<v Speaker 1>Yeah, my big Foot Sightings again in nineteen eighty three.
<v Speaker 1>My name is Denny Coleman. I've had a lot of
<v Speaker 1>experiences in real estate now, but of course in nineteen
<v Speaker 1>eighty three, I wasn't. I was just a kid, teenager,
<v Speaker 1>and we I'll just start. We moved many years ago
<v Speaker 1>from Jonesville, Louisiana, over to Summit, Mississippi. And whenever we
<v Speaker 1>went to Summit, Mississippi, my dad took a job over there,
<v Speaker 1>working with my uncle, and he found us a place
<v Speaker 1>over there that we was able to rent, an old
<v Speaker 1>house place. It had no one lived there since the
<v Speaker 1>nineteen forties, and so we got there and we just
<v Speaker 1>decided to, you know, get it cleaned up and everything
<v Speaker 1>and just start living life. And this was during the
<v Speaker 1>summer when we moved there, and so it was all
<v Speaker 1>growed up. We mowed it as just an old house place,
<v Speaker 1>a shingled walled house, old house, two story house, had
<v Speaker 1>a tin roof on it. You can just picture something
<v Speaker 1>way out in the country like that. And it was
<v Speaker 1>way out in the country, away from everybody. And uh
<v Speaker 1>so we very first experience there, which we didn't realize
<v Speaker 1>or know that one of the things were going to
<v Speaker 1>start happening, was when we cleaned the house out. We
<v Speaker 1>went inside the house and it was full of and
<v Speaker 1>of course we didn't relate it to bigfoot in any
<v Speaker 1>way whatsoever. We just saw it seemed to be human
<v Speaker 1>poop in the house, and we cleaned it all out
<v Speaker 1>and everything. And of course, as my story goes, you'll
<v Speaker 1>you'll understand now what was going on. But so I was,
<v Speaker 1>you know, about sixteen years old, just a regular country boy,
<v Speaker 1>loved loved my ventures, loved to go exploring, and so
<v Speaker 1>it was a beautiful place, lots of virgin timber just
<v Speaker 1>for miles around, and so I would go and explore
<v Speaker 1>and one day I just got through mowing and I
<v Speaker 1>was sitting at the fence, standing at the fence, and
<v Speaker 1>I was watching some cranes at the back end of
<v Speaker 1>the field, and just big old white cranes, and I'm
<v Speaker 1>sitting there watching them. Then all of a sudden, something
<v Speaker 1>big and gray came out of the woodline and grabbed
<v Speaker 1>up one of those cranes. But it came out of woods.
<v Speaker 1>It was on all fours, but it grabbed the crane
<v Speaker 1>and was on two feet when it grabbed a crane
<v Speaker 1>and went back into the woods. And so I went
<v Speaker 1>and told my dad. I said, Daddy, I said, I
<v Speaker 1>don't know what that was. And he thought maybe it
<v Speaker 1>was some kind of maybe a wolf or something. I said, no,
<v Speaker 1>it was a lot bigger than that, and it was
<v Speaker 1>kind of a grayish color came out of the woods.
<v Speaker 1>Well after that, you know, nothing really happened around. There
<v Speaker 1>was now something about the place. You always got an
<v Speaker 1>eerie feeling always around the place, and it was like
<v Speaker 1>it felt like something was watching you all the time. Well,
<v Speaker 1>as the time went on, I did a lot of
<v Speaker 1>exploring around there found a lot of really nice places
<v Speaker 1>for a teenage boy to hang out, and I found
<v Speaker 1>a nice pond that was gonna be my fishing hole.
<v Speaker 1>And so I started going back there fishing and I
<v Speaker 1>would catch fish and bring fish home. And uh so
<v Speaker 1>one day, uh and all this is happening during the summer,
<v Speaker 1>right before school starts, was getting everything ready, and uh
<v Speaker 1>so I'm back there one day and I'm fishing, and
<v Speaker 1>I'm sitting at the pond fishing. I'm sitting down and
<v Speaker 1>I'm fishing, and I just had a weird feeling and
<v Speaker 1>I looked up and across the pond from me was
<v Speaker 1>a big, big, hairy man and he was squatting down
<v Speaker 1>and he was looking at me, and he he had
<v Speaker 1>these big, big eyes that was just looking at me,
<v Speaker 1>just staring at me. I was scared, didn't what to do.
<v Speaker 1>So it seemed like an eternity. So I stood up.
<v Speaker 1>And when I stood up, it stood up, and I
<v Speaker 1>say it, I believe it was he though, and it
<v Speaker 1>stood up or he stood up, and we just never
<v Speaker 1>stopped staring at me, and I was staring at it.
<v Speaker 1>I didn't know what to do, and so I'm just
<v Speaker 1>sitting there thinking and I'm scared, and the only thing
<v Speaker 1>that I could think to do was try to ease
<v Speaker 1>to my left, and just started trying to ease to
<v Speaker 1>my left, and then when I did that, he started
<v Speaker 1>easing to his left, going around the other way, and
<v Speaker 1>he was just kept looking at me. And I thought
<v Speaker 1>to myself, well, that it's supposed to come get me,
<v Speaker 1>So I'm easing back to my I left. It's coming
<v Speaker 1>around the pond now on one end of the pond.
<v Speaker 1>There was a pine bearing on one end of the pond,
<v Speaker 1>so when he got there, couldn't see me and I
<v Speaker 1>couldn't see him. That's when I thought I could take
<v Speaker 1>off and run, so I did. I ran hard and fast,
<v Speaker 1>and I'm coming into the house and I'm almost at
<v Speaker 1>the house. And right before I get to the house,
<v Speaker 1>my little brother and my cousin are right in the
<v Speaker 1>edge of the woods by the house. And I stopped
<v Speaker 1>just long enough to tell him get in the house.
