <v Speaker 4>get the sticker. The one sticker is the album. To me, <v Speaker 4>this is a home run all across the board. It's <v Speaker 4>sold out. The fans loved it, the major Marx loved it. <v Speaker 4>And h listen, our big rubber guys are fantastic and <v Speaker 4>I had a lot of them that I had in <v Speaker 4>the back of my mind for Figure of the Year. <v Speaker 4>But I'm trying to think major product. And even though <v Speaker 4>the packaging doesn't really count towards the product, I was. <v Speaker 4>I was counting it towards the product. And that's why <v Speaker 4>I work with the Machra Man Be a Man album <v Speaker 4>edition en Comic Con. <v Speaker 1>It's the you know the presentation. <v Speaker 4>Yeah, well that was my pick for a major Figure <v Speaker 4>of the year. <v Speaker 1>Uh. <v Speaker 3>My pick for major Figure of the Year is the <v Speaker 3>Big Rubber Guy American Dream the Road. What uh you know, <v Speaker 3>what a privilege to be able to put this out <v Speaker 3>there right, you know, proceeds going to Dusty Roads Foundation. <v Speaker 3>I think any eighties kid or somebody that grew up, <v Speaker 3>you know, loving Dusty Roads, you know, this is like <v Speaker 3>the unthinkable and we made it happen. Turned out incredible, <v Speaker 3>you know, designed by TTD sculptor, by Brian Batty. That's unbelievable. <v Speaker 3>So it's just like an honor to be attached to this. <v Speaker 3>You know, we have the exclusive coming up to so <v Speaker 3>we're not done yet, but it's really fun. <v Speaker 4>This was my runner up for sure. Damn I'm looking <v Speaker 4>at this. <v Speaker 1>What is that number? What is that number you got <v Speaker 1>down there? <v Speaker 7>But that's the product number? <v Speaker 1>What do you I don't even know the product number <v Speaker 1>we have had? <v Speaker 5>You're the man. He's well, I kind of had I <v Speaker 5>I picked the Road Warriors for mine, but but I <v Speaker 5>I kind of I felt bad about it after because <v Speaker 5>I mean my favorite was the Bloody rick Flair. <v Speaker 1>So. <v Speaker 5>Uh, these were I think the best quality, the coolest. <v Speaker 1>This wasn't a two. <v Speaker 4>You couldn't only pick one mark. You can't pick two. <v Speaker 1>Well last year when I picked them JF punk. <v Speaker 5>I guess I would I would go animal then, but <v Speaker 5>but really, like my in my heart, I just want <v Speaker 5>to say the bloody so not pictured and this is <v Speaker 5>what I sent to to D So we'll just stick <v Speaker 5>with the animal, big rubber guys. I mean, it's not unbelievable. <v Speaker 5>And as you see, the winner of the major marks also, wow, <v Speaker 5>the animal big rubber guys. And maybe I was swayed <v Speaker 5>a little bit by their pick, but. <v Speaker 4>Yeah, these figures are truly breathtaking. The spikes are literally <v Speaker 4>you thought a King Kong Bundy was dangerous. You could <v Speaker 4>kill a man with these spikes. <v Speaker 1>Severely hurt someone with it. Yes, uh, super heavy, super <v Speaker 1>heavy duty again. <v Speaker 4>The freedom working getting this awesome reference shots so we <v Speaker 4>were able to get the spikes and the boots as <v Speaker 4>accurate as possible to face paint the tights TTD Brian <v Speaker 4>Batty Knick. You know, we had this dream team over <v Speaker 4>there at Major making some incredible stuff in twenty twenty four. <v Speaker 4>I'm I'm proud that animal won. It's a badass looking figure. <v Speaker 4>We got a lot of cool stuff in twenty thirty <v Speaker 4>five copics. I had to see what wins next year. <v Speaker 4>Up next, guys. Packaging of the year doesn't really matter <v Speaker 4>what the figure looks like, it's just the package. Like <v Speaker 4>who got the most creative A spoiler? It was the <v Speaker 4>matel Elites for packaging of the year. That'd be worst <v Speaker 4>packaging of the year, But mine, to me was an <v Speaker 4>easy pick. It was the Acclaim three pack Ring Side Exclusive. <v Speaker 4>You open this thing up, it's a boombox. You close <v Speaker 4>it looks like a boombox. It's got the speakers, it's <v Speaker 4>got The figures are incredible as well. The spray painted acclaimed. <v Speaker 4>The scissor hands I think, all done up. This is <v Speaker 4>one hell of an exclusive and it's my favorite packaging <v Speaker 4>of twenty twenty four. <v Speaker 1>This was also my pick for best packaging. Wow. <v Speaker 3>Yes, it was like a no brainer. I barely I <v Speaker 3>didn't even think about this. There's been some really nice ones, <v Speaker 3>especially ringside jazzwear exclusives usually get the most I think, <v Speaker 3>special treatment, if you will, But this is just I mean, <v Speaker 3>how rarely do we get three packs these days? You know, <v Speaker 3>they claim to just come off a hell of a run, <v Speaker 3>you know, and you know, exploded in popularity. <v Speaker 1>And I like how it was bell Crow so it <v Speaker 1>didn't like destroy anything. You get open and close it <v Speaker 1>without destroying anything. <v Speaker 3>Sign them at you know, conventions and stuff. They were <v Speaker 3>signing a whole ton at Wrestle Cade. <v Speaker 1>We were there with them. <v Speaker 5>So yeah, I also picked this. <v Speaker 1>Wow. <v Speaker 5>And I've told this story before. I remember back in <v Speaker 5>the day, so. <v Speaker 1>This I think added to me. The sentimental factor of <v Speaker 1>this story added to me. <v Speaker 5>Yes, back in the day, when they were literally just <v Speaker 5>guys who would lose all the time, who would have <v Speaker 5>four minute matches on TV, and mostly wrestle on Dark <v Speaker 5>and me knowing the wrestling fig stuff and who gets <v Speaker 5>figures and how hard it is, and Bowen saying, like, <v Speaker 5>what we'd really like is a three pat or a <v Speaker 5>twope at the time Tupac, but it's the boombox and <v Speaker 5>I'm me just thinking to myself. <v Speaker 1>Just an evil smart market ever happened in real life. <v Speaker 5>But here we are, Here we are, so it's awesome. <v Speaker 5>It's unbelievable. Happy for these guys. It's insane to see. <v Speaker 5>Castro always says that crazy thing that of like, you know, <v Speaker 5>one of his favorite wrestlers growing up was Billy Gunn, <v Speaker 5>And there he is. <v Speaker 3>Yeah, that's pretty nuts too, in a three pack with <v Speaker 3>Billy Gunn, sixty year old Billy Gunn. <v Speaker 5>Yeah, awesome, he was in. <v Speaker 1>He's got a goddamn. <v Speaker 3>Hasbro figure, guys, and he's more Jack now, He's more <v Speaker 3>Jack than everyone on this show combined. <v Speaker 5>That what it is now? <v Speaker 1>What the fans picked? Wow. <v Speaker 4>The fan vote goes to the WrestleMania twelve comic con <v Speaker 4>Sean Michaels close to it's a great one. <v Speaker 1>He's ziplining down Top three, top five for sure. For me, <v Speaker 1>I can't like this a lot. <v Speaker 5>I mean, for me, the packaging is more plain. It's <v Speaker 5>more the poe, the poses. <v Speaker 1>It's just the idea that he's doing. His entrance is famous, <v Speaker 1>and I. <v Speaker 4>Guess that all counts. It's it's part of the packaging, right. <v Speaker 4>I can see why they shows this. I you know what, <v Speaker 4>I don't keep things mid on card, but I'm keeping <v Speaker 4>this one. I guess mint in box if you will, <v Speaker 4>because of the way it's posed. <v Speaker 1>It looks so A lot of. <v Speaker 3>Major mars got this for Christmas, and I've been posting <v Speaker 3>like their displays and where he's actually just you know, <v Speaker 3>coming down, which is pretty cool. <v Speaker 1>I love it. I don't disagree with this. What do <v Speaker 1>we got next? <v Speaker 7>D Playset of the year? <v Speaker 1>Oh, playset of the year. There weren't that many, at <v Speaker 1>least not that I can think of, but mine was <v Speaker 1>an easy one and no