<v Speaker 1>Listen WWE superstar Drew McIntyre, and you're listening to the <v Speaker 1>WWE podcast show. <v Speaker 2>The one that everybody wants me I st sixteen, So guy, <v Speaker 2>just up your ass, this is mind. <v Speaker 1>You can acknowledge me. <v Speaker 2>What is going on? Everybody, And welcome to this week's <v Speaker 2>episode of the Main Event Review straight out of Survivor series. <v Speaker 2>That means we'll be reviewing Survivor series as well, So again, <v Speaker 2>really keen to go through everything. But before I do, <v Speaker 2>I do want to let you guys know I'm not <v Speaker 2>sure if it's been confirmed by Matt or not, but <v Speaker 2>I will be filling in for SmackDown reviews for the <v Speaker 2>next couple or so weeks, so really keen to sort <v Speaker 2>of give my take on SmackDown. I know a lot <v Speaker 2>of this Main Event review is about Main Event and <v Speaker 2>Raw and also PR's and I haven't given SmackDown as <v Speaker 2>much love, so having the opportunity to talk about slack <v Speaker 2>SmackDown Slackdown will be good and yeah, excited to share that. <v Speaker 2>So they'll be happening for three weeks. As Amanda is <v Speaker 2>on a bit of a break, I'll be feeling in <v Speaker 2>for for SmackDown, so be sure to check that out <v Speaker 2>as well if you do enjoy these episodes on a <v Speaker 2>weekly basis too. But yeah, we'll get into it. Before <v Speaker 2>I start, I will sort of talk about what I <v Speaker 2>thought about Survivor series as a whole. Yeah, again, it <v Speaker 2>was a good PRL but again, I don't think there <v Speaker 2>was anything super groundbreaking. We obviously had Live Morgan's return, <v Speaker 2>which was quite nice, and the angle there was pretty good. <v Speaker 2>We thought she was going to be a babyface. A <v Speaker 2>lot of people were hyping up that she could potentially <v Speaker 2>come back as a babyface given her sort of really <v Speaker 2>good run before she got injured. But she ends up <v Speaker 2>being with Dominic, which we'll talk about. And then also <v Speaker 2>this mysterious man who Look, if it's not Austin theory, <v Speaker 2>then I don't know who it's going to be. And <v Speaker 2>I've got terrible eye sight because someone to climb the <v Speaker 2>ladder that quick the frame, and also the fact that <v Speaker 2>he used the curb stop and he was also part <v Speaker 2>of the Messiah crew, it would only make sense that <v Speaker 2>it is Austin theory. And I've mentioned it on this podcast, <v Speaker 2>and I think it's been mentioned across all ww rumors <v Speaker 2>and news that Austin theory would be a potential Vision member, <v Speaker 2>and I think he's the perfect person for that. Like <v Speaker 2>in the past, he didn't really have any good runs <v Speaker 2>with the company. Vincepect Man did a really good job, <v Speaker 2>but after that not much teaming up with Grayson Waller <v Speaker 2>getting jobbed, like he literally lost on a cross body <v Speaker 2>from jay Usso like that's how low it's been for <v Speaker 2>Austin Theory, and everyone knows his potential, So him joining <v Speaker 2>up with this group could be exciting, but it's not confirmed. <v Speaker 2>We could be completely wrong, but it's something to obviously <v Speaker 2>discuss about and it's a big talking point, I think, <v Speaker 2>and we'll find that more on Raw as it comes. <v Speaker 2>But yeah, those are the two main things that happened. <v Speaker 2>Other than that, I guess it was quite underwhelming, Like <v Speaker 2>the men's match didn't have the crazy spots that I <v Speaker 2>would have expected. The women's was a lot better in <v Speaker 2>terms of the war games, but even then, there wasn't <v Speaker 2>that many crazy spots. Like there were obviously some decent spots. <v Speaker 2>You had the combined spear into the table. You also <v Speaker 2>had a few other things, but nothing like nothing major <v Speaker 2>I would have expected, like Logan Paul to do some <v Speaker 2>more acrobatic stuff. I didn't see that. I didn't see <v Speaker 2>anything crazy from Bronson Reid. Obviously, I know he got <v Speaker 2>injured in the last war Game, so they probably didn't <v Speaker 2>want him to do a tsunami off the top. But <v Speaker 2>it just it just could have been a little bit <v Speaker 2>more crazy. I