<v Speaker 1>What started as simple camping trips with their family quickly
<v Speaker 1>turned into something far more disturbing. Tammy describes being out
<v Speaker 1>in a conservation area with her son when they began
<v Speaker 1>hearing movement all around them, something circling staying just out
<v Speaker 1>of sight. Then came the low growls, followed by what
<v Speaker 1>her sun noticed first, red lights hovering about five feet
<v Speaker 1>off the ground watching them. But that was just the beginning.
<v Speaker 1>That's all I'm gonna say for now in the intro,

<v Speaker 1>It's an absolute pleasure to have you on the show, Tammy.
<v Speaker 1>If you would tell me a little bit about your
<v Speaker 1>where you're from and your experiences from the very beginning, please.
<v Speaker 2>Okay, I am from the Lake of the Ozarts area.
<v Speaker 2>I've been here most of my life. I moved away
<v Speaker 2>for ten years, but inevitably you always come home. I've
<v Speaker 2>had several different experiences with apparitions and strange noises, but
<v Speaker 2>the creepiest is the I believe it's a dog man
<v Speaker 2>or phantom dog man. The first one was roughly ninety
<v Speaker 2>three ninety four, and I was in a local conservation
<v Speaker 2>area where you could camp, and it was just me
<v Speaker 2>and my oldest son and he was, you know, seven
<v Speaker 2>eight years old, and it was real close to Mother's Day,
<v Speaker 2>so I mean it was a little cool, but it
<v Speaker 2>was still really nice. And we'd planned on camping for
<v Speaker 2>a couple of days, just him and I, and one
<v Speaker 2>afternoon we had set up not in our normal spot
<v Speaker 2>because our normal spot was full, so we were in
<v Speaker 2>a new area to us. I mean, you know, not
<v Speaker 2>very far, but plus the water was really high, so
<v Speaker 2>we didn't want to be that close to the water,
<v Speaker 2>and we decided we were going to go for a walk.
<v Speaker 2>While we were walking, it just all of a sudden,
<v Speaker 2>it just seemed like there was noises all around us.
<v Speaker 2>He started actually getting a little freaked out. I guess,
<v Speaker 2>you know, he kept hearing these noises. We couldn't see
<v Speaker 2>any squirrels, the birds weren't chirping for some reason anymore,
<v Speaker 2>and then we started hearing like low grouse and we
<v Speaker 2>decided we needed to get off this trail and go
<v Speaker 2>back to the camp and just spend the day. The
<v Speaker 2>rest of the day at the camp, but the whole
<v Speaker 2>day just seemed almost like we were being watched, even
<v Speaker 2>though we weren't. We were the only ones in this area,
<v Speaker 2>and by the time evening came, I was a cub
<v Speaker 2>Scout leader and he was a cub scout, so we
<v Speaker 2>were always prepared, but jif there was just something uneasy
<v Speaker 2>about the whole thing. We ended up sleeping in the
<v Speaker 2>car and all night it just seemed like there was
<v Speaker 2>something that we couldn't see running around the car noises.
<v Speaker 2>We thought maybe it was raccoon or something, but he
<v Speaker 2>said he had looked out and he thought he seen
<v Speaker 2>like a dirt bike tail lights or something. And when
<v Speaker 2>I looked out, they were probably four or five foot
<v Speaker 2>in the air, so I knew there was no way
<v Speaker 2>that it was a dirt bike. And this is before
<v Speaker 2>they had drones too, So we just kind of covered
<v Speaker 2>up and spent the night in the car, didn't get
<v Speaker 2>out for the fire or anything until the next morning.
<v Speaker 2>And the next morning my son was not feeling well,
<v Speaker 2>so we had to pack up and we left. And
<v Speaker 2>I really did not take that experience into consideration until
<v Speaker 2>years later, myself, my daughter, and my seven year old
<v Speaker 2>niece went camping down at my brother's place. They were
<v Speaker 2>new to the area, well he wasn't, but she was.
<v Speaker 2>They'd moved from the city. She'd never been camping, so
<v Speaker 2>I thought, well, we'll just take her camping, and she
<v Speaker 2>was really looking forward to it. We were all set up,
<v Speaker 2>had everything. Camp was good, and right about nightfall, I
<v Speaker 2>had my dog with me, which was a little Chihuahua.
<v Speaker 2>She could be fierce, like chiuahas can be. All of
<v Speaker 2>a sudden started belly growling and I could not figure out.
<v Speaker 2>We didn't hear anything. We didn't hear anything around us,
<v Speaker 2>We couldn't see anything. I started looking around, and then
<v Speaker 2>the next thing I know that we are surrounded by
<v Speaker 2>these black looking dogs. I've got the dog in my
<v Speaker 2>dog in one arm, and she literally, and she'd never