brainer. <v Speaker 4>I went with the WCW ring with Eric Bischoff. <v Speaker 5>Same I pick the same thing. <v Speaker 1>I mean the ring. <v Speaker 4>You get an ultimate edition ring, which is great, but <v Speaker 4>really you get the Bischoff and you know he's at <v Speaker 4>the nWo shirt on just a perfect bishop. And I <v Speaker 4>do love that this version of Bishop is exclusive to <v Speaker 4>the ring. I like when exclusives, I like mean something, <v Speaker 4>you know what I'm saying. It wasn't just a regular figure, right, <v Speaker 4>Like the previous ring was a cane. All right, we <v Speaker 4>got knees. The next one's gonna be real ripley. All right, <v Speaker 4>I got ripley. It's the only way to get is <v Speaker 4>Eric Bishoff. So that's why I voted this place out <v Speaker 4>of the year. <v Speaker 3>Yep, I picked for place out of the year the <v Speaker 3>Knuckle Crunchers set. You know, I just I'm rooting for <v Speaker 3>this line. I wanted to live on and we're already <v Speaker 3>getting a lot of repaints, but I think it's just <v Speaker 3>the most kid friendly thing that Mattel's put out in <v Speaker 3>a while, and I think it has legs and I'd <v Speaker 3>love to see it succeed and stick around for a while. <v Speaker 3>So and I did open a ring with my kids, <v Speaker 3>and you know, it's very child friendly and pretty awesome products. <v Speaker 4>So I do love the Spring whatever they call the <v Speaker 4>Spring Action Rights. <v Speaker 5>It's so cool, pretty cool. <v Speaker 1>Yeah. <v Speaker 5>Well the Major Marks also picked this, right, Yeah, there. <v Speaker 1>We go, Well do you pick Mark? I picked a <v Speaker 1>n ring too, Oh okay, cool? <v Speaker 4>Yeah, So it's a it's a great play set the Minime, <v Speaker 4>Mini Chaos, Mini Mayhem, oh Minakos, I just all the like. Yeah, <v Speaker 4>so this one came with Cody Seth, Rollins, Sina and <v Speaker 4>Roman and listen. It's a great little thing for the kids. <v Speaker 4>Has all the successories. <v Speaker 3>The rings accessories are pretty fun too, you know, and <v Speaker 3>size accordingly. <v Speaker 1>It's just fun. <v Speaker 8>Yeah, catapulting steps are new inclusion. And all these are <v Speaker 8>based off of Wrestling thirty nine. <v Speaker 1>I can dig that. What's next? <v Speaker 7>Retro Figure of the Year? <v Speaker 4>Retro Figure of the Year, guys. I was all over <v Speaker 4>the place with this. <v Speaker 1>I was. I changed my mind so many times. <v Speaker 4>There's a lot, it's a lot of stuff, and like <v Speaker 4>de said earlier, it's not just like Hasbro retro like <v Speaker 4>I almost had the Macho Man bone crushing superstars in there. <v Speaker 4>There's a lot of cool stuff out there. And you <v Speaker 4>guys might think I'm crazy, but me out my choice. <v Speaker 5>I know it was the smart Mark Sterlings. <v Speaker 1>It was that that was a great one, but it <v Speaker 1>was it was last year. <v Speaker 5>It was because it was right before WRESTLEMANI I got <v Speaker 5>him in because I brought him to WrestleMania for the <v Speaker 5>first time. <v Speaker 1>Guys. I picked the wrestling something Wrestlers Vladimir what show? <v Speaker 1>I mean this year? It's exceptional, guys. <v Speaker 4>I mean everyone who was a kid in the nineties <v Speaker 4>would watch these shows like who is this fucking guy? <v Speaker 4>And I think FC absolutely captured his likeness perfectly. We <v Speaker 4>did a lad too. The flat that we did is <v Speaker 4>an embarrassment compared to this. This one is fantastic. I <v Speaker 4>mean we put in so much effort. The factory just <v Speaker 4>couldn't nail it. They couldn't get the glass right, I <v Speaker 4>couldn't get the skin tone right. This FC vlad is incredible. <v Speaker 4>He's got a removable fanny pack and the best part, <v Speaker 4>a guard rail accessory. I think this fits imperfect with <v Speaker 4>your Hasbro collection. He's like in a jumper pose in <v Speaker 4>the number one. <v Speaker 1>Oh I love it. <v Speaker 4>You can also like switch it and he's doing like <v Speaker 4>the fist pose like that's kind of how our major <v Speaker 4>bendies is that figure of the Year. <v Speaker 1>But I have a tie. Come on, I have a tie. <v Speaker 1>Shameless plug for a figure. <v Speaker 4>I had to make him tied with the Zobbie Sailor <v Speaker 4>heels and faces. <v Speaker 1>Maccardona death match. You guys, I listen. <v Speaker 4>I know I don't vote for yourself. I get it, <v Speaker 4>but this is a work of art. The blood, the <v Speaker 4>interchangeable hands, the middle fingers. This match changed my life, <v Speaker 4>changed my career. Look at that the blood. We have, <v Speaker 4>all the scars, the boots, the knee pads, the the <v Speaker 4>light tube. Blad is my winner, but he's a co <v Speaker 4>winner with the bloody mac cardon. I broke the rules, <v Speaker 4>That's okay, not the gauge, just the cardoon. <v Speaker 3>I was going to say, Gage, I especially don't love <v Speaker 3>be soft good shirt my pick for retro figure of <v Speaker 3>the Year. And I thought about this and this was, <v Speaker 3>like I said earlier, it was very tough decision, but <v Speaker 3>I went with heels and faces hercules. Wow. <v Speaker 1>It was just to me, like if it was nineteen <v Speaker 1>ninety and I got this, I would be over the moon. <v Speaker 3>And I love Unlike most zombies we've seen this past year, <v Speaker 3>it doesn't have the you know, hands down fists. This <v Speaker 3>is like a body slam pose purpose feels like a <v Speaker 3>has Bro And it's just I just thought it was <v Speaker 3>a really wonderful figure. And I just buried that page <v Speaker 3>of the soft good Ship. But this one like works <v Speaker 3>for some reason. <v Speaker 1>It's cool. <v Speaker 5>Well, I sent d I guess I may be cheated. <v Speaker 5>I sent power and glory, but I did not mean that. <v Speaker 5>I did not mean that. I did mean the hercules <v Speaker 5>that I meant the two, which. <v Speaker 1>Is cheating starting all over himself. <v Speaker 5>Yeah, if I had to go with one, I would <v Speaker 5>say the same hercules that you picked. But these are <v Speaker 5>great as well. I think that they're that they're awesome. <v Speaker 5>I think they fit perfectly with with the with the <v Speaker 5>you know, the has bros and all that. <v Speaker 3>But also you know, you paint that hurt it's a <v Speaker 3>baby blue and get a whole another one. Huh oh, <v Speaker 3>absolutely tag team baby. <v Speaker 1>It's pushing it, but you could. <v Speaker 5>I would love a chain in hercules as well. <v Speaker 3>But give it the chain and give it the baby <v Speaker 3>blue and you're you're read. <v Speaker 5>What I'm saying. But then also, you know, smart Mark <v Speaker 5>Sterley came out this year too, so great, great little <v Speaker 5>retro figure. I didn't pick it though, what the fans pick? <v Speaker 1>Wow? <v Speaker 3>Interesting, guys, this was never seen this figure person of <v Speaker 3>amazing thing. <v Speaker 4>This is a runner up for me. Uh the d <v Speaker 4>DP Epic toys guys, This is fantastic. Just the packaging <v Speaker 4>makes it feel so ultimate. Yeah, it also has hazar <v Speaker 4>Us packaging. Soft goods, t shirts, soft goods, you know, <v Speaker 4>rib tape, and he's doing it like soup lex pose, <v Speaker 4>but he is the magnetic arms so you can do <v Speaker 4>the classic diamond cutter pose. It's an incredible, credible figure. <v Speaker 4>Epic is doing a great job. Take it over from Cello, <v Speaker 4>which kind of you know, shit the bed and seeing <v Speaker 4>where Chella came from with that first Nick all this <v Speaker 4>which kind of started all this really right, isn't that <v Speaker 4>the first of the retro Yeah? And then to see <v Speaker 4>where they've come with this DVP. <v Speaker 1>Yeah. <v Speaker 4>The DDP is an incredible and look wrestling something. Wrestlers, <v Speaker 