<v Speaker 3>Our bigfoot sightings has happened in West Virginia. My name
<v Speaker 3>is Sammy Richardson. I've been investigating these creatures for a
<v Speaker 3>little over two years now, and I've seen things that
<v Speaker 3>some people couldn't explain, which I've got more evidence than
<v Speaker 3>a lot of people's ever seen a bigfoot. I just
<v Speaker 3>never show a public But let me start before I
<v Speaker 3>started off with one of my encounters in West Virginia.
<v Speaker 3>The first bigfoot counter in West Virginia was November nineteen sixty.
<v Speaker 4>Nine, in the near Greenbrier River in Pocahontas County, a
<v Speaker 4>deer hunter reported a daylight sighting of a tall harry
<v Speaker 4>coacher moving through the woods, which, as I'm going down
<v Speaker 4>through here, there.
<v Speaker 3>Is years after years. The first signing was nineteen which,
<v Speaker 3>of course, the first signing was nineteen sixty nine in
<v Speaker 3>West Virginia. That's people were the first eye witness, but
<v Speaker 3>which you've got from nineteen sixty nine all the way
<v Speaker 3>to twenty twenty six. Now I've investigated these creatures, like
<v Speaker 3>I said, for little way over two years now I
<v Speaker 3>did night investigations. I've spent a week out in the
<v Speaker 3>middle of the woods down in Appalachian Mountains hunting for
<v Speaker 3>these creatures. I don't mean them no harm. But my
<v Speaker 3>first encounter ever was probably back in twenty fifteen. Me
<v Speaker 3>and my grandpa was squirrel hunting, which well, I can't
<v Speaker 3>remember if it was twenty fifteen. I was about eight,
<v Speaker 3>eight or nine years old, just been longer than that.
<v Speaker 3>That was about It's just say I was about eight
<v Speaker 3>years old, me and my grandpa, we were squirrel hunting
<v Speaker 3>on top of this ridge and we're just sitting there
<v Speaker 3>and we looked behind us, and there's this creature. It
<v Speaker 3>stood up close to nine or ten feet tall, broad shoulders,
<v Speaker 3>but it was a good little distance away. At first
<v Speaker 3>we thought it was a bear, but it disappeared. We
<v Speaker 3>looked at it for a good ten minutes. It was
<v Speaker 3>a massive but I think it was more that creature
<v Speaker 3>was more or less just wanting to be suspicious about it,
<v Speaker 3>like come over the nose, like a look, look at us,
<v Speaker 3>like I've never seen these creatures before. What are they now?
<v Speaker 3>There is some cases bigfoots will throw rocks at you.
<v Speaker 3>That's once in a full moon. But the territorial which
<v Speaker 3>there ain't just one bigfoot out there. There's hundreds even
<v Speaker 3>thousands of bigfoot in the whole world. Because let me
<v Speaker 3>tell y'all a little story about bigfoot. I think they're
<v Speaker 3>like birds. I think they did the same thing birds does.
<v Speaker 3>They go south? A lot of them will go south
<v Speaker 3>for the winter, because if you think about it, you
<v Speaker 3>don't hear very many reports during the wintertime. It's always
<v Speaker 3>during the spring and summertime and in the fall. And
<v Speaker 3>I will admit there has been some counters in the wintertime.
<v Speaker 3>I mean, like some bigfoots are just like people. They
<v Speaker 3>want to go where it's warm, which I don't blame
<v Speaker 3>them for that, even though they're got all the fur.
<v Speaker 3>But I think they hibernate down south along the Ohio
<v Speaker 3>River because I've got numerous accounts of Bigfoot sightings down
<v Speaker 3>toward the Elk River and the Ohio River. Because I
<v Speaker 3>think somehow, some way they follow the rivers, like down
<v Speaker 3>into Virginia, Kentucky, wherever they can get to where it's warm.
<v Speaker 3>I've had all my counteries here in West Virginia in
<v Speaker 3>Braxton County, West Virginia. One of the the last encounter
<v Speaker 3>I had, one of the lasting counties I've had there
<v Speaker 3>was I was going down this little road down Route
<v Speaker 3>four in Braxton County. It's a place you can stop
<v Speaker 3>and like can go fishing or hunting. It's all public land.
