<v Speaker 1>Listen is w w E superstar Drew mcintyr and you're <v Speaker 1>listening to the WWE podcast. <v Speaker 2>The one that everybody wants me, So your ass is <v Speaker 2>my You're gonna acknowledge me. <v Speaker 3>Good morning, good afternoon, good evening. Hello, whatever time it <v Speaker 3>is with you and wherever you are. Thank you for <v Speaker 3>downloading this SmackDown with you as part of the WWE podcast. <v Speaker 3>As always, it's an absolute pleasure to have you listening along. <v Speaker 3>And I am Amanda, you're host of this SmackDown review. <v Speaker 3>First of all, let's talk about some Money in the <v Speaker 3>Bank results, and we had Naomi with the win for <v Speaker 3>the women's match, which I think is actually pretty awesome. <v Speaker 3>Quite looking forward to seeing that. And although Stephanie was <v Speaker 3>my first pick, I did say that a Naomi win <v Speaker 3>would be pretty cool, so I'm going to take that one. <v Speaker 3>The men's match, Men's Money in the Bank won by Seth. <v Speaker 3>I think we all knew that would be the case, right, <v Speaker 3>But we did get the Fatou turn on Solo, which <v Speaker 3>is cool and he even yelled I hate you Solo <v Speaker 3>up the ladder, which was quite fun. Becky beat Lyra <v Speaker 3>and takes the title and let's see where that goes, <v Speaker 3>I'm guessing Bailey versus Becky at Evolution dom held onto <v Speaker 3>it is ICEE title in a hastily arranged match after <v Speaker 3>World's Collide, and in the main event Sina and Logan <v Speaker 3>Paul versus Cody and Jay. We had the return of <v Speaker 3>Our Truth as a hooded figure taking out Sena and <v Speaker 3>allowing Cody to pick up the win, and that brings <v Speaker 3>us onto Raw, which it would be wrong of me <v Speaker 3>not to comment on as it was the best and <v Speaker 3>most exciting role we've had in our long old time. <v Speaker 3>We had Sena, we had a killer Our Truth l <v Speaker 3>Ron Killing's promo. We had Jay droppis titled de Ganther, <v Speaker 3>and a return in Bailey taking out Becky, hopefully setting <v Speaker 3>up the feud between those two. We had Nikki Beller <v Speaker 3>in our hometown, which to be honest, I couldn't really <v Speaker 3>be asked about until we got live come out and <v Speaker 3>set up, and maybe another match for Evolution, which I'm <v Speaker 3>not super excited about, but it's always good to see <v Speaker 3>living her flow. So before I watched this SmackDown, I've <v Speaker 3>got really high hopes for it. So let's get to <v Speaker 3>it and review the show that aired on Friday the <v Speaker 3>thirteenth from Lexington. Never been there. No, it's in Kentucky. No, <v Speaker 3>you have the Kentucky Derby. And that is the sum <v Speaker 3>total of my knowledge, I'm afraid. So first up tonight, <v Speaker 3>we've got Joe Tess giving us a look at what's <v Speaker 3>coming up tonight, and it's mostly focused toward King and <v Speaker 3>Queen of the Ring matches with two men's and two <v Speaker 3>women's fatal four way qualifiers. Then we get traditionally our arrivals. <v Speaker 3>We see Fatu after his turn, and we see miss <v Speaker 3>Money in the Bank and Naomi. First out tonight, though <v Speaker 3>a bit of a surprise, we've got mister Dower himself, <v Speaker 3>John Cena, and let's see what he's got to say <v Speaker 3>after Money in the Bank and the Truth return. He <v Speaker 3>looks happy as ever as per usual, and he demands <v Speaker 3>his special entrance announcement. He has the mic and he says, <v Speaker 3>Wrestling's Mount Rushmore is John Cena, John Cena, John Sena <v Speaker 3>John Cena. He says, yes, there have been great wrestlers <v Speaker 3>and great talkers, but no one in the past, most <v Speaker 3>importantly the present or the future is comparable to him. <v Speaker 3>He says, the reason he will always outmaneuver them is <v Speaker 3>because he's smarter. He says, you will want to be me, <v Speaker 3>whether you're watching at home or mesmerized like those watching <v Speaker 3>in the arena. He says