4>Zombie sailor Epic. They all have a Hasbro shape, but <v Speaker 4>they all put their own flavor to their packaging to <v Speaker 4>make them look professional. <v Speaker 1>Like the Mitch. <v Speaker 4>The Mitch packaging just looks like like a dollar store <v Speaker 4>rip off of a has Bro and guy. And I'm <v Speaker 4>not shipting on Mitch Mitchell. One of Mitch's figures, one <v Speaker 4>of his Macho Man's almost one figure of the year <v Speaker 4>for me. So Mitch has been doing great stuff, but <v Speaker 4>this retro Figure of the Year for DDP, I can <v Speaker 4>totally see it. <v Speaker 5>I also thought of a pick Mitch for one of <v Speaker 5>the MACHOs. I thought about the Mark Merrow. <v Speaker 3>Yeah, I thought about the Mark Merrow that it's just <v Speaker 3>it's a little out of the haz where like Era Wheelhouse, where. <v Speaker 5>Like those are the points I gave to Power Glory. <v Speaker 1>Yeah, for sure it could have been in the line <v Speaker 1>which excites me. <v Speaker 7>Yep, it's a great category, multi pack of. <v Speaker 1>The Year, multi pack of the Year. To me, this <v Speaker 1>was a no brainer. <v Speaker 4>I went with the Ringside exclusive Scott Hall, Kevin Nash, <v Speaker 4>the Outsiders, the Ultimate figures. <v Speaker 1>I mean, look at this. <v Speaker 4>You get the tag team titles, the interchangeable heads, the hands, <v Speaker 4>the different shirts, and it's the class. To me, I <v Speaker 4>closed my eyes thinking about Siders. This is the look <v Speaker 4>I think of Hall and Nash Baby, two of my favorites. <v Speaker 4>There's been so many Mattel nWo figures, but these are <v Speaker 4>the ultimate, true ultimate about ultimate figures when they are <v Speaker 4>the real ultimate version of them. Yes, and this is <v Speaker 4>the ultimate Call and Nash for. <v Speaker 5>Me, two tag titles the box ruled, Yeah, no brainer, <v Speaker 5>pick the same one. <v Speaker 3>I almost picked these, yeah, but then I sat and <v Speaker 3>I stowed about it, and I thought my pick is <v Speaker 3>literally flawless, and there's not anything wrong with them except <v Speaker 3>a weird discrepancy. <v Speaker 1>Wait, you picked the gauge card on a two back, No, <v Speaker 1>I picked the Headbangers. <v Speaker 5>Yeah, I almost picked these, man. <v Speaker 3>Besides the underwear issue that Broski brought up, which technically <v Speaker 3>is not wrong, like no one's playing with these to <v Speaker 3>see the underwear or displaying them where you see the underwear. <v Speaker 1>These are like flawless. The packaging is very fun. <v Speaker 3>It's something I think, look Haul Nash first Ballot, Hall <v Speaker 3>of Famers and multiple wrestling companies, you know, household names. <v Speaker 3>The Headbangers are like, holy shit, did you think you're <v Speaker 3>gonna get it? Unbelievable headbanger Tupac from a tel. <v Speaker 1>They almost went packaging the year for me. <v Speaker 3>Yeah, so I had to give them their due there. <v Speaker 3>It's just like pretty wonderful and perfect two back. <v Speaker 5>And what did the major Marx pick? There? <v Speaker 4>You go, Smart outsiders, Major Outsiders, great pick. <v Speaker 5>Okay, next topic Exclusive Figure of the Year. This was <v Speaker 5>tough because technically, like this is Ringside exclusive. So I'm like, well, <v Speaker 5>if I picked this for you know. <v Speaker 4>Right, I mean, Ringside makes some incredible, incredible stuff. There <v Speaker 4>were so many great exclusives, you know, from various different companies. <v Speaker 4>But to me, what I look about exclusives, Like I <v Speaker 4>said with that Eric Bishop in the Ring, it's something <v Speaker 4>that is truly exclusive, Like these outsiders are cool, but <v Speaker 4>we've had so many other haul and nashes. You know <v Speaker 4>what I'm saying. <v Speaker 5>What makes somebody thought of it too? You know, That's <v Speaker 5>how I made my decision. <v Speaker 4>Yeah, so I went with the double j Jeff Jarrett. <v Speaker 4>I mean this to me screams old school Ringside exclusives, <v Speaker 4>like what they used to do, Like guys you couldn't <v Speaker 4>get anywhere else, or maybe they came a little later, <v Speaker 4>and Jeff should certainly get to figure main line down <v Speaker 4>the line. <v Speaker 1>But the fact that the. <v Speaker 4>Only way to get a Jeff Jarrett figure, a modern <v Speaker 4>day Jeff Jarrett, is to get this exclusive figure, that's <v Speaker 4>what screams exclusive to me. Like you know, all these <v Speaker 4>other figures that Ringside makes are great exclusive, They're great <v Speaker 4>different outfits, great packaging. <v Speaker 1>But this, to me screams exclusive and it's a great figure. Yeah. <v Speaker 3>I almost picked this too. This was probably my number two, <v Speaker 3>but I think overall the epicness and the popularity and <v Speaker 3>again the execution of it, I went with the ultimate <v Speaker 3>Cmpunk ringside Wow Exclusive, I mean a modern fan of <v Speaker 3>for wrestling. This is such an iconic time period moment. <v Speaker 1>What have you? <v Speaker 3>I think you know stands the test of time. That <v Speaker 3>means a lot of people. So I was like, this <v Speaker 3>is it And the execution was unbelievable. Do you ever <v Speaker 3>think you'd get a you know, blowing Vincent Man the <v Speaker 3>Kiss you know, Goodbye Cool Punk Ultimate twenty twenty four. <v Speaker 1>And I've seen the fan reaction to that that. <v Speaker 3>Ultimately pun intended was like, you know what swayed my <v Speaker 3>decision on this, Like people are very very excited to <v Speaker 3>have this in their collection. <v Speaker 4>It's it's a great figure, there's no doubt about it. <v Speaker 5>For similar reasons that Matt picked, like the exclusive thing, <v Speaker 5>like the way that you can't necessarily put this on <v Speaker 5>a Walmart shelf. But I picked the Tony Storm exclusive side. <v Speaker 1>It's so good, it's it's flawless. <v Speaker 5>I think it's perfect. The perfect idea is you get <v Speaker 5>a regular Tony Storm, not black and white on the shelf, <v Speaker 5>so people aren't confused. But the wrestling fans they can <v Speaker 5>get this really cool packaging, really interesting like vignette style <v Speaker 5>black and white or whatever, like weird pick figure with <v Speaker 5>the bell pose this shoe. It's a great figure, awesome exclusive, <v Speaker 5>great idea perfect kind of exclusive. <v Speaker 1>So that's why I picked. <v Speaker 4>And how long is was Tony doing the Timeless? I <v Speaker 4>feel like, listen, it was long enough to get this figure, <v Speaker 4>but not super long. They got this out pretty fast. <v Speaker 5>This was a great, great time time. <v Speaker 1>I think this was like epically fast. <v Speaker 5>I think the ringside exclusives are usually a little bit <v Speaker 5>more spot on than the mainline releases. True, and then <v Speaker 5>the major marks. <v Speaker 4>Picked CM Punk Ultimate Edition and listen, it makes sense. <v Speaker 4>It's a phenomenal figure, an iconic wrestling moment. Whether you're an. <v Speaker 1>Old school fan or a modern fan, you can't deny <v Speaker 1>the importance of this moment. So there you go. <v Speaker 7>Next topic, Figure Line of the Year. <v Speaker 4>Figure Line of the Year. To me again, this was <v Speaker 4>like a no brainer, like what is something that I <v Speaker 4>love collecting? It's really fun and you know, I'm not <v Speaker 4>necessarily complete it on it, but I have to be <v Speaker 4>because there's awesome build of figures that makes it even <v Speaker 4>more fun. <v Speaker 5>This has got to be a clean sweep for us, <v Speaker 5>I think, right, I went with the Monday Night War same. <v Speaker 1>And yeah, if you want tho those ultimates in there. <v Speaker 4>I guess they technically count, but I was talking more <v Speaker 4>of the elite Monday Night