You guys are awesome. They are the best. Thank you guys. Speaking of things that are awesome, we just got done rewatching Taxi Taxe Taxey, Stella, could you tell us what was going on? At the beginning of this episode. Bluuie is in a taxi car because she is the driver and bandit runs over to the car and gets inside of it. But before he even tells Louie where he needs to go, he has to ask her some questions. I'm can I just check you won't break down or get lost or pick up another passenger? Will you? Oh? Good? Stella was blue in a real taxi? No, she just had a bunch of chairs set up and she was sitting in one that had like a fake wheel in front of it. They really used the furniture to make a scene there. I thought it was cool. A desk like you would have at school when we were young, Amanda. Where the thing flipped up was the hood of the car, yes, and the chairs, and then we see later in the back they have a basket that's the boot. Right cool, very clever. It was creative. Yes, we noticed first thing that it's raining, which just makes needing to hurry and find a taxi seem even more important. Amanda. Where is Bandit flying to? He is flying to Tasmania, Amanda. When we were young, where did we hear about Tasmania from Looney Tunes? Of course, the Tasmanian Devil. Yeah, the Tasmanian Devil. And I was quite disappointed to see what an actual Tasmanian devil looked like as opposed to the. Cartoon right, they do not look the same. No, anyway, even though Bandit had asked all these questions about getting there on time, Amanda, what happens immediately before. They can even get the car started to take off to the airport, Blue picks up one additional passenger, which Bandit was not happy about. But it was Bingo and she described herself as a lady, and she had a daughter named Millicent, and Milicent needed to get to her stumbly tastics class right away. Blue had to get out and put the stroller into the boot, which is where we see the basket they were using for that, and Bandit is already bent out of shape. And I can tell you from experience, I used to have jobs where I traveled all the time that people get frustrated, just like he was. The rich lady says, Millicent will not be late for this, and Bluue says, don't worry, it's probably on the way to the airport, Henry. What happens next? Blue says that she's going to use satinav. Oh, here we got it. Turns out sat Nav was actually just chili laying down the floor. But then anyways, after that, they start going and sat Nav tells them to churn left. Sat Nav actually doesn't know if it's a left turn. Then it says, actually I think it was a right I don't know. So then they keep on going and they get to a shop that sat Nav remembers. Millicent starts to get carsick right away. What does Bluey tell the rich lady? Blue says, don't let her throw up on my seats. Yeah, no, vomiting up in here. Sat Nav's having some trouble remembering how to get to places. You think that's really how satnav works For people who don't know. Sat Nav is like GPS is what we typically call it in the US. I've had issues with my GPS or Google Directions or whatever. I've had issues before, So I don't see why sat Nav can't, you know, have issues as well. Stella, do you remember what kind of shop was it that sat Nav thought it recognized? It was a kebab shop. I feel like you and I are on the same page with this. That a lot of the things we talk about and remember revolved around really good food we've had. That's probably true when. You and I have gone places, be like, remember it's right next to that one place with the really good chicken strips or whatever. But yeah, the kebab shop. Turns out she was wrong, and she tells them to get onto something else. What is it? She told them to get onto the roundabout and they just kept going in circles, just over and over, and they were all screaming and had their arms up in the air like they were on a roller coaster. Yeah, it looked like they were on a ride, for sure. Sat Nav remember something else being over there? What does she think it is? Stella? A dress shop? Yeah, that's right, a dress shop. Banda is getting frustrated with sat Nav. Sat Nav focus, Oh yes, sorry, but now the unthinkable happens, Amanda, What is it? Millicent's tummy is so upset from the car ride. Well, she kind of throws up. Yeah, this baby is vomiting all over me. Nay, he is naked and it's kind of on Bandit directly directly on them, poor guy. Sat Nav says, they're at Stumbley Tastics. You have arrived at Stumbley Tastis to the best of my. Knowmiche Finally, it wasn't Stumbley Tastics, Amanda. Where were they? They were at the zoo. And the reason why they were at the zoo was because sat Nav wanted to actually see the penguins, so she took them to the zoo. Now that they're there, the rich lady decides that she wants to see the penguins, and so does Blue, so they all get out of the taxi cab except for Bandit. When Blue gets out of the cab, we hear what sound