00:00:03 Speaker 1: Reality with the King is hosted by me, Carlos King. I'm an executive producer who have produced some of your favorite shows from the Real Housewives in Atlanta, New Jersey and my own creation, The Love and Marriage Franchise and Bell Collective. Every episode, we recap reality television from the Real Housewives Franchise to The Bachelor or Selling Sunset, in addition to celebrity guests, whether in the unscripted space or scripted as well. Ray Drops on today's episode Reality with the King. Yes, Alexis, Jason and I are back to talk about Beverly Hills Housewives Season fifteen, episode three. But first there's breaking news. Alexis. I just happened to peruse through Instagram this morning and I see that you have some good news to share to the Ray Drop. 00:01:01 Speaker 2: Love just keeps flowing around this family. I tell you, I just got married, and you know, my son had been mentioning he wants to propose. And he literally to me and says, Mom, I think I'm going to propose to you. And I said, James, I'm going to have a heart attack. I just got done with my wedding. Can you give me a moment? I need one? Moment, let me breathe. I still am having PTSD from planning this wedding, okay, and he is just like, no, Mom, it's happening. And he gave me the date and everything and I'm like, oh boy, here we go, let's do it. So it was so beautiful and they are so they are so meant for each other, and I could never Carlos. It's sad for a mom because you know, anytime your kids are fleeing the nest, you know that that's going to happen. Okay, you know that they're going to leave and go to their person. But it's still kind of sad. But at the same time, it is so joyous because there is not one other human that I could have handpicked better than Bella for my son. 00:01:54 Speaker 3: Oh yeah, listen. 00:01:55 Speaker 1: I think this, listen is every mother's dream to make sure that they're children find their partner that you can love as well. 00:02:04 Speaker 3: So to hear the kind things you're saying about Bella, that is important, especially listen. 00:02:09 Speaker 1: One thing I know about mothers when it comes to their sons, it's a little bit more challenging for what I have seen when it comes to mothers giving away their sons to another woman. 00:02:23 Speaker 3: So you know, it's nice that Bella is a good girl. 00:02:27 Speaker 2: Yeah, but you know why I think that is. And I'm new to this, so I'm sure moms are going to disagree with me. But I think the reason that there's that stigma about sons leaving their mom is because the son's going to another woman. And I'm a woman and I raised him and now she's gonna take care of him and be that person for him. And with daughters, you know your daughter's not gonna go far from you, Like when Kenna gets married, I know she's gonna be you know, like it's gonna be different because moms and daughters do have a little bit of a closer like feel in that way. However, I'm super close to James too, and so I don't really feel that yet. Let's let's talk about this in a year, Carlos, But I don't feel that I'm super excited. I knew it was coming since they were sixteen, Like they got they met at fifteen. By sixteen, I'm like, these two are in. 00:03:13 Speaker 3: A hole long haul. Wait, they been together. 00:03:16 Speaker 2: Five years, they were they grew up together, they were in high school. She sat down on my couch the first day and we were having a bunch of James's friends over and she sat down on my couch and I sat down now next to her, and it was like almost a week or two later, they were, you know, starting to talk more about you know, having a Really, it was just it was just amazing. It's all been beautiful. It's a beautiful story. And they're gonna be They're gonna be Carlos. They're gonna be the ones that are married when they're you know, fifteen sixty years later, because they're marrying at probably twenty one. Yesh kid, first kid by twenty two ish. 00:03:52 Speaker 3: Well, was gonna be interesting is the fact that she's kind of like a daughter to you. I didn't know they met at that younger with a so you kind of you watch her grow up too. Essentially, I watched her girl up. 00:04:03 Speaker 2: She's traveled the world with us. She's been to five or six different countries and trips with us, like she has. She has been with me on every vacation ever. I mean, we haven't taken any in the past year. Puerto Rico was the last time we went to anywhere with everybody. But so yeah, she's been everywhere with us, and she's I have felt like she's my daughter. Yeah, so I mean that's a great story. 00:04:24 Speaker 1: Yeah. No, and it's been more love and this has been a great year for you. So congratulations with everything you have going on. You know, I know last year was a very tough year for you. So God is good because look at all the blessing you're receiving in the year twenty twenty five, and that just meets us more to come. 00:04:44 Speaker 3: In twenty twenty six. 00:04:46 Speaker 2: Yeah, yes, okay, I was glad to turn the page on twenty twenty four. 00:04:50 Speaker 3: Let me tell you, Oh, I know, I know, I know. So listen, before we dive into the real housewats of. 00:04:56 Speaker 1: Belly Hills, we have to get into a little bit it of some gossip that I'm hearing Alexis Jansen. Ok I'm not by the way Ray draws me and Alexis, we do not prep before we hit records, so she's gonna it naturally. 00:05:13 Speaker 3: She's like, what the freak is he? 00:05:16 Speaker 2: You can see my He's like gossip. But I'm like, wait, I've not been in the center for gossip because I've been dealing with Christmas parties and my son's engagement, like, Okay, what gossip? What is it about to throw my way? So here we go. 00:05:27 Speaker 3: Okay, be ready ready for this? Okay, you're ready for this? 00:05:30 Speaker 2: Okay. 00:05:32 Speaker 1: There's some gossip surrounding season twenty of the Real Housewats of Orange County and I want to get her. 00:05:37 Speaker 3: Thoughts on it. It's all gossip, Okay, confirmed? 00:05:41 Speaker 1: Okay, So as we all know, Vick and Gobilsent is coming back, right, So yay, we know that that's the. 00:05:49 Speaker 3: Only confirmed Orange. 00:05:51 Speaker 1: Holder that is coming back for season twenty. Crystal from the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills. She has a podcast with Cynthia Badley called Humble Brag. 00:06:02 Speaker 3: She said that she has tea from an extremely. 00:06:07 Speaker 1: Reliable source that she has heard that somebody is leaving the show, and she said, I want hundred percent believe it because the person who. 00:06:20 Speaker 3: Told me is credible. 