Speaker 1: Hello, gorgeous. It's Lala Kent.

00:00:02
Speaker 2: Welcome to Untraditionally, Lala Hey bids, It's Lala Kent, Welcome back to untraditionally Laala Easton Birmingham is up in the villain.

00:00:13
Speaker 1: How's it going?

00:00:14
Speaker 3: How you feeling?

00:00:15
Speaker 1: I'm here, I'm here. Can I just tell you, guys, what a fantastic birthday party that I threw for my baby. So this is how it started, you guys. What I was going to do was take ocean and have her birthday at like an equestrian center. And I was praying to God that I could get her to co sign on the theme being Brave. I would have settled for all Disney princesses because most of them ride horses, but I really wanted Brave, just because I like the message in Brave. She's like, I'll be fighting for my own hand. She doesn't want to get married, She's like, fuck your mom, I haven't. She wants to ride horse and shoot her bow and arrow, and I like it.

00:01:03
Speaker 4: I have only seen a little bit of a movie, but isn't that where she shoots the boat?

00:01:07
Speaker 1: All the guys come to like shoot because they want to trying to woo them with the hitting a bulls eye, and then she gets up there and shoots the bull and that's when she drops the line that she'll be fighting for her own hands. And then her mom turns into a bear. It's a movie. It's fantastic, it's so good. So I was hoping that she would want Breathe theme, and I was going to give her a miniature horse as a Harby and they'll poe me as her birthday gift. And we're driving in the car one day and keep in mind the following day is when I'm going to see the space and like lock it down and I'm gonna like talk to them about keeping the miniature horse there and whatnot. She says to me, Mom, Sosa has way better birthday parties than I have. By the way, she's had one party, one fucking party in her life. She has way better birthday parties than I do. And I was like what I was like, And then I showed her when we got home. I showed her every birthday party she's ever had and how fabulous they've been. Of course she didn't remember, because you don't even start making memories until you're older six No. Five Ocean remembers living at the apartment, and she was.

00:02:19
Speaker 4: Like, yeah, but like, will those same sade as she gets older, Like when she hits ten, will she only remember being five, not five, remember being two? That could happen.

00:02:30
Speaker 1: I don't know. I'm no scientist.

00:02:31
Speaker 3: I don't know.

00:02:33
Speaker 1: I don't know how you compute and then like separate.

00:02:35
Speaker 4: But the one thing that I do, we tell her because I feel like she kind of tell.

00:02:43
Speaker 1: Her what about the like hey, did you know? No, no, no, we don't tell her. You freaking you would have got a horse. So I asked her, what about Sosa's party party, because there's only been one was better than all the other birthday parties, and she said she had a bouncy house, a ball pit and a slide, and that was like that's all you want. Wow, I'm one hundred percent not buying a fucking miniature horse. Figuring out where to house this thing, how to feed this thing? Ah, and then like forcing you to have a brave birthday party. So she settled on K pop demon Hunters. That was the theme that she kept going back to. So I knew that my party planner, her name's Audrey. She has picnic and pedal and she's done every single birthday party that I have had for my kids, and they're always fantastic. So I was like, you're the theme is K Pop Demon Hunters. It's going to be in the backyard. All I know is she wants a slide, a ball pit, and a bouncy house. And she was like, great, we can also do like teacups that spin around. I was like, great, perfect, whatever you can fit in the backyard, let's do it. I don't know why I have such a high level of anxiety when it comes to throwing a child's party, but there's just like a tremendous amount of pressure. You hope that everything goes well. The Russians came into town. It was fabulous. We had a full house. Ocean got to play with Sailor, which is one of the Russing kids. He has a girlfriend who has a five year old and Sailor and Ocean played beautifully. They were so cute. Day of the party. You guys, we don't have weather. We don't have weather, Are you joking? It's like Groundhog's Day out here. We barely today. It decides that it wants to just like be a windy lady. She was a windy lady. I'm watching the party planner set up and everything is blowry into.

00:04:38
Speaker 3: The pool a cookie with him. It was in its wrapper, thank god.

00:04:42
Speaker 4: But I caught the cookie right when it went in, and then we put the plates back inside.

