<v Speaker 1>I should say that we're set up for next week,
<v Speaker 1>meaning tomorrow night, with John Cena responding to his actions,
<v Speaker 1>which now feel like they were four weeks ago, even
<v Speaker 1>though it was what this two it feels like forever.
<v Speaker 1>And we know what John Cena's schedule here in his
<v Speaker 1>retirement tour that he is very limited. But I will
<v Speaker 1>say this, this gap between action and response has been
<v Speaker 1>I understand they're building for it, and that's part of
<v Speaker 1>the that all you could argue it's fun to wait
<v Speaker 1>and what is he going to say? And they have
<v Speaker 1>all this time to prepare, But it is also annoying
<v Speaker 1>that you have to kind of put it out of
<v Speaker 1>your head for two weeks because you're not going to
<v Speaker 1>get a response from John Cena. But we will tomorrow night,
<v Speaker 1>and it'll be interesting to hear what he has to
<v Speaker 1>say what music he has, If any change, I would
<v Speaker 1>imagine his look is different. He probably doesn't come out saying,
<v Speaker 1>you know, holding up the never give up shirt and
<v Speaker 1>it's time to go to work and sprinting to the ring.
<v Speaker 1>I would imagine those things have gone by the wayside
<v Speaker 1>given his actions that elimination chamber. But with Cody Rhodes
<v Speaker 1>also in the building, what's he gonna do? What's he
<v Speaker 1>gonna say? Is the final boss lurking all things that
<v Speaker 1>we need to think about for Tomorrow night in Massive,
<v Speaker 1>Monday Night Raw, and then on SmackDown we have Paul
<v Speaker 1>Hayman say next week your tribal chief, and of course
<v Speaker 1>those in Barcelona were not happy. Anytime you're in any
<v Speaker 1>city and you say next week, there are no two
<v Speaker 1>more just sinister words that you can say to a
<v Speaker 1>live audience, is next week. That is as bad as
<v Speaker 1>it gets. Take it from me firsthand, if you've never
<v Speaker 1>been doing a live event, there is nothing worse, especially
<v Speaker 1>when it's something big. It's you know, I'm not saying
<v Speaker 1>it's everything they say, but for those big moments, those
<v Speaker 1>big returns, those big promos, those big responses like those
<v Speaker 1>are the kinds of things that you never want to hear,
<v Speaker 1>ever say as an in person of you know, live
<v Speaker 1>attendant for a w event. Now, it was funny the
<v Speaker 1>way that Paul Hayman did respond to those in the audience.
<v Speaker 1>He said, you know, you can just get on a
<v Speaker 1>plane and join us next week. That was really funny.
<v Speaker 1>But we'll get to that. We'll of course break down
<v Speaker 1>SmackDown in detail here and in a moment and break
<v Speaker 1>down a little bit of money Nette Raw. Although with
<v Speaker 1>Monday Net Raw being a week old and I have
<v Speaker 1>a full raw review show, I won't do too much
<v Speaker 1>of that. As I say every week because if those
<v Speaker 1>of you who are new here, I do a raw
<v Speaker 1>review every single week, so it kind of is silly
<v Speaker 1>for me to go through Raw in detail. But I
<v Speaker 1>will cover the big things and talk about some upcoming
<v Speaker 1>moments and upcoming matches that are scheduled for tomorrow night
<v Speaker 1>as well. So well, let's get into it. Let's dive
<v Speaker 1>into SmackDown and again then we'll go to the emails
<v Speaker 1>and as many voicemails as we can get through. And
<v Speaker 1>as I said, they were from Barcelona, Splain at the
<v Speaker 1>Splain Spain at the Olympic Arena and I have to
<v Speaker 1>say that the crowd was hot, as most overseas crowds are.
<v Speaker 1>I'm not I have nothing negative to say about any
<v Speaker 1>of those you know, any of those fans, while I
<v Speaker 1>still don't like when I can't understand what people are chanting.
<v Speaker 1>It's just annoying. What somebody explained to me, I don't know, really,
<v Speaker 1>this is a genuine question. It probably was answered from
<v Speaker 1>a listener a while ago, but I really don't remember.
<v Speaker 1>What the hell is that chant that they all chant.
<v Speaker 1>If you, if you just step foot anywhere in Europe
<v Speaker 1>at all, there's that chant, and it happens all the time,
<v Speaker 1>every time. For it feels like ours. It's the whoa,
<v Speaker 1>what what is that?
<v Speaker 2>Like?
<v Speaker 1>I don't understand. I don't know what that is. I'm
<v Speaker 1>imagining it has nothing to do with wrestling and it's
<v Speaker 1>just a sports chant. But I have no clue, and
<v Speaker 1>I hear it all the time. And someone did answer it,
<v Speaker 1>I'm sure, but my brain and my capacity to remember
<v Speaker 1>things is not great. So curious somebody responded to me, please,
<v Speaker 1>what is it? And why is it sung at wrestling
<v Speaker 1>events all the time? For it's not just it doesn't
<v Speaker 1>just happened once it's like forever and every time that
<v Speaker 1>there's a silence, it seems to crop up. It's like, oh, guys,
<v Speaker 1>we don't know what to chant. Oh, let's go back
<v Speaker 1>to the default. Whatever this is. I'm guessing it's some
<v Speaker 1>kind of a sports chant that is just sung all
<v Speaker 1>the time, and I just don't know what it is,
<v Speaker 1>all right. So anyway, so hot crowd, and we get
<v Speaker 1>it's the old a song, I guess. But we have
<v Speaker 1>Cody Rhodes and Carmelo and Randy all arriving at the arena,
<v Speaker 1>and then we have Lily and Garcia introducing La Night
<v Speaker 1>and he stood in the ring. Fans are going crazy.
<v Speaker 1>He could barely speak, and he said they were gonna
<v Speaker 1>make history by holding the first SmackDown in Barcelona. And
<v Speaker 1>then he said he might be the US champ, but
<v Speaker 1>he's also a world He's also worldwide. And then Knight
<v Speaker 1>said it was way too long since he stood in
<v Speaker 1>the ring wearing the US championship and nounce back where
<v Speaker 1>it belongs. Jimmy USO comes out and entered the ring
<v Speaker 1>and said he wasn't there to congratulate Night. Jimmy said
<v Speaker 1>he's desperate. He said the only way to start his
<v Speaker 1>road to WrestleMania is to challenge the Knight for a
<v Speaker 1>title match, and Solo so Coa's theme played. He walked
<v Speaker 1>out with Jacob Fatu and Tomatanga, and Solo said that
<v Speaker 1>if anyone deserves a us Tunnle shot, it's Fatu. Solo said,
<v Speaker 1>Jimmy is known as the failure of the family and
<v Speaker 1>should he step aside, he should step aside, and Jimmy
<v Speaker 1>said the bigger failure was Solo losing to Roman reigns. Sokoa, Sokoa,
<v Speaker 1>Fatu and Tomatanga then attack Knight and Jimmy us So
<v Speaker 1>and then Brown Stroman ran out and helped La Knight
<v Speaker 1>and Jimmy clear the ring, and Nick All just came
<v Speaker 1>out to book a good old Teddy Long special, the
<v Speaker 1>six man tag team match, and he said it would
<v Speaker 1>start right now and then that's the match we get.
<v Speaker 1>So this match lasted about ten minutes and the victors
<v Speaker 1>were Night, Uso and Stroman, with the finish being Stroman
<v Speaker 1>getting the hot tag and hit his ridiculous Stroman Express
<v Speaker 1>at ringside. I despise it and that's putting it lately.
<v Speaker 1>But Jimmy hit FA two with a suicide dive sent
<v Speaker 1>him over the broadcast table and in the ring, Stroman
<v Speaker 1>hit a running power slam on Tomatonga and pinned him.
<v Speaker 1>After the match, solo them blindsided Stroman, Knight dump Solo
<v Speaker 1>over the ringside barricade and followed him. Fatu recovered Superkick,
<v Speaker 1>Jimmy and Fat Tou entered the ring and put Stroman
<v Speaker 1>down before hitting him with three double jump moon salts.
<v Speaker 1>Fat two tis leaving, but he ran back to ringside
<v Speaker 1>dove Stroman drove him through the barricade in front of
<v Speaker 1>the timekeepers area. So hot mo hot start. I mean,
<v Speaker 1>they are all in on Fatu here. Who is going
<v Speaker 1>to continue to be protected even in a losing effort
<v Speaker 1>in a team. He's never one that's going to take
<v Speaker 1>the fall or submit. They are building him in a
<v Speaker 1>really nice way. He has a lot of momentum. The
<v Speaker 1>fans have chosen him, and WWE the Machine is getting
<v Speaker 1>behind him, but not so much that he's being thrust
<v Speaker 1>into a title match and being given this all these
<v Speaker 1>opportunities and he's taking up the show and he's no.
<v Speaker 1>It's a nice kind of like, all right, we have
<v Speaker 1>our card set for Mania. We're going to continue to
<v Speaker 1>just build you behind the scenes, or rather subtly, as
<v Speaker 1>subtly as we can, I guess, and they're doing a
<v Speaker 1>nice job. The fans have gravitated to him in a
<v Speaker 1>way that you just you just you never know when
<v Speaker 1>a connection like that's gonna happen, and I think we
<v Speaker 1>have that with Fatu. He's got that animal instinct. His
<v Speaker 1>facials are perfect, and he has superseded I think everyone
<v Speaker 1>in that Bloodline faction in terms of star power, more
<v Speaker 1>than Solo, more than certainly more than Tamatanga or Tonga Loa.
<v Speaker 1>I mean, he has other than Roman reigns. He has
<v Speaker 1>I think superseded them all. And his feud with Stroman
<v Speaker 1>is going to be fun because it's ultimately going to
<v Speaker 1>end in a Fatu victory, as so many programs do
<v Speaker 1>against Bronze Stroman. And it's a matter of time before
<v Speaker 1>Fatu does enter a title picture. When does that happen,
<v Speaker 1>Probably not till post Mania, but that's okay. I'm in
<v Speaker 1>no rush. I don't care if he doesn't have a
<v Speaker 1>title match until past SummerSlam or become champion until WrestleMania
<v Speaker 1>next year. I don't see a need to push him
<v Speaker 1>fast at all, and he's in a good spot, comfortable spot,
<v Speaker 1>but one that's growing. And I think fatwo is. I mean,
<v Speaker 1>it's not exactly anything original to say that he's going
<v Speaker 1>to be likely a major singles champion in the next
<v Speaker 1>six to twelve months. Does that mean world champion? Does
<v Speaker 1>that mean w Wen too speeda champion? No, but it
<v Speaker 1>does mean us or IC I think. All right, So
<v Speaker 1>we then get footage airing of Jade car Gilt being
<v Speaker 1>interviewed in the seats of an empty venue earlier, and
<v Speaker 1>Jade took issue with Naomi crying about her struggles as
<v Speaker 1>if she's the victim and we have Then Kelly asked