<v Speaker 1>That's what I told him, get in the house. I
<v Speaker 1>didn't say why, I just said get in the house.
<v Speaker 1>So I'm going into the house. And by the time
<v Speaker 1>I opened up the door to go in the house,
<v Speaker 1>they're right behind me screaming, and so they busted in
<v Speaker 1>by me, and that she just started going in the
<v Speaker 1>house screaming, and they just kept screaming, we thought it
<v Speaker 1>was you, We thought it was you. And Daddy he
<v Speaker 1>finally got him calmed down, and my cousin he actually
<v Speaker 1>used the bathroom on hisself, and Daddy finally got him
<v Speaker 1>calmed down. And I didn't even have a chance to
<v Speaker 1>tell Daddy what I saw because they were trying to
<v Speaker 1>calm them down, and they finally got them calmed down,
<v Speaker 1>and they told him, said, we thought it was you, Denny.
<v Speaker 1>We thought that you snuck around behind us and was
<v Speaker 1>going to try to scare us. And Daddy tod what
<v Speaker 1>you see, well, they told him, which was the exact
<v Speaker 1>same thing I saw. But they said it came up
<v Speaker 1>right beside them, but it wasn't squatting down. It was
<v Speaker 1>standing up, and they turned around like they were going
<v Speaker 1>to say, hey, we see you, and they found out
<v Speaker 1>real fast it wasn't me, and they ran. And when
<v Speaker 1>they ran, they said, it just ran right along beside him.
<v Speaker 1>It didn't try to get them, It just ran right
<v Speaker 1>along beside him, and it stopped right at the edge
<v Speaker 1>of the woods. Then I said, Daddy, that's what I
<v Speaker 1>was trying to tell you, is that I saw it
<v Speaker 1>at the pond and it must have followen me home.
<v Speaker 1>So anyway, they got the guns. We went out to
<v Speaker 1>the woods where we saw it, and we looked around
<v Speaker 1>everywhere and where it was at. And this, like I said,
<v Speaker 1>this was in the summertime, and there was hair, and
<v Speaker 1>there was these long strands of white, silky hair. And
<v Speaker 1>so we got the hairs and we put them in
<v Speaker 1>baggies and everything and saved them. But of course there's
<v Speaker 1>another part of that story too. But after that, it
<v Speaker 1>was like everything went crazy. It started coming to the
<v Speaker 1>house at night. It started throwing stuff at the house.
<v Speaker 1>It threw stuff, you could hear stuff hit the top
<v Speaker 1>of the roof, and it was just literally we had
<v Speaker 1>to finally bring the dog inside because the dog was
<v Speaker 1>just going crazy barking at the woods. And it just
<v Speaker 1>went on for the longest time, and then all of
<v Speaker 1>a sudden, it just quit, just quit. Everything went back
<v Speaker 1>to normal. And uh so school had started then, and
<v Speaker 1>I was in school, and like I said, everything was
<v Speaker 1>just normal, and I was playing basketball at school and
<v Speaker 1>football and just do normal things. And uh I set
<v Speaker 1>up a basketball goal. We had a it was a
<v Speaker 1>detached garage away from the house, and I set a
<v Speaker 1>basketball goal up out there, and it hooked up a
<v Speaker 1>drop light so I could go out and shoot basketball
<v Speaker 1>at night. I was out there and you had to
<v Speaker 1>go inside the garage to plug in the drop cord.
<v Speaker 1>So I went inside the garage to go plug in
<v Speaker 1>the drop cord. Or you plug in the drop cord.
<v Speaker 1>There was a big open window, and uh, so I
<v Speaker 1>reached up, and I guess I can detail the best again.
<v Speaker 1>I reached up with my left hand to plug in
<v Speaker 1>the drop cord. When I reached in with my left
<v Speaker 1>hand to plug in the drop cord, something reached through
<v Speaker 1>the window and grabbed my arm and pulled me and
<v Speaker 1>it pulled me up against the window, but it didn't
<v Speaker 1>have a good grip on me, and it just it
<v Speaker 1>pulled off of me and I fell on the ground
<v Speaker 1>and I crawled, and I crawled out to the edge
<v Speaker 1>where the main entrance to the garage was and looked
<v Speaker 1>around at and see nothing, didn't hear nothing. So I
<v Speaker 1>ran into the house. I ran into the house screaming.
<v Speaker 1>And I went into the house and I was screaming
<v Speaker 1>that something tried to get me out there. My dad
<v Speaker 1>got the gun, he got the light. He went out there,
<v Speaker 1>and he was shining out across through there, and you
<v Speaker 1>could hear it run across the field. It was running
<v Speaker 1>across the field and it was making a real high
<v Speaker 1>pitch whistling sound, real high pitch, and you could hear
<v Speaker 1>it running across there. Well, it started back up again,
<v Speaker 1>started throwing stuff at the house again. Started just it
<v Speaker 1>would come up, slapped aside the house and tried to
<v Speaker 1>get in the house house. One time it tried to
<v Speaker 1>come in through the there was a little of the
<v Speaker 1>old house on the It was a porch, but it
<v Speaker 1>was totally enclosed porch, and it tried to get in
<v Speaker 1>through that main door on the on the outside screen door,
<v Speaker 1>and it pulled the screen back and it literally I
<v Speaker 1>think it got on the porch because it was shaking
<v Speaker 1>the house. And she just terrorized us for the longest time.
<v Speaker 1>And so this was getting into the wintertime now, and
<v Speaker 1>so into the wintertime, and this didn't happen every night,
<v Speaker 1>but just pretty much several times a week it happened.
