I mean, look this episode, Billy Hills, I mean, alexis what I mean, what how do we start this recap? 00:01:49 Speaker 3: I'm gonna have like it's so good. You just got to go from the beginning, Carlos, because this is just It's just I mean, I was like, I was biting the bit to get to you to be I was like, wait, the podcast needs to be now. 00:02:00 Speaker 1: I wanted to text you last night, like, sister, are you watching this? Because I can't get enough of it. I can't rewinding the moments inter Country it was it was well several times, No, it was beyond goa. So rain Drops, you are in for a tree. Belly Hills is mother fucking back. Now. Look, it took us fifteen episodes to get here, but I'm. 00:02:28 Speaker 3: Not fair at five episodes ago, so ten. 00:02:33 Speaker 1: It's okay, okay, right, so to be to be fair square, we'll do that. No this and it's funny because last week you and I were talking about, like what makes Bisley Hill so great is the fact that they know how to give great arguments in a way that is special, particularly to that franchise is not Atlanta, it's not OC. There's a very interesting way of their drama that makes Beverley Hills great and this episode solidified that. So let's get right into it. It's their final night in Italy, and Honey, Kyle Legend Richards is like, it's our final night and I'm going to make sure we give the audience a show. I mean, Alexis I am online when I say like cole position in this episode where they continued her and to Read's debate, and the way Kyle made sure to involve everybody in the conversation to me with chef's kids, Well. 00:03:43 Speaker 3: I think it was so and she did it in such a way that's not aggressive like OC can be another franchises are kind of aggressive, and I feel like Beverly Hills does it in a more subtle, subdued yet still point like point. It's poignant, you know, yeah, she I think that she got to the point that episode finally where you know, if you have a basket, you're throwing balls in the basket and then the balls start overflowing. I think I think Kyle took so much all season from being the one that's called the bad guy, knowing that everyone else feels the same in the group, that she's finally just like my my basket overfloweth and I'm just ticked. I'm just done and I'm gonna say my piece. And I think she I think she meant it to some extent when she's like, I'm done, I don't need to be friends with you. This is this is over. It's I mean, that's that's how you know your basket basket is full for sure. 00:04:30 Speaker 1: Yeah, yeah, Listen. It was so interesting because you know, Kyle is saying, like, we're all concerned about the money that you're spending. One of the things that they talk about is the fact that Derey got an advancement from her book deal, right and as listen, we're not going to sit up at like the reason not getting paid from the show. So she gets paid being a housewife. Now to spend your advance on a Kelly bag, listen to each its own, is it irresponsible? Knowing that we learned right through Bow's bo saying, Hey, the house is in derised name, the cars are in Dere's name. So if Bose knows that at the time you bought a Kelly Bag. Clearly you know that, so it is kind of irresponsible. And if I'm a friend, I would be concerned knowing that my girl is going through a divorce. The husband she's divorcing is not a man of means anymore. You've got an advance and instead of putting that money aside to pay your bills or even if you think Pik should pay for it, fine, but to not have a nest egg as you're going through divorce. And that's why I'm coming to talk to you, because you went through to divorces spending your advanced money on a Kelly bag is indeed irresponsible. And I too, like both and Kyle and Erica would be concerned. 00:06:11 Speaker 3: Well, I think, isn't it? Isn't it that Dorie? I agree? And I think, isn't it that do has? Is is there some like some of her payments haven't been paid? There's like didn't we hear that in one of the episodes that that yeah, her house was her house was behind on mortgages or something. 00:06:29 Speaker 1: Yes, yes, we learned that in real time, meaning meaning we learned that a few weeks ago. Yeah, I don't know what the what the report was at the time of filming, but that's why I listen. I need my rain Drops to always listen to what people are saying. We learned a few weeks ago that Derey mortgage was not paid for months, right, bo said in this episode, so in real time, not in the interviews where rained jobs. They film interviews, honestly, they always not always, They sometimes film interviews while the show's airing, So in real time. In the scene, Bose is saying to Kyle over the FaceTime, Yeah, like the house is in her name, the cars is in her name, and so yes, so the thing is this her house? Her six point five million dollars in sen A mansion is in pre foreclosure. 00:07:25 Speaker 3: Oh wow, yes, and that's what I was. 00:07:28 Speaker 1: Thinking and catch this. Reports suggest that two lenders filed default notices in January of this year with over are you ready for this, Alexis and rain Drops. They owe over eight hundred and forty two thousand dollars, Oh my gosh, and they have not made a payment since allegedly allegedly, allegedly they have not made a payment since September of two thousand and twenty five. 00:08:01 Speaker 3: Wow, Well, eventually are they going to come start? They're going to start taking her paychecks and stuch ll right, I mean that's what's gonna eventually happen. I mean are they going to I mean they claim bankruptcy. I don't even know. I don't know how that works. But it's like, yeah, so I can see where the women are concerned about buying a twenty five thousand dollars handbag. I would I would be putting that in my pocket for sure. Yeah. 00:08:22 Speaker 1: Wow, And and listen, this is this is how I feel, and I really want to get your thoughts on this, alexis the fact that Dury was a real housewife, right A A a homemaker, PK businessman, had all these deals. The signs were there When your rich husband is telling you his wife put the house in the cars solely in your name. Oh, I think that's a red flag. Ladies, that's a real flat Oh. 00:09:00 Speaker 3: I didn't think about that. You're right though, because when you're a joint you buy something, it's usually in both your names. 