If that sounds familiar, this episode of The Well Drop with Linda Bamber-Olson is going to completely change the way you think about healing. Walk away finally understanding why everything you have been reaching for has not been fully working, and how wearing a single device on your wrist for just minutes a day could shift your sleep, your pain, your hormones, and your breast health in ways that no pill ever could.

Linda Bamber-Olson is a certified nutritionist, Indy-certified health practitioner, and founder of BRAS, Breast Research Awareness and Support, a nationwide breast health education and prevention platform. She is the co-founder and inventor of WaveWatch, a wearable therapeutic frequency device now used by thousands of people worldwide. Her work pioneering accessible frequency therapy for women makes her one of the most uniquely credible voices in non-invasive healing today.

What's Discussed:

(7:18) What frequency therapy actually is and how sound frequencies interact with your body at a cellular level.

(15:01) Why nine women reported their breast lumps changed drastically in just 30 minutes.

(17:16) Why sound frequencies are 100% absorbed by the body while pills are only 2% absorbed.

(22:03) How the WaveWatch supports sleep by working with your body's natural hormonal rhythm through the night.

(29:29) The shocking connection between everyday devices like cell phones and breast cancer risk.

(34:41) How frequency therapy addresses midlife concerns including bloating, burnout, thyroid support, and metabolic health.

(36:44) Why the right salt may be the most underrated mineral for women in midlife.

Listen to this episode of The WellDrop and finally understand why everything you have been reaching for has not been fully working, what your everyday devices may be doing to your body, and how something as simple as wearing a frequency device on your wrist could be the missing piece your healing has been waiting for.

[SPEAKER_01]: Today's guest is someone whose mission is rooted in both personal experience and powerful transformation.
[SPEAKER_01]: When Linda Bamber's mother and sister were diagnosed with breast cancer, just six months apart, she didn't go straight to genetic testing.
[SPEAKER_01]: She went into research mode, diving deep into prevention, breast health, and what women could do differently to reclaim their power over the wellness.
[SPEAKER_01]: That journey sparked her first wellness movement, Brass, which is known for Brass to research awareness and support, a nationwide community and education platform she found it to help women understand their bodies in brace prevention and make more informed health decisions.
[SPEAKER_01]: Belinda didn't stop there, her passion for proactive non-invasive healing eventually led her to explore the power of sound frequency therapy.
[SPEAKER_01]: and to co-found WaveWatch, a wearable device that delivers therapeutic frequencies directly through the wrist.
[SPEAKER_01]: It's a wearable frequency-based device that's quietly helping people around the world sleep better.
[SPEAKER_01]: feel calmer, reduce inflammation, ease pain, and support their body's natural healing.
[SPEAKER_01]: Without another supplement or script or an appointment.
[SPEAKER_01]: Yep, we're talking healing through frequency.
[SPEAKER_01]: This isn't woo-woo.
[SPEAKER_01]: It's rooted in decades of science and we're breaking it all down.
[SPEAKER_01]: In this episode, we'll dive into what frequencies are and how they interact with your body.
[SPEAKER_01]: Have a wave watch works and why it's like having a wellness toolkit on your wrist.
[SPEAKER_01]: The connection between frequency, inflammation, sleep stress, and hormone balance, and why healing can and should be simple, supportive, and part of your daily rhythm.
[SPEAKER_01]: If you're someone who's curious about wearable tech, loves and out of the box approach to wellness or just wants to feel more in control of their health without another pill or protocol, this one's for you.
[SPEAKER_01]: So let's dive in.
[SPEAKER_01]: Linda, thank you so much for joining us on the well drop today.
[SPEAKER_02]: Well thank you for inviting me.
[SPEAKER_02]: You basically have said so much.
[SPEAKER_02]: It's really great to you.
[SPEAKER_01]: Well you've done so much.
[SPEAKER_01]: It is not easy to break it down into.
[SPEAKER_01]: just a few sentences.
[SPEAKER_01]: I mean, you are a trailblazer, you're an inventor, you are a researcher and advocate or you were so many things all in one, Linda and it's an honor to have you on the well job.
[SPEAKER_01]: I think the most interesting place to start is really, you can first start but just your own personal story and what, what has been your journey and kind of then what led you to create this we've watched.
[SPEAKER_02]: And I think you said part of it, you mentioned that both my mother and sister had breast cancer at the same time, but the part that was missing is that the medical community wanted me to just have a double mastectomy and go on with my life, you know, and they hadn't done any testing.
[SPEAKER_02]: So that's why as a teacher, I thought I could do something different and that's why I you know, dive into researching and looking at different things and then I ended up getting an indie certification.
[SPEAKER_02]: I was already a certified nutritionist, you know, and just changing and learning more and more and then sharing it with women through my new business bras, you know, breast research, research, awareness and support.
[SPEAKER_02]: And so it just got to be overwhelming all the natural things that I
[SPEAKER_02]: learn could be so helpful for women.
[SPEAKER_02]: And I just kept saying, oh, this is kind of getting overwhelming.
