<v Speaker 1>Hey, you there, thanks for tuning in. You're ready for <v Speaker 1>another episode of my big Foot sighting? Right, then, let's <v Speaker 1>do this. <v Speaker 2>Seen a bunch of run down now whose towns with <v Speaker 2>the church at the backbone, ls and the bow and <v Speaker 2>the pasting melodies, cove in with the bomb man rose <v Speaker 2>with the roofs, run deep beyond the nose of the <v Speaker 2>busy streets, with the songs of the South of su <v Speaker 2>Then when I hear the prompt poort picking down home <v Speaker 2>rhythm bringing out I Don't Run from Benjum music. Yeah. <v Speaker 1>My big Foot sightings began last year, approximately the last <v Speaker 1>part of twenty three, twenty three. I had saw a <v Speaker 1>post on Facebook about it was a big foot Facebook page. <v Speaker 1>And before I get started onto that, I like to <v Speaker 1>introduce myself. My name Danny Buckner. This is my wife, <v Speaker 1>Mary Buckner. We live here in southern part of West Virginia. <v Speaker 1>We both are paranormal investigators. We like to ghost hunt <v Speaker 1>and we like to do a little sasquatch hunting, sasquatch looking, <v Speaker 1>I guess you could say investigate. We've done several ghost <v Speaker 1>tours here in our area and we've got a few <v Speaker 1>things that we've done locally and then, like I started <v Speaker 1>to say, a minute ago, I posted on Facebook, has <v Speaker 1>anybody seen or heard anything bigfoot or sasquatch wise in <v Speaker 1>southern West Virginia And immediately I got like eleven or <v Speaker 1>twelve responses, people wanting to know where, who, why, just <v Speaker 1>asking questions if I had seen anything, telling me their stories. <v Speaker 1>And then I found another Facebook page and people were <v Speaker 1>recommended me to watch podcasts videos. I started out watching <v Speaker 1>small town Monsters and started meeting people that was on there. <v Speaker 1>My best friend in this is less Odell and Beth Duncan. <v Speaker 1>I want to thank both of them, and I also <v Speaker 1>want to thank my wife Mary for doing what we do. <v Speaker 1>And less was on a couple of the podcasts and <v Speaker 1>Beth was on a couple other podcasts. Less is a <v Speaker 1>paranormal investigator. He's a bigfoot investigator also up in the <v Speaker 1>northern part of the state, up near the town called Fairmont. <v Speaker 1>And Beth has a farm just south of here, which <v Speaker 1>happens to be where I had my first sighting. I <v Speaker 1>had gotten contact with her and went down to the <v Speaker 1>farm to visit and to look around. I had never <v Speaker 1>done anything like this before, being out anywhere like this, <v Speaker 1>doing any kind of investigating looking for the so called Bigfoot. <v Speaker 1>And as matter of fact, my wife was kind of <v Speaker 1>upset with me because she didn't fully understand and like <v Speaker 1>what I was doing by myself. I was doing it <v Speaker 1>by myself. And that's another reason why I appreciate and <v Speaker 1>I love her so much. I was down on the <v Speaker 1>farm and I got some of her family to walk <v Speaker 1>me around the farm, and they've not only got Bigfoot sightings, <v Speaker 1>but they have UFO sightings, ORB sightings, ghost sightings. There's <v Speaker 1>a family cemetery, there's an Indian burial ground somewhere on <v Speaker 1>the property. And that afternoon, after I finished up, I <v Speaker 1>set up a little camp kind of in the middle <v Speaker 1>of the farm on a power line, which in this area, <v Speaker 1>the way the hills and the mountains run, power lines <v Speaker 1>run up and down the hills and they clearcut the <v Speaker 1>power line so that the lines can go through them <v Speaker 1>and no trees can fall over on them. So I <v Speaker 1>walked around and for a little bit to get a <v Speaker 1>look at the area. And the only thing I had <v Speaker 1>was my chant and a cot and my truck, and <v Speaker 1>I just walked around, looked around a little bit, went <v Speaker 1>down to the cemetery, did a few EVPs, checked out <v Speaker 1>a few of my devices. It was real foggy, rainy, <v Speaker 1>cloudy that night. That evening that day was nasty. It <v Speaker 1>was one of those July days that was a surprise <v Speaker 1>because usually in July around here it's in the nineties. <v Speaker 1>That day it was only in the seventies, and it <v Speaker 1>was real rainy. On July the twentieth, which is today <v Speaker 1>that I'm talking about. That evening, I decided I was <v Speaker 1>going to take a nap about seven o'clock, and when <v Speaker 1>I laid down on my cot it was still rainy <v Speaker 1>and kind of cloudy, and the temperature was kind of <v Speaker 1>dropping a little bit. And I just laid there for <v Speaker 1>a little bit a couple hours and slept, got up, <v Speaker 1>drove around the farm and got some more EVPs and <v Speaker 1>a few more things at the family cemetery, and I <v Speaker 1>walked around some of the area of the farm, some <v Speaker 1>of the fields, and went back up to the tent <v Speaker 1>and I was like, well, I could only see about <v Speaker 1>twenty feet up into the sky. It was so cloudy <v Speaker 1>and foggy. Said well, I'll just go ahead and lay <v Speaker 1>back down for a little bit and then I'll get <v Speaker 1>up and I'll go around the farm. A little bit <v Speaker 1>more later, approximately two o'clock that morning, I was laying <v Speaker 1>there asleep, and just for some reason, I woke up, <v Speaker 1>and as I looked straight up, I noticed that all <v Speaker 1>the windows were still open on my tents, and I <v Speaker 1>had had my raincoat on. I could see something out <v Speaker 1>the window of the tent and it was looking at me. <v Speaker 1>And my tin is about seven foot tall and this <v Speaker 1>thing was about seven and a half eight foot tall. <v Speaker 1>I knew exactly what it was. It was black skins, <v Speaker 1>reddish colored hair, It had yellow eyes, and as I <v Speaker 1>was looking at it, it was looking at me, real peaceful, somber, <v Speaker 1>just staring at me, like checking on me to see <v Speaker 1>if I was okay. And my wife said that I <v Speaker 1>was probably snoring when I had went to sleep, because <v Speaker 1>I had went right to sleep as soon as I <v Speaker 1>laid my head on a pillow, and I kind of <v Speaker 1>shook my head a little bit, blink my eyes and <v Speaker 1>opened up my eyes, and it was gone. It was <v Speaker 1>like there was nothing there. And I kind of raised <v Speaker 1>up a little bit and looked around into the tent <v Speaker 1>and I could see out the windows and I didn't <v Speaker 1>see anything, and I thought, well, I'm dreaming I've got <v Speaker 1>to be dreaming, because something was looking at me and <v Speaker 1>watching me sleep. And the next morning I got up, <v Speaker 1>I was going to get back up and go do <v Speaker 1>some more investigating, and I guess I had just went <v Speaker 1>back to sleep. At about six o'clock, I woke up, <v Speaker 1>and instead of getting up and doing stuff around where <v Speaker 1>I had the tents set up and getting in the <v Speaker 1>truck or walking around the farm, I walked around the <v Speaker 1>tent and started looking around. I don't know why I <v Speaker 1>did that. I just got up, walked around a tent <v Speaker 1>and was looking around. And the tent was setting against <v Speaker 1>a gravel pile, and right behind the gravel pile, it <v Speaker 1>was just a little slope up a little