WWE RAW Review: Another MAJOR Injury as Bronson Reed Goes Down, Brock Lesnar Makes Rare Appearance & Final Chamber Build

<v Speaker 1>Well, what a Monday Night raw that we went was
<v Speaker 1>last night in Atlanta. AJ Styles favorite gains his retirement speech,
<v Speaker 1>Undertaker comes out. We'll talk about that trims the end
<v Speaker 1>of the show. We had a massive injury, a rock
<v Speaker 1>leisure appearance that was essentially useless in a crowd that
<v Speaker 1>just didn't seem to care. So we can cut all
<v Speaker 1>of that much more here on the show. On this Tuesday,
<v Speaker 1>February twenty four, twenty twenty six, it's time to talk
<v Speaker 1>Monday Night Raw and what a raw we saw. And
<v Speaker 1>I kind of mean that in a backhanded way, in
<v Speaker 1>a not so great light. It was looked at as
<v Speaker 1>one of the worst raws of the year. I don't know,
<v Speaker 1>seeing something's great or bad as always subjective. I have
<v Speaker 1>some highlights actually of the show. I didn't think the
<v Speaker 1>whole thing was bad. I actually didn't have as sour
<v Speaker 1>of a feeling as most people did. And that may
<v Speaker 1>surprise a lot of you because typically I do criticize
<v Speaker 1>where others. In this case, I may not criticize where
<v Speaker 1>others do. It's a bit of a flipping of the
<v Speaker 1>script here, but we're going to dive into all of it.
<v Speaker 1>But I want to welcome you first to the show

<v Speaker 1>three months and you know brock Lesnar or all that. Well,
<v Speaker 1>there are rumors floating everywhere. According to Ringside News four
<v Speaker 1>one one, Mania, TJR Wrestling dot Net, the Ring Report,
<v Speaker 1>a lot of these outlets are reporting that Vince McMahon
<v Speaker 1>is quietly exploring WWE buying it back with Saudy backing
<v Speaker 1>and even Eric Bischoff, who has his eighty three Weeks
<v Speaker 1>podcast and does a really nice job. I really enjoy
<v Speaker 1>his show. I had listened to it all the time.
<v Speaker 1>He thinks that this could be a possibility, not one
<v Speaker 1>hundred percent, but he does leave the door open that
<v Speaker 1>this is not impossible. Now he has no influence on
<v Speaker 1>the company, but knowing Eric Bischoff and the fact that
<v Speaker 1>he has certainly some experience in this field, his opinion
<v Speaker 1>has a little more weight than others. But is it
<v Speaker 1>a done deal or things official? No, but there are rumors.
<v Speaker 1>Is it possible Vince buys back the company? At the
<v Speaker 1>end of the day, I'm gonna say no. I don't
<v Speaker 1>know how that would even happen. It's not like the
<v Speaker 1>company's up for sale. But if Vince were extradited and
<v Speaker 1>rather just kind of the civil case that is hanging
<v Speaker 1>over his head that really led to his downfall, is
<v Speaker 1>you know, he's adjudicated, he's done, the civil case is
<v Speaker 1>over with, then maybe it's possible that they bring him back.
<v Speaker 1>It would also, though, spit in the face of what
<v Speaker 1>they are trying to do, which is move on from
<v Speaker 1>Vince McMahon. There are several high ups in the TKO,
<v Speaker 1>mainly Mark Shapiro, who said that, you know, the Vince
<v Speaker 1>McMahon model of PLS was outdated, and we're not doing
<v Speaker 1>what he did, but it would be interesting to see
<v Speaker 1>him buy it back. I mean you talk about and
<v Speaker 1>I'm not kidding you when I say this. Despite how
<v Speaker 1>hated Vince McMahon was and still is by some circles,
<v Speaker 1>if Vince were to ever make an on camera appearance,
<v Speaker 1>return turn on television or at WrestleMania, he would get
<v Speaker 1>one of the biggest pops you've ever heard ever, And
<v Speaker 1>that is saying something I'm not saying. It would be
<v Speaker 1>the top reaction or it beat Stone Cold, but it
<v Speaker 1>would be up there. The reaction that Vince would get,
<v Speaker 1>it would be mind blowing. I don't know if it'll happen.
