Revisiting WWF RAW 1996 - Jim Ross Brings Razor Ramon & Diesel Back To The WWF!

DEADLOCK: A Pro Wrestling Podcast

"Far as I know, that's Razor Ramon!"

On this edition of the DEADLOCK Podcast, we take a look back at this episode of WWF Monday Night RAW from September 30th, 1996. Everyone has been glued to their screens, waiting for the returns of Razor Ramon & Diesel to the WWF. Everyone thought they were long gone, taking over WCW as Scott Hall & Kevin Nash, but Good Ol' Jim Ross has come up with an unbelievable plan which involves bringing the very real Razor Ramon & Diesel back home. We've seen glimpses of them, and last week on RAW, JR re-introduced The Bad Guy to the WWF! It is 100% without a doubt a man named Razor Ramon.

We're blessed with the in-ring return of Razor Ramon here on RAW, as well as promised an appearance by Big Daddy Cool, Diesel! Gorilla Monsoon, Jerry Lawler, Kevin Kelly, and really the entire company all have an issue with this. Gorilla Monsoon goes as far as to come out during Razor Ramon's match to tell JR that the WWF had nothing to do with this, and that this is very obviously NOT Razor Ramon or Diesel!

Undertaker & Mankind are getting themselves prepared for the first ever "Buried Alive" match at In Your House, and what better way to prepare themselves than to hang around in a graveyard and mess with some dirt?

Also on this episode, Stone Cold Steve Austin goes one-on-one with Jake Roberts, The Godwinns take on The Grimms, and we can't forget our huge main event! Shawn Michaels teams up with his mentor, Jose Lothario, to take on the team of Vader & Jim Cornette!

All of that, and much more, on this edition of the DEADLOCK Podcast!

<v Speaker 1>Boys ar Town. Welcome you to the Deadlock Podcast, episode
<v Speaker 1>number three hundred and forty nine. This week on the
<v Speaker 1>Deadlock Podcast here with James and Johnny. Hey, we're gonna
<v Speaker 1>be talking about WWF Monday night, Raw, September thirtieth, nineteen
<v Speaker 1>ninety six.
<v Speaker 2>Of course, the episode where we get to see the
<v Speaker 2>Inn Ring return a Razor Ramone and his boy Diesel.
<v Speaker 1>And we get the formation of the first ever Big
<v Speaker 1>Three in the WWF and you have to stay tuned
<v Speaker 1>to the final segment to see that one. But before
<v Speaker 1>we get into that, we have the Deadlock updates.
<v Speaker 2>Patreon dot com slash Deadlock PW is where you want
<v Speaker 2>to be if you like this show, because if you
<v Speaker 2>like this show, then there is so much more to
<v Speaker 2>like over on patreon dot com slash Deadlock PW, including
<v Speaker 2>right after this podcast, the Deadlock After Show, the podcast
<v Speaker 2>after show. We do one after every podcast and you
<v Speaker 2>can check that out five dollars above tier on the
<v Speaker 2>Patreon Last Episodes after show. It was James and myself
<v Speaker 2>going to our very first card convention and a lot
<v Speaker 2>of people liked that one, so that was pretty cool.
<v Speaker 1>Yeah, that was really dope, and I had a good
<v Speaker 1>time doing it.
<v Speaker 2>So yeah, super great time doing it, very fun. We were,
<v Speaker 2>you know, giving it a go. We hadn't filmed something
<v Speaker 2>like that together before, so we thought we'd give it
<v Speaker 2>a try, and it worked out pretty well. And uh,
<v Speaker 2>it seems everywhere everyone that watched it enjoyed it for
<v Speaker 2>the most part, I believe, hopefully, thankfully, And uh, I
<v Speaker 2>think we might check those out again, maybe do some
<v Speaker 2>in the near future about them. Also in the Patreon
<v Speaker 2>in the ten dollars tier the Long Way, Oh yes,
<v Speaker 2>the monthly full length watch along with myself, James and
<v Speaker 2>a guest, and the guest for the month of April
<v Speaker 2>was Dominic Greeny Violence Dominic Greene for DPW World Tag
<v Speaker 2>Team Champion. Dude, I'd be like, but I've kind of
<v Speaker 2>liked it though, I like what you were doing.
<v Speaker 1>Then that's cool, That's not bad.
<v Speaker 2>Winner of THEDPW Tag Festival of course, with Kevin Koha's
<v Speaker 2>Violences Forever I mean, wrestled on the Independence forever and
<v Speaker 2>also a little bit of a shoot fighter in his zone.
<v Speaker 2>That man knows how to roll, that man knows how
<v Speaker 2>to grapple, and dom GERENI I mean much to the
<v Speaker 2>joy of many people on the Patreon and myself and
<v Speaker 2>James as well. Dom Greeney picked UFC eight for us
<v Speaker 2>to watch on the long way. What a fucking show.
<v Speaker 1>The question on everybody's mind is will or will not
<v Speaker 1>dominate Greeny? Where the ge? Wow?
<v Speaker 2>We have been asking Dom Gereni to wear the ge
<v Speaker 2>for years. I mean it was every month of DPW.
<v Speaker 2>He would be a torture too with the question dom
<v Speaker 2>when a you're you gonna bust out the ge for us?
<v Speaker 2>And in DPW it didn't happen. But maybe on the
<v Speaker 2>Patreon for you lovely patreon folk, it can happen. So
<v Speaker 2>that's in the ten dollars above tier on patreon dot
<v Speaker 2>com slash deadlock PW. And now it's time to talk
<v Speaker 2>about Monday Nyrow.
<v Speaker 1>Let's see some fucking gold dust. Let's get down with
<v Speaker 1>gold dust. Let's see the fucking click. All right, let's
<v Speaker 1>get into WWF. Monday Night RAS September thirtieth, nineteen ninety six.
<v Speaker 2>A familiar time to us recently, James elise this year
<v Speaker 2>because this is just a couple weeks before the last
<v Speaker 2>RAW ninety six that were reviewed a few months ago
<v Speaker 2>earlier in the year, which was of course the go
<v Speaker 2>home to in Your House Barty Live. This is a
<v Speaker 2>couple weeks before that. This is where you know that
<v Speaker 2>one ended. If anyone remembers, if you have checked out,
<v Speaker 2>you should go listen to that review. But that one
<v Speaker 2>ended with, of course, fake Razor and fake Diesel showing
<v Speaker 2>up after a big Man event schmaz, much to our
<v Speaker 2>utter confusing reactions to why the fuck they were there.
<v Speaker 2>And now we're gonna get into the nitty gritty of
<v Speaker 2>what the hell was going on with fake Razor and
<v Speaker 2>fake Diesel. I don't know how many more times we'll
<v Speaker 2>talk about them. Their run wasn't too long, so I
<v Speaker 2>figure we'll talk about as much as we can about
<v Speaker 2>these two fucking guys. Well, let's get into the Wrestling
<v Speaker 2>Observer newsletter and see what was going on in the
<v Speaker 2>world wrestling at the time. Of course, From the Observer,
<v Speaker 2>September sixteenth, nineteen ninety six, Like I mentioned, there's going
<v Speaker 2>to be a lot of fake razor, fake Diesel stuff here,
<v Speaker 2>just because I wanted to cover a decent amount of
<v Speaker 2>what's going on in front of and behind in front
<v Speaker 2>of the green end behind the screen. So from the Observer,
<v Speaker 2>September sixteenth, nineteen ninety six. Of course, Meltzer says there
<v Speaker 2>was far more to a weekend where WWF created a
<v Speaker 2>story of Razor Ramone and Diesel returning as an attempt
<v Speaker 2>which wound up basically failing to try to get ratings
<v Speaker 2>in a Monday night battle that the company has consistently lost. Really,
<v Speaker 2>I've learned that lesson the hard way this week, that
<v Speaker 2>all the speculation in the world didn't mean squat in
<v Speaker 2>the ratings on Friday night's Raw Championship Friday A much
<v Speaker 2>bollihood special. I like that word headlined by a Shawn
<v Speaker 2>Michaels versus gold Dust match on the USA Network A
<v Speaker 2>holy shit. Okay, First of all, they knew where the
<v Speaker 2>fucking ratings were. Nice, Like, we talk about this on
<v Speaker 2>the Patreon and we talk about it here. You know,
<v Speaker 2>gold Dust was being put in key positions because he
<v Speaker 2>was the heat man.
<v Speaker 1>If gold Dust went to WCW, do you think Jim
<v Speaker 1>Ross would have hired somebody to be gold Dust on
<v Speaker 1>this show?
<v Speaker 2>Oh my god, and he was in peak performance that
<v Speaker 2>he was a young athlete.
<v Speaker 1>But just because he wants to go buy gold dust,
<v Speaker 1>now you have a problem with it. That'sh a peak
<v Speaker 1>twenty five year old athlete right there. It's reckless. Oh
<v Speaker 1>you don't like that.
<v Speaker 2>You don't like Thatddy chased his arms like that just
<v Speaker 2>because he's gold. Jim Ross said he had the biggest
<v Speaker 2>news story of his twenty year career and would reveal
<v Speaker 2>it on the Hotline. However, instead of doing so, he
<v Speaker 2>revealed later in the show that a Razor, Romon and
<v Speaker 2>Diesel were negotiating to return to the WF. He said
<v Speaker 2>he'd have more detas on the hot Line and that
<v Speaker 2>there would be more information over the weekend on Mania,
<v Speaker 2>Action Zone and Raw, not to WrestleMania. Mania was just
<v Speaker 2>a show they had on the hotline, which no doubt
<v Speaker 2>did near record business. Ross basically said negotiating negotiations, excuse me,
<v Speaker 2>were taking place and he got his information from his
<v Speaker 2>best source. On the Monday afternoon, mcmahonson a post online
<v Speaker 2>and continuation of the Angle, saying that Ross would be
<v Speaker 2>forced to apologize for the statements doing the swerve that
<v Speaker 2>they were dropping the Angle since most people by this point,
<v Speaker 2>new Hall and Ash weren't going back. However, on Raw,
<v Speaker 2>Ross said he apologized because his comments upset delicate negotiations
<v Speaker 2>with Ramone, but that he was standing by his story,
<v Speaker 2>and then negotiations with Diesel were still going strong. I
<v Speaker 2>love this, by the way, let me get that out
<v Speaker 2>here in the forefront. I love this angle. I think
<v Speaker 2>this is very funny. No chance in the world this's
<v Speaker 2>would it worked. But I could see I could see
<v Speaker 2>some people being like.
<v Speaker 1>Hmm, yeah, I mean they look very similar. They have
<v Speaker 1>very similar manners. I mean Diesel has it down Pat.
<v Speaker 1>I mean he's touching that fist crazy, you know, he's
<v Speaker 1>throwing up the fist. Razor Ramone is saying Chico and
<v Speaker 1>bad guy, I mean characters right there, and they're back
<v Speaker 1>for more ww F action. I swear I've heard.
<v Speaker 2>I don't know if National story or or Razor Or
<v Speaker 2>or you know, both of them said it, but I
<v Speaker 2>swear that ww Legit were like concerned about this and
<v Speaker 2>gave Hall and Nash more money because they thought they
<v Speaker 2>were Legit leaving.
<v Speaker 1>Yeah, I mean that makes a lot of sense. I
<v Speaker 1>was just thinking they need more money. Yeah, we do.
<v Speaker 2>Fakees like French Canadian. He has like a little accent
<v Speaker 2>on top of the accent. It's very strange. Kevin National,
<v Speaker 2>Scott Hall knew nothing of this angle, by the way,
<v Speaker 2>finding out amidst a ton of commotion within wrestling while
<v Speaker 2>appearing on Friday Night at the ww House show and
<v Speaker 2>shreport there's no loophole in the respect of contracts which
<v Speaker 2>have more than two years left, nor have there been
<v Speaker 2>any talks of them rejoining the WF, and ww really
<v Speaker 2>can't react to this publicly or deny it's because of
<v Speaker 2>the lawsuit, because by reacting and saying that the raiser
<v Speaker 2>and diesel, since the name is Nash and Scott Hall,
<v Speaker 2>were never used or even not using those names and
<v Speaker 2>talking about the wrestlers Titan is referring to being under
<v Speaker 2>contract of course and not leaving would play into WWF's
<v Speaker 2>hand in the lawsuit, as it could be construed as
<v Speaker 2>an admission that they were using Nash and Hall as
<v Speaker 2>diesel and raiser without using those names publicly, which I
<v Speaker 2>guess I never thought of either that ww WW doesn't
<v Speaker 2>really react to this at all, but I'm guessing they
<v Speaker 2>it's exactly that they would have played into the well,
<v Speaker 2>you guys were using diesel raiser that huh. More stuff
<v Speaker 2>here from The Observer, September twenty third, nineteen ninety six,
<v Speaker 2>the WBF continued its Razor remote Diesel angle, the first
<v Speaker 2>part of which will climax on the September twenty third
<v Speaker 2>live or all from Hersheypa. So that's the week before
<v Speaker 2>this and we'll talk about what happens there. Of course,
<v Speaker 2>Maltzer says it's a definite that Rick Bogner and Glenn
<v Speaker 2>Jacobs will be razoring diesel respectively on the live shows
<v Speaker 2>heels as Bogner canceled his War Tour WR tour to
<v Speaker 2>start in the new role in the wf SO spoilers.
<v Speaker 2>This is Rick Bogner and Glenn Jacobs. Who's I mean?
