<v Speaker 1>And standing on the on the top of that dirt bank.
<v Speaker 1>It just looked like the outline of a person. We
<v Speaker 1>looked away for like literally like a split second, and
<v Speaker 1>it was gone. We look away, we look back and
<v Speaker 1>it's gone. That got my interest. I'm like, how where
<v Speaker 1>the heck did it go? Well, as I'm walking towards
<v Speaker 1>where we'd seen that outline and I'm scanning the grass,
<v Speaker 1>all of a sudden, like literally probably five feet in
<v Speaker 1>front of me to my right front was the same
<v Speaker 1>freaking shape. But now it's on all well not even
<v Speaker 1>all fours. It's doing the spider crawl. Is spider crawling
<v Speaker 1>belly on the ground with its head kind of tilted
<v Speaker 1>up as if it was looking at me, And that
<v Speaker 1>freaked me the f out. I'm not gonna lie. I
<v Speaker 1>locked up for a split second. I turned, I turned
<v Speaker 1>around and bolted.
<v Speaker 2>This is Bigfoot Crossroads. My name is Matt, and I'm
<v Speaker 2>going to welcome Mike to the show. Mike has been
<v Speaker 2>talking to me off and on over the years about Bigfoot,
<v Speaker 2>some of his experiences, and we've tried to get him
<v Speaker 2>on for a while now, and finally the stars have
<v Speaker 2>aligned and he's able to get on here Mike, Welcome
<v Speaker 2>to Bigfoot Crossroads. Man, thanks for joining me, Thanks for
<v Speaker 2>having me man. Yeah, absolutely, so let's just kick it
<v Speaker 2>off by starting at the beginning. How did you get
<v Speaker 2>involved with Bigfoot?
<v Speaker 1>Twenty thirteen. I was out hunting, specifically coyote hunting, and
<v Speaker 1>we were in a calling set had a coyote pack
<v Speaker 1>sound off mixed into the background of the coyotes was
<v Speaker 1>a best way I can describe it as an audible
<v Speaker 1>anomaly that was just off from the rest of the
<v Speaker 1>kyas we just knew. Me and the guy I was
<v Speaker 1>hunt with at the time both kind of looked at
<v Speaker 1>each other like what, you know, what was that? And
<v Speaker 1>we both it's not that we ignored it, but we
<v Speaker 1>kind of kept moved on for that. But something, whatever
<v Speaker 1>that was, came into our calling set and we both
<v Speaker 1>were able to put eyes on it. And I know
<v Speaker 1>this is a sasquatch show, but that wasn't a sasquatch
<v Speaker 1>what came in, But whatever came in led me down
<v Speaker 1>the path of becoming interested in cryptids since that day,
<v Speaker 1>I mean that literally, that event literally changed me from
<v Speaker 1>a complete one percent skeptic and non believer, had no
<v Speaker 1>interest in sasquatch too, becoming pretty hardcore into field investigations
<v Speaker 1>and now one hundred percent open minded and believe one
<v Speaker 1>hundred percent that Bigfoot and other cryptos exists.
<v Speaker 2>So how long ago was that?
<v Speaker 1>That was twenty thirteen in.
<v Speaker 2>Indiana, Northern Indiana or southern uh be.
<v Speaker 1>East central Indiana, e Central, Okay.
<v Speaker 2>I've got some friends in Indiana. Lots of strange stuff
<v Speaker 2>happened in Indiana. Yeah, a lot of dog man stuff. Now,
<v Speaker 2>is that what you're talking about?
<v Speaker 1>You witnessed, Yeah, that was a dog man that came Well,
<v Speaker 1>I didn't know at the time that's what we were
<v Speaker 1>looking at, but further academic and field research led me
<v Speaker 1>the conclusion that what we had put our eyes on,
<v Speaker 1>well put thermal on, was a dog.
<v Speaker 2>Man, if you don't mind, kind of walked me through
<v Speaker 2>the whole event as it happened, and like you know,
<v Speaker 2>the thoughts that went through your head whenever you saw
<v Speaker 2>this thing.
<v Speaker 1>Well, I mean the initial audible anomaly call in the background,
<v Speaker 1>mixing them with the coyotes really caught our attention, and
<v Speaker 1>then about it was about ten minutes ten minutes later.
<v Speaker 1>The best way to describe it as a large heat
<v Speaker 1>source appeared on the edge of a cornfield, just on
<v Speaker 1>the other side of a tree line, which I don't
<v Speaker 1>know how familiar are with Indiana, but Indiana, Illinois, Iowa,
<v Speaker 1>they have a lot of tree rows on the edge
<v Speaker 1>of agricultural fields that haven't been there's not as many anymore,
<v Speaker 1>but a lot of tree rows on the edge of
<v Speaker 1>agricultural fields. And it was just on the other side
<v Speaker 1>of that tree row when we spotted it. It was
<v Speaker 1>just it was just too large to a coyoake's too
<v Speaker 1>large to be honestly, to be a wolf. They came
<v Speaker 1>through that tree line and just stopped on the other
<v Speaker 1>side of it. We didn't know we were looking at. Truthfully,
<v Speaker 1>it was just really it was just anomalist that's the
<v Speaker 1>best way to describe it. Was going through our heads
<v Speaker 1>was like, what the heck are we looking at? At
<v Speaker 1>that point, I was both me and the other gentlemen
<v Speaker 1>that were there both worked in public safety. We just
<v Speaker 1>worked in different sides of the of the field. Basically,
<v Speaker 1>he asked me what it was. I asked him what
<v Speaker 1>it was. We had no idea what we were looking at.
<v Speaker 1>We were, you know, whispering to each other like that's
<v Speaker 1>too big to be a kyo. That's too big to
<v Speaker 1>be a wolf. It's it's shoulder heights. It's too big
<v Speaker 1>to be a wolf. That's not a dog. And if
<v Speaker 1>it's a dog, it's the biggest dog we've ever seen.
<v Speaker 1>It was on all four US quadruped. It didn't stand up,
<v Speaker 1>but it came to the edge of that tree line.
<v Speaker 1>I don't know if it winded us. I don't know
<v Speaker 1>what happened. It did a standard behavior that we're used
<v Speaker 1>to happening with kyotes. Honestly, it just locked up. It
<v Speaker 1>made a sense that we were there on the other
<v Speaker 1>side of the field, that it was being watched the wind.
<v Speaker 1>I don't think it winted us because the way our
<v Speaker 1>calling set up was set up that the wind wasn't
<v Speaker 1>going in that direction. But something stopped it. It locked
<v Speaker 1>up on the edge of that field. It sent to
<v Speaker 1>the air a couple of times. It didn't look directly
<v Speaker 1>at us, but it scanned our area that we were in,
<v Speaker 1>and it turned around and went back the way it came. Well,
<v Speaker 1>once it went back the way it came, me and
<v Speaker 1>my buddy were out of there. It freaked us out.
<v Speaker 1>We didn't know what it was. We didn't know what
<v Speaker 1>we had seen, and then later on as I got
<v Speaker 1>deeper into the field, because it just it sent off
<v Speaker 1>a lot of questions for me.
<v Speaker 2>Yeah, and.
<v Speaker 1>It also I did another thing where it made me
<v Speaker 1>start questioning a ton of incidents that I had ignored
<v Speaker 1>throughout the years of growing up and before that hunting. Well,
<v Speaker 1>maybe I had had other encounters and didn't know it,
<v Speaker 1>and i'd heard them before and didn't know it. I'd
<v Speaker 1>ignored it. Right, That encounter just set me off down
<v Speaker 1>the path of just doing a lot of field work.
<v Speaker 1>And the other guy, he hasn't really wanted anything to
<v Speaker 1>do with it since then. We both at that point
<v Speaker 1>it's kind of a taboo subject. It's not as much
<v Speaker 1>of a taboo subject now, but in our job field
<v Speaker 1>it wasn't exactly something he talked about openly, more so
<v Speaker 1>on his side of the field than mine. So he
<v Speaker 1>hasn't really wanted anything to do with it. It's still
<v Speaker 1>kind of it was still kind of taboo, and I
<v Speaker 1>kept it really quiet. That's one of the reasons I
<v Speaker 1>think I've told you a second stayed out of the
<v Speaker 1>public limelight, haven't talked to the that many people outside
<v Speaker 1>of the community didn't have any social media channels for myself,
<v Speaker 1>just was poking around wanting to get answers for myself,
<v Speaker 1>but didn't really want that many people to know that
<v Speaker 1>I was interested on the subject. I got out of
<v Speaker 1>that job field, moved into a different job field, and
<v Speaker 1>since then I've become way more open about the subject matter.
<v Speaker 1>But anyways, yeah, he doesn't really want anything to do
<v Speaker 1>with it since then, and I've been all over it.
<v Speaker 2>So this audio anomaly that you heard mixed in with
<v Speaker 2>the coyotes, was it similar to a coyote vocalization? Was
<v Speaker 2>it a howl? What kind of sound?
<v Speaker 1>It was a how in the back of the coyotes talent?
<v Speaker 1>But the how is just way just the best way
<v Speaker 1>I can describe it is just much deeper which I've heard.
<v Speaker 1>I've heard those calls since then. The best way to
<v Speaker 1>describe it is a wolf on steroids mixed in with coyotes.
<v Speaker 1>Crowds just can't get that deep. They can't get that loud. Honestly,
<v Speaker 1>wolves can't get that loud. I have questions about dog Man,
<v Speaker 1>but Sasquatch can do a really good job at mimic
<v Speaker 1>game calls dog Man House and a lot of their
<v Speaker 1>calls are pretty distinct when you hear them.