would have thought brock Lesna, Drew McIntyre, <v Speaker 2>brom Breaker would have been a bit more ruthless. But yeah, <v Speaker 2>that was a crazy bump. By the way, the neck hit, <v Speaker 2>Hope broad Breaker is okay, looks like he is, but <v Speaker 2>for a second I thought his neck was done. But AnyWho, <v Speaker 2>Before we get into all that, obviously we'll talk more <v Speaker 2>about it. I will just say to wrap it up, <v Speaker 2>it was a quite average Survivor series and there has <v Speaker 2>been better Survivor series before, so we'll leave it at <v Speaker 2>that for now. We'll go straight to main Event, where <v Speaker 2>we had Kid Wilson back on main event, but someone <v Speaker 2>that you would never think would ever be on a <v Speaker 2>main event show, and that was Damien Price. They went <v Speaker 2>head to head. Obviously, Damon Priest got the victory, and <v Speaker 2>we're not going to talk too much about the match <v Speaker 2>because the match went how everyone would have thought the <v Speaker 2>same sort of pacing as normal, Kid Wilson matches getting <v Speaker 2>all ego and arrogant at the start, Damien Priez dominating <v Speaker 2>Kid Wilson, having a bit of sort of momentum, and <v Speaker 2>then getting killed off by yourself of Heaven. But yeah, <v Speaker 2>just I can't believe I saw Damien Priest do main <v Speaker 2>event today, Like they are really struggling with his storyline. <v Speaker 2>Obviously alstabout Black is the person is coming up against, <v Speaker 2>but like, this guy was literally world heavyweight champion and <v Speaker 2>fighting people like Drew McIntyre and Gunfa and now he's <v Speaker 2>on main event. Like, albeit Alista Black, he is a <v Speaker 2>good opponent, but in contrast to what he's faced in <v Speaker 2>the past, it's apples and oranges. Like, honestly, it's it's surprising. <v Speaker 2>I don't know what their plans are with Priests. They <v Speaker 2>obviously want to put They obviously wanted to make him <v Speaker 2>a big shoot star by adding the belt on to <v Speaker 2>him in the past, but like there's no path to <v Speaker 2>suggest that he will become a world heavyweight champion again. <v Speaker 2>And and I'm sure if it's because of the plethora of <v Speaker 2>talent we have on that side or he just hasn't <v Speaker 2>been working. But from the time he was World evyweight champion. <v Speaker 2>He did a really good job in being a champion. <v Speaker 2>So yeah, I don't know. I don't know what the <v Speaker 2>goal is with his character. I just don't. I just <v Speaker 2>know for a fact that he should not be a <v Speaker 2>main event and him being on there, Good on him <v Speaker 2>for doing it, but that should not happen. They need <v Speaker 2>to find a way to book him to be a <v Speaker 2>lot stronger. There's money in the bank coming up. I <v Speaker 2>don't think he will obviously win it, but his last <v Speaker 2>significant match was the elimination chamber and wrestlemining itself, so <v Speaker 2>he ended up beating Drew mcindonale as well. We hit <v Speaker 2>the concertos in a still cage match. I'm pretty sure <v Speaker 2>it was. So yeah, I don't get it, Like you <v Speaker 2>come back from that, you're supposed to be pushed over, <v Speaker 2>and then you result to being on main event later <v Speaker 2>like yeah, disappointing. Disappointing, but it is what it is. <v Speaker 2>We got to see him on main event, we get <v Speaker 2>to talk about him now, So who am I complaining? <v Speaker 2>I just just hope more for him to be honest, <v Speaker 2>we then have I always say that the main event staple, <v Speaker 2>but talk about a main event match that is hard <v Speaker 2>to review. It's the Alpha Academy taking on the Creed Brothers. <v Speaker 2>Like I've seen this match from reviewing Main Event from <v Speaker 2>last year to now. I reckon I've seen this match <v Speaker 2>up about ten times, maybe fifteen if I count the <v Speaker 2>singles matches in between them, two teams that we know <v Speaker 2>are for Academy. I'm not going to mention that, but <v Speaker 2>the Creed Brothers, like what are they what are they doing? <v Speaker 2>Like where is Chad Gable? Chad Gable really needs to <v Speaker 2>come back and bring this team back to life, and <v Speaker 2>bring this crew back to life, because they