00:00:03 Speaker 1: Reality with the King is hosted by me, Carlos King. I'm an executive producer who have produced some of your favorite shows from the Real Housewives of Atlanta, New Jersey and my own creation, The Love and Marriage Franchise and Bell Collective. Every episode we recap reality television from the Real Housewives Franchise to The Bachelor or Selling Sunset, in addition to celebrity guests, whether in the unscripted space or scripted as well. 00:00:36 Speaker 2: Before we get into the Real Housewives of Atlanta recap, we have to do a round them applause to Angel Massey formerly the Real Housewives of Prtomac who has a news show, My screaming go frozen because I have to read the contents of this now. 00:01:00 Speaker 3: So if I'm frozen, Bear West, Yes, I do. Okay. 00:01:06 Speaker 2: The show is called House of Ease, which is a show about home healing over and the way we create a sense of a place. 00:01:18 Speaker 3: Angel Matthew announced that she is so. 00:01:20 Speaker 2: Happy to Homeworthy for trusting her vision and bringing the show to life. 00:01:25 Speaker 3: In addition to Color Creative, which is Easter Ray's. 00:01:28 Speaker 2: Company, and the show is called House of Ease and it will be available on home Worthy Dustin Ross, you were taxed along with me and the crew since this was announced yesterday because you told Claudia. 00:01:46 Speaker 3: Blue and Eye that you wanted to see a show. 00:01:49 Speaker 4: This is your fault money, this is your fault friend. 00:01:56 Speaker 3: I would like for you to do the honors. 00:01:58 Speaker 2: First of all, I want to say a math congratulations. But Dustin Rol, you wanted this type of show. 00:02:05 Speaker 3: And it has a arrived. What are your thoughts? 00:02:09 Speaker 2: And your angel Massy boys. 00:02:14 Speaker 5: Put my hand in my pocket like she has. 00:02:18 Speaker 6: Mm hmm, much like it was that little Boosy's daughter, a thug thug's daughter that got out of jail when he got out of jel. 00:02:26 Speaker 2: She was, like I told John Niggas, I told John. 00:02:32 Speaker 6: Niggas, I told y'all, number one Angel never worked on an ensemble cast because she doesn't have the personality that it requires for that formula. 00:02:43 Speaker 5: Right boom. Not a strike against her. 00:02:46 Speaker 6: I was clear about that from day one in my commentary on her. There were other things that were for her and just like I said, she didn't land it over on Homeworthy. Now, this is not the show that I envisioned for her, but it's a show that works for her. Nonetheless, that's a black woman working with a beautiful black family. 00:03:05 Speaker 5: Good for her, Good for Angel. 00:03:07 Speaker 6: My commentary on her was connected to her performance on Housewives. 00:03:10 Speaker 5: Y'all know one thing about d Ross. 00:03:12 Speaker 6: I ain't no motherfucking hater, you know what I'm saying at all, And I believe it's a place for everybody. It never was personal for me, so I don't want to see her fail. I'm happy that black woman got a job on television that's gonna make her happy, and they don't involve nobody else to get on her nerves because the show is about ease, and so she may she find that and may she keep that. 00:03:34 Speaker 5: Good for you, Angel, Yes, you're watching Claudia, you're watching dou y'all watching. 00:03:41 Speaker 6: Honestly, y'all gonna support the way y'all just talked all that shit about loving hip hop ending, y'all gonna support Angel show on homeworthy, y'all gonna watch. 00:03:49 Speaker 4: Okay, so what's homeworthy? But I'll find it because I struggle with sleeping, so. 00:03:58 Speaker 3: I'm so sorry. 00:04:00 Speaker 5: Well Cardi B said, putting us to be. 00:04:06 Speaker 7: I have ADHD, so sometimes I have to take a small dough some adderall. But then when you take adderall, especially the slow releasing. I find myself. It doesn't like early in the day, I'm like still tired, and then three four, five o'clock in the morning, then I am struggling up wide awake sending y'all memes at all hours. So again, we cannot be hypocrites here and doesn't thank you for putting us on blasts like that. We cannot, So I want you to have the job. I think that she would be great. I think this will be great to help and sleep aid people with ADHD, people that are just have trouble getting to sleep, because she has a very soothing voice. She definitely has a really soothing voice. Where when I was watching the promo, I think it was a one minute long I didn't really do a good job my makeup because I fell asleep doing my makeup when I was listening to it. So but I'm happy for her because she does not belong on Potomac. But there's a place for everyone, and I'm happy for er. I mean, I'm happy for angel. 00:05:06 Speaker 4: I am. 00:05:07 Speaker 7: I think I'm glad because she she they were putting her through it on that show and it wasn't fun to see her getting bullied, So I think that's good for her. 00:05:14 Speaker 4: And it's like all that h HG TV set. 00:05:17 Speaker 7: That's like, Oh, I'm going today, I'm going to make a We're gonna crochet. 00:05:21 Speaker 5: I like all that. I watched that, so I'm happy. 00:05:25 Speaker 4: That's cute. Good for her, listen less stressful. 00:05:29 Speaker 7: She doesn't have to buy that house in Maryland or Potomacs like they were talking about getting. 00:05:33 Speaker 4: She can stay in Colorado and the bomb ass house she got. It's a win win situation. I kind of want her to come back, though. Honestly, Oh girl Blue to loose Man. 00:05:45 Speaker 2: Are you watching? What are your thoughts on the new show that inga MASSI is on? 00:05:52 Speaker 7: Sure we got another hater in the chat I have to go off on in a second. 00:06:00 Speaker 8: Scared for you run look good for her? And yeah, good for her. 00:06:06 Speaker 2: Uh. 00:06:08 Speaker 9: The thing about Angel is I think Mercurial Mountain was a better idea. I really wish that we had gotten my Cure Mountain. I think Justin's idea. See I just called you Justin for the first time. 00:06:22 Speaker 5: Third album. 00:06:23 Speaker 6: That's a different means, so I'll get it. 00:06:28 Speaker 9: No, honestly, I won't be watching. However, good for her. There's a lot of things that I wish well that I won't be watching. I do watch all the homes. But to Claudius, for here's the thing. If the promo was entertaining, I actually would have watched. 00:06:42 Speaker 4: The promo was low energy. 00:06:44 Speaker 9: Yeah, I got tired watching the promo. I felt like charity, like, you know, feed the kids for twenty five cents. You two can help an angel stay relevant. 00:06:50 Speaker 7: They could recut it with more like they need to get like the Erica Kirk fireworks. 00:06:55 Speaker 4: You know what I'm saying, like. 00:06:58 Speaker 6: Started on her motherfucking uh crazy. Just don't get me started on her. I'm gonna try to be good tonight. 00:07:05 Speaker 9: Yeah, I mean she's not Ka Kirk. So I'll say that Angel is not Orka kurk Son. Look that something positive. I'm just I'm not a fan. I'm not a fan. I'm not a fan. 00:07:13 Speaker 5: And also, looking at she looked like she was in cats. Oh my god, she did she do? She looked like she was my cavity. You know what I'm saying. Anyway, I like entertainment. 00:07:25 Speaker 9: I will hate watch things that are entertaining. I don't find her entertaining. 00:07:28 Speaker 6: So this is not about me not looking which is a fair take, very fair, both fair people who. 00:07:37 Speaker 8: I don't like her entertaining get my time. 00:07:39 Speaker 9: You're boring and I don't like you, so you you have to pick a loss, like you can't lose twice with me? Right, So I'm not the audience for this because I like, you know, to be Justin maner. 00:07:51 Speaker 8: He did. 00:07:51 Speaker 9: I still think you owe him a fruit basket, a check something, because I don't think you have this without him. 00:07:57 Speaker 4: Maybe Dason can geest host on the show with her, and he can. 00:07:59 Speaker 6: Do you think I would you think I wouldn't slide my hand in my pocket and tip my hat to make amends I show because it was never personally. 00:08:08 Speaker 5: I always wanted her to have success. 00:08:10 Speaker 6: She just got on my fucking nerves on the show, saying shit like mercurio, you know, like yeah, but there was another space for her again I say it again. Black family, richest fuck out in Colorado, running that outfitter. That can be interesting if you put the right people on the property. 00:08:28 Speaker 5: Okay, that's a show. 00:08:30 Speaker 6: But if this show works for her, good great, another black person taking up space on homeworthy. 00:08:36 Speaker 5: We just got through. 00:08:37 Speaker 6: Talking about how with the Ellison family, y'all know what time it is, and you know what, this is bigger than just a bunch of bullshit to scarf at. And again, I personally feel like us trashing another opportunity for her is so hypocritical because our critique of her was, and I could speak for all of us on this panel, our critique of her was rooted in what we saw of her on Housewives. 00:08:58 Speaker 5: That's it. 00:08:59 Speaker 6: That's where it's started and stopped. It wasn't about us not wanting to see this woman have any success in life, you know what I'm saying, Like, that wasn't what the set was. It was about Yo, she's not interested on Housewives of Potmac do something else else, So let her do something else. I'm happy for her, good for her and her family. 