<v Speaker 2>Yeah, I've heard other researchers talk about that. You know,
<v Speaker 2>I haven't talked to a lot of dog man researchers
<v Speaker 2>because there's just not that many of them honestly compared
<v Speaker 2>to bigfoot researchers. But the ones that I've talked to,
<v Speaker 2>I'll talk about how distinct the dog man calls are
<v Speaker 2>whenever you hear them compared to other things, even though
<v Speaker 2>it's still like a canine type call. How big was
<v Speaker 2>this thing? Would you guess?
<v Speaker 1>At the shoulders? Based on what we looked at it
<v Speaker 1>was like over five foot at the shoulder, so I
<v Speaker 1>want to guess standing up was probably over seven at least.
<v Speaker 2>I mean, that's huge for a canine on all fours.
<v Speaker 1>I know, That's what I'm saying, and to completely throw
<v Speaker 1>us off as big, wide body, tall shoulder, but it
<v Speaker 1>kind of looked like a wolf on quadruped because it
<v Speaker 1>has the slope. I don't know how many gray wolves
<v Speaker 1>or timber wolves you've been around, but they have They
<v Speaker 1>have a slope from their ford shoulder to their rear,
<v Speaker 1>more distinct than a coyote, and it has it had
<v Speaker 1>that distinct slope to it, but its just its ford
<v Speaker 1>shoulder was it was very tall on all fours and
<v Speaker 1>broad because what threw us off? That's why we're looking
<v Speaker 1>at it doing the scope and we're like, that thing
<v Speaker 1>is just it's just not right.
<v Speaker 2>Other than the size, did it kind of look like
<v Speaker 2>a wolf in shape, like the ear shape and the
<v Speaker 2>head shape and everything.
<v Speaker 1>Yeah, So later on in years, I would now that
<v Speaker 1>I've been around the field a lot longer, I would
<v Speaker 1>describe it as I know different researchers have different terms,
<v Speaker 1>but like an alpha for a timberwolf type dog man,
<v Speaker 1>tall ears, wolfhead or wolf shaped head because we're looking
<v Speaker 1>at the two thermal but a wolf shape head, wooll
<v Speaker 1>style body, long tail, bushy, pushy for wolf on steroids
<v Speaker 1>is the best way I can describe their call and
<v Speaker 1>the way they look.
<v Speaker 2>Yeah. So after this incident, like what did you do
<v Speaker 2>from there? Like how long was it before you started
<v Speaker 2>doing your field work?
<v Speaker 1>I started doing a lot more academic stuff for like
<v Speaker 1>the first year or so after that, just a when
<v Speaker 1>I mean academic, I mean I just turned towards any
<v Speaker 1>book I could get my hands on, looking at YouTube videos.
<v Speaker 1>Just for the first year, I didn't do as much
<v Speaker 1>field work because I didn't know where to start with it.
<v Speaker 1>I listened to a lot of stuff on YouTube, a
<v Speaker 1>lot of podcasts. After about a year of doing that,
<v Speaker 1>it slowly progressed to me being more willing to go
<v Speaker 1>into the field. But I didn't really dive head first
<v Speaker 1>into the field until I relocated from Indiana to the
<v Speaker 1>Coast Gulf Coast in twenty fifteen. I did poke around
<v Speaker 1>in southern Indiana in twenty fourteen in the field, but
<v Speaker 1>it wasn't like I have since the twenty fifteen onwards.
<v Speaker 1>I've become less and less cautious over time, but I
<v Speaker 1>don't know how to describe it. I was really cautious
<v Speaker 1>for the first couple of years.
<v Speaker 2>Yeah, I was gonna ask are you just going at
<v Speaker 2>it by yourself or are you with a g or anything.
<v Speaker 1>My approach is I like to go light, and I
<v Speaker 1>like to go with no more than one or two people.
<v Speaker 1>I feel comfortable as long as I have a partner,
<v Speaker 1>much more comfortable than I do when I'm solo. Solo,
<v Speaker 1>I tend to operate more in daylight hours. If I'm
<v Speaker 1>by myself at nighttime, I really prefer to have one
<v Speaker 1>other person It took me till twenty fifteen, moving to
<v Speaker 1>the Gulf Coast that I finally got to me a
<v Speaker 1>guy I probably can't use his name. I haven't talked
<v Speaker 1>to him about it.
<v Speaker 2>Yeah, that's fine, he's.
<v Speaker 1>Based in Florida. I also, around that same time, I
<v Speaker 1>got access to the old PFRO website database. I was
<v Speaker 1>using that to start doing Field's research down there, using
<v Speaker 1>the witness reports. So then there's follow ups, and then
<v Speaker 1>based on the follow up, I decided whether or not
<v Speaker 1>I was worth poking around in that area.
<v Speaker 2>So you mentioned about how after the fact, you've kind
<v Speaker 2>of gone back and relooked at some things that you've
<v Speaker 2>experienced before in your past that may or may not
<v Speaker 2>have been something. What kind of things did you experience.
<v Speaker 1>As I've been doing Bigfoot research. One of the it's
<v Speaker 1>changed my entire world out log, for one, but it's
<v Speaker 1>also changed how I interact with my own natural instincts.
<v Speaker 1>I feel like I was only using half or less
<v Speaker 1>of my instincts in the woods up until that incident.
<v Speaker 1>I mean, I'd be in the woods, but I wasn't
<v Speaker 1>truly paying attention to my surroundings. I wasn't truly stopping
<v Speaker 1>and listening to all the sounds and truly analyzing everything
<v Speaker 1>I was hearing and seeing, and I wasn't listening to
<v Speaker 1>my gut instincts. You know. As a kid, I'd run
<v Speaker 1>around my family. We had family landover in Illinois, and
<v Speaker 1>there is just times that I'd be in the woods
<v Speaker 1>and I'd feel like guys being watched. But I didn't
<v Speaker 1>really put two and two together. You know. There's I
<v Speaker 1>remember a few times I ran out of the woods
<v Speaker 1>freaked out because I swore I was being watched, but
<v Speaker 1>I didn't know what it was at that point. At
<v Speaker 1>that point, I would I thought there might have been
<v Speaker 1>another person back there. I didn't really put two and
<v Speaker 1>two together. I just something freaked me out and I
<v Speaker 1>ran out of the woods. Yeah, well, looking back on it,
<v Speaker 1>looking back on it, and I've gone back to those
<v Speaker 1>woods since and poked around. They've got cryptids in that
<v Speaker 1>in those woods, So it wouldn't be surprised that I'd
<v Speaker 1>been around cryptis even then and didn't know it.
<v Speaker 2>I think that's the situation with a lot of people.
<v Speaker 1>You know.
<v Speaker 2>You hear a lot of older hunters and just people
<v Speaker 2>and general talking about like, well, if these things are
<v Speaker 2>out there, you know, I've never seen them. I've never
<v Speaker 2>been around them. I think people are around them more
<v Speaker 2>than they realize, but they just assume that it's like
<v Speaker 2>something normal that they've heard of before, like a deer
<v Speaker 2>or something.
<v Speaker 1>Yeah, I absolutely think that. When I hear guys say, well,
<v Speaker 1>I've been in these woods forever and I've never seen
<v Speaker 1>or heard anything, my first thought is, well, maybe you
<v Speaker 1>actually have and you just don't realize you have, and
<v Speaker 1>your societal programming has got you so convinced that they
<v Speaker 1>don't exist that your thought process is to automatically dismiss
<v Speaker 1>it and try to come up with another answer for it, right,
<v Speaker 1>and or and or Some individuals that I've dealt with,
<v Speaker 1>they actively want them not to exist in their mind,
<v Speaker 1>so they actively are trying to come up with other
<v Speaker 1>reasons for what they heard or what they saw.
<v Speaker 2>Well, the idea that there's monsters living in the woods
<v Speaker 2>is a scary thing for a lot of people, and
<v Speaker 2>it's just easier to say that they don't exist and
<v Speaker 2>there's no way that they're out there and go on
<v Speaker 2>believing that.
<v Speaker 1>Yeah. I completely understand why myself, I struggled with it.
<v Speaker 1>I still struggle with it. Honestly, knowing that they exist
<v Speaker 1>is really messed up my enjoyment of the woods at times.
<v Speaker 1>But on the same hand, as I've progressed as an
<v Speaker 1>investigator and become more comfortable with my instincts and become
<v Speaker 1>more comfortable being around them, I've become more comfortable in
<v Speaker 1>the woods knowing that they're there, that they could be there. Well,
<v Speaker 1>I treat them more along the lines of how I
<v Speaker 1>would treat any other potential predator. You know, I go
<v Speaker 1>in the woods down south around hog and they didn't
<v Speaker 1>originally chase me out of the woods. I went down
<v Speaker 1>and you know, around mountain lions out west, and that
<v Speaker 1>didn't originally chase me out of the woods.
<v Speaker 2>So I just try to treat them like another predator.
<v Speaker 1>If if I'm in the woods and my gut instinct,
<v Speaker 1>if the hair on the back of my neck is
<v Speaker 1>standing up and my gout instinct is telling me I
<v Speaker 1>need to leave, I need to leave. If the birds
<v Speaker 1>are chirping and I don't sense anything around, then there's
<v Speaker 1>no reason to leave.
<v Speaker 2>So what's some of the things that you've ran across
<v Speaker 2>in your investigations.
