<v Speaker 1>All right, as promised, we've got a huge show for <v Speaker 1>you guys tonight. The first half of the show is <v Speaker 1>myself reviewing Monday Night Raw that took place last night, <v Speaker 1>the final Monday Night Raw, the final televised event before <v Speaker 1>Crown Jewel. And on the second half of the show, <v Speaker 1>we've got Ashley Mann back with us to talk about <v Speaker 1>Crown Jewel with all of her predictions and thoughts. So <v Speaker 1>this is the jam packed show. I hope you guys <v Speaker 1>enjoy this. Let's get everything going right after this. <v Speaker 2>This is WWE Superstar Drew McIntyre and you're listening to <v Speaker 2>the WWE podcast, the. <v Speaker 1>Show, the one that everybody. <v Speaker 3>Wants me sixteen, So I just rip your ass this mony. <v Speaker 1>You can acknowledge me. All right, everybody, welcome to the <v Speaker 1>WWE Podcast. Big week here on the show and in <v Speaker 1>wrestling if you're a WWE fan, We've got a lot <v Speaker 1>going on this week as Raw has just ended, and <v Speaker 1>now of course we've turning our attention to Crown Jewel <v Speaker 1>in just a couple of days, or depending on when <v Speaker 1>you're listening to this, it could be today or maybe <v Speaker 1>even in the past. It's all relative, but we're going <v Speaker 1>to preview tonight Crown Jewel with Ashley Man, and I'll <v Speaker 1>be doing the Monday night raw review solo up front, <v Speaker 1>and we'll try to get through that as quickly as <v Speaker 1>we can to get to Ashley, which I'm really excited <v Speaker 1>about as always such a great guest and a long time, <v Speaker 1>longtime co host. You know, she's really been here since <v Speaker 1>the beginning of time, when the WW podcast came into existence, <v Speaker 1>She's been here a few years, so it's really great <v Speaker 1>to have her back. It wouldn't be a pay per <v Speaker 1>view without Ashley giving her thoughts and her opinions and <v Speaker 1>her prediction for the show. So we're going to get <v Speaker 1>to that in a minute. First, thank you for joining <v Speaker 1>me here as we are just kind of closing in <v Speaker 1>on Crown Jewel. I think a lot of WW fans <v Speaker 1>are just going to be excited when this sole thing <v Speaker 1>is over and we get to move on to you know, <v Speaker 1>regularly scheduled programming with w B pay per views. But <v Speaker 1>be careful what you wish for because Survivor series is <v Speaker 1>next on the docket and that one, if you want <v Speaker 1>regular pay per views may not really fit your taste. <v Speaker 1>It doesn't fit mine. They've really I think just completely <v Speaker 1>blown up what Survivor series used to mean and how <v Speaker 1>excited I used to get for it, and made it <v Speaker 1>an exhibition pay per view that has no consequences whatsoever. <v Speaker 1>They have toned down the brand versus brand thing, at <v Speaker 1>least last year they did, but you know, I'm sure <v Speaker 1>they'll try to incorporate that again this year, at least <v Speaker 1>to some degree, and try to make us excited for <v Speaker 1>matchups that should not happen, because you know, this is <v Speaker 1>not a across a co branded pay per view in <v Speaker 1>which there should be men and women fighting from each brand. <v Speaker 1>You just had the brand split and now we're going <v Speaker 1>right back to seeing the same the individuals fight again. <v Speaker 1>But we'll get to that pay review when we get <v Speaker 1>the Survivors series. November always scares me, but again, thank <v Speaker 1>you everybody for joining me. If you want the ads removed, <v Speaker 1>I know a lot of you it's not not your <v Speaker 1>favorite part of the show. There's a couple options. You can, <v Speaker 1>of course, go to Apple Podcasts. Right on our front page. <v Speaker 1>There's a get Rid of those pesky ads button literally <v Speaker 1>and you click on that and you get seven days free, <v Speaker 1>so you'll get to get to listen to every show <v Speaker 1>we do, including the Crown Jewel Review, ad free, and <v Speaker 1>you get to try it for seven days, and no <v Speaker 1>one should think if you like to stick around, it's <v Speaker 1>only two ninety nine a month. After that you'll get <v Speaker 1>every show we ever do AD free. Or you can <v Speaker 1>join us on Patreon and for a dollar a month <v Speaker 1>you get everything AD free, everything. So think about it. <v Speaker 1>Good time to join as we ramp up into the <v Speaker 1>end of the year and then royal rumbling. Before you <v Speaker 1>know it, Bam Russ many seasons upon us. Again, that's <v Speaker 1>how quickly things happen. But all right, well, let's talk <v Speaker 1>about Monday Night Raw and let's start with Charlotte Flair <v Speaker 1>and Bianca Belair. Now, why Bianca Bellair was awarded a <v Speaker 1>Raw Women's Championship match really makes little to no sense. <v Speaker 1>We don't know why. Again, Contenders matches are supposed to <v Speaker 1>be believed as people that are people that win those matches. <v Speaker 1>Competitors that win those matches are supposed to be in <v Speaker 1>contention for the championship because apparently number one contender doesn't <v Speaker 1>exist anymore. But Bianca has done nothing really to earn it, <v Speaker 1>and they just wanted to make the biggest match they <v Speaker 1>could even though it would make no sense to have <v Speaker 1>Charlotte retain the championship if she's going to SmackDown. And <v Speaker 1>Ashley and I, by the way, went into crazy depth <v Speaker 1>about the possibilities of Charlotte retaining and then having Becky lose, <v Speaker 1>and yet the SmackDown on the championship is on Raw, <v Speaker 1>the women's Raw Woman's Championship is on SmackDown. Do this <v Speaker 1>do the title swap? And we really just go into <v Speaker 1>depth of crazy just frustration over the convolutedness of this <v Speaker 1>whole women all the women on every show, and why <v Speaker 1>the championship matches are being awarded and how does this <v Speaker 1>work if the championship is exclusive to the show and <v Speaker 1>yet the talents exclusive to a different show. We really <v Speaker 1>got frustrated, but it was it was a lot of <v Speaker 1>fun talking with Ashley about this specifically. So you'll hear <v Speaker 1>more about it a little bit on our on our <v Speaker 1>Believe It or Not our Crown Jewel preview and prediction show, <v Speaker 1>which is immediately following this. So anyway, Charlotte comes out <v Speaker 1>at the beginning of the show, does a nice job <v Speaker 1>of delivering her promo here. I really enjoyed Charlotte on <v Speaker 1>the mic as she just seems to be getting more <v Speaker 1>and more confident, honestly, and ever since she came back <v Speaker 1>from injury, it's just like she's been reinvented, ever since <v Speaker 1>she started calling herself the Opportunity. It really does feel <v Speaker 1>exactly like that. But Arlett asked why there was no <v Speaker 1>celebration for her and in the final night before she <v Speaker 1>moves to SmackDown and complained she was being forced to <v Speaker 1>defend her championship and that night's main event, and pointed <v Speaker 1>out that Bianca was being given shots at both Raw <v Speaker 1>and SmackDown titles in a four day stretch. And then <v Speaker 1>Bianca came out to confront Flair with eventually the just <v Speaker 1>a breaking down into a fight, and so we got <v Speaker 1>the Raw Women's Championship match. Bianca Belair defeats Charlotte via <v Speaker 1>disqualification when Charlotte used a steel chair in what was <v Speaker 1>otherwise again a really good match. And God, is Bianca <v Speaker 1>just so good and Charlotte as well. I would never <v Speaker 1>mind seeing these two in a match again. I think <v Speaker 1>there's a lot more to come, but this ends at <v Speaker 1>a DQ because they felt wwe felt that they couldn't <v Speaker 1>give the championship to bel Air, who, by the way, <v Speaker 1>is going to be part of Raw, so you'd think <v Speaker 1>that she would have wanted here. But Charlotte they're still <v Speaker 1>trying to protect and having her be a champion on <v Speaker 1>SmackDown to them makes is more of a priority because <v Speaker 1>I think they're gonna switch the championships like they did <v Speaker 1>last year with the Raw and SmackDown tag titles that <v Speaker 1>I think they're gonna do the same here with the <v Speaker 1>women's tag championships. So they want Charlotte a champion on SmackDown, <v Speaker 1>which will eventually morph into the SmackDown Women's Championship. So <v Speaker 1>I did expect some kind of wonky finish for sure <v Speaker 1>in this one. King of the Ring Semifinals Xavier Woods <v Speaker 1>Defeast Jenner Mahal after a rope walk elbow, and it's <v Speaker 1>going to be in the finals Finn Baler versus Xavier <v Speaker 1>Woods for the King of the Ring title at Crown Jewel. <v Speaker 1>I won't give away who I think is gonna win, <v Speaker 1>because the Previeum Prediction show will give you that, but <v Speaker 1>I will just say that this match was good and <v Speaker 1>Xavier continues to show why he could easily go off <v Speaker 1>on his own hint hint, hint, e fing hint. I'm <v Speaker 1>really over though the whole just acting like children every <v Speaker 1>single time they're on a microphone with the interviewer before <v Speaker 1>they go out to the ring. And I don't know, <v Speaker 1>I just to me, always acting like children when you're <v Speaker 1>getting paid a man's salary is embarrassing, among many, many, <v Speaker 1>many other things that just despise despise about the New Day. <v Speaker 1>Kofe and Xavier, to me, are just the absolute worst <v Speaker 1>part of the New Day. And I mean that in <v Speaker 1>a character's perspective. I don't mean that on a personal <v Speaker 1>level in order. I mean that on an in ring competitive, <v Speaker 1>a competitors level. They're both very good in the ring. <v Speaker 1>It's all about character here, just same the problem I <v Speaker 1>have with the Biggie. But let's move on. Austin Theory <v Speaker 1>defeats Jeff Hardy via pinfall. After hitting the Theory, Ko <v Speaker 1>and Our Truth was interrupted backstage, and because it was <v Speaker 1>Our Truth was in pursuit of the twenty four to <v Speaker 1>seven Championship, and then Truth accepted a match on behalf <v Speaker 1>of Jeff Hardy, setting up a rematch of last week's clash. <v Speaker 1>After Theory one, he took a selfie with heart, only <v Speaker 1>to be hit with a twist of fate before Hardy <v Speaker 1>took a selfie of his own, so Hardy gets a <v Speaker 1>little bit of retribution even though he loses to Austin theory. <v Speaker 1>So I think the most interesting part of this is <v Speaker 1>to see if we see Willow or another alter ego <v Speaker 1>of Jeff Hardy on SmackDown, Like that's that's really what <v Speaker 1>we're looking forward to do. Your McIntyre and Bigie defeat <v Speaker 1>Don Zigler and Robert Rud via pinfall after Biggie hit <v Speaker 1>Rude with a big ending after brawling during the tag <v Speaker 1>team match. McIntyre and he got along this week until <v Speaker 1>after the match when they exchanged words, so you know, <v Speaker 1>they actually didn't implode on one another. They did coexist. <v Speaker 1>So that's a rare feat when you have foes put <v Speaker 1>in a match, a tag team match that usually they <v Speaker 1>imploded in some capacity. They didn't and they function pretty <v Speaker 1>well as a tag team. Although, and I said this <v Speaker 1>with Ashley, I don't understand their relationship. I don't understand <v Speaker 1>their on screen relationship anyway, where they're just best buds. <v Speaker 1>They have their cool little secret inside her handshakes at <v Speaker 1>times like their brothers and then all of a sudden <v Speaker 1>that out of nowhere, for no reason, they just start <v Speaker 1>flipping out at each other in the ring. It's very bipolar. <v Speaker 1>I don't understand it at all. But here we are <v Speaker 1>with Biggie and Drew having to have a championship magic <v Speaker 1>Crown Jewel. You'll hear our predictions. In just a few minutes. <v Speaker 1>Mansor defeats Centric Alexander via pinfall. I don't really have <v Speaker 1>much to say there other than Mansor is just being <v Speaker 1>groomed for the crowd in Saudi Arabia, so they're building <v Speaker 1>him up a little, I guess. And by the way, <v Speaker 1>if it sounds like I'm reading, I am. I'm reading <v Speaker 1>from CBS Sports, just so I don't miss anything that <v Speaker 1>happened on RAW, especially the things that weren't on the <v Speaker 1>Hulu version. So it's not that I didn't watch RAW <v Speaker 1>and I'm just relying on the descriptions of the show. <v Speaker 1>I'm not that lazy, I promise, okay. Next on the <v Speaker 1>docket here, Bobby Lashley and Goldberg participated in a remote <v Speaker 1>interview where Goldberg again vowed to kill Lashly, which Lashly <v Speaker 1>pointed out as criminal, before saying Goldberg couldn't kill anyway. <v Speaker 1>Lashly finished by issuing a warning that Goldberg has never <v Speaker 1>faced him without restrictions like the no holds barred match <v Speaker 1>at Crown School. So Ashley and I also talked about this, <v Speaker 1>but I'll briefly just say that this match is not <v Speaker 1>what I'm looking forward to because of the limitations of <v Speaker 1>Goldberg in the ring, and when you start talking about <v Speaker 1>killing your opponent, it reeks of desperation for attention to <v Speaker 1>this match, because I think on its own merit, with <v Speaker 1>typical wrestling build and story, they could not get the <v Speaker 1>crowd interested in this because it was so poorly recepted <v Speaker 1>at the last pay per view. Poorly received, so when <v Speaker 1>they go the route of just extreme, that tells you <v Speaker 1>that they are in desperation mode to make this match relevant. <v Speaker 1>That's all, and it's nowhere disrespect to Bobby, but that's <v Speaker 1>just the reality of it. Ashley and I also talked <v Speaker 1>about gauge and what we'd love to see. How at <v Speaker 1>Crown Jewel it gets a little bit morbid. I will <v Speaker 1>say that in a fun way. Okay, RK bro defeats <v Speaker 1>the Street Profits via disqualification after interference by aj and <v Speaker 1>omos or Omas Styles hit Randy Orton with a phenomenal <v Speaker 1>forearm in the middle of the match, resulting in the <v Speaker 1>DQ almost then attacked Riddle before the team also took <v Speaker 1>out the Profits. So Almost stood tall. Randy Orton gets <v Speaker 1>a little bit of or rather Aj gets paid back <v Speaker 1>on Randy after getting hit with an RKO two weeks <v Speaker 1>in a row, and so logic would dictate that Dark <v Speaker 1>Bro should retain at Crown Jewel, but I'll let you <v Speaker 1>mull over that for a few minutes. This was fine. <v Speaker 1>You know, I think the Street Profits are absolutely here <v Speaker 1>to stay in the tag team division, in a tag <v Speaker 1>team division that is paper thin. They are really one <v Speaker 1>of like three teams that exist, which is like two <v Speaker 1>more teams than the women have. So this was fine. <v Speaker 1>I didn't have any issue with this. I really didn't. <v Speaker 1>RK Bro seems to be on the same page. I <v Speaker 1>hope that they have a little bit longer of a <v Speaker 1>ragin at least a couple of months before they decide <v Speaker 1>to potentially break them up. But okay. The Queen's Crown <v Speaker 1>semi Finals Do Drop defeats SHANEA. Besler via pinfall after <v Speaker 1>countering with a career countering the care of food to clutch. <v Speaker 1>Do Drop advances to face Selina Vega in the finals <v Speaker 1>at Crown Jewels. So Do Drop does score a victory here, <v Speaker 1>but a believable one because she used her weight. They <v Speaker 1>won't say that because it's offensive, but that's the fact. <v Speaker 1>I mean, that's physics. She used her mass to keep <v Speaker 1>the shoulders of Basler down end a story, but I <v Speaker 1>can't say that. We're in a different world now, but <v Speaker 1>that's the reality. And I have nothing against Do Drop. <v Speaker 1>I'm a fan of Do Drop. I think she's got <v Speaker 1>a great future and I think her her weight is <v Speaker 1>an asset, not a comedy segment that Vince probably looks <v Speaker 1>at it ass but Do Drop does advance. It was <v Speaker 1>a bit surprise in giving Shanna Bezol was just snapping <v Speaker 1>arms and then she loses to Do Drop cleanly. It <v Speaker 1>was that that part of it. I was like, hmm, <v Speaker 1>you know, I'm not super discouraged by it, because you know, <v Speaker 1>Do Drop is on the ascent and she's in the finals, <v Speaker 1>but it was just like, oh, really, you know, Shanna <v Speaker 1>Baseil is just snapping arms and being the Shanna Basil <v Speaker 1>we all want, and then she loses to you know, <v Speaker 1>Do drop cleanly, So take that for what you will. <v Speaker 1>I'm not going to look too much into that. We'll <v Speaker 1>have to see what happens after the Crown Jewel pay Review, <v Speaker 1>when all the rosters are reset and then the official <v Speaker 1>season premiere begins. But all right, Finn Ballad defeats Mace <v Speaker 1>via pinfall after hitting the coupdi Gras. Woods was out <v Speaker 1>to watch his King of the Ring opponent live and <v Speaker 1>Finn Balor and Xavier Woods come face to face and <v Speaker 1>have some words, and they were I don't know, they <v Speaker 1>were yelling at each other. I didn't even really pay <v Speaker 1>attention to exactly what they were saying. I think I <v Speaker 1>think Xavier said something about Finn Balor's the prince, but <v Speaker 1>I'm going to be one promoted to king or something <v Speaker 1>like that. You know, I don't know. I have a <v Speaker 1>pick that I think you're going to be interested in <v Speaker 1>for