00:00:01 Speaker 1: Hey, everyone, welcome back to betch You're Happy Hour. I'm Joe and I'm Serena and we are here today with a good friend of ours, mister Wallas Adams Walls. Welcome to the podcast. 00:00:10 Speaker 2: Oh thanks for having me, guys. 00:00:12 Speaker 1: How you doing? 00:00:14 Speaker 2: Can I be honest with you? 00:00:15 Speaker 1: Yes? 00:00:15 Speaker 2: Always, I'm a little hungover today, and you know it's my own doing. But I was overserved by myself. You know, you don't think of the bartender as being the one who overserves himself, but it happens once in a while. So but I'll get through this, I promise. 00:00:32 Speaker 1: I think you will. I mean, you know what you got to get that we have in our freezer is the you know, like the Alex Earl like we have that face. 00:00:42 Speaker 3: Actually it's like a cap. Joe's mom recommended them to us. She was like, this is what you guys need for a headache and even better for a hangover. 00:00:51 Speaker 2: I do dunk my face in cold water and that is chef's kiss. Well, you have a tortress, you have a you have a cold plunge, right, I do, but it's broken now. I needed a new like motor to cold cool it down. Doesn't get too cold, so got it. We went. We went to Disneyland last night, so shout out to you know, Disney owns ABC, so we we have to shout out the mouse. And we went to Disneyland, uh yesterday because Sarah is about to leave for Broadway for a while, which means I'll be hanging out with you guys a lot this uh this coming year into next year. So we had our kind of a goat going away goodbye party at at Disneyland, and it was magical other than I was overserved. 00:01:36 Speaker 3: Okay, Sarah loves Disney, doesn't she. I feel like a Disney, huge Disney fan. 00:01:41 Speaker 2: Yeah. She started crying at the show like the Water Show last night. World of Color, she's crying. She didn't cry at my wedding, our wedding, okay, but. 00:01:55 Speaker 4: She was just moved by the colors and the music. 00:01:59 Speaker 2: But Amy Polar, you know, voicing the voice of whatever emotion she is really got her going. 00:02:06 Speaker 1: So you know it's Serena cries at the end of like every show we watch these days. 00:02:14 Speaker 2: Did I know, did you cry at the end of Bachelor in Paradise? 00:02:19 Speaker 3: No? 00:02:19 Speaker 4: I didn't. 00:02:20 Speaker 3: I can't say I did. But Bonnie's death vampire. 00:02:26 Speaker 1: In Vampire Diaries got me. Yeah, let's talk a little bit about that. I mean, that's why you're here, you know, let's talk a little bit about Bachelor and Paradise overall. What were your thoughts on the season? We saw that you did host the reunion, so before we get into. 00:02:40 Speaker 2: That, Yeah, I I was up and down on it, if I'm being honest. While we were doing it, I wasn't sure. I mean we were taking big swings and trying out a lot of new stuff with the new production company, and so I think anytime you go into something where like everyone's new and all the ideas are new, it's a little scary. But by the end of it, I really enjoyed working with Scott, who's the new showrunner and now he's gonna be producing The Bachelor. So yeah, you know, at first I was just like apprehensive, and then when we started doing it, I was like, oh, this is cool. But you know, a lot of the things that we changed, I just didn't know if it was going to work. Like obviously, bringing in the Goldens, that's so it's curveball. Who knows how that's gonna go. Yeah, you know, bringing in these relationship challenges I was really into, but I wasn't sure how that was gonna work. And then also the money thing, you know, of the you know, the bad cliche of this franchise is not being there for the right reasons, and all of a sudden you put money into it, and it's like the easiest thing to say is you're not here for the right reasons, You're here for money. But I will say that, like, you know, I've done eight seasons now, and I was pretty impressed with the fact that so many relationships were this wrong. This are removed from filming like we did the reunion show, and I was like, wow, a lot of you guys are still together, which hasn't been the case in years past. So my thought is that all these like relationship tests and money and all this kind of stuff, I think it really it strengthened the relationships that were working, and then for the other ones it kind of like got rid of them, And I think that going forward, it's a good kind of way to do the show. 00:04:29 Speaker 1: Well, how I have a question moving forward, how are they like, what are they