[SPEAKER_02]: It's too many bottles of pills.
[SPEAKER_02]: Even though they're natural, I'm still not a pill person, you know?
[SPEAKER_02]: And so, you know, it was like, God, tell me what to do.
[SPEAKER_02]: And seriously, you know, I'm looking up going, God.
[SPEAKER_02]: and I just, you know, get to frequencies, go to frequencies, and so there was a frequency for every single problem that I was concerned about with women's breast cell.
[SPEAKER_02]: And I'd worked with thousands of women by that time.
[SPEAKER_01]: Now, what did you figure that out?
[SPEAKER_01]: I mean, that's pretty powerful that what were the issues that you were for seeing in your practice with the women?
[SPEAKER_02]: Yes, and that's what to me is so interesting is they are not educating us that there are eight teeth to up and two down on each side that can drain into your breast and we connected with our breast.
[SPEAKER_02]: They don't bother to tell us that they don't tell us that E coli or Epstein bar virus can be connected to our breast health.
[SPEAKER_02]: We don't know about our emotions being so connected, you know, and injuries.
[SPEAKER_02]: I mean, I even had a lady get bit by a horse and it hadn't healed correctly, you know.
[SPEAKER_02]: And so I actually found frequencies for natural healing and wound healing and
[SPEAKER_02]: you know, RNA and DNA and that kind of thing.
[SPEAKER_02]: So it's interesting that these frequencies were actually measured over a hundred years ago.
[SPEAKER_02]: So if I say the word Nicola Tesla, you know what I'm talking about, he started that whole idea and then someone named Dr. Royal Raymond Rife is now known as the father of frequencies because he did more and more and more and more work.
[SPEAKER_02]: So these tools have been around, but they were actually outlawed by the American Medical Association.
[SPEAKER_02]: The AMA was in its startup at that time, and frequencies couldn't survive with the quest to change to medication and pills.
[SPEAKER_02]: Right.
[SPEAKER_01]: That's a nice point of like, I know where all that most people don't know about is that there are these powerful natural healing modalities that then sort of got like boxed into like, oh, sort of like we're no treatment and they weren't actually the pills and things were more you're more boo boo right and not time and then they told us they flipped the scripts through the different agencies to say.
[SPEAKER_01]: and push more medication, which is just so much more comfortable doing at this point.
[SPEAKER_01]: I mean, we've been like fully conditioned into it, but I'm sure as you've seen now, there's cracks in that that system in and of itself.
[SPEAKER_01]: And sometimes I think, you know, medication is great maybe in an acute situation, but for sort of every day wellness preventable wellness, that's
[SPEAKER_02]: So there is so much that we can do on our own and buy ourselves and, you know, through the grace of God who's given us all of these things, if we would just open our eyes and use it, you know.
[SPEAKER_01]: So for those who are new to the concept of frequency therapy, can you break it down like what it actual is and how does it interact with the body on a cellular level.
[SPEAKER_02]: I'd be glad to.
[SPEAKER_02]: So basically, I am using acoustic frequencies on the back of those, there's a speaker on the back that touches your skin.
[SPEAKER_02]: And this was very important to me because I learned that we can absorb frequencies, acoustic frequencies through our skin and our bones.
[SPEAKER_02]: out.
[SPEAKER_02]: And the concept basically is that every cell has about 70 receptors and they will start to vibrate when they feel, you know, a sound or a vibration.
[SPEAKER_02]: And then that makes the whole cell vibrate, then that makes the next cell vibrate, the next and the next and then it zips through body and domino effect.
[SPEAKER_02]: Yes.
[SPEAKER_02]: Wow.
[SPEAKER_02]: And faster than the speed of sound.
[SPEAKER_02]: We know that we know frequencies
[SPEAKER_02]: And this was really important to me, because I actually am a deaf person.
[SPEAKER_02]: I'm completely deaf in one year.
[SPEAKER_02]: And so that was a little bit of adjustment that I had to make during my life.
[SPEAKER_02]: They didn't know that I was deaf until the third grade.
[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, so I had made something, you know, some kind of adjustments that so that people didn't realize that.
[SPEAKER_02]: And I just wanted to be able to make sure that the tool I was developing could be really that I could use it, you know, and so I was so glad to find out that it moves through your skin and your bones, you know, your ears are good, but they are not necessary for this particular tool.
[SPEAKER_01]: Wow.
[SPEAKER_01]: And so how many different frequencies are there?
[SPEAKER_02]: So literally there are thousands and thousands of frequent seas, you know, and there are books about this thing that you can go through to find different frequencies.
[SPEAKER_02]: But the way Royal Raymond Reich worked was with a large machine, you know, that costs, you know, 15 to 20,000, whatever, you know, it's a little bit variable.
[SPEAKER_02]: And you had to set it the machine and you had to hold bars and, you know, all kinds of things like that.
[SPEAKER_02]: you had to basically have a degree, you know, to be able to use some of these tools.
[SPEAKER_02]: So I wanted something that was just very easy to use, and something that everybody could have access.