who I think is going to win that match <v Speaker 1>at Crown Jewel and why. While I hate the decision, <v Speaker 1>I hope it's for the right reason. That'll make more <v Speaker 1>sense when you hear it. Hear my fleshed out answer <v Speaker 1>to who I think is going to win the King <v Speaker 1>of the Ring. So that essentially was Monday Night Raw. <v Speaker 1>This is a little bit more of an abbreviated version <v Speaker 1>of my raw review. But I'm so excited to get <v Speaker 1>to be able to get the Ashley and myself conversation <v Speaker 1>with Crown Jewel and respect the Crown Jewel to you <v Speaker 1>guys that I didn't want to drag on too long <v Speaker 1>about Monday Night Raw because next week really is the <v Speaker 1>reset button truly being hit. Because the rosters are reset <v Speaker 1>officially or past Crown Jewel. We're back to regularly schedule <v Speaker 1>of programming and we can all take a sigh of <v Speaker 1>relief and see where the dust settles. So guys, don't <v Speaker 1>forget to also subscribe to us on Patreon if you <v Speaker 1>want to add free and discord server access and a <v Speaker 1>shout out, as well as on Apple Podcasts for seven <v Speaker 1>days for read free as seven days. Yeah, I think <v Speaker 1>that makes sense. Seven days for free you get all <v Speaker 1>our content ad free, so consider joining us there. So <v Speaker 1>with all that being said, thank you everybody. I'll be <v Speaker 1>back tomorrow night with your mail bag. So sending your <v Speaker 1>questions to real WWE podcast at gmail dot com or <v Speaker 1>call in at five one eight nine five two zero <v Speaker 1>two four seven with your voicemails and until then, I'll <v Speaker 1>talk to you next time. Okay, Well, WWE, Crown Jewel <v Speaker 1>is just a couple days away. As I record this <v Speaker 1>on a Thursday, I'll never get used to saying that <v Speaker 1>that it's on a Thursday at noon when everyone in <v Speaker 1>the continental United States is probably working, we will be <v Speaker 1>being able to view some of you. Maybe a Crown <v Speaker 1>Jewel coming to us from Riad, Saudi Arabia, the Kingdom <v Speaker 1>of Saudi Arabia. It is actually a kingdom, guys. I <v Speaker 1>did get confirmation of that. They didn't just add that <v Speaker 1>in as some kind of fluff. It is truly a kingdom. <v Speaker 1>It's designated as a quote unquote kingdom. So we've got <v Speaker 1>Saudi Arabia on the docket here for Crown Jewel, and <v Speaker 1>I've got Ashley Man back with me as is tradition <v Speaker 1>to cover the Crown Jewel pay per view with all <v Speaker 1>the predictions, all of the preview and welcome back Ashley. <v Speaker 1>It's not a pay per view without you. <v Speaker 3>Hello, Hello, Matt. Thank you so much for having me. <v Speaker 3>And you're right, it is back to our normal tradition <v Speaker 3>of the preview shows. But it is so weird of <v Speaker 3>being on a Thursday. It makes my whole week feel <v Speaker 3>thrown off to think that there's a quote unquote pay <v Speaker 3>per view that you know, like, oh I need to <v Speaker 3>check up and see like who did what and just <v Speaker 3>stuff like that. So it's during the week. It just <v Speaker 3>really throws you off, kind of like with just like <v Speaker 3>the whole AAW on Saturday last week. It just if <v Speaker 3>one little thing moves wrestling wise in your world, it's <v Speaker 3>like your whole week is throwed off. <v Speaker 1>Yeah, yeah, it does. It really screws you up. I know, <v Speaker 1>like a lot of people and I don't have time, <v Speaker 1>but the AW fans I watch on a regular basis, <v Speaker 1>everyone was all screwed up last week. It does because <v Speaker 1>a lot of people build their week around wrestling and <v Speaker 1>the show that's going to be on Wednesday night. Okay, <v Speaker 1>it's Dynamite of Wednesday Night. Okay, got it. I'm going <v Speaker 1>to do this and this, and they a lot of <v Speaker 1>people do. They build their schedules around wrestling and when <v Speaker 1>they'll be able to watch it. And with with w <v Speaker 1>WE Crown Jewel on a Thursday, it feels it feels <v Speaker 1>almost like a taboo Tuesday, like it's it's very bizarre, right, <v Speaker 1>like and I don't know. I'm sure there's some political <v Speaker 1>reason or governmental reason for it being on a Thursday <v Speaker 1>and not a weekend, i'd imagine. But nonetheless, we have <v Speaker 1>a lot to talk about on this on this pay <v Speaker 1>per view, and I guess let's really just kind of <v Speaker 1>get into it. Well, let me ask you this, what <v Speaker 1>are you most looking forward to on this pay per <v Speaker 1>view in terms of matches or potential returns. <v Speaker 3>Yeah, I'm not really thinking there's gonna be anything return Rizer. <v Speaker 3>Honestly that nothing that has popped out to me, unless <v Speaker 3>I'm just completely overlooking something that's obvious. <v Speaker 1>On the Lias is still out there. He's maybe he's <v Speaker 1>still burning his stuff in the woods. I don't know. <v Speaker 3>That's why I had that, That's why I had you here. <v Speaker 3>But yeah, speaking of like that's so weird, like they <v Speaker 3>it's kind of like with the whole Alistair blathing, like <v Speaker 3>they do all these promos and then like that. But <v Speaker 3>at least Alistair came back for one week, but Elias <v Speaker 3>didn't even make a return. He just like through like <v Speaker 3>burn his guitar right and then like was in the <v Speaker 3>woods and then just that was it. <v Speaker 1>Yeah, I mean, maybe he's with Brandon Brandon, everyone's looking <v Speaker 1>for Brandon. What's his name? Right, So Gabby Potito's fiance. <v Speaker 1>Maybe he's out there, like you know, maybe he's out <v Speaker 1>there and they're they're buddying up and lost in the <v Speaker 1>lost in the forest. I don't know, but yeah, it's <v Speaker 1>right now. Yeah, I don't know what the Elias is. <v Speaker 1>I don't know when he's coming back. I'm sure he'll <v Speaker 1>pop up out of nowhere. But you know, what about this? <v Speaker 1>Are you looking forward to the main event of brock <v Speaker 1>Lesner versus Roman Reigns, maybe the Hell in a Cell <v Speaker 1>match between Edge and Seth Rollins, Bobby lash Year versus Goldberg, Like, <v Speaker 1>do you have a match specific do you have a <v Speaker 1>match specifically that you're like, Okay, this isn't technically a <v Speaker 1>true pay per view, especially from those watching the United States. <v Speaker 1>It's kind of like watching Insurrection Overseas when they did <v Speaker 1>that pay per view for the UK. It's like, it's <v Speaker 1>a pay per view that exists and we'll accept it, <v Speaker 1>but it's it seems like a lot of people don't <v Speaker 1>truly consider it their pay per view. But do you <v Speaker 1>have a match specifically that you're like, Okay, I'm actually <v Speaker 1>invested in this. <v Speaker 3>Yeah, I think, and to be fair, I think it's <v Speaker 3>a really good lineup, Like it's solid. The only thing <v Speaker 3>that in Again, like we mentioned not to go off <v Speaker 3>on a tangent or anything and not get too detailed, <v Speaker 3>but it's like it's one of those cards where it's like, dang, <v Speaker 3>like you really wish you could get more hype for it, <v Speaker 3>but due to everything surrounding the event itself, it's you know, <v Speaker 3>one of those shows that you know, the majority or <v Speaker 3>I'm not gonna see the majority, but probably a good <v Speaker 3>amount of people aren't gonna watch for various reasons, you know, <v Speaker 3>to each their own. So it's kind of kind of <v Speaker 3>sucks that they put all this work and build into <v Speaker 3>such a solid and pretty good card and it's just <v Speaker 3>kind of like the feel good aspect of it isn't <v Speaker 3>quite there, So that kind of sucks. But man, I <v Speaker 3>the match that I'm most looking forward to is that <v Speaker 3>Range and Lessner match, and I think for me it's <v Speaker 3>obvious just because the story itself, like it's just it's <v Speaker 3>without you know, without doubt, the best thing going into <v Speaker 3>uty right now in my opinion, at least, maybe someone <v Speaker 3>out there, you know, things like the women is much better. <v Speaker 3>But I don't know. I just think that this whole <v Speaker 3>story and the intrigue with Paul, you know, and who's <v Speaker 3>he really with. And I don't know if you saw <v Speaker 3>his tweet. I think it was maybe today or maybe <v Speaker 3>it was yesterday, or was a post he did saying <v Speaker 3>that he was going to it may have actually been <v Speaker 3>a post that he was going to leave Crown Jewel, <v Speaker 3>you know, with the heavyweight Universal Champion, but he didn't <v Speaker 3>specifically mention Roman Range's name. So it's like things like that. <v Speaker 3>I mean, like we've talked about before, Paul is just <v Speaker 3>a master at so not to get too much into it, <v Speaker 3>but yeah, I think that one in and of itself, <v Speaker 3>like I would want to watch the show just for <v Speaker 3>that match. <v Speaker 1>I think for me, that's my second match, and it's <v Speaker 1>a close, very very close second, just simply because the <v Speaker 1>storyline is really really good. Roman Range. Everything he touches <v Speaker 1>right now is it just turns to brock Lesner is <v Speaker 1>brock Lesner. We all know what he brings to the table. <v Speaker 1>I don't think it's gonna be like a five minute match. <v Speaker 1>I do believe it'll be ten twelve minutes at least, <v Speaker 1>you know, I don't think it'd be again, it's not <v Speaker 1>a Goldberg special. Some people think it's going to be <v Speaker 1>trying to be finished, finish, finish. I highly doubt that <v Speaker 1>these two have a lot of experience in the ring, <v Speaker 1>and we'll get to the full preview on that match <v Speaker 1>in a minute. But for me, I think that the <v Speaker 1>most the match that I'm most emotionally invested in, and <v Speaker 1>again it's a close second for me, but my top <v Speaker 1>one is Seth Rollins an Edge, and just because of <v Speaker 1>how great the promos have been with both guys. Both <v Speaker 1>of them are at the top of their games, particularly <v Speaker 1>Seth Rollins, who has really falling into this, this character <v Speaker 1>that he just whoever whatever this is is truly the <v Speaker 1>character that Seth was meant to play, coming out in <v Speaker 1>ridiculous outfits, his promo style, starting out kind of soft <v Speaker 1>and jokey and just kind of obnoxious and then turning <v Speaker 1>into this eventually just screaming anger like that has been <v Speaker 1>his his promos style and cadence over the last several months, <v Speaker 1>and it's been really really great. It's not just Dolf <v Speaker 1>Zigglers screaming, you know, zero to one hundred for everything <v Speaker 1>he says has to be yelled. Seth makes it make <v Speaker 1>sense when he starts to amp up his voice for <v Speaker 1>what he's talking about. I really enjoyed that the home <v Speaker 1>invasion with Seth and Edge was was it was. It <v Speaker 1>was very PG of a home invasion. I'll say that <v Speaker 1>there's a lot more he could have done other than <v Speaker 1>sit at his kitchen table and eat an apple and <v Speaker 1>orange juice, which, by the way, is like the worst <v Speaker 1>combination in the history of combination of foods. Like I'm <v Speaker 1>telling everybody goes it's like that's like having a toothpaste <v Speaker 1>and orange juice. I mean, it's a bad combination. I <v Speaker 1>don't know why he chose everything that a yeah, yeah, <v Speaker 1>he's just he's probably trying not to sell it. I <v Speaker 1>mean it's just like he's oh right, Like but in <v Speaker 1>a PG environment is about as home invasiony as it <v Speaker 1>could have been. But I really have enjoyed edges intensity. <v Speaker 1>I love how they're bringing the sellback when it actually <v Speaker 1>makes sense and not just there as part of the <v Speaker 1>damn schedule. That's been excellent for me, and so I'm <v Speaker 1>really invested in this in terms of just the violence <v Speaker 1>of this match. Sadly, in a PG environment. This is <v Speaker 1>where it kind of caps the potential because unless there's <v Speaker 1>a gift from the wrestling gods of somebody getting busted <v Speaker 1>open the hard way, blood is needed in this match, <v Speaker 1>in this rivalry, and particularly being the third one, it's <v Speaker 1>the blow off inside of a cell. I really am <v Speaker 1>hoping that if blood happens, it's either somehow approved by Vince, <v Speaker 1>or if it happens the hard way, that it's obviously <v Speaker 1>done safely, in the most safe, safest way possible, of course, <v Speaker 1>but that to me is the number one match I'm <v Speaker 1>looking forward to. <v Speaker 3>Yeah, no, I agree with you one hundred percent, and <v Speaker 3>to be fair, that is right up there with what <v Speaker 3>I'm most looking forward to as well. Like you said, <v Speaker 3>I've always been a Seth role and span and but <v Speaker 3>this incarnation of Seth is just my favorite as well. <v Speaker 3>I think the way he kind of transitioned from that <v Speaker 3>Messiah version of Seth into this kind of like hybrid <v Speaker 3>of all of his past incarnations, it's just it's it's <v Speaker 3>it's just amazing. And the little lap that he does <v Speaker 3>sometimes I think he can hold back a little bit <v Speaker 3>on it, but man like, it's just a lot of <v Speaker 3>times it just it's needed, and it's just obnoxious. And <v Speaker 3>it's just him, you know what I mean, Like he <v Speaker 3>is such a good heel that it's just everything that <v Speaker 3>he's doing right now. I know a lot of people <v Speaker 3>aren't really that hot on him, but everything that he's <v Speaker 3>doing the past few months especially, I've just really been <v Speaker 3>a fan of it, and I'm just I'm excited, like <v Speaker 3>you said, to see that this direction is I'm assuming <v Speaker 3>this is the blowoff. And like you had mentioned, the <v Speaker 3>cell finally being used for what it was originally designed for, <v Speaker 3>you know, to to put it into a feud, into <v Speaker 3>for the final chapter. So the sea it actually being <v Speaker 3>used for that is is so refreshing, and it's just <v Speaker 3>it goes back to the like you wish that they <v Speaker 3>would kind of just do away with the whole hell <v Speaker 3>in the cell gimmick paper view itself, because it would <v Speaker 3>make this match mean even much more if we hadn't <v Speaker 3>just seen us all this year. But even with that aspect, <v Speaker 3>you know, like these two guys like they deserve credit. <v Speaker 3>So like even if we did just have like a <v Speaker 3>full pay review of cell matches, I'm still that excited <v Speaker 3>to see this one because of the story and the <v Speaker 3>work that they put into it. So it's definitely going <v Speaker 3>to be a hard hitting match, and man, I hope <v Speaker 3>we get blood, like as weird as it is, Like <v Speaker 3>I just I hope, like you said, we get something, <v Speaker 3>because it's just not a cell match without it. And <v Speaker 3>to think that all the like blood baths that we've <v Speaker 3>seen in the past and a hell in a cell <v Speaker 3>and to think that now we can't even get like <v Speaker 3>a little stream of blood. It's just man, it's just <v Speaker 3>it's sad. <v Speaker 1>It is it's a tragedy. It is what it is. <v Speaker 1>And I don't want blood all the time. I don't <v Speaker 1>want chair shots at the head all the time. But <v Speaker 1>if there was ever a time to do it, this <v Speaker 1>is one of the deserving rivalries. Yeah, Like if you <v Speaker 1>could somehow get a chair that's uh, you know, a <v Speaker 1>worked chair that's actually safe, somehow to hit somebody in <v Speaker 1>the head, Like, this is the time to do it. <v Speaker 3>Just ask for forgiveness later. <v Speaker 1>Yeah exactly, I mean good, yeah, yeah right, like exactly. <v Speaker 1>And if there was ever a time for the wrestling gods, <v Speaker 1>like at WrestleMania thirty one with Brock and Roman Reigns <v Speaker 1>that apparently wasn't supposed to happen with Brock getting busted open. <v Speaker 1>That blood that Brock had a that in that match <v Speaker 1>again was just added to the drama of the match, <v Speaker 1>and so I'm really hoping that that happens. I think <v Speaker 1>at the very least we might get thumb tacks. I <v Speaker 1>could see thumb tacks coming out in this match. You know, somehow, <v Speaker 1>they they're okay with that. I've seen thumb tacks in <v Speaker 1>a PG environment before, and some you know, chair shots <v Speaker 1>and you know, blood could just just a simple little <v Speaker 1>quick razor blades cut to the head is unacceptable. But <v Speaker 1>you know, who knows, Maybe the wrestling gods will shine <v Speaker 1>down upon us on Thursday, Thursday midday and we'll see <v Speaker 1>what happens. But let's let's actually transition to the card <v Speaker 1>here and start getting into the art predictions and see <v Speaker 1>how poorly we do. Although last time I got to say, <v Speaker 1>I think you you might have swept the table on <v Speaker 1>the last paper game. <v Speaker 3>I think, yeah, yeah, one of the women matches. <v Speaker 1>Yeah it was one of the women's Alexa Bliss. I <v Speaker 1>think I said she was gonna win, and uh yeah <v Speaker 1>that didn't happen. So other than that, yeah, we were <v Speaker 1>pretty damn good. At the last uh last paper. Use <v Speaker 1>Le's see if we can keep that going. We're gonna <v Speaker 1>start with Mansor, the hometown boy, mister superhero that will <v Speaker 1>he's invincible in Saudi Arabia versus Mustafa Ali or mustaf Aali, <v Speaker 1>take your pick. Ali, I'll take this one first. I <v Speaker 1>think it's a slam dunk that Mansor wins. I mean, <v Speaker 