going to do about the money thing? Because if I'm a new contestant coming on this show, and I meet someone on the show on the New Bachelor in Paradise and fall in love. What's to stop me and her from saying, Hey, let's just break up. At the end, I'll choose the money and we'll split it like. 00:04:56 Speaker 2: One. I think that it's never vocalized, but you know, the entire season, especially when the money was introduced, was putting all these relationship tests against the couples and seeing how they responded, and it wasn't vocalized. But the final test is what you choose. Is it the money or is it love? And so I think there's a world in which if you choose money, you don't get anything because you failed the last test. That obviously didn't happen, but I could see there being a world where like that was the final test that you failed. All that to be said, I don't think there's any world in which we do the season eleven like we did season ten. I think we'll have to pivot over to some new thing. We'll see what that is. 00:05:42 Speaker 3: Yeah, like pick and choose from what worked what didn't this season and kind of evolve from there. 00:05:47 Speaker 2: Yeah, and I think that there were some things that really did work this season, and then I think there were some things that like Bacher Nation was angry about and wanted to have come back. And it was interesting because like halfway through the season, a lot of things started coming back that Batchelt. 00:06:02 Speaker 1: Like the song, the theme song really just started coming back. 00:06:05 Speaker 4: Well it came back and then it went away again. 00:06:06 Speaker 1: Yeah. 00:06:07 Speaker 2: Yeah. It was funny too, because like I'm not I'm not in the theme or the intro until like the end of the season for some reason. And I remember being like, so when am I filming my like funny intro and they're like, oh, we're not doing that this year. We're doing these sexy things. And I was like, guys, I know you know what you're doing, but people are going to riot about this, like you need to have and they're like, we're gonna have like Charlie x X sing the song and I was like, nope, I'm just telling you. It needs to be the song that everyone knows and it needs to be people doing silly stuff with coconuts and if not, people are gonna riot. And then like halfway through the season, ABC I'm sure sent the note down of like so we need the song back. 00:06:50 Speaker 3: Yeah, They're like, hey, well, so actually on your itinerary. Today you're gonna be filming your funny intro. 00:06:55 Speaker 2: Yeah, I know that was the thing. I had good ideas for my intro. I've always you know, I think about it for the year, you know, leading up to it, and they're like, no, we're doing these sexy things and I was like, okay, no, I don't want to, Like, I've got an idea for something, and we never got around to filming it. And then what they used was like this. It was like an upshot. So it's like a lot of jowl and it's like me, like, you know, breaking off some ice from the I know what you did last summer bit that I did with just with the you know, the movie integration, and I was just like, man, next next season, I need to make sure that, like I film a proper one of these. 00:07:35 Speaker 3: We need less jowel less jowl forward angles. 00:07:40 Speaker 2: Yeah, you know, like how you do a selfie arm up, you know. 00:07:47 Speaker 3: No, sorry, We've been doing this all day, like we cannot get. 00:07:50 Speaker 1: We're not in the same location right now, so are timing? 00:07:54 Speaker 2: So where are you? 00:07:56 Speaker 1: I'm in New York and Strinas in Toronto. 00:07:58 Speaker 2: Okay, and we talk about Toronto real quick peez. 00:08:01 Speaker 4: I wanted to ask you how your time was. 00:08:03 Speaker 2: Oh my god, I went and filmed a new show there that will be coming out this holiday season. And uh, I've only been to Toronto during the winter time, which sucked because it's very cold and I feel like no one really goes out. But I got to do it in the summer this time, and I texted you and was like, where do I go? Can I just say that Toronto has the best food scene of like any city I've been to in a very long time. 00:08:29 Speaker 3: It has a great food scene, right. 00:08:31 Speaker 1: They have some restaurants that like, we went to this place. I don't know if you were able to go there, Martin's. It was like one of the best restaurants I've been to in a few years. It was so good. 00:08:43 Speaker 2: Now the place I went to Alouette. 00:08:45 Speaker 1: Yeah, I've been there. 