00:04:46
Speaker 1: No, it was we decided to abort mean and I keeping the plates out with the cookies on them. I was like, I don't care about the aesthetic, Like, let's just like get everything that's necessary set out and we'll just keep the cookies inside. Anyway, wind stops perfect timing, perfect timing the entire party. No wind, a nice little breeze that was coming through to keep everyone cool. Yeah.

00:05:07
Speaker 3: The K Pop demon Hunters, Oh.

00:05:11
Speaker 1: Fuck you guys. My mom found these K pop demon Hunter chicks to come. They entertained the entire time. It was only a two hour party.

00:05:23
Speaker 4: Yeah, and I get anxiety, so I hide a lot. So I went upstairs and watched TV and then would meander down. But those K pop girls, whenever they got paid triple it, they they handled the whole party. I like literally sat inside and ate tacos. Yeah, they were like Cynthia's family.

00:05:42
Speaker 1: Cynthia is ocean, and so says nanny her family caters. Oh my god, it is the best Mexican food I've ever had in my life.

00:05:52
Speaker 4: We're gonna have to get there. I want to drop the catering their catering name though, so I for every party, No, I know, but if other people want them to, because they really are amazing in the LA area.

00:06:04
Speaker 1: Yeah, And I was thinking, I'm like, do we do noodles to stay on them? I don't care. What's great about a kid's party though, that I was thinking about is as parents, like, we all know the drill, right, It's like, really love having the kids at home. It is nice as they get older to start sending them to school. But then the weekend rules around and you're like, what the fuck am I supposed to do with my kids for two straight days to keep them entertained but also run them into the ground so they're exhausted.

00:06:35
Speaker 2: So we had.

00:06:36
Speaker 4: Meanwhile trying to do everything you guys have to you know, all you moms and stuff have to do.

00:06:40
Speaker 3: It's like, I holy shit.

00:06:45
Speaker 1: Sometimes it makes you wonder why people have kids. No, I mean.

00:06:50
Speaker 3: I don't have kids, but I get why people do.

00:06:53
Speaker 1: No, I get why it is the most fulfilling thing I have ever done in my life. Yeah, when I look at my days, you take them out of it, I'm like, what would I what is my purpose in life? Yeah?

00:07:06
Speaker 4: No, I really want a child. I feel like there's it brings. Having just being an uncle to four has been like it's made me like a better human. Like there's little things that I do where it would be like and I know it sounds silly, but like I'm like, as a like a hands on you know uncle, would they be proud of this?

00:07:26
Speaker 3: No, so I don't do it.

00:07:29
Speaker 4: So there's little things or like even ocean, Like the way ocean keeps me in check is unreal. Like I was talking to somebody and I even thought like like I could have been nicer.

00:07:39
Speaker 1: You know.

00:07:39
Speaker 4: There's just little things where I'm like I could have been better or nicer because they have taught me patients and things like that where I'm like, Wow, that's why you have kids.

00:07:47
Speaker 3: It's almost to better yourself.

00:07:49
Speaker 1: No, and by the way, I was totally no, but kids are the most incredible thing.

00:07:55
Speaker 4: What you're saying, Like after you drop them off and you're picking them off, You're like, what the hell is going on here?

00:07:59
Speaker 1: Just like to be emotional part of it and just logistic whise I say, Okay, so I'm expected to wake up, get my kids ready and to school, and then I'm going to go work a nine to five job, and then at the end of it, I'm going to be fucking exhausted. But there's no time to be exhausted because I got to get home, get my family fed.

00:08:17
Speaker 3: Get kissner.

00:08:19
Speaker 1: Then I got to clean up everything and start again the next day having kids, seeing that I need to get done that I could get done on the weekend because I don't work. That can't happen because I have kids.

00:08:31
Speaker 4: It's just no being a parent. Anybody who can become a mom or a dad. We know that being a parent is like one of the most difficult and I'll say joyous, but also like one of the most I'm trying to think of the word selfless things because you never are thinking of yourself.