about five <v Speaker 1>feet higher than where my tent was setting. And earlier <v Speaker 1>that day I had put a jar of peanut butter <v Speaker 1>and a game camera, and I thought, well, you know, <v Speaker 1>i'll take a look at them. And I looked at them, <v Speaker 1>and a squirrel had gotten into my peanut butter. You <v Speaker 1>could see the little claw marks. And I took the <v Speaker 1>camera and just left it alone. And I got back <v Speaker 1>down to the chench and I was looking around. I <v Speaker 1>didn't see any footprints. I didn't see any tracks, and <v Speaker 1>I got in my truck and started walking around, went <v Speaker 1>down to the bottom of the hill and started walking <v Speaker 1>around the farm. It was still rainy, but the sun <v Speaker 1>was up. I was walking around the ponds that they've got. <v Speaker 1>I was walking around the old timey spring coming out <v Speaker 1>of the mountain, checking things out, and I was noticing <v Speaker 1>some trees were broke over, which happens to be a <v Speaker 1>lot of people say there is a sign that there <v Speaker 1>are sasquatch in the area. And I noticed there was <v Speaker 1>a tennis racket hanging on one of the trees, and <v Speaker 1>I took a picture of it. And this whole time <v Speaker 1>I was taking pictures of different things that I could see, <v Speaker 1>and what I thought was footprinting mud, Like I said, <v Speaker 1>this is the first time I'd ever been out doing <v Speaker 1>anything like this. And I got done and went down <v Speaker 1>to the house and started talking to Beth's brother Roy, <v Speaker 1>and she was sick so she didn't get to come out, <v Speaker 1>and I told him i'd taken some pictures, and I <v Speaker 1>left my camera up there and I was still, and <v Speaker 1>I didn't say nothing about what I thought I saw. <v Speaker 1>But she had seen multiple times this sasquatch, and she <v Speaker 1>had seen him so much. She caught him Waldo and <v Speaker 1>she would go into the woods and she'd say, hey, Waldo, <v Speaker 1>where's Waldo? Where's my Waldo at? So the next weekend <v Speaker 1>I asked her if I could come back down and <v Speaker 1>get my camera and my voice recorder which was hanging <v Speaker 1>by the peanut butter. She said, yeah, come on down. <v Speaker 1>So we walked around the farm. She was showing me <v Speaker 1>some more stuff around the farm, the different parts of <v Speaker 1>the property. It was a real, super super nice day. <v Speaker 1>The sun was out. It was in the eighties, and <v Speaker 1>we was walking around checking things out, and I was <v Speaker 1>talking to her about some of the pictures and I <v Speaker 1>showed her the picture of the tennis tracket. I said, <v Speaker 1>what abot got this tennis racket? I took a picture <v Speaker 1>of She said what tennis racket? And I showed her <v Speaker 1>and she goes, oh my. She said that was in <v Speaker 1>my outbuilding. And I got talking to her about it, <v Speaker 1>and she said that she would leave things for it <v Speaker 1>in various places. It would bring things to her house, <v Speaker 1>turkey feathers, branches, acorns, set rocks on her sidewalk. And <v Speaker 1>we went over and I took her and showed her <v Speaker 1>the tennis racket. And that was ju live last year, <v Speaker 1>and that I know of, it's still hanging there. She <v Speaker 1>hasn't moved it. So we went up and I showed <v Speaker 1>her how I had my tent laid out, and before <v Speaker 1>we got to where the tent was, she noticed there <v Speaker 1>was two sticks laying in the gravel. And a lot <v Speaker 1>of people know this. A lot of people have heard <v Speaker 1>of this. I've heard of it, and I've had people <v Speaker 1>tell me about it. The uh sasquatch or bigfoot. If <v Speaker 1>they like you, if they want to be friends with you, <v Speaker 1>if they welcome you into their area, they will leave <v Speaker 1>a forked stick, kind of like something that you ROAs <v Speaker 1>hot dogs or marshmallows. And there was two and they <v Speaker 1>were about the size of a small cigar and they <v Speaker 1>were about two foot long. One was laying about a <v Speaker 1>foot behind where my tent was, and it's about where <v Speaker 1>this thing was standing. The other one was laying about <v Speaker 1>seven or eight or about ten feet in front of <v Speaker 1>the other one, about where the door of the tent was. <v Speaker 1>And I didn't realize what she was talking about. And <v Speaker 1>she said, hey, she said, you know what that is? <v Speaker 1>And I said, well, I've heard of fork sticks, and <v Speaker 1>what it means. She said, it likes you, it cares <v Speaker 1>about you. And we got to looking around, and about <v Speaker 1>fifteen feet away there was a patch of grass behind <v Speaker 1>some BlackBerry bushes. This little patch of grass was about <v Speaker 1>fifteen by fifteen and the grass was about four foot high, <v Speaker 1>and about a four foot area in that little patch <v Speaker 1>was trump down and she yelled at me, she said, hey, <v Speaker 1>come here and look at this. And we got to <v Speaker 1>looking at it and compared the way it was trumped. <v Speaker 1>This squadch or thing whatever it was, which to me, <v Speaker 1>I believe what I believe was standing there watching me <v Speaker 1>all evening. It knew who I was, It knew that <v Speaker 1>I was friendly. It knew that I didn't come there <v Speaker 1>to hurt Bath or Roy or the kids, and it <v Speaker 1>knew that I didn't come to hurt it. And I <v Speaker 1>looked around some more and all we could find was <v Speaker 1>the sticks and the grass, and we decided that that's <v Speaker 1>what it was. It heard me snoring, walked over to <v Speaker 1>the tent to check on me, and I guess it <v Speaker 1>realized I was awake, and it just stepped back, stepped away. Well. <v Speaker 1>We walked up to where I had the camera and <v Speaker 1>the peanut butter jar and I had a couple of <v Speaker 1>little treats and a couple of toys, hopefully trying to <v Speaker 1>catch a glimpse or something of anything really, and come <v Speaker 1>to find out, I didn't have the camera turned on, <v Speaker 1>and the peanut butter jar, like I said earlier, was <v Speaker 1>plummeted with squirrel scratches. The squirrels had gotten into my <v Speaker 1>peanut butter jar, and two little snackcakes were gone that <v Speaker 1>I had left, and the toys hadn't been touched. But <v Speaker 1>that was my first try with a trail camera and <v Speaker 1>I did not have it turned on. Well, we looked <v Speaker 1>around the farm some more and found another place that <v Speaker 1>I could possibly put one. Well, I wanted to make <v Speaker 1>sure that I treated it, you know, turned it on <v Speaker 1>or whatever, So I brought everything home with me after <v Speaker 1>I had left, and I just decided a couple days <v Speaker 1>later I would call a friend of mine, less Odell, <v Speaker 1>Like I said, he's a very very good friend of mine, <v Speaker 1>and he's a good bigfoot investigator and a paranormal investigator, <v Speaker 1>and he's been doing it for about ten twelve years. <v Speaker 1>And I asked him, I said, Les, what do you think? <v Speaker 1>And I told him the story. He said, I think <v Speaker 1>you might have might have had an experience. You don't <v Speaker 1>really realize what you got there, but I think you've <v Speaker 1>had an experience. And that's when I realized. I was <v Speaker 1>putting pieces together while I was telling him this that <v Speaker 