Speaker 1: Reality with the King is hosted by me, Carlos King. I'm an executive producer who have produced some of your favorite shows from the Real Housewives in Atlanta, New Jersey and my own creation, The Love and Marriage Franchise and Bell Collective. Every episode we recap reality television from the Real Housewives Franchise to The Bachelor or Selling Sunset. In addition to celebrity guests, whether in the unscripted space or scripted as well, Rain dropped the Trade us think something, Dustin and Tiffany, I'm made up my mind. Instead of me being a contestant on The Traders, I want to host it.

00:00:49
Speaker 2: Yeah, yeah, outfits and all.

00:00:54
Speaker 3: After this episode, dust and Tiffany, I'm a little bit like tall, like, sit me on, I got it is I My nervous system was a little wacky way.

00:01:10
Speaker 2: Shot Yeah, oh god.

00:01:15
Speaker 4: Listen, I probably did. Let me let me check them on something something other, little bit I don't know, And a part of me felt like if I'm watching a show about race relations.

00:01:27
Speaker 2: Listen, it gets like that.

00:01:28
Speaker 5: People this show, you have nothing to go on other than just feelings, hunches, intuitions, and the occasional blessing of somebody fucking up and saying something stupid. So unfortunately, but somewhat fortunately, you know what I'm saying, Those sort of biases and shit show up and the decisions that people make on this show, and I love the introspective element, you know what I'm saying, that that provides, like make these motherfuckers think that's watching this show, like maybe I shouldn't judge these people like that, or maybe he got big ears, maybe he is a damn you know what I'm saying.

00:02:01
Speaker 2: You just never know. So I actually kind of like that part about it.

00:02:04
Speaker 6: Actually, I try to, you know, I'll be trying to give people to benefit a doubt and show a little grace and not bring demographics into everything and just try to look at things as the facts that are in front of me. But I think that you just can't help but to acknowledge that there are biases and a lot and almost everything that we do. You know, we don't know each other. It's our first a lot of our first time meeting people. But also we are looking for someone who is actually telling a lie, the biggest lie. It's different than Big Brother or Survivor or Love Island, or it's because the game is just straightforward. You're not looking for the lie. Somebody might be pretending that they're not a lawyer, or they're not a doctor, or that they need the money, but they don't. But in the game of traders, like, somebody is actually deceitful and deceiving you, and that is who you're actually looking for. And the only thing that makes you a trader is whether Alan tapped you on the shoulder or not.

00:03:13
Speaker 2: Yeah, yeah, yeah.

00:03:15
Speaker 7: And so it's hard to know.

00:03:18
Speaker 6: You're like, oh, this person is telling me this because of what you know.

00:03:25
Speaker 7: I don't know.

00:03:26
Speaker 6: It was a hard episode to watch just because I'm like, oh, we get in somewhere. It is the last round table, the last round table. Let's make it count. Let's make a big splash, don't bitch up.

00:03:43
Speaker 4: Well, none of those things happen as you wanted to.

00:03:48
Speaker 8: But before I get into the top of the episode, I will piggyback off of what you said. You said something that hit me, and that's the reason why we have to remind ourselves it is a game.

00:04:00
Speaker 4: When you said you don't know your.

00:04:03
Speaker 8: Trader until Alan taps you too, I never thought about this. If I'm going into this experiment, gets let's be clear, get my check. You know what I'm saying, having some fun meeting new people, it's a gig, you know what I'm saying. Like, and then the moment you feel this, you immediately have to say, I'm not even here to try to figure shit out. I have to be here being a liar and a deceitful person. And it never dagged at me till you said that, Tiffany, which is why I do feel like guys.

00:04:42
Speaker 4: As a producer, I loving my audience.

00:04:45
Speaker 8: It's passionate about my shows, and I am audience with this one. But I do think, with that being said, there's no fucking instruction manual that can teach you how to be a trader and and and let's be clear, present yourself as a good person, not only to your castmates, but to the audience.

00:05:07
Speaker 7: Yeah.

00:05:08
Speaker 8: So I didn't think about that, Dustin until Tiffany said that. So, as we're about to drag Rob upon another week, let's get.

00:05:15
Speaker 4: Right into the top of the episode.

00:05:17
Speaker 6: And by we and Eric's big ass ears, don't forget him, even though he trying to sit like he a mute.

00:05:22
Speaker 7: We just know you still there.

00:05:24
Speaker 5: Yeah, no matter how many times you got that stuck on stupid faith do a dustin. No matter how many times he does that like that, like the drama mask. You know what I'm saying, No matter how many times he does that, we see you. And now I'm just so grateful the guy that other people in this game see him. And let me also say this before we dive too deep. This was a I had a glorious experience watching this episode and watching these motherfuckers implode. It felt so good to watch the whole house come crumbling down in this episode, and and they.

00:06:01
Speaker 2: Even though they in the eleventh hour they.

00:06:02
Speaker 5: Made stupid decisions, it still feel good to watch all of them fall apart because they have been a unified front and taking out on a lot of people that I wanted to still be watching.