have been flat. <v Speaker 2>I know Ivan now has sort of teased the fact <v Speaker 2>that she's gone for the title. I did mention that <v Speaker 2>last week. It looks like she will, but they're not <v Speaker 2>doing anything. It's just like a waste of time and <v Speaker 2>you can't even like, I can't review this match to <v Speaker 2>you because it's just exactly what we would expect. The <v Speaker 2>only thing I will say is that the finish was <v Speaker 2>that a curates as a will hit the sent On <v Speaker 2>got the three count, we had Otus getting in the <v Speaker 2>hot tag, he did the worm like we all know this, <v Speaker 2>Like you don't even need to watch the match to know. <v Speaker 2>I think that's the issue with Main Event as a whole, <v Speaker 2>to be honest, But again, like, oh, the Creed Brothers <v Speaker 2>just I don't know, Like I I don't know what <v Speaker 2>they're doing. I don't know where they're going. I don't <v Speaker 2>know if they need a new angle, if they need <v Speaker 2>to start competing for tag teams like titles like them <v Speaker 2>in the war Raiders. Just they've done nothing and I <v Speaker 2>don't know if Yeah, I have no words for it. <v Speaker 2>I think the tag team division really needs a big <v Speaker 2>shake up. They've really ruined it at the moment SmackDown <v Speaker 2>looks like we've got a thing going with the White <v Speaker 2>Six and MFT, but what's happening with the rest of them, <v Speaker 2>Like bring some to Raw, get them on for the <v Speaker 2>world tag team titles. That hasn't really been a shift <v Speaker 2>and change in the tag team division across brands for <v Speaker 2>a long time, and I think it's time to do it, <v Speaker 2>because at least like you send I don't know the <v Speaker 2>Cree Brothers to smack Down and they can be like, oh, yeah, <v Speaker 2>we're making a statement. We just joined the Blue Brand <v Speaker 2>or vice versa for like I don't know, DIY or <v Speaker 2>thrasium or even the machine guns like put them on raw, <v Speaker 2>get something going, get some fraction, get some sort of <v Speaker 2>team building going, because there's really nothing at the moment <v Speaker 2>and it is quite frustrating. But the other academy get <v Speaker 2>the victory, feel good feeling for everyone, and yeah, that <v Speaker 2>pretty much wraps up main event and we will get <v Speaker 2>the good stuff. In terms of predictions for Survivor Series <v Speaker 2>four out of four, I mean wasn't the hardest to predict. <v Speaker 2>Let's be honest, four matches as well, and if you <v Speaker 2>were going to look at like the way things were <v Speaker 2>set up, it would make sense for all the results <v Speaker 2>to happen. So one thing I'll give triple h is <v Speaker 2>that the booking was correctly done in terms of who won, <v Speaker 2>But just the excitement factor wasn't there for me across <v Speaker 2>the whole board. The first match we had the Women's <v Speaker 2>War Games, which was really good. It was cool to <v Speaker 2>see er Skuy have her own like labeled bin. That's <v Speaker 2>something that I observed. Obviously they're making that a sort <v Speaker 2>of thing for her. Kind of similar to when COVID <v Speaker 2>Kingston found methods to survive in the Raw Rumble, they're <v Speaker 2>doing the same with er Skuy with the bin different <v Speaker 2>table spots. She obviously came out with the lid of <v Speaker 2>the bin, and then we Ripley ended up coming later <v Speaker 2>with the the bottom of the bin as well, So <v Speaker 2>that was a quite observation that I had. But it <v Speaker 2>did start with Charlotte Flair and Ascar and yeah, which <v Speaker 2>was solid. Like again with Wargames, I don't really understand why, <v Speaker 2>Like what's the point of the first five badges? Like <v Speaker 2>you you get tired, but everyone's not tired, So I mean, <v Speaker 2>I don't know if it's just an exhibition, but this <v Speaker 2>is where I say the spots should happen, obviously towards <v Speaker 2>the end because we're getting to the point where there's <v Speaker 2>going to be a result, but there needs to be <v Speaker 2>stuff happening in the middle to make it feel as <v Speaker 2>though that it's exciting. Like it was good. This one <v Speaker 2>was better than the Men's But just saying Wargames as <v Speaker 