<v Speaker 1>I think at the end of the day he'll be
<v Speaker 1>eventually inducted into the Hall of Fame. And yeah, he's
<v Speaker 1>eighty years old. I don't need him on my screen
<v Speaker 1>on a regular basis. But he's responsible for this company
<v Speaker 1>even existing in the first place. He's responsible for most
<v Speaker 1>likely you being a wrestling fan right now. So despite
<v Speaker 1>what you think of him on a personal level, hard
<v Speaker 1>to really deny his professional success and his effect on
<v Speaker 1>all of our lives. What happened with Janelle is obviously
<v Speaker 1>a side show, and it's unfortunate if that is all true.
<v Speaker 1>But his professional career, which I can separate from his
<v Speaker 1>personal is second to none.
<v Speaker 2>So I don't know.
<v Speaker 1>I wanted to share that with you because it is
<v Speaker 1>floating around that Vince McMahon is potentially in the market
<v Speaker 1>to buy back WWE, which would be one of the
<v Speaker 1>best comeback stories of all time. I mean, nobody in
<v Speaker 1>the arena would boo Vince McMahon. Nobody, nobody. I mean,
<v Speaker 1>look at Brock Lesner when he came back. Did did
<v Speaker 1>you hear a single negative reaction even though any stray
<v Speaker 1>booze when he returned. I didn't, And yet everybody in
<v Speaker 1>that arena knew exactly what was going on with Brock
<v Speaker 1>and what he was accused of. So all right, let's
<v Speaker 1>move on to things that actually happened this week. I
<v Speaker 1>wanted to touch on that though, because it is a
<v Speaker 1>big deal if it happens, huge deal. So he had
<v Speaker 1>Gunther in the ring, and he said fans were there
<v Speaker 1>to celebrate a loser. He called Styles Goldberg and John
<v Speaker 1>Cena losers and then talked about how the ended their careers,
<v Speaker 1>which is only true for one of them. Again, not
<v Speaker 1>to pour cold water on this. I knew they would
<v Speaker 1>do it. Goldberg and John Cena did not have their
<v Speaker 1>careers ended by Gunther. That's a flat out lie.
<v Speaker 2>Go.
<v Speaker 1>I love Gunther, I like what he's building, but I'm
<v Speaker 1>calling a spade ats spade here. I'm not going to
<v Speaker 1>allow this, this false claim to be true. Goldberg and
<v Speaker 1>John Cena retired on their own accord and were retiring
<v Speaker 1>whether they lost to Gunther or not. But we're just
<v Speaker 1>gonna lump in Goldberg and John Cena with Aj Styles,
<v Speaker 1>who truly did have his career in story ended by Gunther.
<v Speaker 1>I'm going to continue to point that out if they're
<v Speaker 1>going to continue to try to push this. So at
<v Speaker 1>a Pierce walked out. He said that was an enough.
<v Speaker 1>He's the morality police, apparently, you know, he doesn't want
<v Speaker 1>anybody getting their tummi's hurt over what you know Gunther
<v Speaker 1>has to say. So security guards come out and he
<v Speaker 1>said he knew Gunther would try something, and Pierce insisted
<v Speaker 1>Gunther leeve or they pay or so they could pay
<v Speaker 1>tribute to Styles, and he opted to leave the ring.
<v Speaker 1>And then he stopped and turned back to the fans
<v Speaker 1>and raised his arms. And that's when dragon Lee came
<v Speaker 1>out from behind and attacked Gunther, they were pulled apart.
<v Speaker 1>They followed them backstage. The brawl continues and Lee was
<v Speaker 1>eventually pulled away by security.
<v Speaker 2>And yeah, that was it.
<v Speaker 1>So, I mean, Dragonly getting a little bit of the
<v Speaker 1>main event spot here for a moment. I don't think
<v Speaker 1>it's going to last for Dragonly. It's just definitely a
<v Speaker 1>detour for Gunther on his true road to WrestleMania, whoever
<v Speaker 1>that may be. And it could be brought is the
<v Speaker 1>way things were put on un raw last night, could be.
<v Speaker 1>But Dragonly is certainly and should be totally demolished by Gunther.
<v Speaker 1>Nothing against Dragonly, but they're in two different worlds when
<v Speaker 1>it comes to star power, when it comes to totem Pole,
<v Speaker 1>where they are at in the pecking order, who's on
<v Speaker 1>what trajectory, who should win? It's just not even close.