<v Speaker 3>It's all public land. So I decided I was just
<v Speaker 3>gonna walk down through there and just walk to the
<v Speaker 3>river and see how the river is. So I got
<v Speaker 3>down there. About time I got all the way to
<v Speaker 3>the end, it got about dark. It was probably about
<v Speaker 3>twenty minutes till nightfall. Then I heard I heard a scream,
<v Speaker 3>And I will tell you all this right now there
<v Speaker 3>is Panthers Mountain lions. I can scream like a woman
<v Speaker 3>and just sound like a woman, which I took into
<v Speaker 3>consideration when I first heard that scream, but it wasn't
<v Speaker 3>because I was down the long the river. The river
<v Speaker 3>was down. Put it good, and I walked close to
<v Speaker 3>a mile and a half more so all together, I
<v Speaker 3>walked close to four miles altogether, just one way. And
<v Speaker 3>this is back in the middle of the mountains, middle
<v Speaker 3>of nowhere. I don't know if y'all know, if some
<v Speaker 3>of you listeners nowhere Burnsville Damage in Braxton County, that
<v Speaker 3>seems to be a big tours place. But that was
<v Speaker 3>Burnsville Lake. I was at like the backwaters of Burnsville Lake.
<v Speaker 3>And after I heard that scream, something above me was moving,
<v Speaker 3>started moving around like you're just getting closer to me.
<v Speaker 3>So I ended up just started my way back up,
<v Speaker 3>started my way back towards my vehicle at the time,
<v Speaker 3>and it just kept following me all the way up
<v Speaker 3>to my vehicle, which, like I said, it was about
<v Speaker 3>four miles a four mile hike back out of there.
<v Speaker 3>It took me a little bit to get everything done
<v Speaker 3>to get out of there. It took me about thirty
<v Speaker 3>minutes to get out of there, because whatever this was
<v Speaker 3>that was falling me, it didn't seem too happy. After
<v Speaker 3>I got close to my vehicle, it come off the
<v Speaker 3>hill and stood in the middle of the road. It
<v Speaker 3>was about it was. And I'll be honest with you,
<v Speaker 3>I've seen some big bigfoots. I've had some sightings, and
<v Speaker 3>the bigfoots was a fairly decent size. But this bigfoot
<v Speaker 3>was more or less in between seven foot and eight foot,
<v Speaker 3>which I'll be honest with y'all. There is baby bigfoots
<v Speaker 3>running around. There's like infant bigfoots running around. Now. My
<v Speaker 3>encounter is this thing was following me. I don't know
<v Speaker 3>what it's you thought it was going to achieve if
<v Speaker 3>it wanted to attack me or not. Which You've got
<v Speaker 3>your different cryptis too. You got your bigfoot, you got
<v Speaker 3>your dog man. You see down the Appalation Mountains, You're
<v Speaker 3>going to find anything and everything. Some things just because
<v Speaker 3>you don't believe in them does not mean they're not there.
<v Speaker 3>And I will give everybody a warning. If you go
<v Speaker 3>in these Appalachian mountains, treat it with respect, and it
<v Speaker 3>will treat you with respect. Like if you go out
<v Speaker 3>there drinking, throwing trash down, almost setting the woods on fire.
<v Speaker 3>That's a different story. But let me let me tell
<v Speaker 3>you all a little something. If you see a bigfoot
<v Speaker 3>or sasquatch, however you all would like to put it,
<v Speaker 3>I just say bigfoot because it's honestly more simpler and
<v Speaker 3>just proceed with caution. More likely if you don't bother it,
<v Speaker 3>if you ain't causing a threat to it, it won't
<v Speaker 3>bother you. If you call, if you're threatening it or
<v Speaker 3>its habitat, then it's probably gonna mess with you. The
<v Speaker 3>male bigfoots are the most how do I put it up?
<v Speaker 3>The male bigfoots are the ones. That's mostly the ones
<v Speaker 3>that will attack you. The infants and females them more
<v Speaker 3>or less curious like some sasquatch bigfoot, most of them
<v Speaker 3>is just curious. They don't mean you no harm, unless
<v Speaker 3>if you threaten them. But that's anybody, because you're going
<v Speaker 3>into their homes, like for instance, I would that'd be
<v Speaker 3>like somebody coming in your home and tearing stuff up,
<v Speaker 3>or cutting trees or just destroying your old house. Well,
<v Speaker 3>a lot of people don't realize is that's Bigfoot's home.