<v Speaker 1>how Jade knew Naomi was the attacker and why she
<v Speaker 1>didn't tell people sooner if she did, and Jade said
<v Speaker 1>she could only recall being hit from behind and thrown
<v Speaker 1>onto the back of a car and then seeing Naomi
<v Speaker 1>run away. Jade said Naomi attacked her loyalty and her
<v Speaker 1>and she asked how she could trust anyone after that. Okay, well, so,
<v Speaker 1>first of all, I'm glad they're doing these This seems
<v Speaker 1>to be where they should live with Jade if she's
<v Speaker 1>not comfortable cutting a few minutes promo yet, but they
<v Speaker 1>don't have the confidence in her yet to do that
<v Speaker 1>in front of a live crowd that's hostile, especially if
<v Speaker 1>one that's in Barcelona. I think she would have been overwhelmed.
<v Speaker 1>But this was a nice promo. It's one that you
<v Speaker 1>need to continue to do. Clearly, the reaction is not
<v Speaker 1>where they want it to be or wish it would
<v Speaker 1>was with Jade because Jade people aren't reacting yet with her.
<v Speaker 1>They see her and they go wow, physical specimen, and
<v Speaker 1>then they go, well, so what else? Why should I
<v Speaker 1>emotionally care about anything your character does? And the answer is,
<v Speaker 1>we don't yet because we don't know you. We don't
<v Speaker 1>know you. We know you like to post Instagram photos
<v Speaker 1>to you like to tell people how good you smell,
<v Speaker 1>You like to show off your phys and that's about
<v Speaker 1>all we know. So this is a smart move. Now,
<v Speaker 1>is the logic of her? Is her answer to Kelly
<v Speaker 1>about why didn't you tell people sooner if you knew
<v Speaker 1>it was Naomi? Does that answer make any sense? No,
<v Speaker 1>she said, she can only recall being hit from behind
<v Speaker 1>and thrown in the back of the car and then
<v Speaker 1>seeing the Gamy run away. Okay, so you didn't have
<v Speaker 1>a revelation. You knew that already, So did this just
<v Speaker 1>come to you? I mean, so it didn't answer the question.
<v Speaker 1>In fact, you just kind of doubled down on why
<v Speaker 1>you should give us an answer. If you knew it
<v Speaker 1>was Naomi, why didn't you tell us sooner? Like you
<v Speaker 1>just told us that's what you remembered. So if that's
<v Speaker 1>what you remembered, then why you know what I mean? Anyway,
<v Speaker 1>movie God, I won't get too caught up on that.
<v Speaker 1>So we had the Women's Tag Team Champions live and
<v Speaker 1>Raquel interrupt the interview while standing several rows below Jade
<v Speaker 1>and who said she'd face Morgan next week. All right?
<v Speaker 1>We then have Charlotte versus BFAB, where Charlotte beats her
<v Speaker 1>in nine minutes and probably the biggest match, by the way, Loki,
<v Speaker 1>that BFAB has ever had in her career. This is
<v Speaker 1>probably it. This is like her WrestleMania. Considering where BFAB
<v Speaker 1>has been since she debuted in WWE, this is by
<v Speaker 1>far the biggest match she ever has had. But I mean,
<v Speaker 1>no one's pointing that out, but it's true, and I
<v Speaker 1>think BFAB we need to know a little bit more
<v Speaker 1>about her too. I know she doesn't have exactly the
<v Speaker 1>most charismatic in ring prowess. She doesn't. She's missing a
<v Speaker 1>piece and we haven't seen the best of her yet.
<v Speaker 1>But she ends up having a decent match with Flair.
<v Speaker 1>But it was all about Flair here, as you knew
<v Speaker 1>it would be. She didn't release the figure eight until
<v Speaker 1>Tiffany Stratton's music hit She comes to the ring. Stratton
<v Speaker 1>got the better of her until security runs out and
<v Speaker 1>separates the wrestlers. Flare boat free and dove Stratton on
<v Speaker 1>Stratton in the corner, and then the quickly pulled apart again.
<v Speaker 1>Stratton broke free and then jumped off the broadcast table again.
<v Speaker 1>Dive then Stratton. Oh yeah, she she had that big
<v Speaker 1>spot where she went up top and dove onto Flare
<v Speaker 1>and the security guards where even if you're remotely in
<v Speaker 1>the vicinity of that said swanton or dive, even if
<v Speaker 1>you're within you know, a half mile radius, you must
<v Speaker 1>fall to the ground. I'm pretty sure that's the standard. Uh,
<v Speaker 1>you know, that's just a it's in WWE, It's in
<v Speaker 1>their contracts. They write it in. You know, if you
<v Speaker 1>are within a half mile radius of a dive, you
<v Speaker 1>must fall to the ground, even if you have never
<v Speaker 1>even been physically touched. And that's that's always funny to
<v Speaker 1>see those and you know, you see people just falling
<v Speaker 1>for no reason. It's just it's funny. But the one So,
<v Speaker 1>I don't mind this build so far. Tiffany's showing a
<v Speaker 1>little bit of fire is good and not having it
<v Speaker 1>just be Charlotte attacking from behind every single week. But
<v Speaker 1>I will say, just as a general criticism right now,
<v Speaker 1>the pull up Harts need to take a chill, take
<v Speaker 1>a break, take a fifteen. Right. I understand that they
<v Speaker 1>weren't you really used at all for a while, but
<v Speaker 1>they're being just so overdone with seemingly every program. It's
<v Speaker 1>too much because first of all, they have the most
<v Speaker 1>inebsecurity that I've ever seen of any major corporation. I mean,
<v Speaker 1>if you have wrestlers that you know, and if this
<v Speaker 1>was a shoot, you have wrestlers that are the you know,
<v Speaker 1>they are the draw for your company. They bring in
<v Speaker 1>the revenue, They're a valuable asset. Wouldn't you hire the
<v Speaker 1>most cracked security team, the biggest guys could to protect
<v Speaker 1>your talent from hurting one another, i e. The assets
<v Speaker 1>of the company and yet they bring in people that
<v Speaker 1>look like, you know, they they just drained out a
<v Speaker 1>backyard wrestling event and then you know, took whoever was there.
<v Speaker 1>It's always, you know, but it is a guilty pleasure
<v Speaker 1>of mine to watch the security get their ass kicked.
<v Speaker 1>So anyway, Tiffany Stratton and Charlotte Flair, things are heating up.
<v Speaker 1>But as quickly as WrestleMania, or as I'm sorry, as
<v Speaker 1>slowly as it seemingly has been coming, it's going to
<v Speaker 1>go really quick. We've got a month, almost a month,
<v Speaker 1>and it's WrestleMania and then boom over and the next
<v Speaker 1>time we're looking forward to is okay, well maybe Summer Slam.
<v Speaker 1>It's from in terms of like the Big four events.
<v Speaker 1>So that's how quickly WrestleMania is going to come here.
<v Speaker 1>And we've got four and a half weeks and we're
<v Speaker 1>off to the races. So alright, so let's continue, and
<v Speaker 1>we have the see Miz stood in the ring for
<v Speaker 1>his talk show segment, and the cameras cut to where's
<v Speaker 1>the stage where Tiffany Stratton and Charlotte Flair were fighting?
<v Speaker 1>The ball pull apart brawl continued, Yes, it continued, and
<v Speaker 1>apparently they can't keep apart two women that are, you know,
<v Speaker 1>under one hundred and fifty pounds. Yet they have all
<v Speaker 1>these dudes. I know that they're going for kind of
<v Speaker 1>over the top, and I understand they just can't keep
<v Speaker 1>these two apart. If you can't keep two women apart,
<v Speaker 1>and there are several men that are in security, you
<v Speaker 1>should be ashamed of yourself or find yourself a new
<v Speaker 1>security team. I mean, it's just that's the whole purpose
<v Speaker 1>of security. And if you can't even do the bare
<v Speaker 1>minimum of keeping two women apart, I mean, I'm sorry,
<v Speaker 1>it's just Embarra like, don't even have security. They're there
<v Speaker 1>as pawns. Boy oh boy, all right, I'm just I'm
<v Speaker 1>over the polar part brawls though, just generally we need
<v Speaker 1>we need to just pause, please pause on it. So
<v Speaker 1>Cody comes out and miss said he didn't have time
<v Speaker 1>for singing along with Cody. He said he was interrupted
<v Speaker 1>by Tippy time he needed to ask the tough questions
<v Speaker 1>and then Cody just kicked him, put him down with
<v Speaker 1>Crossroads and then set his title on the mat, picked
<v Speaker 1>up the mic and said he didn't said he didn't
<v Speaker 1>want to talk unless it was to John Cena and
<v Speaker 1>said he would be at RAW on Monday too, And
<v Speaker 1>so the crowd loved this. There was, I mean this
<v Speaker 1>all over Cody Roads and in a big way, in
<v Speaker 1>a good way. So Cody Rhodes is just ready to
<v Speaker 1>talk to John Cena. And you know what, Cody, so
<v Speaker 1>were all of us. We're ready, we're we've heard your side,
<v Speaker 1>and now we're ready for John Cena to respond. All right.
<v Speaker 1>So then we have the Damien Priest Shinska Nakamura match
<v Speaker 1>up here, although I and yet aired for a debuting
<v Speaker 1>max masked wrestler, so that'll be interesting. Okay, So Damian
<v Speaker 1>Priest ends up beating Shinskey to an apparent no contest,
<v Speaker 1>or fought him to a no contest for nine minutes
<v Speaker 1>and thirty seconds. This was after Drew McIntyre showed up.
<v Speaker 1>Distracted Priest. He hit South of Heaven on snske, but
<v Speaker 1>Drew came in attacked Priest caused the no contest, which
<v Speaker 1>really should have been a DQ but nonetheless, so Priest
<v Speaker 1>threw a few punches at McIntyre, but it ended with
<v Speaker 1>McIntyre getting the best of him and he spotted Priest
<v Speaker 1>getting back to his feet. He ran back hit a
<v Speaker 1>clay More and that was that. I mean, it was
<v Speaker 1>a It was a long drawn out beat down, and
<v Speaker 1>I was I was good with it. I liked it.
<v Speaker 1>I think it was it was well done. The tempo
<v Speaker 1>of the beatdown was nice, all right. So we then
<v Speaker 1>have Kathy Kelly spoke with US Champion Women's US Champion
<v Speaker 1>Chelsea Green. She was accompanied by her secret service agents,
<v Speaker 1>Piper Niven and Alba Fire, and Green said her administration
<v Speaker 1>is in full force. Zelena Vega showed up and spoke
<v Speaker 1>about becoming the next Women's US Champion, and Niven said
<v Speaker 1>Vega would have to go through US, and Vega said
<v Speaker 1>she would face Niven next week and then take the
<v Speaker 1>title from Green after that. That's good for Selena. I
<v Speaker 1>think that's where she should live for a while. Is
<v Speaker 1>this US title a women's US title picture? Because if