00:06:11
Speaker 2: So I enjoyed it. You know what I'm saying.

00:06:14
Speaker 5: Watching from Hayterville this week, Yes, yes, yes, yes.

00:06:18
Speaker 8: So it opens up of course with the breakfast and Rob is there. We don't know who got banished, everybody trying to figure things out before we found out who's banished. What was so interesting during this breakfast scene was everybody saying, like, look, we made a mistake by sending Stephen home.

00:06:42
Speaker 4: We now have to look at other people who may.

00:06:45
Speaker 8: Not have been so suspicious to us, because now look, I feel like they all said, oh, it's a game, you know what I mean? Like, this isn't a show by best friends, this is a show about a game. They're then aware that Kristen got banished, which obviously puts the bullseye on Eric, because I watched last week Kristin told Mark if I'm murdered, it was Eric and Mark and his.

00:07:21
Speaker 4: Yet to eve.

00:07:25
Speaker 8: His lace front did not even put two and two together. And my frustration came from it's right in front of your face and you guys still did not see it and dusted. From that moment, my brother I lost it.

00:07:48
Speaker 5: So same same disease as a matter of fact, and what I have attributed up to or chalked it up to, is the fact that listen Mark is a profession no dancer, right he is constantly surrounded by music and good vibes as a cannabis connoisseur myself, I get a smoker vibe from him.

00:08:09
Speaker 2: I feel like Mark just be chilling. He just be chilling.

00:08:13
Speaker 5: Mark been having the most calm, tepid game out of anybody, but not in a negative way at all. He's likable, people are people trust him, and he does nothing that's aggressive or assertive. I feel like Mark just be in his own world, chilling, and it can.

00:08:32
Speaker 2: Be literally it has been literally laying next to him.

00:08:36
Speaker 5: Rob literally laid down on that pool table or whatever that was next to him, and Mark.

00:08:40
Speaker 2: Said, Bro, I believe you. You know what I'm saying. He's just a good guy. You know what I'm saying.

00:08:46
Speaker 5: And I think that he is in the most positive and well intentioned of ways in his own bubble, you know what I'm saying.

00:08:55
Speaker 2: And that's just it.

00:08:56
Speaker 6: So I think that we all also have to consider in this moment, Mark's realized he's lost his closest ally, who's Kristen. He's probably trying to figure out what she did that got her killed. If he notices that she if he remembers she brought up Eric, then he might be a little There might be some trepidation there for him to bring up Eric because there aren't a lot of people left and at this season has been going with the majority, and so if the majority, if he is not in the majority, and he doesn't have the persuasion to get other people to consider his opinions on who's the trader ie. Let's say he does think it's Eric. He might feel like if I say something, I'll end up murdered. Like Kristen, I don't have enough allies here to convince. And he also hasn't been someone like you said, who's spoken up, who's been this influencer of the game. So I'm not sure that he doesn't think it's Eric, but he is not saying that even in his green screen he didn't.

00:10:10
Speaker 4: I just want to say that even if that's.

00:10:12
Speaker 7: Your opportunity to tell, like what you're thinking, where your thoughts are lying. I don't know.

00:10:19
Speaker 6: He is playing it very low key, and I don't know if if those are the reasons why or he's just clueless.

00:10:29
Speaker 8: I think I think, well, the thing is that, and that's where it is giving me. And again, I don't use this podcast to really go the gamut of talking about anything politics and all that other stuff.

00:10:41
Speaker 4: I like to keep it fun.

00:10:43
Speaker 8: But it was hard for me to watch it without thinking like, it's a boys club.

00:10:47
Speaker 6: Yes, no, it is a boy yes the boys or boys and more want to be with the boys. Was with the boys, but Natalie too smart to be with the boys, so she gotta go with the girls, know.

00:10:58
Speaker 4: Which is why she wore the freaking draft look like because she had to.

00:11:04
Speaker 8: She had to remind them, I'm a girl that Natalie, I love you baby.

00:11:08
Speaker 4: That dress was it was.

00:11:11
Speaker 5: It was a perfect compliment to that jumpsuit that they Natalie didn't play what they asked the entire season and that's why they literally aimed at her and they had to all fire in that direction in order to get her. Natalie was a great game player. She showed herself. If I had to like pick a word to describe Natalie and her gameplay, it would be formidable, you know what I'm saying. Like, Natalie is a very formidable game.

00:11:36
Speaker 7: Player, and her seasons as Survivor, she just that's just how she plays.

00:11:40
Speaker 5: See, I've never even wanted Survivor, but she's making me want to go back and watch the seasons that she was in because I want to.

00:11:47
Speaker 7: Know more about my sister.

00:11:49
Speaker 5: Really identical to him? Wow, wow, okay, I want so it's two of them. Well, no wonder she always dressed like a duo. She do be dressed like it's another one. You know what I'm saying, like, like she's dressed like in a group here.

00:12:08
Speaker 3: What's it called that constant back in the day where.