that he's always ten steps <v Speaker 3>ahead and that he announced his retirement early so he <v Speaker 3>could scout his likely opponents. He says that he knew <v Speaker 3>anyone could enter the rumble, so he did. I mean, <v Speaker 3>I don't know why we've bother having qualifying for in <v Speaker 3>that case. Then he knew if he lost the Rumble, <v Speaker 3>he could use his position to get a shot in <v Speaker 3>elimination chamber, and he says a result of that, he <v Speaker 3>knew that Setan Punk would implode and take each other out. <v Speaker 3>He knew that Cody would be focused on the final boss, <v Speaker 3>so he knew he could seize the moment and shock <v Speaker 3>the world. He then says that he used Cody's obsession <v Speaker 3>with being loved Randy's hometown to his advantage, and he <v Speaker 3>even managed to put our truth in the main event. <v Speaker 3>He says he formed an alliance with Logan Paul in <v Speaker 3>order to neutralize him as threat, and he used Punk's <v Speaker 3>sociopathic nature to back him into corner and make himself <v Speaker 3>and make him admit that he's a hypocrite. He says <v Speaker 3>that he doesn't have to worry about Seth cashing in <v Speaker 3>on him, as he knows that he wants that Seth <v Speaker 3>wants Sena to leave with the title, meaning that Seth <v Speaker 3>can win the World Championship and stay in WWE as <v Speaker 3>the only champion. He says he has put all the <v Speaker 3>math in his favor and when wins matches before they start, <v Speaker 3>he says, in twenty five years, he solved it all <v Speaker 3>resistants anyone's appreciation, and they won't realize how good he <v Speaker 3>is until three years after he's gone. He says, there <v Speaker 3>will be no one worthy to hold the title ever. Again, <v Speaker 3>that's quite a long old diatribe from Sena, and the <v Speaker 3>only thing I really say about that is that he's <v Speaker 3>got a point. I won't recount exactly what the tweet <v Speaker 3>did say, but several years ago there was a particularly <v Speaker 3>mean tweet that Punk put out about people going over <v Speaker 3>to compete in the Saudi shows, et cetera, et cetera. <v Speaker 3>Which is good that they're bringing that into the storyline, <v Speaker 3>because it's always better when there's a little bit of <v Speaker 3>truth there. Anyway, that finally brings out Cody, who makes <v Speaker 3>his way to the ring and tells Sina, what did <v Speaker 3>you just say? You're so smart? Thousands of steps ahead? <v Speaker 3>He says, it's unfortunate everything he said has come true <v Speaker 3>and Mount Rushmore, Yes, sure, Cody says, you forgot to <v Speaker 3>mention that this Saturday I pinned you in the center <v Speaker 3>of the ring. He says he isn't part of scene <v Speaker 3>as plan Seena is part of his. Cody says, so <v Speaker 3>where does that leave you and I. We then get <v Speaker 3>Randy out, who we're reminded we haven't seen it four <v Speaker 3>or five weeks, and Randy looks mad as hell. He <v Speaker 3>gives a mic and says, anyone who saw the fire <v Speaker 3>backlash knows that Randy had him beat until someone came <v Speaker 3>and saved the day. He says he knows now what <v Speaker 3>he has to do to get number fifteen, and he <v Speaker 3>will go through anyone, even Cody, who he loves as <v Speaker 3>a brother. Then he'll do that. We then get La <v Speaker 3>Night out, who if you'd have let me guess all day, <v Speaker 3>I probably wouldn't have guessed La Night But get l <v Speaker 3>a night out, which is surprise him. He says, all <v Speaker 3>week the whole world has been chatting for La Night. <v Speaker 3>He says, as he walks to the ring, he is <v Speaker 3>looking at the WWE establishment and he is the sore thumb. <v Speaker 3>He says, nice month's master plan to Sena, but he <v Speaker 3>didn't plan for night. He says, King of the Ring <v Speaker 3>is around the corner, and he will win, and then <v Speaker 3>he's going to take the title. That Sena bails from <v Speaker 3>the ring, leaving the three guys there, and