War. But I mean, man, <v Speaker 4>it's just so fun. You get some awesome build of figures, <v Speaker 4>some really cool unique outfits, some weird characters like fake <v Speaker 4>Diesel in there are some of the outfits like obscure. Sure, <v Speaker 4>but if you were, you know, at Monday Night Raw <v Speaker 4>like I was in ninety seven when Austin stun vinced, <v Speaker 4>like you need that figure or the classic, you know <v Speaker 4>who I am, but you don't know why I'm here <v Speaker 4>at Scott Hall. <v Speaker 1>So I love this line. <v Speaker 4>I love the build of figures, and I hope it <v Speaker 4>keeps going. It's you know, it's a shame that the <v Speaker 4>Nitro stage wasn't backed. You know, they definitely hoped or <v Speaker 4>thought it would be based on how many of these <v Speaker 4>they have the ring. <v Speaker 1>But I hope this keeps going for a long long time. <v Speaker 1>Was this your pick? Mark? <v Speaker 3>It was, yeah, okay, this was like my number two <v Speaker 3>and I thought about it. It's very fun, like all <v Speaker 3>the things you guys said. Ultimately, Mattel Ultimates or just <v Speaker 3>I mean they you know, they're packing so much value <v Speaker 3>and effort into you know, it's my most like look <v Speaker 3>forward to versions of people know that I get excited <v Speaker 3>about and they could put you know, something like that <v Speaker 3>Osca in that photo, Like they can put the effort <v Speaker 3>and financials into the figure that they wouldn't be able <v Speaker 3>to do otherwise, you know, in any mainline. And that's <v Speaker 3>as an adult collector, That's that's what I'm looking for. <v Speaker 5>True, and the major marks picked. <v Speaker 3>Yeah, wow, yeah, And I want to see this continue <v Speaker 3>and thrive and you know, surprise this Also somebody I <v Speaker 3>could have sworn a major Marques sold me the Xbox <v Speaker 3>chase or a sixth chase that I never got it, <v Speaker 3>and I need to figure that out. <v Speaker 4>So if anyone has to want the Thug on the Thug, <v Speaker 4>I need that. I'm still in the market for that. <v Speaker 4>I love this set and I just hope it keeps going. <v Speaker 4>I mean, we got guys like Golga, you know, Decide <v Speaker 4>pulled Vincent on the Way. <v Speaker 1>Is pretty exciting. Let's keep going. Let's keep going. Also, <v Speaker 1>like you said, Brian, it does have ultimates in it, <v Speaker 1>and ultimates are some great great figures. <v Speaker 3>Literally those four pictured Bratt, piper Mankind Eddie, which exception <v Speaker 3>man kind because I didn't love the soft goods execution <v Speaker 3>unreal like must have ultimates. <v Speaker 5>Yeah, well we'll have to be talking later, all right. <v Speaker 1>So then. <v Speaker 5>What's the next what's the next? <v Speaker 7>Final category Figure of the Year? <v Speaker 1>Okay, final category? <v Speaker 5>This I think is gonna be a little interesting based <v Speaker 5>on based on what we've talked about so far. Brosky, <v Speaker 5>this was so tough for me. <v Speaker 1>I will say this. <v Speaker 4>I counted it only by things I have in hand, <v Speaker 4>you know, like for instance, like that CM punk is incredible, <v Speaker 4>that that brings I C and Punk, but I don't <v Speaker 4>own it. So I felt weird voting for something that <v Speaker 4>I don't own. It's not my collection. I wasn't going <v Speaker 4>to vote for a macrdona or a major product. So <v Speaker 4>many cool things out there. But ultimately, for the reasons <v Speaker 4>I'm about to say, I went with the Ultimate Edition. <v Speaker 1>Cody Rode. <v Speaker 4>Oh, I mean, this is the guy in wrestling. Literally, <v Speaker 4>I'm trying to watch Netflix. He pops up right away. <v Speaker 4>He's the guy, and this is the ultimate version of <v Speaker 4>Cody Road so far, the matel Creations Ultimate Code I <v Speaker 4>didn't like and understand they tried to make it different <v Speaker 4>from the Supreme with that soft goods that I don't <v Speaker 4>think it nailed the detail of the jacket. The detailing <v Speaker 4>of this jacket is incredible, you know, just everything about it. <v Speaker 4>He's got the screaming head. He can do his entrance <v Speaker 4>with the hands, the boots, the weight belt. Man, I <v Speaker 4>just can't say enough great things about this figure. One <v Speaker 4>thing I will say if I had a nitpick is like, <v Speaker 4>if you're a kid, to like unbuckle this jacket and <v Speaker 4>put it back together and the weight, it's like impossible. <v Speaker 4>I'm a thirty nine year old man, I. <v Speaker 1>Can't go to and we have bigger hands than kids out. <v Speaker 4>Yeah, but to me, this is you saw you said it, Brian. <v Speaker 4>These Ultimate figures are truly ultimate version of the figures. <v Speaker 4>And Cody Rhoades is the guy in WWE. So that's <v Speaker 4>why I picked the Cody Roads Ultimate Edition. <v Speaker 1>Uh well, I figure I deem it. <v Speaker 3>Maybe you can correct me this, but this is representing <v Speaker 3>him at WrestleMania when he lost. <v Speaker 1>Correct. <v Speaker 7>Yeah, it's just thirty. <v Speaker 1>This year we'll get the even better. Oh, the next <v Speaker 1>one's gonna have the mask and the title and. <v Speaker 3>Yeah, it could be incredible. So I think that's going <v Speaker 3>to be something to look forward to but my pick. <v Speaker 5>Uh well, hold on before you do that. I I <v Speaker 5>I hope that news websites picked us up. Matt Cardona <v Speaker 5>picks best friend Cody Rhodes as figure of the Year. <v Speaker 5>I hope that is a headline somewhere it right this week. Okay, <v Speaker 5>go ahead, sorry, bright. <v Speaker 1>My pick. <v Speaker 3>Though I thought about it, I couldn't think of anything <v Speaker 3>better than the c mpunk rings out exclusive Wow, Chicago <v Speaker 3>made whatever you want to call it. You know, money <v Speaker 3>in the Bank twenty eleven. There's no mainline released that. <v Speaker 3>I think Trump's this so your winner? <v Speaker 5>Uh well, I guess controversially, I picked the money net <v Speaker 5>war mankind what, yeah, figure sucks? I don't think so. <v Speaker 5>I do not think sobout all. I think this is <v Speaker 5>my favorite mankind figure. <v Speaker 1>It grew on men. We'll say it grew on me. <v Speaker 1>I love. <v Speaker 5>I love the soft goods. I love when you're talking <v Speaker 5>about mankind, right, I think the mankind look that stands <v Speaker 5>a test of time. Obviously, you know, we love the <v Speaker 5>regular really scary in the boiler room mankind without the <v Speaker 5>button up shirt. But the one that sort of stands <v Speaker 5>a test of time. To me, the ultimate mankind would <v Speaker 5>have the button up shirt, the mask, the missing teeth, <v Speaker 5>the soco, the belt won it in Wooster, Massachusetts. <v Speaker 3>Biased. <v Speaker 5>I just think, like you know, if I had one mankind, <v Speaker 5>it would be either this or the the one from <v Speaker 5>the hell in the Cell. But I think this is <v Speaker 5>more universal. So as somebody so important to professional wrestling <v Speaker 5>as Mick Foley mankind and for me, for me this <v Speaker 5>being his best figure or ultimate figure, then this is <v Speaker 5>this is the one I picked. <v Speaker 4>Wow, all right, and the fans vote and the fans <v Speaker 4>picked what Wow, So they picked this figure twice and it. <v Speaker 1>Means a lot to people. And I could see that. <v Speaker 1>I see that translating. <v Speaker 4>So I mean, see him punk figure of the year <v Speaker 4>and exclusive of the year. <v Speaker 1>And you picked him for worst figure of the year. <v Speaker 4>Well, not the figure nothing, that's the man is that <v Speaker 4>particular figure? I mean to me, this scream see him punk. Yeah, <v Speaker 4>he's got a Chicago logos everywhere. <v Speaker 1>The other one here. <v Speaker 3>When it came in, I was