Severe storms to hammer central and eastern US; eyes on Caribbean for tropical development
Severe weather may show no mercy for parts of the central United States with a daily risk in some locations. Storms will also reach into parts of the East as well. AccuWeather meteorologists are tracking tropical downpours in the Carolinas and an area of stormy weather that can develop in the western Caribbean before mid-June. At least one will directly affect the United States.