<v Speaker 2>done it before, pete down my side. She was so terrified.
<v Speaker 2>My seven year old niece, if she could have climbed
<v Speaker 2>into my back pocket, she would have. And my daughter,
<v Speaker 2>who was about sixteen seventeen years old, who never panics,
<v Speaker 2>was in an absolute panic. She went to grab her
<v Speaker 2>medicine out of the tent, and when she shined the light,
<v Speaker 2>we could see the shadows of these dogs behind the
<v Speaker 2>tent too. And that was the first time out of
<v Speaker 2>a lot of years of camping, I actually did not
<v Speaker 2>care if I left that fire going, which I've never
<v Speaker 2>done that that you just don't do that. I had
<v Speaker 2>to shoot a dog to get into the car. To
<v Speaker 2>get us into the car, I kicked my coffee pot
<v Speaker 2>over onto the fire and hoped for the best. With that,
<v Speaker 2>we managed to get into the car, went up to
<v Speaker 2>my brothers, which by crowfly, you know, maybe five hundred yards,
<v Speaker 2>but we had to go out the little dirt path
<v Speaker 2>and then back up the hill, and looking in the
<v Speaker 2>rear view mirrors. In the mirror, there were like a
<v Speaker 2>pack of these red eyed dogs coming at us, and
<v Speaker 2>I just thought maybe I was losing my mind. I'd
<v Speaker 2>never seen anything like that. We get up to my
<v Speaker 2>brothers and I slam it in the park and we
<v Speaker 2>just start running for the house. And I see these
<v Speaker 2>things and they weren't I mean, they looked like dogs,
<v Speaker 2>but they weren't dogs. There was something different about them.
<v Speaker 2>They almost looked like a mixed breed of like wolf
<v Speaker 2>and maybe a Rottweiler or German shepherd. So and of
<v Speaker 2>course my niece goes in the house just screaming, and
<v Speaker 2>I'm trying to explain to my sister in law what
<v Speaker 2>is going on. She tries to get hold of my brother.
<v Speaker 2>He's trying to get home, and he's like forty five
<v Speaker 2>fifty miles away. Their transmission went out in the truck,
<v Speaker 2>so he's broke down on the side of the road.
<v Speaker 2>These things are in the yard, so we go out
<v Speaker 2>and we actually start shooting them. We shot at him.
<v Speaker 2>I know, I hit two of these dogs, and the
<v Speaker 2>one shooting now is myself, my youngest son, who's in
<v Speaker 2>his late twenties, and my sister in law, and I mean,
<v Speaker 2>we're just shooting at these dogs, trying to defend the house.
<v Speaker 2>If anything. I've got my grandson in the house, my niece,
<v Speaker 2>you know. And after a while it quite quiteted down
<v Speaker 2>and they just went away. My son decided to go
<v Speaker 2>out in the yard, and we've seen one of them
<v Speaker 2>go under the street light, you know. I mean we're
<v Speaker 2>down the gravel road, but we've got this dusk to
<v Speaker 2>dawn out there, and this thing runs under the light
<v Speaker 2>and I can see through this dog, and I'm really
<v Speaker 2>considering my mental health at this time, you know, I'm
<v Speaker 2>thinking maybe I've lost it, and we should have used
<v Speaker 2>our phones and took pictures, but we were too terrified
<v Speaker 2>to go back outside. The next morning, when my brother
<v Speaker 2>and oldest son finally make it home, they had to
<v Speaker 2>pay dearly for a tow truck. They went down to
<v Speaker 2>the camp and there was no dead dog down there.
<v Speaker 2>And I know I shot that dog the but it
<v Speaker 2>was gone. And there was no dead dogs in the yard.
<v Speaker 2>And we know we shot at least two of them
<v Speaker 2>up there. And when he asked me to describe them,
<v Speaker 2>I told him, I said, I don't know what to think.
<v Speaker 2>The best way I can describe them is a phantom.
<v Speaker 2>He was there and then he was gone. You know,
<v Speaker 2>you could see his eyes, you could see his teeth,
<v Speaker 2>and it just it was terrifying. The third time it happened,
<v Speaker 2>you know, I mean that one left a real fear
<v Speaker 2>in me. I had a hard time camping ever after
<v Speaker 2>that because I used to camp almost every weekend with
<v Speaker 2>my kids. It was the cheapest vacation and you know,
<v Speaker 2>we just we love doing it. The last time that
<v Speaker 2>it happened, me and my daughter had gone down to
<v Speaker 2>this campsite where me and my son had and I
<v Speaker 2>really hadn't remembered what happened down there with me and
<v Speaker 2>my son, and we get down there and we're intent
<v Speaker 2>just enjoying nature, just enjoying being outside. I love being outside.
<v Speaker 2>Used to be an avid hunter. But we get out
<v Speaker 2>there and about ten ten thirty, we decided to call