<v Speaker 1>The biggest thing that for me, I did not pay
<v Speaker 1>attention to the teachings that we had been handed down
<v Speaker 1>from from the indigenous native population. I didn't pay attention
<v Speaker 1>to that those teachings until until I got older, which
<v Speaker 1>now my entire view on the world has changed. And heck,
<v Speaker 1>I don't even like killing a spider if I don't
<v Speaker 1>have to because of how I view how all energy
<v Speaker 1>is connected and life is connected, et cetera. You know,
<v Speaker 1>in the field discoveries, I originally didn't pay an attention to,
<v Speaker 1>you know, structures before. Now I pay significant amount of
<v Speaker 1>attention to structures and have been looking into how indigenous
<v Speaker 1>tribes used to use various type of markers and communication
<v Speaker 1>in the woods through marketing posts and communication common areas
<v Speaker 1>on the trail, and what different types of structures would mean,
<v Speaker 1>which I think sasquatch does that also, which I know
<v Speaker 1>that opens up a whole other can of worms. But
<v Speaker 1>that's one thing I've spent a lot of time in
<v Speaker 1>the wood studying, because as I've gotten the end of
<v Speaker 1>this field, as I got more into it, I like
<v Speaker 1>to try to figure out there like their trackway, like
<v Speaker 1>a clans trackway, like there, well, he is there a
<v Speaker 1>clan in the area, b if there is what are
<v Speaker 1>their trackways through the area, How are they traveling through
<v Speaker 1>the area, like, what their general territory is, how big
<v Speaker 1>or small it is. Are there other cryptis in the area?
<v Speaker 1>I mean as far as incidents in the woods, one
<v Speaker 1>of them stands out. As I was on the Gulf Coast,
<v Speaker 1>I was with true gentlemen. We were in an area
<v Speaker 1>that I'd met this guy through the BFRO actually, and
<v Speaker 1>he had put in a witness report while I'd gotten
<v Speaker 1>to meet him. We actually became friends pretty quick. We
<v Speaker 1>went back to that original area, just me and him
<v Speaker 1>to look around. We agreed to go back there at
<v Speaker 1>a later date. We went back there. We were walking
<v Speaker 1>down the road. We had parked our cars at a
<v Speaker 1>crossroads and we were walking down the road and we
<v Speaker 1>had turned around and we were coming back towards our vehicle.
<v Speaker 1>So in that area you've got got a rock dirt road.
<v Speaker 1>And then I don't know how much familiar are with
<v Speaker 1>the Deep South, but there's basically just grass and shrubs
<v Speaker 1>for I don't know, ten fifteen feet between the roadway
<v Speaker 1>and the planet pines right and on the edge of
<v Speaker 1>the planet pines, I don't know why, but there was
<v Speaker 1>a bank that had been built up and standing on
<v Speaker 1>the on the top of that dirt bank a shadow.
<v Speaker 1>That's what it looked like. It just looked like the
<v Speaker 1>outline of a person. And then it actually made me
<v Speaker 1>do a double tick because I glanced past it and
<v Speaker 1>my eyes caught it, but I didn't recognize what I
<v Speaker 1>was looking at initially, and then I went right back
<v Speaker 1>to it, like what the heck is that? And I
<v Speaker 1>was staring straight at it, and I asked why. People
<v Speaker 1>I was with you see this, and they're like, yeah,
<v Speaker 1>what you know that? What the heck is that? I
<v Speaker 1>was like, what in the heck? I don't remember the
<v Speaker 1>exact sequence of how it how it happened, but we
<v Speaker 1>looked away for like literally like a split second, and
<v Speaker 1>where the outline had been standing between trees, it was gone.
<v Speaker 1>We look away, we look back, and it's gone. We
<v Speaker 1>had been slowly backing off from that area as we
<v Speaker 1>as we had been staring at it, and as we
<v Speaker 1>looked away for that brief second and looked back, it disappeared.
<v Speaker 1>That got my interest. I'm like, how where the heck
<v Speaker 1>did it go? So I started walking back towards the
<v Speaker 1>edge of the road, closer to where that outline had been.
<v Speaker 1>And I turned on a flashlight, and I was looking
<v Speaker 1>at the edge of the tree line, but I was
<v Speaker 1>also looking in the grass between the edge of the
<v Speaker 1>road and the tree line. Well, as I'm walking towards
<v Speaker 1>where we'd seen that outline, and I'm scanning the grass,
<v Speaker 1>all of a sudden, like literally probably five feet in
<v Speaker 1>front of me to my right right front was the
<v Speaker 1>same freaking shape. But now it's on all well not
<v Speaker 1>even all fours. It's doing the spider crawl. That's what
<v Speaker 1>it's doing. Is the spider crawling belly belly on the
<v Speaker 1>ground with its head kind of tilted up as if
<v Speaker 1>it was looking at me. But the best way I
<v Speaker 1>could say it was was kind of looking at me
<v Speaker 1>sideway is not fully with its head vertical. Yeah, and
<v Speaker 1>that freaked me the f out. I'm not gonna lie.
<v Speaker 1>I locked up for a split second. I don't remember
<v Speaker 1>exactly what I said. I think I said a few
<v Speaker 1>cust words. Honestly, I turned, I turned around and bolted,
<v Speaker 1>which then everybody else bolted. They didn't they didn't ask questions.
<v Speaker 1>They just as soon as they saw me run, they
<v Speaker 1>ran back for the cars. We all jumped in the
<v Speaker 1>cars and we took off down that crunk down the
<v Speaker 1>end down the road because we were at the crossroads.
<v Speaker 1>But we didn't leave that area completely until I was like,
<v Speaker 1>all right, hold up, hold up, we gotta go back.
<v Speaker 1>I got I need to at least look back around
<v Speaker 1>that area for paradolia. I need to try to figure
<v Speaker 1>out what the heck we just saw. We gotta go back.
<v Speaker 1>So we pulled a yui and went back. Whatever it
<v Speaker 1>had been there was gone but the area and the
<v Speaker 1>grass that I saw this shape. The grass was matted down.
<v Speaker 1>There was also no like paradolia natural shapes that I
<v Speaker 1>could remake the object with, despite the angles that I
<v Speaker 1>tried with my flashlight. And I also took a bunch
<v Speaker 1>of pictures of the area, trying to recreate like a
<v Speaker 1>paradolia effect, and I couldn't do it. I've tried to
<v Speaker 1>recreate like a paradolia effect on that dirt bank, and
<v Speaker 1>I couldn't. I couldn't write it off as paradolia. What
<v Speaker 1>I saw looked like a person, but it wasn't a person.
<v Speaker 1>It was like a person, but just very muscular with
<v Speaker 1>fur and black like black as night.
<v Speaker 2>Was it dark at the time outside, Yeah, yeah.
<v Speaker 1>But the fur, you could tell it was dark. Whatever
<v Speaker 1>we're looking at, their fur has to be so black
<v Speaker 1>that even in dark, it's black.
<v Speaker 2>So it was definitely like darker in color than the
<v Speaker 2>grass and everything around it. Yes, yes, so it stood
<v Speaker 2>out really easily.
<v Speaker 1>It stands out like it when it was standing on
<v Speaker 1>that bank. The reason of my eyes caught it is
<v Speaker 1>because it's its shape was darker than the dark a
<v Speaker 1>round it, if that makes any sense.
<v Speaker 2>Yeah. And then whenever you saw it in the grass,
<v Speaker 2>was it like angled facing you? Was it moving backwards?
<v Speaker 1>No, it was. I think that I had caught it
<v Speaker 1>coming towards the edge of the road, so it was
<v Speaker 1>angled coming in the direction I was walking. Yeah, so
<v Speaker 1>it's on my right foot, right front quadrant. It was angled,
<v Speaker 1>coming directly at me as I'm walking towards it. If
<v Speaker 1>that makes any sense.
<v Speaker 2>Yeah, yeah, for sure.
<v Speaker 1>I don't think I think it's I think I surprised
<v Speaker 1>it by coming back. I think that later on, as
<v Speaker 1>I've thought about it, and because of the following incident,
<v Speaker 1>I think that it had thought, well, I scared them off,
<v Speaker 1>They're not coming back here, so I'm going to sneak
<v Speaker 1>up to that road. Well, long and behold. I walked
<v Speaker 1>back towards them and caught them in the grass.
<v Speaker 2>How big was it was? It just like typical human size.
<v Speaker 1>When it's laying out, it was hard to judge its heights.
<v Speaker 1>It was just long. When I was looking at it
<v Speaker 1>in the grass. It was just long and broader than
<v Speaker 1>a typical person. Not built like a linebacker, but built
<v Speaker 1>more like a stout, just a stout athlete, a swimmer.
<v Speaker 2>I mean, that's pretty typical for the South.
<v Speaker 1>Yeah, standing there on the edge of the dirt pile,
<v Speaker 1>it was probably a good seven foot, well over six,
<v Speaker 1>but not massive, not like the sasquatch that you get
<v Speaker 1>reports of out west, whether you know the ten foot
<v Speaker 1>plus right, although we do have incidents down in the
<v Speaker 1>South of having cryptids that are that height. But there's
<v Speaker 1>debate amongst me and fellow researchers whether or not we're
<v Speaker 1>dealing with whether or not that's an alpha male that
<v Speaker 1>we're seeing, or that's a potentially a different like hybrid
<v Speaker 1>sasquatch species that we had seen. I don't know if
<v Speaker 1>you want me to get into that one. But because
<v Speaker 1>that's all another whole can of works.
<v Speaker 2>I mean, we can go down whatever route you want
<v Speaker 2>to go down. Quite honestly, I mean that's kind of
<v Speaker 2>like the same thing, you know, the same page I'm on.