as he <v Speaker 3>walks up the ramp, he is blindsided and attacked by Truth, <v Speaker 3>leaving Sena lying in the walkway. So wow, we're after <v Speaker 3>a great start tonight water open to the show. Looks <v Speaker 3>like SmackDown is going to be almost as good or <v Speaker 3>as good as Raw Loved seen as promo, his ego <v Speaker 3>and his pure disdainful everyone. Cody as always brilliant, Randy <v Speaker 3>returning and telling Sena he had him beat, and then <v Speaker 3>La Knight a surprise, yes, but a good one. So <v Speaker 3>I think the angle looks to be that Sena is <v Speaker 3>building up a massive gang of competitors who have a <v Speaker 3>bone to pick with him, and will that be his <v Speaker 3>eventual downfall? Great stuff got me thinking about Mount Rushmore's though, <v Speaker 3>and who would be on mine? I think mine's probably <v Speaker 3>a little bit controversial, but I would say, and here's mine. <v Speaker 3>Don't hate me for this. Stone Cold can't really you <v Speaker 3>can't really disagree with that, surely China. I know it's <v Speaker 3>a bit controversial, but if you look at the work <v Speaker 3>she did as the enforcer for DX back in the day, <v Speaker 3>she was years ahead of her time and it's a <v Speaker 3>travesty the way she's been cheated by WWE. So Stone <v Speaker 3>Cold definitely, China, definitely. My third one would be Cactus <v Speaker 3>Check straight Mankind because just wow, the character work, the wrestling, <v Speaker 3>the complete non caring about his own safety or future <v Speaker 3>or sometimes life. What a character, What a guy. And <v Speaker 3>then the fourth spot I went back and forth about <v Speaker 3>do you know what I think. I'm gonna leave it <v Speaker 3>blank because that's my hope for the future, that we <v Speaker 3>haven't seen the best. So maybe I'm going to leave <v Speaker 3>one free, like the blank plumph in Trafalgar Square, if <v Speaker 3>you like, for the future greatness. So that's my amount. Rushmore, <v Speaker 3>I would say, let me know yours, but I don't <v Speaker 3>know how on earth you do that. Perhaps you could <v Speaker 3>drop it into the mail bag. I'll listen to that. <v Speaker 3>I don't know. Maybe I'm going to have to go <v Speaker 3>back on X at some point. Maybe I can now, <v Speaker 3>you know, things have changed a little bit. But anyway, <v Speaker 3>that was a little side shoot. So if we didn't <v Speaker 3>get seen it backstage going absolutely mad at Nick, Ldust <v Speaker 3>and Sena never noticed this before. I don't know if <v Speaker 3>Nick's really tall or if seen us on the shorter side, <v Speaker 3>but there's definitely a disparity in size. Scena looks short <v Speaker 3>compared to Nick. And we have Night and Randy in <v Speaker 3>the ring ready for the first of the knights. King <v Speaker 3>of the Ring qualifies. They're joined by Mellow with no miss, <v Speaker 3>no stupid Andre the giant necklace. Is that over now, <v Speaker 3>I'm thinking, I kind of hope so. And then last <v Speaker 3>ye out we've got alistair back Black and this one <v Speaker 3>kicks off as Mellow and Black face off with Randy <v Speaker 3>and Knight biding their time like the wily veterans they are. <v Speaker 3>But soon enough it all kicks off and we have <v Speaker 3>Mellow looking for a sneaky roll up, but he fails, <v Speaker 3>and we've got Black starting off the strongest, brilliantly flying <v Speaker 3>off the top to the outside. We then get Mellow <v Speaker 3>showing some offense, doing a good job, dispatching Night and <v Speaker 3>then back Black, and Randy's been down somewhere since. Quite <v Speaker 3>early on in the match, he hasn't featured much, but then, <v Speaker 3>of course, from nowhere here comes Randy, smashing people against <v Speaker 3>the announced desk. Now all four men back in the ring. Briefly, <v Speaker 3>as Black takes out Randy, Mellow lands a big splash <v Speaker 3>on Night and the cover is broken up by Black. <v Speaker 3>Black hits massive kicks on all three men, going for <v Speaker 3>a cover on