00:08:51
Speaker 1: You can't. Yeah, you absolutely cannot. Your whole world changes you like sleeping in You better kiss that shit, go bye. My mother the other day, I think we talked about this already, but my mom makes fun of the what time I go to bed, And let's be real, like I need like at least twelve hours in the bed. But I'm only sleeping for probably six seven just to unwind. But there was a day that she had to wake up to go to the doctor's office at six thirty and she she wakes up and she's like, there'shmbe She looks at me and goes, why are you awake?

00:09:34
Speaker 3: I was like, this is the day.

00:09:36
Speaker 1: The day has started. That's why she at theb came home, came home at eleven, took a nap from noon till three, wakes up. She's like, I'm exhausted. I was like, are you. I was like, I never want to hear She was, I'm going to bed so early tonight. Like I never granted she's sixty five, but I'm like, I don't want to hear one more word of you making fun of me. Go going up to my room at seven thirty to start just unwinding. Well and there, because that's the difference.

00:10:05
Speaker 4: Well, I don't think mom sees the difference, because yes, you go up to your room at seven. I go over to my house. My house is no different than you in your room. Yeah, Like I go over there, I'll.

00:10:17
Speaker 3: Turn on TV. I like, will do a little bit of my hair.

00:10:21
Speaker 4: I'll put in some like scalp trees make fun to just like yeah, I'll do like like I have the little eye mask, so I'll do those, and then I'll watch like Formula one racing like that just came out Drive to Survive, like, I'll watch that. And then before you know it, it's like ten o'clock and I'm like, oh, I need to go to bed like I've.

00:10:39
Speaker 1: Been doing of dicking around. I have them and I set the lighting perfectly. I turned like both of my little my little like hanging pendant lights on and the room looks gorgeous, and I'm like, oh, I'm going to do a little face mask. Maybe then derma play in my face. Maybe I'll do a hair mask. Red light. See that monitor and she's dead asleep and I go down and Ocean's out asleep. The level of euphoria that experience, it is mind blowing. Oh the best. Anyway, That's why you take kids to birthday parties to tucker them the fuck out so you can go and have a night. You can go and get into your room by seven thirty. And if you're in a partnership, little sex.

00:11:26
Speaker 3: Have sex at seven thirty done by eight Now you.

00:11:29
Speaker 1: Can pour anyway.

00:11:32
Speaker 3: Done by midnight.

00:11:34
Speaker 1: Clam slam for eight hours.

00:11:36
Speaker 3: No clam slam.

00:11:38
Speaker 1: I'm repulsed. So before Ocean's birthday party, I don't think I told you this story. You're gonna fucking lose your mind.

00:11:46
Speaker 3: Well what did she do?

00:11:49
Speaker 1: So Bart, we told you guys on the lat or one of the pods that like, Bart is the dad Russon and of the of the clan, and he and my dad were very close. So Ocean is sitting next to Bart, who she calls Pop, and we were talking about Poppy, our dad, and Bart's like, yeah, I loved Poppy and like telling her all about him. She goes, yeah, but he's dead. And I was like, Ocean, that's very insensitive. She was how did he die? And so we're walking her through like Papy had health issues, but you know what, he died in his sleep, and she goes, did someone find him? I go said, found him? It was very sad and devastating. She goes, it died is devastating. She goes, so then what happened? And we were like, we don't know. He just he had health issues and he didn't wake up. She goes, I think I know what happened. Mom. Someone shot him. I go ocean. That is a horrible thing to say. No one shot him, and she goes. People don't just not wake up, mom, People don't just not wake up.

00:13:00
Speaker 3: You're a young one, lad, he'll know.

00:13:03
Speaker 1: Do you want to know why those who was teaching her this? How does she know about that?

00:13:08
Speaker 4: I don't know, because I thought Lily was going to be the dry run, but then that was the dry dry.

00:13:14
Speaker 1: Run, and she's very I have friends who have kids and they're like, I don't know how to talk to my kid about deaths.

00:13:19
Speaker 3: I'm like, just get a dog. Got to show him somehow.

00:13:23
Speaker 1: I just kind of said it. I was like, yeah, she died.

00:13:26
Speaker 3: What's it called? There was a comedian?

00:13:29
Speaker 4: A dog is just a dry run for grandma.

00:13:34
Speaker 1: So here's your dog dying. Next is going to be your grandma prepared. What I'm worried about is how I made her insensitive to death? Is she desensitized from people dying because she just throws no, no, no, no no.