<v Speaker 2>As far as you know, I haven't done any field
<v Speaker 2>research in years, but at the time that was kind
<v Speaker 2>of the thought process, because you're right, every once in
<v Speaker 2>a while in the South, you'd still run across these
<v Speaker 2>huge giants, you know, ten foot tall and four foot
<v Speaker 2>wide shoulders and everything and just built entirely different. And
<v Speaker 2>the common thought is that they're alpha males of the group.
<v Speaker 2>But there might be something else to it. I don't
<v Speaker 2>really know.
<v Speaker 1>Yeah, And that one we think was a juvenile from
<v Speaker 1>follow on investigations and the follow on incident. My good
<v Speaker 1>my good friend that I've been doing field work with
<v Speaker 1>for a long time. His theory, which this is his theory,
<v Speaker 1>although I'm starting to lead credence towards I think it's
<v Speaker 1>quite possible he thinks that that juvenile was counting coup.
<v Speaker 1>He he truly thinks that, and I believe him more
<v Speaker 1>that I've done this. I think it's possible that the
<v Speaker 1>younger individuals and clans will count kup and it was
<v Speaker 1>a there amongst the younger juveniles, or whether that was
<v Speaker 1>a century and there was another young century with them,
<v Speaker 1>and they dared themselves to get close. I don't know,
<v Speaker 1>but he thinks it was counting two and I caught it.
<v Speaker 1>Which the reason I say that is I returned back
<v Speaker 1>to that area like two weeks later and had an incident,
<v Speaker 1>and I believe we had an encounter with the same individual.
<v Speaker 1>And this time that individual was mad, like extremely mad.
<v Speaker 1>And my buddy said, yeah, he's mad. You hurt his honor.
<v Speaker 1>You caught him, You saw him when you weren't supposed
<v Speaker 1>to see him, and that was a challenge to his honor.
<v Speaker 1>That's his theory. I don't know. All I know is
<v Speaker 1>that when we turned back two weeks later, that same
<v Speaker 1>individual came up to the edge of the car. The
<v Speaker 1>hair on the neck, the hair on the back of
<v Speaker 1>my neck had stood up. I got a really bad feeling.
<v Speaker 1>I was like, man, something's off. I kept on having
<v Speaker 1>thoughts in my head that didn't you makes sense, because
<v Speaker 1>they were just popping up like I'm going to kill you,
<v Speaker 1>or I can kill you, or just ran like when
<v Speaker 1>they were happening. Hey, let me premise this with I've
<v Speaker 1>passed multiple psychological evaluations because of my prior career and
<v Speaker 1>current career, so it's not normal for me to have
<v Speaker 1>those type of thoughts just pop up. And the way
<v Speaker 1>that they were popping up was just weird, and it
<v Speaker 1>was it wasn't I It's hard to describe, but it's
<v Speaker 1>like it wasn't me thinking it to myself. It was
<v Speaker 1>almost like something was thinking it towards me. Like the
<v Speaker 1>vibe was so strong that I was like feeling, I'm
<v Speaker 1>going to kill you kind of vibe. Basically, that's bast
<v Speaker 1>where I can describe it.
<v Speaker 2>But it was a feeling and not words.
<v Speaker 1>It was in my head though. It was a feeling
<v Speaker 1>and words, but the words were like they were coming
<v Speaker 1>in my mind kind of thing. We'll see. That's the
<v Speaker 1>other thing. The longer you're in this field, I don't
<v Speaker 1>know about you, but you start getting into field to
<v Speaker 1>study that you never intended of getting into, and you
<v Speaker 1>start I don't know about you, but with me, I
<v Speaker 1>was initially very hesitating and uncomfortable with and I'm still
<v Speaker 1>uncomfortable with them to a certain extent. But the longer
<v Speaker 1>you poke around the woods, and the more time you
<v Speaker 1>spend around the woods doing field research on this subject matter,
<v Speaker 1>you're going to have incidents occur that you're not comfortable
<v Speaker 1>with because they're outside the realm of you're what you
<v Speaker 1>consider to be your normal reality or your spectrum of
<v Speaker 1>what you want to deal with. As far as research,
<v Speaker 1>my buddy was with me at the time. I used
<v Speaker 1>to joke around a lot because at that point of
<v Speaker 1>my research, I used to say to him a lot
<v Speaker 1>that I don't want to deal with the woo, I
<v Speaker 1>don't care about the woo, and I don't want nothing
<v Speaker 1>to do with the woo. You can deal with the woo.
<v Speaker 1>That's your area of study. He's like, yeah, just hang on,
<v Speaker 1>just longer. Longer you do this, you'll be more comfortable
<v Speaker 1>with it. But anyways, it was just a weird incident.
<v Speaker 1>I don't I don't know how to describe it. I
<v Speaker 1>just we're sitting there in the car at the same intersection,
<v Speaker 1>at the same crossroads. We were back there because of
<v Speaker 1>what we had seen previously. Where As we're sitting there,
<v Speaker 1>it went from nothing's happening to slowly the hair on
<v Speaker 1>the neck, back of my neck was standing on end. Slowly,
<v Speaker 1>I started getting the feeling of we're being watched too.
<v Speaker 1>It progressed to something's near us to something really close,
<v Speaker 1>and as that happened, I started also having intrusive thoughts
<v Speaker 1>of the best way I can describe it all words,
<v Speaker 1>I'm going to kill you. I could kill you. My
<v Speaker 1>fellow researcher says, now this is this theory. I still
<v Speaker 1>know how I feel about it, but I can't discount it.
<v Speaker 1>And because I am more open minded now and I
<v Speaker 1>don't want to try to discount any theory unless I
<v Speaker 1>can prove it one way or the other. It's I'm
<v Speaker 1>not going to say it's not possible, that it's possible
<v Speaker 1>that they have telepathic abilities, and that juvenile was pissed, yeah,
<v Speaker 1>which it had me so scared. So in my private,
<v Speaker 1>prior career, I'm only telling you this to explain I'm
<v Speaker 1>good with stress. I'm good under high stress environments. I'm
<v Speaker 1>good under emergency situations and situations, and where other people
<v Speaker 1>are freaking out running around with the chickens with their
<v Speaker 1>heads cut off, I'm cool, calm and collected. A lot
<v Speaker 1>of that's because of training, but it's also a part
<v Speaker 1>part of my personality that I just do good under
<v Speaker 1>high stress conditions, which has helped me in the woods.
<v Speaker 1>But in this incident, I was so rattled, which is
<v Speaker 1>abnormal for me to get rattled like this, that I
<v Speaker 1>was scared to turn my head left or right because
<v Speaker 1>I could just since something was on the right side
<v Speaker 1>of the vehicle, on my side of the passenger side
<v Speaker 1>of the vehicle, and I was scared to look. I
<v Speaker 1>didn't really move my head left or right. I kind
<v Speaker 1>of just looked with my eyes still a left at
<v Speaker 1>my friend and I said, do you see anything? And
<v Speaker 1>he said, yeah, he's right there. And I said, what
<v Speaker 1>if are you talking about? He excuse my language, what
<v Speaker 1>do you mean he's right there? And he's like, he
<v Speaker 1>is right there. His head is right there on the
<v Speaker 1>other side of the glass, bottom right corner. Weren't you
<v Speaker 1>know roundabouts area? Well, I was scared, man, and I
<v Speaker 1>didn't I didn't turn my head completely, but I like
<v Speaker 1>kind of look to the right. I didn't really want
<v Speaker 1>to turn my head. I barely turned my head to
<v Speaker 1>the right. Now, use mainly my peripheral vision, and it's
<v Speaker 1>dark outside. But lo one freaking behold, there is a
<v Speaker 1>black shape in the bottom of the window, not fully
<v Speaker 1>like the face isn't like in my face level, but
<v Speaker 1>it's barely above the edge of the door, and I
<v Speaker 1>didn't look enough to say, hey, there's eyes or look
<v Speaker 1>at that face. I looked just enough to see the
<v Speaker 1>shape and I closed my eyes. I was scared, dude,
<v Speaker 1>I'm not gonna I'm not gonna lie. I was scared.
<v Speaker 1>I was so scared that I was starting to shake.
<v Speaker 1>But the adrenaline dunk didn't hit me until after we left,
<v Speaker 1>which is normal in that those type of situations. Anyways,
<v Speaker 1>I closed my eyes. I didn't know what was about
<v Speaker 1>to happen. My buddy, he stayed more calm than I did.
<v Speaker 1>He's been around that type of situation more than me
<v Speaker 1>to that point. He said, it's gonna be all right.
<v Speaker 1>Just you know, we're not gonna He was saying stuff
<v Speaker 1>like we're not gonna pull guns, we're not gonna take off,
<v Speaker 1>We're not gonna do anything threatening. He's not gonna kill you,
<v Speaker 1>he said. But this part threw me off. But he
<v Speaker 1>said stay sorry. I was like, what He's like, just
<v Speaker 1>say sorry? So I started saying sorry, and I was
<v Speaker 1>so scared. I'm not gonna lie to you. I was
<v Speaker 1>saying sorry. I was like, I'm sorry. I didn't mean
<v Speaker 1>to catch you. I am sorry. I'm sorry, I'm sorry.
<v Speaker 1>I'm sorry. Well, I don't know what happened. I still
<v Speaker 1>think it's crazy even talking about it, But I guess
<v Speaker 1>it worked because I opened my back. I well, I
<v Speaker 1>before I opened my eyes, I said, is he gone?
<v Speaker 1>Is he gone? Is he gone? He's like, he's gone.