00:06:21 Speaker 1: But the thing is, she also heard another person was leaving, and Crystal believes that we are going to lose two Housewives of Orange County. The rumor mill has circulated that one of the ladies who's leaving is Heather de bro. 00:06:38 Speaker 2: Whoa Oh my gosh. I have heard rumors also that was not the rumor I heard. So I'm going to see what how are rumors align? What you hear alexis no, you keep fishing, No, nope, you gotta go first. 00:06:54 Speaker 1: Okay, I'll tell you all right, Okay, So the word on the street is he to bro Okay, well. 00:07:01 Speaker 2: Let's talk about that. Do you think do you think that, first of all, that's a good move and probably like that she's been kind of ready to go or do you think that's just total gossip and there's no way because I'm not sure how I feel about that. 00:07:16 Speaker 1: Okay, I'm fifty to fifty And this is why I'm fifty to fifty with that rumor, only because, listen, I believe that if it is true, it's because she does live in Beverly Hills and the commute and everything that comes along. 00:07:36 Speaker 3: With it, the travel of the commute. In addition to this is only me speaking as a producer an interviewer. When it comes to her personal story last season, she. 00:07:47 Speaker 1: Didn't bring much to the table. So fifty percent of me believes it could be true for those two reasons. Now, the other side of it that I say, okay, I don't believe is true is because I do think when you look at Head of the bro she is a formidable player on that show. So I believe it were celebrating season twenty and Vicki's back. I could see a world to where they would not let her go. 00:08:18 Speaker 3: But that also means would she leave her on accord? 00:08:23 Speaker 2: Yeah, I as We're sitting here and this was something I had no raindrops. Like you said, I had no idea where this conversation was going to go. So as I'm sitting here processing it all and thinking it through, I think even if she did go, I think she would still have a presence on the show. I think that they will still bring her back at a friend level or like just cameos here and there, because I do think she carries too much glue and a little bit of a persona that like none of the other castmates have on this seat on this select you know, Orange County. But I yeah, so I think there's a chance that she's definitely not gone for good, even if she does not have an Orange Let's say. 00:09:04 Speaker 3: Yes, yes, yes. 00:09:05 Speaker 1: Now the other person that the rumor mail hasn't happening, because again Cristal is saying she believes the source who told her this one person was leaving, but that the source also said from another source, which is. 00:09:17 Speaker 3: So funny, that it's going to be two now. 00:09:21 Speaker 1: Ever, since it was announced that Vicky's coming back, everybody has been saying that the toss up is between Gina and Emily in terms of who is next to go, and that's been the second person. But there hasn't been any rumors surrounding which one of those women have been selected as the one to go. 00:09:42 Speaker 2: So that's what do you think? Who do you think, Carlos? I mean you and I've had this talk before, so who do you think you are today? 00:09:48 Speaker 1: I still stand by it. I don't think that I don't think Gina's going anywhere. I think if they had to let one of them go, I think it would be Emily. 00:10:01 Speaker 2: Well we've said that before, but also think about this. Heather hosted the Glad Awards event a couple of nights ago, which I would have been at had I not had my son's engagement on the same night, so I can't be two places at once. But she hosted that and Gina was there, so no, I mean not in this picture. I only saw one picture circulate and I haven't talked I'm so sorry. I have not talked to any of the women, so don't I don't want to act like I know everything, because I don't. I'm just saying what I've actually kind of seen on Instagram. I've been a little overwhelmed with my son and his engagement, so anyway, But so that's one thing. But the other thing is you and I have both been saying for like a year now, since we started this podcast, that it's kind of like it's time for Emily to take a pause or to have a break. You know, we've been saying it. So and I see a world where they separate them, and you know, I think it might be good for the show. They definitely have to do a shake up. I mean, there's no way there's not going to be a shake up, and so and and somebody I've heard, I've heard. Please, this is not my opinion. I've just read this somewhere or something Emily's wife swap episode was and I didn't watch any of these, but I just read this somewhere. But it was one of the worst or got the worst ratings. So I don't know if that's true. I you know, because you can't believe everything you read. I mean so far John has cheated on me, beat me and something else and none. It makes people you can't believe everything you read. But you know, here we go. 00:11:36 Speaker 1: Yeah, yeah, yeah, so okay, So again these are not confirmed reports. We don't know what's going to happen. Vicky Goblinson did say that they are going to pick up filming OHC Season twenty in February. 00:11:54 Speaker 2: Yeah, and that's going to come fast. I know it seems far for all of us, but that's going to come fast. 00:11:59 Speaker 1: Next week is pretty much New Years, do you know what I mean? 00:12:03 Speaker 2: The whole country shuts down from like today or tomorrow until like, wait, what's today's Friday? Saturday? The people are schools out, All schools are out right now, but Saturday until after New Year's the world shuts down, or the US shuts down, it seems like. And so you know what, we'll have to just pick up after that. Yes, yes, January, we're basically looking at January, Carlos, so listen, we will see. 00:12:28 Speaker 3: I will say this. 00:12:29 Speaker 1: I will say this, despite what people may want to say about last season's OC, I will go on record saying this. Yes, I've had my little you know, annoyances with certain things came in there, but I think overall, I'm gonna care what you guys say, and the numbers don't lie. Even us recapping OC all of last season, I really enjoyed last season OC and the reason why I did enjoy is because I think they did a great job making sure that we exhausted the storylines from people that began the season, and I felt that it left room for us to really see what the potential of a new season can be. So with that being said, the last rumor mel Alexis Janssen is that Jacqueline LaRita, formerly of The Real Housewats of New Jersey, is in talks to join the show, possibly as a friend because she does live in Orange County. 00:13:41 Speaker 3: She was recently seen out with Gretchen. 00:13:45 Speaker 1: I don't see Gretchen coming back to the show personally, but the rumor is that Jacquelin Loreta may come back as a friend to the show, which I will go on record saying if that happens, I am totally here for it. Jacqueline's great television. I work with her two seasons on Jersey. Jacqueline is the reason, the reason the first two season has got us some great moments because she went against the grain and rebuild a lot of interesting things. 