00:13:46
Speaker 4: I don't think she's desensitized to people dying. I think she was so young. When Bella died, wasn't even alive for Dad's.

00:13:53
Speaker 1: Passing right now, but she talks about him.

00:13:56
Speaker 4: No, But like if she were to have interactions with Poppy, I think it would be different the way she was speaking about him now, you know, like dogs are, well, Bella's dead, like when she grabs her when she has I don't know, I mean some sort of relationship with someone who then dies, I think she'll then understand it.

00:14:18
Speaker 1: And even with Lily Easton, remember she like gave me a hug and she was like, I'm so sad Lily's gone. But then she walked in the room and she's like, mom, at least you don't have to clean up pea off the floor anymore.

00:14:28
Speaker 3: I was like, it's just a little heartless. I guess. I don't know. Fuck, I don't know.

00:14:33
Speaker 1: Dogs are a.

00:14:34
Speaker 3: Little different because it is what it is.

00:14:36
Speaker 4: But like if Lily were to die and she'd be like, well, at least you don't going to do this, and then Poppy died, maybe she'd be like death is real now and I really don't like that.

00:14:44
Speaker 1: But like she had somebody's such a sweetheart.

00:14:47
Speaker 3: Yeah, but like think of that, she has no one she's loved die.

00:14:53
Speaker 1: Yeah, that's true. You're making me feel a lot better. Yeah, because when she just threw that out there.

00:14:59
Speaker 4: When something happens to desensitize you from what she's talking about, like, she'll be very desensitized to it.

00:15:08
Speaker 3: Wait, what she's desensitized to it? And then she won't be Okay, said that wrong.

00:15:15
Speaker 4: She's desensitized because she hasn't had somebody she had a relationship with die. Until she does, she will not have the she won't be sensitized.

00:15:25
Speaker 1: Is that it? I don't know. I like whatever you're saying. I'm a little confused. I feel like I'm reading a doctor's who's book. I think I've spent too much time with these damn kids. It's a different human.

00:15:39
Speaker 3: Like, No, she's dry. She will hurt your fucking feelings.

00:15:45
Speaker 1: No, we're at a light the other day. You guys are gonna die. We're at a light the other day and a man passed, and she goes, mom, do you think that guy's hot? And I go no, I'm okay, babe. Another guy passes. Do you think that man is hot?

00:16:02
Speaker 4: Mom?

00:16:03
Speaker 1: I was like no, and then I feel badly, So I'm like, but let's be very clear, ocean, Like everybody is beautiful. Everybody is handsome and good looking. I was like, but there people have types, like and he's not my type. He's very handsome, but he's just not my type. And she goes, they're both definitely my type. What what I know?

00:16:26
Speaker 3: I need to start lifting bigger weights or just waits at all.

00:16:30
Speaker 1: Oh so you can fight the guy that she brings. I'm gonna yeah, I'm a little concerned. And then I wondered where she was getting it. And she's been obsessed with K pop demon hunters and the girl falls in love, like you watch the guys walk in. I've never seen it until just recently. After her party, the guys walk in, sasa boys boys. The girls like they start sweating, their eyes turn into hearts, and then their eyes turn into popcorn in the shape of abs, and then start popping popcorn as they're like just drooling over these guys. And then the two roomy and one of the other guys falls in love. And I'm like, well, this is where she's getting it, because she's constantly asking me about a boyfriend and all of the things. O.

00:17:17
Speaker 3: K pop has done that to you, But is it doing it to other children?

00:17:21
Speaker 1: Or do I just have a very specific human on my hand.

00:17:23
Speaker 3: I mean, didn't we watch Pocahontas. She falls in love I know, actually a devastating all.

00:17:28
Speaker 1: She didn't want to be with CoCom He was so much hotter than John Smith.

00:17:32
Speaker 4: John Smith's a dick. John Smith couldn't go fuck his hand. Yeah, John Smith, I know.

00:17:41
Speaker 1: And then he has the audacity to move Pokemonas to the fucking New World to the white Man Land. You and like, how would you not like Cocoam with like the paw the bear paw print is my dad kind of slapped.

