00:00:03 Speaker 1: Reality with the King is hosted by me, Carlos King. I'm an executive producer who have produced some of your favorite shows from the Real Housewives in Atlanta, New Jersey and my own creation, The Love and Marriage Franchise and Bell Collective. Every episode we recap reality television from the Real Housewives Franchise to The Bachelor or Selling Sunset, in addition to celebrity guests, whether in the unscripted space or scripted as well. So rain drops listen. I'm normally a Trader, but because of this episode, Dustin, I am dressing the part of Rob because I don't know who it is anymore I saw in this episode. So I'm here playing the role of Rob because I need to make sure that Candice has somebody because, in the words of woop we Godberg in Ghost Kansas. 00:01:04 Speaker 2: You and danger girl. That's right. 00:01:06 Speaker 3: You really this is method acting too, because you straight up turned Joe back on me and then you really you didn't wear your traders cloak. Okay, you went on the turn. You said, I'm really gonna be rib I ain't telling them now. You look incredible, and you has that it's hilarious that you have those on because Rob showed not just his arms, but he showed his ass. 00:01:25 Speaker 2: This week. Rob showed his ass this week, Didney Carlos. 00:01:29 Speaker 4: I No, dusn't. 00:01:31 Speaker 1: We'll talk. 00:01:32 Speaker 4: We'll get into it. 00:01:34 Speaker 1: I and you're gonna yag. I may dislike him as much as I dislike Michael Rappaport. 00:01:43 Speaker 3: I can see why. I can see why you would you would arrive there. I can definitely see. 00:01:47 Speaker 1: Hey, I listen, let's get right into a Dustin because this episode was a ten out of ten, so raindoffs. 00:01:55 Speaker 4: As you know, Dustin and I gonna talk about the high life. 00:01:58 Speaker 1: But before we get in to be banquet, we gotta talk about the fashions Dustin. Now, now, look, last week, you broke the internet comparing Derenda's dress to the I can be finished the soul tray scrabble, for. 00:02:20 Speaker 3: That's where my mind went, you know what I'm saying, That's where my mind went where I seen that shit. 00:02:25 Speaker 2: She looked like that. 00:02:27 Speaker 1: I was proud that. You know, the gen Z's knew what that meant and they loved it. But no, I thought the fashions were good. I'm gonna run down my favorites dusted, but love to get your thoughts. So I'm gonna name my favorite, and you tell me what you think. 00:02:43 Speaker 2: Maura number one, number one, favorite number one. 00:02:47 Speaker 3: That that metal breastplate or whatever that was on her dress with that hat. She looked incredible, And I honestly have really been enjoying her this season. I've been enjoying Maura. Derenda hasn't, but I have. I've been enjoying more. 00:03:02 Speaker 2: So I like that. 00:03:04 Speaker 4: So we'll get into the Roald table. 00:03:06 Speaker 1: Listen, Darenda for me. 00:03:09 Speaker 4: She walk up this season. I'm not this episode. 00:03:12 Speaker 2: Yes, she did, she walked up. 00:03:14 Speaker 1: She walk up. Her outfit not so much Candace giving you Winny Houston clean up at night. Love it the goddess, you know, not to be confused with Belle Collective La Teresa's goddess Lynks. We're talking about the Goddess of the Traders. 00:03:30 Speaker 4: I thought she looked stunning. 00:03:32 Speaker 2: I did too. 00:03:33 Speaker 3: That was it Medusa head pieces like snakes right that she had it with all that jewelry. 00:03:38 Speaker 2: She looked incredible. 00:03:39 Speaker 3: Candace actually has been leaning directly into like the camp of it all when it comes to her questions, and it's very costume in a very good way of in the most perfect ways, and I think she's dressing for the quite literally for. 00:03:54 Speaker 2: The occasion, and I love it. I love it. Candas is playing the fuck out of her game as a trader. 00:04:00 Speaker 4: And we'll get to that too. 00:04:02 Speaker 1: But in terms of the guys, I really did like Eric's like Tiffany blues suit, It's. 00:04:12 Speaker 2: All right, it looks like somebody looked like he made it look like he'd been sewing. 00:04:15 Speaker 3: I said, damn you you've been in there put hitting your foot against a singer sewing machine pedal? 00:04:20 Speaker 2: Is that what there was? You you've been using a pattern? What was the patterns called? 00:04:24 Speaker 3: I can't think of the name of the patterns, but it was a name of the company that made the patterns everybody used to use to sew with that you've been doing that been to Joanne Fabrics? 00:04:38 Speaker 2: Okay, yeah, I didn't. I didn't like it. 00:04:42 Speaker 4: I thought you at least like that. 00:04:43 Speaker 1: Okay, what do you think about Johnny Wear's bedazzle like whatever shoulder pads. 00:04:50 Speaker 2: I love it. 00:04:51 Speaker 3: Johnny Wear commits to the look. I feel like like that ship is one hundred percent him. That's his style. I love seeing Johnny War do his thing, and to me, he executes it perfectly. 00:05:01 Speaker 2: So I liked it. 00:05:03 Speaker 1: Yes, yes, and listen, Colton looked a hot mess with the pearls. I just felt like, listen, I am I'm aware. 00:05:15 Speaker 4: Because I didn't watch a Bachelor, but I'm. 00:05:17 Speaker 1: Aware right that he's a former football player, he went on a Bachelor, he used to be posing as a heterosexual male. He has not come out the closet, and I guess he's experimenting with looking like Adam who won, you know, American Idol, just experience with Adam Lambert experimenting with looks. But I mean it was the pearls and some sort of a head piece that been a black blazer. 00:05:48 Speaker 3: Yeah, very It looked like barnacles, look like a growth of some sort, like something in a peatrie dish. Maybe the head piece looked like cradle cap. It looked like a little bit of maybe like a ring worm, a scalp itch. It looked like something like that, a skin disease. 