<v Speaker 1>Gunther should totally destroy Dragonly. And let me just say,
<v Speaker 1>if Gunther is being prepared for Brock, you should have
<v Speaker 1>Gunther dismantled Dragonly. You want him as strong as possible
<v Speaker 1>going into that matchup with Brock if that happens. But honestly,
<v Speaker 1>why would you have somebody who beat John Cena in
<v Speaker 1>his final match. Look weak at this point anyway, Again,
<v Speaker 1>you want to still continue to ride that wave, all right?
<v Speaker 1>So we have Cody Roads approach Gunther before making his entrance,
<v Speaker 1>and Cole referred to Cody as Atlanta's own and he
<v Speaker 1>asked the fans with wanted to talk about because he's
<v Speaker 1>a moron and he wanted to talk about aj styles.
<v Speaker 1>That's when the vision interrupted him and Bronson Reid, Logan,
<v Speaker 1>Paul Austin, Theory, and Paul Hammond come out and Theory
<v Speaker 1>said he's a shame to be from Atlanta. Logan played
<v Speaker 1>up the idea of Bronson Reid winning the men's chamber.
<v Speaker 2>Yeah lol.
<v Speaker 1>Cody said he knew someone who might have something to
<v Speaker 1>say about that, and then Jay Uso made his entrance
<v Speaker 1>to the crowd and they joined Cody inside the ring.
<v Speaker 1>And then we had a match up here with Bronson
<v Speaker 1>Reid versus Jay Uso versus Algrande Mericanno in a triple
<v Speaker 1>threat qualifier for the men's Elimination Chamber. And this match
<v Speaker 1>went fifteen and a half minutes with Jay Usso winning
<v Speaker 1>the match. Now, I don't know if jay was the
<v Speaker 1>original pick to win guessing no, they just pivoted. In
<v Speaker 1>real time, Bronson Reid should have won that the fans
<v Speaker 1>didn't seem to care too much about Jay winning. Jay
<v Speaker 1>has been put back into the tag team division, of
<v Speaker 1>which he has made a nice, like very comfortable, familiar
<v Speaker 1>home there. And I have no problem with him living
<v Speaker 1>in the tag team division with his brother for a
<v Speaker 1>little while. And I will say, when Jay does break
<v Speaker 1>back out, and he will, I would love Ja to
<v Speaker 1>be a heel, not against Jimmy, for God's sakes, but
<v Speaker 1>rather against whoever, anyone else other than Jimmy. And I
<v Speaker 1>have no problem with Jay being a heel when he
<v Speaker 1>eventually returns to the single scene, but as a babyface. No.
<v Speaker 1>So I do wonder if Jay winning here was a
<v Speaker 1>real time pivot when they realized that Bronson Reid sustained
<v Speaker 1>an injury and it was off of just something very
<v Speaker 1>common of her. It wasn't a fantastical, unnecessarily high risk
<v Speaker 1>maneuver where he was injured, which is kind of amazing
<v Speaker 1>given the stuff that he does that he shouldn't be doing.
<v Speaker 1>But it was off a routine just kind of breakup
<v Speaker 1>of a pin. He kind of grabbed El Grande from
<v Speaker 1>the side to break up the pin, and he rolled
<v Speaker 1>on to his side and he popped his his bicep
<v Speaker 1>towards his bicep right off of his bone.
<v Speaker 2>So damn.
<v Speaker 1>Now, that's certainly not going to heal in time. Even
<v Speaker 1>if he had surgery the next second, it would not
<v Speaker 1>be enough time to get back for WrestleMania. So you
<v Speaker 1>can count Bronson read out again for WrestleMania a second
<v Speaker 1>year in a row. Obviously, Seth Rollins went down. He's
<v Speaker 1>about to return really any day, if not at the
<v Speaker 1>pl on Saturday, and then of course we had the
<v Speaker 1>devastating bron breaker injury. He's likely not going to be
<v Speaker 1>for WrestleMania. I'd give him a five percent chance. He's
<v Speaker 1>more than likely probably, may you know, maybe a month
<v Speaker 1>or so after WrestleMania. And now you have Bronson Reid,
<v Speaker 1>who I don't have a time table on, but you
<v Speaker 1>can look at at least four months, five months, I'm
<v Speaker 1>guessing I'm looking at typical injury returns from the biceps
<v Speaker 1>tear like he had, and that seems to be the timeframe,
<v Speaker 1>so that would put him in June.