00:14:15 Speaker 3: So I'm here for Jacqueline personally, and. 00:14:18 Speaker 2: I've heard this rumber too, and I am so I would be so excited to see her, and I think it's kind of cool to do a crossover. I just think it's you know, she's organically here. She didn't move here to get on Orange County. She moved here and happens to live close to one of the other housewives from what I've heard from a select couple few people that work behind the scenes. But anyway, she is a great TV I always enjoyed her. I did watch Jersey back then. I had a lot more time when my kids would go to about at eight o'clock at night, and I'd be bored till, you know, ten thirty. So anyway, but I feel that, you know, it doesn't surprise me that Gretchen was out to dinner with her then, because Gretchen reaches out to every new person that's anywhere near the housewife a name or anything, and becomes like leeches on from what I've heard, So anyway, that doesn't surprise me. But I think it would be great to bring some new energy, some new blood, someone that's already been on another show and knows how it works and brings some good TV, you know. And you know, I when I watched Jacqueline and you worked with her, so you know this. I she was a good person. I just always liked her. I always liked her energy on the show, and I just thought, you know what, She's just a good person, you know. And she went through a lot on the show from what I can remember, you know, with her kids, Ghos, there was a lot. 00:15:43 Speaker 1: This is reality with the King and I'm Carlos King. Let's get back into the show. 00:15:49 Speaker 3: Listen to your point. She is a really great person. 00:15:52 Speaker 1: I love love Jacqueline Mabrica. 00:15:56 Speaker 3: She's a great girl. 00:15:57 Speaker 1: Her Teresa our back being friends, the original Lucian Etho of the Housewise franchise. And you will not need a more genuine person than Jacqueine Marita. And again the reason why, the reason why she went against the grain is because these are her worst on mine. When Danielle Stole was going through a lot of seasons one and two, I'm b let's start a season one, she felt the need to go against her family and her worst to be honest because she felt bad that dan Geale was being accused of things that she felt the other members of her family was doing too. 00:16:37 Speaker 3: So that's who Jacqueline is. 00:16:39 Speaker 1: So we need a true Sarum because listen, Tamra is recovering from back surgery from carrying the show last season, and we need another true saram to play nice with the girls. 00:16:53 Speaker 3: So well out here for it. 00:16:54 Speaker 2: Objectively, I think Tamora has also been, like you know, as much as the other women are trying to push her out or don't or mad at her. Right now, she is the only truth serum, so you're right, like all the other women screwed around everything, no one else will really get to the bottom of the truth of it. So yeah, if Tamra could have, if Tamara could have what, oh my gosh, I just lost her name. Who you Jacqueline and Tamerack can have Jacqueline. That would be amazing because now we have true true tailors. 00:17:21 Speaker 1: Two yes, yes, yes, so listen, so rain Jobs, alexis Jansen the detective, and I will circle back when we hear more information in the new year. But look, we are here to talk about the new season of the Real House. 00:17:38 Speaker 3: Posit Beverly Hills. 00:17:40 Speaker 1: I am looking so forward to getting your thoughts on the p k Amanda and deret of it all when it comes to finances and being a woman married to a man of means. 00:17:55 Speaker 3: But before we get to all that, okay, Lexus Jason, we have to get. 00:18:01 Speaker 1: Into Bose's speed dating and my search for Sebastian. 00:18:10 Speaker 2: Well, it seems like everybody's on a search for Sebastian, so you better just step in line, honey. Okay, I thought, how ingenious is that whole idea of having all of these single, beautiful, successful, you know, good women do a speedbir dating route because I might get a shadow water and speed dating too. I'm not sure if it's my thing, but so I loved seeing how each of the women had their own way of handling it, like Kyle and Erica runoff and they're like, oh my god, we're so scared, like I'm dying. I just thought it was great. I loved it. 00:18:50 Speaker 1: Well, this is what I need to ask you, because again, obviously I'm not a woman, but I don't understand this at all, but I need I need your insight. Now you're a married woman, but obviously you were single before I need your insight, before you matted the love of your life John, and you went through that period of being single after your divorced. 00:19:15 Speaker 3: Why are women wearing black to meet men? I feel like I don't understand the LBD of it all. I must I don't they all they all black to meet these to meet these men? Did I get it? 00:19:30 Speaker 2: I cannot even tell you an answer for that, because I am female, and I would not have worn a little black dress to my first date at someone's house. If we're going to a like a charity or like if there's a reason, or like a you know, a matin, or like a a play you know you're going to watch, you know, Leame Mazerrah or something. I don't know. I might wear a black, little black dress to that. But I don't understand why you're going to someone's house at daytime and and it's not even winter when they were filming this, and you're wearing a black dress. I don't. I didn't get black. Everybody were black, and I just thought I loved all the comments about, oh, it's a funeral, Oh we look like we're all you know, we have a dark cloud over us, Like all the women had a funny response to it. But yeah, I don't get it. I can't give you advice on that, Carlos, I'm sorry. 00:20:18 Speaker 1: I thought it was weird. I think you have the iconic stylist for the stars. Rachel zel Is saying that when a woman wears a little black dress, it means she wants to have sex. 00:20:28 Speaker 3: And I'm like, does is that what it means? 00:20:32 Speaker 2: Because as an I'm wearing a little black dress to neck. Okay, I'm going I am wearing a little black dress. 00:20:41 Speaker 3: Me too. 00:20:43 Speaker 2: Oh I need that picture. I need Okay, you are putting on a little black dress for the orange drops next week when you come to the Podkay. 00:20:54 Speaker 3: Yes, I guess I'll do that. 00:20:55 Speaker 2: I both come at our little black dresses. 00:21:00 Speaker 3: Listen for you. I'll freak this something out, Lizzie. 00:21:03 Speaker 1: Let's let's let's contact the stylist because I'm gonna do it. One thing about this speed dating, Look, I will give Bose this. I normally don't like speed dating or reality shows. I think it's so like both. I mean, folk baking, phony. 