when I first saw it, <v Speaker 3>I was shocked that it didn't have the red or <v Speaker 3>white packaging. Is like, we've really never seen that? Yeah, <v Speaker 3>true from an ultimate So very very cool. <v Speaker 1>Guys. <v Speaker 4>Let us know in the comments what you thought of <v Speaker 4>our votes on social media if you're looking what we <v Speaker 4>thought the fan votes and Deep Freedom with a bonus <v Speaker 4>coming next week at his votes. <v Speaker 1>I can't wait. Deep Dive, Deep Dive. <v Speaker 5>The only thing that I'll say is an interesting year <v Speaker 5>for me, where I guess I mean maybe in the <v Speaker 5>last five years, I was much more excited to be <v Speaker 5>collecting neck A, Turtles, Marble Legends, things like that. This <v Speaker 5>year was like way heavier on the wrestling side, and <v Speaker 5>I feel like a lot of those other collections took <v Speaker 5>a back seat, or I just wasn't super excited or <v Speaker 5>kind of finished with a lot of those collections, So <v Speaker 5>I had a hard time with that non wrestling one <v Speaker 5>for the first time in a long time. <v Speaker 1>Same Mark. <v Speaker 4>Yeah, all right, guys, let's go to weekly purchase is <v Speaker 4>brought to you by Collectmajor dot Com. <v Speaker 5>They got you my ass, you have yours. Oh <v Speaker 4>sick right when you open it up, it has like <v Speaker 4>the O Ring G I Joe style figures. Oh damn, <v Speaker 4>really cool. <v Speaker 1>What I don't like, what's up? Who made that? Has? <v Speaker 1>What I don't like is that you had to cut <v Speaker 1>the tape so like, you know, if I wanted to <v Speaker 1>keep them in on car. I feel like I already <v Speaker 1>ruined the package of my cutting the tape. <v Speaker 5>What do you what do you mean? <v Speaker 3>Oh? <v Speaker 4>Ring, that's what the that's what the style of figure <v Speaker 4>is called. You didn't know that old ring. <v Speaker 1>I don't know that either. Am I wrong? Guys? Is <v Speaker 1>anyone in the chat? <v Speaker 3>I'm pretty sure that's the style he's nodding. Yeah, five <v Speaker 3>points of articulation figure. <v Speaker 1>It's like a g I Joe to call like an <v Speaker 1>O ring? <v Speaker 5>Got it? I didn't know that? <v Speaker 1>Cool? <v Speaker 4>And guys, I went down a retro rabbit hole this week. Okay, <v Speaker 4>I talked about k w K after seeing him at <v Speaker 4>Kyle Peterson's house, immediately went to his website. Guys, I'm <v Speaker 4>the proud owner of Yoshi Tatsu. <v Speaker 1>I felt like it. It's pretty good, but I felt <v Speaker 1>like I needed Yoshi. I needed to get it. This <v Speaker 1>is the gear that me and him were in. <v Speaker 4>The Battle Royal at WrestleMania, and yeah, you definitely had <v Speaker 4>to get it. And then these are really cool guys. <v Speaker 4>He made the Conquista doors and they come with different capes. <v Speaker 4>So what I thought it was cool is like they <v Speaker 4>definitely look like hasbros with like Hasbro Action. <v Speaker 5>Yeah, definitely wow. <v Speaker 1>And you know, I don't know nobody got royalties on that. <v Speaker 1>I believe they did. I believe they did. <v Speaker 4>So the heads are the same, but the bodies or <v Speaker 4>you know, at least the arms are different. And then <v Speaker 4>they came with these little capes. I think there's conquisitors. <v Speaker 4>I remember them in the late eighties early nineties. <v Speaker 1>How to get those? <v Speaker 4>Also for Mitch, you guys talked about a last years. <v Speaker 4>I don't want to bore you guys, but I got <v Speaker 4>to WrestleMania ten style Macho. <v Speaker 5>Man's Great MACHOs. <v Speaker 4>Yeah, fucking awesome, great, great work. I'm so happy to <v Speaker 4>have these in my collection. And then I went crazy <v Speaker 4>on figure collections dot com. I ended up getting that <v Speaker 4>variant Bobby the Brain Heena from Epic Nice. <v Speaker 1>I I love this figure. <v Speaker 4>I don't think they really capture the likeness of Bobby <v Speaker 4>that great. <v Speaker 1>To me. <v Speaker 4>It looks like the dad from Beetlejuice does. <v Speaker 5>Yeah. <v Speaker 4>Wow, like it looks like Bobby, but it doesn't look <v Speaker 4>like Bobby, you know what I'm saying. But Bobby's one <v Speaker 4>of my favorites, and I thought everything else about the <v Speaker 4>figure was great, So I had. <v Speaker 1>To get it. <v Speaker 5>Well you put that next to an Andrea the Giant, <v Speaker 5>It's like, okay, yeah, but. <v Speaker 1>Bro, check this out the Patriot for bigger collection. <v Speaker 4>Great bro, so good and what I loved this attention <v Speaker 4>to detail. The hair is poking out of the masks. <v Speaker 5>Yeah, really really cool. <v Speaker 4>It definitely looks like a has Bro with the clothesline action. <v Speaker 4>But they they updated it so we can kind of <v Speaker 4>move his shoulder like you know, so exactly, So I <v Speaker 4>like that. <v Speaker 1>And then I got the the buff bag. Well, absolutely <v Speaker 1>love this crazy how much there is removable hat and <v Speaker 1>I guess his arms are kind of like he's doing <v Speaker 1>a double bye, but like I feel like yeah, and <v Speaker 1>it's like a Bushwacker bro. So I dig it. <v Speaker 4>And then like I just I wasn't gonna get it, <v Speaker 4>but I had to get the variant in the like <v Speaker 4>the nWo style look. They also changed the head scipe <v Speaker 4>so he's not wearing glasses. <v Speaker 5>Oh yeah, definitely so uh great. Those are two wildly <v Speaker 5>different buffs. <v Speaker 3>So man, I mean much like a smoke train like <v Speaker 3>Chelsea and Swaggle really like jumped the gun on the company. <v Speaker 4>Yeah, I do like the Chelsea. I just think that <v Speaker 4>the size is off. Yeah, it's okay, the size is off. <v Speaker 4>But Jack has don some great stuff out a bigger collection. <v Speaker 4>I have one last thing unless you have anything. <v Speaker 5>Mark, I got a quick thing. So for Christmas, my <v Speaker 5>brother's Tim Sterling's girlfriend got me. She makes these awesome cookies. Okay, <v Speaker 5>and she made me this was a very thoughtful gift. <v Speaker 5>She made me smart Mark Sterling cookies. So first, real quick, <v Speaker 5>she made me this, you know, the sm right whatever. <v Speaker 5>She made me this one hold on, which is something <v Speaker 5>that I often say, I'm like when to hold on like, <v Speaker 5>she made me one with a cake on it that <v Speaker 5>you know, these are so good. I'm gonna have one <v Speaker 5>right now. Oh my god, they're amazing cookies, O caake <v Speaker 5>whatever that I've get in the kids. But let's check <v Speaker 5>out this one. Look at it. Look at this the tie. <v Speaker 5>Wow with the tie clip and the attention to the detail. <v Speaker 5>The one time that I wear the scissor on it <v Speaker 5>as I stole the scissoring. <v Speaker 1>That's awesome. <v Speaker 5>Somehow she knew it. But she made me a bunch <v Speaker 5>of these. <v Speaker 4>I put in your mouth. That's a pussy little bite. <v Speaker 5>So thank you very much, Erica A wow. <v Speaker 4>And then Brian's got a main event. So let me <v Speaker 4>just get this out of the way. Big Shots has <v Speaker 4>been making some incredible product. I just had to get <v Speaker 4>one of these. I scratched that that Big Shots itch <v Speaker 4>say hello to the bad guy. <v Speaker 1>I had to get it. <v Speaker 4>Razor Ramone, absolutely perfect. I love these guys. I love <v Speaker 4>these big Shots. It's a dangerous game. And do I <v Speaker 4>go and get everybody? I don't know, but I needed <v Speaker 4>boxes are like a poly bag, like a poly bag, <v Speaker 4>so I had to get the Razor Ramone. I believe <v Speaker 4>the death match kick is still available, so you could <v Speaker 4>have the death Match King versus Razor Ramone. <v Speaker 1>But just so so good. <v Speaker 4>The quality these unbelievable. In