<v Speaker 2>Again.
<v Speaker 1>This is just my own estimates, but Seth will return
<v Speaker 1>prior to WrestleMania, then you're gonna have Bronson ree I'm sorry,
<v Speaker 1>bron Breaker return probably shortly after WrestleMania. If he comes
<v Speaker 1>back at WrestleMania, I mean, that would be amazing. Obviously,
<v Speaker 1>if bron Breaker is able to somehow even just deliver
<v Speaker 1>a spirit to somebody at WrestleMania just to make an appearance,
<v Speaker 1>I would highly recommend that they do. If they can
<v Speaker 1>get him in there somehow and clear him. Probably won't happen, though,
<v Speaker 1>But now it does make you wonder, what if the
<v Speaker 1>hell is Seth gonna do at WrestleMania. Did they just
<v Speaker 1>toss him in to Punk again?
<v Speaker 2>Can they do that? They?
<v Speaker 1>Can they run it back? Can they really run it
<v Speaker 1>back with Punk and Roman and Seth? I would advise
<v Speaker 1>against it because I don't need a duplicate main event,
<v Speaker 1>despite how good it was last year, But it does
<v Speaker 1>make you question what the hell is Seth gonna do?
<v Speaker 1>I mean, I guess he could face Brock Lesner if
<v Speaker 1>you really want to go that road. He's open for Brock.
<v Speaker 1>Not particularly interesting. We've seen them fight before and it's entertaining,
<v Speaker 1>but you need a bigger star. And I don't mean
<v Speaker 1>to disparage Seth. But if Brock's in the last final
<v Speaker 1>few months of his career, maybe the final year of
<v Speaker 1>his career, he won't have another WrestleMania. You gotta go
<v Speaker 1>bigger than Seth. And Seth's a huge star, but Brock
<v Speaker 1>Lesner is, I would argue, despite him not ever really
<v Speaker 1>being there, still a bigger star. A name, name, brand
<v Speaker 1>value is higher for Brock than it is Seth.
<v Speaker 2>You got to go bigger.
<v Speaker 1>So I don't know what they're gonna do for Seth.
<v Speaker 1>Maybe you guys can have some ideas beyond throwing him
<v Speaker 1>in again with Punk and Roman. I hope they don't
<v Speaker 1>do that. And no Vision members available, I mean I
<v Speaker 1>shouldn't say no. I mean you still got two, right,
<v Speaker 1>and then there were two. You got Logan Paul, you
<v Speaker 1>got Austin Theory. I guess you could go Logan Paul
<v Speaker 1>versus Seth, but you certainly won't want to go Austin
<v Speaker 1>Theory versus Seth. So it's interesting. It's a hell of
<v Speaker 1>a time for the Vision that is just cursed. I
<v Speaker 1>have never seen any faction go down one by one
<v Speaker 1>like this due to injury, real injury, not storyline. I've
<v Speaker 1>never seen anything like this. This is a cursed group.
<v Speaker 1>There's no way to put it. You can't go three
<v Speaker 1>for three in this short amount of time. So and again,
<v Speaker 1>all of those maneuvers, everything that was done was nothing
<v Speaker 1>that was out of the ordinary. I mean, bron Breaker
<v Speaker 1>lifting up the announced desk, if that's where he got
<v Speaker 1>his hernia, I mean, that's not really that big of
<v Speaker 1>a igh risk. I mean, he lifts hundreds, if not
<v Speaker 1>thousands of pounds in total in the gym during any session.
<v Speaker 1>What's just tipping over an announced desk. I mean he's
<v Speaker 1>obviously hyped up. He's just gonna all of us. Adrenaline
<v Speaker 1>is just going right. I mean that had something to
<v Speaker 1>do with it. But Seth Rollins didn't do it injure
<v Speaker 1>himself on anything crazy, right, So it's always seemingly those
<v Speaker 1>just commonplace maneuvers that you look at and go on,
<v Speaker 1>I don't even know, Like if you didn't know what
<v Speaker 1>injury happened, you wouldn't look at it and go, ah,
<v Speaker 1>there it is.
<v Speaker 2>You know, you just wouldn't.