00:12:19
Speaker 5: Now it makes sense. Thank you to black women saving the day. Thank you Tip.

00:12:26
Speaker 4: That's why she was needed for this episode so period. What was What was interesting is Maura saying this comment.

00:12:35
Speaker 8: I was like, in the words of Kenya Moore about Porsche with the underground railroad, it's hard to.

00:12:44
Speaker 4: Watch someone be so dumb, right, damn Maura.

00:12:52
Speaker 8: In the words of the late great Michigander, So Aretha Franklin beautiful.

00:12:59
Speaker 3: Gown The gowns are beautiful.

00:13:06
Speaker 4: Nothing, nothing's there, nothing to say.

00:13:10
Speaker 8: If Rob is a trader, I would what she saying.

00:13:17
Speaker 7: I would die? She would die.

00:13:20
Speaker 6: Yeah, maybe you haven't died yet. She came into breakfast saying, how are we still alive? Yes, dig more into that question, ask yourself that how are you and Rob still alive?

00:13:34
Speaker 5: Especially since to me, even though I would have been this is one area where I would have been off as a player, because more to me is the personification of a trader. She looks deceptive, and she looks mysterious. She's beautiful, but she's got a she got a heavy head.

00:13:53
Speaker 2: You know what I'm saying, because she always it always looked like I.

00:13:59
Speaker 4: Had, and.

00:14:02
Speaker 2: It's just it's a very trader aesthetic.

00:14:06
Speaker 5: And I would have been you know, it looks like her head is heavy. It's not even that she got a big head. It just looks as heavy because every time she's being seen she.

00:14:17
Speaker 7: You know what, he ain't wrong. I think.

00:14:22
Speaker 2: It's heavy. You know, she's pretty, and she'd be dressed too.

00:14:27
Speaker 5: And I actually really really like her personality on this show.

00:14:31
Speaker 2: She's made it interesting for me.

00:14:33
Speaker 5: I think she's good. She knows how to literally give good TV. She knows she's good at that, which is why she made that pivot into hosting.

00:14:41
Speaker 2: Over there in the Love Island Universe. Right. Good for her, So another good showing by her.

00:14:46
Speaker 5: But she I would have been off because I would have been been like on her ass as if she was a trader. She acts like a trader to me, So I would have been off about that one.

00:14:55
Speaker 2: Y'all.

00:14:58
Speaker 4: This is reality with the King. I'm Carlos King.

00:15:01
Speaker 2: Let's get back into the show.

00:15:04
Speaker 5: No, that's actually a good point that you make, because her head do look heavy.

00:15:09
Speaker 4: Heavy is the head that the crown?

00:15:11
Speaker 7: Heavy is the head. That's the crown.

00:15:13
Speaker 4: There you go.

00:15:13
Speaker 8: Okay, So we do know that one thing that I was proud of Natalie for coming to the official, much needed conclusion was the.

00:15:27
Speaker 4: Fact that look, Robin be a trader.

00:15:32
Speaker 3: And when she said it, Tiffany and Dustin, I literally went back in my college, just said, this episode is about to get juicy.

00:15:40
Speaker 8: Finally be getting somewhere. And Tara, where's Nancy car again?

00:15:46
Speaker 4: Because the thing.

00:15:47
Speaker 6: For me is this, where am I right now?

00:15:57
Speaker 2: And tell her to bring her stuff.

00:15:59
Speaker 4: Hey, yo, go get your cool.

00:16:03
Speaker 2: You still got that thing you got.

00:16:05
Speaker 7: Maybe that happened right here downtown.

00:16:11
Speaker 4: Well it's going on here, I Tanya. So the thing for me.

00:16:15
Speaker 6: Was, we're gonna listen, just cut this whole segment and let's start. Oh it is too early, and the we had these.

00:16:28
Speaker 7: Are sober minds and sober tongues. This is insane.

00:16:33
Speaker 4: The moment you need a Porsche to drag somebody. Honey, my girl is gone chown.

00:16:37
Speaker 2: But so Nancy, look Jesus, okay, porch.

00:16:50
Speaker 3: Mass two hundred and sixty five days, this is right, So look on think about it.

00:16:55
Speaker 4: Is this porcel. I love her.

00:16:57
Speaker 8: The thing is, but Natalie, gosh, but Natalie told Tara, I think it's Rob at Tara.

00:17:06
Speaker 3: Tara gets me Raven Sabal, you know Raving Sabo show that's a Raven. She looks buck eye and then she's got a whole nother like premonition.

00:17:16
Speaker 4: Yes, as if Tara said.

00:17:19
Speaker 8: Well, bitch, you may be onto something, and then she gets bestie Johnny in, and they all three were like, you actually may be right, but then.

00:17:29
Speaker 4: They may be.

00:17:32
Speaker 8: Unfortunate decision of telling Maara what Maara said.

00:17:36
Speaker 4: Bitch, I would kill myself.

00:17:38
Speaker 7: Before I would cut my own throat.

00:17:41
Speaker 2: You know that's right.

