You know, you preseason last year you were more down on the team than we were in the preseason, and they ended up you kind of get were more ripe than we were this year. I thought you were kind of more optimistic maybe than a lot of our fans were. Did you feel vindicated by the game Saturday? Yeah?

Speaker 5: I think preseason I said nine to three, and then the South Carolina game happened, and I thought I looked like an idiot. But since then, you know, obviously two really good performances Georgia Ole Miss and then getting the job done against Ohio for me, you know, talk about.

I also want to talk some basketball because if you were online last night, either on on social media or on Kentucky Sports Radio dot com, and if you haven't seen this, I suggest you go watch UK Basketball least a seven minute video that was basically them. It was basically a day of what they called what is it camp banner not not hell camp, hell we banner camp Banner Camp. But more importantly, I thought it was fascinating because it was seven straight minutes of Mark Pope coaching and you ought to watch it because it's cool to see. But the most interesting part of it to me Ryan was listening to Mark Pope talk about offense. He basically was showcasing They were running up and down the floor and they basically run this play and they try to shoot as many threes over the course of time while running the play over a minute, and I think he said the first one they made, I guess they shot they made fifty seven points, which if you do the math, would be nineteen threes, and then the last minute they made seventy seven. And anyway, he was talking and this is what I found was interesting, and I know it is. There are people who are like, you gotta move on pastcal and I agree. But some of what's gonna happen this year is you're just gonna have to compare styles because we're gonna see we're gonna see a completely different turn your music up louder, Thank you man, we couldn't hear it with your windows road down.

That was basically what he said. And if you remember John Calipari had a different philosophy. He would say, if you're shooting threes and miss him, scoot in and shoot twos. That was his exact quote. I find it interesting they are going to live and die with that outside shot and the variance of our scoring RIND is going to be fascinating to watch.
