00:00:01 Speaker 1: Hi Amber, Hi Lola, Welcome to an unlikely affair. Hey babes, welcome back to an unlikely affair. I'm here via zoom with my main chick, who now has such chic short hair. 00:00:18 Speaker 2: Thank you for throwing the word chic in it. I really just made my day. 00:00:22 Speaker 3: It's so chic. I can't get over it. 00:00:24 Speaker 2: You think you know, let me tell you something. Washing it. 00:00:28 Speaker 3: At first, I was like, where's the rest of it? 00:00:31 Speaker 2: Where's where's the rest of it? But then I realized I time myself blow drying it. It took less than five minutes, and I was like, thank the Lord. 00:00:40 Speaker 3: It's so good. 00:00:41 Speaker 1: But you have that good bone structure, like I could never have that short of hair. 00:00:45 Speaker 2: Yes you can. First of all, the bob I guess is in. And I didn't know this until after I went and chopped it off and my girl started sending me all of these like neutrons for twenty twenty six. I'm like, heck, yeah, I'm the like one person that like finally did something before everyone else. 00:01:00 Speaker 3: It's so good. 00:01:01 Speaker 1: But you know what, after I go in and visit doctor Diamond, who's going to give me a jaw line, maybe I will chop my hair as well. 00:01:09 Speaker 2: No, I like your hair. It's so, this is the best your hair has ever looked. 00:01:15 Speaker 3: I worked really hard to get into this wing. 00:01:18 Speaker 2: It's so, it looks so healthy. 00:01:21 Speaker 1: We're trying, We're definitely trying. 00:01:23 Speaker 2: How are you feeling. Let's talk, Let's see the girls kidding. 00:01:27 Speaker 1: Could you imagine me just whipping my tits out on here, I'd do it. 00:01:34 Speaker 2: Don't threaten me with good time. 00:01:35 Speaker 3: Don't threaten me with a good time. 00:01:38 Speaker 1: You know what, Amber, I've had my boobs done three times now five on the right side because we just couldn't get them to be even. So this last time that I went in, which was what a couple of weeks now almost basically what they did on the left side. So much tissue on the on the left that they cleaned out and reduced it by I think ten CC's put it over to the right side. The right one is what had the cap con. She was like peeling it from my She was like it was like attached to your ribs. 00:02:19 Speaker 3: It was wow. 00:02:21 Speaker 1: And by the way, it looked like chopped up chicken. You showed me a picture. 00:02:25 Speaker 3: My god, I'm gonna throw up. 00:02:26 Speaker 2: I was already nauseous before this episode started, and I'm drinking ginger ale. Now I'm gonna throw up. Thank you for that visual. Oh my god, so sorry this poor woman. But yeah, were you Tommy, were you nervous going in knowing that this is like the fifth time that you've had to, you know, have them redone? 00:02:43 Speaker 1: Yeah, I was nervous, And she already said at some point, she goes, not not anytime soon, but I'm going to have to give you a breast reduction. On the left side. It is, there is so much just like breast tissue and skin on that side, and when I get pregnant, it becomes like a melon and this the right side is. 00:03:03 Speaker 3: Like shriveled up and sad. The whole time. 00:03:07 Speaker 1: I'm like, do something, do something, be sexy, look alive. And so I yeah, I was nervous for a lot of different reasons. And usually, I mean I've only been put under a handful of times, but this last week, I mean, the anesthesia really fucked with me. I started getting very depressed. You know, I don't I don't do the pain meds, but I actually had to a few of the days. I want to say I took them about three of the days week one. So coming off of that and then the anesthesia and now I'm on my period, it was like I was ready to assassinate everybody. 00:03:49 Speaker 2: It was a trifecta. 00:03:51 Speaker 1: Yeah, I'm like, this has really messed with me because I've heard about that. How does anesthesia affect you? Do you get weird after or you kind of okay? 00:04:01 Speaker 2: I mean I've only been put down. Put down, that sounded really bad. I'm put under probably once. And I was actually thinking this morning that I need to probably go in for a colonoscopy, and I think they have to put you down for that too, Right. 00:04:18 Speaker 3: You sound like you're a dog. I gotta put her down. 00:04:22 Speaker 1: I'm gonna put her down, just I I they definitely, Yeah, they have to shove something up your asshole. I can't. 00:04:29 Speaker 3: Okay, well, and I need one of those too. 00:04:33 Speaker 2: Maybe we should do it together. 