Now show you up and put your hands <v Speaker 2>together from Mister and Missus Casual Wrestler Fans. Good Morning <v Speaker 2>w W, Good Morning w W. That's right, we're back <v Speaker 2>for another edition of Good Morning w B. <v Speaker 4>Hello. How you doing this morning, babe? <v Speaker 5>Great? <v Speaker 2>Harry? <v Speaker 4>You pretty good? We got this cup of Joe right now. <v Speaker 2>Yes, So guess what, guys, We're gonna give you a <v Speaker 2>nice edition of Good Morning w W right here through <v Speaker 2>your ears. So we're gonna do something different. Okay, it's <v Speaker 2>russell Mania season. We right outside, so we're gonna focus <v Speaker 2>on a couple of russell Mania theme items. You know, <v Speaker 2>I'm not gonna give you no news this week. We're <v Speaker 2>not gonna give you no analyzations or nothing like that. <v Speaker 2>We're gonna give you some russell Mania facts, stats, figures, <v Speaker 2>all that good stuff you know, to get you ready <v Speaker 2>for the russell Mania season. And also we got a <v Speaker 2>special guest coming on today. Because guess what. Last week, <v Speaker 2>as you heard, I'm a pretty good podcaster, I got <v Speaker 2>to actually crop the stuff together. So you got to <v Speaker 2>hear Coup I mean tweet excuse me. You got to <v Speaker 2>hear Kanye tweety our conversation with him, a great conversation, <v Speaker 2>and you got to hear about a w W two <v Speaker 2>K twenty three analysis as well. <v Speaker 4>But this week we got. <v Speaker 2>Nothing other than Michael Ritter, a great conversation we had <v Speaker 2>with my guy, and you know, great guy. <v Speaker 4>He partly Castal Wrestling Crew. And guess what. <v Speaker 2>Right here on good WWE, We're gonna drop a bomb <v Speaker 2>for Michael Ruddles sir, there you go, they go to <v Speaker 2>bomb for you. So right after this, we're gonna hit <v Speaker 2>straight into our first one. So guess what. You wasn't <v Speaker 2>ready for this, guys. It's gonna be a different look <v Speaker 2>on WWE. We got a different take on WWE and <v Speaker 2>some of the stuff they may or made out in flight. <v Speaker 4>So right after this, keep. <v Speaker 6>Listening WWE pl attendance. <v Speaker 4>That's right, guys. So guess what. <v Speaker 2>Since it's WrestleMania season, you know, I've been doing some <v Speaker 2>WrestleMania research and some of you guys I'm pretty sure <v Speaker 2>most of you, because our half of you is at <v Speaker 2>least average watchers. So we was looking up and we <v Speaker 2>seen on Wressellmania thirty two, which was branded as one <v Speaker 2>of the most attended WrestleManias with over one hundred and <v Speaker 2>one thousand people, and it turns out that that was <v Speaker 2>highly inflated. Actually they said the numbers was closer than <v Speaker 2>eighty one or eighty four, and you knowspy Man said <v Speaker 2>what that wasn't all paying So maybe. <v Speaker 4>He got twenty thousand employees. <v Speaker 2>Probably not so Yes, obviously we know the able to <v Speaker 2>be inflate to their numbers of attendance. But guess what <v Speaker 2>we want to talk about current numbers Different pls has <v Speaker 2>happened in the past, and we're gonna tell you if <v Speaker 2>we thank the number that we gave us was correct, <v Speaker 2>or if we think they inflated it, and it's a <v Speaker 2>load of crap. So we're gonna go to it. We're <v Speaker 2>gonna start off and this was a big one. We're <v Speaker 2>gonna start off with. <v Speaker 4>Class at the Castle. <v Speaker 2>That was a great pl great main event between drewor Roman, <v Speaker 2>and that had sixty two thousand, two hundred and ninety <v Speaker 2>six fans and attendance. <v Speaker 4>So you know that was a great big plle, wasn't it. <v Speaker 2>So yes, let's get a let's get a clap out <v Speaker 2>there to the fans in Cardiff. But the Principality Stadium <v Speaker 2>in Cardiff, Wales holds about seventy eight thousand people in <v Speaker 2>a boxing configure, So we got sixty two thousand people <v Speaker 2>in Cardiff, Wales to see Drew mcintie versus roaming the <v Speaker 2>reigns for the w W Undisputed Championship, Universal Championship in <v Speaker 2>the World. And that was the first time the w <v Speaker 2>W had been in greeting in a long time. So <v Speaker 2>I think I'm gonna be get real, guys. I think <v Speaker 2>that's a true number. I think that's fact. What do <v Speaker 2>you think, miss Casualles are fair? <v Speaker 6>I think that's fat. <v Speaker 4>I think that's fact too. <v Speaker 2>So guess what now we're saying, Now, let's be honest <v Speaker 2>about our fact. We're staying within a few thousand. So yes, <v Speaker 2>they might have fight it a little bit, but I <v Speaker 2>think that was fact. It looked big and if you <v Speaker 2>went to Cardiff right in and tell me if you <v Speaker 2>think it was false to the mail bag. But we <v Speaker 2>gonna ing it, and yeah, so let's see what that's <v Speaker 2>we got. What's the next one we got on the list? <v Speaker 6>Bescus Summer SAM two thousand, twenty two. Ooh, forty eight thousand, <v Speaker 6>four hundred and forty nine ooh. Now, Nissan Stadium here <v Speaker 6>in Nashville holds sixty nine thousand, into one and forty three. <v Speaker 6>And this is a football stadium. <v Speaker 4>All right. <v Speaker 2>So they said it was forty eight thousand, four hundred <v Speaker 2>and forty nine thousand people in attendance. And guess what, <v Speaker 2>Mr and missus casualissent fan was in attendance, and we <v Speaker 2>seen the pl live. So do we think that that's true? <v Speaker 4>Or do we think that's false? I mean, I'm being honest. <v Speaker 2>Guys were there, and we we know Nissan Stadium. I've <v Speaker 2>seen the other side completely empty, So