1>I actually did have a encounter with a bigfoot, and <v Speaker 1>the way I figured it out, it was about four <v Speaker 1>feet from me and was watching me. Then Mary and I, <v Speaker 1>I took her with me a couple times to the <v Speaker 1>farm and to Twin Falls State Park. We go down <v Speaker 1>there and put out voice recorders. I've tried a few <v Speaker 1>trail cameras, and the trail cameras haven't picked up anything. <v Speaker 1>I've gone down there and taking pictures of tree structures, <v Speaker 1>which a lot of people know that tree structures are <v Speaker 1>made by something. I keep an open mind about anything <v Speaker 1>like this because until I see myself what makes something <v Speaker 1>or does something, and then I'll know exactly what it is. <v Speaker 1>But tree structures are generally seen in the areas where <v Speaker 1>Stasquatch activity is. There was one down there that had <v Speaker 1>rocks laid on It was made tepee style. It was <v Speaker 1>about six feet tall and had rocks laid on the <v Speaker 1>outside of it. There was one that was approximately twenty <v Speaker 1>feet tall and had logs, probably about four or five <v Speaker 1>logs that were about six inches eight inches in diameter. <v Speaker 1>And then there were some other ones that she and <v Speaker 1>I found that had was built right beside a cemetery, <v Speaker 1>which was kind of odd. And Beth had had told <v Speaker 1>me that she had found a few near a different cemetery, <v Speaker 1>and the next time I went down, Beth went with me. <v Speaker 1>Mary wasn't able to, and we found several more structures <v Speaker 1>that made a total of probably about ten or twelve, <v Speaker 1>not only near the roads, but near the cemetery, near <v Speaker 1>another cemetery, and down over the hills. We would go <v Speaker 1>on like a mile hike, just walking around the playgrounds <v Speaker 1>or around the camping areas, and there would be little <v Speaker 1>small structures or big structures or logs laying up against <v Speaker 1>other trees. The one day we went down there, we <v Speaker 1>found a tree break. This tree was approximately four inches <v Speaker 1>in diameter, and I don't really know how tall. It <v Speaker 1>was maybe about ten feet tall, and it was about <v Speaker 1>eight inches off of the ground is where it was broke. <v Speaker 1>It was like something had grabbed hold of the bottom <v Speaker 1>of it, and something had grabbed hold of about a <v Speaker 1>foot and a half above it. Twisted it and bent <v Speaker 1>it down. And when we found it that day, it <v Speaker 1>was relatively new break. It was just like if somebody <v Speaker 1>would have just done it. The color of the wood <v Speaker 1>was tan, it was fresh, it wasn't old, it wasn't brown, <v Speaker 1>it wasn't gray. And you could see on the bark <v Speaker 1>where it looked like something had twisted grabbed hold of <v Speaker 1>it and twisted it. And we got to looking at it, <v Speaker 1>and the whole break was probably about a foot and <v Speaker 1>a half long, and there was a couple of red <v Speaker 1>dots like something had dropped red dye or something into <v Speaker 1>possible we thought possibly blood. We both got kind of <v Speaker 1>excited about that. We took we was real careful and <v Speaker 1>we took the samples off of the tree that had <v Speaker 1>the the red on it. We took those little pieces, <v Speaker 1>put them in it. We didn't have a baggy, but <v Speaker 1>we had a jar. We put them in a jar, <v Speaker 1>and we waited till we could finally say, get us <v Speaker 1>a blood kitch. And we never could get that to <v Speaker 1>figure anything out on how to get that to turn <v Speaker 1>out to anything. Thinking back before I forget speaking of <v Speaker 1>state parks. We were marrying myself. We're invited to beach Fork, <v Speaker 1>which is over near Huntington, West Virginia, and I had <v Speaker 1>talked to a lady and her husband on those one <v Speaker 1>of the Facebook pages. They had said that they had <v Speaker 1>seen some movement and heard some activity at Beach Fork. <v Speaker 1>And there's one camping area that the way Beach Fork <v Speaker 1>is laid out, it's in sections, and one of the <v Speaker 1>sections they say that you can sit outside and you <v Speaker 1>can hear stuff that sounds like a woman screaming or <v Speaker 1>somebody moaning or yelling or whooping across the lake. And <v Speaker 1>it's only about not even fifty to sixty yards from <v Speaker 1>these campsites to where the sounds are heard. Well, the <v Speaker 1>weekend we went down there. We had just got new <v Speaker 1>mountain bikes, and we thought we'd take a trail and <v Speaker 1>I said, well, let's go around the backside and go <v Speaker 1>up in there where they talk about all this this activity. <v Speaker 1>So we tried to get up in there, and it <v Speaker 1>was a little rocky and real steep, and it was <v Speaker 1>mainly a hiking trail, so we didn't ride the bikes <v Speaker 1>very far. And I happened to notice in what was <v Speaker 1>a dried up creek what looked like footprints they weren't <v Speaker 1>shoe prints, and they were bigger than mine, and I <v Speaker 1>really couldn't tell that much about them because I had <v Speaker 1>not really seen an actual footprint, and I tried to <v Speaker 1>take some pictures of it, and the pictures didn't turn out. <v Speaker 1>We got back to camp and I got to looking <v Speaker 1>at him, and they did look humannoid type footprints with <v Speaker 1>the toe indentations, the triangular shape with the heel in <v Speaker 1>the back and round it. And I went back over <v Speaker 1>the next day and I couldn't find them to take <v Speaker 1>a better picture of them. But that was probably pretty <v Speaker 1>interesting because it was a walking path that people were <v Speaker 1>walking on. But in this area, I don't think anybody <v Speaker 1>would have been walking on gravel and rocks in this <v Speaker 1>little creek bed barefoot. To go back to Twin Falls, <v Speaker 1>a lot of people go there, and there's one certain <v Speaker 1>area that people like to camp that they hear things <v Speaker 1>here sounds at night, hear loud whoops, loud wars, growls, <v Speaker 1>and screams. A lot of people think the screams might <v Speaker 1>be wildcats, because cats do scream like a woman. To me, <v Speaker 1>i'd lead on to the part that they're not they're <v Speaker 1>not a cat because there's not many cats wildcats in <v Speaker 1>that area, whether it's bobcats or mountain lions. So I've <v Speaker 1>heard several stories of people being in this particular area. <v Speaker 1>One woman said that she happened to be setting outside <v Speaker 1>her campsite one night and saw something across to the <v Speaker 1>next campsite. It was real dark and she could see <v Speaker 1>it moving and it was probably about eight feet tall. <v Speaker 1>The next day she realized her in her usband went <v Speaker 1>over and looked around and investigated a little bit, and <v Speaker 1>there was what looked like to be footprints there. So <v Speaker 1>Twin Falls is kind of like a home base and <v Speaker 1>best farm for both of us. Whenever we do a <v Speaker 1>lot of activity. She does a lot of stuff there. <v Speaker 1>It gets a lot of voice recordings. She'll call me <v Speaker 1>or she'll text me and we'll share audio and I'll <v Speaker 1>listen to it and she'll use me. With better ears <v Speaker 1>and the headphones, I've got to say, hey, what do <v Speaker 1>you think this is? And you can hear the birds, <v Speaker 1>you can hear airplanes, you can hear cars go by <v Speaker 1>in a couple places where we've left voice recorders. You <v Speaker 1>can hear people. But whenever you start here in the <v Speaker 1>or chirping, that's not a squirrel or a bird. You <v Speaker 1>gotta believe a little bit. The next adventure that I <v Speaker 1>guess you could say that I went on was back <v Speaker 1>in the fall. Lesson I started a group called the <v Speaker 1>West Virginia Case Bigfoot Collective, and we decided a bunch <v Speaker 1>of us to go camping up in the Laurel Fork <v Speaker 1>Oceola area of West Virginia's in the northeastern part of <v Speaker 1>the state. And that Saturday we went into this one <v Speaker 1>little area and there were tree structures everywhere, the triangles, <v Speaker 1>the axes, the pyramids, They were anywhere from four foot <v Speaker 1>five foot eight foot ten foot high xes logs that <v Speaker 1>you couldn't how one person could move this log and <v Speaker 1>put it in the position that it was in. It <v Speaker 1>was crazy. It would have to be somebody that was very, <v Speaker 1>very strong. We found some footprints. Walking around into the woods, <v Speaker 1>we found more tree structures, the best footprint that I <v Speaker 1>myself have ever seen. Less said, come here, I want <v Speaker 1>to show you something. He took me over to this <v Speaker 1>hilaria and it was approximately if it would have been <v Speaker 1>a person, about a size fifteen shoe that made it <v Speaker 1>about fifteen inches long. It was in a mossy, muddy <v Speaker 1>area and where we were standing, we weren't even stinking <v Speaker 1>into the muck, the moss, the mud, but whatever it <v Speaker 1>was sunk down in it a good inch and a <v Speaker 1>half and I took a couple of pictures of it. <v Speaker 1>We measured it, and not think until the next day <v Speaker 1>I had plaster in my backpack with me. I was <v Speaker 1>so excited about seeing the footprints that they had found <v Speaker 1>that I had plaster in my backpack and wasn't thinking. <v Speaker 1>Which now I have two bags of plaster in my backpack, <v Speaker 1>so in case if we run into a couple of <v Speaker 1>sets of tracks. That night, a really really cool interesting <v Speaker 1>thing happened a friend of ours he said, he said, <v Speaker 1>I'm going to take you to an area and let <v Speaker 1>you let you see something or hear something. And we <v Speaker 1>went up to this little clearcut area, which a clear <v Speaker 1>cut area is where a lumber company will come in <v Speaker 1>and cut all the timber out. And this area was <v Speaker 1>probably p the acres and it was a hillside that <v Speaker 1>we were up on. Went down into this little valley <v Speaker 1>and went back up the hill. There were trees laying down. <v Speaker 1>There was trees that still had their their root balls. <v Speaker 1>A few of the trees were probably three foot across. <v Speaker 1>Some of them were a couple of feet across, some <v Speaker 1>of them were a little bit smaller, and they were <v Speaker 1>pretty tall trees because a lot of them were laying <v Speaker 1>down still. And I don't know what they were going <v Speaker 1>to be putting in there, but the local water company <v Speaker 1>and gas company was just down the road approximately ten <v Speaker 1>to fifteen miles, so I would say they were going <v Speaker 1>to be putting some gas lines up through there. And <v Speaker 1>about eleven o'clock after it had already gotten dark. This <v Speaker 1>was in October, late October of last year, we sat <v Speaker 1>there and after making some calls and making some whistle <v Speaker 1>and we even had a bullhorn that whenever you keep <v Speaker 1>the mic in front of it, how how it squeeches <v Speaker 1>and squeals and squalls sounds kind of squatching. So we <v Speaker 1>did that and we was having a good time. And <v Speaker 1>one of the guys had a flear, which is a <v Speaker 1>thermal imaging binocular, a single like a monocular, but you <v Speaker 1>can see into the dark and it shows heat signatures. <v Speaker 1>One of the guys is looking through it and he says, <v Speaker 1>something just stepped out from behind a tree and it's <v Speaker 1>standing there, rocking, and they all was stepping back and <v Speaker 1>forth and trading back and forth watching this, and I said, well, <v Speaker 1>let me see if I can see it. And I <v Speaker 1>looked down through and I couldn't tell where they were <v Speaker 1>they were looking at because we tried not to use <v Speaker 1>any light at all. If any light at all, we <v Speaker 1>had red lights. And I just happened to notice where <v Speaker 1>I was looking and what looked like a big rock <v Speaker 1>something stepped out from behind it. It was literally like <v Speaker 1>a person that just stepped out from behind it. And <v Speaker 1>the distance from these two creatures was approximately one hundred <v Speaker 1>yards from us. And after making the noises that we were, <v Speaker 1>we were watching them back and forth, and you could <v Speaker 1>see them moving back and forth as if you were <v Speaker 1>standing still, just rocking back and forth on your feet. <v Speaker 1>That's what they were doing. It was like they were <v Speaker 1>watching us. No sounds were made by them. We stood <v Speaker 1>there and watched them probably about an hour and a half, <v Speaker 1>and it was a real nice clear evening. We were <v Speaker 1>watching the stars and you could see everything clear. The <v Speaker 1>moon was coming out. It was real bright, but you <v Speaker 1>still couldn't tell details of things down in that little valley, <v Speaker 1>in that little bottom. Well, after we got done there <v Speaker 1>for a little bit, watching one of the guys decides, well, <v Speaker 1>let's take a spotlight and shine down there and see <v Speaker 1>if we see him. As soon as he hit that <v Speaker 1>one area with a spotlight, there was nothing there. Hit <v Speaker 1>the other area with a spotlight, nothing was there. So <v Speaker 1>we stood there for a little bit and made some noises, <v Speaker 1>made some whoops and some whistles. Nothing came out. So <v Speaker 1>Daniel looked at us. He said, how would you like <v Speaker 1>to hear another little Go to another little area. So <v Speaker 1>about ten miles down the road, we all got into <v Speaker 1>our vehicles. We had three three trucks, and we got <v Speaker 1>into the trucks and went down the road and as <v Speaker 1>we were pulling up, we had the windows down in <v Speaker 1>the trucks. All of a sudden you could hear screaming <v Speaker 1>yelling right down under the hill from us, and we <v Speaker 1>got out of the vehicles. And as we were getting <v Speaker 1>out of the vehicles, about one hundred yards in another direction, <v Speaker 1>you could hear screaming and yelling. So we got out <v Speaker 1>with the thermal tried to see anything. We couldn't see anything, <v Speaker 1>but you could hear playing a day, it was just <v Speaker 1>like if you were at a football game. From one <v Speaker 1>side of the stadium to the other and you were talking. <v Speaker 1>One of the guys had a parabolic mic and I <v Speaker 1>got mine out, and so we had two parabolic mics <v Speaker 1>out and trying to listen to see what, you know, <v Speaker 1>we could hear, and we could hear a lot clearer, <v Speaker 1>a lot plainer. It was screeching, screaming. It was like <v Speaker 1>they were yelling at each other. And one of the <v Speaker 1>guys that had the mic on, he looked at me <v Speaker 1>and he goes, there's something with that one. And the <v Speaker 1>guy that was in front of the vehicle one of <v Speaker 1>the trucks with the other mic, he goes, there's something <v Speaker 1>with this one. And we stood there about an hour <v Speaker 1>or so and listened to this, and we got to <v Speaker 1>talking about it, and they probably had little ones with them, <v Speaker 1>because that's the way it sounded. It sounded like they <v Speaker 1>had little ones. There was real faint sounds of moaning <v Speaker 1>and little squalling and aww, but you could hear it <v Speaker 1>real faint while the other two were screaming at each other. <v Speaker 1>And we got to talking about it that it was <v Speaker 1>possibly two females that was either talking back and forth <v Speaker 1>or mad or they knew we were there, and they <v Speaker 1>really didn't like the fact that we were there, and <v Speaker 1>they had their young with them, and we went back <v Speaker 1>to camp after being there about an hour or so, <v Speaker 1>and our camp was basically down over the hill about <v Speaker 1>two miles from where we were at, and they had <v Speaker 1>heard something down there. We couldn't We didn't know what <v Speaker 1>it was. They didn't know what it was. It was <v Speaker 1>just something that was screaming real loud. And then whenever <v Speaker 1>we left the next day, we stopped out at where <v Speaker 1>we had saw those two on the thermal and got <v Speaker 1>to looking, and the one that I had seen had <v Speaker 1>stepped out what I thought was a rock, had stepped <v Speaker 1>out from behind a fallen tree, and the ball of <v Speaker 1>that tree that had stepped out from behind was probably <v Speaker 1>about ten foot across, and this thing had to be <v Speaker 1>about eight foot tall, and there was nothing there, no rocks, <v Speaker 1>no trees in that area, and the same thing. We <v Speaker 1>guestimated that the other one was about eight foot because <v Speaker 1>where it was standing was between two trees on this <v Speaker 1>little road that they were using to access that area, <v Speaker 1>and we could not see anything that looked like anything <v Speaker 1>we had seen at night. So that was my second <v Speaker 1>real good, real good, I guess you could say sighting. <v Speaker 1>I still want to see one up close and personal, <v Speaker 1>I guess you could say, or see one a little <v Speaker 1>bit better during the day. To me, I believe they exist. <v Speaker 1>I know they exist. They have to exist because there <v Speaker 1>are footprints out there that either a very big basketball <v Speaker 1>players running around barefoot and woods, or somebody just likes <v Speaker 1>walking around in the woods barefoot. A lot of people <v Speaker 1>have seen footprints with little tracks with them or tracks <v Speaker 1>in them in the bigger ones, which indicates those are <v Speaker 1>small kid. I guess you could say, young Ling's I've <v Speaker 1>got a friend that's got a cast of a track <v Speaker 1>that has a little one inside it. This spring our <v Speaker 1>outing was back in April. It was up in the <v Speaker 1>Canaane Loop area of West Virginia, which is up near Davis, <v Speaker 1>West Virginia and Canaane Valley, and we decided that this <v Speaker 1>would be a good area since a lot of people <v Speaker 1>had heard things and seen footprints, and less had even <v Speaker 1>casted a few footprints up there. We was walking around <v Speaker 1>on Saturday in this little area what's known as Little Canada, <v Speaker 1>and it is amazing, amazing area. And the reason they <v Speaker 1>call it Little Canada is because it looks like the <v Speaker 1>Canadian tundra. There are areas up there that looks like <v Speaker 1>they could shoot the movie The Hobbit, any of the Hogwarts, <v Speaker 1>Harry Potter movies, they could shoot them up there. This <v Speaker 1>one area of Little Canada is a marsh area that <v Speaker 1>the moss and the swamp is about two foot thick. <v Speaker 1>You have to wear rubber boots to get into it <v Speaker 1>and cross it. And from our camp we walked across <v Speaker 1>the road into this little pine area and in this <v Speaker 1>little pine area some more little camping areas and this <v Speaker 1>is all dispersed camping, which there's fire pits, there's fire rings, <v Speaker 1>and that's about it, and you really don't have to <v Speaker 1>pay anything to camp there. So we got into the <v Speaker 1>pine thicket area and there is a tree limb that <v Speaker 1>is broke down and they call it the Sasquatch Bridge. <v Speaker 1>You crawl under it and go into the marsh and <v Speaker 1>it's just open for acres and acres. And when we <v Speaker 1>got to the other side to another tree pine area, <v Speaker 1>a little thicket, we started noticing some rock structures. Unless said, <v Speaker 1>I've got to show you this one structure up here. <v Speaker 1>He showed us a and it's been there for several years. <v Speaker 1>There is rocks that it would take two or three <v Speaker 1>people to pick up and stack, and there's about ten <v Speaker 1>of them stacked one on top of the other like <v Speaker 1>a little tower. And on top of it is a <v Speaker 1>couple of little small rocks. And you can tell that <v Speaker 1>it's been there for a while because of the moss <v Speaker 1>growing on it. And these rocks are not in this area, <v Speaker 1>they're not from this area. The area around it is <v Speaker 1>all trees, it's all moss, it's all leaves. We decided <v Speaker 1>to split up from there and go in a couple <v Speaker 1>different areas. Me and one of the guys decided to <v Speaker 1>walk down over some rocks and look at this little <v Speaker 1>kind of like a structure. They call it soccer ball rock. <v Speaker 1>It's a rock that looks just like a soccer ball <v Speaker 1>and it's sitting on top of a rock the side <v Speaker 1>of a car. And how it got there, nobody knows. <v Speaker 1>Nobody could pick it up up. Something pretty strong and <v Speaker 1>pretty big would have to set this rock there. So <v Speaker 1>we got down off of that rock and was looking <v Speaker 1>around and I said, Dave, this looks like a track, <v Speaker 1>and we got to look in and there was another <v Speaker 1>one and we got to look in and there was <v Speaker 1>a couple of rocks that looked like had just recently <v Speaker 1>been set there. And these rocks were about the size <v Speaker 1>of a toy car. They weren't very big, maybe softball size, <v Speaker 1>and the way they were placed, it was just four <v Speaker 1>or five feet apart in a straight line. There was <v Speaker 1>nothing in between them, just leaves. And we picked them <v Speaker 1>both up and looked at him and looked underneath him, <v Speaker 1>and it was like something within a few days had <v Speaker 1>left them. There. Got to looking at the two tracks <v Speaker 1>that we had found, and then there was another one, <v Speaker 1>and there was another one. We had found a pathway <v Speaker 1>from the tree area to the marsh, and we got <v Speaker 1>to look in and there was deer tracks. This set <v Speaker 1>of footprints, which were humanoid footprints, was following the deer. <v Speaker 1>They were dough tracks, which a doe will only have <v Speaker 1>two like toes on their foot, now a buck will <v Speaker 1>have four. Well, there was two or three of these <v