Endeavor, sort of spitting out the UFC assets, buying the ww assets,
and putting the two companies together. See see you see it as that way,

purchasing the WWE and merging with the us WILL UFC. However, what people
don't know, and what I'm willing to share with you right now, is
that the WWE will in the long run purchase Endeavor, all right, and
the WWE will then be known as Worldwide Endeavors. And that's just the tip
of the iceberg. That's where we've been heading all this time, isn't it?
Worldwide Endeavors totally before we've been heading all this time, totally disassociated from
professional wrestling or any semblances ever have been part of professional wrestling. We are
about endeavoring, endeavoring forward, endeavoring to new worlds and new systems of articulation,
of of of access, of desirability of audience participating individualistic vehicle audience that's
participating, Well, yeah, Oh no, No, we're talking about complete
global participation in entertainment productivity, a whole different levels beyond anything possibly I am
not speaking of events. Are Emmanuel thought he could turn away the Saudi Kingdom's
money back when you signed for the Crown Jewel series. He, of course,
as head of Endeavor, rejected Saudi Arabian money to run his businesses,
including UFC. Now that the two businesses are combined and you sit as executive
chair of the overall group in some ways having some degree of control over our
Emmanuel, though it's a two way street. What do you plan to tell
him? And is chess working with Saudi? That's the way of the future.
Saudi Arabia is the way of the future. We're talking about the future
of America. Within Saudi Arabia, it's all there is left. The United
Saudi America is the good old USA. It is the ability to control the
entire world world and create entertaining possibilities within that world. Riy Emmanuel is a

know, sort of had to clean out the board, which was a series
of legal maneuvers that I'm still my head is still spinning from how you cleared
the board out of any detractors and you told peop, I'm not coming back.
I just need to be here for the sale. And now that the
sale is commenced, you're all over television representing the company again, reportedly your
backstage completely running television and big peking paula Vec. Yes, you know,
as soon as I saw Trip Late come out on Raw and say that nothing
is changing, I know wrestling, I know you. What does that mean,
Vince? He says nothing is changing? What does that mean? Oh,
get me a fucking coffee? Now you're not how you're not listening?

people design because they get lost, They get lost in what I'm offering them.

sheep. I'm leading them to whatever I want, and they're gonna follow me.

end? To what goal? What other goal is there? Control of the
entire world? The world will be my plaything. I will be able to

are forced down the front today? In what we have? Evolution? You
can use the E in WWE and put in anything, because that's what it
is. It means and everything world wide, everything world wide endeavors worldwide evolution.
It starts with me. It ends with me. Before you know it,
Bence McMahon will be king of the world. Earth is mine, world
wide Earth. For that matter, I will own the rights, the libraries,
every single thing that this global economy has to offer. I think you've
lost I think you really lost it. I mean, you see who you're
sitting down. I've just purchased it. I've just purchased it. Nothing is
lost. This is just the beginning, my friend. This is just the
beginning. And I have a clearer focus than I ever have had before.
Ari Emmanuel from Endeavor was out in the media saying that, in fact,
you were fully prepared to step away from the business, and it was him
who insisted that no, Vince, you can't go. You must sit day
and in fact, I want to do this deal with you. Is that
what happened, Yes, I mean that's what he thinks happened. Sure,
what happened, I simply gave. First of all, let's put it this
way, Ari Emmanuel is just another fan, just another addicted American who was
buying what I'm selling because he can't part himself and go with anything else.
That is the kind of people that I have created. I take these addictive
personalities. All you fans of entertainment. You think you participate in something,
when in fact we are controlling him. People have no business going to wrestling.
Come on, people aren't interested in wrestling. Wrestling is a stupid thing.
Wrestling is a farce. Wrestling is a fiction. Yet I get people
putting money in my pocket. How many millions of dollars were spent by the
American people going to Two Knights of WrestleMania. They bought they bought memorabilia,
they bought T shirts, they bought championship belts. Where do you think that
money goes? What do you think they have done with it? They have
just literally given me their money. No one out there is a champion.
No one out there earned a championship belt. Hell, Roman Reigns didn't earn
a championship belt. I gave it to him. And who's to say he
didn't buy those damn things anyway? Who's to say he didn't pay me to
become champion. I'm not innocent of bribery. I never said that I have
been. Someone wants to buy a championship belt, go ahead, come on,
I'll give you. I'll give you a year as champion, No problem.
The problem is Cody didn't give me enough money. You know what,
Cody was never in the plans. He never will be in the plans.
You look at Cody Rhodes and you see a prodigal son returning. Yeah,
we see somebody that you actually got us to invest in as a baby face
for the first time in a generation. And then he comes up. You
know what I see. I see another opportunity to take your money and still
get what I want. This is just the beginning thal way of the future
wat the future. Well, let's come out that you actually flew to Cody
Rhodes personally to close the deal to bring him back to WWE. That's come
out and reach absolutely. Well, why would you go to that length if
you have no intention of really making him the man? Because I want to
make you a believer. I want to make Cody Rhodes a believer. You
know because up until the moment that I told him the bad news, he
thought he was gonna go win. He was he was gonna win. He
thought he was going to be champion. He thought he was going to make
his dead dad proud. As he headlines, it indicates that the plan all
along was for Cody to lose it wrestling man near those falls. No,
that is absolutely true. I just didn't tell him that the plan was never
And I had said this from the day one. What did you tell him
to tell him? I told him he was going to accomplish his dream.
I told him that it was time for him to ascend the ladder and do
what his dad couldn't do, do what his brother would never and will never
do. But then the time comes and I now let him in on a
little secret that there's going to be a deal with Endeavor. And you know
what, Pal, I don't necessarily know if merging with a new company and
then having a new champion on top of it puts across the best image on
the stock market. So you wouldn't have done this when you sat with Cody
to sign him. You know, you didn't know about the Endeavor purchase.
So this was a new rinkoll that introduced itself. No, no, no,
no, I knew about the Endeavor purchase. See with me, it's
all about timing. It's all about establishing a firm base. Paul, two
fucking milks, a piece of shit. Don't make me do it again,
do what again? That's that's between me and and Paul, my boy.
Now, it's all about timing. It's all about establishing something, establishing a
plan, all right, And this endeavor plan has been in the works for
a long long time. I don't need to tell the public that during the
whole process. I don't even need to tell anybody about the deal, all
right. This plan has been set in stone for longer than you can imagine.
But I say, we got to wait for this right opportune moment because
I am pulling the strings and I can't just make choices left and right.
I can't just, you know, say, oh, you know what,