I think that's false. <v Speaker 6>The sectionally blacked and turped out, and. <v Speaker 2>I stadium host close to seventy thousand, and I don't <v Speaker 2>think it was nowhere near fifty in that stadium. <v Speaker 4>What do you think, mister miss casualism? <v Speaker 6>I completely agree, all right. <v Speaker 2>So guess what if I had to put on a <v Speaker 2>number on it, I said it was closer to forty <v Speaker 2>forty maybe forty two max. But yeah, you know that's <v Speaker 2>a number because you remember we were sitting up top, <v Speaker 2>and during the matches people sit down, but people's coming out, <v Speaker 2>they would run over to. <v Speaker 4>That barricade to make it look full. <v Speaker 2>So you know, I think they unfortunately, they inflated that number, <v Speaker 2>saying so let's see what we have next. Next, we <v Speaker 2>have the Whole Rumble twenty twenty three, and it was <v Speaker 2>fifty one thousand, three hundred and thirty eight thousand people <v Speaker 2>in attendance. <v Speaker 4>That was in the Alamo Dome in Senio. <v Speaker 2>San Antonio, Texas, and it holds fifty two thousand in <v Speaker 2>a wrestling configuration, which is expandable to sixty thousand. So <v Speaker 2>they said, there's max, ho's about sixty thousand in the <v Speaker 2>wrestling configuration, and WW said it was fifty thousand, three <v Speaker 2>hundred and thirty eight in attendance. <v Speaker 4>So now I wasn't live. <v Speaker 2>I know Rocky Tea was live, and he might ride <v Speaker 2>into the mail bag and tell us what he agrees <v Speaker 2>or disagree, but i'might gonna lie, guys, I'm kind of <v Speaker 2>leaning to disagree on this one. <v Speaker 4>Now I might be wrong. <v Speaker 2>I wasn't there, but what do you think it's catcher? <v Speaker 2>I'm almost staying just agreed. Now, the roller Rome was <v Speaker 2>a big event, but I don't know, what. <v Speaker 4>Do you think? <v Speaker 6>I agree? <v Speaker 1>I mean, I don't know about this up I think <v Speaker 1>so guess what we we? Yeah, I don't know. <v Speaker 2>It's gonna be till Rockety right in so but I'm <v Speaker 2>kind of thinking not. But we're gonna let Rockety right <v Speaker 2>into the male band because I know he listened. And <v Speaker 2>tell us if you think it was fifty one thousand <v Speaker 2>people in the tennis because you win. <v Speaker 4>So what do we have up next? <v Speaker 6>Yeah, in the bank, twelve thousand, seventy six people. <v Speaker 4>Thousand, twelve thousand people, That's what I said. <v Speaker 5>But that's staying in at MGM Grand Gordon Arena, Las <v Speaker 5>Vegas holds seventeen thousand, So you have seventeen thousand versus <v Speaker 5>their number which was twelve thousand, seven seventy six, So. <v Speaker 7>They only had twelve thousand people in twelve thousand people <v Speaker 7>and ten two thousand and seventy eight people go to <v Speaker 7>the money in the bank this past year and guys, <v Speaker 7>if you remember, they were supposed to be in the <v Speaker 7>new Malitia Stadium in Las Vegas, but ticket sales were <v Speaker 7>so horrible they had to. <v Speaker 2>Move to the Grand Garden MGM Grand Garden, and twelve <v Speaker 2>thousand people went to see it. So, you know what, guys, <v Speaker 2>I'm thinking that's true. Me too, I think that's true. <v Speaker 2>So WV, I think they told the truth on that one. <v Speaker 2>So next we're gonna go to the twenty twenty three <v Speaker 2>Elimination Chamber. It was seventeen thousand, two hundred and seventy <v Speaker 2>one in attendance. That was at the Bell Center in Montreal. <v Speaker 2>It holds twenty three thousand and an M and MA configuration, <v Speaker 2>So miscalsrestling fan. You know what, guys, I was sitting <v Speaker 2>here thinking about this one, and I'm not even gonna <v Speaker 2>drag it off. I think that was I think that's <v Speaker 2>a real number. Sami saying Roman Rayne's hometown heroes agree. Yeah, yeah, <v Speaker 2>I think they got that on right. So shout out <v Speaker 2>to David w for that one. I think that's when <v Speaker 2>they got right. So we want to give you some <v Speaker 2>attendance if we agree disagree, not that it matters, guys. <v Speaker 2>You know, some of this stuff is for fun, so <v Speaker 2>we don't want you to take it with a grain <v Speaker 2>of salt. But right here on Good Morning America. You <v Speaker 2>know that's some of the stuff we like to do. <v Speaker 2>And guess what, right after this Good Morning, we're gonna <v Speaker 2>get to our next segment. <v Speaker 4>So keep listening. <v Speaker 2>But guess what, I guess're gonna jump right into our <v Speaker 2>next sigment. You liked that fit, You didn't even have <v Speaker 2>to wait for it. You know what I mean? We <v Speaker 2>donna have right here we live. So next, Yeah, I'm <v Speaker 2>gonna go ahead announce that. I announce it next it's <v Speaker 2>most losses in russell Mania history. <v Speaker 4>So guess what, guys, Who're gonna give it to you? <v Speaker 4>Right here? <v Speaker 2>We're bringing it to wrestle Mania Facts. Welcome to the Good Morning <v Speaker 3>WWE podcast where I have the privilege me being Michael Ritter, <v Speaker 3>the host or one of the hosts of the SmackDown <v Speaker 3>review right here on the ww podcast. But I have <v Speaker 3>the privilege of being joined by mister and missus casual <v Speaker 3>wrestling fan, or should I say I have the privilege <v Speaker 3>of joining them being this is their show. And I <v Speaker 3>definitely appreciate you guys having me on. I listened to <v Speaker 3>the Kanye Tweety edition where you guys talked about the <v Speaker 3>two k Ratings and then obviously had that interview with him, <v Speaker 3>and I mean, I love just the whole setup of <v Speaker 3>the show. Obviously