<v Speaker 2>That's their work names. Of course, their shoot names are
<v Speaker 2>Scott Hall and Kevin Nash.
<v Speaker 1>They can't use those though not allowed legally. They should
<v Speaker 1>have switched him around like Kevin Nash as Scott Hall
<v Speaker 1>and Scott Hall is Kevin Nash and.
<v Speaker 2>W God, that would have been fit. Dude, Wow Jr.
<v Speaker 2>Should have totally sold that that way. What that's your
<v Speaker 2>fucking name?
<v Speaker 1>I don't know.
<v Speaker 2>This week's twist was that Grilla mon Soon announced that
<v Speaker 2>Scott Hall and Kevin Ash were under contract to another organization, ECW,
<v Speaker 2>and that while he liked Jim Ross. He said that
<v Speaker 2>he felt someone was hoodwinking the WF fans. So the
<v Speaker 2>deal now is that it was all Jr. And not
<v Speaker 2>the WF. So the WF tries to separate itself from
<v Speaker 2>the heat since people are considering this ango a pathetic
<v Speaker 2>ratings getting fraud the angle. Despite being the subject of
<v Speaker 2>more talk than any a long time, wrestling hasn't done
<v Speaker 2>squad for the ratings, as WMB run won the September
<v Speaker 2>sixteenth battle by its largest margin to date, averaging a
<v Speaker 2>three point six ratings to WF two point one. I
<v Speaker 2>can't believe this didn't shift the.
<v Speaker 1>War push gold Dust more.
<v Speaker 2>Like, if you're that desperate, right, if you're really that
<v Speaker 2>you're struggling for stars, you have a bona fide star
<v Speaker 2>right there that is ready willing and able to take
<v Speaker 2>the WF Championship to heights.
<v Speaker 1>It's never seen win in doubt gold Dust.
<v Speaker 2>That's what they all say. That's what every company says.
<v Speaker 2>You can look through history, that's.
<v Speaker 1>Always been the case.
<v Speaker 2>None of them really did capitalize the way they should have, though.
<v Speaker 2>Another front office change in the WF is the addition
<v Speaker 2>of Jake Roberts to the booking Committee. Roberts had been
<v Speaker 2>pushing for this for several months. The way the structure
<v Speaker 2>is set up right now, Roberts will join Jim Cornett
<v Speaker 2>as the assistant to Bruce Pritchard, who writes the television shows.
<v Speaker 2>Despite other people taking heat for booking, the booker is
<v Speaker 2>has and always will be Vince McMahon. Although Pritchard, Cornett,
<v Speaker 2>and Jim Ross and Jerry Brisco certainly all have a
<v Speaker 2>hand in coming up with the ideas, it is still
<v Speaker 2>McMahon's decision on what ideas are going to be implemented.
<v Speaker 2>And how So, the last time we talked about Jake,
<v Speaker 2>he we talked about him leaving, right, and it was
<v Speaker 2>over a booking committee thing. So he leaves, comes back
<v Speaker 2>and then does get on the booking committee. Eventually it
<v Speaker 2>seems here, Oh is that right, And that's what it
<v Speaker 2>looks like here, Yes, because when we last talked about that,
<v Speaker 2>that was eighty nine, ninety.
<v Speaker 1>Yeah, that was a while ago.
<v Speaker 2>Yeah, yeah, And I think I believe when we last
<v Speaker 2>talked to you, you were telling me that Jake leaves
<v Speaker 2>and then goes over a dispute of that. So he
<v Speaker 2>does come back, and we're in ninety six here, So
<v Speaker 2>I don't know how long this booking committee thing even
<v Speaker 2>is for Jake Roberts here, but he does eventually get
<v Speaker 2>what he wants. In w CW News, Meltzer says, real story,
<v Speaker 2>a woman called the WW offices last week complaining because
<v Speaker 2>her five year old spray painted nWo on her one
<v Speaker 2>year old. Fucking I mean, listen for life is fucking me.
<v Speaker 1>What are you real?
<v Speaker 2>How the funck does a five year old get spray paint?
<v Speaker 1>Yeah, that's a good question. I guess walk into the
<v Speaker 1>garage and just grabbed whatever.
<v Speaker 2>Maybe they knew me, they knew that that's what was
<v Speaker 2>used too.
<v Speaker 1>I don't think rhymes some ship.
<v Speaker 2>Yeah, dude, this is like a rug Rats scene.
<v Speaker 1>Yeah, I think I think the dad just said you
<v Speaker 1>should spraypaye nw R.
<v Speaker 2>I think the dad did it and.
<v Speaker 1>He sent it back doing the razor.
<v Speaker 2>He's getting ready for his pushes. Rick Pogner's got a razor.
<v Speaker 2>Neil Pruitt deserves much of the credit, Meltzer says for
<v Speaker 2>the great production of the nWo segments. He splices in
<v Speaker 2>a lot of stuff that they don't even know is
<v Speaker 2>being filmed, like when they laugh at each other's dirty jokes.
<v Speaker 2>I wanted to bring us up because Neil Pruitt I
<v Speaker 2>believe he's the one that's wrote all these like uh
<v Speaker 2>ww books in the past few years.
<v Speaker 1>Right, Uh, I'm not sure. Actually, I thought it was
<v Speaker 1>Guy Evans that did those books.
<v Speaker 2>Maybe maybe it's a combination, because I think it's Neil
<v Speaker 2>Prewitt's like words, and maybe Guy Evans is the one.
<v Speaker 1>That like helps him do it.
<v Speaker 2>Sure, okay, but yeah, I just want to because I
<v Speaker 2>know I've seen that name a bunch, So yeah, I
<v Speaker 2>and I don't want to say for sure is fuck
<v Speaker 2>is I think Neil Prewitt might be the nWo voice guy.
<v Speaker 1>Oh, okay, that's cool.
<v Speaker 2>I think you know the following announcement, Guy, I'm pretty
<v Speaker 2>sure that Tim. Yeah, so that's just a little cool
<v Speaker 2>tidbit here that he I didn't realize that he also
<v Speaker 2>produced the nWo fucking says, that's pretty cool.
<v Speaker 1>Yeah, I thought it was Kevin Nash did that.
<v Speaker 2>All Cogain never fucking had a saying anything was paying
<v Speaker 2>for it, of course in WF news for the past
<v Speaker 2>several weeks. Ever since the introduction of this Razor Diesel angle,
<v Speaker 2>the WBIT television has reeked of desperation. Meltzer says the
<v Speaker 2>TV's put together constantly begging the viewers in every commercial
<v Speaker 2>break not to tune away and leave the viewers along
<v Speaker 2>with teases the rest of the show that end, with
<v Speaker 2>all the sincerity of a nine hundred line pitch, It's
<v Speaker 2>failed miserably. In fact, despite it being the most talked
<v Speaker 2>about part of the show inside the wrestling industry, the
<v Speaker 2>decision making processes, the constant striving for attention and attempts
<v Speaker 2>to be the thing talked about on Tuesday on hotlines
<v Speaker 2>and Internet. The one audience WBF is successful in being
<v Speaker 2>talked about on is killing its adult audience, and that's
<v Speaker 2>the audience it needs to win. On Mondays, Jim Ross
<v Speaker 2>ended up being the scapegoat for the Razor Diesel angle,
<v Speaker 2>something that had been clear from the bad reaction to
<v Speaker 2>the angle from the second week. After a brief glimpse
<v Speaker 2>the night before on the pay per view where Rick
<v Speaker 2>Bogner and Glenn Jacobs work names dressed as Razor Ramona
<v Speaker 2>Diesel attacks Savio Vega. The television show was built around
<v Speaker 2>teasing their appearance later in the show. It made the
<v Speaker 2>WBF come across that much more foolish than Scottahal and
<v Speaker 2>Kevin Ash were shown early on Nitro also live and
<v Speaker 2>well before WF unveiled its new man. They had taken
<v Speaker 2>over Nitro and were making a joke about accepting no imitations.
<v Speaker 2>Ww had its own insight joke during that show, introducing
<v Speaker 2>Michael Jones, formerly Virgil on the WF, a name given
<v Speaker 2>as a knock on Dusty Rhodes, who was the NWA
<v Speaker 2>booker and at the time. The character was introduced as
<v Speaker 2>the new chief of Security for the nWo and named
<v Speaker 2>him Vincent. Finally, Ross came into the ring to deliver
<v Speaker 2>the goods, and that's kind of where we'll talk about
<v Speaker 2>here where jr An unveils Razor ramone after the show,
<v Speaker 2>some of the WF we're talking about dropping the angle
<v Speaker 2>completely even before the ratings came in. It appears the
<v Speaker 2>end result of this will be wf's main angle attempting
<v Speaker 2>to create its own outside of group led by Ross,
<v Speaker 2>which will probably include the heels that used to work
<v Speaker 2>for WCW, like Brian Pillman, Steve Austin Vader, along with
<v Speaker 2>a new razor and diesel if they could be salvaged,
<v Speaker 2>perhaps Mankind Hunter Simsley and Feruk and others to face
<v Speaker 2>Team WF.
<v Speaker 1>That's like everyone on the damn show. Who's gonna be TWWF.
<v Speaker 2>Vader Undertaker, Ed Sean.
<v Speaker 1>I mean Vader's going to be in this group? Yeah? Fuck,
<v Speaker 1>you're right.
<v Speaker 2>I guess he's WW as well. Uh ship, Yeah, that
<v Speaker 2>would have been so fucking awesome, like I wish, and
<v Speaker 2>they would have went if they went full board with it,
<v Speaker 2>like this was really Razor and Diesel and they never
<v Speaker 2>acknowledged otherwise, like they full on said it was Razor
<v Speaker 2>and Diesel. And they are the top guys leading Steve Austin,
<v Speaker 2>Triple H, Brian Feldman into war with the w w F.
<v Speaker 1>What are we gonna do? Fake Undertaker?
<v Speaker 2>We can get one of those. We can get them
<v Speaker 2>fake one, we can get a little one. We can
<v Speaker 2>get whatever you want, Mark, as long as you stop crying.
<v Speaker 1>Fuck you seriously, Jim, fuck you.
<v Speaker 2>Yeah, this shango is gonna work. Boys, we can we
<v Speaker 2>can call our group the o w n.
<v Speaker 1>Oh fuck Melts.
<v Speaker 2>A couple more things here another Where are they now?
<v Speaker 2>Meltzer says, remember Bully music, you God damn ridd What
<v Speaker 2>the fuck? Hell yeah, Meltzer says Over the past weekend,
<v Speaker 2>he was the MC for a segment at the Mister
<v Speaker 2>Olympia Contest, not the contest itself where Anthony Clark, built
<v Speaker 2>is the strongest man in the world, attempted and failed
<v Speaker 2>to set a world record with an eight hundred pounds
<v Speaker 2>of bench press. He's done seven forty before. There's a
<v Speaker 2>lot going on here. First, seven forty benches fucking insane.
<v Speaker 1>Yeah, I mean, especially for ninety six, that's a big deal.
<v Speaker 2>Going for eight hundred is even crazier.
<v Speaker 1>Yeah. I wonder if he was doing it raw, or
<v Speaker 1>if he had like, fuck a bitch suit on or whatever.
<v Speaker 2>Oh, sure good, I mean, whatever he fucking needed. I mean,
<v Speaker 2>like being under that kind of weight has gotta be horrifying, man,
<v Speaker 2>Jesus God.
<v Speaker 1>Yeah, it's a lot.
<v Speaker 2>Last thing here in WW News, haul Cochin wanted to
<v Speaker 2>hit a pile driver on Elizabeth at the fall Ball
<v Speaker 2>Prey Review, but Bischoff said no because it might get
<v Speaker 2>him heat with Ted Turner. I mean, I imagining hal
<v Speaker 2>Coke is going up to them with pitching. This is insane.
<v Speaker 2>Let me fucking Poulo drive Elizabeth. Dude, don't tell Machamat
<v Speaker 2>about it.
<v Speaker 1>Either does he do the pile driver?
<v Speaker 2>I don't think so. I mean it says he wants
<v Speaker 2>to it. You know what I actually don't know.
<v Speaker 1>I mean, does he do the pile driver? Yeah? Yeah?
<v Speaker 1>Does he do it at all? When the hell have
<v Speaker 1>we watched a Hull Cokain match and he diet the
<v Speaker 1>pole driver?
<v Speaker 2>I barely see him do moves. I don't know, something
<v Speaker 2>special for the pay per view, Dude, he just heard
<v Speaker 2>it breaks people's necks and he really wanted to get
<v Speaker 2>at the matcham in about it?
<v Speaker 1>Yeah, so, Hulk, you could do that to h literally
<v Speaker 1>anybody else. I mean literally, I mean we can say
<v Speaker 1>it's special. I agree it's special. We could do it
<v Speaker 1>at Fall Brawl. Yeah, it could be. You know, we
<v Speaker 1>could send somebody out. Sure, you know we can make
<v Speaker 1>that happen. Fuck you, brother, it's gotta be Elizabeth. Dude.
<v Speaker 1>I don't want to do it anymore.
<v Speaker 2>It's a bad idea anyway, Dude, I don't even want
<v Speaker 2>to do this shit want to like macho man pol driver.
<v Speaker 2>We don't want anyone pile driver. Why are you fucking
<v Speaker 2>talking about this?
<v Speaker 1>I want me to go back to WWFDU. They get
<v Speaker 1>a big angle Bruin. They got Brian Pilman, Steve Austin,
<v Speaker 1>Vader Razor, and Diesel bro Perhaps mankind, dude, I want
<v Speaker 1>to work with that w Undertaker. Well that is it
<v Speaker 1>for the Observer.
