[SPEAKER_00]: Welcome to the Forty Kaylor cast.
[SPEAKER_02]: Welcome to the Forty Kaylorcast with me, John Barsati, Brad Chester.
[SPEAKER_02]: This guy.
[SPEAKER_02]: All right, Brad, we've covered who the orcs are, what the orcs are, and some of the greatest leaders and achievements.
[SPEAKER_02]: So we want to close this out with for this section of the orc coverage is, and don't worry, there will be more in the future.
[SPEAKER_00]: Say there's so much more.
[SPEAKER_02]: There's so much orcs up.
[SPEAKER_02]: This is the Forty Kaylorcast, not the Forty Kaylorcast, who knows, maybe will make a subcast based around that.
[SPEAKER_02]: But what we wanted to kind of go over here today with all of you is a lot of actually some of their weapons that they use.
[SPEAKER_02]: Just some elements of that we had to make some triage decisions about what we're going to cover with or something we're going to cover with orcs.
[SPEAKER_02]: And we wanted to focus really on the funny bits and with orcs what's funnier than their guns and their tools, Brad.
[SPEAKER_00]: I mean, just the names of themselves.
[SPEAKER_00]: So it took me a while to get on board with orcs themselves playing Forty-K because they're awesome.
[SPEAKER_00]: They do awesome stuff, but it's really annoying to remember what the name of any work weapon is.
[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, it's just take what you think it might be misspellet four times and then still get it wrong.
[SPEAKER_00]: I mean, me explaining what's on one of my worthless right now.
[SPEAKER_00]: When I have to tell them, well, this guy has the headwap of kill chopper on top of the orc on smash a squig.
[SPEAKER_02]: Sorry, knob on the smash a squig.
[SPEAKER_02]: It's really good right now, too.
[SPEAKER_02]: It's like a ton of bricks.
[SPEAKER_02]: We had wap of kill chopper.
[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, let's we have a bit of a kill chopper.
[SPEAKER_02]: Like, oh, you have a night?
[SPEAKER_02]: That's adorable.
[SPEAKER_02]: But anyway, so when we're going to start an off with today, I think we're going to jump right into Orc weapons.
[SPEAKER_02]: And as we've said before, everything Orcs have only work because the Orcs wanted to.
[SPEAKER_00]: They believe things into existence.
[SPEAKER_00]: And one of my favorite ones about that is the Chapa, which is literally a poorly made slab of metal.
[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, that an Orc in his hands can cut the arm off a space marine.
[SPEAKER_00]: Well, they really leave that it's stronger and sharper, and it can go through anything.
[SPEAKER_00]: Again, it hits, they've taken out Titans with all the nothings of these hitting it.
[SPEAKER_02]: And I think for me, when I first started playing Orcs, I didn't fully understand this.
[SPEAKER_02]: I was thinking of the more the D&D orc, where's he just he's incredibly strong and uses this thing in his heart.
[SPEAKER_02]: But then it occurred to me, there's no piece of metal I could pick up that would cut through a Titan's leg.
[SPEAKER_02]: But an orc holding it makes it the sharpest thing in the universe.
[SPEAKER_00]: Well, think about this for the longest time.
[SPEAKER_00]: You had for the forty the old forty gay players, the choppa used to make it so you could at best take a four up save on a D six, even if you had a two up on a six forgot about that because orcs
[SPEAKER_00]: believe that it cuts through even the hardest and the biggest sermine art, things that are literally taking missiles.
[SPEAKER_00]: And just going, yeah, thanks for playing the Orchapa, which again, looks like you went to a local junkyard and took a door off a car and cut it into a sword shape is now the perfect weapon.
[SPEAKER_02]: This is a thing.
[SPEAKER_02]: Also, we should point out that orks name things really well.
[SPEAKER_02]: So we have the chopper, but if you really need to cut through something big, you bring a big chopper.
[SPEAKER_02]: It's just me, no different than a chopper.
[SPEAKER_02]: It's just larger.
[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, it's a big chopper, not to be confused with a huge, not huge, but take a fish.
[SPEAKER_00]: Huge chopper, which is even bigger.
[SPEAKER_02]: It's even bigger, because always there's every time an orc gets bigger, he needs to hold a chopper.
[SPEAKER_02]: And by the way, chopper also can just be a pole.
[SPEAKER_02]: There are, there are.
[SPEAKER_02]: Whoa, whoa, whoa, giant.
[SPEAKER_02]: With sticks in it.
[SPEAKER_02]: We're saying coming out of it.
[SPEAKER_00]: Because if it's a specific stick, it becomes a sticker.
[SPEAKER_02]: Well, I'm what I'm talking about is if anyone builds ork boys knows some of your boys are actually just holding with looks like a club with spikes coming out of it.
[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, that's still a chopper because they will chop with it.
[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, and it cuts through things because they believe it cuts through things.
[SPEAKER_00]: You're like, why it's not sharp.
[SPEAKER_00]: It's a club with a spike.
[SPEAKER_00]: You're like, yeah, and it's clearly going to cut through slicing with my piercing thing.
[SPEAKER_02]: But by piercing, there's a pointy bit.
[SPEAKER_02]: And if there isn't, I'll make it pointy.
[SPEAKER_00]: Piercing bludgeoning obviously going to slash.
[SPEAKER_02]: I also just love that a lot of their weapons just keep getting bigger because an orcs seems to have a certain ratio of size to weapon to the size of their hand.
[SPEAKER_02]: And so, you know, chop up big chop up huge chop up.
[SPEAKER_02]: I'm sure at some point we'll get a new model for that say, you know, gas goals size, maybe we'll get more of a gork and they will have a you just chop up.
[SPEAKER_00]: I do want to talk about the fact that
[SPEAKER_00]: A lot of the bigger they are, because we got into things like, oh, the novel and smash a squeaking those guys, a lot of them have extra attacks when you look at in the game.
[SPEAKER_00]: Where are these attacks coming from?
[SPEAKER_00]: Oh, yeah, I'm so big.
[SPEAKER_00]: I have a guy on my shoulder that also throws something also hits you.
[SPEAKER_00]: Who, by the way, almost always has a tiny version of whatever.
[SPEAKER_02]: Always.
[SPEAKER_02]: It's always like, I have a big, big chop up.
[SPEAKER_02]: He's got a little tiny chop up that has surprisingly good rules.
[SPEAKER_00]: So it just cracks me up that you're like, I also have this guy on my back.
[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
[SPEAKER_02]: And he's going to hit you too.
[SPEAKER_02]: From there, we'll go for the big chopper to bring it up.
[SPEAKER_02]: If I need it, if I need a long chopper, I'll call it a sticker.
[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, because it sticks.
[SPEAKER_02]: But the cool thing about the sticker, and this is, again, more of a night edition was the first time we saw stickers, right?
[SPEAKER_02]: I think so.
[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, where it's, it's not because the idea of a sticker is it's a spear.
[SPEAKER_02]: But I don't just throw the spear.
[SPEAKER_02]: I put a rocket on the spear so that when I throw it, the rocket makes even faster.
[SPEAKER_00]: So when you charge with a sticker, you wound people easier.
[SPEAKER_00]: And remember, there's also two forms of the sticker.
[SPEAKER_00]: The guys in your back that are throwing a little sticker.
[SPEAKER_02]: There's lots of stickers.
[SPEAKER_02]: But again, it's a sticker.
[SPEAKER_02]: However, I think the most iconic orque weapon, melee style, is the powerclaw.
[SPEAKER_00]: Oh, for sure.
[SPEAKER_02]: And this is a powerclaw is actually one of the few weapons orcs that actually do make sense with a giant hydraulic claw that just grabs things and crushes them.
[SPEAKER_00]: It should actually make sense.
[SPEAKER_02]: This is actually, this is not the other weapons where it's still power of belief, because they said it will crush through anything.
[SPEAKER_02]: I mean, we've discussed in the prior episode that there was a big Mac who grabbed the Emperor and crushed it began crushing it down with his power claw, akin to Horace doing it to the Emperor.
[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, let's say work power closer strong.
[SPEAKER_02]: They're currently quite good.
[SPEAKER_02]: And they're hit missed throughout the other edition.
[SPEAKER_00]: They've always been pretty decent.
[SPEAKER_00]: Okay, because of the fact that they're going to.
[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, they're just for a while.
[SPEAKER_00]: They've been, and yes, they've been back and forth, but it is the thing where if you, if you're listening to this and you're modeling your works, and especially your knobs, cough cough.
[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, just give them barclos.
[SPEAKER_02]: Oh, do powerclos.
[SPEAKER_02]: There's always the thought of maybe I want to kill saw.
[SPEAKER_02]: They always screw them on rules at some point.
[SPEAKER_02]: So just model your things with powerclos or big job as from there.
[SPEAKER_02]: We'll move into shooting guns.
[SPEAKER_02]: And so if you're going to name a gun, what would, and it's an orc naming a gun, and what would they call it?
[SPEAKER_02]: Right.
[SPEAKER_00]: A shooter.
[SPEAKER_00]: It's a shooter.
[SPEAKER_00]: One of my favorite, I said this in the last, is still the fact that the Imperium has literally painstakingly looked at Zemos technology.
[SPEAKER_00]: And one of the ones that they don't get at all is the orcs because it doesn't work.