you guys' intro is absolute fire. Like <v Speaker 3>that right there alone, I was like, oh, I cannot <v Speaker 3>wait to go on this show. And then obviously just <v Speaker 3>just seeing what the show is all about, Like I <v Speaker 3>like the little stings, you know, the audio steams you <v Speaker 3>guys throw in from time to time, like the bomb <v Speaker 3>drop and all that good stuff. I really like the show. <v Speaker 3>So obviously, you know, I appreciate you guys for letting <v Speaker 3>me come on. <v Speaker 4>That's right, you know how we do it. And speaking <v Speaker 4>of we love our. <v Speaker 2>Intro drop a bomb or DJ tweety drop a bomb <v Speaker 2>for my boy, who's mo? Hey, great intro, and thank <v Speaker 2>you so much. We appreciated. Hey, we love a SmackDown review. <v Speaker 2>And guess which take our football function. Let's talk about that, <v Speaker 2>you know, the Eagles. I hate to do it, guys. <v Speaker 2>We're gonna interlude for thirty seconds. The Eagles was robed. <v Speaker 4>I just won't say that. <v Speaker 2>The referees to control of that game, and I was <v Speaker 2>unhappy as a fan. <v Speaker 3>I could totally see why. I could totally see your <v Speaker 3>frustration losing the Super Bowl, man, that's that is definitely <v Speaker 3>something that sticks with you. Obviously, not just that next <v Speaker 3>day and the next weeks, but the whole offseason, and <v Speaker 3>depending on how next the next year goes, it could <v Speaker 3>even linger on which I'm sure you know, being a <v Speaker 3>Patriots fan, you've experienced both sides of the Super Bowl <v Speaker 3>coin and obviously now missus casual wrestling fan getting a <v Speaker 3>chance to get a taste of that, and you know <v Speaker 3>I wouldn't wish it on anybody. But hey, the Eagles <v Speaker 3>future is bride man tenth overall pick cap space. You <v Speaker 3>guys are good to go? <v Speaker 2>Yes, and Jay hurts ay it hurts so good and <v Speaker 2>he looks really grave. <v Speaker 4>But guess what, Let's go ahead and say, way back. <v Speaker 2>Into wrestling, let me ask you, sir, who is your <v Speaker 2>favorite of all time wrestler. <v Speaker 3>Of all time? <v Speaker 4>Man? <v Speaker 3>All right, well, just quick little set the stage really quickly. <v Speaker 3>Is I was a WCW guy growing up. And it's <v Speaker 3>not because it was my choice, given I was born <v Speaker 3>in nineteen ninety three, so I was only around six <v Speaker 3>seven years old whenever WCW was actually you know, relevant <v Speaker 3>and watchable, So that was who I was exposed to <v Speaker 3>early in my wrestling fandom. So I have to say <v Speaker 3>it's a little bit of a toss up I got. <v Speaker 3>I gotta say between Goldberg and Steing just what they <v Speaker 3>did for WCW. For me as a young wrestling fan, <v Speaker 3>I got to touch Sting as like a five or <v Speaker 3>six year old kid at a live event, and that <v Speaker 3>kind of just set the tone for me. So if <v Speaker 3>I had to give the edge, probably Goldberg. And I <v Speaker 3>know that's a terrible answer twenty twenty three people are like, <v Speaker 3>are you kidding me? Goldberg? But keep in mind, I <v Speaker 3>was a five year old, six year old kid, and <v Speaker 3>I wasn't really looking for the technical wrestlers. I was <v Speaker 3>just looking for the ones that you know, caught my attention. <v Speaker 3>So I probably have to give the all time edge <v Speaker 3>to Goldberg with a Sting very very close second. <v Speaker 4>Hey, I like that answer, you know, Hey, you gotta <v Speaker 4>like Goldberg. <v Speaker 2>Ouh, I see out, I like Staying, I like I <v Speaker 2>like Gilberg. <v Speaker 4>How you feel about Gilberg rhythm? <v Speaker 3>I thought that was I thought that was pretty funny. Obviously, <v Speaker 3>so I wasn't familiar with it during the actual nineties, <v Speaker 3>But whenever Goldberg actually came to WWE in like two <v Speaker 3>thousand and three or whatever it was, and he had <v Speaker 3>his run on Monday Night Raw and then they brought <v Speaker 3>in Gilberg, then I was like, oh man, this is <v Speaker 3>this is something else for sure. But yeah, I mean <v Speaker 3>I totally understand, like Goldberg is in everybody's cup of <v Speaker 3>tea whatsoever. And I won't even like, I won't even <v Speaker 3>push back when people say, oh I hate Goldberg. I'm like, hey, <v Speaker 3>I totally understand because he's not a quote unquote like <v Speaker 3>true pro wrestler. But I mean, keep in mind he <v Speaker 3>was a former Atlanta Falcon, so that kind of has <v Speaker 3>a little bit of bias for me there as well. <v Speaker 2>And guess what, this proves a point as a wrestling fan. <v Speaker 2>You like who you like, and you don't who you don't. <v Speaker 2>And guess what, you got the right to like who <v Speaker 2>you like. People trash naw Jacks. I don't hate on <v Speaker 2>Na Jacks like that. <v Speaker 4>Appreciate exactly you know what I mean. But oh, let's see, <v Speaker 4>missketcher wrestling fan, you got something. <v Speaker 10>I'm just you know, who is your favorite current wrestler <v Speaker 10>at this moment. <v Speaker 3>See, now that one's a little bit I gotta admit <v Speaker 3>it's a little bit tougher to answer because for the <v Speaker 3>longest time I was a massive, massive Roman Reigns fan, <v Speaker 3>Like I have a picture with him that I got <v Speaker 3>here in Emerald of Texas and obviously the baby Face era, <v Speaker 3>that's when I was a massive Roman fan, when the <v Speaker 3>crowd was just decimating him, booing him out of every <v Speaker 3>single arena no matter what. As soon as his intro <v Speaker 3>hit Bam, the crowd would just start booing immediately, almost <v Speaker 3>as if it was piping croud noise. And I