[SPEAKER_01]: So in the lot, which I have one, and I love it, and I actually like put them on.
[SPEAKER_01]: How is this something that is safe for all ages?
[SPEAKER_01]: Definitely.
[SPEAKER_01]: I mean, it's just a frequency.
[SPEAKER_01]: It's like, if you go to a concert, that's technically your listening to some sound frequencies that would assume, it's vibrating at your body.
[SPEAKER_01]: Is that different, like, going to a concert versus the type of frequency that's maybe in the watch?
[SPEAKER_01]: I guess you'd someone think about that.
[SPEAKER_02]: Well, I think you've kind of hit on a perfect phrasing there because we've all gone to a concert or we've all listened to music on the radio and when our favorite song comes on, we turn it up and then we start moving you know and then our countenance changes.
[SPEAKER_02]: We know that music or sound can affect our health and our bodies.
[SPEAKER_02]: So everybody has had that experience, but we're trying to get that experience closer to them so that they are actually using or feelings specific frequencies that can go into your body and recalibrate, retune it, rebalance it, re, you know.
[SPEAKER_02]: make some changes.
[SPEAKER_02]: Now, I can't say cure in, you know, any of those kind of words, making it definitely pardon.
[SPEAKER_01]: It's making a shift of some.
[SPEAKER_02]: There you go, a shift.
[SPEAKER_02]: So, those are the ways that that frequencies can work very easily.
[SPEAKER_02]: And another phrase is resonance, you know, everything in the world has a frequency.
[SPEAKER_02]: We know that, that's a principle of the universe, that everything has a frequency.
[SPEAKER_02]: and a vibration.
[SPEAKER_02]: And so what they are finding or what they found, what Nikhilav Tesla found is that when we have a matching frequency that when those two frequencies that are the same frequency when they meet, you know, they realign, they, you know, self-amplify different things happen.
[SPEAKER_02]: And all we know in our simple system is that an opera singer can sing a high note and break a glass.
[SPEAKER_01]: That's how that's how we that's that's that's it also sort of when you walk into a room or a few need a person neither you can sometimes vibe with a person or not and no one's really.
[SPEAKER_01]: People will think about more from an energy standpoint.
[SPEAKER_01]: Like, oh, yes, energy was off, but maybe they're not realizing it's probably the frequency that creates the energy.
[SPEAKER_01]: Yes.
[SPEAKER_01]: And either it's a match or mismatch, maybe.
[SPEAKER_02]: I mean, you're saying it very well that we all know instinctively about frequencies were just not putting an out there and actually using it, you know, if you're not using it behind the scenes.
[SPEAKER_01]: We're not talking about that.
[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
[SPEAKER_01]: No, since there's thousands of frequencies, so you were able to create this watch, put frequencies in the watch, and basically the watch does dub as an actual watch, too.
[SPEAKER_01]: I just wanna be clear.
[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
[SPEAKER_01]: You can tell time.
[SPEAKER_01]: But then there is a whole, it's like a screen where you get to choose the different frequencies.
[SPEAKER_01]: And now is that based upon an organ system, like how are these frequencies?
[SPEAKER_02]: So I spent quite a bit of time trying to organize and so it was the easiest way to use them and you know like I said there were books and you're kind of thin it and down and get the most important ideas that people can use for basic daily ideas so you know I put I did put a lot of frequencies into Oregon systems so according to the Oregon.
[SPEAKER_02]: You can use them that way, but I also have folders for kids, you know, and school back to school time.
[SPEAKER_02]: So we know that kids are going to be inundated with different viruses.
[SPEAKER_02]: You know, there might have problems sleeping.
[SPEAKER_02]: They're going to have respiratory problems.
[SPEAKER_02]: And so all of those ideas are in a label.
[SPEAKER_02]: So I have about a hundred and five or excuse me, 146.
[SPEAKER_02]: different categories that you can pick from.
[SPEAKER_02]: And then there's categories just for women, you know, how important is that, you know.
[SPEAKER_02]: So we have, you know, bladder, we have categories for breast health, several categories for that.
[SPEAKER_02]: And also our reproductive system, and that kind of thing, and hair loss, your hair, you know, healthy hair, that kind of thing.
[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, we talked about hair.
[SPEAKER_01]: I think that that is really I never would have thought until we met about frequencies for hair.
[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, I mean, until I, you know, went through and saw the plethora of frequencies that they had actually measured.
[SPEAKER_02]: I wasn't aware of it either, but I've had several testimonies, and of course, I'm not saying I have a double blind study, but I've had several testimonies of women who's here had started to grow back or, you know, it's changed greatly, you know, that kind of thing.
[SPEAKER_02]: So that's been really exciting.
[SPEAKER_01]: It seems you've worked with so many women, you know, I think in the watch in the event that you have like different women's, well, and the stuff.
[SPEAKER_01]: Does it also affect like your hormones, sleep?
[SPEAKER_01]: Like, what are the different things that you have seen?
[SPEAKER_01]: It's more evidence-based.
[SPEAKER_01]: with your women, because you are focused a lot on breast health.