<v Speaker 1>So Joso wins in fifteen and a half minutes. Okay,
<v Speaker 1>We then have highlights of aj making his debut in
<v Speaker 1>the twenty sixteen Royal Rumble match, which if you guys
<v Speaker 1>also haven't seen. There was an interview that he did
<v Speaker 1>very brief one with an outlet news outlet, where he
<v Speaker 1>talked about how he wanted to return. I are at
<v Speaker 1>the Rumble and not at WrestleMania because it's again nice symmetry.
<v Speaker 1>The Royal Rumble means something to him because that's where
<v Speaker 1>he debuted.
<v Speaker 2>It's also exactly.
<v Speaker 1>Ten years exactly since he debuted in WWE. And and
<v Speaker 1>most interestingly, he said that WrestleMania has lost some of
<v Speaker 1>its luster. It's not what it used to be, which
<v Speaker 1>I found very interesting and it got me really kind
<v Speaker 1>of thinking about WrestleMania and it's become its own event
<v Speaker 1>where it's almost like it's outside of the typical wrestling
<v Speaker 1>kind of I'm pels right, it's its own.
<v Speaker 2>We all know what it is.
<v Speaker 1>It sells itself, although this year it's not quite at
<v Speaker 1>selling itself, but it's it's so self serving at times,
<v Speaker 1>and it's it's not even about the wrestling. I think
<v Speaker 1>that's probably where I'm trying to land here. It doesn't
<v Speaker 1>seem to be about the wrestling anymore. It seems to
<v Speaker 1>be about everything else but the wrestling. It's the venue
<v Speaker 1>and all the side shows going on and all the
<v Speaker 1>stars that appear. It's not about any more wrestling focused
<v Speaker 1>storylines where things come to a crescendo. We've told a
<v Speaker 1>great story all year, and here we are now at
<v Speaker 1>the blowoff. It's not about that anymore. That's almost a
<v Speaker 1>side discussion. It has also, I think lost some of
<v Speaker 1>its luster, not only because of that, where they've lost
<v Speaker 1>focus of what WrestleMania is, even though wrestling is in
<v Speaker 1>the name WrestleMania funnily enough untill they've lost focus of that,
<v Speaker 1>but it's also been stretched out to two nights where
<v Speaker 1>it doesn't feel exclusive anymore. You have anybody and everybody
<v Speaker 1>seemingly get a match, somehow make an appearance. That's not
<v Speaker 1>how your super Bowl of Wrestling should be. I've made
<v Speaker 1>this comparison many times because and I've broken it down
<v Speaker 1>because it doesn't make sense. It's not the super Bowl
<v Speaker 1>of Wrestling anymore. Super Bowl would imply that the that
<v Speaker 1>it's exclusive, then it's for those men and women who
<v Speaker 1>have earned it to be there, right, they've earned that
<v Speaker 1>jersey to be there, and now it's a consolation prize
<v Speaker 1>it's everyone gets a jersey. That's not how you build
<v Speaker 1>WrestleMania to make it feel special to earn a spot
<v Speaker 1>on that card. Now I know it'll never go back
<v Speaker 1>because WrestleMania is primarily, especially under TKO's mentorship, is primarily
<v Speaker 1>money driven. How can we make the most money no
<v Speaker 1>matter what? And the answer is two nights. Make those
<v Speaker 1>two nights three hours each, and they make more money
<v Speaker 1>on merch. They double their merch sales. They know they
<v Speaker 1>have side shows, the w World signings you can pay
<v Speaker 1>for that are extra upgraded seats. Of course, then you
<v Speaker 1>spend a whole bunch of money in Vegas. But Vegas
<v Speaker 1>tourism has gone down over the last couple of years too,
<v Speaker 1>and the ticket sales are not getting better. T KO
<v Speaker 1>needs star power and they need it badly. They need
<v Speaker 1>star power. I'm a big fan of promoting the next
<v Speaker 1>generation of wrestling. You need that, you have youth to
<v Speaker 1>do that. But if they're worried about ticket sales, and
<v Speaker 1>I you know, I understand why you got to bring
<v Speaker 1>out the big stars, and yeah, that may mean you
<v Speaker 1>have to dig into your wallet and go ahead, go
<v Speaker 1>ahead and pay. I don't know, Stone cold he seems
<v Speaker 1>to be one of the biggest stars that may be
<v Speaker 1>available to do something, and he would. He would be
<v Speaker 1>certainly a needle mover if you got him to agree
<v Speaker 1>to another match. I'd rather have him doing it in
<v Speaker 1>Vegas than in Saudi next year. I just that's something
<v Speaker 1>about him being in Saudi for another match. Would it
<v Speaker 1>would get bringing back nightmares of Shawn Michaels taking that
<v Speaker 1>money to go and have a horrific tag team match
<v Speaker 1>with the Brothers of Destruction. That is just we're all
<v Speaker 1>gonna pretend that didn't happen, including Shawn and Triple H
<v Speaker 1>and Kine and Taker, would love to pretend that didn't happen.