<v Speaker 2>Now let's talk about WWF Monday Night. We're all September thirtieth,
<v Speaker 2>nineteen ninety six.
<v Speaker 1>All right, let's get into raw for September thirtieth, year
<v Speaker 1>ninety six. We start off with the Classic World Wrestling
<v Speaker 1>Federation for over fifty years, the revolutionary force in sports entertainment.
<v Speaker 2>H I mean that's a long time. Fifty years you're
<v Speaker 2>telling me. Since nineteen forty six, you guys have been
<v Speaker 2>kicking ass.
<v Speaker 1>I don't know if I believe every single year you had.
<v Speaker 2>Nothing, no bad times during that there was no down periods.
<v Speaker 1>Say there's no bad times now either.
<v Speaker 2>Yes, Well, we're.
<v Speaker 1>Winning, I swear, don't look it up.
<v Speaker 2>It's never been better. And we got two of the
<v Speaker 2>hottest talents coming in. Do you fucking watch?
<v Speaker 1>And we start with a code open. Here Jim Ross
<v Speaker 1>stands in the middle of the ring. It says death
<v Speaker 1>to sports entertainment, death to the w w L. Fuck
<v Speaker 1>thish place. I hate Vin trick Man. I hate Linda
<v Speaker 1>McMahon and I hate all you. I want to go
<v Speaker 1>back to Atlanta. Fuck. Okay, maybe not, I don't want
<v Speaker 1>to go back to Atlanta. Maybe not that bad, but listen,
<v Speaker 1>it's bad, all right. Yeah.
<v Speaker 2>So last week on RAW, Jr. Got in the ring
<v Speaker 2>and he aired his grievances. Uh, he had a lot
<v Speaker 2>to say. He says, I have no loyalty to the
<v Speaker 2>Water Wrestling Federation. Well, I've only got loyalty to good
<v Speaker 2>Old Jr. I came here to be the primary play
<v Speaker 2>by play man in the WF and Vince trick Man
<v Speaker 2>couldn't stand the competition and he fired my Ash's crap.
<v Speaker 2>You think all these guys was an accident. Hell no,
<v Speaker 2>it's not. This show fucking sucks. You know, I've been
<v Speaker 2>very busy and I want to bring back one of
<v Speaker 2>your favorites. He's the Hogster.
<v Speaker 1>What the fuck? I don't think that's that's the Who's this, Hollywood?
<v Speaker 2>That's right, I'm bringing back one of your favorites, the
<v Speaker 2>blue guy.
<v Speaker 1>He might not be gold, but we're taking over b
<v Speaker 1>W O b W All'm standing ring into the little dance.
<v Speaker 2>You know, I've been very busy and I'm bringing back
<v Speaker 2>one of your favorites. It's the mask guy.
<v Speaker 1>It's the Portuguese Man of War. Oh no, Montoya, Oh
<v Speaker 1>this guy, this guy carried my bags. That would okay, okay, okay,
<v Speaker 1>that would be super fucking funny. If Jim Ross brought
<v Speaker 1>in the Portuguese Man of War. They had him stand
<v Speaker 1>in the other ring and then Razor and Diesel came
<v Speaker 1>out with their bags and he had to pick up
<v Speaker 1>their bags and carry them out. He's carrier Rick Bogner
<v Speaker 1>and fucking Glenn Jacob's g.
<v Speaker 2>I made that happen. Boys did not got.
<v Speaker 1>Damn well, you wanted to shoot, didn't you.
<v Speaker 2>So Razor Ramone does his entrance. Here's Razor. He's got
<v Speaker 2>the Razor music, He's got the Razor Pyro, which is
<v Speaker 2>kick ass. By the way, you could get anybody over
<v Speaker 2>with the Razor Pyro.
<v Speaker 1>Yeah for sure.
<v Speaker 2>And Jared ash Razor, how do you feel to be
<v Speaker 2>back in the WWF? And Razor says, oh yeah, man,
<v Speaker 2>what I approve it?
<v Speaker 1>Oh my?
<v Speaker 2>Oh yeah, Meg, Chico, what's the line, how.
<v Speaker 1>Do you feel about being the w W UP? You
<v Speaker 1>get a Razor Chico Meg? Oh yeah, hey Chico, Meg good.
<v Speaker 2>He doesn't answer him.
<v Speaker 1>He says, oh yeah, Meg, Chico, take.
<v Speaker 2>A look at the bag, right, Chico, Meg bad guy? No, No,
<v Speaker 2>you're Razor Ramone. You're not chicoming bad guy? All right?
<v Speaker 2>You know what, shavoll get out here. This guy kick
<v Speaker 2>his fucking asa but no, your.
<v Speaker 1>Fucking bo.
<v Speaker 2>So I don't know if you know, James, because this
<v Speaker 2>is how they recapped on this. They don't really They
<v Speaker 2>actually show more in this recap than airs. Savio Mega
<v Speaker 2>comes out and starts kicking Razor Ramones's ass, and then
<v Speaker 2>the show goes off the air like it ended on that.
<v Speaker 2>There's no like match. Yeah, they kind of just brawl.
<v Speaker 2>So what happened to you here? Just to catch people
<v Speaker 2>up on the angle so at in your house mind
<v Speaker 2>games h Savio had to match. It might against it
<v Speaker 2>might have been against Bradshaws and I don't remember exactly.
<v Speaker 1>But Savio had to match.
<v Speaker 2>And then a couple secs later they show like a
<v Speaker 2>down the hallway shot of Savio getting his ass kicked
<v Speaker 2>by of course Racer and Diesel or at least you know,
<v Speaker 2>two guys in the gear and that's all you could
<v Speaker 2>see was a far away shot and then they run away.
<v Speaker 2>So the This is the This show will be the
<v Speaker 2>first match of Razor Ramones's return, and we'll also get
<v Speaker 2>to see Diesel up close.
<v Speaker 1>For the first time since his return.
<v Speaker 2>Well he's back, look at the bad guy. That's don't
<v Speaker 2>don't kang not now.
<v Speaker 1>So we start off the show here, we have the
<v Speaker 1>Red Circle WWF RAW intro.
<v Speaker 2>Dude, I love this, this is cool intro. Some highlights
<v Speaker 2>for me were Vader doing the Vader Bomb to Yoko
<v Speaker 2>Zina's balls.
<v Speaker 1>Yeah, that's a classic moment.
<v Speaker 2>And gold Dust throwing steel stairs as hard as possible
<v Speaker 2>onto him at Johnson's bag.
<v Speaker 1>That's a big feud for them, you know what.
<v Speaker 2>You could say every few that gold was in was
<v Speaker 2>a big feud for them.
<v Speaker 1>He was in a lot of feuds with a lot
<v Speaker 1>of people. He was always the main event.
<v Speaker 2>That's true. If there was a pay per view dark
<v Speaker 2>Match Maine, he's in it.
<v Speaker 1>So the King, Kevin Kelly and Jim Ross welcome us
<v Speaker 1>to Monday Night Raw. Here as Steve Austin makes his entrance.
<v Speaker 2>Yeah, Austin comes out the better Lave Tombstone is on
<v Speaker 2>the stage. Still here where you gonna I guess that's
<v Speaker 2>gonna be a mainstay until the pay per view. Uh no,
<v Speaker 2>not one person wanted to do a spot on it,
<v Speaker 2>or trip over it or do anything with it. It's
<v Speaker 2>just fucking in the middle of the isisle away the
<v Speaker 2>whole time.
<v Speaker 1>Did they tape a bunch of these in a row?
<v Speaker 1>They probably said, do not fuck with this, we need
<v Speaker 1>this on every show.
<v Speaker 2>You know what, that might not be a bad shout.
<v Speaker 2>I actually I'm not sure, but that that's that's a
<v Speaker 2>smart way to think about it.
<v Speaker 1>You're right, Steve Austin doesn't have his iconic theme song.
<v Speaker 1>He actually gets that at the pay per view.
<v Speaker 2>I think, yes, yeah, yeah, it's it's fucking weird seeing
<v Speaker 2>him come out like he doesn't even have, you know,
<v Speaker 2>really the the swagger that he usually has. Here he's
<v Speaker 2>kind of still figuring out, I guess. And uh yeah,
<v Speaker 2>like you said, Kevin Kelly and jar And Lawler at ringside,
<v Speaker 2>and Kevin Kelly says unelievable events transpired at the end
<v Speaker 2>last week's Wrong Sabbio Vegga goes one on one with
<v Speaker 2>Raizor Ramone and Jess and you're gonna see Sean Michaels
<v Speaker 2>along with Jose Litherario in tag team match and take
<v Speaker 2>on Vader and Jim Cornette. I said, Wow, holy shit,
<v Speaker 2>fucking insane. Jose Lathario is fucking wrestling. I'm sure Sean's thrilled.
<v Speaker 1>Yeah. We actually see a little bit of it later
<v Speaker 1>and Lawler.
<v Speaker 2>Says, let me tell you what's gonna be the big
<v Speaker 2>deal to I, Well, Stoll, Cold, Steve Austin.
<v Speaker 1>Take it off, Jake the Drunk Roberts, and Jake.
<v Speaker 2>I got a little surprise for you. And he pulls
<v Speaker 2>out a bottle of Jim Beam and he brings it
<v Speaker 2>up to his face and he's very excited about this
<v Speaker 2>because of course we're making fun of Jake Roberts addictions here.
<v Speaker 1>Well, we actually start the show off here Stonecas Steve
<v Speaker 1>Austin versus Jake the Snake Roberts. As you stated, yeah,
<v Speaker 1>we're in the middle of the angle here. We've gone
<v Speaker 1>over a few episodes during this angle where they say
<v Speaker 1>that Jake has fallen off the wagon and Jake wants
<v Speaker 1>to prove that he hasn't fallen off the wagon, and
<v Speaker 1>of course it leads to the moment I think we
<v Speaker 1>already watched where Jake faked being drunk and it worked
<v Speaker 1>out his favor.
<v Speaker 2>Yeah, yeah, that's right. Jake of course joins the booking
<v Speaker 2>committee to stop this angle. He books himself to kick
<v Speaker 2>Jerry Lower's ass. Everyone's dream Steve Austin comes out here.
<v Speaker 2>He has no knee braces on.
<v Speaker 1>Wow, that really threw me for a loop, because like,
<v Speaker 1>Steve works so much different here, Steve. That's why his
<v Speaker 1>first name deal Steve with no knee braces. He works
<v Speaker 1>a lot different than than he does later on, even
<v Speaker 1>just a few years from now.
<v Speaker 2>Yeah, no, it's uh, it is so, I mean, this
<v Speaker 2>is super early on still and uh, I we you
<v Speaker 2>know what I I you know, it's funny. I think
<v Speaker 2>the last time we watched around here we were questioning
<v Speaker 2>like when he got the knee braces and I'm still
<v Speaker 2>I don't know if I remember.
<v Speaker 1>Well, we start the match off here, Jake backs Austin
<v Speaker 1>up to both corners and Austin punches him. He's just
<v Speaker 1>playing shitty heel, that's his deal here, dude.
<v Speaker 2>Yeah, he's a little asshole like Jake kind of clean
<v Speaker 2>breaks and then Austin has his turn. He takes a
<v Speaker 2>shot like what a fucking asshole. He's a he's a
<v Speaker 2>He's still kind of a chicken shit here too. This
<v Speaker 2>is definitely shades of later Invasion era Austin that like
<v Speaker 2>come out.
<v Speaker 1>Yeah, he's still got a little bit of like the
<v Speaker 1>era of WCW, like ninety two that we were watching. Yeah,
<v Speaker 1>he still got a little bit of that to him
<v Speaker 1>before he really I mean, he gets the theme song,
<v Speaker 1>and I feel like that was like the changing point
<v Speaker 1>for Steve Austin. The song changed everything for him.
<v Speaker 2>I mean, how do you not become the baddest dude
<v Speaker 2>ever when you're walking out to the coolest theme of
<v Speaker 2>all time?
<v Speaker 1>Yeah, I mean he figures it out very quickly.
<v Speaker 2>I mean, speaking of ww by the way, there's a
<v Speaker 2>dude in the crowd that every time Austin's on hardcam side,
<v Speaker 2>he's doing the Hollywood blonde taunt.
<v Speaker 1>Yeah. I guess we're not so far removed from that.
<v Speaker 2>No, No, we're not. I mean he's how long has
<v Speaker 2>he been in WWF for at this point?
<v Speaker 1>Maybe he came over in ninety five.
<v Speaker 2>Yeah, okay, so yeah, the East w thing was ninety five,
<v Speaker 2>so it must have been kind of around there. He's
<v Speaker 2>ring master, Yeah, he joins at the end of ninety five.
<v Speaker 2>He's ring master. Early ninety six here, so yes, fucking
<v Speaker 2>really not long at all. He became stone cold, like
<v Speaker 2>in March.
<v Speaker 1>Yeah, they gave that gimmick like six months and they said,
<v Speaker 1>fuck it, King of the Ring, you're stone cold. Here's
<v Speaker 1>a theme song. Let's go.
<v Speaker 2>Yeah, let's fucking go. Oh oh yeah, yeah, I got damn,
<v Speaker 2>I've been waiting.
<v Speaker 1>So we get a couple of graphics that come up
<v Speaker 1>on the screen here still to come. We see the
<v Speaker 1>Sean Michaels and Jose Lithario versus VA and Jim Cornette.
