<v Speaker 1>So let's get into Saturday night's main event that comes
<v Speaker 1>to us tomorrow night from Salt Lakes City, and a
<v Speaker 1>card that is four matches deep, which means, as per
<v Speaker 1>the Triple H Era, fewer matches, longer matches, which I
<v Speaker 1>still believe is the right choice. So we have four matches.
<v Speaker 1>We'll dive into those in a moment. We're going to
<v Speaker 1>get into the emails and the voicemails that you guys
<v Speaker 1>sent in and then we'll be done. So, first of all,
<v Speaker 1>if you want to join us on Patreon and everything
<v Speaker 1>you hear right now, go add free and be able
<v Speaker 1>to have a discord server and a lot of other things.
<v Speaker 1>Head on over to patreon dot com slash WWE podcast
<v Speaker 1>if you want to go add free join us. It's
<v Speaker 1>also a one week free trial if you'd like to
<v Speaker 1>join us there too. So let's do it. Let's do
<v Speaker 1>it right now. Let's go into the predictions. I'll go
<v Speaker 1>into the predictions that way, when I answer your emails,
<v Speaker 1>I can respond to them when you give yours. So
<v Speaker 1>I'm going to start here with the Inner Continental Championship
<v Speaker 1>Dominic Mysterio versus pet Penta versus russev in a triple
<v Speaker 1>threat match no rules. This could certainly be a setup
<v Speaker 1>for Finn Balor to finally get into a program with
<v Speaker 1>Dom and be the one to cost Dom. It could
<v Speaker 1>be that it feels like we've been waiting for that
<v Speaker 1>for multiple years now, So I'll put that as a
<v Speaker 1>possibility that Finn costs Dom. But wouldn't you rather have
<v Speaker 1>Finn versus Dom for the title so Finn could turn
<v Speaker 1>on Dom at the end of this if I mean,
<v Speaker 1>I know, Finn's kind of got his own thing going
<v Speaker 1>on right now too, but I'm putting that as an
<v Speaker 1>outside chance that we could finally see the start of
<v Speaker 1>Finn versus Dom possibly, although why not make that a
<v Speaker 1>WrestleMania match, hoo forthought, So, who is this? I would
<v Speaker 1>hope that it's Dominic mysterio. Penta and Russo were kind
<v Speaker 1>of boring choices. Penta has, I think, at this point,
<v Speaker 1>realized his ceiling with his gimmick. Not saying he's a
<v Speaker 1>bad wrestler. I'm not saying that he can't go higher
<v Speaker 1>and that he's not skilled in the ring, but his
<v Speaker 1>limitations are becoming more and more apparent, and that means
<v Speaker 1>on the mic, which I've said for so many people.
<v Speaker 1>The limitations are on the microphone and Penta is no
<v Speaker 1>different and his gimmick and his music and his in
<v Speaker 1>ring I think are this is the highest you'll see
<v Speaker 1>him go with just his current assets, meaning he's not
<v Speaker 1>in a particularly interesting choice to win. Sure he's never
<v Speaker 1>won before, it's different, but then you have Roussev on
<v Speaker 1>the other side, and it's like, well, Russev has pretty
<v Speaker 1>much slid back into the role he was in before
<v Speaker 1>he left to go to AEW, so he's not particularly
<v Speaker 1>interesting either. Dominic mysteria is the one that's hot right now.
<v Speaker 1>He's in a transition to babyface, which means he's coming
<v Speaker 1>up with fun ways Eddie Guerrero asque ways to retain
<v Speaker 1>and I think he'll continue here. Who does he beat
<v Speaker 1>Probably Russev. Think Dominic is going to pin Russev or
<v Speaker 1>use some underhanded tactic. But remember triple threat matches by
<v Speaker 1>default are no disqualification. You know my thoughts on that.
<v Speaker 1>It's ridiculous, it's beyond stupid, but it is what it is.
<v Speaker 1>These matches have no disqualification. So it's gonna challenge dom
<v Speaker 1>to have to do stuff behind the referees back because
<v Speaker 1>you don't have to. What that means is you could
<v Speaker 1>have Dom just capitalized. He stumbles into a victory here
<v Speaker 1>with Penta hitting maybe a finish on Russev or Rusov
<v Speaker 1>knocks himself out. I'm not I don't know. I mean
<v Speaker 1>or Dom could just flat out hit his frog splash,
<v Speaker 1>win one, two three and retain. He could use brass
<v Speaker 1>nuts right in front of the referee. Why not he
<v Speaker 1>You know, he could use a low blow. People are
<v Speaker 1>behind Dom no matter what he does here, as long
<v Speaker 1>as it's against Russev and even against Penta to some degree,
<v Speaker 1>fans are going to be behind him. And it's a
<v Speaker 1>fun ride that we're on with Dom. We're just being
<v Speaker 1>started here with his good guy run, and I think
<v Speaker 1>Dominic Masterio comes off and retains the Intercontinental Championship. I
<v Speaker 1>think it's the right choice. It's really it's not the
<v Speaker 1>only choice, but it is the overwhelming right choice to
<v Speaker 1>make here because, as I said, Penta or Russev winning
<v Speaker 1>kind of makes the Intercontinental title not devalued, but less
<v Speaker 1>interesting by a wide margin, because neither character is particularly interesting,
<v Speaker 1>as I mentioned the reasons earlier for that, So Dominic
<v Speaker 1>material I think comes out the victor in a match that,
<v Speaker 1>as far as quality goes, I think it's going to
<v Speaker 1>be a fifteen to eighteen minute, really good, fun, near
<v Speaker 1>fall match. So Tiffany Stratton versus Jade Cargill for the
<v Speaker 1>Women's Championship, we finally have a heel Jade here, Heel
<v Speaker 1>Jade against babyface Tiffany. Although I would argue Tiffany Stratton
<v Speaker 1>is a heel in her own right, just the way
<v Speaker 1>that she carries herself, her demeanor, she's off putting, her voice,
<v Speaker 1>the way she delivers promos, kind of like her whole
<v Speaker 1>aura screams heel. Even though the fans got behind her,
<v Speaker 1>and I understand why they did, and I don't disagree,
<v Speaker 1>but it seems as if since she won the title,
<v Speaker 1>she's been a bit kind of just as I said,
<v Speaker 1>off putting. Not as off putting as say Sasha Banks
<v Speaker 1>was throughout most of her career in WWE, but Tiffany Stratton,
<v Speaker 1>I think it does have heel tendencies in her own right.