00:04:34 Speaker 1: We should because if I think the hard part is I have been working out consistently every single day. I've been looking at my body being like, damn, we're like in a rhythm ever since you know, January first. I put myself in a headspace that like this is how we're gonna move through this year. And then this surgery kind of through a wrench in things because even though it was vanity purposes, my boobs were just not not looking fresh. It was reconstructive surgery as well, and the doctor said, I can't believe that you were able to last this long without cleaning up that capcom that you weren't in more pain because it was everywhere like really working to push that implant out or someone else. 00:05:22 Speaker 2: So does she have to monitor it to make sure that it doesn't come back tenfolds? 00:05:28 Speaker 1: Yes, So they sent it off to pathology to see what was the cause of it because I haven't had that before. It was after I had what is it mastitis? Is that where like, yes, an infection in your Yeah, so I got that with sosa on the right side, and she said it could be from that. 00:05:48 Speaker 3: So let's send it in. 00:05:49 Speaker 1: Let's see what they say, and then if you are thinking about having another baby, you need to call me immediately so that we can make sure we put you on some sort of antibiotic to make sure that this doesn't happen again. I also switched implants. I think they're called motiva or something, and it reduces the risk by like over ninety percent that capcom will happen. 00:06:14 Speaker 2: Oh that's amazing. Did you get insurance on your boobs too? 00:06:18 Speaker 1: Should I insure my boobs? 00:06:20 Speaker 2: I mean I think I did. When I was in my twenties and I got my boobs done, they asked if I wanted insurance and I said sure. I guess I didn't know what to say. So it's probably expired now because it's been over ten years since I got them done. But I think it's just just in case something happens. It like pays for maybe a part of the you know, the surgery that you have to go back and do if need be. 00:06:45 Speaker 1: Well, they were expensive, I will say, yeah, I would say too, yeah, but overall you're happy with them? 00:06:54 Speaker 3: Yeah. 00:06:55 Speaker 1: I mean I'm very swollen and sore and obviously like they're parts of me that are numb that I'm like, that's I wasn't numb there before. So I have to remember, like, this wasn't just like a cute like let's slip some bigger implants in. It was like a whole production. 00:07:11 Speaker 2: I can't believe you got that sweatshirt over your head because you're really not to be don't tell me that. I don't think you're just be lifting your arms over your head. No. 00:07:19 Speaker 1: Yeah, first day they need zip sweatshirts. No, amber, they gave me a whole thing. First day of surgery, the nurse that was with me had me doing wall climbs to get my hands above my head. Oh okay, yeah I have to do Maybe that's new, like five times a day. 00:07:37 Speaker 2: Oh all right, Well yeah, I guess I didn't know. So did Ocean say anything to you, like, Mommy, what happened? Like what was that situation? 00:07:45 Speaker 1: I'm so glad you brought this up, because I totally would have forgotten. So yesterday I go to get the last drain out, which, by the way, they're disgusting. She wants I show because she comes home from Miami and she wants to jump on me. And I was like, hold on, baby, I just had surgery, and so. 00:08:05 Speaker 3: I show her. 00:08:06 Speaker 1: Because she's a little weirdo and loves that shit. I show her and she was like, oh my god, mom And I was like I know. And she goes, where does it go? And I was like, it attaches. I go, I got my boobs done. I don't know why I told her a thought sometimes along with the other day I told her that I shoved her out of my vagina and immediately was like, oh. 00:08:28 Speaker 3: My god, why would I say such a thing. 00:08:32 Speaker 2: I say that to my kids all the time. I'm like, you came out of my vagina, and I think the visual alone. 00:08:36 Speaker 1: Just you know, your children are not five. I don't need her going to school being like you came out of your mom's vagina. Like, I just don't need it. But sometimes they can just slip out of my mouth. 00:08:46 Speaker 3: Anyway. 00:08:47 Speaker 1: I tell her that I'm going to go get it taken out tomorrow. So yesterday we go into Beverly Hills. We get her like a chocolate croissant and like a little uh pellegrino before we go into the plastic surgeon and she wants to watch and I'm like, I don't care. 00:09:04 Speaker 3: You know, she could be a doctor. One day. 00:09:07 Speaker 1: She's watching, hands over her mouth and she's like, oh my god, Mom, they're they're pulling it out of your boob. 00:09:14 Speaker 3: They're pulling it out of your boob. 00:09:15 Speaker 1: Mom. I'm like, I'm aware, stop talking about it. I'm going to pass out. So they get rid of the drain whatever. We get home and I was like, hey, babe, when you go back to school. I don't think it's appropriate for you to tell your friends that your mom got her boobs done. And she goes, I would never say that mom My teachers would get so mad at me. It's so inappropriate to tell people that my mom got her boobs done. I'm just going to tell them you had surgery. I said, okay, And what happens when they ask you? What did your mom have surgery on? And she just sat there and she was like, I was like, yeah, let's just not talk about it at all. Then Easton comes into her room last night to just like say what's up, and I overhear her. She said, yeah, I'm probably just going to sleep in my bed tonight. I can't go up to my mom's room like at all. And Easton goes, oh, you're not going to sleep in there? 