00:01:43
Speaker 3: I'm good? How are you?

00:01:45
Speaker 2: Guys?

00:01:45
Speaker 3: It's so good to be here.

00:01:47
Speaker 2: You look beautiful. I know, right, we were just going to say the same thing. Guitar. Oh, I was just gonna have that.

00:01:57
Speaker 3: I do play music, mainly play piano though, but I do a little bit of guitar and there, Yeah, nice?

00:02:05
Speaker 2: Did you grow play piano like comedy?

00:02:09
Speaker 3: I did, Susan you guys remember I did that. I played piano for you guys at the talent show.

00:02:15
Speaker 2: No, no, you did it.

00:02:20
Speaker 3: I was there, like I have short to remember less, but I did. I did play a little song for you guys. So how are you? What have you been up to? What's going on?

00:02:30
Speaker 1: Good?

00:02:31
Speaker 3: I've been so good. Anybody knew in your life? You know how it is?

00:02:38
Speaker 2: Do I we're gonna we are going to get there. We're gonna get there. What we heard that you on your TikTok.

00:02:48
Speaker 1: I want you to school me because you want details that we heard about the grocery store man.

00:02:55
Speaker 2: What first?

00:02:56
Speaker 1: Give us the updates, and for those people who didn't see your top, give us a review.

00:03:01
Speaker 2: Tell us what went on.

00:03:03
Speaker 3: Okay, So basically I was at the grocery store and then I was looking at flowers because you know, I buy myself flowers. You know, I don't have a man right now, but I still deserve flowers. I'm gonna get my flowers. And this man comes up to me and he's like, you shouldn't be buying your own flowers, like da da da, And long story short, he buys me flowers on the spot at the grocery store.

00:03:26
Speaker 2: Very the sky.

00:03:28
Speaker 3: I don't know. I would say he was like thirty, which like I love that age. I love me a good mature man who's like really ready, because I feel like in LA they're just not ready till a little bit later, like about eighty, about eighty, about like eighty to the grave is probably when they're ready. But okay, you guys get this. This is the tea. So I was, you know, thinking about, Okay, maybe I'll go get dinner with him. But then he called me like, I'm not not even giving you like thirteen times, and I was out with my girls, like you know, we were busy, called me thirteen times, left nine text messages.

00:04:09
Speaker 1: And Leah, I'm going to just insert red flag here.

00:04:15
Speaker 3: Red flag. So wow, I don't know. That was just a lot for me. And I was like, you know what, anybody for anybody? Yeah, and I was like, this just doesn't seem right. So unfortunately, there will be no first date with mister grocery storeman, which is okay because I'm just enjoying my my life right now.

00:04:35
Speaker 1: I think, have you said you've been hanging out with the girls, You've been hanging out with Rachel?

00:04:39
Speaker 2: Who are you hanging out with?

00:04:40
Speaker 1: Oh?

00:04:41
Speaker 3: I actually saw Rachel and Daisy yesterday. Love them. They're like, no, I love those girls. Oh, They're just amazing and they just filled my cup up. And then Sidney was just in town. So I've just been spending a lot of time with really good people and good energy and it's been great. That's what it's about.

00:05:02
Speaker 1: Wow, So you you you I'm still intrigued by those guitars. I see, have you ever played in a band?

00:05:11
Speaker 3: I haven't played in like a traditional band, but I I did sing in my worship band in college, and then I did a little bit. I go to church here in l A. And sometimes they have me in the choir, so it's it's a good time.

00:05:25
Speaker 1: I'm very don't they do they not of a singles group at church?

00:05:30
Speaker 3: You know they don't. But maybe she's what that suggestion box.

00:05:35
Speaker 4: So tell me what you know. I love my Rachel. Right, Yes, you guys hang out a lot? Are we do hang out a lot?

00:05:44
Speaker 3: She's She's a gem. She is a gem.

00:05:48
Speaker 5: She is what is beautiful as the next I'm telling you.

