Speaker 1: Welcome back Happy Hour listeners. It's good to finally be back looking at my girl, Rachel. I've missed you. I wish I was back in Minnesota. I had to recharge, reset with some family. But it's good to be back now in California with waita, how was that you saw your niece? You posted a picture. She's so big now, and I don't know how long it's been, but I know it's been a while since you've seen Rachel. It was incredible. Thank you for asking. I had not seen her. I hadn't seen any of my family for seven months, and that's the longest my entire lifetime, I've ever gone without seeing them. And so the last time I saw my niece it was for her first birthday. She had just learned to walk. So now fast forward seven months, she's literally zooming all over the place, stands in, crawling up the stairs. She learned how to crawl up onto the counter, like open up the door. She's like a full blown adult, an independent woman, a woman, but she It was just good for my heart and my soul. I'd sobbed. I sobbed like a little baby saying goodbye to her. But it was great to just be back and to be back in Minnesota, I mean and like and you know, given the time from of everything, I was back when Dante Wright was murdered and all this craziness happening, so it was it was it was special to be home this time, just to be with friends and family and to have more conversations and so um. But you know, there's like nothing coming home to your own bed, your own space, your own routine again. You know, I missed Minno, But how have you been in the past week. It's I April should have been an easy month for me. Also, happy belated birthday. I don't know if we've said that yet on the podcast, so we need to say it. It's been a couple of weeks, you guys, that if you follow back, because she had a fantastic time in Cobba with friends and she looked amazing, amazing. But it's been a busy month. You know. Brian's here now where we've moved in, but we're trying to get situate waited turn this house into a home. But it's been great having him here. And uh, but it's like work has been crazy. I just need I know, there's no such thing as the work life balance, but I need to do a little bit better of giving more time to myself and to my you know, like husband and friends away from work. So try to figure all that out. And it's tough because you and Brian have been apart for a while, so it's like you get into your own routines and now it's just building your life together in a new space. But you know, you do have a birthday coming up, so who knows you might have a little getaway, a little R and r uni, he says, he does plan it's a surprise, which I love surprises. You would think, as controlling as I can be, I love a good surprise. Well, it's when you work so hard you are always go go bo bo go. So when somebody else can kind of take control and just whisk you and do whatever and have you not have to worry about it, there's something so special about it. It's though you speak my language, Becca, I literally for my birthday, I want to make no decisions. I want to just go with the flow I love. I know people don't think I can do it, but I can't. You can, I know you can. I know you can. Brian better listen to this podcast and have something good planned. If not, I'm coming to him. But you guys, I know it's been so long. We um it's been kind of fun to have these episodes where we don't have to recap a season, where we can just talk about whatever we want, We can bring whatever guests we want on and so today is an extra fun one because we are going to be all about the beauty, skincare, health life right now, and we're bringing on an incredible guest and somebody who I have never officially met yet, but Rachel has just talked about her in such a high regard um, so we're gonna be bringing on her, her girl Sonia Dakar, a spa skincare line. It seems more than a spat because it's just so in depth with all the things that she's able to do, from like the oxygen mask to eye cupping and face cupping, to the infrared light to it's i've gotten a facial before there's a facial and then there's a sign it to car facial. Let's just say let's start there. You've posted on your story sometimes of the different techniques that she'll be using on your skin, and there was one I'm like, well, I've never seen that before, what miss, But I want to try it out. And it's like it's so cool because yeah, it's not just a salonerous spot. It's kind of like I mean from what looks like, which to me is incredible. It's like a science lab, which is like all this crazy technology and product that can just make you glow and feel radiant and beautiful. So I know you've you've urged me to go to her for quite a while now, so I promise I will. She is a chemist, so it's it's interesting that you say it's like a science lab because she is a chemist, and so there's so much detail place into every sing products in her skincare line and then just how she takes care of you. So I'm so excited. I feel like to share her with our Bachelor Happy Hour listeners, so you guys can, because for me and I think that's what's fun. Like before we bring her in, we're going to talk about like kind of art skincare tips and maybe a little bit of like how we got where we are. And for me, I never focused on skincare until I