<v Speaker 1>Orton avoided whatever was happening there, and then Hayes hit
<v Speaker 1>a springboard into a DDT and covered Orton for a
<v Speaker 1>near fall. Carmelo went up top and was cut off
<v Speaker 1>by Orton, who got the better of the punch exchange
<v Speaker 1>and then performed a superplex. Orton's struck the viper's pose
<v Speaker 1>again went for the RKO, but then Hayes hit the
<v Speaker 1>first forty eight hours. Orton came back hit an RKO
<v Speaker 1>got the three count. After the match, Orton offered Hayes
<v Speaker 1>a handshake. Hayes pie faced Orton, who hit him with
<v Speaker 1>another RKO, which was great, and Orton backed up for
<v Speaker 1>a punt, but Kevin Owens shows up, pulled Hayes out
<v Speaker 1>of the ring. Orton threw punches at Owens, who shoved
<v Speaker 1>Orton back to the ring post, and Ewens topped a
<v Speaker 1>barricade to run away. So I enjoyed this because it
<v Speaker 1>allowed Kevin Owens to get a little more heat strike
<v Speaker 1>and leave Orton can't quite get his hands on him again.
<v Speaker 1>And boy, that's a long flight. Kevin. That's a hell
<v Speaker 1>of a long flight for about twenty seconds of work.
<v Speaker 1>I mean, Kevin Owens comes out shows and runs away.
<v Speaker 1>I mean they could have hologrammed that in. But Orton
<v Speaker 1>and Kevin Owens is a matchup. It's gonna be a
<v Speaker 1>lot of fun. I'm looking forward to that program play
<v Speaker 1>itself out of WrestleMania and eventually, you know, we're all
<v Speaker 1>waiting for that punt kick on KO. All right, so
<v Speaker 1>Gunther here is in a non title match. Now, does
<v Speaker 1>it explain how Gunther's on the show. Is it just