00:21:19 Speaker 3: But I thought Bose did a great job with the variety of men. You know, you had your comedian, you had your card selector you had your lawyer. You have two lawyers, two lawyers and a real estate agent. So I thought the variety was good. But it's a. 00:21:41 Speaker 2: Motivational speaker and a motivation Sebastian. That's who you want. Motivational speaker, you forgot. 00:21:47 Speaker 1: Oh oh, motivate me all you want. Motivate me to every single room in the house. You'll get whatever motivate me as I speak. 00:21:58 Speaker 3: Okay, that's Sebastian. 00:21:59 Speaker 2: Or we're just giving you the plug right now. You don't even have to do any more speed dating. Just DM Carlos. 00:22:04 Speaker 3: It's like yes, yes, or or Dereete. 00:22:08 Speaker 1: I will say this, out of all of the girls, I think dreet is the best flirter. 00:22:15 Speaker 2: Oh one hundred percent and most natural and like feels the most comfortable, even though she's I know she's probably deep down in her heart not ready for anything because she is broken. You can tell she's broken bird, But like, I think she's the most comfortable in that kind of environment where the other women are kind of like okay, okay, and then they talk about weird things like what color socks are you wearing? You know, it's like it's like it was some of the conversations were so hard to hear, but Durit just kind of let it flow. So yeah, and her, how about this though, I know you're gonna be jealous, but how cute are her and Sebastian together? 00:22:47 Speaker 1: Oh listen, I thought, kat, I need to follow up with date and figure out like a her and Sebastian still keeping a touch. I thought they hit it off. He's a handsome, wealthy gentleman. I think that's exactly her type. No shape to PK. I think it's nice to, you know, have to redate somebody who you can roll over in the middle of the night and say. 00:23:14 Speaker 2: Okay, you're I'm not going there. 00:23:18 Speaker 3: Door? Should you door? Should you give this off? He was like, next thing, give. 00:23:23 Speaker 2: This off to me? 00:23:24 Speaker 3: Okay. I was shocked to see how bad Erica Jane is at dat. 00:23:31 Speaker 2: I loved her in the Confessionals though, because she's like She's like, look, Erica Jane can go naked on stage, do splits, do the tworls, do everything, sing, do everything, and then the Erica cannot. Yes, the Erica real Erica is awkward, and I'm like, yeah, but it's kind of it's still endearing. I'm like, I'd still date you if I was that way. You know, I'm like, you're still cute. There's something cute about. 00:23:57 Speaker 3: It, too, mean too, I mean, Erica gets me going. So now I'm with you. I'm with you on that one. But no, it was nice to see the come ride of the girls. I loved when Erica gay in the card of the guy was it was the lawyer. 00:24:12 Speaker 2: Right, Yes, that was one of the attorneys. There were two attorneys, yes, yeah, And so then Eric is like, here you go, this is my gift to you. So that was cute. I'll tell you what. Sutton at him would be cute together. However, he liked Erica. So that's the problem because now in the friend group, I would always have them. If I was Sutten, i'd have in the back of my mind all the time. Oh but he liked Erica first because he gave her the card. 00:24:37 Speaker 3: Yes, yes, yes, no, it's funny. 00:24:38 Speaker 1: So listen, I'm gonna give you some tea about the gay community. 00:24:42 Speaker 2: Oh goodness, I love all the tea though community or town. 00:24:50 Speaker 1: So listed up at all the gays who are listening will agree with me. So Alexis and the gay community, it's a very small pool up us. 00:25:00 Speaker 3: No matter where you are. 00:25:01 Speaker 1: You could be in LA, it's Hollywood, Detroit, New York, Atlanta, wherever. 00:25:06 Speaker 3: So it's funny because it's quite normal for. 00:25:13 Speaker 1: Gay friends to have dated as somebody that differentiated. 00:25:18 Speaker 3: It's more common than you think because the pool is so small, So. 00:25:22 Speaker 2: Heteros it's not as common. And you're saying a gay community because it's not in heteros. It's like it's like if you you don't really want to. I mean, it does happen. I mean it's happened in my friend group with other people, but like, so you don't really like that or or or think it's cool or like go along with it. But you're saying in the gay community it's kind of overlooked. And you're like, oh, it's no problem. You went out with George tonight. I went out with them, you know three months ago. Fine, have them. He's yes, all yours, wow, all good? 00:25:50 Speaker 3: Yes, Wow. 00:25:51 Speaker 2: So there's no tension. If you guys are at the same club together or at a restaurant together, there's no tension. You're like, oh, hi, George, I saw you two months ago, but now you're with Hi. I mean, there's none of us zero so well, that's kind of cool to know no beef. 00:26:07 Speaker 3: Well, in this case, there is beef, but there's beat in other ways. Moving on, moving, moving on. 00:26:17 Speaker 1: So one of the things that occurred in this episode is, look, Bowse is interrogating Kyle about, you know, her dating life, and you could see how I'm comfortable. It's two things I saw in Kyle's reaction to Bose interrogating her. One, you saw how uncomfortable she was with the line of questioning, but you. 00:26:38 Speaker 3: Also saw how she was waiting. 00:26:40 Speaker 1: To just say, look, let's just talk about it. And I did appreciate Kyle saying ask me what you want to ask me, like, I'm just I'm just over it. And look, I will give Kyle this. Kyle is giving us more this season about her alleged relationship with Morgan, only because she. 00:27:00 Speaker 3: Hasn't said it herself, so I'll say alleged. 00:27:03 Speaker 1: But again she told bos that, yes, I was in love with somebody after me and Mauricio separated, I'm no longer. Well. It was interesting because Mabo said, are you did you fall out of love? She didn't I want to answer the question, which to me illustrated that she still is in love, but unfortunately the person she's in love with does not like the thing. 00:27:27 Speaker 3: It does not like her. That's not like what comes with dating a Kyle Richards. 00:27:34 Speaker 1: And in that moment, Alexis, I felt horrible for Kyle. And now I do understand why Kyle op the plate in leaving the show, because on one hand, you have been on the show for fifteen years, you have accomplished so much, and it has resurrected her career for sure, And it's one of those things that I feel like a lot of women have to face unfortunately, which is do I choose love. 00:28:04 Speaker 3: Or my career? 