<v Speaker 1>Even though the fans will be behind her, and I'm
<v Speaker 1>much more behind Tiffany than I am. Jade, who I'm
<v Speaker 1>glad has turned heel. It could breathe new life into her,
<v Speaker 1>open up her personality a bit. We get to maybe
<v Speaker 1>hear her more on the mic. She doesn't have to
<v Speaker 1>be so constrained. Who cares that the fans boo her
<v Speaker 1>because they're supposed to anyway. So I'm interested to see
<v Speaker 1>what happens here because Jade could could win. I think
<v Speaker 1>there's a real chance Jade wins here. In fact, that's
<v Speaker 1>my prediction. I think j Cargill wins because wouldn't that
<v Speaker 1>make her even more of a heel. I mean Jade
<v Speaker 1>should win here, actually, and it would put a little
<v Speaker 1>more sympathy on Tiffany. Jade might cheat to win, that's fine,
<v Speaker 1>I guess, although not all heels need to cheat to win.
<v Speaker 1>I think I need to remind WWE that you can
<v Speaker 1>just have a heel. That's just because they're a quote
<v Speaker 1>unquote bad guy. Doesn't mean that they're not just better
<v Speaker 1>in the ring than the babyface. But sure, if they
<v Speaker 1>want to make it clear that Jade's the bad one
<v Speaker 1>here and think you're supposed to boo her, you could
<v Speaker 1>ever do something underhanded to win. She could have help.
<v Speaker 1>But I think Jade should be crowned here because they
<v Speaker 1>wanted to crown her champion a long time ago, but
<v Speaker 1>the fans weren't with it. They were outright rejecting Jade
<v Speaker 1>as a baby face they and rightfully so too, because
<v Speaker 1>she had no connection with the fans none. I've talked
<v Speaker 1>about that so many times in the past too, trying
<v Speaker 1>to avoid repeating myself, but they had the fact is
<v Speaker 1>that she has no connection with the fans in terms
<v Speaker 1>of just that that connection we're supposed to cheer her for.
<v Speaker 1>That reaction is not going to come naturally with what
<v Speaker 1>she presented to us as the good guy version of
<v Speaker 1>Jade or the good gal version of Jade. So this
<v Speaker 1>could reinvigorate her. I think it will. I think her
<v Speaker 1>as a heel dominating heel women's champion. I think there's
<v Speaker 1>a very good chance that Jade wins here, and again
<v Speaker 1>I would make her champion because who cares if they
<v Speaker 1>boo or you're supposed to. It's the right role for
<v Speaker 1>her now. So Jade should win, Tiffany will drop the
<v Speaker 1>belt here. I feel actually pretty strong about this. If
<v Speaker 1>Tiffany retains, I think it would undercut a lot of
<v Speaker 1>the turn by Jade that again is really fresh. So
<v Speaker 1>wouldn't you want to get off and running with Jade.
<v Speaker 1>If you have Tiffany outright beat Jade really softens her turn.
<v Speaker 1>So I think that Jade is going to win. I
<v Speaker 1>feel ninety percent confident about that, very high. I've talked
<v Speaker 1>to myself, Higher and Hire as I've been speaking the
<v Speaker 1>last couple of minutes here, Jade is my pick. See
<v Speaker 1>I'm Punk and Jay Uso for the world title. This
<v Speaker 1>one's interesting because Jay has been very much expected to
<v Speaker 1>turn heel for months now. There's been a lot of
<v Speaker 1>teasing and tension between him and Jimmy and Roman. This
<v Speaker 1>one has the potential to certainly turn out that way
<v Speaker 1>where Jay does turn heel, he does something underhanded to
<v Speaker 1>beat Punk and we have a heel Jayuso. That's fine too.
<v Speaker 1>And don't forget, I'm leaning more towards and I think
<v Speaker 1>WW fans should generally be leaning more towards a heel
<v Speaker 1>champion Reigin right now because we're heading into WrestleMania season
<v Speaker 1>very soon, which means you want a babyface to try
<v Speaker 1>to overcome the heel at WrestleMania. That's the story that
<v Speaker 1>your whole year is built around SummerSlam to some degree,
<v Speaker 1>yes Summer Yes, or I'm sorry, WrestleMania not Summer Slam.
<v Speaker 1>WrestleMania to some degree, and you do have the other
<v Speaker 1>big pls to rumble in SummerSlam, but your whole year
<v Speaker 1>is you know, it builds around WrestleMania, so you want
<v Speaker 1>heels typically to go into WrestleMania as champions. So that
<v Speaker 1>would lead me to believe that if Jay wins, he
<v Speaker 1>should turn heel or the fans will just do it
<v Speaker 1>for him, and we have a heel Jay going into
<v Speaker 1>maybe WrestleMania, although I wouldn't even go that far with him.
<v Speaker 1>You could definitely go into the Rumble with Jay and
<v Speaker 1>have Jay loose there. That's possible too. But no matter what,
<v Speaker 1>if Jay wins here, you have to turn him heel
<v Speaker 1>again or the fans are just gonna do it for you.
<v Speaker 1>I don't need to see another j Uso World title run.
<v Speaker 1>It did not. I wouldn't say it was an outright disaster,
<v Speaker 1>but it didn't fit him. You can go back to
<v Speaker 1>listen to me then, I'm not just you know, having
<v Speaker 1>revisionist history or going along with what people are saying
<v Speaker 1>now and leaning on how many dislikes the Viewtube video
<v Speaker 1>God of Jay winning the Battle Royal I'm simply kind
<v Speaker 1>of just doubling down on what I've been saying about
<v Speaker 1>Jay since he won the Rumble last year beat Gun
<v Speaker 1>thro at WrestleMania, which I still think is a stupid choice.
<v Speaker 1>But Jay Us and CM Punk, this is a tough
<v Speaker 1>call to have somebody pick. To have Cempunk win a
<v Speaker 1>world championship at Saturday night main event is not the
<v Speaker 1>biggest platform for one of the biggest stars to ever
<v Speaker 1>return to the company. And yes, it's been two years
<v Speaker 1>and we haven't really seen a run with Punk. I
<v Speaker 1>don't I don't count the two minutes he wanted at
<v Speaker 1>Summer Slam. It doesn't matter. I think Jay Us so
<v Speaker 1>wins here. I'm not ultra confident because you could certainly
<v Speaker 1>make a You can make a serious case for Punk
<v Speaker 1>to win here too and just have a baby face
<v Speaker 1>run with Punk and Jay doesn't actually turn heel. You
<v Speaker 1>could go that way too. This is not easy to predict.