<v Speaker 1>Crazy graphic. I mean you just have to see it
<v Speaker 1>to understand how nuts this looks.
<v Speaker 2>Yeah, just I mean it almost looks fake. And then
<v Speaker 2>there's the next graphic.
<v Speaker 1>The next graphic is awesome. It's Savia Vega versus Razor Ramone.
<v Speaker 2>They damn they should have, Like, I guess they could have.
<v Speaker 2>Could they would they have been allowed to use a
<v Speaker 2>promo shot of Razor that they had.
<v Speaker 1>Oh I don't know about that.
<v Speaker 2>Is that like too fucking false advertising?
<v Speaker 1>Or like yeah, I don't know. That would have been
<v Speaker 1>fun though. My favorite thing is this graphic comes up
<v Speaker 1>and it's Savio Vega versus Razor Ramone and Jr. Says well, hell,
<v Speaker 1>that's him, that's Razor. What else you're gonna call us? God,
<v Speaker 1>that's Razor Ramone?
<v Speaker 2>Well there he is there.
<v Speaker 1>You see him.
<v Speaker 2>Razors here tonight and show his big daddy cool diesel
<v Speaker 2>for that matter. Yeah, no, we believe you, Jim fucking
<v Speaker 2>hundred percent.
<v Speaker 1>Yeah. Kevin Kelly says, yeah, that's a question we've gotten
<v Speaker 1>all week. What do we call this guy? Well, that's Razor,
<v Speaker 1>it's on his ties, this says Razor Ramone.
<v Speaker 2>You even more than Jr. Is Like he said, Well,
<v Speaker 2>I talked to Brett Hart yesterday. We had a nice
<v Speaker 2>long conversation. He's very upset at what te w washing
<v Speaker 2>his shed about him, and Lawler says.
<v Speaker 1>Oh, well, let me ask you. Was it the real
<v Speaker 1>Brett Heart?
<v Speaker 2>Oh that's very fucking fun.
<v Speaker 1>You know what, fuck you, Jerry Jesus.
<v Speaker 2>You want his number? You shun of a bitch.
<v Speaker 1>You are pitsching me off the night crazy talk to
<v Speaker 1>chickenim and bad guy it. So we got back to
<v Speaker 1>the ring. Here Austin leap frogs and Jake punches him
<v Speaker 1>to a big pop. Here Austin is selling all over
<v Speaker 1>the ring here, I mean he is selling from the
<v Speaker 1>left side to the right side, all the way across.
<v Speaker 1>He's taking advantage of pretty much everything he can here.
<v Speaker 2>Dude, he's going all over. He's powdering, he's going to
<v Speaker 2>the floor like he's uh. He's making Jake look super big.
<v Speaker 1>Here Jake grabs Austin's here for the ddt uh. He
<v Speaker 1>is really calling it out to the crowd and everything.
<v Speaker 1>He's got the finger point and all. And Austin squirms
<v Speaker 1>out and he powders. And this is where Jake goes
<v Speaker 1>to ring site to confront Jerry Lawler.
<v Speaker 2>M yeah, Lawler is obviously not wanting to partake in
<v Speaker 2>any fight, though he's holding a chair that he's trying
<v Speaker 2>to back them off. Austin's for a moment at the
<v Speaker 2>ramp at the Tombstone.
<v Speaker 1>Should have kicked that shit over. Fucking mankind. You take
<v Speaker 1>Joe too, made e Benshine. Wait, the goddamn card's got
<v Speaker 1>me and Shay ovega on it. I mean shit, I
<v Speaker 1>mean me, A triple h doesn't even fucking happen. It's
<v Speaker 1>fucking bad. Sucks he us fifteen what makes magic or
<v Speaker 1>will go long? Called nothing? Well? What the hell am
<v Speaker 1>I supposed to do? You said the kids up next.
<v Speaker 1>He's part of the new generation.
<v Speaker 2>We actually do watch We did watch it in your
<v Speaker 2>house very live for the Patreon by the way, so
<v Speaker 2>if you want to see us watching Stone Colds match
<v Speaker 2>whatever it may be at the pay per view, you
<v Speaker 2>can watch that on a patreod.
<v Speaker 1>So Austin runs around from the ramp side. Here he
<v Speaker 1>runs up behind Jake, but Jake actually turns around and
<v Speaker 1>catches him with the right hand and throws him into
<v Speaker 1>the ring.
<v Speaker 2>Dude, Yeah, gave him a fucking good one, dude. Crowd
<v Speaker 2>was up big for that.
<v Speaker 1>Jake gets in the ring, Austin just starts dropping elbows
<v Speaker 1>on him. I mean, just as many as possible here.
<v Speaker 2>I actually don't know if I've ever seen him do
<v Speaker 2>this many elbows and he like it's all of them
<v Speaker 2>are different. He does one standing, he does one with
<v Speaker 2>the middle fingers, he does the second rope, one with
<v Speaker 2>middle fingers.
<v Speaker 1>Dude. Still an elbow drop from the second rope here
<v Speaker 1>with the theatrics is incredible. I mean, he like gets
<v Speaker 1>so much air.
<v Speaker 2>I know he's listen. That's what no knee braces will
<v Speaker 2>do to him.
<v Speaker 1>Man, I mean he fell on his knees like a
<v Speaker 1>hundred times in this match. Feels good. So Jake starts
<v Speaker 1>firing back here, but Austin Okay, So the way this works,
<v Speaker 1>it looks like a very simple reversal, but the way
<v Speaker 1>it's sold is like Jake just got knocked out cold,
<v Speaker 1>which I actually really liked, Yes it was. He goes
<v Speaker 1>for like a back body, he like bends over and
<v Speaker 1>then Austin grabs onto the rope off Irish whip and
<v Speaker 1>kicks him in the head and it knocks him out.
<v Speaker 2>He's fucked, dude, And then Austin does I think this
<v Speaker 2>is where Austin does another second rope elbow and they
<v Speaker 2>sell it.
<v Speaker 1>Like he's dead. Yeah, he's knocked out cold here and
<v Speaker 1>Austin hits the elbow on him, but it is only
<v Speaker 1>a two count here as we go into.
<v Speaker 2>Commercial, dude, But like, you're right, they did a really
<v Speaker 2>good job there. Jake's selling is fantastic here. And Kevin,
<v Speaker 2>I mean, like I mentioned, they're stelling huge. Kevin Kelly's
<v Speaker 2>like Jake Roberts might be out and Jerry says, I
<v Speaker 2>take it over, and Lala says, I think he's drunk.
<v Speaker 1>So he come back for a commercial. Here, Jake is
<v Speaker 1>fighting back. He crotches Austin on the top and Austin
<v Speaker 1>falls all the way over front flip style here, which
<v Speaker 1>allows Jake to hit the short arm clothes line.
<v Speaker 2>It's time for the DDT. They're fucking fired up for her.
<v Speaker 2>Crowd knows it's coming, but Jerry Lawler also knows it's coming,
<v Speaker 2>and he's air says it's top with the dt A.
<v Speaker 2>Law says, no, it's not for something else.
<v Speaker 1>Commentary, that's nefarious.
<v Speaker 2>Man, foreshadowing crazy.
<v Speaker 1>I'm gonna cheat, that's what. No, it's not because of
<v Speaker 1>my bus cheat. I'm gonna stop from Oh that shucked,
<v Speaker 1>Well you just do that? What the hell? Jr's I
<v Speaker 1>mean to be fair? Jr.
<v Speaker 2>Also, he's kind of like only a heel in this
<v Speaker 2>Razor Diesel angle. Everywhere else he's kind of on the
<v Speaker 2>good guy's side.
<v Speaker 1>Yeah, yeah, you're right, Yeah, for sure. Weird. Well, Jake
<v Speaker 1>goes for the DDT here, but Steve Austin holds onto
<v Speaker 1>the rope and Jake takes a back bump. That was awesome. Yeah, dude,
<v Speaker 1>We've seen this a few times here with different moves,
<v Speaker 1>but it turned out great. I love it. Just using
<v Speaker 1>the move against itself is very cool, very cool. Yeah,
<v Speaker 1>Austin immediately tries to use the rope for the three,
<v Speaker 1>but the ref sees it and stops at it too.
<v Speaker 2>Dude, I thought that was it. I legit bit on
<v Speaker 2>that one. I said, Oh wow, Austin, shitty fucking it's
<v Speaker 2>not even a stack pin either. That makes it even
<v Speaker 2>more annoying. I actually don't even understand the logistics of this. People,
<v Speaker 2>Mike Bailey, I bet could explain it to me though,
<v Speaker 2>But like, he's just lateral press with feet on the
<v Speaker 2>second ropes. How the fuck is this any more pressure?
<v Speaker 1>Well, it didn't work, so I guess maybe it wasn't right.
<v Speaker 1>Lawler is now up with the bottle of booze. Here.
<v Speaker 1>Jake hits the DDT on Austin, but he gets his
<v Speaker 1>foot on the bottom rope, which is a big deal.
<v Speaker 1>I mean, not a lot of people he didn't kick
<v Speaker 1>out of it, but not a lot of people even
<v Speaker 1>get out of the DDT, so that's a cool deal. No, dude.
<v Speaker 2>Two point nine crowd was fucking like, oh fuck you, motherfucker.
<v Speaker 2>I mean, smart, smart way to get out of this here,
<v Speaker 2>because I definitely thought that. I thought Lawla was gonna
<v Speaker 2>just spit in the ref's face or something to stop this.
<v Speaker 1>Yeah, I thought he was just gonna run in the
<v Speaker 1>ring and just make it as blatant as possible, just
<v Speaker 1>smashing with the bottom chating. Oh what the hell? Oh
<v Speaker 1>cangish line. So yeah, Jake goes over to Lawler, of course,
<v Speaker 1>and Lawler spits the booze in Jake's face, and Jake
<v Speaker 1>gets pissed and he turns around and he goes to
<v Speaker 1>walk back over to Austin, and Austin hits him for
<v Speaker 1>the stunner. I mean, no gutkick, no nothing, just fucking
<v Speaker 1>stunner right off the bat and beats him. No gut kick.
<v Speaker 2>Stunner is cursed, man. I don't like it.
<v Speaker 1>Yeah, I mean he just grabbed his head and took
<v Speaker 1>him there whipper snapper style. It is, yeah, dude, I
<v Speaker 1>just it just feels so weird.
<v Speaker 2>I'm so used to the gutkick. But I mean it
<v Speaker 2>got the job done. And when Lawler spat on Jake,
<v Speaker 2>Jay was like, who did you think he is? Roberto
<v Speaker 2>Alomar And I didn't know who that was, so I
<v Speaker 2>looked it up. Turns out Roberto Alamar was on the Orioles,
<v Speaker 2>and he got in trouble for arguing. He argued a
<v Speaker 2>third strike call, and he was arguing with the ump,
<v Speaker 2>and then he looked at the ump and said, fuck
<v Speaker 2>you would spit in his face. And then that was
<v Speaker 2>I believe a few games suspension for Roberto Alamar.
<v Speaker 1>Well. Savio Vega is here because Austin and Jerry Lawler
<v Speaker 1>are now stomping out Jake the Steak together and Vegas
<v Speaker 1>here to clear their rigging. Help everybody chere. We're kicking
<v Speaker 1>his ass. Oh, I see. I don't like it, but
<v Speaker 1>I see it.
<v Speaker 2>Yeah, I mean they're stopping him on. Savio Vega hits
<v Speaker 2>the ring with the leather strap, the Caribbean strap number one.
<v Speaker 2>Because of course, Austin and Savia will in fact have
<v Speaker 2>a match at the pay per view.
<v Speaker 1>Indeed, so we got to a pre tape here. Paul
<v Speaker 1>Bearer is here with Mankind, who is digging a hole
<v Speaker 1>in the ground with his hands. Why no, Mankind, you
<v Speaker 1>don't need to do this. You don't understand.
<v Speaker 2>I need to get the poop.
<v Speaker 1>That's not for like a couple of years. I'm investing now,
<v Speaker 1>I'm investing in the poop. There will be poop. Don't
<v Speaker 1>worry about the poop.
<v Speaker 2>Here he sitting there John Kramer style, Yes, there will
<v Speaker 2>be poop if I if I dig it, he will come.
<v Speaker 2>And Paul Barry says, well, the Undertaker will dig his
<v Speaker 2>own grave and then you will bury him alive. I uh,
<v Speaker 2>I love all this this is, I mean, these are
<v Speaker 2>just ridiculous, really, like this whole match, this whole concept
<v Speaker 2>these guys existing is all ridiculous. But they are super
<v Speaker 2>committed to being crazy, and that's what makes it for me.
<v Speaker 1>Mankind, what are you doing? I'm digging the hole? Why
<v Speaker 1>the matches in an arena? The matches this not even
<v Speaker 1>anywhere closing? Now, what do you want me to do?
<v Speaker 1>What do you think is happening here? Mag kind? Okay,
<v Speaker 1>well you gotta beat on a gold dust my son. Okay.
<v Speaker 1>And you worry about the dirt at the show, that's
<v Speaker 1>just sign the match contract for.
<v Speaker 2>I'm just trying to get prepared, Alice, will we have dirt?
<v Speaker 1>That's up interview. That that's it, that's that's a w
<v Speaker 1>W last thing. Don't worry about that. Holy ship, man God,
<v Speaker 1>don't you understand what's going on? Thank God?
<v Speaker 2>I mean I have a cold.
<v Speaker 1>It's been a cold for a while.
<v Speaker 2>Sound like a fucking normal dude.