[SPEAKER_01]: But obviously, breast health is not the only thing.
[SPEAKER_01]: I'm sure they have, they come to you with many issues.
[SPEAKER_01]: Like, what are the main things that you've seen that this is sort of helped with your clients?
[SPEAKER_01]: Well, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I
[SPEAKER_02]: I think the most exciting thing is I was developing the prototype because I work with breast health.
[SPEAKER_02]: I had several women come in who actually helped me test it.
[SPEAKER_02]: And again, I'm not saying this was a double blind study, but I am saying that nine women gave me testimonies.
[SPEAKER_02]: that their breast lumps had changed drastically in just 30 minutes of wearing the way of watch.
[SPEAKER_02]: What?
[SPEAKER_02]: So a couple of women gave me the testimonies that it saved them from surgery, you know?
[SPEAKER_02]: So I mean, you can't even believe that.
[SPEAKER_02]: And then I also had 30 women, and I think there were a couple guys in that, actual one, 30 people who tested up for kidney stumps.
[SPEAKER_02]: And in about 30 minutes, their pain had decreased, and we did a urine sample.
[SPEAKER_02]: and it was full of all kinds of slack, different colors.
[SPEAKER_02]: One lady had five rice-sized granules, you know, in her sample.
[SPEAKER_02]: And, you know, so then I knew I really had something, you know, and I started working more and more and really got it developed.
[SPEAKER_02]: But that's really kind of important because we already know about lithotripsi.
[SPEAKER_02]: which is the medical version of getting rid of kidney stones using ultra sound.
[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
[SPEAKER_02]: And it's really kind of, you know, it's, they try to make it simple, but they've kind of overdone it in another aspect because they're using every frequency that they can, you know,
[SPEAKER_02]: put together a, and this is according to scientific American.
[SPEAKER_02]: They've used every frequency and they pound you, you know, right on the area where that kidney stone is supposed to be.
[SPEAKER_02]: And of course, there's lots of bruising and pain and bleeding and you know, the list goes on and on with anything.
[SPEAKER_02]: We're in 30 minutes.
[SPEAKER_02]: I have had some results using a acoustical frequencies.
[SPEAKER_02]: So there are finally, you know, tuned, precisely measured.
[SPEAKER_02]: So that does make a big difference.
[SPEAKER_02]: Isn't that kind of interest?
[SPEAKER_01]: That's pretty mind-blowing.
[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, I was just thinking, so if you're wearing the watch, you're tuning your frequencies.
[SPEAKER_01]: Is there, you know, sometimes is there's
[SPEAKER_01]: Too much of a good thing is our way to have it that you've over stimulated you are.
[SPEAKER_02]: So a couple times I've had people who embarrassly told me that they were running at for constipation and it turned into diarrhea.
[SPEAKER_02]: That's what they have over stimulated themselves.
[SPEAKER_02]: But you know, really for the thousands of watches that are out there, there is not a lot of back.
[SPEAKER_02]: Lash on that because these frequencies are natural and they just go through your body and that's how our bodies are made.
[SPEAKER_02]: We listen to frequencies between the 20 and 20,000 Hertz all day long and all night long.
[SPEAKER_02]: You know, our bodies are reacting to noises also.
[SPEAKER_01]: And also I do always say that the body is so intelligent.
[SPEAKER_01]: I am a firm believer in this falls into that category that the body is able to heal itself and give in the right tools to do so.
[SPEAKER_01]: harder and harder in our environment today because we are pounded with so many toxins.
[SPEAKER_01]: But with sound and the frequency that maybe if you're already optimized, I think of it from like an organ level, you know, you optimize that maybe that extra.
[SPEAKER_01]: frequency will just go somewhere else where it needs to go.
[SPEAKER_02]: Yes, or if it's not needed in the body, it just moves right on through the body.
[SPEAKER_02]: Right.
[SPEAKER_02]: So it only connects with what it needs to in the body that has a like frequency.
[SPEAKER_02]: And just recently, some more the FDA and you can see this on PubMed.
[SPEAKER_02]: I believe there was a study done on using histotrypsy.
[SPEAKER_02]: And so that is sound frequencies for liver cancer.
[SPEAKER_01]: Okay, they have a case starting like it's starting to come out now after people listen to this episode.
[SPEAKER_01]: They're going to start to see it is starting to come out of the woodworks even though there's nothing new and it's been around for a very long time.
[SPEAKER_02]: And you can look around and you'll see several new tools, smaller tools, actually, you know, kind of like this that might be something that you wear on your wrist.
[SPEAKER_02]: And that was something that I was very concerned about when I developed my product is I wanted a very multipurpose product.
[SPEAKER_02]: I'm a very frugal person, you know, and it doesn't make sense to have a whole bunch of tools when you could have one tool that does everything.
[SPEAKER_02]: But people have a hard time believing that they cannot believe that one frequency can do so or one frequency tool can do so much.
[SPEAKER_02]: But that's because people are putting other tools out there and you might pay $180 to have something that you wear on one risk for call main.