I have to wait for the opportune moment so that all of my stars aligned.
I won't wait for the stars to align for me. I align the
stars. And I knew I needed to build up Cody Roads in order to
bring him down. That's the only way you maintain control, right. It
says my understanding when people were leaving SELFI Stadium that there were a lot of
partrictly younger fans, little kid fans that were crying and very upset and distraught
at Cody coming up short. Then the next night, I'm rang he gets
absolutely pulverized by the only guy you see in the business that's worth a ship,
brock Lesner. I don't think it's any coincidence that once you returned to
the fold in terms of you know, creative influence, that suddenly brock Lesner
is killing everybody again. I remember who retirement that brock Lesner walked right out
of the building at the SmackDown show in Boston and didn't come back to the
very end, reportedly and publicly returning to creative right, that's what the news
report. Would you say to those kids that are devastated, they're not coming
back. Them and their families aren't going to watch to see if Cody's going
to do it again. They're done. No, they are. They will
because now they've once again that it's only a matter of time. Now we've
seen Cody gets so close, so close, you know, and they're going
to believe all he's gonna do is get through brock Lesner. See, you
think people have walked away. I know that I've created a new, a
new adage for life. This is an addiction that there is no cure because
I will never give you what you want. I will only give you what
I think is going to take me and my company and my home to the
next level. How is not crowding Cody at WrestleMania not helping take your company
to the next level. I think everybody was ready for that's but it's not.
Though. I don't need Cody Rhodes to do anything. I don't need
Cody Rhodes as a champion. Cody Rhodes isn't going to do shit for me.
Cody Rhodes is going to do what I tell them. I I can
make money, I can make fans with whatever I want. Cody Rhodes is
just another cog in the wheel. He's not a star. He's on a
superstar. He's nothing. He never will be. Famously allowed UFC to come
on after money, and I brought in two thousand and five when they launched
their cable television vehicle, the Ultimate Fighter, and that catapult to the UFC
to new heights. The UFC, that ever, grew from a four million
billion dollars purchase to a twelve billion dollar valuation. And here we are all
these years later, and you said, as executive chairman overseeing UFC in equal
measure as WWE. What was the design there? What was the design?
The design is again to make people feel safe, all right? When I
let UFC have that opportunity, I'm what I was doing. I allowed the
UFC to build itself up to a degree where it was a stable athletic competition
on television and pay per view, and you just let things roll as they
do, and all of a sudden, you know, I keep tabs on
everything. Did I know when per se that I was going to buy the
UFC. No? I did not. I wouldn't really call this a buying
of the UFC, though it's almost no, not at all. Again,
things may seem a certain way, but in the end you'll see that Vince
McMahon and the WWE are always on top. Will people be fired? I'd
imagine there's a ton of redundancies between UFC office staff and ww office STAF data

I'm allowing you to do things the way that you were doing them before.