00:08:47 Speaker 4: That's great. 00:08:47 Speaker 2: And then bar Reval or Revel or something. 00:08:50 Speaker 3: So Martin's I think is the same owner as Barraval. 00:08:54 Speaker 2: Yeah. 00:08:55 Speaker 3: I think they're like actually right next to each other. 00:08:58 Speaker 4: That place bar is about. Well, you went to the Swan yees, yep. 00:09:05 Speaker 1: They do French really well, they do. 00:09:08 Speaker 2: Yeah. Yeah, but there was a Danish Portuguese stuff as well. Anyways, nothing but good things to say about Toronto. I loved your your city. 00:09:18 Speaker 3: I'm so glad that makes you so happy. I love all the Toronto love that's happening these days. There's so much filming here right now in the summer too, which is always fun and Tip's going on, so good times in Toronto. Nice bache in Paradise. Yeah, sorry, no apologies needed. Do you miss your tiny s de keybar? 00:09:37 Speaker 2: Yes, I was gonna I was. 00:09:39 Speaker 1: That's crazy that you asked that because I was going to ask that as well. Location. 00:09:43 Speaker 2: Yeah, I missed the location just in general, Like if you notice watching this season, it's hard to funnel everyone in to talk to me and so it's really fragmented, and so I was was wasn't able to do as much like doling out of advice or like having heart to hearts with people, which I do think is an important part of my job. 00:10:07 Speaker 3: Yeah, I noticed the Like the layout, it's like giving like you know, big comfy couch shape like and everyone's kind of got their spot, but you're kind of kept at a disc like the size of the bar is you're like a significant physical distance from the people sitting at the bar, and then we used to all corral around your bar, so it would be like a group situation, whereas everyone's very like pocketed off in their pairs like spread out like definitely a different layout, which I thought was interesting. 00:10:36 Speaker 2: Yeah, I think that if we do the show again, we'll think about things differently, because you know, originally they were like, you're going to be in the pool bar, so everyone's going to swim up to you, which in theory sounds really cool. And then I was like, but how often is everyone in the pool all the time? And it was in a mic. Yeah too, And that was the other thing, is that then we have to have people over there with booms trying to pick up the sound from them because they were in the pool. And then they ended up just like kind of rallying behind me when there was no camera coverage, and I was like, guys, this isn't working. You have to put me up there. And so yeah, like I missed the I miss Aylita in that respect of like it funneled everyone to me, and then you know, that's our nation, like became aware of like the slang that we would use for that old place like jungle path or boom boom room or a hobbit hole and all this kind of stuff, and so it became almost like a character, Like the steps leading down to Paradise was like a character. 00:11:37 Speaker 4: Day beds. 00:11:37 Speaker 2: There's no beds, no day beds, no murder bird, no crabs. So that's stuff that like I do miss. 00:11:50 Speaker 1: Let's let's jump into the reunion real quick. So one of the main topics was, you know Cat at the end, she's got a boyfriend, according to Sean and Alicia. Then Sean says he has receipts, And nowadays, if you're going to say you have receipts, usually you have receipts. They come to the reunion without receipts. What's your take on the whole thing. 00:12:18 Speaker 2: Yeah, I'm disappointed. I'm disappointed in a lot of things. Mainly I'm annoyed that there wasn't a camera with him when he called this guy right off the show, you know, like that would have sure. 00:12:30 Speaker 3: And then like a swat team going through Cat's bag, Yeah. 00:12:34 Speaker 2: Fun exactly, or meet like me and Hannah with like a magnifying glass, yes exactly. Why didn't we do that? I remember when I heard about this, like while we were still filming. I was like, he's got his phone and he's what and then no one called or no one filmed him. So I was really excited for him to come to this reunion show to show the receipt and then he didn't. So then I'm like, well, what's true? 00:13:03 Speaker 1: What's not? 00:13:04 Speaker 2: Yeah, Like, now it's really hard for me to believe you, Like it's a he said, she said situation. 00:13:10 Speaker 3: Well, he kind of took a step back too, from like you had the phone during filming to you had it in the holding hotel, Yeah, which was a totally different situation. 