<v Speaker 1>So moving on. So again, the Bronson Reid injury happens
<v Speaker 1>here feel horrible for him.
<v Speaker 2>I really do.
<v Speaker 1>As a just like a human being. I mean, you
<v Speaker 1>go all year and you're thinking of WrestleMania and all that,
<v Speaker 1>and you're you're like, god, dang, second year in a row.
<v Speaker 3>I was.
<v Speaker 1>I was the guy with Seth going down, with bron
<v Speaker 1>Breaker going down. I was next up in line. The
<v Speaker 1>focus was on me. I was the de facto next
<v Speaker 1>guy in line as that leader, and I get taken
<v Speaker 1>out within two weeks.
<v Speaker 2>Horrible. Just I feel for him.
<v Speaker 1>She's all right, so we have live come out and
<v Speaker 1>Morgan recalled what Vicaire said to her, and she said
<v Speaker 1>she didn't know much about Vicare's story of scratchkin clawing
<v Speaker 1>for ten years and apologized for judging Vicaire, which, by
<v Speaker 1>the way, Vicaire and Jade Cargill earned the ring. Okay,
<v Speaker 1>so set in the stage here if you didn't see raw.
<v Speaker 1>Morgan said she now needed to focus on her story
<v Speaker 1>and turned towards Jade and approached her. Morgan then turned
<v Speaker 1>and slammed the microphone on Vicaire's head and just started
<v Speaker 1>pounding on her as Jade kind of smiled and watched,
<v Speaker 1>and she hit oblivion to finish the attack and held
<v Speaker 1>up the Women's World Championship and Cole said the challenge
<v Speaker 1>forcare she'll challenge Vicare for the title at Wresselmania forty two,
<v Speaker 1>which means the winner of the Elimination Chamber will challenge
<v Speaker 1>Jade for the Women's Championship as expected. I have no
<v Speaker 1>complaints whatsoever about this. This is one of the bright
<v Speaker 1>spots of the show. I think Morgan and Vicaire are
<v Speaker 1>a much better pairing than Jade and Live are, and
<v Speaker 1>not just because they're both heels, but because I think
<v Speaker 1>Jade could work Rea Ripley, who's the heavy favorite coming
<v Speaker 1>out of that chamber to win. It's a better matchup visually,
<v Speaker 1>and you can't have heel heel. It just would not
<v Speaker 1>work with Jade, and the fans I think would gravitate
<v Speaker 1>towards Live there if they ended up having to choose.
<v Speaker 1>But you're not going to do a heel heel match
<v Speaker 1>in WrestleMania ever. The only one I can think of,
<v Speaker 1>and it was by accident, is brock Lesner and Bill
<v Speaker 1>Goldberg at WrestleMania twenty where the fans wanted nothing to
<v Speaker 1>do with either of them because they all knew that

<v Speaker 1>able to get around that fans. You can't expect fans
<v Speaker 1>to assimilate to your language. You need to assimilate to
<v Speaker 1>theirs how the world works, and that means that you
<v Speaker 1>don't need to be speaking fluent English, but maybe start
<v Speaker 1>to work on it so that you can say phrases

<v Speaker 1>crowd and they can understand you through your heavy accent.

<v Speaker 1>the ring. They recognized she was good, but they don't
<v Speaker 1>they really connected with her when she was able to
<v Speaker 1>speak and realize, Wow, she's she's got something. She's She's
<v Speaker 1>kind of like Alexa Bliss in that way where Alexa's not.

<v Speaker 1>she's most known for that. I think when Alexa's you
<v Speaker 1>poll fans about Alexa why they connect with her, It's
<v Speaker 1>her authenticity. It's the way she speaks. She's got a
<v Speaker 1>very she's got a magnetic personality. You listen to what
<v Speaker 1>she has to say. That's why fans connect with Alexa
<v Speaker 1>in the same way they connect with Live And Alexa
<v Speaker 1>also has the kind of vertically challenged quote unquote issue.