became a part of bach Nation. It's like you don't know what you don't know. And so for me, what I was doing was working for me, which is pretty much nothing, which was a blessing. But as you get older, and as you do in like life and stress and all of that, like your skin changes, and so I actually have a skincare routine now, which I never had before. Well, it's funny that you mentioned that, because I feel like I was the same way. I mean prior to coming on to the show. It wasn't really until I was living in the mansion with twenty five women where you know, you shared. We had what like two or three bathrooms between all day you share countertop space, and I just remember some of these girls had product upon product upon products, and I was like, what the hell is this Like before when I was living in Minnesota, I literally I think I just put on like I probably put on body lotion on my face again at that but I honestly think that's what I did, Like I would have like I was very good about like washing my face and taking off all the makeup and the dirt and the grime from the day. But I didn't have I didn't know a I didn't know like serum toner cleanser oils, and I didn't know what order to put it in antil I was on the show, so say god, I had like some of my girls like shout out to Caroline who showed me like, Okay, this is your first step, this is your second step. So it wasn't until I think hometown week when I had a few days off in La like after my hometown that I remember going to a CVS with one of the producers. We had a day off and I had a note like a little posted of like okay, step one cleanser step to And that's when I really like actually started like being more cognizant of like what the hell should I be doing in my face right now right, which like it was only three years ago, And I think a lot of people probably feel that way or maybe like you feel like there's so much information, right, don't you feel like these days it's an overwhelming just like like just an overload of information as far as what you're supposed to be putting on your skin and you're supposed to be using this serum or vitamin C E a sunscreen lotion. So I think what's important before we get into the actual expert the actual genius of Sonya Dacar and we bring her on. It's maybe talking a little bit about like our must haves and maybe my skincare routine is Sonia Dacar mixed with Sunday Riley. So I'm not even going to get into the details, but maybe like talking about some tips like a must have, oh have well for me these days. And actually this is something that I used prior to the Bachelorette because I've always like I've always just noticed the like bags and lines and just say big, I do you're the only one everybody's living. Um. But I feel like my Minnisota actually probably came out stronger now since I've just been home. But under eye cream is like my go to it or whether it's like the cream or like the patches that you can keep in the fridge, that's something that daily I need, like along with my moisturizer. It is the It just like makes you feel revitalized. It just kind of like get especially when they're the cold like patches. Um just gives you like an extra kick in your morning's kind of like zaps you awake to get your days started. And so that's like one of my go to things that I would always recommend to people like. And then another thing too, I always say, is like, no one likes to dry bitch, so like moisturized moisturize. I think I'm gonna piggyback on moisturizer because I think people are like, oh, it's too much moisturizer. It's heavy. No, like you can't get enough. And so my tip is something that my mother gave me. We focus on our face. And ps is a side note. Um, Justine Bateman has this new book out called Face, and it's all about how much emphasis we put on this one square foot of area and how much, how important, how much importance we place on it. Um, just like how much we focus on it. And it's just one square foot. It's I haven't read it, but like my co host read it and she talks about how interesting it is, and Justine Bateman is like, I'm not going to do anything in my face. She has a new fillers, she has new botox um, but she just talks about as a society, how much we focus on it. Yeah, and um, but because we're we we focus on our face. My mom always taught me, you have to focus on your neck. Your neck age is so fast. So what you're doing to your face, you should be doing to your neck too. So if you're moisturizing your face, moisturize your neck. And if you actually turn and look at the directions on really good skincare products, it tells you to do face and neck. So my one tip is, like you you know how you see someone in their faces one way and their neck is totally different. It's like two different people. It's because they don't focus on the neck. So focus on the neck when you're doing your skincare routine. Well, especially I just heard this phrase when I was actually in Mexico my birthday with Tia is have you heard of tech neck? Because we're constantly on our phones looking down, there's this thing called tech neck. Now. Um so, like apparently when people go in for botox still get it in the neck too to help. I think, I don't know, I don't know, I'm not gonna like but like okay, like maybe we have like