00:28:05 Speaker 1: And I do believe that if Kyle decided to leave the show, she would be with the person she fell in love with. 00:28:15 Speaker 2: Yeah, and you know what's scary about that, Carlos, is that she just had a thirty year marriage that didn't work. So you're going to give up your career for a relationship, but yet there's a chance it might not work, because the reality of it is there is always a chance it's not going to work. You can go in fully, wholehearted, thinking this is going to be my forever, and then look at what happened to Kyle. You know, when she was crying about that when after Alexi is you know, they were shopping for Alexi's stuff and you see Kyle in the in the interview confessional crying. I mean, I had tears in my eyes for her at that moment, and it's like, so in the back of her mind, she's probably like, do I give up something that I have built and that's mine that I know can last and I can sustain for love? And I think if you're burnt out on the TV show and you're ready to be starting a chapter, you do that. But I think if you're not quite all the way sure, you don't do that. And I think that Kyle probably thought that. You know, Morgan will say allegedly as you have said, because we don't know for sure, But if Kyle would have given up her career, I still will not convinced that Morgan would have been okay with the public eye because it's not going anywhere it would take. I mean, Kyle's never it's never going anywhere. Even if Kyle quits tomorrow or they let her go tomorrow, she's still so big and so well known, even from just her name from before the show of the Hiltons it's like she's not going anywhere, so that was probably another thing, and they've you know, honestly, Carlos, Kyle's doing such a good job of being so private or trying to give Morgan the space and the privacy that Morgan is requesting. But you can kind of read between the lines with her and it seems like, you know, I think she's still kind of in love with Morgan, and you can't just throw those feelings away. But you know, you've got to give her props for the fact that she's trying to be authentic enough on the show that we can understand and read between the lines and also give Morgan what she wants. And that is a very hard place to be when you're a TV star. It's hard. 00:30:21 Speaker 1: Yeah, you hipped the nail on the head for sure, because let's just drop right into it. You are correct when it comes to. 00:30:32 Speaker 3: Kyle. Thirty year marriage is ending. 00:30:37 Speaker 1: The divorce isn't finalized yet, but obviously they're dating other people, and Mauricio has moved out of the home. 00:30:45 Speaker 2: By the way, hold on, hold on one second. I think I think, I think, sorry to cut you off, but I wanted to say this. I think Kyle's still in love with Mauricio too. I told you that, and I think you can see it when she was talking about Alexia and how she just hopes that he still looks at her the way that he looks at Alexia now in thirty years, like you can still see the pain. So I think Kyle and you can be in love with two people. And I think Kyle is still in love with Maricio. And I've said that before, and I said I'd go on my deathbed thinking there's a chance they could get back together, because I do still believe that. 00:31:17 Speaker 1: I do. 00:31:19 Speaker 3: Alexi Jansen, let's just let's just let's just start there again. I am gagging because you're right. You're right. 00:31:28 Speaker 1: When she made when commonly that comment to her daughter or just to the you know, to the audience, rather. 00:31:34 Speaker 3: Saying that I hope that you know. 00:31:37 Speaker 1: Well, I could see, you know, Alexia's husband looking at her thirty years later the same wayless of her now. 00:31:43 Speaker 3: It did make you think, like, did the attraction. 00:31:47 Speaker 1: That Mauricio had for you dissipated over the years, which when you look at what Kyle has become in recent years, she's still I'm drinking alcohol fully she's completely sober. 00:32:02 Speaker 3: She never once said she had a drinking problem. 00:32:04 Speaker 1: She just said she doesn't. You know, she wanted to have a healthier lifestyle. She's a gem rat, she loves being in the gym. I think she looks great. Now, this is my opinion, my opinion that we're talking about it now, I'm wondering, Okay, give we make these lifestyle changes for our husband to look at. 00:32:23 Speaker 3: Us, you know, differently. Maybe did me do it? Or do you know what I mean? 00:32:27 Speaker 1: Again, I couldn't totally be wrong, but you're raised a good point because she did say that, which to me indicates that was that one of the reasons why the marriage didn't work out, Because look, you always want your husband to look at you like you're the hottest girl in the room. No matter what age a long you've been together, every woman still wants their husband to look at her saying wow. 00:32:53 Speaker 3: You know. 00:32:54 Speaker 2: But think about this vice versa, Carlos. Every man would want his woman to be like so like, respect him so much and look up at him as the provider, the leader of the household. Like that's what every man would want to So if either of those don't work or start to dwindle. Yeah, there's going to be that just caused calls for like more of a stagnant marriage, and maybe that happened, but also maybe I did it, and maybe what happened with Kyle and Mariso. We have no idea about We are totally speculating right now, but I just you're right, I mean, and maybe that is something she felt and she changed her lifestyle. But at the same time, Maruco is a drinker, so it's hard to be have a non drinker be with a drinker. That's another problem because if you just go, you know, and everybody can still be just as fun or whatever if you don't have alcohol. But it's like, it's really hard to have one hard to have one person, I would think. I don't know this from experience, but I do have friends that are couples, and a lot of them are fine. A lot of them are like, I don't care, I never want another cocktail again, and they do and it's fine. So I don't know. There just seems like there could be so much that And that's why I'm thinking them taking a couple of Maricio and Kyle taking a few years off so their oats get the things out that they didn't get out of twenty five to thirty five, and they're doing it now later in life. There is a chance that they could both just go. I really miss what we had. I want our best friendship, I want our life back together. I miss you. 00:34:20 Speaker 3: No, it's tough. It's tough. It's tough. 00:34:22 Speaker 1: Listen, and again, going back to the point of Kyle possibly having to choose between her career and being in love in order to have the life that she wants, You're right, there is risky to give up your career for. 00:34:39 Speaker 3: The chance of a new love life that hasn't been going on for many years. 