2>a whole was like that they're doing a Royal Rumble entry. <v Speaker 2>I don't mind it, but I still like the dramatic <v Speaker 2>parts of the cage where someone's meant to come out <v Speaker 2>and you had that few like one of the most <v Speaker 2>views viewed videos on Instagram and TikTok. Last year was <v Speaker 2>Roman Reigns stopping Seampunk from going out and telling something <v Speaker 2>he's aiming to go. That's what creates the drama, and <v Speaker 2>like they're all in this cage together. It just shows <v Speaker 2>like you could have done an angle with Ripley and <v Speaker 2>Charlotte Flair where they sort of have a bit of <v Speaker 2>tension and I don't know, like this is just me <v Speaker 2>sort of complaining about sort of the little details here. <v Speaker 2>I don't mind the Royal Rumbo entry, but when you <v Speaker 2>get to the fifth one, it's like everyone knows who <v Speaker 2>it's gonna be. Like Lash Legend to be the last <v Speaker 2>person is extremely underwhelming, Like I know she's the wild <v Speaker 2>card and the new factor here, but no one really <v Speaker 2>knows her. For her to be the last entry, just <v Speaker 2>to me doesn't make sense. It would have been more <v Speaker 2>smarter to come out with I know Becky Lynch would <v Speaker 2>have been predictable, but even like Naya Jack's at the end, <v Speaker 2>worst case just getting a bunch of booze. But yeah, <v Speaker 2>Real Ripley came out as the very very last person. <v Speaker 2>I'm pretty sure because of the no Real Ripley was <v Speaker 2>before that, Lash Legend was the very last, So there <v Speaker 2>you go. If Ree Ripley was the very last, it'd <v Speaker 2>makes more sense. But for the baby Face team, her <v Speaker 2>being last I made a lot of sense. They did <v Speaker 2>a really good job in sort of protecting aj Lee. <v Speaker 2>It didn't look like she took a lot of bumps, <v Speaker 2>so that was good. But basically in the conclusion of <v Speaker 2>the match, we obviously had the Eosky front flip. We <v Speaker 2>had the save from Charlotte Flair to rear Ripley, which <v Speaker 2>was massive from the myst that usca used on to <v Speaker 2>I'm pretty sure it was lash Legend that copped the <v Speaker 2>myst anyway by just showing that Charlotte Flair was to <v Speaker 2>be trusted and they're probably on better terms now. And <v Speaker 2>then we had the forearm from Alexa Bliss and then <v Speaker 2>that led to a black widow by aj Lee tapping <v Speaker 2>out Becky Lynch, so their story is going to continue. <v Speaker 2>But they ended with her theme music and aj Lee <v Speaker 2>to get the sort of pin and victory, which I <v Speaker 2>don't mind because I think of the five y five ramifications, <v Speaker 2>that is a good storyline to take into WrestleMania. We <v Speaker 2>have Becky Lynch and aj Lee that haven't had their <v Speaker 2>program together yet, so that will build that up nicely. <v Speaker 2>The babyfaceers get the victory, and in terms of the <v Speaker 2>star power the Babyface team had, it makes complete sense <v Speaker 2>for them to get the victory here, and I'm not <v Speaker 2>against that. I just had like some intricacy complaints about <v Speaker 2>how Survivor series is set up as a whole all <v Speaker 2>the wargames. I hope it goes back to the cages <v Speaker 2>because we already know the entrances of ror Um, but <v Speaker 2>we don't need to see a cool, ely entrance. I mean, <v Speaker 2>if you want to, if you want to have your <v Speaker 2>entrance music still involved, just I don't know. Once I <v Speaker 2>get out of the cage, play the music. But the <v Speaker 2>cage part was the cool part about it. I really <v Speaker 2>like that. So I'm pretty sure Michael Cole explained why <v Speaker 2>it was the case, but I've I lost that and <v Speaker 2>I didn't actually hear his explanation, So apologies if I've <v Speaker 2>missed something important there and crucial as to why they <v Speaker 2>removed the cages. But nevertheless, even if there was a <v Speaker 2>justification for it, I'd still prefer cages. So yeah, that <v Speaker 2>pretty much wraps up the first match, which is which <v Speaker 2>was the women's wargame match as I got my water <v Speaker 2>and then we move on to John sceneare taking on <v Speaker 2>Dominic Mysterio for the Intercontinental