00:09:19 Speaker 9: I wish it was just interesting. Honestly, I think for me, the minute Angel becomes interesting, I will come here and eat crow. I'm just waiting still. 00:09:28 Speaker 3: Well, it will be on Homeworthy very soon. 00:09:31 Speaker 5: And I was right. 00:09:35 Speaker 4: Isn't an app download, it's homeworks YouTube. 00:09:39 Speaker 3: It's on YouTube. And what will do to support Angel? We will recap the first episode? 00:09:44 Speaker 9: Quit who's recapping the first right? 00:09:52 Speaker 8: Drop? 00:09:54 Speaker 4: I don't have an attentive. 00:09:55 Speaker 8: No, I'm medicated. 00:09:59 Speaker 3: I'm pretty sure it's a thirty minute episode, so. 00:10:04 Speaker 8: Harlows I couldn't watch the sect sixty second promo. 00:10:08 Speaker 7: Right now, y'all, added Birmingham Love Marriage Hunts, Bill Bells, Real. 00:10:14 Speaker 4: Wilfus of Atlanta. You're killing me, Larry. 00:10:18 Speaker 8: You should do it. I think should be tribute. I think Dust should review. 00:10:23 Speaker 5: I'll do it. I'm down. I volunteer myself. I will definitely do it. 00:10:28 Speaker 7: The rain drafts that we were volting right now vaulted about to strike. 00:10:34 Speaker 3: I want to see the comments, lul look, bring the comments, rain drops. Let me know if you. 00:10:38 Speaker 2: Would like for the Monday Night Live crew to recap the first episode of Angel Masthy's Shop. 00:10:50 Speaker 7: Okay, fine, it's the bad economy. 00:10:54 Speaker 3: Not next topic. You got. 00:10:59 Speaker 6: God, she said her name was casual Music or something that means she do music. 00:11:05 Speaker 5: What if we skip your song? 00:11:07 Speaker 3: You know what I'm saying. 00:11:12 Speaker 7: I'm gonna I'm gonna be hypocritical support black women. So if we have to, If you want us to review the show, then god damn it, we're gonna review the show and we're gonna be doing damn good job of it. 00:11:24 Speaker 5: Thank you. 00:11:26 Speaker 3: Okay, all right, as we'll get back to. 00:11:30 Speaker 2: You with our recap of the first episode, because we are going to support this show. 00:11:35 Speaker 5: Now. 00:11:36 Speaker 3: One thing we are going to support is this. 00:11:39 Speaker 10: Incredible episode of The Royal Housewives of Atlanta are in Dallas and it was giving a diamonsty thing shout out to one of the best staple friend. 00:11:57 Speaker 3: Of Cynthia Bailey. 00:11:58 Speaker 5: Hell yeah. 00:12:00 Speaker 2: She opened up the episode with Adrian mloof okay, who is the real five of Beverly Hills, and look, Cynthia is a part of a tequila line that Adrian maloof I believe part owns, if not one hundred percent owns it. And there is something happening in Dallas where Cynthia has decided to invite the girls. So kicking things off, the girls are on a PJ okay and they're all looking fabulous and in this moment we're learning more about the dynamic between the ladies. I want to kick things off with your thoughts Blue when it comes to the ky Michelle Drew Black of it all because as Drew was in form I mean Porsche about her date with Black, Drew looked at Cay Michelle and said, you know him, that's your friend, and cay Michelle said, I don't know that man, and then they flashed back to cay Michelle telling Porsche that black was in her d MS that she never responded to. Is cay Michelle accurate because just because somebody is in your DMS, does that mean you actually know? 00:13:28 Speaker 5: Though? 00:13:29 Speaker 9: Well, for the don black viewers who are watching, when a black person says you know your little friend, that's not your friend, that's not how we use it when we say your friend. So if somebody you can't stand with, somebody you don't know, somebody who you think a question like dig on your friend that's not your friend. I think I'm gonna throw Drew some bail where she might have overspoke because Drew's is a provocateur naturally. 00:13:51 Speaker 8: I think she's just naturally a provocative girl. 00:13:53 Speaker 9: But Ca Michelle for me this entire episode and we'll get more into later on. In the episode, she seemed off her game, like if I felt like she felt nervous. She had never been on a girls trip before, and I think her nerves got the best of her. I also think that there's a familiarity. Drew can be over familiar sometimes and Ky Michelle is very cautious. That's a very bad combination. 00:14:17 Speaker 8: So I can. 00:14:17 Speaker 9: Already see why they're not a good duo. I do think the whole black thing was overstated. Though you were being friendly, she overstated the relationship. You could have just liked to like girls, not my friend. He just was in my da I mean, like, you could have made it whatever. But that was the first time I was like, Ooh, I don't think ky Michelle's here to have fun, Like I'm worried that she's not here to kei key. 00:14:34 Speaker 8: With the girls. 00:14:35 Speaker 9: And I think Picky also talking about her bankruptcy, which I've already been on the record and said, I love that Pinky is so honest about her business and her acumen. 00:14:44 Speaker 8: And even oh my. 00:14:46 Speaker 9: God, I forgot the young lady's name, the girl who wants to sell peaches with no peaches. 00:14:50 Speaker 8: Huh not Kelly, Yes, peaches with no peaches. That's gonna work. Even she was like, oh, listen to all these girls talk about bankruptcy. Up starting to feel like maybe I should have some business acumen. 00:15:00 Speaker 9: And I think the PJ conversation was very intimate and very like so bearing in a way that came a show was not prepared for and that that comment from Drew. 00:15:10 Speaker 8: Just showed how skitti she was. 00:15:12 Speaker 9: But I don't think that Drew did anything that warranted her being so, you know, she could have just laughed it off. 00:15:18 Speaker 8: I'm actually seeing Drew on this, even though Drew spoke. 00:15:22 Speaker 3: Claudia. 00:15:25 Speaker 4: Let me tell you about Black. Everybody know Black. I've talked to Black, okay, and we did not date. 00:15:31 Speaker 7: He was very much pushing that hookah line, which is so dope. I love first of all, Black Smoke, those little hooka things. 00:15:40 Speaker 8: Bomb, I have those. He's behind Black Smoke. 00:15:42 Speaker 4: That's his company, Okay on little black Smoke, Okay, okay, doesn't mean anything. 00:15:53 Speaker 7: I think that when he was getting his business up and running during COVID, he was reaching out to a lot of personalities, people that are very uh you know that I have uh, you know, followers on social media, and he being with someone like Black is kind of like being with the club promoter. They gotta they have anyone's numbers. They send you product. They trying to push a product, and it was very successful. Himitate my Braxton are really good friends. Like she's posted photos in front of his bomb at place in La he got, he got bread. 00:16:20 Speaker 3: I do think, may I ask what does for a living? 00:16:25 Speaker 8: What is he what? 00:16:26 Speaker 3: What does he do for a living? 00:16:27 Speaker 4: So he owns a company which is like a platable hookah. 00:16:30 Speaker 7: It's like a battery powered hookah. That's like it's like in a black and white packaging. It's called black Smoke, and it's made it's it's way. 00:16:39 Speaker 4: More healthy for you. It's not nicotine. 00:16:41 Speaker 3: It tastes great. 00:16:42 Speaker 7: It tastes really good, really good, like if it says peach is gonna taste like peach. 00:16:45 Speaker 5: Every wildly successful. 00:16:47 Speaker 6: He's made millions and millions and millions of dollars selling it. 00:16:50 Speaker 5: He set records. 00:16:51 Speaker 6: Think like how Stormy has had the success with Canvas Beauty. It's it mimics that his success with Black Smoke mimics you know that was him? 00:17:00 Speaker 5: Oh my god. 00:17:01 Speaker 7: Yeah, so that's the company. So I could see him getting in Camshell's DMS. It's I don't think there was a big deal about it. 00:17:07 Speaker 4: I can see that. What was your question outside of that? 00:17:11 Speaker 3: No, no, no, so not. It was really just that just in. 00:17:13 Speaker 2: Terms of the dynamic between Drew and came Michelle because spoiler alert, just based on what we've seen in interviews Drew and Came Michelle get into it, and from my understanding, this was the start of it and there's more to come when it comes to Black came Michelle and Drew. 00:17:39 Speaker 7: So during when they came in Dallas, both Cynthia and Drew him me up and Drew wanted me to come by and do some stuff, but I was working on one of my two B films, Shots to Black Directors in LA was going down and I couldn't make it back. 00:17:50 Speaker 4: But Drew did hit me and so that she she without telling me what we're down, because I don't. 00:17:55 Speaker 7: She just said it got real crazy, like it got really really really battened out. So apparently whatever we're gonna see next week is gonna be ten times worse than when it was like this was just like nothing apparent to that would happen. 00:18:08 Speaker 4: I just hated it because I feel like Drew was an easy target. 