Danny G so good. Do you have to say traitor that faithful?

00:01:53
Speaker 1: Yeah? I think I do have to say it that way. You know the ending.

00:01:55
Speaker 2: I'm not spoiling anything, but you know what drives me nuts about reality shows when people like get all butt hurt.

00:02:02
Speaker 1: About it, like, but you lied. That's the show, you idiot. The show is to lie, got you, got.

00:02:10
Speaker 4: You, which that's the reason so many people couldn't stand Bachelor pretty much right off the bat, because by season two we had contestants whining about the process. You've seen the show, you know, Yeah, you're right, can't be with more than one person at a time.

00:02:25
Speaker 1: When shut up? That's the show.

00:02:27
Speaker 2: When someone on Traders, I'm sorry today stop says something like I can't believe you lied to me, and the show is called Traders, it's equally as dumb as when someone on a dating show is like, you're right, but hurt that the guy's dating other people like you. Moron, this is what you signed up for, you bobo. Well before we speaking of Bobo's, that's Rich Davis and I'm Cavino. Sam is here at Danny's here, Loan Crowns here. We're letting, uh, letting you Fox Sports Radionation get some pain off your chest, hatred off your chest, because well, Shyla buff did it this weekend. Hates Mike Piazza. He was snubbed ninety times, he says by Mike Piazza as a kid, you don't have to play the Hall of Fay just to be getting his funny sep.

00:03:14
Speaker 4: Remember trying to get Mike Piazza's autograph. Yeah, you know what, I mean from my whole life.

00:03:19
Speaker 1: Mike Piazza were waiting outside the every day this guy bro so yeah, we used to go to Dodger games and Big Brothers program.

00:03:27
Speaker 2: You used to get You think you ever approached Piazza for an autograph and Piazza said no, and he was like, just.

00:03:33
Speaker 1: Do it, Just do it? Is like, nah, but on the dollar at just do it.

00:03:41
Speaker 2: Well, hey, maybe he just seemed angry and Piazza's like, I ain't got time for because Piazza is a nice guy.

00:03:46
Speaker 1: I don't know. Well, I'm not saying it's not true what happened. It's really funny.

00:03:49
Speaker 2: So what's your story and then we'll move on cause I have other stories to tell. Again, I have some NBA insight in the form of don't believe the hype. There's a few stories that are viral and you're like, that's not what happened really at all.

00:04:01
Speaker 1: Hey, that's my opinion.

00:04:02
Speaker 2: Hey, dentity as you us said.

00:04:05
Speaker 1: One of our listeners pointed out, this is not creative writing. This is not a Yeah.

00:04:10
Speaker 4: Scott in our YouTube channel chat wrote, what is with the college today? This isn't creative writing? Class?

00:04:16
Speaker 2: With laughing emotions okay, ready, I'll give you, I'll give you how it's done. I hold a lot of resentment, but I but I again, I use these things as motivation, like I never forget.

00:04:24
Speaker 4: I hate anybody in Sherman Oaks, California's on the line.

00:04:27
Speaker 1: All right, on my radio come up.

00:04:29
Speaker 2: It was a big deal to make the station radio station calendar, and it was one particular photo I was in and someone trying to hold me back, edited me out of that photo. So I was not in the radio station calendar because someone cut me out of it because they.

00:04:44
Speaker 1: Felt the need to.

00:04:46
Speaker 4: They were oppressing you.

00:04:47
Speaker 2: I hate that person kind of, but I used that as motivation, So I say today, f them, but thanks for making me better. Not what pro athlete or beginning middle end. See that's a story, and you.

00:04:58
Speaker 4: Didn't give a year. You didn't say what colors shirt you were wearing a picture.

00:05:01
Speaker 2: But you have to imagine that hurt my feelings as a young guy just trying to feel like he was part of something.

00:05:07
Speaker 1: Pro athletes are anyone that you have a weird, irrational hate for.

00:05:10
Speaker 4: We have to let Joe in Minnesota finish his story.

00:05:13
Speaker 1: Joe, what's up?

00:05:16
Speaker 5: All right? Lesson learned guys.