<v Speaker 1>And uh my mom said that she could look out
<v Speaker 1>the kitchen window and sometimes she could see it pacing
<v Speaker 1>back and forth in the woods. Is just just pacing
<v Speaker 1>back and forth and Uh, well, one night it was
<v Speaker 1>really cold, and that we had a wood burning stove,
<v Speaker 1>and the wood burning stove was down stairs in the
<v Speaker 1>living room, and uh, so we was watching TV and
<v Speaker 1>I was going to bed. I told everybody, I'm going
<v Speaker 1>to bed. So I went to bed, got up in
<v Speaker 1>my bedroom, which was a one bedroom upstairs, and uh
<v Speaker 1>and I got woke up because of smoke. There was smoke.
<v Speaker 1>My room was full of smoke. And so I came down,
<v Speaker 1>ran down the stairs and told Daddy there was smoke.
<v Speaker 1>And we went outside and the house was on fire
<v Speaker 1>on the outside and the pipe, the stove pipe on
<v Speaker 1>the outside of the house had been knocked off, and
<v Speaker 1>so we felt like that he probably throwed, but that
<v Speaker 1>there was Actually after everything was over with, we did find,
<v Speaker 1>you know, a big piece of a log that was
<v Speaker 1>out there on side the house where I believe it
<v Speaker 1>threw it at the house and knocked it off. So
<v Speaker 1>right after that we finally get we out the house,
<v Speaker 1>put out and everything, and we packed up and we left.
<v Speaker 1>We moved and that was the end of that. But now,
<v Speaker 1>my best description that I can give people of what
<v Speaker 1>I saw was it was a large, very large grayish
<v Speaker 1>reddish gray hairy man. He was huge. He had real broad,
<v Speaker 1>wide shoulders, didn't really have a neck. It's like its
<v Speaker 1>head sit down on its shoulders, long arms, and those eyes.
<v Speaker 1>It was big, big almond shaped eyes. And I'll never
<v Speaker 1>ever forget that. I still have nightmares about that to
<v Speaker 1>this day and I'm fifty seven years old. And then
<v Speaker 1>when it grabbed me, I don't think that it really
<v Speaker 1>wanted to get me. I just I think it really
<v Speaker 1>wanted to get me. It would have and it didn't.
<v Speaker 1>But we moved away from there, and that was the
<v Speaker 1>extent of my experience in Mississippi. And this was I'm
<v Speaker 1>at Mississippi next story. It was a long I mean
<v Speaker 1>there was a long time space. I moved down to Texas,
<v Speaker 1>I got married, lived in Arkansas for a long time,
<v Speaker 1>got divorced, and moved back. Moved to Texas with my brother.
<v Speaker 1>We started playing music down there, and this was back
<v Speaker 1>in twenty ten, two thousand and nine, twenty ten. Moved
<v Speaker 1>down there and riding around Conrode, Texas on Lake Conroe.
<v Speaker 1>We lived there and we was playing music and stuff
<v Speaker 1>for the years. And well, the place where we lived
<v Speaker 1>at was right there, close by the lake, and never
<v Speaker 1>ever would I think that I would have a bigfoot
<v Speaker 1>experience there. But I would take my little dog out
<v Speaker 1>for a walk every day. And I was back in
<v Speaker 1>the woods taking the dog for a walk one day
<v Speaker 1>and I just saw a structure. There was a structure
<v Speaker 1>out in the woods, and it was just a really
<v Speaker 1>nice built structure, but it was big and it had
<v Speaker 1>big logs, and uh so I decided I was going
<v Speaker 1>to take a picture of it. I had a little
<v Speaker 1>flip phone. I was going to take a picture of it.
<v Speaker 1>So I reached up with my phone and I faced
<v Speaker 1>to take a picture of it, and back over to
<v Speaker 1>my right, something started whooping at me, and it was
<v Speaker 1>whooping really loud. Well, I clicked the picture, and when
<v Speaker 1>I clicked the picture, I busted back to the house.
<v Speaker 1>I took off running because that's the first thing popped
<v Speaker 1>in my mind. I saw the structure, I heard the whooping,
<v Speaker 1>and uh and I still couldn't picture why there would
<v Speaker 1>be a big foot there until after I looked at
<v Speaker 1>the overhead map. Then I understood, because that whole area
<v Speaker 1>at that time, it was just like bumping right into
<v Speaker 1>the National Forest. And uh so, I get I get
<v Speaker 1>home and I started looking to my pictures, and I
<v Speaker 1>blowed up the picture of the structure and I said, now,
<v Speaker 1>it can't be, can't be. And and I've got this picture,
<v Speaker 1>and I'm sure everybody's seen the picture by now, but
<v Speaker 1>it was literally a baby big foot up in the structure.
<v Speaker 1>And the apparently the mother, she was whooping at me
<v Speaker 1>because I got too close to that structure. Well, after that,
<v Speaker 1>I would start going back there leaving apples and things
<v Speaker 1>like that, and they would take the apples. And then
<v Speaker 1>one day they literally brought an apple back to work
<v Speaker 1>and put it on our deck after I left it. Well,
<v Speaker 1>I didn't live there that long after that, and I
<v Speaker 1>moved back up to Oklahoma. And uh, when I got
<v Speaker 1>up to Oklahoma, and there's a there's to help my
<v Speaker 1>dad and his wife they were they lived up here
<v Speaker 1>right outside of home Abi, uh, right here at the
<v Speaker 1>foot of the Kaimmeachy Mountains. And uh, well, my dad,
<v Speaker 1>before I moved up here, my dad called me and
<v Speaker 1>he said, son, you're not going to believe this because
<v Speaker 1>he knew, you know that I was really into bigfoot.