00:13:18 Speaker 2: Absolutely. Like my takeaway is that I think I think a lot of these these folks had were dating people coming into the show, and I don't think there's really anything wrong with that. 00:13:31 Speaker 3: And I think that's this is actually the most honest a cast has been about it, because even Andrew kind of jumped up and was like, I was dating people before we went too, Like I feel like a few people were like we were all doing this, just no one talks about it. 00:13:43 Speaker 4: Because it's kind of seen as taboo. 00:13:45 Speaker 2: Yeah, I agree, And like even Andrew was like, okay, but now that we're together, and he was like Alex, you need to make sure all your side pieces know that, like I'm in the mix, And I was like, oh yeah, so yeah, I agree with you. I think that everyone's way too good looking to not have I've had like some relationships before the show started, and that's now kind of what I'm going with when it comes to kat Is. Yeah, sure, she probably was kind of dating someone maybe on and off, but she went on the show, so that means it's kind of off. I guess. I don't know. 00:14:17 Speaker 3: Yeah, she came on and described it as like he was on the roster, like he was in the mix, but like there was no like exclusive relationship happening with this person. 00:14:26 Speaker 1: Yeah. I don't know. I don't know how I feel about it. Like, I get it, I get and I think you could I think, I don't know. I don't know. 00:14:33 Speaker 4: It's it's a gray area. 00:14:35 Speaker 2: Yeah, I just wish we could have flown him in. Get this guy in here? 00:14:39 Speaker 4: What's fun to the reunion? 00:14:41 Speaker 2: Yeah? 00:14:42 Speaker 3: What did you think about the other big piece of drama that happened during their reunion, which was the fight between Bailey and Jeremy and then Alex and Andrew. 00:14:52 Speaker 2: Yeah, I think that I think that Andrew had a leg to stand on a little bit. If everything that he said was true is true, then I understand where he's coming from. He you know, him saying like we invited you guys. We first of all, we called and apologized, or Alex called and apologized, and then we had you guys in Chicago and we all hung out and you stayed with us or whatever, and then we apologized again, and then you went on a podcast and kept on kind of like piling it on. I think it's just deflection, like on almost on everyone's part, but I understood where like Andrew and Alex are coming from. I think that Alex made a mistake and then she owned up to it, so I respect her for that. Like no one's going to go through Paradise totally unscathed, right, Like it's an impossibility, and if as long as you can just like own that, like, hey, I I made a huge mistake and I'm sorry and I should have told you. But like I was close to friends. But Jeremy or whatever his thing her thing was is fine. So yeah, it's still is. It's wild to me though, that, like, and I love everyone, but it's wild to me that like still jeer somehow it's not Jeremy's fault, it's Alex's fault, or it's Andrew's fault. You know. Like what I say on the show is like I think like I'm taking crazy pills and I still feel this way. 00:16:10 Speaker 3: Yeah, And I feel like people were so happy, like us included to see you say that, because watching it, I'm like, this cast is gaslighting me, Like I think I know what's going on here, but they're making me question my reality. And I feel like you also felt that way being in the mix. 00:16:29 Speaker 2: Absolutely. I also told all of them because I heard about what was happening, and it's not my place to tell To tell Bailey about what's going on, that would be real manipulation of the situation, right, But I had heard from a lot of people knew, right, Yeah, so many people knew that, Hannah and I knew. 00:16:49 Speaker 3: And how did you feel then about Spencer at the reunion, being like I hear twelve rumors a day, most of them aren't true. 00:16:57 Speaker 1: I think that's you know, that's a big When I heard that, I saw, I was like, that's a stretch. 00:17:03 Speaker 3: I said, sure, But like this one though, like what about this one? 00:17:10 Speaker 2: Yeah? Uh, I don't know. I think that Spencer is really good at keeping his nose clean, right, Like he kind of doesn't want anything to do with it, So I give him grace on that whole thing. 