<v Speaker 2>it a night, you know, just check on fire, make
<v Speaker 2>sure it's good, get laid down. We have neighbors in there,
<v Speaker 2>and at some of the campsites. In this one family,
<v Speaker 2>they had this big rotweiler and he was a beautiful
<v Speaker 2>dog and he was so friendly. Well, about midnight we
<v Speaker 2>got woke up because this rottweiler is just going insane
<v Speaker 2>and just barking, carrying on. This guy's yelling at him
<v Speaker 2>to stop, be quiet, you know, and we come up
<v Speaker 2>out of the tent and of course, you know, I've
<v Speaker 2>got my weapon, and I can't see anything that this
<v Speaker 2>dog is barking at, and he's actually directing his bark
<v Speaker 2>somewhat towards my camping area. So I'm thinking something, you know,
<v Speaker 2>a coon or something has got into the back of
<v Speaker 2>my truck or something. And the guy is apologizing profusely
<v Speaker 2>and says that his dog doesn't act like this. Well,
<v Speaker 2>the dog actually broke his collar or lead or something,
<v Speaker 2>so now he's free, and he just flat takes off
<v Speaker 2>and barking unbelievably. And the next thing that I hear
<v Speaker 2>is this dog and something is it's like they're going
<v Speaker 2>at it, but this rottweiler sounds like he's regretting going
<v Speaker 2>in there, and whatever is after him is just noises
<v Speaker 2>like I've never heard before. It's just almost demonic sounds
<v Speaker 2>that just it's what nightmares are made of. And that
<v Speaker 2>poor rottweiler he made it out, but it sounded like
<v Speaker 2>whatever was after him was gonna was going to eat him.
<v Speaker 2>About four o'clock in the morning, this guy, after chasing
<v Speaker 2>the dog into the woods, he gets back out of
<v Speaker 2>the woods about four o'clock, which which kind of wakes
<v Speaker 2>us up a little bit because their lights come back
<v Speaker 2>on and everything, and the wife is like, oh my god,
<v Speaker 2>you know. And by six o'clock they were packed and
<v Speaker 2>leaving and apologizing. And I asked him, I said, is
<v Speaker 2>your dog okay? You know, I was concerned about this
<v Speaker 2>rottweiler and he said, well, he doesn't seem hurt physically,
<v Speaker 2>but something's wrong. And I said, oh, okay, you know,
<v Speaker 2>and they left, and it seemed like everybody around us
<v Speaker 2>that was there in that camping area just they left.
<v Speaker 2>You know, everybody got so freaked out. I mean, the
<v Speaker 2>sounds that came out of the woods that night, I'd
<v Speaker 2>never heard it in my life. It was enough to
<v Speaker 2>really make you can consider whether or not you want
<v Speaker 2>to ever go in the woods again, you know. And
<v Speaker 2>it wasn't until after a while that I put those
<v Speaker 2>three together thinking, you know, I don't know if one
<v Speaker 2>is related to the other or not. I know, when
<v Speaker 2>I was fourteen, I was mauled by a dog, and I,
<v Speaker 2>you know, after watching your show and a couple other shows,
<v Speaker 2>I have to wonder, is there something out there that
<v Speaker 2>really knows my fear and using that? You know, what,
<v Speaker 2>why is it always dogs that come after me? You know,
<v Speaker 2>I just I don't understand, and I try to find
<v Speaker 2>other people that have ever seen like a dog man.
<v Speaker 2>I did see something that I thought was a dog
<v Speaker 2>man one time, but I wasn't quite awake, so I
<v Speaker 2>don't know if what I saw was actually my imagination
<v Speaker 2>or if it was actually in reality standing there in
<v Speaker 2>front of me. You know. It's one of those things.
<v Speaker 2>I heard something outside. I thought it was, you know,
<v Speaker 2>a cat or something, and I stepped out and there's
<v Speaker 2>this giant, hairless gray dog that just stands up, looks
<v Speaker 2>at me and growls, and I mean he stood up
<v Speaker 2>on two legs, so and I mean it was terrifying.
<v Speaker 2>This thing had to be seven foot tall and it looked,
<v Speaker 2>you know, kind of like a werewolf thing. And I
<v Speaker 2>literally almost broke my nose trying to get back in
<v Speaker 2>the house. So I don't know if it's all related
<v Speaker 2>or not. I just know that I have a very
<v Speaker 2>healthy fear for dogs, even even though I have very
<v Speaker 2>large dogs, and I've had very large dogs. Now I
<v Speaker 2>have little chuahas. But I still I have to wonder
<v Speaker 2>if these fans to them dogs are part of like
<v Speaker 2>dog Man's circle or something, and they just they like
<v Speaker 2>popping in every once in a while and terrifying me.
<v Speaker 1>Yeah, that is really creepy. I mean, you were camping