00:10:07 Speaker 3: She goes, no, she just got her boobs done. 00:10:09 Speaker 1: So I don't think it's a good idea. 00:10:12 Speaker 3: What's happening. 00:10:14 Speaker 1: You are so screwed. You are so screwed. I'm fully screwed. 00:10:18 Speaker 2: But here's the good news. It's la like they hear the craziest stuff at that preschool. I'm sure right, Like, yeah, the craziest stuff like my mom shoves a tamp on a perfect like the things that our kids as women, we have girls, they just see and hear things. And like, my kids didn't even make a big deal that I got a boob job, and they don't even bring it. They don't they don't even bring it up, Like they don't even say anything. Although I would like to remove my boobs. That's funny, you are getting boobs. 00:10:48 Speaker 1: Why would you ever do that. You have gorgeous boobs. Please leave them. They're so pretty. I want them where. 00:10:54 Speaker 2: You'd have them, But why do you want to remove them? So I don't know. I'm just feeling like I got boobs for the wrong reason. And it wasn't because it's something that I wanted. It was something that I was It was suggested by someone I was in a relationship with, like, oh, you would look so fucking hot with boobs, and I was like, I'll do anything to save my marriage kind of situation. So I was like, maybe he'll love me more if I look this way. So it feels in a way that my boobs don't belong to me. I love them, They're beautiful and I'm very happy, but at some point I feel like there's also this thing about having like a really flat chest and like just like these like itty bitty titties that would be so beautiful because I want to wear low cut stuff like all the time, but then when I do, I feel I just feel like I'm exposing myself too much, and it's like there's nothing sexier than like a flat chest. I don't know, I don't know, but I haven't made the decision. I did have a plastic surgeon reach out to me this week asking if I wanted like any services done, and I was like, hmm in Monttana, No, God, no, no. I mean, I'm sure there's great plastic surgeons out here, but I probably would just stick with Honestly, the doctor who did my boobs did a really fantastic job. I've never knock on wood. I've never had any issues with them. They're so pretty for now that they're staying. Yeah, I I have no choice. 00:12:22 Speaker 1: You take my boobs out and I look like isma from fucking the Emperor's new Groove. Titties down to your ankles, tiny little lips, little slug tits can be having that. 00:12:35 Speaker 2: Wait, one last question about your your new the New Twins yeah, are you excited to like show them off? 00:12:43 Speaker 1: Fuck? 00:12:43 Speaker 3: Yeah? 00:12:43 Speaker 2: Are you crazy? Are you crazy? 00:12:46 Speaker 3: I asked the doctor yesterday. 00:12:48 Speaker 1: I was like, when can when can they be played with? 00:12:51 Speaker 3: And she was like, I do. 00:12:53 Speaker 1: I did give it at least four weeks. I was like, right, I'm not going to do it like tomorrow, but like no, but it is. 00:12:58 Speaker 2: Really important that you do massage them for the scar tissue right now? 00:13:03 Speaker 3: Not right no, no, not now, not now. 00:13:05 Speaker 2: But like slowly eventually when she gives you clearance, like really, just you know, get in there, have fun with them, Get in there. Have I done? Yeah? Have someone else get in there? 00:13:16 Speaker 4: Yeah? 00:13:17 Speaker 1: Yeah. 00:13:17 Speaker 4: Oh I'm so excited for you. This is so exciting. It's all very exciting. It's all very exciting. You took a tumble real quick. I want to talk about this because you were like, yeah, I'm not hurt, but like you had a boy in town and you guys went you got fucked up. 00:13:41 Speaker 3: Bro. 00:13:43 Speaker 1: By the way, people have told me, I need to stop saying bro, you got fucked up girl. 00:13:47 Speaker 2: You know, Riley says it all the time, and I'm like, dude, I'm not your bro, I'm your mom. So yeah, so see, I oh. 00:13:54 Speaker 3: My gosh, it looks so much better. 00:13:56 Speaker 2: This is like all bruising right now, right here and here yellow. I am so lucky. I did not break a bone. I literally felt in the same spot twice. I think I peed my pants twice. I think I just had an experience where I know now I will always be prepared. I did not think there was going to be snow. We haven't had snow forever here, so I didn't think where we were going, which wasn't completely in the mountains. 