Speaker 1>tracks that was going out into the field into the <v Speaker 1>open area, and about in the middle of the tracks <v Speaker 1>of the seven, one set looked like it had turned around. <v Speaker 1>It stopped and looked back the other way. It was <v Speaker 1>almost like it had stopped heard something, turned around and <v Speaker 1>continued walking on out into the marsh. As we were <v Speaker 1>leaving that area. We got back to camp, we decided <v Speaker 1>to A couple of us decided to go back into town, <v Speaker 1>and about a mile down the road from our camp <v Speaker 1>there is a deer leg looked like had been completely <v Speaker 1>broken off and hanging in a tree about seven feet <v Speaker 1>in the air on the side of the road. It <v Speaker 1>didn't look like it had been if it were a <v Speaker 1>hunter would have done it, it would have been chopped off. <v Speaker 1>It was just hanging from this little tree beside the road. <v Speaker 1>We stopped took pictures of it, and it was hanging <v Speaker 1>a little bit higher in my height I'm six foot, <v Speaker 1>and there was It wasn't torn up. It was just <v Speaker 1>like it was removed from a deer. We don't know <v Speaker 1>what the deal is. The last time I heard of <v Speaker 1>anything that people had been up in that area, which <v Speaker 1>was about a month and a half two months ago, <v Speaker 1>it's still there. When we were looking at it and <v Speaker 1>checking things around, we couldn't find a carcass anywhere. But <v Speaker 1>we did find a little puff of hair about the <v Speaker 1>size of a dime laying on the ground. That was <v Speaker 1>about it. Whenever we got back to camp, one of <v Speaker 1>the guys decided to take a walk down one of <v Speaker 1>the trails right behind our campsite, and he found a <v Speaker 1>canine print. This is the biggest canine print I had <v Speaker 1>ever seen, and a lot of people walk their dogs <v Speaker 1>on this trail. This was approximately my hand is about <v Speaker 1>ten inches from pinky nail to thumbnail, and this thing <v Speaker 1>was as big as my hand and there was a <v Speaker 1>couple of them, so and I had never seen anything. <v Speaker 1>We took some pictures of it, and the only thing <v Speaker 1>that we had seen walking around with some cordies, some labs, <v Speaker 1>people had some German shepherds, even a great Dane. I <v Speaker 1>think we saw great dane. We never saw anything with <v Speaker 1>Paul's that big. Earlier this year too, after the trip <v Speaker 1>to Canane Valley, I have been back to a farm <v Speaker 1>and looked around and checked things out, and we're going <v Speaker 1>to do a couple of investigations on another part of <v Speaker 1>that county. There has been sightings and I've got a <v Speaker 1>couple of friends that I work with that have heard <v Speaker 1>some very strange things. A friend of mine told me <v Speaker 1>that when he was younger he was squirrel hunting, which <v Speaker 1>was about ten or twelve years ago. He said that <v Speaker 1>he had heard something screaming and yelling about fifty sixty <v Speaker 1>yards from him. Well, a couple of years later, him <v Speaker 1>and a friend of his went back into the same <v Speaker 1>area and the same exact same thing happened about the <v Speaker 1>same time of the first incident where he heard his uncle, <v Speaker 1>which lived down the road a couple miles had seen <v Speaker 1>two different on two different occasions, something bipedal, long haired, <v Speaker 1>dark haired, real tall seven to eight feet walking across <v Speaker 1>the farm. I have got in a couple people that <v Speaker 1>have told me on the same road that things have happened, <v Speaker 1>that they have seen footprints, they have seen tree structures, <v Speaker 1>they have heard stuff that they couldn't explain. There are <v Speaker 1>areas of the state that I didn't even think of <v Speaker 1>that I didn't believe at the beginning of my journey <v Speaker 1>onto this that anything like this would be in the <v Speaker 1>state of West Virginia. I always grew up thinking and <v Speaker 1>hearing that this was out west in Washington State, Oregon <v Speaker 1>out there. Several years ago when I started watching some <v Speaker 1>of the Bigfoot shows, and then when Mary and I <v Speaker 1>got married, we started watching Expedition Bigfoot, and then we <v Speaker 1>would watch some of the paranormal shows, and there would <v Speaker 1>be not only stuff about ghosts, which like I said earlier. <v Speaker 1>We enjoy and get into and love watching people's responses <v Speaker 1>for that. But there are some sightings that people would <v Speaker 1>talk about. And then the podcasts I watch, not only <v Speaker 1>lessons when he would have his The Small Town Monsters <v Speaker 1>or I've Got a couple of Friends. Bill Rigby has <v Speaker 1>Agents that the unexplained, and then Roger Williams has Squatch <v Speaker 1>and Holler, and there's there's several other things you know <v Speaker 1>that I'll watch, and that's how I get my my research. <v Speaker 1>I'll not only watch the podcast and learn, which that's <v Speaker 1>how I met you, was watching the podcast that you <v Speaker 1>were on one night and listen to some of the <v Speaker 1>things that not only you talk about, that other people <v Speaker 1>talk about. And if you put all this together, we're <v Speaker 1>all in this for one thing, and that's to learn. <v Speaker 1>The more information that we find out and we share <v Speaker 1>with each other and give each other, then we'll know <v Speaker 1>more about these things. The area that I'm talking about <v Speaker 1>with all this activity is not far. It's actually across <v Speaker 1>the county from the farm I'm talking about at Beths. <v Speaker 1>There are areas of the state that people have seen sightings, <v Speaker 1>and most of the sightings that people talk about or <v Speaker 1>you hear about our road sightings, which are people are <v Speaker 1>driving down either a country road or down the highway <v Speaker 1>and they see something on the side of the road <v Speaker 1>that stands up and turns around and looks at them, <v Speaker 1>and it's bipedal, its humanoid shape, seven to eight feet <v Speaker 1>tall and hairy. A lot of them described having yellow eyes, <v Speaker 1>green eyes, red eyes. There's no true to me set <v Speaker 1>eye color depending on the lights that you shine to me, <v Speaker 1>whether it's red lighting headlights can be different colors. The <v Speaker 1>one I saw by my tent that night looked like <v Speaker 1>it had yellow eyes, and I could see the light <v Speaker 1>from the moon shining its eyes. I had no flashlight <v Speaker 1>with me in the tent. I had accidentally left it <v Speaker 1>in the truck, so there was no way, you know, <v Speaker 1>And like I said, I thought I was dreaming anyway. <v Speaker 1>But I shine is something that people talk about when <v Speaker 1>they talk about the height. They range anywhere from six <v Speaker 1>to eight feet. A lot of people talk about the <v Speaker 1>ones being out west or even taller. They averaged nine <v Speaker 1>feet ten feet from what I know of what I've <v Speaker 1>heard people talking about from different parts of the country. <v Speaker 1>When you've got open areas, the bigger the area, the <v Speaker 1>bigger the animals in that area. Just like a fish tank, <v Speaker 1>if you have a ten gallon fish tank and you <v Speaker 1>have five fish, they're only going to get