00:17:44
Speaker 6: I understand that they were trying to get the numbers, and I think it's what you said in the beginning. It's like you got your boy band over here and your girl group over here. So it looks like Eric and Mark and Rob are doing their thing. Maybe we shouldn't try to get Mark because it seems like you would try to get Mark because he's the one who just lost his number one, so maybe he might be trying to find a trader. But I think that they were going, let's bring more and the girls got to stick together, and Johnny.

00:18:14
Speaker 2: Yeah, yeah, yeah, I agree, and they.

00:18:16
Speaker 7: Need the numbers, but it's the wrong number.

00:18:19
Speaker 2: Wrong number.

00:18:20
Speaker 7: Mark, and Mark does seem to, you know, have an affinity for Rob. Rob looked me in my eyes? Here go Rob looking everywhere? Look me in my eyes? Uh huh? Are you a trader? I know you're not. I believe you. He didn't even answer the question, are you a trader? I believe you? Are you a trader?

00:18:41
Speaker 2: Humph?

00:18:42
Speaker 7: I believe you? Okay, good? What's you wanting to know?

00:18:45
Speaker 2: Mind you?

00:18:46
Speaker 5: Rob said himself that he had gotten tied, he had grown exhausted. Oh yeah, burden of like keeping his game face on and you could tell and this, oh yeah, he qulit, giving the damn just throwing tantrums and even at the round table, he didn't even try to have a poker face, so he couldn't have made it more obvious.

00:19:03
Speaker 6: You know what else he was doing at the round table that he never had that I have not seen him do.

00:19:08
Speaker 7: He's cursing, yep, Yep.

00:19:13
Speaker 6: People do that when they're trying to prove their point, Like I need to make you feel that I'm telling you the truth right now of this fucking ship.

00:19:22
Speaker 2: Yep.

00:19:23
Speaker 5: That's why I cuss all the damn time. Because you ain't gonna have to worry about questioning it for me. You know what I'm saying.

00:19:28
Speaker 6: You gonna think when you're not cussing like you notice here and use no profanity something.

00:19:37
Speaker 7: If you need help, blink one.

00:19:45
Speaker 4: So you guys hit another hit of Mamara.

00:19:49
Speaker 8: She's like, I'm telling Rob and in the car she tells Rob they think it's you and and I'm telling you now already Eric and Rob decided, Okay, the first we're gonna do is get rid of Kristen.

00:20:03
Speaker 4: Then we're going to banish Natalie tonight.

00:20:06
Speaker 8: And unfortunately, as we saw throughout this episode, Johnny and Tara, you know, the Boxy Twins.

00:20:12
Speaker 7: I gotta tell you her. Her name is Tara like Sarah.

00:20:16
Speaker 4: Sarah is Tara?

00:20:17
Speaker 7: Tara like Sarah. That's how I have to remember it.

00:20:20
Speaker 8: Tara like Okay, so Tara likes Sarah or the Terror Okay, yeah.

00:20:27
Speaker 7: Is so terror?

00:20:36
Speaker 2: No, So.

00:20:38
Speaker 6: Look a job for me after this, because I don't know what the hell kind of trouble while being but I.

00:20:46
Speaker 7: Better get signed up with a W nine or something. I'm gonna need it.

00:20:50
Speaker 5: We want you to be on Dancing with the Stars or the Housewives anyway. So that's what I'm pushing for. We want you to be a housewife for either go dance with them stars because you are one. But Terra pits me off this episode. I'm just gonna say it. She literally kept pissing me off this episode. Stand in it, you know what I'm saying, Put them Sam and Libby's on and stand on something.

00:21:12
Speaker 2: You know what I'm saying.

00:21:12
Speaker 5: I'm tired of Terry Lepinsky, the way she flipped up, the way she ruined everything at the roundtable. They literally could have gotten Robed out. They could have done it. And if Eric had some sense and was as soon as Rob made Erica Trader, his number one goal should have been getting rid of Rob in it.

00:21:32
Speaker 2: He got his clothes, He.

00:21:34
Speaker 6: Silenced his entire he has been so silent, getting.

00:21:39
Speaker 2: Rid of him. You see, he got rid of the other ones. Get rid of him.

00:21:42
Speaker 6: I feel like Tara is not confident enough to make her own decisions about the affirmation or confirmation of Johnny. It's even at the round table, It's like you're having this conversation with Natalie. She goes, Johnny, we need to weed you. That means come help me and the girl fight your battle. What is Johnny supposed to do? He over here doing sign language.

00:22:11
Speaker 5: Over there chilling thinking about his next serum. To keep their glass skin looking glass like that. That's what Listen, maybe we need to chill more so we too can.

00:22:22
Speaker 2: Have that glass.

00:22:25
Speaker 6: We be thanking too much. They got thinking at all. The skin is just relaxed.

00:22:32
Speaker 4: That is the problem. Yeah, y'all are hilarious. That is a problem.