[SPEAKER_00]: None of their stuff should work.
[SPEAKER_00]: The orcs should have all died because they effectively came in a calendar with their flying.
[SPEAKER_00]: It was not airtight.
[SPEAKER_00]: No, it wasn't watertight.
[SPEAKER_00]: It wasn't anything type.
[SPEAKER_00]: And the shooter is a great example of that in the fact that it doesn't have a mechanism to shoot.
[SPEAKER_00]: It just does.
[SPEAKER_02]: It's just a piece of metal mildly resembling a gun that actually again can shoot through a spaceman.
[SPEAKER_00]: Yep.
[SPEAKER_00]: And if you want to shoot better through a spaceman, you grab a bigger shooter, which is called ironically
[SPEAKER_02]: Not ironically.
[SPEAKER_02]: A big shootup.
[SPEAKER_02]: But then we move into Mike's favorite of them.
[SPEAKER_02]: This is the snaz gun.
[SPEAKER_02]: Why is it called a snaz gun?
[SPEAKER_00]: Because they've been desperate.
[SPEAKER_00]: Now it is naturally has shiny bits all over it.
[SPEAKER_00]: By the way, the snaz gun is just a big shootup, but it shoots better with better stats.
[SPEAKER_02]: because it's bedazzled because it's bedazzled.
[SPEAKER_02]: And I'm a big fallout player.
[SPEAKER_02]: This reminds me of a line from fallout one.
[SPEAKER_02]: Ooh, that is snazzy like.
[SPEAKER_00]: Well, it's also done by flash cancer.
[SPEAKER_00]: We're all about collecting booty, bounty.
[SPEAKER_00]: And they're just because it's a pirate work.
[SPEAKER_00]: And that's a little best work.
[SPEAKER_02]: That's the best work.
[SPEAKER_02]: And it does.
[SPEAKER_02]: But Brad's point.
[SPEAKER_02]: It's the same.
[SPEAKER_02]: It's just a piece of metal.
[SPEAKER_02]: with extra gold and dangly bits on it.
[SPEAKER_02]: And now it is the most one strength plus one strength plus the extra AP.
[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, extra damage.
[SPEAKER_02]: And then yeah, there.
[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, and not pizzazzling this thing for nothing.
[SPEAKER_02]: For there, I think we should move on actually, you know, one of my favorite weapons, which is the squiggle launcher because
[SPEAKER_02]: Orcs are almost very, in some ways, they're resourceful, because we've got these things, which are our pet tiradids running around, and tiradids are pretty bitey.
[SPEAKER_00]: Well, when you're not strapping bombs to them, why not just load them into guns?
[SPEAKER_02]: Well, some of the ones really aren't don't behave very well.
[SPEAKER_02]: Those ones, they're ill-tempered squigs.
[SPEAKER_02]: They like to bite everything, they try to pet them, like a rescue chihuahua.
[SPEAKER_00]: You know, sometimes you're going to load him into the squid line.
[SPEAKER_02]: Why don't we just take this thing, put it in a bazooka and fire it at people.
[SPEAKER_02]: And one of my favorite stories about the squid launcher is that the way the squid launcher is designed to work is you shoot it into a vehicle and then the squid actually goes through the outer armor and ends up on the inside of the vehicle and then begins biting everything on the inside.
[SPEAKER_02]: It's my just ripping and tearing its way out back out of the vehicle.
[SPEAKER_02]: Unfortunately, the rules for it aren't as good as it could be, but this is, I, it's the same thing that should be some way where I could make a vehicle explode from a single squake shot, but we both know that that will break.
[SPEAKER_02]: That's not happening.
[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, they'll break the game hard.
[SPEAKER_02]: But squiggle archers are great.
[SPEAKER_02]: We have touched on this next one before, but we're going to keep doing it because it's fantastic, because the shock attack on.
[SPEAKER_00]: Shack Attack on is possibly the orc's most volatile and most powerful weapon at the same time.
[SPEAKER_02]: It is, it's the best, it's the best weapon I think in the game.
[SPEAKER_00]: I mean, it's the only time you can shoot yourself at someone.
[SPEAKER_02]: True, that's true.
[SPEAKER_02]: They've also put the vehicles around it, which will cover over, cover later.
[SPEAKER_02]: It just shoots, not links at warp speed at things.
[SPEAKER_02]: And then legitimately shoots something through the reward.
[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, through the warp, and again, much like the squiggle on you, they do the same thing, sometimes when they do survive coming through the other side, they will just start biting at whatever is in there.
[SPEAKER_02]: So you get hit with this thing.
[SPEAKER_02]: and then realize there's now a creature inside your vehicle with you that just wants to bite you.
[SPEAKER_00]: I love the fact that you put my one of my favorite, one of the main reasons I brought, it brought these to a tournament just to say bubble chuck uh on street and it made me delightfully happy to say it, a bubble chuck uh
[SPEAKER_00]: is effectively, you're shooting a random thing.
[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
[SPEAKER_00]: And when I say a random thing, it is a random thing.
[SPEAKER_02]: I mean, every edition of it, you've had to roll for what it is, what the debt, how many shots it is.
[SPEAKER_02]: So it's just what shoots out.
[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
[SPEAKER_02]: You don't know.
[SPEAKER_02]: No one knows.
[SPEAKER_02]: And the reason I like the bubble Chuck as those of us who play competitively, it is the vain of existence for people competitively to play against you.
[SPEAKER_02]: And the reason why is that
[SPEAKER_02]: There is a one in three chance, I should buy more than one in twenty chance of the bubble chuckle working, but when it works, it just ruins a game for an opponent.
[SPEAKER_02]: Because you roll it, temp is better, but it used to be random shots, random strength, and random damage.
[SPEAKER_02]: Now it's just, you get a, it's one of, one of three of one of those new.
[SPEAKER_02]: But back when he was random random random, if somehow you rolled, even not gonna do six, six, six, six, but six, five, six, something in that realm, you could all of a sudden have this seventy point gun take out a night.
[SPEAKER_02]: Oh, ridiculous.
[SPEAKER_00]: And it's fantastic at the same time, because again, it shoots random ammo.
[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, so what it is, is to be having touch with the mobile trucker is, is it say,
[SPEAKER_02]: It's a artillery gun that creates a bubble.
[SPEAKER_02]: And depending on the size of the bubble or how many bubbles created, they are more or less powerful.
[SPEAKER_02]: And the bubbles come out of the front of the gun, flowed up, and then float down and hit something
[SPEAKER_02]: I'm trying to, I'm thinking this was in Mario Brothers is what I'm thinking.
[SPEAKER_02]: This was from there.
[SPEAKER_02]: There's definitely games I've played right here.
[SPEAKER_02]: Or was it Sonic the Hedgehog?
[SPEAKER_02]: It does want them down.
[SPEAKER_02]: Death.
[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, but it's one of those games.
[SPEAKER_02]: Mega Man, uh, Mega Man definitely have this gun.
[SPEAKER_02]: It's my turn to date us.
[SPEAKER_02]: I'm going with the Nintendo.
[SPEAKER_02]: Yes.
[SPEAKER_02]: NES, not SNES, NES games, but there is a, if you played a lot of NES, I think some developer at some point realized an eight bit you could make a bubble and so now we all had to play with them for a while.
[SPEAKER_02]: So the bubbles come out, they float down and they explode depending on their size.
[SPEAKER_02]: Amazing gun, pure random, almost impossible to play effectively worth it every time you try.
[SPEAKER_00]: Smash your gun, smash your guns, smash your guns, smash your gun.
[SPEAKER_00]: If you're going to go with coolness of one of the types,
[SPEAKER_00]: is the tractor cannon.
[SPEAKER_02]: Yes, there is nothing better than I'm going to take this gun grab that thing and slam it into the ground.
[SPEAKER_00]: Well, if the best part is it doesn't pull it back to you.
[SPEAKER_00]: It's not like a tractor B pulls to you.
[SPEAKER_00]: It chooses a point on the ground.
[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
[SPEAKER_00]: It effectively just picks whatever's underneath you.
[SPEAKER_02]: You know what, I was doing the research, I was reading about this.
[SPEAKER_02]: It's like a wizard stuff.
[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
[SPEAKER_02]: We saw that in I and Lord of the Rings where Gandalf grabs, I forget, Gandalf and Sormon are fighting and they point the thing in his grabs when spin them around and slam into a ceiling.
[SPEAKER_02]: That's what the Orcs mastered.
[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
[SPEAKER_00]: And it's also fired for good.
[SPEAKER_00]: It also used to, this is so much better.
[SPEAKER_00]: When you used to have the vein of my existence, which is flyers, it would smash a flyer into the ground and make it explode.
[SPEAKER_00]: Yes.
[SPEAKER_00]: Because it would make the flyer than take damage from hitting ground.
[SPEAKER_00]: So it took damage from getting hit and then it took damage from getting pummeled into the ground, which was fantastic.
[SPEAKER_00]: Screw you demon flying circus.
[SPEAKER_00]: We're talking to you.
[SPEAKER_02]: That's what our flanks are, just to their two.
[SPEAKER_02]: Well, we both, both of us are elder players, we're pretending that that part wasn't as bad.
[SPEAKER_00]: I mean, minus four to hit, it's not even a big deal.