00:17:57
Speaker 4: They are and their voices. I watched that and you're like, wow, to just be that.

00:18:04
Speaker 1: Live off the land. Mm hmmm.

00:18:17
Speaker 5: I followed this account that talks about all of like the these iconic Disney movies because obviously they have to have the disclaim now because different day and age, we've come so far we have like knowledge and sensitivity.

00:18:31
Speaker 1: But I was always drawn to Cocoam. It was my most favorite. So you saying that, I do understand, like you.

00:18:37
Speaker 4: Found that and you were like, why did he even at that young age?

00:18:41
Speaker 1: I had to do with love and the Prince coming to save the woman.

00:18:44
Speaker 4: Talk about another one that not it's not the princess but Shrek.

00:18:50
Speaker 3: She just turns into an ogre. But same thing.

00:18:53
Speaker 1: Fell in love, right, yeah, and they chose not to be human.

00:18:57
Speaker 3: That's beautiful. They chose to be ogres for love. Well, no, he could have been he could have been the man, remember, yeah, because he turns into one and then Donkey was no, they would have still been together. And she goes, do you want to be like this forever? And then then decided that she said, this isn't the man I fell in love with. The man I fell in love with was an ogre, So then they went back to ogres.

00:19:23
Speaker 1: I love that movie so great, favorite movie.

00:19:26
Speaker 4: Yeah, but like that's what I like. Like, I didn't fall in love with this beautiful man. I fell in love with the ogre behind this whatever. I don't care for this, yes, yeah, I don't care what you like for days. Yes, totally fucking in the mud.

00:19:43
Speaker 1: Let's go go, all right, you had some fun stories to tell me.

00:19:47
Speaker 5: P r P.

00:19:47
Speaker 3: Blood dry, I can speak on that. I almost passed out. I think I'm there with you now.

00:19:52
Speaker 1: Oh when they took your blood? Can dude needles anymore? It's weird though, that we can get tattoos and not even flinch.

00:19:59
Speaker 4: Yeah, because there's not gallons of blood flying out.

00:20:03
Speaker 1: Yeah. How many vials did they take? Just one?

00:20:06
Speaker 4: I didn't look at it, but let me put it. Let me set a stage for you guys. Me right here, countertop full of everyone else's blood.

00:20:15
Speaker 1: I'm going to pass away.

00:20:17
Speaker 4: So I saw that and I was like, they're starting it, and I know is that other people's blood?

00:20:21
Speaker 3: And she goes yeah for the moment, and I went on, I hope you don't.

00:20:24
Speaker 1: Mix my I thought labeling process work.

00:20:29
Speaker 4: So almost pass out in the chair. I'm hanging on by a thread. They're giving me like water with electrolyzed I turned gray. I've seen you turn gray. I was correct, like the color of your hair. Yeah, And she goes, we're gonna lay you down. I was like, I'm alright. She goes, no, we're going to lay it down. That annoys me that you don't advocate for yourself.

00:20:48
Speaker 1: When they tell me that they have to draw my blood, I go, okay, do you have water? I now know box And they're like if they say no, I'm like, someone needs to go get one.

00:20:57
Speaker 5: NNE.

00:20:57
Speaker 1: The only time I've ever had to lay me all the way down. Also, when it's happening, don't tell me, don't walk me through it. I don't want to hear. And now we're just gonna you're gonna feel a poke. I will pass out. It's a mental thing. So I'm going to talk to you about my tattoos. I'm going to talk to you about my day, and that is all we're focused.

00:21:15
Speaker 4: Yeah, guess what I was going to start doing was like this for myself. Know how like when we go into lee and they tap, Yeah, it's because like all your feeling is this pain. But if you're tapping over here, now, it's like there's two things. So it's what else you could do? So I did start doing that.

00:21:32
Speaker 1: You could put a show on like I always put sign on me too.

00:21:35
Speaker 4: But then so that happened. They lay me down in a room and then I have to get the injections. All they did was take my blood to spin it. Yeah, and I almost passed out. So then they come in. I was I got four shots, one in the front.

00:21:48
Speaker 3: I was upright on the back too. And I did tell him.

00:21:51
Speaker 4: I was like, hey, I'm feeling a little and he was like, perfect, we'll lay you down and he goes, but I can do these two laying down now.