Championship. We had Johnson to <v Speaker 2>come out to his last ever PLI. Again, I got <v Speaker 2>a lot emotional, but it started to hit me that <v Speaker 2>this is we're really getting close. I think he's got <v Speaker 2>one more date left, so it's gonna be really emotional <v Speaker 2>to know that John cenas gone and he's going to <v Speaker 2>be having his last match in two weeks and this <v Speaker 2>was his last ever PLI against Don Masteriro who comes <v Speaker 2>out with Roxanmperez with Roccal Rodriguez, and yeah, the match <v Speaker 2>continued started. We had a spot where it looked like <v Speaker 2>Dom done his shoulder well executed. As Dom was getting treatment. <v Speaker 2>For a second, I did think that it was a concern, <v Speaker 2>and then it wasn't until Roxan Perez came into the <v Speaker 2>ring did a Tahannah bomb, and then I mean Rocaal <v Speaker 2>Rodriguez did the Tahanna bomb and then Roxanne followed up <v Speaker 2>with a pop Rocks. That's when Dom and Nick Missiro <v Speaker 2>miraculously recovered went for the six to one nine, tried <v Speaker 2>to get the pin and that's where the ref was like, Naph, <v Speaker 2>we're not doing this, Like, you're not cheating your way <v Speaker 2>to victory here. I like that. Obviously the ref's got <v Speaker 2>a job to ref the game, but the ref the match. <v Speaker 2>But in the end of the day, obviously Dom was <v Speaker 2>blatantly cheating and it was a nice attempt and I <v Speaker 2>really liked it. We had the girls attack John Cena <v Speaker 2>maybe to give them an opportunity to be in the <v Speaker 2>ring with him. I kind of feel as though that <v Speaker 2>it was just a touch of like just the compliment <v Speaker 2>and giving them the opportunity to do that, and I <v Speaker 2>think they will appreciate that a lot, and John Cena <v Speaker 2>would be having given them that sort of free will <v Speaker 2>to do that since they've they've worked really hard, so <v Speaker 2>I'm not against that. I am impressed with Raco Rotriguez <v Speaker 2>been able to tarn him on two hundred and fifty pounds. <v Speaker 2>That is impressive, really really impressive, like the strength displayed <v Speaker 2>there from her and to execute that, and he got <v Speaker 2>pretty high up to be fair, so honestly, very very <v Speaker 2>very good. But then they got booted out and then <v Speaker 2>we had the match that was pretty fair, but it <v Speaker 2>was there, and then liv Morgan coming out to the <v Speaker 2>ring while the referee was knocked out. We had the <v Speaker 2>same thing where Johnson did the STF without the referee <v Speaker 2>being in part of the matches as john got pushed <v Speaker 2>into him or shoulder tackled, he shoulder tackled the ref Actually, <v Speaker 2>my apologies. Liv Morgan comes out. That was a nice <v Speaker 2>surprise I mentioned at the start. I was really impressed <v Speaker 2>with that. It was cool to see Liv Morgan back. <v Speaker 2>I really thought she was going to come back Royal Rumble. <v Speaker 2>She came in and originally slapped Dominic Mysterio. It looked <v Speaker 2>like it was a ruse, but I felt like there <v Speaker 2>was some serious to it. I think that'll be part <v Speaker 2>of the storyline moving forward. Obviously, Dom's been very sort <v Speaker 2>of forgetful of her and also been moving a little <v Speaker 2>bit towards Rox sam Perez but not really doing much <v Speaker 2>with her. So I think again it was a slap <v Speaker 2>that meant some stuff but didn't really. And that's when <v Speaker 2>Liv Morgan hugged John Cena. She was known to have <v Speaker 2>a crush on her, That's probably why she did it, <v Speaker 2>and it just added to the storyline. And that's when <v Speaker 2>she did exactly what John Cena did to Cody Rhodes, <v Speaker 2>and I was kick him in the nuts. Then I'm <v Speaker 2>hitting with the bolt followed by a six point nine, <v Speaker 2>and we have a new Intercontinental Champion and that is <v Speaker 2>Dominic Mysterio. Again, the correct decision just continues to highlight <v Speaker 2>the point that they pretty much handed John Cena the <v Speaker 2>title to just finish off his Grand Slam championships and <v Speaker 2>have every belt to solidify him as the goat. As <v Speaker 2>I mentioned, and as I think everyone is aware, Am <v Speaker 2>I against