00:09:05 Speaker 1: When you're married too, well, I know, but. 00:09:08 Speaker 3: It's like my house already had his stuff, he already had. We didn't we're now putting in each other's, you know. But I'm just saying, like, if we buy something now, it's going to be an our name. It's not like I'm gonna be like John, go get a car and I'm not going to be with him, you know or what. It's okay, that's really but you know, here's the thing. I feel like Dorrie doesn't want to hear any feedback from anyone. I don't think she's taking it from anyone at this point, honestly. I mean, I know she's like not as mad at Bo's and thinks that Bo's is you know, God right now. But it's I just feel like Dereit is not taking any critical like or just I mean, they're being kind about it. They're just like durate will worried about you. And she's so defensive about everything everything. 00:09:50 Speaker 1: And because the thing is this, Kyle is right. She and right and listen, I'm gonna say rightfully, so I'm going to have deres back in this case and I'm going to defend read one more time. So Rain John's get ready for that. Okay newsplash. Durrett wants everybody to hate PK the way she does, and the problem is this, Yes, there may be things about PK that you too experience that only you know, and you have the right to feel that way. The problem is Mauricio and Kyle they also know more than the audience does, and that's why when they try to have conversations with you, you were caught in moments where you did not do a good job defending yourself. And it does make us believe that you want the world to believe that Kyle broke girl code and no, bitch, you broke the code of being somebody that gets money and should save it for the sake of the future of you and your kids. 00:10:55 Speaker 3: Yes, and I didn't even think about the fact that she wants everyone to hate PK the way she does. I just feel like she's on a tear down PK mission. I didn't look at it like she's like, I want everyone to be on my bandwagon. But the other thing I noticed this episode is that Dorie really thinks she's going through the hardest time of all of those women, which is just an asinine thought, like those women are all going through a difficult part. So like I just I was so bummed at the end. We'll get to that, but I just I think that I hope that when Dourite watches this back, she has a little bit of a wake up call, is what I hope, because it seems clear to me and it should to the audience like that that she is so low but she has I don't feel like she has empathy for anyone else at the table at that dinner, you know, and going throughout. I mean, we'll get there, but. 00:11:41 Speaker 1: Now, let let's go out there before we get to Erica winning this war, in my opinion, let's get to the fact that she doesn't have any sort of remorse for being late. She has no result for these women. The fact that you're naming every woman at the table and some random woman named Megan, I'm like, is that a producer at the table? 00:12:02 Speaker 3: Like? 00:12:02 Speaker 1: Who the fuck? 00:12:05 Speaker 3: But and then skips over and then skips over Amanda. 00:12:08 Speaker 1: Yeah, you step on for Amanda because you have no regard for Amanda. And that's why I love Kyle saying she's sitting right there and you forgot to mention Amanda's name. You don't care about anybody but yourself, And well. 00:12:22 Speaker 3: That's what I'm saying. No empathy, no empathy for it. She's not looking and I think at one point, DEI did. I think she is just so self not absorbed. What's the wrong words, that's the wrong word. She's just so into her own problems. Well just I mean just only for a time. What does it mean when it's only for this time. I don't think that's her personality in general, it's just for right now, because she's in such a low point, she's she doesn't look at anyone else as like their issues are a problem. Like she looks at Erica. Erica is probably the one that is going through the most difficult time for anyone at that table. Come on, and she's like, She's like you you have Erica. You And Erica's like, I mean that's what just set Erica over the top, Like and go, go. 00:13:07 Speaker 1: Go Erica. 00:13:07 Speaker 3: It was all I can say, because Erica had every right to blow her gasket at that point. 00:13:12 Speaker 1: Yes, no, this is a thing. So when Erica said to Dery, like, well, first of all, before we get to that, can we talk about a moment? I laughed outloud when Kyle threw shade at Derry and rang Johns. I don't know if y'all caught that, but one of my favorite moments is when Kyle said. 00:13:35 Speaker 3: I forget you can't wait. 00:13:37 Speaker 1: Now when she talked about how she's wearing the Kelly bag again. 00:13:45 Speaker 3: Oh my gosh, well that was at the party. 00:13:48 Speaker 1: Yeah, Kelly, here's he again with the Kelly bag with the party. I just have to mention that moment because I thought that was the most hilarioushit ever. Okay, the infamous Kelly bag. There we go. Okay, It's like, it's like, dreiy, we get it. You have a Kelly bag. 00:14:03 Speaker 3: It's gonna it's gonna have a spot at the clubhouse when she retired back. 00:14:08 Speaker 1: That's as breasted plants. 