<v Speaker 2>like and it was just a wonderful example of people
<v Speaker 2>sitting down telling their truth, telling their story, and people
<v Speaker 2>literally not believing them. Like the person who's having the experience,
<v Speaker 2>who's working in the industry, who's talking about their own experience,
<v Speaker 2>and the viewer being like, to know, you're lying, that's
<v Speaker 2>not true, that's not true. I myself, who have no
<v Speaker 2>experience in the industry. Me is the outside viewer, me
<v Speaker 2>with no experience in the adult industry. I'm going to
<v Speaker 2>tell you, who's been working in the adult industry for
<v Speaker 2>twenty years, that you're lying about your experience totally.
<v Speaker 4>It's like when we sit down in disasters, right, Oh,
<v Speaker 4>they're really not managing this natural disaster role and it's like,
<v Speaker 4>the fuck do we know sitting at home about manage
<v Speaker 4>It's like the same thing the armchair therapist.

<v Speaker 2>a great gift in talking to so many different people
<v Speaker 2>and seeing so many different perspectives that has really opened
<v Speaker 2>my eyes to all these different ways of thinking and
<v Speaker 2>living and like they're not necessarily for me, but to
<v Speaker 2>be able to like see how many different ways people
<v Speaker 2>live their lives. Yeah, it's just like, you know, we
<v Speaker 2>view everything through the lens of our own experience, so
<v Speaker 2>we see the way somebody else lives and we're like,
<v Speaker 2>I would never enjoy that, So therefore you couldn't possibly
<v Speaker 2>enjoy that because that's.

<v Speaker 2>And I'm going to project my feelings onto you because
<v Speaker 2>that's the only thing I understand.

<v Speaker 3>Yeah. Well, I mean, and that's ultimately your goal too, right,

<v Speaker 4>And then I realized I had to be in LA
<v Speaker 4>to make porn, and I just didn't want to do it,
<v Speaker 4>so I went back home and went to school and
<v Speaker 4>just kind of kicked it. Yeah, there was no OnlyFans.
<v Speaker 4>There's only a few girls making money off their websites.
<v Speaker 4>And like I remember Asia Carrera, she was such a
<v Speaker 4>prolific business woman, but nobody had avenues to do that.

<v Speaker 4>so much work. No one was really thinking of like
<v Speaker 4>the future, like how it was going to go. Yeah,

<v Speaker 4>So I moved back home after that, and I just
<v Speaker 4>I didn't really retire from porn. I just kind of
<v Speaker 4>like faded out. Wanted to do other things that I
<v Speaker 4>couldn't do in La.
<v Speaker 3>Yeah. And so would you do when you went home?
<v Speaker 3>Did you get another career? Yeah? I went to nursing school. Okay,
<v Speaker 3>that's that is not an unusual side route.
<v Speaker 4>It's so funny, right, how many nurses are in it?
<v Speaker 4>But yeah, I went to nursing school. I did that
<v Speaker 4>for fifteen years.