<v Speaker 1>And he said, uh, you and your brother y'all need
<v Speaker 1>to get up here. Something broke in my trailer and uh,
<v Speaker 1>And I said, well, what was it? Daddy? He said, well, son,
<v Speaker 1>I really don't know, he said, but I called the
<v Speaker 1>sheriff and I had the sheriff come out. And the
<v Speaker 1>sheriff came out and he said, next thing I know,
<v Speaker 1>I have all these bigfoot researchers on my property. And
<v Speaker 1>they told us, they said, mister Coleman, H, we just
<v Speaker 1>want to let you know that we found tracks on
<v Speaker 1>your property. And of course, my dad, you'd have to
<v Speaker 1>understand him. He told them, you know, to leave and
<v Speaker 1>don't come back. But he told me about it. So
<v Speaker 1>me and my brother we came up. We came up
<v Speaker 1>and he showed us what had happened. Were broke in
<v Speaker 1>the trailer and it just tore off one side of
<v Speaker 1>it from the top down. It didn't do it from
<v Speaker 1>the bottom up. It pulled it down from the top
<v Speaker 1>down and tried to get in the trailer, but it
<v Speaker 1>was too big. It pushed the studs apart and it
<v Speaker 1>couldn't get in. And and so Daddy he said, yep,
<v Speaker 1>he said, we've got them up here. He said, my wife, sirly,
<v Speaker 1>she's seen them. And H. So I brought my little
<v Speaker 1>VH SC camera up, and he said, yeah, going back
<v Speaker 1>there and just go look around, see what you could see.
<v Speaker 1>And so I went back there one day and I
<v Speaker 1>was going, but there's a big, big pond right back
<v Speaker 1>in here behind my house. And so I'm walking down
<v Speaker 1>the trail to go to the pond, and I've got
<v Speaker 1>my camera in my hand, and I'm walking and right
<v Speaker 1>before I get to the pond, I look up and
<v Speaker 1>I see four. There's a big, big black one. There's
<v Speaker 1>an auburn female. There was a young juvenile and an
<v Speaker 1>older gray and they saw me the same time I
<v Speaker 1>saw them. They backed into the woods, and I was
<v Speaker 1>scared to death. I pulled my camera up and I
<v Speaker 1>was trying to shape. I turned it on and then
<v Speaker 1>started recording, and I was shaking, and and I just
<v Speaker 1>just scanned the whole pond on that side, just kept scanning.
<v Speaker 1>And then after I scanned it, I ran to the
<v Speaker 1>house and I got the film, got looking at it,
<v Speaker 1>went through it frame by frame, and sure enough, they
<v Speaker 1>were in the frames. I guess you would call it
<v Speaker 1>the blob squatch, but there you can definitely tell the
<v Speaker 1>colors of them, the ones I saw. And it was
<v Speaker 1>really really cool getting and I wasn't as scared anymore.
<v Speaker 1>So I started going out and exploring and doing and
<v Speaker 1>looking for tracks. So me and my dad we went
<v Speaker 1>back there and I found a big claw mark where
<v Speaker 1>something had dug in and was raking back u the straw,
<v Speaker 1>and I took pictures of it, and you can see
<v Speaker 1>the dermal ridges in the fingers. And that's another one
<v Speaker 1>of my experiences here now before I haven't seen them
<v Speaker 1>here again. I have seen the well, actually heard the juvenile,
<v Speaker 1>but it's not a juvenile anymore. And I believe that
<v Speaker 1>it came back this July fourth. We always have a
<v Speaker 1>July fourth party here and we shoot off fireworks. And
<v Speaker 1>there's a road that we put in on the north
<v Speaker 1>side of our house, and I was down there picking
<v Speaker 1>a sign up and I looked down the road and
<v Speaker 1>you could see where it had walked down that road,
<v Speaker 1>and big, probably I would guess, probably an eighteen inch track.
<v Speaker 1>It's a big one. And so the very next day
<v Speaker 1>after that, my wife she was out here on the
<v Speaker 1>porch and she heard a tree fall over, and she
<v Speaker 1>came in the house and told me. She said, the
<v Speaker 1>tree fell over, and the tree fell over, and I
<v Speaker 1>told her, I said, well, you know, it could have
<v Speaker 1>been from the rain. I don't know. So anyway, we
<v Speaker 1>went out. We've got a chicken coop that we put in,
<v Speaker 1>so I went out to the chicken coop and we
<v Speaker 1>was checking on the chickens and another tree fell over.
<v Speaker 1>So I feel like that fireworks might have upset the Bigfoot,
<v Speaker 1>and we're just kind of watching things right now. Well,
<v Speaker 1>we had two chickens come up missing last night. I
<v Speaker 1>haven't found any feathers or anything, but the chickens are
<v Speaker 1>just there's two chickens gone now. So I'm just kind
<v Speaker 1>of watching things and seeing how things turned out. But
<v Speaker 1>I feel like we're having activity here at the house again.
<v Speaker 1>And I've had people out here many times. There's been
<v Speaker 1>a lot of researchers out here, and every one of
<v Speaker 1>them's had some type of experience every time. Nothing really crazy,
<v Speaker 1>but they have had experiences. We've had them throw stuff
<v Speaker 1>at the house on the roof, rocks on the roof
<v Speaker 1>while people were here. We've had them come up slap
<v Speaker 1>the house, and I had one looking through the window
<v Speaker 1>one time. And I'll get off of that right there,
<v Speaker 1>get onto some other things. I'm in real estate, so
<v Speaker 1>I get to go on lots of properties all the time.