00:34:45 Speaker 1: And that brings me to the state of Deret and pKa, the status of their relationship with my mouth was on the floor, and the whole time, I'm like, I cannot wait to talk to a about this because I am curious about your thoughts on Dury being honest that look, when she met PK. 00:35:10 Speaker 3: PK you know, didn't have a lot, She did not sign a prenup. 00:35:17 Speaker 1: He started making money with his businesses during the marriage, and then at one point he lost a lot of money due to you know business, you know decisions. 00:35:30 Speaker 3: She mentioned how the house is in her name, and she had to find out her to see. 00:35:40 Speaker 1: A pre foreclosure that PK missed four months of paying the mortgage, and she had no idea that he stopped making payments, and she had no idea of the house was in pre foreclosure. She doesn't know if they have retirement fund and and she doesn't know how much money is in the bank accounts, which unfortunately is the reality for a lot of women who do marry wealthy men. 00:36:11 Speaker 3: Or businessmen for that case. 00:36:13 Speaker 1: I have lots of thoughts on this, Bob, would love to hear from you in terms of is that something that you understand, you experience, or just you know, gause. 00:36:23 Speaker 3: General thoughts on it. 00:36:24 Speaker 2: Well, I feel scared for her. I feel a little fearful that she is in over her head. And I don't know how if she doesn't have First of all, if they basically had nothing when they got married and then they built everything together, how does she not know where all the money's at and where it's I mean, I understand if someone's super wealthy, marys, you know someone else and everything's established, whether it's the guy or the girl. Becau's look at Amanda, She's the one that was established. I understand. How then if the other person, the partner, doesn't understand where everything's at. But if you build it all together, how does she put her name on everything? By the way, I would have always made sure it was both names, like both of our names, not just it's not all gonna follow me. We're gonna go down. We're going down together because we're married. So homes should be under both names. Cars and I mean, I take it or leave o, but like, but homes and companies should be under both names and access to them and bank account and access to it. Okay, because that's John and I are open books. We are just it's it's we know everything happening between the two of us. So and we are both on everything that we have started together since we've met. Okay, But so I that that worries me for her. And it's also kind of like I get that you get caught up in being a mom and being the lifestyle of Beverly Hills and all that, but it's also kind of like, why wouldn't you have questioned or had access to online knowing everything that's in every account and understanding do we have a retirement? Do we not like I don't. I'm lost a little bit on some of that. So my biggest thing that I was saying is I just feel scared for her, and I think she needs to try to get to the bottom of it now. Because here's the dip. They're not divorce yet, she does have a right according to state law, she does have a right to know where everything's at. So I don't know why her attorneys aren't working to help her get figured it out and find it. Her business manager should be helping her and working with her if PK's not. But in all honesty, PK should be an open book also because the court system is going to get to the bottom of it. The problem is there's time for him to hide money, there's time for him to do stuff, and then once it's all gone, and then the courts finally come around to, oh, now we're doing dorit versus PK, and then everything's gone or it's all been moved and there's no way to fight. It's like, there's so many weird things like this should have been something in my mind that would have been at the foremost of my mind to have happened when I filed for divorce. I probably actually honestly, Carlo is now thinking about it. I probably would have before I filed, even if he had been seen kissing on the street, because she said she filed right the day after she saw that photo of him kissing someone on the street. Even if that had happened, I would have gone behind the door and ignored that kiss, gotten all the ducks in a road to know we're exactly where every dollar was. I need bloggins to all the bank accounts, all of this, and then go file, like that's what I would have done. So I feel and you know, here's the thing that you know, I see you clapping, But here's the thing. You do get distraught when you're going through this because you're thinking about my children are losing their comfort of what they know of mom and dad being under one roof. It is it does put women in distress. So that is a real thing. So that's also something that is real and probably happened with her, and she just kind of overlooked it. And now she's kind of getting back on her feet a little bit and thinking, oh gosh, I should have thought about that. 00:39:43 Speaker 1: You know, Alexis, let's talk about it, because you are one hundred percent right in the sense of I'm worried or de Deiy even into the scene by saying, this is going to get nasty. 00:39:58 Speaker 2: This is Becausepk's not playing. PK is not playing kindly, and he's the father, she's the mother of his children, so it's going to get nasty. 00:40:09 Speaker 1: I knew it was going to get nasty the moment he tried to prevent his children from seeing their grandparents in Florida. If you could be that petty when it comes to your grand I'm sorry your children see their grandparents again. The only way I would have understood p K is if Derey was taking her new boyfriend with the kids to Florida. That's uncomfortable for any soon to be ex husband to welcome a new guy on a family vacation, right However, they're just seeing their grandparents, and the fact that you tried to block it let me know you are petty. 00:40:49 Speaker 3: End oh, go ahead. 00:40:51 Speaker 2: The other thing to that, though, is the only other way I could see it was if it was his time, if you have the joint custody, and that was she was shipping the kids off when it was PK's But according to what we know from the show, Dury has the children full time, so there is no custody battle about Oh, but you're shipping the kids off? What it's my time to be with my children. It just seemed like a nasty move on PK's part, like, oh, so now you're going to put the kids with their grandparents. Now I'm going to intervene because it's almost like a control thing, is what I felt. 00:41:20 Speaker 3: Oh it is. Listen ladies, listen up. Listen up, ladies, listen up. 00:41:28 Speaker 1: You teach your husband's how to treat you by what you allow in the beginning of the courtship. And because Duri allowed her husband to be in control of everything and not knowing nothing, that is a form of control. And my advice to women is a controlling husband does not mean he's always or it doesn't always mean he has to be physically abusive to you. To be controlling. Controlling looks very differently. He K based on what dere is saying to us on the show, he appears to be controlling. He has controlled every single aspect of any decisions that were made in that household and left her not knowing anything. And that's why she understands that you guys may think p K is like, oh, aloof and this funny person, which is why she's angry with Kyle because she's like, no one knows that man better than me. And I think Dreed understands that she is walking into a person who is going to be a monster because the man you married, the man you marry is very different than the man you divorce. 