00:22:38
Speaker 3: The thing is this the reason why the entertainment and and Tiffany, I'll say it, zip it the reason why.

00:22:45
Speaker 4: Because the reason why I and Dustin because I know my boy looks like I do.

00:22:50
Speaker 8: The reason why we feel the entertainment is gone is because we do feel like no one is thinking, no one is is really trying to, like to really master the art of the game.

00:23:04
Speaker 4: And that's why at the end of the day when it came.

00:23:06
Speaker 8: To this show, the reason why this is the highest rated season rightfully so, is because you guys, who they had, you included Abbie, Tiffany came in like we are here to rock and motherfucking roll. Like what we're left with are people who really do just want to be friends.

00:23:26
Speaker 4: And this is not the nature of the game.

00:23:29
Speaker 7: And it's called the Faithfuls. Yeah, it's not the Faithfuls. And you're right.

00:23:34
Speaker 6: People did tune in because they wanted to see some entertainment. And I'll tell you this. I looked up the ratings and after week two, which was my episode, in Michael's episode, those ratings went from five hundred thousand to three billion, I mean five hundred million to three point two billion. After episodes four and five, they were for the drama say what you want to say?

00:24:02
Speaker 7: I'm Michael Rappaport. They was tuning up, they was tuning in for it.

00:24:07
Speaker 6: Now it's like Tarah, I'm Sarah and Johnny, y'all got a whole segment on how y'all best friends? That's the storyline for the other episode. This episode, I thought we was getting somewhere, we was getting to the money, and then it flops.

00:24:22
Speaker 4: It flop. It's thought off high, which is what I was like.

00:24:25
Speaker 8: If these motherfuckers are finally saying, did can this plant the seeds? We know she's strategic, we know she's that And the reason why I don't I cannot cannot bring up the demographics in this conversation.

00:24:41
Speaker 4: And this is me bringing it.

00:24:42
Speaker 8: Up it's because to see Natalie there saying, Okay, Tara and Johnny at least on my side, Mar's not you know, Mark, maybe eighty twenty eighty Rob's favor, but let me at least try and to see how they're so easy manipulated and they're not even trying to give us something. And I now realize in this episode, thank you Candae, because a lot of people were saying was.

00:25:13
Speaker 4: It smart for her to vodof Rob or to plant his seed?

00:25:18
Speaker 8: I think at the end of the day, I also want to thank her for giving us some good entertainment, because that alone she fulfilled two things. I feel like she fulfilled. If I'm going down, I'm taking you with me, and I'm not going down by a fight. And two, I'm trying to help you dummies find a way to understand it's him, but they're so blonded, I mean blind to excuse me by his blue eyes that they nobody is trying to like play a smart game, and what they're trying to do is not hurt each other's feelings.

00:25:51
Speaker 4: And I don't want to watch that.

00:25:52
Speaker 6: Yeah, I think a couple of things. I'm sorry, Dustin, I got jumpy here, real quick.

00:25:59
Speaker 7: One.

00:26:00
Speaker 6: If you watch previous seasons before they started playing, a trader kind of always leaves you a crumb, Like they said, is it a bread crumb?

00:26:08
Speaker 7: Candice looked at Rob, and so did Lisa.

00:26:11
Speaker 6: Remember, so you had two traders that were banished who left you Rob. They were that was that's not a bread crumb, baby, that's a sandwich. That's two slices of bread. Like, pick it up and eat it. I'm trying to feed you here. You not paying attention. And I also do think that, don't forget Rob has the dagger, which is two votes. Nobody's I would be scared as hell. I know I would be dead if if the trader knew I had two votes, that's dangerous. He's held onto these two votes. Nobody is thinking about that. And I do think that when you look at it, you've got Rob who has two votes, then if he's got Mark on his side and Eric, that's four votes. Johnny and Tara and Natalie are trying to look at Rob, but maybe and Johnny are going even if we do, we don't have the numbers, so then that's going to put a target on us. We might as well go with the majority. And that's been the way this has gone. And the third thing I'll say is all of these niceties, all of this politeness, all of this kombai ya, we're friends. I don't want to hurt anybody's feelings. That kind of started when Michael was just so Michael. Michael was michaeling around the castle in the beginning, and then everybody is like, oh no, this is not the way we behave in Scotland.

00:27:29
Speaker 7: We're in a console, we're full of plots again, Coss.

00:27:33
Speaker 6: I mean, he's coming up ahead, he's bringing the New York getta. We can't have that. We have to get rid of him. And so then, like you know, nobody wants to be associated with that type of behavior. So then everybody brings their their most reserved and then you know, I done went to the round table and called them stupid and told them they don't deserve me. So we just really can't have that. We have to have people in here of dignity class and we just won't do it. So I'm not going to come at you in that way. I'm going to be very debna, very demure about it.

00:28:04
Speaker 7: So we've got these demure.

00:28:07
Speaker 2: M hmm.