a seat belt makes when you take it off. Henry, what's the sound? The sound was unclick? Yeah? Blue said it was unclick, which, okay, I get that, I'll take it. I got to ask Henry, would you want to go to the zoo and see the penguins? Yeah? Probably. Blue gets the stroller out of the back and gets back in the car. I was kind of surprised. I thought she's going to be gone for a long time and they are going to get to the airport. But now there's a new issue, Henry, what's up? The car won't start, so Blue calls the mechanic, and the mechanic says that they'll be there right away. When the mechanic got there, she told Blue dope in the bonnet of the. Car, what would we call the bonnet, Henry, the hood? That's right, the hood. I loved the way the mechanic talked, Henry. What did you notice about the way the mechanics. Spoke At the end of almost every sentence, especially on the phone called the mechanicals always. Say love, right, calling a person love? Yeah? I thought that was cute. I wonder who in their life they had heard do that. That made Bingo use that as her go to because kids go with what they know, right. It sounds like something one of their grandmas would say. Yeah. Well, the mechanic was pretty competent and managed to find the problem right away. Stella, what was it? She said that Bluey needed a new do dad. Of course, the do dad, So what do they do? She starts to replace a new dudad and Bandit asks her if it's going to take much longer, and then right after he asked that she gets done and the car is fixed. There was something so sweet about Bingo being the mechanic. I don't know why. It just really struck me as being adorable. And it also seemed like Bingo really did want to do a good job to get the car running. Yeah, she did do a really good job. She got there quickly, she figured out the problem, got Blue all set up, and off she can go. She seems so sweet about it, That's what I liked. Blue gets in and says, if we hurry, we can just make the flight. She starts to take off and immediately slams on the brakes. Aman, what's going on? We see Chili and Bingo are a couple of little old ladies that are crossing the street with their cane because they need to go get some sausages. So Blue had a slam on the brakes so she didn't run into them. Now hurry up, you old chucks, eh old people, let's go. Banda is so frustrated. He just wants to get there his pace since he's running very thin. We have a new problem though, Amanda, what is it? Now? They are out of gas, Blue cannot get the car started, and she says that they're out of petro. So Bandon decides that he has had it. He gets out of the taxi cab and he is just going to run for the airport. Yep, taking it on foot. But Henry, what is his problem? He cannot find the airport, so he's running around looking for Then he finally makes it there and there's Chili as the gate agent and she tells him that he's right on time. Yeah, he just barely made it. When she asked him for his boarding pass, I thought for sure he was not going to have it, but he did. But what did she notice, Henry? She noticed that he smelled a little stinky, and she asked him what was that smell and he said, oh, it's baby vomit. Yeah, no, Bigs. Do you remember what his seat was? His seat was for f He goes. Into their living room, which is set up as the plane, and I gotta tell you, the way they used their furniture for these things was so cool, Stella. How was it set up? The seats were like their couches and they had like pillows to split up like the rows of seats, and then for the windows they had paper plates that were corn in to look like. It was a window. Yeah, it was really good. Yeah it was Ben. It was the only passenger there, which surprised me considering he just barely made it on time. I thought it was cute that he went the whole distance too, like for me for Sea trying to find his seat. Stella, what happened right after he got sat down? The rich Lady and Millicent walk into the plane and sit right next to. Ben yep, right next to him. And I know a lot of people, if they were going to be stuck next to a little baby on a plane, would be pretty apprehensive about it. But something added to that potential apprehension. Amanda. What was the rich lady's concern? She was hoping that Millicent wouldn't get airsickness, which is just what Bandit needs. Yeah. Well, it seems like maybe everything's looking up, but there's yet another twist. Who is piloting the plane, Amanda? That would be Bluoie, our taxi driver. You would think that taxi driver would have known how to get to the airport. You would think so maybe it was a different person. Maybe doesn't necessarily have to be the same person. I guess that's true because the gay agent probably wasn't sat Nav. They were two different characters, yes, exactly. Yeah, and the rich lady probably wasn't also the mechanic, you know, I don't know. Maybe that's how she got rich. Maybe you do make a good point. Thank you for