[SPEAKER_02]: When you're talking about, it's totally should be fair that you can literally not shoot my target after you declared.
[SPEAKER_00]: Also, those of you that don't play competitively all the time, when you're hitting rolling a D six to try to get a result, and you minus four on that, it's going to be tough.
[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
[SPEAKER_02]: When you need a seven on a D six,
[SPEAKER_02]: things get difficult.
[SPEAKER_02]: And for some reason, they took that out of the game.
[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
[SPEAKER_02]: Oh, no, no, no, no.
[SPEAKER_02]: But I also want to put out the magic guns are great, too, especially from a lower standpoint.
[SPEAKER_02]: If you'd like to read stories, read codecs, as you read books about works, these things come up a lot.
[SPEAKER_02]: And they were also the bane of the Imperium, because the Orcs would just grab things that the Imperium had and slam them into the ground, oftentimes into other troops.
[SPEAKER_00]: Well, they also used to shoot.
[SPEAKER_00]: This is the best thing about a tractor gun.
[SPEAKER_00]: because Orcs would shoot them into low over it.
[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, pull.
[SPEAKER_02]: Yes.
[SPEAKER_02]: All space onto the planet.
[SPEAKER_00]: Right.
[SPEAKER_02]: Yes.
[SPEAKER_02]: On their opponents.
[SPEAKER_02]: Good.
[SPEAKER_02]: Nice invasion.
[SPEAKER_02]: You got there.
[SPEAKER_02]: You know, that ship you just disembarked from?
[SPEAKER_02]: How about I landed on you?
[SPEAKER_00]: Right.
[SPEAKER_00]: Right now.
[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
[SPEAKER_00]: By the way, quickly.
[SPEAKER_00]: Quickly.
[SPEAKER_00]: Quickly.
[SPEAKER_00]: That's coming real fast, Ted.
[SPEAKER_02]: The other piece that we struggle with orcs is, orc technologies really follows pretty closely in what you'd expect them to do.
[SPEAKER_02]: So orcs want to go fast.
[SPEAKER_02]: Well, some of the orcs do.
[SPEAKER_02]: Actually, all orcs want to go fast is some of them want to go real fast.
[SPEAKER_00]: Sometimes you get to paint everything red.
[SPEAKER_02]: Exactly.
[SPEAKER_02]: But if you want to go fast, but orcs also like to hit things.
[SPEAKER_02]: So what do you need if you want to go real fast, but you still want to punch something?
[SPEAKER_00]: Well, bike, of course.
[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
[SPEAKER_00]: So it's the number one transport orgs use, but also somehow in Forty Kay, you can always steer a bike with your knees.
[SPEAKER_00]: Yes, because everyone has two weapons.
[SPEAKER_02]: Well, you and I can't have to shoot at them before I hit them with my club.
[SPEAKER_00]: Everyone has a pistol and a hand-to-hand weapon, melee weapon, in the other hand, but then you're also driving the bike
[SPEAKER_02]: and shooting the bike.
[SPEAKER_02]: Fred, the bike has gone with orcs also always put guns on everything.
[SPEAKER_02]: So you're going to have if there's a bike the bike has guns.
[SPEAKER_02]: You're carrying a gun that you're shooting over top of those guns and you're holding some level of chopper be it.
[SPEAKER_02]: regular make or claw and you're driving and your driving the fastest the tech that goes with the bikes.
[SPEAKER_00]: Orcs have always had special rules for their bikes because their bikes kick up such a ridiculous dust cloud.
[SPEAKER_00]: They can't see that.
[SPEAKER_02]: They don't.
[SPEAKER_02]: Everything in the orc army functions well, not functioning.
[SPEAKER_02]: That's kind of how I like to look at it.
[SPEAKER_02]: It's like there's stuff.
[SPEAKER_00]: The things that are going terribly wrong somehow helped them all.
[SPEAKER_02]: It was because that was one of the best rules.
[SPEAKER_02]: I think we've had bikers that had different rules.
[SPEAKER_02]: Obviously the dishes, but I like when the bikers are just minus one to hit because they gave out so much smoke.
[SPEAKER_02]: You couldn't see them.
[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, just these billowing clouds of black smoke, and they made them specifically to want more black smoke.
[SPEAKER_02]: But that being said, a war boss doesn't ride a bike.
[SPEAKER_02]: What a war boss wants to get into combat.
[SPEAKER_02]: What's he ride, Brad?
[SPEAKER_00]: Well, he's got a couple options, but if he's a smooth criminal or he's in a battle wagon with hopefully a death roller on the top.
[SPEAKER_02]: If, honestly, I don't understand the point of rolling a battle wagon on a death roller.
[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
[SPEAKER_02]: He's even the cost points.
[SPEAKER_02]: I'm not, it doesn't look good without it.
[SPEAKER_00]: It's a smash as people.
[SPEAKER_02]: It's awesome.
[SPEAKER_00]: Because they went, hey, we're going to put a battering ground.
[SPEAKER_00]: They're like, that doesn't seem like enough.
[SPEAKER_02]: No, yeah.
[SPEAKER_02]: The battering ground was adorable.
[SPEAKER_02]: How about we have, and those are one of the defaults is it's like the front end of a steam roll.
[SPEAKER_02]: The steam roller covered in spikes.
[SPEAKER_02]: And it spins really fast.
[SPEAKER_02]: Because really fast and usually does the exact amount of damage you need to kill space marines.
[SPEAKER_00]: Also true.
[SPEAKER_00]: And those are things that they're riding.
[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
[SPEAKER_02]: It's very critical.
[SPEAKER_02]: Battle Lakers are great though.
[SPEAKER_02]: And if you go through the lower a lot, you'll see that every major war boss has it customized.
[SPEAKER_02]: The note here is like a night like a late ninety civic button for killing.
[SPEAKER_02]: They've all got different colors.
[SPEAKER_02]: No neon lights underneath it.
[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
[SPEAKER_02]: Well, they would toy, but neon lights on.
[SPEAKER_02]: Let's put that in a gesture.
[SPEAKER_02]: I mean, like I
[SPEAKER_02]: probably at some point should do a kit bash and make a free boot about what it's showing up again.
[SPEAKER_02]: But a free boot about a wagon might take weeks to build because you just have to put so much shiny show on it.
[SPEAKER_00]: Well, let's talk about the fact that in the rules that you should embrace being an orc.
[SPEAKER_00]: Oh yeah, we used to build your own battle wagon.
[SPEAKER_00]: You could build your own battle wagon, you could build your own truck, and you know how many people fit in a battle wagon or a truck, however many fit, physically fit.
[SPEAKER_00]: If you're playing the game, you could put as many people as you wanted inside a truck or a battle wagon.
[SPEAKER_02]: What a dish into that goal, man.
[SPEAKER_02]: Was that?
[SPEAKER_02]: It was like three or four things.
[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, and they took it away, and I get why they did it.
[SPEAKER_00]: But it was so fucking awesome.
[SPEAKER_00]: The real, let's go with the reload, because a lot of people don't have no idea.
[SPEAKER_00]: Yes, yes, yes.
[SPEAKER_00]: So you could put as many people as you want it.
[SPEAKER_00]: They had to physically fit.
[SPEAKER_00]: So you could stack them up to the ceiling, but anybody that fell off died.
[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
[SPEAKER_00]: Like you just did, you didn't put them back on.
[SPEAKER_00]: They legitimately just died.
[SPEAKER_02]: We'll probably do some casts on the nightmare that this game has been in prior editions.
[SPEAKER_02]: This one rule there actually works had quite a few rules that were great over the years and they were they were kind of like the the shining light and the darkness of horrid Fumgons the works were hilarious, but yeah, that piece of anything falls off it dies.
[SPEAKER_02]: Yep.
[SPEAKER_02]: Okay, and you could customize these things.
[SPEAKER_02]: It got a little out of control when he was trying buying Tomcatrucks.
[SPEAKER_00]: Well, you'd make your the top of your truck to be a boldly.
[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, exactly.
[SPEAKER_02]: You could put as many, but it was funny at least, but you were having some impressive levels of transport.
[SPEAKER_00]: Oh, yeah.
[SPEAKER_02]: Oh, that's bad.
[SPEAKER_02]: Oh, that's bad.
[SPEAKER_02]: Oh, it's bad.
[SPEAKER_02]: Oigens are fantastic.
[SPEAKER_02]: Now, this cool is a shock job track.
[SPEAKER_02]: Well, yeah, as we discussed earlier, if you're gonna, what's cooler than a shock attack gun?
[SPEAKER_02]: a shuck attack on you can drive.
[SPEAKER_02]: That also teleports.
[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
[SPEAKER_00]: So where does it teleport?
[SPEAKER_00]: Well, sometimes where you wanted to go.
[SPEAKER_00]: And sometimes it's just gone.
[SPEAKER_02]: Sometimes it's just a spare of the game.
[SPEAKER_00]: They've really nothing.
[SPEAKER_00]: Nothing will they took out, which has to use to just go away.
[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, it just for those of you who don't understand what we're complaining about.
[SPEAKER_02]: Orcs are always getting really, really cool rules when a model comes out for a bit.
[SPEAKER_02]: And then they realize they can't balance it correctly.
[SPEAKER_02]: So then they just remove the rule later.
[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
[SPEAKER_00]: You used to be just randomly.