<v Speaker 1>and you were surrounded by these dogs, and what really
<v Speaker 1>stood out to you, Like what what really stood out
<v Speaker 1>to you.
<v Speaker 3>The most.
<v Speaker 2>Actually the fact that even though these things were like shadows,
<v Speaker 2>you know, like a real thick shadow, like I guess
<v Speaker 2>what you would call the shadow man if you've ever
<v Speaker 2>seen like a shadow man or something. These things were
<v Speaker 2>like thick shadows, but dogs like wolves with teeth, and
<v Speaker 2>you could almost feel the heat off their breath even
<v Speaker 2>though they're like ten fifteen foot away from you. You
<v Speaker 2>can just you can feel, you know, you just feel it,
<v Speaker 2>you know, you feel their anger, their aggression and that
<v Speaker 2>hot breath, and it just I think that is what
<v Speaker 2>terrified me the most, is because I could see through
<v Speaker 2>them that their teeth were white and their eyes were
<v Speaker 2>red at but there was nothing else to them other
<v Speaker 2>than like a shadow. And it just they moved. You
<v Speaker 2>could hear them, you know, you could hear them stepping
<v Speaker 2>on the ground. Once I seen them, you could hear them.
<v Speaker 2>I didn't hear them coming up on that camp, you know,
<v Speaker 2>either one of those camps. I did not hear them
<v Speaker 2>coming up there. But once you heard them or seeing them,
<v Speaker 2>you could hear them walking. And you're talking about these
<v Speaker 2>things were massive. Their paws were probably the size of
<v Speaker 2>a decent turtle shell, you know, a turtle. I'm trying
<v Speaker 2>to think of something that would describe how big they were.
<v Speaker 2>If it were a full bodied dog, you could say
<v Speaker 2>that they were a good timber wolf size. That's, you know,
<v Speaker 2>the best way I can describe them. But they were
<v Speaker 2>a thick shadow minus the eyes and those teeth. And
<v Speaker 2>I mean you could see that this Their mouths were
<v Speaker 2>like not foaming, but they weren't. They weren't the same
<v Speaker 2>shadow as the rest of the dog.
<v Speaker 1>Yeah, that is really creepy. And can you describe what
<v Speaker 1>they look like again?
<v Speaker 2>They looked like what you would think like a timber wolf,
<v Speaker 2>you know, the hair. And now some of them when
<v Speaker 2>we seen them up in the yard, you know, when
<v Speaker 2>they'd followed me up from the camp, I was thinking
<v Speaker 2>like rottweiler and German shepherd, you know, because they were massive,
<v Speaker 2>and some seemed like they had a slick coat and
<v Speaker 2>some seemed like they were, you know, shaggy coated, and
<v Speaker 2>they were just very muscular. Even though they were shadows,
<v Speaker 2>they were defined. You could see their shapes. You could
<v Speaker 2>see you know, like a I don't know about a
<v Speaker 2>muscle tone, but you could see a move like it
<v Speaker 2>had a real body. And when when that one went
<v Speaker 2>under the light and I could see through it, I
<v Speaker 2>just it just kind of sunk in that, you know,
<v Speaker 2>My my reality just got altered.
<v Speaker 1>Yeah, so it was like translucent, like you could see
<v Speaker 1>through it.
<v Speaker 2>Yeah, if if it was if there was any kind
<v Speaker 2>of light behind it. I actually had a cartoon scare
<v Speaker 2>the crap out of me because it reminded me of
<v Speaker 2>those dogs. And I know this is gonna sound silly,
<v Speaker 2>but if you had ever seen the uh atlantis too,
<v Speaker 2>and those those those spirit dogs or something that we're
<v Speaker 2>trying to protect our facts. That's kind of what they
<v Speaker 2>reminded me of. And it it kind of creeped me out.
<v Speaker 2>You know. When I seen that cartoon, I was like, oh, great,
<v Speaker 2>now I've got cartoons spooking me. Yeah. But after I
<v Speaker 2>talked to my brother about it, he told me. He says, well,
<v Speaker 2>I was wondering when you'd realize you're an impath. You
<v Speaker 2>know that I see things that most people don't, and
<v Speaker 2>you know, I I guess I do. I've seen apparitions,
<v Speaker 2>and I've seen these dogs, he said. Most people just
<v Speaker 2>hear these dogs, they don't actually get to see them.
<v Speaker 2>I'd almost rather not see them.
<v Speaker 1>Yeah, and it makes sense. Like you mentioned, it was
<v Speaker 1>like a shadow person, except a canine, so they were
<v Speaker 1>definitely like entities.
<v Speaker 2>Yeah, I have to wonder if I actually did see
<v Speaker 2>that other dog man, you know, a real dog man.
<v Speaker 2>That was between the first time and the second time,
<v Speaker 2>but the second time was real close to when that happened.