00:28:08
Speaker 5: Sorry, Nah, which is crazy to me too, because her dare you ag boozie in Scotland? I know if I go to Scotland, first thing I'm doing is getting drunk at damn Bar. I wish I could high five you right now, like yes, so I you know it is what it is, man. I just think that for them to come first of all, you made several good points, tiffany, one of which was your note that if any that when Rob made it aware to the other made the other players aware that he had the dagger, that was literally a huge target on his back for other traders. And the fact that he has survived post that declaration is a big red flag. And why didn't any Why wasn't anybody playing keenly enough to observe that? Another thing you mentioned they should have been more observant at the round tables with the banishment and the actions thereafter, because that was a definite trail left. And shout out to Lisa Rena and definitely especially Candace because I felt like she was more strategic with her dispersing of those bread crumbs, so to speak.

00:29:12
Speaker 2: So that's a great gameplay. I have watched the older seasons and.

00:29:15
Speaker 5: You're one hundred percent correct in that the traders do leave some sort of hint.

00:29:20
Speaker 2: That's what makes this game interesting.

00:29:22
Speaker 5: And by Candace doing that, she breathed life into the second half of this lackluster ass episode. You know what I'm saying, Like she did because Candace did that. Now we have a conversation about did she or didn't she? And should our gameplay be influenced by that, which it was obvious to me, but at least they were talking about it. So I agree one hundred percent. And Eric, you dumb as hell because you are the one exactly number one. We forgot number two. You should have gotten rid of Rob full You're too close to the end.

00:29:56
Speaker 2: You should have.

00:29:57
Speaker 5: Gotten your number one mo as soon as you got in that cloak. Should have been to Nicks Rob immediately. Why are you trying to have a comrade?

00:30:08
Speaker 6: Yeah, plan because you saw Why do you think the other traders aren't here? Why is he the only one still here and you're only here because of the rules of the game, because he needs another trader. You think y'all about to be friends, You think he want to split it with you.

00:30:27
Speaker 4: But the thing is, I think he does.

00:30:30
Speaker 8: And listen, and Rob's I'm sorry, and Eric's the fans of I think I have to at least say this. When Rob said on camera, that's my boy, I gotta look out for him, I'm like, But Lisa and Canvas, Oh, I get it. You you you weren't fucking with them, You just and that's when it became Yes, it became a boy man.

00:30:53
Speaker 4: This became the real friendships of weh you.

00:30:55
Speaker 2: Know which got canceled? Strategy yes, the reason.

00:31:03
Speaker 3: And again, just so you know, Tiffany, this is my first season watching Traders.

00:31:08
Speaker 7: Okay, so I assume have a.

00:31:11
Speaker 6: Great job observing and recognizing the game and what's good game play and what.

00:31:16
Speaker 7: Isn't without having to have the history of past seasons. Thank you better than them.

00:31:21
Speaker 8: Well, I appreciate that, because at least I would have been like, let me tell you something. Me and Ninny Leaks could have been terror and.

00:31:27
Speaker 7: Johnny y'all might be honey, come on next season.

00:31:31
Speaker 2: That's what I'm saying.

00:31:33
Speaker 5: You would be a You would be a sharp blade in that house because of your skill set as a television producer and creator. So your whole po v on the things that are going on in the house and the way people are engaging. Jean, you have a totally different lens. You should definitely do Traders, Carlos, you should.

00:31:51
Speaker 7: I need to make a call.

00:31:53
Speaker 8: I want to host it, but listen, but I'll play the game too. I would at least be like if I and Nini were like Lisa and Candace, I would be so methodical in my approach, and let's say you two a part of it.

00:32:14
Speaker 4: I would be like, dust is my boy.

00:32:16
Speaker 8: However, Dustin would at the end be like, motherfucker, you are smart to me, and I'm.

00:32:22
Speaker 4: Not even mad at you.

00:32:24
Speaker 8: I'm mad at you like and I feel like what's happening is everybody wants to be friends, to be in and listen to your point to Tiffany, if it was strategy, at least let me.

00:32:38
Speaker 4: Know in the green screen.

00:32:40
Speaker 6: Yes, yes, yes, that is your time to say what's going on with your game.

00:32:46
Speaker 2: And make atonement essentially right.

00:32:49
Speaker 7: Yeah?

00:32:50
Speaker 4: So what okay, So what we've known now is Natalie got sent home.

00:32:56
Speaker 8: That was hard to watch when she told Johnny say that, like, say you're sorry, just just say my name.

00:33:04
Speaker 4: She she in her freakum dress and her platform heels.

00:33:09
Speaker 8: Honey, they walk up at that stage and you could tell obviously she was hurt, rightfully so, and she got banished and sit home and Eric, who said nothing at the round table.

00:33:24
Speaker 5: At the round table, mute challenge, Eric, they're on mute, That's what it was.

00:33:30
Speaker 2: He was sitting there saying, Okay.

00:33:32
Speaker 7: He can't even know it was time to come off from mute.

00:33:35
Speaker 5: Okay, maybe he was still trying to hear something. Since you hear every goddamn thing. I hear her laugh, her footsteps, what you.