00:14:11 Speaker 3: Tamer's breastdent plant in a Kelly bag. 00:14:15 Speaker 1: So here's Erica like, okay, I see that Kyle, who is telling everybody like they all feel this way, they all think you're late, and Rachel those like, look, have I told her this to her face? Sure? And when Erica was like, why were you late? Tell us now? 00:14:35 Speaker 3: So good? 00:14:36 Speaker 1: Tell us now, And you could tell Derry was lying out of her mouth when She's like, it was by me and the kids. Oh really, Derey, because when Amanda told you that her kid actually died, right, gonna stop you from trying to drag her, so you try to use the kid thing to get out of the mess. I saw the flashback the use to show where you was looking for pasties in your luggage, where you were warming around in the hotel robe looking for something to wear. 00:15:09 Speaker 3: Dinner started ten minutes ago and you're still in your robe. 00:15:12 Speaker 1: Yes, exactly, So to something live talking about I'm looking for I was talking to my kids, and I'll talk to them as long as I want to. And that's why I love that air Cassette nubbitch. We all have kids. Are you trying to say your kids are more important than ours? I'm like, and all of. 00:15:27 Speaker 3: Us at the table, and all of us at the table. That's the thing, is like she's like taking her whatever is in going on with to read at that moment and putting that ahead of everyone else's time. And everyone else's sitting at the table. And look, Carlos, I think everyone can say that they've been late. I don't think there's one person that can ever go I've been time. I'm always punctual. Are there people that are more punctual? My husband is way more punctual than me, and he's getting me on more of the punctual bandwagon. I don't think five minutes is late or three minutes, like if you're coming in right at that time, but I pushed the five to ten minute or okay, I'll be honest, but now I'm getting better at being right on the dot. But Deree is like hour or twenty minutes or you know, fifteen And the fact that it's every single time, Like, I don't think they filmed one scene this season that she's been there on time. 00:16:14 Speaker 1: No, do you not even this season her entire run on the show? I said, as before, there was a scene with her and Teddy Mellencamp where Teddy Teddy waited over an hour for her. 00:16:26 Speaker 3: Did they need a flashback to that? They did a flashback to that or something? I saw that somewhere maybe I saw it on you. 00:16:31 Speaker 1: Saw it somewhere ye. And speaking of Teddy Mellencamp, who you know is best friends with Kyle Legend, Richard's on two teas in a pod, Hey Tam or Hey Teddy, So alexis what she say? Teddy Mellencamp revealed that the ladies had to wait up until five o'clock in the morning to film that dinner scene. Because the was so late. What dinner scene the warm we're watching talking about. 00:17:04 Speaker 3: Shut the front door. You're eating dinner at five o'clock in the morning, and it's because Deary was late. 00:17:14 Speaker 1: This is reality with the King, and I'm Carlos King. Let's get back into the show. 00:17:21 Speaker 3: What's amazing to me, Carlos, is that none of these girls have called it out until this season. If you're saying it's been happening all this time, I am shocked because I would not have been able to hold my tongue if it had been going on that long, because it's like, we all want to get to bed, we all need to have fresh eyes and not be puffy tomorrow from no sleep. It's like I would not hold it back. I'm so glad that they're finally standing up to that, but I just can't believe that it's been going on for this long and Deurite hasn't tried to get it in check. Set your alarm for thirty minutes sooner than you should have said it. If you were going to set your alarm at one to start getting ready for three, set your alarm at twelve thirty and get up and start at twelve thirty. I mean, oh my gosh, it gives me a arrogant Listen. 00:18:01 Speaker 1: I've always been told when someone is notoriously late, you're right. I've been late, You've been late. Everybody's world has been late. When it's a notorious habit where they're waiting on you at the airport for ninety minutes, that is a level of arrogance and narcissistic characteristic traits that you have. She's a narcissistic, arrogant woman who believes that people should be waiting on her, and it's been happening for years, and I think Erica is like, look, I got your back. We are the forest Fox five right now, it's only the three of us, Renna's gall and so it's hitting on the camp right. And even when she when they're when Erica is like all these motherfuckers. When she said motherfuckers, I said, Erica, I love you. These motherfuckers are gonna say it to your faith. They are also upset that you're late. 00:18:52 Speaker 3: I thought you were gonna say something positive about Dree. 00:18:58 Speaker 1: I'm just kidding. 00:18:58 Speaker 3: I know you'll get to that point. I okay, So all I was going to say about that is absolutely, And what they do say when people are notoriously late is that they do consider themselves and their time and anything they're doing more valuable than what everyone else is having to do and and about. So that's also a lack of empathy in my mind, and it's it. I mean, I never thought of Dorit as being a narcissistic having a narcissistic trait, but I guess if I guess, it is kind of But I just I And you know, Dori was on Watch What Happens Live a couple of weeks ago and that was one of the first things he called her out about, and she said, Andy Cohen called her out about and she said, you know, I'm working on it. I'm going to work on it, so we'll see. And I mean, maybe this is the final The women have put up with it for how many ever many years you said, they she's been doing this like seven eight seasons and no one said anything. It's kind of like, too bad on you women. You should have brought it out. 00:19:51 Speaker 1: They've said it. She hasn't stopped. 00:19:52 Speaker 3: I think, oh, they have said it. They have called her out. 00:19:56 Speaker 1: Yes, they've said like can you like they've all made it a thing that deris late. So last season, this is how late this woman is. Deree had a party at her home, Sudden arrives on time, Dere's upstairs at her pajamas getting glam She's not even there to greet the guests to come to her house. 