00:17:22 Speaker 3: Uh. 00:17:24 Speaker 2: But yeah, Like I Hannah and I both had talked to a lot of cast members on camera being like, it's wild that no one's telling her. Yeah, And then I remember a couple of cast members were like really you think so? And I'm like, what are you talking about? What was blowing my mind? I was like, you know this is gonna be on TV, right, like you guys are going to have to go to some reunion show and watch these clips back right, And they're like, yeah, but you know it's not our place. And you know, I this this younger generation is is like they're really great about being like that's your problem, not my problem, you know. But yeah, but I. 00:18:03 Speaker 1: Will say, like if I if I just go back to like our paradise, if I found out that it was happening to someone, I don't I mean I may have just been like, hey, like I'm dealing with my own shit right now. Yeah, I mean what about that, Like, did you have any grace for like the people that are in working on the relationship. 00:18:24 Speaker 4: What's what like what? 00:18:25 Speaker 1: I don't know. I mean I was involved in everything. I was involved in everything, So I probably would have. 00:18:30 Speaker 2: Yeah, at least I was gonna say, Joe, you'd be the first one to be like, Jeremy, you need to leave. 00:18:36 Speaker 5: Well, there's a lot of people that I would have kicked off that beach. Just watching this whole season, I was like, there's a lot of people that that have to go right now because you're not following the rules. There are rules coming onto this beach, and a lot of you are not following them. 00:18:49 Speaker 2: Yeah. They rewrote the rules this year for sure. Yeah, I think it's everything was different. And then and then when there was money involved, right and like you know, the the really like finding out whose relationship was the most it was the strongest, or like iron clad. It seemed like a perfect opportunity to be like, hold on a second, who's here for the right reasons? You know? Yeah, it blew me away, but it is what happened. 00:19:21 Speaker 3: Right the seasons I'm kind of went out the window. Yeah, I feel like, no when this season that I feel like was the biggest difference between past seasons of seasons is like the policing of ethics and the rules of Paradise. Everyone was like, do what you want. I don't care, just don't expose me for what I'm doing behind the scenes. I want to expose you every man for themselves. Keep your mouth shut, and we're gonna do whatever we want down here, Whereas I feel like in the past, it's like everyone's looking around being like, you're not following the rules. You're not following the rules. You gotta go and like what like do you agree? 00:19:55 Speaker 4: What did? 00:19:55 Speaker 2: Is that? 00:19:56 Speaker 4: How it felt one percent? 00:19:57 Speaker 2: And it's this is gonna get like really like lost in the weeds here. But it's because the show is different, right, It's a game show now, so now you it's money's involved. There's someone there that's like making sure that no one is manipulating this for someone to win. So it became it was such a hands off season, like it was just you guys are living in this world. We're just filming all of it. This one was very much like whatever decisions that they make, they make, Like when Susie and Justin left, I remember thinking, this is wild. These are two of our biggest stars and they're gone. In an episode. 00:20:41 Speaker 3: I couldn't believe it. I was like, I can't believe they're letting them leave right now? Yeah, Like there's just no, there's just no way. 00:20:47 Speaker 2: But going back to what I was saying, it was like this this one, it was refreshing because it was authentic. But for the person that's like making a TV show, I'm like, oh, no, we're losing such big stars. But also like that's just what happened. Like we didn't know what she was going to do. She said no. I couldn't believe it. It blew my mind. It was amazing television. But then I was like, what's gonna happen tomorrow? 00:21:10 Speaker 1: Yeah, after it all, who do you think is the strongest relationship? 