<v Speaker 1>And I've been working real estate for right at nine
<v Speaker 1>years here now, and so a lot of the properties
<v Speaker 1>I get to go on are way way back where
<v Speaker 1>people just don't go. And so I'll just tell you
<v Speaker 1>some of my client experiences on properties. One of the
<v Speaker 1>I guess the best ones that I had was with
<v Speaker 1>a guy that I sold sixty three acres to and
<v Speaker 1>I took him out on the sixty three acres. Have
<v Speaker 1>a land rover, and so it had to go way
<v Speaker 1>back in there to get to it. And we got
<v Speaker 1>to the property and had a little small cabin structure
<v Speaker 1>built on the property, and we got pulled up and
<v Speaker 1>we got out of the rover. When we got out
<v Speaker 1>of the rover, on the back side of us, which
<v Speaker 1>would have been the north side of us, on top
<v Speaker 1>of the ridge, a female she started whooping real out
<v Speaker 1>up there, just real out, and and he looked at
<v Speaker 1>me and he asked me, he said, is that what
<v Speaker 1>I think it is? I said, yeah, it is and
<v Speaker 1>he said, that's the coolest thing ever. And h I
<v Speaker 1>said yeah, I said they're around here. I've seen them.
<v Speaker 1>Of course, anybody that asked me, I'll tell them, Y yes,
<v Speaker 1>I've seen them. And you know, it's not about believing
<v Speaker 1>in them, it's knowing that they're real. And uh so
<v Speaker 1>we was walking and we walked all the way down
<v Speaker 1>to the creek. We went to the creek and he
<v Speaker 1>loved the property. And we're coming back up and as
<v Speaker 1>we're coming back up, it sounded like a little two
<v Speaker 1>year old child crying at the creek and it sounded
<v Speaker 1>like it was coming towards us, but I couldn't see it.
<v Speaker 1>And he said he heard it too, and he said,
<v Speaker 1>what is that? I told him, I said, well, I
<v Speaker 1>don't know. But then that mother up top she started
<v Speaker 1>whooping and real loud again, and he said he told me.
<v Speaker 1>He said, man, I think we should go. And I said,
<v Speaker 1>you know, I think that's a good idea. I think
<v Speaker 1>we're in between a mama and her baby. And we left.
<v Speaker 1>He bought the property. Uh he loved it. And that
<v Speaker 1>was a pretty good experience. Even though we didn't physically
<v Speaker 1>see him, we heard them very loudly. And and so
<v Speaker 1>another experience that I had some clients out. One day,
<v Speaker 1>we was up above Red Oak, Oklahoma, kind of close
<v Speaker 1>to a place called Lee Choir, and we was up
<v Speaker 1>there and we was going to go look at one
<v Speaker 1>hundred and sixty acres, and we took the rover in
<v Speaker 1>as far as we could go with it, and then
<v Speaker 1>we hiked the rest of the way and we got
<v Speaker 1>down there and we was on our way back out,
<v Speaker 1>and about halfway back out, it broke a pine tree
<v Speaker 1>and laid it across the road. And it was broke
<v Speaker 1>because it broke it off, probably about seven or eight
<v Speaker 1>foot up on it and broke it off and laid
<v Speaker 1>it in the road. And I asked the lady if
<v Speaker 1>she would take pictures of it, because that same day
<v Speaker 1>I dropped my phone in the creek and so I
<v Speaker 1>couldn't use my phone, and so she was taking pictures
<v Speaker 1>of it for me. And when she started taking pictures
<v Speaker 1>of it, there was something down there and it started
<v Speaker 1>just grunting at us, grunting real loud, and it was
<v Speaker 1>just you couldn't see it, but you could hear it
<v Speaker 1>down there, and it was just grunting and kind of
<v Speaker 1>just shaking some small trees down in there. And she said,
<v Speaker 1>you think that's what broke this tree. I said, ma'am,
<v Speaker 1>I don't know. Well she just busted and took off
<v Speaker 1>running and she ran and she was waiting for us
<v Speaker 1>at the rover, and the rover was locked, so she
<v Speaker 1>was up on top of the rover when me and
<v Speaker 1>her husband got there, and we hopped in and never
<v Speaker 1>heard anything back from them again. But that was a
<v Speaker 1>pretty good experience there, and I think that got a
<v Speaker 1>little bit close. Another really interesting story that happened with
<v Speaker 1>me and clients. There was a place called bard In
<v Speaker 1>and little ten Acres that we had to go down
<v Speaker 1>and cross over three creeks to get to the property.
<v Speaker 1>And we got down in there and there's a cabin
<v Speaker 1>on the property. It wasn't my listing, and that's what
<v Speaker 1>I got the people on the property. And when we
<v Speaker 1>pulled up to the cabin, the first thing I noticed
<v Speaker 1>that one side of the cabin some tore in and
<v Speaker 1>ripped off the plywood off the side of the cabin.
<v Speaker 1>And I called the listing agent and told him that, hey,
<v Speaker 1>you need to call the cellars and let him know
<v Speaker 1>that something broke in the cabin up here. And I
<v Speaker 1>took pictures of it, and so we took pictures of that,
<v Speaker 1>and then we always if I get a chance to
<v Speaker 1>go show the creek, I take them to the creek.
<v Speaker 1>So we're down at the creek and we get down
<v Speaker 1>to the creek and there's this really strong, pungent smell
<v Speaker 1>all of a sudden at the creek and just made
<v Speaker 1>the hair stand up on the back of your neck.
<v Speaker 1>And they smelled it really strong too, and his wife
<v Speaker 1>she got scared. So we went back up and we
<v Speaker 1>left on the property. And the listing agent calls me
<v Speaker 1>back the next day because he went out there to
<v Speaker 1>go look at the damage. And he called me back
<v Speaker 1>the next day and he said, did you see the fingerprints?