additional creases or something because sagginess. Um so, yeah, and that's something that I actually I remember watching my mom when I was little. She'd always put on the same like ola face cream and then she would like rub her neck and she always I don't know if it was her, but someone said, like always rub out, like go out to kind of like stimulate everything outwards. That's right, No, but I always feel weird when I do that, and I have the necklaces in the way, so I don't technically always do that, but I've just heard it. I don't either, So but maybe pay attention to what your directions say because a lot of times it'll say put in an upward motion, put in a circular motion, So pay attention to that. So, I mean, we could read directions all day, but I think it's just time to bring on the chemist, the badass businesswoman that she is. So everybody, please welcome Signia Dakar. Welcome, Sonia. How are you. I'm wonderful. How about you. We're doing great. We are thrilled to have you on because let me tell you what Rachel always talks about you, and she always says, now that I'm living in La, I have to come see you and get some miracle work done to my face. So I'm finally so glad to be able to put the face to the name here. I'm so honored to be with you guys, and so I love of course Rachel. Incredible deal. Now I see you guys walk together to make lad Now I understand what the team is energetic. And then the concept and the energy of Rachel is that when she comes to me, Rachel, we can be net We can make Netwalker listen meeting every guy. Sonia is made for TV. And this is this is what I love about her. I mean, obviously I go she has completely transformed my skin because I just had like a huge reaction and moving to La and it being such a different climate. And we'll get into all of that. But what you also get from Sonia is just love, attention and just a great time. Sonia and I talk about all the things you're not supposed to talk about, Paul, picture, religion, race, We talked about everything, and we have the most We argue, but we have the most beautiful Like it's how it should be, right, Sonia, Like you should be able to have different opinions right and talk about it and learn from each other. It's so great. So yeah, we're gonna get into all of it because I need everybody to love Sonia as much as I do. Well, I have a feeling we will. And so what I'm saying I already liked this energy. I was saying before you gone on, I was like, dang, we should have just one of us should have been like with you and you could have been working on our face as we were recording this and talking us through the entire process all of the things, because I'm sure our listeners are gonna want to either come to you and know exactly what you do to us. But I heard through the grapevine that you have been in the beauty and skincare industry since you were what fifteen years old? Um, so what first drew you into that? So really is when I was a clear girl. This is like really was the sea. It's been lent and me and unconsciously maybe in an beginning, and then it's floors you know, later years on. So when I was there eight years old, I used to go, like I was there first to go on a family my father, and they used to send me to a grocery shop in the neighborhood and there those that like you're like a small shop next to the apartment and stuff like this. So the woman there was like very iconic, look like really remind me knowing the trick, you know, the Dancer of the German, which is like it was iconic all over the world, and it was like skin like a flowless flowless they reready had like almost like mirror like it's so incredible, like marble. And then she didn't have any kind of stitch of makeup on her accept red liftstick and her hair was like simple cut, like you know, correct kind of black law. It's very much into today if you want to call it. But no makeup. That's how I know anything, just like liftstick. And after several visits buying her grocery shop, one time I asked, I said, I want to know what are you doing for your skin? What is like your secret? She said, I don't do anything but oil And I said what do you mean? She said, I watched my Facebook away and I put oil and let's comfort, and I said, wow, oil does so much. Of course, hear by high school, college and everything. And then I decide to go back more to learn a black black how we can help people because on my friend, a lot of my friend was ane, a teenager, her monel, all of these things, so it's kind of like really conquered. I said, lack pathnee. I never had atend in life. So it's not because of me I went in the direction, but because of luck all my surround We they have like interruption and the skin and could be so many reason. We'll go after luck into it and me myself, I thought, okay, I had the privature of a perfect scheel. But when I thought like the direction to go it on, I thought maybe I would go to be a chemist. I went to school graduate and I thought like how can I do the whole thing? Is that to pursue it and go that really like actual reality to more further to do to produce products and to invent and they formulate it. But what should I do for what? Okay, so acne, what that for about nap? They have so many times interruption the skin, medical reason could be so many so