00:21:23 Speaker 2: Well, I think you see how strong Spencer and Jess are, Like, I think that was really showcased. Well, I think that we got so lost in the weeds with the Jeremy Bailey of it all that the thing that got left from the cutting room floor was how cute the Andrew and Alex relationship was. And like, while it was happening in front of me, they're the couple that I was like, you, guys, I really like watching your love story because they're both weirdos, but like authentically themselves, which it's hard to do when a camera's being pointed at you. And it was like a kind of a slower burn, you know. Yeah, I don't know it's season. I can't remember what season you are, but like, uh, what Jess and Spencer reminded me of was Dylan and Hannah. It was like, Okay, you guys are gonna get engaged at the end of this, right in the beginning, right, and then there are some relationships that you see like kind of evolve and grow. And that was more of the Andrew and Alex thing. And I really appreciated watching their love story and I was bummed that I think we a lot of it was left from the cutting room floor for the drama, which I understand. But yeah, they're really cute. I have a lot of respect for all the couples, but I like, I like them. They're like the cutest to me, They're really cute. 00:22:41 Speaker 4: I think they're a good fed too. 00:22:43 Speaker 3: Yeah, I was happy about them. How'd you feel hosting the reunion? 00:22:47 Speaker 4: How did you prepare? What were you nervous about? 00:22:53 Speaker 2: How to prepare? I? Well, we I talked with a producer and we kind of figured out all the stuff that we needed to get through. I mean, we had a lot of leeway because we had a much bigger chunk of time to be able to do it, which is kind of nice. Like it was a blessing and a curse. I think it was. It was too bad it wasn't on TV and Jesse hosting it, because I think the fans really wanted it. But when you do that on TV, you've got to truncate it down to a very very small window, whereas this one was nice because it was just really wide open and we got to talk about kind of everything. What I wanted to do was I really wanted to try to like emulate Andy Cohen on What See what Happens Live, like that his whole thing of he kind of just moderates and then asks questions that the fans have and then let's that kind of drive conversation. I I really you know, I've been on his show because of traders and stuff, and so I liked how he did it. So that's what I was kind of emulating. If you watch it back. Things I was nervous about logistically. I wanted everyone to be with a with a law of mic or lapel mic, you know, all these they don't know where it's an s M fifty eight kind of in front of them or kind of behind it. You know, some people are on top of it, and so like I knew, as like the sound engineer radio guy from my past, I was like, this is not going to sound like I want it to sound, you know. 00:24:20 Speaker 3: Yeah, there was one point where Jeremy I want I was like listening to it, being like, lean into the mic, Jermy, I know. 00:24:28 Speaker 2: Then I also want to be like, all right, just send me this audio, let me normalize it, let me fix it. 00:24:34 Speaker 3: I can do this, like yeah, but I will say the isolation of audio, like of everyone's voices. I was actually impressed by that because I was like, I don't know how they're going to do this with everyone talking over each other. 00:24:43 Speaker 2: Well, so I had a conversation with them before before we started filming, being like, okay, I used to be a radio host, and just let me tell you what's going to happen If you have two people talking at the same time, no one's talking, no one's gonna be able to hear it because everyone's talking over one one another. So if you want to say say something and then let that person finish before someone else start speaking, Otherwise your point will get lost and we'll probably have to cut it because it'll sound like trash. And so they understood that and then they kind of respected that, which was nice. 00:25:14 Speaker 4: That's good. 00:25:15 Speaker 1: Yeah, moving forward, the show is somewhat of a hybrid right now. It's a competition show, it's a love show. It's it's a little bit of both. What do you want to see out of the cast. Do you want to see more hot Shawns where they're trying to win the game, or more Spencer's whether it's all about love, Like this is a love show for me? 00:25:40 Speaker 2: I think I really liked that all the stuff we kind of put them through made them stronger. I liked that. I think that that's been something that's the problem that we've had in the past, is that, like people will get comfortable and then kind of close to the end of the show and they're it's not that interesting, you know, Like the end of the show. A lot of times you're just like, Okay, what's going on. They'll bring people in where no one wants the datum, you know, because they're already teamed up and you're like, I don't know what's going on. So I do like the the new ideas that we brought in, but you know, I still have a romantic heart, So I think I want a combination of the two. I don't know. I think that a lot of people were angry about the money. And I'll say this, if the mission