these the best buddies since <v Speaker 4>the tankas. I get this a big Shots, but unbelievable. <v Speaker 1>The bad guy Razor. <v Speaker 5>Real quick on that. My mom got me the Stone <v Speaker 5>Cold for Christmas, however wrong size. Nope, she didn't. She <v Speaker 5>didn't get it. She basically gave me an IOU. She <v Speaker 5>said she ordered it a month ago and they kept <v Speaker 5>saying it would come, and then they sent her an <v Speaker 5>email like right before Christmas being like we're very sorry, <v Speaker 5>but it's not going to be in in time for Christmas. <v Speaker 5>And my thing is like, how isn't that just like <v Speaker 5>you know, it's not like a back order thing or <v Speaker 5>anything like that. I guess. So my only thought is <v Speaker 5>they just had such an influx of orders. <v Speaker 3>Maybe yeah, that sounds like that. Wow, happy for them <v Speaker 3>if that's the case. <v Speaker 5>Yeah. I don't know if that's the case, but yeah, <v Speaker 5>So I. <v Speaker 3>I wanted to give myself a little Christmas present, all right? <v Speaker 3>What to get something that I could cherish forever? Wow? <v Speaker 1>You see that there? <v Speaker 3>Signed autograph MINTNK card terry funk l j N. There's <v Speaker 3>the proof. I bought it off a seller and a <v Speaker 3>Facebook group. I just I've been literally looking for a <v Speaker 3>mint terry. Not really my wildest I think I get <v Speaker 3>an autographed one. <v Speaker 1>I was like, it's meant to be. Gotta do it. <v Speaker 3>I actually sent Liz a listing for this case as <v Speaker 3>a gift, so she actually bought this for me for Christmas. <v Speaker 3>But I bought the terry. This is acrylic. <v Speaker 1>Is beautiful. <v Speaker 5>Wow, it's unreal. <v Speaker 1>It's so sick. It's an unbelievable piece. Where are you <v Speaker 1>gonna put that? <v Speaker 3>I think I can squeeze it behind the al jams <v Speaker 3>is like the centerpiece and okay, but I need time <v Speaker 3>to figure that out. <v Speaker 4>And how m should I set you back? If you <v Speaker 4>don't mind me asking, how should I set you back? <v Speaker 2>Uh? <v Speaker 1>Four hund I couldn't believe it. <v Speaker 3>Oh, I know, wow, jump, Considering I've been bidding on <v Speaker 3>decent ones on eBay and I was losing, like in <v Speaker 3>the three hundreds, I was like, this is great. <v Speaker 5>Wow. <v Speaker 3>And the guy sent me that photo. We said it <v Speaker 3>was some big event a couple of years ago. I <v Speaker 3>was like, let's go damn and roll. <v Speaker 1>Yeah, very cool. <v Speaker 5>All right, major mark purchases of the year. All right, <v Speaker 5>boom uses some great ones. Let me just get through <v Speaker 5>my notes. Aunt de Lucia. I designed these Lost Boys <v Speaker 5>training cards and turned them into a poster at CT <v Speaker 5>Horror Fest. I met Alex Winter, Jason Patrick, and Billy <v Speaker 5>Worth and got an a graft one of the best, <v Speaker 5>one of the real highlights. That's pretty cool of the area. <v Speaker 5>Kyle Peterson says, great point here. He says, sometimes it's <v Speaker 5>not just the figures hits the display. Build a cuss <v Speaker 5>some table display from my Masters of the Universe collection <v Speaker 5>with tons of storage inside and outside, which gave me <v Speaker 5>a lot more room for my collection in general all <v Speaker 5>about maximizing your space when displaying your collection, and you <v Speaker 5>can see. <v Speaker 4>That in Yeah, I can't believe that's what it started. <v Speaker 4>Like if you see the finished product. <v Speaker 5>Yeah, in the whole thing, this is really neat TNA here, <v Speaker 5>Brad Augenstein. My purchase of the year came in the <v Speaker 5>form of this. It's a TNA toy biz ring signed <v Speaker 5>from Slammeriversary two thousand and six weekend. Some of the <v Speaker 5>autographs in good Sting Cornette, Kevin Nash, Dixie, Carter Kurnagle, Somojo, <v Speaker 5>Rhino Senschi, aj Styles, Abyss, Don West, Shane Douglas, Scott <v Speaker 5>Stein Or Tracy Book, Shark Boy Brother, Ron Brother, Ray, <v Speaker 5>Simon Diamond, Chase stevens Andy Douglas, Chris Saban, Alex Shelley, <v Speaker 5>p Williams, Eric Young, Ron Killings, Mike Today, BG James, <v Speaker 5>and so cal Val. This is an awesome edition to <v Speaker 5>my teena collection and cool to own something that culminated <v Speaker 5>across a whole weekend. <v Speaker 3>The stickers or something in the posts and unless he <v Speaker 3>has them, but also who ever signed that in Red's <v Speaker 3>real little asshole ruined it. <v Speaker 5>We talked about this earlier this year, but Jeff Noyes <v Speaker 5>had a person reached out to me, this is a <v Speaker 5>Macha man and Miss Elizabeth wrestling buddy. That's crazy, so <v Speaker 5>pretty awesome. I think we talked about that a lot <v Speaker 5>in the past. <v Speaker 3>Wow. <v Speaker 5>Obviously, this is a bucket list thing for me. First <v Speaker 5>of the year has to be finishing the autograph for Horsemen. <v Speaker 5>Highlighted my colluestion found at one at a toy store <v Speaker 5>that was autographed by Tolan Aren't already and finished it <v Speaker 5>off with Barry and Rick this year. <v Speaker 3>Last living Glube autograph I need and does he have <v Speaker 3>a Legends deal? <v Speaker 1>What does he have a Legends deal? Barry? I don't <v Speaker 1>think so. We got to give a big rubber guys. <v Speaker 1>I would love to Well, he'll be at Squared Circle Xbell. <v Speaker 5>I want to do over of all of this. I <v Speaker 5>want to set but as a duover. It's nice Dan <v Speaker 5>Bessel's Rocking with Dan. One of my ratest purchases this <v Speaker 5>year was an entry spots in the Live Philly backstage <v Speaker 5>vip raffle and winning it getting this one to one <v Speaker 5>poster signed by everyone every person there, having a whole <v Speaker 5>crowd joined Brian and singing. Rocking with Dan theme song <v Speaker 5>and just hanging out backstage our moments I'll never forget. <v Speaker 5>I'm always appreciative of the guys for being so great <v Speaker 5>with their fans and making every person feel like a VIP. <v Speaker 5>Always remember to keep on rocket a good job rocking <v Speaker 5>with Dan. This is a pretty neat little poster here. <v Speaker 5>Alex Poni says, my favorite purchase this year was the <v Speaker 5>old school wresting poster from WWWF show from nineteen seventy <v Speaker 5>seven with Andre the Giant that took place here in <v Speaker 5>Staten Island that my dad had attended back in the day. <v Speaker 3>That's cool and after I get tagged with Andre the Giant. <v Speaker 5>Yes after him and my brother's first year wedding anniversary <v Speaker 5>advertised as Andre the Giant night here in Staten Island. <v Speaker 5>The idea that they had to do shows like this <v Speaker 5>out here blew my mind and felt like I needed <v Speaker 5>to have this piece, okay, Brandon Nason says this little display. <v Speaker 5>I was scrolling Facebook market Place looking forward to spay <v Speaker 5>cabinets when I came across this antique pie cabinet Pie Cabinet, <v Speaker 5>went to check it out, and once a tape measure <v Speaker 5>confirmed my idea would work, I started. <v Speaker 3>Negotiating if fits Ultimate Rings. <v Speaker 5>Got it for seventy five bucks, and I happily went <v Speaker 5>home with a display just big enough to fit Ultimate Rings. <v Speaker 5>Now I just need to take time and put and <v Speaker 5>pull the superstars out and pull the nitrol ring in. <v Speaker 1>That cool? <v Speaker 5>Okay uh? And then this I had to Mike Whalen <v Speaker 5>says the biggest and best of the year. This one <v Speaker 5>to six scale eighty nine batmobile from Jazz Inc. Diorama's <v Speaker 5>pretty cool. And then the last is Brian I seen <v Speaker 5>this right? Uh cool? Alan Hetzel says, I have a <v Speaker 5>ECW print I've been working on for a long time, <v Speaker 