00:05:52
Speaker 1: All right, well, I all the all this girl talking you beautiful women here.

00:05:56
Speaker 2: I have a question for you.

00:05:57
Speaker 1: How do you feel? How do you know and how you once you know it? How do you feel once you've truly moved on from the next partner or a friendship? Like, how do you know you're ready to move on? And then how does it feel?

00:06:11
Speaker 3: Yeah? I think that you know you've truly moved on when you can look back at it and honor what it was and look back and smile at it and just honor what that was in your life. And you know, maybe it wasn't your end goal, but you've taken a lot of lessons and a lot of blessings, and I think you know you've moved on when you can look back at it with a lot of gratitude.

00:06:35
Speaker 4: And realize that everybody comes into your life for a reason. Exactly a season, but definitely for a reason.

00:06:41
Speaker 3: It's a learning thing.

00:06:43
Speaker 1: Yeah, So you are grateful for every relationship you've ever had.

00:06:47
Speaker 3: One because you know, if I didn't, you know, get a husband out of it, I got a lot of good memories and lessons to be learned and things that can take into my next relationship. So I'm always grateful.

00:07:01
Speaker 1: I don't think friendships too like, girl, have you ever heard a girlfriend?

00:07:06
Speaker 6: Wow?

00:07:07
Speaker 3: Yeah? And I just don't think it's it's very necessary to harbor hate in your heart. I think that takes up more energy than it is to just from afar.

00:07:16
Speaker 1: Yeah, No, I wasn't suggesting hate. I've just had some people in my life that, yeah, you know, the friendship wanes or whatever, it's not there's no hate or justlike it's just we've both moved on, and I don't look back and necessarily say, you know, what a great friendship it was.

00:07:34
Speaker 2: That's why I was curious when you.

00:07:35
Speaker 4: Said, okay, okay, do you think like after the show the way you date it changed, Like I'm sure you date it prior to the show, but what changed for you?

00:07:46
Speaker 2: Oh?

00:07:46
Speaker 3: I think that I really realized one like my worth and what what I'm looking for and what I want. And I think something that's nice about the show is it taught me to not take things so serious. I mean, I'm sure you guys have gotten some pretty crazy things said just about you in general, and so just to to not take life so seriously and to just allow things to flow, I think has been really nice to take with me as I as I continue dating, how has that been?

00:08:21
Speaker 4: Like, I'm sure you're young, you're gorgeous, your emails and dms must be crazy.

00:08:28
Speaker 2: Well, she just said she's not dating anymore.

00:08:30
Speaker 3: So funny I have I have dated in La I will say the dating scene here is a bit crazy. Everywhere it's it's so crazy. There's just you know, there's athletes and rappers and people in the industry, and it's like it can get very superficial, very quickly. And I think that's why sometimes I struggle dating here. I'm from a small island, you know, where like we really value family, we value community. So sometimes when those things aren't valued at such a caliber, it's hard for me to align with some men out here. But I you know, at this point, I'm out a point in my life where I'm very happy, and I think I'm just throwing my hands up to God and he will. He will bring my husband to me and I will not miss him.

00:09:16
Speaker 1: Because what's you're you're set on getting married and having kids, then that's a definitely.

00:09:22
Speaker 3: One hundred one. I want little, a little family to raise, and I just want to be in love. I love with being in love. I love love, love love.

00:09:35
Speaker 1: To I think I think I'm going to be sick and about.

00:09:40
Speaker 3: Hopeless romantic.

00:09:43
Speaker 1: By stock in Hallmark and send your card to day. Yeah. I just want to say I believe in love and I believe it will happen for all of us. But you know, I think some of these phrases have become hackneyed.

00:09:55
Speaker 2: When you say, you know.

00:09:56
Speaker 1: I believe in love's love and I don't know, I just think being in love whatever that I can't that.

00:10:04
Speaker 3: It's nothing wrong with that. It's a statement.