<v Speaker 1>fart match. The finish was Axiom throwing a couple kicks
<v Speaker 1>at Gunther, who hooked him into a submission hold. Gunther
<v Speaker 1>fought free, powered up Axiom into power bomb him, and
<v Speaker 1>then Gunther turned Axiom inside out with a closed line,
<v Speaker 1>power bombed him again, got the three count. After the match,
<v Speaker 1>Gunner put Axiom in a sleeper hold. Three referees talked
<v Speaker 1>him into releasing it. Gun Thro posed the title while
<v Speaker 1>the broadcast team hyped his run WrestleMania match with jay
<v Speaker 1>Usso So again. Hot crowd, good good reaction here even
<v Speaker 1>for Gunther and seeing guns well again putting the fact
<v Speaker 1>decide that he shouldn't be on SmackDown, it was still
<v Speaker 1>good to see him in a wrestling match, getting the
<v Speaker 1>world title match. More attention in any way possible. I'm
<v Speaker 1>on board for Paul Hayman then came to the ring
<v Speaker 1>and said that it's Roman Reins Day all over the world.
<v Speaker 1>He talked about the release the two K twenty five
<v Speaker 1>video game, and he brought up Punk and said it's
<v Speaker 1>Roman Reigns Day, not Punk Day, and said it will
<v Speaker 1>never be Seth Freaking Rollins Day, and he said he
<v Speaker 1>hates Seth Rollins a song. After the fans chanted for it,
<v Speaker 1>and Hayman started to hype Roman Reigns for next week
<v Speaker 1>and he said you know this is where he said
<v Speaker 1>he could the fans boot it because they said next week,
<v Speaker 1>and he said, you can just hop a flight and
<v Speaker 1>watch in Italy. And he said you can say anything
<v Speaker 1>you want to Rains next week straight to his face,