00:20:18 Speaker 3: Gosh, what that was last season? 00:20:21 Speaker 1: Last season, Carlos, So they're fed up. I think the difference is they That's why I have to give props to Teddy Melicam for telling look Noche for telling us what calls her to say that look, because I was how much Teddy though? 00:20:37 Speaker 3: Right, thanks Teddy. We needed that piece of information. 00:20:41 Speaker 1: Because I think I think we needed more context as to to your point though, alexis, why is it a bigger deal now? And I had to report on the fact that it's because they have waited until five o'clock in the morning to film with this woman. And it's and it's just a it's an arrogant move. You've been on See for many seasons. You know that at the end of the day, thee you guys, let's let's have a real conversational lexis Jams. 00:21:07 Speaker 3: Okay, get real, you ladies. 00:21:10 Speaker 1: Look at who's getting special treatment? Where y'all are filming, which producer allows the ladies to you know, arrive or you know that there's there's there's nuances to this thing and television shell to where everybody looks at like, well, why does she get away with that? When I give right, I'm lying. 00:21:32 Speaker 3: Now, you're right, You're right, they do. They will be in your in certain people's rooms saying let's go, let's go go, and then everyone's there and the one or two don't. They don't have the same rules. You're you're right about that. And sometimes though on like to just be in favor of the producers, sometimes it's because one cast member is having a really tough episode or you know, the day of filming, and they do give grace where grace is due for that, and okay, you need a little bit more time because you break down. You need to go get freshened up again. But but there are several times you're speaking of which you're correct, where you're sitting around at dinner table and there hasn't been that and and everyone else is being pushed out the door to get there, and then the other two just get to come on their own time. But I will say, for oc that has not been I have not recognized that as being a problem where we've had one late like unt continuously late person like I. I mean, there might be someone's having a really rough time. It has two times that they're late because they've just had a really rough week or they just can't get on their feet. But it's like it's it has not been a derete thing. But what I what I bothers me the most is that the women haven't called her out hard enough out for the seven or eight years to get her to really have her thinking. They've just kind of let it go. I'm kind of thinking, you know, shame on do it to me once, shame on me, do it to me twice, to shame on you. And it's like I feel like the women should have done this three seasons ago and been like, dreet enough is enough, Like I'm not doing it anymore. If you don't come down on time, then don't come at all, you know, Yeah, like that's what I do. And the women haven't been pushed into the producers either, because you would think that they would be pushing enough the producers would be like, Okay, we need to get DERET started earlier. 00:23:08 Speaker 1: You know, yeah, no, I agree with that. So Deree is being called out. And one thing that they're talking about is Derey feels like, you guys aren't there for me. They're like, no, We've always been there for you, but we have to call you out. We always show you support. Dree said, Bows has shown more support than everyone put together. 00:23:35 Speaker 3: Oh my gosh. 00:23:36 Speaker 1: I was like, wow, you have a really bad memory. And Erica's like, really, Derie and flashed back to Erica defending Derie up against Lisabanda Pump, Erica defending the red and taken enough for her when when the unfortunate incident happened where the robbery occurred, the ladies weren't even scheduled a film, and those ladies, including Lisa Rena who was on the show at the time, they all immediately went over Derey's. 00:24:02 Speaker 3: House and that's all just, that's all just during filming that that Eric has been there for Dreak. You don't even get to see the things off camera. But so yeah, and that's what sent Erica through the roof. Erica was like, oh no, we're not you're not going to say that with Moses new and she's been here two years and You're not going to take a throwaway eight years of what I've been here with you for. Like No, that just put Erica over the top, and Erica handled it. I think she handled it beautifully, to be honest. I think she stood her ground. She didn't go too too low as low as she probably really wanted to. And I think at the end of the day, she still does love Darry because she started crying at the end, you know, so she obviously still she still loves Daury. 00:24:41 Speaker 1: No. Erica Jane is those women that you and I both know. I will go on a limb saying Tamras like this, I will say Kenya Morris like this, I would say meany Lease is like this, where you have a woman who appears to be very strong and confident, and they are, but they're also sensitive when it comes to people love. And that's why you see tam Or cry when it comes to the you know, the moments with her real friends, saying with Nini, when Ninni and Cynthia had their moment saying with Kenya, and when Kenya was going through her moments. Erica Jane really does love to read, and that's why when the reed broke, the fourth wall because I don't know if you called this, and I need to know the raindrops call this, so rain Drops listen up again. Dreed was breaking the fourth wall when she told Erica when I said you need to work and contribute more, I didn't mean you need to be a cunt that was there saying clock in on this show. Contribute more on this show, work on this show, because once again, rain Drops, Alexis, stop me when I'm