00:10:06
Speaker 2: It's a fact.

00:10:08
Speaker 3: You don't love when you're in love?

00:10:11
Speaker 2: You do?

00:10:12
Speaker 3: Come on, think do you love when you're in love?

00:10:17
Speaker 1: Terminology? Look, it's just for me, it's the terminology, you know. Okay, I there's all of the kinds of words I would use. But did I love my husband?

00:10:27
Speaker 2: Yes?

00:10:27
Speaker 1: It's the I know, it's the repair. I love being in love. You know whatever.

00:10:33
Speaker 4: I want to know you making fun of us, because we're going to attack.

00:10:36
Speaker 3: You right now. We are being in love as we do, Susane. We sometimes love isn't always romantic. Sometimes I love being in love with my best friends, Like it's just such a good feeling.

00:10:52
Speaker 2: What I'm saying is the use of the word. We could beat this one to death. Hair.

00:10:55
Speaker 1: I'm grateful for my friends. I'm grateful for the marriage I had. I love my husband. But you know, pro I want to I want to put on like a red dress with a heart around.

00:11:06
Speaker 3: My Okay to your opinion?

00:11:09
Speaker 2: All right, I want to know your opinion. Thank you, Leah. I want to know going on the show you just said really changed your life and your approach to dating and all of those things.

00:11:31
Speaker 1: So what would you say, I'm always interested in you, youngins your answer. What advice would you give to anyone male or female going on the show for the first time?

00:11:45
Speaker 3: Oh gosh, I could write a whole novel on this. But I think go into it and be open, lead with your heart, be yourself and be like, don't be afraid. I think, don't let fear conquer you as you go into this journey, like let God, I don't know, there's so many peers when you go on something like this, people get nervous. I think, just be yourself. And I think if you can be your most authentic self and walk into a room and be that, then your people will find you regardless.

00:12:21
Speaker 4: So and for me, it empowered me be my authentic self. As I see hear you say that you were so much more confident when you came off that show as I was, and I'm sure Kathy was. Well, Kathy's been confident since she came out of the womb.

00:12:38
Speaker 2: I think you know that is not true.

00:12:40
Speaker 3: It does.

00:12:41
Speaker 5: It enlightens you and you got to know who you were?

00:12:44
Speaker 3: Correct?

00:12:45
Speaker 1: Yeah, but will you not yourself on the show land? That's what I'm saying is.

00:12:48
Speaker 2: I can't.

00:12:49
Speaker 1: Anyone who knows me knows I am. Kathy is who I am, and when people meet me, they're like, oh my god, you're exactly what you were on the show, other than you know, saying zippet uh.

00:13:02
Speaker 3: I agree having because I think we had a little bit of a similar journey in that I was doing what I thought was the right thing at the time. And I think that's all you can do. And I think you learn and you grow as you go. But it's definitely very interesting being on the show and like watching things back.

00:13:20
Speaker 4: And what if you guess to be on Paradise? How do you feel about that?

00:13:26
Speaker 3: I would pray a lot about it. Would you do it? I think? I think I'm at a point.

00:13:32
Speaker 4: Where is there anybody that you would hope that would be on there?

00:13:41
Speaker 1: Gary?

00:13:45
Speaker 3: Gary's so sweetie. I think he is a little bit out of my age range and for my goals in life. But yeah, there are a few cutis that that I met. I don't know, See, I just don't. I'm a big personality guy. You need to be able to make that, yeah we are. You need to be able to hang Yeah, we have big personalizes. You need to be able to hang you.

00:14:04
Speaker 2: Know, all right, well, I want to know if we don't.

00:14:07
Speaker 1: I mean, supposedly they're bringing paradise back, but you know, since I'm not going to be there in a bikini, what if paradise doesn't happen?

00:14:16
Speaker 2: What is next for you? Lea?