<v Speaker 1>literally cheer for anything. I mean, someone could sit there
<v Speaker 1>and just defecate in the ring and they'd probably sing
<v Speaker 1>that ole song. You know. It just feels like like
<v Speaker 1>anything anything that goes on at all, you could just
<v Speaker 1>you can make that crowd pop. So that's a good thing,
<v Speaker 1>and it's no disrespect to the Street Profits, but I'll
<v Speaker 1>have to be honest with you. The Street Profits have
<v Speaker 1>been an irrelevant tag team for a long time because
<v Speaker 1>they didn't know what to do with them. Back and
<v Speaker 1>forth and back and forth, and forth and back with
<v Speaker 1>Bobby Lashley heel but then not heal, then back to Babyface,
<v Speaker 1>then no tag. You know, they don't know what to
<v Speaker 1>do with them. So it was a smart move if
<v Speaker 1>you're going to make a tag team title change, to
<v Speaker 1>do it in a city that will literally cheer for
<v Speaker 1>almost anything and make it sound more important than it is.
<v Speaker 1>And that's a credit to the crowd. I mean, like,
<v Speaker 1>I don't know almost any US city that could keep
<v Speaker 1>up that level of noise if noise is all you
<v Speaker 1>care about in terms of how you measure a great
<v Speaker 1>crowd is just by simply how loud they are, no
<v Speaker 1>matter what. I don't, but I know a lot of
<v Speaker 1>people do. So good move by w W E is
<v Speaker 1>it a good move? Just generally? The answer is perhaps
<v Speaker 1>if they are going to do something of significance with
<v Speaker 1>the street profits, you know, like give them a personality
<v Speaker 1>that's sustainable, do something with them beyond one you know,

