Are you hoping for change? Are you hoping that your partner will change and everything will get better? Or are you hoping that your job will get better?
Hope is a tool that is truly the one thing that guides us out of the valley of despair. On the flipside, hope can be addictive as well. When we intuitively know when something is bad for us and we keep hoping it will change-hope is a way we tell ourselves this bad situation is ok.
Coach Julie Lokun was inspired to do this minisode by a chapter in the book "But It's Your Family" written by the Obsessed Girl's dear friend Dr. Sherrie Campbell. Dr. Sherrie Campbell and Coach Jules are holding a summit on this topic and so many more.