00:14:26 Speaker 1: Ish. What did the guy do when you fell? Were you embarrassed? No? 00:14:31 Speaker 2: I think he actually fell twice too, So it was like I was like, this is a good We are never going on amazing race together. We would fail terribly. I don't even think that show exists anymore. Well, any sort of couple going out in nature and doing nature shit naked and afraid, forget it. 00:14:50 Speaker 3: Forget it. 00:14:51 Speaker 2: Yeah, it hurt like a bitch. Let me tell you. Falling at thirty seven is not like falling at twenty seven. 00:14:57 Speaker 3: No, obviously not. 00:14:59 Speaker 2: I mean, and then I was walking down the hill like a like a nine year old granny because I was petrified. 00:15:04 Speaker 1: Yeah, of course, Yeah, that was no joke. When you showed me, you were like, yeah, I got a little bit hurt. And then I saw the photo, I'm like, you got a lot of bit hurt. 00:15:12 Speaker 3: I would have sobbed hike over. 00:15:15 Speaker 2: Yeah, And he took pictures from behind when I was I had blood down my arm and he didn't want to tell me because he didn't want me to freak out. 00:15:21 Speaker 3: Yeah. 00:15:22 Speaker 2: So when I got up to the top where the lake was, which was absolutely gorgeous, I was like, oh shit, I'm bleeding and it was like, especially right here, it looked almost like I needed stitches because you could see the inside of my skin. 00:15:36 Speaker 3: I'm going to pass away. I'm going to pass away. 00:15:40 Speaker 2: It was disgusting. It was so gross. Anyways, I had it was a great hike. I definitely will not do that again. And I had my tracks. Everyone on Instagram's like where your tracks? You're so like inexperienced, I said, you, guys, I had three sets of tracks. I took them out of my car. See, I didn't listen to my intuition and something told me just keep them inside. And then I argued with myself like, oh I will need them. Well guess what I freaking needed my tracks. 00:16:02 Speaker 1: We talked about this that when you have that little voice, you just do it. 00:16:07 Speaker 3: You don't question it, you just do it. 00:16:09 Speaker 2: I know. But it's like a muscle. You gotta train it just to be like, oh, there it is, okay, I'm gonna listen. 00:16:15 Speaker 1: Yeah, train yourself to listen to your own self. 00:16:17 Speaker 2: Yeah, I get it. 00:16:19 Speaker 3: So obviously. 00:16:20 Speaker 1: The one thing that everyone's been talking about the past I want to say week is this Mormon wife Taylor Frankie Priky. She's on a show called Mormon Wives on Hulu, which what is a major success. Everyone fucking loves this show. I watched maybe three or four episodes of season one. I was not interested. I did not find it interesting. Everyone else did. It's not like a big deal that I didn't find it interesting. We all have our own little things we. 00:16:54 Speaker 3: Like to watch. 00:16:55 Speaker 1: I was not into it, but the rest of the world is. And you're familiar now, right Amber. 00:17:03 Speaker 3: Like you looked up. 00:17:04 Speaker 2: Yeah, No, Autumn. My sister is ups funny, is obsessed. That's like all she did when she was pregnant and when the baby was little. I'm like, what do you watch? She's like, oh, Mormon Wives. I'm like, oh, my God, I can't. This is so dumb. That was my reaction, okay, but people people are crazy about it, and people are really I think it was because I grew up Mormon and now it was too close to time. Yeah, and then they were like swinging, and it's like, what does it mean soft swinging. It's like you're either swinging or you're not. It's like soft porn is still porn in my opinion, Yeah, what like what's the fucking difference? Like, I guess soft swinging is where you're doing everything else maybe butt sex. I don't know you're doing butt sex, like no, no, no, no, no no no, and everything but everything except okay, everything except except Yeah. 00:17:58 Speaker 1: I mean the moment you put your hand on my man's dick we're fucking swinging or you're cheating, like, don't touch it, okay, it doesn't need to be inserted inside of you. 00:18:10 Speaker 3: Or fondled with. Yeah, yeah, the moment you fondle it, you're swinging. 00:18:16 Speaker 2: I think there's more people out there than we know who actually have this type of relationship. I've when I was on the dating apps and I would connect with someone, they would be like, oh, I just want to make sure you saw our description. 00:18:30 Speaker 1: Swingers, Like back in the day, if you had like an upside down pineapple, it meant like you're down to swing. 