that. One of the things I love about what happens here is in this episode we've heard a lot of bandits expletives's great, Oh biscuits, Henry. What happens Milicent throws up on him? And that was the episode? Henry. Did we miss anything? Nope, I don't think so. Well, you know what it's time for. Did we learn anything today? Could anyone tell us what did you learn today? In my opinion, I don't really think there's anything to learn in this episode. I don't know, Mom, did you learn anything? I don't think there was really anything like a lesson to learn. I didn't learn anything, saying it was just a super super cute and fun episode. I agree with Mom and Henry. I don't really think there was a lesson to this episode. I agree. I think that they were just having a ton of fun here. If there was a lesson, it's just everybody play together. Watching the whole family play is pretty sweet, and I think that's something that we always had fun doing as a family, the four of us playing these silly games and letting each other come up with characters and scenarios as we went. If I had to make a lesson lesson out of this, it would be that if you're traveling, you should probably plan ahead a little bit better so that you're not cutting it so close. And maybe if you see Bluie driving a cab, just let that one go by. Get a different one. Yeah, absolutely, wait for the next one. Something I observed in this and learned, I guess, is that going all in on the games makes it more fun. It'd be easy to feel reserved and like, oh, I don't want to seem like a dork, but bandit running through the house trying to find the airport and looking for the seats and doing all the stuff. Yeah, was entertaining for us, But imagine how entertaining that was for his kids. Yes, absolutely, and for him to just go all in with complete abandon and have a good time in the moment. I think that's a real takeaway because I know for me, I a lot of times would feel self conscious about doing certain things. Like we talked about in the last episode where at the bus stop the other adults are there and a bandit seemed kind of apprehensive about playing this game in front of them, but still goes ahead and asks if anybody else wants to take that bus. He goes ahead and jumps all in and ends up having a blast and probably making some memories for those girls they'll never ever forget. That's the one thing about this family. They all have great imaginations. And just like Stella described the airport, how they use the furniture and the cushions to separate things. And I don't know if you guys know, is it looked like lights on the floor too. Oh yeah, like in between on a rug. But just they have such fun imaginations. It's just so creative with their play and it's just it's super sweet to watch. Does anybody have any parting thoughts about the episode? I thought this episode was really cute. I like being able to see all of them like kind of use their creativity to be able to make like a storyline, like just while they are playing you know, I thought that was I thought that was cute. One thing I have to say about this episode is that I kind of feel bad for Bandit because he really needs to make it to the flight. Then a baby throws up on him, Then he has to wait a long time, and then he has to get out the taxi, run all the way to the airport, and then a baby throws up on him. Again, the same baby. What are the chances? What are the chances of that? I had a lot of fun with This episode is such a great one, and it took me back to when these kids were little and we would play and use our imaginations with them. This is one of those episodes where it just blesses my soul. I guess I don't know. Bingo's so cute as the mechanic and as the rich lady. Chili's got this sweetness about her as the sat nav, almost like I wish that I had friends beat Booth, that kind of thing. Bluie is so full of spunk. She just is not afraid to have this attitude when they play, and Bandit always being the comic relief of sorts. He's the guy that all the stuff happens to and he takes it in stride and like helps move it forward and leans into it. The baby getting sick on him, and he's like, oh darn, what are you gonna do instead of being like, we're not playing that anymore. So good on him. It's so fun to see him. I love seeing their family dynamic, and I love that they can come up with these things to do when it's raining outside and they can't go out. They just have a big old adventure. Of course, they have this ginormous house to run around in that probably doesn't hurt things any but it is super sweet. Yeah, I love their house, how big it is. Well, guys, we think Bluie is awesome. And speaking of things that we think are awesome, Henry, what should we do next? The howl outs. Okay, listen, everyone has to clap and go whoa yet? All right? That's awesome? Got it? Yay? We have the best fans. We are so so thankful for you, guys, with the comments, the five star reviews, the