<v Speaker 1>I asked him. I said, Chuck, Well, no, I didn't
<v Speaker 1>see any fingerprints. I said, just saw something ripped them
<v Speaker 1>and boards off side that cabin, he said, And so
<v Speaker 1>he sent me the picture. He sent me the picture
<v Speaker 1>and on the studs you could see these big fingerprints
<v Speaker 1>on the studs, and uh so I got my pictures
<v Speaker 1>from the day before and I blowed them up real big,
<v Speaker 1>and you could faintly see those fingerprints. So whatever did
<v Speaker 1>it had oily fingers. The it it turned black over
<v Speaker 1>the over the day or one day it turned black,
<v Speaker 1>and uh yeah, I still got pictures of that. And
<v Speaker 1>the people that lived right down, I say, down the
<v Speaker 1>road from that place. Uh Chuck was down there, and
<v Speaker 1>he'd asked him if it had any experiences of anything,
<v Speaker 1>and they just started telling them all kinds of stories.
<v Speaker 1>But this particular one on this property, it had claws,
<v Speaker 1>but it also had fingers, and uh so that was
<v Speaker 1>a little bit scary there. And people say, oh, that
<v Speaker 1>must have been a dog man. Well, I don't, I
<v Speaker 1>don't know. I'm not no expert in any way with this.
<v Speaker 1>I just know that it broke in or tried to
<v Speaker 1>break in that cabin and it left fingerprints and it
<v Speaker 1>was a you know, you had a really eerie feeling because,
<v Speaker 1>like I said, the hair stood up on my neck
<v Speaker 1>when I smelt it down there, and it must have
<v Speaker 1>been very close to us, and it must have just
<v Speaker 1>done that before we got there. So that's that's another
<v Speaker 1>experience that I've had. I'll go ahead and tell you
<v Speaker 1>about the Whole Nobby and this this hadn't been that
<v Speaker 1>long ago. There's a place down there called about Too
<v Speaker 1>Klow and it's right on the other side of Whole Nubby,
<v Speaker 1>in between Whole Nubby and uh Batiste and uh so
<v Speaker 1>I'm down there and the place, uh the there's a
<v Speaker 1>lot of a lot of properties down there that they
<v Speaker 1>they put roads in, and there's a they got nice
<v Speaker 1>gates and stuff, and it's a nice little community that
<v Speaker 1>they're trying to start down there, and uh so I
<v Speaker 1>was going down there to go do a listing of
<v Speaker 1>one of the properties, and uh so I go through
<v Speaker 1>the gate and I'm driving down and as I'm coming
<v Speaker 1>up over the hill, I looked down and I thought
<v Speaker 1>it was somebody walking down the side of the road.
<v Speaker 1>And it was a big, tall person and he had
<v Speaker 1>a great look like he had a gray hoodie on
<v Speaker 1>with long sleeves. And I'm just wondering why in the
<v Speaker 1>world somebody weren't a gray hoodie with long sleeves. And
<v Speaker 1>it was probably eighty nine to ninety degrees and uh
<v Speaker 1>and just as I'm coming over hill, it didn't even
<v Speaker 1>turn around. It just hurt me and it just bolted
<v Speaker 1>and took off to the left down through the woods.
<v Speaker 1>And I stopped about where I saw it running the
<v Speaker 1>wood because I wanted to look and see if I
<v Speaker 1>saw him out there. And I didn't see anybody. And
<v Speaker 1>so I called the guy that put the development in
<v Speaker 1>and let him know. I said, you know, there's somebody
<v Speaker 1>down here, and they took off running whenever they heard me,
<v Speaker 1>and he just kind of started laughing at me and
<v Speaker 1>he said, well, he said, I'll tell you. He said
<v Speaker 1>what it looked like, and I told him and he said, yeah,
<v Speaker 1>that's the same one that everybody's been seeing down here.
<v Speaker 1>They said. It's a big, tall, gray, skinny bigfoot. And
<v Speaker 1>I've seen tracks down there before, but i'd never seen
<v Speaker 1>one down there, but now I know that they're down
<v Speaker 1>there too, and that's that's one of the experiences that
<v Speaker 1>I've had. And my broker, Chuck Clark, which he's got
<v Speaker 1>some of the most wonderful stories ever, So you definitely
<v Speaker 1>should want to get in touch with him sometime and
<v Speaker 1>talk with him. He wasn't a really big believer, and uh,
<v Speaker 1>he kind of wanted to believe me that I've seen
<v Speaker 1>him here because he always told me. He said, Denny,
<v Speaker 1>he said, I know, you always shoot straight with me,
<v Speaker 1>he said, but man, he said, I don't know. And
<v Speaker 1>he said, I believe you're seeing something, but I'm not
<v Speaker 1>sure exactly what you're seeing. Well, I told him, I said, well,
<v Speaker 1>I'm fis a list this, uh of four hundred and
<v Speaker 1>forty five acres back behind me. You want to come
<v Speaker 1>and ride it with women and take some pictures and
<v Speaker 1>he said yeah. So we brought the side the sides
<v Speaker 1>in and we took off and we're going down through there,
<v Speaker 1>and uh as we're getting getting on down the road
<v Speaker 1>a little bit further, he just stopped. He said, did
<v Speaker 1>you see that? I said no, I said, what you see?
<v Speaker 1>He said, man, He said, I thought that was just
<v Speaker 1>two trees. And he said, all of a sudden, he said,
<v Speaker 1>they moved. And I said, well, what it looked like?