00:18:10 Speaker 5: I really do. 00:18:12 Speaker 7: I do, like, I don't know, Drew, don't bother me like that, And the same because I'm friends, I'm cool with her or whatever. I don't talk to Drew like that, like honestly, our relationship is not like that. But I just feel like there's a lot of worse things you could be on that show than. 00:18:26 Speaker 3: Drew store Dustin. 00:18:29 Speaker 5: Yeah, so fuck this scene. 00:18:31 Speaker 6: Let's have the Kym Michelle conversation, right, because I think that this scene speaks to that, which is the bigger conversation that needs to be had had rather, ky Michelle is struggling in. 00:18:43 Speaker 5: Connecting with the cast when it's not about her. 00:18:46 Speaker 6: When they're having conversations and she's talking about her her country music career, you know that she shigns when she's talking about that, When she's talking about her health challenges and the things that she's faced so on, like the butt Injexson's. 00:19:01 Speaker 5: And all that stuff. 00:19:02 Speaker 6: It's gripping and it's interesting because it's raw and it's real, but it's also about her. We've seen her shine in conflict during her love and hip hop days. We see her on Twitter raising hell, so we know that she thrives in conflict. 00:19:16 Speaker 5: Where she's struggling. 00:19:18 Speaker 6: It's connecting and just finding comfort being a member of an ensemble cast on the show like this, where it's not conflict driven as blatantly as it is on a show like what she may have previously been on and so you can see it in her fashion choices. She had on a beautiful red and white, you know, striped shirt and khakis, you know, and really calm hair choices and stuff like. 00:19:45 Speaker 5: You can tell she's. 00:19:45 Speaker 6: Trying to find her place in this slower paced environment. But there's challenges there that are surfacing that make her withdrawn, so to speak. Why what wasn't she comfortable coming to dinner just a few steps away without going through full glam again after she had gone through full glam for the travel. 00:20:05 Speaker 5: To the destination? Right? 00:20:07 Speaker 6: Why was she not not comfortable even showing up in full glam? I think it speaks to a bigger issue, which is her finding comfort on this cast. And maybe it's not a good thing. Maybe it's not a bad thing. We really have yet to see. It's something we'll only be able to tell with time. But there's an issue there, and I don't want it to be rooted in narcissism, right, that's my fear. I don't want to look at it as kamichelles and narcissist. And she's only you know, happy in scenes where it's about her and thriving about and the conversation is about her. I don't believe that that's what it is, right, But it's very easy to assume that when she pipes up the minute you talk about something that she is the center of. But I don't think it's that. I don't think it's narcissism. I think it's rooted in her just not being comfortable. It's no secret that she didn't have the best relationships with her cast members in previous situations she was in, and that's not just relative to her experience on Love and Hip Hop. Even on her solo show, Came Michelle, her solo show on VH one, she was in conflict with the cast members. She found out one of her day one people were stealing from her. She was in conflict with a woman that she was dating on and off on a show like it was rooted in conflict. So I want to see Cay Michelle just take a deep breath, maybe go out to Angel Massey's. 00:21:30 Speaker 5: I don't know, you know what I'm saying, but I want to see. 00:21:33 Speaker 6: Her find her trees, some wellness, take a deep breath, and then join the cast. From that perspective where we can really find out who came Michelle is outside of the Rye rad shit and outside of the lights of the big stage. 00:21:47 Speaker 5: So that's my piece. 00:21:50 Speaker 1: This is reality with the King, and I'm Carlos King. 00:21:54 Speaker 3: Let's get back into the show. 00:21:57 Speaker 4: I feel like she has. 00:21:58 Speaker 7: Two speeds right yeah and off and like nothing in the middle. And I know I have gone on the record saying I think she's gonna be star of the show. We're gonna to see them pivoting from this week because I agree with you, Gusta, and I did feel like she was uncomfortable in certain scenes. And you know, I think sometimes people come on to sell a show like that when they have like they're successful in other areas. They come in like maybe people are gassing them, like yo, you're about to run this shit. You about to be the new needy leaks on the show. Maybe she felt that way. I don't know, but I do feel like. 00:22:34 Speaker 4: I didn't like this episode that much for her, as like I liked last week. 00:22:38 Speaker 9: I don't think it's so I love that dog that'son said that he doesn't want to assume it's narcissism. What I'm thinking from is something else. 00:22:45 Speaker 8: I picked up fear. 00:22:47 Speaker 9: I think she's a fear of intimacy. I don't think it's narcissism or them gassing her. I think that she started off and I'll never forget this. We talked about the first episode, right and how she didn't really get a proper package and everything. One of the first things that she started off with is the women in Atlanta have treated me horribly. She chose to make that her intro. The women in Atlanta have treated me horribly as someone who has not prospered in certain clique environments. 00:23:15 Speaker 8: Shout out to DC. 00:23:16 Speaker 9: When you have pain around how certain cliques of women treat you, you are almost scared to be intimate with them because you're scared of being made fool again. And I think that what I saw is that private jet conversation got very intimate finances as black women on the television show is a very intimate topic. Every time it is not about her and her pain trauma like you would mentioned Dustin, and though they're being intimate and vulnerable, that seems to be the trigger that shuts her down. She can't do intimacy with women right now, and we've seen her in so many shows that explain that trigger. So it's not to throw her bail, it's just to say. I don't think it's sinister or narcissistic. I think that she doesn't even know how to be intimate with women anymore. I think groups of women she doesn't trust it instinctively because she's been stolen from, she's been lied to, she's been despaired, she's been called. 00:24:06 Speaker 8: The whore, all types of things. 00:24:07 Speaker 9: So when she sees that Portia and Pinky, even when Pinky and Angela had their argument, but they were able to talk about that later, able to squash it and move it on. I don't think she's ever been allowed to do that, dance with women and have a nasty moment and come on the other side. And so that intimacy that the Atlanta girls have that we don't give them credit for because these girls were arguing, fight and then we'll see them at brunch off season, right. I don't think she's built for the intimacy of Atlanta, and I think she underestimated how much they are real with each other off screen and intimate with each other even on screen. 00:24:38 Speaker 3: Well, let's get into that. Let's get into that because one thing that. 00:24:43 Speaker 2: And listen, we can jump around this episode too, because listen, they get to the house in Dallas, and you know, Cynthia is showing them the rooms and Cynthia's system. 00:24:53 Speaker 3: Down and they have conversation about the room. 00:24:56 Speaker 2: At the end of the day, Cynthia gave the pool house to Samiyah and Kelly. Right now, I want to set the set where we are chron of logically in the episode because I want to stay on Kiy Michelle so that it doesn't something we're going back and forth on it. One of the things that I want to talk to you guys about was ky Michelle did not want to go to the dinner because she didn't have lamb. 00:25:21 Speaker 3: And the reason why I want to just stick. 00:25:24 Speaker 2: There with the Ky Mishelle topic is because with all the stuffy guys are saying, do you feel like that notion? I don't go anywhere without my hair and makeup? 00:25:36 Speaker 3: Do you do? 00:25:37 Speaker 2: And I start with you Blue, do you think ky Michelle's choice of not going to a dinner to where. 00:25:44 Speaker 3: These girls get down? 00:25:45 Speaker 2: Listen, the Atlanta Girls, the Atlanta Housewives, their dinners are a Claudia knows this being a part of the show. Well, b eyelashes lace front down sometime a different wig. 00:25:59 Speaker 3: So if I'm. 00:26:00 Speaker 2: New to this shop, and I know these are some bad bitches, right, did her did her reluctance going to the dinner without glam to you feel like they had a lot to do with how she is trying to find her way with the set of girls opposed to her experience on love and hip hop. 00:26:26 Speaker 9: Yeah, because up until we have this conversation, I was confused because Dustin said earlier you had glam to get on. 00:26:32 Speaker 8: The jat girl your losses to stole on. 00:26:34 Speaker 5: What's the problem. 00:26:35 Speaker 9: And then there was a woman where she got quiet and she said, I can't even do my I don't even straighten my own hair, I don't do my own lip, I don't do anything. And this is the thing that women and Claude can attest to this when a woman feels off kilter. Glam can be an armor for us. Glam can very much be an armor for us. Where what did Rihanna say? You might out whatever mean, but you can't outdress me, you know what I mean? Glam is an armor for women. And I can't see if someone like Michelle who her manipulating her appearance making herself a gorgeous She's a beautiful woman, right, but she is known to manipulate her appearance in order to be strong and to feel confident, and she's talked about how that can be her downfall. 