[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
[SPEAKER_02]: The shock to a trim, so you would roll, it would jump, but then sometimes it would never come back.
[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
[SPEAKER_02]: Because it goes through work.
[SPEAKER_02]: We go through work.
[SPEAKER_02]: We go through work and disappear forever.
[SPEAKER_02]: So you lost your model.
[SPEAKER_02]: But how do you point that?
[SPEAKER_02]: Whatever.
[SPEAKER_02]: But it is amazing.
[SPEAKER_02]: So yeah, some, the review, shot drop drop star goes real fast, get up over eighty miles an hour and it jumps into the future or the past or the present.
[SPEAKER_02]: Who knows?
[SPEAKER_02]: Who knows?
[SPEAKER_02]: Some cool stories and shocked up drank.
[SPEAKER_02]: There's always their work.
[SPEAKER_02]: There are times when the imperium is trying to all imperium.
[SPEAKER_02]: So it's obviously, but probably happened to Tao, who cares.
[SPEAKER_02]: But they'd have a wall in the defenders and they'd see a bunch of shocked up tracks.
[SPEAKER_02]: They're coming right at them and just like in back to the future, it would just disappear.
[SPEAKER_02]: And then it would reappear behind the wall with all good guns blazing.
[SPEAKER_00]: Well done.
[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, they're awesome.
[SPEAKER_00]: All part of the plan.
[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
[SPEAKER_02]: Like, well, I'll drive straight that wall.
[SPEAKER_02]: What happens?
[SPEAKER_02]: We'll see.
[SPEAKER_02]: Scratchets.
[SPEAKER_00]: I love this because one, they look like the Batmobile.
[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
[SPEAKER_02]: But what are they, but I love them because of what they really are.
[SPEAKER_00]: They strapped a jet engine to the back of it.
[SPEAKER_00]: And it kind of has wings, because it has the wings off the back.
[SPEAKER_00]: But they decided that it was too hard to fly them.
[SPEAKER_00]: So they just basically went, how about we make a plane and then just put wheels on?
[SPEAKER_02]: But my theory is that, you know, grass tend to fly most of the objects.
[SPEAKER_02]: They didn't want the grass get another glory.
[SPEAKER_02]: So we're going to let the orcs chill.
[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, orcs going to fly.
[SPEAKER_00]: But we're going to fly on the ground with the the orcs actually couldn't figure out how to
[SPEAKER_00]: make like airplane flying is.
[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
[SPEAKER_00]: Part of like there's a lot of levers and gadgets and gizmos up and down.
[SPEAKER_00]: I'm going to fly on the ground.
[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
[SPEAKER_02]: Where am I going to find water?
[SPEAKER_02]: My fear in the Met in the scrap shit was or excess with going fast.
[SPEAKER_02]: And they just kept one up in each other.
[SPEAKER_02]: And the one guy did figure out what if I if I slap a warp engine to my vehicle, but somebody disappeared.
[SPEAKER_02]: I was fine.
[SPEAKER_02]: What if I take one of the biggest rockets you've ever seen and put four wheels on it and just drive it up
[SPEAKER_02]: people.
[SPEAKER_02]: But I'm also because I'm work.
[SPEAKER_02]: I'm going to make sure it shoots rockets.
[SPEAKER_02]: off the wings, off the wings.
[SPEAKER_02]: And on the front, instead of putting a wedge, I put some spiky bits, but I put a drill.
[SPEAKER_02]: So I can fly at you and then turn my drill on and drill through you.
[SPEAKER_02]: I forgot that it was a drill.
[SPEAKER_00]: It's a drill.
[SPEAKER_02]: I was running a show notes and I looked over, I could see my works are in one of my closet's here.
[SPEAKER_02]: I could see my okay saw.
[SPEAKER_02]: Oh, yeah, that's a drill.
[SPEAKER_02]: God, that weapon's cool.
[SPEAKER_00]: And one of the best parts about this is this is all or logic trees.
[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
[SPEAKER_02]: We're going to go fast, but what if there's a wall on the way?
[SPEAKER_02]: We'll put a drill on it.
[SPEAKER_02]: Okay.
[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
[SPEAKER_02]: That's how you get that.
[SPEAKER_02]: That's what you do when this is the big.
[SPEAKER_00]: I just in my mind, I assume the grots told them they were flying, which is why they put wings on a car.
[SPEAKER_00]: It doesn't fly, but there are wings on the back of it.
[SPEAKER_02]: And those you have the model, the guys actually dressed.
[SPEAKER_02]: Like a pilot, he's got, he's got like the World War II, like, I guess.
[SPEAKER_00]: He's not like a harness.
[SPEAKER_02]: He's actually got a like a scarf that's blowing behind him.
[SPEAKER_02]: It's a really good model.
[SPEAKER_00]: Yes, they, they convinced a Lord and a Lord that he was flying.
[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
[SPEAKER_00]: And he believes it totally.
[SPEAKER_00]: And also he came prepared to fly.
[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, he's like, he has goggles.
[SPEAKER_02]: It's the whole model's fantastic.
[SPEAKER_00]: Again, this is another reason to play orcs.
[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, we're going to the end of this episode.
[SPEAKER_00]: We're going to talk enough about that.
[SPEAKER_00]: Like people just put a scrap check on the on the board.
[SPEAKER_00]: And they don't acknowledge the fact that it's a faux plane.
[SPEAKER_00]: It is literally a guy in the nineteen, thirties, nineteen, twenties, like old school red baron I'm flying.
[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, we're going to close this episode off with why we play or the this stuff.
[SPEAKER_02]: We're talking about here.
[SPEAKER_02]: These are why we play orcs.
[SPEAKER_02]: You look down at your orc models.
[SPEAKER_02]: And they're funny.
[SPEAKER_02]: They're just funny.
[SPEAKER_02]: It's, I was playing last night.
[SPEAKER_02]: I had quick hog boys.
[SPEAKER_02]: It's two works.
[SPEAKER_02]: One big, one small, one grab, grab.
[SPEAKER_02]: Riding the back of a squig.
[SPEAKER_02]: and just with a saddle sort of, and what can it do?
[SPEAKER_02]: Well, he hits you with a big stick, the little guy hits you with a smaller stick, and the squeak bites you.
[SPEAKER_00]: Are you friends to mention that they also have a squeak bomb?
[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, it was also, they carry the squeak bombs with it.
[SPEAKER_02]: The entirety of the line is fantastic.
[SPEAKER_02]: Well, speaking of squeaks, ruck a truck squeak buggy, it's a God.
[SPEAKER_00]: which effectively launch, it's an indirect artillery piece, which launches squigs again, sometimes just strapped with bombs, but it's an indirect artillery piece.
[SPEAKER_02]: Every other indirect artillery piece in the game does the same thing all artillery does.
[SPEAKER_02]: It stays still and shoots.
[SPEAKER_02]: Now, okay, trucks do not.
[SPEAKER_02]: They actually can give a movement, twelve.
[SPEAKER_02]: They move very, very fast.
[SPEAKER_02]: and fire or kill a rattle back from very inaccurately.
[SPEAKER_02]: Yes, they're perfect.
[SPEAKER_00]: And also, they have actual real attacks.
[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, they have real attacks.
[SPEAKER_02]: And they actually have, they have combat too.
[SPEAKER_00]: They will still punch you to death.
[SPEAKER_02]: Okay.
[SPEAKER_02]: But just a really funny thing is that, or cartillary also goes fast, because not going fast is stupid.
[SPEAKER_00]: Which also, they have no downside that I'm moving around to.
[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
[SPEAKER_00]: But they also get no upside to staying still.
[SPEAKER_00]: They just drive around aimlessly.
[SPEAKER_02]: They just, well, yeah, I'm gonna fire now.
[SPEAKER_02]: I think actually the end of the day may have, but.
[SPEAKER_02]: How that.
[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
[SPEAKER_02]: And whatever.
[SPEAKER_02]: It's still soon.
[SPEAKER_02]: We'll be right back after a quick break.
[SPEAKER_02]: As we discussed before in the last episode, when the Orcs were invading it with the Imperium, they kept seeing these big vehicles, these walking monstrosities, they went.
[SPEAKER_00]: Well, they saw the Titans, the Dreadnots, the Knights.
[SPEAKER_02]: So they also saw the Dreadnots weren't the match with the Massive, they saw those and decided what, Brad?
[SPEAKER_00]: Let's make our own.
[SPEAKER_00]: So they started off with little walkers.
[SPEAKER_00]: Well, killer cans, which shouldn't work at all, because it is literally a garbage can.
[SPEAKER_00]: It is a circle of metal.
[SPEAKER_00]: It's a garbage can.
[SPEAKER_00]: It is a literal garbage can.
[SPEAKER_00]: And two arms that they welded on, which shouldn't move, but they don't have a way to move.
[SPEAKER_00]: They're just bolted on.
[SPEAKER_02]: But, you know, who's inside of them, is actually a question.
[SPEAKER_02]: It's actually a block concept.
[SPEAKER_02]: It's a question inside.
[SPEAKER_02]: Who is permanently put inside?
[SPEAKER_02]: And one of my favorite stories about is, is that this question is living, is living, and in tune in this vehicle, and wouldn't be happier.
[SPEAKER_02]: Oh, no.