00:33:40
Speaker 2: Hear now you don't hear them voices in your head telling you get rid of that motherfucking round. You don't hear that?

00:33:48
Speaker 7: Are your voices and laughter?

00:33:52
Speaker 2: Right?

00:33:55
Speaker 8: So she can sit home and Mark is busily A said, but Mark still isn't clocking in about Rob. And I think at this point, listen, I have to just give it to Rob.

00:34:11
Speaker 2: Yeah.

00:34:11
Speaker 8: I've never heard, even even watching other competition shows, I have never seen someone be so easy to just fool people and and and get no smoke. And it was sort of like, how dare you even suggest that our Rob is something that he's not, as if he's not a part of a show called The Trader, So everybody should be looked at crazy and the fact that he isn't I have to give it to him. Now, what we do know is somebody is getting murdered.

00:34:50
Speaker 4: So as we conclude this recap.

00:34:53
Speaker 7: I hope it's sorry.

00:34:56
Speaker 4: I say, ladies, first, go ahead.

00:34:58
Speaker 6: If I'm Eric, Eric, is finally time for you to stand up and play something out of your out of your hand for your own game.

00:35:06
Speaker 7: I would.

00:35:07
Speaker 6: I would strong arm Rob into We gotta kill Maura. That's his closest ally and I don't have any allies. I need your ally dead. She would be dead before Son down and Son up.

00:35:23
Speaker 7: Killer.

00:35:24
Speaker 2: I'm with Tiff.

00:35:26
Speaker 5: I'm with Tiff on this one one hundred percent. First of all, Eric strikes me to be a little petty, a little bit, a little bit, a little bit vindictive right internally. And I think that that whole kitchen exchange and the whole you know, and what Natalie had said to him him. I just think that he's in a great position to aim his trader bullet at Mora and it should be her.

00:35:50
Speaker 2: Shake it up.

00:35:51
Speaker 7: I don't want my trader friend to have a best friend.

00:35:54
Speaker 5: And if we're traders together, then it's me and you.

00:35:58
Speaker 7: Yeah, get rid of your ally.

00:36:00
Speaker 2: Yeah.

00:36:01
Speaker 7: So make the best man win.

00:36:04
Speaker 5: Buy Maura cute outfits. We love the Mark Jacobs baby doll shoe aesthetic. Seeya, we got it that we've had enough.

00:36:11
Speaker 4: But it's Eric. But this is the thing for me.

00:36:15
Speaker 3: It's Eric strong enough to stem up to rob he up yet, That's what I don't know if it's gonna be morrow.

00:36:22
Speaker 4: I don't think it's hard.

00:36:24
Speaker 2: If he used his ear, he's strong enough by the ear.

00:36:29
Speaker 7: He said, open Lamborghini ears.

00:36:30
Speaker 2: That's what you gotta do. And they go up and they stay there.

00:36:37
Speaker 5: So yeah, grow.

00:36:41
Speaker 2: A pair, you know what I'm saying. And they stay there, grow a pair and magic.

00:36:45
Speaker 7: Tears ears, ears ears ears, man with the magic ears ears ear.

00:36:50
Speaker 2: That's it? What's that? Gods? Whatel song? I heard a word? Okay, I think.

00:36:57
Speaker 5: That, you know, I think that he needs to do your thing and just on GP right, just as a player. To me, if I finally get, you know, picked to be a trader late in the game like that, I'm finna turn that Turriot out.

00:37:14
Speaker 2: So in the spirit of that.

00:37:15
Speaker 5: Alone, he needs to shake it up in there, make him vote more, get up out of this motherfuck.

00:37:20
Speaker 6: I just would have been great television. Yes, what's wrong with you.

00:37:32
Speaker 5: At least pitch the you know, like yeah, I just.

00:37:37
Speaker 7: Even if you don't mean it, like we should kill more just out of fun.

00:37:44
Speaker 3: Quick, I know, and listen, and this is this is where my producer has us come in.

00:37:50
Speaker 8: I'm gonna say this is coming for me. I'm pretty sure the producer said, what the fun we're gonna do now? Like we this is who we have left to make TV.

00:38:03
Speaker 2: Yeah, that's what people home there there.

00:38:08
Speaker 3: I promise you there's not one producer who was like, we're stuck with this.

00:38:17
Speaker 6: I know they were sad. All of the all of the personality has left the building. And I don't like the little dagger twist the I feel like the secret trader twists fell flat. I feel like they should have had another a random trader entered the turret. It's just been it's just been a little monotonous and no expecting anything that's unexpected. And I don't thought the producers for that. I just think that these groups, this group of people, the they needed more personality.

00:38:54
Speaker 8: Yeah, that's it it was is I think listen, I think they're probably disappointed that Johnny fell flat.

00:39:03
Speaker 2: I think you think fat that's why.

00:39:07
Speaker 3: Listen, and this is coming from producer. I'm gonna tell you what. I'm assuming they.

00:39:12
Speaker 8: Thought they I'll say this, they thought they were getting the white version of money exchange.