00:27:12 Speaker 8: If you're in a space where everybody's being super intimate. 00:27:15 Speaker 9: And you feel off kilter, and now they're getting their face beat to the gods and the fresh wig and fresh slashes and next. 00:27:22 Speaker 5: Y and Z. 00:27:23 Speaker 8: Now I feel like I'm sweaty from the PJ. 00:27:27 Speaker 9: I don't want to get intimate with these girls, and I don't look like I don't look fabulous enough to sit there and not say anything like like a phager does all the time. I do think that, now that I'm thinking about it, it didn't make sense in the moment, But I do think that not having the glam thing was another hint that this is an intimacy issue. I think this trip, if it evolves, the more intimate the girl and you guys can do a drinking game, the more intimate the girls become. 00:27:50 Speaker 8: I see Cam Michelle shutting down more and more or being activated. 00:27:55 Speaker 9: To Justustin's point, it's either you're shutting off or you're activated. Because Claudia said there's only two buttons me either active or I'm off. 00:28:01 Speaker 8: I don't think she does. 00:28:03 Speaker 6: I just want her to get out of her head about it, I do. I just want her to get out of her head about thinking that these women are like this and over here so different from this, and just be yourself and just come into this thing just raw and just one hundred percent you. I'm not talking about the glam because that I respect that. Like people want to be presented in a way where they feel their best representing themselves and are confident, and that gets deep, So I respect that, Like, get your glam, but like, stop acting like this is just all deff, Like I don't know. You only get so much for me speaking for myself as a viewer, right, you only get so many episodes of that excusing your withdrawing behavior. After a while, you gotta suck it up. You're a professional, you know what show you on. Get in the game with these women and really start engaging, show us your funny personality. Laugh, like, like say something other than safe sex and paychecks. I'm tired of hearing that tagline, Like just just just get in there and start being yourself and let the viewers and these women get to know you in a way that will serve you as opposed to being with drawn waiting because it looked like you're sitting back waiting on a conflict so you can pop off and do your thing. You know what I'm saying, And I don't again shout out to your incredible interview with Porstcha Carlos or Poor Porsa said, I think that Kym and Schelle is going to look back at this situation and feel like she didn't play this first season correctly. I feel like she's sitting back waiting on a motherfucking moment to pop off or golf on somebody. 00:29:32 Speaker 5: I felt like the fight with Drew was an easy, lazy play. 00:29:37 Speaker 6: He low hanging fruit, and I feel like it just speaks to her sitting and she's already said she's sitting back just She said this in her interviews that she's done on her press runs for of Atlanta season seventeen, how she was really observant this season and she sat back and just watched how everybody was moving and watch what was going on. And you can tell that while she was watching whatever was going on, she was waiting on her opportunity to jump in the ropes, so to speak. You know what I'm saying, and I feel like shely only saw a window of opportunity to do that through conflict with another cast member when ky Michelle is so funny. That's what we love about her because in her verbal combat with these other people in her past, humor has been a big strength, a big tool in her toolkit. Right, So we want to see her be funny. We don't have to see her fight with people. And I wish she would just find the middle ground and just show up as that and stop sitting back waiting, because it appears that. 00:30:37 Speaker 5: Her withdrawn. 00:30:40 Speaker 6: Positioning in this show right can be perceived different ways that I don't think is fair to her because I don't think it's rooted in some of the ways that it can be received. Do you think you better than them? Are you NURCISSI sick? Do you only want to talk on this about you? 00:30:53 Speaker 5: You know? 00:30:53 Speaker 6: Are you only conflict centered and driven? I think it's a lot of ways we could take that so that we could be wrong in just want to give her a fair shot, and I don't think that she's contributing to that with her behavior and this thing. 00:31:06 Speaker 7: The first time she withdrew herself from a dinner because she did the same thing at Porsche's house, right, So you either. 00:31:12 Speaker 4: Are that bitch or you're not that bitch. 00:31:14 Speaker 7: Okay, So if you want to go on here like I'm above these girls, I'm on the country music charts on this, I that in the third which you are. 00:31:22 Speaker 4: Oh, it should be okay if I'm that girl with. 00:31:25 Speaker 7: These places, I can show up to a scene with no makeup on, no lashes, lashes, bob tucked under or not. It should not matter, like you should be bob nothing, go ahead. 00:31:45 Speaker 4: Hair hat. 00:31:46 Speaker 7: So yeah, Like I feel like I get confused a little bit about her because it's like, on one hand, you're like looking down on people because of your accolades, which you do have many, But then you're also insecure about showing up to a scene at a day her with the girls without full glamb But you just did a thing with Kelly and Shamiyah without the same glam. 00:32:06 Speaker 4: So I don't know what that's about. 00:32:08 Speaker 7: I do know that on these shows, I mean, listen, the women are held under such unrealistic expectations, you know what I mean, Like you can't have one bad hair day where it's gonna be a mean fifteen fourteen, twelve thirteen, twelve years later. Okay, okay, they do do that, that is true, but I guess we and I also do think cam Michelle feels like she's still in loving hip hop's extra she's extra sensitive and that was a very hostile environment. Even though we said we didn't want to show canceled. It is what let's call spade to spade was very It was very hostile for her and she was, I have to say this, very hostile towards others. 00:32:44 Speaker 4: Also, the face with some flowers was not cool. 00:32:46 Speaker 5: So I think you ever, Memi, why she ain't fucked her up when she did that? 00:32:50 Speaker 4: Man, I'd be like me, me did she said that? 00:32:56 Speaker 3: So Colonia knows me obviously more intimate than I do. 00:33:01 Speaker 2: But to know Mimi is to know, like Dustin, remember when jos Lene through the drink at her face. 00:33:09 Speaker 3: It was like, so, me, me. 00:33:13 Speaker 2: You have to you. Mimi has to give a fuck about you in order for it to come out. Like when she bits Stevie J's ear, right, it's it's it's because that's that's that's the father of her kid. 00:33:27 Speaker 3: And she felt vearns and whatever. 00:33:30 Speaker 2: So when it came to came and showed that moment me me, I mean not me me, Claudia Tima got this wrong. 00:33:36 Speaker 3: Mimi only pops off and she gives. 00:33:38 Speaker 2: A fuck, and Mimi doesn't give a funk by a lot of people. 00:33:43 Speaker 5: I get it that. 00:33:47 Speaker 6: I was her thorns and shipped them heavy leaves, and I'm you know, my allergy is bad anyway. 00:33:52 Speaker 5: So plants and ship hit me. 00:33:58 Speaker 7: Should have responded differently, and I told her, I'm like, yo, what the fuck? 00:34:02 Speaker 3: Why would you not? 00:34:03 Speaker 5: Like? 00:34:03 Speaker 7: She should have done that, just like I should have smacked Jennifer Williams my face when she Oh, my biggest regret on reality TV should have happened and with me me, she should have done something in that moment because she had every right to. She would have been justified. The audience would have forgiven her. They're like, oh, I get it. You ain't hit me in the faith, No, goddamn roses. 00:34:23 Speaker 5: Hell fuck no, Jennifer. 00:34:27 Speaker 9: Williams catching this trade is wild, Okay. 00:34:32 Speaker 6: Jennifer Williams got disrespected for years on Basketball Wise because she let that girl walk around at table on her I don't remember what season it was, but I just tweeted about it. 00:34:42 Speaker 5: Earlier today. 00:34:43 Speaker 6: She should have beat that girl's ass that year, that the girl that said that she was either two bedroom apartment or whatever. 00:34:49 Speaker 5: Which what's wrong with a two bedroom apartment at Harlem? What's wrong with the bob? Nothing but Jennifer Williams. 00:34:57 Speaker 6: Letting that ship slide, letting that disrespect slide, led to years of relentless disrespect on basketball wives. 00:35:05 Speaker 5: She should have whooped that girl ass in it. 00:35:08 Speaker 7: Yeah, I think that would have been good for her, and then moving forward and made her less obnoxious. 00:35:13 Speaker 4: I think that would I think that would have been good. Hey hey, hey, hey, y'all. 00:35:18 Speaker 7: Told me to go get a drink, and I did it and then I drank and now you don't get. 00:35:22 Speaker 5: I want to go get another one. Honestly, I really want to like this clip. 00:35:26 Speaker 8: No, I'm starting. 