<v Speaker 3>I mean, I wouldn't want anybody coming to my house
<v Speaker 3>and destroy everything. Which I'm not saying everybody is like it,
<v Speaker 3>but there is sometimes people are like it. Like for me,
<v Speaker 3>I've been wanting to get a couple of people together
<v Speaker 3>to do a good nighttime investigation where I think it
<v Speaker 3>would be a percent chance that we would see or
<v Speaker 3>hear some things going on. Well, like I said, I've
<v Speaker 3>been doing this for about two and a half years now.
<v Speaker 3>I've calmed down on a lot of it because I
<v Speaker 3>started working and I just haven't had a whole lot
<v Speaker 3>of time to do it. But I've got maps for
<v Speaker 3>the hometown, United States, and I've got like in West Virginia.
<v Speaker 3>West Virginia is one of my biggest ones for big footcases,
<v Speaker 3>which I've had a few different sightings. I told you
<v Speaker 3>about my two main sightings. The ass them was just
<v Speaker 3>more or less it looked like a bigfoot, but it
<v Speaker 3>was just too far off in a distance for me too.
<v Speaker 3>I hope and sure about it. Now if you all
<v Speaker 3>are wondering about footprints, now that I have seen and
<v Speaker 3>there is a big foot place here in sunt West Virginia,
<v Speaker 3>that well, it's the Bigfoot Festival, Like Bigfoot festival they
<v Speaker 3>have every year, You've got different big foot hunters come
<v Speaker 3>out and stuff like that. But the biggest footprint I've
<v Speaker 3>ever seen is been up to twenty some inches and
<v Speaker 3>I wear size fifteen shoe and it was bigger than
<v Speaker 3>my feet. And I mean, I've got big feet. They
<v Speaker 3>ain't got no shame in big feet. But now can
<v Speaker 3>sometimes it be hoax? Yes you can. But one thing
<v Speaker 3>I've never one thing I've realized is if you're back
<v Speaker 3>in the mountains, way back in the mountains of the
<v Speaker 3>Appalachian Mountains, I'm sure nobody else is gonna be. I'm
<v Speaker 3>sure nobody else got their foot that big and be
<v Speaker 3>barefooted all the way out in the mountains. I'm more
<v Speaker 3>or less. I believe in facts. I believe in proof,
<v Speaker 3>which I've got one hundred different photos here that should
<v Speaker 3>different sized footprints and everything. Which I don't know who
<v Speaker 3>believes in bigfoot and who don't believe in bigfoot. Everybody's
<v Speaker 3>got their own opinion. Me personally, I believe in facts.
<v Speaker 3>I believe in proof. If you've got good heart evidence
<v Speaker 3>proving that this creature does exist, I'll take a look
<v Speaker 3>at it, because that's just the way I am. But
<v Speaker 3>now let me tell you all something. A few years
<v Speaker 3>ago there was a big those footprints found actually from
<v Speaker 3>where I live right now, where I'm at from right now,
<v Speaker 3>it's about two miles away down toward the river, down
<v Speaker 3>through the river, because when the river's down, you can
<v Speaker 3>walk all the way down the river. And like you
<v Speaker 3>got your other big investigators and stuff that does a
<v Speaker 3>lot of them recordings and stuff. And I'm at this,
<v Speaker 3>I don't know if they actually see bigfoot or it's
<v Speaker 3>all fake like you see these TV shows and stuff
<v Speaker 3>like that. Me I'm real, like I literally go out
<v Speaker 3>there and take pictures every little thing I see that
<v Speaker 3>could be a true fact of Bigfoot. Now, let's talk
<v Speaker 3>about the New River Gorge, which I'm sure a lot
<v Speaker 3>of people has heard about the New River Gorge. It's
<v Speaker 3>the biggest about the biggest bridge in West Virginia, and
<v Speaker 3>there's a lot of acres there. Now, there has been
<v Speaker 3>a lot of big foot signings in the New River Gorge.
<v Speaker 3>That's a good spot for bigfoot sightings. But let me
<v Speaker 3>talk to you all about the gifting arcs and tree structures.
<v Speaker 3>A gifting arc is where you leave something and like
<v Speaker 3>if you find you a tree structure, leave something there,
<v Speaker 3>like leave a piece of bread or food or something
<v Speaker 3>like that. Leave it there, then come back the next day.
<v Speaker 3>Then you might just have something air for you. Because
<v Speaker 3>if you give bigfoot a gift, he'll give you a gift.