rises Rosasha, you know it's exama and we're talking about like really medical feed beside it like starting on Mathney, cistic, actney, just name it. So I decided to go left to school later on and go to be a Stetuian just to know why I formulate the product and how it's going to hear. So I start like exercise after you know it's a graduated from school exercise and like guinea pig, my client literally like I know, like what kind of a skin they had and what kind of lack an answer? I can give it to the question to frustration, so that I start all my career when I find that, like how was that? Became black addicted to success. It means like every time like a client came with the issues, I solved the problem. She went to a doctor, she went to from seacole, she went to a retail store, she went to Estetuian at the time, estetition at the time there was luck used to be like massage, a lot of a lot of massages and then extraction with all kind of a tool of metal, which is started the skin. So I became after six as fall, I became like create like the really the exercise and the practice of luck. I am now your last answer. I'm I'm the final answer. I'm the light in the dark. And basically like every every customer should come to me, I have an answer because of my philosophy of luck, learning and practice practical. So I knew how to formulate the product, but I create also how to manipulate equipment, but how to come with luck an answer for my parent all the way. So my my treatment was no, no massages, which should start calling black. A boot came like I remember one from Good Morning America. Um the ankle you come to me. And I used to have a boutique and bevery boulevard um between Switzard and Las Seneca, and it was that full of full of people. There was like really a zoo like literally underscoff but was like a crazy like a sandwich and find I find out Black, when a pragess wanted so many people, it's just a truck more people. But it's happened like literally that's what happened. And she said, wait a minute, it's like a zoo here. I don't like it and not relaxing. And I said, look at your face and I took the mirror and I said, this is what you have and that's what you said here, yeah, Black, you know deceleration, aging, patty eyes, all of these things. I said, this is like basically, this is the bootcam. This is the fitness You know that you're not gonna like it. That's either this way or a highway. So when I thought that the bootcam a fitness and everything and that kind of ragus matter said. Basically, we don't do nossalges here. We do like a tow z like clear and the skin don't matter. What is the backcount of it, what is the reason of it, and we find the final ends of our client. Then that's how microreafs start at the time. So, yeah, I want to talk about your career because you're a lot of women listen to our podcasts and we love to give advice, we love to give tips, but we also love to tell stories. And for you, I mean, what was it like starting your own company at a time when honestly not you weren't just young, it's that it probably wasn't normal for women to do that. Can you talk about like some of those hurdles that you had to overcome to be a woman and start your own business. Well, you know, honestly, if you think about it, like she's younger age, I thought like I didn't see like a woman less from a man, female lesson and a male. I saw myself like equal opportunity the day I know myself like a few years old. And then practically is you can see and my one of my bottle here even you see the why it sounded acause the woman here growth in subject early age and teenager to look like the woman's like the freedom when her hand is open. Look the sky, he said, Hey guy, you know upstairs. Hey god, the sky's a limit for me. I can do anything and everything I can reach. The sky's a limit if just I put it in my head and just if I want enough to go there, and nothing's gonna stop me. And that's what it is. So it's basically when I start, I didn't see myself honestly, is a man try to boone me or try to take from me. I never work in a sector with a lot of women and men together, so it's a less salary, less payroll or la nat equal opportunity. I saw myself that they want. I know when I was a few years old, I can do anything and nobody can stop me. Nobody can stop me. When I was like a few years old and my teacher wanted to change my name from black Russian name to Hebrew name Sarah, and I want after you know, from sport, and I have to watch I am mind by myself. I was a few years old that probably I could be kidnapped because the luck being harmed by by um I don't know, luck and a dog like wild dog wasn't the street at the time, but I you know what, I was so like, make my mind so strong. I said, nobody canna gend my name unless I want to. But I don't want them, and she cannot force me. So you know, when she find that, she was terrified and she cannot find me in a class. She find that Luck when I got home and she said, Okay, you gotta get your name. It means like you can get everything you want if you just put this in your mind, Sonia. I want to get into skincare because we have so many I feel like it's a it's such a such a hot topic and and and admittingly, I've never been into skincare until I became a part of the Bachelor