00:18:36 Speaker 2: There are a lot of people like that have open marriages, and maybe the dwars rate is less because you're just there's more communication and there's more openness. But specifically for me, I'm not okay. This is just I'm just saying it works for some people and other people it clearly doesn't. 00:18:54 Speaker 1: Most of the women who were swinging in this group are all divorced, So why is that considered swing. It's not swinging then if you're divorced. No, like they were together and now they're all divorced. I don't think I personally, of course, open communication. If you want to have an open marriage, go for it. I certainly don't think that just because you communicate that you're in an open relationship, that like your chances of breaking up our slimmer. I actually think it causes a lot of confusion. 00:19:26 Speaker 2: Well, yeah, because you eventually have this emotional connection with someone, and so it's like, wait a second, this is more than if you're just completely mute and you could just go and have sex with other people and not you know, feelings get involved, but that's very rare. The way that women are biologically set up is we have this attachment and that's you know, we've had these conversations on this podcast about sex and what it does with attaching to someone that you're you're with, and I think that's definitely what happened. If you're telling me all these people got divorced, and it completely makes sense. 00:19:58 Speaker 1: Yeah, most of them are fucking done with each other. So what I do know is that season one, the first episode, they're set to film this show and there's an incident that happens where Taylor Frankie Paul is arrested for domestic violence. So we've known this right, It's how the season opened, how the entire show premiered itself with video ring Cameron bodycam footage of this girl on something, whether it's alcohol or drugs, allegedly and they take her to jail. She has talked about this incident on many occasions. Now the video from her baby daddy Dakota has been released, and we see this girl clearly in a blind rage to the point where she's beating the shit out of him, but then continues to turn into the incredible hulk and slanging fucking furniture at this man while her daughter said, it's on the couch. Her daughter at the time is five years old. That is Ocean's age. Okay, So so much of this I think is getting lost and people are fixating on the fact that this video was from twenty twenty three and Dakota it was well thought out that he was going to drop this, and she's already discussed it before and apologized and done work. Her mom came out with something a few days ago, saying, the hardest part about this is that my daughter's having to relive this entire experience. Obviously, there's been a lot of heat that she's taken. Because it's one thing for this girl to sit on a fucking podcast and talk about it. It's quite another to actually watch the blind rage she was in. 00:21:46 Speaker 3: Right. 00:21:47 Speaker 1: Yeah, it's painful exactly, and a lot of people talking about you know, if this were a man, he would at some point be celebrated, like there wouldn't be much of a repercussion. This is where I think everyone's getting lost. It is not about the video that just dropped. You have to remember this, Taylor, Frankie Paul was on I think Good Morning America before this video dropped, talking to Taylor about the fact that production of Mormon Wives was put on pots. Something happened in the last two and a half weeks for production of the show she's on and apparently is a producer on for them to say, we're pumping the brakes, we're shutting down cameras. I was told the cast was not feeling safe. So something else happened. The twenty twenty three video that Dakota her baby daddy released, I feel like this was just like a little like I'm gonna slowly drop these things out here. Then the videos released from twenty twenty three, and they decided to pull the Bachelor. Now, let me tell you something, the Bachelorette pulling the show. I don't care one way or another. I think it's fucking wild that they even had her on. Yes, this girl who has multiple baby daddies. 00:23:12 Speaker 3: No judgment, by the way, no judgment here. 00:23:14 Speaker 1: I too have multiple baby daddies, one of. 00:23:16 Speaker 3: Which I don't even know. No fucking judgment here. 00:23:21 Speaker 2: So I watched the video yesterday. I was not able to finish it. There got there. There came a point I was on a walk and I literally started feeling ill when it escalated to a whole other level and I started hearing her daughter cry. It just I went I was like too much for me. But when she had to point out something when she has him in a choke hold, she is a little girl. He is a man, and he's just like allowing that. So that part was really confusing to me. I'm like, why is he You could tell that there was like why are you being abusive? Tailor? And like this little girl has this massive guy in a chokehold. That part I got really like, Okay, that's a little sus there's something weird there. 