SARAH VASEY's Advice for Racing in a Covid Bubble

On this week's episode of the Propulsion Swimming Podcast, we are continuing our build-up to Tokyo with another member of Team GB, the brilliant Sarah Vasey!!

We spoke to Sarah about how she coped with being in a strict Covid-Secure bubble until the final day of British Trials and what advice she would have for any juniors about to go through the experience; as well as looking back on her performances at Budapest and Glasgow, with Tokyo in mind!