[SPEAKER_02]: Because now, he gets to go get revenge.
[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
[SPEAKER_00]: Well, they also used to lose their shit.
[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
[SPEAKER_00]: Like dreads did and hit people next to them.
[SPEAKER_00]: Accident.
[SPEAKER_00]: Of course.
[SPEAKER_02]: So one of my own and I can't but which codecs this came out of.
[SPEAKER_02]: So I apologize.
[SPEAKER_02]: But one of the stories I remember from years ago was like.
[SPEAKER_02]: They would every now and then they'd entom and aggression into the killer can.
[SPEAKER_02]: And as soon as it came fully aware, it would then go kill some of the orcs that had been mean to it recently.
[SPEAKER_02]: And all the other orcs would watch that laughing hysterically.
[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
[SPEAKER_02]: And they're just watching their buddy get beat up by the killer can.
[SPEAKER_02]: And then actually, Gretchen Phiddlestil, like, all right, cool, let's go.
[SPEAKER_02]: And the Gretchen would walk off the war with them.
[SPEAKER_02]: Because Gretchen rule.
[SPEAKER_02]: Now that the except though they do get the orcs got a little jealous watching these scratches are killing can so they decided make their own kill again called a death right which also here's the deal.
[SPEAKER_00]: I'm going to tell everybody right now if you play the game and you model
[SPEAKER_00]: your death dragon with anything, but only extra arms to punch people, you're doing it wrong.
[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, no, it's never just, you can put guns on them, but like, why?
[SPEAKER_00]: Well, they come on, man, you could put three other arms on this thing.
[SPEAKER_02]: I actually would admit this when whenever in the edition orks have very good shooting, I don't think they're as fun.
[SPEAKER_02]: I think it's like, it's happened a few times a free boot of less than nine.
[SPEAKER_02]: There were a few of them were like, and I ran it a few times.
[SPEAKER_02]: It just wasn't as fun as punchy orcs.
[SPEAKER_02]: So if bad moods are good, or free blues are good, it's just not as fun as like when got off so good.
[SPEAKER_00]: Well, we talked about this last, last episode, which was the stopper, which is effectively
[SPEAKER_00]: Orcs saw Titan and went, we should do that.
[SPEAKER_00]: But also, that Titan didn't have enough guns on.
[SPEAKER_02]: Well, actually, my thought on this was he said it's last time, and I was thinking about it, most of them when I was editing it.
[SPEAKER_02]: But I was thinking, I'm not sure if it was like, we should do that.
[SPEAKER_02]: They stopped at all the guns.
[SPEAKER_02]: I think they went, I don't like them having something bigger than what I have.
[SPEAKER_02]: And what happened?
[SPEAKER_02]: So I think that's, I look at the build, okay, first of all, maybe their stop was when they couldn't build it.
[SPEAKER_02]: But I was like, no, I think they just wanted to build a bigger Titan.
[SPEAKER_00]: Which, of course, Matt, those legs seem like a real downgrade.
[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
[SPEAKER_00]: We'll fall over.
[SPEAKER_00]: Let's just make it shuffle like a penguin.
[SPEAKER_02]: And also, you know what the Titans have inside a bunch of boys.
[SPEAKER_02]: No, we're going to have a bunch inside a ton of boys.
[SPEAKER_00]: A metric ton of boys.
[SPEAKER_00]: Also, more guns.
[SPEAKER_00]: Don't be jealous, Imperium, but the Orcs, you don't notice they have more guns because they don't hit very often.
[SPEAKER_00]: Well, but they do have more guns.
[SPEAKER_02]: And we can be talked about some fun work rules.
[SPEAKER_02]: The Stopah had a gun whose name was escaping me right now in eighth edition.
[SPEAKER_02]: That could effectively fire for infinity.
[SPEAKER_00]: Huh?
[SPEAKER_00]: I saw it.
[SPEAKER_00]: I'm going to tell this story.
[SPEAKER_00]: Please.
[SPEAKER_00]: I won't even tell the people that are in it if they listen, which they probably won't even know they're my friends, you bums.
[SPEAKER_00]: But.
[SPEAKER_00]: Two of my buddies were playing forever ago in the Adapticon Gladiator where you could bring stuff like Stoppins because you could bring this in the past.
[SPEAKER_00]: And he won the game on turn one because the stopper used to have a rule that said as long as you didn't roll, I think it was triples.
[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, it was April's and then in eighth, it should be came to it.
[SPEAKER_02]: It was a six, a five, a four, a three, a two or a two.
[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
[SPEAKER_00]: Well, like you just, but in the past, you could just roll infinite number shots.
[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
[SPEAKER_00]: As long as you didn't effectively jam it, second edition sustained ice rolls, but you could just keep rolling.
[SPEAKER_00]: And it was dark out there versus works.
[SPEAKER_00]: And the orc stop a shot every radar off the board on turn one.
[UNKNOWN]: Yeah.
[SPEAKER_00]: All of them.
[SPEAKER_00]: No, no, no, no.
[SPEAKER_00]: Some people are exaggerated.
[SPEAKER_00]: No, he killed every single one of them.
[SPEAKER_00]: On turn one of them.
[SPEAKER_02]: The stop I had, this is again, the orc rules that they, the lore is great and then they're, they have these really incredible glimpses.
[SPEAKER_02]: I don't think any other species are racing the game.
[SPEAKER_02]: has had the joy of rules.
[SPEAKER_02]: The quirks have had throughout all the additions.
[SPEAKER_02]: There's always been this, well, this rules objectively hilarious.
[SPEAKER_02]: And the stop is one of those, where, yeah, you could effectively shoot the gun forever.
[SPEAKER_02]: Like, legitimately, forever.
[SPEAKER_02]: With that, I think, I actually want to touch on what that rule is, I'm just, this is more of a plea to bring back flying ahead.
[SPEAKER_02]: That was animanium skull.
[SPEAKER_02]: No, no, the flunga, but that was the one where my friend.
[SPEAKER_02]: No, my friend, Obama, multiple fights.
[SPEAKER_02]: I could crash it myself into my opponent and do I understand why everyone hated this?
[SPEAKER_02]: Because you could do anything to stop it.
[SPEAKER_02]: There's no way to stop it.
[SPEAKER_02]: But I still wish Orcs should have a rule to blow up their own stuff.
[SPEAKER_02]: That's all I'm saying.
[SPEAKER_02]: We should have that we should be allowed to have a rule that our vehicle
[SPEAKER_02]: We can spend one CV to make it explode.
[SPEAKER_02]: Of course, too.
[SPEAKER_02]: But we'll hear it's a villain.
[SPEAKER_02]: I mean, better off.
[SPEAKER_02]: I don't know.
[SPEAKER_02]: I'm not talking about something.
[SPEAKER_02]: I'm saying every vehicle.
[SPEAKER_02]: I think every vehicle, if it blows up, I can spend a certain number of CP and it will explode.
[SPEAKER_02]: I know I'm saying this and every work player is going, yes, and everyone who plays against Orcs says shut up, John.
[SPEAKER_02]: It's a terrible idea.
[SPEAKER_02]: It will get abused.
[SPEAKER_02]: Yes, it will.
[SPEAKER_02]: But I want to pivot over to talk to you guys a few times to some of the different work units that we think are funny.
[SPEAKER_02]: And we've talked about free booters a few times, but let's spend some time on the great.
[SPEAKER_00]: The thing is this free boot is went from a unit to an actual client.
[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
[SPEAKER_00]: because the free booters are just people that loot vehicles.
[SPEAKER_00]: They were looters, and then you had free booted looters, but then they became an entire clan centered around.
[SPEAKER_02]: You're not selling them.
[SPEAKER_02]: We say they loot vehicles.
[SPEAKER_02]: It's this isn't like, you know, people breaking into cars and taking up.
[SPEAKER_02]: This is comic level.
[SPEAKER_00]: Oh, also, they take things that people are currently in and shooting them against you.
[SPEAKER_00]: And then all of a sudden, you're like,
[SPEAKER_00]: Is there somebody working on the vehicle?
[SPEAKER_00]: They're not actually stopping it from working.
[SPEAKER_00]: They're adding more things to it.
[SPEAKER_02]: There is there is numerous stories and codex is talking about how Pete, like not free boot of clan would lose a battle wagon and then it would appear the next day.
[SPEAKER_02]: like with a little bit of spray paint on it, being driven by a freeboard.
[SPEAKER_02]: And it's like, yeah, we just found this on what you guys are doing.
[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, I don't know.
[SPEAKER_02]: It's always been ours.
[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, because whole time, like this is like, they would take Lehman russes, they would take artillery pieces.
[SPEAKER_00]: They basically anything they could get their hands on, they would strap or stuff.
[SPEAKER_00]: When did the orc tank go?
[SPEAKER_02]: What addition do we lose tanks?
[SPEAKER_00]: Like, I don't know.
[SPEAKER_00]: You used to be able to take effectively almost anything.
[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
[SPEAKER_00]: They didn't really have a hover.
[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
[SPEAKER_02]: I want to see what I said.
[SPEAKER_02]: I'm trying to think about the reason why I'm thinking about seven is that the game Donov War was seventh edition and you had org tanks and that's what I think that's when we had tanks.
[SPEAKER_02]: They were they we did not have tanks in eighth.