00:24:06 Speaker 3: Like he he's a piece of shit. 00:24:08 Speaker 1: Those two cameras down without him filming those two fucking go toes. 00:24:13 Speaker 2: Yeah yeah, Oh they're two very toxic people. And I when I seeing that video, I had so much compassion because I saw a human being like really unraveling in real time. And it just makes me so sick that the media continues to use situations like that just a profit off of I'm not condoning any of her behavior. It is fucking psychotic. What what happened, especially hurting a child. But there's two really sick people that really need to take a pause of all things reality, go check themselves in and go get right while like their poor children all heal because it was it was. It was horrifying to watch. There's no other word. I was like, I want to throw up. 00:25:00 Speaker 1: It was horrifying to watch. And I know that she is not proud, and I'm not saying that. Here's where reality loses me at times. Amber your life. The messier it is, the more people tune in, and it's almost rewarded. And then there's this fine line where it's like, you guys knew about this situation. You knew about it, and now that everyone else knows about it, you're gonna do something and push pause on Mormon Wives and take the Bachelorette off the air. This is the same situation that you guys put on television as I was being arrested. M hm. 00:25:50 Speaker 3: So it is a mind fuck. 00:25:51 Speaker 1: And I always say reality TV at times, you're doing the devil's work. 00:25:55 Speaker 2: No, I know we've had this conversation before. 00:25:58 Speaker 3: Listen. 00:25:58 Speaker 2: ABC is a massive network. You're telling me that no one knew this. I bet you someone is either getting fired or this is like some sick corrupt thing that they knew, and they were like, we're going to play into this. So it's like, and it's even worse if it's if it's the latter. But ABC new like they do background checks, they know what's up. They're not bringing on the Bachelor and representing like they're this wholesome family network to bring someone on who has felony charges, domestic abuse, child abuse charges, like, it's just crazy. 00:26:31 Speaker 1: This is a girl who clearly has experienced a tremendous amount of trauma and clearly has a problem, I believe with alcohol. I don't think someone gets to that blind rage without some sort of substance fueling the beast. 00:26:52 Speaker 2: I don't know I have. I'm gonna I'm gonna challenge you on that, but keep. 00:26:55 Speaker 1: Going their substance happening because watching that, I feel that there have been times where I have felt that blind rage. 00:27:04 Speaker 3: I have felt that blind rage. 00:27:07 Speaker 1: Intoxicated where you you disassociate and black out, and you know what, Thank God I didn't have a child at the time, because who the fuck knows. 00:27:16 Speaker 3: I you can sit there and place judgment and say, but the child was there. 00:27:19 Speaker 1: This woman was not herself, And I think it's a great, a great idea to fucking press pause, But to yank the Bachelorette altogether, I think was a stupid move. 00:27:32 Speaker 2: I don't think they will. I think it will come back on, do you But Amber? 00:27:37 Speaker 1: Everyone knows who won, and now I think they're dealing with three percussions of these contestants, being like I was banking on this, I don't know that. 00:27:47 Speaker 3: They'll air it. 00:27:49 Speaker 2: Huh. That's really interesting. So one of the things that I was going to challenge you on was I have seen enough television shows and read enough books and enough stories of women who are abused, and there comes a point when you're abused for so long you snap. And sometimes alcohol is not involved. Sometimes you just snap because you just have had enough abuse. And I'm not saying that, you know, she obviously was she intoxicated in this video? Was that confirmed? 00:28:24 Speaker 3: Yes? 00:28:25 Speaker 2: Okay, she was lit, So she was lit. Maybe she wouldn't have grabbed the chair, Maybe she would have been the fact that she didn't even flinch when her child started crying shows that there was something like psychologically beyond the point of like she had on tunnel vision. She was going for him right in whatever way. But I do have to say there are there are scenarios where there are badly and I actually met someone who ended up murdering her husband because she was abused so bad. And yeah, she feels bad about it, and she ended up getting off because of the abuse and didn't have to spend any time in jail. But it really just breaks my heart that relationships have to get to the point where it becomes so violent, right, it pushes you over the edge. And on top of mental health issues. Who knows what happened in her childhood. 