He's not in control. He was never in charge of creative. And things
are going to be the way I want them to be, and people are
still going to watch and people are still going to attend. I mean,
did you see the rating Monday? My god, first after making a decision
that everybody was casting is so disastrous. You absolutely blew the numbers out of
the water Monday. Yeah, obviously. Why is this a surprise? I
mean, did you bring back Matt Riddle because of his exemplary personal behavior?
Nope? I brought him back because I feel better with him directly under my
supervision. I see. Does it surprise you that no one talks about the
sexual harassment stuff anymore and that you reimburse the company like twenty million bucks?
Nope? Nope, not at all. I'm not surprised because it was a
nothing story. Because one, as I've said to you many times, it
wasn't harassment. It was consensual, and I had them signed those nbas for
their own protection, and I stand by that. So unsettling. It's so
unsettling on me because I you know, I have to admit I thought a
key lynchpin of this American work was going to be me. Over the weeks
and months, slowly breaking it down around that that force field you've built around
those allegations, and get help you admit that, perhaps you know that that
society sees what you did differently than the way you see it. And even
if you feel justified, and even if you've got some twisted logic behind those
nbas, that the world is not with you, the world is not on
that page anymore. But I have to admit here I am, and all
I've done since I've decided that is watch every single, every single situation break
in your favor, every one that's right. And now you're back where you
were, bigger and richer than ever. Yeah, and I'll always be that
way. Think about it like this, While you're trying to figure out and
uncover some sort of truth that you think is underneath some place, underneath some
rock somewhere, I'm making more money and becoming more important than you'll ever be
every day. Was one of the upsides of you, at least publicly stepping
back from WWE and putting your son in lawn charge that you were able to
sort of snuff out the rats. In other words, you could sort of
tell which wrestlers had secretly a negative animus towards you. It suddenly ran into
Triple H's arms the second you weren't in creative control anymore. What was it
a worthwhile exercise to see who the rats were amongst your employees? Um?
I mean, I always know who the rats are, and I'm gonna rat
myself. I'm always scavenging and running around trying to figure out, you know,
what's next? What am I going to eat? I have a voracious
appetite. I'm always hungering for something, whether it's money, whether it's the
next deal, the next step, pussy, you name it. I hunger
and I eat. I eat when I'm hungry. And when it came to
them, Nope, I knew exactly who they were. But there is nothing
better when they don't know what's happening, to see them, to see them
realize Holy shit, Holy shit, I'm fucked but I'm not going to fire
them. I'm not going to fire them because I want them to feel as
uncomfortable as possible as long as I can. What good does that do you?
Oh? It gives me a sense of joy. On the other side,
I get to I get to watch people rye of a agony. Well,
they have no control over themselves and I own them. Well, I

And there's reporting that you're going to be totally running the show like the
old days, not even pretending the simples in charge like he did Monday.
Absolutely not. But time is over and the time is now. Vince Rickman
is where he always has been and where he belongs. I don't know,
Vince. Just this book came out this week called Ringmaster that's supposed to be
like this big tell all book and go and read. Excuse me, I
wrote that you didn't write the book. What does that even mean? I
wrote it. I wrote the book. I wrote the manuscript, and I
said, here, look, you two clowns, whoever they are, you
sign your names to it and then I'm it's gonna be mine. It has
a lot of unflattering details and revelations in their bins, and all the way
through it says that you, you know, lied about how tough I you
were zoned up in North Carolina. I lie. I call myself a Charlotte
Okay, because you grew up in Charlotte. But I mean that. And
also because of the fact that I'm willing, I'm not. I have no
vanity in that regard, I have no ego to bruise in that regard.
I don't care if you think I'm a nice guy. I don't care if
you think I'm an ideviant. I'll say whatever story I want, because in
that moment, that is the truth. Whatever the truth is that keeps me
and my company moving forward, is the truth of the moment, and I
will agree to that. Is it tomorrow's truth? Maybe maybe not? Is

because of tomorrow's truth. It's exciting times here in the world, all right,
And I've got future endeavors to complete. Lastly, going back, Vince,
looking at how this all played out, considering the tone and the circumstances
we found ourselves in when we first started sitting down for this project late last
year, and looking where we are today, I don't know. The whole