it? No, it's just what it was. It's <v Speaker 2>obvious that that was the case, so I have to <v Speaker 2>call that out and that's what I think about it. <v Speaker 2>But in the end of the day, the Live Morgan <v Speaker 2>angle coming back gives an appropriate justification as to why <v Speaker 2>Dom got his title back, and just I guess re <v Speaker 2>sort of configurates the timeline and path for Dom to <v Speaker 2>have the title back. So as much as we knew <v Speaker 2>that Dom was going to get it back, and as <v Speaker 2>much as we knew that John Cena had this handed <v Speaker 2>to him, the fact that liv Morgan was involved in <v Speaker 2>this made that look a lot better Again. People were <v Speaker 2>not happy about sort of her return that it's put <v Speaker 2>Dom over and that they had an opportunity to make <v Speaker 2>her a baby face. But at the same time, I'm thinking, <v Speaker 2>I think it was the right decision. I think bringing <v Speaker 2>her back, getting her prepared for WrestleMania. She was featured <v Speaker 2>in the Women's WrestleMania teaser video makes things more exciting. <v Speaker 2>And now I'm really keen for what she has to <v Speaker 2>say on Monday Night Raw and how she gets back <v Speaker 2>involved in the Judgment Day. And let's be real, now <v Speaker 2>we're all excited again to see what's going to be <v Speaker 2>happening with the Judgment Day because Live Morgan is back, <v Speaker 2>and for a faction that has been off and on <v Speaker 2>and dead and survive for so long, there's still some <v Speaker 2>extraction we can take from the Judgment Day. We can <v Speaker 2>squeeze the final parts of the fruit and get some <v Speaker 2>juice because we've got to Live Morgan back, and how <v Speaker 2>she's going to react to things while she was gone, <v Speaker 2>how she's going to react to rox Samperez being part <v Speaker 2>of the group, how she's going to react to what's <v Speaker 2>been happening with Finn Bala and Dominique Mysterio and all <v Speaker 2>these external things. Is going to be one to be <v Speaker 2>excited for so yes, I'm a keen for that. I <v Speaker 2>also forgot to mention that obviously JD and Finn Bala <v Speaker 2>did come out to try and to feel the match. <v Speaker 2>We saw the Elite spot with John CeNAT A and <v Speaker 2>both just an incredible display of strengths as well at <v Speaker 2>his age to be able to carry two people on <v Speaker 2>his back as a fireman's carry and hit a attitude <v Speaker 2>adjustment on both is quite impressive. But again leaving Morgan's <v Speaker 2>back judgment, they look to be half relevant. Again, Everyone's <v Speaker 2>interested to see what's going to happen with them, so <v Speaker 2>that would be really exciting. We then get the third <v Speaker 2>match of the night, and Mate, this was one of <v Speaker 2>the worst, most boyingous matches I've ever watched. And there's <v Speaker 2>only one person to blame for that, and that's Nicki Balla. <v Speaker 2>Because Stephanie Veker has put on banger after banger after <v Speaker 2>bagger and I'm shouting like Shamus at the moment, and <v Speaker 2>then as soon as she gets into the ring with <v Speaker 2>Nicky Baller, the crowd was dead, the match was dead. <v Speaker 2>We had the sort of devil's kiss on the table <v Speaker 2>when Nicki Balla just looked like a starfish terrible selling <v Speaker 2>from her, and also when they did into the ring, <v Speaker 2>terrible selling again, like she couldn't even do ten on <v Speaker 2>her because of the fact that Nicki Balla couldn't sell <v Speaker 2>the move. This just shows how much better the women's <v Speaker 2>division is when it comes to performing and in ring <v Speaker 2>compared to what it was in the past, because Nicki <v Speaker 2>Bella looked like a rookie in there. She just wasn't <v Speaker 2>She just couldn't compete with Stephanie va Kare She was <v Speaker 2>a lot better than her, and it just made the <v Speaker 2>match look worse because it felt as though that Nicki <v Speaker 2>Bella just had no business being there. We did expect. <v Speaker 2>There was a lot of rumors that Brie was going <v Speaker 2>to come and interfere with the match. I'm so glad <v Speaker 2>that didn't happen because there's no way that Nicki Balla <v Speaker 2>deserves to be a women's World champion, not in this