constantly <v Speaker 3>got flack for it. I constantly got flack for being <v Speaker 3>a Roman Rings fan. And obviously as he's transitioned into <v Speaker 3>this new version of himself and his character is just <v Speaker 3>you know, skyrocketed, and now there's no shortage of Roman <v Speaker 3>Rings fans. Just go look at a pay per view, <v Speaker 3>especially a paper view, whenever he has a meaningful match, <v Speaker 3>just take a little scroll throughout the crowd and see <v Speaker 3>exactly how many ones are in the sky. And obviously <v Speaker 3>I was at WrestleMania, I was at the World Rumble. <v Speaker 3>I've kind of witnessed him have actual matches against worthy opponents, <v Speaker 3>and it was pretty uh, pretty telling. But if I <v Speaker 3>have to say right now, who my just organic favorite is, <v Speaker 3>I gotta give it to honestly, just just for some reason, <v Speaker 3>his credibility, what he brings to the Intercontinental Championship. Just <v Speaker 3>I love everything about it, and I feel like he's <v Speaker 3>a little bit of like a you don't want to <v Speaker 3>say poor man's Roman, but if you look at his <v Speaker 3>title or his title run, I should say he's a <v Speaker 3>little bit of an unbeatable force himself. <v Speaker 2>Yeah, hey, let's drop all, let's drop a bomb for <v Speaker 2>I mean, good guy like he stid a mouthful when <v Speaker 2>you spoke, and let's let me be honest about something <v Speaker 2>with you real quick. You you said a great statement there, <v Speaker 2>Michael Ritter. Fans at home and listeners, you some of <v Speaker 2>you have not experienced a Roman reigns one on one <v Speaker 2>match for the WW the Championship. And you know, we <v Speaker 2>went to Summer Slam. We got to see him go <v Speaker 2>against Brockways and when he flipped the rain with the <v Speaker 2>tractor for the belt. And I agree with you, Michael. <v Speaker 2>When you see him actually fighting, not a dark match <v Speaker 2>in a triple uh or tag team, a six man tag. <v Speaker 4>You know, you get those dark matches. <v Speaker 2>But to actually see him him fight for the belt, <v Speaker 2>you know that's priceless, that's that's untimely. <v Speaker 4>So I totally agree with him, man. <v Speaker 2>Yes, yes, the atmosphere, the vibes, you know, So I <v Speaker 2>agree with. <v Speaker 4>You, maw ga, I agree with you. <v Speaker 3>I like. <v Speaker 2>He really is, he really is, So let me see <v Speaker 2>it well a little bit. Now, let's talk about Triple H. <v Speaker 2>That's a hot button topic for a lot of people, <v Speaker 2>and I try to make it even hotter because I <v Speaker 2>feel like, in my opinion, I don't think Triple Ah <v Speaker 2>is doing a great as job as everybody's getting him <v Speaker 2>credit for. And that's fine, that's my opinion. And guess what, <v Speaker 2>I'm nobody's specially now. I'm not sitting up here saying <v Speaker 2>that as McMahon is better. So everybody who emails us <v Speaker 2>as a mail bag, keep calm. But I do want <v Speaker 2>us to analyze Triple Ahs and his cooking decisions, because <v Speaker 2>you know, it's easy just to say, hey, this is <v Speaker 2>fresh and new, a couple of new camera angles, but <v Speaker 2>is it really better? So, Michael Riller right here on <v Speaker 2>Luke going and I want to talk to you about <v Speaker 2>Triple Ah. <v Speaker 4>So how do you feel he's been doing? <v Speaker 2>This is just a general question, you know what I mean, <v Speaker 2>Take it, take it where you want to take. <v Speaker 4>It, But how do you feel Triple Ah is doing currently? <v Speaker 3>I feel like, at first it was a little bit <v Speaker 3>of a hot start, right, Like you could almost tell <v Speaker 3>immediately some of the changes between the way Triple H <v Speaker 3>ran things and the way Vince McMahon ran things. <v Speaker 10>Now. <v Speaker 3>I don't know if that was just because we were <v Speaker 3>so used to Vince's style for so long that almost <v Speaker 3>just like like if you're in a long relationship, right <v Speaker 3>and then almost like as soon as you break up <v Speaker 3>with that person days and like the first days and <v Speaker 3>weeks after that, it's a little bit different, you could <v Speaker 3>immediately tell the differences. And I feel like that was <v Speaker 3>kind of the way WWE was immediately upon Triple H's <v Speaker 3>taken over, and I felt like he was kind of <v Speaker 3>leaning a little bit too much on returns, like guys <v Speaker 3>who got fired and he brought back, whether it's Gargano <v Speaker 3>or hit Row or I mean, I think even I <v Speaker 3>don't know if Carrying Cross was let go or not, <v Speaker 3>but I for some reason, I feel like at the <v Speaker 3>beginning he was leaning a little bit too much on <v Speaker 3>bringing people back, and that's where the pops were, That's <v Speaker 3>where the immediate prisoner of the moment, you could say, <v Speaker 3>people were just like man, Triple H is just absolutely <v Speaker 3>bringing wrestling back like, is wwe back to what we <v Speaker 3>respected it as, whether it's the ruthless aggression era, attitude era. <v Speaker 3>But me personally, I do feel like it has slowed <v Speaker 3>down a little bit. I mean, I don't know because <v Speaker 3>people talk about well, Vincent Man is supposedly back, well, <v Speaker 3>I don't know. Nobody truly knows whose fingerprints are on it, <v Speaker 3>you know, as we speak right now. But I think <v Speaker 3>that I mean, as of right now, Triple H has <v Speaker 3>that title. Triple H is the one who is I <v Speaker 3>guess he's got the keys to the car. And if <v Speaker 3>I just give my personal opinion, I feel like it <v Speaker 3>has slowed down a little bit. And that's one thing <v Speaker 3>I feel like Vincent