00:14:17
Speaker 1: What what you know? What is the next thing you want to accomplish with your life? Because you are young, we make jokes about this, but you know you are young. You have your life ahead of you. So what what are you looking to do? What is it that you want to do with your life?

00:14:31
Speaker 3: Okay that is a loaded question, however, Okay, so thank you. I think the bigger picture, the biggest picture is I want to be someone that girls that look like me, that come from where I come from. I want to be someone that they can look at and they're like, wow, she did that and I can do it too. I just I want to be a vessel to empower especially young women, especially women of color, Filipino women.

00:15:02
Speaker 2: How are you going to do that?

00:15:04
Speaker 3: I think? Okay, So I'm working on a few things. So and actually I'm working on a few things with castmates, which is really exciting. Things surrounding mental health. So that's really exciting. Hopefully we'll get that going, so kind of just bring awareness to things like that and then empowering community. So I'm planning a few community events here in LA and then back home in Hawaii to just get you know, get the community together, give people a space where they can feel heard and supported and empowered. And then just like on a side note, just being able to be who I am and do set out, set out to accomplish my big dreams.

00:15:47
Speaker 4: Sounds like you have a whole lot going on, yeah, and you don't really have time for dating. And if you meet the right person, it's going to be totally accidentally with just the perfect.

00:15:58
Speaker 3: Yes exactly exactly, and I think if it's the right person, it'll flow and you'll always make it work if if you really really care. I wish for that every day. I wish for that for you guys too. I mean I wish for all of us.

00:16:14
Speaker 1: But the thing is, you know, as we say to people who write in which we're going to get a couple of those questions in just second, but you have to people don't come to your door. And Susan and I talk about this, like we have to get out and do things because people do. People do not come to your door.

00:16:31
Speaker 3: Can I can I like do a TikTok and like start accepting applications to date you guys, and I'll vet them absolutely they can do at my video. Okay, you can even charge them for the application. I will them, and I will I'll give you a cut, I'll I don't want to cut.

00:16:47
Speaker 2: I just want to do speak for yourself. I'll take the money and the day, thank you very much.

00:16:53
Speaker 4: So we have listeners that writing and they ask us for advice and we we all for it and we want you to help us out with a few Is that okay?

00:17:02
Speaker 3: Amazing? Let's do it all right, Cathy, you want to go first?

00:17:06
Speaker 6: Okay.

00:17:07
Speaker 2: So the first one is from Carly.

00:17:09
Speaker 1: She's twenty four years old and she asks Hi, Kathy and Susan. I loved the podcast and was hoping to get some advice. I went on a date with a guy from Hinge recently and we had a lot of fun. He took me out to dinner and we were laughing and talking NonStop. When the date ended, he said he'd love to go out again and would text me. Well, he did, but it wasn't what I was expecting. We started texting the day after our date and planned to see each other again the coming weekend. He didn't make an actual plan until the night before, and the plan in question meeting up with him and his friends at our local bars. Not even a pregame together or dinner before meeting up. I just gave it a thumbs up reaction, and when the night came, I just hung out with my girlfriend and didn't respond. He didn't text me until almost twelve am to meet up. By the way, I haven't texted him at all and plan to go ghost. But Sunday morning, he texted me, asking me if he did something wrong. He said he was sad I couldn't make it because his friends were excited to meet me, and he asked me if I was okay. I told him I was fine, and he asked him we could get drinks this Friday. I said yes, only because I'm on the fence about what to do. Was I too harsh? I feel like a meetup after the bars is such a red flag? But maybe I'm just jaden lol. Would love your thoughts. Oh what do you think, Leah?

00:18:40
Speaker 3: Okay, So here's what I think. I think that as we are dating, you must make your expectations clear and maybe you know that's clearly not up to her standard. And that's okay, because someone will be up to her standard. But maybe just communicate like, hey, that's not exactly my idea your way of getting to know getting to know you, which I find value in, and and maybe we can, you know, think of something else. But I would prefer something more intentional and more you know, intimate. And I think there's nothing wrong with communicating those things. I think it's a very mature thing to do.