00:29:23 Speaker 1: I don't know exactly what happened, but I know it seems as though her parents have been very hard on her, and she kind of followed the path of the Mormon Church and then obviously fell off a bit. And when I say fell off in the eyes of the church, she went rogue. And as you and I both know you, especially just from experience, when you take a different path that's not in alignment with that church, it's you have now embarrassed the family, and they somewhat disown you because they got to be right with the Lord. They can't condone the lifestyle that you've chosen. I think there was a lot of pressure I actually feel very, very terrible for her. However, at some point, especially when you have kids and the stakes are so high, that it is your job to take a step back and know that life is no longer about you, and we can sit here all day long and talk about She's already addressed it. There was another incident that happened within the last three weeks, right right, right right, and a cast member someone I think it was Doumois. There was a fan who wrote one of the cast members and said, why are you guys so upset about something you already knew about back in twenty twenty three? And the girl responds, something happened recently, so there has been no change. She hasn't tried. Now, if this girl this happened in twenty twenty three, you see this girl and she's like, I have I have been seeing a therapist. I've been sober for X amount of months years, Right, I think that this would all be forgiven. The problem is you're the same fucking person that is an issue, and I'm sick of this. Like, if this were a man, take that we're not talking about. If this were a man, we're not going to condone her behavior. Because if a man does it, he's president. We all know life's fucking unfair. Men get Tren very differently. I'm just as pissed off about it. It's just sad. 00:31:28 Speaker 2: Yeah. And guess what, Like, no one's picking sides, and I feel like when things get put out, you're forced to pick sides, you're forced to analyze. Everyone becomes a freaking expert in this video because they've watched a five minute clip. 00:31:41 Speaker 1: Well here we are talking about it because everyone else is talking about it because it's insane. 00:31:47 Speaker 3: It's giving scanned of all. 00:31:48 Speaker 1: When CNN had to cover it, and I'm sure the news people, you know, the anchors in the news are like like, are you really fucking serious? I have to cover this. They're like, people want to talk about it, talk about it. I'm like an anchor on CNN right. 00:32:02 Speaker 2: Now, you want to talk about that with new tits. In this segment, we're gonna be talking about my new boobs and the reality star that went ape. Shit. I guess I would. I have to put this disclaimer, like for people, if you are listening and you are a victim, man, woman, whatever, of domestic abuse, try not to let it get to this stage. Where you're chucking chairs, putting your children's life at risk. I mean, she could have seriously injured her child, like in a very bad way. There's resources, there's so many people that you can go to to get help. You don't have to stay stuck in a situation. I stayed in a very toxic, unhealthy marriage. I will be the first one to say that I was not well and I played a huge part by not leaving. I hurt my children because I didn't leave, and then ultimately I woke the fuck up one day and I said I'm leaving. It's time, like I needed an exit. And guess what. Life is so much better now for both of us, now that we're not in a marriage where our kids And it's hard, but sometimes your kids need to see two homes, two peaceful homes, instead of one home that is a complete and utter shit show. 00:33:32 Speaker 3: I fully agree with you. 00:33:34 Speaker 2: Sorry, I just went on a little ramp, but it really love like everything that you just said. I want to see Taylor get better. I want her and even her guide. These people need to go get help, and they clearly have the financial resources. They're making money on these shows. They're making money on the bachelor. They're making money on all these endorsements, Like take that money and do something good with it because they have little kids that are counting on them. 00:34:00 Speaker 1: I know you said that people go into a blind rage even without alcohol, and I do believe that. I don't think that everything is alcohol induced. I will say just from my own personal experience, the version of myself, and granted back when I was drinking, I had my last drink when I was twenty eight years old. 00:34:24 Speaker 3: I'm going to be thirty six this year. 00:34:26 Speaker 1: So also not only sobriety, but just time and maturity has happened. The moment that I took substances out of my life, the reaction from me was very different. I may have been pretty brutal with my