00:05:18
Speaker 1: I love you, Joe. What's up? Man?

00:05:20
Speaker 5: Hey? All right, so mowing lawns. Mowed the lawn across the street from Sterling Sharp. As he was coming out of his house. He was like, hey, get my next and I was like yeah, blah blah. He's like, how much twenty dollars? I was like, all right. So I saw that guy at lambeau Field, was like, hey, you cut my law? Can I get an autograph? And he's like nah, man. I'm like, all right, fifth grade. I go back. I see him the next day. I'm like, hey, I mowed your lawn. Can I get twenty dollars? You owe me twenty dollars? And he's like, I don't know you man. He blew me off.

00:05:52
Speaker 1: You have a real ye With.

00:05:54
Speaker 5: My mom at the grocery store, I was like, hey, it's Sterling Sharp, the cops food. Yeah, detail, it's important. But I was just like, hey, man, like that's the guy who owes me twenty dollars.

00:06:07
Speaker 6: My Mom's like, that's Sterling Sharp.

00:06:09
Speaker 5: Sterling Sharp os you twenty dollars. I'm like, yeah, I mowed his lawn and he looks over. He's like, you didn't mow my lawn. Man.

00:06:15
Speaker 1: Ohoa, I want my two dollars? Where's my two dollars with interest dollar? That's two three and fifty dollars worth.

00:06:25
Speaker 2: That's a story, bro I made for you, dude. I hope, I hope he gets word of it. Man Sterling, Sharp's gonna hear about this. Yeah, let's all take a couple more quicks.

00:06:36
Speaker 1: What do we got?

00:06:36
Speaker 4: Daddy Neil in Virginia?

00:06:37
Speaker 1: Yo, Neil, Hey, buddy.

00:06:39
Speaker 7: It was up Fellows. It's always all the truth. I don't personally, I don't personally hold grudges, but I hold him for other people. And I've been holding this one for about three weeks ever since Colin stole Fernando.

00:06:52
Speaker 1: Yeah, yeah, I'm glad. I'm bad.

00:06:55
Speaker 2: Oh you know what for y'all, I appreciate that Colin Kelherts stealing Fernando.

00:07:00
Speaker 4: Alright, who else we got? All right, let's wrap with bretton Vegas Spratt.

00:07:04
Speaker 1: What's up, buddy, it's going on, guys, big fans, Thanks man, Thank you, buddy.

00:07:12
Speaker 5: Disneyland.

00:07:13
Speaker 6: See the Lopez brothers, Brooke and Robin walk around, can't bet somewhere in your sim fitters And I go up to him to say, hey, can I just get a picture? Didn't want autograss and they kind of blew me off, like no, I'll get out of here, and they give me Derry's look. And you know my ex five family all all give me a hard time, like just leave them alone, like do the slowries and just keep to it. Anyways, you know that Western restaurant where they do like the show at Disneyland. H Yeah, so we go and sit in there to watch a show and eat food, and little Bihold the Lopez brothers walk in the back door and they put him a little separate booth up there by themselves. Well, the guy starts doing the show and he's picking volunteers. Well he picks Brook Lopez to go up there and be Paul Bunyon. And so he goes up there and puts on the hat and then he sees me six beards, like, hey, won't you come up here and you can beat Grizzly Adams or whatever. So I would have the whole time and look at me looking like, hey, so.

00:08:08
Speaker 1: Funny, dude, so stupid told you how to get that picture?

00:08:11
Speaker 4: Somehow, mister Bunyan, the awkwardness turned into a photo.

00:08:15
Speaker 2: That's funny, funny, right, good one, buddy, You know what, Glad you got it off your chest. Continue doing so at Covino and Rich at Fox Sports Radio. Who knew Piazza and Shylah Buff would start all this and respectfully and to be fair, there's two sides to every story. And like we said to start this off, I think you give people two chances because you got to assume that not everyone's got the time, or maybe they're having a bad day, maybe your timing was off. So either way, thanks for sharing. And if you get the chance to watch this Shilah Buff interview, oh my goodness, that dude is wild, fantastic, fantastic, And you know what you said what to watch this week? We got the World Baseball Classic Baseball, you know spring training games. I think we're seeing some funny moments. I know it's spring training, so it's easy to have funny moments. But have you noticed a few times where the ball strike, the automated ball, the ABS has got some lefts, Like there was one where Schwarber knew he struck out and he's like, ah, you got me, He just waited there. And there was another one where was point oh like point oh ones inches.