<v Speaker 1>Did we bring gold dust? I hope. So we need
<v Speaker 1>to draw a house. Stop talking to me. Just dig
<v Speaker 1>the hole. Yeah, stop talking to me. So we got
<v Speaker 1>backstage Razor Ramone and Big Daddy Cool Diesel, like, what
<v Speaker 1>the fuck? Why are they? Why are they just showing him?
<v Speaker 1>Diesel isn't showed up yet. Razormon is doing band bicep girls,
<v Speaker 1>and Diesel is doing his famous pot you know the one.
<v Speaker 2>He's running his hand through his hair, He's holding his fist.
<v Speaker 2>Fucking Razor's gonna pump. Jared says, there you see they are?
<v Speaker 2>Was the Diesel thing not like supposed to be like
<v Speaker 2>a revealed They just show him.
<v Speaker 1>Well, I got to say, daysayers, you look pretty stupid
<v Speaker 1>right now.
<v Speaker 2>I don't know.
<v Speaker 1>There they are. No, that's an outside is right there?
<v Speaker 2>Son, that's w Should we take two champions?
<v Speaker 1>What you see? Are you saying you want a war?
<v Speaker 1>Hey Eric Bischhoff to take one of these, bitch.
<v Speaker 2>Well, I took this guy from war and he's here
<v Speaker 2>now and I'm more.
<v Speaker 1>Tony flash free wars, So fuck you you have one
<v Speaker 1>right here, right here, palace. He's on a table, right,
<v Speaker 1>rod is brought to you by PlayStation hooray. And also
<v Speaker 1>the pay per view, I think is brought to you
<v Speaker 1>by PlayStation. It's yeah, that's right, it's a good deal.
<v Speaker 2>They got fuck PlayStation made out like a bandit here, Yeah,
<v Speaker 2>PlayStation Sony's PlayStation Killers of hope, smashers of egos? Was
<v Speaker 2>that their fucking That was the tagline for PlayStation.
<v Speaker 1>I actually don't know. Maybe it was good. I mean,
<v Speaker 1>that's hard as fuck. Well, we have the hunter Hurst
<v Speaker 1>Helmsley town Hall here. Triple H comes out here and says,
<v Speaker 1>mister perfect, huh why did they call you that? All right?
<v Speaker 2>Yeah, can you show me why they call you that?
<v Speaker 1>That was it, mister perfect? Why are you so perfect?
<v Speaker 2>Let me find out? And then they play some music
<v Speaker 2>and I was like, huh, this is a fucked up
<v Speaker 2>Triple H theme. But no, I wasn't Triple Ah's theme.
<v Speaker 2>Triple H is out here to join commentary for a
<v Speaker 2>completely unrelated tag match.
<v Speaker 1>Yep, we have a good tag match here.
<v Speaker 2>Huh.
<v Speaker 1>The Grims versus Hog and Pig.
<v Speaker 2>I uh, I was very confused the first us at.
<v Speaker 2>I I'm unfamiliar with the because the the graphic says
<v Speaker 2>the Grims, and then they announces the Grim twins is,
<v Speaker 2>of course Jared and Jason Grimm. And you might know
<v Speaker 2>them as uh as the two bald fucking guys that
<v Speaker 2>are always attaged team. Okay, they're just always the two
<v Speaker 2>bald guys are tagged me or the goddamn Arras brothers.
<v Speaker 1>Yeah, the Harris brothers. You can tell right away.
<v Speaker 2>Yeah, I mean they are twins and they're bald. Absolutely suck.
<v Speaker 2>That's that's the part that always gets me. I always
<v Speaker 2>can tell because they suck. But the Godwins are here
<v Speaker 2>and they're over as hell. The kids in the crowd
<v Speaker 2>got Godwin shirts. There's one guy with a Godwin shirt
<v Speaker 2>that has a big nose on. He's super committed to
<v Speaker 2>this team.
<v Speaker 1>Yeah, we get to see he'll billy Jim mcganny. He's
<v Speaker 1>here with the dog that's a goat. No, he'll billy
<v Speaker 1>Jim had the dog. Pig had the goat.
<v Speaker 2>Oh, I didn't even do it. I was so thrown
<v Speaker 2>off by the goat. I didn't even see the Hillbilly
<v Speaker 2>Jim had a dog. I didn't see that whatsoever.
<v Speaker 1>Yeah, they had all sorts of shit out here. Man,
<v Speaker 1>the song is dubbed.
<v Speaker 2>Also, speaking of dubbed, I don't know when else will
<v Speaker 2>bring this up. Why the fuck did they dub the
<v Speaker 2>demolition theme in Duo k Oh.
<v Speaker 1>I didn't even know they did that.
<v Speaker 2>Yeah, it's not it's cover. It's like the exact same
<v Speaker 2>song just to cover. Its very odd. I'm assuming somebody
<v Speaker 2>owns it and didn't want to. They either didn't want
<v Speaker 2>to pay for it or the guy doesn't funk with.
<v Speaker 1>And they didn't want it in the game because they
<v Speaker 1>hate this ship. They just went in the Hall of Fame.
<v Speaker 1>They just did not this ship.
<v Speaker 2>Don't put us in the ringside past you past?
<v Speaker 1>Yeah? I mean Hogy pick come out here? Song is dubbed?
<v Speaker 1>What what could they well like? What was the song
<v Speaker 1>that was dubbed? What is there like O G song?
<v Speaker 2>Oh, I'll take a look real quick, isn't it?
<v Speaker 1>It's not?
<v Speaker 2>Uh, don't go and mess about a country boy. It's
<v Speaker 2>not that.
<v Speaker 1>Is that like Super copyrighted the rights in Fortunity? It
<v Speaker 1>is that.
<v Speaker 2>I think Holy Ships that was dubbed it from the
<v Speaker 2>wrestling album, which wasn't that their album?
<v Speaker 1>That's funny is going on here? I assumed it was
<v Speaker 1>something like ininety six hit or something that they just
<v Speaker 1>maybe they used it for a short bit like Alanis
<v Speaker 1>Morisset or something. I give bike, come out, you already
<v Speaker 1>want me in spite of me?
<v Speaker 2>I mean.
<v Speaker 1>There with a dog it don't be unarmed at five
<v Speaker 1>far head over the.
<v Speaker 2>Feet, oly shit back there with the blue. Everyone's getting
<v Speaker 2>down to this one got damn.
<v Speaker 1>Yeah, it's a good night here in wherever they.
<v Speaker 2>Are, Worcester Mass. It's always in a Worster masks. So
<v Speaker 2>they they use another song here that has an unknown
<v Speaker 2>title by and it was by Jim Johnson. They used
<v Speaker 2>this on July sixth, ninety seven. No, it had to
<v Speaker 2>be fucking dog Mass for the country boy.
<v Speaker 1>Yeah, they locked that ship down. Put in the vault. Damn,
<v Speaker 1>it's not gonna be in two k. You're not gonna
<v Speaker 1>use that. You're not gonna use demolicious themes. So I
<v Speaker 1>don't even think about it. A couple of these are
<v Speaker 1>locked down forever. Yeah. So Pigs starts the match off
<v Speaker 1>here he spits his loogie into the air and then
<v Speaker 1>catches it and uses it to brush his hair back.
<v Speaker 2>Oh that's fucking awesome and gross.
<v Speaker 1>Triple H is on commentary. Here he says, mister perfect
<v Speaker 1>is perfect. Huh, well, why.
<v Speaker 2>Why is he so fucking perfect for it?
<v Speaker 1>Hey? Watch the show, jack ass. Mister perfect has always
<v Speaker 1>told you and shown you with video why he's mister perfect.
<v Speaker 2>Many such proofs. Lawler even says, you know, every time
<v Speaker 2>you bring a beautiful lady, mister perfect comes down steals them. Yeah, man,
<v Speaker 2>he's got every I mean, he's got your girls. He
<v Speaker 2>is fucking absolutely perfect.
<v Speaker 1>What are you gonna do? Well, we got Jason Grimm
<v Speaker 1>in the ring. I think yes, Midian with him right, yeah,
<v Speaker 1>he lines down Midian Pig before he fires back with
<v Speaker 1>a hip tops and a line. I mean, Pig is
<v Speaker 1>showing some real fire in this one.
<v Speaker 2>He's a big pig. He is big as shit. And
<v Speaker 2>uh Jason Grim of course gets one over on by
<v Speaker 2>punching him in the gut and uh, I mean phineas
<v Speaker 2>hiptosism Dexham. And then Jason has to take out to
<v Speaker 2>Jared Grim.
<v Speaker 1>Jared Grim and Hog come in. Jared Grim and Hog
<v Speaker 1>Hog Canterbury is Jared Grim Hog gives him a flying
<v Speaker 1>shoulder tackle. It looked awesome.
<v Speaker 2>It did look fucking good. Actually, he's got some moves.
<v Speaker 1>Mister Perfect comes up picture and picture and tells Triple H,
<v Speaker 1>what's your deal? Hey, what's your deal? I have always
<v Speaker 1>shown why I'm mister Perfect.
<v Speaker 2>He says, I respect you for challenging me. But listen, man,
<v Speaker 2>I've been waiting for a new gen superstar to step
<v Speaker 2>up and challenge me, and no one's done it. So
<v Speaker 2>I got respect for you, and I accept your challenge.
<v Speaker 2>I'm gonna do you a favor. I'm gonna give you
<v Speaker 2>a couple weeks to get yourself in shape. That boy
<v Speaker 2>to face mister.
<v Speaker 1>Perfect, Hi, Hey, where's that motherfucker at who?
<v Speaker 2>And Triple It says, I think you're mistaken. It's you
<v Speaker 2>that needs to get in shape. Perfect says you challenge,
<v Speaker 2>mister Perfect, I accept, and you remember this, nobody beats
<v Speaker 2>mister Perfect.
<v Speaker 1>Nobody. So Pig comes in. He gets his hot tag
<v Speaker 1>here in the middle of it, does a handstand and
<v Speaker 1>then tries to hit a clothesline on the referee.
<v Speaker 2>What dude, he was so fired up he legit tries
<v Speaker 2>to go for a handstanim swings at the ref which
<v Speaker 2>is of course his self cut off.
<v Speaker 1>Yeah that's his thing. I guess he gets too fired up. Sometimes.
<v Speaker 1>I mean that happens to the best of us, right, well,
<v Speaker 1>work down the end, because Pig then hits the slop
<v Speaker 1>drop and picks up the wind.
<v Speaker 2>Ye had Jared went for Jared Side slams from Jared Grimm.
<v Speaker 2>Of course, SIDEM sucks a lot, Jared grim Dude, Jared
<v Speaker 2>grim Side slams them, and it gets up and looks.
<v Speaker 1>For his pop.
<v Speaker 2>No pop, buddy, not around here. Nope, pop not around here.
<v Speaker 2>And then uh yeah, he goes for it again because
<v Speaker 2>he wants to get his pop, and uh, Pig is
<v Speaker 2>not having it. Slop drop bitch, h Phineas Godwin gets
<v Speaker 2>Phineas I Godwin.
<v Speaker 1>Excuse me, he's not bog bog already. One Billy Dog
<v Speaker 1>go nuts over the fuck you.
<v Speaker 2>Joy, thank you for this album of them, but goddamn, goddamn.
<v Speaker 1>Yeah, dude, I love hill Billy Jim. Is this there
<v Speaker 1>to have the dog and dance?
<v Speaker 2>He's I mean, like, I love dude. I again, you know,
<v Speaker 2>we go back and watch some of this stuff. Ninety
<v Speaker 2>six I'm way more familiar with than you know, early
<v Speaker 2>or late eighties, early eighties, you know. But the Godwins
<v Speaker 2>are over.
<v Speaker 1>They are super over. I bet it's a lot to
<v Speaker 1>do with goddamn my man hill Billy Jim.
<v Speaker 2>He's infectious, he is always smiling, and he's always convincing
<v Speaker 2>the jigglin always.
<v Speaker 1>No matter what.
<v Speaker 2>That's so sick.
<v Speaker 1>And they win a lot.
<v Speaker 2>Yeah, dude, they are a winning team. Do they get
<v Speaker 2>the tag titles?
<v Speaker 1>I don't know if I've ever seen him with the Belts?
<v Speaker 2>Maybe yeah, the two time tag champions? Actually, yeah, how
<v Speaker 2>about that?
<v Speaker 1>Probably some raucous fucking matches to egg game sellouts.
<v Speaker 2>Dude, you remember when they turned the Godwin's heel like
<v Speaker 2>later on with Jarrett.
<v Speaker 1>I don't know if I remember that.
<v Speaker 2>There's Southern Justice.
<v Speaker 1>I don't remember too much of that and uh dude.
<v Speaker 2>Yeah there's Southern Justice and they're in suits.
<v Speaker 1>Holy sh I mean that's how you do it, you know.
<v Speaker 2>Then Undertaker stabs Median to death.
<v Speaker 1>Oh dude, and sticks him in the room. That room. Yeah,
<v Speaker 1>there was a lot going on there. Yeah, that was
<v Speaker 1>a crazy time.
<v Speaker 2>Minian's got quite the career.
<v Speaker 1>Yeah, he did a lot, man, he did a lot.
<v Speaker 1>So we got to a pre tape here, Doc Hendrick's
<v Speaker 1>voices over uh, the Jeff Jarrett deal with Jesse James here,
<v Speaker 1>and I thought it was they called him the country crooner.
<v Speaker 1>Jeff Jarrett. Is Jared gone, He's gone, right, I don't
<v Speaker 1>know if he's gone.