1>I don't see any reason for Ali to win this match. Again, <v Speaker 1>if it was somewhere else, anywhere other than Saudi Arabia, <v Speaker 1>I would say Ali should win this. But Mansor in <v Speaker 1>his hometown will be treated like the return of Stone <v Speaker 1>Cold Steve Austin. I mean, he is for whatever reason <v Speaker 1>other than just being a from Saudi Arabia, that's the <v Speaker 1>only reason that they love him. He's gonna win this match. <v Speaker 1>And I think it's gonna be a really good match actually, <v Speaker 1>because these two are technically sound, they're young guys, athletic. <v Speaker 1>The quality of this match I have no problem with. <v Speaker 1>And Mansor easily takes the victory on this one, and <v Speaker 1>they'll probably interview him afterwards for some kind of cheesy <v Speaker 1>anything you guys put your mind to, you can do <v Speaker 1>it kind of thing that's what they do and the <v Speaker 1>crowd will go yay, and that's a feel good moment. <v Speaker 1>So do you have any other thoughts on this or <v Speaker 1>what's your prediction. <v Speaker 4>Rather you're listening to the WWE podcast. We'll be right <v Speaker 4>back after this short break. Welcome back to the WWE podcast. <v Speaker 4>Let's get back to more great wrestling audio. <v Speaker 3>No, I think that's actually how he ended the last <v Speaker 3>one too, by that same type of speech. So yeah, <v Speaker 3>and it's probably exactly how it's going to happen this <v Speaker 3>Center who he faced last time. Was it like Cizarro <v Speaker 3>or something like that. <v Speaker 1>I think I think it was, yeah, yeah, yeah, And you. <v Speaker 3>Know the thing is, like everything else to society, he <v Speaker 3>is a pretty solid and technacal like you said, wrestlers, <v Speaker 3>so it is going to be a very good match. <v Speaker 3>And the intensity that he's showed on Monday and with <v Speaker 3>this promo, like I was, I was actually impressed, like <v Speaker 3>it was, And it was cool that they either allowed <v Speaker 3>him or he just impromptu like went off and spoke <v Speaker 3>like his own language. Not that that was you know, <v Speaker 3>pretty cool like it was. It was a nice touch <v Speaker 3>for you know, this the situation that we're in right <v Speaker 3>now leading up to this show and you know, the <v Speaker 3>environment and everything. So I just I just thought it <v Speaker 3>was pretty cool, you know. It was just a nice <v Speaker 3>little like tie in because obviously, like Mustafa is I'm <v Speaker 3>pretty sure of the same background as as well, but <v Speaker 3>he I think he's I'm pretty sure they're both Muslim, <v Speaker 3>so I it's just a pretty cool thing. I think <v Speaker 3>he had posted something saying like this is gonna be <v Speaker 3>the first time to Muslims have faced one on one <v Speaker 3>on a pay per view or something to that effect. <v Speaker 3>So again, you know it, I'm I'm happy for them <v Speaker 3>and Mustafa Again he posted something else as well that <v Speaker 3>he has said that he was going to donate his <v Speaker 3>his earnings I guess from the show to a charity. <v Speaker 3>So it's just it that's very cool with him, So <v Speaker 3>shout out to him for doing that, because I'm sure <v Speaker 3>they get a nice litt chunk of change for for <v Speaker 3>all that. So yeah, it's obvious that Mansar is gonna <v Speaker 3>win because of you know, where they're at. But if <v Speaker 3>this were to happen, if they were to have a rematch, <v Speaker 3>I could see Musefa going over and then them kind <v Speaker 3>of you know, going from there. But it should be good. <v Speaker 1>Nonetheless, yeah, again, I have no problem with him winning. <v Speaker 1>It's it's just the hometown. Boy's gonna gonna. <v Speaker 3>He's the only one that wins in his hometown. <v Speaker 1>Yeah, yeah, yeah, really that is. And I don't know <v Speaker 1>if it's because of fear of pissing off the crowd. <v Speaker 1>I don't know why they just will not make him loose. <v Speaker 1>I mean the heat that he would that w W <v Speaker 1>would get or what beats imagine getting a beat down. <v Speaker 3>Last show waited the last Crown rule, like the last <v Speaker 3>of their what was ten year contract, just waits like <v Speaker 3>to save him for the main event. Yeah, this big match, <v Speaker 3>and he just gets like demolished in like twenty seconds. <v Speaker 1>They build him up, build him up, build him up, <v Speaker 1>and then he's like main event against like I don't know, <v Speaker 1>Roman Reigns or something for the Universal Championship. People haven't believed. Yeah, <v Speaker 1>and then they just have him get squashed like Kopee <v Speaker 1>Kingston in eleven seconds and then they just shut the <v Speaker 1>lights off and run out of the arena. Yeah, thanks <v Speaker 1>for thanks for thanks for your cash. I mean I would, <v Speaker 1>oh my god, I would give them so much credit <v Speaker 1>for that. I mean, you talk about press, you talk <v Speaker 1>about people losing their there would be a full scale riot. <v Speaker 1>I mean people would actually I think jump the barricade. <v Speaker 1>I mean it would be oh man. But yeah, no, <v Speaker 1>he's gonna win this. And if they want to continue <v Speaker 1>this program afterwards, I think that's fine. And they have <v Speaker 1>given a man Soor, like you said, a little bit <v Speaker 1>of Mike time, but I think it's all to build <v Speaker 1>to this. I mean it's almost like they have Mansor <v Speaker 1>on the roster simply for Saudi Arabia, like Saudi Arabia events, <v Speaker 1>like that's the only reason he's employed. At times, it <v Speaker 1>feels like, so, you know, I'd like to see them <v Speaker 1>do more with him in general. But yeah, this, he's <v Speaker 1>gonna win. If he doesn't, and they actually try to <v Speaker 1>get some heat off this, I'll give w W credit <v Speaker 1>like I want to see him lose to see how <v Speaker 1>the crowd reacts. But all right, let's get into the <v Speaker 1>Queen's Crown finals here. So let's see. I got to <v Speaker 1>look at the brackets. They didn't. They don't have brackets <v Speaker 1>on my screen. Awesome. So the finals, I correct me <v Speaker 1>from w Long off the top of my hitter. The <v Speaker 1>final is do drop versus uh Zolna Vega yes, yes, <v Speaker 1>so take your pick on this one. <v Speaker 3>Yeah. So, I honestly, I really don't know how to <v Speaker 3>feel after this past Monday. So part of me is <v Speaker 3>very let me take even a step back. I kind <v Speaker 3>of didn't want Shanon to win the tournament just because <v Speaker 3>of how the winner of these tournaments always portrayed as <v Speaker 3>like a joke and you know, not really taken seriously. <v Speaker 3>But part of me was hopeful that this is the <v Speaker 3>first Queen of the Ring tournament, maybe they'll take it seriously. <v Speaker 3>Maybe this is this could be something good, right, and <v Speaker 3>it kind of plays into her character, the Queen's page, <v Speaker 3>all that good stuff. And then she lost on Monday, <v Speaker 3>and my initial reaction was, are you I've been kidding me? <v Speaker 3>Because like I thought that she was back on this track, <v Speaker 3>you know, and then she loses in I'm just just <v Speaker 3>sitting there like why, you know, And then I part <v Speaker 3>of me kind of snapped out of it, and I <v Speaker 3>was like, you know what, this actually made be a <v Speaker 3>very good thing because of that exact reason. She's not <v Speaker 3>going to be handled down with this this moniker having <v Speaker 3>to be referred to as the Queen, say stupid catchphrases <v Speaker 3>and just stuff like that. She can continue on cause <v Speaker 3>she's going to SmackDown right, yes, next week, Yeah, so <v Speaker 3>she can start fresh on SmackDown and just run rampage <v Speaker 3>on then and just hopefully just exactly just start fresh <v Speaker 3>down there. So having said that, in kind of taking <v Speaker 3>a step back with the whole tournament thing, it kind <v Speaker 3>of makes sense if someone like al Do Drop wins. <v Speaker 3>And again, like it pays me to say that because <v Speaker 3>of who Piper is, you know, like how great of <v Speaker 3>a wrestler she is and all the good stuff. But <v Speaker 3>you know, with what she's doing right now and this <v Speaker 3>version of her, I think it's I would have says <v Speaker 3>Selena Vegaf it was maybe anyone else, but with do <v Speaker 3>Job being in there, I'm going with do Drop. I <v Speaker 3>think she's kind of the perfect fit in a weird <v Speaker 3>way for this. Like she's bubbly, she jumps around, she's <v Speaker 3>like always happy, like I just not. I don't know <v Speaker 3>if making a mockery of it is the correct way, <v Speaker 3>but like she can kind of just like I don't know, <v Speaker 3>I don't know helped me off that phrasing, but like <v Speaker 3>she I could just see guys like the perfect fit <v Speaker 3>for us. So I'm going with do drop as badly <v Speaker 3>as I initially wanted it to be Shanna, just because <v Speaker 3>I thought it'd be cool if they actually took this seriously. <v Speaker 3>But obviously with the short one two minute matches, that <v Speaker 3>wasn't even a thought to begin with. So here we are. <v Speaker 1>No, I actually have not felt great about the way <v Speaker 1>WWE has presented this tournament as a whole for the women. <v Speaker 1>And I'm cool with them having a queen's crown, i e. <v Speaker 1>Queen of the Ring Tournament. I think it's great. But <v Speaker 1>the thing that I don't like is that they did it, <v Speaker 1>but then didn't execute it in a way with that <v Speaker 1>that would show respect to the women. What I mean <v Speaker 1>by that is like they had most of these matches, <v Speaker 1>most of the matches from the semi finals or the qualifiers, <v Speaker 1>and not the qualifiers, but from the first round all <v Speaker 1>the way till now, they have made most of the <v Speaker 1>matches like one two minutes long. I mean Roman reigns <v Speaker 1>entrances most weeks have been longer than the the the <v Speaker 1>matches combined. I mean, it has been really I think, <v Speaker 1>kind of disrespectful. <v Speaker 3>Matches over with. <v Speaker 1>Yeah, I mean seriously, it's it's been so to me, <v Speaker 1>that's a really disrespectful piece of what w W E <v Speaker 1>the way they presented it, and we're supposed to believe <v Speaker 1>that this is some kind of prestigious crown and all that, <v Speaker 1>and like, to some degree it's going to be it's <v Speaker 1>gonna be cool to see a woman, you know, win <v Speaker 1>if the inaugural Queen's crown, But they've really executed it <v Speaker 1>poorly in a way that's like, hey, yeah, we're doing <v Speaker 1>this so we make the women on equal footing with <v Speaker 1>the men, but we're not going to execute it in <v Speaker 1>a way that actually shows that we have weight behind it, <v Speaker 1>Like we're doing it for optics. We're not doing it <v Speaker 1>to actually show you that we have that the women <v Speaker 1>are on the same level. Like I just I don't know, <v Speaker 1>I haven't felt great about the way that they've they've <v Speaker 1>gone about it, particularly with just the length of matches <v Speaker 1>for almost all of them. But that said, who do <v Speaker 1>I think is gonna win? I'm actually gonna go with <v Speaker 1>Zelena Vega on this one, because do drop I think <v Speaker 1>that she's I don't think she's right now anyway that <v Speaker 1>she's got the support behind her that maybe WWE thinks <v Speaker 1>that she does. The fans are are you know they're <v Speaker 1>receptive to her and they cheer her. But I think <v Speaker 1>that Zelena Vega would be to me a more entertaining <v Speaker 1>queen because I think she would take it more seriously <v Speaker 1>than new Drops dew Drop would be. She'd be kind <v Speaker 1>of floating around dancing and having a good time, and <v Speaker 1>that's fine, but I don't think what is she going <v Speaker 1>to do with that crown, Like, I mean, there's only <v Speaker 1>so many weeks she can come around and play pretend <v Speaker 1>with her crown and her scepter. I mean, so I <v Speaker 1>think that Selena Vega being that vicious, this kind of <v Speaker 1>moleficent type of character, that she could really just go <v Speaker 1>into an evil mode of being like an evil ruler <v Speaker 1>or whatever. I mean, I'm a big Zeleena Vega fan. <v Speaker 1>To me, that's also part of it, Like I want <v Speaker 1>Zelena to get some kind of push, even if it's <v Speaker 1>not the championship right now. So to me, Zelena would <v Speaker 1>be a better fit because I think Zelena, who's been <v Speaker 1>there longer, needs this push more than do Drop, who's <v Speaker 1>got more time in front of her than Zelena Vega does. <v Speaker 1>So I want Selena Vega to win, and I also <v Speaker 1>think she has the edge here. I don't know how <v Speaker 1>she's gonna win given that the size difference is really <v Speaker 1>crazy between these two. I mean, I don't know what <v Speaker 1>kind of match we're gonna get. I would suspect it's good. <v Speaker 1>You know, it could be a disaster, and honestly, it <v Speaker 1>could be, but I don't think it will be. I <v Speaker 1>think it'll be okay. I think it'll be the match <v Speaker 1>will be probably five minutes long, six minutes but best. <v Speaker 1>I really don't expect a long match with these two, <v Speaker 1>but it'll probably be an okay match. Do you expect <v Speaker 1>quality wise? Are you concerned? <v Speaker 3>Yes, yes, and no. Like I honestly don't think it's <v Speaker 3>gonna be that bad. I don't think it's gonna be long. <v Speaker 3>I think both of their respective interests are gonna be <v Speaker 3>longer than the match itself because you know, they have <v Speaker 3>that long rim, but don't take every to get there, <v Speaker 3>so I don't I don't think it's gonna be a <v Speaker 3>long match at all. But I don't think it's gonna <v Speaker 3>be that bad. <v Speaker 2>You know. <v Speaker 3>Like I said, do Drop is very solid in the ring, <v Speaker 3>so she can definitely handle her portion, and she's been <v Speaker 3>in the ring with women the size of Zelena Vega before, <v Speaker 3>so they I don't think it's gonna be as bad <v Speaker 3>as as people may expect it to be. I don't <v Speaker 3>think it's gonna be like, you know, Match of the <v Speaker 3>Year Canada or anything like that. But I think it's <v Speaker 3>gonna be you know, another good match, and I could definitely, <v Speaker 3>like you, you're staying there. I can definitely see Zelena <v Speaker 3>pulling this out because, like you said, I'm a huge <v Speaker 3>fan of hers. Also, like I thought she should have <v Speaker 3>won money in a bank, but you know, I this <v Speaker 3>could be good for her and I could see her <v Speaker 3>like just her look, Like I could totally see her <v Speaker 3>with like the crown and the whole get up, so <v Speaker 3>that could be cool too. But I think it's it's <v Speaker 3>gonna be a matter of if they want the respect <v Speaker 3>of like kings and queens to be like a hero <v Speaker 3>or face going for like on the shows, because this <v Speaker 3>is it's these shows always kind of three off two <v Speaker 3>because it kind of gives you like that, I mean, <v Speaker 3>this may be understanding and too much at this point, <v Speaker 3>but like in a house show, feel where like it's <v Speaker 3>just like a show where like you don't really expect <v Speaker 3>much to happen on like you know, like newsworthy wise, <v Speaker 3>like title changes and stuff like that. But so you <v Speaker 3>kind of just expect like it to be like a <v Speaker 3>feel good and like just like a fan favorite show. <v Speaker 3>So that's why those these kind of like are interesting too, <v Speaker 3>And the more we start to have of them, the <v Speaker 3>more it's like, Okay, well do you really need to <v Speaker 3>make the crowd happy? You know what I mean? So <v Speaker 3>it's it's it's a weird, a weird thing being over <v Speaker 3>there for that respect too. <v Speaker 1>It is, Yeah, now I see what you mean, and <v Speaker 1>I could see I honestly could see this match going <v Speaker 1>both ways quality wise. Like I said, I think it'll <v Speaker 1>be okay. I think it'll be a five out of ten. <v Speaker 1>It won't be embarrassing, it won't be awesome. It'll be <v Speaker 1>it'll it'll be fine, is really what it'll be. It'll <v Speaker 1>be It'll be fine. But yeah, like I just think, <v Speaker 1>like right now, Selena Vega is in a position where <v Speaker 1>they need to do something with her, and she's in <v Speaker 1>need of a character change other than just randomly teaming <v Speaker 1>up with Carmela for no reason and losing match after match. <v Speaker 1>I mean, up until this tournament, she won like one match. <v Speaker 1>Upon her return to w WE after she was let go. <v Speaker 1>So this, this to me, is a good part, a <v Speaker 1>good point for her to jump off into it, and <v Speaker 1>nothing nothing against Do Drop hyper Nivin Like I have nothing, <v Speaker 1>you know, nothing bad to say about her. I like her, <v Speaker 1>I like her promo style, I like her, I like <v Speaker 1>her look. I think that her look is an aid <v Speaker 1>while some people don't. And you clearly Vince McMahon probably <v Speaker 1>looks at it as a negative given the fact that <v Speaker 1>he changed her name to do Drop and made her <v Speaker 1>just this bubbly, kind of laughable character, which is what <v Speaker 1>he did with Otis if you're seeing some parallels here, <v Speaker 1>it's clearly from the same source, which is Vince. You know, <v Speaker 1>I know Nia Jack's is the same body type that <v Speaker 1>she's taken more seriously, and I hope at some point <v Speaker 1>Do Drop while she's fun that you know, we we <v Speaker 1>don't just look at her as kind of the comedy <v Speaker 1>relief or