Melissa DeMatteo: I Am a Lightworker
Melissa grew up with a strong work ethic and the desire to help others anyway she could. She also grew up with a deep connection to church and her faith. These connections served her well later in life.
Melissa knew that she wanted children and to be a mom, but first, through a series of events, she became a nanny to two other children first. She eventually wed, and even though Melissa’s first marriage did not end well, she did become a mother because of it. She has now been married to her current husband for over 15 years and is a mother of 4. But it wasn’t easy. Along the way, Melissa has suffered several miscarriages and through her faith, has been able to remain strong.
Melissa sees herself as a lightworker in the world surrounded by darkness. She is always seeking to improve the environment around her and to continue to bring out the best in everyone she can.