<v Speaker 2>The property where the one where I see them is,
<v Speaker 2>I probably have two three hundred arrowheads, so we know
<v Speaker 2>there is a lot of Native American activity in this area,
<v Speaker 2>and we know there was a lot of people that
<v Speaker 2>came out here and just disrespectfully collected artifacts. So you know,
<v Speaker 2>I have to wonder if that has something to do
<v Speaker 2>with it.
<v Speaker 1>Yeah, it very well could be. Have you ever heard
<v Speaker 1>of a hellhound?
<v Speaker 2>Yeah, I've heard of a hellhound, And like I said,
<v Speaker 2>these phantoms, I don't know if it's dog man related.
<v Speaker 2>I don't know if they are hellhounds. I really I
<v Speaker 2>don't have I've not spoke to anybody that I can
<v Speaker 2>compare with that I can say, Okay, this this is
<v Speaker 2>what I saw? Is it? Do we definitely know? You
<v Speaker 2>know what a hell hound versus a dog man is.
<v Speaker 1>The hellhounds are typically on all fours to where a
<v Speaker 1>dog man can stand up on its hind legs. I've
<v Speaker 1>seen a hellhound before and it looked like, I don't know,
<v Speaker 1>a mix between a German shepherd, a blue pit bull.
<v Speaker 3>And a shoot a hyena.
<v Speaker 1>And it had really short hair all around its body,
<v Speaker 1>and it was kind of like a like a gray
<v Speaker 1>pitbull color like that grayish blue color, really short hair,
<v Speaker 1>but around its neck it had a main like really
<v Speaker 1>long hair around its neck like a lion, and it
<v Speaker 1>was definitely bulky and it was huge.
<v Speaker 2>That's that sounds almost like what I seen. I mean,
<v Speaker 2>like I said, some of them look like they were,
<v Speaker 2>you know, the slick hair like a rot wild, But
<v Speaker 2>I mean they were built. Every one of them was built.
<v Speaker 2>So and maybe the one creature that I saw stand
<v Speaker 2>up because it was it went well, I don't think
<v Speaker 2>I seen it on all fours. It just stood up
<v Speaker 2>in front of me off the deck. And that one
<v Speaker 2>still gives me nightmares. That one anything gives me nine nerds.
<v Speaker 1>Yeah, that's that's not normal, and it definitely freaked me out.
<v Speaker 1>It reminds me of like the mythical three headed dog
<v Speaker 1>that guards the gates of Hades and Greek mythology, and
<v Speaker 1>that one's a three headed dog, but you saw three dogs,
<v Speaker 1>So it kind of reminded me of that. And I
<v Speaker 1>mean the fact that they were kind of supernatural. They're translucent,
<v Speaker 1>almost like shadow people, except an animal. It makes me
<v Speaker 1>wonder what the Greeks were talking about.
<v Speaker 2>Right. Well, see, in the first incident, we didn't actually
<v Speaker 2>see them. All I seen when I looked out the
<v Speaker 2>window was these eyes that my son saw. He was
<v Speaker 2>thinking it was like a motorcycle or something, tail lights
<v Speaker 2>or something, so.
<v Speaker 3>It could have been like red glowing eyes.
<v Speaker 2>That's that's what I was thinking, you know, I mean it.
<v Speaker 2>I didn't want to scare him. He was seven, eight
<v Speaker 2>years old, you know, and he's not a little chicken.
<v Speaker 2>He and up being a marine. So and he still
<v Speaker 2>says that, you know, dog's in the dark. Uh spook him.
<v Speaker 1>Yeah, Well, what a perfect job for for such an experience.
<v Speaker 3>Now he's a devil dog.
<v Speaker 2>Uh well, unfortunately he's a disabled vet now, but once
<v Speaker 2>a marine, a marine, but yeah, he uh he said that. Actually,
<v Speaker 2>still kinds of it kind of spooks him every once
<v Speaker 2>in a while if he thinks about it, because it
<v Speaker 2>didn't make sense. It was it was so illogical that
<v Speaker 2>it didn't make sense. And you know he was trying
<v Speaker 2>to be brave and protect mom. But all he wanted
<v Speaker 2>to do, he said, was throw the blankets over his
<v Speaker 2>head and forget he was there, you know. And the
<v Speaker 2>morning he was so sick, I mean, not not made up.
<v Speaker 2>Hey I don't feel good, you know, I'm scared. Let's
<v Speaker 2>go home. He was throwing up, he was, you know, cold, sweating,
<v Speaker 2>and I thought, man, that's just crazy. And I think
<v Speaker 2>he is only camped down there once or twice since
<v Speaker 2>down at this little state park. I from incidences that
<v Speaker 2>have happened down at that little state park, I don't
<v Speaker 2>camp there anymore.
<v Speaker 3>Yeah, I don't blame you there.
<v Speaker 1>You know, there's new information coming out about Lake the Ozarks,
<v Speaker 1>and they actually created the lake to hide a bunch
<v Speaker 1>of ancient advanced civilizations. They found huge giant skeletons and