00:09:17
Speaker 1: Like, how do you I've seen a few of those.

00:09:19
Speaker 2: Yeah, I mean in the regular season, when it matters, I think the attitude will be a little different. But I think right now people are like, oh damn, this is sort of fun. So we'll see how that works out. Baseball Heating Up and Danny g I know you and I can you know you like it, but not as much as us Paradise New episode tonight.

00:09:36
Speaker 1: All right, Yeah, I don't hate on it. It's just good Sterling k Brown's legit. It's good show, all right, so enjoy that.

00:09:43
Speaker 2: And there's a few stories that I want to bring.

00:09:47
Speaker 1: The truth to.

00:09:48
Speaker 2: Okay, these are three things you wrote down. NBA related season's heating up. Like we said before, time to shift your focus if you haven't already to some good NBA.

00:09:58
Speaker 4: Right.

00:10:00
Speaker 2: But there's one story where Steph Curry's out with a knee injury and Draymond Green is trying to hype his team back up, and that whole time they're saying that Steph Curry. You may have seen the clip and not realized what was going on. It's where Steph is wearing that beige outfit in his hat they're saying Steph Curry was side eyeing Draymond Green the whole time, like almost as to disrespect what he was saying and what he was doing.

00:10:34
Speaker 1: And that's a headline.

00:10:35
Speaker 2: Curry's blank side eye at Draymond steals the show and the Warriors loss. So the Warriors dropped the one twenty nine one on one game to the Lakers. Curry's getting reevaluated in ten days. But the story is how he's side eyeing Draymond Green. So was their trouble in paradise? And when you watched the clip right, because I've heard of even heard about this, I'm like, I heard about it. I saw this clip, I saw the headline. I'm like, let me watch this clip for myself. All you see is Draymond Green trying to get his bench fired up, and Steph Curry like nod in his head, like yeah, yeah, a nothing burger. It's a nothing burger. So I mean this is my interpretation. You know how people see the same thing and interpret two different things. You know what I say nothing, I see nothing. And then there's another story next story kind of similar is this, like are we grasping at straws here to like get a headline, I think, so get at tension. Becabia need some excitement. There's another story where JJ Reddick and Luca go back and forth. The story is they definitely don't like each other, but here's the headline.

00:11:44
Speaker 1: This is hilarious.

00:11:46
Speaker 2: Luca had to be held back from JJ Reddick held that and I'm like, all right, hold on, so intrigue. Yeah, so all right, now I gotta see this. And again, you know, I get it. If it bleeds, it it leads. And what's the term? Uh, we were duped. We were dupe, but we were baited, we were bamboozled. But I guess it's a clickbait's clickbait, right, so you know you click and that's not what happened at all. And here's what I think people need to keep in mind, Like, are we a bunch of sports wheenies, Like this is the heat of the battle. You're in the moment. There's no time for pleasantries. If JJ Reddick and Luca look like they're in an intense moment, yeah, they're playing a game, they're trying to win.

00:12:28
Speaker 1: This is sports. You're not trying to be polite in those moments.

00:12:31
Speaker 2: They're at battle and they're in the moment, and then in the locker room later on after the game, Yeah they're cool again, everything's normal.

00:12:37
Speaker 1: But in that moment, there's no Yeah, there's nothing cordial there, just trying to get.

00:12:41
Speaker 4: A point across. It's like when Rich curses us out during the commercial breaks.

00:12:45
Speaker 1: Yeah, that's just part of the game. That's just how it is.

00:12:47
Speaker 2: It's like, did you ever play sports at the even at the lowest levels, when you're just trying to get your team hyped up. Luca did not have to be held back from JJ Reddick, like, this is not what's happening. Even Danny G you saw the clip. I'm sure you saw that. They were definitely like the.