5>big help from kNs. It started with Paul Hayman on <v Speaker 5>the bottom right, Taz in orange, and Shane Douglas and yellow. <v Speaker 5>I was able to get Kevin Salivan before he passed away. <v Speaker 5>I still have to get RBD. <v Speaker 3>That's cool because it's all different colors, not like airing <v Speaker 3>like the TNA one. <v Speaker 5>It looks great. <v Speaker 1>I like that a lot. It's a lot of fun. <v Speaker 1>They need me in there, yeah true, don't face that <v Speaker 1>right well, guys. <v Speaker 5>Okay. <v Speaker 1>Up next is the Q and A, brought to you <v Speaker 1>by Blue cho This episode is sponsored by blue Choo. <v Speaker 3>Guys, if you're feeling your age more than you used to, <v Speaker 3>especially in the bedroom, it's time to snap out of it. <v Speaker 1>Bluechoo is what you need to perform where it's most <v Speaker 1>important and perform in a major way. <v Speaker 5>Does blue Choo work? Right now, she is in bed and <v Speaker 1>the garage is always open. <v Speaker 4>In the drawer by the bed's always open against the <v Speaker 4>blue show. <v Speaker 3>You know what I'm saying, New year, say Matt. <v Speaker 1>That's right. <v Speaker 4>I asked the question every single week used the hashtag <v Speaker 4>asked me your pot. If we answer it on air, <v Speaker 4>you will get a prize. <v Speaker 1>What are we at? <v Speaker 5>I'm still eating cookies over here, but my question, Alex Pampa, <v Speaker 5>if you guys can go back in time and see <v Speaker 5>any wrestling match front row in person. What would it <v Speaker 5>be mine, Austin versus RESUMEA thirteen or Seniors? I think <v Speaker 5>I think Austin versus I think Wrestlmingia fourteen, Austin versus <v Speaker 5>Shaw Michael's just Austin winning the title. It was such <v Speaker 5>a culmination of me, like loving stone Cold for two years, <v Speaker 5>making me an obsessed wrestling fan. I would love to <v Speaker 5>be there, Hogan. <v Speaker 4>Rock, I think, Yeah, I'm gonna say, Hogan Rock. <v Speaker 3>I think I'm still Mark boy enough, like innocent, like <v Speaker 3>fan boy, like where I could forget what I know <v Speaker 3>about the you know what I know now about the <v Speaker 3>business and I could just enjoy it. Yeah, and live <v Speaker 3>in the moment and be front row the SkyDome and <v Speaker 3>just be a Mark I would love that. <v Speaker 4>And also maybe, you know, like I saw Sean Razors <v Speaker 4>and a ten from like not the nosebleeds are pretty <v Speaker 4>high up. Maybe if I was sitting in front row <v Speaker 4>for that to see or Brent Owen front row, that's <v Speaker 4>really ten. <v Speaker 3>That ladder matches like maybe not at the time wasn't <v Speaker 3>as crazy, right, I feel like it's good. The the <v Speaker 3>aura has grown more. <v Speaker 4>You know well they say it was the first ladder match. <v Speaker 4>It was ones beforehand. It was the first like televise <v Speaker 4>or at least pay per view ladder match. So it's <v Speaker 4>even just tipping the ladder with the guy overs what right, <v Speaker 4>you know? <v Speaker 1>Like right? <v Speaker 5>I love it? Unreal looking? <v Speaker 1>Yeah, all right. <v Speaker 5>Matt's question, how do you sess from aunt Rob Alford <v Speaker 5>major mark four four four? How do you assess your <v Speaker 5>twenty twenty four biggest achievement on finished goals? I also <v Speaker 5>this question. I made a pick. <v Speaker 4>Yeah, it was an interesting year for me, you know, <v Speaker 4>did a lot of cool things. Fucking got injured, which sucked, <v Speaker 4>but I made the most of that, and while I <v Speaker 4>was injured, came up with you. All Right, I can't <v Speaker 4>come back as the Indy god and death match king again. <v Speaker 4>It's it's just not going to work out. If I <v Speaker 4>don't want to come back with the same thing. I <v Speaker 4>want to come back different, little fresh code of paint, <v Speaker 4>if you will, to keep up with the whole complete thing. <v Speaker 4>But twenty twenty four to a lot of cool things, <v Speaker 4>things that I didn't you know, weren't on my to <v Speaker 4>do list, Like I didn't start the year thinking I <v Speaker 4>want to wrestle Edge. You know, I didn't, didn't you <v Speaker 4>know on my list wasn't I'm going to wrestle Jericho <v Speaker 4>at Hammerson. It is this cool things that happened, you know, <v Speaker 4>And it's because I stay always ready and that I <v Speaker 4>was always ready for those opportunities. I didn't really make <v Speaker 4>a list of things I wanted to do now looking back, like, <v Speaker 4>am I happy with the year? Sure are other things <v Speaker 4>I could have accomplished maybe, you know, but instead of <v Speaker 4>like harping on like negative things, more focused on all right, well, <v Speaker 4>what's gonna happen in twenty twenty five, which is always <v Speaker 4>a scary thought because how am I going to the <v Speaker 4>top of the year before? Especially, you know, I've been <v Speaker 4>doing this independent thing for five years. We're making the <v Speaker 4>same towns, doing the same things. So it's always a challenge, <v Speaker 4>but a fun challenge. I'll let you guys talk about <v Speaker 4>maybe we'll spark some more ideas. <v Speaker 5>You know. <v Speaker 3>I mean, obviously, all my eggs are in the system <v Speaker 3>right now, and I'm having the most fun of my career. <v Speaker 3>I'm in the best spot of my career. But I <v Speaker 3>do think and then we're all in agreement with this, <v Speaker 3>Like the system has to keep going to have any <v Speaker 3>kind of legacy, right if we just broke up next month, <v Speaker 3>then it would just be like, you know, it wouldn't <v Speaker 3>be it wouldn't live on. I wanted to live on, <v Speaker 3>you know. We got to keep going, keep being in <v Speaker 3>top spots, keep being part of awesome angles, keep working <v Speaker 3>with you know, great talents like the Hardy's and stuff, <v Speaker 3>you know, just be memorable assets to the TNA roster. <v Speaker 1>I think that's what we're all wanting to do. <v Speaker 3>And honestly, I've loved tagging with Eddie so much. We've <v Speaker 3>even agreed to like put ourselves out there and do <v Speaker 3>some indie dates. I saw that, like, is it April fools, <v Speaker 3>I don't want to come to your town, but I'll <v Speaker 3>come to your town with Eddie Edwards about that. <v Speaker 1>I even reposted that because I'm like, I really want <v Speaker 1>to see if Bride does this. <v Speaker 3>I will I mean, I mean, Eddie, I do. I <v Speaker 3>think we're one of the best teams in the world. <v Speaker 3>We're dialed in. It's it's almost like too easy when <v Speaker 3>we're out there together, so it's too much fun. So <v Speaker 3>but like I said, this is like any real, you <v Speaker 3>know group in wrestling history. To me, you got to <v Speaker 3>put in some more time than we've had one calendar year, <v Speaker 3>and it's been incredible. <v Speaker 1>But I want to keep going. <v Speaker 5>Yeah, I mean I didn't really say this publicly anywhere. <v Speaker 5>I think I said it on the Silver Linings, but <v Speaker 5>I resigned with AW earlier this year. I think that's <v Speaker 5>a big win for me in my career. I did <v Speaker 5>the Collision pre show every episode this year pretty much, <v Speaker 5>maybe missed one or two, but it's just a social <v Speaker 5>little video. But I love doing that stuff, so like <v Speaker 5>going more into the backstage stuff I did just talking <v Speaker 5>about doing the pre show for the pay per view. <v Speaker 5>Me and the guys performed on multiple pay per view <v Speaker 5>pre shows this year. Maybe you don't necessarily think of <v Speaker 5>the premier athletes as pay per view guys, but we <v Speaker 5>were on multiple this year. And we got new shirts. <v Speaker 5>Two new shirts that one that we don't want, but <v Speaker 5>one that we do