<v Speaker 1>attributes to connect and intimidate opponents. So anyway, I enjoyed

<v Speaker 1>on the screen and he drove a motorcycle to the ring.

<v Speaker 1>I feel like we're back in two thousand and he
<v Speaker 1>looks at AJ and he says, so you're just going
<v Speaker 1>to leave this stuff and go, and he said, but
<v Speaker 1>me and you got unfinished business. And you know you're thinking,
<v Speaker 1>wait a minute, whoa, whoa the boneyard match. Are we
<v Speaker 1>going to do part two here? You know had to
<v Speaker 1>be running through your head. But he said, what did
<v Speaker 1>he say? He put his hands on his shoulder and said, Aj,
<v Speaker 1>it's my team Downer to inform you that you're going
<v Speaker 1>to be the newest inductee into the twenty twenty six
<v Speaker 1>Hall of Fame.
<v Speaker 2>That was it?
<v Speaker 1>Good stuff by AJ Taker being there. It was kind
<v Speaker 1>of cool. You know, obviously it's not another match, but
<v Speaker 1>having take her there fine. You know, hearing the gong
<v Speaker 1>is obviously iconic and kind of a throwback night not purpose,
<v Speaker 1>but AJ being inducted does put a bow on his career.
<v Speaker 1>I think it solidifies the fact that AJ is not
<v Speaker 1>going to have a match of WrestleMania. And you know,
<v Speaker 1>I think that trend here, this more recent trend of
<v Speaker 1>things not needing to end at WrestleMania all the time,
<v Speaker 1>with people ending their careers is a nice turn of events.
<v Speaker 1>Now I said that WrestleMania doesn't feel as special, but
<v Speaker 1>it also kind of re kind of restructures how you
<v Speaker 1>think about the rest of the year in WWE, that
<v Speaker 1>not everything needs to end or start at WrestleMania, that
<v Speaker 1>big things can happen throughout the year, that not everything
<v Speaker 1>needs to culminate at that one event. And I have
<v Speaker 1>had a bad habit of thinking that and that, you know,
<v Speaker 1>that's the center of the year, and a lot of
<v Speaker 1>times it's it's more entertainment than it is about wrestling.
<v Speaker 1>You know, when I say entertainment, wrestling is entertainment. But
<v Speaker 1>I'm talking about the sideshow crap, all the other stuff
<v Speaker 1>that goes along with WrestleMania. But I think we need
<v Speaker 1>to kind of rethink about how we look at WrestleMania
<v Speaker 1>and what it means for storylines and what it means
<v Speaker 1>for retirements, that not everything needs to happen there. So anyway, yeah,
<v Speaker 1>AJ good stuff here. Not gonna have another match, at
<v Speaker 1>least not in WWE. He could go back to TNA.
<v Speaker 1>I don't know if he's actually done done with pro
<v Speaker 1>wrestling as a genre. I don't know if he will be.
<v Speaker 1>He certainly still is able to go, and maybe while
<v Speaker 1>he's able to still go and in the physical shape
<v Speaker 1>that he's in, he may want to have a few
<v Speaker 1>more matches in TNA or wherever he wants to go.
<v Speaker 2>Aw do I dare say?
<v Speaker 1>And there's a lot of speculation too that WWE is
<v Speaker 1>stringing him out to the Hall of Fame so he
<v Speaker 1>can't appear in AEW at least between nown WrestleMania. Yeah,
<v Speaker 1>so there is some kind of cynical potential motivation on
<v Speaker 1>WWE's part. But do I dare say Aja may not
<v Speaker 1>be done, and you know what, it may be sooner
<v Speaker 1>than later that he's not because while he's in this shape,
<v Speaker 1>you don't want to be you know, say I'm done,
<v Speaker 1>I'll take a few months off and be out of shape.
<v Speaker 1>Then you got to get back in shape to get
<v Speaker 1>back in the ring. And I don't know if he's
<v Speaker 1>going to want to do that right, Like, he may
<v Speaker 1>want to strike while it's hot and while he's feeling good.
<v Speaker 1>So those are my thoughts everybody on this Monday night