Mellow, who kicks in two. Black now <v Speaker 3>looks to be in control, but Randy, with a scoop <v Speaker 3>slam to Black, Night and Mellow in quick succession. Sets <v Speaker 3>up for a double draping DDT on Black and Mellow, <v Speaker 3>but he stopped by Night, who hits a net breaker <v Speaker 3>on Randy, and that results in a double DDT for <v Speaker 3>the other two as well. We get Night looking for <v Speaker 3>his finish, and then Bronson read appears takes him out, <v Speaker 3>and then we get bron Breaker spearing him from the <v Speaker 3>other side of the ring. Mellow looks to take advantage <v Speaker 3>by going off the top, but he is intercepted mid <v Speaker 3>air by an awesome RKAO from Randy, landing right on <v Speaker 3>Night and Randy gets the pint on Night and takes <v Speaker 3>the win. So the end of that match particularly was brilliant. <v Speaker 3>The RKO has always looking absolutely fantastic. It was frenetic <v Speaker 3>and fast paced, great match to start show, and a <v Speaker 3>real treat to see those four guys just go for it. <v Speaker 3>I have to say I didn't see the interference coming <v Speaker 3>because I was in the moment and I really thought <v Speaker 3>Night was going to pick up the win, especially after <v Speaker 3>his earlier promo. But Randy progresses in a tournament and <v Speaker 3>for me, that's great. Mellow minus miss try to say <v Speaker 3>that with a mouthful of ying gums. Seems to be <v Speaker 3>a thing now. And what about Black? Hopefully some plans <v Speaker 3>for him. As you know, I'm a big Black fan <v Speaker 3>and I would love to see him with some kind <v Speaker 3>of any kind of title at some point. Next for <v Speaker 3>Randy Samuzain, that's a fun match with those two being <v Speaker 3>friends as well. And we get a pre promo from <v Speaker 3>Fatuu who's up next? And this should be good Now <v Speaker 3>he comes to a great pop from the crowd and <v Speaker 3>they seem to love him even more since he did <v Speaker 3>the dirty on solo. We get a reminder of how <v Speaker 3>SOO exactly signed his death war at last week taking <v Speaker 3>the pee out of Solo, and then where you see <v Speaker 3>what went on at Money in the Bank. The Crown <v Speaker 3>are charm him for Fattoo, and he says, just because <v Speaker 3>you are family doesn't mean you can go behind their <v Speaker 3>back and snake them. Just because they're from the same <v Speaker 3>bloodline doesn't mean you can take credit for all of <v Speaker 3>their achievements. Solo says Fatou would be nothing without him. <v Speaker 3>He says he showed Solo money in the bank, that <v Speaker 3>you have to get him where you fit in and <v Speaker 3>it's just him now. He's then interrupted by Solo, but <v Speaker 3>on the big screen, I guess he doesn't have the <v Speaker 3>balls to meet Fatou face to face, even with JC <v Speaker 3>in tow. He gives him the slow clap and says, <v Speaker 3>tell him how you feel, Fatoo. He says, ah, you <v Speaker 3>done getting everything off your chest. He says money in <v Speaker 3>the Bank he could have made the biggest mistake of <v Speaker 3>his life. He says that a year ago he brought <v Speaker 3>him into WWE. He gave your money, success and the title, <v Speaker 3>and it was all down to Solo. He says, next <v Speaker 3>week he will be in the middle of the ring <v Speaker 3>with open arms, ready to forgive him if he tells <v Speaker 3>him he loves him. He says, remember, he brought him <v Speaker 3>into this world and he can take him out of it. <v Speaker 3>I think there's no way that's happening. There's absolutely no <v Speaker 3>way that Fatou is going to tell Solowie loves him. <v Speaker 3>I think he's quite happy on his own. So I <v Speaker 3>really think this huge should be off the chart. I <v Speaker 3>can't wait to see these two just rip each other apart. <v Speaker 3>We're now straight backstage to Nick, who is with the <v Speaker 3>secret Harvist. They tell him that Chelsea needs to speak <v Speaker 3>with him urgently. He says she's not here and because <v Speaker 3>hasn't she got trouble problems, but they have her on <v Speaker 3>face time. She demands that the Queen of the Ring <v Speaker 3>matches postponed till next week. Nick says no way and <v Speaker 3>basically puts Albert in the match in her place. We <v Speaker 3>then get Zelena, who comes to Nick and sways that <v Speaker 3>she needs Julia right now. Nick says she isn't here. <v Speaker 3>Selena says she's been hit harder by better. I mean, <v Speaker 3>Zelena has been hit by everybody better and worse, harder <v Speaker 3>and not harder, and that he should be more worried <v Speaker 3>about Juliet and what Zelina will do to her next week. <v Speaker 3>Now we're straight back into the action because we're quite <v Speaker 3>wrestling heavy tonight, which as a wrestling show makes me <v Speaker 3>quite happy. And we've got the fatal four way for <v Speaker 3>the Queen of the Ring. This is Jade versus Piper <v Speaker 3>and versus Nya versus Meet Chim. Joe Test reminds us <v Speaker 3>that Nya is the reigning Queen of the Ring and <v Speaker 3>I had totally forgot that, but don't worry, we are <v Speaker 3>about to hear it on repeat throughout this whole match. <v Speaker 3>This one's interesting. We've got three really strong women in <v Speaker 3>this one, and we've got Meechin who definitely shouldn't be <v Speaker 3>underestimating given her a recent form. She's been pretty hard <v Speaker 3>care herself. So we start off. We've got Jaden with <v Speaker 3>Meetchim and Jade making a strong start and makes a <v Speaker 3>move for a pin, getting a two count. Some good <v Speaker 3>moves off Mietchan, though, who goes for a quick cover herself. <v Speaker 3>Nya and Piper get involved, generally squishing the other women <v Speaker 3>and using their power well. A quick alliance formed between <v Speaker 3>Piper and Naya, who try and gang up on Jade, <v Speaker 3>but to be fair. She fights back really well. We <v Speaker 3>get a moon salt from meeting, which is beautiful and <v Speaker 3>takes out all three women on the outside meeting hits <v Speaker 3>a tornado ddity on Piper and gets a close cover. <v Speaker 3>Jade hits a power bomb and also gets close cover. <v Speaker 3>Piper and Nya gang up on Jade as they throw <v Speaker 3>her over the announced desk, also taking out Wade. Not <v Speaker 3>sure if that was planned or not, but it looked <v Speaker 3>pretty good. The alliance wears off, shocking and Nya takes <v Speaker 3>out Piper, lining up meaching for the Annia later, which <v Speaker 3>she hits and almost gets the win, but we've got <v Speaker 3>Piper breaking things up in the nick of time. From nowhere, <v Speaker 3>Jade rises from the dead the announced desk, hits Jaded <v Speaker 3>on Piper and gets to win. This was a good match. <v Speaker 3>I briefly thought that we were lining up Naya versus <v Speaker 3>Bliss at some point, but not to be a win <v Speaker 3>for Jade makes sense. I guess she faces Roxanne Perez <v Speaker 3>next week. We literally haven't heard anything about Naya being <v Speaker 3>Queen in the Wing forever, and tonight kept calling her <v Speaker 3>Queen Nya. I mean, come on, wwe if it's gonna <v Speaker 3>be a thing. It needs to be consistently layered through <v Speaker 3>the year. You can't just make a big deal out <v Speaker 3>of it for the two weeks and then it becomes <v Speaker 3>a thing. You've got to keep it up. We then <v Speaker 3>get Naomi backstage looking really menacing with her money in <v Speaker 3>the bank briefcase. She's coming up next. She's in the <v Speaker 3>ring and she says, I see some of you looking <v Speaker 3>really surprised, shocked and stupid. She doesn't know why. She says, <v Speaker 3>she said she would do it. She took what she deserves, <v Speaker 3>and now she's missed money in the bank. She says, <v Speaker 3>the whole time she was trying to beat Naya Jacks, <v Speaker 3>the person that was standing in her way was Tiffany <v Speaker 3>Stratton and nice Naomi let it happen, but not this Naomi. <v Speaker 3>She says she's going to hit Tiffy in the