to be <v Speaker 1>two or three inches long. You have a forty gallon <v Speaker 1>fish tank, those same fish are going to go to <v Speaker 1>six to eight to ten inches long, depending on the <v Speaker 1>type of fish that they are. A lot of people <v Speaker 1>are saying in different parts of the state that deer <v Speaker 1>is their main food source. When you go into an area, <v Speaker 1>you want to check. That's one of the things that <v Speaker 1>we look at, is food in the area, whether it's berries, <v Speaker 1>deer tracks, world tracks, turkey tracks, any kind of animal activity. <v Speaker 1>We just recently Less came down and this summer we <v Speaker 1>had here in West Virginia the West Virginia Bigfoot Festival, <v Speaker 1>which is in Sutton, and a girl come up to <v Speaker 1>not only me, but to come up to less and <v Speaker 1>showed us some footprints that they had found near Charleston, <v Speaker 1>which is the state capital. Lesson I got together and <v Speaker 1>we decided to make a weekend of it and go <v Speaker 1>down into that area and look around, and we camped <v Speaker 1>out where they had got the foot The picture of <v Speaker 1>the footprint and this track was about seventeen inches long, <v Speaker 1>about eight or nine inches wide at the toes, and <v Speaker 1>she had a size seven foot and it was like <v Speaker 1>it made her foot like it looked like a little thumb. <v Speaker 1>But we got up and we investigated. We found a <v Speaker 1>few little tree breaks, tree structure like, but we didn't <v Speaker 1>see anything. And one thing that we did find that <v Speaker 1>there was there was fruit up there. There was vegetation <v Speaker 1>to eat. Deer tracks was plenty, Turkey tracks was plenty, <v Speaker 1>there was some bear tracks. The bear tracks were real <v Speaker 1>small the ones we saw. But whenever we try to <v Speaker 1>go into an area, that's one thing you want to <v Speaker 1>look for food source because if you see a small <v Speaker 1>food source, then something bigger is going to eat that. <v Speaker 1>Then something bigger is going to eat that. So a <v Speaker 1>lot of people believe that deer is the only food <v Speaker 1>source for a bit, but if there's fish in the area, <v Speaker 1>they will tend to eat fish. I've had people tell <v Speaker 1>me in some of their stories that they've been fishing <v Speaker 1>and they have had their fish stringers taken away. They've <v Speaker 1>stepped away from their pole to relieve himself in the <v Speaker 1>woods and come back, and there have been footprints that <v Speaker 1>they've seen and their stringers of fish are gone. I've <v Speaker 1>had probably in the past year. People just call me <v Speaker 1>or people text me and say, hey, you know, can <v Speaker 1>you check this out. I've got a real good friend <v Speaker 1>I'm going to butcher. His name and I'm sorry. Richie, <v Speaker 1>Richie es Avido. He's a retired wrestler, the Cuban Assassin, <v Speaker 1>And when he was ten, he was at a church camp. <v Speaker 1>And he and I both have been trying to figure <v Speaker 1>out where the church camp is, and we think that <v Speaker 1>it's somewhere near Bluestone Lake down in there. There is <v Speaker 1>an old church camp down there, and when he was ten, <v Speaker 1>him and his uddy had to go to the bathroom <v Speaker 1>that night, so they got a flashlight from their group <v Speaker 1>leader and they went to the bathroom. Well, something was <v Speaker 1>stolen rocks at them, and they kept talking back and forth, <v Speaker 1>and one of them turned around and looked up and <v Speaker 1>this thing was standing there. It was approximately, Richie said, <v Speaker 1>about eight foot tall nine foot and it scared both <v Speaker 1>of them and they took off running and it started <v Speaker 1>walking after him, but by the time they got back <v Speaker 1>to the cabin, it disappeared. They got into the cabin <v Speaker 1>and the next day they found out that it had <v Speaker 1>scratched the side of one of the buildings about ten <v Speaker 1>feet up and had hit some of the buildings that night, <v Speaker 1>and they didn't know what it was. One of the <v Speaker 1>other investigations that I was on with Less, we were <v Speaker 1>at the at Bluestone. We met a couple guys. It <v Speaker 1>was a guy and his son. They had been fishing <v Speaker 1>on the river and something was throwing rocks and logs <v Speaker 1>at him. And when he said logs, he doesn't mean <v Speaker 1>the little tiny limbs. He said, these were logs that <v Speaker 1>were about six to eight inches in diameter and they <v Speaker 1>were about five six feet long throwing. They were on <v Speaker 1>a boat and this stuff was getting thrown at him <v Speaker 1>and something was yelling at him. I had went with <v Speaker 1>a friend of mine to that area right before winter <v Speaker 1>of this past year, and we heard some interesting things <v Speaker 1>down there. That night, we watched some guys fish and <v Speaker 1>all of a sudden we heard some coonhounds, which a <v Speaker 1>lot of people here in West Virginia do coon hunt. <v Speaker 1>They use hounds and they track the coons to the <v Speaker 1>trees and the coons go up and the dogs bark. Well, <v Speaker 1>these dogs, you could tell that they had treated something <v Speaker 1>or something had gotten the area and they were barking <v Speaker 1>at it. A raccoon makes a distinctive sound. This was <v Speaker 1>a scream screech in sounds, didn't sound anything like a coon. <v Speaker 1>And on one of the dogs you could hear them <v Speaker 1>yelp and then they got real quiet. And if you've <v Speaker 1>ever heard a dog that's been hit by something or <v Speaker 1>been hurt, the sound that they make, you could tell <v Speaker 1>something was going on. So we left and as we <v Speaker 1>were going across the field where we were at, we <v Speaker 1>would stop to try to hear activity, and across this <v Speaker 1>field when we stopped, you could hear buzzing, and it <v Speaker 1>was only in one area. He pointed the parabolic mike <v Speaker 1>which we were using, into this one area and it <v Speaker 1>would buzz, and hum pointed to take it away from it. It <v Speaker 1>wouldn't do it. Then we decided to go down on <v Speaker 1>the other side of the field. We got in the <v Speaker 1>truck and drove around the other side of the field, <v Speaker 1>and whenever we were pointing back into that area, the <v Speaker 1>buzzing was there. So we don't know what was causing <v Speaker 1>the buzzing, but something was caused in the buzzing. A <v Speaker 1>lot of people believe that and see orbs which are <v Speaker 1>bright lights anything from the size of a ping pong <v Speaker 1>ball to the side of a beach ball. Whenever a <v Speaker 1>lot of bigfoot activity is around the orb lights, nobody <v Speaker 1>fully knows. I've got friends that have recently seen orbs <v Speaker 1>through thermal ima imagery that move around the sporadically. And <v Speaker 1>these things are almost perfectly round, and they are different colors. <v Speaker 1>They're green, they're red, they're blue, they're yellow. Like I said, <v Speaker 1>they're different sizes, and they just float like if you <v Speaker 1>were to take a balloon with a string on it <v Speaker 1>and healium in it and let it walk across the floor. <v Speaker 1>Some of them zigzag real quickly and then it just disappear. <v Speaker 1>I have not seen one yet, so I do not know. <v Speaker 1>A lot of people think that