<v Speaker 2>had my dog in one hand and my niece trying
<v Speaker 2>to crawl into my back pocket and a gun, you know,
<v Speaker 2>and trying to get us to the car. I know
<v Speaker 2>he was laying there, and my brother said there was
<v Speaker 2>no blood or nothing down there. They had to go
<v Speaker 2>down and break my camp down for me. I could
<v Speaker 2>not do it. I could not go down there. I
<v Speaker 2>was so shook up. The the dog that was shot
<v Speaker 2>up by the road. They've got a circle drive, and
<v Speaker 2>the dog that was shot in the in the middle.

<v Speaker 2>by morning it was gone, and we thought, well, maybe
<v Speaker 2>these other dogs, you know, took it. You know, maybe
<v Speaker 2>they're just wild dogs. We assumed they were wild dogs

<v Speaker 2>that dog. And then he was like, they were phantoms,

<v Speaker 2>red eyes, and their teeth were huge, and he was
<v Speaker 2>growling and he was spitting all over the place. Yeah,

<v Speaker 2>this day. When I told them that I was going
<v Speaker 2>to tell you about what had happened, she all but
<v Speaker 2>went pale. I was like, do you remember that? And
<v Speaker 2>she goes, I will never forget that for the rest
<v Speaker 2>of my life. She said, these shadow dogs were trying
<v Speaker 2>to kill us.

<v Speaker 1>lit up with the car beams. And I don't even
<v Speaker 1>know if an ostrich can run at night time, but
<v Speaker 1>that's what I saw. There had been one that got
<v Speaker 1>loose from a farm, but I still thought it was weird.

<v Speaker 1>called the Saline State Park. I think it's in Tascumbia
<v Speaker 1>County or Tiscumbia. He's got these huge fences and I
<v Speaker 1>heard he has like African wildlife in there.
<v Speaker 2>Something down in Saline Valley. There's also a conservation area
<v Speaker 2>down there. And my brother, the one that were neighbors,
<v Speaker 2>and my two sons went down there to go deer hunting.

<v Speaker 2>wildlife down there that people don't talk about.

<v Speaker 2>what you would picture the devil himself. I mean that
<v Speaker 2>sound was just terrible, you know. And then on top
<v Speaker 2>of it, you've got this rottweiler just almost screaming for
<v Speaker 2>his life. I'd never heard of rottweiler sound like that before.
<v Speaker 2>The minute what they met each other or confronted each other,
<v Speaker 2>you could tell that that rottweiler regretted its decision and
<v Speaker 2>he wasn't as big as bad as he thought. And
<v Speaker 2>these growls and the these barks and snarls were it's
<v Speaker 2>just evil. I don't think I've even heard heard sounds
<v Speaker 2>like that on a movie.