<v Speaker 1>So I opened my eyes. The shape's gone. But that
<v Speaker 1>part then scared the crap on me because I looked
<v Speaker 1>in the roar view mirror. He was not gone completely.
<v Speaker 1>He was backed by the bumper of the car, low
<v Speaker 1>enough that all I could see was like the top
<v Speaker 1>of his head. But at that point I looked at
<v Speaker 1>my partner and I said, dude, go, I don't care
<v Speaker 1>and just go. I don't want to be here anymore.
<v Speaker 1>He's like, well, I'm not gonna floor it because I
<v Speaker 1>don't want to hit him. I was like, can we
<v Speaker 1>just go, please go? So he put it in drive,
<v Speaker 1>but he just barely like hit the gas. He's just
<v Speaker 1>like the best way to describe it is let his
<v Speaker 1>foot off the brake. Yeah, and then barely the barely
<v Speaker 1>hit the gas and we started rolling, and we started
<v Speaker 1>creeping down the road. Whatever was there was gone. We
<v Speaker 1>didn't see anything else of it, but we got down
<v Speaker 1>the road a little bit, that adrenaline really hit me.
<v Speaker 1>I also have questions to ask whether or not I've
<v Speaker 1>been hit with them for sound, because I got the
<v Speaker 1>adrenaline dump shakes. But then I also got nauseous and
<v Speaker 1>I started puking. I had to open up the door
<v Speaker 1>and I puked a couple of times, which I've been
<v Speaker 1>in high stress environments before where I've had the adrenaline
<v Speaker 1>dump hit me and I get the shakes, but I've
<v Speaker 1>never puked. I've never felt nauseous. Because of that time,
<v Speaker 1>I was nauseous and it just messed me up, and
<v Speaker 1>it messed me up good for like, honestly, like two days,
<v Speaker 1>because I for a day that two days after that,
<v Speaker 1>I had like a slight ringing in my ear and
<v Speaker 1>I wasn't like it wasn't like full vertigo, but I
<v Speaker 1>was unstable kind of how my walk was when I
<v Speaker 1>stood up out of the vehicle that initial time, my
<v Speaker 1>legs were shaky. But it took like a good forty
<v Speaker 1>eight hours after that, I just would slightly I wouldn't
<v Speaker 1>get dizzy dizzy, but i'd get like dizzyness to like
<v Speaker 1>forty eight hours after that.
<v Speaker 2>Did you feel tired or lethargic.
<v Speaker 1>Yeah it meant yeah, it messed me up. That incident
<v Speaker 1>really messed with me physically and as a researcher mentally
<v Speaker 1>for a little while.

<v Speaker 2>dot com slash bigfoot Pod. Have you been back to
<v Speaker 2>that location?
<v Speaker 1>Yeah, I'm being back to that location multiple times since then. Uh, actually,
<v Speaker 1>h am I. As I become more comfortable, I started
<v Speaker 1>a social media page. There's actually a video on my
<v Speaker 1>last social media pay post where so that individual that
<v Speaker 1>what did that? We nicknamed him Slappy. We nicknamed him
<v Speaker 1>Slappy because my partner and I came to the conclusion
<v Speaker 1>that when we would go into that area, was smacking
<v Speaker 1>our car or smacking on the side of our vehicle.
<v Speaker 1>Because there's been incidents in so we named him Slap, well,
<v Speaker 1>he named him Slappy. I started calling him Slappy once
<v Speaker 1>he started calling him slappy. But anyway, his point being
<v Speaker 1>I'm back. We're back in the same area. I'm on video,
<v Speaker 1>and on video I instinctly said, Slappy, where are you.
<v Speaker 1>I've been back to the area since I haven't run
<v Speaker 1>back into Slappy since then.
<v Speaker 2>No more negative incidents like that one.
<v Speaker 1>No, in that area, We've had other incidents. Being another gentleman, actually,
<v Speaker 1>the witness that I became friends with, we were in
<v Speaker 1>the area in that general area, and we were sitting
<v Speaker 1>on the edge of the swamp. And the best way
<v Speaker 1>to describe it is it sounded like something dropped out
<v Speaker 1>of the tree, bipedal into the water and started walking.
<v Speaker 1>And it started walking towards us, but it was walking
<v Speaker 1>at an angle so that it didn't come up from
<v Speaker 1>the water the land directly on us. But it came
<v Speaker 1>up on the land like maybe ten feet to our right,
<v Speaker 1>just far and off far enough off in the distance
<v Speaker 1>that a the brush was thick enough that we couldn't
<v Speaker 1>have seen if we've seen it if we wanted to
<v Speaker 1>b it's dark. So whatever it was when it transitioned
<v Speaker 1>from the water to the land, we didn't see it,
<v Speaker 1>but we heard it. Well. When it came on land,
<v Speaker 1>it pushed us instinctively back and we retreated back away
<v Speaker 1>from the edge of the water and we went into
<v Speaker 1>an open area. Well, these woods go around this open area. Well,
<v Speaker 1>whatever that was kind of circled around us, and then
<v Speaker 1>out of nowhere a tree fell over. But it didn't
<v Speaker 1>just fall over. We heard it like stamp and then
<v Speaker 1>fall over it. But it fell over not next to us,
<v Speaker 1>but close enough to us that it at our attention.
<v Speaker 1>It was a healthy tree. So that was not nearly
<v Speaker 1>I mean, that was that didn't mess with us as
<v Speaker 1>bad as that one incident. But I mean, you can
<v Speaker 1>you could consider that a negative incident.
<v Speaker 2>In yeah, yeah, I'd consider that a negative incident. And
<v Speaker 2>that's in that same general area.
<v Speaker 1>Same James, same general research. I consider that one of
<v Speaker 1>my primary research areas. I mean, we've had rocks thrown
<v Speaker 1>at us, We've had pieces of trees throwing in the
<v Speaker 1>into the trees above us. My part my one research
<v Speaker 1>partner likes to sleep out there in a hammock. No,
<v Speaker 1>he's crazy.
<v Speaker 2>No, But and I know there's quite a few bigfooters
<v Speaker 2>out there that like to do the whole hammock camping,
<v Speaker 2>and I just think they're absolutely out of their minds.
<v Speaker 1>Oh, I do too. I love them to death, and
<v Speaker 1>I would give the show off my back for this dude.
<v Speaker 1>And if he hears this, which you probably will, you know,
<v Speaker 1>I love you, dude, but you're nuts. He likes to
<v Speaker 1>sleep out there in a hammock, and he's had incidents
<v Speaker 1>where he's laying in his hammock at night and something
<v Speaker 1>comes up next to him and growls addlem. I consider
<v Speaker 1>that a negative another negative incident. We've had a lot
<v Speaker 1>of activity in that area. That area is just active.
<v Speaker 1>We have a theory that you know, there's a primary
<v Speaker 1>clan in that area that we interact with, but there's
<v Speaker 1>also transient plans that come through there and other cryptids
<v Speaker 1>that come through there, and depending on the day, we're
<v Speaker 1>not always dealing with the hometown plan basically, right, And
<v Speaker 1>if we're not dealing with the hometown plan, it can
<v Speaker 1>go sideways. If that makes any sense.
<v Speaker 2>Yeah, it makes perfect sense. I mean Obviously I haven't
<v Speaker 2>been to this location, but it sounds like of how
<v Speaker 2>bigfoot territories work and everything. Yeah, you've mentioned the word
<v Speaker 2>cryptids several times. What other thing things are you running
<v Speaker 2>into out there?
<v Speaker 1>So when I originally got into this, I told you
<v Speaker 1>I was I was trying to figure out what that
<v Speaker 1>dog man. Well, I didn't know as a dog man
<v Speaker 1>when I figured out, okay, that's a dog man. But
<v Speaker 1>then that led me into sasquats. Well, as I'm trying
<v Speaker 1>to figure out the Sasquatch subject, we had incidents where
<v Speaker 1>in this I think the first thing that happened that
<v Speaker 1>got my attention is we like to use the audio
<v Speaker 1>recorders and then we like to cross compare the audio
<v Speaker 1>recordings to databases or known animal noises and anything that
<v Speaker 1>we can't match up, as you know, an anonymous anomaly
<v Speaker 1>audio anomaly. Right, Obviously, we have a general idea of
<v Speaker 1>what we consider to be bigfoot, what we consider to
<v Speaker 1>be dog man. We had anomaly on the audio recorders
<v Speaker 1>one night and we couldn't match it. Obviously it didn't
<v Speaker 1>match any known animal, but it didn't match in our
<v Speaker 1>minds to anything we'd heard. I asked my partner what
<v Speaker 1>he thought, and he said that he'd heard that call
<v Speaker 1>previously being associated with what the paranormal community would call
<v Speaker 1>gugly or face eaters. That be one, that'd be one
<v Speaker 1>of the other cryptids that we've had experience around, because
<v Speaker 1>I've been back in that area and that same call
<v Speaker 1>with sound off in the distance. The best way to
<v Speaker 1>describe it is, it's like it's like the mixture between
<v Speaker 1>the sasquatch and a dog man call. That night it
<v Speaker 1>was there's a thunderstorm in the area. I like to
<v Speaker 1>go into the field. Actually, I prefer to go in
<v Speaker 1>the field when it's foggy, rainy, stormy. If it's the
<v Speaker 1>type of weather that a war party would use to
<v Speaker 1>sneak up on you, or it's the type of weather
<v Speaker 1>that a predator would use to get up close, that's
<v Speaker 1>the type of weather I like to go out. And
<v Speaker 1>because I've noticed that sasquatch and dog man, etc. Like
<v Speaker 1>to do that also. They use the winds and the
<v Speaker 1>noise and reduce visibility to get in closer. Anyways, there's
<v Speaker 1>a thunderstorm in the area, it's dark out, there's not
<v Speaker 1>that much rain. It's just kind of missing rain because
<v Speaker 1>the thunderstorms can kind of pass into the north of
<v Speaker 1>the area, but there's a lot of lightning and on
<v Speaker 1>this road, it's one of the primary roads that we
<v Speaker 1>go down. I noticed a shape off to the edge
<v Speaker 1>of the right of the road as I'm looking down
<v Speaker 1>the road. Every time the lightning would flash, the shape
<v Speaker 1>got bigger and it got closer, So I started backing up.