wrong. Everybody on this show feels like we all need to carry our own weight and we all need to work together to make the show great. I believe and Erica had an off camera conversation and Dury told Erica, you got to step it up. You got to step it up, step it up more. And I think dreat is mana Erica because urit feels like, are you trying to make good television at the expense of me? 00:26:15 Speaker 3: Light bulb moment for me. I did not take it that way when she said contribute, I honestly didn't even know. I was kind of like, I even rewound it and I said, did I hear her rights? One of the times I rewound it because I'm like, Okay, contribute more. I didn't think about she was breaking the fourth floor. I was thinking contribute more like into the friendship. I was literally in my mind trying to think, what did that mean? You are absolutely a million percent right. They had an off camera conversation and she's like, Dery, it's like you're being kind of quiet this season. Erica like, what do you have to saying? And then she's like, but now you're doing it at my expense? But sorry, Dorry, you caused that because of your dig at Erica saying that everyone else has done more than your two closest friends on there, which is Erica and File. So yeah, I mean that just was And that's what's so great about about unscripted TV is that that is such an authentic moment that you never would have seen coming. You never would have seen, you never would have seen the compliment to Bose, and then it's setting Erica off and making Erica just go berserk, you. 00:27:15 Speaker 1: Know, And that's the reason why Erica felt the need to really so if so rain Drops watched that scene again, that's why Erica looked at her and said, first of all, I'm the one that actually brought the word cunt to this group. You're the dynamic between you are and Kyle looked like a proud mama, like, bitch, get her for me, keep going and guess what, Dere, And this is why I'm going to have the reason back. Dere held her own though, I will I will give her that. I will give her that. Read definitely held role. But one of my favorite moments is when Rachel's said, I only use that word on special occasions. 00:28:11 Speaker 3: Leave it to Rachel to do something under their breast like that. She does that all the time. It's so fascinating. 00:28:17 Speaker 1: No, I loved it. I loved it. I loved it. I loved it. 00:28:20 Speaker 3: The last time, when is the last time you used that word? 00:28:23 Speaker 1: See, I was gonna ask you that. Okay, so this is this is okay. I had a conversation with somebody last night who I was watching it with, and the you know, the C word is like the dirtiest thing you can say. And I said to him, so, you know what's so funny. I think in the white community, the S word is the dirtiest thing you can say to somebody. It's like deplorable. And I said to him, in the black community, Alexis, we don't use that word. 00:28:56 Speaker 3: We just we we know all my community. What about the gay community. 00:29:01 Speaker 1: The white gay community, yes, the black No, I'm telling you at my black ray drops, tell me about like in the comments black people, we don't use the C word. 00:29:13 Speaker 3: What's your word? What's what's your word? That is just deplorable? When you're in a fight with someone. 00:29:17 Speaker 1: Then okay, okay for black people, the one word you're gonna be You're gonna be surprised. But watch a lancea Housewives and you guys know, I were white. The word that pisses off black folks. But I'll say more black women because I've worked with of course on my shows. It's when you aggressively say fuck you bitch. If you ever see a black woman telling the black woman fuck you bitch, Oh, Alexis. 00:30:02 Speaker 3: You're good at that. I can tell you've seen a few people do that. 00:30:07 Speaker 1: Yes, watch watch this fight ray Job season I think it's season twelve between Mimi and Kenya. 00:30:15 Speaker 3: Which one does it? Which one says it to the who? 00:30:17 Speaker 1: Who says it to who? Mimi tells Kenya fuck you fuck you? And then Kenya goes, fuck you bitch, and they don't go fuck you bitch. The fucking bitch and doctor doctor, heavily American medician. 00:30:35 Speaker 3: Yep, she's a good. 00:30:36 Speaker 1: Little black woman. Fuck you, so a black woman see you next Tuesday is fuck you. Now, with that being said, what's the last time you used a sea word, Alexis? 00:30:49 Speaker 3: You know? I was thinking that. I don't even I can't even remember. If I'm being honest too, I mean, can you even see it coming out of me? 00:30:56 Speaker 1: Hey? Hey you? 00:30:57 Speaker 3: I just I can't doesn't even now I can say the I'll be like, okay, you're being bitchous. Okay, I mean that that flows out just easy. But I just I don't even think if I was sitting in that moment, I could have said it, like if Dorit had said it to me. I don't even think I could have made myself day back. Maybe I'm boring. 00:31:15 Speaker 1: I don't know, just no the big but that's why Rachel was no if the thing for people was this, That's why Rachel's that was so funny when she said not having a cunt off, like that word is literally for a special occasions like were you That's the word you use when you know that there's no other word in Webster's dictionary. That's the word you bribe how pissed you are. 00:31:41 Speaker 3: At some point, that's the word you used to the girl that you walk in and your husband's effing. It might come out of my mouth. 