<v Speaker 2>how to use them. And she had one loaded real quick.

<v Speaker 2>long one, and she had that thing loaded and was ready.

<v Speaker 2>those didn't help me. It scared me even worse to

<v Speaker 1>people warning you about grizzly bears what to do. There's
<v Speaker 1>signs that say don't leave food outside your camp and

<v Speaker 1>the woods that are much scarier than grizzly bears, and
<v Speaker 1>they don't tell us about it.

<v Speaker 1>And I'm not saying anything because I'm just like freaked out, like,
<v Speaker 1>oh man, this is a bad idea. And as we're
<v Speaker 1>getting close to the possum, his brites are on and
<v Speaker 1>everything like, this possum is lit up. Next thing I know,
<v Speaker 1>this huge excuse me, this huge canine creature dives out
<v Speaker 1>of the woods and snatches up this possum, throws it
<v Speaker 1>up in its mouth and shakes it like a rag doll.
<v Speaker 1>And when this thing leaped out of the woods. It
<v Speaker 1>was like a male line from Africa, like the same size,
<v Speaker 1>and the creature it had a round head kind of
<v Speaker 1>like a blue pit bull, pointy ears, and it had
<v Speaker 1>a snout like a hyena or a German shepherd. And
<v Speaker 1>it had this short hair all over its body, and
<v Speaker 1>it was a gray, like a bluish gray color like
<v Speaker 1>a like a blue pit bull. But around its neck
<v Speaker 1>it had this main like a lion, and it's it's chest.
<v Speaker 1>It was huge and bulky, like a male lion from Africa,
<v Speaker 1>but its back legs kind of tapered off and were

<v Speaker 1>a guy on a show called The Confessionals. I think
<v Speaker 1>he was from like Wisconsin or Michigan, but he claims
<v Speaker 1>he walked outside his house one day and he saw
<v Speaker 1>this wind to Go and they went down there later
<v Speaker 1>on and there was all kinds of tree structures, and
<v Speaker 1>he was kind of trying to warn people that it's
<v Speaker 1>not just Bigfoot that makes these structures.

<v Speaker 2>my daughter. And this went on for two three nights,

<v Speaker 2>car and my daughter was getting out of the car,
<v Speaker 2>it would knocked again, and I was like, really right
<v Speaker 2>now too. And then one night, for some reason, when
<v Speaker 2>I was walking up to the car, I didn't get
<v Speaker 2>the wood knock. You know, I I was kind of
<v Speaker 2>looking forward because for some reason, I feel like Bigfoot
<v Speaker 2>might be protecting me from dog man. And that may
<v Speaker 2>not make any sense, but it makes it makes it
<v Speaker 2>easier for me to walk to the car at night.
<v Speaker 2>So that's the way I choose to see it. Well,
<v Speaker 2>one night I went up there and I stopped just
<v Speaker 2>short of the back of the car and I said, what,
<v Speaker 2>I don't get a wood knock tonight, And I took
<v Speaker 2>two more steps. I had a flat tire. I didn't
<v Speaker 2>so I didn't go anywhere, and I thought, well, that's
<v Speaker 2>just weird. But back to the to the conspiracy theory.

<v Speaker 2>hearing these wood knocks. That night, on the way home,
<v Speaker 2>we got followed by an suv. These back roads don't
<v Speaker 2>people don't come down these back roads, especially this nice
<v Speaker 2>of an suv. And even my daughter was like, that
<v Speaker 2>thing's following us. I mean, I made a couple of
<v Speaker 2>ridiculous turns that I should have took the small car
<v Speaker 2>to and he was hitting every bump and everything, and
<v Speaker 2>I thought, that's crazy. And then I seen a commercial
<v Speaker 2>on YouTube. It was one of the channels, and they
<v Speaker 2>were talking about being followed by the government because they
<v Speaker 2>seen or heard or were talking about a big book.
<v Speaker 3>Yeah. Yeah, it's very possible.
<v Speaker 2>I don't know. I just I thought it was. I'm
<v Speaker 2>not one that's real big on coincidences. I don't believe
<v Speaker 2>in a lot of coincidences, you know, And when you
<v Speaker 2>throw something weird in there and then something weird happens