<v Speaker 1>One of my partners was with me and he saw
<v Speaker 1>it also, But it threw us off. It threw me
<v Speaker 1>off the fact that it was used in the lightning.
<v Speaker 1>I didn't like. It's not something that I'd seen sasquatch
<v Speaker 1>do up until that point. I mean, I'd seen sasquatch
<v Speaker 1>or been around sasquatch using thunderstorms, but I've never seen
<v Speaker 1>them move in the lightning like that. But also the
<v Speaker 1>shape threw me off because it was big, like it
<v Speaker 1>was you know we talk about in the South, you
<v Speaker 1>don't usually deal with them being over ten foot four
<v Speaker 1>foot at the shoulder that often, and this, this guy
<v Speaker 1>or her was big, over ten foot maybe eleven good
<v Speaker 1>four or five feet at the shoulders, just big, and
<v Speaker 1>it was moving towards us. And it also associated with
<v Speaker 1>that call that we had begun to associate with. We
<v Speaker 1>quite couldn't figure out what it was, but we had
<v Speaker 1>theories on what it was. And I don't know how
<v Speaker 1>much experience you have in the woods being around I
<v Speaker 1>just call them sasquatch variants or variants of sasquatch, but
<v Speaker 1>I'm not comfortable around them. They put me on edge
<v Speaker 1>as much as like a rogue mail sasquatch puts me
<v Speaker 1>on edge, or like an old, old lone sasquatch would
<v Speaker 1>put me on edge, because I just don't know what
<v Speaker 1>they're doing, what they're there for. I don't know what
<v Speaker 1>their intentions are. And also whenever anytime I've been around them,
<v Speaker 1>they have they have a very ominous gut feeling associated
<v Speaker 1>with them. I mean sasquatch doingt me wrong. I can
<v Speaker 1>be around sasquatch and also get a similar gut feeling.
<v Speaker 1>Like I told you, I had an incident where I
<v Speaker 1>thought I was gonna die right the juvenile But this
<v Speaker 1>feelings a little. It's just different, little I don't describe.
<v Speaker 1>It's just more dark. The feeling is just more dark.
<v Speaker 1>Best why the ViBe's more dark? But anyways, I was
<v Speaker 1>just uncomfortable. It was getting closer is using lightning that
<v Speaker 1>lead frog because they towards us. So he just slowly
<v Speaker 1>started back in a way got past the crossroads. So
<v Speaker 1>to get to us, it was going to have to
<v Speaker 1>cross over another road to get into the next brush
<v Speaker 1>line to continue to approach. And it locked up at
<v Speaker 1>that the edge of that road. It didn't keep on moving,
<v Speaker 1>it didn't keep it didn't continue to leap frog, but
<v Speaker 1>it held up at the edge of that road. And
<v Speaker 1>a combination of my gut and my friend the main
<v Speaker 1>research partner that I work with, he is very comfortable
<v Speaker 1>on doing stuff that I'm not quite as comfortable doing,
<v Speaker 1>and then our third research partner is not as comfortable
<v Speaker 1>doing some of the stuff I'm doing. So I was
<v Speaker 1>with the partner that is much more uneasy with certain things.
<v Speaker 1>So he was ready to go, and since he was
<v Speaker 1>ready to go when I was also getting uneasy, we left.
<v Speaker 1>But the point is we got got a decent out,
<v Speaker 1>decent outline of it. They look like an alpha sasquatch,
<v Speaker 1>but they've got a stout, So I mean, that's the
<v Speaker 1>best way I can tell it. Tell you that they
<v Speaker 1>have a straight leg just like sasquatch, the straight arms
<v Speaker 1>just an alpha, but an alpha sasquatch body, but they
<v Speaker 1>don't have the Sasquatch face, that's the best way to
<v Speaker 1>put it. And they don't tend to operate impacts. They
<v Speaker 1>tend to operate as singles, are a pair, or we've
<v Speaker 1>met them and they're not really friendly. My one research
<v Speaker 1>partner is more comfortable around them than I am. My
<v Speaker 1>gut feeling is that they'll kill you if you give
<v Speaker 1>them the opportunity. My primary research partner is more leaning
<v Speaker 1>towards they'll kill you if you give them the opportunity,
<v Speaker 1>and or they don't have respect for you. He leans
<v Speaker 1>towards them having more of a warrior mentality, so he
<v Speaker 1>leans more towards if you give them the opportunity to
<v Speaker 1>kill you, and you're a punk, they're going to kill you.
<v Speaker 1>I don't know. I haven't tested that theory because I
<v Speaker 1>haven't wanted to test whether Hey, they respect me and
<v Speaker 1>b I don't want to be that close to them,
<v Speaker 1>and I don't want to I just don't want to
<v Speaker 1>test that theory. So anytime they've been around, I try
<v Speaker 1>to back out, which thought that hasn't always been possible.
<v Speaker 1>I think there's been times they've actually been near us
<v Speaker 1>in the woods pacing us. But that's just theory based
<v Speaker 1>on like the calls we heard that night and the
<v Speaker 1>filling in the woods, and the fact that we were
<v Speaker 1>initially dealing with what I thought was our sasquatch plan
<v Speaker 1>that we're familiar with, and then that clan, like the
<v Speaker 1>best way to describe it is backed off, like faded away,
<v Speaker 1>and then something else came into the area. That's one
<v Speaker 1>of the crypts we.
<v Speaker 2>The thing that you're talking about that looks like, you know,
<v Speaker 2>a sasquatch with a muzzle. Basically, I did talk to
<v Speaker 2>a kid that saw one at very close range, very
<v Speaker 2>soon after he saw it, and it scared the hell
<v Speaker 2>out of him.
<v Speaker 1>Yeah. Yeah, they they scare the hell on I mean too,
<v Speaker 1>I called a babboonface. That's the best way to put it.
<v Speaker 1>Those would be dog man, sasquatch and face, either gugly
<v Speaker 1>would be the primary cryptis that I've dealt with. There's
<v Speaker 1>been times in the woods or the field. Because I
<v Speaker 1>travel so much and I do field work in so
<v Speaker 1>many different states. I don't just do it on the
<v Speaker 1>Gulf Coast. I do it in the Upper Midwest and
<v Speaker 1>the Upper Plains, the Rockies, the Southwest the Midwest.
<v Speaker 2>There was I think it was lashed year. Maybe you
<v Speaker 2>had emailed me or sent me a picture whenever you
<v Speaker 2>were in Colorado of like an ex formation behind the
<v Speaker 2>property that you were staying at at the time. Yeah,
<v Speaker 2>I know how that goes. Like once the switch has
<v Speaker 2>been flipped, it's wherever you're at, you're looking around and
<v Speaker 2>noticing things if they're there.
<v Speaker 1>Yeah, you know. And with that, while those cryptos I
<v Speaker 1>just mentioned are what I would consider to be the
<v Speaker 1>primary research cryptis for me, there have been times in
<v Speaker 1>the field when you go in the field, you can't
<v Speaker 1>control what you're going to run into. And when you're
<v Speaker 1>digging around the areas that I dig around, or any
<v Speaker 1>other researchers dig around at the time of day that
<v Speaker 1>we tend to dig around places, you're not always going
<v Speaker 1>to run into what you want to run into. There's
<v Speaker 1>been incidents where I've run into stuff that I don't
<v Speaker 1>know what it was. I still don't know what it is.
<v Speaker 1>I don't know what to think about what it was.
<v Speaker 1>I've asked. I've got friends that are in various tribes,
<v Speaker 1>indigenous tribes. I don't know how much information they want
<v Speaker 1>me to give away. About their information, but I've asked
<v Speaker 1>them specifically for clarification on this one incident. It was
<v Speaker 1>an upper planes and the all I can tell you
<v Speaker 1>is that on the edge of a fence line one night,
<v Speaker 1>when I was poking around, there was what I would
<v Speaker 1>say was a sasquatch, but it was wearing a freaking
<v Speaker 1>skull mask.
<v Speaker 2>A skull mask, yeah, like a human skull.
<v Speaker 1>No, well, a dead animal school a like a deer,
<v Speaker 1>a deer skull actually on its face, well above its face.
<v Speaker 1>It's like wearing it as a helmet, almost but not quite.
<v Speaker 1>Is it hung It hangs, it hung down like between
<v Speaker 1>its eyes if you get one, if you know what
<v Speaker 1>I mean. I don't know what that was. I didn't
<v Speaker 1>get a good look at it. All I know is
<v Speaker 1>that I did a whole bunch of paradolia photos to
<v Speaker 1>try to figure out that I was seeing what I
<v Speaker 1>thought I saw.
<v Speaker 2>Yeah.