00:35:29 Speaker 4: Can I share my truth? I've never said that before. I've been holding on sense since twenty fifteen. When you put me on the next fifteen, I bit just traumatized me. I understand, I understand That's what I'm saying. 00:35:42 Speaker 3: I allowed you to speak. I was just going to transition. 00:35:46 Speaker 4: Okay, topic which is thinking. 00:35:51 Speaker 6: And Kelly, Okay, what about them? Because I have comments Okay, so. 00:35:56 Speaker 3: I'm gonna start with you, Dustin. 00:35:57 Speaker 2: So Cynthia Gaye should me and Kelly b pool house. 00:36:04 Speaker 3: Smia said it was a stain on her bed. 00:36:06 Speaker 2: She called her husband Gerald, Gerald gave very much girl bye. 00:36:11 Speaker 3: I got girls Gerl Gerald is not into it. 00:36:16 Speaker 2: Kelly calls Frick and cracked back. Pinky got the tiny house? Does it started with view? What do you think about Shamia and Kelly behavior when it came to their room assignment. 00:36:34 Speaker 5: I think they dragged it. 00:36:36 Speaker 6: I do No, I'm the person who I'm not going for no dirty accommodations whatsoever. So I feel you on that and that is not It ain't like Cynthia made the damn bed, you know what I'm saying. 00:36:46 Speaker 5: So it's not like she chose the dirty sheets. That is a fact. 00:36:51 Speaker 6: Like if the room was not up to the cleanliness standard that anyone would expect, right then that is normal and understandable. What you're not gonna do now? Feel like this is your portal into poking at Cynthia. Cynthia is not a person who is looking for conflict. 00:37:07 Speaker 5: On that show. 00:37:07 Speaker 6: She will get in there and do what she has to do, but she would much rather get along and we all know that so and y'all could point those and by y'all, I mean Shamiyah and Kelly. They could have pointed those fingers of we're looking for a part a conflict party at a lot of other people on the cast, not Cynthia. She's a friend of she's hosting the show, the trip, let. 00:37:30 Speaker 5: Her do that right. 00:37:31 Speaker 6: I'm gonna give Kelly a pass for this trip because when she talked at the pool, when she was pull side with Samiyah and kay Michelle and at Jack Daniel's bottle, she literally said how she was in the throes of what was going on with her ex husband and he had just like set up a literal protest, which I remember seeing in the media during that time with picket signs with their children's faces and shit that actually happened. And that kind of goes beyond the caddy shit on the show. So I'm gonna give Kelly a little bit of a pass for her attitude during that time. 00:38:07 Speaker 5: But they both, Kelly and Shamiah. 00:38:11 Speaker 6: Could be so interesting in their own right right without looking to be the sour puss of the group together. That's what it feels like. It feels like they are Debbie Downers on the cast, and Kelly has so much personal story right now during this time, we. 00:38:29 Speaker 5: Should see her. 00:38:31 Speaker 6: Where are the scenes with Randy Kessler in the law firm. Where are the scenes of you sitting down at a picnic table with your great on are your grandmama or your mom or whoever, crying talking about what's going on? Where are the scenes where you're on your cell phone with the ex husband hollering because he won't film with y'all. But we still get to see you in the throes of that, so that we're attached to that part of your story and we don't have to be depending on you attaching yourself to whatever little petty, whatever. 00:38:58 Speaker 5: Shit is going on amongst the cast for yourself to be relevant on the show. 00:39:02 Speaker 6: You know, I would love to lean into Kelly's personal story. Shemia is a different case. Let Smia just be rich and happy, that's it, and show your ties that bind with the cast that go years back. 00:39:15 Speaker 5: Be that person Shamiah Shuit. 00:39:16 Speaker 6: Really, instead of trying to argue with Cynthia, she needs to be studying Cynthia because that's. 00:39:21 Speaker 5: The role that Shamiah needs to try to play. Amongst this cast. 00:39:24 Speaker 6: Okay, that's where she could see success, which we as evidenced in season sixteen episodes one and two. Right when Shemia was presiding, had all the ladies upstairs in that room in her house. She said porscha and drew down to talk it out amongst the cast. That's the version of Shemiah that works in this cast. The rest of this shit, I don't know how it's gonna turn out. 00:39:46 Speaker 2: I normally let you guys go first before I stepped in, but out almost my thought. I had an aha moment, Dustin what you said, because that is who she was. 00:39:58 Speaker 3: In the beginning of season six sixteen. 00:40:00 Speaker 2: I forgot that she was the one, and I'm talking about Shimiya. Samia introduced us to Bret Edie and to Kelly, and they had that scene at the restaurant, and she was the one that literally had the graphic that they had. 00:40:14 Speaker 3: In post production where she connected the dots. 00:40:17 Speaker 2: Like this person knows that person and I know this person and we were like, well, are these all your friends? 00:40:24 Speaker 5: Yeah? 00:40:24 Speaker 2: So to your point, I never thought about that. It's interesting because unfortunately that's not going to happen this season. Based on my interview with Porsche, where Porsche, by the way. 00:40:38 Speaker 5: For watching it. 00:40:39 Speaker 3: It's doing very well. 00:40:40 Speaker 5: It was great, Thank you. It was a good. 00:40:51 Speaker 3: Go on my Instagram. 00:40:53 Speaker 2: So what is interesting, though, is Porsche did say that should Mia just something so low down and unwarranted that she won't ever speak to her again. 00:41:06 Speaker 3: That is that bad. They can work in the same place, but she won't speak. 00:41:11 Speaker 2: And I believe Angela Oakley and some other people during the press run said that Shamia pretty much is the villain this season. So when you talk about Shamiah, what's so interesting is and I even said this to Portia, I do't no almost talking about the fact that we have yet to see this is what five the fifth episode, we have yet to see Portia and Shmia interact. And they've known each other since they were fourteen years old, so I know what's. 00:41:39 Speaker 3: To come later right later. 00:41:42 Speaker 2: I'm still struggling with what is going on to where you ladies are the same house and you guys won't even speak to each other. And I am intrigued with the idea that what made Shamilla the fan favorite at the top of the season last season is what Dustin said, and that is she connected the doc and she appeared to be the Cynthia Billy of the group. 00:42:09 Speaker 3: But starting with you Blue, do you think do you think. 00:42:12 Speaker 2: Smilla's rise is tumbling a little bit because of her association with Kelly and then seeing how she refused to go to the dinner that oh, that veteran Cynthia Belly you know, was hosting at this home on the trip. 00:42:33 Speaker 9: I think that sometimes when people bond over disdain or envy towards a big fish, they overestimate how compelling they are joining forces. And I think that Samiyah being the fan favorite last year, with Kelly being the one who got her first lick in when she said, so, why did you take that lady's husband? 00:42:54 Speaker 5: Ye? 00:42:55 Speaker 8: I think when Portia and Shamia. 00:42:57 Speaker 9: Fell out, whether it's conscious or subconcrent, I can only speculate. I think that Kelly thought me taking Porscha's bestie, the BFF and the pilot. I'm still not over that that BFF thing messed with my spirit, irked my spirit. 00:43:11 Speaker 8: It felt like a bad omen right. 00:43:13 Speaker 9: I think they thought that they were gonna be the new freaking frack I thought. I think that they thought that because Shemiah is a fan favorite and Kelly's only already on the record having no issue taking looks at Porsia. 00:43:24 Speaker 8: They thought that two versus. 00:43:25 Speaker 9: One, that any kind of side eye that Porscha got from her last relationship, the two of them could take Porsche down, because who better to take you down than your best friend of several decades. I think they overestimated how likable them as a duel would be. I think Cynthia being in Cynthia like a water sign because she has great instincts. 00:43:45 Speaker 3: I think Cynthia. 00:43:50 Speaker 9: Yeah, because you know why I'm saying that, because I think when Cynthia put them in the house, my first thought is I would have done the same thing, because there's something about the way that they're clicking up. 00:43:57 Speaker 8: This is exhausting, and she thought that she could them in that house. That's what I think. 