<v Speaker 1>He said it was auburn and I saw that's that's
<v Speaker 1>probably that female bigfoot chuck. Well, he just started laughing
<v Speaker 1>at me, but his eyes were real big, and uh
<v Speaker 1>so we just kind of kept on going down through there,
<v Speaker 1>and we stopped down at the creek and I told him,
<v Speaker 1>I said, let me get out, I'm gonna go take
<v Speaker 1>some pictures of the creek and he said, stayed on
<v Speaker 1>the side to side And I got down to the
<v Speaker 1>creek and right behind the side of the side, probably
<v Speaker 1>I guess one hundred feet feet behind the side of
<v Speaker 1>the side, she started shaking this tree and it was
<v Speaker 1>she was just whooping it back and forth and I
<v Speaker 1>hollered at him. I said, turn around, and he turned
<v Speaker 1>around and he saw he saw the tree whooping back
<v Speaker 1>and forth. And I started running back up the hill
<v Speaker 1>and I was trying to get my cameras so I
<v Speaker 1>get some picture, try to get a picture, and I
<v Speaker 1>didn't get there in time. She was gone. But but yeah,
<v Speaker 1>he was a true believer after that. And We've had
<v Speaker 1>a lot of people come up here, I said, you know,
<v Speaker 1>to have experiences on the property. I've had I've had people,
<v Speaker 1>you know, just come up and just walk to property,
<v Speaker 1>different in all different lights. I've had people come camp
<v Speaker 1>on the properties. There's a guy Randy Harrington. He came
<v Speaker 1>up and he camped out back there by hisself. He
<v Speaker 1>didn't have like a really personal experience. But one did
<v Speaker 1>come up to the camp and walked. He had it
<v Speaker 1>recorded walking across the tarp. But this is a great
<v Speaker 1>place up here. A lot of people come up here
<v Speaker 1>and they're always having some type of experience always, And
<v Speaker 1>there's just so many different different types of areas up here.
<v Speaker 1>I would say the best area is if a person
<v Speaker 1>really wants to have an experience, it's probably right around
<v Speaker 1>here where I'm at in the whole Abbey area. It's
<v Speaker 1>great you get up around the Red Oak Lee Choir
<v Speaker 1>up in that area up through there. It's so wonderful,
<v Speaker 1>wonderful experiences up there. You'll hear them usually, you know,
<v Speaker 1>late October, you can hear them pretty good up on
<v Speaker 1>top of the mountain. They're really good about not leaving
<v Speaker 1>tracks though, because it's rocky up here, but they will
<v Speaker 1>leave signs, they'll break trees, they'll let you know if
<v Speaker 1>you go into a place if they don't want you
<v Speaker 1>in there, because they will usually leave something on the
<v Speaker 1>road on your way out to let you know, hey,
<v Speaker 1>we're up here. You know, we really don't want you
<v Speaker 1>coming up here messing around. And like I said, right now,
<v Speaker 1>i'm having some experiences here at the house, so I'm
<v Speaker 1>just kind of keeping an eye out on things and
<v Speaker 1>kind of got to wash my chickens now and just
<v Speaker 1>see what happens. I don't know, I mean, who knows
<v Speaker 1>what the next chapter is going to be. But they're
<v Speaker 1>definitely up here. And if you have any questions for me,

<v Speaker 1>bigfoot sighting happened in nineteen eighty two. I was in
<v Speaker 1>third grade. I was about ten years old when I
<v Speaker 1>had my sighting. We lived in a house in stay On, Ohio.
<v Speaker 1>That's where we lived in Mahoning County, not not Columbiana County,
<v Speaker 1>but sailing that we lived in my own county. Where
<v Speaker 1>we were lived, there was a bunch of bay fields
<v Speaker 1>and cornfields, you know, a lot of farms around us.
<v Speaker 1>And we lived on a road that was fairly vacant road.
<v Speaker 1>There wasn't too many houses on it or nothing. And
<v Speaker 1>then we lived right in the middle of the roads,
<v Speaker 1>this section of the road, and there was another group
<v Speaker 1>of trees there and stuff. Well, one day, uh, we
<v Speaker 1>were over for me and my brother rather I have
<v Speaker 1>a twin brother, and we were over a friend's house
<v Speaker 1>and uh we uh, we're going home. It was about
<v Speaker 1>six o'clock. That's coming mom. We usually wanted the back
<v Speaker 1>the out and we were riding our bikes down the
<v Speaker 1>kids driveway and got to the end of the driveway
<v Speaker 1>and we smelled really like a dead by skunk smell,
<v Speaker 1>you know, and you know, we looked around to see
<v Speaker 1>if we could find some book, you know, we didn't whatever,
<v Speaker 1>but we continue riding our bikes down the down to
<v Speaker 1>the beginning of the group of trees that that that
<v Speaker 1>it was like at the neighbor's neighbors part of their houses,
<v Speaker 1>that's where a group of trees started and got to
<v Speaker 1>their driveway and we just happened to notice there's, uh,
<v Speaker 1>this thing standing on the side of the road. It
<v Speaker 1>was probably we were at our neighbors driving to their
<v Speaker 1>driveway and it was probably about thirty five feet forty
<v Speaker 1>feet past our driveway, so we were probably I don't know,
<v Speaker 1>one hundred feet one hundred and twenty feet from it,
<v Speaker 1>and we didn't notice it until we got to that
<v Speaker 1>driveway and we noticed that and it was just standing.
<v Speaker 1>It was standing clearly still, but it was facing away
<v Speaker 1>from us. And it was cletely black or maybe it
<v Speaker 1>was dark brown, but it was dark brown black whatever.
<v Speaker 1>It was really dark and it was it was probably
<v Speaker 1>at least seven feet tall, you know, it wasn't it
<v Speaker 1>wasn't shaped like like uh like Patty of of uh
<v Speaker 1>that one clip that I can't remember their names that
<v Speaker 1>that they had that that Gilman Gilman clip.