<v Speaker 1>I sent a bunch of those photos off to my
<v Speaker 1>one friend that's in a tribe up in this area,
<v Speaker 1>and he came back with answers that I didn't really,
<v Speaker 1>I can't second guess. I just don't. He came back
<v Speaker 1>with answers that I don't want to mess with whatever
<v Speaker 1>it was, because it was either whether they call a shaman,
<v Speaker 1>or it also gets into a field of an area
<v Speaker 1>that I don't like messing with, because it was either
<v Speaker 1>something that cryptid researchers are sort of used to dealing with,
<v Speaker 1>but a different type of cryptid that we don't get
<v Speaker 1>to see that much. And or it was getting more
<v Speaker 1>into the spiritual world, and and it was an area
<v Speaker 1>of study that I'm really not comfortable with because you
<v Speaker 1>get into witchcraft and yeah, it's witchcraft. Basically, I don't
<v Speaker 1>like dealing with that with that at all. His answer
<v Speaker 1>was shan He said it was either a shaman but
<v Speaker 1>it was part of a Sasquatch clan, which I guess
<v Speaker 1>there's history of that up in this area, and or
<v Speaker 1>it was a shape shifter more so to speak. His
<v Speaker 1>his answer was there was bad news, don't mess with it,
<v Speaker 1>don't go around. It was that led into that same
<v Speaker 1>area as an area I work in. And one day
<v Speaker 1>I was in a camp and where I was standing
<v Speaker 1>camp was on the very back edge whatever that was
<v Speaker 1>that i'd seen on that fence line that day, I'd
<v Speaker 1>seen it further, and it was always kind of on
<v Speaker 1>the edge of the hills overlooking our camp, just hanging
<v Speaker 1>far enough back that I couldn't ever get a great
<v Speaker 1>visual on it. But anyways, one day, towards the evening
<v Speaker 1>I had, I was off work, I was waiting on
<v Speaker 1>a flight to go home, and I was in camp
<v Speaker 1>and something came up to my camp. And the best
<v Speaker 1>way I can describe it is that feeling that I
<v Speaker 1>had the night in that car when that juvenile came
<v Speaker 1>up to the edge of the car and I thought
<v Speaker 1>I was going to die. Is that feeling, but times
<v Speaker 1>one hundred. I was paralyzed, lent on the couch and
<v Speaker 1>I was inside of I was inside a structure with
<v Speaker 1>the blinds, closed door lock, no way for whatever was
<v Speaker 1>outside to get inside. But whatever was outside had me
<v Speaker 1>so freaking. I had such a vibe with it, such
<v Speaker 1>a dark energy with it, that I didn't want to
<v Speaker 1>leave that couch. So I didn't leave that couch for
<v Speaker 1>a good two hours. Honestly, I text or a message
<v Speaker 1>that one buddy and I told him what was going on,
<v Speaker 1>and his answer was more towards the religious side. If
<v Speaker 1>he told me some things I needed to do to
<v Speaker 1>make it go away. I don't really want to get
<v Speaker 1>into that subject matter on an open podcast, that'd be
<v Speaker 1>more something i'd talk to you in person, one on
<v Speaker 1>one or you know, off air ab out. But I
<v Speaker 1>did what he told me to do, and that incident
<v Speaker 1>slowly but surely went away. That's the best way to
<v Speaker 1>put it, because so surely that filling went away. And uh,
<v Speaker 1>that shadow it does other part about it. I could
<v Speaker 1>see its shadow through like the window the blinds, which
<v Speaker 1>I've had that happen in the past and with the
<v Speaker 1>other cryptids, but this this time just I don't know.
<v Speaker 1>It just sucks. It sucked worse than that car incident sucks.
<v Speaker 1>This it just and it sucked also because it gets
<v Speaker 1>into an area of study that I'm really not comfortable with.
<v Speaker 1>But I've noticed the longer I'm in this field, like
<v Speaker 1>I said, you're gonna get into stuff you're not you're
<v Speaker 1>not comfortable with it. If you're gonna if you're gonna
<v Speaker 1>poke around the field as much as I poke around,
<v Speaker 1>and you're truly gonna pursue the field like I do,
<v Speaker 1>and you're gonna follow the evidence or the the structures
<v Speaker 1>and looking for historical areas to investigate, et cetera, you're
<v Speaker 1>going to run into stuff you don't want to run into.
<v Speaker 1>There's no way around it, all right. I also think
<v Speaker 1>by doing this field work, you kind of open doors
<v Speaker 1>that might not have been opened before. If you're catching,
<v Speaker 1>if you understand what I mean.
<v Speaker 2>Yeah, have you noticed more things happening since you've started
<v Speaker 2>investigating stuff?
<v Speaker 1>Yeah? Yeah. Luckily where I live now, I don't have
<v Speaker 1>any problems, but previous residents a couple of years back,
<v Speaker 1>it's probably twenty twenty one twenty twenty two time frame.
<v Speaker 1>I had the best way to And let me preface
<v Speaker 1>this with I know, anybody who listens to what I'm saying,
<v Speaker 1>I think everything I'm saying is crazy and they don't know,
<v Speaker 1>don't believe it, whatever, And I totally get it. As
<v Speaker 1>a former total skeptic, I do not blame anyone that's
<v Speaker 1>never had an encounter believing in the subject matter. I
<v Speaker 1>completely understand people not believing. But all I can tell
<v Speaker 1>you is I'm being honest about everything I'm telling you.
<v Speaker 1>I don't know why, but I started having like dog
<v Speaker 1>Man come to my house. They were in that area
<v Speaker 1>that we were living. Was this other thing. The more
<v Speaker 1>I've done field research, the more I've realized everybody thinks
<v Speaker 1>that dog man and sasquatch are only in rural areas
<v Speaker 1>and that you have to go out in the middle
<v Speaker 1>of nowhere to find them, And that's not true. They
<v Speaker 1>can be in the woodlock next door, as long as
<v Speaker 1>there's a greenway a covered, as long as this terrain
<v Speaker 1>allows for them to get in and out of that
<v Speaker 1>area without being seen, and there's water and food, so
<v Speaker 1>they can get into places that I think a lot
<v Speaker 1>of people don't ever think to look for them. Yeah,
<v Speaker 1>and that area is one of them. I'd never thought
<v Speaker 1>that there would be dog man in that area until
<v Speaker 1>they started coming to my house.
<v Speaker 2>Whenever they started coming to where you lived, what were
<v Speaker 2>they doing?
<v Speaker 1>Initially they were just doing a lot of the best
<v Speaker 1>way I could do it. Describe it as creeping, like
<v Speaker 1>hanging out on the edge of the property, just watching
<v Speaker 1>as if they were curious. It progressed though, from that
<v Speaker 1>to them getting on like the roof at night, to
<v Speaker 1>them creeping around the edges of the house at night.
<v Speaker 1>I put out which I suggest to anyone that has
<v Speaker 1>problems at their house with dog man, sasquatch, or honestly,
<v Speaker 1>it's a good suggestion for security reasons to put out
<v Speaker 1>motion lights, motion spotlights around in your house. I put
<v Speaker 1>out my motion spotlights around that entire house, and now
<v Speaker 1>I've got motion spotlights and cameras combined where I live now.
<v Speaker 1>But that house had just said motion lights. And it
<v Speaker 1>progressed from them like hanging out on the edge of
<v Speaker 1>the property just watching at nighttime and me standing on
<v Speaker 1>like the back front porch or the back porch and
<v Speaker 1>staring out in the darkness, and I hear it, like
<v Speaker 1>their howls, and I'd be like, I know they're there,
<v Speaker 1>like I can. I can since I'm being watched, but
<v Speaker 1>I can't really see anything. So it went from that
<v Speaker 1>too slowly, but surely I started seeing shadows and on
<v Speaker 1>the edge of the darkness. I mean, I don't know
<v Speaker 1>about you, but the by I've spent time in the woods,
<v Speaker 1>sasquatching dog man love to operate right there on the
<v Speaker 1>edge of the light there. They're really good at coming
<v Speaker 1>up right to the edge of where they don't really
<v Speaker 1>show themselves but you can kind of make out like
<v Speaker 1>an outline. They love doing that, and they were doing
<v Speaker 1>that there, just like there'd be shapes in the yard
<v Speaker 1>low down to the ground. The vibe was just off
<v Speaker 1>also it just it made no as someone that's ton
<v Speaker 1>in coyotes and other animals for years, there's no unless
<v Speaker 1>it was straight dog, a straight dog pack. But I
<v Speaker 1>did not know lived in the area, and there were
<v Speaker 1>some of the largest dogs I've ever seen. There is
<v Speaker 1>no real explanation to why these shapes were creeping up
<v Speaker 1>in the grass on the edge of the property, just
<v Speaker 1>hanging out on the edge of the light and the
<v Speaker 1>grass to what they were other than they were dogging.
<v Speaker 2>Animals don't just come and hang out. No, they move
<v Speaker 2>through an area. They come to an area for whatever reason,
<v Speaker 2>you know, get food or whatever, and then they leave,
<v Speaker 2>especially if there's like a person standing there.
<v Speaker 1>Yeah, they don't hang out like a freaking ranger recon unit. Yeah,
<v Speaker 1>it's just staring back at you. I mean, you know, wolves,
<v Speaker 1>wolves will circle you and I wolves will study you,
<v Speaker 1>but they don't do that. Any wolves I've been around
<v Speaker 1>don't do it like this. Let's just put it that way.