that are out there right now. <v Speaker 5>We are having a great year. I love working with <v Speaker 5>Niece and the guys. I did that whole program at Beyond. <v Speaker 5>I'm having a great time. So a lot of little <v Speaker 5>successes this year, for sure, and just keep chugging along <v Speaker 5>with the wrestling stuff. <v Speaker 4>It's crazy in the same boat. I mean, this our <v Speaker 4>twentieth year in the business. You know, we're still going, <v Speaker 4>you know, and we started being in the business twenty years, <v Speaker 4>wasn't it first? <v Speaker 1>What do you mean we've done twenty years? <v Speaker 4>We're in Jesus Christ, which is even crazy to think. <v Speaker 4>But you know, like this year doing all the indies, <v Speaker 4>wrestling all over the world, you know, my fiftieth state Hawaii. <v Speaker 4>So still when I started, I didn't think that. I <v Speaker 4>thought twenty years, you know, that you were done. Nobody <v Speaker 4>was wrestled for twenty years, a decade a destructure. Undertaker <v Speaker 4>was like, oh my god, you know, no one was <v Speaker 4>going twenty years, right, yeah, so let's see what happens. <v Speaker 4>You know, I'm gonna people ask all the time, like <v Speaker 4>people who are not in the business asking all the time. <v Speaker 4>I should say, like, oh, when are you gonna retire? <v Speaker 4>When are you gonna hang out the boots? <v Speaker 3>Whatever? <v Speaker 1>I'm like, I'm gonna to the I'm gonna run it <v Speaker 1>to the wheels fall off, baby, you know, like I. <v Speaker 3>Mean, Father times undefeated. He'll get all three of us <v Speaker 3>at some point. Yeah, and that's fine. I've accepted that. <v Speaker 3>But I'm not going to just give into it. I'm <v Speaker 3>gonna you know, I see Christian on TV and I go, <v Speaker 3>fuck you. I see Edge on TV. Yeah, I think, <v Speaker 3>which I love. I mean, I'm like, if you can <v Speaker 3>do it, I can do it too. Like and I'm <v Speaker 3>proud of those guys. Yes, I mean, I'm I'm saying <v Speaker 3>that in an endearing way that I admire that they're <v Speaker 3>still going at their age, at that high level, you know, <v Speaker 3>and it makes it makes it motivates me. <v Speaker 4>Oh and you know, like twenty twenty five, do I <v Speaker 4>have a list of goals that I'm gonna write out? <v Speaker 1>Maybe? Am I going to share them all here? Probably not, <v Speaker 1>But like already, like you know, Brian, you know, I <v Speaker 1>was like, hey, we got this. <v Speaker 4>I want to do something for my birthday in April, <v Speaker 4>like sorry, Palin booked, Like like I have bookings till <v Speaker 4>the summer already. I got That's what as an independent <v Speaker 4>wrestlers we have to do. You got to fill them up, Brian. <v Speaker 4>I'm asking for that day off. <v Speaker 1>Thanks Mark. Hey. <v Speaker 3>Also, I will say that's tna ubs. I think that <v Speaker 3>should be a destination for me and you as Long <v Speaker 3>Island's own. You know, I think that's a big deal. <v Speaker 1>I will say this, guys, spoiler, I already have gear <v Speaker 1>for it. I'll tell you why. It's because I'll tell <v Speaker 1>I don't know how much I mentioned last week with <v Speaker 1>the Ghostbuster stuff book come before the gear. Hear me <v Speaker 1>out here? Here, you out here. <v Speaker 4>So when I was doing this up with Jericho and <v Speaker 4>ring him honor aw, I cut a promo, but I <v Speaker 4>didn't realize, like for rampage, like something's getting like edited out. <v Speaker 1>So like I cut this whole like promo like saying. <v Speaker 4>Like I'm the indie god, I'm the death Match King, <v Speaker 4>I'm the King of your cruise, and if anyone's the <v Speaker 4>King of New York, it's me, and i'd all like <v Speaker 4>King of New York gear. But then they didn't play <v Speaker 4>the line. They like, I guess we went over time, <v Speaker 4>so they cut like thirty seconds out of me talking. Okay, <v Speaker 4>so the for me to come out with King of <v Speaker 4>New York here didn't make any sense because I'd never <v Speaker 4>said it. Also, Chris kind of go on that route <v Speaker 4>too about the whole thing. Well, that was the thing. <v Speaker 4>It was like the who's the King of New York? Okay, <v Speaker 4>you know what I'm saying so it's like the death <v Speaker 4>Match King logo, but it's like New York. So I <v Speaker 4>end up wearing Ghostbuster gear because was that the Ghostbuster's <v Speaker 4>entrance just got fucked up? <v Speaker 1>But I already had the King of New York gear. <v Speaker 5>Mag nice all right? <v Speaker 3>Is it blue and orange? It's blue an orange Jeces ship. Okay, <v Speaker 3>So if I'm booked for Slammer Versary. <v Speaker 5>You gotta bring back to white and green then not? <v Speaker 1>Yeh, that's what the Islanders play. <v Speaker 4>I mean, you're right, my favorite team, the Islanders. So <v Speaker 4>if I hey, listen, if I'm booked for Slammiversary, I <v Speaker 4>already got my gear. <v Speaker 5>I never know, all right. Brian's question Brian Hall bare minimum, Ryan, <v Speaker 5>what are your top guys under Legends deals that you <v Speaker 5>would love to see laps with t B so they <v Speaker 5>come could be made by all the I didn't anybody. <v Speaker 5>I thought it was interesting, but you don't want to <v Speaker 5>see anybody laps. <v Speaker 1>I mean, let's say that, right. <v Speaker 3>You know, if people are prospering from their Legends deal <v Speaker 3>and enjoying it, we don't wish for them to be <v Speaker 3>booted from it. <v Speaker 1>When that's not but if there's a week in between <v Speaker 1>sign with us and then signed back. <v Speaker 3>Sure that too, But also there's certain ones I think, <v Speaker 3>like what else are they gonna do? You know, like <v Speaker 3>like like htm, come on, brother, get out there, get <v Speaker 3>let everyone you know do their best hockey tonk. <v Speaker 5>You know, imagine Zombie gets to do like a sick <v Speaker 5>ass hockey time. <v Speaker 1>That's what I'm saying. <v Speaker 5>I'm saying, like, that's what I'm thinking about here. <v Speaker 3>The meat on the bone of your matel career has <v Speaker 3>kind of been sucked dry. <v Speaker 5>Do you remember when we were really upset that Mattel <v Speaker 5>lost Macho. I mean, obviously we lost that figure that <v Speaker 5>was coming to PEO. Were like, oh no, but we've <v Speaker 5>been able to get some of the coolest Mansar Main figures, right. <v Speaker 3>And I would say, besides that, what it was going <v Speaker 3>to be that defining moments redone as an ultimate I mean, <v Speaker 3>I do wish we got that. WrestleMania seven is pretty epic. <v Speaker 3>Other than that, it's like what Macho were they? Like, man, <v Speaker 3>how do they not do this one? You know, it <v Speaker 3>was a lot done. <v Speaker 4>I mean, when you put it that way, I see <v Speaker 4>what you're saying. <v Speaker 5>I'd love to see Zombie take a stab at Brett <v Speaker 5>Hart does. <v Speaker 1>Not imagine again. <v Speaker 4>I don't want anyone to lose their legends deal, but <v Speaker 4>are we already said that? I would like them to <v Speaker 4>take a week off, sign with us, and then re sign. <v Speaker 4>That's a great loophole, that's I mean, we've. <v Speaker 1>Done it before. Like, who could we do? <v Speaker 3>Like, Okay, Shawn Michaels, imagine making Rockers stuff. Yeah, Shawn Michaels. <v Speaker 1>Everyone's just doing Rockers stuff. <v Speaker 4>Ultimate Warrior, Bigger Over Guy Warrior with Baby t d <v Speaker 4>D at the Helm. <v Speaker 5>In my mind, I'm literally just every one of these people. <v Speaker 5>I'm thinking, what could Zombie do? <v Speaker 1>Piper O piper Man. <v Speaker 5>Saw Michael's in the one year lapse, but then we <v Speaker 5>don't see it for five years. <v Speaker 4>That's a great one, great question. All right, guys, let's <v Speaker 4>go to some good housekeeping.