<v Speaker 1>doing much with them either. The crowd was. They would

<v Speaker 1>yet Angela Dawkins and montes Ford Bell have longevity, They
<v Speaker 1>have their respective fans, They've been tag team champions before.

<v Speaker 1>to have an identifiable, consistent personality. What are we? Who

<v Speaker 1>belt other than Punk. I think Punk deserves it, and
<v Speaker 1>I think the framework has been laid out beginning with
<v Speaker 1>the Chamber. My prediction Punk versus Sena at SummerSlam Night two.

<v Speaker 1>a major turn. That means that opens things up a
<v Speaker 1>lot more for CM Punk or any other major baby
<v Speaker 1>face to face Sina that otherwise maybe wouldn't have. It
<v Speaker 1>changes the dynamic in a big way. So a babyface
<v Speaker 1>Punk versus a heel Seena at SummerSlam bring it on.

<v Speaker 1>very limited dates over the next six to eight months,
<v Speaker 1>they got to make the best use of it. The
<v Speaker 1>best use of it is a mix of new talent,

<v Speaker 1>you want to contribute to this mailbag next week with
<v Speaker 1>your thoughts and your notes, absolutely do that. And you
<v Speaker 1>can do that by just giving me bullet points on
<v Speaker 1>what you felt was worth talking about. You know, maybe
<v Speaker 1>things that happened during commercial break. That's always fun. You
<v Speaker 1>know during commercial breaks that is always a weird time.

<v Speaker 1>view doesn't seem like a big deal and most likely
<v Speaker 1>will not main event Night one of WrestleMania forty one.