00:06:04 Speaker 2: Something. It looked like like that. 00:06:06 Speaker 3: It didn't look you know, you have to be careful with applicats and embellishments and stuff, because sometimes the randomness of a design or a pattern can very effectively look like something is wrong with you, And in this case it was ringworm. I thought he looked like he had a ringworm all over his forehead, like he had been in swimming lessons at eleven when you used to get ringworm and ship. That's what it looked like to me. 00:06:31 Speaker 2: Or light light and or slash light. 00:06:35 Speaker 1: Absolutely that said, your mind is not a terrible thing to wait. I will say that because it shout out. 00:06:53 Speaker 3: I'm just saying, yes, yes, you know why, Carlos, because you'll never find Okay, that's why shout out to lou Raws. 00:07:00 Speaker 2: Yeah. But Colton looked crazy. 00:07:02 Speaker 3: He looked like he had just went in the room and just stuck something on his forehead and walked the funk out of that thing. You guys like it on that type of shit. No, we don't like it, Colting. 00:07:13 Speaker 1: No, I didn't get out of get him to get it. So they're after bank were Dustin and you know what we do know from the. 00:07:20 Speaker 3: Previous I forgot one, Carlos. I didn't wait, jam Jam. We forgot jam Jam. Okay, he had on a bood wire. I said, what kind of glamour shots? 00:07:30 Speaker 2: Ass? He looked like jam Jam looked like he. 00:07:33 Speaker 3: Was going to glamour shots. You remember glamour shots back in the day, Carlos. Yeah, they gave everybody right, that was the poles. They gave you a bowl, feather and a pearl shet blowout. You know what I'm saying that Jam Jam looked like he was at LA point, you know what I'm saying. Looked like it just looked like he was going to dinner in his closet. It was like the ship that you know what I'm saying, you were to film in the closet. That's what they looked like with them feathers and shit. I was like on Jam Jam danity sid yet vanity to night. Okay, okay, gone Jam jail. 00:08:16 Speaker 1: Appolonial not Joscelyn's cabaret. 00:08:18 Speaker 4: Cabaret is no no steps cabaret very much. 00:08:23 Speaker 3: So okay, money came by you clothes apparently because somebody Jam Jam and Eric both looked like they had been in front of the sewing machine. I'm just gonna go in and say it, you know, And if you did, that's your thing. If you're a d I wire dude, then d I Y D I G d Y do what you goddamn. 00:08:39 Speaker 2: So I'm just saying. You know, that's what it looked like. That's all. 00:08:50 Speaker 1: Shipper Jomanna Gang. That's a new show for y'all. Yes, you got just created another show. Is there any other looks? Doesn't that caught your eye? 00:09:01 Speaker 3: No, that's a Lisa Rena was in there looking her dress just looked old, like it stunk like moth balls and had been up in a closet somewhere for a long time. In a good way, like I thought she she was, she had a presence, you know what I'm saying. But it just looked like their dress had been up in a cedar closet for years, you know what I'm saying, like like just it had been put up. She looked like her dress had been put up for a long time. When they shook it out, it was a lot of shit, fly debris and dust and shit particles all in the air. 00:09:30 Speaker 2: That's what it looked like. You know, that dress looked like it's stunk. 00:09:35 Speaker 3: Queen Catherine Bolt looking ass dress, Queen Mary Ship looking ass dressed. You know, brass door knobs, you know, shit like that. You understand, you understand on the French phone, you know you understand, you understand. 00:09:53 Speaker 1: I was like a moth balls and particle money. 00:09:58 Speaker 3: She shook that dress when she pulled that shit that ship out from wherever it was that they shook it a few. 00:10:05 Speaker 2: They had to shake in his dress for she put it on for sure, that's it. I can't. 00:10:11 Speaker 3: Oh, gosh, well it is somebody else, but I don't think she had that on at the at the banquet. 00:10:17 Speaker 2: She didn't. 00:10:18 Speaker 3: It wasn't when she had on at the banquet. We'll save that for the round table. 00:10:21 Speaker 1: Okay, okay, I can't wait to see or hear who does it is preferred. 00:10:28 Speaker 4: So here we are at the banquet. 00:10:30 Speaker 1: What we know from last week's episode is that Lisa Renna has the broach that is used to try to murder somebody pretty much in plain sight. So this mystery was again the product dustin the production value because you and I get production the creativeness just based on the setting and the mystery and the editing of how all of this was unfolding, because everybody just. 00:11:02 Speaker 4: Felt like we're just gonna be here and just talking. 00:11:05 Speaker 1: And then it wasn't until the host decided Alan Cummings to say, how look one, are y'all gonna die? And it explains the nature of the game, in addition to the fact that there were two anadoltes, a potion that the person who was cursed by the trader, if they drink it, they will be saved and baby your homegirl Natally okay, she was flowed Joe Shakari Richardson and the dustin the way she manhandled ran across that room to grab it. 00:11:47 Speaker 2: Yes, she sounded like that E forty song, right, I want to be saved. She want to be saved. Okay, God dusting making up? 00:12:03 Speaker 4: Who's getting the video? 00:12:12 Speaker 3: But yes, Carlos, that's how she signed. I was like, damn you talking about it. Anytime somebody described something as a pigmy, they need to clip that. And because she was like here here, I am sending me okay, this is it. She was gonna drink that potion. She was, she was and she did too. Maura was sick of her talking about it. If you're gonna do it, just do it, you know, Yes, Natalie, she was getting to it. Okay. 00:12:41 Speaker 1: So it was Nali then the once who drank it. Kristin by the way, listen, I don't like to bitch anyone's sexuality. 00:12:52 Speaker 2: Okay, but Kristen is like beautiful. Is she got? Yes? 00:13:01 Speaker 3: She If Kristin is your thing, if you're into Christin and she's into you, I can't understand why that would be a good time. She's got she sexy, she's got sex, appelling charisma depends. Taylored Yeah, yeah, when everybody always in conversation. I ain't seen her by herself yet, So I'm just saying. 