[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, no.
[SPEAKER_02]: So we lost tanks.
[SPEAKER_02]: Anyway, that was a free boot of thing.
[SPEAKER_02]: Free booters would find a Lehman Ross and say, Oh, this is ours.
[SPEAKER_02]: This is mine now.
[SPEAKER_00]: Also, it's a real bummer when they would literally remote control effectively when a guy outside is driving the Lehman Russell way.
[SPEAKER_00]: And you're like, so this is not going to go super well for us inside the tank.
[SPEAKER_02]: Which is something that would happen with the works because they just believed it.
[SPEAKER_02]: Like, however, the tanks should go that way.
[SPEAKER_02]: They also love to raid in space.
[SPEAKER_02]: They are space pirates going and we talked about in the last last.
[SPEAKER_00]: They would only take
[SPEAKER_00]: I mean, we won't even get in the fact that they trade things by teeth, teeth.
[SPEAKER_00]: But also, they would take the most random things that there's multiple orc raids that took nothing of value, nothing because they only took anything that was shiny and cool.
[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
[SPEAKER_00]: So they would leave you with all the really good infrastructure and weapons because that was boring.
[SPEAKER_00]: That was painted black.
[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
[SPEAKER_02]: It was all great.
[SPEAKER_02]: But they took the fresh windows.
[SPEAKER_02]: You just put them because they were kind of shiny.
[SPEAKER_00]: Satellite dish was flowing.
[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
[SPEAKER_02]: She has like, oh, it reflects the sun real well.
[SPEAKER_02]: But they were kind of stupid, but they're amazing.
[SPEAKER_02]: But that being said, that satellite dish, they turn into a weapon.
[SPEAKER_02]: They also like, it shoots or it shoots a death right now.
[SPEAKER_02]: And it now does.
[SPEAKER_00]: It does.
[SPEAKER_00]: Really wise.
[SPEAKER_00]: Obviously, it always did.
[SPEAKER_02]: Another group we touched on before, who I've always loved, their storm boys.
[SPEAKER_02]: And I don't know why I loved them so much, but I've just loved the idea of someone strapping a makeshift rocket to their back.
[SPEAKER_00]: And they don't have them correct models anymore.
[SPEAKER_00]: The old ork store by models had a fuse on
[SPEAKER_02]: Yes, that's right.
[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, they would light the fuse and then they would take off the rockets you buy at a hobby store.
[SPEAKER_00]: Yes.
[SPEAKER_02]: And it would shoot up into the sky and sometimes they would explode.
[SPEAKER_02]: They have brought back at least this edition where you could actually take the lose your entire squad but advancing with them because they would just explode.
[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, because you can go eighteen inches, which is six more than they normally can.
[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
[SPEAKER_00]: And you could charge after.
[SPEAKER_00]: But you might sometimes the rocket blows up.
[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, blows up.
[SPEAKER_02]: And well, these things happen.
[SPEAKER_02]: There's nothing more orky to me than storm boys where it would be touches before.
[SPEAKER_02]: They looked at people with jet packs, primarily the impairing with jet packs, and that's amazing.
[SPEAKER_02]: And the impairing have turbines and all these systems and how genres and the yorks went.
[SPEAKER_02]: Well, we already have rockets and they go up into the sky and come back down.
[SPEAKER_02]: Just clearly what I'll just do.
[SPEAKER_02]: Hold on to that.
[SPEAKER_00]: This is how they're doing it.
[SPEAKER_02]: Clearly.
[SPEAKER_02]: One of the darker ones though, in the game, and they're still funny are pain boys.
[SPEAKER_00]: I mean, they're funny, but they're not because they're literally Dr. Frankenstein and things out.
[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, badly.
[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, they're not doing a great job of it.
[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, because the thing with what they met, dark elder.
[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, and they looked at him on July and when like yeah, we could do that because one of my favorite and we talked about so what the the pain boys do number of tests first one is they do repair work so if an orc loses a limb if an orc loses something the pain boy will stitch a new limb on yeah, but it could be anyone
[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, a lot of them will be whatever they have lying around.
[SPEAKER_02]: But one of the ones I like is they do experimenting.
[SPEAKER_02]: And I don't remember which this came out of.
[SPEAKER_02]: But you always want to avoid the big fear of a pain boy is them doing one of their brain on implants, where they take the brain of an or count and put in the brain of a squig.
[SPEAKER_02]: The orcs are referred to, they don't like that one.
[SPEAKER_02]: The orcs, when the pain boy does that one to them, they don't enjoy it.
[SPEAKER_02]: It's not great.
[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, that one kind of sucks, but outside of that pain boys are you are useful in mad duck rot stick is the reason we have got gas.
[SPEAKER_02]: So, true job pain boys.
[SPEAKER_00]: Well done.
[SPEAKER_00]: Now, let's talk about the Britain.
[SPEAKER_00]: Well, they're not right now, but that makes me sad.
[SPEAKER_02]: Well, whatever.
[SPEAKER_02]: We've traditionally been the bread in the butter.
[SPEAKER_00]: The bread butter of an orc army is at least one unit of meganobs who showed up with your warbloss who is also in mega armor because the bigger you get, the best of the armor and everything else you get.
[SPEAKER_00]: And meganobs orcs are the biggest orcs with the best armor and they run into combat.
[SPEAKER_00]: Well, slowly run in a comedy.
[SPEAKER_02]: The Mozi and Jacob.
[SPEAKER_00]: The Mozi and the Combat.
[SPEAKER_00]: Usually they're going to be in a battle wagon because, well, someone's going to pick their big asses.
[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, they really, they will get very tired.
[SPEAKER_02]: And so.
[SPEAKER_00]: Because they also have a comical amount of armor on.
[SPEAKER_02]: Yes, mega nobs are the orcs and certain terminators to space marine terminators.
[SPEAKER_00]: And they just decided, those guys have a ton of armor on them.
[SPEAKER_00]: They're super hard to kill.
[SPEAKER_00]: We'll make our own version of it, which basically look like you tried to build Robo Cop in your basement with garbage you had around.
[SPEAKER_02]: So as we're discussing, I actually need to look this up real quick of.
[SPEAKER_02]: It used to be mega, mega knobs were always tougher than terminators.
[SPEAKER_02]: And I don't, for some reason, I think they may have changed.
[SPEAKER_02]: They are.
[SPEAKER_02]: They're T-Six.
[SPEAKER_02]: They are T-Six.
[SPEAKER_02]: Okay, good.
[SPEAKER_02]: I had that.
[SPEAKER_00]: They're T-Six and terminators are T-Five.
[SPEAKER_00]: And the thing is, is that mega knobs
[SPEAKER_00]: Well, sadly, they don't have enough tax, but they're still very, very tough.
[SPEAKER_00]: And they're comical in the fact that, again, they just effectively drilled kind of into the York's body.
[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
[SPEAKER_00]: And they just went, we need more metal on you because it'll look cooler.
[SPEAKER_00]: You'll be tougher because of it.
[SPEAKER_02]: Well, Megan Obs used to, and then we're going to hear Brad and I complain about tantodition.
[SPEAKER_02]: And if you're listening to this podcast and the future, we're going to level the addition.
[SPEAKER_02]: It's better ignore these comments.
[SPEAKER_02]: But Megan Obs used to be incredible killing vehicles.
[SPEAKER_02]: They would get out and they would rip a vehicle with shreds.
[SPEAKER_02]: Oh, we're taking this now.
[SPEAKER_02]: That's just not the case.
[SPEAKER_00]: Well, the weapons to get anymore, but I mean, one of the biggest things is, is orgs have the weirdest economy ever.
[SPEAKER_00]: In the fact that what you're trying to do is bribe the lowest case in the entire work system, the smallest, the guys that are insignificant to you, but also have access to all of the tech, all of the upgrades, all of the ammunition and everything else.
[SPEAKER_00]: The brots never realize that they have any say in this, but at least they hold on.
[SPEAKER_02]: Well, some of the books I've read, the Grants are talking about.
[SPEAKER_02]: They actually like the relationship because they're naturally squishy.
[SPEAKER_02]: So the entire universe would kill them.
[SPEAKER_02]: So their viewpoint is, we're happy to be kind of subservient to the York's because truthfully we do run this place so who really cares.
[SPEAKER_00]: I mean, true story.
[SPEAKER_02]: And then we don't really have to die very much in combat because the orcs don't want to share in the glory.
[SPEAKER_02]: So we kind of just hang in the back, run the economy.
[SPEAKER_00]: But which is extra stuff to get bigger guns, to get the shiny armor.
[SPEAKER_00]: You have to actually pay the Grots to make it for you.
[SPEAKER_02]: And you pay them in teeth teeth with an F by the way, and more importantly, orc teeth.
[SPEAKER_02]: You can't just go kill a human and bring a bunch of their teeth.
[SPEAKER_02]: It's orc teeth, which is why
[SPEAKER_02]: different orcs actually have faster growing teeth than others.
[SPEAKER_02]: And they're considered the lucky ones.
[SPEAKER_02]: They are blue and they are called debt skulls.
[SPEAKER_02]: And debt skulls are one of the reasons they're considered lucky is because their teeth actually grow faster.
[SPEAKER_02]: And they have their jobs.