<v Speaker 3>It might be vines, it might be really anything. The
<v Speaker 3>one thing I could tell you all about bigfoot is
<v Speaker 3>they could be friendly, but they could also be very aggressive.
<v Speaker 3>Like let me tell you all this one story. So
<v Speaker 3>I had somebody they said they was walking back to
<v Speaker 3>their camp and they come back and the whole camp
<v Speaker 3>site's destroyed and they just find footprints us al they found. Now,
<v Speaker 3>some bigfoots are very aggressive, very very aggressive. But just
<v Speaker 3>be careful if you go out in Appalatian mountains because
<v Speaker 3>you might go out here you might not see nothing.
<v Speaker 3>Then again, you might go out there and you might
<v Speaker 3>find something, might walk right into something that you never
<v Speaker 3>want to be in. But like I said when I
<v Speaker 3>first started, bigfoots hibernate like bigfoots can't. Bigfoots can hibernate.
<v Speaker 3>Bigfoots can uh like go down south during the wintertime.
<v Speaker 3>That's why a lot of people don't see bigfoots during
<v Speaker 3>the wintertime. In West Virginia. As you got met, West
<v Speaker 3>Virginia does get some pretty good snows once in a while.
<v Speaker 3>But like I've got some pictures that's pretty good evidence
<v Speaker 3>of her Bigfoot, that Bigfoot exists, and I just got

<v Speaker 3>A lot of people sees Bigfoot as a threat. I don't. Honestly,
<v Speaker 3>Bigfoot ain't really that scary. They met them in the movies.
<v Speaker 3>They make Bigfoot seem worse than he really is. Now
<v Speaker 3>I'm not saying there ain't really aggressive bigfoots. There is.
<v Speaker 3>I've dealt with two of them me personally. I have
<v Speaker 3>dealt with two bigfoots that's actually chased me and wanted
<v Speaker 3>to and throw rocks at me and tried to hurt me.
<v Speaker 3>But in most cases, like if you go into the
<v Speaker 3>Appalachian Mountains, if you don't carry a firearm or something
<v Speaker 3>like that, carry bear spray, pepper spray, anything like that,
<v Speaker 3>because just because you go out here in the Appalachian
<v Speaker 3>Mountains and you're gonna find a crypti, you got mountain lions, bears, anything,
<v Speaker 3>any regular animal that could attack you. Because you just
<v Speaker 3>never know, which a lot of people don't realize that,
<v Speaker 3>and they just go out here and thinking everything's gonna
<v Speaker 3>be okay, which mess of the time it will be.
<v Speaker 3>But I always like to have something just in case,
<v Speaker 3>always have that little set of protection with you. Even
<v Speaker 3>though a lot of people thinks bigfoot is just a
<v Speaker 3>creature everybody makes up. In some cases, yes, some people
<v Speaker 3>has fake seeing a bigfoot and everything else like that.
<v Speaker 3>I get that. It's a hard one to swallow. I
<v Speaker 3>really do. I really do get that. But like since
<v Speaker 3>the nineteenth century, there's been thousands and thousands of reports
<v Speaker 3>of seeing a sasquatch all over the United all over
<v Speaker 3>the place. For me personally, but like I said earlier,
<v Speaker 3>you go out in these woods, respect them because you
<v Speaker 3>don't know. You just don't know how easy those woods
<v Speaker 3>could take you in. There has been been all kinds
<v Speaker 3>of reports of missing people. Some people think that the
<v Speaker 3>cryptids don't which I'll be honest with you, there has
<v Speaker 3>been a messing report the person says a big hairy
<v Speaker 3>creature kidnapped them. In some case suggest that is a
<v Speaker 3>fifth of chew off. But I mean in some cases
<v Speaker 3>you got to think, like what have they been through?
<v Speaker 3>What have they been through since they've been gone? But
<v Speaker 3>I think I'll be honest with you, I think Bigfoot's
<v Speaker 3>all Bigfoot is. He's just he's got the brain of
<v Speaker 3>a human, but he I think their brain they're using
<v Speaker 3>one hundred of it. That's why they can be hid
<v Speaker 3>so well. And they know where to go when people look,
<v Speaker 3>because West Virginia's got hundreds of lakes, rivers, little creeks, mountains.

<v Speaker 3>it because these woods can swallow you up and spit
<v Speaker 3>you out. They really can. And that's honest to God,