00:31:48 Speaker 1: That's okay, yes, yes, yes, yes no. 00:31:53 Speaker 3: I was just getting a kick out of that whole. I mean I did rewind that that table seeing quite a few moments and it's called the Last Supper. I was like, okay, that's just oh. 00:32:02 Speaker 1: My Goshgia shout out to Alexa Baska and the producers of the show. It was. It was perfection and to continue on the fourth wall being broken. That's why when Erica made that comment like I am giving you my real life, and she goes, what are you doing? And Dere's like, I'm giving you my reality like I always do, they weren't having a fourth wall broken moment. And that's why the count off was so severe, because Erica got pissed that Dury went there. Because the thing is this, no housewife wants to be told by another housewife. They're not clocking into work, right, it is. 00:32:51 Speaker 3: It is one of those things where well, actually, actually, though Carlos, if I was told that I would self reflect, I'd say okay, am, I kind of like zoned out right now because there are many scenes that I do I will kind of just go into the back and be like, Okay, I don't want to be a part of this. This is not my this is not my battle. I don't want to deal with it. So I think there are times where I would self reflect and say, Okay, step it up, Alexis, let's go. But I think with where it was coming from between these two at that moment, it was kind of one of those things that was just and the fact that like Erica probably doesn't want to hear that she's not clocking in, because Erica does clock in in my opinion, and Erica does kill it in her even if she's not killing it, and see, she kills it so much in her confessionals that it almost like makes up for it because she's just got the best zingers, you know, the one liners and such. So yeah, I just I that's how I feel. 00:33:41 Speaker 1: Yeah. And the thing is this, Erica has given up so much greatness when she was going through the unfortunate moments with Tom Gurrabi, and her best moments on the show outside of that has always been like her getting into a Deri or a Vanda Pump. But and Teddy Mellencamp once when she said, don't ever call me a fucking liar, Oregon, do you ever come a funk liar like Erica is the best? So in Erica's defense, Durie Haddie's first two seasons or on the show were magnificent. Unfortunately, Drey fell into the trope of the audience disliking her because she was so clocked in and she took a back seat, and Erica never had to take a back seat, I would say, until the last two seasons, and I would give her grace for it because the ship she had to go through with Tom Girardi was so big. She deserved it. But that's why Erica was like, no, I'm going through a lot too, And for da say, Deis said it smug to me, like what are you going through? And that's why the whole table was like. 00:34:57 Speaker 3: Carlos, I literally fell off the count. I literally did. It was like I was like whoa, Like, I mean, holy heck oh, And that's what I was saying, like she's Erica Jane and I'm not. It's like, you know, she said, let's not do the the pain level thing, the pain the pain thing, but like, honest to goodness, when you really look at all of their lives, well, I'm sorry what Amanda lost a child, So I mean, that's the that's the deepest of deep roots of everyone at that table. But but like Erica's, what's the situation she's going through is so beyond what anyone A lot of people have been divorced, you know what I mean, It's like, at least you still have your kids, at least your husband's not in jail and doesn't know who you are. I mean, I don't know. I guess there is no calculator for who really has the highest number of pain at this table. Because that's why I that's why I said, it was just so uncalled for for Duri to say that, and that just showed, what you said, her narcissistic behavior at that moment and her lack of empathy. It showed it to the nines. 00:35:56 Speaker 2: Mm hmm. 00:35:57 Speaker 1: Yeah. Yeah. The thing is this, just say it, Dereat, and I do believe this, dere in her heart of hearts, she does feel like this show has two teams, your team Dereet or your team Kyle. And in her mind. She believes that Kyle is trying to recruit people on her side so that they don't agree with the way dere is behaving because on this show, with this current cast on on on team Kyle is Erica, Sutton and Amanda, she has three women. Dei's team, she has Rachel. 00:36:52 Speaker 3: What about Erica? Did you say Erica? 00:36:55 Speaker 1: How has Erica and Amanda? Okay? 00:36:58 Speaker 3: Got it? 00:36:58 Speaker 1: Yes? Okay? On Dried's side has Rachel and Zoe I mean Rachel okay? 00:37:07 Speaker 3: And what about bo and bo or both? 00:37:12 Speaker 1: My bad? Both? She has Rachel, y'all get it? Bozo? She has Rachel and Bows. 00:37:20 Speaker 3: Well they both have in their names a letter or two around. 00:37:24 Speaker 1: Yes bad. And she does feel like. 00:37:29 Speaker 3: And Kathy's just Kathy's just neutral, you. 00:37:31 Speaker 1: Think, yes, I mean, listen, listen, Kathy's neutral, although that's her sister. Let's let's be clear. When Kathy defended not Deria, Natalie last week was like, well maybe she did. And Kyle's like, you're my sister. Do you think I'll be lying? Like Kathy, I don't need this from you, and She's like, well, let's talk about Josh board Darling. Okay, So Kathy, Kathy does not have Kyle's side, because that's why when Dey left the table, Kyle decided, I'm sorry. When dere left the table, Kathy went after Deree right right, and and and and that's just that's just what it is. 00:38:13 Speaker 3: Well, did let me ask you this, Did Kyle and Durite have this a little bit last year too? Was it was it festering a little last year too, or did it just start this year? They're they're bad there. 00:38:23 Speaker 1: It's been happening for it's been happening for two years straight. 