[SPEAKER_02]: And then you wear another tool on the other wrist for sleep, you know, and then you can buy another tool that you wear on your wrist that's for repelling mosquitoes.
[SPEAKER_02]: You can buy another tool that just works with women's premenstrual cycle, you know, or cramps basically.
[SPEAKER_02]: And so you could have so many tools it would be unbelievable, but the way of watch has 1100 ideas on it.
[SPEAKER_01]: I mean, it's the most comprehensive thing I've come across, which is why I'm so excited to share it with our community.
[SPEAKER_01]: Now, what is the, if somebody were to get the watch, how do you think about, do you need to wear it every day?
[SPEAKER_01]: Is this a, an everyday tool?
[SPEAKER_01]: Is this a tool just to wear a couple of times a week to optimize?
[SPEAKER_01]: I mean, you have so many frequencies.
[SPEAKER_01]: You could probably pick multiple frequencies.
[SPEAKER_02]: Well, because I have so many frequencies,
[SPEAKER_02]: And I hate to say that as a word.
[SPEAKER_02]: Maybe they are frequency fanatics.
[SPEAKER_02]: I have, actually.
[SPEAKER_02]: I have a word.
[SPEAKER_01]: You can see obsessed.
[SPEAKER_01]: Well, it's exciting.
[SPEAKER_01]: It's pretty cool when you start.
[SPEAKER_02]: And so, you know, some people will wear it all day long, except when they're charging it.
[SPEAKER_02]: Not may not be working, but they'll have it on their wrist because it is a wristwatch.
[SPEAKER_02]: Also, we're key time for them.
[SPEAKER_02]: but a lot of people will wear it at night for different things and we have an excellent sleep frequency set on there that can actually run about 11 hours and you can actually select the time that you go to bed and you just touch the time if it's 11 o'clock or 12, whatever or 10.
[SPEAKER_02]: and you touch that time, and then every hour, it change frequencies.
[SPEAKER_02]: Because all night long, your body has different hormones, the vagus nerve is functioning, different organ systems functions, like the liver functions more from 1 to 3.
[SPEAKER_02]: The lungs are more in charge of your body from 3 to 5.
[SPEAKER_02]: And those are kind of ideas from the Chinese body clock.
[SPEAKER_02]: and that kind of thing.
[SPEAKER_02]: But still, that's what we've done is take all those ideas and so every hour the watch is working on your body.
[SPEAKER_02]: And then sometimes when people get up they'll just change the frequency and they'll play harmonize so that they start their day off very relaxed or what I've been running lately has been bone support because I've been having some trouble with some teeth and I'm trying to see if I can, you know, get that stabilized a little bit.
[SPEAKER_02]: So you have different
[SPEAKER_02]: do wear it quite a lot.
[SPEAKER_01]: Now, is there EMF cynics?
[SPEAKER_01]: They always think about the wearable devices and most people a lot of my clients when they're wearing them.
[SPEAKER_01]: I always say, make sure at night, turn off the Bluetooth, turn off your Wi-Fi, airplane mode, your phone, and then in the morning you can charge the device.
[SPEAKER_01]: So because this is something that can run overnight,
[SPEAKER_01]: what are those implications from either a Bluetooth and the MSD and what?
[SPEAKER_02]: We do not have any EMFs on this.
[SPEAKER_02]: In fact, we have frequencies to mitigate the problems that EMFs and radiation have caused in your body.
[SPEAKER_02]: So this is a tool that the sound is made just on this watch.
[SPEAKER_02]: It is not connected to,
[SPEAKER_02]: anything at all.
[SPEAKER_02]: There's no EMF connection.
[SPEAKER_02]: And I'm I'm very proud of that because I worked very hard for that because that's a big concern for people and it should be.
[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
[SPEAKER_01]: And so how would you recommend using the watch as a daily habit?
[SPEAKER_02]: I wear it night for sleep and then during the day I wear it according to what problem I might have like sometimes I don't know for some reason I got a headache you know and so I'll look down and play headache you know I don't have to have a bottle of pills with me or anything like that or you know if I happened to you know fall down and trip I could be wearing something for first aid or for taking care of pains of all different kinds so we have it.
[SPEAKER_02]: setting for upper joint pain and lower joint pain and people swear by those, you know, if they've had any kinds of trouble at all pain is a huge one.
[SPEAKER_01]: We have to get a lot of pain, especially for women in my life, but I'm even thinking for my parents actually, I think, yes, such a nice gift for them.
[SPEAKER_01]: Because actually, I'm in the process.
[SPEAKER_01]: I'm going to be doing a whole overhaul with my father who loves to just buy supplements online.
[SPEAKER_01]: And I was just trying to sweat over there yesterday.
[SPEAKER_01]: I'm like, Dad, we aren't going through this.
[SPEAKER_01]: Tell me why you're taking
[SPEAKER_01]: So let's just start there and because I just want to feel good, but instead of taking a pill like the best ways really just throw on the watch, tune yourself according to whatever it is at your feeling, right?