Man. Now I'm just talking about <v Speaker 3>the book. I don't have, you know, an opinion to <v Speaker 3>share on Vince mcmah, the person you know, but the <v Speaker 3>Vincent Man, the booker, I feel like he got a <v Speaker 3>little bit too much, too much hate, to be completely honest, <v Speaker 3>because it is difficult to be in his position for <v Speaker 3>as long as he's been there and still produce constant <v Speaker 3>five star products. And that's the thing is, I'm not <v Speaker 3>covering up anything. Like I know there has been some <v Speaker 3>some very awful booking, like from Vince McMahon. It's not <v Speaker 3>just out of WWE, it is the NW or inside <v Speaker 3>of WW as well. You can point your finger at <v Speaker 3>several whether it's storylines, decisions that he made where you <v Speaker 3>can just say I flat out disagree with that and <v Speaker 3>it's not the way I would have done it. But <v Speaker 3>I feel like Triple H has that too, like you <v Speaker 3>can't please everybody, and no matter how much people love <v Speaker 3>Triple H the wrestler, Triple H the booker is eventually <v Speaker 3>going to ruffle from people's feathers. And I feel like <v Speaker 3>this year he kind of was tested with that with <v Speaker 3>the whole Sammy's ay and Cody Rose. How is he <v Speaker 3>going to approach the Royal Rumble winner and who's going <v Speaker 3>to face Roman? And I think this decision right here <v Speaker 3>is going to be pretty critical. It's almost like a <v Speaker 3>crossroads for Triple H. But if if I were to <v Speaker 3>give it a grade, just to sum all that up <v Speaker 3>quickly with an answer, I'll give Triple H like a <v Speaker 3>B plus. <v Speaker 4>All right, you said a mouthful, You said a cross roads. <v Speaker 4>You are? You are so true? It really is a <v Speaker 4>crossroads for Triple H. <v Speaker 2>And just to go over a couple of things you <v Speaker 2>said which made a lot of you. <v Speaker 4>Know, it hit me what you said about miss McMahon. <v Speaker 2>I gotta apply that because a lot of people give <v Speaker 2>this McMahon a lot of hate that I feel like <v Speaker 2>he doesn't deserve because he was the one to have <v Speaker 2>to do this for generations. <v Speaker 4>I mean, you can't even say years. <v Speaker 2>I mean, we had generations under the control of this <v Speaker 2>McMahon and Triple H is in his first you know year, <v Speaker 2>I guess we about eight to nine months even, and <v Speaker 2>I don't I'm not saying that he's doing a bad <v Speaker 2>job everybody listening at home, but I agree with you. <v Speaker 2>How is he going to handle the main events spot <v Speaker 2>at WrestleMania, you know what I mean? And that's something <v Speaker 2>that we have to think about. And to segue into <v Speaker 2>my next question, because you gave him a B plus <v Speaker 2>and that's pretty favorable, and you talked about returns for <v Speaker 2>a second, how do you view or grade his returns <v Speaker 2>because me, as a fan, I don't really care much <v Speaker 2>for his returns now, Like you said, I was a <v Speaker 2>at Summer Slam and I've seen baby come out. Oh <v Speaker 2>my god, eo, oh my god. The Code of con <v Speaker 2>Oh my god, this is gonna be cool. But guess what, <v Speaker 2>at the end of the day, we stuck with jobbers. <v Speaker 2>And that's something that we talked about early in the show. <v Speaker 2>You got Bailey with one win and fifteen losses, and <v Speaker 2>this is a returner. <v Speaker 4>You got EO Sky with four wins, eleven losses, returner <v Speaker 4>at late Night, one win, eleven losses. I mean, what <v Speaker 4>is really going on? Like, that's really what I want <v Speaker 4>to get down to. So I'm gonna put it on you. <v Speaker 4>I want you to be great. The returners. <v Speaker 3>What do you get see the returners? That's a lot <v Speaker 3>more underwhelming in my personal opinion because Number one, just <v Speaker 3>a quick disclaimer, like I'm not a big fan of <v Speaker 3>hit Ro. I really never have been. It's not necessarily <v Speaker 3>that I'm not a fan of their gimmick because we've <v Speaker 3>seen that type of gimmick work before, you know, like <v Speaker 3>the almost like a musical group style of like performance. <v Speaker 3>But I just feel like there's this two baby fight <v Speaker 3>and it's tough because we are in a quote unquote <v Speaker 3>PG era right now. But I've said it on my <v Speaker 3>show several times. They are a Disney Channel rap group <v Speaker 3>that I feel like is kind of being forced down <v Speaker 3>our throat and none of them, if I'm being completely honest, <v Speaker 3>is really that talented inside the ring. Now, I feel <v Speaker 3>like Ashanti the Adonnis could have a little bit of <v Speaker 3>a little bit of a more favorable run in WW <v Speaker 3>if you kind of distance himself. Maybe, I don't know, <v Speaker 3>go back to next pursue the Cruiserweight Championship or something <v Speaker 3>like that. I don't really know, because that segues into <v Speaker 3>my next point is I'm not too I guess up <v Speaker 3>to speed on the current NXT product, but I did <v Speaker 3>watch back when Gargano Candice Lay in that era. We're <v Speaker 3>back in n XT, and I mean, I'm a fan <v Speaker 3>of them, but at the same time, I'm just like, <v Speaker 3>they're not doing anything like you alluded to on the <v Speaker 3>main roster since their return. It's like I said, he <v Speaker 3>was too lenient, like lenient or reliant is a better <v Speaker 3>word for it, on those returns and not necessarily what <v Speaker 3>they're gonna do after their returns. It's kind of the <v Speaker 3>same thing that people criticize aw for. Right, they bring <v Speaker 3>in Daniel Bryant, they bring in Adam cole C and