00:13:25 Speaker 1: We'll get to that. We'll get to that. I picked to what you drop. This is reality with the King, and I'm Carlos King. Let's get back into the show. So Christa and Natalie, they're the ones who drank it. And what we have learned is okay. The person who Lisa Renna murdered in playing Sight was none other than the fairy godfather. 00:13:59 Speaker 2: Jam Jam Man. 00:14:00 Speaker 3: They threw his ass up out of there, didn't they. I thought, I was like, who is this jazz on the first Prince? They yoked him up and threw his ass right up out of that castle. 00:14:07 Speaker 2: So fast, Lord have mercy. They got him up out of there now. 00:14:11 Speaker 3: I will say this though, Carlos. For months now, Alan the host has been doing press and interviews, of course, promoting this incredible season and encouraging people to watch, but he specifically said in his interviews, like when you hear the word banquet and when we get to episode seven, it's going to be the most explosive moment in Trader's history, is going to be very Carnegie. He used that specific term. It's not really a word. He said, it's going to be a carnagie, lots of carnage. And so I personally wish that I had not seen those interviews because I was ready to be blown away by this banquet. And even though it was great, it was a fantastic show or episode, brother, I was waiting for like the wild moment, and I think it was Jamjam being murdered at that table and snatched up from the table, which was great, but I just thought it was going to be like more people gone, or like, you know what I'm saying, something really huge. 00:15:05 Speaker 1: So funny I saw that same interview, I believe he was on the Today Show, and I was with you, it's funny because you know, I'm watching the real housewise of Billy Hills, and Andy said how this that episode was going to be explosive, and. 00:15:23 Speaker 4: I'm like, oh, well, you know, okay, So it's funny. 00:15:27 Speaker 1: Brother up because I watched Beverley Hills before Traders, and I'm like, good episode, don't get. 00:15:32 Speaker 2: A great episode. 00:15:34 Speaker 1: But to your point, I think with things like that are said and listen, nothing that these two guys said was wrong. 00:15:41 Speaker 4: I think us. 00:15:43 Speaker 1: We we've seen some great television were off the year. Shout off to Timmy Pollard and rest in Peace, Basketball Wives, shout out to Timmy Roman. 00:15:53 Speaker 2: Man, I can't wait to discuss that. 00:15:56 Speaker 1: Dustin rain drops. That'll be Monday's hot. So makes you all on time because that's talking about. 00:16:03 Speaker 2: And wait Monday, Monday. 00:16:13 Speaker 1: Not want to miss that. But I'm with you, Dustin, I too watch Alan Cummings said that, and I was like, okay, what's gonna happen? And look, great episode, great theme. It did not live up to the hype, I would say, and again, and their defense. Hype is interpretation and that's why, yeah, my show's Dustin. All I say is y'all watch it. I love the last fifteen minutes. 00:16:37 Speaker 3: I gag, y'all whatever b be right though when you say it, and also thankfully he's it's not like they opened the episode with that. Obviously there's millions and millions of people watching this show on Peacock, and thankfully that commentary from Allen was regulated only to his press junket. 00:16:57 Speaker 2: So whoever saw those. 00:16:58 Speaker 3: Interviews, like me and you, probably we were a small minority that shared that sentiment. Overall, everybody was blown away by a great episode of The Trader. 00:17:08 Speaker 1: So fantastic. One more thing before we continue with jam Yop getting yanked like Jazzy. As you said. One of one of the things too that was not shown to us, Dustin, and that I'm sure you heard about, was apparently there was a screaming match of housewives proportion between Caroline Stansbury and Derenda that. 00:17:33 Speaker 4: Day never showed. 00:17:34 Speaker 3: Yeah, Durenda one that I can tell you already, one that Caroline Stanbury got it in her, but she can't fuck with Dorinda. And this I didn't even watch Derinda on New York. I didn't watch the seasons when she was there. I know I missed out. Everybody says it's the best. 00:17:48 Speaker 1: Wait, yeah, you've never seen the efpingness of Derenda Medley. 00:17:54 Speaker 3: Only in only like small clips or likes. Well speaking the clip, you know, I've seen moment, but I didn't follow her story on the show. I watched the first few seasons of New York and then I lost interest, and then I started watching again with my girl Evanie K Williams joined. Of course, absolutely the fun so I tuned in. But I had missed out on and Duringda's time on That show means a lot to a lot of people that love The Real Housewives. So I'm actually gonna go revisit those episodes and enjoy her. But yeah, but I know she cuts Caroline Stanbury's crumpet eating ass out. 00:18:32 Speaker 2: I know, I know she did that. I guarantee you that happened. 00:18:38 Speaker 1: So I enough to say maybe there were things on the color and floor right that we didn't see, but to see jam Jam get yanked. And what was so fascinating to me is when you think about the reaction that Natalie had when she found out about the anadote and the way she aggressively grabbed a bottle. To see how aggressive jam Jamp was. Dusta, my boy got yanked out of his seat. 00:19:10 Speaker 3: They jumped him. Here, I'm concerned jam Jam got jumped. It should it should be some more. He should be looking for some motherfuckers, you know what I'm saying. From production. 00:19:18 Speaker 2: You don't have to grab me up like that, man. 00:19:20 Speaker 3: You know what I'm saying, Jam Jam needs to be he needs to be calling his cousins and all of them up there, because they definitely yoked his motherfucking ass up. They said, we don't care about these feathers, get your ass up and snatch him up out of there. 00:19:33 Speaker 2: You know, they were sneezing and spit up. 00:19:36 Speaker 3: After the way they had grabbed him up, and all them feathers went to flying through the air and shit. So absolutely that happened. But you know what surprised me about that. 00:19:44 Speaker 2: Scene, Carlos, I was surprised. 