head <v Speaker 3>with a briefcase and win the title. And that brings <v Speaker 3>out Tiffy, who says, you talk a big game. She says, <v Speaker 3>why don't you just do it? Do it right now? <v Speaker 3>She says, you haven't changed. She's the same all Naomi, <v Speaker 3>ll talk, no action. She says, please prove us all wrong. <v Speaker 3>So she's clearly trying to get a rise out of Naomi, <v Speaker 3>but Naomi's wise to it. She says, do I look stupid? <v Speaker 3>Do you? I'm going to cash in when you least <v Speaker 3>expect it. And also she kills the watchance, which is awesome. <v Speaker 3>She says she's going to enjoy it making her life hell, <v Speaker 3>and she says, TikTok, Tiffy, your time is nearly over <v Speaker 3>is brilliant stuff. The briefcase suits Naomi's new persona perfectly <v Speaker 3>and this is going to be awesome. Just as we <v Speaker 3>are wrapping up, Nya tries to blindside Tiffy, but tif <v Speaker 3>he spots her coming. Naomi tries to in on it, <v Speaker 3>it gets knocked out by Tiffy. Off the distraction, n <v Speaker 3>I manages to hit the annihilator on Tiffy. Naomi seems <v Speaker 3>to think about the cash in, but it's warned off <v Speaker 3>by nia I'm not super thrilled about having Nya still <v Speaker 3>in the title picture, but having Naomi with the briefcase <v Speaker 3>makes it all okay for me at the moment. Next <v Speaker 3>we go backstage where Nick has all the tag teams <v Speaker 3>with him. He says he wanted to talk about the <v Speaker 3>Wyatt situation. We get DIY desperately trying to palm it <v Speaker 3>off on literally any of the other teams, and Nick <v Speaker 3>says he's decided that the most machine Guns will get <v Speaker 3>the shot at the Wyatts tonight, as they are the veterans. <v Speaker 3>That seems like a pretty dubious honor to me. But <v Speaker 3>that match is coming up now. I've got to say, <v Speaker 3>I absolutely I love the Wyatts entrance, just since shivers <v Speaker 3>down his spine. It's just absolutely brilliant. We kick off <v Speaker 3>as the Wyatt team take the early lead. Dexter loomis <v Speaker 3>on absolute fire, tagging in Joe Jacey and these guys <v Speaker 3>are very impressive. We've got saving though, making a best <v Speaker 3>of a comeback, so he gets the tags tag and <v Speaker 3>the most City machine Guns with some of their awesome <v Speaker 3>double team moves. And I really like the way the <v Speaker 3>rest of the Wyat six are positioned in the walkway, <v Speaker 3>which is really menacing. It's like if you stray too <v Speaker 3>far out of the ring, they're going to get you. <v Speaker 3>And also it cuts off that angle for inference as well, <v Speaker 3>which has been a big problem in this tag team division. <v Speaker 3>So that's a really nice touch. This was a good match, <v Speaker 3>but this one wraps up as decks of Loomis hits <v Speaker 3>an absolutely massive leg drop from the top which felt <v Speaker 3>like it nearly hit the top of the arena. Gets <v Speaker 3>the pin for the Wyatts, and they look like they're <v Speaker 3>being built to be a bit undertaker if f in <v Speaker 3>his prime though not sad old taker who couldn't go, <v Speaker 3>but in his prime taker. I wonder if the plan <v Speaker 3>is for them to go through the whole division, finishing <v Speaker 3>up with the profits and take the titles. That would <v Speaker 3>be really cool. We now have seen it. Backstage, he <v Speaker 3>bumps into Jimmy and asked him if he's seen Truth <v Speaker 3>or on killings. Jimmy says no. He says, tell him <v Speaker 3>mom and why to the ring right now and tell <v Speaker 3>him to meet me there. And now we have seen <v Speaker 3>it in the ring again. He cuts his music and <v Speaker 3>tells the crowd to shut their stupid mouse. He says <v Speaker 3>there is a level of disrespect that he can tolerate, <v Speaker 3>but tells Truth he just crossed all the lines. He <v Speaker 3>calls Truth out for a fight, but instead he gets Punk, <v Speaker 3>who heads out and grabs a mic. And this should <v Speaker 3>be off the