Late at night on August 15, 2019, two police officers in England were driving in an unmarked police car when all of the sudden right in front of them another car appeared. Both cars came to a screeching stop, and then one occupant from this other car got out of their vehicle, and one of the officers got out of their vehicle. What happened next was so horrific, that a special law was passed to make sure it never happened again.