00:19:47 Speaker 3: That they allowed jam Jam to say anything once he was murdered. 00:19:53 Speaker 2: I was surprised by let's. 00:19:54 Speaker 1: Talk about that, because I did see people online say that. And again I'm a first time Trader's watcher, but rain Jobs doesn't What he's talking about is obviously when jam Jam got yanged, they were rob betfore that, excuse me, they were talking about, well, who fed me food? 00:20:13 Speaker 4: Who did what to me? 00:20:14 Speaker 1: And jam Jam said under his breath, Lisa Renna gave me a kiss. They were trying to find out, like what small nuance happened? With food or movement or. 00:20:25 Speaker 3: What anything unusual, Yeah, anything unusual, Yeah, go ahead. 00:20:30 Speaker 2: And so so that conversation took place. 00:20:33 Speaker 3: But once it was revealed that Jam Jam was the one who was murdered, and them goons, you know what I'm saying, they weren't even go I'm not gonna say what they was, but y'all know what they was. It was that came out, you know what I'm saying, and grabbed him up. He was saying, Lisa, Lisa, Lisa is Lisa. I thought he was gonna say in club Jam the way he kept saying Lisa Lisa, but he kept saying Lisa right talking about I wonder if I take you home? 00:21:01 Speaker 2: Well, we know you going home. 00:21:03 Speaker 3: But anyway, Carlos shut up. 00:21:09 Speaker 1: Why we are all that? 00:21:15 Speaker 2: Okay? 00:21:18 Speaker 3: So I was surprised that he was allowed to say her name as he was getting thrown out of that table, because that doesn't happen when you're murdered on the traders. Think about it, it's done overnight, you wake up and you're no longer in communication with the rest of the players. 00:21:35 Speaker 2: When you are when you are banished or whatever. 00:21:39 Speaker 3: At that table, you're only allowed to say if you're a faithful or a trader upon your exit. 00:21:44 Speaker 2: So jam Jam being able to say. 00:21:46 Speaker 3: Lisa, Lisa is Lisa, Lisa kissed me, she kissed me, Lisa is a trader. Him being able to say that, I was like, Wow, I can't believe they're allowing whoever is eliminated to be vocal on their way out. 00:22:00 Speaker 2: Ever seen that before? 00:22:01 Speaker 1: So maybe? Okay, So now we kind of know again based on what Alan said that maybe is the moment because it's never happened before. Yeah, And as a producer, I'm even thinking too. To your point though, because he said that shit in real time, production could not edit that out or or till the faith falls and the traders act like you didn't hear it, because apparently, to your point, him saying that shit really was the final nail in the coffin that Colton created, because it really did change everyone's mind to say fuck Natalie us suspecting her based on her aggressive way of snatching the poster from Tara Tarror or whatever. Jam Dam gave us some tea and because Lisa Lisa Rena, I love you down boost baby and we'll get to your epic walk off. But baby, you are a terrible actress, all this realityble No, you need improv classes, mama, immediately, like you need to sit and study. 00:23:13 Speaker 3: Because the way that she like her and Porsche, I was disappointed neither one of them put up a fight. Look at how Tiffany and I don't want to jump ahead because I know, but look at how Tiffany defended herself on her way out of that ball out of that round table. Tiffany was dropping on they ass verbally, and she made that she put up a fight for herself. She at least tried even I'm not gonna give him nothing, so never mind. But people have tried at that table and put up a fight for themselves. 00:23:40 Speaker 2: Porsche did not and Lisa. 00:23:42 Speaker 3: Renna did not, and they've both been very vocal in verbal confrontations on their respective shows. And that was a surprising twist for me. I'm like, where is the where is it? You know what I'm saying, Like where you're not even gonna try? 00:23:57 Speaker 2: Yeah? I just I don't get it. 00:23:58 Speaker 3: Especially Lisa Renna, a professional actor for years. Well, she she talking all that shit in there having them drinks. Maybe she needs to stop drinking at that bar for she going to tour thirty six years. That leans to fucking Rana and you still don't know how to have a poker face. 00:24:15 Speaker 2: After thirty six years. 00:24:16 Speaker 3: That didn't that that didn't make sense to me, And that's why it didn't make sense to Coulting either. 00:24:20 Speaker 2: He was looking at it like, okay, girl, I'm voting you out. 00:24:23 Speaker 1: Okay, bitch, get off. 00:24:24 Speaker 2: That's it, That's what. 00:24:25 Speaker 1: He was thinking. No, she hur reaction Lisa Renda is so dramatic because with he yelled her name that, she's like, it was very much like who said that? 00:24:37 Speaker 2: Yes, it was. 00:24:39 Speaker 5: Wait wait what No, it was an air cast, it was an er it was. It was horrible and Candace, there's so much untack of this episode. 00:24:50 Speaker 1: Candace at that moment is doing her job right as a trader. He's trying to make sure that her teammate is not being u Yeah, so she's like, well, no, she kissed me and kiss and people were like, oh, yeah, she kissed me too. So Kansas was helping. Rob of course said nothing. The bullseyes on Lisa then in the kitchen, which I thought was so genius, how. 00:25:18 Speaker 4: The traders were left alone in the kitchen. 00:25:20 Speaker 1: Yes, and baby lisas Rob, he has to do more than just sit back today. And Candace reminds them all that, look, being a trader is all about relationships, and of course Rob is sort of like, look, guys, yam Jam Jam sealed Lisa's fate, and if he defends Lisa, it's gonna look bad for him. Explain to me again, you are a faithful trader watcher. 00:25:55 Speaker 2: Yes, do you see Bob's point one hundred percent? 00:26:02 Speaker 3: But Rob also started a lot of that shit. Rob brought Lisa's name into this. Let's not forget people were looking at Lisa, but not in a way that was different or any varying degree different than you know what I'm saying, what the way they were looking at anyone else. So Rob started that, him and Colton started that attention on Lisa. 00:26:21 Speaker 2: It wasn't this. 00:26:22 Speaker 3: New thing that now Rob had to figure out how to manage as a trader. 