[SPEAKER_01]: Because everyone's feeling different things at different times or all of a sudden, we are complicated being.
[SPEAKER_01]: Yes.
[SPEAKER_01]: But you've made it really simple and accessible by just picking, you know, starting with an Oregon system, picking something, and then just
[SPEAKER_01]: to one click, but and that's it.
[SPEAKER_02]: You almost forget that it's even doing something, but yes, because it doesn't make a sound the sound is being absorbed.
[SPEAKER_02]: You know, now, I will say, if you have it a little loose on your wrist, you know, and if it flops, you're going to hear the sound when you're handling the sound.
[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, but try to just tighten it up on your wrist just a little bit.
[SPEAKER_02]: But there's usually no sound from it.
[SPEAKER_02]: Your body is absorbing that.
[SPEAKER_02]: And some other things that we can work on are something like Lyme disease.
[SPEAKER_02]: I have lots of free consoles for that.
[SPEAKER_02]: And here aside, those are huge.
[SPEAKER_02]: And then all kinds of detox, which is, again, a huge problem in our world today.
[SPEAKER_02]: And then inflammation.
[SPEAKER_02]: So that's one of the biggest words that we use anymore is inflammation.
[SPEAKER_02]: And so that folder is actually called wave,
[SPEAKER_02]: just first wave and you can play all of that.
[SPEAKER_02]: It kind of gives you directions to play all of that before you get started to kind of clean your body out.
[SPEAKER_02]: And people are not realizing how many things we just carry around because a medical community doesn't connect that parasites are so connected with our health problems, you know.
[SPEAKER_01]: They're not connecting the dots and also what's interesting is that these frequencies, it can just keep you can press a repeat.
[SPEAKER_01]: So you don't have to sound like you have to sit there and monitor your watch every day, right, you just have to maybe in the morning wake up, choose what you want and you give a hit repeat and like just set it and forget it.
[SPEAKER_02]: Yes, and if you wanted to, you could make favorites list, you know, and put different things in.
[SPEAKER_02]: There's six different favorites list that you can make and it's just a click of the button.
[SPEAKER_02]: So, you know, if you have grandchild number one coming and you know he has a cold, you can, you know, set something for him and then grandchild number two, you know, you could set something for them, you know, or whatever you want to.
[SPEAKER_02]: So it is very versatile several people could use it.
[SPEAKER_02]: And I shouldn't forget about saying your pets.
[SPEAKER_02]: Get yourself out of the people that actually ordered the way watch for their pets.
[SPEAKER_01]: Really?
[SPEAKER_01]: And they put them on like, are there a leg or something?
[SPEAKER_01]: Or how did they put it on?
[SPEAKER_02]: A lot of times we'll send them a separate wristband or two different wristbands so they make a longer color that will go around and velcro around the animal if it's safe.
[SPEAKER_02]: You don't have the person think it's safe.
[SPEAKER_02]: But also frequencies will move from you to another person.
[SPEAKER_02]: or if you're holding, you know, your dog, your little dog on your lap and your planning society, your dog is also absorbing those frequencies.
[SPEAKER_01]: That's fascinating.
[SPEAKER_01]: It's actually perfect segue to my next question, which is, you know, there's a lot of skepticism around alternative wellness tools.
[SPEAKER_01]: So what would you say to someone who's curious, but unsure about
[SPEAKER_02]: curious, I'm not sure I heard you exactly, but that's what we're talking about.
[SPEAKER_01]: It's like, oh, this sounds interesting, but I kind of skeptical, and I like don't really believe it works.
[SPEAKER_02]: Well, we don't have a 30 day trial period, and I hope by then you're convinced, you know.
[SPEAKER_02]: But if you'll just look on the website, which is waywatch.com, you can see all kinds of testimonies you can, you know, like I said, use it yourself and try it out.
[SPEAKER_02]: a lot of times the women are the ones who will try something first and then their husband goes, oh, let me try it.
[SPEAKER_02]: Oh, it doesn't work.
[SPEAKER_01]: Yes.
[SPEAKER_01]: And like that, it's a tool that I like to try to make one as a little accessible.
[SPEAKER_01]: And of course, the tool does come at a cost, right?
[SPEAKER_01]: But it is something that you can share with the family.
[SPEAKER_01]: And he's literally new so.
[SPEAKER_01]: Like everyone could just choose a day to wear a differently or do you have a day
[SPEAKER_01]: And the fact that there's no EMFs in it, that is huge to me.
[SPEAKER_01]: It's huge, but you're in these other wearable devices.
[SPEAKER_01]: You're walking around most time with Bluetooth and you all day long.
[SPEAKER_01]: And no one's thinking about time out frequencies.
[SPEAKER_01]: Like how that frequency is so disruptive to your natural rhythm.
[SPEAKER_01]: And over time, that compounds and that will set off its own cascade of things.
[SPEAKER_01]: but no one's connecting those dots.
[SPEAKER_02]: Now, and I'll tell you what I have discovered in my office just working with women, or I haven't, maybe it's not a discovery, but I've seen so it fits in with what you're saying, but I did have a woman come in who I did a thermogram on which is an infrared imaging system for breast health.