00:13:06
Speaker 1: Agreement. They're in the moment.

00:13:07
Speaker 4: Yeah, whether Luca didn't want to be pulled out of the game at that time or.

00:13:09
Speaker 1: Whatever, grabs him by the wrist or whatever.

00:13:12
Speaker 4: He was trying to tell him something about something that had just happened on the floor.

00:13:15
Speaker 1: It looks like Luca blows them off a little bit.

00:13:16
Speaker 4: And Luca went to the bench. The bench players kind of grabbed him like telling him, let it go, dude.

00:13:21
Speaker 2: But that's it. That's the story. And we're talking about high intense moments in the NBA. These guys are battling for their careers, battling for the reputation, battling to win. You're gonna really focus on that, the fact that they had a disagreement in that moment, like, it's such again a nothing burger?

00:13:39
Speaker 1: Can I a total non story?

00:13:40
Speaker 2: And then the third biggest lie of the weekend before the third biggest lie of the weekend? Can I have a fourth? That's not because I think we should end on your good one. Sure, I'm reading this as a Mets fan. Tell me what you think of this, because is applaus to every team. So so number one, Steph was not side eyeing Draymond Green. Number two, No one was holding back Lucas if he was about to punch JJ Reddick.

00:14:02
Speaker 1: He was sitting down a non story.

00:14:04
Speaker 2: I saw a headline that again these are I think we're at a point where like sometimes the headline again clickbait, trying to get you right former met Ron Darling, who by the way, was great in Shallow How Ron Darling sends a message to code I Senga like, who sends a message?

00:14:23
Speaker 1: What is this now?

00:14:26
Speaker 2: Mets pitcher Kodai Senga who, as you know, at times has seemed pretty unhittable and then other times.

00:14:31
Speaker 1: Like the most hittable with his ghost forkball.

00:14:35
Speaker 2: Right, you know, Senga. Senga wants to pitch. The Mets are essentially doing a six man rotation because Senga wants to pitch on a six day rotation. So now Ron Darling just came out and said, here's my feelings. Senga's been here a couple of years. There should be a five man rotation. The rotation should not work around him wanting an extra day anymore. It's playing in saneimple. That's his opinion. He's an analyst.

00:15:04
Speaker 1: Chance that sends a message to Singa.

00:15:07
Speaker 2: No, not really no, but how do you feel about me as a broadcastw do you feel about that when you have all you have?

00:15:11
Speaker 1: Honestly, if he's going to perform better with that extra day rest, I think you.

00:15:14
Speaker 2: Give it to him by it, But then how do you but everyone out to prove that he that it works? But would you agree that everyone else should stay on their rotation? Like, how do you if one guy wants a six man rotation? Yeah, pictures are very particular, So if it's throwing everyone else off their routine, like, yeah, you don't make exceptions for one whatever.

00:15:31
Speaker 1: But if everyone's cool with it, and what.

00:15:33
Speaker 2: If Clay Holmes and Peralta and these other guys like yeah, we don't want to six then no? Yeah, then no you're nominating one guy. And I bet Ron Darling's coming from that perspective.

00:15:42
Speaker 1: I agree. Yeah, but here's the best.

00:15:44
Speaker 4: Thing, and rich we see that with all the fan bases really quick. I think a lot of the YouTube sports reporters have kind of murped up the waters because I saw a story the other day that said new Raider coach Kubiak sends a strong message to Ashton Genty.

00:15:58
Speaker 1: Oh you're thinking, like, oh man, he's putting this.

00:16:01
Speaker 4: I knew, I bet this is BS and I clicked on it and he's like, I don't want it to be a one man show where we wear down our star running back. We need another back in here, dude. That's that's a strong get out of here with these headlines.

00:16:13
Speaker 2: Just click is the slow depth of social media and and and the Internet as we know it, We're less likely to keep coming back once we realize because we know, like this is all BS. Every video he watches AI. Every article we read is clickbait. You're looking for the juice you like. That's the remember what killed my Space? Too much BS and social media in general is becoming one big cesspool of I'm telling you make nonsense, and we're going to get back to normal reality prior to social media taking over our lives as a result of all this. So the silver lining is we're going to get to the point where enough's enough and we're sick of this type of stuff.