the joke of the women's division, and she <v Speaker 1>she is forced to be reckoned with her like she <v Speaker 1>is athletic in the ring for her size, and I'm <v Speaker 1>looking forward to what she can do in the future. <v Speaker 1>So I just don't think it's her time I don't <v Speaker 1>think it's her time. I think Zelinaveagel will probably cheat <v Speaker 1>to win, and that's fine. I mean she's a heel. <v Speaker 1>So yeah, So okay, King the Ring Finals. Here we go. <v Speaker 1>Xavier Woods and Finn balor Uh. I have thoughts on this, <v Speaker 1>but I'm gonna take a breath. What do you think? <v Speaker 3>So this is actually a hard choice? And I okay, <v Speaker 3>So I don't I don't really watch like like the up, up, <v Speaker 3>down down channel or anything like that, but I know <v Speaker 3>that Xavier was just been pushing for this for I <v Speaker 3>guess years now that he just wants to be King, <v Speaker 3>and someone I forget where I heard it, but someone <v Speaker 3>had made a point that I didn't even realize it. <v Speaker 3>But he's never held a singles championship in his w <v Speaker 3>B career. It's only been like a tag team championship, <v Speaker 3>which is kind of interesting when you think about like <v Speaker 3>his longevity there and like just he's not even like <v Speaker 3>a universe like a universal a United States Championship or <v Speaker 3>anything like that. So that was just kind of interesting, <v Speaker 3>so part of me. And then when you look at <v Speaker 3>Finn right like future Hall of Fame right at this point, <v Speaker 3>right like it's he stacked. His his resume is what <v Speaker 3>it is, you know, like he technically doesn't need anything <v Speaker 3>else and he's good, not granted. Does he deserve it <v Speaker 3>and should he? Yeah? Like he do. I think he <v Speaker 3>could be champion. Yeah, Like you know, there's totally, you know, <v Speaker 3>so much you could be doing with Finn, but that's <v Speaker 3>you know, whole other story. But for this situation in itself, <v Speaker 3>while I think, you know, they would love to play <v Speaker 3>off of oh, like is he you know, like his <v Speaker 3>whole thing is like Prince Finnbala and all that that. <v Speaker 3>But I think I could see them wanting to play <v Speaker 3>off of that and him being promoted to king or whatever. <v Speaker 3>And I think either Corgary's or someone had made a <v Speaker 3>to that this past week on commentary or maybe it <v Speaker 3>was last week, But I just man like in saying <v Speaker 3>all that, and like I've never been like a huge, <v Speaker 3>huge New Day fan, Like they're really cool and like <v Speaker 3>you know, like it is what it is, Like I <v Speaker 3>respect their hustle and like, you know, like they're a monster, <v Speaker 3>Like they've just marketing and just everything behind them and <v Speaker 3>just the hustle and all that good stuff. I kind <v Speaker 3>of want to see Xavier when it I kind of <v Speaker 3>think it'd be cool for him, like for whatever reason, <v Speaker 3>like and I may have missed it if he explained <v Speaker 3>where why this means so much to him? But you know, <v Speaker 3>like this dude, like it means so much to him. <v Speaker 3>He's been with the company for how long now, like, <v Speaker 3>and you know, it's it's one of the things like <v Speaker 3>do you you know, does does everyone is like a <v Speaker 3>participation trophy equivalent type thing Like I don't. I don't <v Speaker 3>view it as that. I think it's this guy's been <v Speaker 3>there for a while and he he deserves it, you know, <v Speaker 3>like it's not like they really take this thing seriously <v Speaker 3>anymore anyway, which is a travesy in and of itself. <v Speaker 3>So I say give it to Xavier. He's perfect for <v Speaker 3>the role when you think about it, Like, if you're <v Speaker 3>not gonna have a heel be the king, have someone <v Speaker 3>obnoxious like Xavier. So he'll come out there with his <v Speaker 3>trombone and his crown and all that crap. So just <v Speaker 3>let him taking it half fun and he can finally <v Speaker 3>claim that he's the king and be done with that. <v Speaker 3>And then you know, because what are you really gonna <v Speaker 3>do with Finn as the king? You know, like I don't. <v Speaker 3>I don't picture a king Balor unless he's gonna go <v Speaker 3>like make a heel turn, which I don't really see <v Speaker 3>the point in that right now because he's not like <v Speaker 3>in like deeply involved with someone right now storyline wise. <v Speaker 3>So I say, just give it to Xavier. Let it <v Speaker 3>be a feel good moment, especially if you're gonna go <v Speaker 3>to Zelena Rod with the Queen's side and just you know, <v Speaker 3>call it a night. <v Speaker 1>This is such an interesting match to me because this <v Speaker 1>is the first time I can remember that the King <v Speaker 1>of the Ring in the in the at least recent past, <v Speaker 1>that we've had two baby vases in the finals where <v Speaker 1>it's not clear that a heel is going to win, <v Speaker 1>because this is a tournament just begging for a heel <v Speaker 1>to win, because of how it's been dealt with in <v Speaker 1>the past that it's you know, people playing pretend and <v Speaker 1>everyone's their stuffs and they're suddenly delusional that they're an <v Speaker 1>actual king or queen. But in this case, we have <v Speaker 1>two baby faces, and I think this one's actually fairly <v Speaker 1>easy to predict, and that's crazy, but I think Xavier wins, <v Speaker 1>and it's because not because I don't think Finn is <v Speaker 1>capable of winning. And actually when you look at where <v Speaker 1>he's been in the main event of the last pay <v Speaker 1>per view with Roman Reigns, and you know that he <v Speaker 1>is just a plug in main eventor this guy is <v Speaker 1>a future Hall of Famer, It's not that, but rather <v Speaker 1>a storyline that I think is going to start with <v Speaker 1>Xavier here at King of the Ring. This I believe, <v Speaker 1>and that this is this is again probably not going <v Speaker 1>to happen, but I want to go out on a <v Speaker 1>limb because it's fun and say that this is the <v Speaker 1>start of a heel turn for Xavier. And what I <v Speaker 1>think is going to happen is Xavier wins. Now how <v Speaker 1>he wins is going to be interesting to me because <v Speaker 1>if he flat out just pins Finn Balor like with <v Speaker 1>no help and it's just a flat clean win, that'll <v Speaker 1>be really shocking to me because of how they're the <v Speaker 1>pecking order of these two. I mean, you have Xavier <v Speaker 1>on this end and Finn Balor all the way over here. <v Speaker 1>I mean, like it's in terms of how they've been presented. <v Speaker 1>The believability of Xavier beating Finn clean, it's really not <v Speaker 1>exactly high, so it could be by hook or crook, <v Speaker 1>I don't think Xavier is going to cheat to win. <v Speaker 1>Perhaps somebody could come in and screw over Finn Balor <v Speaker 1>starting a program with him on the side, so that's <v Speaker 1>I think possible. But right now, I think Exavier wins, <v Speaker 1>maybe by maybe by distraction from Kobe Kingston or something, <v Speaker 1>and we have Xavier win and for a little while, <v Speaker 1>I think he'll come out and do exactly what you said, <v Speaker 1>just being a complete jokester. Everybody knows how I feel <v Speaker 1>about New Day, especially Xavier Woods in New Day and <v Speaker 1>in Kofe. It's not my favorite at all. It's actually <v Speaker 1>just cringe worthy the way they've acted the last six years. <v Speaker 1>But he's gonna come out and do his ridiculousness and <v Speaker 1>make as many puns as he can and inside jokes <v Speaker 1>as cannon breaking the fourth wall as he can, and <v Speaker 1>it'll be intolerable for a while. But but now, again <v Speaker 1>that's my opinion. I think that you're gonna have Xavier <v Speaker 1>maybe start to believe and start to believe in his <v Speaker 1>own hype, and where you know, you start to see <v Speaker 1>seeds being planted, of Xavier getting a temper with Kofe backstage, <v Speaker 1>there's a moment of that and then it just starts <v Speaker 1>to slowly evolve into Xavier getting fed up with being <v Speaker 1>the second fiddle or the third fiddle of the New <v Speaker 1>Day and the forgotten sun, so to speak of the <v Speaker 1>New Day, and he finally gets some attention on himself <v Speaker 1>and you know it's time for me to shine. You know, <v Speaker 1>you guys have both had your time, and I just <v Speaker 1>that's the role I want to see for Xavier. I'm <v Speaker 1>over this just six year run or seven year run, <v Speaker 1>whatever the hell it's been of just the constant pancakes, <v Speaker 1>although they've they've backed off on the pancakes, but just <v Speaker 1>the trombone. I can't stand that stuff. So I'm ready <v Speaker 1>for his an Xavier heel turn. And if this is <v Speaker 1>the start of the story for that, yeah, sign me up. <v Speaker 4>Welcome back to the WWE podcast. Let's get back to <v Speaker 4>more great wrestling audio. <v Speaker 3>Oh yeah, I would. I would definitely be here for it. <v Speaker 3>And now that's something that could be a slow burn, <v Speaker 3>and it could be a fun one on one match <v Speaker 3>with Cooking Xavier at WrestleMania, you know, have them have <v Speaker 3>a nice blowoff match there and have it leads there. <v Speaker 3>If you don't want to go that that long, maybe <v Speaker 3>like a royal rumbo or something you know, fun and <v Speaker 3>that's pretty you know, like pay per view wise, you know, <v Speaker 3>an upper grade level. And then while you have Big <v Speaker 3>Ee over there, you know whether or not he's still <v Speaker 3>champion at that top, but he's doing his own thing. <v Speaker 3>And then have them kind of you know, doing their <v Speaker 3>own thing, and then they can either have Big E <v Speaker 3>you know, interact with them to try to you know, <v Speaker 3>be the peacemaker, and then there's just so many different <v Speaker 3>things you can do with that going forward. So that <v Speaker 3>would be definitely be fun. So but it's a matter <v Speaker 3>of does WDE want to actually break them up and <v Speaker 3>are they committed to doing that, you know, because they <v Speaker 3>did the whole split with the New Day and then <v Speaker 3>they turned around and brought them right back all three together. Granted, <v Speaker 3>Kofi and Xavier back now are on SmackDown, so they <v Speaker 3>are separated again. But you know, it's just I feel <v Speaker 3>like a matter of time almost, So if they stick <v Speaker 3>with it, I'd love to see that. But part of <v Speaker 3>me just is doesn't think that they're actually going to <v Speaker 3>pull the trigger on it, But dude, I'd love to <v Speaker 3>see it. Yes, I think he could totally do it too. <v Speaker 1>Easily and at this point if WWE feels they haven't <v Speaker 1>gotten all the juice out of the squeeze of the <v Speaker 1>New Day for six or seven years, Like I mean, <v Speaker 1>I don't know what the merchandise sales are only they do, <v Speaker 1>but unless they are through the roof, I would argue <v Speaker 1>strongly against them staying together anymore. I mean, the Xavier <v Speaker 1>has proven he's a singles competitor. He had a great <v Speaker 1>match with Bobby Lashley inside Helen to sell themon and <v Speaker 1>at rom a number of months ago. He's shown he <v Speaker 1>can be a main event talent inside the ring, and <v Speaker 1>I think it's time that he just starts to get <v Speaker 1>that push and just get him out of the New <v Speaker 1>Day just funk that he's been in. It's just they've <v Speaker 1>been the same guys for the last seven years. Like <v Speaker 1>I think it's time to move on. I mean, we <v Speaker 1>need to tell you know, Big E that as well. <v Speaker 1>That's another topic. But yeah, this this is a This <v Speaker 1>is to me is Exavier's time, and I'll be I'll <v Speaker 1>be really disappointed if it's just him. You know, he <v Speaker 1>wins and then he's just joking about being a king <v Speaker 1>and making a thousand different ways to pun the word <v Speaker 1>king and you know whatever royalty for the next like <v Speaker 1>two months. Like, I'll be really disappointed if that is <v Speaker 1>really the goal is to make him an even more <v Speaker 1>of a comedy segment of winning the King of the <v Speaker 1>Ring and bragging about it and all that. Just that <v Speaker 1>will be the worst part of this. Like, if you're <v Speaker 1>gonna make this tournament have some kind of big payoff <v Speaker 1>for it, make it mean something other than just a <v Speaker 1>make it just like a comedy bit, like that'll be <v Speaker 1>really disappointing. If the payoff the whole thing is just <v Speaker 1>make Exavier more funny like that, that's a terrible way <v Speaker 1>to end the tournament if that's the only goal. But <v Speaker 1>I hope I'm wrong, and I hope it's the Heill turn. <v Speaker 1>So we'll see, okay moving up the ladder here into <v Speaker 1>the Raw Tag Team Championship RK bro versus AJ Styles <v Speaker 1>And again, take your pick on pronunciation Omas almost because <v Speaker 1>WWE doesn't know themselves. I've heard Corey Graves pronounce it differently. <v Speaker 1>I've heard AJ Styles pronounce it differently. On the same show, <v Speaker 1>Jimmie Smith pronounces it differently, So take your pick. I'm <v Speaker 1>gonna say Omas because whatever I'm as right as anybody else. Apparently, <v Speaker 1>maybe Omas should clear this up, but anyway, here, I'm <v Speaker 1>looking forward to this match, like really looking forward to <v Speaker 1>this match, and this may be the the tag team <v Speaker 1>match that I've been looking forward to the most out <v Speaker 1>of any tag team match in the last few years. <v Speaker 1>And not just because all three guys or all four <v Speaker 1>guys rather can really go in the ring. And I <v Speaker 1>even includes Omas, who plays his role very well. I <v Speaker 1>don't mean that he's on the same level physically and <v Speaker 1>athletically as the other three, but he plays his role <v Speaker 1>very well, and that team right now is very over. <v Speaker 1>I'm looking forward to this for a number of reasons. <v Speaker 1>Number one is how does Omas? How do they how <v Speaker 1>do they book him in this match? Does he finally <v Speaker 1>take a finish? I don't mean get pinned, I mean <v Speaker 1>just take a finish maybe the RKO. How does he <v Speaker 1>react to it? Does he sell it like the fiend <v Speaker 1>and just get right back up? You know? How does <v Speaker 1>that work? The chemistry between AJ and Randy's excellent. The <v Speaker 1>chemistry between Riddle and AJ is excellent. Really, the chemistry <v Speaker 1>between AJ and Pick Your Wrestler is excellent, So quality wise, <v Speaker 1>I expect nothing but like a B plus to a <v Speaker 1>minus or higher quality of a match, given that they <v Speaker 1>have hopefully like fifteen minutes or so. I do think, <v Speaker 1>though this is this is really tough. I still think <v Speaker 1>RK brow will retain because perhaps WWE is ready to <v Speaker 1>let Omas go his own way. If that, if they lose, <v Speaker 1>maybe that'll be the final straw and they decide to <v Speaker 1>break this team up and let Aj finally go off <v Speaker 1>on his own and do his own thing. I have <v Speaker 1>my doubts. I have my doubts given that RK BRO <v Speaker 1>really has only one team that is of their caliber <v Speaker 1>to work with, which is why they're continuing to work <v Speaker 1>with them. I mean, the next team down is what <v Speaker 1>the Viking Raiders, you know, I mean it's not great, <v Speaker 1>So I think this is gonna be a really good match. <v Speaker 1>Olmas is the X factor here. Everything they do seems <v Speaker 1>to be built around this guy. Riddle's always fun with Randy. <v Speaker 1>I still think they retain in what's gonna be I <v Speaker 1>think a very entertaining match. What do you think? <v Speaker 3>Yeah, I'm right there with you. I think it's time. <v Speaker 3>I think they're gonna start. If this isn't it very <v Speaker 3>soon planting the Siege are just going full Thottle with <v Speaker 3>breaking Omas and ag sells up. Because I just I <v Speaker 3>think the singles division for the men men's division really <v Speaker 3>needs fresh challengers for like the championship picture, because you <v Speaker 3>have Big E who is he really in a face? <v Speaker 3>Going forward? You know, like you need to start building <v Speaker 3>challenges for him, regardless of how long you're going to <v Speaker 3>keep him as a champion. You need to start building, <v Speaker 3>you know, people to be champions. So I think they've <v Speaker 3>kind of run their course and it's been pretty good. <v Speaker 3>You know. I give them credit. They they lasted longer <v Speaker 3>than I thought they were going to. They they did <v Speaker 3>much better as a team than I expected. But yeah, <v Speaker 3>I don't see Agent and almost winning this like you <v Speaker 3>said that they It wouldn't shock me if they did, though, <v Speaker 3>just because the tag division is so depleted, especially on Raw. <v Speaker 3>So it's kind of like if they don't win, like <v Speaker 3>you said, like, who do they go to? I guess <v Speaker 3>it would be the Viking Raiders And they just made <v Speaker 3>their appearance on Raw, you know, like confronting Morrison. Yeah, <v Speaker 3>it's just I don't And by the way, it's just <v Speaker 3>so funny that like yoga is apparently like this foreign <v Speaker 3>thing and wwe like, I don't know, it's just it's <v Speaker 3>just our meditation. It's just I don't know, just just <v Speaker 3>funny that like no one seems to know what John <v Speaker 3>Morrison is doing back there or it's just like this <v Speaker 3>bizarre thing. But yeah, so I like you said, I <v Speaker 3>think Randy and