<v Speaker 1>You could have Jimmy interfere in this. You could have
<v Speaker 1>Roman appear in this. You could have Chris Jericho, who's
<v Speaker 1>apparently on his way back to w WEP here and
<v Speaker 1>he may be the one that ww has been putting
<v Speaker 1>out a bunch of videos of just this pair of
<v Speaker 1>shoes walking. I mean they literally put out like ten
<v Speaker 1>videos of somebody just walking in dress shoes, whoever that
<v Speaker 1>may be, and many people believe it's Chris Jericho, some
<v Speaker 1>people believe it's Gunther. So you could certainly have interference
<v Speaker 1>here either from Jimmy, who's highly likely, Roman who is
<v Speaker 1>somewhat likely, Chris Jericho who's unlikely but possible, and Gunther,
<v Speaker 1>who's also unlikely but possible. You have four guys that
<v Speaker 1>are floating out there that could certainly have a say
<v Speaker 1>in this match. And still I think Jay wins, and
<v Speaker 1>I think they turn him heel like I said with Jade,
<v Speaker 1>now so jau So wins and what I think is
<v Speaker 1>going to be a really fun match. As much as
<v Speaker 1>I criticized Jay for his personality and his yeats and
<v Speaker 1>all the rest of it, I really still think that
<v Speaker 1>it's it is jay U's so who really brings it
<v Speaker 1>back and reminds you how good he is when he's
<v Speaker 1>in the ring.
<v Speaker 2>He is.
<v Speaker 1>He's very good outside of the just comically the comic
<v Speaker 1>number of super kicks that he delivers in a match,
<v Speaker 1>which is just stupid. But outside of that he's an
<v Speaker 1>incredible wrestler and he has a lot of crowd support,
<v Speaker 1>and I can't deny that. I'm not taking away anything
<v Speaker 1>from Jay. He also said, though on an ex lately,
<v Speaker 1>that he is he's you know, he's not just an entrance,
<v Speaker 1>and that he's equal now with Roman Reigns. No, you're not, dude,
<v Speaker 1>Are you kidding? How many main events has a Roman
<v Speaker 1>Reign's been in? Let me ask you this, I say,
<v Speaker 1>WrestleMania main events, And sure, you've been in one with
<v Speaker 1>Gunther and you won, but it was a disaster because
<v Speaker 1>you were stripped of the belt within a couple of months,
<v Speaker 1>which is unheard of for a babyface winning a title
<v Speaker 1>at WrestleMania. By the way, it's embarrassing. But you're equal
<v Speaker 1>in what way? I mean as human beings. Sure, I
<v Speaker 1>believe you're equal as humans, as people, but in terms
<v Speaker 1>of wrestling personalities, wrestling characters, needle moving, you know, simply
<v Speaker 1>just being a draw in the company. I mean, you're
<v Speaker 1>kidding right that there's no way he truly believes that
<v Speaker 1>you can't. What metric is he using? What metric is
<v Speaker 1>he using to say he's on equal footing with Roman Reigns.
<v Speaker 1>I'd love to know, because every metric you can put
<v Speaker 1>in front of me would say otherwise. He was part
<v Speaker 1>of the bloodline, and Jay did an awesome job as
<v Speaker 1>part of the blood line, but the bloodline centered around
<v Speaker 1>Roman Reigns, not Jay Uso. He set some really good matches,
<v Speaker 1>he set some disastrous matches. Allah wrestle MANNI forty with
<v Speaker 1>his brother, Jay Uso is one of the most celebrated
<v Speaker 1>tag teams of all one half of the tag teams
<v Speaker 1>of all time in the USOS, no doubt, Hall of Famer. Yes,
<v Speaker 1>so maybe that's the only thing you have in common
<v Speaker 1>with Roman Reigns is that you are both Hall of Famers.
<v Speaker 1>Although I would say Roman is a legend, he's reaching
<v Speaker 1>legend status where Jay is just going to make it
<v Speaker 1>into the Hall of Fame as a tag team. And hey,
<v Speaker 1>I'm not trying to take him down. He's an incredibly
<v Speaker 1>accomplished wrestler, but he's not in the league of Roman Reigns.
<v Speaker 1>I mean, you may share some blood, you maybe have
<v Speaker 1>some genetics that are the same, but that's kind of
<v Speaker 1>where it stops. Roman Reigns is a needle moving performer.
<v Speaker 1>Now he's no longer in the just kind of regular wrestler.
<v Speaker 1>In other words, Roman doesn't even need championships anymore. He
<v Speaker 1>could never hold a belt again and his legacy would
<v Speaker 1>not be changed. Jay Uso, on the other hand, still
<v Speaker 1>has things he needs to do if he wants to
<v Speaker 1>be in the conversation, although I never think he'll reach
<v Speaker 1>the level of Roman Reigns. Never because Roman Rains is
<v Speaker 1>in elite territory. Now he's up there. I would argue
<v Speaker 1>with John Cena's and The Rocks and Stone Cold, do
<v Speaker 1>I think the Rock and Austin are still bigger stars overall?
<v Speaker 1>Yes they are. They're bigger are They're a bigger draw
<v Speaker 1>if they ever were to come back. They have household
<v Speaker 1>brand value that Roman Reigns still kind of doesn't. But
<v Speaker 1>my point is Jay is kidding himself, hopefully on purpose,
<v Speaker 1>that he's equal quote unquote to Roman Reigns. But okay,
<v Speaker 1>moving on underspeed a champion Cody Roads versus Drew McIntyre.
<v Speaker 1>This obviously is for the belt. Now this is a
<v Speaker 1>kind of a tough one as well, because you can
<v Speaker 1>make the argument for Drew to finally win, you could.
<v Speaker 1>I just don't think it's still Drew's time, not that
<v Speaker 1>I don't think it is. I don't think WWE thinks
<v Speaker 1>it is. But Drew. How many championship matches is Drew
<v Speaker 1>going to get and lose between the undisputed the world title?
<v Speaker 1>I know what is like, there is no value anymore
<v Speaker 1>in keeping Cody champion unless there's an end goal, which
<v Speaker 1>I would hope there is, to maybe turn him heel.
<v Speaker 1>But I mean, how many people return and heel here
<v Speaker 1>that I've just outlined with jay Uso turning heel and
<v Speaker 1>who else did I just say, oh h Jayuso turning heel?
<v Speaker 2>Right?
<v Speaker 1>I mean, so you can't have everyone turn heel. You
<v Speaker 1>have to have some baby faces remain. I don't think
<v Speaker 1>this is a Cody roads heel turned matchup. You know,
<v Speaker 1>if you want to try to find some evidence, you
<v Speaker 1>might be able to find something if you really look
<v Speaker 1>for it. But I don't think that's the purpose of
<v Speaker 1>this match. Again. I think you could have big, big
<v Speaker 1>returns be involved here. I think Cody wins. Let me
<v Speaker 1>get that out of the way. I think Cody wins,
<v Speaker 1>and he's going to retain the championship. Drew's going to
<v Speaker 1>lose his mind and maybe end up Clay mooring Cody
<v Speaker 1>after the match and then someone comes out to save him,
<v Speaker 1>like Chris Jericho. That is possible. I don't think Roman
<v Speaker 1>Reigns gets involved here. Roman, if he's going to do anything,
<v Speaker 1>even if he's going to be here, I don't know.