00:16:48
Speaker 1: So did George Bush say back in the day, fool me once? Uh, can't get fooled again.

00:16:54
Speaker 2: Shame on, shame on.

00:16:56
Speaker 1: You can't get fooled again. Can't get full the end, dude, can't.

00:17:00
Speaker 2: You can't give me an Ashton genty BS headline, then give me a Ron Darling BS headline, and then give me a oh jj wriddig And Luca needs to be torn apart, and this stuff curry thing like get out of here. And then the third or fifth now, because we've added a lot to this list. By the way, the stuff curry want I'm sorry sounds like something that sounds sex, sounds something your wife would say, like, oh my god.

00:17:19
Speaker 1: He looked at me funny, dude, like, look like, come on.

00:17:22
Speaker 2: Here, it is I've seen this a million times and then when I finally watched it, I'm like, this is what they're saying. The big deal is he's sitting there listening to Draymond Green trying to hype up the bench. That's nothing new. Draymond Green is one of the leaders of the team. I don't think he's side eyeing them. I think he's just acknowledging him, Like yeah, he's nodding, nodding, nodding. So anyway, the last nothing burger of a story is this, And I can't believe how big of a story this was over the weekend. If you miss Shilah buff you might have missed this story. Jim Carry or was it Jim Carrey is in France accepting a Caesar Award, which is like their version of an Academy award, like a Lifetime Achievement award. And he shows up to the red carpet in France and he looks different. I acknowledge that, but you could see with your eyes that it's still Jim Carrey. He just looks a little different, like a little different, And he accepted the award speaking French, which I thought was impressive. So his demeanor was a little off or a little different, and he looked a little different. But you know what, Jim Carrey is sixty four years old. Do we expect him to look the same as he did in Liar?

00:18:32
Speaker 1: Liar? Are we expecting him to be the same Jim Carrey?

00:18:35
Speaker 8: Like?

00:18:35
Speaker 2: Are we all living under this false pretense that no one in Hollywood ages hate to tell you older, hate to tell you Ace Venturias over thirty years ago, say with dumb and dumber, everybody's getting older, guys. Talk about guys at what you're you're thinking of thirty something old Jim Carrey in the nineties, he's in his sixties, and we're talking about a true treasure, a guy known for his face and his his mannerism, mannerisms and his expressions. And yes, it's noticeably looks different. What's the prizing to me is that it seems like Jim Carrey caved in because he seemed anti this type of behavior, but he caved in and got some work done. Okay, stretch, Is this the first time we've seen someone look a little different? No, does it still look like Jim Carrey? Yes, but a little different. But if you read the feedback and the overall story, yeah, but the whole story is that.

00:19:24
Speaker 1: It's a clone. It's not even then who had got to him?

00:19:29
Speaker 2: That's a double Yeah, there was a rumor that Jim Carrey was killed because he knew some inside about the Epstein files, and like this is this is like, it's not a clone. It's not Hollyweird got to him. It's Jim Carrey got older, he got a little work done. Is has everyone lost their mind? What a non story? Yet surprising that he looks a little different. Whoo but he do we all do? Okay, he doesn't look that bad. It's so blown out of proportion. It's not a clone, it's not an alien. It's Jim Carrey. He got al dude.

00:20:00
Speaker 1: The end. This is a great conversation.

00:20:03
Speaker 2: What you should call like punch yourself for give yourself a karate trap?

00:20:07
Speaker 1: Does anyone really think he was cloned? Do people really think this?

00:20:11
Speaker 2: The same people that think JJ Reddick and Luca are about to go at it. If you read the feedback, everyone thinks he like, I'm like, is everyone that dumb?

00:20:18
Speaker 1: Or does everyone think like people really have these ma'am.