rettal are going to retain here there. <v Speaker 3>There's still a lot left to get out of this team, <v Speaker 3>and I don't I don't think you want to have <v Speaker 3>them lose at Crown Jewel. I think if, if, and <v Speaker 3>when they do lose, you wanted to be here in <v Speaker 3>the stage or you know, like maybe on this side <v Speaker 3>of the world and just have it where it can <v Speaker 3>get a bigger reception, more emotional and reception to it <v Speaker 3>for you know, for that matter, and just have it <v Speaker 3>mean more. So Yeah, I think riddle and or routine here. <v Speaker 1>Yeah, I think they do too. I mean again, the <v Speaker 1>case to be made for them to lose would be okay, <v Speaker 1>they want to They still need to have Almas sitting <v Speaker 1>under the learning tree of AJ styles. I don't mean <v Speaker 1>that in a storyline way. I mean that in like <v Speaker 1>real life that they still want AJ to be kind <v Speaker 1>of the mentor for Omas. <v Speaker 3>Yeah, well he can be a bodyguard, you know, like <v Speaker 3>he can be A's bodyguard. Like, they don't have to <v Speaker 3>turn on each other. They can just read refocus their <v Speaker 3>attentions on having a JB champion and have you know, <v Speaker 3>kind of like a Shawn Michaels Kevin ash diesual type thing, <v Speaker 3>like have just almost they're still there with AJ and <v Speaker 3>have the you know, the occasional tag match, especially when <v Speaker 3>they're doing like their live shows and stuff like that. <v Speaker 3>I still have them wots there, but you know, have <v Speaker 3>AJ doing this thing, but have them still together if <v Speaker 3>you need it, you know, it's just you don't have to. <v Speaker 3>This could be one of the rare times they don't <v Speaker 3>actually turn on each. <v Speaker 1>Other, which I mean, I'm fine with that. I actually <v Speaker 1>don't know if I want to see AJ versus Almos <v Speaker 1>right now because their chemistry is really good. But I <v Speaker 1>mean AJ is a Heill. The thing is AJ can <v Speaker 1>play any role. I mean, AJ's a baby face and <v Speaker 1>a hill. It's equally good. And that that is a <v Speaker 1>rare thing to have as a talent. Usually you're you <v Speaker 1>skew one way or the other. AJ is great at both. <v Speaker 1>But the thing, the only thing I would say to that, why, <v Speaker 1>I think that's a good analogy with like Kevin Nash <v Speaker 1>as the kind of the the bodyguard for uh Sean <v Speaker 1>michaels I just the way that w W has been <v Speaker 1>what they've been showing me over the last several months <v Speaker 1>with the Moss. They don't view him as a secondary guy. <v Speaker 1>They view him as a main event guy eventually, and <v Speaker 1>to have him be the bodyguard of AJ, I think <v Speaker 1>WW we look at that as a demotion. Even if <v Speaker 1>AJ's champion. Omas is still in the shadow of AJ, <v Speaker 1>so to speak, in their mind, I think that they <v Speaker 1>are looking to him to eventually have that big moment <v Speaker 1>with Brock Lesner or you know, Commander Disease. I don't know. <v Speaker 1>I mean, so like they view him as a main <v Speaker 1>eventor and I don't think that they think Omas is <v Speaker 1>just that guy that's going to be, you know, the <v Speaker 1>basically the doorman for Raw Underground, right Like, I mean, <v Speaker 1>he's he's come a long way from being the bouncer <v Speaker 1>at the door. Uh. And so that's why I don't <v Speaker 1>think it'll happen. But honestly, when you look at the draft, <v Speaker 1>I'm looking at it now just to make sure I <v Speaker 1>didn't miss another team. They do have the Street Profits <v Speaker 1>who have been drafted to Raw, so they do have that. <v Speaker 1>I mean, the Street Profits are probably the biggest tag <v Speaker 1>team on Raw outside of our k Bro. <v Speaker 3>So I don't know, and that'd be fun, yeah, in <v Speaker 3>Street Profits. <v Speaker 1>Yeah, no, that would be a fun rivalry. I mean <v Speaker 1>there's no heel there, but uh yeah, that's fine with me. <v Speaker 1>I Mean, the tag team division on at every front, <v Speaker 1>on the men's and women's side is so thin, especially <v Speaker 1>the women's side doesn't even exist. They don't even have <v Speaker 1>a tag team division right now at all. Like I mean, <v Speaker 1>we have Shane rb Shan Bizer, we have Nikki and <v Speaker 1>Rhea going unopposed in the tag ting division because there <v Speaker 1>isn't one. It's it's absolutely insane. Just just dissolve them. <v Speaker 1>I mean I don't know that. That's a whole other topic. <v Speaker 1>Oh yeah, yeah, Okay, all right, let's move on. So <v Speaker 1>just to be clear, we're both going with our k <v Speaker 1>bro on this one to retain Okay, let's get to <v Speaker 1>here we go seth Rollins versus Edge Hell and in a <v Speaker 1>cell boy, this woof this one's tough at least in <v Speaker 1>my mind. But what do you think, actually. <v Speaker 5>Yeah, man, this one is tough because it's one of <v Speaker 5>those things where it's like this, Seth need to win <v Speaker 5>more than Edge, and like you think of since Edge <v Speaker 5>has returned, like his win and lost record, and like <v Speaker 5>does that even matter with someone like Edge and who <v Speaker 5>he is and all that everything, you know, like. <v Speaker 3>His legendary status, does that even really matter? But I <v Speaker 3>think it kind of does get to a point where <v Speaker 3>you know, like you don't want him losing all the <v Speaker 3>time or losing all the big matches, Like you want <v Speaker 3>to see him win one, especially when it's off for <v Speaker 3>the title, right, So is this it? Since he came <v Speaker 3>up with the match, Like is this his time to <v Speaker 3>to win the blowoff feud and then do whatever he's <v Speaker 3>gonna do after that. <v Speaker 2>But I. <v Speaker 3>Think I'm gonna I'm gonna go with Seth on this one. <v Speaker 3>I think Seth needs this a little bit more, especially <v Speaker 3>with his history and hill in the cell matches. I <v Speaker 3>think he needs to pull. He needs to have a <v Speaker 3>good showing in this, and I think that I think <v Speaker 3>this is gonna be an excellent match. Like I think <v Speaker 3>this is like we were mentioning earlier, like the brutality <v Speaker 3>is going to be just out there with this, and <v Speaker 3>I know for that, I think that's why Seth needs <v Speaker 3>to win. I think Seth needs to go to that <v Speaker 3>dark place and just beat Edge in whatever that means <v Speaker 3>for Edge, if he goes away for a little bit, <v Speaker 3>you know, and then comes back again or what have you. <v Speaker 3>But I think if Seth loses, what does that mean <v Speaker 3>for him? You know, like he he is going to <v Speaker 3>be on raw now, So I think he would be <v Speaker 3>a fun to put it for, like a big ee. <v Speaker 3>So you don't want to beat down Seth, you know, <v Speaker 3>like you don't want to have him loose to Edge. <v Speaker 3>And this this big of a store because this has <v Speaker 3>been up there as well, you know, like everyone talks <v Speaker 3>about Brock and Roman, as they should, but this has <v Speaker 3>been a very good and drawn out story that's been <v Speaker 3>told over the past few months now. So I think <v Speaker 3>as much as I'd love to see Edge win this <v Speaker 3>because I'm obviously a big Edge fan, I think I'm <v Speaker 3>going with Seth. <v Speaker 1>Yeah, look this, I look at this match and I say, <v Speaker 1>not only who needs it more, but looking forward, who <v Speaker 1>can benefit long term the most from this and who's <v Speaker 1>going to be here more often? The answer Seth the <v Speaker 1>answer is Seth rollins And again, you're right, the Edge <v Speaker 1>can only take so many losses before it's like, all right, <v Speaker 1>this is getting a little much like Edge has lost <v Speaker 1>many more matches since he returned than he's won. And <v Speaker 1>I understand that even though he's a Hall of Fame talent, <v Speaker 1>he is in the give back portion of his career. <v Speaker 1>He knows that he's not here to make himself but <v Speaker 1>rather help new talent on top of vindicating himself and <v Speaker 1>ending the career he wants to the way he wants <v Speaker 1>to end it. But Seth right now, I think could <v Speaker 1>benefit more because if he wins, he can go off <v Speaker 1>on just this just Tie Rade about bragging about beating <v Speaker 1>Edge and how you know, he's one of the most <v Speaker 1>sadistic men in WWE, and he has no mercy for anybody, <v Speaker 1>and like he could really build off this, whereas if <v Speaker 1>Edge wins, it'll be cool for Edge to win for <v Speaker 1>a nostalgic feel. And I love Edge, I mean, he's <v Speaker 1>one of my favorites of all time. But if he wins, <v Speaker 1>I think that Damage is Seth more than it helps Edge. <v Speaker 1>And the reason is that they've done such a great <v Speaker 1>job building up Seth and Seth has done such a <v Speaker 1>great job building up Seth that if he loses this blowoff, <v Speaker 1>I think it's gonna take a lot of the steam <v Speaker 1>out of his words away and out of him being <v Speaker 1>a believable, credible heel, out of out of his sales, <v Speaker 1>so to speak. So I think Edge needs or it <v Speaker 1>doesn't need it as much as Seth, and I think <v Speaker 1>Edge will be not as beneficial as Seth would be <v Speaker 1>winning it, and it would hurt Seth a lot more <v Speaker 1>than Edge losing. Who if Edge loses, yeah, I'd be like, Okay, yeah, <v Speaker 1>that sucks to have and come back and lose so much. <v Speaker 1>But Edge is such good, so good on the mic <v Speaker 1>that he can talk you right back into believing him <v Speaker 1>like that. I mean, Edge is so so good on <v Speaker 1>the microphone, it's just stupid, it's unfair how good he is. <v Speaker 1>And saying that he's gonna scar the soul of Seth rollins, <v Speaker 1>that was a really cool visual that he put in <v Speaker 1>our brains, Like what does that look like? Like? What <v Speaker 1>is a soul being scarred look like? I mean, it's <v Speaker 1>just so masterfully done by by Edge. And he had <v Speaker 1>another level of intensity that was yelling and screaming but <v Speaker 1>there was like anger in his voice. It was just <v Speaker 1>it was so so good. They're promos. Both of them <v Speaker 1>knocked it out of the park on Friday night on SmackDown. <v Speaker 1>And so I think Seth wins simply because he needs <v Speaker 1>it more. He is more of the future than Edge is. <v Speaker 1>You know, Edge has more victories in his future. I <v Speaker 1>just don't think it's going to be this one. If <v Speaker 1>he wins, I'll be fine with it, but I'll also <v Speaker 1>be a little bit concerned for Seth. <v Speaker 2>Know. <v Speaker 1>So, yeah, yeah, but brutality. Probably with some thumb tacks <v Speaker 1>or two. Uh, you know, maybe they'll find a way <v Speaker 1>out of the cell like sometimes they do. Sometimes they don't. <v Speaker 1>But yeah, this is gonna be one of those matches <v Speaker 1>that you go, the crowd's going to be going, oh, <v Speaker 1>like concern for the health and safety of these two individuals. <v Speaker 1>That's it's gonna be that kind of match. So I <v Speaker 1>all right, let's move on. Bobby Lashley versus Goldberg, no disqualification. <v Speaker 1>I'll take this one first. This actually, outcome wise is <v Speaker 1>it's actually a little difficult because Goldberg has already lost <v Speaker 1>technically to Bobby Lashley. But Goldberg is I think overstate <v Speaker 1>is welcomed by many many years. At this point, I <v Speaker 1>actually think, hmm, I think Goldberg's gonna win this, But <v Speaker 1>I think Bobby'll quickly get his heat back by beating <v Speaker 1>down Goldberg in front of his son, maybe because I <v Speaker 1>think they want the mystique of Goldberg, whatever's left of <v Speaker 1>the mistique of Goldberg, to still exist, because I don't <v Speaker 1>think Goldberg's done with done with w matches. And Lashly <v Speaker 1>said he wants to end the career of Goldberg, whereas <v Speaker 1>Goldberg literally threatened the life of Lashley, which I really <v Speaker 1>don't like. I've been on a rant about that. It <v Speaker 1>just makes no sense. It's the one thing you don't <v Speaker 1>talk about, one of many things like you don't talk <v Speaker 1>about death politics or like I forget the other thing. <v Speaker 1>But there's just certain like no nos. And Colberg not <v Speaker 1>only doubled down, he tripled down on saying he's gonna <v Speaker 1>kill Bobby Lashley. You're not going to deliver on. <v Speaker 3>That big deal? Yeah, go ahead, No, no, no, I <v Speaker 3>don't mean to cut up. But he's just making these <v Speaker 3>comments like he's going to kill gold or he's gonna <v Speaker 3>kill Lashly for what he did to his son. And <v Speaker 3>he's only gonna be happy if if Bobby's dead. It's like, dude, <v Speaker 3>like what like it doesn't it's not even logical, Like <v Speaker 3>I mean, I totally get it. Like if someone hurt <v Speaker 3>my family, you know, like i'd want to you know, <v Speaker 3>seek retribution, sorry, retribution on them as well. But like, <v Speaker 3>first of all, dude, like it was your son's fault, <v Speaker 3>Like no one's gonna talk about that, right, you can't <v Speaker 3>be but so mad? Okay, So yes, I would be <v Speaker 3>mad that Bobby didn't stop, like you can say something <v Speaker 3>for that, like okay, like but you know, like at <v Speaker 3>the end of the day, it was Gauge's as fault, <v Speaker 3>like it is what it is. So I get like <v Speaker 3>some parents may just wanna be blind to the fact <v Speaker 3>like oh, well, you know, I still have to defend <v Speaker 3>my son or whatever. But like I'm sorry, like yeah, <v Speaker 3>I would stand up for my kid. But like if <v Speaker 3>I saw he did something wrong, be like, yeah, dude, <v Speaker 3>like first of all, you shouldn't have jumped the barricade, <v Speaker 3>gotten into the ring and then attacked a dude who's <v Speaker 3>like five times your size, Like come on, man, like <v Speaker 3>you're lucky, like it stopped, like you know, like it's <v Speaker 3>just it is what it is. So it's just I'm sorry. <v Speaker 3>I didn't mean to cut you off, but it's just <v Speaker 3>like it's laughable. Like that's what takes me out of it. <v Speaker 3>Like if you wouldn't have said comments like that and <v Speaker 3>he would have just you know, like said whatever other <v Speaker 3>Goldberg sayings, you know, like you know, then fine, like <v Speaker 3>a good gudge match. Cool. For the second you said that, well, <v Speaker 3>I'm gonna kill lash, it's like, okay, well you're not, <v Speaker 3>so there's that, you know, or if you do, then <v Speaker 3>you'll be in jail. So then there's that too, So <v Speaker 3>then come on, what am I supposed to be lave here? <v Speaker 1>It's preposterous that you're gonna That's the one thing that <v Speaker 1>you don't talk about because you know one hundred percent <v Speaker 1>you're not gonna deliver on that. Especially as a babyface. <v Speaker 1>You can't say that because the fans go, yeah, well Goldberg, listen, <v Speaker 1>that's not happening, Like we all know that ain't happening, <v Speaker 1>so stop. And the thing is, it's not like he's <v Speaker 1>even using it as a figure of speech or some <v Speaker 1>kind of metaphor he's gonna kill him. He actually no, <v Speaker 1>he's saying no, I'm going to beat you with you <v Speaker 1>and beat you within an inch of your life, and <v Speaker 1>then I'm going to finish the job like that, you <v Speaker 1>are actually saying you're going to commit murder on national television, <v Speaker 1>on international television. You're gonna do that, like and Goldberg <v Speaker 1>rather Bobby Lashley at least made sense and said, you <v Speaker 1>know that, it's like you're I could charge you right now, <v Speaker 1>like this is criminal and it's true. You can't threaten <v Speaker 1>the life of somebody like that. I mean, you can <v Speaker 1>actually be put in jail, like you can't do that, <v Speaker 1>And so it makes no sense why they went this road. <v Speaker 1>It almost seems as if it's desperation to get attention <v Speaker 1>to this program, which is really what it smells like <v Speaker 1>is desperation. And to me, I think Goldberg wins so <v Speaker 1>that that way the babyface wins, they can end the program. <v Speaker 1>But Bobby Lashley gets his heat back by just trying <v Speaker 1>to injure Goldberg, and then Goldberg goes away for a <v Speaker 1>while based on that injury of Goldberg that he's suffered <v Speaker 1>at the hands of Lashley after the match, And I'd <v Speaker 1>also love to see Gage just like get to like <v Speaker 1>just completely demolished by Bobby Lashley. Like I want to <v Speaker 1>see him get speared by Bobby Lashley in front of Goldberg, <v Speaker 1>who's handcuffed to the rope. That's what I want to see. <v Speaker 1>That's what I want to see. After he's beaten down, <v Speaker 1>Goldberg's half conscious and he spears his son intentionally in <v Speaker 1>front of his dad. That's what I want. That's how <v Speaker 1>sick I am, and that's what I as a father too. <v Speaker 1>I want to see that. You know, you threatened my life, <v Speaker 1>Here's what I'm gonna do to yours. Right, Like, so, <v Speaker 1>I don't know, this is so weird. I don't expect <v Speaker 1>this match to last more than like seven eight minutes <v Speaker 1>tops under ten for sure, and which sucks because Bobby <v Speaker 1>Lashley is so good. <v Speaker 3>But yeah, well, and because this is a no holds <v Speaker 3>barred match. This is this kid go long. This obviously <v Speaker 3>isn't gonna be a short, regular short Goldburg batch. Right, So, <v Speaker 3>like you said, I think this goes at least like <v Speaker 3>nine ten minutes, and I think it's gonna be interesting <v Speaker 3>to see because you can't it's