climate, <v Speaker 2>and not did the fact that Stephanie Vakierre just got <v Speaker 2>the title as well, and she's been doing a great job. <v Speaker 2>But yeah, the match ends up finishing with a corkscrew <v Speaker 2>no interference. It would have been nice to see four. <v Speaker 2>I guess other people that wanted to see something that <v Speaker 2>crazy happened, but I'm glad it didn't because I didn't <v Speaker 2>want Nicki Bella to win the title. I have owned <v Speaker 2>liked it if it just brought some extra excitement, but <v Speaker 2>it didn't. It was It was a match that probably <v Speaker 2>didn't need to be on Survivor Series. But again, with <v Speaker 2>all the feuds and storylines happening, I can understand why <v Speaker 2>it's the case, but I make an argument that it <v Speaker 2>would have been better fitting that the Survivor Series Classic <v Speaker 2>match would have been on Survivor Series and you would <v Speaker 2>have just had this match on Raw because nothing really <v Speaker 2>happened to make it like Grand Stakes on Survivor Series. <v Speaker 2>It was just a filler match in my opinion, which <v Speaker 2>is exactly it was like half the time. I found <v Speaker 2>myself just like tuning in and out of it like <v Speaker 2>I was watching, but it wasn't one hundred percent focused <v Speaker 2>or like in sort of immersion with it as I <v Speaker 2>was for the other three matches. For normal and understanding reasons. <v Speaker 2>It is obviously the weakest match on the card, but <v Speaker 2>the match itself wasn't even good to make it feel <v Speaker 2>as though that it was better. But we finish off <v Speaker 2>with the men's wargame match. We had Cem Punk taking <v Speaker 2>on Bronze Breaker at start of the match, and it's <v Speaker 2>fitting that those two started and that's how they finished <v Speaker 2>as well, because bron Breaker ends up pinning c and <v Speaker 2>Punk due to that outside interference. Who we think it <v Speaker 2>is Austin theory with the curve stump and how quick <v Speaker 2>he went out, so we've addressed that a nice surprise. <v Speaker 2>But again, like, like I said, it's cool to know <v Speaker 2>who did it? Who was this that that? But like, <v Speaker 2>if we know it's Austin theory, if it is Austin theory, <v Speaker 2>let's say it is hypothetically, are people going to be <v Speaker 2>excited and be like whoa what a review? Like the <v Speaker 2>chance to put him over would have been for him <v Speaker 2>to unmask himself, do the move and then walk out <v Speaker 2>with the vision. Like I think that would have been <v Speaker 2>a lot better. We would have been able to sort <v Speaker 2>of look back ten years and see where Austin theory, <v Speaker 2>if they get this right, started and propelled his career, <v Speaker 2>and it would have been that moment and he would <v Speaker 2>have been there for the whole world to see. But no, <v Speaker 2>they opted for this mysteriousness. Unless it is someone else <v Speaker 2>that's crazy, then I can understand it. But for someone <v Speaker 2>that hasn't been proven that is the future, that isn't <v Speaker 2>a legend that's making a return, then I don't think <v Speaker 2>this was the right play. But again it leaves us <v Speaker 2>with questions to say who it is if we don't <v Speaker 2>know already, we all think it is Austin theory. He <v Speaker 2>obviously helped out and contributed to the Vision getting the victory, <v Speaker 2>which again was the right decision because the future is now. <v Speaker 2>You need to push these stars. The guys are obviously <v Speaker 2>not getting along with each other. By the guys, I <v Speaker 2>mean the baby faces, and now we've created some tension <v Speaker 2>within the team. So bron Breaker is the one that <v Speaker 2>got the pin on Sea and Punk, so that is <v Speaker 2>definitely going to lead to him potentially going for the <v Speaker 2>World Heavyweight Championship. And again, when we look back at <v Speaker 2>when bron Breaker turned on Seth Rowlins, that's exactly why <v Speaker 2>what happened. He was carrying the belt. He gave it back, <v Speaker 2>but he's always been saying he wants to go for <v Speaker 2>the gold, and that basically solidified that. And it looked <v Speaker 2>as though that not much attention was being placed on <v