<v Speaker 2>Oh, that's my My thought was this was them like saying, hey,
<v Speaker 2>fuck this guy because he's.
<v Speaker 1>Gone A good chance he left. He left and came
<v Speaker 1>back a lot.
<v Speaker 2>That's true.
<v Speaker 1>So, I mean, if there's one thing Jeff Jarrett was
<v Speaker 1>gonna do, it was have a fucking job in wrestling.
<v Speaker 2>You know, he was great at him bro. So he
<v Speaker 2>leaves WWF in February of ninety six and goes back
<v Speaker 2>to USWA, and then October ninety six he signed a WCW.
<v Speaker 1>He comes back to WWF.
<v Speaker 2>Right, and then he's got some other judge again, and
<v Speaker 2>he eventually does come back to WE to do the
<v Speaker 2>goddamn He's like a ref for a summer Slam badge
<v Speaker 2>or something.
<v Speaker 1>So Doc says.
<v Speaker 2>Sources of now revealed that Jared struck a deal with
<v Speaker 2>the real Double J and Jared was supposed to use
<v Speaker 2>his fame and influence to carry the due at the
<v Speaker 2>top of When the skin almost broke in July of
<v Speaker 2>ninety five, Jared went to hiding and left his partner
<v Speaker 2>high and dry, and for the first time anywhere, you're
<v Speaker 2>about to see the secret rehearsal tapes. The man who
<v Speaker 2>really sang with My Baby to Night, the real Double J.
<v Speaker 2>You might recognize him as the man who walked in
<v Speaker 2>jeff Yard Shadow. You might know him as the Roady,
<v Speaker 2>but his real name is Jesse James. He's the real
<v Speaker 2>Double J. Everyone remembered this. I remember De Roady.
<v Speaker 1>Yeah. I was just thinking as I was watching this, Oh,
<v Speaker 1>he shows that the Roady and he sings with My
<v Speaker 1>Baby Tonight. Yeah.
<v Speaker 2>No, I think this guy should be kicking a dogy style.
<v Speaker 1>Goddamn it. Yeah, I mean, okay, so they do this
<v Speaker 1>pre tape here they show all this stuff. We talked
<v Speaker 1>about this a bit on the last show, yes, that
<v Speaker 1>we did around this era. But what I don't remember
<v Speaker 1>was this footage like exits and has like an insane
<v Speaker 1>sound effect going on. I've never heard this one.
<v Speaker 2>It's really yeah, it's it was jarring. I actually thought
<v Speaker 2>something was wrong.
<v Speaker 1>Yeah, it sounded like the w c W Saturday Night
<v Speaker 1>Robot thing. Yeah it was.
<v Speaker 2>I don't know if that was on purpose or maybe
<v Speaker 2>that's a doc Hendricks thing. All doc Hendricks segments have
<v Speaker 2>to end with that. That's like a signature.
<v Speaker 1>Up here. We have Razor Ramon versus Savvio Vega. It's
<v Speaker 1>like classic ww F match.
<v Speaker 2>It is the bad guy is here. He's a young
<v Speaker 2>six foot sixty seven. He's a young six foot seven
<v Speaker 2>inch athlete. You just got you know, you guys like competition.
<v Speaker 2>Is there something wrong with having great young athletes here?
<v Speaker 1>Not at all?
<v Speaker 2>Jim no, No, Kevin Kelly says well. Grilman soon said
<v Speaker 2>it wouldn't be Scott Hall. Jim ross Or never said
<v Speaker 2>Scott Hall's name or Kevin ashes what's wrong with bringing
<v Speaker 2>young town to w don't forget, by the way, big
<v Speaker 2>Daddy coos Diesels here tonight.
<v Speaker 1>Oh, I won't forget. I saw him earlier.
<v Speaker 2>Latari, yeah, Jar. I don't know if you this is
<v Speaker 2>obviously a tape show. I don't know if you guys
<v Speaker 2>got the iggy. They showed Diesel already.
<v Speaker 1>Dude, I loved him coming out like with the whole deal.
<v Speaker 1>I mean Pyro in the rings music music. He's got
<v Speaker 1>the razor, like I think he had the razor on
<v Speaker 1>the stage. Or maybe I'm just fucking Mandela affecting myself
<v Speaker 1>that the toothpicker. Yeah, just he's got everything here. And
<v Speaker 1>I loved that it cut to people in the crowd
<v Speaker 1>doing the Razor taught when he came out. There is
<v Speaker 1>there's some young guys like twenty years probably in the
<v Speaker 1>crowd and they're doing the Razor deal with the arms up.
<v Speaker 1>I thought that was so funny. I bet that was
<v Speaker 1>so fun to like just make fun of back then.
<v Speaker 1>I bet that was sweet. Dude.
<v Speaker 2>There's a good chance that there's at least a few
<v Speaker 2>people in the crowd that thought this was actually Razor.
<v Speaker 1>Yeah. I mean, if I was watching, for sure, I
<v Speaker 1>think that was Razor remote. He looks just like him.
<v Speaker 2>Well, why would it not be, Well.
<v Speaker 1>That's what I'm saying. Do you see the contradiction. What
<v Speaker 1>about the contradiction? You bring camera? Well, you got the
<v Speaker 1>camera on Razor amone. You see the contradictions because I
<v Speaker 1>have the camera and you're walking towards you. You have
<v Speaker 1>a revote here, but you said it. I thought it's
<v Speaker 1>gonna be a Scott Hall, But you have a Razor revote.
<v Speaker 1>Don't you see the contradiction?
<v Speaker 2>We got a commercial, we come back, uh And Grilla
<v Speaker 2>Mond soon has joined us in commentary. Here because we
<v Speaker 2>just we just need something. We need something because this match, wow,
<v Speaker 2>this match, we need something. JR says, I don't understand
<v Speaker 2>why you're out here. There's no problem out here, and
<v Speaker 2>Grilla says, I'll explain it, and Jey shays, well, it's
<v Speaker 2>pretty obvious' Rais Ramone. That's not obvious. What this part's
<v Speaker 2>even better? Well look at his contract. His contract says
<v Speaker 2>his name is raisor Ramone. Grilla says, what's his real name?
<v Speaker 2>Damn get fave? What the fuck? And uh, Grilla says,
<v Speaker 2>you know with your aratitude what you're doing here in
<v Speaker 2>the WF this, I'm concerned, And Jey says, oh, I
<v Speaker 2>don't have any right to have this attitude you are.
<v Speaker 2>Have you ever been fired due McMahon ever fire you?
<v Speaker 2>Did you ever have your oldermans got hungry? Take food
<v Speaker 2>off my family? Did he destroy your laugh? I don't, No,
<v Speaker 2>he didn't. And JR Is doing this rant while Savio
<v Speaker 2>Vegas super upbeat music is playing behind him.
<v Speaker 1>Dude, I love that part where he's like, you ever
<v Speaker 1>have vincer man take food off your family? And it
<v Speaker 1>just goes and Savio Vegas music is playing and he
<v Speaker 1>cuts they're in grilla moot soon just ramly says, well,
<v Speaker 1>you don't look like you missed too many meals? What
<v Speaker 1>a dig?
<v Speaker 2>Now I have to I have to stress this to
<v Speaker 2>everybody here. This match there's good. Well, okay, this match
<v Speaker 2>of course it well, it is good.
<v Speaker 1>That this match is good and we support and like Razor.
<v Speaker 2>Ravone, is this not a like four seg match?
<v Speaker 1>It felt like it for sure, Like there.
<v Speaker 2>Is so many cuts to other stuff and commercials that
<v Speaker 2>like I thought this was gonna take up the rest
<v Speaker 2>of the show.
<v Speaker 1>Yeah, it definitely felt like it. I mean, there was
<v Speaker 1>a lot of doing the same move, cutting away, coming back,
<v Speaker 1>doing the same move cutting away going back. My god,
<v Speaker 1>the fuck could come up with a different move, Like
<v Speaker 1>Razor didn't have a different go to commercial move. Razor
<v Speaker 1>ramones the fucking gig of the fucking heat.
<v Speaker 2>He just puts him in a hold.
<v Speaker 1>And leaves him there forever. Yeah, it looks like we
<v Speaker 1>got Savio Vega versus Chicum in bag guy. So we
<v Speaker 1>started the match off here, Razor Ramone slams Savio Vega
<v Speaker 1>and then does the Razor Ramone TT. That's gotta be Razor.
<v Speaker 2>Razor Remone does the razor remote tot oll.
<v Speaker 1>Yeah, oh shit. I mean, like, guys, that is right there.
<v Speaker 1>He is.
<v Speaker 2>Girl, mon Soon says, you know, Jim Ross is the presidents. Ever,
<v Speaker 2>I want to make it clear that at no time,
<v Speaker 2>no way, shape or form, do we ever say that
<v Speaker 2>Kevin Asher Scott Hall were returning here. But you try
<v Speaker 2>to perpetuate that fraud. I don't know what the big
<v Speaker 2>fucking dealers. He's got a fat money contra here, that's
<v Speaker 2>what he told me. And it's no cut. That's the part.
<v Speaker 1>I don't know if people remember Jr.
<v Speaker 2>Insinuates the razor bone has a no cut contract here.
<v Speaker 1>Test signed a very similar deal. That'sh cheflon Razor up there.
<v Speaker 2>Look at him. Chops she's doing. They look great, don't they, dude?
<v Speaker 1>This is my favorite part of the match. Actually, So
<v Speaker 1>Razor slams them. He does the Razor taunt. Zavio feats
<v Speaker 1>to the corner, Razor starts throwing razor punches and chops
<v Speaker 1>and I am dying. He has Limp handing the fuck
<v Speaker 1>out of his chops and ship. Dude, it is so funny.
<v Speaker 2>He's trying his best to emulate Razor and he just doesn't.
<v Speaker 1>Have it, but he just cannot get it together.
<v Speaker 3>Man.
<v Speaker 1>Yeah, Wow, what.
<v Speaker 2>A performance by Razor.
<v Speaker 1>Hotly fuck dude, Yes, it's like wow. This is just
<v Speaker 1>making me appreciate Scott Hall a lot. I know, how
<v Speaker 1>did he do it? How the fuck did he do it?
<v Speaker 2>And uh, the crowd is chanting fake by the way,
<v Speaker 2>and Josh is listening to crowd. You think the crowd
<v Speaker 2>likes him? And Grilla says they'll like him. You're portraying
<v Speaker 2>You're portraying him with something. He's not Razor Ramone, he's
<v Speaker 2>somebody else. Who is he? As far as I know,
<v Speaker 2>his name's Razor Ramone's show his contract. You didn't see
<v Speaker 2>his contract come across your desk, so this is even better.
<v Speaker 2>The lore continues. One, no cut contract. Two Grilla Monsoon
<v Speaker 2>did not look at the name on the contract. He
<v Speaker 2>just saw Razor Ramone and signed off on it. This
<v Speaker 2>guy got signed due. Girl says no, his contract could
<v Speaker 2>have came across my desk with his real name, not
<v Speaker 2>Razor Ramone. He's not looking into anybody, just signing any
<v Speaker 2>fucking deal.
<v Speaker 1>That shuts up. How's that? Well? Razor locks in the
<v Speaker 1>shoulder submission and slaps the back of Savio's head. Razor
<v Speaker 1>styles he does this the rest of the match. It's
<v Speaker 1>a little match. And don't forget he hit the big
<v Speaker 1>fallaway slam.
<v Speaker 2>You know, Okay, he does do that. Razor catches him
<v Speaker 2>off the ropes, hits the fallaway.
<v Speaker 1>I love this. Yeah, he hits the big fallaway slam
<v Speaker 1>and it goes to Picture and Picture.
<v Speaker 2>Immediately hits the fall away and Kevin Kelly is all
<v Speaker 2>very Razor like maneuver there and Jared says, well, what
<v Speaker 2>do you expect?
<v Speaker 1>He's raising remote. It's Jim Ross Picture and Picture with
<v Speaker 1>Jim Ross talking, well, what do you expect? That's Razor remote.
<v Speaker 2>And Razor of course, Ara Farms at the camera does
<v Speaker 2>his taut the Razor remote taunt.
<v Speaker 1>So Razor then proceeds to hit the craziest looking clothesline
<v Speaker 1>I've ever seen. He's so limp, he's so limp.
<v Speaker 2>He he is trying his bad like I don't know
<v Speaker 2>if I've ever seen a limp arms fucking Scott Hall line. Uh,
<v Speaker 2>but he goes for it and it looks like shit.
<v Speaker 1>Well, doc Hendrix is here Picture and Picture and he's
<v Speaker 1>gonna try to get an interview with Diesel. The door
<v Speaker 1>says razor and Diesel.
<v Speaker 2>Well, it could have been misconstrued Jims, because it says
<v Speaker 2>razor diesel and under it says keep out. So maybe
<v Speaker 2>they thought that this was the only room Razor and
<v Speaker 2>Diesel could not go.
<v Speaker 1>Into the anti Razor in Diesel room.
<v Speaker 2>I just saw Diesel going here. What the fuck he's
<v Speaker 2>to be here? I want to get to the bottom
<v Speaker 2>of this. So yeah, he he says, I'm gonna try
<v Speaker 2>to find out. This is a picture and picture and
<v Speaker 2>then we just don't, like, we go right back to
<v Speaker 2>the match. I don't know why I wouldn't just stick
<v Speaker 2>with him there.