<v Speaker 2>boys kept telling me that they were talking to their friend,
<v Speaker 2>and I thought it was an imaginary friend. And then
<v Speaker 2>I'd walked into the room and there was a third
<v Speaker 2>little boy sitting there and I said, Hi, hey, who
<v Speaker 2>are you And he goes, oh, I'm Sam. I have
<v Speaker 2>to go now, and the boys are like bye, and
<v Speaker 2>I was like, okay, who's your mom? And he just
<v Speaker 2>flat disappeared, and I reality check. I thought, oh, so
<v Speaker 2>your imaginary friend is not so imaginary. We he said
<v Speaker 2>his name was Sam, and I'd found out that it
<v Speaker 2>was possibly. His name was Samuel, and he followed boys
<v Speaker 2>for years. When we moved, he went with us, and
<v Speaker 2>he would warn me when something was getting ready to happen.
<v Speaker 2>He would either move the light chain, you know, like
<v Speaker 2>on a ceiling fan, or the beads on my daughter's door.
<v Speaker 2>She had a beaded door, and I just got used
<v Speaker 2>to him being around. Then we were here at my
<v Speaker 2>brother's house. My aunt. I felt so bad for her.

<v Speaker 2>not had any problems with her, So just call her Lucy.
<v Speaker 2>But yeah, I've seen apparitions. I've seen some really weird stuff.

<v Speaker 1>unexplained mysteries, whether it's UFOs, aliens, parent and normal activity,

<v Speaker 1>is other dimensions and portals. And once you experience one thing,
<v Speaker 1>you're liable to have other experiences too, because it's not
<v Speaker 1>just apparitions and ghosts coming through these portals. There's animals
<v Speaker 1>coming in and out of them as well.

<v Speaker 2>enough to see one, why would you not believe in
<v Speaker 2>the other? I don't think. I think people that say, oh,

<v Speaker 2>I said, he touched me on the back and he's like, nah,
<v Speaker 2>you know, I don't think so. Sure enough, the very
<v Speaker 2>you know, I get a phone call. It's from my
<v Speaker 2>aunt and my uncle had passed away, and I thought,
<v Speaker 2>that's that's just crazy. I mean I felt, you know,
<v Speaker 2>somewhat honored that he came to personally tell me goodbye.

<v Speaker 1>I've had similar experiences in my life and yeah, some

<v Speaker 2>my niece, she wasn't as familiar. They had just moved
<v Speaker 2>down here. She'd never been camping, and you know, and
<v Speaker 2>Daddy had teased her about coons coming into the camp.
<v Speaker 2>You know that she had to listen to me. You
<v Speaker 2>can't leave your wrappers out, you know your food, asked
<v Speaker 2>me put away, blah blah blah. But if my dog

<v Speaker 2>I had to shoot the dog between us and the car,
<v Speaker 2>and then one was behind the tent after my daughter.

<v Speaker 3>I've heard the term, but I hadn't heard a dog

<v Speaker 1>a place that's supposed to be safe. The idea of
<v Speaker 1>something intelligent, something aggressive tracking you from a conservation area
<v Speaker 1>back to your property raises a lot of questions. Were
<v Speaker 1>these physical animals, something unknown or something that doesn't fully
<v Speaker 1>belong to this world. The details about the red glowing eyes,
<v Speaker 1>the coordinated movement, the persistence, and the upright encounter just
<v Speaker 1>feed away. It all points to something far beyond a
<v Speaker 1>normal predator, and the fact that other people in the
<v Speaker 1>same area experience their dogs reacting, breaking free and engaging
<v Speaker 1>with something unseen tells you she may not have been
<v Speaker 1>alone and what she experienced out there. If you're in
<v Speaker 1>areas like Lake the Ozarks, especially near conservation land, there's
<v Speaker 1>a lot of ground out there and who knows.
<v Speaker 3>What may be roaming those woods.
<v Speaker 1>A lot of locals say there are things out there
<v Speaker 1>in these woods that should not exist, and I hear
<v Speaker 1>it all the time from people, So just be careful.
<v Speaker 3>When you're out in the forest.
<v Speaker 1>Awareness is key with anything, and the fact that we're
<v Speaker 1>not being told really raises a lot of questions. And
<v Speaker 1>it's unfortunate. We're paying these people to protect us, but
<v Speaker 1>we're getting the opposite. They are keeping secrets from us
<v Speaker 1>and holding all the power, and.
<v Speaker 3>It's really sad.