Punk, Well, <v Speaker 3>what happens after that? Why isn't the gap between WWE <v Speaker 3>and AW closed despite you guys bringing in these quote <v Speaker 3>unquote big name stars. Because there's a job to do <v Speaker 3>after that. So if I'm gonna have to grade the returns, <v Speaker 3>I gotta be honest, I'm probably gonna give it maybe <v Speaker 3>a C. And that's just like a like a passing grade, <v Speaker 3>just because the jury is somewhat still out, so to speak. <v Speaker 3>But if you ask me how they're doing right now, <v Speaker 3>like a progress report before the actual report card comes out, <v Speaker 3>they definitely got to, you know, get some extra credit <v Speaker 3>and a bump that great up. <v Speaker 4>I totally agree, you know, we got a I'm not <v Speaker 4>a big fan of returns. I like, like you said, I. <v Speaker 2>Feel like it's abous WCW know, it's just trying to <v Speaker 2>give us returns and then they turn out to. <v Speaker 4>Be job or so I can agree with that. What <v Speaker 4>do you got miscatter. <v Speaker 10>Wistle than do you agree with the current Ristlemania event? Oh? <v Speaker 3>That's that is tough. <v Speaker 10>It really is. <v Speaker 3>I feel like sometimes I'm sorry, what was that. <v Speaker 10>Is? <v Speaker 3>Yes? Yeah, yes for sure, And because I feel like <v Speaker 3>sometimes like a triple threat almost like calls for itself, right, <v Speaker 3>like I kind of alluded to it again, like the <v Speaker 3>Elimination Chamber. We get the Elimination Chamber pay per view <v Speaker 3>at a certain time every year, so no matter what <v Speaker 3>happens throughout the year, we really we know that we're <v Speaker 3>only going to get it at one point. But if <v Speaker 3>you look at the Intercontinental Championship picture right now with <v Speaker 3>just everybody, how we who is it? Kofe Kingston coming <v Speaker 3>now carrying cross Seamans, Drew McIntyre, Like we have such <v Speaker 3>a crowded room for the inter Continental picture, it almost <v Speaker 3>makes sense, like, man, this would be a great time <v Speaker 3>to have an elimination chamber just organically present itself and <v Speaker 3>put that in the WrestleMania card, and that would make <v Speaker 3>that WrestleMania unique from any other because we've never had <v Speaker 3>a chamber on an elimination or on a WrestleMania card, <v Speaker 3>And that kind of, you know, ties me into what <v Speaker 3>I'm saying with the WrestleMania main event is sometimes a <v Speaker 3>triple threat match asks for it and it just presents itself. <v Speaker 3>And I feel like that's kind of the direction we <v Speaker 3>were going now. Obviously with kind of the way they've <v Speaker 3>handled things since the World Rumble, it's clear Sammy's ain, <v Speaker 3>He's no longer going for Roman Reigns Championship, Like we <v Speaker 3>already had that elimination chamber in Montreal. That was Samusein's moment. <v Speaker 3>But before that happened, there was a legitimate case to <v Speaker 3>be made that you could have Cody Rhodes and Sammy's <v Speaker 3>Ain both pursue these championships because there are two technically <v Speaker 3>there are two championships. Now, I know, I'm not a <v Speaker 3>fan of splitting them up right now, like Roman rains <v Speaker 3>one two the story is about too if you were <v Speaker 3>to just make him drop one and have him keep one, <v Speaker 3>it would absolutely like belittle that championship that he does have, <v Speaker 3>like people, it would just sour the whole thing. It <v Speaker 3>would almost be like like, I don't know, Kevin Nash <v Speaker 3>used this thing and in a documentary not too long ago. <v Speaker 3>It's almost like, you know, if you're in outer space <v Speaker 3>making the trip to the moon, circling around and just <v Speaker 3>coming back like without actually stopping there, Like we have <v Speaker 3>been on this journey for Roman Reigns for so long, <v Speaker 3>you have to go to the moon, right, And that's <v Speaker 3>what it feels like this WrestleMania is in the Cody <v Speaker 3>Roads story, it is, it's kind of writing itself. It <v Speaker 3>does make sense. He's doing a great job making it <v Speaker 3>seem like it's a massive match with his promos. Roman <v Speaker 3>Reigns did a damn good job on SmackDown himself. Talking <v Speaker 3>to Cody Roads, I feel like he won that promo easily. <v Speaker 3>If I have to say, just really quickly, yes, I <v Speaker 3>am with this championship. I feel like it was the <v Speaker 3>right decision if you had to make only one, if <v Speaker 3>you had to make him face only one, it makes <v Speaker 3>sense for Cody Roads. I totally would have seen, you know, <v Speaker 3>an avenue that led to Roman Rings versus Sammy's and <v Speaker 3>at WrestleMania. But either way, I feel like a triple <v Speaker 3>threat would have made sense as well. <v Speaker 2>All Right, so I guess what he on Good Morning <v Speaker 2>WDBE we like to hold people's speech to the five <v Speaker 2>because she said it's been okay for the triple threat. <v Speaker 2>It'd been okay for Salmon versus Rome, and it's okay <v Speaker 2>for Cody versus Roman. But guess what, it is never okay? <v Speaker 2>So which one do you want? You want a triple threat? <v Speaker 2>Are you happy with Cobe versus Roman? Would you prefer <v Speaker 2>Roman versus? <v Speaker 3>Saying I'm happy again to Roman I am at this <v Speaker 3>point because, like I said, what they've done since now, <v Speaker 3>if you would have asked me that question immediately after <v Speaker 3>the Royal Rumble, whenever he turned on Roman rings hit <v Speaker 3>him with the chair, Cody Road just won the Royal <v Speaker 3>Rumble that exact same night, I would have been all <v Speaker 3>for the triple threat and said