normally with Mattress like this, <v Speaker 3>like they try to like venture out into the arena <v Speaker 3>and do stuff like that, but I highly doubt they're <v Speaker 3>gonna go across the barricade and you know, fight in <v Speaker 3>front of y'all, you know, all those fellas out there. <v Speaker 3>So it's gonna be an interesting type of no holds <v Speaker 3>bar batch too, Like is it just gonna be a <v Speaker 3>mild version of they gonna try to, you know, like <v Speaker 3>fight up the ramp or you know, like or they <v Speaker 3>just if it's not even gonna be that big of <v Speaker 3>a deal and they're just gonna hit each other with <v Speaker 3>like of course, like kindosticks and like maybe like a <v Speaker 3>table or something like that. But I think that part <v Speaker 3>of me, like, do you do you think Gage is <v Speaker 3>actually gonna be there? Do you think he's gonna bring <v Speaker 3>him to spout Arabia like because he's he's mentioned like <v Speaker 3>Gauge being there, But like, I don't know if that's <v Speaker 3>like a real. <v Speaker 1>Thing, not unless he's there to just get beat up <v Speaker 1>by Bobby. I hope not. I mean, I just just <v Speaker 1>let's let's just just end this. Nobody wants Bobby Lashley <v Speaker 1>and this program with Goldberg, at least not anybody in <v Speaker 1>my knowledge. It'll be interesting to hear how the crowd <v Speaker 1>reacts in Saudi Arabia to Goldberg, you know, people that <v Speaker 1>may not know a whole lot about his history, that <v Speaker 1>may not have been fans when Goldberg was around and <v Speaker 1>hot in the late nineties. So I don't know. I mean, honestly, <v Speaker 1>I said this on my showed last night that whatever <v Speaker 1>reaction anyone gets in Saudi Arabia, I'm throwing it out <v Speaker 1>the window, Like I don't I don't care this because <v Speaker 1>it's not a typical reaction or the typical fan base <v Speaker 1>that is reacting to their product. It's this once a <v Speaker 1>year crowd that you never know what the hell are <v Speaker 1>going to do other than Cheerman sore, Like I'm honestly <v Speaker 1>throwing and tossing everything out the window. No one's traveling <v Speaker 1>from the United States to Saudi Arabia, Like very few, <v Speaker 1>if any people are going there from Well. <v Speaker 6>That's amazing with right now, especially like with the pandemic, <v Speaker 6>that they're even able to Like I was shocked when <v Speaker 6>they first announced that they were having to show this <v Speaker 6>year because I was just certain that, you know, the <v Speaker 6>pandemic and travel restrictions, like it wasn't gonna be a thing. <v Speaker 3>But I don't, you know, I mean, obviously I know <v Speaker 3>restrictions have ease and stuff like that. But I'm just <v Speaker 3>it's not like a quick trip. It's not even to <v Speaker 3>like Canada or you know, anything like that. That's not <v Speaker 3>terribly far they're going. It was like seventeen hours away, <v Speaker 3>like cross country. It's just like I mean, cross country <v Speaker 3>across the world. It's it's just like, I don't know, <v Speaker 3>I'm just shocked that they were able to do it <v Speaker 3>like that, like for like guidelines and like provisions and <v Speaker 3>all that crap wise, like they were even able to so. <v Speaker 1>Money money, money, money, ye, money will make people do things. Yep. <v Speaker 3>True, it's all about that's all that good stuff. <v Speaker 1>That's right. That's right. So anyway, yeah, the gauge please, <v Speaker 1>I mean, just don't show up. I mean, it's if <v Speaker 1>I was gold or if I was Bobby lash Ly, <v Speaker 1>I would have just said that, hey, look like you know, uh, <v Speaker 1>if your son is that dumb to get into the <v Speaker 1>ring with a guy like me when he's you know, <v Speaker 1>a tenth of my size, then that's more of a <v Speaker 1>reflection on you as a father that you would raise <v Speaker 1>a son that's stupid. I mean, like, I there's so <v Speaker 1>many things that could have done. I mean, like really, <v Speaker 1>and they just went with the narrative, Oh, well he <v Speaker 1>attacked my son, Well, your son was a dumbass who <v Speaker 1>got in the ring when he had no purpose in there, <v Speaker 1>no business in there to attack a guy who's fifty <v Speaker 1>times his strength and speed. What do you think he's <v Speaker 1>gonna do from with that? I mean, and again, oh <v Speaker 1>he's yeah, but he's so much smaller. Yeah, but how <v Speaker 1>do you know he doesn't have a weapon, Like you <v Speaker 1>want to start talking about real stuff, how do you <v Speaker 1>know that? <v Speaker 3>Well, that's the point, Like that's the point with him <v Speaker 3>being so much smaller, you physically know, like when Bobby okay, <v Speaker 3>like let's say Bobby truly didn't know who he was <v Speaker 3>right when, and Bobby has I'm like he can feel <v Speaker 3>that he's not the advertise of a wrestler. So if <v Speaker 3>you were expecting a wrestler to be coming in in <v Speaker 3>there to save Goldberg, like, dude's much smaller, so it's <v Speaker 3>obviously not a wrestler. So it's like even more of <v Speaker 3>a reason, Like there's just i mean, obviously we're going <v Speaker 3>way too far into this then that they care, but <v Speaker 3>it's just like there's just so many things because like <v Speaker 3>Goldberg being a wrestler, he would know, no one jumps <v Speaker 3>the barricade and if you do, like you get what <v Speaker 3>you get, dude, like you exactly deserve. <v Speaker 1>I don't know, it's not a deal, no, but it's <v Speaker 1>just but they drilled it into our head that we're <v Speaker 1>supposed to hate Lashly for this. I'm like, he didn't <v Speaker 1>just pull him out of a crowd, like I could <v Speaker 1>see if he was cheering for his dad at ringside. <v Speaker 1>And you know, deal with what brock Lezard did to Dominic, <v Speaker 1>which actually was hilarious in front of Ramisterio. I got that. <v Speaker 1>That was so much fun to see Dominic get destroyed <v Speaker 1>by Brock. It wasn't like that. I mean, it's not <v Speaker 1>like he wasn't unprovoked. He was physically provoked. It's self defense. <v Speaker 1>He got what he deserved, and I actually would argue <v Speaker 1>he should have gotten more. So anyway, all right, I'm misking, fine, <v Speaker 1>yes and fine, yeah, yeah, you're not a performer, you <v Speaker 1>don't belong there. You should be banned. Anyway. Let's let's <v Speaker 1>move on. Yeah, all right, Big E versus Jam McIntyre <v Speaker 1>for the WWE Championship. Ashley Boy, oh boy, if there's <v Speaker 1>one match to pick that has just one thousand percent <v Speaker 1>predictability on it. This is I think this one, but <v Speaker 1>maybe you have other thoughts. <v Speaker 3>Yeah, no, this is big Eie all day. He Yeah, <v Speaker 3>it's it's pretty cut and dry, like they just needed <v Speaker 3>a point of the Biggie and Drew's there, you know. <v Speaker 3>It's it's everything happening right before the draft or right <v Speaker 3>before the season premiere, I should say. So, you know, <v Speaker 3>I'm sure again it's gonna be a pretty good and <v Speaker 3>fun match. Obviously they can't get along, you know if <v Speaker 3>they're a tag team, but they still respect each other <v Speaker 3>when they're fighting against each other one on one. So <v Speaker 3>it's it's a weird dynamic there. But I think it's <v Speaker 3>gonna be a cool match, you know, it is what <v Speaker 3>it is. I'll be interested to see if Drew brings <v Speaker 3>out the sword to Crown Jewel or if that stays <v Speaker 3>backstage or it doesn't even make the flight to begin with. <v Speaker 3>So yeah, I think we saw what maybe fifteen eighteen <v Speaker 3>minute match, but I think Biggie wins just as he <v Speaker 3>should and moves on to whomever after and you know, <v Speaker 3>like not for nothing like it is. I am kind <v Speaker 3>of excited to see, like the season premieres of Ron SmackDown, <v Speaker 3>you know, next week coming after Crown Jewel, to see <v Speaker 3>like how the draft actually shakes off, because I think <v Speaker 3>it'd be cool to see who Biggie like actually like <v Speaker 3>goes into like a story with being the champion. So obviously, yeah, <v Speaker 3>I'm picking big Eie here, but I would be shocked <v Speaker 3>honestly if Drew one. <v Speaker 1>Well, don't forget Survivors Series is next, so that's a <v Speaker 1>throwaway exhibition papers. Yeah, I know, like I said, except <v Speaker 1>for rumble Mania, King of the Ring tournaments, random times <v Speaker 1>that happens to no explanation, super shows, Yeah, except all that, Yeah, <v Speaker 1>no problem, It's it's just once a year. Yep. So yeah, <v Speaker 1>I think. I mean, if you're gonna ask me that, <v Speaker 1>I think it's probably Biggie and Seth Rollins is probably <v Speaker 1>the next big program for him. That's my guess. But <v Speaker 1>all right, who do I think is gonna win this? <v Speaker 1>I mean, it's not even it's not even close. This <v Speaker 1>is as predictable as it gets. It's Biggie who wins? Now? <v Speaker 1>Does he win clean? Does he win with help? I <v Speaker 1>think no. I think he flat out just beats Drew <v Speaker 1>and they try to really cement big Eie as a <v Speaker 1>legitimate champion, and Drew goes to SmackDown and slowly starts <v Speaker 1>his program with Roman Reigns. Potentially, we'll see if that happens. <v Speaker 1>You know, there's lots of different scenario was there, but <v Speaker 1>Biggie wins. There's really not much more to say about this. <v Speaker 1>I don't think Drew's turning heel even if it's a <v Speaker 1>bad You know, people have been saying, oh, well, he'll <v Speaker 1>lose and then pretend to shake his hand in Claymore. <v Speaker 1>I'm like, no, they don't want Drew turning heel. Going <v Speaker 1>to smack down with the megaheel of Roman Reigns. You <v Speaker 1>got to have a baby face to balance it, and <v Speaker 1>Drew is that babyface. So I think that in a loss, <v Speaker 1>Drew will still be a good sport. They'll shake hands <v Speaker 1>and hug. Although the relationship has been very bizarre over <v Speaker 1>the last few weeks where they act like great friends. <v Speaker 1>They've got secret handshakes that they do backstage. You know <v Speaker 1>they're they're they're laughing and joking, and then the next <v Speaker 1>thing you know, they're like shoving each other in the <v Speaker 1>ring for no reason, not not provoked and you know, <v Speaker 1>Drew Claymore's big Eie and then Biggie almost attacked Drew <v Speaker 1>this week. They've got such a bizarre on camera relationship. <v Speaker 1>I can't figure it out, but I think Drew or yeah, <v Speaker 1>Drew takes the pinfall here with the worst finish of <v Speaker 1>all time with the beg ending and Biggie retains. I mean, <v Speaker 1>there's really not much more to say about it. I <v Speaker 1>think it'll be a fine match. That's really it. <v Speaker 3>Yeah, I agreed, all right. <v Speaker 1>Last two matches here we've got. That's what I want <v Speaker 1>to talk about. The women's Here. Here we go the <v Speaker 1>women's match, because guys, they can now they can now <v Speaker 1>perform in front of an audience. They can perform, hopefully <v Speaker 1>in their normal ring attire, but if they're wearing you know, <v Speaker 1>like I don't know, like shower curtains, then you know <v Speaker 1>it's not going to be unexpected. So the smacked down <v Speaker 1>Women's Championship. Here we go. Triple threat, Bianca bell Air <v Speaker 1>versus Becky Lynch versus Sasha Banks Ashley who wins this? <v Speaker 3>This one is actually really hard, Like I don't and <v Speaker 3>it's honestly kind of confusing to me because I don't <v Speaker 3>know why exactly. It's just the SmackDown Women's Championship, like <v Speaker 3>the whole This is another reason why I like the <v Speaker 3>whole timing of the draft is so confus using, like <v Speaker 3>in how they do it, because it's just like it <v Speaker 3>doesn't it's it's probably been a mess to me. And <v Speaker 3>maybe I'm just like missing like I think I may <v Speaker 3>have missed a show and I just missed like a <v Speaker 3>trunk of information somewhere, But I don't know because and <v Speaker 3>like I truly don't know, because Bianca and Becky are <v Speaker 3>gonna be on Raw and Sasha is gonna be on <v Speaker 3>SmackDown right after the draft, like after Crown Rule. <v Speaker 1>Yes, so Charlotte goes to SmackDown, Bianca and Becky are <v Speaker 1>on Raw. <v Speaker 3>Yeah, and Sasha stays on smack Yeah. So you would <v Speaker 3>think Sasha would win since she's staying on SmackDown and <v Speaker 3>Becky and Beyonc are gonna be on Raw, But then <v Speaker 3>we still have Charlotte with the Raw Women's Championship on SmackDown. <v Speaker 3>So I don't It's just it's one of the I <v Speaker 3>need to write it down so I can process everything, <v Speaker 3>and the kind of like maybe draw arrows to see <v Speaker 3>who who's gonna end up. It's just it's one of <v Speaker 3>those things that just shouldn't be this complicated, right, Like <v Speaker 3>it should be in this another reason with the draft, right, <v Speaker 3>like they need to have fundamental rules with the draft <v Speaker 3>because like to where like maybe champions don't get drafted <v Speaker 3>or it's just there's something to prevent this cluster because <v Speaker 3>I've like part of me is like, well, logic and <v Speaker 3>common sense would say, you saw she would win since <v Speaker 3>she's going to remain on SmackDown, and then maybe they'll <v Speaker 3>have like an impromptum match with Charlotte and either Charlotte <v Speaker 3>and Becky or maybe a triple throw with Charlotte, Becky <v Speaker 3>and Bianca and have either Becky and Bianca win to <v Speaker 3>beat Charlotte, so that gets the raw championship off of Charlotte. <v Speaker 3>But then it makes me think that back to what <v Speaker 3>was it last year when the I I think it <v Speaker 3>was the New Day and the Street Profits. Yeah, they <v Speaker 3>just swap titles. <v Speaker 1>Ye, that's what it should be. <v Speaker 3>That's why I'm saying here, like damn in mine, idiot <v Speaker 3>for putting all this thought into like maybe they should <v Speaker 3>do this Sasho win here so they can do blah <v Speaker 3>blah blah, and and they're just gonna have Becky retain, <v Speaker 3>you know, so she doesn't take a lass and then <v Speaker 3>they'll just swap the titles or it's just it's one <v Speaker 3>of those things where it kind of makes me conflicted <v Speaker 3>as a fan because like I really want to care, <v Speaker 3>Like I'm really wanting to put like all this energy <v Speaker 3>and thought into like, oh, this would totally make sense <v Speaker 3>if if Sasha wins, because like I said, Sir, I <v Speaker 3>can loost it beck your fianca blah blah blah. And <v Speaker 3>then I just kind of feel foolish because I'm like you, <v Speaker 3>they probably don't even care. They probably haven't even put <v Speaker 3>this much thought into it. So that's why I'm torn, <v Speaker 3>you know, I'm sorry, go. <v Speaker 1>Ahead, nope, And they are counting on us as fans <v Speaker 1>who they believe have you know, a room temperature IQ <v Speaker 1>to not go beneath the surface and just go just <v Speaker 1>take us at face value, don't dig too deep. It's <v Speaker 1>a championship match. Don't look at the possibilities and the <v Speaker 1>implausibilities and and things that just simply don't make sense <v Speaker 1>that you're that we're doing. Just look at it as <v Speaker 1>it's a great it's a great uh women's triple threat <v Speaker 1>for this back women's Championship and whoever you like, that's <v Speaker 1>who you should want to win. Like they are looking <v Speaker 1>at this and just hoping that we don't dig beneath <v Speaker 1>the surface. Unfortunately, it's really difficult to not dig beneath <v Speaker 1>the surface because there's so many things that just don't <v Speaker 1>make sense. Really has to even lead the lead up <v Speaker 1>to this, like why is Bianca getting a wrong Women's <v Speaker 1>Championship match on Raw number one? If she wins it, <v Speaker 1>she's saying she's gonna be a double champion. Well, how's <v Speaker 1>that gonna work? If you are on Raw with the <v Speaker 1>smacking Women's Championship. It's a championship that's exclusive to the brand. <v Speaker 1>So what are they gonna do if you're a double champion? <v Speaker 1>Are you're gonna be able to float? Can you not float? <v Speaker 1>You have to give up a belt? They just they <v Speaker 1>make this unnecessarily complicated to and I know what they'd say. <v Speaker 1>They would say to me, you're making this complicated, and <v Speaker 1>it's just to me, No, I'm not. I'm thinking about <v Speaker 1>this in a logical storyline perspective, from A to point <v Speaker 1>B to point C, and I shouldn't have to overthink this, <v Speaker 1>but as a fan, you want this to make sense. <v Speaker 1>But they have competitors in here, in scenarios that you're like, wait, wait, wait, <v Speaker 1>wait wait, how can you have brand exclusive paper, brand <v Speaker 1>exclusive championships with star exclusive talent that maybe carry over <v Speaker 1>the championship to a brand that they're not on, Like <v Speaker 1>there's it's it's insanity. <v Speaker 3>Yeah. And you know, first of all, my response if <v Speaker 3>they were to say, like to me franchance, like oh, <v Speaker 3>you're putting too much sign to this and you're not <v Speaker 3>thinking the right way, Like okay, well, explain to me, <v Speaker 3>what was your thought process behind this when you looked <v Speaker 3>at Okay, Crown Jewel, we're gonna have this match, and <v Speaker 3>the story leaning up to it is gonna be this. <v Speaker 3>Explain to me, please, because I would love to see <v Speaker 3>where I missed a segment or an interview or a <v Speaker 3>match or something that laid