<v Speaker 1>At Salt Lake City or Insult Lake could be involved
<v Speaker 1>in Jay and Punk that would make a little bit
<v Speaker 1>more sense. So Cody and Drew could result with a
<v Speaker 1>big return at the end of the matchup, maybe even Gunther,
<v Speaker 1>although Gunther's on Raw and he would be more inclined
<v Speaker 1>to chase the world title that he lost. So Gunther
<v Speaker 1>could certainly come back, and they think that's possible more
<v Speaker 1>in the world title match. But Cody and Drew, I
<v Speaker 1>mean they'll put on a twenty twenty two minute just
<v Speaker 1>awesome match. This is it gonna be an all time classic.
<v Speaker 1>I mean that's hard to ever say that's gonna happen.
<v Speaker 1>They're capable of it. But I'm more concerned about the
<v Speaker 1>end result here rather than the quality of the match
<v Speaker 1>that you know is going to be be plus a
<v Speaker 1>minus or higher. These two are going to kill it.
<v Speaker 1>I mean, they're just that they don't know how to
<v Speaker 1>not kill it. They don't know how to fail. Cody
<v Speaker 1>and Drew are just I mean, they're outstanding, both of them.
<v Speaker 1>And I can say that and also say that I
<v Speaker 1>hate Cody Rose's character and I always will as a babyface.
<v Speaker 1>I despise it. It's disgusting, it's so phony. You want
<v Speaker 1>to talk about somebody that is largely entrance, Cody Rhodes
<v Speaker 1>Without that entrance, do I dare say he's not as
<v Speaker 1>successful as he is? I mean, I know a lot
<v Speaker 1>of people are gonna scoffed at that. Oh he's looking
<v Speaker 1>at the mic work and his in ring. Absolutely absolutely
<v Speaker 1>he is. I mean, Cody Rhoads is one of the
<v Speaker 1>better men on the mic, He's one of the better
<v Speaker 1>men in the ring. He knows how to wrestle, no doubt.
<v Speaker 1>But I think would initially grab people was the entrance
<v Speaker 1>and the music. And you know, maybe he still achieves
<v Speaker 1>this success, but maybe not as quickly because that entrance.
<v Speaker 1>It's a phenomenal babyface entrance. So my point about all
<v Speaker 1>this is possible big heel turn or turns. Drew I
<v Speaker 1>think loses. Unfortunately, unfortunately Drew loses. I think you could
<v Speaker 1>have a massive returning Chris Jericho could I'd give that
<v Speaker 1>like a forty percent chance. So Cody retains, Jay wins
<v Speaker 1>and turns Heel Jade Jed, Jade wins in Turnteal, Jay wins,
<v Speaker 1>and maybe Turnteal I'd put that a little bit less
<v Speaker 1>of a chance than Jade, and then you have Dominic
<v Speaker 1>retain in a very entertaining matchup. So should be a
<v Speaker 1>very interesting night Tomorrow night with potential returns, big Heel
<v Speaker 1>turns on the horizon. And if none of that happens,
<v Speaker 1>which sometimes you predict all these extra things of potential
<v Speaker 1>returns and in turn heel turns and all the rest,
<v Speaker 1>which I'm kind of throwing out there as a decently
<v Speaker 1>chanced and then nothing happens, you have just kind of
<v Speaker 1>a oh, it was all about the wrestling, and a
<v Speaker 1>lot of time Saturday Night Man events aren't just about
<v Speaker 1>the wrestling. So you could have none of these happen,
<v Speaker 1>a very standard outcome in Cody retaining, you know, maybe
<v Speaker 1>Punk wins. You could have Tiffany retain and dom dom
<v Speaker 1>retained with no turns, but that would I mean, I
<v Speaker 1>hope they don't do that because that would leave a
<v Speaker 1>lot of cards on the table. Okay, so that's my
<v Speaker 1>predictions and my thoughts. Let's hear from you. What do
<v Speaker 1>you guys think is going to happen. Let's get to
<v Speaker 1>it and let me refresh my feed here. I know
<v Speaker 1>I've got a couple of emails. Let's actually start with
<v Speaker 1>Jamie G. I won't say your full name. I'm not
<v Speaker 1>sure if you want me to. So Jamie G says, hello, fella,
<v Speaker 1>A couple of things for you this week. The whole
<v Speaker 1>bron turning on SETH just feels so rushed. The vision
<v Speaker 1>for me had such a long way to go, and
<v Speaker 1>I feel like they just panicked. I still have faith
<v Speaker 1>because I refuse to believe that a J Punk match
<v Speaker 1>is going to be a clean match. Jay turning doesn't
<v Speaker 1>excite me, and Punk winning at Saturday night main event meh.
<v Speaker 1>No contest after some interference, Well, I hope they don't
<v Speaker 1>do a no contest. That's also another possibility. Thank you
<v Speaker 1>Jamie for bringing that up. They could certainly do a
<v Speaker 1>no contest where there's no winner. But with the prices
<v Speaker 1>that you're charging the fans now, which I still believe
<v Speaker 1>fans as a mass should revolt in and stop buying
<v Speaker 1>to bring down ticket prices. We need outcomes, especially if
<v Speaker 1>you're if you're in person and you don't get a
<v Speaker 1>new World champion. I mean, you're really cheating the fans
<v Speaker 1>there who have paid good money to be there, more
<v Speaker 1>than they've ever paid ever for any Saturday Night Man event.
<v Speaker 1>I mean, the ticket prices are skyrocketing. You can't cheat
<v Speaker 1>the fans into a no contest here. I totally get
<v Speaker 1>the booking, but this is one of those things that's like, Okay,
<v Speaker 1>the booking actually makes sense where there's still a vacant
<v Speaker 1>championship because somebody gets disqualified, nobody wins. The championship remains
<v Speaker 1>vacant even after the match with Jay and Punk. But
<v Speaker 1>you can't do that. I would say that the fans
<v Speaker 1>in person override that, and it would also tell fans
<v Speaker 1>who are gonna maybe potentially buy future tickets. Hey, you know,
<v Speaker 1>wwe can cheat yet of a real finish here, the
<v Speaker 1>fans would boo the hell out of it, and rightfully so,
<v Speaker 1>so I get it, But I don't think it may
<v Speaker 1>not be a clean match either. I've predicted potential interference
<v Speaker 1>from Roman or Gunther. They are wild cards here. You
<v Speaker 1>could also have Jay do something Healish to win and
<v Speaker 1>beat Punk. I'm still of the belief Punk's gonna lose
<v Speaker 1>the match here because I don't think that it's the
<v Speaker 1>right stage for somebody of Punk's star power to finally
<v Speaker 1>win the championship and have a run with it. Okay,
<v Speaker 1>for a while now, you've been commenting about how you
<v Speaker 1>hated Triple H come out and saying if we're ready.