00:38:26 Speaker 3: So last year it was starting to fester and now it's just blistering over, bubbling over. 00:38:31 Speaker 1: Yes, it's and that's the reason why Kyle's like, we're not like we're not going to be friends, Like at this point, we're just not going to be friends. And I respect the fact that she feels that way. 00:38:43 Speaker 3: I do too, And I feel like, you know, someone at the table did say, you guys just need a pause. I can't remember if his Erica or Rachel, but and I'm in my mind, I'm like, you really do, Like it's just gotten so it's gotten so toxic that now I think they do just need to step away. They're out they're done filming now, aren't they, Or they have the reunion maybe to film, but it's like now they can take a break and you know they won't see each other, and I don't think they should call each other over their break. I think they really do need just to step away from the friendship. And it's really sad, but it's almost like if Kyle doesn't stop being friends with PK, that's I think that that's the only thing that's gonna have Dorrit feel like she's Kyle really cares about her. I think she wants Kyle to not like PK at all. Like you said, Dorry wants all the women, I think the most. The woman that she wants the most not like PK, is Kyle, and they happen to have a friendship. You know her ratio and PK. 00:39:35 Speaker 1: So m hm, yeah, yeah. And the thing is, I just think that Kyle knows more about the dynamic between PK and Derie, and I think Kyle is trying her best not to expose to read. And that's why when Derie when they said, Deie said I'm going to end Kyle, which the flashback, she didn't say I'm going to end she did say though, if. 00:40:04 Speaker 3: I could have blown her world up. Yes, that's that's what her words were, and I caught that too. Those are the Are they the same thing? No, it's it's kind of I mean, blow her world up is not the same as end her. But yeah, but but you know Durit did say it and it was negative. So but you think so you think Kyle's holding back on disclosing more about p K and Durite's relationship and that PK is not such a bad guy. 00:40:30 Speaker 1: I think, yes, That's why the Mauricio scene blew up in Derey's face. That's why Kyle has always never said anything bad. 00:40:39 Speaker 3: About That's why I say very per slept with. 00:40:43 Speaker 1: And that's why Kyle told like, I don't think you should talk bad about your your the father and your kids. Like, I don't think you should go there. But look, what I will say is this, Colin Derey will never be friends and and I'll that it will never They'll never be friends. 00:41:03 Speaker 3: They will never be this. No, so this is gone, this is done done. Yeah, I don't feel that. Well, you would have said that about Vicki and Tamra a couple of years ago too, and they're back to being friends. 00:41:16 Speaker 1: So the difference. 00:41:18 Speaker 3: Okay, okay, please do. 00:41:22 Speaker 1: Vicky was removed from the show for a couple of seasons. 00:41:26 Speaker 3: Oh so that was the break. 00:41:28 Speaker 1: As long as you are on the same show at the same damn time, it's going to be extremely difficult to get past it. That's why these shows don't work anymore, because these when you have two women for I don't want to see another season of conferences to read this will be our this is our our third season. I've seen this ship. I'm over it. Somebody has to go and which was by the way, I want both of them to stake of the great television. 00:42:02 Speaker 3: But who do you think you're going to be? Then? 00:42:05 Speaker 1: Oh honey, the only way Kyle's being removed if it's Kyle's decision. Erica Jane did reveal on a red carpet last week that the reunion was so bad that she and Dery have not spoken since. 00:42:19 Speaker 3: Okay, wait, wait, wait, that was way too much for me to write my ry around say that again. 00:42:24 Speaker 1: Erica Jane revealed yes, that the reunion was so bad between her and de Ee that they not have spoken since the reunion and she doesn't and she doesn't know the state of their friendship. 00:42:40 Speaker 3: Wow, what would this mean? They would let duiy go for a season because now. 00:42:44 Speaker 1: They need to read. I mean, the reason why this is such a pick all love or hate her, and I happened to love her right She's Derey is amazing television. You need to read. You need Erica, you need Kyle. The only thing that I think would makes sense is if Kyle is cordial to de Reed, Like, look, I'm not gonna act, I'm not gonna try to prepare this friendship because we don't have one. But I can coexist with you in a way that doesn't feel like i'm i'm, i'm, i'm, I'm on your on your back. I think it's going to be Erica versus Dry next season. And guess what, that's what I want because Erica Jane read so good. She belongs on Atlanta Housewives. I want to see Erica Jane go up against Portia, Kenya all those girls. And she's from Atlanta too, Erica Jane, so listen. But but but but de Reed is also good and that's why the Erica Jane and Dery blow up was so good. 00:43:59 Speaker 3: Yeah, but I just, I just I don't you think that they're gonna don't you think that they need Kyle and Dared to be cordial, but also somewhat of Erica and Durit to be cordial too, because they have to film together. So what are they gonna do? Just sit back and ignore each other? And now look at Duri's stacking up the people against her. She doesn't like Amanda, she you know, ad to Amanda. She's now she's mad at Kyle and at at Erica. So it's like she's just stacking all these people against her. 00:44:25 Speaker 1: You know, Well, that's the thing. That's the thing I think. Listen, Kyle is such a team player who wants to show to do well. I think Kyle would take one for the team in terms of being cordial, But you don't. 00:44:38 Speaker 3: You don't think Erica would. 00:44:41 Speaker 1: No the fact that with the retailed Erica, you're not invez stop. I'm not doing this with you today, Erica, I'm not doing this with you today. And Erica's like doing what? Doing what? Girl? I won't keep talking. My point is, no one tells Erica Jane what to do. Very true. You're right, no one, no one, no one, no one, no one. This it was this was epic. The read left the table with cigarette in hand. 00:45:15 Speaker 3: I didn't even know she smoked until I saw that puff. I was like, okay, well go go go get that puff. 00:45:20 Speaker 1: She's just she let me tell you something. Get the cigarette. Deal. Fuck the book a band, because no shade to read. No one's reading your book, and that is no shade. I like you a lot. 00:45:29 Speaker 3: How do you know I'm not. 00:45:30 Speaker 1: Gonna Are you gonna? 