00:44:01 Speaker 9: I would have contained them in the little House of Horrors as well if I was Cynthia. So I think Cynthia Bailgi putting them in that house was a brilliant idea because it's a questioned them and stopped them from being able to poke at Porsche and undermine the collective. So I think putting them in that space made perfect sense. I also think that because they think as a duo they're so funny, like they think they're funnier than they really are. They're funny, but they're even funnier in their own minds. They've been in this echo chamber talking about Porsche for so long that when it was time for the show to start, they thought they had a one up because I have a fan favorite who is the only person who's tether to the star of the show, which is Porsche and me, and you could take her down because they know I'm not scared, right, I'll climb her leg and beat her out. So they overestimated. That's why I think Kelly's working so hard to have problems with Porsche. Even when Porscha sent those flowers that to me was still kind of weird. The flowers were nice while you being so weird about it. I think it's gonna go poorly because I think Pinky is a wild card in all of this. I think if Pinky was not on the show and Shemiah and Kelly were able to nip at Porsha's heels like the two little cho wobbers that they're being right now, and Kay Michelle was able to have that combative thing that she wanted. The show might have gone in the way that Ky, Michelle and uh what's her name? Shemiah and Kelly all thought. Pinky being so authentic cracked open a window in the entire cast. Pinky being so authentic immediately made the intimacy front street. Pinky being so bout it about it immediately made the girls feel like, oh, we could tell so, and then Kiki afterwards it brought us. It's almost like Pinky and Angela are the two headed savior of the show because Angela is just fucking amazing and Pinky's so real that the two of them together, you're now seeing the old show that we love. But I don't think the two girls that were in cahoots planned on that. So Key Michelle shout up to fight, Kelly and Shamia shouted up to fight, but their. 00:45:54 Speaker 8: Shadow boxing and they look crazy. That's my theory. Does that make sense, guys? 00:46:00 Speaker 5: Perfect sings to me. 00:46:04 Speaker 7: I think Kelly and Shemia do have reasons to have issues with Porsche because I already told y'all my tea between Kelly and Porsche. I was proven right because even Porscha said that I wasn't lying about that. Okay, there was a man now, Okay, I will never blastom because these good people, and I think Shmi has a reason to feel away. I just feel like it's not coming off good because of the show. Again, I go back to the reality of it all. It is a TV show, y'all, and things will be shot in a way where you know, we're supposed to like these people and not like these people. I think they have a right to have issues with Porsche and it's it's legit. I don't even know if they even have to try to take her out. They have real reasons in real life to have an issue. It's not coming off well on the show. It's not and I do think they were valid and having issues with their room. 00:46:59 Speaker 4: Of course, it wasn't Cynthia's fault. It's all it's all the production. 00:47:02 Speaker 7: And honestly, Cynthia probably didn't even really pick that room for them. That of course was production, y'all. 00:47:09 Speaker 3: I disagree with you, I. 00:47:13 Speaker 2: Mean, I emphatically disagree with you that production told Cynthia to give the pool house to Kelly and Shamia, because oh go ahead, I'm sorry. 00:47:28 Speaker 4: I was saying my experience on reality shows. I remember we went to Philippines. 00:47:32 Speaker 7: I was told I had to put Phedra in a nice room because she was going through divorce, and I was like. 00:47:37 Speaker 4: Fuck that bitch. 00:47:38 Speaker 2: Like I don't know, I'm not saying any of the that does not exist. All I'm saying is because I agree with you, Base Listen, I agree with you in the sense of, yes, there are things that meet sbi all. 00:47:50 Speaker 3: I'm saying that's only cut you off. 00:47:53 Speaker 2: Disagree with you about the room selection because Cynthia is such a vet and and you saw Cynthia, because the thing. 00:48:02 Speaker 3: Is this Cinthy. 00:48:04 Speaker 4: She was looking like she was like damn, but. 00:48:06 Speaker 2: Yeah, she's try because in my opinion, I think Cynthia knew is either freaking frack or me and Kelly, and I think I. 00:48:13 Speaker 3: Think Cynthia struggled with which one it could be. 00:48:17 Speaker 2: So that's why I think that Cynthia, by her own merit, did it. But listen, you and our Prince with Cynthia were asking tomorrow I'll text her now. 00:48:30 Speaker 4: But that's just my opinion. It's my opinion, and I don't know. 00:48:35 Speaker 7: I sometimes break the fourth wall on these shows, and I'm sorry if I kind of ruin it for some people that are viewers of these reality shows. But a lot of times I'm here to speak for the people that have to do things on these shows when it may not be their first mind. I mean, I've had you on some shows do something that was against what my gut was telling me was the right thing the jew and guess who has to pay for it? Two three, four, five, six, seven, eight, twelve years later you do. And so I'm here to be the person that says, hey, guys, sometimes it ain't what y'all think it is. 00:49:12 Speaker 4: And it ain't like, you. 00:49:14 Speaker 7: Know, people be getting demonized for choices or or or given credit for choices that was production saying. If we do this, we already know these two feel like outsiders. It's going to elevate that. It's going to make of course, it's going to make an issue happen. 00:49:30 Speaker 4: Of course, the. 00:49:31 Speaker 7: Room not being one hundred percent is going to make an issue. I just look at it a little bit differently because I've had to be the person where I had to do things not with your Carlos, but on shows where I had to do things where I didn't feel like I wanted to do that or was wrong, but I still had to do it because I'm on a contract for the. 00:49:47 Speaker 4: Show, right, and so it and it is genius because that's what good producers do. That's what good production companies do. 00:49:54 Speaker 7: They do these things because if they didn't and it was all kumba yah, we wouldn't have an episode to talk about. 00:50:01 Speaker 4: I'm here as the reality the former person. 00:50:03 Speaker 2: But that's why I love you being here because no, again, I was only disagreeing about the real selection. 00:50:11 Speaker 4: Yeah, you can ask her. Is that who your interview with this week is? 00:50:17 Speaker 3: No tomorrow? 00:50:21 Speaker 8: Do you a quick question before you continue? 00:50:23 Speaker 9: Do you think that I love that you said that they have a good reason because I love that you're humanizing them in that way. But do you think that Porscha not taking the bait is why. 00:50:29 Speaker 8: They look bad? 00:50:32 Speaker 4: Not taking the bait. 00:50:33 Speaker 9: Pora's not giving big nasty reactions, She's keeping it point she is, And so that's the chink in the wheels that if you have a valid reason but the other person's not arguing, you do look crazy by yourself. 00:50:44 Speaker 7: Of course, Yeah, and I do think and kudos to Porsia for not taking the bait. I think she's a reality that with Shemia and and Kelly and I. 00:50:53 Speaker 4: So Porscha knows exactly how to like listen, she's really good at what. She's really good at reality. 00:51:00 Speaker 7: She knows like, if I give you nothing, you have nothing. Yeah, if I give you nothing, then you're gonna look stupid. Whether you're valid or not is not'ing the point. It's what the fans are gonna see. The finished product is I gave you nothing, y'all over there. She probably knows they talking about her. 00:51:17 Speaker 5: That's car being a vet. 00:51:19 Speaker 6: That's carbbing season and knowing what you're doing, which is why she gave that interview the way she did in Carlos's space when she was asked about k Michelle. 00:51:28 Speaker 5: Porscha didn't terror Ca Michelle up or get all nasty. 00:51:31 Speaker 6: She just was like, you know what, I think she's gonna look at that differently once it is, and I think she's gonna do things differently next season. 00:51:39 Speaker 5: That reflects the Porscha that we're getting right season. Whyse you know what I'm saying. 00:51:45 Speaker 6: We might miss some of the old Porsche, you know what I mean, But this is where we're at and it reflects I think based on what she stated in that interview with Carlos, it reflects where she's at in life right now. 00:51:57 Speaker 7: And I'm right now, that's what's very frustrating to a lot of people that are on reality TV. You come on there and like what your reality is sometimes is not necessarily what we will see as viewers. 00:52:08 Speaker 5: Okay, I can stop. 00:52:10 Speaker 2: You there too, just because I agree with you. Okay, With that being said, it's not the onus on the vent to come at you with what's what? 00:52:23 Speaker 3: What's your issue with me? 00:52:24 Speaker 2: I think the reason why if I can like peel things back, I think the reason why the audience feels like, okay, Kelly, are you confessional gangster? 00:52:32 Speaker 3: Because you know you call you said freaking practice whack. 00:52:37 Speaker 2: I would have preferred if Kelly went to the dinner saying I think both ches are whack. 