[SPEAKER_02]: And literally they had worn their cell phone in their bra and you could almost see the outline of the cell phone and they had three kinds of breast cancer underneath that.
[SPEAKER_02]: Okay, another one that scares me to death is our senior citizens where these lifeline alerts.
[SPEAKER_02]: We don't think about them being connected.
[SPEAKER_02]: And so I had this 84 year old lady come in and she was really she couldn't set up straight.
[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
[SPEAKER_02]: And within six months, she had developed breast cancer under that alert, a last week, actually under that alert.
[SPEAKER_02]: And then I had another young girl come in who had changed jobs and she needed her cell phone on hand.
[SPEAKER_02]: Well, she put it in her front pocket.
[SPEAKER_02]: And within again, six to eight months, she has a huge ovarian sister's sister's that had to be taken out.
[SPEAKER_01]: And you always say, don't wear your phone on you and I am guilty as anyone else.
[SPEAKER_01]: I said to them, they back pocket sometimes if I don't have a person on me.
[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
[SPEAKER_02]: And then I also have pictures of women who have held their cell phone up to their ears for 15 minutes, which we all do on a call.
[SPEAKER_02]: And that is just as hot as can be.
[SPEAKER_02]: So hence why they're training a thousand percent more medical doctors for brain.
[SPEAKER_02]: problems, you know, brain specialist.
[SPEAKER_02]: Because we're frying our brain, you know.
[SPEAKER_02]: Oh gosh, I can see that firsthand.
[SPEAKER_01]: That's overwhelming.
[SPEAKER_01]: But I think this is, you know, sometimes we have to hear these hard things because this is the harsh reality.
[SPEAKER_01]: It really what's out there.
[SPEAKER_01]: And especially as women and as mothers, sometimes we don't necessarily want to help ourselves where we are totally willing to help.
[SPEAKER_01]: our children, our husband and put ourselves last.
[SPEAKER_01]: So even if this is the first step to help someone else, it'll then start to trickle down to you.
[SPEAKER_01]: But I always like to say, we need to put ourselves first on that to do this.
[SPEAKER_01]: So buy it for yourself.
[SPEAKER_01]: And then I'm sure others in your household are gonna be curious and just see what it is and throw it on and check it out and see if they feel different.
[SPEAKER_01]: Now usually sometimes with these things,
[SPEAKER_01]: I always say, like, it doesn't smack you in the face, the change.
[SPEAKER_01]: Like, have you had someone come in and be like, I guess maybe with pain would be a perfect example or with sleep, that they came in, they weren't feeling well.
[SPEAKER_01]: You said they put it on for 30 minutes and then there was a shift that they felt.
[SPEAKER_02]: Yes, it seems like the frequencies work quickly and I didn't know why when I first was developing it until I did some more research and what they've proven is that there are different kinds of frequencies.
[SPEAKER_02]: Obviously there's chemical frequencies from our pills and our subscription, you know, prescriptions and things like that.
[SPEAKER_02]: and then there are just frequencies from sound waves.
[SPEAKER_02]: Well, the chemical waves move through our bodies so slow that they move through the body about a foot a second and the body burns them up.
[SPEAKER_02]: So we just absorb 2% of them.
[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
[SPEAKER_02]: Okay?
[SPEAKER_02]: Well, the sound waves move through your body.
[SPEAKER_02]: So fast that there are 100% absorbed versus 2%.
[SPEAKER_02]: So that's why you have to take pills over and over and over again, you know, but sound frequencies move very, very quickly.
[SPEAKER_02]: So the usually we see something very quick compared to a pill that someone might have tried for a particular problem.
[SPEAKER_02]: If it's going to work and sometimes you might need to try a couple frequencies, but it's not going to, you know, cost you any more or take very much more time at all, you might try several different ideas, you know, a particular one doesn't work.
[SPEAKER_02]: So for example, on the women's breast tell.
[SPEAKER_02]: There were frequencies just for breast lumps, but I found out that when I worked with women, if I also played something connected with inflammation and pain and trauma, we have trauma, also detoxing the liver, detoxing the lymph nodes.
[SPEAKER_02]: When I put those all together, that's when those breast lumps seem to go a faster.
[SPEAKER_02]: So that's what I've done on the way of watch for you.
[SPEAKER_02]: I've made sure they were all combined.
[SPEAKER_02]: So you just touch a button and you get all of those ideas at one time.
[SPEAKER_01]: And that's it.
[SPEAKER_01]: What frequencies that one?
[SPEAKER_02]: It's all of those frequencies all together.
[SPEAKER_02]: You've already put them together.
[SPEAKER_02]: I've already put them together.
[SPEAKER_02]: And another way to explain it being kind of silly, but I also have a frequency that's called After Party Support.
[SPEAKER_02]: I see everybody laughs and they don't need it.
[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, oh, yeah, somebody's throwing up.
[SPEAKER_02]: Somebody's, you know, I don't read as somebody has a headache, somebody's dehydrated, somebody.