00:45:33 Speaker 3: Yeah, I might just do that. 00:45:35 Speaker 1: Are you gonna buy it? 00:45:36 Speaker 3: Well? Yeah, why wouldn't I that's a weird question. Else, am I gonna get it? 00:45:42 Speaker 1: Did you have any if I'm gonna buy it? 00:45:43 Speaker 3: Give me for I am I gonna stick it up my shirt and walk out the store. I mean they're gonna read a book and show up to my house somehow. 00:45:51 Speaker 1: We'll call your publicist Spencer and say, give me a copy from the res publishing house. Honey, so read I will. I'll read your book. If you're a publicist at the publishing house, give it to me an Alexis, and we'll have a book love and for it. 00:46:10 Speaker 3: I'll post for it. Look what I'm reading tonight before bed? No, I think I actually see I don't agree with you I want to hear what the rain drops please comment below raindrops. I want to hear what they have to say, because I think it might be an interesting book, just like now that I know Amanda, I want to read her book too. I mean, I don't have time to read right now, especially during the holidays and before my son's wedding. But then once like my life back again, I'm going to have time to read. But it's I feel that, I feel that I think it might have some really good Like you got captivated a little bit by Amanda's book at the beginning, you know, so I think I could. Yeah, I want to see what you're I want to see what your raindrops say. 00:46:51 Speaker 1: Well, rain jobs, let me know what you think again. Epic scene. The two things I want to talk about before I'll let you go. Alexis is yes out to Rachel Zeau to see her son working at fourteen and Rachelseau saying, I'm not raising a brat in La Hudos. 00:47:09 Speaker 3: Who does love it? 00:47:12 Speaker 1: Rachel Zaud as if I could not love you more, I I thought that was great, by the way, Rachel Zeaud Welcome to Housewives. Rachel Zold sat at that table, like what the this this, this is not the rachelz Old project. I'd rather argue with Brad Garretski beat Hey, hey, hey, Rachel's like, the fuck is this? It was so good. On top of that, I also want to say the disco party Rachel looked studying. I love the yes she it was. It was good. 00:47:50 Speaker 3: It was Well, that's going to be a very interesting episode because we're going to see some kind of a face off between Erica, Dury and Kyle. We're going to see some kind of a there's gonna be some kind of exchange. It's not just gonna go, oh, let's go. Dan's you know, to staying alive. 00:48:06 Speaker 1: Yeah, yeah, yeah, No, it was, it's it's it's This episode was delicious and rain drops. Let us know the comments. Whose side are you on? Dereet or Erica? And we are back next week? 00:48:23 Speaker 3: And de and Kyle? Whose side is everybody on? Between Derry and Kyle and De and Erica? 00:48:29 Speaker 1: Yeah, let us know Ri versus Kyle, Deri versus Erica? Who sad of you're on? Dery? And And I'll am I saying this. I personally love the Princeship for three had I know, as a fan of the show, and I am shocked that it got is gotten as bad as it has and it shows me Dey gives no fucks. And I know that a lot of people thought that Rachel Zoe and Dey we're gonna have beef because Rachel Zau is a established respective fashionista and in the words of Sutton Strack, who shaded the fuck out of the Reed when they brought up her Kelly bag and she goes, it could have been writt the runway. 00:49:14 Speaker 3: Or or what was the other one? Uh, you were right. She gave two secondhand places that she could have got it. 00:49:21 Speaker 1: And I'm like, oh, Suton, you have that after reunion. But I am pleasantly surprised and shocked that Rachel Zoe has crafted a very loving rapport with Derie. Rachel loves de Reed. 00:49:43 Speaker 3: I know, I know, it's it's kind of fascinating to me, but they they do have a true bond, like a true you know, I mean, they have the kid thing that they're both going through hard times with their kids with the exes, and they've got that that they can bond over, and they just, you know, I think I think Rachel Zoe really does just feel sorry for de eating what she's going through. But so now do you think you know earlier when we first started podcasting about their rehashing this episody seasons or the season, you said it was going to be Rachel's versus Kyle for the crowd. 00:50:13 Speaker 1: That's coming next season and maybe at the reunion, because I think it's this Rachel'seeau is going to defend the Red And when Rachel's on made the comment in the in the Confessionals, it is giving mean girls. And I'm not calling Colin mean girl. I'm just saying, you know, that's what it is giving. I just think Rachel Zeau doesn't appreciate Kyle's approach. Got it because of all the times Rachel Zeaux instead of herself when it came to Amanda getting her head chopped off. Yep, okay, Bows always finds a way to defend the Red. The Mama Erica Jane stepped into the room. Okay, Rachel and bol said, we're out, deree. We can't help you here, sister. We can't. We can't. We can't, we can't. So that's why that will be very very interesting to. 00:51:14 Speaker 3: See, agreed. 00:51:18 Speaker 1: Well. 00:51:19 Speaker 3: Juicy Juicy, Juicy. 00:51:21 Speaker 1: Juicy, Juicy Beverly Hills. We love this episode. Alexis and I are bat next week to give you guys another recap. Alexis, have a great weekend. I love you. 00:51:30 Speaker 3: Happy Easter and happy Passover. That's what we're at right now for any of us, any Jewish or Christians, so yeah or yeah yeah. 00:51:38 Speaker 1: No, Happy Easter, Happy Passover, Today's good Friday, Happy Holy WEEKA. 00:51:46 Speaker 3: Go get some go, get some eggs, Get some. 00:51:48 Speaker 1: Eggs, Baby, I love you.