00:19:18
Speaker 5: I mean, that's also drunk.

00:19:20
Speaker 4: I also think that she addressed it as he was asking her, Well, I have to meet your friends.

00:19:26
Speaker 5: However, do you want to come pick me up? Let's get together?

00:19:29
Speaker 4: Yeah, you don't just expect me to go some local yeah, with a bunch of dudes hanging out.

00:19:35
Speaker 3: That I don't know. Yeah, And you know what, let him know that you're a queen, that you're boss ass bitch, and you're not going to settle for for something that doesn't work for you, because clearly that doesn't work for her, And that's okay.

00:19:46
Speaker 2: I don't know.

00:19:47
Speaker 3: I say that.

00:19:48
Speaker 1: I think I agree with everything you're saying. But this wasn't a date. He said, it's not a date. No, but I think that I think she misread it. He said he'd like to hang out again.

00:20:01
Speaker 2: He didn't.

00:20:02
Speaker 1: He said he'd like to go out again, and he would text me. He did exactly what he said, Yeah, let's go out. Let's meet up at a bar. He did what he said. I think she jumped the gun and thought she took it to me it was a date. And then he and that's why I think he was confused and wrote like, did I do something wrong?

00:20:19
Speaker 3: Yeah?

00:20:19
Speaker 1: Actually, I don't think he did anything wrong. He said, hey, you want to meet up after my I mean, I'm not going out with a guy at midnight.

00:20:27
Speaker 5: You don't expect a woman to be excited about that.

00:20:30
Speaker 1: Well no, I mean I'm saying, as you just said, Ley, it was up to her to say what time are you thinking?

00:20:37
Speaker 2: Where do you want to meet up?

00:20:38
Speaker 1: I think women, I don't know about in your generation, but in my generation, historically women have been nervous or uncomfortable saying, oh, how they feel? Yeah, you know, are you asking me out on a date? Like where do you want to meet what time?

00:20:58
Speaker 2: When?

00:20:59
Speaker 1: When he said yeah, to meet up? I'll text you. He did exactly what he said, so and forward like that.

00:21:05
Speaker 4: Yeah, they don't think outside the box like we do. They're black and white. We have this big giant gray area.

00:21:13
Speaker 2: So I think I think you're right.

00:21:14
Speaker 1: Last, she should have said, speaking, well, you asked me on a date, what time are you picking me up? Like you said season, what time are you picking me up? Or what time you want to meet? But she did what I consider sort of a passive thing. She was waiting for the guy to reach out to her, to tell her where to be in what time. Well, she just didn't like what she got.

00:21:33
Speaker 3: So she might still like this guy.

00:21:36
Speaker 4: So I'm glad she said yes, give him a chance and then share, you know, like I didn't feel real comfortable with the way that happened. So maybe a work and we wish you a lot of luck.

00:21:46
Speaker 2: Yeah, I don't think it's Carly. I don't think it's necessarily a red flag. I don't.

00:21:51
Speaker 1: I think go on the next date, the first date, really see how it goes, see how we treats you. And then then if you see a real red flag flag, you know.

00:22:01
Speaker 3: Nothing, that's a whole bong game. Yeah, yeah, all.

00:22:04
Speaker 1: Right, and send him and send him to Leah's, the local bar to me.

00:22:10
Speaker 7: Now, no, I'm not no, ma'am no, but thank you for asking, and do let us know if you like him after this next day.

00:22:19
Speaker 3: But do share how you felt about it, be honest.

00:22:23
Speaker 6: That's all we want. We want to hear for sure, all right.

00:22:34
Speaker 4: The next one's an anonymous. Hi, Kathy Ensusan. Please don't judge me, but I'm a huge mess and I need your help. My best friend was with her ex for about a year a year and a half.

00:22:48
Speaker 3: I'll wait.