[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
[SPEAKER_02]: So they were able to have bigger teeth with an F there, to buy weapons and the grots.
[SPEAKER_02]: Mega knobs that's how you become a mega knob.
[SPEAKER_02]: You have to go to the grots and take all the teeth you've got and have them
[SPEAKER_02]: A touch of bunch of plates too.
[SPEAKER_00]: Between superglue and drills, it's not great, but it's not fantastic.
[SPEAKER_02]: The last little bit technology I want to jump into though are teleporters and force fields.
[SPEAKER_02]: And the reason I put them both together, we'll dive into this, is we'll do the teleporter.
[SPEAKER_02]: So first off, the teleporter was invented by someone named Super Mac or comedies.
[SPEAKER_02]: Yes.
[SPEAKER_02]: I usually hate when GW does this, but this one I loved.
[SPEAKER_00]: I mean, or comedies, that's not based on anything else.
[SPEAKER_02]: I mean, also because our comedies made up pulley.
[SPEAKER_02]: But anyway, so I'm glad we don't have a telly board up.
[SPEAKER_02]: That's fine.
[SPEAKER_02]: So we didn't tell the board.
[SPEAKER_00]: Well, I mean, it kind of doesn't the same thing.
[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, it is.
[SPEAKER_02]: It is a pulley very literal.
[SPEAKER_02]: It's just the way that the developers were explained to me were by someone once.
[SPEAKER_02]: It's like the homing beacon that terminators use except it's less accurate and explodes.
[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, because the orcs just believe that they're going to get teleported, but also they're not real sure where they're going.
[SPEAKER_00]: And also orcs are supremely powerful, but not super smart.
[SPEAKER_00]: So you can tell them where they're supposed to go, but they probably forgot.
[SPEAKER_00]: So you have five to ten people teleporting and all of them have a different thing that they think they're teleporting to.
[SPEAKER_00]: And they're making it happen because of joint belief, but we have ten different answers to where they're getting set.
[SPEAKER_02]: I don't think anyone misses scatter dice with the exception of organ telly for us.
[SPEAKER_02]: It made sense there.
[SPEAKER_00]: Oh, hundred percent.
[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, because again, you went, where are you going?
[SPEAKER_00]: And they all went different, ten different answers.
[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, you went more than general vicinity, maybe.
[SPEAKER_02]: Okay, cool.
[SPEAKER_02]: My theory of teleportism against it on the force fields, too, is
[SPEAKER_02]: I just think it's a piece of metal.
[SPEAKER_02]: I don't think it actually does anything, but the Orcs believe so it's like a lucky coin, or something.
[SPEAKER_02]: That the Orcs just they can teleport.
[SPEAKER_02]: This is the thing.
[SPEAKER_02]: I mean, I'm going to harp on it again.
[SPEAKER_02]: We said before.
[SPEAKER_02]: Orcs are the most powerful species in the galaxy.
[SPEAKER_02]: They just have no idea that they are.
[SPEAKER_00]: I mean, we'll talk about Eldar, who actually use, again, another one of the old, old ones, not well, creation and uplifted.
[SPEAKER_00]: But whatever, guided by the old ones, and weirdly enough, Orcs and Eldar have a lot of the same tech people are going to throw tomatoes at me for this.
[SPEAKER_00]: Of course.
[SPEAKER_00]: But they do.
[SPEAKER_00]: They have a lot of the same things that's just that Eldars are way more sophisticated.
[SPEAKER_02]: Well, Eldar know how to use theirs.
[SPEAKER_02]: The Orcs just, it's just there.
[SPEAKER_02]: And they don't think.
[SPEAKER_00]: Because Eldar did, we're working into it.
[SPEAKER_00]: Well, very next.
[SPEAKER_00]: Spoiler alert next episode.
[SPEAKER_00]: We'll talk about the fact that they also
[SPEAKER_00]: things into existence, but they didn't do it half-hazardly.
[SPEAKER_02]: The teleporter and the force field are just possibly pieces of metal that orcs view as being something and because of belief, the orcs can jump across the galaxy or from spaceship to the ground or can stop the blast of like a thermonuclear weapon because they think this thing is a force field.
[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, they just can't be here.
[SPEAKER_00]: It's a force field.
[SPEAKER_00]: Everybody knows that.
[SPEAKER_02]: We've been talking about this for a while and we want to kind of close out of this section of a coverage of work.
[SPEAKER_02]: So the main reason why we play works and why why you should play works if you don't play works because honestly I was told originally everyone should have a space marine army and I got rid of my space marine army.
[SPEAKER_02]: I haven't missed it once.
[SPEAKER_02]: I will say of all the armies I own and I'm currently at nine or so the one I know I will never get rid of.
[SPEAKER_02]: They are the most fun.
[SPEAKER_02]: They are the best one to me.
[SPEAKER_00]: one of the reasons that I play orcs, and I've played them, I go back to them.
[SPEAKER_00]: To be honest with you, the orcs are always fun.
[SPEAKER_00]: And I want to go this because what happens is anytime in an addition, when I'm not having a great time, I go play works, and I'm always having a great time.
[SPEAKER_00]: Doesn't matter what the addition is.
[SPEAKER_02]: Someone said it really well to me that the thing about orcs is, when you're playing orcs, your opponent always gets to play the game.
[SPEAKER_02]: And that's what makes it work really fun.
[SPEAKER_02]: Even when works have been overpower.
[SPEAKER_02]: There have been times they have been overpowering.
[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, but they still they're overpowered in melee.
[SPEAKER_00]: Any time that you get to your opponent still gets to kill stuff.
[SPEAKER_02]: Exactly.
[SPEAKER_02]: But he kills the killish tonnish.
[SPEAKER_02]: Oh my god.
[SPEAKER_02]: I've won games where I lost ninety percent of my army.
[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
[SPEAKER_02]: And both of us finished the game.
[SPEAKER_02]: I played someone last year.
[SPEAKER_02]: It was an adapticon.
[SPEAKER_02]: It was just upbeat.
[SPEAKER_02]: It was a game where I mean, I, it was, I think I won by fifty points, but I don't have a great time because he killed three quarters of my arms.
[SPEAKER_00]: It really feels fun back and forth and they also do.
[SPEAKER_00]: I actually like the orgs being random.
[SPEAKER_00]: I'm not a huge fan of a lot of random in my games because I'm competitive, but for whatever reason I'm okay with it because it's the identity of the orgs.
[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
[SPEAKER_02]: I mean, that's the thing that they're meant to be random.
[SPEAKER_02]: They're meant to be.
[SPEAKER_02]: And there's times where you were that random to knowing because you lose.
[SPEAKER_02]: And there's times where your opponents were that random to knowing because you win.
[SPEAKER_02]: But they're great.
[SPEAKER_02]: Another one I will mention is, Brad doesn't collect the way I collect.
[SPEAKER_02]: But those of us who play Orcs one cool thing about the Orcline is it is a very large line of models, but it's not overbound.
[SPEAKER_02]: I think I own, not including forge world, I own every single Orc model that exists.
[SPEAKER_00]: Well, the coolest thing about the Orcs and all is with that line though, is they have a big line, but if you collect a whole line over time,
[SPEAKER_00]: they don't get rid of anything like doing a lot of the other lines.
[SPEAKER_00]: They just change the rules for them.
[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
[SPEAKER_00]: So if you're actually playing orks, you always get to play with your entire line of work.
[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
[SPEAKER_02]: But you can inferi on the entire line.
[SPEAKER_02]: And also the exception of me, even the Gork and Morgan, I'm going to correct it by some more players here.
[SPEAKER_02]: Most, if I'm going back ten years in the last ten years, I would argue most of the things in the Orcline have been good at one time or another.
[SPEAKER_02]: It may have been a quick flash in the pan, but it's only, I can't think of a lot of stuff I own.
[SPEAKER_02]: I've never put it in the board.
[SPEAKER_00]: At one point in time, I think everything's been good in orange.
[SPEAKER_00]: It's been good in orange.
[SPEAKER_00]: It's been good in orange.
[SPEAKER_00]: It's been good in orange.
[SPEAKER_02]: It's been good in orange.
[SPEAKER_02]: It's been good in orange.
[SPEAKER_02]: It's been good in orange.
[SPEAKER_02]: It's been good in orange.
[SPEAKER_02]: It's been good in orange.
[SPEAKER_02]: It's been good in orange.
[SPEAKER_02]: It's been good in orange.
[SPEAKER_02]: It's been good in orange.
[SPEAKER_02]: It's been good in orange.
[SPEAKER_02]: It's been good in orange.
[SPEAKER_02]: It's been good in orange.
[SPEAKER_00]: It's been good in orange.
[SPEAKER_00]: It's been good in orange.
[SPEAKER_00]: It's been good in orange.
[SPEAKER_02]: And their leaders are also great, too.
[SPEAKER_02]: Or the other cool thing about Orcs is, you know, we're just, Brad and I were discussing it launched some tournaments that are coming up.
[SPEAKER_02]: And I'm actually happy that in a upcoming tournament, I'm only running five characters, whereas in much of ninthish, I would be running seven or more.
[SPEAKER_02]: And it's funny because in the fact that in most other armies, I run very few.
[SPEAKER_02]: Maybe one.
[SPEAKER_02]: I mean, because you have to run one.