00:52:42 Speaker 3: Okay, we let's talk about it. 00:52:44 Speaker 2: And I think Portia, yeah, I think, like, well, what's good, let's talk about it. But because we also give it to too is a confessional gangster. And that's the reason why I think my advice is should me and Kelly the season already wrapped and we'll see what happens next week. Because there was a preview of Kelly versus Shamia, so maybe happen next week. I do think the problem, though, is and that's why I had to ask portion like, it's weird that I'm watching this season and you two are even like talking. And I think if Shamiyah was able to say, hey, friend, can we talk, all we know based on Shamia is. 00:53:26 Speaker 11: M hm, Carlos, this show okay, you know, So for me. 00:53:40 Speaker 2: Listen, no Shay, So for me, because I agree with you, Claudia, I feel like this is the thing. If I'm new to reality show and I know this chick is a that I'm going to take her off for game, I'm gonna say, hey, cause let's be clear now, I'm gonna follow. 00:53:57 Speaker 4: Where the star is exactly. 00:54:00 Speaker 2: If I'm me or Kelly and I've gone to Porsche, the face of this franchise and say I got a problem with you, says, we all gonna be like, what's good? 00:54:11 Speaker 3: So I do think the issue is I love Shami and Kelly. 00:54:15 Speaker 2: I'm and and I will go on record saying I know for a fact that they do have a friendship, whether whether to Claudia's point before, whether or not it's being believe based on what's happening in real life. 00:54:32 Speaker 3: They are like there are thickest thieves. 00:54:35 Speaker 7: But it does seem like they like each other for real, and it doesn't still be hating Portia. 00:54:39 Speaker 8: Look, can we be honest. 00:54:40 Speaker 4: It may have started with being anti Porsche, but I do think. 00:54:45 Speaker 8: You have a mutual enemy and we got tight. 00:54:47 Speaker 9: I see that happen all the time, where we have a shared enemy and then we become tight. 00:54:51 Speaker 5: Yeah. I don't nobody like that. 00:54:53 Speaker 6: If I don't, if I don't like somebody, don't be trying to team up with me, nigga, No like you. That's when you you do that on your own. Because I don't trust neither one of y'all. I would never trust a person that reached out to me because they knew that I had a problem with somebody else to try to have some sort of camaraderie, Like that's the first person that will do you in. You know what I'm saying, Like no, no. 00:55:14 Speaker 5: No, no no no no no no. 00:55:15 Speaker 3: No, yes, I'm sorry. 00:55:19 Speaker 7: Real quick, Kelly and Samiam if you want this to go in your well, it's too late. 00:55:25 Speaker 4: There's the seasons, dirty wrap. 00:55:26 Speaker 3: But but Claudia Reunion reunion advice. 00:55:29 Speaker 4: Okay, reunion advice. I like both of you. I actually like the cast right for the most part. 00:55:37 Speaker 7: You cannot just like be a gangster in Confessionals, but be just as gangster in the scene face to face like Angela Oakley was, or you were gonna look silly like you have to give the same energy, or you leave the door wide open for people to talk trash about you. And that goes for everybody on the cast. Like if you all big and bad and banging on your chest and stuff, when you and your confessions it's funny, we gonna key can laugh for a second, but I'm sorry. I don't have no respect for no one that doesn't do it to your face. 00:56:04 Speaker 4: That's what makes a read a read. 00:56:06 Speaker 7: You ain't reading nobody if you say it with producers, craft services, make up touch ups. Oh can I do that again? I didn't really say it. They want to say it because that happens to you in those confessionals. But when you can say it bam on the spot with no studies, to the person's face and they. 00:56:22 Speaker 4: Have a reaction, that's when you are real. That's when you're real one. 00:56:26 Speaker 7: So you have to and I like you guys both, but y'all the same energy. Y'all giving your confessions, do it to the person's face and you'll have way more respects. And then people can't really poke holes in the theory, they can't kill you, confessional gangster. 00:56:38 Speaker 5: I agree. 00:56:39 Speaker 2: So speaking of reads, we got again to Angela Slope League. 00:56:46 Speaker 3: And happy Birthday. Angela is literally her birthday today, say happy birth. 00:56:50 Speaker 5: Every birthday, birthday. 00:56:52 Speaker 3: It was a birthday. 00:56:55 Speaker 2: So as of today, I'm only referring to Angela Oakley as Angela Goatlie because and I'm a star with Claudia Jordan on this one, because she is a part of the most iconic reas Atlanta house spots every sin and I want to get Claudia Jordan's POV about this read down between Pinky and the Angela Goatleie. So Pinky to me and I love Pinky. Pinky definitely had a bit of a tube a pond entry of the dinner that I love that Angela clock instantly, and that to me is what we're all four of us are saying in terms of it was unexpected. You could tell it wasn't produced and you could tell these two women were just in the moment Angela clocked that there's something we're going on with Pinky's attitude, and. 00:57:54 Speaker 3: Why you why you caping some? 00:57:56 Speaker 11: Is it caper cappin Oh wait, caping is. 00:58:04 Speaker 8: The tiny house? Yeah? 00:58:07 Speaker 2: Why you caping so much for these girls when they can speak for themselves? And that's when all of a sudden, Angela and Pinky's read down. 00:58:16 Speaker 3: Was so severe up in here. 00:58:18 Speaker 2: But Claudia Jordan take the floor, because one thing you always said that igree with is the person who knows how to read can take what the person is saying about them turned around and flip it. 00:58:35 Speaker 3: And to me, that's why Angela won. But go ahead, Fadia, y'all ain't gonna like this. 00:58:40 Speaker 4: That don't like me already and have an issue and I don't give a fuck. 00:58:45 Speaker 7: This was Puerto Rico two point zero with Pinky Beannini getting. 00:58:50 Speaker 4: Upset and turning her back. 00:58:52 Speaker 7: It's over and Angela, I'm sorry, Kindred spirits the way Angela thinks the entire time, and whatever Pinky threw her, she took it and threw it back. I know I was singing Pinky's praises last week, but this week she had nattitude and I did not like it. I don't know what she came in there with because Pinky, I like you, I really do, but I didn't like her this week on the show, it was it felt just like that from the short hair. Well, angel didn't have a bob chucked under, but I, you know, I have my room. 00:59:26 Speaker 8: Were you triggered? 00:59:27 Speaker 4: No, not at all. I was very proud. I like Angela. 00:59:29 Speaker 7: I like them both actually, but I was like, this is the kind of house while I was we like nobody thought there wasn't nobody put her hands. 00:59:35 Speaker 4: It was a verbal jousting. 00:59:38 Speaker 7: And and this is not the takeaway from Pinky, because Pinky still held her own. 00:59:43 Speaker 4: Let's not let's not act like annihilated Pinky. Annihilate oh with teeth. 00:59:52 Speaker 8: Take that wing off, and let's see what you really look like. Take them lashes off. 00:59:57 Speaker 5: Teeth came from Angela, right, Angela. 01:00:01 Speaker 7: Angela said things that we have not heard before. Angela, Listen, you are a real reader reacting in the moment, and now you're the same stuff over and over again and keeping your calm. When Pinky stood up and was frustrated, Angela won that in that moment, and Angela wanted to keep going and Angela had the smirk, and I like that. 01:00:20 Speaker 4: Now they both got some hits. Then they both. 01:00:22 Speaker 3: Did, but that favorite hits. 01:00:28 Speaker 4: I like. I I like a good volleyball match. 01:00:32 Speaker 7: Okay, So when Pinky says something about I like the multi millionaire. 01:00:38 Speaker 4: Uh, what would you say the multimillionaire death. 01:00:41 Speaker 7: The multimillionaire part the billshit, and Angela rent it right back to her. 01:00:45 Speaker 3: I don't know. 01:00:46 Speaker 4: I liked it all it was it was, it was. 01:00:48 Speaker 7: It was so many good ones in there. They both had good ones, but Angela. I got to give the edge of Angela. I do because Pinky came there seemed like it seemed like piky an attitude and was very defensive. 01:00:58 Speaker 4: From this episode, I got peek, you don't have girlfriends. That's what I felt like I should be wrong. 01:01:04 Speaker 7: It felt like she's already coming there with her guard up, like I ain't like these girls. They probably don't like me. So you come in a little defensive, and I hate that for her. 01:01:14 Speaker 4: But Angela Oakley. 01:01:17 Speaker 2: Well, no, Angela said I can throw a rock and hit ten people that. 01:01:21 Speaker 3: You owe that alone. She won, She won. After that, It was it was, it was, it was. 01:01:27 Speaker 2: That was it for me, I can't throw a rock and hit ten people that you owe and then and then. 01:01:34 Speaker 3: Claudia for you real quick. 01:01:35 Speaker 9: Not with the way that your teeth colt mingle those incestuous teeth. You got incestuous teeth, and this is the face she had. I'm sorry, but incestuous teeth deserves to be in the hall. 01:01:47 Speaker 4: We've never heard that before. So anything that's unique material we've never heard. 01:01:51 Speaker 7: Anyone can say, Poe slet everyone ran through you. 01:01:54 Speaker 4: You're this year that you broke. 01:01:55 Speaker 7: But when you say something in a word combination that we have not heard, I've never. 01:02:02 Speaker 3: Commingo teeth. 01:02:05 Speaker 9: Your teeth, commingo those incestuous teeth you got. 01:02:10 Speaker 2: Dustin You have a comedy show coming up as a comedian. What were your thoughts on this verbal jousting between Angela Goatley and Pinky. 