<v Speaker 1>I disagreed, because if I were there live, I would
<v Speaker 1>be excited to see him come out to his theme music. However,
<v Speaker 1>it's gone from that to him now just appearing in
<v Speaker 1>the ring and spouting a few words. What really turned
<v Speaker 1>me though, was when I saw him on the WrestleMania poster.
<v Speaker 1>Why is he the head of creative on a poster
<v Speaker 1>for the biggest event of the year. It's like putting
<v Speaker 1>a director on the cover of a movie. Jamie, I
<v Speaker 1>couldn't agree more. And the thing with Triple H Okay
<v Speaker 1>and I get in person, it's a different experience, and
<v Speaker 1>I would be the first one if I were in
<v Speaker 1>person to see Triple H in person again, or the
<v Speaker 1>nostalgic moment of it to be like, hey, cool man,
<v Speaker 1>you know I'm now I'm forty years old. I've been
<v Speaker 1>watching wrestling since I was Good Lord twelve thirteen. There's
<v Speaker 1>been a hell of a long time. Many of you
<v Speaker 1>are in the same boat or even longer. And to
<v Speaker 1>see Triple H again with this theme music, and I
<v Speaker 1>totally get it. I don't criticize people in person for
<v Speaker 1>cheering it when they're there, I understand, but that's the
<v Speaker 1>fraction of a one percent of the audience that's watching.
<v Speaker 1>For the ninety nine point nine amount of people that
<v Speaker 1>are watching who are at home, you're going, oh my god, right,
<v Speaker 1>it's not nearly as exciting sitting at home. You're just like,
<v Speaker 1>good Lord, like trips, can you just stop it. We
<v Speaker 1>don't need to see you. We know you're out here,
<v Speaker 1>like I don't even need you to be here to
<v Speaker 1>know what you're gonna say, Like you're out here for
<v Speaker 1>self serving reasons. And I also kind of understand that
<v Speaker 1>to some degree too, because you're a previous performer. You
<v Speaker 1>still have that itch and leaves your blood you want
<v Speaker 1>to get that rush. Totally get it. But also the
<v Speaker 1>massive downside of that is a lot of fans at
<v Speaker 1>home growing like, dude, stop and you had even Triple
<v Speaker 1>H at the end of WrestleMania forty, come out and
<v Speaker 1>hold up Cody's hand, as if he didn't just write
<v Speaker 1>this in the script that he created to have Cody win.
<v Speaker 1>It's very like fourth wall meta layers, Like it's weird.
<v Speaker 1>I don't like it. I don't want Like you said,
<v Speaker 1>I don't want to see the director of a movie
<v Speaker 1>and the poster for the movie. I don't want to
<v Speaker 1>see it unless for some reason, the director is actually
<v Speaker 1>having a match or in part of the movie, which
<v Speaker 1>occasionally you will see. Stephen King I think has done
<v Speaker 1>it once or twice in some of his movies, even
<v Speaker 1>the weird one here, but the Christmas Story, I believe
<v Speaker 1>the director was a extra or something in the movie.
<v Speaker 1>Like but outside of that, I mean, even then, I
<v Speaker 1>still would disagree with having the director or in this case,
<v Speaker 1>the head of creative in the poster. It is extremely
<v Speaker 1>self serving. Why I know, maybe he's doing it. And
<v Speaker 1>the argument is that he is a he's a draw
<v Speaker 1>like people know his face, and that's true, But when
<v Speaker 1>are we going to just pass the torch? Dude, you
<v Speaker 1>haven't had an actual match in like what eight ten years,
<v Speaker 1>Like we're done, Like, okay, we get it. You know,
<v Speaker 1>you're the head of creative I would agree, totally agree
<v Speaker 1>with that. It is extremely self serving. And as as
<v Speaker 1>a fan at home, you're like, come on, this is
<v Speaker 1>a this is yawn inducing. So thank you, Jamie, I
<v Speaker 1>appreciate that. All right, let's get to voicemails. We've actually
<v Speaker 1>got a few here, so uh, first, one up, I
<v Speaker 1>believe this is someone from Tokyo. Yes, Tokyo, let's see
<v Speaker 1>see what's going on?
<v Speaker 3>Hey, what's going on? So this is a frank from Tokyo.
<v Speaker 3>I've been meaning to call in because you know, I'm like,
<v Speaker 3>there one caller from over on the other side of
<v Speaker 3>the world here. I called for two reasons today. So one,
<v Speaker 3>I just wanted to show appreciation. I love your guys' show.
<v Speaker 3>It keeps me tied back back to the that side
<v Speaker 3>of the world and everything there and what's going on
<v Speaker 3>in that world because it's completely different over here. And two,
<v Speaker 3>I wanted to let you guys know. So I went
<v Speaker 3>to my first live show and good god, like thirty years,
<v Speaker 3>but I took my five year old son because on
<v Speaker 3>Saturday night two of the super shows here in Japan,
<v Speaker 3>I was able to get some pretty decent seats for
<v Speaker 3>you know, not an arm in a leg like a
<v Speaker 3>lot of places pay. We roughly paid for my wife,
<v Speaker 3>my son, and me under four hundred bucks for front
<v Speaker 3>row top section, which is in the Sumo arena. It's
<v Speaker 3>like a luxury box area. So I think that's pretty
<v Speaker 3>good because it came with free concessions and everything and
<v Speaker 3>like one choice of a free merch so it was
<v Speaker 3>like a package deal. So I think it was good
<v Speaker 3>for his first of because he couldn't even make it
<v Speaker 3>all the way through. But that's because the event, I
<v Speaker 3>think for road show, house show, whatever you want to
<v Speaker 3>call it. My last one that I went to, I
<v Speaker 3>was maybe ten, but my first one I went to
<v Speaker 3>there was only three matches, but I fell in love
<v Speaker 3>with wrestling because I saw Jimmy Snooka, you know, jump
<v Speaker 3>twenty feet up in the air, and I was like, oh,
<v Speaker 3>I'm hooked on this stuff. But the lineup basically was
<v Speaker 3>jay Uso versus russev Dominic, Mysterial versus Pinsa, AJ Styles
<v Speaker 3>versus Kofi Kingston, a fatal four way between the women's champion, Stephanie,
<v Speaker 3>Raquel Rodriguez, Rhea Ripley, and EO Sky, which Ria Ripley
<v Speaker 3>broke her nose and at that point, my son we
<v Speaker 3>could really see the blood, but we could see it
<v Speaker 3>on the TV, so he got a little freaked out.