00:39:20
Speaker 2: To me, I can see that that.

00:39:25
Speaker 4: Big personality coming in doing all the things. He's just been flat to me.

00:39:33
Speaker 8: And listen, I think they The smartest thing they did do to me was cass Rob And I'm gonna say, I'm gonna tell you why. It's because you do want the heart throb that TikTok and social media can help get eyeballs on the show. I exclusively date black men who are openly gay.

00:39:53
Speaker 4: For the record, even even I was like, oh hey Rob Dawn.

00:40:03
Speaker 8: So from a producing standpoint, that worked. But I guarantee you they said, hey, so we got.

00:40:10
Speaker 4: Tara, Johnny, Mara, Rob and Mark. They were like, get this shit over with. Overwhelmed.

00:40:20
Speaker 6: They could have did two. They did three episodes to drop. They should have done one, and they should have dropped the last three. At the same time, I don't know what's going on, but I do think that from a producer standpoint, and I'm not a producer and I have no experience in this, but I just try to think like one. Sometimes I understand why they brought Tara in. Johnny, they're hosting the Olympics. They have I have seen them all over my timeline with some huge names that they are getting to watch. I mean, they just did a video with Megan the Stallion and I was like, Johnny, does she watch?

00:40:47
Speaker 7: And he was like, she watches. I said, you know, my dag.

00:40:53
Speaker 6: I get why they brought them in, and I get why they brought them together. But from a gaming standpoint, we know that we're there. Most of us are there for two to three reasons. One is to play the game, one is to make great television, and one is maybe for opportunities after we're here. And I think that they forget that some of us really do want to win. And when you have somebody like Johnny, Tara Mark, they have these careers outside of traders, they don't really need to win, or necessarily they don't need to win, but they also don't need opportunities from the traders, so they're not there for TV. They're actually there to kind of try to win the game. So there's playing really low. Their personalities are on zero negative point five, so they're not giving you that somebody like me, I knew one it might be hard for me to win this game. So I've got to do all three. I've got to make great television. I've got to try to win this game, and I got to try to get me some opportunities afterwards.

00:41:58
Speaker 4: For sure.

00:41:59
Speaker 6: You know, like Mark is like, I'm going right back to Dancing with the Stars. I don't care if I make great television here. I actually am playing to win and I'm chilling and I'm going with whatever. But from a production standpoint, that's not giving you what you want. I think Johnny and Tarr would have done great by themselves. I think Tara would have played differently if she herself, and I think we would have seen a different Johnny if he were by himself.

00:42:19
Speaker 7: But they're looking for them.

00:42:20
Speaker 6: To bring in the viewership, and so they brought them in together, and they're still there, so their fans are still watching. I don't know what they're getting, but they're still watching.

00:42:28
Speaker 2: Makes perfect sense, perfect sense.

00:42:30
Speaker 8: Yeah, Okay, So before we end this, Tiffany, Yessa and I will like for you without giving anything away, because we marked the sists of the State gamefully employed.

00:42:43
Speaker 2: Please, we know you.

00:42:46
Speaker 4: Guys recently take the reunion.

00:42:49
Speaker 2: Who did.

00:42:51
Speaker 4: Lisa Renna has said you want a housewife? She showed up. We know that.

00:42:58
Speaker 8: Coulton unfollowed Lisa Renda. Uh and that's all we kind of know. So without giving too much away, yeah, the reunion.

00:43:09
Speaker 7: Uh huh. I was just saying, or is that the question?

00:43:15
Speaker 2: Yeah, that's that's that's.

00:43:16
Speaker 7: The quest, question that question.

00:43:19
Speaker 6: All right, Without giving too much away, I will say, you are going to get on the reunion what you got from the show. The personality from the show showed up at the reunion, so all I got to say.

00:43:35
Speaker 2: That's enough to me.

00:43:36
Speaker 5: I'll just put every puzzle piece together. So yes, and thank you by the way, because I know what that means.

00:43:44
Speaker 4: Dustin. Yeah, like the company, like.

00:43:48
Speaker 2: The company, the c O to be exact. Okay, that's right, like.

00:43:53
Speaker 3: The company and listen, three companies.

00:43:57
Speaker 6: Thank you, Carlo, Dustin, thank you so much for thinking about me. You woke up thinking about me. I said, I was on my mind. I love it on some men's mind.

00:44:11
Speaker 7: Baby.

00:44:15
Speaker 5: I know you're gonna be here a lot for lots of auditions and castings.

00:44:18
Speaker 7: I got to make sure you have my number and stuff.

00:44:20
Speaker 8: So yeah, I'll DM, I'll d M you.

00:44:25
Speaker 2: Thank you of course, welcome to have it.

00:44:28
Speaker 7: Thank you by the me, by the me, baby, I'll.

00:44:32
Speaker 8: Do that, and listen, I want to brite you back to recoup the reunion because already is gonna be insane in the membrane. So thank you for your services, Queen. Have a good weekend, Dustin.