there's no other way. <v Speaker 3>But now that they've kind of unfolded a little bit <v Speaker 3>and we've left this thing marinate, it makes all the <v Speaker 3>sense in the world. So now, yes, Cody versus Roman <v Speaker 3>is the match that makes the most sense. <v Speaker 4>Okay, I like that. <v Speaker 3>I like that. <v Speaker 4>So you asked it a lot in that I'm not <v Speaker 4>gonna take it. <v Speaker 2>I am gonna take one one point deeper before I <v Speaker 2>asked one more your Blake question you brought up about <v Speaker 2>splitting the belts, and everybody that listens to our male <v Speaker 2>band takeovers, No, we always get a lot of questions, <v Speaker 2>do you think they gonna split the bills? Please split <v Speaker 2>the bells? <v Speaker 4>No? <v Speaker 2>I don't want them to split the bells at all. <v Speaker 2>I don't know why people ask for them to split <v Speaker 2>the bills. Personally, I feel like it the means one <v Speaker 2>of the belts that the means Roman. It means whoever <v Speaker 2>beats Roman, because you want to beat Roman for both <v Speaker 2>the belts. So do you agree that they should not <v Speaker 2>split the belts from Roman. <v Speaker 3>The way you phrase that question, absolutely not. Do not <v Speaker 3>split the belts from Roman. However, if he does, and <v Speaker 3>inevitably when he does drop these titles, he's gonna drop <v Speaker 3>them to one person. He's not going to drop one <v Speaker 3>to one and then one to somebody else. So likely, <v Speaker 3>if if I was a betting man, I would say <v Speaker 3>he's gonna drop both to Cody Roads at WrestleMania, and <v Speaker 3>if he does, then I feel like going forward, you <v Speaker 3>have to split the belts up at that point, once <v Speaker 3>they're on Cody because of the brand split. If there <v Speaker 3>wasn't a brand split, I would be fine. Let's have <v Speaker 3>one champion, just one true champion in the company, the <v Speaker 3>same way they did in the Attitude era, just one <v Speaker 3>overall champion, where there's pretty much no brand split. But <v Speaker 3>if you do have two shows, it just makes too <v Speaker 3>much sense. The roster's too talented at the top. You <v Speaker 3>got guys like Seth Rollins, Drew McIntyre, even Gonter if <v Speaker 3>he didn't have that Intercontinental Championship you got guys who <v Speaker 3>are worthy of being the top guy, and they're just <v Speaker 3>caught up in a massive Roman Reigns world storm, and <v Speaker 3>this is a they're kind of getting pushed down the <v Speaker 3>card because of that, which is understandable. Nobody's on Roman <v Speaker 3>Rains level right now, so he deserves to be at <v Speaker 3>that top spot. But the story is eventually going to <v Speaker 3>come to an end, and I do think, yes, he's <v Speaker 3>gonna drop both at the same time, they're not going <v Speaker 3>to get split. But after that, for the sake of <v Speaker 3>the brand split, I would say, yes, you gotta have <v Speaker 3>one on each show. <v Speaker 2>Oh yes, I agree. After Roman, I think the bills <v Speaker 2>Wiel gets splitt. Now I don't think Cody beats Roman. <v Speaker 2>Do you think Cody beats Roman. <v Speaker 3>I think he does, only because it would be extremely <v Speaker 3>hard after that to make the loss. Like I mean, <v Speaker 3>I have seen some reports that I guess they they <v Speaker 3>try to make sense of a possibility where hey, there's <v Speaker 3>a legit shot that Cody Road isn't the guy and <v Speaker 3>he's not going to beat Roman Rings. And when I've <v Speaker 3>read those, I'm like, you know, I don't get into <v Speaker 3>conspiracy theories, but they make all the sense in the <v Speaker 3>world and I could actually believe it and get on board, <v Speaker 3>but my gut just tells me that they're gonna do <v Speaker 3>it for Cody, Like I just feel like, with how <v Speaker 3>over he is right now in the car, he's the <v Speaker 3>only person that you could argue for his entrance alone, <v Speaker 3>just with his song. Whether it's because people love the <v Speaker 3>song and all the animations that go along with it, <v Speaker 3>people pop for Cody Rhoades's entrance in his song. I <v Speaker 3>was there at the Royal Rumbo as well whenever he <v Speaker 3>came out. Obviously that was his return, so that is <v Speaker 3>a little bit of a curve. But there's videos of him, <v Speaker 3>you know, at house shows, on SmackDown, on Raw. People <v Speaker 3>are all for Cody Road right now, so I feel <v Speaker 3>like if there is anybody to do it, it's him. <v Speaker 3>But it does feel good. I gotta admit it feels <v Speaker 3>good to go into WrestleMania and not know and have <v Speaker 3>legitimate avenues like man, like, I really don't know who's <v Speaker 3>going to win this, so I'm excited for that avenue, <v Speaker 3>but I do predict Cody probably is going to win. <v Speaker 2>Well guess what, mister Ritter, I'm on the other side <v Speaker 2>of that. That spectrum I feel like it's very predictable. <v Speaker 2>I feel like Roman is gonna walk away champion again. <v Speaker 4>And this guy's a wrestle fan. She's speakty fifty. She's <v Speaker 4>got to split on it. <v Speaker 2>Yeah, she's she gotta split on it. But she agrees <v Speaker 2>with you. You know, she loves the cod that that's <v Speaker 2>all is great and I'll give it to you on that. <v Speaker 2>So what do you think about Triple A's booking decisions. <v Speaker 2>I mean, he's got a lot of job It's like Bailey, <v Speaker 2>as I said earlier, with one win and fifteen loss <v Speaker 2>he believed that, and we understand Baron Corby obviously he's <v Speaker 2>a job But then you have people like Vinchian Kaiser <v Speaker 2>with three wins and thirteen losses, only the Field with <v Speaker 2>twelve losses, no