<v Speaker 1>Yeah, actually we go back to the match and then
<v Speaker 1>we kind of go back immediately to it. Yeah, Hendrix
<v Speaker 1>opens the door up and Diesel is not there.
<v Speaker 2>I don't he was here earlier. I don't know where
<v Speaker 2>he went. You okay, doc Headrick Juice, you saw him
<v Speaker 2>going there? Is there a fucking secret Diesel door? Like,
<v Speaker 2>what the hell is going on? How'd you lose him?
<v Speaker 2>He says he's not there, and Jah says, well, big
<v Speaker 2>Daddy is here. I'll tell you that Big Daddy is here.
<v Speaker 1>Dropped the cool parties? Is big Daddy? Big Daddy?
<v Speaker 2>You know, you know big Diesel here, dude, just before
<v Speaker 2>that too, I mean they're getting into a real argument.
<v Speaker 1>Jr.
<v Speaker 2>Is flipping out about Vince McMahan. He says, Vince is
<v Speaker 2>an egomaniac. He said, what about how I feel? How
<v Speaker 2>about my damn family?
<v Speaker 1>And Lawless says, all right, Joe, just let's call it match.
<v Speaker 2>Don't worry about it.
<v Speaker 1>Why don't you call a damn match? Don't talk to me.
<v Speaker 1>I mean they have like four commentators at the table
<v Speaker 1>right now. Somebody just talk please.
<v Speaker 2>Which I mean fantastic idea, because boy, ol boy, there
<v Speaker 2>is nothing happening in the rig.
<v Speaker 1>So we go back to the ring. Here, Savio takes
<v Speaker 1>the buckle. He hits a huge kick. Jr. Then says,
<v Speaker 1>you know, I recruited a great athlete to the WWF,
<v Speaker 1>and just because he has to be caught to Asia Ramone,
<v Speaker 1>there's a problem.
<v Speaker 2>Now we're making a big deal out of it.
<v Speaker 1>You know, I didn't recruit Doint, I.
<v Speaker 2>Didn't bring Doink here. Were you proud of the clowns
<v Speaker 2>we're here? You're a hall of fame? Or are you
<v Speaker 2>proud to see that? And Gorilla is quiet for a minute, Hey,
<v Speaker 2>we're doing sports entertainment here, j.
<v Speaker 1>Well, I know you don't like that. I know you
<v Speaker 1>don't like that. I know you're PROG wrestler, got your bitch.
<v Speaker 1>So in the ring, Savio hits a spin kick on Razor.
<v Speaker 1>But wait a minute, who is that? That's big Daddy
<v Speaker 1>Diesel dejege here.
<v Speaker 2>I told you was here. You shut off a bitch
<v Speaker 2>and Diesel, I mean he must have heat already because
<v Speaker 2>he climbs onto the apron and Savio Vega punches him
<v Speaker 2>as hard as he possibly can in the head like
<v Speaker 2>it knocks his glasses off and he is legit. He
<v Speaker 2>falls off the apron and you can see he's fucked
<v Speaker 2>up for a second.
<v Speaker 1>Yeah, it actually ends up being a disqualification here because
<v Speaker 1>Diesel pulls the rope down and Savio falls over and
<v Speaker 1>then the bell just gets ranged. So Savio does get
<v Speaker 1>a victory here by Q before his big match with
<v Speaker 1>a stone called Steve Austin or not.
<v Speaker 2>And Kevin Kelly says, well, Raizor Ramon and Diesel looks
<v Speaker 2>like they're about to do a number on Savio Vega
<v Speaker 2>and girl mom soon says, will you stop calling him
<v Speaker 2>that chemical?
<v Speaker 1>I don't know what to do so of course you
<v Speaker 1>know Savio Vegas out there, yes, and Razor, Ramon and
<v Speaker 1>Diesel are out there. There's only one thing they can do, right,
<v Speaker 1>It's time they have to hit all their taunts. They
<v Speaker 1>hit all their finishers.
<v Speaker 2>Because you have to know that it's Razor and Diesel
<v Speaker 2>and House. Would you know that unless Razor does the
<v Speaker 2>Razor taunts and the Razor's edge.
<v Speaker 1>We get a Razor's edge, we get a jackknife power
<v Speaker 1>bomb with theatrics, and then we get the classic Razor
<v Speaker 1>and Diesel high five as a loud truck horn goes off.
<v Speaker 2>You know, the one part I do remember about Razor
<v Speaker 2>and Diesel, James, was that Razor was taller Diesel.
<v Speaker 1>Dude. The classic Razor and Diesel high five. They teamed
<v Speaker 1>a lot in the w w F. Of course, of
<v Speaker 1>course for that w w F. Yeah, classic.
<v Speaker 2>Of course Jr. Says this is embarrassing for the I'm
<v Speaker 2>gonna efficient now they don't know if you knows how
<v Speaker 2>it feels to be embarrassed. Why because there's like a
<v Speaker 2>shitty match on the show. They're way used to that.
<v Speaker 2>J Ah, you're good.
<v Speaker 1>What Jim Ross really should be applauded for is not
<v Speaker 1>that he brought in Razor and Diesel, is that he
<v Speaker 1>put them together as a tag team.
<v Speaker 2>His creative genius Diesel and Razor. Wow, they could be
<v Speaker 2>tag champs. They could run the world.
<v Speaker 1>We got to a pre tape here Undertaker is at
<v Speaker 1>the graveyard and he says, yeah, I knew that shit
<v Speaker 1>would happen.
<v Speaker 2>What what does Undertaker pick up off the floor like
<v Speaker 2>underwear wall?
<v Speaker 1>Oh, I don't know what that was.
<v Speaker 2>Yeah, it was make, something from make. I couldn't figure
<v Speaker 2>it out. It was something white.
<v Speaker 1>He picked up the burst certificate that proved that his
<v Speaker 1>dad is Paul Bearer. No, everyone making deadlock. This will
<v Speaker 1>prove it. Don't listen to the people who say otherwise.
<v Speaker 1>As by this paper that I picked up in this poda,
<v Speaker 1>that's my dad.
<v Speaker 2>Taker says, I knew you would bring mankind mankind. Your
<v Speaker 2>wish is my command. I will dig your grave and
<v Speaker 2>I will bury you alive. So Undertaker starts digging the grave.
<v Speaker 2>I mean one, this will take forever.
<v Speaker 1>Two.
<v Speaker 2>He didn't listen earlier, Paul Bear, he said, you don't
<v Speaker 2>have to do this. Don't be able to take care
<v Speaker 2>of this.
<v Speaker 1>Yeah, I love that. Nobody in this match seems to
<v Speaker 1>understand that deal. Guys, it has to be at the arena.
<v Speaker 2>Well, we've never done this before.
<v Speaker 1>Well, sting in Vampiro was in the graveyard later later, Stop, dad,
<v Speaker 1>you're embarrassing me. I am your dad, I am your dad.
<v Speaker 2>I mean, Taker's gonna stand here and dig a grave
<v Speaker 2>this whole time, and then what and the he's gonna
<v Speaker 2>go home. That's vandalism. But I thought you better it off.
<v Speaker 1>Well, we have, uh, the main event of the evening.
<v Speaker 1>Mm hmmm, we have Vader and Jim Cornett versus Sean
<v Speaker 1>Michaels and jose Letheria.
<v Speaker 2>Yes, Cornett's in full gear here him Invader come out
<v Speaker 2>and he's got the tennis racket. We find out. Also
<v Speaker 2>last week, Sable and Sonny had a fight at ringside
<v Speaker 2>during the Mark Merrow and Feruke Intercainal title match. I
<v Speaker 2>don't know why we know this, why they're showing this yere,
<v Speaker 2>but they neededless to know this. So Sonny brought out
<v Speaker 2>a loaded purse that had a brick in it, and
<v Speaker 2>Faruk tried to use it on Mark Merrow, but Mark
<v Speaker 2>Merrow dodged it and then hit Faruke with it and
<v Speaker 2>then hit the wild thing is shooting star Press, which
<v Speaker 2>is fucking awesome. By the way, it is awesome, and
<v Speaker 2>then Sonny put the brick under the ring to hide it.
<v Speaker 2>I guess I don't know what was going on there,
<v Speaker 2>and uh, yeah, they're Fruke and Sonny are no longer together.
<v Speaker 2>There's uh, there's a part I don't know. I don't
<v Speaker 2>I don't know why they put this here. Next week
<v Speaker 2>on Raw, we get a high video here Psycho Sid
<v Speaker 2>versus gold Dust dude.
<v Speaker 1>Yeah, they played up gold Dust crazy like he's like
<v Speaker 1>the final boss. Dude.
<v Speaker 2>This was like, I thought, this is a pay per
<v Speaker 2>view ad I said, what fucking pay per view do
<v Speaker 2>they run Sid versus gold Dust?
<v Speaker 1>But I was thought there running adverts for like the
<v Speaker 1>pay per view dark.
<v Speaker 2>Match, because you know Golddust will be there stay after
<v Speaker 2>the show. Hell yeah, double book Dustin that's what they
<v Speaker 2>call him.
<v Speaker 1>So. Sean Michaels was at the Macy's in New York
<v Speaker 1>City for Rock the Vote.
<v Speaker 2>We were just at a Macy's. It was closing down.
<v Speaker 1>That's the power of Shawn Michaels.
<v Speaker 2>Yeah, yeah, he was signing a bunch of shit for
<v Speaker 2>Rock the Vote.
<v Speaker 1>Dude. I loved when Vader came out. By the way,
<v Speaker 1>he's doing like this little deal. He's punching and shit.
<v Speaker 1>I don't know, it's just very cool.
<v Speaker 2>I love Vader, dude. I can't talk enough about Vader.
<v Speaker 2>I mean, you know, it's Efron isn't fantastic, but he
<v Speaker 2>makes the most of it.
<v Speaker 1>Vince McMahon will be on Live Wired this Saturday at
<v Speaker 1>ten am on USA Network for a live detector test
<v Speaker 1>with Razor, Ramone and Diesel.
<v Speaker 2>Holy fuck, that would have been fucking so awesome. Wow,
<v Speaker 2>that would have been great.
<v Speaker 1>And Jr. Is there to I'm gonna administer this actually, dude,
<v Speaker 1>I mean that would have been sweet.
<v Speaker 2>I think Live Ar just started or like maybe it's
<v Speaker 2>a week or so old here. I don't think it
<v Speaker 2>was very very new or sorry, I think it was
<v Speaker 2>very new here, so and it lasts a pretty long time.
<v Speaker 2>Live AR lasts for like four or five years.
<v Speaker 1>We have Lawler on commentary. He's just talking about Jose
<v Speaker 1>Latario as much as possible. I imagine Sean fed him a
<v Speaker 1>bunch of lines before they there.
<v Speaker 2>Yeah, I'm sure if Sean fed him a bunch of lines,
<v Speaker 2>multiple styles. Yeah, Sean, Vader and Jim corneversus Shawn Michaels
<v Speaker 2>in super sock is La Thario.
<v Speaker 1>Yeah, we get the match started here, Vader presses Sean
<v Speaker 1>and then literally just throws them over his head. Vader
<v Speaker 1>tries to go for a power bomb here, but Sean
<v Speaker 1>Rona's out of it, of course, that classic Seawan offense.
<v Speaker 2>Yeah, that's a you know, pretty good counter to it.
<v Speaker 1>Look good.
<v Speaker 2>On commentary, Jara says, well, right here, next week, by
<v Speaker 2>the way, Big Daddy Cool Diesel is gonna go one
<v Speaker 2>on one with wild Man Mark Merrow. Why doesn't the
<v Speaker 2>w put D's on a promo with Mark Merrow? He legit,
<v Speaker 2>just says, straight up promo, dude.
<v Speaker 1>I would love if all their promos were just like
<v Speaker 1>them in the dark.
<v Speaker 2>Oh, like a silhouette kind of or yeah, with like.
<v Speaker 1>The gold for Razor, or like the black and white
<v Speaker 1>for Diesel.
<v Speaker 2>Yeah they actually they actually only are in black and
<v Speaker 2>white because they're in w O.
<v Speaker 1>Holy shit. And then one of the weeks there's just
<v Speaker 1>a fucking silhouette of the blue Meani in the dark.
<v Speaker 2>Well, no ship, that's the wrong one. Oh shit, alright,
<v Speaker 2>fuck fuck that up. That's on me submitted the wrong ship.
<v Speaker 2>There sure about that. He's going too, He's next.
<v Speaker 1>I made to send out a w WARS. So Vader
<v Speaker 1>feeds to the corner. Here he gets a boot up.
<v Speaker 1>Sean slides out and crotches Vader on the post. Sean
<v Speaker 1>then hits the whoope cushion and goes off the rope,
<v Speaker 1>but Vader pulls the rope and Sean goes flying outside
<v Speaker 1>the ring.
<v Speaker 2>Dude, Sean doing whoopy cushion is nuts? Doink is still here?
<v Speaker 1>Ain'ty? He's the fuck We don't talk about him? Shitty clowns?
<v Speaker 1>Who book those guys in my pro wrestling ring? Oh?
<v Speaker 1>Go on?
<v Speaker 2>Dok was awesome? J Are, He's fucking It's a gimmick.
<v Speaker 2>Was he was a girl wrestler?
<v Speaker 1>Oh yeah, if you like that, you'll love w c W.
<v Speaker 1>Go watch it. Jim, Please stop telling people that.
<v Speaker 2>Stop telling anyone to watch him. He's gonna be please God.
<v Speaker 1>Oh God, I thought we would pro rationally call me.