<v Speaker 1>And there's definitely no wolves in the area that this
<v Speaker 1>incident occurs, and then I don't know progress from that
<v Speaker 1>there was a incident. The more I'm in this field anytime,
<v Speaker 1>I feel like I'm being watched I like to just
<v Speaker 1>start doing videotape and snapping pictures. It's just a reflex
<v Speaker 1>that I do. Whether I see anything or not visually
<v Speaker 1>with my eyes, I just start snapping pictures with my
<v Speaker 1>phone and doing video of my surroundings and I start
<v Speaker 1>I was doing that, and because of that, there was
<v Speaker 1>just a couple a couple of photographs that came back
<v Speaker 1>that were really questionable that may basically look like eyes
<v Speaker 1>on So there was a fence on the edge of
<v Speaker 1>the property, and it looked as if basically there were
<v Speaker 1>eyes or a head with eyes just on the other
<v Speaker 1>side of that fence staring back at me. And there
<v Speaker 1>was a couple other pictures that came out that I
<v Speaker 1>sent off to my buddy and had him look at,
<v Speaker 1>which anytime I get a questionable photograph or questionable audio
<v Speaker 1>or questionable track anything, I sent it off for second
<v Speaker 1>opinion before I really proceed. I mean, I look at
<v Speaker 1>it initially and I'll you know, get an initial thought
<v Speaker 1>on it, but then I automatically will like duplicate it
<v Speaker 1>and send it off my standard operating procedures, there's like
<v Speaker 1>three people. I send it off to you right away
<v Speaker 1>and say, what do you see do you any you know,
<v Speaker 1>what do you see anything? And what do you see
<v Speaker 1>if you see anything? And there was just a couple
<v Speaker 1>of photos that had anomalists. I'll just say there was
<v Speaker 1>anomalies in them. Yeah, because unfortunately a lot of photographs
<v Speaker 1>and video evidence in this field, which I know, it
<v Speaker 1>really hurts being able to convince those that are on
<v Speaker 1>the fence or don't want to believe in this subject.
<v Speaker 1>But to a certain extent, I don't think no matter
<v Speaker 1>what you're showing, they're gonna believe anyway. So it doesn't
<v Speaker 1>hurt that. It doesn't hurt that much. But unfortunately, in
<v Speaker 1>this field, a lot of photographs and video will come
<v Speaker 1>out grainy and come out pixelated blob, squatch, blob dog man.
<v Speaker 1>While at certain times it's definitely paradolia or individuals getting
<v Speaker 1>carried away in seeing shadows and shadows and shadows, et cetera,
<v Speaker 1>there are definitely times where there are anomalies in those photos.
<v Speaker 1>It's the best way to describe it. They don't come
<v Speaker 1>out crisp, and they they definitely take some So imagination,
<v Speaker 1>I guess, is the best word to use to be
<v Speaker 1>able to see what you're seeing. But then that's the
<v Speaker 1>problem for investigators like me. That's been a problem for
<v Speaker 1>me because I'm used to deal with evidence. When I
<v Speaker 1>mean evidence, I mean evidence like arson investigation evidence. I
<v Speaker 1>want hard evidence. Tracks and structures are great, but it's
<v Speaker 1>a lot of the times it's still circumstantial evidence. And
<v Speaker 1>then you know, hair samples are great, but the mainstream
<v Speaker 1>labs have a tendency of making those results come back
<v Speaker 1>questionable anyways, So in this field, a lot of your
<v Speaker 1>evidence is it's not going to be as solid as
<v Speaker 1>I would like it. For me, I've just gotten to
<v Speaker 1>the point so I know they exist. I know they're
<v Speaker 1>out there. I've seen them with my own two eyes.
<v Speaker 1>I've had too many incidents to not know that they exist.
<v Speaker 1>So I don't question the fact that the photos come
<v Speaker 1>out blurry anymore. I don't question that I can't get
<v Speaker 1>I can't get the Klan to come on TV and
<v Speaker 1>do an interview with me, right. I just know that
<v Speaker 1>my evidence is only going to go so far. That's
<v Speaker 1>why at this point my research has gotten to the
<v Speaker 1>point where I'm really doing it anymore just because I'm hooked.
<v Speaker 1>I love it. I like being out in the field.
<v Speaker 1>I'm not really trying to prove anything to anyone. If
<v Speaker 1>I get great evidence that I can share with people,
<v Speaker 1>that's great, but I tend to only share with a
<v Speaker 1>select few people anyways. I'm really just out there for
<v Speaker 1>the experience. I've already answered a lot of the questions
<v Speaker 1>I had when I initially got into this subject of
<v Speaker 1>what was that from twenty thirteen? Well, I know what
<v Speaker 1>that was now, and I know that there's others out
<v Speaker 1>there now, and I know that you know sasquatching dog Man,
<v Speaker 1>and there's cryptids that a lot of people that think
<v Speaker 1>don't exist, or that they think they're fairy tales and
<v Speaker 1>miss Unfortunately for them, they're not. They exist. The longer
<v Speaker 1>and deeperright, dig I'm getting into subject matter that I
<v Speaker 1>really am not comfortable with, because the deeper you dig,
<v Speaker 1>you start getting in just quantum physics, quantum mechanics, the
<v Speaker 1>spiritual aspect of the world, religious studies. It's taking me
<v Speaker 1>down pathways that I had initially never intended, and I
<v Speaker 1>don't know how comfortable I am to continue down some
<v Speaker 1>of those pathways. If you get where I'm getting at.
<v Speaker 2>Well, once you start opening doors, you got to get
<v Speaker 2>a lot more careful about which doors you open.
<v Speaker 1>Yeah, that's where my research is at now. I'm just
<v Speaker 1>I'm getting the doorways that I'm not quite comfortable going
<v Speaker 1>down opening the door anymore, opening that door. I mean,
<v Speaker 1>that's the thing if you want answers in this field.
<v Speaker 1>I mean, I can't speak for other people, but for me,
<v Speaker 1>my personal experience has been that once you prove they exist, okay,
<v Speaker 1>that's great, what they are exactly, that really gets into
<v Speaker 1>areas of study that I'm not comfortable with because I've
<v Speaker 1>seen them do things and that incidence that just bog
<v Speaker 1>on my mind.
<v Speaker 2>You definitely run into things that don't fit into a
<v Speaker 2>box of anything that we know about.
<v Speaker 1>So when I heard researchers initially talking about like orbs
<v Speaker 1>or like the predator effect, like I said, I used
<v Speaker 1>to tell my buddy all the time, I want nothing
<v Speaker 1>you deal with the WOO. I don't want nothing to
<v Speaker 1>do with the wo And that's how I was for
<v Speaker 1>a while. Well, now I'm wanting to persent open minded.
<v Speaker 1>But just because I'm open minded doesn't mean I'm still
<v Speaker 1>comfortable dealing with some of the doorways. Because now I'm
<v Speaker 1>at the point where to pursue further answers, I've got
<v Speaker 1>to go into areas of study that involve I mean,
<v Speaker 1>I don't have the best way to describe it is
<v Speaker 1>quantum mechanics, quantum physics, witchcraft, religious studies, and multi dimensional theory.
<v Speaker 1>I don't know. I don't know if I really want
<v Speaker 1>those answers or how comfortable I am with the answers
<v Speaker 1>that I'm going to get.
<v Speaker 2>A whole different set of rules, and we don't know
<v Speaker 2>what those rules are. We don't even know what you're
<v Speaker 2>dealing with. At that point. You know you're getting into
<v Speaker 2>areas where you can't really trust everything that you see
<v Speaker 2>or observe or you know, hear.
<v Speaker 1>Yeah, because I mean, if I opened up to you
<v Speaker 1>and told you truly all of my experiences, we would
<v Speaker 1>get into subject matter that is not I mean, I've
<v Speaker 1>been listening to your show for quite a few years.
<v Speaker 1>I haven't heard all your shows, but i've heard quite
<v Speaker 1>a few of them, and there's just certain subjects that
<v Speaker 1>I don't think I've heard discussed on on your podcast,
<v Speaker 1>and if they have been, they haven't been discussed often.
<v Speaker 1>And I'm not saying that I would bring it. I
<v Speaker 1>would bring up something that's never been talked about on
<v Speaker 1>your podcast. But if we truly got into all the
<v Speaker 1>experience that experiences that I've had. We're just going to
<v Speaker 1>get into areas that I don't really feel like talking
<v Speaker 1>about on an interview.
<v Speaker 2>Yeah, I mean I cover a lot of bases. I
<v Speaker 2>allow people to, you know, talk about things that they're
<v Speaker 2>comfortable with talking about. There's been certain times that I've
<v Speaker 2>kind of directed guests away from certain areas because you
<v Speaker 2>can start getting into dangerous topics. You know that everybody
<v Speaker 2>listening may it may not be ready for that sort
<v Speaker 2>of information. You know. I would hate to feel that
<v Speaker 2>we would discuss something and somebody listening might hear it
<v Speaker 2>and start poking around in things they shouldn't poke around
<v Speaker 2>in or aren't experienced enough to mess with yet, and
<v Speaker 2>something horrible could happen. And I certainly don't want to
<v Speaker 2>be responsible for something like that.
<v Speaker 1>I don't want to be responsible for that. And I'm
<v Speaker 1>also for the individuals that are on the fence that
<v Speaker 1>are going to listen to this. I don't want to
<v Speaker 1>push them away. I want them to be comfortable to
<v Speaker 1>try to go out in the field and have an
<v Speaker 1>experience for themselves so that they can find out that,
<v Speaker 1>you know, they are real. I don't want to get
<v Speaker 1>so deep into certain subjects that they hear us discuss
<v Speaker 1>that they're like turned off or scared away from the subjects.
<v Speaker 2>Yeah, well, I think that's a good place to end
<v Speaker 2>it right there. It was great getting to talk to
<v Speaker 2>you man, Yeah, for sure.