words, okay, but I never felt that rage where I blacked out and was ready to go toes with you. And believe me, I know that feeling. I think if she were to take a step back and say today is the day that I am admitting that I have an issue with whatever it may be drinking, I don't know, and she gets rid of substances in her life, that girl is going to live a beautiful life. She clearly has star quality. People are eating this show up's. She has had so much opportunity handed to her because people are just so interested in her life, right, and it could be because her her life is a hot mess and when sorry, I'm not. And then when you bring kids into the mix, when you have that level of toxicity happening, your children do not stand a chance in this world. Easton read me something the other day where there was this girl, Janelle on teen Mom and she was a part of the very first cast and she had a son named Jace, and Janelle and the baby daddy were extremely toxic. There was drug use, domestic violence, and Janelle's mom had stepped in to raise Jace. Jace is now a teenager, and Janelle and her mother would go back and forth on custody and it would be like Janelle's got her act together, Jace. 00:36:35 Speaker 3: Canell live with the mom. 00:36:36 Speaker 1: Okay, she's lost her mind again, We're giving custody back to the grandma. They played a nine to one one call where the grandma calls and says, my grandson, Jace has been at his mom's house and he just showed up to my house losing his mind and held a gun. 00:36:54 Speaker 3: To his head. 00:36:55 Speaker 1: This is the shit that your children will face when you cannot get your fucking shit together. Had I not made the move to get sober seven and a half years ago, and I continued down that path and then had babies, my kids would be fucked period. You no longer have the luxury to do whatever you want and act however you want. The stakes are high when you look at the big picture. The press, they yanked the fucking Bachelorette, they put the show on pause. Who gives a shit? 00:37:34 Speaker 2: Agreed? Agreed. 00:37:35 Speaker 3: You're a mother. 00:37:36 Speaker 1: You're responsible for these children going out into the world and having productive relationships with people. 00:37:43 Speaker 2: Right, But you can't do that unless you're well, and she clearly has. She struggles with mental health addiction issues like the whole gamut. So she's not even herself, she's not even seeing clearly, and hopefully, hopefully this is her rock bottom. Right, we've talked about this, what are our rock problems? I pray I pray that this is her rock bottom for the sake of her children, because you and I both know you can come out the other side. 00:38:12 Speaker 1: Of course, we've sat in rooms with people where you've heard the most horrendous stories where you're like, how is this. 00:38:17 Speaker 3: This person standing? Yeah, Like my. 00:38:20 Speaker 1: Life was beautiful and I still decided to like pick up a numb. This person really was dealt to shitty hand, and look at what they've done with their life. 00:38:32 Speaker 3: It's incredible. 00:38:33 Speaker 1: So when you've been in rooms that we've been in and then you watch a situation like the Mormon wife, you want to have compassion, but you also want to shake them and say what the fuck is going on here? 00:38:45 Speaker 2: Of course, and hopefully that she has people around her doing that with love and compassion. You know, I don't know, but so much of this is going to continue to unfold, so there may be the need of a part two to catch up on what the heck because we're going to see a lot probably in the next coming weeks. And I know her her reps have come out and said she's actually putting something together to tell her side of the story, which is going to be really interesting to hear what she has to say. Oh and I bet that came with a hefty paycheck. Taylor would love to share her side of the story. 00:39:21 Speaker 1: She'll do it for a cool half a mill maybe more, oh half a mill, no way after taxes, she needs to say like one point five yeah, so she can cool out with a fresh MILLI yeah. 00:39:33 Speaker 3: I mean there's a. 00:39:34 Speaker 2: Lot of a lot of damages and who knows, maybe she's going to get sued by other people. Oh you know how many pending lawsuits she has. 00:39:41 Speaker 3: Allegedly who knows? 00:39:44 Speaker 1: Stay tuned, all right, I end to this episode. 00:39:48 Speaker 3: I don't know where I stand. 00:39:49 Speaker 1: By the way, still, I'm like, it's a very nuanced situation. 00:39:53 Speaker 2: I stand that she needs help and I pray for her. 00:39:56 Speaker 3: Amen. That's where I stand. 00:39:58 Speaker 1: To you, guys, thank you for listening to another episode of an Unlikely Affair. We're going to catch you next week. I love you, Amber, love you too. 00:40:05 Speaker 3: Bye bye.