France. Truly, I've told you this. All I did was rub alcohol on my face and use a little vasoline. It's very embarrassing. And as my skin has continues to change as I get older, I realize I can no longer do that. So I'm really been, really been invested in skincare, and you've really helped me grow as far as like what's necessary for my skin. So I know it's gonna be hard to like, everybody's skin is different and they're affected by different things. But if there's a tip that you can give, like the one thing that people should have in their skincare routine, whether it's in the daytime or nighttime, what would it be? Okay, So one chip too. You know, it's hard to say one because you need something to wash your face, which you suit your skin. Okay, so give us you know. Yeah, it's like you need to wash your face because it's not fair to take mostureize without washing your face. And wash your face with water is not enough. It's good. It's good just to refresh like water if you want to miss your skin, but not to wash any dirt. It's not going to penetrate and break the dirt and the pollution makeup or whatsoever, like completely out. So I always say it, like a few things they have to be and your and your kid and their bag or in a battle or something like this, so you're hot to eat, Like three things it's a must be. One is a wash which is suit your skin. It's good, be it cannot be also fair can be like or oil wash. It could be like milk like a jail wash, or could be in a milk cleanser. That's like one of the things you have to figure out. What is your skin gonna be like more of love compliment. Your skin cannot be like one thing I can tell you, like a wash cannot leave the skin it's too tight or cannot leave your skin like you see and feel like a flame on your skin. You have to feel. You have to feel like soft breathe and you have to feel like completely clean but lack tight and tinkall or in thinker there. So that's a wash have to be like mask and I will said have to be oil. You know, if you don't et mostralize the oil, oil will soothe like my oil or MAGA three six and nine I formulated thirty years and basically is at today is the number one oil in the world because it's like the essential fatty acid can kill bacterial dutch is well, Rachel can be you know, the fatt essential oil kill in fact infection. You know, if you have the lesion open, if you have black, if you have any type of skin, completely destroy it and healing the skin and no interestin justus as well, so I think oil is number two the most important thing. And then also speak sunsprain. Su strain is appreciated sun without without sunscreen without SPF and SBF. They need to be only number thirty. Number thirty is that ninety eight percent UV and UBB blocking anything that you know, it's about forty five or seventy or anything I did. It's only gimmick of company to attract more people. But it knows such a thing. All you need luck that it knows such a thing hundred percent. So that thirty is that ninety eight and the number fifteen is ninety four UV and UBB. So it's mean a stick partake you from cancer or any kind of black form of understand that aging or discoloration. You know, it's a lot of black sun damage make like pregnancy mass stuff like this. Um it's enough like even fifteen, but I like to have like thirty to also have like more flawless skin, so not they have contamination. That the three things mass, mass, march. But also said on the tip, I can recommend don't got to sleep with black makeup. You have to wash your face. You have to wash your makeup is chemical and even if let's say you didn't even put makeup in the daytime. Just that all day long you're sitting next to you know virtual at home and you walk on computer and with office. The skin is sweat, the skin get tired. The skin have a ship pollution from the air, like we're breathing dust all day long. Even if a house we feel like they very clean. So to get rid of it and have the post to be brief and then apply all the products back before you go to sleep half an hour. And the very very big tip I can tell everybody, change pillow case every day. Game changer changer because we doing night, we sweat, we have saliva, we don't understand if we have a partner or husband, we kiss each other, it's all bacterial. You have to change the pillowcase one hundred percent. And also pillow case. I always said, don't take cotton, take polyester because the cut and cumulate more mold and dust and polyester completely completely doesn't stick on it. The number one and number two change two towel a day am and pm. Every town you wash because the towel became like a wet and you use it in the evening one it's way to cumulate more dust and more bacterial, so change it. And even if buy Target like two thousand a day, like buy like two thousand, you know a towel and have a twenty four towns just in case if you don't have time to wash it this week, so you have like enough town to the week or ten days so they can recycle it again. All the way that the track the team doesn't cost you a lot of money. It doesn't cost you a lot of money to wash your faith doesn't cost you like minimum products. Also you know how to take ever your skin. And I think like this is like number one, it's awesome not just make your skin's like healthy, preventing