<v Speaker 3>Uh.
<v Speaker 1>It wasn't shaped like that that was. It was. It was.
<v Speaker 1>It was tall head, really long arms. I remember that,
<v Speaker 1>but it was it was it was like, h it
<v Speaker 1>was thinner, it was. It was. It wasn't, as I said,
<v Speaker 1>bulky or nothing. It was kind of like a thin
<v Speaker 1>not skinny, but like like a like a like a
<v Speaker 1>basketball player or something. It just stood there, completely motionless,
<v Speaker 1>but it was facing it was facing the opposite direction,
<v Speaker 1>and we were looking at it. My price Prairie was
<v Speaker 1>looking at it for thirty seconds and we're like. My
<v Speaker 1>brother asked him, is what is that? And I'm looking
<v Speaker 1>at it, and you know, he's looking at it, and
<v Speaker 1>I just like, that's bigfoot, and I went I went
<v Speaker 1>to look at and I'm looking and I went to
<v Speaker 1>look at my brother. He took off. He was already
<v Speaker 1>took off halfway up the driveway. Were ready and just
<v Speaker 1>left me that back there, and well, I'll wait there
<v Speaker 1>by myself. So I took off after up to the
<v Speaker 1>house and we ran into the house and told her,
<v Speaker 1>told my mom. My dad wasn't there, but my mom
<v Speaker 1>was there. We told her, and I don't remember what
<v Speaker 1>she said, but I'm sure she didn't believe us. And uh,
<v Speaker 1>that was a setting for that. But but about a
<v Speaker 1>week or two later there was this There was a
<v Speaker 1>honting club about a mile or so off the road
<v Speaker 1>from us, and there was a farm across from the
<v Speaker 1>hunting club. About a week or about a week or
<v Speaker 1>two later, uh, there was a big foot that attacked
<v Speaker 1>the guy's uh chickens and the uh chicken coop, and
<v Speaker 1>the guy shot at it, but you know, he didn't
<v Speaker 1>get it nothing. So I'm assuming that probably was the
<v Speaker 1>same thing that that what we see.
<v Speaker 2>Now.
<v Speaker 1>That was when I was in third gade grade when
<v Speaker 1>we've seen that, And as the years went by, we
<v Speaker 1>we would hear howling like at the bigfoot howl or
<v Speaker 1>a bigfoot scream or what ohio howl that was recorded
<v Speaker 1>off of the lot somebody I forget who recorded it.
<v Speaker 1>But we would sit there and lay there in the
<v Speaker 1>bed at night because we didn't have air conditioning or
<v Speaker 1>nothing in the house, so we would leave there at
<v Speaker 1>night with the windows open in the summertime, and we
<v Speaker 1>would hear that how and it sounded it was a
<v Speaker 1>good due distance away, but it was how and we'd
<v Speaker 1>hear the we did, of course, we didn't know what
<v Speaker 1>it was. The dogs all the neighbors and dogs and
<v Speaker 1>everything would start barking. And no, we never thought anything
<v Speaker 1>other because we didn't we didn't want to educated or
<v Speaker 1>any other. And then a little bit a few more
<v Speaker 1>years later, we had a cabin we built. Me and
<v Speaker 1>my friend built a cabin in the back of the
<v Speaker 1>back in the woods. And there would be nice when
<v Speaker 1>we were in that cabin, and we would hear rocks
<v Speaker 1>and their rocks and whatever would land on top of
<v Speaker 1>the on top of the roof, and I'd be like, well,
<v Speaker 1>ask my friendly, what do you think Dy'd go, that's
<v Speaker 1>just acorns. But you know, now that I'm thinking about it,
<v Speaker 1>there was no trees and everything around here that produced acorns,
<v Speaker 1>and you know there's it was always really quiet and
<v Speaker 1>silent back around there. And uh, that was the sighting
<v Speaker 1>that I seen for for that, or the sighting in
<v Speaker 1>a occurrences from what I've seen in my big foot counter.
<v Speaker 1>Down the street from the house that we lived, then
<v Speaker 1>there's a a saw mill, and across this from a
<v Speaker 1>saw mill, back in the woods, there's a sugar camp
<v Speaker 1>where they used to collect the uh, the maple syrf
<v Speaker 1>syrup out of the trees. And all right past that
<v Speaker 1>back a little bit further than that. It's this area
<v Speaker 1>of of trees something and now some of those trees
<v Speaker 1>were ripped up and flipped over and shoves back into
<v Speaker 1>the ground and and everything was when that air back
<v Speaker 1>there looks like maybe is what I'm thinking is maybe
<v Speaker 1>there's a bunch of not dens, but pads and stuff
<v Speaker 1>of vegetation that where they were living at. Because I've
<v Speaker 1>been back there there there when we were when we
<v Speaker 1>were younger, you know, and and O would he'll fear
<v Speaker 1>I would walk. It was a straight shot from the
<v Speaker 1>back in from my back from my mom's house to
<v Speaker 1>that area, and me and my brother would go back here.
<v Speaker 1>And when I would turn around the leaves, I would
<v Speaker 1>I would get like he was infant sound or something,
<v Speaker 1>and then can get coldly confused. Now all I had
<v Speaker 1>to do was turn around and walk a straight line.
<v Speaker 1>And you know, I loan back here hundreds of times,
<v Speaker 1>and I would get lighted up getting lost, and I'd
<v Speaker 1>be like, I'm a cleek dated not knowing where I'm going.
<v Speaker 1>And I've always saw uneasy and going back in this
<v Speaker 1>area and I know so, and I know that there's
<v Speaker 1>rout through out there.