<v Speaker 1>needs something. This is just all business, which you know
<v Speaker 1>sometimes having things just business may not be the worst thing,
<v Speaker 1>but it does take that kind of soul out of it,
<v Speaker 1>that feeling of you you have a real investment in
<v Speaker 1>who wins and loses. It needs it needs some kind
<v Speaker 1>of attention where it's the main focus of the show
<v Speaker 1>for a couple of shows. You know, there's always that
<v Speaker 1>one storyline woven throughout that leads in from the you know,
<v Speaker 1>the promo that leads to the main event of the show,
<v Speaker 1>like the opening promo to the main event at the end.
<v Speaker 1>To do that a couple of times, if they indeed
<v Speaker 1>care enough about this to make it a main event
<v Speaker 1>for WrestleMania Night one, I'm looking a little confused here.
<v Speaker 1>Is Roman Reids officially on Raw? Or is he still
<v Speaker 1>on the SmackDown roster because after his recent appearance during
<v Speaker 1>the Steel Cage Match, I would assume, without looking at
<v Speaker 1>his upcoming part time schedule, that he will be on
<v Speaker 1>Raw rather than SmackDown. Am I missing something? Because after
<v Speaker 1>defeating Solo for the Ulafalow on Monday Night Raw on
<v Speaker 1>the Netflix premiere, it seems like the internal bloodline feud
<v Speaker 1>is over, which then leads me to believe that Roman
<v Speaker 1>should move over to Raw. What do you think of
<v Speaker 1>a triple threat of Punk Roman and Rawlins for the
<v Speaker 1>Backlash or for Backlash instead of WrestleMania, Because to me,
<v Speaker 1>Roman Rollins needs to happen at WrestleMania, and for some reason,
<v Speaker 1>I think Punk's going to be involved in the title
<v Speaker 1>match with Sena and Cody for Night two, Well, I
<v Speaker 1>mean I'm on board for that. Hell yeah. I don't
<v Speaker 1>think it should be a triple threat with Punk, Romans
<v Speaker 1>and Rolands, Rollins and Roman. To me, Rollins and Roman
<v Speaker 1>deserve a one on one Punk involved in. That doesn't
<v Speaker 1>make much sense. And cashing in a favor from Hayman
<v Speaker 1>to just get involved in a program he could get
<v Speaker 1>involved in any way for a triple threat that has
<v Speaker 1>no consequence would make no sense. That's not a good
<v Speaker 1>way to cash in a favor from Paul Hayman. The
<v Speaker 1>way to cash in is to go big, and you
<v Speaker 1>go big by getting involved in a title match. That's
<v Speaker 1>why I think is still gonna happen. I don't want
<v Speaker 1>to see a triple a meaningless triple threat that has
<v Speaker 1>good promos but no value. There's no value to the
<v Speaker 1>winner other than bragging rights. And you could say the
<v Speaker 1>same about Romans and Rollins, Roman and Rollins. You could
<v Speaker 1>say the same thing, but that's personal and that's one
<v Speaker 1>on one. There's no third wheel in that. There shouldn't be,
<v Speaker 1>all right, three final points, I'm not gonna deny this
<v Speaker 1>but the Chad Gables segment is really interesting to me.
<v Speaker 1>When WWE did a pre recorded segment with a mysterious
<v Speaker 1>man last week about Chad seeking to learn the Lucha
<v Speaker 1>Libre style, But was that really Ivy and Isle on
<v Speaker 1>Monday night wearing a lucha libre mask and hoodie with
<v Speaker 1>black jeans. I just find that a little hilarious. I
<v Speaker 1>think it was, Yes, I think it was. Second, during
<v Speaker 1>the Naomi and Bianca segment, I don't know if you
<v Speaker 1>noticed this, but Naomi was wearing almost the same black
<v Speaker 1>outfit that Jade wore the night she was quote mysteriously attacked,
<v Speaker 1>a bit of foreshadowing before Naomi admitted to Bianca that
<v Speaker 1>she did it. No, I did notice that. I did
<v Speaker 1>not mention it, so you get credit. DJ. You know,
<v Speaker 1>turning wearing a black outfit is very much a tradition
<v Speaker 1>when you turn heel or really, if you're just the
<v Speaker 1>antagonist in any movie, black is a tried and true
<v Speaker 1>color to reinforce your darkness. So I think that's a
<v Speaker 1>good thing to point out. Third, and finally, I enjoyed
<v Speaker 1>the take all This segment last week as he told
<v Speaker 1>a story about the turmoil of the men's Tag Team
<v Speaker 1>division on SmackDown by using a whiteboard and a sharpie.
<v Speaker 1>Really good storytelling. But is it really the time for
<v Speaker 1>the Street profits to become tag team champions again? I
<v Speaker 1>don't know. As I said earlier, I don't know if
<v Speaker 1>that's really going to be a good idea until they
<v Speaker 1>show me what they've gotten Store, That's all I mean.
<v Speaker 1>I don't want to rehash everything I said about twenty
<v Speaker 1>minutes ago regarding them show me what you've gotten Store
<v Speaker 1>before I make that decision. I don't know yet. I
<v Speaker 1>don't have a lot of faith in their long term
<v Speaker 1>storytelling for tag team's divisions. I just I don't sorry,
<v Speaker 1>all right, Aaron says, just finished watching Raw ending with
<v Speaker 1>Roman attacking Punk and Seth, which confirms the triple threat. Well,
<v Speaker 1>I don't know if it does. They could be turning.
<v Speaker 1>They could be pulling a fast one here. Seeing Paul
<v Speaker 1>embracing Punk is leading me to believe Punk's favor will
<v Speaker 1>be Brock returning at Mania to take out Roman, leading
<v Speaker 1>to a Punk He'll turn. Even if I'm dead wrong,
<v Speaker 1>that match is going to cook and shed. Main event
<v Speaker 1>Night one, oh Rollins and Rains is absolutely worthy of
<v Speaker 1>a WrestleMania Maine event. Absolutely, given the history, given how
<v Speaker 1>good they both are in the ring, how far they've
<v Speaker 1>come in their careers, this is a shoe in for
<v Speaker 1>a WrestleMania main event. I've just been steadfast that given
<v Speaker 1>the fact that the Royal Rumble winner, we've been told
<v Speaker 1>time it again, is going to main event WrestleMania, then
<v Speaker 1>you aren't going to have Jay and Gunther main event WrestleMania.
<v Speaker 1>Then what are you doing? You know, you may you
<v Speaker 1>know what? They could rephrase it just as the Royal
<v Speaker 1>Rumble winner will receive a shot at the World Championship
<v Speaker 1>of their choosing at WrestleMania, and people can infer from
<v Speaker 1>that whether or not that will main event. And I
<v Speaker 1>think that's a better way to phrase it, because if
<v Speaker 1>you're main eventing, then you're main eventing, right. Main event
<v Speaker 1>means go on last. And you can't say that for
<v Speaker 1>the Royal Rumble winner and then have them not do that.
<v Speaker 1>I think it it undermines a little bit of what
<v Speaker 1>the Royal Rumble winner, the victory entails with value that has.
<v Speaker 1>So all right, let's uh, let's see, let's talk to Shane. Okay,

<v Speaker 1>they were viewed as allies would make so much more sense.