00:26:25 Speaker 2: No, motherfucker, you hit the gas on that. 00:26:28 Speaker 3: So miss me with that, you know that argument, And also in Rob and Kandas's defense, I personally would have cussed Lisa Lisa's ass out at breakfast the minute that came out of her lips talking about y'all gonna have to help me. I had to work yesterday by myself. No, motherfucker. You the one who said you wanted to wear the brooch. We all were standing at the turret and you said you wanted to do it. What the fuck was I supposed to do? 00:26:51 Speaker 2: Hey, everybody, Lisa's a trader. 00:26:54 Speaker 3: Come on over here. She's got to try to kill you. There's nothing they can do to help you. You're on your own on a mission. Rob Wood and bitching and moaning when he had to figure out he just got in there and got to open up them picture frames and getting them cards and shit and set your hands down at the chessboard and figured it out and no complaints. So Lisa, I don't know what you expected, but I think Lisa was recognizing that she was failing miserably as a trader, and she was looking to, like, you know, distribute a little bit of that blame out of her lap. But I would have and ate my egg. 00:27:31 Speaker 4: But also to your. 00:27:31 Speaker 1: Point too, one of the things that is occurring is the fact that at some point, because again I met a rob for another reason that would get to later, I met Rob Shoes at this point of the game, right, and you are right. He already intimated last week, joining in on the Lisa thing. 00:27:53 Speaker 4: But Lisa is such a terrible actress. 00:27:58 Speaker 1: That is one of those things where if I'm here trying to win the game and Rob's defense, hear me out rain drops. He has no allegiance to Lisa. He just met her on set, right, And if Lisa, who is doing it by herself, Monette exchanged. So Candace, I think it's Lisa. Canna's did her job, look bitch, he thinks it's you. They got rid of his ass, Cannas did his, did her part. Lisa unfortunately just isn't good at the game. Whereas to your point, which we'll get you later too, Kristen is amazing at the game because she cle she keeps flying under the radar. Although just based on looks alone, she's a beautiful woman. What's intimidating, like you can really get some shit started, really does, like my eyes zoom in on her from the fucking screen. I can't imagine being in her presence, but justin no one's clocking her, but which means she's doing a good job. Lisa felt herself, and I think to Rob's point, at this stage of the game when Jam Jim Gill Lisa's name, I think, I think if mccaman's knew, like we're fucked. 00:29:14 Speaker 3: Well, we'll get to that as we start talking about this vote, because I have a feeling about that, and I agree with you, Yes she did. 00:29:21 Speaker 1: Yeah so because Natalie Baby was Flow Joe, she's also considered to possibly be a trader. 00:29:31 Speaker 4: And what we're learning in this episode. 00:29:35 Speaker 1: Is is between Lisa and Natalie they're on the way to do their challenge. And this is when I said Rob, I will be playing the role of. 00:29:45 Speaker 4: You call me Black Rob. Shout out to the. 00:29:49 Speaker 1: Rapper WHOA I am Black Rob. Literally literally, I am Black Rob. 00:30:02 Speaker 4: Overalls included. 00:30:06 Speaker 1: This is what Dustin. I take this show way too seriously now I. 00:30:10 Speaker 4: Feel now I know how people feel with the watch Hunts Bill. 00:30:13 Speaker 1: Yeah, I'm taking the show personally. When I saw Rob in the car, Dustin out of his own mouth, convincing people like they were going names and shit this brother Tucker said, I think it's Lisa because Jam Jam doesn't lie. 00:30:36 Speaker 2: Yep. Yeah, And that's what I mean about it, Carlos. 00:30:40 Speaker 3: He's not just going with the people on this, he's leading the childe is he's trying to get Lisa's ask the fuck up out of there. And I'm not mad at it because honestly, I believe she would have done the same thing to him. 00:30:49 Speaker 2: Look how she voted for Porscha that very first night. 00:30:52 Speaker 3: And honestly, that's why I really don't feel no ways, no kind of way. You know what I'm saying about him flipping up, switching up on her. I just hate that it's gonna affit Candice's gameplay. That's the part that makes me angry about him switching on Lisa. But that's also why we'll get to something else later. 00:31:09 Speaker 2: Okay. 00:31:11 Speaker 1: So they played the challenge and it's all about receiving this dagger. And with the power of this dagger, you have two boats at the roundtable. Surprise, surprise rob one okay, and it's like Rob, it's Steven, it's Coleton, it's Natalie, what's the what's his name? Dustin from Dance with the Star Mark Mark And that's it, right, that's it. So, as they're about to enter the house, my rob card was revoked because once again he is playing a dirty game and he tells these people, yo, before beginning this house, we're not gonna tell anybody who have dagger, because if we do, then all eyes would be on me. 00:32:08 Speaker 4: So do we all agree with that? 00:32:10 Speaker 1: They all do that? 00:32:11 Speaker 4: Path You know that we all did great? 00:32:13 Speaker 1: You know they did that. And that was the moment I knew that, Listen, I'm all about playing the best game to win. Rob is not loyal to anybody. And it was in that moment I said, Candace, you danger. 00:32:27 Speaker 2: Yeah, I agree one hundred percent. 00:32:29 Speaker 3: Though he rallied them troops some motherfucking fast, all he did was play the background over the past few weeks, get people to feel like he was a quiet assassin, and then starts speaking up and being a natural leader amongst the casts. 00:32:41 Speaker 2: That's all he did. 00:32:42 Speaker 3: He had an in his on his radar from day one to get rid of Lisa's ass He half heartedly and in a very fake way, agree to the truth that Candis suggested to them to stick together as traders. He never gave a damn about that. He wants them both gone. He wanted to be the only last trader standing. That's what he wants to be. 00:33:00 Speaker 1: Yeah, yeah, no, that's exactly what he wants to do. And then here we are. 00:33:05 Speaker 4: Now we're at the round table. 