00:20:21
Speaker 2: I do believe in stunt doubles, like as a form of distraction or detraction, like, hey, let's let's let's fool everybody and thinks Jim Carrey's walking out this way and have his double go. I do believe super famous people have stunt doubles. I get that, But do you really believe that this is some sort of clone? And they got to him when the minute I heard him talk, so sold the minute devil the minut I heard him talk, I'm like, that's Jim Carrey. But for a minute, I was like, what if you played a trick on everyone and had someone wearing prosthetics or something. But the minute you get him, how about maybe he looks different for a movie role. That's a possibility. Did portray Andy Kaufman and.

00:20:53
Speaker 1: The min of the Moon? Who was Kaufman?

00:20:56
Speaker 7: Right?

00:20:56
Speaker 2: Like he's a method guy. Maybe he did something for the sake of a role. And we're all sitting here on the clone. Hey Andy Kauffman.

00:21:04
Speaker 1: A lot of people like thought he faked his own death, but you know he really did die.

00:21:07
Speaker 2: Clone, So for all we notice is something for a role. Because he's signing his autographs different his eyes are different color. Oh, his demeanor's different. Maybe he's in the middle of a method process that we don't know about. But again, a nothing story blown out of proportion, and it just goes to show you maybe we will get back to a normal life when we realize everything we're reading and duped into looking at is BS facts.

00:21:34
Speaker 1: All right, now, what game we're playing today, Danny?

00:21:36
Speaker 4: It's an iron Mic Monday and oh.

00:21:38

00:30:57
Speaker 1: Later guys.

00:31:00
Speaker 2: Lated, buddy Mike, did he say Congo Bigo? Do you guys remember that game? Of course, I gotta ask Kavino. I know you're a big fight fan. What if the boss really did say, Cavino, do you want to go cover the fight in the Congo?

00:31:11
Speaker 1: I mean, what did one of our old bosses say? Do it for the stories?

00:31:16
Speaker 2: Shout out to Stevie Cohen who told us years ago for the stories, or as they say nowadays, for the plot. Yeah, do it for the plot, do it for the story. Imagine the boss was like Cavino. That might be crazy. You're going to send you out. You get to interview Mayweather and Tyson, but you have to go to the Congo.

00:31:30
Speaker 4: Oh man, you might get malaria. You might say you might need three shots before you travel.

00:31:36
Speaker 2: No, I'll be honest. I bet you probably do need some type of shots. Like you know when people go on African safar as. You ever have someone go one of your friends go on their honeymoon to Africa, they have to go through.

00:31:44
Speaker 1: A whole series of shots.

00:31:46
Speaker 2: And that is an exhibition fight. Guys, if you didn't know, it's uh, Mike Tyson and Floyd Mayweather, April twenty fifth, Democratic Republic of Congo.

00:31:56
Speaker 1: The Congo. All right, well with that said.

00:31:58
Speaker 2: And it's an exhibition fight because I'm going Mayweather's also fighting Pokea. We got a busy year, busy year for Mayweather. I guess he needs the money. The guy has hundreds of millions of dollars.

00:32:08
Speaker 4: It says you need to be worried about yellow fever, typhoid, hepatitis A and B, polio and rabies.

00:32:14
Speaker 1: Wow, man, that's it. You know you ever see those stories.

00:32:17
Speaker 2: I have to pass on this opportunity not to sound insensitive, but you ever see those stories where like someone's walking through the village, like back to their village of the jungle, and they're like, where'd they go? And they found out they got eaten by like a snake.

00:32:30
Speaker 1: Have you ever seen those stories?

00:32:32
Speaker 2: And it's like, oh, they cut open the uh, they cut open this huge monstrous python and now they found your aunt.

00:32:39
Speaker 1: Wild stuff. Maybe we shouldn't go to the congo. Let's got Isaac cron up date, Isaac Kella. Isaac, Well, it's.

00:32:48
Speaker 10: Very coincidentally you should bring that up because we have a similar not kidding item to conclude this report. We start, however, in the relatively comparably tame National Football League, Houston Texans aquiring running back David Montgomery from the Detroit Lions in exchange for offensive lineman Juice Scrugs in two draft picks. The Texans also traded offensive tackle Titus Howard to Cleveland for a draft pick. The Lions also released offensive lineman Graham Glasgow. At FL Media reports Los Angeles Chargers pass rusher Khalil Mack will play in twenty twenty six. Mac is presently technically an unrestricted free agent in the NBA ESPO reports Milwaukee's Giannis Onteda Coonpo is expected a return to action tonight against the Boston Celtics after missing fifteen games with a strained right calf. Finally, here it is, we have a Florida Gators update. Literally, New Florida football head coach John Sumral was doing a photo shoot with an actual, real life gator when the gator named Helena suddenly lunched at him.