[SPEAKER_02]: That is what makes Orcs so great is the line makes sense.
[SPEAKER_02]: You actually, you say, this is my war boss.
[SPEAKER_02]: What would you run a war boss?
[SPEAKER_02]: Absolutely, I'm running a war boss.
[SPEAKER_02]: I'm also going to run
[SPEAKER_02]: named characters because they're very, very little.
[SPEAKER_00]: Their name characters might be consistently some of the best name characters.
[SPEAKER_00]: Or at least most playable.
[SPEAKER_02]: I think in ninth edition, guys, he was, he was playable almost the entire edition.
[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, but you've had no one else.
[SPEAKER_00]: You've got small, you've got one.
[SPEAKER_02]: When I bring up, when I bring up guys in ninth edition, again, please, he will click in the wrong.
[SPEAKER_02]: I don't know another named character throughout ninth edition, who was constantly on lists.
[SPEAKER_02]: Maybe Bellacor?
[SPEAKER_00]: I'll drag maybe.
[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, that's something like, but whereas people guys really was that good.
[SPEAKER_00]: Um, yeah.
[SPEAKER_02]: And there may have a Mazuraga's good now.
[SPEAKER_02]: Zag trucks always good.
[SPEAKER_02]: Bad rock.
[SPEAKER_02]: Bad rock is now quite good.
[SPEAKER_02]: And these models are also great.
[SPEAKER_02]: And there's
[SPEAKER_02]: The only one, too, is, you know, we're not paid by GW.
[SPEAKER_02]: We'll say it.
[SPEAKER_02]: There's a lot of non-GW models for orgs that are exceptional, that don't exist.
[SPEAKER_02]: No one else has this.
[SPEAKER_02]: The RTL, those of you who aren't aware of RTLW, RTLW has two lines they do really well.
[SPEAKER_02]: LDR and orgs.
[SPEAKER_02]: And they're Eldar are good because they have very, very good models that are in GW.
[SPEAKER_00]: But there's a lot of things that are flavor and they keep doing in both those lines.
[SPEAKER_00]: We talked about the scrap chat where the guy literally looks like the right bear.
[SPEAKER_02]: It's the right Baron.
[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
[SPEAKER_00]: He's World War One, you know,
[SPEAKER_00]: early, nineteen hundreds on that.
[SPEAKER_00]: People are going to throw stuff at me and they're like, Brad, didn't you say, nineteen, twenty is before.
[SPEAKER_00]: And yes, I did.
[SPEAKER_02]: I excel in the York.
[SPEAKER_02]: That's my.
[SPEAKER_02]: That's my three and a half years.
[SPEAKER_02]: It's okay.
[SPEAKER_02]: The other thing I want to put up with orcs is they have squigs.
[SPEAKER_02]: Primarily they have squigots.
[SPEAKER_02]: You could make I can run two thousand points.
[SPEAKER_02]: Squid Army.
[SPEAKER_02]: Where everyone is on a squid.
[SPEAKER_00]: Oh, you don't even under, but don't get me started.
[SPEAKER_00]: You have to know the game a little bit on this, but like I desperately want to run just snake bites.
[SPEAKER_00]: Snake bites are the works that go, you guys, you damn kids with your new thingal technology.
[SPEAKER_00]: Yep.
[SPEAKER_00]: We should just be punching people and riding squigs like dad and grandfather dads.
[SPEAKER_02]: You could run kill rigs with squig odds.
[SPEAKER_02]: You just rug.
[SPEAKER_00]: You run moths, you run giant squigoths, man regular squigoths, and then you have squig riders.
[SPEAKER_00]: I would do a whole squig army.
[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
[SPEAKER_00]: You could go squigs?
[SPEAKER_02]: No, there's some say you could do something.
[SPEAKER_02]: No, I'm making the face.
[SPEAKER_02]: I'm actually thinking of a depth of car.
[SPEAKER_02]: That's what I'm making that face.
[SPEAKER_00]: giant squiggles, regular squiggles, sweet griders, only characters that are on squigs or B squigs and stuff like that.
[SPEAKER_00]: You can have it on, again, these are dinosaurs.
[SPEAKER_00]: They literally domesticated terrains and then bread them and they didn't bring poodles.
[SPEAKER_00]: They didn't do a laboratory.
[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, laboratory doodle.
[SPEAKER_02]: They didn't domesticate them down.
[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, they domesticated them up.
[SPEAKER_00]: They went, this thing was kind of small when it attacked us, but now that we've had generations to make it, I don't know, a house.
[SPEAKER_00]: Now we can ride it.
[SPEAKER_00]: And who else can ride it?
[SPEAKER_02]: Everybody I know.
[SPEAKER_02]: Everybody I know.
[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, if you guys don't own it, you have everything in the Gargantuan Square Graph Model or don't own one.
[SPEAKER_02]: Usually, you should get one there fantastic and they're very, very fun to build because you can put a ton of crap on them.
[SPEAKER_02]: But that being said, probably the biggest piece about playing Orcs is the community.
[SPEAKER_02]: Orc players like Orc.
[SPEAKER_02]: We all like each other orc players talk to other orc players.
[SPEAKER_02]: This is something that it's a really great community and we're all looking for fun ways to do.
[SPEAKER_00]: That is one thing.
[SPEAKER_00]: You can love and hate because there's a lot of hate for the long.
[SPEAKER_02]: Oh, shout out.
[SPEAKER_02]: Like people can be loud.
[SPEAKER_02]: Whatever.
[SPEAKER_00]: But I'm saying, I vote to my eyes to walk.
[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
[SPEAKER_02]: Everyone's still yells, it's kind of weird when you're opponents randomly.
[SPEAKER_02]: I know our screens, if you know, know it's coming, but that being said, the Orc players are a great group of people.
[SPEAKER_02]: Mostly because I think they're the only army and I'm going to get shit for this, but it's true that follow the rule of cool in a rider die fashion.
[SPEAKER_00]: I'm going to do this for every faction because I'm a big conversions guy, come on everyone.
[SPEAKER_00]: If you're playing the game and something looks awesome and you want to nitpick them on that it's not the correct exact size, you should be flipped in the nose until you pass out.
[SPEAKER_02]: I mean, it is a, the orgs are some of the best kit bashers you're going to see out there as Brad discuss parties because the org rules used to allow for it, but also for people who don't play orgs, I'm saying it's an extremely engaging and supportive community.
[SPEAKER_02]: Orc players want to see other work players.
[SPEAKER_02]: No one is no one's upset.
[SPEAKER_02]: They will be share.
[SPEAKER_02]: And everyone has this.
[SPEAKER_02]: Don't worry, every community has this by just thinking within Orc systems to be a much tighter group where we all want to share with each other.
[SPEAKER_02]: It's not even just rule stuff.
[SPEAKER_02]: It's my hate.
[SPEAKER_02]: Check out how I did this.
[SPEAKER_02]: Check out this build.
[SPEAKER_02]: Hey, look at this kid bash I did.
[SPEAKER_02]: And it's just something really great.
[SPEAKER_02]: And it's kind of leads me to another piece of like everyone likes orc players.
[SPEAKER_02]: And some people don't, but they're wrong.
[SPEAKER_02]: But for the most part.
[SPEAKER_00]: And the thing is, like, next week, live from the time that's casting, I'm going on one of the or podcast.
[SPEAKER_00]: And I'm excited to talk orcs, and I'm not excited to talk orcs because of orcs, and I decided to talk orcs because orc players are excited to talk orcs.
[SPEAKER_00]: And that's one of the, one of the reasons we mean reason I play the goddamn game is a community.
[SPEAKER_00]: It's just, it's other people's excitement.
[SPEAKER_00]: You want to be caught up.
[SPEAKER_00]: I mean, that's what a walk is.
[SPEAKER_02]: It's a collective collective of other orcs getting together to do more orc.
[SPEAKER_00]: Did do more orc to be excited about things.
[SPEAKER_00]: It's, and that's the thing is it's a good time.
[SPEAKER_00]: And I think Orcs are a good place.
[SPEAKER_00]: Orcs have always been in a good place.
[SPEAKER_00]: Orcs represent the community and the hobby.
[SPEAKER_02]: Very well.
[SPEAKER_02]: That's actually, that's the best way to conclude this.
[SPEAKER_02]: So with that, we will for now conclude our coverage of works.
[SPEAKER_02]: We're going to come back later.
[SPEAKER_02]: Our next topic is actually going to be a little bit of LDAR.
[SPEAKER_02]: We're going to give you guys a little taste of LDAR in our next episode.
[SPEAKER_02]: So please log in for that talk about where LDAR came from, how they got to where they got to and kind of a big oopsie that they performed that may raise your hand if you broke the sky.
[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, and actually save mankind, sort of, but not really.
[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, they can look complicated.
[SPEAKER_02]: Please like and subscribe to our cast.
[SPEAKER_02]: We're actually doing a good amount of traction now from all of you.
[SPEAKER_02]: I really can't thank you enough.
[SPEAKER_02]: Join our Discord and our Facebook groups.
[SPEAKER_02]: We're trying to get some more activity there from us.
[SPEAKER_02]: It's just one of those challenges.
[SPEAKER_02]: But with that, I'm John Barsai.
[SPEAKER_02]: This is Brad Chester.
[SPEAKER_02]: See you next week.