00:33:08 Speaker 1: So before that, of course, the same old they're conspiring about. Like again, we're all led to believe at this roundtable is anyone's game. It could be Natalie, it could be Lisa. I kept telling myself, Lisa's going home tonight. It was it was painfully obvious that my girl was about to go home at the roundtable. It is Lisa versus Natalie. Drenda defense Lisa and said, also air kiss her. Marra stepped in and maybe Derenda told her all you do is jump on bandwagons. 00:33:41 Speaker 3: Wore her and didn't let her get a word in edge wise. I know Mara wanted to be like old girl on Martin, Pam on Martin when she was talking about Gina's old friend mouth almighty tongue in my last if I could get a word in edge wise, I know that's what Mara wanted to tell Derenda because. 00:33:58 Speaker 2: She steamrolled her crazy. 00:34:03 Speaker 3: You remember that meat munching ye Mark, Yeah, But but Derinda rolled her at that table. And I love Maura, but Derinda took care of her at that table. She said, you know what, shut up, Okay, you're wrong. We don't want to hear that. She had gets started with shut up. She went off on our and got all right up out of there. 00:34:21 Speaker 2: I loved it. 00:34:23 Speaker 1: What was your thoughts on the round table, especially when at that point Rob defense Natalie and said that Jam Jam is believable and the black grim mathic that is Kansas Villa basket gat. 00:34:37 Speaker 4: I look again and said, oh, you got us fucked. 00:34:40 Speaker 2: Up number one. 00:34:46 Speaker 3: Lisa renda again failure zero percent e minus performance at that at that round table, that was horrible. She literally she didn't have she didn't even try, She didn't even try to put up a fight. She was speaking in circles, saying a bunch of shit that was meaningless, not offering up any other theories, not trying to shift the lend. She was just operating from a place of defensiveness and stupidity. 00:35:13 Speaker 2: And that's why her asked weent home. 00:35:14 Speaker 3: She might as well have rolled her Ramoa suitcase right on up in there to the round table with her and had her boarding. 00:35:21 Speaker 2: Pass printed, not on the phone. It was time for her to go. 00:35:25 Speaker 3: She was on her way out of there, and that's just simply what that was. Natalie tore her up. Lisa was saying, what did she say Lisa was saying something about she was trying to put the focus on Natalie, and Natalie was like. 00:35:36 Speaker 1: You, oh no. 00:35:37 Speaker 4: When she said that, Nally said, when we murdered. 00:35:41 Speaker 1: Yeah, and because the portion he fell flat, I didn't think that was a strong argument. 00:35:46 Speaker 2: It wasn't. And the thing about it is they could have used that. 00:35:50 Speaker 3: You could have taken that because you were literally, as a faithful you're working with nothing. So if your goal is to build a case from on someone and get them up out of there, and you're smart and savvy and enough to add context and understand persuasion in a room like that, you could have built from that. Her making that mistake, having that slip verbally, you could have built from that and gotten her out of there. 00:36:11 Speaker 2: Lisa couldn't do it. 00:36:12 Speaker 3: She didn't have the skill set that gave her something to work with. When you're in a situation where people don't have anything to go with and they say, well, it's just a feeling things like that, when some shit actually happens, you build from it. 00:36:24 Speaker 2: That's your job. 00:36:25 Speaker 3: Lisa failed miserably, and Natalie told that it was really over once Natalie told her, ass you only talking to me because they talking to you that you only want me to go home because you don't want them to keep telling your ass to go home. And everybody just was like they felt that because it was so simple and it was so understood immediately. Yeah, that's exactly what she's doing. And once again Lisa sat there looking confused. Every time she on the wround table, her palms up in the air, just every single time. 00:36:57 Speaker 2: Yeah, I'm a faithful What are you talking about? 00:36:59 Speaker 3: I'm a fake? That's your defense. What are you talking about? I'm a faithful? Yeah, sister, you glad you You should be lucky you stayed as on as your ass did being a trader too, and you can't even get with the program. No, And that's why I'm going to say that Candace should have voted for Lisa at that roundtable. I wish she had not done that. Listen, you gotta know when this I guess it's the music episode, Carlos, because you gotta know when to hold them knowing to vote them. Okay, you gotta know. And at that point, Lisa was in the casket with her chin to her chest. There's nothing you can do to make a statement, And I feel like her saying this, this is a throwaway vote. And then using Rob's name, who was literally leading the charge against Lisa. Candace put herself right in front of the scope of the gun that they have pointed at all the traders. 00:37:59 Speaker 2: And I wish she would not have done that. 00:38:00 Speaker 3: I wish she would have just did wrote Lisa's name with her heart, and like the rest of the people that didn't want to hurt her feelings, you know what I'm saying. But we're still gonna vote for her ass anyway. Just write Lisa and put a heart on the end. 00:38:11 Speaker 2: Lisa, I actually voted for you. That's all you gotta do. 00:38:15 Speaker 3: And going to get her out of there because now Candace, the eye is on you. The focus is on you now, Candace. And I wish she would not have done that to herself. She could have held Rob's feet to the fire in another way once they got to that turret, but at that table Candace did not need to put the focus any attention on herself in that way. 00:38:36 Speaker 2: I wish you would have voted for Lisa. 00:38:38 Speaker 1: Yeah, y'all know, I'm going for Candace every chance I get. I'm going to tell Dustin my initial reaction. And then because this is my new obsession. I'm going to tell dust that my reaction based on thinking about us of more so in that very moment, I agree with one hundred percent of a and is saying, because for me, it was one of those things where I was like, everybody is putting her off and the proof is literally in the pudding, like there's nothing anyone can do to save this woman, like nothing she's done. And I think, if I'm Canvas, I would say to myself, bitch, I did my part. I told you about mona exchange and she even told her in this episode about another person saying her I forgot what it was, but Canvas did her part. And if I'm at the roundtable and I see that things are going her favor, I would not have done the throwaway. I would have said, Lisa, I love you. I cant front. They're making a strong argument. 