00:42:48 Speaker 2: Ooh, that's such a good statement. 00:42:51 Speaker 1: Oh gosh, it's not going to end well for Dreed based on the behavior that PK is displaying. I think the difference between Mauricio and a PK is this, and I'm going to say it because it's the elephant in the room. Mauricio's career is at its highest. He is, I mean, the agency is a billion dollar empire that he has, and when a man is financially stable, his confidence and state of life looks very differently than a man whose house is in pre foreclosure. He doesn't have any businesses allegedly, and he's not in the best financial state. That does owing to your confidence too, And that's why you're seeing Mauricio look having fun and him a collar good and you know, like he's not being a dick to Kyle when it comes to the kids and listen. 00:43:51 Speaker 3: The only minor child they have is Porschow, who's like sixteen. But he's not mean to Kyle. 00:43:58 Speaker 1: And I said this two years ago, Alexis. I said it two years ago. I said, de PK resents you. I've seen the behavior he resents you because once again, once again, he feels like you took this amazing opportunity and did nothing with it and he has no return on his investment. 00:44:22 Speaker 3: Wow. 00:44:23 Speaker 2: I was just going to ask you that because I didn't watch Beverly Hills two years ago. So what do you mean, so you think she got this show? How many years has she been on? 00:44:30 Speaker 1: Do you know? 00:44:30 Speaker 2: Roughly? 00:44:31 Speaker 3: Ooh, she's been on for like six seasons. 00:44:35 Speaker 2: Okay, so two years ago, you're saying he bought her a company or helped invest money in a company. And it's flopped. Because we've mentioned this a little bit before. So it flopped. And now PK is mad that they put all this money into a company that flopped, and he's resentment fault. 00:44:51 Speaker 1: Yes, he put money to multiple businesses. She had a wedding dress line flop. She had Beverly Beach by Derey, which was a swimmer line Lop. 00:45:02 Speaker 2: You're right, I've heard of none of these, so you're right, like I heard of none of them. 00:45:05 Speaker 3: Yeah, yeah, she he did all of those things. 00:45:08 Speaker 1: He was even trying to do something with boy George when they first got on the show, and nothing came out of it. Now, granted that's not Duret's fault, but he once again made Duri do the show, and what is about to experience is the wrath of a man who resents the woman who didn't lost his money. 00:45:31 Speaker 3: Thank you. 00:45:35 Speaker 2: How about this though, you know, Mauricio just started the company Mauricio for Ari, the Ari Clothing Wine. Have you seen those clothes by the way. 00:45:45 Speaker 3: Yes, yes, yes, yes I went to the Oh yeah you were there. 00:45:50 Speaker 2: Doug, you were in opening, Yes, I was there. If I wasn't a mom, i'd be flying all over too. 00:46:00 Speaker 3: Busy mom, wife and entrepreneur. 00:46:02 Speaker 2: But anyway, so we'll have to see if that, I mean, that looks like it's going well. 00:46:07 Speaker 1: But yes, I'm a close up fantastic and thank you Marisa for the invite, and listen you'll be seeing Carlos King. 00:46:13 Speaker 3: We're a lot of those on the podcast. 00:46:15 Speaker 1: So no, Mauricio is doing well and unfortunately PK isn't. But that's why I want to get your thoughts on Amanda. I really don't know how you feel about her. So I may be somebody that you're like Carlos, I disagree with you. 00:46:30 Speaker 3: I like Amanda. 00:46:33 Speaker 1: I like Amanda a lot because Amanda is different and we do live in a world where people are big on manifestation. 00:46:40 Speaker 3: I love manifesting. I do it all the time. And I know you're spiritual too. 00:46:45 Speaker 1: I like the fact that in that scene between Dared Bo's and Amanda that Amanda was asking the tough questions like. 00:46:53 Speaker 3: Where where's this, where's that? 00:46:54 Speaker 1: And you know, look, you gotta be able to do this. And even when Bo said what advice do you have for her? 00:47:00 Speaker 3: Her advice was like, girl, pretty much manifest the money that comes to you, and boss is like what talp of shit is? But I liked about sense. What are your thoughts on Amanda so far? 00:47:14 Speaker 2: Okay? So I have stuck up for her a lot out in this realm of everybody that is asking me this, okay, because you're not the only one. But like anyone that asks me, I have always said I like her, I like her, and I have people saying oh, I don't. She rubs me wrong. It's that I'm like, it's been two episodes, don't even go there. You don't know her yet. The one thing that bothered me this episode is I do I do like her, and I do I'm going to keep giving her a chance because I do feel like you can't. We're not going to know who she really is till the end of the season. Like they're giving us litt snippets of her, you know, and everyone's we're dynamic people. It's not like you're just one sided and this is who you are. It's like you got a lot of a lot of different areas of who you are. So anyway, I her. Hm, I'm trying to think of how to say this correctly. I do feel like the show is portraying her to only talk about money, and I don't believe that that's her true heart. But then you walk into her house and on her you know, her doormat is money Queen Dot and Company. You go through the first room and there's a shiny black Amex card, which, for those who don't know what an Amex card is, it costs money to own that credit card and you have to spend a certain amount to get that credit card because I've had it, so I don't now, but I'm just saying there are it's hard to get that and it's made out of titanium instead of a normal card, but it's sitting on our wall shiny black. I'm just kind of like, oh, that's a little aggressive, like okay, and then. 00:48:38 Speaker 3: A lot of the. 00:48:40 Speaker 2: But she's manifesting she wants that card, so she's manifesting. 