01:02:21 Speaker 6: It was over the minute Porscha said Angela, why are you looking like that? And we seen Angela's hand like this when she started talking. If you watched The Real Housewives of Atlanta Season sixteen and seventeen, you know, and I'm keeping my hands steady for a reason. You know that once Angela Oakley starts doing like this, when she's talking to somebody. 01:02:39 Speaker 5: You know what's coming next. 01:02:41 Speaker 6: And unfortunately Pinky was on the end of this right here at his finger, right here, Pinky was on the pointer that time. Really just feel like from Friday Friday, I really just feel like, yeah, that was a Friday for all that that was. 01:03:01 Speaker 5: That was funny. 01:03:01 Speaker 7: Now Williams was getna hit on by I'm a boy, damon, like, leave. 01:03:09 Speaker 6: Me alone, off me, That's what that came from. But I and I and Pinky was having trouble with the timing, you know what I'm saying, landing certain things or whatever. But what Pinky did do, Pinky ain't scared, and Pinky showed herself ready to get in the paint. Yes, she arrived at that table with a chip on her shoulder, and I wish that she did not assume the need to defend her friends when there was nothing to defend him against. Because it looked like Pinky was being unnecessarily confrontational with Cynthia. 01:03:42 Speaker 5: You know what I'm saying. She wasn't. 01:03:44 Speaker 6: Really, nobody was really disrespecting Cynthia flat out, but they were picking and priding, you know what I'm saying, And it was unnecessary and unfortunately for Pinky, Angela, who was one hundred percent present in the scene, picked up on it. She sniffed the trail and literally leaned into it, and it didn't work out well for Pinky because Angela won. 01:04:04 Speaker 5: She took the w for sure. 01:04:06 Speaker 6: She was composed, she was poised, She never broke character. She was doing real time insults because she was using the things that Pinky said as callbacks. So that's something that you can't fake or script. And it showed her prowess in a space where your value can be measured by your performance in situations like that. So shout out to Angela Oakley, like once again proven all of us dry who knew she was a star last season, that what she showed herself to have the capability to do in that scene is not something that everyone can do, and it is something that adds to her value in the space. So I watch it over and over and over and over and over again. And she looked the fuck good while she did it too. Did you see her on the walk up? Have you seen Angela's body this season? 01:04:55 Speaker 5: They all real quick, they all been. 01:04:57 Speaker 6: Looking good because Drew looked, oh my gosh, so right. 01:05:06 Speaker 8: She got the proportions of the outfits right. 01:05:09 Speaker 5: Be during that shout out to them. 01:05:13 Speaker 4: I never canceled chrisms from my employees. How can you host the giveaway but you old. 01:05:18 Speaker 5: People and playing with her for real? 01:05:25 Speaker 7: Like Pinky got mad and was like bitch, and then again when your pony gets emotional, you have won the match. 01:05:35 Speaker 2: Talking so Blue, Blue, what were your thoughts on the match? What were your favorite moments that was said? And who do you think won? 01:05:45 Speaker 9: When Pinky tried to attack Angela's appearance, I felt bad. 01:05:48 Speaker 8: I was like, oh, you're having an off day, Like. 01:05:51 Speaker 9: You're the one that I have been defending for not having the lace front, not having the things that. So for Pinky to attack, to attack Angela for her appearance, and Angela's like, I look great. What do you want to pick at? Like which part of me that's amazing that you want to talk about? Because I look great? I said, I already knew that she was about to lose, because when you go after a woman's appearance and she's clear that she's that bitch and she's just waiting for you to catch up, it's. 01:06:13 Speaker 8: Pretty much a rap. 01:06:13 Speaker 9: At that point, I haven't missing somebody stand up, the storm off and sit back down immediately. 01:06:18 Speaker 8: That already already is an l for me again. Picky. You know, you guys know I love Pinky. She had an off day. 01:06:22 Speaker 9: My thing about Angela and Pinky that I love and why I think they're both such great hires. But in my opinion, and Angel's probably the best new hire since the original cast, I would die on this hill. I think had we seen her with the knie knees and the Porscha's in the old days, she would have fit right in. She's vintage Housewives of Atlanta, right, Carlos, you should have been producing her to be perfectly honest. And when they had that back and forth and Pinky was like, oh, I'm not about to wear this lady out, and they both kind of smirked at each other like we're good. 01:06:51 Speaker 8: Were good, Yeah, bitch, we good, and they went back to laughing. I love that. That is two professionals who came to do their job. 01:06:59 Speaker 9: I love I love the resolutions, the fact that they were able to go there and give one of the best reasons, the best read we've seen this season, to the point where. 01:07:08 Speaker 8: Even was like, oh my god, I love this. 01:07:10 Speaker 9: They're the same person both bankrupt, right, litle licking in the confessionals because she's a confessional gangster. But to go toe to toe, do your job, clock in, and then clock back out and go back to eating your charcooterie plate, that is a true professional. I think that Angela, Pinky, and Porsche are impressing me in ways that I was not expecting. Porscha, who used to fight everybody, now knows how to stay composed and ignore bage and just clock in. Angelo has been gold since day one. Pinky my favorite MVP newbie. I think those women are single handedly saving this season. 01:07:43 Speaker 6: And Pinky is an entrepreneur, so she can't quit. That's why she wouldn't give up in that argument A little bit. That was Pinky's entrepreneurial spirit that was making her hold on. 01:07:54 Speaker 5: You know what I'm saying. 01:07:56 Speaker 8: I like that she can lose dustin. 01:07:58 Speaker 9: I love somebody who can take an l and it off and continue. 01:08:03 Speaker 4: And she hasn't listened. 01:08:04 Speaker 7: Not to take away from Pinky, Pinky has some good reads. She said I should buy your fore closed properties, and I did like that angel kept her composion. She could have like tookn it, taken it bad when she's She's like, yeah. 01:08:15 Speaker 4: I foreclosure and it did not affect her. 01:08:19 Speaker 7: But they both I'm in the confessionals with their bracelet falling off was the perfect touch. 01:08:27 Speaker 3: It was good. 01:08:28 Speaker 2: My favorite line was when Pinky said, your husband don't gonna like you, and then Angela goes, what about the woman living in your basement? 01:08:36 Speaker 4: Who's the basement? What is that about? 01:08:38 Speaker 3: Oh, they're listen, we'll see what happens. 01:08:41 Speaker 8: But who's in the basement. Carlos tell us, I. 01:08:47 Speaker 3: Don't know who's in the basement. 01:08:49 Speaker 6: Mama went her mama over there to helping them with the kids in the house. 01:08:53 Speaker 3: Yeah, so listen. 01:08:55 Speaker 2: Because I don't want to spoil because I have to make sure that I was gonna say nothing that I know when the streets, I know the Atlanta streets, and there are rumors about Pinky. 01:09:10 Speaker 3: Oh Scott, the woman in the basement. Lot of rumors is going to come out based on. 01:09:20 Speaker 4: You know, some like what room's like, lesbian, like a sex nothing. 01:09:24 Speaker 3: Like like the. 01:09:26 Speaker 6: Lord Jesus not that they better not be trying to say that Pinky's husband is cheating on her, because based on what I spend in that last episode, Pinky got a good ass, motherfucking husband. The way that he sprung right in the action when she started talking about that bankruptcy shit and he and I'm not talking about offering the financial help with the five million dollars, which was remarkable. I'm talking about the way that he hugged her and he was he immediately just dialed into her emotional needs in that moment and had the other layer of the money. 01:09:59 Speaker 5: That's a good. 01:10:01 Speaker 4: Not a baby you want. 01:10:05 Speaker 2: You miss to cow Peaky has a slutty that you actually want. 01:10:12 Speaker 3: All I'll say is watch the rest of the season. 01:10:16 Speaker 8: But it will it. 01:10:17 Speaker 2: Will, it will, it will, you'll put two and two together. 01:10:20 Speaker 4: Can I stay there? 01:10:21 Speaker 7: But give the other girls like y'all better do y'all jobs, because this is they bringing it. Pinky Angel brought it and some of the let who am I gonna say you name? 01:10:32 Speaker 4: Because you're gonna say I'm Hayen step up? 01:10:36 Speaker 7: Because the newbies are bringing it and giving us something to talk about. 01:10:40 Speaker 5: You they're both in dead, they're both bri. 01:10:45 Speaker 8: Girl. 01:10:46 Speaker 4: But if I stayed I'm a hater. 01:10:48 Speaker 3: All right. 01:10:49 Speaker 8: Happy single to Mario, to everybody who celebrates. 01:10:52 Speaker 2: Tomorrow, Tomorrow and rain drops enjoy y'all week, Love you guys, See you next Monday. 01:11:00 Speaker 5: Love y'all by Cardi and Blue Load