<v Speaker 3>So we decided to call at night because yeah, it
<v Speaker 3>was like an hour ride back on the train anyway,
<v Speaker 3>so I didn't want to like overstress him, but that
<v Speaker 3>kind of freaked him out a little bit, which sucks
<v Speaker 3>because we missed Ibar in Americano and then the final match,
<v Speaker 3>which I'm unsure because I saw multiple pictures from both nights,
<v Speaker 3>but I think it was seem Punk and Shinske Nak
<v Speaker 3>and Mora versus the Bronx. But afterwards they had a
<v Speaker 3>special moment which I really embummed I missed out on,
<v Speaker 3>which was they brought Aj Styles out and said goodbye
<v Speaker 3>to him, because obviously Aj has a long history here
<v Speaker 3>in Japan.
<v Speaker 1>Frank, I think the first time, Yeah, good to hear
<v Speaker 1>from you all the way over in Tokyo. I'd look
<v Speaker 1>at my stats. We do have some people in Japan.
<v Speaker 1>I don't know how many, but we do have I
<v Speaker 1>think a few hundred listens from Japan that general area.
<v Speaker 1>Most come obviously from North America and the UK, and
<v Speaker 1>some in Australia and the rest of the around the world.
<v Speaker 1>But cool, cool, I really do appreciate that, and I
<v Speaker 1>appreciate your story and the fact that we can keep
<v Speaker 1>you connected here to the Western world for better or worse.
<v Speaker 1>And I hope that it's a it's a fun, fun,
<v Speaker 1>fun day for you. I don't know if you're bringing
<v Speaker 1>your son out for Halloween or kind of what the
<v Speaker 1>culture is over there for Halloween, or how much it's
<v Speaker 1>celebrated over there, that kind of thing, and but yeah, hey,
<v Speaker 1>I love that you're able to bring your son to
<v Speaker 1>a wrestling show. I have not yet brought mine. He
<v Speaker 1>is somewhat interested in wrestling, but like you said, like
<v Speaker 1>something like that with an accident with Rhea Ripley did
<v Speaker 1>freak him out, and rightfully so, I mean you you
<v Speaker 1>you did miss something, but it was an unforeseen, unforeseen incident.
<v Speaker 1>But overall, sounds like you had a good time and
<v Speaker 1>the price seemed right. Now, the fact that you were
<v Speaker 1>able to go to a show least that was like
<v Speaker 1>four hundred dollars for a front row top section for
<v Speaker 1>you and your your child and your wife, that's pretty
<v Speaker 1>damn good, Pretty damn good. Now you weren't again in
<v Speaker 1>the front row ring side, but I'm sure your view
<v Speaker 1>is pretty good. If your front row, even in the
<v Speaker 1>top section, you still got a great view of the ring.
<v Speaker 1>I've been there and it's still I think maybe worth
<v Speaker 1>four hundred dollars. I mean certainly that that to me
<v Speaker 1>is what the old, older pricing is. But here in
<v Speaker 1>the US, man is brutal. It's brutal, and you go
<v Speaker 1>to any pl e, especially overseas, it is going. I mean,
<v Speaker 1>I'm not even kidding when I say people are going
<v Speaker 1>to take out personal loans, maybe even take out second
<v Speaker 1>mortgages on their home to go to WrestleMania this year,
<v Speaker 1>which is just ridiculous. But back to your story, I
<v Speaker 1>don't want to go off track. I'm glad that again
<v Speaker 1>you were able to go with your family the moment
<v Speaker 1>with AJ Styles. I'm sure it was just awesome. You know, obviously,
<v Speaker 1>as you said, tons of history in Japan, you know
<v Speaker 1>a lot of memories for AJ there and his whole
<v Speaker 1>next year is going to be about AJ Style. It's
<v Speaker 1>probably celebrating AJ Styles, and rightfully so there so I'm
<v Speaker 1>glad you were able to enjoy wrestling with your family.
<v Speaker 1>It's a great thing to share with your family and
<v Speaker 1>connect and bond and all that kind of stuff. It's true.
<v Speaker 1>It sounds kind of cliche and squishy, but it's true,
<v Speaker 1>and I hope that you continue. And whenever they go
<v Speaker 1>over to Japan, I don't know how often they're there.
<v Speaker 1>I would imagine though, in the coming years, they're going
<v Speaker 1>to be there more than normal because w w ee's
<v Speaker 1>global strategy has really expanded. I mean, you'll notice how
<v Speaker 1>many pls are not in the in the United States
<v Speaker 1>anymore or Canada. They're they're you know, in the UK,
<v Speaker 1>or in Australia or the Dominican Republic or Puerto Rico
<v Speaker 1>or I mean they're they're they're really trying to move
<v Speaker 1>out of the United States, which yeah, I have mixed
<v Speaker 1>feelings about selfishly, but I would that should result in
<v Speaker 1>more events, live events, televised events, and or plees in Japan.
<v Speaker 1>I don't know if you mentioned how close you are
<v Speaker 1>to Tokyo and if you live right in Tokyo, but
<v Speaker 1>if it's not a long drive and the price is
<v Speaker 1>somewhat right, hey, you know, you could have more events
<v Speaker 1>in the next couple of years to be able to
<v Speaker 1>bring your family to so very good. Thank you, Frank,
<v Speaker 1>good to hear from you. Let's go to our next caller.
<v Speaker 4>Kind of for Baltimore. So I wanted to talk about, uh,
<v Speaker 4>you know, the world title situation. You know, I think
<v Speaker 4>there are people who are assuming and kind of are
<v Speaker 4>slightly expecting break and read to interfere on Saturday against
<v Speaker 4>Punk and Jay because there's no heat with between between
<v Speaker 4>these two, which I get, but to hold off it
<v Speaker 4>tis The virus series seems a little too long, I
<v Speaker 4>don't think, and I think majority of them is going
<v Speaker 4>to be inside war Gave I assume, so I think
<v Speaker 4>it's too Some people are just you should prom a
<v Speaker 4>new champion extra virus series and then what was the
<v Speaker 4>point of doing this at Saturday? Saying in Basigain just cofflications.
<v Speaker 4>I hope that doesn't happen in Punk Punk Winston. They'll
<v Speaker 4>be one if all of like the Women's War Games
<v Speaker 4>mad scenario, I think I see a combination. What would
<v Speaker 4>just saw last night on Raw was Alexa and Charlotte
<v Speaker 4>uh prow in Inside Workames with Rock probably rock Stan
<v Speaker 4>and rock Stan and Raquel maybe or even with the
<v Speaker 4>Bugle Orris and Bailey and Lyra I think that's that
<v Speaker 4>will be the form of workings kind of be factoring
<v Speaker 4>those full women based on what happened in the between
<v Speaker 4>the pastic title mattrimum you know last night. So I
<v Speaker 4>don't know, we'll see, but that's my thoughts with the
<v Speaker 4>whole world title situation. You need the croning champion and
<v Speaker 4>not had this complication and crowded ass viral series because
<v Speaker 4>to me, it'll be like a waste of time. Even
<v Speaker 4>though and put the timeline Pumpkin, Let's start over and
<v Speaker 4>come up with this good story with the world title
<v Speaker 4>scenes since they kind of it was abrupt from Rollin's injuries.