00:33:51
Speaker 11: Listen, woo.

00:33:54
Speaker 1: Easy, Helena, chill out. Come on, look over there. The hell do you think you're doing on? A chill out?

00:34:01
Speaker 11: Helena, one Florida Gator not to be messed with. Back to you, guys, Thank god.

00:34:05
Speaker 1: I know you're gonna say a damn alligator bit my hand. Off, damn alligator bit my hand. Oh my god, thank you.

00:34:11
Speaker 2: I was say thank you, Isaac Loan, thank you, Iowa Sam all right, we got more covine on wretch.

00:34:17
Speaker 1: Next right here on FSR hangtipe.

Speaker 1: Thank you, Sam I am as Sammy Boy was playing Crocodile rock. Yeah.

00:36:06
Speaker 2: I didn't want to cut that, yeah yeah yeah yeah, yeah yeah yeah, I didn't want.

00:36:12
Speaker 1: To Ah, I wanted to hear that part. I know, crocodile is.

00:36:17
Speaker 2: It la la la or yeah yah yeah yeah yeah it's a I think it's yeah yeah yeah yeah yeah yeah yeah yah yeah yeah. I know they're different. But when you say crocodile, I gotta ask, are there any uh anything you remember playing kids sports that stuck out to you. I feel like because of guys like My Dude Coach ball game and all these instructional videos online, every kid now is instructed. This is not just My Dude coach ball game, every ground ball it's alligator vacuum. Do you know if you don't have kids that are in that mix right now, that's the thing, get down their kid, alligator, you know, and then vacuum into you. So ground ball out in front of you like the mouth of it alligator, like a mouth of an alligator, alligator vacuum, bring it in. I hear every every coach say that baseball, softball, anything so alligator vacuum. And I'm telling you, I know I'm not alone. I just remember my coach is telling me, like, try not to hurt anybody.

00:37:16
Speaker 1: One of the things you feel like you heard the most.

00:37:18
Speaker 2: Like Caveno, we know you're an animal man. Just just don't hurt anybody. Do you What do you remember hearing the most? In Little league or pop wan a football basket with good eye.

00:37:25
Speaker 1: Good eye.

00:37:27
Speaker 2: I mean, our training and teachings were so ass backwards, just so elementary back then, little swing elbow went. If you went to right field as a righty, coaches back you're not getting around on the ball. Now, It's like no, now you want to go, you want to go Apo, It's crazy. And I just trying to keep your bat level and your elbow up and just a basic.

00:37:51
Speaker 1: Trust me.

00:37:51
Speaker 2: I'm so into a COVENO will tell you that probably too much. Like my so much of my focus is on coaching these kids, and my algorithm is every single piece of.

00:38:01
Speaker 1: Things too much.

00:38:02
Speaker 2: When you got these busy buddy Dad's calling you in the middle of the show, it's like, tell him to beat it and call you when you're done.

00:38:08
Speaker 1: I think that's a fairy question. Even though he knows everyone's schedule. We'll tell him to beat it. Then I'm telling you to tell him to beat it. We're doing a show. Hold on practice is at four?

00:38:17
Speaker 2: Yeah, like, how is that like what we're doing right now? That's the only time may think it's too much. Other than that, it's the best.

00:38:25
Speaker 1: I love it it is.

00:38:26
Speaker 2: I think it's the best for kids. It is way other than doing the show. My my my focus is like so two dimensional. On our radio show and coaching like it is. You get so pulled into it because you realize, oh, do you realize you're making here? You you talk about that and Traders all day is a damn good show. So it's over. Now, it's over. Now you watch House of Villains. But next you're gonna tell us you love the Mets and the forty nine ers.