[SPEAKER_02]: So I have all of those ideas in that folder.
[SPEAKER_02]: So you just touch after party support and it covers all of those.
[SPEAKER_01]: You know, and when it comes for some other, for some other midlife things that we always give, somebody's burnt out, if they're bloated, they feel like nothing is working that used to work,
[SPEAKER_01]: the wave watch become their secret wellness hack.
[SPEAKER_02]: Well, there's a lot of variation in all of those ideas.
[SPEAKER_02]: But again, you can try more than one idea, you know, and so a lot of times, you know, we need some brain support when we're feeling exhausted.
[SPEAKER_02]: It may not just be physical, it may be something, you know, brain wise or maybe emotion.
[SPEAKER_02]: too.
[SPEAKER_02]: So if you play through emotions, it's a lot easier to play through the emotions that it is to go to the doctor and get an appointment and set up something and they give you a pill, you know, and you may have waited for two months.
[SPEAKER_02]: Well, if it's on the on the way, well, actually just touch a button and you have a variety of things to try.
[SPEAKER_02]: So we also have frequencies for weight loss and a lot of metabolic support, or maybe you've been told that your thyroid is part of your exhaustion problem or you're not feeling very happy.
[SPEAKER_02]: Lots of different ways so that you can work with all of those frequencies and try a variety of ideas.
[SPEAKER_02]: Much better than a variety of pills, right?
[SPEAKER_01]: I love that.
[SPEAKER_01]: I mean, really Linda, thank you for creating something so powerful.
[SPEAKER_01]: And I think it's a great tool to have in your toolbox and every household should have one, but there's why not?
[SPEAKER_01]: Really?
[SPEAKER_01]: Why not?
[SPEAKER_01]: And it might down the road end up having you save so much time, effort, money, if you are really, you're putting the power back into people's hands.
[SPEAKER_01]: So I think it's such a powerful tool, and I'm so excited to see you have,
[SPEAKER_01]: been, you were the first guest to talk about frequencies on the well drop.
[SPEAKER_01]: And in order to close out this conversation, what is one drop of on this wisdom you like to leave with our listening.
[SPEAKER_02]: Well, I don't have to talk about the way watch all the time, but what I do say is combine it with making sure you're getting enough minerals.
[SPEAKER_02]: And the other thing that we've been steered away from is minerals and salt.
[SPEAKER_02]: So we've been told not to dig salt to stay away from it, you know, all of that kind of rigour or rural.
[SPEAKER_02]: When we know that ancient cultures fought wars all result, they paid, you know, wages and salt, the list is just endless of how they used salt.
[SPEAKER_02]: And so put salt back into your life.
[SPEAKER_02]: I take at least a teaspoon, a day, a salt.
[SPEAKER_02]: And I use an unrefined sea salt called red men's.
[SPEAKER_02]: Different salts have different minerals because they're different colored.
[SPEAKER_02]: And they never teach us that, you know?
[SPEAKER_02]: And so what I found for women in that premenopause stage, you know, is that the Himalayan salt is really the best salt for them.
[SPEAKER_02]: and women my age who have already you know are post-menopausal.
[SPEAKER_02]: The red men's real salt has the best mineral support for us.
[SPEAKER_01]: This is great.
[SPEAKER_01]: I love this.
[SPEAKER_01]: I just a teaspoon a day, but I'm in your water because I get questions all the time.
[SPEAKER_01]: What a lecture like do like a lecture like and I actually don't use those powders I used to years ago.
[SPEAKER_01]: I don't like a lot of things like that.
[SPEAKER_01]: Go lean.
[SPEAKER_02]: You want the best salt that you can get, you know, that kind of thing.
[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
[SPEAKER_02]: And don't worry about it.
[SPEAKER_02]: They tell us that raises our blood pressure.
[SPEAKER_02]: But, you know, what's the first thing that happens when somebody has a heart attack?
[SPEAKER_02]: And they come, you know, an ambulance.
[SPEAKER_02]: They give you salt.
[SPEAKER_02]: You know, it's, say, lean.
[SPEAKER_02]: You know, it's just crazy.
[SPEAKER_02]: How they tell us not to do one thing.
[SPEAKER_02]: And then that's the thing that they used to rescue us.
[SPEAKER_01]: It's confusing, but thank you for shedding light on that.
[SPEAKER_01]: I think it we all have him laying salt pretty much in our kitchen.
[SPEAKER_01]: And so drop the powders to a teaspoon a day.
[SPEAKER_01]: That's it.
[SPEAKER_02]: And you know, do a little bit in the morning or three out a day, or you know, I put a half a teaspoon in in the morning or in the evening, just whatever method works for you.
[SPEAKER_02]: And there's lots of ways to take salt, but get the salt in get a larger amount than we've been told.
[SPEAKER_01]: her fake.
[SPEAKER_01]: Look, thank you so much for being on the well-dropped Linda.
[SPEAKER_01]: It's a pleasure to have you.
[SPEAKER_02]: Well, thanks, Amber.