00:48:45 Speaker 3: That's a little aggressive. I love it, you please into this. 00:48:51 Speaker 2: So then it just I felt like there was a lot more talk of this episode about many like in her confessionals and just you know, it shows like all her books that she hasn't on her when it goes through, it showed when she was talking to Bo's and dried about it. It flashed back to all the things that little snippets of her online, and it was all about money, like people love to pay me money, talks for me, or I mean, it was all just about and I was just like, I don't know, and I know that producers, as you know, Carlos, they they cut an edit and put enough, like you know, seven hours of filming into a forty five minute show. 00:49:28 Speaker 3: I get that correct, correct, But I just. 00:49:31 Speaker 2: Felt like, either they're just only trying to make her persona about money, or she really just does talk about it. And by the way, I have been on episodes where I didn't talk about it that much, but they maybe look like the only thing I talked about was John and there were several other conversations, several other scenes that happened, and they just only played the things that I talked about John. So I looked like this obsessed, you know, little girlfriend that you know. So I get all of that. That's why I'm saying the jury is open on me. I am I've loved her Episode one and two and defended her are the first few episodes we've watched her, and I've defended her to other people asking these questions. And I didn't love some of what was on this episode, but I am still going to stay positive because I agree with you she does bring a little bit of new like new zest something new to it. 00:50:25 Speaker 3: So yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah. But the thing is this, The thing is this. What's interesting is Amanda is being seen as his money queen. 00:50:35 Speaker 1: And listen, I think two things can be true based on me reading her book rich as Buck and based on what I've seen her in interviews, she does talk. 00:50:43 Speaker 3: About money a lot. That is like her thing and it is something she really does believe in. I do believe though, that when it comes to the concentration of setting her up into who she is. 00:50:59 Speaker 1: Yeah, as producers with a new housewife, you do want to start the first couple of episodes honing in like this is what sets them apart from everything else, because if you look at her, you'll just say, oh, Okay. 00:51:13 Speaker 3: Another blonde in belly hills, my husband and kids. Who But what makes her different? 00:51:19 Speaker 1: Is she? 00:51:20 Speaker 3: Like you said, the it's a choice. 00:51:23 Speaker 1: It's a choice to show the money queen doormat, it's a choice to show the black and match on the wall. Right, So we're seeing those things. So to your point, yes, we are seeing those things to illustrate that as well. But when it comes to Amanda, Twitter has taken another road in believing that Amanda allegedly has an MLM and they believe that is what Bows is responding to. 00:51:57 Speaker 2: What's an I'm gonna look like that idiot? 00:52:00 Speaker 3: Well, well you won't. It's Maulti level marketing. 00:52:04 Speaker 1: So EMA limbs are designed to make sure that the sales representatives expenses ex seed commissions. 00:52:12 Speaker 3: So listen, what that means is. 00:52:13 Speaker 2: This, Okay, you should be like an Amway. I know what a multi level is when people became millionaires off of Amway and then it went a way. You wrote, you have to buy the toilet paper and everything from Amoy. You couldn't go to Walmart, you couldn't go to Amazon, you couldn't go down the street. You had to buy everything from Amway. 00:52:27 Speaker 3: Yeah. 00:52:28 Speaker 1: So there's people online where are saying they feel like Amanda, girl, you're a fraud. They believe she's doing like these schemes to make money, and they feel like Boz's reaction. 00:52:38 Speaker 3: That they showed when bo said, girl, I'm asking you to give the recent advice. You're talking about some. 00:52:44 Speaker 1: Manifesting and this this is what I want you to tell her. So they feel like that alone, a lessus is planting the seeds. That, okay, is Amanda's carill legit. So maybe that's something we get to see this sea. 00:53:02 Speaker 2: Yeah, I mean Wowser's I mean, I think it's I've loved every episode so far, so I'm excited to see where it's going. Did you and you watched the trailer, I'm sure so next week looks good also, and they make us wait seven days, but yeah, I I just kind of want to see some of these women go on a date with anybody from the speed dating Just just can we get a little bit of that next week? Just maybe one date with Sutton and the one attorney and then one date with Sebastian and de Reit. That would be fun to watch a date. 00:53:38 Speaker 3: Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah yeah yeah. I'm with you, I'm with you. 00:53:40 Speaker 1: I want to see that because look, I said this on another podcast because one of my friends was like, I feel like Billy Hills is boring. 00:53:50 Speaker 3: What's going on? I said, Look, Beverly Hills is known to have a slow maarn it just it's just what it is. They look look, look, look honey, honey, they ram up me. 00:54:00 Speaker 2: I don't know this, so they slip start slow. 00:54:02 Speaker 3: Yeah, that's what they're known for. They start slow. 00:54:05 Speaker 1: Look look, look, look no shade, honey, unlike oc oc comes off the gate. 00:54:09 Speaker 3: Bam. 00:54:13 Speaker 2: Is this because the characters or is this just because of like why is that? 00:54:19 Speaker 3: The thing? 00:54:19 Speaker 1: Is this? 00:54:20 Speaker 3: And it's funny because Alex Baskin did it? Uh he was on Kay Casey's podcast. 00:54:27 Speaker 1: A couple of years ago, and obviously he his company produces OC and Belly Hills, And when he said this, I said, oh my gosh, that makes so much sense. He said, Look the difference between OC, which is in California, and Belly Hills, which is also in California, is he said, those two shows are so different. He said, OC laid on the table. They they are really honest, They confront every issue, they. 00:54:59 Speaker 3: Tell it life it is. 00:55:00 Speaker 1: Those women are like, Nope, this is what's going on. He said, that's the Ocie culture. He said, Bebby Hills, it's the completely opposite. You have to push them to be honest. You gotta like really push them to talk about things that are happening. 00:55:15 Speaker 3: He said. They're not as giving when it comes to telling each other how they feel. 00:55:22 Speaker 2: And exactly like Kyle. And it's exactly like Kyle and what we've seen her going through on this last two episodes about how the women are just trying to pull it out of her and it is literally like pulling teeth. It's like pulling the teeth out of her and too Yeah, yeah, I see it now. Wow, that was great insight. Never thought of it that way.