Speaker 2>bron Breaker recently if you really think about it, especially <v Speaker 2>with the Bronson Reid Robin Reins feud where Bronson Reid <v Speaker 2>got the pin. This court sort of circled back and <v Speaker 2>brought this back to the bron Breaker being the guy <v Speaker 2>and the people that or where WW want to move to, <v Speaker 2>and that's him, and he's elite for it. He's ready, <v Speaker 2>He's been unbelievable. So I've got no I guess objections <v Speaker 2>for it. So bring it on. Bring on bron Breaker, <v Speaker 2>bring on Sampunk for a title, whether it's going to <v Speaker 2>be at WrestleMania where it's going to be earlier than that, <v Speaker 2>we'll find out. But that might give you a hint <v Speaker 2>as to who will potentially win the Royal Rumble. And <v Speaker 2>I think we did say Sam he's ain, but like, <v Speaker 2>where's the path for him? I don't think there is <v Speaker 2>a path for him right now to get there. So <v Speaker 2>bring on bron Breaker and Sampunk potentially for the World <v Speaker 2>Heavyweight Championship. We'll have to wait and see again again, <v Speaker 2>we'll find out, but that's what I'm thinking. In terms <v Speaker 2>of the rest the stuff. They all walk out together <v Speaker 2>and after the match, we had Roman Rains fist pumping <v Speaker 2>Seampunk which was quite interesting, and then also going up <v Speaker 2>to Cody Roads and saying this is the last time <v Speaker 2>we'll ever team up and leaving us questions as to <v Speaker 2>who Roman Rains is talking about back on Raw. This <v Speaker 2>might answer it, or he might just sway us a <v Speaker 2>whole different way, but it looks as though that he's <v Speaker 2>After Cody wrote, so could we see a trilogy of <v Speaker 2>this matchup at WrestleMania. I feel like we do need <v Speaker 2>a trilogy? Do we need it now? I don't know, <v Speaker 2>but again we'll have to wait and see. But yeah, <v Speaker 2>we have the vision getting the victory and of the <v Speaker 2>vision with Brocoles, Naphi Cannon as part of the vision <v Speaker 2>and Drew McIntyre. Again, I don't know what's Is Loganpool <v Speaker 2>part of the vision or not? Like I I'm so <v Speaker 2>confused with that. I think he is, but like, yeah, <v Speaker 2>I know Austin Theories is a lot better for the <v Speaker 2>vision than I. And then I think Logan Paul he <v Speaker 2>obviously is part of the future and he would be <v Speaker 2>someone they're propelling to. But yeah, I don't know, We'll <v Speaker 2>wait and see. There was actually and I was checking <v Speaker 2>this before I forgot to mention it that Okay, if <v Speaker 2>it's not Austin theory, it could have been monteese Fort <v Speaker 2>that was like the other sort of theory based on <v Speaker 2>who the mass Man was, whether the mask Man is <v Speaker 2>the reveal or if those two like the plants, it <v Speaker 2>could be that as well. It could be they're just <v Speaker 2>planted for that. But yeah, we'll find out. I guess <v Speaker 2>we'll find out, and that's kind of the main thing <v Speaker 2>that we'll find out there. We obviously saw the ramifications <v Speaker 2>of what happened that Rohan Rains has mentioned with Cody Rhodes, <v Speaker 2>if they're going to do a trilogy or whether Sampunk <v Speaker 2>will have a say in that. But WrestleMania is definitely <v Speaker 2>slowly shaping up, which is good to see. And yeah, <v Speaker 2>we're getting close. It's going to be there in four months. <v Speaker 2>So the roads to WrestleMania as of once we get <v Speaker 2>past all the John Cena that's crazy two weeks it's <v Speaker 2>going to be his last match. Once you get past <v Speaker 2>all that, we will have a clear road to WrestleMania <v Speaker 2>path getting formed and that will be really exciting with <v Speaker 2>starting with the raw Rubble, So yeah, we'll keep in <v Speaker 2>tune for that. It's crazy how fast things go, but <v Speaker 2>it just seems like time's gone click quick. The year's <v Speaker 2>done and one more month and john sena is going <v Speaker 2>to be finished up. Which yeah, we'll save that reaction <v Speaker 2>for when it happens, but I'm not mentally prepared for <v Speaker 2>it because I think it's going to be huge. But again, <v Speaker 2>it's been your boy, Daniel. You've listened to another main <v Speaker 2>event review.