00:21:56
Speaker 3: So I was like perfect.

00:21:57
Speaker 4: So he did it, and then they even like they gave me treats and stuff like crackers. But I guess I was not good because even after they were done, they going. He was like, yeah, we're gonna keep you for another like ten minutes or so, just so everything, and like he came and like put my knees up against you know, I'm on my back, but he put them up so I could get it was it.

00:22:15
Speaker 1: Was wild, you know. When I had to go and to get my blood taken when I was pregnant with Sosa, I was just sitting in the chair and I just remember waking up and they had taken like my I had this just like sweater on with a shirt underneath. They had taken my sweater off. My hairline was drenched in sweat. My t shirt was sweaty, sweaty.

00:22:34
Speaker 3: Yep.

00:22:34
Speaker 1: They were like, you went down. I was like, yeah, I don't remember anything.

00:22:39
Speaker 4: Yeah, no, I was there, That's where I was. But then I got my PRP shot. Everything's good, shoulders popping out of place. If you do it, I highly recommend it. It's the holistic route of going, so no, try there it is. I was just gonna say it before, and he even told me. He was like, with what you have told me, we're going to try this. If we do, he wants to do two or three treatments, depending on how I feel. I'm gonna do two for sure. There's my first one. He was like, if it pops out again and more, go get an MRI because then.

00:23:08
Speaker 3: We are too far gone. So I was like, perfect, So I'm starting this route. But other than that, I.

00:23:13
Speaker 1: Think you're not young enough for this.

00:23:15
Speaker 3: But it's all happening in my gay baseball league.

00:23:18
Speaker 1: I know how fabulous.

00:23:20
Speaker 4: I won the game, guys. I got a walk off single. Yeah.

00:23:24
Speaker 3: Game, so we had three games that day.

00:23:26
Speaker 1: It wouldn't have happened had Mom and I gone no.

00:23:28
Speaker 3: No, no. But so the game is tied, we have a runner on third. I'm up to bat, two outs.

00:23:33
Speaker 4: I can't fuck up, and I hit a single and we scored a run won the game. As I was running to first base to win the game, I pulled my hammy so I couldn't play Game two. And that's where I'm like anxiety riddled, pissed off. I do not want to be my mom. I do not want to be my dad. They both fucking are thirty years older than what they are.

00:23:56
Speaker 1: Because they never moved a muscle. No, we did not come from a family of active people. My mom always says that she hates working out. It makes her nauseate, and I'm like, because you never do it, and you also forget to breathe while you're doing it. I also would want to feel like I was going to throw up and pass out. My dad would much rather sit on the patio and drink wine or go to a coffee shop.

00:24:17
Speaker 4: It was not was like early drinks and dinners with friends and then he'd come home to a glass of wine. I love my dad, Like, there's a lot of things like he wouldn't throw them all with me.

00:24:27
Speaker 1: No, there are things I think that we just grew up in an active family and for me watching how both of them were, I worked out back in Utah. We had like a little home gym downstairs. I was very adamant that that was going to be how I started my day. And even now, like my mom will say to me, because I work out between like seven and eight seven, is is like my early workout. And sometimes it throws her for a loop because she's not a morning person, and she'll say, like, I just don't know why you can't miss the workout tomorrow because.

00:25:03
Speaker 4: I can't be you bitch, because I can't be you bitch.

00:25:10
Speaker 1: That would hurt her feelings, it would.

00:25:11
Speaker 4: But I would hope she would look at me and go, you're right, I do not want you to.

00:25:15
Speaker 3: Feel like I do.

00:25:16
Speaker 1: She's not like, she's not like that, And so I have to tell her, Mom, this is what makes me feel good to go and start my day. My body feels strong. I like that feeling. I like when I can go and something up and feel like my bicep is not going to rip off the bone. Yeah, there are just things that I don't even know why we're talking about this, How did this come up?

00:25:40
Speaker 3: My PRP and all that.

00:25:43
Speaker 1: It is important for me that you take control over doing some sort of activity, because like, you can't end up like mom and daddy.