UFOs and orbs and <v Speaker 1>bigfoot belong together. Well, like I said, I can't answer <v Speaker 1>that question until I see something myself, and I've had <v Speaker 1>other researchers tell me the same thing that until they <v Speaker 1>see it, which is what I believe. It's like a <v Speaker 1>piece of cake sitting in front of you. I know <v Speaker 1>that that cake is sitting there. I know I saw it, <v Speaker 1>just like what I saw that night. I thought it <v Speaker 1>was real. I've had family members ask me the same question, <v Speaker 1>did you really see something? Do you really believe that? <v Speaker 1>And it's like, I have to believe it because I <v Speaker 1>saw it, just like the cake. I believe that piece <v Speaker 1>of cake was sitting there, and I thought. One of <v Speaker 1>the things that got me into the bigfoot activity, like <v Speaker 1>I talked earlier, was ghosts. Mary and I will watch <v Speaker 1>a lot of the paranormal shows. She and I have <v Speaker 1>went out numerous times to different places. What was the <v Speaker 1>name of that hotel that we used to go to <v Speaker 1>and Ohio Laffy was at the Lafayette. We have been <v Speaker 1>to numerous buildings here in town. There was a gentleman <v Speaker 1>he was a historian for Raleigh County and the Beckley <v Speaker 1>area where we live, Scott Worley. He passed away a <v Speaker 1>couple of years ago. It was a great loss to <v Speaker 1>the area for his knowledge and things that he knew <v Speaker 1>about the county and the area from the eighteen hundreds. <v Speaker 1>Of seventeen hundreds, we have been ghost something at the <v Speaker 1>trans Allegheny Lunatic Asylum. What's some of the other places <v Speaker 1>that we've been. We've been recently we went to Thurman, <v Speaker 1>which is a little old coal town that used to <v Speaker 1>be here in West Virginia, in Fayette County. At one <v Speaker 1>time it was the Dodge City of the East. That's <v Speaker 1>how big of a moneymaker Cole was in its heyday. <v Speaker 1>And there was a hotel there that the world's longest <v Speaker 1>poker game fourteen years was at the activity that's there <v Speaker 1>still today. It is a National park, part of the <v Speaker 1>National Park in New River Gorge. We had a group <v Speaker 1>go down last month and we got to experience a <v Speaker 1>few things that we had never experienced. Cat Balls rolling <v Speaker 1>around by themselves. I caught a what looked like a foggy, <v Speaker 1>black foggy image on a recorder. We have gotten voice <v Speaker 1>activity on voice recorders whenever you asked the question is <v Speaker 1>there anybody here that wants to talk? And you play <v Speaker 1>it back and it goes no. You kind of wonder <v Speaker 1>I've done that in two different locations and gotten the <v Speaker 1>same response. At the trans Alleghany, I saw a black <v Speaker 1>shadow figure walk across the hall. We had recently been <v Speaker 1>to a what was the Mountain are with that a <v Speaker 1>hotel that was a hotel that was here in a <v Speaker 1>little town called Mount Hope, and there was some voice <v Speaker 1>activity there one of the rooms. I took a picture <v Speaker 1>of me and Mary in a mirror, and behind me <v Speaker 1>is a black shadow. I took a picture later and <v Speaker 1>that black shadow was not there. She was standing in <v Speaker 1>front of me, and it was like a black silhouette <v Speaker 1>behind me. I took a picture of the side where <v Speaker 1>Mary was standing in front of the mirror. I took <v Speaker 1>a picture of the other side and there was nothing. <v Speaker 1>And then I even took a picture of just the <v Speaker 1>mirror itself and there was no black silhouette. I can't <v Speaker 1>explain that there is a lot of activity there that <v Speaker 1>I can't explain that I've experienced Mary's experience. We've had <v Speaker 1>doors closed on us. I was leaning against a coffee <v Speaker 1>pot at this one building and the coffee pot turned <v Speaker 1>on by itself. But to get into the paranormal, it's <v Speaker 1>questions and things that go through your mind. It's like, <v Speaker 1>how or what is this? Whether it's a big foot, <v Speaker 1>whether it's a ghost, whether it's nessy, or whether it's <v Speaker 1>mothman or skin walkers out out west or Chupacaberas down <v Speaker 1>toward Texas area. The paranormal is unquestionably one of the <v Speaker 1>oddities of the world, and it's kind of fun to <v Speaker 1>get into it. And try to figure out what it's what. <v Speaker 1>Out of everything that I've talked about, we've talked about <v Speaker 1>it has been kind of interesting, and I would like <v Speaker 1>to say that's just some of the fun things that <v Speaker 1>we've gotten into in the past year and a half <v Speaker 1>two years. And it's been a journey. It's been a <v Speaker 1>fun journey. We've met a lot of nice people, interesting <v Speaker 1>people from all over the country, so it's quite interesting <v Speaker 1>and I would like to thank everybody out there that <v Speaker 1>that's helped me through this. <v Speaker 3>Well, that's it for tonight show. If you've had a <v Speaker 3>big Foot siding and would like to be a guest, <v Speaker 3>please go to my Bigfoot Siding dot com and let <v Speaker 3>us know. Thanks for listening, have a great night. <v Speaker 2>Seen a bunch of run down no horse towns where <v Speaker 2>the church is the backbone lows and the bow and <v Speaker 2>the fasting melodies coove in, but the bomb Man rose, <v Speaker 2>where the roofs run deep beyond the nose of the <v Speaker 2>busy streets with the songs of the South O su <v Speaker 2>Then I mean, I hear the promp porch picking down <v Speaker 2>home rhythm, ringing out I don't run from Banjung music. Yeah, <v Speaker 2>the sound of a memory brings me back to the <v Speaker 2>bluegrass playing the Madadi jack. It's become an it been <v Speaker 2>through it, getting through the teal on scrubs and skaggs, <v Speaker 2>bucking name bears through this Tennessee jams. <v Speaker 1>There's no the way that I do it. <v Speaker 2>And I hit the blom board, preaking down on rhythm, bringing. <v Speaker 4>Out that oh run from Banjong music. <v Speaker 5>Yeah, summon dolling backwards backwards and double tip, poking in <v Speaker 5>the sword and the strumming look and tuck stop. There's <v Speaker 5>nothing in the strumming out Country boy Living, warming and <v Speaker 5>hit a bumboat, picking down rhythm, bringing us put on <v Speaker 5>front and from men. <v Speaker 4>Of music, the city last drowsed me while on the dune, <v Speaker 4>Miss Scars rushing by with the beasts on the stem <v Speaker 4>used to man. <v Speaker 5>And I hear the brown board picking down on them, <v Speaker 5>bringing nuts pad round from bunch of music. Yeah, summing <v Speaker 5>gallop back words back, what's in double tub getting in <v Speaker 5>the sword and the strumming look and tuck start because <v Speaker 5>on the end and strumming down Country Boy Living, I'm <v Speaker 5>gonna get a bad boards picking down rhythm bringing us <v Speaker 5>paddle from the best. <v Speaker 6>Room, summing gallop back words back, what's in double tub, <v Speaker 6>getting in the salt, and the drumming. <v Speaker 5>Looking tuck start because of the heads. <v Speaker 1>Of strumming down because you. <v Speaker 5>Won't leaving, and I hear the pout Portswick and down <v Speaker 5>bring the brat chick and portswin Mama's best sweet tea <v Speaker 5>kind of sad that all round bedroom music