00:39:48 Speaker 2: That's it. 00:39:49 Speaker 1: I hope I regret this, but they made a strong case because at this point my thing is this ding gone. The bitch is gone, right, so there's no confrontation waiting for you. 00:40:01 Speaker 3: You know what I'm saying, Like Candas could have even been like and you know what, Lisa, I didn't want to do this, But I thought about the way you voted for Porsche in that first week, and I thought about the pain she must have felt as a fellow housewife. So I'm going to put your name on this cut this week. Boom, we could add a moment, you know what I'm saying. But Candas did that shit she did. I just really wish she had not, because she had been playing a flawless game prior to that. 00:40:27 Speaker 1: So yeah, yeah, No, it was one of those things for me where I was just like, Okay, this is bad. So when she goes and says, you know, I have a throwaway vote, Natalie, I don't think it's you out of good thing. I can't vote for you. I'm like, okay, bitch for Forlisa. She said, a least I can vote for you. There's a throwaway vote. 00:40:47 Speaker 2: Rob. 00:40:48 Speaker 1: I'm like, Rob, say Colton, Yeah, but again, I love my girl, Candy Gal. However, in this moment, I felt it was her emotions taking over her strategy that she has been doing such a good job on because you gottamit this dustin. 00:41:08 Speaker 4: That motherfucker Rob. 00:41:09 Speaker 1: Is playing a great game because he has everyone fooled and all this pretty boy has to do is say he did say it. 00:41:22 Speaker 4: Maybe the traders were all housewives. 00:41:24 Speaker 1: Let's get him out. 00:41:25 Speaker 2: Yep, that's all he has to do. 00:41:28 Speaker 3: And another thing all he has to do is keep smiling and banning his eyes at Colting and having Colting be his dow boy getting all the dirty. Colting is literally doing all of Rob's dirty work. And he's so stupid on this game. I don't know him personally, but the way he's playing the game is so fucking stupid. He doesn't even realize he's a mark. You're being used by Rob Dodo and you're just sitting there smiling and blinking and shit, wake up, you know what I'm saying, Like, I understand, you know whatever your motivations are, but you got to separate that and look at this shit for what it is. Is because Rob is literally playing Colting like a fiddle, playing him, and Colton is so dumb and he enamored and googly eye that Rob always trying to walk next to him and have a conversation with him every chance he gets. You know what I'm saying, that's the problem, and Rob is using that to his advantage. He knows that Colton is intrigued by him, and so he's using that to develop an alliance of loyalty when it really is absolutely none because he's a fucking trader. 00:42:28 Speaker 1: Yes, and it's a whole another word for gay for play, because it's not even like you know, it's not gay for pay, it's gay for play. 00:42:34 Speaker 4: He's playing the game. 00:42:36 Speaker 1: It's funny because. 00:42:37 Speaker 2: Now you can't be mad at it either. 00:42:38 Speaker 1: Really, No, listen, and this is baby wep and talk about how women do this all the time. 00:42:46 Speaker 4: Let me think something, No, shy, not. 00:42:47 Speaker 1: All some of y'all women, y'all batch eyes to a man to get what you need out of him, y'all do so? I think what does it is saying is so parent him out in the grand scheme of things. 00:43:03 Speaker 4: Let me tell you something. 00:43:05 Speaker 1: Rob is a pretty boy, and Rob knows he is, and Rob knows that Colton has a crush on him. I don't say it. Colton has a crush on Rob and Rob knows it. And Rob is using it to his advantage to do his dirty work. He is having Colton do his dirty work. And let me tell you something. When it's between Colton and. 00:43:29 Speaker 3: Rob, why are you missing them? Earns? Colton ex football player. Why was you missing them arrns when you was throwing that gold at them earns? I was so good, Damn man, that said you. 00:43:42 Speaker 2: Got one time, you motherfucker, and not make us look bad. You know what I'm saying. And what do you do? Get out there? Man? Set his ass to god damn missing you played him. 00:43:54 Speaker 3: You literally played this sport professionally and you can't hit that urn. 00:43:59 Speaker 2: I was so goddamn mad, But go ahead. 00:44:01 Speaker 1: Well no, that's why he was on the Bachelor and not you know, the Hall of Fame with a Heisman. 00:44:07 Speaker 4: Trophy, Dustin. He's not good at the game. He was good at the game of playing these women. 00:44:12 Speaker 1: Now, with all of that being said, Lisa Renno gets voted off. 00:44:19 Speaker 4: And it's not funny, but it is kind of funny. 00:44:24 Speaker 1: I didn'txpect her to get so emotional, like you don't like it. 00:44:29 Speaker 3: Don't we trying to act now, Lisa? That's what I thought all the water works. Huh, don't don't we trying to do your monologue? 00:44:36 Speaker 2: Now? Girl? 00:44:37 Speaker 3: You can beat it. You know what I'm saying. It's a rap fork in it. You know what I'm saying. You're gone And that's that we don't care, and then shut up. By the way, talking about the end of Housewives was so high for me, and I was just happy to just be myself. Housewives was a reality show. You was yourself on there. Shut up. 00:44:58 Speaker 2: I don't want to hear none of that. This is anything. 