statement of this whole show is to hopefully have people get engaged and like start a life together, because that was the big knock on seasons past or like the last season that we did was that it wasn't successful. Right, Yeah, like batter Nation wants to they have stakes in it, right, Like they want the relationships to work. And if they are going to work, I think that you need I think money helps. I think money helps with moving someone to someone else or them getting an apartment together or whatever it is. And so yeah, if we're trying to do this thing of like we would like people for someone to get engaged, I do think that a monetary like win helps make that transition easier. Does that make sense? 00:27:19 Speaker 1: Definitely? 00:27:20 Speaker 2: I could. 00:27:21 Speaker 1: I agree. I mean it would have helped. I would have taken it. 00:27:24 Speaker 3: Yeah, I would have paid for my immigration fees. Yeah, I also think, like I know, there's been a lot of criticism about the games, but having been contestants, the relationship compatibility tests would have been fund I mean some more than others, but like it would have been like, okay, like we're not going on dates, we're not going and doing things, we're not meeting each other's friends, putting each other in like new environments where we can like you can only learn so much about each other on the confines of this beach, So it does give you insight into other elements of these people's personalities that you're dating. Like I liked the Try Your Hunt one. I know that, like you know, with the walkie talkies, and I feel like it was, you know, seeing the way Kat and Dale worked together versus jessin Spencer, not one being better than the other, but you just you learn a lot. 00:28:11 Speaker 4: I thought that was kind of a fun addition. 00:28:13 Speaker 2: I agree, you look like you've found out how competitive Dale was in that last one, right, Like, yeah, you might want to know that if like you're not a competitive I like, if Kat wasn't competitive or whatever, like, yeah, you probably would have never found that out unless they had done something like that. So I agree with you. It's also a really important thing when you're dating somebody is to know what they're like when they're a little tipsy, right, Yeah, And so it's kind kind of a similar thing of like, I like those challenges because it showed, it showed things that you need to know if you're going to take that next leap of getting engaged or leaving together. 00:28:47 Speaker 4: Yeah. 00:28:48 Speaker 3: Well, it's so funny because being on the show, like on our season, I remember thinking like, what if we get out here and he's like blacking out every night, Like what's going down? 00:28:58 Speaker 1: Yeah, but I mean I was friends with Well's, I was able to I was able to drink on that show. Well, thank you so much for taking the time. And uh, we love talking to you. And hopefully I see you in New York soon and that's all we got for you. 00:29:13 Speaker 2: Yeah, I love you, guys. Good to see you, and yeah, I'll be in in New York and then yeah, also, we we all have to go see Sarah's new show, The Bobby da Story with Jonathan Groff. 00:29:23 Speaker 4: Yeah, gol in the Square, guys, we would love to. 00:29:26 Speaker 3: We saw her in Little Shop before is and she's so freaking talented. 00:29:29 Speaker 1: Like she's really talented. I I didn't realize all of her talents until I saw that, and then I was also watching Mattern Family at the same time. So my perception, my perception is Sarah Highland has changed. Like I'm I'm definitely like, uh, I'm a fan, you know. Okay. 00:29:47 Speaker 2: It's funny because you know, at the after the reunion show went out and and by the way, I love Jeremy, I love Bailey, I love everybody, and and I said that thing in the show where I was like, is it just me or is Bailey like way out of his league? Like this guy is better than a tomato and he's like sleeping all the time. And he was like, do you really think that you really think that she's out of my league? And I was like one hundred percent. 00:30:10 Speaker 4: By the way, but it's a compliment. 00:30:13 Speaker 2: Was sitting right next to Bailey, and I was like one hundred percent. He was like what. And I'm like, buddy, I'm the king of knowing when you've outkicked your coverage, all right, so just be happy that you've that you've done this. And he was like, yeah, you're right, You're right right, And. 00:30:32 Speaker 1: To all our listeners, Thank you guys so much for tuning into Better or Happy Hour.