all this out and I <v Speaker 3>can be like, damn, you know what, I am so wrong, <v Speaker 3>I'm sorry, I missed that. My bad. I would totally <v Speaker 3>I would love to see that, but it's just not there, dude. <v Speaker 3>It's just it's just not And that's why it's so <v Speaker 3>frustrating because like it could be this could be like <v Speaker 3>so cool, this could be like a really monumental match, <v Speaker 3>Like it could be like and all this story bus <v Speaker 3>to this thought, like these women are and this isn't <v Speaker 3>their fault, Like this isn't them at all. This is <v Speaker 3>the creative that has that they're forced to portray. So <v Speaker 3>this isn't the talent themselves, right, because this match is <v Speaker 3>I'm sure with the talent involved, it's gonna be amazing, <v Speaker 3>you know what I mean, Like these aren't slouches in <v Speaker 3>the ring by any mean, Like this is gonna be <v Speaker 3>an awesome match. And that's what's so frustrating. It's like <v Speaker 3>because you know, like even the story didn't even have <v Speaker 3>to be this complicated. It could have been something so <v Speaker 3>basic and it takes you all the way back to <v Speaker 3>becky'r returning to begin with. So it's just it's just <v Speaker 3>one of those things. And that's and that's that's why <v Speaker 3>it's frustrating to me. So I'm I say all this, <v Speaker 3>but I'm I'm gonna give them the benefit of the <v Speaker 3>doubt here and as much as I could be wrong, <v Speaker 3>since they just had Becky lose as well on SmackDown. <v Speaker 3>I'm gonna go with Sasha winning here. I'm gonna go <v Speaker 3>with Sasha Banks winning the Yeah, winning the title that <v Speaker 3>gets the correct HI on the correct show, because it's <v Speaker 3>easier to have because I don't it's as much as <v Speaker 3>and if I'm wrong about this, I'm I'm really gonna <v Speaker 3>be probably hurt to my to my core. But I <v Speaker 3>think that for all their faults, and it's not that <v Speaker 3>this makes this right by any means, but I think <v Speaker 3>that they viewed the women's respective singles titles, I hate <v Speaker 3>to say it, but more importantly in a higher regard <v Speaker 3>than they do like the tag titles. So I don't <v Speaker 3>see them just swapping them. I I just I can't <v Speaker 3>believe that they would they would do something like that. <v Speaker 3>So I'm gonna say Becky loses here, and I think <v Speaker 3>it'll be something like they hit their finishers and Becky's <v Speaker 3>gonna go for the pinfall, but then Sasha pushes her <v Speaker 3>out of the way at the last second and kind <v Speaker 3>of steals the victory that way, So you still have <v Speaker 3>kind of like a way out because since it's a <v Speaker 3>triple threat as well, there's there's no rules, right, no DQ, <v Speaker 3>so anything can really happen. So yeah, so that that <v Speaker 3>gets the smiked dow On title back on wrong and <v Speaker 3>then I could see, like I said, Becky or Bianca <v Speaker 3>like fighting Charlotte because they're gonna have to get the <v Speaker 3>title off of Charlotte as well at some point. So <v Speaker 3>I think they're gonna have another match either on Raw <v Speaker 3>or or I guess it would have to be wrong <v Speaker 3>because I don't think there's another show until Survivor Series, <v Speaker 3>which isn't until next month, which I'm not even sure <v Speaker 3>the exact date of that, but. <v Speaker 1>I don't know either. <v Speaker 3>But yeah, yeah, man, I, like I said, this is <v Speaker 3>probably another one we've we've put more thought and time <v Speaker 3>into than they really have. But and I could be <v Speaker 3>completely wrong. It could be a quick as Becky retains <v Speaker 3>and they move on in five minutes. But and I <v Speaker 3>hope they do it. <v Speaker 1>No, No, And that in of itself, what you just said, <v Speaker 1>that we put more thought into it than they have, <v Speaker 1>that in of itself is the problem. Like they haven't <v Speaker 1>gone this deep or cared to go this deep, or <v Speaker 1>think it's not worth going this deep to make sure <v Speaker 1>this makes sense. And that's why they would project on <v Speaker 1>us that we're thinking too much. You're you just enjoy <v Speaker 1>the product, You're you're ruining it for yourself. You're overthinking it. No, <v Speaker 1>us overthinking it, us getting frustrated with the logic being <v Speaker 1>not not even a factor. Here is a reflection on <v Speaker 1>you not doing your job. That's exactly what this is <v Speaker 1>is WWE and Creative and Vince who are just not <v Speaker 1>willing to put the effort in to make sure the <v Speaker 1>draft is clean. It makes sense there are rules that <v Speaker 1>are adhered by instead just making this mish mash of talent, <v Speaker 1>you would think, like. <v Speaker 3>It's harder to be this can convoluted. Then it would <v Speaker 3>be to just be like all right, A, B and C, <v Speaker 3>Like yep, it's just I don't know, dude, don't mean <v Speaker 3>to c off, but I just feel like it's just <v Speaker 3>like it gives you. It kind of makes you stressed out, <v Speaker 3>how jumbled this is when it could really be so <v Speaker 3>simple because it makes you. <v Speaker 1>Feel stupid, like it makes you like, wait, well wait <v Speaker 1>am I missing something? Like why are I here? Did <v Speaker 1>they explain why this person's here? But instead they want <v Speaker 1>to have their cake and eat it too, where they <v Speaker 1>want all the talent on the show, even though it's <v Speaker 1>the season premiere of SmackDown last week or whatever, which <v Speaker 1>makes no sense because I told this the season premiere <v Speaker 1>is after the Crown Drew pay per view, but that's <v Speaker 1>neither here nor there. They just have talent on here <v Speaker 1>for no reason who are challenging for championships that for <v Speaker 1>the brand that they're not going to be on. They're <v Speaker 1>making this that they want to be able to make <v Speaker 1>the biggest match possible without adhering to any kind of <v Speaker 1>logic and thinking that having the biggest match possible is <v Speaker 1>the most important thing, instead of making sure that it <v Speaker 1>makes effing sense and that things are clean and easy <v Speaker 1>to understand. Of Okay, if so and so wins, this <v Speaker 1>is going to happen. If this person wins, this is <v Speaker 1>going to happen. Instead, we're still left to go, well, <v Speaker 1>I don't know who to really root for here, because <v Speaker 1>I don't know how this is all going to pan out. <v Speaker 1>Like this is super confusing, and you're right, like if <v Speaker 1>Charlotte ends up on while she isn't ending up on SmackDown, <v Speaker 1>I don't think she's going to lose the Raw Women's <v Speaker 1>Championship anytime soon unless they do some kind of like <v Speaker 1>you said, match after Crown Jewel. But then that would <v Speaker 1>shoot the whole thing down that this is the season premiere. <v Speaker 1>They just told us the brand draft. The drafts go <v Speaker 1>into effect the day after Crown Jewel, So how are <v Speaker 1>they going to have a match between Charlotte and say, <v Speaker 1>I don't know, Bianca, whoever's on Raw to transfer the <v Speaker 1>belt and that would be the most predictable outcome of <v Speaker 1>all time too, like, oh well, they're clearly having this <v Speaker 1>to transfer the belt. So I honestly think all that, which. <v Speaker 3>Is why Beianca should have won this past Monday on Raw. <v Speaker 3>She should have been Charlotte to begin with, because that <v Speaker 3>would have defeated this whole thing like it would. <v Speaker 1>Have it would act that actually would have solved things <v Speaker 1>because then Bianca would have been she's drafted Raw, She's <v Speaker 1>the Raw Wins champion, and then you could have had <v Speaker 1>Sasha Banks, like you said, win and there you going. <v Speaker 3>Away, I honestly with not not to I know this <v Speaker 3>has nothing to do with Raw, but I was just honestly, <v Speaker 3>so they got me like the amount of time and <v Speaker 3>the hype and the fact that it was the main event, <v Speaker 3>Like I was like, oh wow, this is and once <v Speaker 3>I realized that it was actually getting into be like <v Speaker 3>a pretty good match. It's like, oh, wow, this bean <v Speaker 3>is probably going to win here. Like once I really <v Speaker 3>started thinking about it, like it would make sense, like <v Speaker 3>she's going to be here, blah blah blah. Like it's <v Speaker 3>just I thought about it, I was like, Yo, this <v Speaker 3>this is actually very logic and it would be very <v Speaker 3>a cool moment because you know, like it's like I said, <v Speaker 3>the main bent and would be a good moment for Bianca. <v Speaker 3>You know, like what a year she's had. You know, <v Speaker 3>this is just another accolade to add to that, and <v Speaker 3>it's just the DQ man, and it's just like you <v Speaker 3>just feel stupid. I literally felt stupid because I made <v Speaker 3>it a point to stay awake to watch the end <v Speaker 3>of it, and I was like, you know what, I'm <v Speaker 3>gonna see this through because I was really looking forward <v Speaker 3>to it. And you know what, they just like kind <v Speaker 3>of slacked me in the face with that ending. And <v Speaker 3>I get it, right, like you don't. They're trying to <v Speaker 3>protect everyone, but it's like, you know, like if wins <v Speaker 3>and losses don't matter in one hand, then why do <v Speaker 3>they in the other. So it's just frustrating. <v Speaker 1>Well, yeah, that that certainly is another topic too, is <v Speaker 1>wins and losses. But I yeah, look, I think here's <v Speaker 1>what's gonna happen. After all that, I still have to <v Speaker 1>give my prediction. I do believe that Becky Lynch will retain, <v Speaker 1>and I think it's going to be a straight title swap, Like, <v Speaker 1>I mean, that's what I believe. I know what you're thinking. <v Speaker 1>I know, I know why you don't think it's gonna happen. <v Speaker 1>But to me, that's because I think they'd want Charlotte <v Speaker 1>as a champion on SmackDown and they can't have a <v Speaker 1>raw women's champion who is a SmackDown star. So I <v Speaker 1>mean that's why I think it's gonna be a straight <v Speaker 1>title swap between Becky and Charlotte. And then they're gonna <v Speaker 1>go off programs. <v Speaker 3>They're just gonna like hand the titles over here. <v Speaker 1>I don't think it would be like, you know, like <v Speaker 1>they did it with The Street Profits and New Day. <v Speaker 1>I think they'll they'll have some kind of ceremony or <v Speaker 1>something and and I mean I don't know, like ity'll <v Speaker 1>find a way to do it or maybe they'll just <v Speaker 1>show up that like it'll be just on Twitter, like <v Speaker 1>they're just gonna say, you know, due to circumstances of <v Speaker 1>the Raw women's champion being on Championship being on SmackDown, <v Speaker 1>and vice versa, Becky and Charlotte last night had a <v Speaker 1>you know whatever, like I could see them just doing it, <v Speaker 1>like not even on the show. It's just transferred. They <v Speaker 1>show up on each show with the belt and that's <v Speaker 1>how it happens, Like I could, I tell you, I'm <v Speaker 1>telling you, I'm telling you so. Oh lord, all right, <v Speaker 1>well this is gonna this is gonna be very interesting. <v Speaker 1>Now I'm now very interested to see how this all <v Speaker 1>pans itself out. Oh my goodness. All right, let's see <v Speaker 1>here the main event, Roman reigns brock Lessner Ashley. <v Speaker 3>Go ahead, this one man, This this is something else. <v Speaker 3>This is something else. And I again I every time <v Speaker 3>I talk to you, Matt, and every chance that I get, <v Speaker 3>I will praise Ponytail brock. I just I love the book. <v Speaker 3>It cracks me up every time, and especially that he's <v Speaker 3>a baby face down, he can smile like he's just <v Speaker 3>like he could be a little bit more animated and <v Speaker 3>just like get into who he is as the Brockle <v Speaker 3>wasn'er character, which is like weird to say, because like <v Speaker 3>you don't really think of Lesnar having a character, but <v Speaker 3>you know, like who he is, so it's just man <v Speaker 3>like it just it just I love it. I absolutely <v Speaker 3>love it. So that's why selfishly, like I would love <v Speaker 3>to see this whole thing play out with him and <v Speaker 3>staying on the Roman rains aside and like have been <v Speaker 3>telling the truth in regards to being you know, with <v Speaker 3>Roman and not having anything to do with Lesnar and <v Speaker 3>Lesond just be having been playing my games this entire time, <v Speaker 3>just because I want to keep seeing babyface brock. You know, <v Speaker 3>I want him to have the ponytail going on, like <v Speaker 3>I don't. I don't want him to change. Like I <v Speaker 3>love this guy, like I've always been a fan of his, <v Speaker 3>but this is just like I don't know what it is. <v Speaker 3>I just between that and the flannels and his little <v Speaker 3>belt buckle, it's just cracks me up. And it's amazing <v Speaker 3>because he looks like that and he can still just <v Speaker 3>kill you in thirty seconds, you know what I mean. <v Speaker 3>So it's just it's amazing. So this, of course, this <v Speaker 3>whole story is in my opinion, the thing that's been <v Speaker 3>carrying to WB. It's just Remarines himself is just it's <v Speaker 3>amazing to see the development and just how just untouchable <v Speaker 3>he's been this past year plus now at this point. <v Speaker 3>That's why I don't think that they take the title <v Speaker 3>off of him. I think that they that roomin retains <v Speaker 3>here is again, especially with it being at this event, <v Speaker 3>I don't I don't think they would do something of <v Speaker 3>that monumental, which is in my opinion, what it would <v Speaker 3>be at this point for Rains to lose the title. <v Speaker 3>I don't think they would do that here. I think <v Speaker 3>they would do that at a bigger event. So I'm <v Speaker 3>going with Rains retaining here. And I don't think we <v Speaker 3>get a final resolution on where him and resides either. <v Speaker 3>I think something happens where he's going to interfere and <v Speaker 3>maybe it backfires on both room and Lissners. So it's <v Speaker 3>kind of still unclear on who he was trying to help. <v Speaker 3>I think maybe something like that, and like USA's then <v Speaker 3>come out and I see it kind of being like <v Speaker 3>a convoluted mess like that, or but I see it <v Speaker 3>being like a clean victory too. Is maybe it's not <v Speaker 3>so much on that. Maybe I'm kind of as much <v Speaker 3>as I'm saying that now, rather like I'm kind of <v Speaker 3>fifty to fifty on that, Like, I don't, I don't <v Speaker 3>know if you want to cleanly pin Brock here, and <v Speaker 3>I don't think you know, as I'm talking it all, <v Speaker 3>I don't think it'd be that big of a deal. <v Speaker 3>As much as I just cracked on the TKI finished <v Speaker 3>from raw, I don't. I don't think it'd be as <v Speaker 3>crazy to have a DQ finish here. I don't know <v Speaker 3>that the way this match ends, I'm maybe a little <v Speaker 3>unsure of, but I see Rains retaining as the champion. <v Speaker 3>This is going to continue. I don't see this being <v Speaker 3>a one and done type thing. And I don't also think, <v Speaker 3>like I said, we get a resolution on where Hyman resides. <v Speaker 3>I think it just either I don't, I don't know. <v Speaker 3>I don't know. And that's what's cool about this, Like <v Speaker 3>it's not really a clear vision of how it's going <v Speaker 3>to play out. And that's obviously kudos to him in <v Speaker 3>as well, because he's just everything he does, like the <v Speaker 3>simplest things, like the simplest like posts and tweets that <v Speaker 3>he sends out to just like the little comments he makes, <v Speaker 3>the facial expressions. It's just everything. So long story short, <v Speaker 3>Roman retains here, but the way it plays out is <v Speaker 3>very difficult to determine. <v Speaker 1>Yeah, that is the whole story here. I don't think <v Speaker 1>there's too many people who think Brock could win, which <v Speaker 1>is crazy to think that Brock Lesner doesn't have a <v Speaker 1>chance in this match, because it's Brock freaking Lesner. I <v Speaker 1>think this is the biggest threat Roman has had to <v Speaker 1>his championship so far. I mean, I could see a <v Speaker 1>slight chance of Brock retaining or retaining winning and then <v Speaker 1>Hayman aligning himself, and it's a clear cut Hayman was <v Speaker 1>playing Roman all long. That's a slight chance. I don't <v Speaker 1>think that that's gonna happen because to me, this is, <v Speaker 1>like you said, I think this is the beginning, not <v Speaker 1>the end of this story, Like this is just another <v Speaker 1>step to the ultimate payoff, which will eventually realize. I <v Speaker 1>think eventually it's gonna be Roman getting screwed by Paul <v Speaker 1>Haman and Paul Hayman was truly with Brock the whole time, <v Speaker 1>that's my guess. And when that's gonna play out and <v Speaker 1>have its binale probably gonna be a while, maybe all <v Speaker 1>the way to WrestleMania for that matter. It's gonna be <v Speaker 1>a while, but this is gonna be like you said, <v Speaker 1>it's gonna be up to the interpreter to decide who <v Speaker 1>Paul Haman is trying to help. A scenario I'm thinking <v Speaker 1>in my head is both guys are down, maybe a <v Speaker 1>double closed line, or they're just both exhausted. It's the <v Speaker 1>fourth quarter of the match. Paul Haman grabs the championship <v Speaker 1>and tosses it to in the middle of the ring, <v Speaker 1>trying to get to Roman, but maybe accidentally gets too <v Speaker 1>close to brock Lesnar. Brock Lesnar hits Roman reigns with <v Speaker 1>the championship, inadvertently helping brock Lesner, and while Brock's not <v Speaker 1>gonna win, Roman can come back to that and say, <v Speaker 1>you know, you know, listen wise Man, you know I <v Speaker 1>want I want you to be straight up here, and <v Speaker 1>that kind of thing again, leading Roman to distrust Paul <v Speaker 1>Hayman a little bit more. I think that's the only <v Speaker 1>way that you could one of the scenarios that could <v Speaker 1>happen where like you said, unintentionally helps Brock but is <v Speaker 1>plausibly trying to help Roman. And that's one example. But <v Speaker 1>Roman does retain. I think Paul Hammond has a big <v Speaker 1>part in that in that match in terms of the <v Speaker 1>storyline of how Brock loses this and it's gonna be <v Speaker 1>I think, again, a very very good match. These two <v Speaker 1>have had. I don't know how many matches now, it <v Speaker 1>seems like five or six at this point, but they <v Speaker 1>work so well together. I'm not complaining, and it's been <v Speaker 1>a while. I yeah, it does. And I think it <v Speaker 1>also feels fresh because Roman is not in the tired <v Speaker 1>baby face role. He's in one of the best possible <v Speaker 1>roles he's ever He's in a career defining role right now. <v Speaker 1>He doesn't feel forced. He feels very natural. And I <v Speaker 1>loved the hilarious line he gave Brock on SmackDown saying, <v Speaker 1>are you some kind of dumbass like not not looking <v Speaker 1>at the contract and just signing it. I found that hilarious, <v Speaker 1>the way that yeah, like and he said it so genuinely. <v Speaker 1>It was just it's. <v Speaker 3>Something like your natural reaction. I'm sending it like you're you, <v Speaker 3>You're normal human being. It'd be like, yeah, he's just <v Speaker 3>signed a contract without reading it, Like, yeah, that's something <v Speaker 3>we would say, and thank you dude, Like you're actually <v Speaker 3>saying something that's completely obvious and not like not rocket science. <v Speaker 3>It's like you're a dumbass, like that is something that <v Speaker 3>you would say, like especially your your opponent, like. <v Speaker 1>He's some kind of dumb ass. It was one of <v Speaker 1>the its just the way he said it, and he's <v Speaker 1>looking rock dead in the face, because yeah, like, who <v Speaker 1>is that stupid to just not look at a contract <v Speaker 1>and sign it? Uh? It was, it was, It was great. <v Speaker 1>I loved it and having these two in the ring. <v Speaker 1>You know what kind of match you're gonna get. It's <v Speaker 1>gonna be. It's gonna be just I mean, hard hitting. <v Speaker 1>It's gonna be just a classic, I think, and I <v Speaker 1>think that the end is going to be a very <v Speaker 1>Paul Hayman determinive ending with Roman reigns retaining. But it's <v Speaker 1>not gonna come without questions of well, Paul Hamon could <v Speaker 1>have been helping Brock here, even though plausibly he could <v Speaker 1>deny it and say, well, no, no, my tribal chief, <v Speaker 1>I was trying to do this and Paul Hammond calling <v Speaker 1>he won't even say Roman. I love how it refers <v Speaker 1>to him as his superior title of my tribal chief <v Speaker 1>and he actually like, welld Up tears a couple of <v Speaker 1>weeks ago on SmackDown. It just it's so good, it's <v Speaker 1>so good. So I think that Brock loses. But this storyline, <v Speaker 1>I think it's far from over. I don't know when <v Speaker 1>Brock and Roman is going to happen again. Some people <v Speaker 1>have pointed to WrestleMania. We'll see, but this is to <v Speaker 1>me part one of this storyline. <v Speaker 3>Yeah, and that's it's interesting that you bring that up <v Speaker 3>because I think and it's crazy. I think that like <v Speaker 3>it's pretty much time to start thinking about WrestleMania, right <v Speaker 3>because Survivor Series is kind of like this semi like <v Speaker 3>the preseason I guess you would say, like or you know, <v Speaker 3>just like just the kind of the warm up season <v Speaker 3>and then like because you got Rumble right after that, <v Speaker 3>and then it's go time pretty much. So it's it's crazy. <v Speaker 3>I think like as we get closer and closer, like <v Speaker 3>I just I don't know about you know, like with <v Speaker 3>the Rock and all that, you know, talk and everything <v Speaker 3>like that, because if it's not The Rock, you know <v Speaker 3>which I do, you think it has to be Survivor <v Speaker 3>Series the Rock with debut and if not there then <v Speaker 3>it's not gonna happen. <v Speaker 1>I actually don't. And here's the thing. I just had <v Speaker 1>my weekend review and I talked with one of my <v Speaker 1>co hosts and I said, I do not believe that <v Speaker 1>the rock is going to be here this year, and <v Speaker 1>it's it's there's a new report falling around that Rock <v Speaker 1>is actually not going to be available this year to <v Speaker 1>the movie like filming schedule. He's going to be in <v Speaker 1>Australia during Survivor Series. He's not going to be able <v Speaker 1>to make it this year, and they're pointing more towards <v Speaker 1>next year WrestleMania thirty nine in LA that he would <v Speaker 1>actually face roland Race. That's true, So that was folding <v Speaker 1>around now. I don't know how much credibility to the <v Speaker 1>rest of that. The Rockets still show up at Survivor <v Speaker 1>Series and then we're off to the races with Rock <v Speaker 1>and Roman. I would hope they pull the trigger this year, <v Speaker 1>because who knows what the landscape's going to look like <v Speaker 1>next year. Maybe they end up turning Roman baby face <v Speaker 1>and they'd don't have the patience for it. I mean, <v Speaker 1>eighteen months from now, everything could be different. The bloodline <v Speaker 1>may not exist, Roman may not be as hot of <v Speaker 1>a heel, like, I hope that they do it this year, <v Speaker 1>given that the iron's hot strike now, because who knows <v Speaker 1>what next year is going to look like. But that's <v Speaker 1>the latest, is that the rock is actually not available <v Speaker 1>this year. That's but you know, take that with a <v Speaker 1>grain of salt. <v Speaker 3>So yeah, and that's why, and that's why I think, like, <v Speaker 3>like we were just saying that this is just the <v Speaker 3>beginning for Room and in Brock, I think like it's <v Speaker 3>I don't want to say it's a safe bet, but <v Speaker 3>like when Lesner does lose here, which again it's so <v Speaker 3>crazy to think about and to actually say, but my opinion, <v Speaker 3>when Lesler does loose here, and it's it's not going <v Speaker 3>to be shocking, right like, because that's kind of how <v Speaker 3>how Lesner has been portrayed these past, you know, handful <v Speaker 3>of years. He's going to go away for a while. <v Speaker 3>So I can see him going away until the Royal <v Speaker 3>Rumble and being a surprise entrant there may be winning <v Speaker 3>or maybe being I don't know, I don't know, maybe <v Speaker 3>he would win, and then that that would be the <v Speaker 3>way he would get back to Roman and then they <v Speaker 3>can just resume that going from there. I just think <v Speaker 3>that that would be an easy way. If they're uncertain <v Speaker 3>with anything else, that would be another easy go too much, <v Speaker 3>because while this is happening on Thursday, a lot of <v Speaker 3>people aren't gonna see it and or hold it really <v Speaker 3>to that high a regard regardless of what happens. Unless <v Speaker 3>Brock wins and you know, like it's this big deal, <v Speaker 3>you know, then they may be upset, you know, that <v Speaker 3>whole another thing at that point. But if things just <v Speaker 3>kind of play out kind of you know, like just <v Speaker 3>if it's more of a story and just like like <v Speaker 3>we were saying, Paul him and focus and Roman retains, <v Speaker 3>I think that they could easily get away with Lesnard <v Speaker 3>disappearing until after Survivor series, maybe around Rumble and then <v Speaker 3>just going from there. <v Speaker 1>Yeah, there's no no shame in that. And we don't <v Speaker 1>expect Brock to be there. I mean even once a month. <v Speaker 1>We're like, oh, cool, Rock's gonna be here this month. <v Speaker 1>Like I mean, we we know what kind of schedule <v Speaker 1>Brock has built into. And it's his character right now, <v Speaker 1>like you said, his character is, it's all it's not <v Speaker 1>a character. This I believe is who Brock is. It <v Speaker 1>looks like he just I mean he drove off his farm, <v Speaker 1>got on a plane and showed up at the arena. <v Speaker 1>I mean he's in his home clothes. It feels like <v Speaker 1>I'm not well. Yeah, like seriously, and and then just <v Speaker 1>didn't talk to the uber driver the whole time and <v Speaker 1>just told him to shut up. I don't want to talk, <v Speaker 1>like I mean, yeah, like, I'll be in the back. <v Speaker 1>Do not talk to me, you know, like that's that <v Speaker 1>That's that's brock leasure. And that's what I love about <v Speaker 1>the guy, uh, because I can relate to do a <v Speaker 1>lot of it. But I think that Brock lesser. I mean, <v Speaker 1>I'm not a fan of the ponytail. I'm actually to me, <v Speaker 1>it's to me. I know, you love it. I know <v Speaker 1>a lot of people love it. I think it's he's <v Speaker 1>just too old to be doing it. I know that. <v Speaker 1>But at the same time I appreciate it of just <v Speaker 1>like Brock does whatever the hell Brock wants to do, <v Speaker 1>and no one's going to say anything about it. And <v Speaker 1>what's hilarious is too that Brock even said that in <v Speaker 1>his promo short promo a couple of weeks ago, that <v Speaker 1>you know, brock Lester does what Brock lesser wants to do. <v Speaker 1>It's it's it's it's the truth. There's no story to that. Yeah, <v Speaker 1>he shows up how he wants, He grows his hair <v Speaker 1>how he wants. Vince doesn't say boo about it. I <v Speaker 1>guarantee you. He just shows up and his like his <v Speaker 1>like you said, his is cut off sleeve, plaid shirt. <v Speaker 1>He comes in his cowboy bullets, his jeans. I mean, <v Speaker 1>this is just Brock. <v Speaker 3>And I can see him maybe having one carry on bag, <v Speaker 3>just one duffle bag with him and just literally like <v Speaker 3>that's how he got into a zubercar with his double bag. <v Speaker 3>Like you said, he left his farm in that attire, <v Speaker 3>had his duffle bag in case he needed to change <v Speaker 3>or anything like that. And I'm sure like he probably <v Speaker 3>he's probably flying back that night too. And that's the <v Speaker 3>craziest thing, Like it probably is just like his personal belongings, <v Speaker 3>you know, so like you know, he has somewhere to <v Speaker 3>play when he has to go to the ring, like <v Speaker 3>just for I'm just I'm sorry just for stuff like that. <v Speaker 3>So oh, it's just and I think that's why I <v Speaker 3>love the ponytail, because like you said, it's just Brock <v Speaker 3>not giving a you know what and just being Brock, <v Speaker 3>you know so, and it's it's reflection because not many <v Speaker 3>guys in WB are like that. So that's why, in <v Speaker 3>my opinion, I appreciate Brock so much work because who <v Speaker 3>knows how much longer will have him because there's a while, <v Speaker 3>like he wasn't even signed, right, so I don't know, <v Speaker 3>Like it's it's the as the years pass, like I <v Speaker 3>feel like we're winding down on Brock and then who <v Speaker 3>do we have? <v Speaker 1>You know, I know the Brock is He's a he's <v Speaker 1>a once in a generation star. We have to appreciate <v Speaker 1>every time that we see Brock lessner. I know there <v Speaker 1>was a time when we're all tired of seeing him <v Speaker 1>as champion. He's an absentee champion and this and that, <v Speaker 1>like we need to appreciate it. Just like when the <v Speaker 1>Undertaker was getting close to the end of his career, <v Speaker 1>a lot of us were saying, oh my god, no <v Speaker 1>more matches, Taker, please, please please, And now we're saying, oh, man, <v Speaker 1>I kind of missed the Undertaker on you know, on TV. <v Speaker 1>I wish he would come out and do something, you know, <v Speaker 1>say something, do something. Not that we want matches from Undertaker, <v Speaker 1>but sometimes you don't appreciate it until it's gone. I <v Speaker 1>think that's a lot of life, a lot of times <v Speaker 1>with everything that you don't appreciate it until it's gone. <v Speaker 1>But brock Lessner, I think he's got a couple of <v Speaker 1>years I think left in him, and you know, that'll <v Speaker 1>be fine. I'm fine with just a couple more matches <v Speaker 1>out of him and WrestleMania type deal, Rumble type deal, <v Speaker 1>and obviously these special events that he's getting paid many <v Speaker 1>many many zeros on that check to be at. That's <v Speaker 1>that's uh, that's the brock Lesser Wayne, Like you were saying, <v Speaker 1>that's exactly what I was thinking, is well, everyone else <v Speaker 1>is gonna get stuck there probably for another day or <v Speaker 1>two or whatever. On the the flight that they have booked. <v Speaker 1>Brock Lesner has probably booked his own charter flight back <v Speaker 1>like immediately following that show, where he's got this private <v Speaker 1>jet already set up to be back in the United <v Speaker 1>States by like, you know, the next day. <v Speaker 3>Yeah, oh yeah, yeah, he probably doesn't even sure. He's <v Speaker 3>probably just like there's a quick change in the back, <v Speaker 3>let's go. Probably, you know, he just wants to get <v Speaker 3>back and be done. <v Speaker 1>Yep. <v Speaker 3>That's that's a that's a long flight for someone who <v Speaker 3>doesn't like to travel already, that's a long flight, it is, but. <v Speaker 1>He'd probably sleep through most of it because on the <v Speaker 1>way back, you know what I mean, So like he's <v Speaker 1>this is this is hilarious. I just love camera. <v Speaker 3>Oh whish they would do some type of like just <v Speaker 3>what was it, like the Deity day of like for Brock. <v Speaker 3>I would. I would pay so much. I would pay <v Speaker 3>my annual subscription for Peacock. <v Speaker 1>I would to see that. I would too, just just <v Speaker 1>to see. But the reality of it, I don't want <v Speaker 1>it produced. I want footage follow him through the airport, <v Speaker 1>see how he deals with people, like yelling at him, <v Speaker 1>like trying to come up to him, just like I would. <v Speaker 1>I want to see brock Lesner in that scenario they have, <v Speaker 1>they haven't done it, to my knowledge of anything like <v Speaker 1>that with Brock, and I think there's a reason for that. <v Speaker 1>They don't want their stars to be I guess, portrayed <v Speaker 1>as unapproachable or that they don't like people, or because <v Speaker 1>there's you know, that's the opposite of what we tries <v Speaker 1>to portray. So it just brock Lesner is his own <v Speaker 1>entity and it's I just love everything about the guy. <v Speaker 1>Even when he's heel. He's the same guy essentially, except <v Speaker 1>he can smile right now. So god, this is but <v Speaker 1>this match is gonna be really good. But you and <v Speaker 1>I are in lockstep with this. That Roman Reigns retains, <v Speaker 1>but it's there's gonna be a lot of Paul Hayman <v Speaker 1>in terms of the finish here, and there's gonna be <v Speaker 1>a lot of question marks even though Roman Rerans retains <v Speaker 1>of who he was really trying to help. That's gonna <v Speaker 1>be the story coming out of this, I think. So yeah, <v Speaker 1>all right, well this this is gonna be a fun <v Speaker 1>pay per view. I'm not gonna be able to actually <v Speaker 1>watch it live, at least for part of it. I mean, <v Speaker 1>I have to quote unquote work my big boy job. <v Speaker 1>But I know some of you will be able to <v Speaker 1>a lot of most of us are going to probably <v Speaker 1>watch it on demand after the fact. But yeah, this <v Speaker 1>should be a good show. I mean, I know that <v Speaker 1>I kind of poop pooed on it a little bit <v Speaker 1>at the beginning, but I think that you have some <v Speaker 1>really solid matches, some really solid storylines. You have some <v Speaker 1>convoluted ones, but ultimately this is going to be pay <v Speaker 1>per view that there's gonna be a lot to talk <v Speaker 1>about on the background. <v Speaker 3>Yeah, yeah, I'm glad it's finally here and happening so <v Speaker 3>we can finally just kind of move on and let <v Speaker 3>the draft play out and just kind of see how <v Speaker 3>everything unfolds and just kind of go from there. <v Speaker 1>Definitely, So, Ashley, thank you so much for being here. <v Speaker 1>Before you leave. How does everyone get in touch with <v Speaker 1>you if you want to share it? Maybe your Twitter? <v Speaker 3>Yeah, of course, thank you so much for having me. <v Speaker 3>I'm feel free to follow me on Twitter at ash <v Speaker 3>m a n s. <v Speaker 1>Very good, very good. And Ashley, we'll have to have <v Speaker 1>you on soon. And again, I have no idea when <v Speaker 1>Survivor series is. I'm assuming it's like a four week span. <v Speaker 1>I mean maybe right the week before Thanksgiving is. <v Speaker 3>My guess, but oh yeah, probably. <v Speaker 1>Yeah, So we'll definitely have you on then, if not sooner. <v Speaker 1>And I know you occasionally pop on with Mimi on <v Speaker 1>the AEW Dynamite review that people love, So if anybody <v Speaker 1>wants to hear more of Ashley, you can at least <v Speaker 1>count on pay per views, but maybe even maybe even <v Speaker 1>sooner than that. So indeed, all right, thanks so much, Ashley, <v Speaker 1>have a good night. <v Speaker 3>Thank you too much. <v Speaker 1>Ye
