bronze tier, which is the top fifty. It will be great games all
and then we will whittle it down to the top twenty, which will be
be silver tier. Those top twenty League series of games. There are the
ones that we can vote on, each one of us on an index card.
Before we go into our live show on Saturday, we'll have our top
five ranked from that twenty silver tier eligible game list, and those are the
ones that the Eurovision machine will crush the numbers and determine the real game of
the year. And at the end of it, we will have spoons.
With the whittling, we have spoons. Spoon. You never school spoon.
It's like when you took a knife, not a stot, was a little
car you can create from here on the top twenty call the spoon. Yeah,

the game. Yes, so it's a legend of Zelda game from the Nintendo
Company, and uh yeah, it's Breadth the Wild was like one of my
favorite games of all time, and it made it look like a tech demo
in terms of all the stuff they added, the underworld stuff, the stuff
above ascend, like all all the abilities were so much better and more useful
than anything in Breadth the Wild. Why is Backler shaking? It's just a
send is gross. What's that ascending? Ascend It's great, go right up
a robot butthole and kill it. Yeah, it's a tremendous game. It
is. The dungeons are better. Everything about it is better than Breath the
Wild. It is like rendered one of my favorite games of all time,
like irrelevant, you know, I mean it's it had its places than its
moment, but like Tears of the Kingdom is everything that it had and way
way more. Yeah, it goes it's it takes the same world and it
doesn't try to do it has a ton of new ideas, but it goes
deeper and explores so much more. And that's really impepsive. Yeah, and
it's super obvious. Put it on the list. Let's let's go from dan

like a weird semi emotional breakdown, like a month or two ago about this.
It wasn't about shaving my head. But Tears of the Kingdom reflects exactly
like how I work and operate, where I walk into a scenario and I
think everything is good in the hood and everything's fucking broken, and then I
just got a cobble shit together and this has been my whole life. And
then I was like, oh my god, this game. Fuck, yes,
I'm sending up this robots ass just like it real. That's true.
You could build a robot in that game and then climb up and desk.
Yeah, robot. But yeah, you know, you know, you know,
I like a found family style ship and like gangs, roving gangs,
gangs, and then just having your spirits because Breath of the Wild about like
a lonely game sometimes, but like how like your little spirit friends run around
with you. It's like, oh cool, it feels a little less lonely.
And I'm sure, but yeah, I nominate this is for you.

Spider heck is now get Spider Man two. It's actually Marvels Spiders in some
of the X Marvels Spider Moon. I will go with, uh, let's
do Super Mario Brothers Wonder Yeah, yeah, yeah, that'll be there.

series has always been very good. Pickman four is easily the best one.

It's like one of the easiest recommends, and that's not true for the previous
Pickman games, so that this one of my way more than you're gonna have
a good time with it. Yes, yes, I I have yet to
meet the person that's like, yeah, I tried it and it wasn't great.

another one that might not get talked about because it's so obvious to make the
list, Like I think it's been. It's recent enough for like we did

game of your episode, so I mean, just just a great thing.

people talked about it this year and it's I just don't want it to be
forgotten, especially in light of the developers been like, we can't do this
anymore. Partly because of that, and partly because it's also a game that
is specifically for me and a lot always it's a tactics game, a stealth
tactics game. I love stealth games. I'm a stealth guy. And then
yeah, it's it's a really clever, full of like personality and charm.

Yeah, Backler. The fuck is NHL ninety four on that list?
NHL twenty four on it? It's just a list of video games that came

Grub Yeah, Armored Core six, Yeah, another one feels like pretty
strongly going to be in the top twenties. So that one's one of the
best feeling games twenty or do you mean spoon gives that feels like a good
It's like a guaranteed in the spoon. Yes. Yeah, Armor corese six
just feels incredible, makes you feel so cool, great moments. It's like
a teleplay, but they do a great job at that. It's it's really
well done. Okay, damn Mortal Kombat one. Oh. I thought it
was a fun way to kind of do a reboot while also still kind of
continuing the story from the last one. I thought the cameo system worked really
well. Yeah, the d LC coming out looks pretty interesting. Some good
single player stuff going on there, enough to like, you know, as
somebody doesn't play competitive fighting games, I really appreciate any fighting game that gives
me a bunch of reasons to keep coming back to it as a solo player.
And uh, it was great cool, Well there's a lot of space
cocoon. Yeah, cocoon cocuon. I will keep watching Men in Black now
and black has become my new zodiac and don't spoil Men in Black that's the
ending, right oops. But yeah, I don't know the sound design.
I'm I'm a terrible person and I play a lot of games. Listening to
podcasts. A podcast game is as a thing, but then here it's like,
oh, the sound design is so amazing. I love my little dude.

uh I think improvements on on on that first go around. It was
more linear than I thought I was expecting. But uh, it's really really
enjoyable and uh, I guess the jokiness of it, its own sort of
sense of humor was landed better than I thought it at any right too.

but like it was off of that pretty well. Yeah, it definitely
makes my preliminary list here just because of the surprise of it all. Oh

first time ever in an official release, so you can play a duelstick and
that is completely wins the game, makes it a lot snappier and faster,
and it's it's changed the game and it's an amazingly atmospheric game. And it's
like, oh, it's really great and the game is held up the game
itself, incredible game. It's over twenty years ago. With all that,
I still think I'm to say I would take Metro Prime over David. Yeah,