emails, the voice messages. It means so much to hear from you, guys. We are just so thankful for everybody that listens to the show. And we're just so happy that you love it. Let's take a look at the comments on Spotify. We heard from Charlotte, who's from the Czech Republic. Hi Charlotte, Hi Charlotte. We heard from Hannah, Gabriella, Dude too, Hope Luigi. We heard from Grace, her mom, her sister Rose, and her friend Florence. They're from Portsmouth, England. Hi everybody. We heard from Sage. Somebody who's used her name is Jaymead twelve, Jillian, our friend Otter, Emma, Shannon and Summer. We got some emails. We heard from Moonbriyon, Lachlan Quinn, whose favorite minisode is Muffin Unboxing. That's probably everybody's favorite minisode. It's so funny, it is really good. Yeah, that's one of my favorite Blue episodes in general. That's pretty impressive if a short, little minisode comes in as one of your top top episodes. And we also got a voice message from our friend Brendan. Greetings dinner with the Healers. This is your friend Brendan speaking to you once again. So I have another Blue moment to share with you, this time for the Bluey video game. What's the matter, Bluey? You've been quiet since the creek. It's just we wasted all holiday looking for treasure and there wasn't even actual treasure, just an old toy. I'm sorry, kid. This is the worst holidays ever. Sometimes real treasure isn't shiny of gold. It's just special because the memory is connected to it. You know something, Bandit, That is a very good solid point that not all treasures are shinier gold. It's just special with the memories connected. Yeah. I totally agree with you there. So before I go, I'm really glad that you think I'm awesome. I really do appreciate that. Thank you so much. Dinner with the Healers, and I think you're awesome too. All right, I will talk to you again next time. See ya. Oh Brendan, we love getting the messages from you. Thank you for sending us this one. You are awesome And I just want to say I haven't had the chance to play the Bluey video game yet Eric and Henry have, but I like the clip that you shared with us, and I absolutely agree with you as well that treasure isn't always gold or silver or something shiny like Bandit said, it's making memories with those we. Love and that's something we were just talking about in this episode we watched too, how these sorts of games, those are just the things that are going to go in those girls' memories forever. And I know from when I was little, those are the things I really look back on in treasure. Yeah, absolutely, Henry. We had a good time playing the Blue video game, didn't we. Yeah, we did. We should check that out because there have been updates since we played at the last time. Yeah, I think we should check it out well. And for you guys at home, if you haven't had a chance to play that game, it really is very sweet. It's story driven, and it's really touching. It doesn't require a big time commitment, and all I can say is that we had a lot of fun with it, and we're betting that you would too. Brendan, thanks for saying we're awesome. You have been such a friend to the podcast and your messages and your support. It just means so much to us. You've been so kind. Do you absolutely have been, Brendan, Thank you so much. We have been on a lucky streak with Apple podcasts lately. The podcaster or website seems like it's working fairly reliably. However, I do want to point out that some reviews that for sure weren't there when I looked last week have a date that are older than the ones I saw last week that now just popped up for me to read. Dear app if you could explain to me how this works, I would love to know. But we found out our friend Yaffa just had a birthday. Happy birthday, Yaffa. Happy birthday, Yafa, Happy birthday, Happy birthday, Yafa. We hope you had a great day. We got an awesome review from jam eight thousand from Scorpions. Super great review. Thank you so much. In my head I was imagined that was the band, the Scorpions, but probably not, probably not, but thank you regardless. We got a review from bruh bro Oh no, I am a lama asks about a Hammer Barn episode. We did that, right, Yeah, we sure did. Yeah, be sure to find that. We will get to it during our rewatches, though I can't remember. I think is that in season two, Henry. Yep, I think it is in season two. We got a review from somebody who's user name is Katlovecat dot concast and they said more Henry, thank you very much. And we got a review from someone whose user name starts with I like and you know what. We like that you like the podcast. Thank you guys so much for the awesome reviews. Seriously, it means so much to us and it helps people find the. Show absolutely keep them coming. Thank you guys so much. We do this show for you, guys, the fans, and your support means the world to us. And until next time, we are out of here. Bye guys, bye bye. Once again,