00:25:53
Speaker 4: No, And that's and that's where I'm like, okay, and I love being active and like doing little things. Yes, I know that I'm getting up there in age, but it's like, okay, I can do a little more to prevent more injuries, whether that be going outside and putting a weighted vest on and doing lunges, doing just things like I just I'm sick of not feeling good and looking at a mirror of my mom and dad, I'm like, I need to do more.

00:26:20
Speaker 1: Yeah, And when people like my mom will say you don't need to do it tomorrow, you look great, I'm like, this is I look.

00:26:25
Speaker 4: Great because I did it because yesterday and I'm going to do it today.

00:26:28
Speaker 1: But also it's so that's the body that you get is just the cherry on top. The mental is everything on top of When I hear my mom say you're still young, you can do you know, X, Y and Z, and it's like yes, but let me tell you this. I was twenty one, I blinked, and now I'm thirty five with two kids, So we can say I'm young now. In two point seven seconds, I'm going to be your fucking age and I'm gonna need to be able to like keep up.

00:26:59
Speaker 4: Yeah, there's a song about it once I was seven years old. Oh that's all makes me sad. Oh that is so sad. All right, let's move on to a fun topic.

00:27:07
Speaker 1: I have to touch on this before before we sign off because I died. Florida man claims he was kidnapped by dolphins and forced to build underwater city. Believe it. I believe it, Yes, I believe it. Why do you believe it? He can't breathe underwater for that long?

00:27:27
Speaker 4: She said, there was greg or something, the main, the main, the main dolphin was his breathing source.

00:27:36
Speaker 1: It's giving independence to day where the guy the drunk was like, I was taken by aliens and then he for sure was atlantis.

00:27:44
Speaker 4: That's them. The dolphins are the underwater atlantis. They're the ones who've taken.

00:27:50
Speaker 1: Point yesterday. I don't believe it.

00:27:52
Speaker 4: I don't because Florida man, any other city I would have believed.

00:27:58
Speaker 1: But Florida man, that's where they lost you. Is it said? Oh people are going to come for you, So harch have Florida pride.

00:28:10
Speaker 4: Bro Florida. Miami, Yeah, that's where I want to live, not the other parts. No, Miami is great, but Miami is but no, hold on here. Why tell me this? Why is it illegal for us to communicate with dolphins but keep them in captivity at sea World? Tell me this, because you really aren't allowed to communicate with dolphins. It is illegal, and they say it's illegal for the dolphins benefit, because they like, if you talk to it, it becomes attached. Yeah, but I think it's because.

00:28:47
Speaker 1: Forming a genuine connection and having like old fuck that is so sad, or like taking them away from their natural habitat and forcing them to live out the rest of their days in a tank.

00:28:57
Speaker 4: Another another it's in Indonesia. I didn't write it down because I knew I'd forgot. I'd remember in Indonesia a giant whale swam up to kids while they were swimming. They swam away because they were scared. One kid saw something giant and shiny in its mouth and it was a hook. The kids all went out and got the hook out. The Now the dolphs or the whale comes by in that bay every morning and all the kids like sit on it and it.

00:29:26
Speaker 3: Just hangs out with them.

00:29:28
Speaker 4: That is so bad now because it like owes the life to the kids for helping. Just like that same story that I showed you with the dolphins, where that sucker fish was on one and the dolphins were just swimming with the boat and she was like, I know, I want to hang out, but we have to go home. And that's where it's like. Is that why it's illegal to communicate because of what it does? Or because they're going to take you down to their underwater city.

00:29:50
Speaker 1: Do you want to go to their underwater city? I think it may just force me to build dolphins.

00:29:55
Speaker 4: Will tell me this. Our dolphins in whales smarter than human beings. Yeah, yes, tell me so. Why wouldn't they be able to do something crazy?

00:30:03
Speaker 1: You know what? You make so much sense. There's just those thumbs. They don't have thumbs, no, but they have tails and mouths. All right? What an excellent episode, A little all over the place. Oh my gosh, I feels so og. I feel so og.

00:30:16
Speaker 3: We're going back, baby. I love you guys.

00:30:19
Speaker 1: Thank you for listening to another tangent episode of Untraditionally La La. I'm gonna catch you on Monday for a bonus and again next week. Bye,