<v Speaker 4>Though that's the thanks from count Guy.
<v Speaker 1>Yeah, Kyle, thanks for bringing up that. The fact that
<v Speaker 1>you know you have bron Breaker and Bronson read out there,
<v Speaker 1>they could interfere on top of brock Lesner. I mean,
<v Speaker 1>where's brock Lesner. He just does things, So I forgot it.
<v Speaker 1>Even my predictions talk about Bronson read Brown Breaker or
<v Speaker 1>brock Lesner a lot of bees there. So those are
<v Speaker 1>three men that we could also see. And on top
<v Speaker 1>of the other returns of potentially Chris Jericho are potentially
<v Speaker 1>Gunther or potentially there's somebody else I can't remember, but
<v Speaker 1>there's a lot of there's a lot of potential out there.
<v Speaker 1>We always talk about this for every pla of this
<v Speaker 1>kind and these kinds of things, and you know, interference
<v Speaker 1>and all the rest of it, and it could just
<v Speaker 1>end up being, as I said, just plain wrestling, no interference.
<v Speaker 1>Straight finishes could certainly be that, and that would be
<v Speaker 1>the most boring, but I guess safer choice. But like
<v Speaker 1>you said, and to reiterate my earlier argument, you can't
<v Speaker 1>make this a disqualification. You can't end the World title
<v Speaker 1>match on a DQ. While I understand the temptation and
<v Speaker 1>I totally understand the booking, as I said, it really
<v Speaker 1>I think would undermine a little bit of the goodwill
<v Speaker 1>with fans and going to live events and expecting an
<v Speaker 1>outcome that you don't get. Yeah, I mean, you essentially
<v Speaker 1>are paying twenty five percent of your ticket for because
<v Speaker 1>there's four matches, one of them being the World title match.
<v Speaker 1>You're expecting an outcome from the match that is definitive
<v Speaker 1>and you're going there to see a new world champion
<v Speaker 1>crowd in part, so if they don't give that to
<v Speaker 1>you on some lame disqualification, from interference from someone. That's
<v Speaker 1>just kind of a crappy thing to do. I mean,
<v Speaker 1>it's just a crappy thing for the in person crowd. Again,
<v Speaker 1>who will boo the hell out of that? I mean,
<v Speaker 1>there is no outcome in this world that you could
<v Speaker 1>make or design that would make the crowd boo louder
<v Speaker 1>than having a disqualification be the finish for the world
<v Speaker 1>title match of Jay and Punk. There is nothing you
<v Speaker 1>could do that would piss off the crowd more. Even
<v Speaker 1>Jay turning heel and all the rest will still boo.
<v Speaker 1>But I mean it is guttural, instinctual hatred for the finish.
<v Speaker 1>If they do a DQ finish, part of me, the
<v Speaker 1>dark part of me, wants to see it, just to
<v Speaker 1>see how just horribly the crowd reacts, and rightfully so,
<v Speaker 1>justifiably righteously so. But I don't think they'll go there.
<v Speaker 1>You just can't, right, right, can they?
<v Speaker 3>Oh?
<v Speaker 2>God?
<v Speaker 1>Thank you Kyle? All right, one more voicemail. I see
<v Speaker 1>there's there's there might be a couple here. Let's go
<v Speaker 1>to one of them. See and what happens?
<v Speaker 2>Hey, it's the Walls from the Indianapolis area. Just a
<v Speaker 2>few dogs that caught up on your podcast, Uh, basically
<v Speaker 2>the Crown Jewel Review and the last three rows. I
<v Speaker 2>too was very shocked about the turn on set, but
<v Speaker 2>it makes sense that he's actually hinted. It's a good
<v Speaker 2>swarm for them to make moving forward. I do think
<v Speaker 2>they need to add something more to the new version
<v Speaker 2>of the vision for guys. I'm not opposed to somebody
<v Speaker 2>like I don't know, jad Vintonna starting on just or
<v Speaker 2>even maybe just bound to it something like that. When
<v Speaker 2>it comes to the Crown Jewel Belt, seems kind of
<v Speaker 2>pointless help itself. Does it scared by anyone other than
<v Speaker 2>like maybe the Monday night, Well, I'll after the defense
<v Speaker 2>and then it just gets put away back in stage
<v Speaker 2>somewhere that they keep it. The ring, however, I'm actually
<v Speaker 2>not a pulls to the ring. I know you didn't
<v Speaker 2>like it. I know you don down the ring, but
<v Speaker 2>I actually like the ring. At least the ring. They
<v Speaker 2>can wear it, they can have it, and they could say, well,
<v Speaker 2>this particular year, I was the guy that won the championship.
<v Speaker 2>That version of the championship, it puts the top people
<v Speaker 2>against each other. It gets us an opportunity to see
<v Speaker 2>what they would do with that how that could playoff
<v Speaker 2>as it is now with steth injury going forward, how
<v Speaker 2>that would work a storyline, just as the NFL they
<v Speaker 2>get a read for winning the championship. Fine, gimmering the
<v Speaker 2>deep the other guy or gal, that's fine, but actually
<v Speaker 2>build it into the storyline. That's my only thing. That
<v Speaker 2>would be my only stipulation going forward. Even if I
<v Speaker 2>think get injured, it really wouldn't mean anything to Tody
<v Speaker 2>if they don't actually do something with Cody Lucy Uh
<v Speaker 2>with Alexa Blist and Charlotte Player. He said you thought
<v Speaker 2>that players should they baby faith if they split up
<v Speaker 2>got an election split turning heel, Yeah, I think that'd
<v Speaker 2>be great. Turner heel and Twitter wish to waiatt sticks
<v Speaker 2>that's what she shouldn't see. She should be leading that
<v Speaker 2>group or co leading that group with uh brothers Bo
<v Speaker 2>Bo Dallas. It was good.
<v Speaker 1>Good to hear form youbody. I hope you're doing well.