film your aging much faster. So mean that you can by take care of your skin. It starts from early age, like even like seventeen fifteen SPF from your skin. What's your fish with a good clientser, I promise you and then like twenty something, noish your skin more like don't think it about oh my god, is anti aging nor such a thing anymore? Want aging? You don't wait until you again a hundred pounds to lose weight. You know two pounds you can lose it fast. You don't wait until you get winkle and appne and then start like running to adaptor from the cercle instatician and you're lucky if you find a good one makes your skin very good and find a good answer by week. So sometimes we take long time, take like years and years until you find the final answer. So if you take care of your skin from early age, honestly, it can defer aging and you can live with a skin I would call it camera ready like perfect most of the time. I just want to say, before back to ask a question, I just want to say I am a living testimony to this. You guys. When I first saw Sonia, she told me to change my pillow cases. Never even thought to do that, to change my washcloths twice a day. I have done that consistently. You can go to Amazon wherever you go, you can find towels cheaply. It is it's consistency too, is the tip. If I miss one day from doing what Sonia tells me to do, I can see the change in my face. So it's all about consistency too. And then just the last thing, the oil, the Omega boost oil that she's talking about. I have had a terrible experience with lamination of the eyebrows. Sonia knows. I walked into her place with no eyebrows none, and since she told me to start using the oil, I use it in the morning, I use it at night. My eyebrows. I know, I have makeup on, but I will eventually, you guys, like follow me on Instagram, I'll show you my eyebrows have completely pretty much grown back. I'm going to show you a before and then after of what it is. So the oil doesn't just help your skin, it also helps like for me with the hair growth of my my eyebrows growing back. I have to tell you one thing I have. Like one client she got back from some um i'd be kind of poison and she started having black uh and touchas she was traveling, she had like a mucus luck in her hand, like start oozing and she put the niche forring. That's the normal thing level and she got allergy from new escring, which is some people do do not many, but this time she got infection and guanglance. She started having like oozing infection all the way or you know, started being like on her wrists. Start traveling and she said the only thing she had to think about herself. She had the blue butterfly and her and her bag, like you know, the you know, her bag or whatever she was, and she takes a little bit of it and she massage, she said, stopping the bleeding completely. And the scale became black. The scale after a few days became black. Uh, we close up so that we like the housing stop close up the redness and irritation face completely away. And basically, she said, he scept her life. And that's really true because if she will not know that the allergy, that'd be lack bay bay fattle. So the blue bottlefl has even medical answer, an organic vegan substance. I'm so proud of it. I really am love it. I cannot wait, an I can't. I cannot wait to stock up, and I'm sure our listeners will want to as well. So can you tell everyone where they can find you on social media, on your website, where they can come to purchase all of your incredible products. Yeah, so first of all, I want to I want to tell everybody a products. It's like I was one of the pioneers three years ago. I came with green products. I never wanted to have any kind of a deificial fregness in my products or civilizer or any color at deficial color on my products all my products for three years ago. If any color into it, it's at natural a green vegan plant base. That's number one. People have to know if a pregnant woman, a LOOPO so cancer patient, God would be all be safe with these products at number one. They can find it on a website that son acast is cleaning dot com or you know nature. Can you put it there also, it's um on a website? Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, Well, well we'll put all the information and the description of the podcast like on the website where to go? Um? Can I be nosy? And can you tell us some of the famous people you work with, you know what they take care of, like a one part for like honesty saying she was with bread bat for lack, what is it like almost twenty nine? My gosh, yeah four? And then I said, you know, honestly, I feel it this way. You know, age is only in mind, and that's so the way how you present yourself. What is luck? You said? Of mind? But yeah, so Jennifer Lawrence, you know like musician, you know, like God Gray and drag right, we are talking about that. You don't tell you did drink, so that's great. So it's for men as well. We didn't ask you that question. Yeah, it's it's it's more like a private guy and he doesn't you know, we don't instagram him or or anything. It's like time like a private and we love him. One of the nicest person I ever met, honestly, it's a beautiful person in and out. So yeah, we do have quite a bit like people. But we're