00:45:01 Speaker 3: You are more yourself on a show that is built and centered around following you than would you have to come on and lie and play a character. So shut up. That doesn't even make sense. How are you more yourself on the show where you lying every damn day about everything than you were on a show that was about you, Lisa A. 00:45:26 Speaker 1: I mean, listen, you raise a good point, because on Housewives, you're right, their job is to follow you in the reality and it's not a game of mind fuck. I mean it is in some cases, but in this sense, you weren't being yourself, and Trader was a whole different monster. I think her tears was because she realized she had a poor performance. You know, she listen to constantly It's cute. Once or twice I said this whole Lisa fucking Renna trope. She had. 00:45:58 Speaker 3: Let people tell you're an icon, Let people tell you you're those things. 00:46:03 Speaker 2: You know, what I'm saying. 00:46:03 Speaker 3: It's always cringey to me when people do that. Let you know, I am in ain kon. I am a no you let somebody else tell you that even if you are less, you eighty motherfucking years old, and it don't matter what you say to nobody because you eighty. 00:46:18 Speaker 2: You know what I'm saying. Other I hated to see that. 00:46:21 Speaker 1: So yeah, I thought I thought she went off sad because to your point, when the people were voting her off rom and Culton specifically, they said, I'm voting off the icon the legend Lisa Rena. So they did. They did it for you. So when she got up on her stage and she goes she's the worst of Michael Rappaport be Bo's iconic legendary Trader, it was like, Lisa, you went all sad and that model walk trying to be you know, Elle McPherson. It didn't hit like you thought it did. But I did scream because I was happy that those falls well, I said, she is good television. I was happy that they get to celebrate that they got a Trader off. But I am now concerned for the fate of Candace Dillard Bassett. Instead, in her interview chair dusted that as a Christian woman, Bob did let her aghast okay, but the bad bitch that Candace is ready to play a motherfucking game. 00:47:40 Speaker 3: And she meant that. Candace meant that. Candace meant every single word she said. And I can't wait to watch you play out because love her or hate her, however you feel about Candace, from your experience with her and Potomac viewers of The Trader season four are getting a treat from her weekly. Candace is playing the fuck out of this game. And she is one of the best traders I've ever seen in all the four seasons. So and I ain't talking about the one Gazelle was talking about. I mean in all the four seasons of this show and so okay. 00:48:13 Speaker 2: So. 00:48:15 Speaker 3: Just yeah, in all four seasons she is. She's one of the best of this show. And it's much more than just her gameplay. Is her the clothes that she wears, it's her way and her man and her manner when she's walking around the castle, the way that she's just gesturing. 00:48:34 Speaker 2: It's everything. 00:48:35 Speaker 3: She is completely in character almost as a Trader, and it's so good. So I hate that now that's in my entertainment value. Okay, it's in jeopardy now because Rob want to show his ass. 00:48:50 Speaker 2: I don't like that. 00:48:52 Speaker 4: How Okay. 00:48:54 Speaker 1: The final question for you, do you think Candace days are number to the point where our girl may have one or. 00:49:05 Speaker 4: Two episodes left before she gets voted off? 00:49:09 Speaker 1: Really really mm hmm. 00:49:13 Speaker 3: And it don't make it no better that she did those interviews saying she was gonna cut somebody out at the reunion, because now it's looking like it's gonna be either Rob or that Eric boy or Colt, and it's gonna be one of them three that I think is going to fill the wrath of Candace at that reunion. 00:49:28 Speaker 2: So yeah, I do. 00:49:29 Speaker 3: I'm getting nervous unless something happens and she's able to figure something out with Rob or else get rid of him. You know what I'm saying. I'm just nervous about what's gonna happen. So I hope that she'll prevail because one thing about it, Candice is brilliant flat and so she's going to be able to strategize. I know she was up in that room with a legal pad writing okay and figuring some things out, making flow chants and shit figuring things out. So I'm sure that should have something of Heraylor sleeve. 00:50:01 Speaker 2: I'm sure she will. 00:50:02 Speaker 1: Yes, Now, what I was gonna say to you was on one end looking at what Candace did, which was right down Rob's name as a throwaway. Do you think based on what she of a guy who she was telling this to. But towards the end of the episode, she did say what you said earlier, right, Rob is in control of Colton, and he's. 00:50:28 Speaker 2: Gone, right, yeah, yeah, it was Johnny. 00:50:32 Speaker 4: It was Johnny. 00:50:32 Speaker 1: It was Johnny, and Johnny agreed, He's like, I know he's so hot. But which, by the way, all Rob got it? Do his back his eyes at Johnny and Johnny will get Canda's home packet. 00:50:41 Speaker 4: Let's be fucking clear with that one. But the other side that I thought later Dustin was okay. 00:50:48 Speaker 1: Was it smart in a sense because now killed Candace convinced the faithfuls that Rob is a secret mastermind behind all. 00:51:00 Speaker 3: Of this one hundred percent. If anybody can do it, Candas can. And let's be clear, her even writing Rob's name on that card and people showing that was new on her on her sign. When it was time to vote that intro. That's a signal. It introduces the idea of voting for Rob at that table and her being the first one to do it. I think that is it represents, you know what I'm saying, the fact that she's going to lead the charge and trying to get his ass up out of there. You know what I'm saying, one overall at a time. So I think that we'll just see and I think Candas can do it. So I'm excited to see what happens next. 00:51:35 Speaker 4: Yes, yes, yes, so rain Jobs. 00:51:37 Speaker 1: Great episode.