00:22:49
Speaker 4: My best friend was with her ex for about a year and have been broken up for a little over six months. I always thought he was a great guy, but I feel like she felt he wasn't obsessed with her enough. He's really sweet and always went out with her and paid for things and so on, but the only thing she ever seemed to care about was that he didn't buy her flowers or didn't give her a card on her birthday, things like that. But she's my best friend and I support her either way. The other night, while we were at the bar together with some other friends, we ran into her ex, Tom. Tom was really sweet and said hi to all of us, He offered to bias around the drinks, but my friend wanted to go over to a guy's table, so she declined. I felt really bummed about the whole interaction, but went with my friends well. I got pretty drunk and in the morning realized that I ended up texting Tom around four am. I thanked him for his offer on drinks hopfully and said that it was good to see him, all things that my friend would not mind at all. He became really close to our friend group while they were together. But I also told him that he was way too good for my friend and that I'd be lucky to date someone as sweet as him. And I also said I just can't believe you're this great and super hot.

00:24:21
Speaker 3: It's insane.

00:24:23
Speaker 4: I immediately had a panic attack after reading what I said. He just responded the next day saying good to see you too, thanks.

00:24:32
Speaker 3: And my name. I am mortified.

00:24:35
Speaker 4: My friend would be devastated if she knew I did this, but I feel horrible keeping it from her.

00:24:40
Speaker 5: What do I do? Please help? I love you both, all.

00:24:43
Speaker 2: Right, go first layer, because boy, I got I got a mouthful.

00:24:47
Speaker 3: I would love to actually I would for me. This is so insane and this would I don't know. I feel terrible. I don't know. I would love to hear your guys' advice because I just would never put myself in this situation. It just sounds like you're drunk, but you know what you're doing.

00:25:02
Speaker 1: Don't no, no, no, no no no no, Susan, I disagree. I think a lot of people this girl sounds like she was blackout drunk. I think she isn't dating. I don't think this other girl is her friend. I think she needs to put away the phone. Young people text drunk all the time and then they wake up and go, oh shit, what did I do. I'll tell you what to do the next time, Anonymous. Put your phone down when you get drunk. And if you're not dating anyone and you want to date this guy, I would have handled it a whole lot differently than what you did. However, this would you say, I want to tell my friend. You probably need to reread your text here, because you said I told him he was too good for my friend. So I don't think she's I don't think she's your friend. I think you need to reevaluate Anonymous.

00:26:01
Speaker 3: Well.

00:26:01
Speaker 4: I also think she's got a secret crush on this guy, and he did not respond the way she wanted him to respond. I think he responded the way she was putting it out there. They would be going out right now, and that'd be a whole nother story. So you have to take a look inside at yourself, drunk or not. You know, I've always thought that people that have been drinking too much open their mouth, but they say what they really feel. Yeah, that's what this is about. She's got a crush, she wants him.

00:26:34
Speaker 2: But do you did you think she's friends? What do you think? Do you think that this is really good friends with this?

00:26:40
Speaker 3: I don't know because I don't. I don't think those are those are aligned with like a really good, loyal, strong friendship. And I think if if that's something that you'd be willing to do and like in your heart, then maybe, yeah, take a look at your friendships and like, is this really someone you value and care about? Because I think if you cared about someone so deeply, you'd never put yourself in this situation drunk or not. So yeah, I don't know this one. Keith is buttoned up and pray he never tells her tell.

00:27:10
Speaker 2: Yeah, I don't.

00:27:11
Speaker 1: I don't think I would tell her I don't think they're broken up anyway, So what does it matter? It really doesn't matter. But I will say I give great, uh great props to the guy who I think took the high road and said thank you, you know, Anonymous whatever her name was, and it was good to see you. He took the high road. He probably knew she was drunk. So whoever you are, sir, I hope you're listening.

00:27:36
Speaker 7: And her, you know, yeah, obviously. So there's so many fish in the sea. There are so many. There's four billion men. I'm sure you can find another one that's alone.