<v Speaker 1>I guess not.
<v Speaker 2>Oh you're afraid? How afraid of a little competition? You're
<v Speaker 2>afraid of some young strong men coming to this company
<v Speaker 2>as well?
<v Speaker 1>Jim, I'm gonna I'm gonna legit, lose my mind here
<v Speaker 1>in mine. I'm legit, I'm losing it show like I'm
<v Speaker 1>gonna I'm gonna fire you. For shoot, I really know
<v Speaker 1>M's done sucking over buddy. You fucking up blue meat.
<v Speaker 1>He's gonna be out of a job. The show lawler
<v Speaker 1>says Jose's first match was on the undercart of David
<v Speaker 1>versus Goliath, just shitting on Jose Lathario the whole match, good,
<v Speaker 1>good gimmick. Cornett tags in, and so does Jose. Lathario. Oh,
<v Speaker 1>sh just one. Cornett, of course, immediately starts bumping and
<v Speaker 1>feeding for Jose. Dude.
<v Speaker 2>Yeah, Jose punches them in the face, He's going nuts
<v Speaker 2>on him.
<v Speaker 1>Cornett pokes Jose's eyes and tags Invader, which I thought
<v Speaker 1>was awesome.
<v Speaker 2>Oh man, I was hoping Vader at least got to
<v Speaker 2>bump him once.
<v Speaker 1>Yeah, me too. Probably didn't even want to take that chance.
<v Speaker 2>Yeah you know what, Sean probably said, Hey, Vader, if
<v Speaker 2>you want to get in my good graces, take him
<v Speaker 2>to the corner.
<v Speaker 1>Give him one for me. So Vader comes in, uh,
<v Speaker 1>but he irish whips Jose and HBK tags himself in
<v Speaker 1>just in time for Lothario to not get absolutely fucked
<v Speaker 1>by Vader. Oh man, it would have been awesome.
<v Speaker 2>Though.
<v Speaker 1>Sean comes off the rope here with the flying line
<v Speaker 1>and then the kip up. Sean hits the elbow drop
<v Speaker 1>on Vader and sets up for the sweet Chin music.
<v Speaker 2>The uh the elbow looked good too, I mean, Vader
<v Speaker 2>was really in the center. Sean fucking went for it,
<v Speaker 2>and Ye tunes up the band crowd super fired up
<v Speaker 2>for it.
<v Speaker 1>But Vader ducks that shit and hits a lariat for
<v Speaker 1>it too. It goes to commercial here and Sony's PlayStation
<v Speaker 1>featuring Crash Bandicoot presents the WWF Slam of the Week,
<v Speaker 1>where Sid Power bombs Al Snow and Marty Jeannetti. That
<v Speaker 1>can't be right, Is that right? I think Cassidy in
<v Speaker 1>Martin it's the New Rockers. Yeah. Oh shit, man, wow.
<v Speaker 1>Putting that right in the middle of Sean's main event
<v Speaker 1>deal is fucking funny, dude.
<v Speaker 2>I mean, like that makes all the sense of the
<v Speaker 2>world to be actually, I uh, I can entirely see
<v Speaker 2>them just talking about that. That was like on purpose,
<v Speaker 2>Like they didn't They could have showed anything from last week.
<v Speaker 2>They could have showed fake Razor again. I'm sure Stone
<v Speaker 2>Cold did something. Nope, we're gonna show Marty getting his.
<v Speaker 1>Ass well with this partner. Als.
<v Speaker 2>Now, this is whereth power lies.
<v Speaker 1>So we come back to the match here, Vader goes
<v Speaker 1>up for the Vader Bomb. Yes, and he kind of
<v Speaker 1>decides mid Vader Bomb here, should I go to the
<v Speaker 1>top rope? He teases it, he does, but he doesn't
<v Speaker 1>do it, and that small timing allowed for HBK to
<v Speaker 1>get his wits about him, get his legs up, and
<v Speaker 1>then when he goes for the fucking Vader Bomb, his
<v Speaker 1>legs stop the Vader bomb.
<v Speaker 2>Dude, he uh? I mean, Vader bounces on the rope
<v Speaker 2>for like ever. It's actually, he's super impressive that these
<v Speaker 2>ropes are able to withstand the Vader bounce.
<v Speaker 1>I even think about it like that, but you're right.
<v Speaker 1>I mean, he really is bouncing on it crazy.
<v Speaker 2>And he's letting that thing fly. And Sean, of course,
<v Speaker 2>needed to get his big man spot. He needed Vader
<v Speaker 2>to know that he's not really that big, so I
<v Speaker 2>have to scoop slam.
<v Speaker 1>You, dude. HBK body slams Vader and then sets them
<v Speaker 1>up for the sweet Him music. Did he body slams
<v Speaker 1>them and they're like holy fuck, holy shit.
<v Speaker 2>They just like there wasn't was there any teases of
<v Speaker 2>him doing this match. No, that's like that's a pet
<v Speaker 2>peeve of mine. I really don't like it they do that.
<v Speaker 1>Yeah, like either it feels wasted. It's like everyone's waiting
<v Speaker 1>for it. It's one of those deals where everyone in
<v Speaker 1>the audience is conditioned to it. Just do the fucking spot.
<v Speaker 2>Yeah, just like the crowd wants to fucking see you
<v Speaker 2>fail it so they can be happier when you succeed it.
<v Speaker 2>Why just if you pick him up? Then okay, everyone
<v Speaker 2>can fucking pick Vader up.
<v Speaker 1>Then like body slams him. He sets up for the
<v Speaker 1>sweet Shim music. Here, Cornett tries to hit his left
<v Speaker 1>with the tennis racket, but HBK jumps, which allows Vader
<v Speaker 1>to go for the splash, but Vader actually misses in
<v Speaker 1>the corner. Yes, he fires back with a body slam
<v Speaker 1>again on Vader, but this time Vader just falls on HBK.
<v Speaker 1>He did it backwards. We're innovating the bizz. Vader then
<v Speaker 1>hits the power bomb and instead of pinning, he goes
<v Speaker 1>over the corner and I'm thinking of my head. Damn,
<v Speaker 1>he's gonna lose. Huh. Oh my god, dude.
<v Speaker 2>I was like, okay, one, I was like, no shot,
<v Speaker 2>He's moon Saltan, Shawn Michaels. Sean is, oh yeah, but
<v Speaker 2>if imagine if he just tried it right, like Sean
<v Speaker 2>would definitely roll in. But damn the balls on Vader,
<v Speaker 2>that would have been awesome.
<v Speaker 1>Yeah, that would have been pretty sweet for sure. Vader, Yeah,
<v Speaker 1>he hits the power bomb. Here he goes up and
<v Speaker 1>he hits the Vader Bomb. One two three, Ben Sean
<v Speaker 1>Michaels the w champion.
<v Speaker 2>It was so baller. He power bombs Sean big Flex,
<v Speaker 2>drags his fucking carcass to the corner Vader bomb, and
<v Speaker 2>he wins.
<v Speaker 1>I could not believe it, dude. I loved it. Yeah,
<v Speaker 1>that was very cool. That was the night that Seawn
<v Speaker 1>Michaels decided never again.
<v Speaker 2>Well, they must have convinced him that Cornett swinging the
<v Speaker 2>racket was a dirty enough ending that to put Seawan
<v Speaker 2>in peril, so him losing wasn't a real loss.
<v Speaker 1>I'm surprised Vader just didn't hit the Vader Bamba Jose
<v Speaker 1>Lithario and then like they, I don't know, stretcher him
<v Speaker 1>out Oh my.
<v Speaker 2>God, how awesome. I mean, maybe there's a chance Jose
<v Speaker 2>Lothario is legit just bones. I don't he could have died.
<v Speaker 1>That's true. Yeah, that's very very true.
<v Speaker 2>But I bet Sean pitched it. That was his original pitch.
<v Speaker 2>How about you fucking give one Alario pit him instead?
<v Speaker 2>Uh yeah, man, I mean Kevin Kelly puts him over.
<v Speaker 2>Vader's claim as the uncrowned champion of w BF continues.
<v Speaker 2>I mean, Vader's they're they're trying at least, but uh,
<v Speaker 2>Vader has a pin on Sean, but Sean one does
<v Speaker 2>not face Vader at the pay per view, of course.
<v Speaker 1>Well, Vader goes for the deal again. He's going to
<v Speaker 1>go for the Vader Bomb again, but Sid comes in
<v Speaker 1>and they face off.
<v Speaker 2>Sid's here, you know, he's trying to you know, because
<v Speaker 2>Sid has the title match, so I'm guessing, you know,
<v Speaker 2>him and Sean have some kind of mutual understanding. They're
<v Speaker 2>both babies, so he wants make sure Seawan's good for whatever.
<v Speaker 2>You know, he's the champ. Sid also doesn't fuck you
<v Speaker 2>get the title match at the paper view, by the way,
<v Speaker 2>and then the real main inventor shows up.
<v Speaker 1>Gold Dust comes to the race.
<v Speaker 2>Gold Dust is here, and now Sid doesn't know what
<v Speaker 2>to do because I mean, you know, he wasn't too
<v Speaker 2>worried about Vader, but gold Dust that next.
<v Speaker 1>Week the Showdown of Champions. That's true.
<v Speaker 2>That is true, and they're all I mean, Sid's in
<v Speaker 2>the middle of them, and then Sean goes after gold Dust,
<v Speaker 2>Sid and Vader start fighting.
<v Speaker 1>We got a big schmas.
<v Speaker 2>The show ends that way with mayhem as all the
<v Speaker 2>top guys fight each other.
<v Speaker 1>Here they call them the Big three of the WWF,
<v Speaker 1>gold Dust, Sid and Vader.
<v Speaker 2>And the click is Sean, Diesel, and Razor. So yeah,
<v Speaker 2>Sid faces Vader at the pay per view. Sean wrestles
<v Speaker 2>the Dark Main Event at the pay per view, defending
<v Speaker 2>the WF title against gold Dust.
<v Speaker 1>Gold Dust, how about that, guys.
<v Speaker 2>We watched all of these things, by the way, on
<v Speaker 2>the Patreon we watched that show, and we also watched
<v Speaker 2>the Dark Main event.
<v Speaker 1>All roads lead to gold Dust.
<v Speaker 2>Yeah, I guess show. I mean, that's kind of a
<v Speaker 2>clown act too when you think about it. Interesting show here.
<v Speaker 2>I mean, I can't believe how much of this Razor
<v Speaker 2>and Diesel stuff was a part of this show. Man.
<v Speaker 2>This is an hour long show. Half of it was
<v Speaker 2>Razor and Diesel. This is insane. They are lost.
<v Speaker 1>I mean they were just really I mean they just
<v Speaker 1>really got under their skin with the Kevin Nashes guy.
<v Speaker 1>Yeah for sure.
<v Speaker 2>I mean Stone Cold's got to get the glass break
<v Speaker 2>music and he needs it now.
<v Speaker 1>Yeah. That's that's the emergency button is give Steve Austin
<v Speaker 1>the class. Yeah.
<v Speaker 2>Well that is it for WBF Monday Night Roll from
<v Speaker 2>September thirtieth, nineteen ninety six.

<v Speaker 2>East W. Terry would have gotten a lot of trial,
<v Speaker 2>Like he would have been fired immediately if he came
<v Speaker 2>in with r y n.
<v Speaker 1>O backsy O eight seven.
<v Speaker 2>Oh hmm lot o's.
<v Speaker 1>Yeah. So my initial thought here was, oh, it's got
<v Speaker 1>to be backsy oh eighty seven. Oh but back in
<v Speaker 1>the day, one of the gamer tag things you could
<v Speaker 1>do was putting o's. Remember that. So I'm gonna go
<v Speaker 1>with backs eighty seven.
<v Speaker 2>Because those are like x's And then they went to o's.
<v Speaker 1>Yeah that's right.
<v Speaker 2>Yeah they were taken. Yeah, yeah, wow, Okay, I like that.
<v Speaker 2>I like that, and I'm with it.
<v Speaker 1>Do you remember the gamer tag trick where you could
<v Speaker 1>put your name and maybe this was only on Halo three,
<v Speaker 1>so maybe I don't know know about it, I guess,
<v Speaker 1>but there was a deal you could do on Halo
<v Speaker 1>three where if you made your gamer tag whatever you wanted.
<v Speaker 1>So let's say it was Pulse and then wwwwww all
<v Speaker 1>the way down for the rest of the letters lowercase w's.
<v Speaker 1>In the game, it wouldn't show the WS really, it
<v Speaker 1>would just show the name. Why. Yeah. So so like
<v Speaker 1>if you put your name, if you put Johnny and
<v Speaker 1>then space wwwww whatever whole way down out Halo three,
<v Speaker 1>Like in the game itself, it would only show Johnny.
<v Speaker 1>But so it looks like you have like a OG tag,
<v Speaker 1>but your tag is Johnny space www. But in the
<v Speaker 1>game it would not show the WS. Is there? Was
<v Speaker 1>there ever?
<v Speaker 2>Like a did anyone ever say?
<v Speaker 1>Why? Could have just been like a word count deal.
<v Speaker 2>Oh, too much space?
<v Speaker 1>So it just took out the last letter. But the
<v Speaker 1>last letter is all the same letter, so it's.
<v Speaker 2>The same letter. All the letters would have worked with
<v Speaker 2>any letter or was W just the one of W
<v Speaker 2>was just.
<v Speaker 1>The one because it takes up so much space?
<v Speaker 2>Oh, because it's it is a big letter.