<v Speaker 1>And you know, listening to you about the ring, the
<v Speaker 1>ring being a prize for the match at Crown Jewel,
<v Speaker 1>and you know, I would be a little more open
<v Speaker 1>to that, certainly than the ridiculous championship belt that is
<v Speaker 1>much too big gaudy. No one wears it outside of
<v Speaker 1>a day before the event to remind you that there's
<v Speaker 1>a championship. But if it's so important, why wouldn't you
<v Speaker 1>wear it the rest of the year. I mean, it's yeah,
<v Speaker 1>you and I are in lockstep there about the championship
<v Speaker 1>belt itself, the fact that it's even being labeled and
<v Speaker 1>branded as a championship. This match of matches it is
<v Speaker 1>of course stupid. But I'm more open to the ring,
<v Speaker 1>not the wrestling ring, but the ring you put on
<v Speaker 1>your finger that they have. I would soften my argument
<v Speaker 1>on that because sure, if they want to have something
<v Speaker 1>like a ring and have a few diamonds in there
<v Speaker 1>and the camera zooms in on it, fine. If they
<v Speaker 1>want to present it like a high school ring, fine,
<v Speaker 1>you know the rings that we most of us got
<v Speaker 1>in high school for your class. You know, whatever it
<v Speaker 1>was that your parents spent a couple hundred bucks on
<v Speaker 1>that most of us don't even wear anymore. That kind
<v Speaker 1>of thing, fine, Like I would begrudgingly be like whatever,
<v Speaker 1>like shrug at that you want to wear that, wear
<v Speaker 1>it because it's less in your face. It's more I
<v Speaker 1>think in line with what that match means, which is,
<v Speaker 1>there's nothing really on the line. The championship doesn't mean anything,
<v Speaker 1>so sure wear the ring like fine, I would concur
<v Speaker 1>with that a little bit more than certainly the championship belt.
<v Speaker 1>Also was I know you left a second voicemail, but
<v Speaker 1>it's I think it's pretty much the same as this one.
<v Speaker 1>So I'm not going to play the second one because
<v Speaker 1>this one is. They came through viously just fine. You
<v Speaker 1>heard it, so thank you for listening, though I appreciate it.
<v Speaker 1>I know you and i'd always don't always see an
<v Speaker 1>eye to eye on things, and you call me out,
<v Speaker 1>which is fine. I mean, hey, I'm all for civil
<v Speaker 1>debate and discourse and all the rest of it. I
<v Speaker 1>love that. I think that I don't want people to
<v Speaker 1>agree with me. I mean, don't disagree just to disagree.
<v Speaker 1>I mean, if you truly have a stance and you
<v Speaker 1>believe in that perspective, I mean, have at it. I
<v Speaker 1>love that. I mean it's always, you know, fun when
<v Speaker 1>people agree, but disagreeing is cool too, and you certainly
<v Speaker 1>bring that at times, and yet still listen that like that.
<v Speaker 1>You know, I say things, and I have my flaws,
<v Speaker 1>and I'm not the best podcast around the world and
<v Speaker 1>my views are sometimes flawed as well, but I appreciate it.
<v Speaker 1>And I also again appreciate you listening for all these years.
<v Speaker 1>I think you've been listening for years. Could be wrong
<v Speaker 1>on that. There's also some listeners that I haven't heard
<v Speaker 1>from in a long time. How about this, I'm going
<v Speaker 1>to make a roll call for some people that I
<v Speaker 1>have not heard from in a while. Maybe you guys
<v Speaker 1>remember them, maybe you don't if you're a new listener, like,
<v Speaker 1>who the hell is he talking about? But here we go.
<v Speaker 1>Here's a couple people right off the top of my
<v Speaker 1>head that I haven't heard from in a while that
<v Speaker 1>used to call in on this show. Sharon from Israel.
<v Speaker 1>You out there, Hello out there, Sharon. I hope you're
<v Speaker 1>doing well in Israel. Certainly, I'm sure not a whole
<v Speaker 1>lot going on over there. I know it's pretty quiet,
<v Speaker 1>but in all seriousness, I hope you and your family
<v Speaker 1>are well if you're listening out there. Sharon. Also mister
<v Speaker 1>and missus casual wrestling fan remember them great co host
<v Speaker 1>at the time. They are and were some of the
<v Speaker 1>friendliest people that I've met through this medium. So I
<v Speaker 1>hope they're doing well. Mister missus casual wrestling fan, I
<v Speaker 1>hope you're doing well. And Justin, Justin from Marylyn. Remember
<v Speaker 1>Justin from Maryland, he'd always kind of close out our
<v Speaker 1>mail bag. I hope you're doing well, Justin. This is
<v Speaker 1>not a call for me to you know, you guys
<v Speaker 1>have a homework assignment to call in, but I just
<v Speaker 1>genuinely hope all of you are doing well because it's
<v Speaker 1>been a while. I know, for years doing this show,
<v Speaker 1>you guys remainstay and people move on and stop listening,
<v Speaker 1>and that's fine too, but I wanted to throw out,
<v Speaker 1>just off the top of my head, those three who
<v Speaker 1>are in were constant call ins. So I hope all
<v Speaker 1>you're doing well. Again, Guys, if you want to join

<v Speaker 1>and you send a message, you get a priority placement
<v Speaker 1>towards the beginning, so it's also another benefit. So thank you.
<v Speaker 1>Everybody for joining us. We'll be back on the back
<v Speaker 1>end of the Saturday night main event show if things
<v Speaker 1>are big enough and I'm not asleep because my brain
<v Speaker 1>totally shuts off at about ten o'clock when I'm laying
<v Speaker 1>in bed. The last thing I want to do when
<v Speaker 1>i'm half asleep finishing up a PL is to come
<v Speaker 1>into my office and try to fire up some neurons
<v Speaker 1>in my brain to be able to speak and talk
<v Speaker 1>intelligently about the PL But sometimes I'll force myself to
<v Speaker 1>depending on the magnitude of the event and what we
<v Speaker 1>just saw. So it's possible that I'll do an immediate
<v Speaker 1>post show after the Saturday Night main event if I
<v Speaker 1>have the energy to be quite honest with you, and
<v Speaker 1>you're saying, oh, you're lazy other podcasters, well great, other
<v Speaker 1>podcasters don't have kids and other things that I've got
<v Speaker 1>going on. So it's not as easy as it sounds like,
<v Speaker 1>you know, So anyway, it's not because I'm lazy. I
<v Speaker 1>just literally run out of energy. This is not the
<v Speaker 1>only thing I do in my life. But so I
<v Speaker 1>just want to let you know. I understand you'd like
<v Speaker 1>an instant reaction, and I'll try to do that, but
<v Speaker 1>more than likely it'll be Sunday for the week in review. Also,
<v Speaker 1>get your reactions to Saturday night main event to me.
<v Speaker 1>I will review them and talk about them on my
<v Speaker 1>Sunday Night weekend review that will cover the Saturday Night
<v Speaker 1>main event results. So email me if you want to
<v Speaker 1>get that on the show. It's mailbag at ww podcast
<v Speaker 1>dot com. I'll certainly be getting that on the show
<v Speaker 1>the best I can. If I get a lot of them,
<v Speaker 1>I'll read as many as I can. So check it out.
<v Speaker 2>Guys.