<v Speaker 1>like I'm beating a dead horse here because everyone's focused
<v Speaker 1>on the Rains and Rollins and why did Rains attack Punk?
<v Speaker 1>And does that mean triple threat? It's confirmed, it's not.
<v Speaker 1>Is this a red herring Punk and Rollins and Rains
<v Speaker 1>and backlash? I mean, this is tough. I would think
<v Speaker 1>then in like the next two weeks we'll get a
<v Speaker 1>true answer to this, a real answer to is it
<v Speaker 1>a triple threat? Is it not? I mean, that's it
<v Speaker 1>because we could sit here and pontificate on all the
<v Speaker 1>different types of scenarios and go down many rabbit holes
<v Speaker 1>based on that one action. You would think it's a
<v Speaker 1>triple thread, but with triple h in charge, things are different.
<v Speaker 1>Now he's shown us that he can show, you know,
<v Speaker 1>put out red herrings and go one direction, but really
<v Speaker 1>pull the rug out from us and go another. All right,
<v Speaker 1>let's go to Milan a couple of things. Milan says,
<v Speaker 1>I think Punk's favor is simple. He wants a main
<v Speaker 1>event WrestleMania match with Roman. Maybe he asked for Rollins
<v Speaker 1>to be in it too. This is something he foresaw
<v Speaker 1>down the line and figure in Hayman could use his
<v Speaker 1>connections with the Rock to make it happen, since the
<v Speaker 1>Rock has the power over everything in WWE. Whatever the
<v Speaker 1>favor is, Paul Hayman was scared to tell Roman back
<v Speaker 1>in November, and when Roman asked so, it was so
<v Speaker 1>it has to have something involved with him. Perhaps that's
<v Speaker 1>perhaps the case. I mean, the main event WrestleMania match
<v Speaker 1>with Roman reigns. But what makes that a WrestleMania main
<v Speaker 1>event match just because as Punk versus Roman? I don't
<v Speaker 1>think Punk versus Roman, And this is crazy to say,
<v Speaker 1>is a this year a WrestleMania Maine event. They haven't
<v Speaker 1>really cut any promos on one another. Yes, they have
<v Speaker 1>history dating back to before Punk left and the podcast
<v Speaker 1>he did with Colt Cabana and making Oh make Roman
<v Speaker 1>look strong, all those things. Yeah, there's some history there. Again,
<v Speaker 1>I would argue Rollins and Rains much more of a
<v Speaker 1>WrestleMania main event. Could they make this a triple threat
<v Speaker 1>in nine one with the stipulation that simply states the
<v Speaker 1>winner gets an automatic contract for a WWE title match,
<v Speaker 1>sort of like money in the bank. This would obviously
<v Speaker 1>make the match mean more and add the intrigue of
<v Speaker 1>that person potentially using the contract on the winner of
<v Speaker 1>Cody in nine two. I don't know if WWA has
<v Speaker 1>ever done something like this outside money in the bank,
<v Speaker 1>but it would be a neat twist. And let's face it,
<v Speaker 1>it's WWE. They can create anything they want. Yeah, sure
<v Speaker 1>they can. I would accept the triple threat much more
<v Speaker 1>if the stipulation like that existed, but I wouldn't want
<v Speaker 1>it to be the night of WrestleMania. I don't need
<v Speaker 1>a cash in and Cody if that's the case, because
<v Speaker 1>that outcome between Sena and between Cody should stick. I
<v Speaker 1>don't know who's gonna win that yet. Maybe Punk is
<v Speaker 1>still involved we don't know, but I would agree that
<v Speaker 1>if there's a stipulation that big on Punk, Rollins and Rains,
<v Speaker 1>if that is indeed going to be a triple threat
<v Speaker 1>that seemingly has no real nothing really to sweeten the pot,
<v Speaker 1>that is a good way to sweeten the pod is
<v Speaker 1>the winner gets a title shot.
<v Speaker 2>Good.
<v Speaker 1>Yeah, I like that, Milan. I would accept it a
<v Speaker 1>little bit more if something huge was on the line
<v Speaker 1>like that. All Right, So final email, This is from Scotti.

<v Speaker 1>in the match between Boy you guys. Yeah, this is
<v Speaker 1>just this is the talking point of the week, no doubt,

<v Speaker 1>this is assuming it's gonna happen, and you're okay, So
<v Speaker 1>you've got a stipulation. All of these wrestlers, no doubt,
<v Speaker 1>you would see in a WWE title match at WrestleMania.
<v Speaker 1>They are just too big of a star to not
<v Speaker 1>be in the title match. So what if the stipulation
<v Speaker 1>was the winner of the match moves into the title
<v Speaker 1>match with CNN Rhodes, which makes more sense for Punk
<v Speaker 1>to win the match after he cashes in his you
<v Speaker 1>only one to Paul Hayman. Hayman betrays Roman, Punk wins,
<v Speaker 1>wins to move on to the big main event of
<v Speaker 1>the Night two main event. That's see. I would take
<v Speaker 1>that too. But then if you do that, you are
<v Speaker 1>saying that the WWE title picture again, the w weun
<v Speaker 1>disputed title picture is a storyline that supersedes all and
<v Speaker 1>they did that last year with the WrestleMania Night one
<v Speaker 1>A Night two events. We remember with the tag team
<v Speaker 1>match with the Rock and Roman. Remember that. Yeah, So
<v Speaker 1>they did that at Night one, and they did that
<v Speaker 1>at Night too, And if they do that again at
<v Speaker 1>Night one a Night two, we already know Night twos
<v Speaker 1>locked up with Cody and Sena, no doubt. But if
<v Speaker 1>they dare do it again for Night two, that means
<v Speaker 1>four main events in the last two years for WrestleMania
<v Speaker 1>were clogged up by the same storyline, the same one
<v Speaker 1>that would forego all of the women, It would forego
<v Speaker 1>the world title match, it would forego rollins and rains,
<v Speaker 1>it would be for it. Would you be pushing a
<v Speaker 1>lot aside to say, hey, no, four main events in
<v Speaker 1>a row at WrestleMania that were involved with the same story.
<v Speaker 1>That's a hard pill to swallow if you're a if
<v Speaker 1>you're a wrestler on the w W roster and you
<v Speaker 1>were thinking you've got a WrestleMania potential main event locked
<v Speaker 1>up double that would piss me off. But hey, it's
<v Speaker 1>none about feelings, So all right, all right, I think
<v Speaker 1>that'll do it for me tonight, guys, I know I
<v Speaker 1>got some voicemails. Maybe I'll throw them in a bonus