chart, he says to Sena, you're tired <v Speaker 3>of being disrespected. He says, these people are being tired <v Speaker 3>of being disrespected. He says, see and Punk has got <v Speaker 3>a mic crohone and the disrespect hasn't even begun yet. <v Speaker 3>He says, for old time's sake, he's going to give <v Speaker 3>Zena a chance to stop what he's doing and let <v Speaker 3>the crowd have their happy ending, and he makes several <v Speaker 3>Star Wars references. Sena says, why would he waste his time? <v Speaker 3>He says, these people don't matter, This place doesn't matter. <v Speaker 3>The only thing that matters is the title. Punk says, <v Speaker 3>to let the record show that he tried to keep <v Speaker 3>it nice. He says it's about to get real. He <v Speaker 3>says he is pissed off that scene called him a <v Speaker 3>hypocrite and hears the truth you can't beat me. When <v Speaker 3>he said he's best, he never could. Punk says he <v Speaker 3>will stop Seena ruining wrestling, and he says that he <v Speaker 3>sees his confidence as a strength. He says, Sina looks <v Speaker 3>like a toddler who's just struck out at Evil, which <v Speaker 3>I thought was completely hilarious, and he really now you <v Speaker 3>can't unswee it. He says Sena is copying what Punk did, <v Speaker 3>and Punk says that he is here to make the <v Speaker 3>farewell Tour palatable. He says he will follow him to <v Speaker 3>hell if he has to, and then he says they're <v Speaker 3>both goats, but a night of Champions, he will spit <v Speaker 3>roast him. I'm not sure what that means in the US, <v Speaker 3>but in the UK that has quite the meaning, and <v Speaker 3>I'm pretty sure that's not what's c M. Punk wanted <v Speaker 3>to do. But anyway, he calls him a joke and <v Speaker 3>says he sees through him and that he always has <v Speaker 3>and that's the truth. So I don't know if this <v Speaker 3>is true, but it does feel like there is real <v Speaker 3>beef between these two, which is brilliant as always. Punk <v Speaker 3>is great on the mic and completely eviscerates Sina, who <v Speaker 3>has no reply to him and just skunks away. And <v Speaker 3>then again from behind, Truth attacks Sina, getting him in <v Speaker 3>the STFU, And I thought, wouldn't it be cool if <v Speaker 3>for the rest of scene is farewell Tour, Truth just <v Speaker 3>literally stalks him around the world and attacks him just <v Speaker 3>time and time again. They don't have a match, it's <v Speaker 3>just literally just true attacking Sena from every angle would <v Speaker 3>just be hilarious. Backstage, Byron has Bliss with him and <v Speaker 3>he asked what her mind set is, she says tonight, <v Speaker 3>she reminds everyone who she is and becomes Queen of <v Speaker 3>the Ring. She's interrupted by Charlotte who says there is <v Speaker 3>only one queen in this division, and she heads out <v Speaker 3>for this fatal four way qualifying match, and this one <v Speaker 3>is Bliss, Flair, Candice Larray and should have been Chelsea Green, <v Speaker 3>but albu Fire and the beef between Bliss and Flair <v Speaker 3>carries on as Flair having her entrance music, and before <v Speaker 3>she can get halfway down the walkway, Bliss's music cuts off, <v Speaker 3>cuts her off and she saunters to the ring past her, <v Speaker 3>which I thought is just brilliant touch. Before the match, <v Speaker 3>we go to Truth backstage with Nick. Truth asked for <v Speaker 3>a match of scene the next week, and Nick agrees <v Speaker 3>to it, so that quickly scuffers my theory, although I <v Speaker 3>still think it should happen. It would be hilarious. We <v Speaker 3>kick off this match with Bliss and Flair facing off, <v Speaker 3>so Albra and Candace take advantage and get the early start, <v Speaker 3>but Flair quickly turning things around. Ways says on comms <v Speaker 3>that by far and away, Flair is the least popular <v Speaker 3>member of the woman's locker room, and he goes on <v Speaker 3>to list all of her recent losses. I thought that <v Speaker 3>was a bit weird. I mean, it's