00:38:53
Speaker 4: Rich still needs to watch land Man. Yeah, you know what, I'll give you my password for Paramount Plus.

00:38:59
Speaker 1: All right, Danny, I'm the land Man. I hear. It's fantastic. You know what that must be that that should be next for me. I'm due for a good show.

00:39:05
Speaker 4: Only a few years behind, I know, but.

00:39:06
Speaker 2: Hey, enjoy Your kids' sports are starting up again, I know in the East Coast until snowy out it's crazy, right East Coast, snowy out here, kids are playing sports already again.

00:39:16
Speaker 4: Yeah, and we're running our air condition.

00:39:17
Speaker 2: Are you telling you there's gonna be a pushback? Here's my prediction. Ready, kids at twelve, we're gonna be like, I'm retired. You're retired, what do you mean. They're like, yeah, you've been pushing me since I was three. These kids don't even wipe their ass and they're playing organized sports. By the time they're twelve, they're like, you know what, I had no childhood, Dad, I quit, you quit? You did only twelve? Well, I retired. Then they're so young, they're gonna be spent by the they're gonna arms gonna be blown. They're gonna beat they're gonna need Tommy John surgery by twenty or eleven. I'll say this the one thing I am fascinated by, and I don't get suckered into it. Luckily, his kid is five six his nose he just turned six and a month ago, so not even a couple of weeks ago. But it's, uh, you know, it's a fascinating world of social media. I guess you would say learning aids for sports, like you need this pad for your batting stance, you need this rope bat, you need this, Oh for basketball, you need this little thing for drills for football, you need that. You don't want your kid to go without, right. But I'm saying, like when we were kids, Danny G. Do you remember I remember pitching in high school. You know we did to stre We filled up a tennis ball can with sand and that's what you did a little behind them, or like you know, like like a resistance band or something. Now there are products for everything. You could spend thousands of dollars if you bought every stupid thing you saw.

00:40:36
Speaker 4: We were like Rocky working out in the barn.

00:40:38
Speaker 1: Dude.

00:40:38
Speaker 2: We were like Rocky in Russia. And today everyone's like going to a dad smoking a cigarette. You had mister Buttermaker blowing cigar smoke in your face, teaching you the basics. Now it's like former pros are there with these little kids. Rich had a freaking flyover at his opening day parade this weekend. Ye for a bunch of little nose picking kids. Dude, it's uh. They had fighter jets for the national anthem. It's it's a big deal. Kids, kids, sports. My goodness, you get so wrapped into it. And you should see the flag football scene.

00:41:07
Speaker 1: Now, Holy, holy Moly, Holy Toledo, Holy.

00:41:11
Speaker 2: Mary Mother and God is they sitting good? No, But honestly, flag football, legit. You watch these kids. They're they're zipping the ball, making catches like they're a little Odell Beckham juniors. Flag football is the next. It's already a big thing, but I feel like it is going to substantially.

00:41:26
Speaker 1: Like if you think it's getting big now, in five years from now.

00:41:30
Speaker 2: So many little leagues and they're all making money and kids love it, dude, flats coed a lot of them. Flag football will be as big as any other child sport within five years.

00:41:39
Speaker 1: Mark my words. I agree with you.

00:41:40
Speaker 2: Football, baseball, basketball, flag football because any reluctant parents, it's like, I don't know if I want my kids to play tackle. We love football, flag football, My goodness, it's gonna be huge. It's great, it's fun and it's fun to watch. But it is so true, man. It replaced all of this, replaced us playing tackle for ball at the park or on your friend's front lawn. And you know, people saw this as an opportunity to make money and then and that's they're doing it. And there are weeks for every there's something to be said about what Cavino said, though you do wonder will it end up in kids sports burnout or is it just replaced, like you said, instead of playing whiffleball down the street? Is everyone just playing baseball five days a week on the field. Thing is whiffle ball on the street is fun. There's a lot of pressure on these little kids. Well, hey, maybe we'll continue tomorrow. Have a great Monday night. We'll see you back here tomorrow. Until then are we but there you may see you in the Promised Land. And letter, guys,