wins, La Night one win, eleven loss, <v Speaker 2>Jeff Rollins four wins, thirteen losses. <v Speaker 4>I mean, these are biffing decisions. <v Speaker 2>And I know a lot of fans who saying, well, <v Speaker 2>you know, wins and losses don't matter wrestling, but it really. <v Speaker 4>Does us because there's you, what a company thinks of you. <v Speaker 2>I mean, just to be honest, I mean, we know <v Speaker 2>Jad Gables a jobber and Chad Gables as twelve losses. <v Speaker 2>We know Baron Corbn's a job fourteen losses for that point, <v Speaker 2>So how do you feel about those wrestlers with those <v Speaker 2>montal losses and trouble as booking decisions as a whole. <v Speaker 3>The main one that was alarming to me was Bailey. <v Speaker 3>That's the one that I'm like, why put her in <v Speaker 3>that many matches if you're gonna make a lease, because <v Speaker 3>you don't have to, Like, you go months without putting <v Speaker 3>some of these people in the ring, and nobody really <v Speaker 3>like lifts an eye about it. You know, nobody really <v Speaker 3>even notices or they're I mean they might notice, but <v Speaker 3>they're not going to clamor for it, Like what the <v Speaker 3>hell is going on? <v Speaker 2>You know? <v Speaker 3>So that's the one that really jumps out whenever you <v Speaker 3>listed all those names. The other ones, I'd probably have <v Speaker 3>to see who they lost to, because if you look <v Speaker 3>at who they lost to, it might make sense at <v Speaker 3>the end, But to have them stack up like that, <v Speaker 3>you don't. You never want to see that, you know, <v Speaker 3>Like Vinci and Kaiser, Like that's a tag team that <v Speaker 3>I feel like has some credibility behind them, not just <v Speaker 3>because they're with Gunther and imperium. But because how good <v Speaker 3>they are on the mic, they look the part obviously, <v Speaker 3>and they're pretty polished inside the ring. So seeing that <v Speaker 3>they stack up losses la night him stacking up losses too, <v Speaker 3>I'm not a fan of it. I kind of because <v Speaker 3>I agree with you, wins and losses absolutely do matter. <v Speaker 3>The only person that kind of defied those odds is <v Speaker 3>seth Rawlins, who could lose for however many times in <v Speaker 3>a row and the crowd's still going to absolutely chant <v Speaker 3>his intro and still think, Man, if he wins the <v Speaker 3>championship tomorrow, everybody would believe it, you know. And that's <v Speaker 3>kind of where I'm at with that. But as far <v Speaker 3>as Triple Ah is booking, it's tough. It really is, because, <v Speaker 3>like I said, I don't know for sure who exactly <v Speaker 3>they lost to to stack up, but I don't agree with, <v Speaker 3>you know, having it be that lopside, Like you want <v Speaker 3>your roster to all have some credibility, You want your <v Speaker 3>roster to all have some wins under the belt. So <v Speaker 3>making some of your the people who you brought back <v Speaker 3>right that were unemployed essentially, and you're the ones that <v Speaker 3>brought them back only to have them lose weekend week out. <v Speaker 3>It does seem like, well, I don't know, like what <v Speaker 3>are we doing here. <v Speaker 4>Exactly? <v Speaker 2>And you know, just to be honest, I didn't write <v Speaker 2>this person. This person didn't make it to the list <v Speaker 2>because they did have wings. But even people like Gumtu, <v Speaker 2>who has lost more matches than these one and granted <v Speaker 2>these are dark matches and grantedos and six man. <v Speaker 4>Tags and the tag loses and loss attached to his name, <v Speaker 4>but that's still a loss, you know, as I talked <v Speaker 4>about in the past. <v Speaker 2>So you know, those are great points and I think <v Speaker 2>wins and losses matter. <v Speaker 4>It's nice to talk to somebody else to agree with <v Speaker 4>that fact. You know. That's lovely. But we'll go ahead <v Speaker 4>and close it out. <v Speaker 2>Michael Ridder, So I'm a plant to Mike, to you, Hey, <v Speaker 2>talk to the fans at home, tell them about your <v Speaker 2>social media, tell them about your shows, your podcasts, you know, <v Speaker 2>and form them about the micro Ridder experience. <v Speaker 3>I appreciate. I appreciate that. <v Speaker 4>Well. <v Speaker 3>First and foremost, once again, I want to thank you guys. <v Speaker 3>You know it was it was inevitable, Like I always wondered, <v Speaker 3>like the mailbag does get that? You know that pop right, <v Speaker 3>that that ratings boost whenever the Casual crew comes on, <v Speaker 3>whether it's before SummerSlam, before we'll rumble all those you know, <v Speaker 3>the the ples right whenever you guys take over, it's <v Speaker 3>no secret, ask Matt, I bet those those download numbers <v Speaker 3>shoot up. So I always wondered, when are they going <v Speaker 3>to just branch off and have their own show. So <v Speaker 3>once I heard a good morning WWE, I mean during <v Speaker 3>football season, I'm a little bit you know, plugged away. <v Speaker 3>I'm a little bit you know, out of the loop <v Speaker 3>when it comes to wrestling because I got to focus <v Speaker 3>so much on football. So I was like, man, once <v Speaker 3>the once the season's over, I'm gonna definitely try to <v Speaker 3>get with Casual so I can get on that show <v Speaker 3>because just the delivery and everything, you know, I knew <v Speaker 3>it was going to be a phenomenal show, and you <v Speaker 3>guys are absolutely blowing my expectations out of the water. <v Speaker 3>So keep going. That's one thing I wanted to say, <v Speaker 3>you know, I mean, I know, trust me firsthand. Podcasting <v Speaker 3>it's not easy finding the time editing. It eventually becomes <v Speaker 3>a lot.