00:27:46
Speaker 1: And I updated three billion, nine thousand. Really, all right, Leah, we are of a certain age, so you know, here's your opportunity.

00:27:57
Speaker 2: Do you have any questions for us before we let you?

00:28:01
Speaker 6: Oh?

00:28:02
Speaker 3: I do, I do? Okay, Well, I just want to hear, like, what is your guys, advice to someone who's in their twenties who's you know, trying to navigate life. Okay, advice on life in general, and then advice for like dating and love.

00:28:20
Speaker 2: Ohs ism good go? Which wenty?

00:28:23
Speaker 3: What first?

00:28:24
Speaker 4: I think you're doing the exact thing you should be doing, focusing on what you want to accomplish and the rest will follow. Do you be educated, do your dream reach your goals, aim for your goals. I get it about finding love. If you were telling me this when I was your age, I probably would have ignored me. But it isn't that you can't hunt it down. It has to happen.

00:28:51
Speaker 1: Yeah, I would, I would. I would add a little bit to it. I think that a lot of your beautiful AI. You obviously have a lot of a perspective on life, and you have a lot of dreams and things that you want to accomplish. But I also think that you have to take a strategic Everyone does a strategic approach, not just to your career, but to finding that love that you want. And I've said this many times. I think you need to put yourself in situations, not at bars at one in the morning like we were just in that last question. I think that if you put yourself in situations doing the things in life that you love to do, whatever that is, hiking, voting, whatever it is, put yourself in situations where you will be thrown literally together with people of like mind, that you will that is that's that gives you the opportunity to meet people where you already have common interests, and so that's how some of the good people come into your life. And you know, friends or good friends, if they know you, they might work with someone. So it's it's sort of like networking in a way, but you have to put forth the effort. I think a lot of people think that prince charming or princess charming will float into their lives, and it really is something that you have.

00:30:20
Speaker 4: To put sitting on they're going to knocking on the door.

00:30:23
Speaker 1: I mean, I've said that a million times. You know, you have to you have to actively engage in life, and I think you're doing that that I love that actively engage and I think you are actively engaging. But I think if you want to meet a guy, you know, you can go on on any of the dating sites, but really all they're looking at is you're you're beautiful, and you are beautiful. But I don't think you are looking for a man who just wants a beautiful piece of arm candy. And and so that's why one of my shoes with dating apps. So I would encourage you to, you know, take some time for you, take some time to do things and take up new hobbies, because that's really how you will broaden your circle and meet new people, and hopefully something or someone in that in that adventure will say, wow, I met this great girl while we were whatever it is.

00:31:23
Speaker 4: And believe it or not, the dating apps ort. I've married so many couples that met on a dating Really.

00:31:30
Speaker 3: It does happen.

00:31:31
Speaker 4: The majority of the weddings that I perform have met on a dating app.

00:31:37
Speaker 3: I mean it happens.

00:31:39
Speaker 1: Yeah, I'm not saying no.

00:31:42
Speaker 3: I never take breaks from it.

00:31:43
Speaker 5: You get to see the same old people.

00:31:45
Speaker 3: You never know.

00:31:46
Speaker 5: You don't just be open and stay happy within you.

00:31:50
Speaker 2: Yeah, I think LA is a hard place. I know.

00:31:52
Speaker 1: My daughter lived in New York City and she said the same thing. She my daughter is as beautiful as you are. And she would say things say to me, it's so hard, mom. I'm on a date with a guy and we're having a great time, and then us we're walking. I see him looking at another woman as we're walking, and he believe me, my daughter's beautiful.

00:32:14
Speaker 2: She and happily married.

00:32:16
Speaker 1: But she would she would say, it's like they think you're beautiful, that they think you're smart, they think you're great. Oh wait, what else is out there?

00:32:25
Speaker 3: Yeah, yeah, and that's she just found.

00:32:29
Speaker 2: Guys didn't want to commit too many choices.