like then, we're not everybody here exact? Really is that no, such a red carpet to nobody. Everybody is equally because appreciate it, respected my heart and song going to them. I don't give a secretary or student or somebody comes to me with a private jet. It really doesn't make any difference. That's true. You feel at home from the moment you get off the elevator. It was a question that I have for Sonia when I when I came in, because my friends that referred me to Sonya were white Whitney and Christina you know who they are, Becca, And so it was a question like do you can you take care of my skin? I have hype pigmentation, I have scarring, I have darker spots um like discoloration, and like Sonya told me, like I'm the best. Zero. I don't get dark circles ut of my eyes, but I do like have like like under my chin, you know, like it gets discolored. And so Sonia is not lying. She's the best in the business. She has my skin. I've put this on my Instagram and I'll continue to do it. You don't understand how bad. I've never had an issue with acne until I moved to Los Angeles. So I'm like so grateful for Sonya. Something very funny I always send my day welcome to tell you like someone and like funny thing I always said to my client when they eat the single all day, a new marriage, just like the Rachel, I said, just have your husband or your boyfriend put in black. What did you do for him? Like a mini face of Friday night or Saturday night? And you know, just and then put a little bit old o making away a massagect put the blue butterfly, put them as before, and I promise you after everything you ask it was said, yes, ma'am, it's same thing. It's a beautiful the product. And you know what's the dangerous about it? Rachel, It's like after sometime they tell me after a few weeks, he said, my products is finished so well, like you teach me how him and now he's like spoking with his the thing fully the night kind it's a bad happeth you know, we got my boyfriend h but it's kind of funny. That's true. I think it's it's true. Sonia. Thank you so god, thank you so much. I want to thank you so much and make up thank you for having me there. Yes, I wouldn't have person. You're not wait to see you back and bake up you want to come to come to my place. You've been invited, I know, I will. I promise you that I will come set up an appointment, and I can't wait to look twenty years younger. Whoo, she's a talker. She is a talker. But let me tell you what you should see my notes right now. Everything I have listened to buy and to do. Your skin's great. But for some reason, I really had a strong reaction coming from Miami to La Rachel So to die, I had the same thing. It was okay, did yeah, So she's really nursed me back to help. I can't miss one day without going to like doing what Sonya's routine is. Like, I will admit you, guys, I'm not perfect about the pillowcase. Okay, the one on there has been on there for a little bit now, silk or polyester us. I use silk just also because my hair, like if I don't want to wrap it at night. But I'm not the best at that. But I am great with the face towels. I agree with this. That's not even something I thought about. Like when I when I say think of skincare, I think of okay, like what do I put on my face after I shower or before bed, but like the towel makes sense, and I just think about, like I'm disgusting how often I just like, you're not on the same towel for a couple of days, and then like you know, once it gets a little like too damp or smell like dirty whatever to much make up out, that's when I'll toss it out. But like, mmmmm, you're not actually nice. Because now that I think about it, maybe that's why I had hotels. They always have so many extra towels all over the place. So exactly I'm gonna stock up. I can't wait, honestly, Like I have had my phone out and I've been adding every time she says something new, I've just been adding it to my cart, so I can't wait to Well, now the door is open to you too, so you know you gotta get in there. I'm just gonna go there. So I'm so glad we had her on because I feel like everyone you know can. I think most of our listeners love like when when we do beauty routines or skincare routines or hair routines, especially on Instagram. So it's fun to finally have a professional sit down and talk about what she seem works, what she knows, she would recommend, and a troll blazer, like a business owner, someone who's paved away in this industry. And I think that's what her story is incredible as well, and just the confidence and I love the fact that she can still let another women and her daughter and her grandchildren. It's it's great. So she just seems like somebody I want to meet in real life very soon. So now you give yourself about two to three hours for that appointment. Okay, Well, Rachel, I think a couple of months ago you went to see her and we had to do a podcast that evening and who showed up late and when she warned us five hours. But that was my first one. That was the first time we were getting to know each other. We were falling in love with one another. You know. It was you will not meet there for five hours, but it's a full afternoon to be with them, and it's really Chrislan So I can't wait. So you guys, thank you again for hanging out with us.