probably true if <v Speaker 3>what you read and watches is to be believed, but <v Speaker 3>to say it on comms just out there seems a <v Speaker 3>bit weird. Fire and the Array with an alliance teping <v Speaker 3>up against Flair. They then break up a sister Abigail <v Speaker 3>from Bliss Bliss on Fire, taking out the whole field, <v Speaker 3>but Candice it's a codebreaker on Flair. Bliss hits twisted <v Speaker 3>Bliss on Fire and gets a two count, broken up <v Speaker 3>by Flair two huge booze. It's very clear who the <v Speaker 3>crowd want to win here. Flair has on the figure <v Speaker 3>eight to fire, but then to the side of them, <v Speaker 3>Bliss hits sister Abigail on Candice gets the cover and <v Speaker 3>the win with Fire tapping milliseconds after the pins. So <v Speaker 3>Alexa is through and that's awesome. This match was decent <v Speaker 3>with a good finish, something new and interesting which we <v Speaker 3>haven't seen for a while. We now have Cody veckstage. <v Speaker 3>He bumps into Punk and says we can't run away <v Speaker 3>from each other forever. Punk says that's true, but not tonight. <v Speaker 3>They shake hands now, that would be cool. Those guys <v Speaker 3>obviously have a history, both good on the mic, both <v Speaker 3>good in the ring. Yes please. Next up, we have <v Speaker 3>the final men's qualifying match of the night, and that's <v Speaker 3>Cody versus Andrade vers Shinski versus Priest, and this one <v Speaker 3>starts off with Andrade looking great, but he is soon <v Speaker 3>put down by Priest, who then faces off with Cody. <v Speaker 3>We get Andrade hitting a moon salt off the ring <v Speaker 3>post to the outside and takes out everyone. And then <v Speaker 3>we get the awful slimjin table out, So I guess <v Speaker 3>someone is going through that and after some back and forth, <v Speaker 3>will they won't they? It's Cody who gets put through <v Speaker 3>the table and Joe Tess calls it a slim Jim <v Speaker 3>table snap, which is awful. I hate it, not the spot, <v Speaker 3>the phrase a slim Jim table snap. I mean, honestly, <v Speaker 3>have a word with yourself. WW want earth are you doing? <v Speaker 3>I just I can't even all four men now back in. <v Speaker 3>It's Cody who's clearing everyone else. Shinsky counters the Cody <v Speaker 3>cutter and hits the conchaser. We get Andra da breaking <v Speaker 3>up that cover and this one moves to its finish <v Speaker 3>with Cody hitting Cody Cutter on Priest and Crossroads and <v Speaker 3>Andrade and Shinskay getting the pin on Shin to progress <v Speaker 3>to the next round. Exciting match and a pretty worthy <v Speaker 3>main event. Loving what they're doing with Andrade, he is <v Speaker 3>looking awesome at the moment. Shinskate eating another loss, what <v Speaker 3>is going on with him? But I guess predictably, question Mark, <v Speaker 3>We've now got Cody fruit King of the Ring the <v Speaker 3>next round, so my guess would be that we're going <v Speaker 3>to get Cody victorious at Night Champions, setting him on <v Speaker 3>a crash course with Sena. I'm guessing. I think seein <v Speaker 3>as ry. I don't think Seph is going to cash <v Speaker 3>in on scene. I think it'll be on whoever has <v Speaker 3>the other title at the time Seth wants to cash in. <v Speaker 3>I'm not sure Gumpha will hold the title long term. <v Speaker 3>I'm not completely sure about that, but that seems to <v Speaker 3>be where we're moving. And I have to say, on <v Speaker 3>the other side, I'm so pleased to see Bliss through. <v Speaker 3>I would love to see her get another run at <v Speaker 3>the title. So I thought this was a great show tonight. <v Speaker 3>Maybe not quite as good as Raw, but not far off. <v Speaker 3>Really enjoyable, some brilliant matches, plenty of wrestling tonight, which <v Speaker 3>is the reason we'll watch after all, and great development <v Speaker 3>of storylines both new and existing. So yeah, double thumbs <v Speaker 3>up from me anyway, guys, that just aboutdoes it for <v Speaker 3>this week's show.
